00:00:00.080 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition, Human Events Daily.
00:00:04.480 Absolutely massive show today.
00:00:07.560 First, a retiring soldier is forced to take the vaccine or face court-martial.
00:00:13.380 Next, Shade War Update, Human Events Daily exclusive.
00:00:17.140 Kamala Harris is seeking vice presidential picks and new cabinet members.
00:00:22.260 Third, Biden addresses the massive supply chain disruption that's happening on his watch.
00:00:27.060 And finally, we got to talk about it.
00:00:28.820 Joe Rogan confronted Sanjay Gupta about CNN's lies.
00:00:33.460 All this and we're ahead at Human Events Daily.
00:00:45.740 All right.
00:00:46.440 Now, before we get into this audio, which is absolutely shocking, this is leaked audio,
00:00:52.200 Human Events Daily is going to be posting.
00:00:53.880 It comes from Terminal CWO, Chief Warrant Officer, a fantastic account, Instagram, Twitter.
00:01:00.160 Please go follow him.
00:01:03.100 I need to explain a few terms.
00:01:05.800 Medical separation, medical retirement, ETS, and then chapter separation.
00:01:10.800 These are all military terms because what we have is leaked audio between a soldier in
00:01:15.760 the U.S. military, particularly the U.S. Army, we're told it comes from the 10th Mountain
00:01:19.100 Division.
00:01:20.200 She is talking to her doctor and she's six days away from taking leave.
00:01:24.400 That's her accrued amount of leave time that she has up before she medically retires because
00:01:30.200 of a medical issue.
00:01:31.660 She says she doesn't want to take the jab because she knows she only has six days left
00:01:35.540 and then she's going to be done.
00:01:36.780 She's going to be leaving the military through a medical separation, medical retirement.
00:01:40.840 ETS, end of time and service.
00:01:43.820 The doctor follows up and says, if you refuse to take it, we will not give you a medical
00:01:49.820 waiver, but you can apply maybe for an administrative waiver.
00:01:53.940 But if you don't receive that, you will face a court-martial board and you will receive chapter
00:02:00.860 separation, which is an other than honorable discharge for a soldier who spent her entire
00:02:06.820 career serving honorably.
00:02:09.220 Listen to this damning audio.
00:02:13.100 Six days left.
00:02:15.840 Yes.
00:02:16.260 So I see you're a 26-year-old healthy female, and so if you would have said...
00:02:27.300 Healthy-ish.
00:02:28.840 No, you are, so I understand endometriosis sucks.
00:02:31.080 But what I'm saying is, if you said, if we were civilians and you said, doctor, do you
00:02:39.260 think it's reasonable for me to, um, do you think it's reasonable for me to not get, uh,
00:02:51.920 the vaccine for a few months until I feel comfortable, I would say, yeah, that's reasonable.
00:02:56.660 You're young and healthy.
00:02:57.800 It's reasonable to wait a few months until you feel more comfortable.
00:03:00.800 The Army doesn't allow me to do that, though.
00:03:02.920 So I recommend that you submit an administrative waiver, because I, I can't grant you a medical
00:03:11.180 waiver unless you have a specific medical condition, such as severe allergic reaction
00:03:16.080 to the first shot, unfortunately.
00:03:19.120 Okay.
00:03:19.580 No problem.
00:03:22.580 Um, and so I recommend that you submit that exemption to your, you tell your commander that
00:03:28.540 you want to submit an administrative exemption, uh, which can be religious or non-religious
00:03:33.340 today.
00:03:34.580 Okay.
00:03:34.940 Or you get the shot today.
00:03:36.220 Or otherwise, come Monday, flag, go MAR, and then no ETS.
00:03:41.040 Keep you, they keep you to December, and then chapter separate.
00:03:46.320 Uh, so, this is my recommendation.
00:03:49.180 So, so, um, get administrative waiver, try that route, and if it fails, shot.
00:03:57.200 Okay, like, I'm leaving to go home in six days, so how am I going to be contacted if
00:04:06.080 something were to happen with that waiver process?
00:04:10.360 It would be up to your commander.
00:04:12.160 Your commander would be the one to notify you whether waiver is approved, disapproved,
00:04:17.000 whether you're flagged.
00:04:18.880 Uh, you still get to take leave when you're flagged, but you don't ETS when you're flagged.
00:04:24.500 I'm not ETSing, though.
00:04:25.920 I'm a medical retiree.
00:04:28.480 Yeah, so that wouldn't happen either, then.
00:04:30.520 So what would happen is your MED would be tabled, and you'd go through the chapter process,
00:04:37.220 and then, um, after the chapter process had concluded, it would go before the general
00:04:42.080 court-martial convening authority, General Doyle, and he would make the determination
00:04:45.380 which of the two he'll allow you to separate the Army with.
00:04:48.100 NED or chapter, and a lot of the folks that have both leave with the chapter.
00:04:54.820 So I really recommend applying for administrative waiver today or getting the shot, just because,
00:05:02.980 like, you're so close to being done.
00:05:04.180 I hate it when good people get punished.
00:05:05.600 Yeah, it's a bummer, isn't it?
00:05:08.160 Yeah.
00:05:09.420 I'm sorry.
00:05:10.020 This is what's going on inside your U.S. military.
00:05:13.720 A soldier who served her country honorably and then is faced with a medical issue is
00:05:22.200 being told that she has to take this when she already has a preexisting condition, or
00:05:29.400 her service will be rendered other than honorable.
00:05:33.220 And this is happening, we're told, across the military.
00:05:37.100 More audio is coming.
00:05:39.380 So listen to Human Events Daily every day, because we're going to cover every single second of it.
00:05:52.580 All right, now before we get into the next segment, I want to remind everyone the show
00:05:55.920 is powered by Turning Point USA.
00:05:57.300 Go to tpusa.com, get your tickets for AmericaFest.
00:06:03.520 Folks, this thing is selling out fast.
00:06:06.000 There are at least 10,000 seats available.
00:06:08.480 This thing is going to be absolutely amazing.
00:06:11.080 Best speakers in all of conservatism, in America, everything that's going on, plus the top country
00:06:18.260 acts.
00:06:18.560 And by the way, I keep asking, I keep asking everybody, I say, guys, can I announce who's
00:06:22.700 going to be coming?
00:06:23.520 Can I announce who's playing?
00:06:24.400 Can I announce who's speaking?
00:06:25.060 They said, no.
00:06:26.400 Well, I say I'm going to be there.
00:06:27.620 I'm going to say that.
00:06:28.760 All right, I'm at least going to say that, that I'm going to be there.
00:06:30.840 But you get a chance to meet me.
00:06:32.920 But I'm telling you, the minute I'm able to announce, actually announce, we're able to
00:06:37.900 announce who's going to be there, it's going to be a big deal.
00:06:42.320 It's also going to trigger, we're going to get a lot of media attention over this, because
00:06:46.440 they are not going to be very happy once they hear who's going to be playing this thing.
00:06:50.900 We are talking A++++ listers.
00:06:54.260 But anyway, for now, mark down your calendars, mid-December 18th to 21st, America Facts,
00:07:01.120 Phoenix, Arizona.
00:07:02.640 Let's get to the next story.
00:07:04.460 Kamala Harris.
00:07:05.620 It has been a while since we've talked about Kamala Harris, but she's released a new video
00:07:11.120 where she's sitting down with kids.
00:07:12.500 It's, oh, wait, turns out they were child actors.
00:07:15.680 Watch this.
00:07:16.420 I just love the idea of exploring the unknown.
00:07:20.920 And then there's other things that we just haven't figured out or discovered yet.
00:07:24.720 To think about so much that's out there that we still have to learn.
00:07:29.680 Like, I love that.
00:07:30.980 I love that.
00:07:31.560 And so I'm very excited about the Space Council.
00:07:33.480 We're going to learn so much as we increasingly, I think, are curious and interested in the
00:07:40.420 potential for the discoveries and the work we can do in space.
00:07:44.780 So that's one of the things I'm most excited about.
00:07:48.140 But the other, you guys are going to see.
00:07:51.580 You're going to literally see the craters on the moon with your own eyes.
00:07:56.520 With your own eyes, I'm telling you, it is going to be unbelievable.
00:08:01.840 Look, I told you that Kamala Harris had hired the strategic communications guy who turned
00:08:07.040 out to be Jen Psaki's brother-in-law.
00:08:09.160 And I told you that she was going to be putting out some stuff.
00:08:11.860 I didn't tell you it was going to be any good.
00:08:13.860 All right.
00:08:14.020 I never made that promise.
00:08:16.980 That's one of the most cringy things I've ever seen.
00:08:19.100 And by the way, we're now hearing that Kamala Harris wants to kind of lean into this
00:08:25.120 and make her the sort of the science queen of the White House.
00:08:28.920 And this is something that she'll use when eventually, because we all know she wants
00:08:32.520 to inherit the presidency, when Joe Biden goes the way of the Titanic, which is what they
00:08:37.020 call him behind his back.
00:08:38.020 So she wants to lean into this.
00:08:39.980 She wants to do like, they're talking about doing magic school bus kind of things, taking
00:08:44.040 kids out to more science exhibits, et cetera, et cetera.
00:08:47.080 But that's not the only thing she's doing.
00:08:50.120 So, ladies and gentlemen, drum roll, please.
00:08:51.780 It's time for another Shade War Update.
00:08:58.520 Shade War Update.
00:09:01.880 We are now able to exclusively report that Kamala Harris has begun the process, informal
00:09:09.540 process, but she has begun scanning the country and looking for something, not just something,
00:09:15.860 but someone, a vice presidential pick.
00:09:21.120 Kamala Harris is actively seeking a vice presidential pick right now.
00:09:25.440 Now, the vetting process hasn't begun.
00:09:27.880 They're not reaching out to anybody yet, but they are in discussions in the White House,
00:09:32.060 in the vice president's office, talking about who she would like to pick.
00:09:35.440 And we are told from a White House official that she is interested in picking another woman.
00:09:41.940 And she's going to say that she was the first female vice president and she wants to continue
00:09:46.340 to have a female vice president.
00:09:48.420 So then you would have the first female president and the first female vice president, both of
00:09:52.820 which no one ever voted for.
00:09:54.460 This is what she wants to do.
00:09:55.800 We're also told, by the way, that she is talking about replacing many members of the current
00:10:04.100 cabinet, Biden's cabinet.
00:10:05.400 She wants a lot of these top positions, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, of course,
00:10:10.900 obviously, Secretary of Transportation, out, out, out, which is quite interesting, by the
00:10:15.760 way, because I wasn't sure what the relationship was between her and Mayor Pete, Pete Buttigieg.
00:10:20.420 But basically, what it's come down to, and I think everyone can see, we'll talk about it
00:10:23.800 in the next segment on the supply chains, that this guy is a complete failure.
00:10:27.640 He's a hack.
00:10:28.240 He always was a hack.
00:10:29.040 He's from McKinsey.
00:10:30.120 And so she wants to get rid of Buttigieg.
00:10:32.920 By the way, she probably is going to pack the cabinet with a lot of senators, people
00:10:37.780 that were on her side, but also wants to make sure that they're coming from states where
00:10:42.260 they can backfill them with Democrats.
00:10:44.040 So you have to look at a situation where, you know, Arizona, there's two Democrat senators,
00:10:48.040 but there's a Republican governor.
00:10:50.140 Places like Georgia as well, you know, two Democrat senators, but also you have a Republican
00:10:53.900 governor.
00:10:54.420 So you have to be careful where you pick from, because that backfill would then be placed
00:10:58.960 by a, you know, you're going to have an appointment by a Republican governor.
00:11:02.360 So she doesn't want that.
00:11:03.400 Now, this all depends on the timing of when this happens, because you have Arizona obviously
00:11:08.340 has a governor's race coming up.
00:11:10.220 Georgia will have a governor's race coming up.
00:11:12.120 So it depends on who wins those races.
00:11:14.300 You know, if Stacey Abrams becomes governor of Georgia, then obviously Stacey Abrams is
00:11:18.120 going to replace that with a Democrat.
00:11:19.740 But all of this is causing tension between the vice president and the current members of
00:11:25.700 the cabinet.
00:11:26.700 The shade war is going to intensify in ways that you have not seen before.
00:11:33.140 We are going to see an all out, really, the shade war is going to go kinetic in the White
00:11:38.300 House between Team Kamala, which is the team that's poised to inherit the presidency.
00:11:43.420 It's going to do selected, not elected.
00:11:46.120 So you're going to have the first female president and potentially the first female vice president,
00:11:49.980 of which neither were voted for by a single member of the American citizenry.
00:11:56.720 Amazing.
00:11:57.560 Stay tuned.
00:11:57.920 Next segment coming up.
00:12:04.680 America's supply chain is crumbling.
00:12:08.200 It's not just a disruption.
00:12:09.880 It is a devastation.
00:12:11.320 Stores at Halloween time are going empty on the shelves, can't get candy, can't get costumes.
00:12:19.360 Obviously, this is a huge problem.
00:12:21.340 It all lies at the feet of Joe Biden.
00:12:23.740 He's putting people on welfare so they don't have to come to work.
00:12:26.180 He's forcing vaccine mandates that people don't want, so they're resigning their jobs.
00:12:29.560 You had 4 million people that quit their jobs over the summer.
00:12:32.580 Understand, this is all being done by policy.
00:12:35.940 It's all being done by policy.
00:12:37.300 And now, people are worried that their Christmas presents aren't going to be able to get here.
00:12:43.100 Why?
00:12:43.580 Because nothing is made in America anymore.
00:12:45.920 However, comma, if you go to MyPillow.com and use promo code POSO for up to 66% off,
00:12:53.000 all MyPillow products are made right here in the U.S. of A.
00:12:58.220 Support American workers and don't worry about the supply chain backlog
00:13:02.540 because if you go to MyPillow.com for your Christmas present,
00:13:05.200 and by the way, go now, literally, go right now
00:13:08.020 because we know of the trucking situation that's going on.
00:13:11.000 You've got to get your Christmas orders in now.
00:13:14.040 Support American workers.
00:13:15.380 Support the work we do here on the podcast.
00:13:17.600 Go and get the towels.
00:13:18.820 By the way, the Bible pillows for the kids, it's amazing.
00:13:22.060 They have Noah's Ark.
00:13:23.300 They have Daniel in the lion's den.
00:13:25.100 They have the nativity story.
00:13:26.540 The nativity story is the first one that I gave to my son.
00:13:29.000 He loves it.
00:13:29.680 He absolutely loves it.
00:13:30.320 But listen to Joe Biden now, and he gave this speech, this ridiculous speech yesterday.
00:13:35.640 It's been completely panned.
00:13:36.560 Barely anyone covered it.
00:13:37.860 So I and my team here, the whole crew at H.E. Daily, we will cover the story for you, Joe Biden,
00:13:43.980 because nobody covered your little speech.
00:13:45.320 Okay, here we go.
00:13:46.000 After weeks of negotiation and working with my team and with the major union retailers
00:13:51.600 and freight movers, the ports of Los Angeles, the port of Los Angeles announced today that
00:13:57.320 it's going to be began operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
00:14:02.700 This follows the port of Long Beach's commitment to 24-7 that it announced just weeks ago.
00:14:08.860 24-7 system, what most of the leading countries in the world already operate on now, except us, until now.
00:14:17.380 This is the first key step toward moving our entire freight, transportation, and logistical supply chain nationwide to a 24-7 system.
00:14:27.440 Do you hear that?
00:14:28.460 Do you hear what he's saying?
00:14:29.080 First of all, by the way, we've got a whole article out of Long Beach Post News that says,
00:14:34.780 are the Long Beach and Los Angeles ports operating 24-7, as Biden claims?
00:14:40.080 Not quite.
00:14:41.980 During the press conference in the East Room, Joe Biden announced they were going to move to 24-7 operations.
00:14:47.020 Turns out the actual spokesmen of the workers say, it's a bit of a process.
00:14:54.540 It's not an overnight thing.
00:14:56.140 And by the way, this idea that they've been doing it for several weeks, eh, wrong.
00:15:00.100 There's one facility where several days they've moved to 24-hour operations, but it's not 24-7.
00:15:06.380 It's only four days a week.
00:15:07.320 It's Monday to Thursday.
00:15:08.380 And also, they're having a problem finding the workers to take these shifts.
00:15:13.220 Then the other thing that Joe Biden says, and this part is just amazing to me, he says,
00:15:17.240 well, we're going to have the truckers, and the truckers, they're going to be driving at night.
00:15:21.660 And we think that if they're driving at night and off rush hour, well, that'll happen.
00:15:25.080 Really?
00:15:26.100 That's amazing.
00:15:26.940 You know, I've never actually seen a container truck at night before while I'm driving on the highway.
00:15:32.920 You know, I come to think of it, you know, I travel at night, you know, frequently.
00:15:36.600 If I'm driving from point A to point B, if I'm trying to get somewhere, I've never seen it.
00:15:40.920 Do trucks not drive at night, Joe Biden?
00:15:42.700 Is that actually something that you really thought?
00:15:45.040 This guy, you know, last week we talked about how he didn't understand percentages, right?
00:15:49.760 He was saying, oh, we have 99% of vaccination rates now.
00:15:53.640 Yeah, because you fired the people who weren't vaccinated or they left their jobs, right?
00:15:57.580 Now he doesn't understand basic incentives.
00:16:00.380 He doesn't understand trucking.
00:16:01.740 He doesn't.
00:16:02.020 By the way, here's a thought.
00:16:03.680 Here's a thought, Joe.
00:16:04.380 If you want to actually increase trucking, how about you do something about the gas prices?
00:16:10.640 Do you think gas prices are potentially creating a little bit of a constraint on the trucking industry?
00:16:18.340 If your diesel price goes down because you increase domestic supply and you actually bring us back to the energy independence that we had under the last guy, then guess what?
00:16:29.140 Your truckers are going to be making more money.
00:16:31.180 The incentives go up because they're able to get there for cheaper cost.
00:16:35.180 All of this is marginal and it's based predominantly on the price of gas.
00:16:40.140 You fool.
00:16:41.220 Like, just talk to anybody who's actually in the industry.
00:16:43.620 But, of course, it's not your job because you're a politician in Delaware.
00:16:48.340 Corporate America's politician, Joe Biden.
00:16:51.000 And now he's in office.
00:16:52.540 You gotta love it.
00:16:53.460 Just embrace it.
00:16:54.540 Embrace it.
00:16:58.460 You know, it's not so often that you see somebody from CNN step down from their perch and actually talk to someone in, you know, we used to call it independent media, but I might start having to call it real media.
00:17:11.780 So it went from corporate media into real media.
00:17:14.420 But CNN's Sanjay Gupta, he's the chief medical guy over at CNN, actually sat down and went in the ring with Joe Rogan.
00:17:23.940 And he got absolutely bodied.
00:17:27.940 Absolutely bodied.
00:17:28.940 Now, I give him credit for going.
00:17:29.900 I do give him credit for going.
00:17:31.020 So good on you, Sanjay.
00:17:32.500 Good on you.
00:17:33.640 Listen to what happened when Joe Rogan confronted him over CNN's lies about Joe Rogan.
00:17:41.200 Do you think that that's a problem, that your news network lies?
00:17:46.280 Well, I don't think.
00:17:47.640 Dude.
00:17:48.140 What did they say?
00:17:48.840 They lied and said I was taking horse dewormer.
00:17:51.540 First of all, it was prescribed to me by a doctor.
00:17:54.740 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:17:55.220 Along with a bunch of other medications.
00:17:58.560 If you got a human pill because there were people that were taking the veterinary medication, and you're not, obviously.
00:18:05.460 You got it from a doctor, so it shouldn't be called that.
00:18:08.140 Ivermectin can be a very effective medication for parasitic disease.
00:18:12.340 And as you say, it's probably, you know, I think, what, a quarter billion people have taken it around the world?
00:18:17.120 More.
00:18:17.460 More, way more, way more, billions of people have taken it.
00:18:20.880 Can I just come back to the one?
00:18:22.100 I want to talk about two things on the ledger.
00:18:24.800 You have, before we get to that, does it bother you that the news network you work for out and out lied, just outright lied about me taking horse dewormer?
00:18:35.780 They shouldn't have said that.
00:18:37.100 Why did they do that?
00:18:37.880 I don't know.
00:18:38.780 You didn't ask?
00:18:39.600 You didn't think those were, you're the medical guy over there.
00:18:41.780 I didn't ask.
00:18:42.620 I should have asked before coming on your podcast.
00:18:44.200 But they did, it was such glee.
00:18:45.080 Now, this is actually incredible, right?
00:18:46.480 So Joe is sitting there going and asking basic questions about a specific grievance and a story that he was a part of that CNN simply lied about.
00:18:57.420 They straight up lied about it.
00:18:59.220 And it was a medical story.
00:19:00.900 Meanwhile, Dr. Gupta there is not even prepared to answer any of the basic questions, fails the Socratic test that Rogan puts him through, very smartly, by the way, and then can't even handle any basic follow-ups.
00:19:15.620 Why did you do this?
00:19:17.400 You're the chief medical, right?
00:19:20.460 You're the chief medical analyst at CNN.
00:19:23.680 Why didn't you correct them?
00:19:25.460 Why didn't you tell them that it wasn't horse dewormer?
00:19:28.060 Why didn't you go on and correct the record?
00:19:30.300 Well, I don't know.
00:19:31.400 I just, folks, this is the difference between a TV media personality and somebody who came up through real media.
00:19:42.620 Someone who came up through responding, interacting with people, gaining a following, social media, using independent media.
00:19:51.380 The absolute difference is that when you sit down and you subject yourself to hard questioning, all of that corporate bull crap falls away completely.
00:20:03.160 And you saw that happen here.
00:20:04.420 Now, I know, I know, I know.
00:20:05.860 He's got his podcast.
00:20:06.800 I got my podcast, right?
00:20:07.820 We're tackling competitors, whatever.
00:20:09.740 What he did there was fantastic.
00:20:13.160 Every time you can expose one of these people, every time you can expose what CNN's doing, and every time that happens on wider and broader networks, you bring down the power of corporate media.
00:20:28.020 And that, because this is a populist uprising.
00:20:31.800 This is a populist revolution.
00:20:34.200 The corporate media is what's standing in your way.
00:20:38.100 Now, I don't even particularly have an opinion on ivermectin.
00:20:41.120 I know that my good friend, Tyler Boyer, decided to take some when he came down with COVID, and he got better.
00:20:47.180 Good on you, Tyler.
00:20:48.120 And no, ladies and gentlemen, as far as I know, because I saw him afterwards, he did not turn into a horse.
00:20:54.120 So there you go, folks.
00:20:55.600 There you go.
00:20:56.300 All right, we'll be right back.
00:20:58.020 It's all the time we have here for Human Events Daily.
00:20:59.920 But before we go, I have to remind you, share this out with your normie friends.
00:21:04.580 Be the influence agent.
00:21:06.180 Remember, our motto, be good, be brief, be gone.
00:21:09.440 This is your daily briefing.
00:21:12.580 And would you kindly leave us a review that actually really, really helps us out?
00:21:16.860 So go right into your Apple Podcast app.
00:21:18.980 Leave us a review that totally helps us with the rankings.
00:21:21.800 But before I go, it's time for today's moment of history.
00:21:25.160 Today, in 1912, a crazed assassin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attempted to shoot and kill Teddy Roosevelt when he was giving a speech in the middle of his campaign for a potential third term at the presidency.
00:21:42.520 Teddy Roosevelt, of course, continued famously to give that speech even after being shot.
00:21:48.860 And he uttered the famous phrase, it'll take more than that to kill a bull moose.
00:21:54.440 Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to lay ashore.
