A prosecutor has referred Cook County Attorney Kim Foxx to the Illinois attorney general for registration for ethical violations and false statements. Next, Technofog has the receipts on Hillary Clinton s investigation into the 2016 campaign of Secretary Clinton. And finally, young voters have abandoned President Biden in a new economist poll. All this and more on today s Human Events Daily.
00:00:50.120Durham is investigating the 2016 campaign of Secretary Clinton.
00:00:56.360And finally, young voters have abandoned President Biden in a new economist poll.
00:01:02.200All this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:14.560Now, ladies and gentlemen, you've seen the censorship that has come from social media.
00:01:19.820You've seen the censorship on Twitter, the way they censored Project Veritas.
00:01:23.140You saw the way that they kicked out Jack Dorsey and brought on the woke Parag.
00:01:27.600He is adding new guidelines and new official statements and saying a strike system will be in place and all these other new guidelines will be in place for what?
00:01:36.320To shut down your freedom of speech and to shut down your ability to share information here in this republic.
00:01:42.320It is time to establish your presence elsewhere.
00:01:56.340Establish your presence so that the fight for freedom can continue.
00:02:00.320This top story today, guys, this is an amazing one.
00:02:04.040You know, we have been talking about the open prison network of woke DAs and prosecutors all across this country that were funded by everyone's favorite Hungarian billionaire.
00:02:15.600And people are asking, when are any of them ever going to face any kind of accountability for their corruption and their horrific actions?
00:02:25.360Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am actually here to be able to tell you today, we got one.
00:03:01.460On Monday, Illinois judge Michael Tooman, this is according to Daily Wire, allowed for the release of a 60-page report prepared by the special prosecutor.
00:03:11.020Regarding Illinois Cook County attorney, Kim Foxx's mishandling of the Jussie Smollett hate crime hoax.
00:03:20.240That report found multiple failures and potential ethics violations over false statements given by Foxx to authorities regarding the investigation.
00:03:29.800Remember, in 2019, Foxx initially dropped all the charges on Smollett.
00:03:34.540But now the special prosecutor, Dan Webb's report states that she not only participated in assisting him to orchestrate this hoax,
00:03:44.140she made false statements to press and law enforcement regarding all of this.
00:03:49.920He called it substantial abuses and a major failure of operations.
00:03:54.300Specifically, the special prosecutor asked 37 interviewees who could potentially have information about criminal activity if they were involved or aware of any of the actions by anyone at the office that might constitute criminal conduct.
00:04:08.460Following the release of the report, it has been said by many that she is a liar and she should resign.
00:04:15.460Ladies and gentlemen, understand what's going on here.
00:04:18.920These prosecutors, the false statements that they made, by the way, one of her false statements was that she said that Jussie Smollett did not have a criminal record.
00:04:26.940Jussie Smollett did have a record for DUI, but not only being pulled over for DUI,
00:04:32.380for making multiple false statements to law enforcement back in California years prior.
00:04:38.760So she went out and she was lying to everybody that you talked to about what was going on with Jussie Smollett.
00:04:44.640And it's clear, it's very clear to anyone who's looking at the situation that she had a special carve out for him because of this type of privilege and because of his relationship with her close friends.
00:04:58.580We are dealing with the situation here in the United States.
00:05:02.100I've said this so many times, where these political cliques, they get in, they get across the nation, and these prosecutors, think of it, right?
00:05:42.640She's making sure that her friends are taken care of.
00:05:46.240She's making sure that Jussie Smollett is taken care of.
00:05:48.520She's making sure that Lori Lightfoot, the mayor, is taken care of.
00:05:51.900And she is worried about her own skin and her own political career so that she can get close with these higher-level politicians, like Vice President Harris, so that she can further her own political instincts and her own political career.
00:07:10.240The latest filings by special counsel John Durham reveal that lawyers for the Hillary Clinton campaign now represent Christopher Steele's primary subsource, Igor Danchenko.
00:07:20.460In doing so, Durham reveals something else.
00:07:23.700That Secretary Clinton's campaign and multiple former employees of Secretary Clinton's campaign are under investigation.
00:07:56.060Christopher Steele was hired by Fusion GPS to put together the dirty dossier.
00:08:02.560Christopher Steele then said that he spoke, and we knew this from the start, that he says that he spoke to Russian contacts and that those Russian contacts potentially included intelligence agents.
00:08:19.320One of those key contacts was a guy by the name of Igor Danchenko.
00:08:23.820Igor Danchenko was his primary source.
00:08:28.380But then Igor Danchenko went and built what's essentially called a subsource network, going around and talking to other people about this entire situation, asking them questions about then candidate, you know, candidate Donald Trump running for office.
00:08:52.460Or the people he talked to were feeding him lies and complete disinformation, like exactly what you would think an intelligence agency would do.
00:09:02.960I still always say, by the way, that whoever it was at FSB that probably told Vladimir Putin about the whole thing, they're like, and then you won't even believe what we told them that was going on in a Moscow bedroom.
00:09:44.420That was the deception operation prior to the D-Day invasion at Normandy.
00:09:50.060That was one of the greatest deception operations of all time.
00:09:54.180This was the one that tricked Hitler into thinking that the actual invasion was not going to be at Normandy, but instead be at Calais.
00:10:02.280Because Calais, of course, is the closest point across the English Channel, directly across from Dover.
00:10:07.460They ran, I mean, I could do an entire podcast on that.
00:10:11.080They ran, I mean, they had fake units.
00:10:13.100They sent Patton to Dover because they know the Germans, of course, and the German spies, many of which were Irish, by the way, in England, were watching Patton because they thought Patton was going to be the guy to lead the operation.
00:10:28.960But they send him over, where, to Dover.
00:10:33.380They put up fake, you know, they're going in and ordering fake hotel rooms and food orders as if, like, thousands of people are in this little town.
00:10:44.840He says, fantastic, you've got to go check this all out.
00:10:47.500But Danchenko then goes, is lying and being lied to, to Steele.
00:10:54.620Steele doesn't care because he just wants the money and also, you know, he's very much in the tank for one of the campaigns and I think you know which one.
00:11:01.940So he goes in and has set this whole thing up.
00:11:42.740Because if they're under investigation as possible defendants in their own right, then that means you have a conflict of interest of them representing him.
00:11:50.820Because they might be called at some point to testify against Danchenko.
00:11:55.300All of this means that Durham, believe it or not, I know, and this is why I go to Technofog on this, because Technofog does not mince words and Technofog does not give false hope, copium, et cetera, et cetera.
00:14:05.540Younger people have become disenchanted with President Joe Biden, the septuagenarian, rapidly losing support with the demographic that was wary of him during the 2020 Democratic primary.
00:14:16.520On average, fewer than three in 10 adults under the age of 30 approve of Biden's job performance as president, and a majority disapproves, according to polling conducted by Economist and YouGov.
00:14:28.920YouGov, they're associated with YouTube.
00:14:31.380Biden's net negative 21% approval rating with the demographic is his worst among any age group.
00:14:40.720And by the way, when you go up to millennials, people 30 to 44, net negative 17%.
00:14:47.580Now, the real question for anybody, why is this?
00:14:54.440There's two things that are going on right now in terms of this.
00:14:58.300One, you cannot overstate the importance of the Afghanistan debacle.
00:15:05.280Many people died in Afghanistan over the 20 years of that absolute catastrophe.
00:15:09.760But the 13 deaths that occurred at the end, they were squarely on the shoulders of Biden and the Biden administration because it was due to his mismanagement that those people were ever put in that harrowing situation.
00:15:25.700Remember, Americans had to view those scenes.
00:15:28.240And the mainstream media, all they want to talk about is January 6th.
00:15:31.660They don't want to talk about the 13 honored dead of the American people, of our armed forces, our sacred armed forces who died in Kabul that day.
00:15:43.960They don't want to talk about the Afghan citizens who were literally falling from the aircraft wheels trying to escape the grip of the Taliban.
00:15:55.180And they certainly don't want to talk about the fact that they have no idea who it was that was put on these planes, that was given a free ticket to the United States.
00:16:02.840And then when the planes landed, the doors opened and off they were given into places like the Midwest, into places like Northern Virginia.
00:16:10.640Hey, welcome to the United States. Welcome to America. Here we go.
00:16:14.740On top of that, inflation, inflation, inflation.
00:16:19.000You know, Wuhan Klan, who's a great account that I follow on Twitter.
00:16:23.080You guys should all follow him. Excellent when it comes to finance.
00:16:25.180He was the guy who actually coined the phrase Bidenflation.
00:16:28.360If you go back to May of 2021, he has a tweet up that says, I am going to make Bidenflation a household word.
00:16:41.000Every single person in America is talking about inflation, talking about the pressures that have built these prices up, talking about the sticker shock, the pain at the pump that everyone is facing.
00:18:02.620Over the past week and a half that I've been here at AmericaFest in Phoenix, Arizona, we've been recording special extra episodes of Human Events Daily.
00:18:15.180One-on-ones, specials, long-form interviews, all sorts of stuff for you guys to listen to during this entire break.
00:18:22.800And I'm really excited about a lot of them.
00:18:24.560So first up, we've got John Root, where we're going to talk about wokeness, San Francisco, everything that tore it down.
00:18:30.640He's from San Francisco, as well as wokeness and progressives in sports.
00:18:35.540Then, 23rd, we are going to be doing a special deep dive.
00:18:40.100It's all about Taiwan, all about everything that happened in that situation.
00:18:44.660How do we get where we are and where is Taiwan going?
00:18:47.000Then, Friday, Christmas Eve, it's me, it's Charlie Kirk.
00:18:51.860We talk everything that's going wrong in the West and why we need an emergence of God in our culture.
00:18:58.860December 25th, Saturday, Christmas Day, a very special interview.
00:19:04.360It's me and my wife, Tanya Tay, for the first time here on the podcast.
00:19:09.100We are going to be talking about what Christmas means to us.
00:19:11.700And we leave a couple of special messages for our kids that we hope they listen to someday.
00:19:16.940Then next week, we've got Alex Clark from Poplitics and Spillover.
00:19:21.140We've got James Lindsay, the great James Lindsay, a very special sit-down with James O'Keefe on December 29th, December 30th.
00:19:29.240A really, really interesting and special interview.
00:19:32.220It's Malia Shirley and Dana from Omaha, Nebraska, the girlfriend of James Gardner.
00:19:39.420We're going to talk all about the James Gardner situation.
00:19:41.900And then finally, the big one, a national strategy session that's going to be released on December 31st.
00:19:50.900We're going to play it throughout the entire New Year's weekend.
00:19:54.000For the first time on Human Events Daily, an hour-long, one-on-one, executive-level sit-down with the White House chief strategist, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:20:11.380You're going to share that out with all of your Normie friends because this is the national strategy session.
00:20:17.160When we recorded this thing, I'm telling you, folks, we went all the way.
00:20:21.300We actually went all the way from Elon Musk and Neuralink and transhumanism and Mark Zuckerberg and the Zuckerverse all the way to the gospel of Mark and the power of the Holy Spirit.
00:20:38.640You really just have to listen to it because I don't even know any other way to explain it.
00:20:42.780So I think all the episodes are going to do well, but that is really the one.
00:20:46.900That is really the one that's going to be special.
00:20:49.400That being said, I think the Christmas episode when I bring Tanya on, that's going to be a fun one.
00:20:53.920I think people are really going to like that.
00:20:55.420So as you're driving around on Christmas and as you're driving around this entire week, you know, I know there's going to be a lot of news.
00:21:01.100Ghislaine Maxwell, by the way, she's probably going to be convicted.
00:21:03.460The case is probably going to come out at some point during this time.
00:21:06.300I just want you guys to know that it's probably going to happen, but I'm not leaving you hanging.
00:21:10.780We have some really, really great extra episodes for you.
00:21:14.200And that's what I've been doing in this, you know, in any of the spare time that I've had between having my family here in Phoenix, Arizona for America Fest, giving speeches, doing panels.
00:21:22.440We've been recording all of these extra episodes, either both here at America Fest or in the studio.
00:21:27.660So thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I really, really hope you guys enjoy every single one of these that we put together for you.
00:21:33.980Worked really hard on it, and the whole team did.
00:21:36.600Ladies and gentlemen, from the bottom of my heart, from myself, everybody here at the team, thank you.
00:21:43.660Merry Christmas to each and every one of you out there.
00:21:46.160This has been a wild ride these past couple of months, you know, a short year for the first year for Human Events Daily.
