00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.480 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.140 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.160 Christ is dead.

00:00:50.260 President Biden digging in and driving on after huddling with family members who encouraged him to stay in the race.

00:00:56.700 NBC News has learned his campaign manager sought to reassure key donors Sunday, emphasizing the president will not step aside,

00:01:04.220 and explaining the logistical difficulties in replacing him on the ticket.

00:01:07.840 All after a damaging debate performance Thursday night deeply rattled members of his own party.

00:01:13.120 The Supreme Court issued a trio of key decisions as the end of its term approaches next week.

00:01:18.520 The court overturned the 40-year-old Chevron doctrine, which will now limit the power of federal agencies to enforce regulations.

00:01:26.400 The court also raised the bar for obstruction charges for hundreds of January 6th rioters.

00:01:32.000 The Supreme Court ruled former President Donald Trump does have immunity for some of his alleged conduct as president in his federal election interference case.

00:01:41.600 In a novel and potentially consequential case on the limits of presidential power, the justices rejected Trump's broad claim of immunity,

00:01:49.500 meaning the charges will not be dismissed, but said some actions closely related to his core duties as president are off limits to prosecutors.

00:01:58.700 Election results in France this morning show the far-right National Rally Party in the lead with an estimated third of the vote.

00:02:05.460 It does not impact sitting president Emmanuel Macron's term, but it's still a sobering rebuke of Macron,

00:02:11.840 who called the snap election just three weeks ago.

00:02:14.420 Thousands have already taken to the streets of Paris protesting against the far-right,

00:02:20.820 as tensions build ahead of the decisive final vote in just days.

00:02:26.620 Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon must report to prison, and he's saying he has no regrets.

00:02:33.320 This after the Supreme Court rejected his last-minute appeal to stave off his four-month sentence for defying subpoenas from the House's January 6th committee.

00:02:44.420 Bannon will become the second former Trump aide to serve prison time.

00:02:49.620 I have a First Amendment right to have my voice heard, and my voice is going to be heard every day.

00:02:54.760 And more importantly, their voices are going to be heard, right?

00:02:57.960 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:03:06.520 We're live from Washington, D.C.

00:03:08.820 Today is 1 July, 2024, Anno Domini.

00:03:13.800 Steve Bannon has been sent to the gulags by Mark Garland.

00:03:18.840 The left is openly calling for the assassination of President Trump.

00:03:27.580 Do you think that all of that is happening by accident?

00:03:31.580 Do you think that these things aren't connected in some way?

00:03:35.700 Have you been paying attention?

00:03:38.920 Wake up!

00:03:40.820 What are these conservative leaders, quote-unquote, even doing out there?

00:03:44.820 And by the way, to anyone who isn't out there talking about Steve Bannon today, I'm going to keep track of every single one of you.

00:03:51.860 And everyone needs to be keeping track of those people.

00:03:54.220 You have no idea what time it is.

00:03:56.520 You have no idea what fight we're in right now.

00:03:59.380 We are now on the battlefield of the unhumans. 0.99

00:04:03.980 And if we do not win, then Biden's second term will be highlighted by the systemic hunt of MAGA and each and every one of us.

00:04:17.580 Biden's second term will be filled with war overseas and a war for our children's mind.

00:04:23.420 You will be put in jail and your children will be taken from you for indoctrination.

00:04:29.900 If you are not behind bars, you will be a prisoner in your own country, in your own mind, without freedom, a slave to these unhumans. 1.00

00:04:41.440 This is why you must get active now.

00:04:43.720 So may the sword of St. Michael protect Steve and may the mercy of Jesus Christ protect his enemies because he's not going to give them any.

00:04:53.720 And we are not going to give them any.

00:04:55.500 No mercy for traitors. 0.93

00:04:57.440 No mercy for any traitor.

00:04:59.600 You think, you think that we were, you think that we were a little rough in the past?

00:05:04.260 You think Jack Posobiec, you think Steve Bannon, you think these guys were a little deplorable in the past?

00:05:09.640 Let me tell you something right now, mainstream media.

00:05:12.380 You haven't seen anything.

00:05:14.560 You haven't seen anything.

00:05:17.260 Merrick Garland, Department of Justice, the Biden administration, and the entire left now calling for the assassination of Trump.

00:05:27.060 Okay, you want to go mask off?

00:05:30.120 Great.

00:05:31.060 I've been waiting for this moment.

00:05:33.580 You want to go mask off?

00:05:34.580 I love it.

00:05:35.560 I welcome it.

00:05:36.840 Please, let's all go mask off.

00:05:39.960 Let's all let the little mask of sanity slip and show you what this is really all about.

00:05:46.560 You want to do that?

00:05:47.220 Because I'm more than ready to do that.

00:05:49.060 You guys know my track record.

00:05:51.300 Try me.

00:05:53.060 Try me.

00:05:54.320 Because you know exactly where to find me. 0.92

00:05:58.100 No mercy for traitors.

00:06:35.540 Jack Posobiec.

00:06:37.020 Where's Jack?

00:06:37.980 Jack.

00:06:39.000 He's done a great job.

00:06:43.000 Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily.

00:06:55.160 There's one thing you're forgetting, and it can make the biggest difference in your future and your family's financial future.

00:07:00.560 And that's checking out today's show sponsor, Allegiance Gold.

00:07:03.400 Since 2020, Bidenomics has obliterated the American economy.

00:07:06.420 Imagine what four more years will do to interest rates, debt, and labor disputes.

00:07:10.160 You need something stable so that you can take a breath and know that the money you earned and the retirement you work for is safe.

00:07:15.640 You have to proactively protect your assets so that when the supply chains get rocked and Biden decides to print a few more trillion-dollar bills, it won't impact your family's bottom line.

00:07:24.820 And the only way to do that is with the one true beacon of stability, and that's so many patriots used to preserve their wealth, and that, my friends, is gold.

00:07:33.040 Over the last five years, it's almost doubled in value with the way things are looking.

00:07:36.460 The sky is the limit.

00:07:38.180 Allegiance Gold has done things the right way from the beginning, so it's no coincidence that they've earned the highest trust ratings in the precious metals industry.

00:07:44.580 Five stars with the trust link, and an A-plus with the Better Business Bureau.

00:07:47.960 Allegiance Gold can help protect your IRA or 401k with physical gold or silver, and you can have it delivered securely to your doorstep.

00:08:04.320 Act today.

00:08:06.160 That's protectwithposo.com.

00:08:08.120 844-577-POSO.

00:08:10.240 So, you know, so there's a lot of people out there, you know, and I'm thinking about this.

00:08:15.140 Why is it that the left is talking more about Steve Bannon today than the right?

00:08:19.120 Why is it that the right doesn't even seem to be interested in this story?

00:08:22.620 Because I'm looking around, and certainly there's some people talking about it, but not everybody.

00:08:26.520 Is it leading the mainstream conservative thought leaders?

00:08:30.680 Are they all going to come out against this?

00:08:32.300 Oh, Steve Bannon, so the gulags are locking us up.

00:08:34.740 You know why there's a dirty little secret, folks, is that establishment Republicans and

00:08:38.020 establishment conservatives want MAGA locked up.

00:08:41.180 They want people like Steve Bannon locked up.

00:08:42.800 Why?

00:08:43.040 And it's as simple as this, because they view him as competition in the marketplace.

00:08:46.820 They view him as competition in the marketplace because they want their podcast to do a little

00:08:50.180 bit better than War Room.

00:08:51.300 They want their podcast to go up the charts a little bit more.

00:08:54.900 They think that's what, they think that's more important than saving the country, than saving

00:08:58.240 the republic, than saving our children, because they get a bigger paycheck at the end of

00:09:02.140 the day.

00:09:02.940 That's what they care about.

00:09:04.280 Oh, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.

00:09:07.160 No, no, absolutely not.

00:09:10.840 Because here's how it works, boys and girls.

00:09:12.940 First, they come for Steve, then they come for Alex Jones, who I spent all day with on

00:09:16.800 Friday, down there, flew down to Infowars.

00:09:19.460 Then they come for Donald Trump.

00:09:20.840 And guess what?

00:09:21.360 If they're willing to do that to Steve, if they're willing to do that to Alex, if they're

00:09:24.720 willing to go after Trump, and you know they're going to try to put Trump behind bars now,

00:09:27.520 what are they going to do to you?

00:09:28.480 What are they going to do to you and your wife or your husband and your children, your

00:09:34.580 dog, by the way, when they do the no-knock raid, and they come in and they shoot your

00:09:38.660 dog, and then they go for you, and they hope that you pull a gun so they can shoot back?

00:09:42.640 Understand. 0.52

00:09:43.480 Understand that I'm hot right now, guys.

00:09:45.160 I'm a little hot.

00:09:45.720 We got Darren Beattie in here.

00:09:46.740 Darren, take the mic, because I'm about to say something that Ray Epps would probably

00:09:52.620 love for me to say right now.

00:09:55.540 Don't go into the Capitol, guys.

00:09:58.660 No, it's really amazing.

00:10:01.700 It's outrageous.

00:10:02.720 I can't believe it.

00:10:03.740 I think both Navarro and Steve are now in prison, which is remarkable.

00:10:10.240 And they're both very tough guys.

00:10:12.040 You know, everybody says, you know, they text Steve something, and Steve says, what

00:10:16.500 are you talking about?

00:10:17.460 This is a war.

00:10:18.680 Get on it.

00:10:19.460 You know, don't slack off.

00:10:21.620 And that's always been his position.

00:10:23.460 You know, he's one of the toughest guys around, one of the most effective guys, really a genius

00:10:29.560 in media and in politics.

00:10:31.080 He's done it over and over and over again.

00:10:34.100 That's why they want to get rid of him.

00:10:35.500 And, you know, the broader context for this, as we've laid it out in a series of articles,

00:10:41.060 we noted that the traditional forms of deplatforming don't work as well.

00:10:46.620 They're not able to dox people.

00:10:48.640 The media doesn't have the authority anymore to really tarnish people as racists or conspiracy

00:10:55.180 theorists or whatever.

00:10:58.520 And so the next stage is simply to start putting the most effective voices in prison.

00:11:03.580 And that's the next stage of deplatforming. 0.69

00:11:06.760 And that characterizes basically the entire thrust of the 2024 strategy.

00:11:12.560 COVID was 2020.

00:11:14.940 This COVID scam, now it's the lawfare scam.

00:11:18.240 That's 2024.

00:11:19.540 And you're seeing this everywhere, from Trump to Bannon, everywhere.

00:11:23.720 You know, Doug, Mackey.

00:11:26.080 Unfortunately, there are a lot of examples, not to mention all the January 6th people.

00:11:30.220 So that's simply, you know, the state of play.

00:11:33.940 That's the position that we're in.

00:11:35.540 But I think we would all be wise to take a cue from Bannon's energy and advice is they're

00:11:41.520 doing this because they're scared.

00:11:44.560 They're doing this because they know it's all that they have.

00:11:48.100 And we've just had a number of pretty decisive wins, you know, not the least of which was the

00:11:55.300 Biden debate.

00:11:56.620 I mean, we can get into this a little bit.

00:11:58.560 We just published a piece.

00:12:00.060 I think that some way, you know, we go out on a little bit of a limb.

00:12:03.360 The piece is called Biden's Not Going to Step Down.

00:12:06.760 Either way, though, in the unlikely event that he actually does step down, they're still 0.88

00:12:10.500 screwed.

00:12:10.980 That's the thing is David Axelrod gets it. 1.00

00:12:13.600 He's not an idiot. 0.96

00:12:14.460 He gets it. 0.99

00:12:15.280 Look, they should have done this a year ago.

00:12:17.060 They didn't.

00:12:17.680 They screwed up massively.

00:12:19.500 Just like they screwed up putting their eggs in this lawfare basket, counting on the 0.67

00:12:23.620 words convicted felon to actually mean something.

00:12:26.460 In an illegitimate system, the words convicted felon only means that you are one of the few 1.00

00:12:31.120 effective voices fighting the rotten, corrupt morons in charge of this country. 1.00

00:12:36.440 So they're in total panic mode. 1.00

00:12:40.580 They were counting on these things to work.

00:12:42.880 They waited too long.

00:12:44.180 And now they're stuck in a situation where Biden is in all likelihood not going to step

00:12:48.620 down.

00:12:49.100 He's not going to leave, despite what you hear.

00:12:51.080 In all likelihood, that's not going to happen.

00:12:53.340 And in the small chance that it does happen, it's actually going to be even worse for the

00:12:58.120 Democrats to have to do a switcheroo at this very late hour. 0.94

00:13:02.540 They're totally screwed and they know it. 0.97

00:13:05.760 But here's here's the thing. 0.96

00:13:07.200 And so, Darren, and this is something that Human Events listeners three years ago, by the

00:13:12.000 way, really glad that everybody's finally caught up to the rest of us, because, again, for

00:13:16.480 those same establishment conservatives that don't want to listen to the actual reporting

00:13:20.440 that's going on, we put out in real time that it was Jill Biden making these decisions.

00:13:25.360 It was Jill Biden who convinced him to stick with the Afghanistan withdrawal timeline.

00:13:30.720 She said you have to stick by the deadline.

00:13:32.540 It doesn't matter what the facts of the ground are.

00:13:34.220 You have to stick with the deadline.

00:13:35.600 It was Jill Biden who convinced him to not shoot down the Chinese spy balloon until it

00:13:40.800 had left the American, the Eastern seaboard, until it wasn't over the American land anymore.

00:13:47.540 And so it flies over the entirety of North America, literally coast to coast.

00:13:53.080 And then she says, strike it down.

00:13:54.880 So it's Jill Biden, Jill Biden again and again and again, who's making decisions.

00:14:00.000 People remember the Shade War updates that we used to do on day one of Human Events Daily

00:14:04.960 from the very first day that we did this show.

00:14:08.180 And it's Jill Biden again, who, this, by the way, Jill and Hunter, no love lost between

00:14:12.240 the two of them.

00:14:12.940 People could see the text messages.

00:14:14.320 Joe Biden or Hunter Biden saying on his, on my most drunken day, on my most drunken day,

00:14:21.260 I am still smarter than you. 1.00

00:14:23.380 You wouldn't last a single day in an Ivy League Masters course, you stupid. 1.00

00:14:28.280 And there's, there's some, some words, there's, there's some Steve Vanden words there. 1.00

00:14:31.640 And, and so the one thing that unites the two of them is that she won't let go of the

00:14:38.480 power that she has right now. 1.00

00:14:40.180 She's the most powerful person in the country in a sense.

00:14:42.880 And, and she'll never walk with Jersey Jill.

00:14:45.220 Jersey Jill will never let him step down because she doesn't want the party to end. 0.98

00:14:49.340 And I remember, I, and I keep saying this, I used to see her at the galas with Amy Gutman

00:14:53.120 over at UPenn when Amy was the, uh, was the president there.

00:14:56.520 And I was working in the China office at UPenn and, and the, oh, it was, she was right. 1.00

00:15:02.240 She was the one who was at the gala and he was her arm candy because he was already not

00:15:07.600 paying attention back then.

00:15:08.640 He was already just kind of out of it.

00:15:10.020 This is when he was the vice president.

00:15:11.160 And again, and again, and again, this went on.

00:15:13.720 And then of course it's Hunter Biden who finally unites with her and says, well, we can't

00:15:17.020 have him step down.

00:15:17.620 Yeah, we know why you don't want him to step down on her because he's the only one keeping

00:15:23.300 you from being, uh, from being locked up yourself completely.

00:15:26.440 And I don't mean over some little gun charge.

00:15:27.840 I mean, from rampant corruption.

00:15:29.260 That being said, Hunter more than willing to cut a deal, buddy.

00:15:32.940 If you want, look at the end of the day, I'm, I'm still an intelligence officer, uh, in

00:15:37.060 my DNA.

00:15:37.560 So if you want to cut a deal, if you want to roll on Zelensky and the oligarchs and the CCP

00:15:43.740 and the Clinton Foundation and Victor Pinchuk and Igor Kolomoisky, then please let's, and

00:15:48.420 and Zelensky, where's, where does he keep the candy, Hunter?

00:15:50.960 Where does he keep the candy?

00:15:52.400 What's going on with the kids and the sex trafficking?

00:15:54.740 What's, what are the biolabs up to Hunter? 1.00

00:15:57.120 You tell us all of it.

00:15:58.920 And maybe just, maybe we'll cut you a deal.

00:16:01.740 Maybe we'll put you in a cell with Steve Bannon.

00:16:03.400 That would be something to see.

00:16:07.380 No, I mean, this is totally accurate and, you know, I love to see it.

00:16:10.500 It's just, it's, uh, it's such a delicious clown show at the moment to see a figure like,

00:16:17.820 you know, uh, glorified, uh, you know, deranged soccer mom, Jill Biden become the Yoko Ono 1.00

00:16:25.180 of the Democrat party.

00:16:27.340 It's, it's really wonderful to see.

00:16:29.040 And, you know, it's not just her and Hunter and the Biden family, you know, we make the

00:16:34.660 point in this piece is that, you know, for the Democrat party more generally, at least

00:16:40.380 in terms of the DNC and the structure like this, there are a lot of people whose political

00:16:46.240 fates are intertwined with that of Biden.

00:16:49.040 And these would be the people who would have to basically make moves in terms of getting

00:16:54.980 rid of Biden.

00:16:55.620 And so very few people whose interests actually, um, it don't align with Biden remaining in

00:17:03.060 there, including, you know, the inner circle and everything.

00:17:05.360 And so you're asking people to put this concept of the greater good of the country, which is,

00:17:11.620 you know, not even a concept to these Democrats before their own immediate political ambitions.

00:17:17.700 And that's simply a non-starter.

00:17:19.800 So that I think is just the configuration of the race at the moment.

00:17:25.960 And unless something really extreme happens, far more extreme than the debate performance

00:17:29.580 or any of the chatter you hear, Biden's going to stick it out through the election.

00:17:35.920 And that's a great thing.

00:17:37.220 And that's what it comes down to, folks.

00:17:39.320 That's what it comes down to, folks, that Biden, even if they switch him out, and I keep

00:17:42.880 saying this again and again, there's, who are you going to put up that would even hold 0.97

00:17:46.760 a candle, by the way, right now, it would look so disgusting, it would look so ridiculous. 0.79

00:17:51.140 They put themselves in a position where now they're, they're openly calling for overturning 0.92

00:17:55.360 their own democracy, right?

00:17:57.180 This is how democracy dies, or this is what democracy looks like.

00:17:59.480 Oh, wait, no, we haven't held a vote, but we're just going to get rid of our candidate

00:18:02.940 and put in someone who's completely unelected.

00:18:05.460 And oh, by the way, let's order a drone strike on Donald Trump, because we just can't seem

00:18:10.000 to stop him, no matter how many times we keep convicting him and throwing his advisors

00:18:13.920 in jail.

00:18:14.560 Stay tuned, be right back.

00:18:16.760 And them boys had a saying, you can't be listening to all that slappy whack, trimatazala, it's

00:18:24.680 a bam ship, nippy bam bam, like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:18:32.200 Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events daily.

00:18:34.840 Folks, what can I say?

00:18:37.020 The world is in flames.

00:18:39.400 They're calling for president's assassination.

00:18:41.560 They're calling for, they're putting Steve Bannon, Steve Bannon right now, in the gulag,

00:18:45.440 right now, getting fingerprinted, right now, getting mudge-cotted.

00:18:49.460 Bidenomics, we already know, is a complete and total disaster, but it cannot and will

00:18:53.020 not ruin my day.

00:18:53.960 Do you know why?

00:18:54.780 It's because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.

00:18:58.300 This coffee is 100% America.

00:19:00.020 Blackout coffee is 100% committed to conservative values, from sourcing the beans to the roasting

00:19:04.280 process, customer support, and shipping, the embodied true American values, and accept no

00:19:07.780 compromise on taste or quality.

00:19:10.080 Look, I love this stuff.

00:19:11.660 It powers me.

00:19:12.400 You know, I've been traveling a lot, doing a lot.

00:19:14.500 You need blackout coffee.

00:19:15.580 Power yourself, power your family, power your business.

00:19:17.300 Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash posto and use promo code POSO20 for 20% off your first order.

00:19:22.480 Summer is here right now.

00:19:23.460 So give those close to your heart the gift of being awake, not woke with blackout coffee.

00:19:27.500 Blackout coffee.com slash posto.

00:19:29.500 Look, you've got massive victories for Le Pen in France.

00:19:33.040 You've got a potential victory on the way for Nigel Farage coming up on Independence Day,

00:19:38.320 by the way, on the 4th of July.

00:19:41.360 And we have a situation now where the left is responding to all of this with, you know,

00:19:46.300 calling for Trump's assassination.

00:19:48.320 Oh, by the way, I believe we have a clip of last night.

00:19:50.640 I want to play this for anyone who didn't get to see the next man up special from last

00:19:54.260 night.

00:19:54.480 Let's play that short clip right now.

00:19:55.760 This is not going to stop until we stop it.

00:20:00.800 Yes.

00:20:00.960 The only thing that can defeat us is if we quit.

00:20:03.460 The Revolutionary War took forever.

00:20:05.300 Why?

00:20:05.660 We wouldn't quit.

00:20:06.900 They had every opportunity to quit because two thirds of the times, 75% of the times,

00:20:11.940 we were losing.

00:20:13.880 We lost.

00:20:15.380 The disaster after the Declaration of Independence, we didn't win anything until Christmas

00:20:19.720 night.

00:20:20.480 Loss after loss, after loss, after loss, after loss.

00:20:24.300 And still, the founders of our country, they didn't sit there and go, oh, this is so terrible.

00:20:30.740 This is so awful.

00:20:31.800 They stuck in there.

00:20:33.220 And it's not going to stop until we stop it.

00:20:37.000 And the one way we stop it is victory.

00:20:39.740 That's why I say victory or death.

00:20:41.260 It's either victory or the death of this constitutional republic.

00:20:44.320 We're right on the cusp right now.

00:20:47.780 So there's Steve.

00:20:48.820 And Steve, by the way, hasn't even seen these assassination threats on President Trump calling,

00:20:54.040 openly calling, by the way, for drone strikes on Mar-a-Lago again and again.

00:20:59.120 And it's very clear what this is, by the way, because the left, again, when they're full mask 0.94

00:21:03.740 off, they just want to kill us. 0.99

00:21:06.020 They just want to kill us and come for our children. 1.00

00:21:09.020 It's that simple. 1.00

00:21:10.140 This is how they think.

00:21:11.300 This is what makes them tick.

00:21:12.640 This is what they think about 24-7.

00:21:15.100 They are obsessed with simply murdering us and getting it out of their way.

00:21:18.860 How do I know this?

00:21:19.900 Because the left has already killed 100 million people.

00:21:23.780 And they still support communism.

00:21:26.340 Why?

00:21:26.960 Because they see 100 million dead bodies and piles of skulls as a good start.

00:21:31.480 I don't know how many times I have to tell you this.

00:21:34.700 And I don't know.

00:21:35.320 Let me bring Darren in on this.

00:21:36.780 Because Darren, what is it about sort of your mainstream conservative type?

00:21:41.460 So I've been, I've got our book launches tomorrow, Unhumans.

00:21:44.260 There's so much going on that I don't even think about it.

00:21:46.860 And yet people will say, oh, that's such a, that's such a mean word.

00:21:49.860 Why are you using that word?

00:21:50.760 Are you, you're not calling them unhuman, are you? 0.89

00:21:52.600 I'm like, they're calling for us to be killed right now.

00:21:55.700 They're locking us up in the gulags. 0.98

00:21:57.720 And I'm telling you that they are unhuman.

00:21:59.520 They are acting unhuman. 0.99

00:22:01.580 They actually want all of us killed.

00:22:03.200 And I know that even as this is happening, even as Steve Bannon has been hauled off to

00:22:08.200 the gulag, there will still be those people that just can't see that.

00:22:13.160 Explain that side of it to me, because I feel like my issue has more to do with, with the,

00:22:19.000 the people on the right or in the center than it does on the left, because the left is completely

00:22:22.900 open about what they want.

00:22:23.900 Yes, it was quite remarkable, really, I guess it's not remarkable, not surprising at all.

00:22:31.500 It's revelatory what we've seen on Twitter in reaction to this Supreme Court case, permutations

00:22:38.240 really of the same basic and not particularly clever idea that, oh, no, Biden should, you

00:22:44.320 know, use SEAL Team 6 to assassinate Trump.

00:22:47.180 And, you know, it is an expression.

00:22:48.660 I understand they're being facetious, but it is nonetheless an expression of the id.

00:22:53.360 It's an expression of their subconscious, basically a realization that everything would be so much

00:22:59.620 easier for them if Biden really did make use of SEAL Team 6 or whoever they have at their

00:23:07.820 disposal to Terrence Yeeke people in that fashion. 1.00

00:23:12.280 That would make their problems go away.

00:23:14.820 They've tried everything else.

00:23:15.940 So it's a very dangerous moment in the country for that reason.

00:23:21.560 I would say, you know, you can switch up the tweet.

00:23:24.280 And Biden arguably has an even worse enemy now in the media.

00:23:27.260 And that was that's another dimension of this Biden step down PR issue that we've seen is

00:23:35.800 that this is a rare occasion in which the mainstream media, the fake news media is actually at odds

00:23:43.100 with much of the establishment of the Democrat Party.

00:23:46.380 You see prominent Democrats like at least publicly people like Obama, Clinton, some of the big donors

00:23:53.680 like Reid Hoffman, Axelrod and, you know, the real top guys come out.

00:23:59.300 Clinton come out and say, look, Biden's the guy.

00:24:01.980 We're stuck with him for better or worse.

00:24:03.560 That's the reality, which basically reflects the analysis that we did.

00:24:07.540 And then you have The New York Times and basically every member of the commentariat going hardcore,

00:24:13.460 telling Biden to step down.

00:24:14.720 Now, there's a number of reasons for this.

00:24:16.840 Partly, I think, you know, this is just so interesting along a number of dimensions.

00:24:21.440 First of all, to see this sort of intra-regime clash between the Democrats and the media be very interesting

00:24:30.460 to see who comes out ahead in that power struggle I've put out.

00:24:34.180 I think Biden's going to stay and the Democrats are going to get the better of the media,

00:24:38.520 which is nice to see.

00:24:39.980 And for that matter, maybe Biden can use his immunity.

00:24:42.660 I hope he doesn't.

00:24:43.600 But I hope he doesn't use his immunity to launch airstrikes in The New York Times,

00:24:47.460 which has proven to be an even worse enemy at the moment than Trump.

00:24:51.420 So it's a very interesting thing to see play out with the media.

00:24:57.260 And I think from the media's standpoint, there is an issue.

00:25:00.580 But Darren, Darren, this is the thing.

00:25:03.580 And you're right.

00:25:04.260 I'm 100% right on the media side.

00:25:05.760 Oh, go ahead.

00:25:06.120 Go ahead.

00:25:06.740 All right.

00:25:07.180 One more point about the media is the media, part of what's going on here is I wouldn't give

00:25:13.080 them enough credit to even say it's a guilty conscience. 0.88

00:25:15.740 But it is a kind of cover your ass insurance thing, because the whole reason that they're 0.95

00:25:22.740 in this position to begin with, this supremely unenviable position that they waited too late 0.94

00:25:28.680 and now they're stuck no matter what, is that the media gaslit their own people.

00:25:34.880 Talk about gassing your own people, the lies about Assad.

00:25:38.340 The media gaslit their own people.

00:25:40.700 They gaslit their own people because there's nobody as gullible as these liberal elites

00:25:48.800 that go to the media and they say, yeah, that's just a right-wing conspiracy that Bidens have 0.79

00:25:53.980 brain dead.

00:25:55.020 If the media hadn't gaslit their own people in this fashion, maybe they would have corrected

00:26:00.860 the problem when it was still correctable a year ago.

00:26:03.560 But the media led the Democrats into this trap, which is just a glorious part of the whole

00:26:10.480 situation.

00:26:11.580 The media is responsible for this through their lies. 0.72

00:26:14.940 And you can see this in the interesting shift of people like Joe Scarborough, the most shameless

00:26:20.200 of propagandists.

00:26:22.040 They realize that they're at fault.

00:26:25.180 They gaslit their own people and this is their insurance policy, too little, too late to pretend

00:26:33.220 like now they're the responsible ones and they're calling attention and even calling for Biden

00:26:38.080 to step down.

00:26:39.520 They're caught with their pants down.

00:26:41.500 The media screwed their own election this time and it's wonderful to see.

00:26:46.780 And the problem here, though, the problem that I continue to see is that you have a left

00:26:54.980 that's getting increasingly more feral.

00:26:57.460 The feral dogs of the Biden family have infected their entire side.

00:27:01.660 By the way, I love watching the fallout that they're calling for Ron Klain.

00:27:05.340 They're calling for all the advisors to be fired.

00:27:07.400 They're saying it's your fault.

00:27:08.280 It's not our fault.

00:27:09.080 We're going to get out.

00:27:09.820 And yet you still have those on our side with victory sitting right there and staring you

00:27:15.960 in the face, staring you in the face.

00:27:19.220 Just walk over and pick it up.

00:27:22.300 Just pick up the victory. 0.68

00:27:24.460 All you have to do is take a few more steps, crush these people, and then you will have

00:27:31.560 actual victory.

00:27:32.900 But then you've got people at our side.

00:27:34.180 Oh, Jack.

00:27:34.880 Oh, oh, Darryl.

00:27:36.040 Some of that language is a little bit naughty. 1.00

00:27:38.280 Some of those thoughts are a little bit untoward.

00:27:42.580 And that's what I'm trying to understand, Darren, is that there will still be people.

00:27:47.000 Even as late in the hour as we are, we are on the goal line.

00:27:51.640 It is the fourth quarter.

00:27:53.540 All we have to do is put the ball a couple of more inches, and you will still find these

00:27:59.280 people who will come up with reasons that we should let the other side win.

00:28:03.840 Darren, because I'm sitting here, I'm going no mercy for traders.

00:28:06.660 What should we do?

00:28:08.720 What should we do with them?

00:28:11.080 Well, look, I think there are a lot of variables working in our favor.

00:28:14.500 I think at the moment, the election is Trump's to lose.

00:28:17.100 He's doing great.

00:28:19.060 The wind's at his back.

00:28:21.300 But, you know, it's not something to be complacent about.

00:28:24.320 It's not a shoe-in.

00:28:25.540 You'd think it should be a shoe-in, given how bad it is for the Democrats.

00:28:28.540 But they still have a lot of structural aspects on their side.

00:28:32.320 So it's not time to let up.

00:28:34.760 It's time to push forward with more energy than ever.

00:28:38.580 And I think the people who really need to do that are doing that, and we're up to the

00:28:42.340 task now.

00:28:43.300 I think it's looking good.

00:28:44.940 We just have to keep moving, keep pushing forward, keep fighting, get invigorated by these

00:28:51.620 things.

00:28:52.100 You know, Steve Bannon, they want to throw Steve Bannon in prison?

00:28:54.680 Get invigorated by it.

00:28:55.960 There's, you know, there are only a few months left, and this is going to be so beautiful.

00:29:01.180 If Trump going back to the White House after that, you know, intermediate term with Biden,

00:29:06.200 you know, this is the stuff of legends for him to come back into the White House.

00:29:11.380 I think it's, I think you might call it an interregnum.

00:29:15.400 Yes.

00:29:16.960 So just savor that.

00:29:19.180 Look to the future and savor the idea of Trump going back into the White House and the meltdowns.

00:29:23.960 And of course, the retribution.

00:29:28.480 Look, folks, it's not revenge.

00:29:30.980 It's not revenge.

00:29:32.180 It's reciprocity.

00:29:33.700 It is exact reciprocity.

00:29:36.560 That which is done to us will be done to them.

00:29:40.300 Merrick Garland.

00:29:41.180 By the way, I hope they put Merrick Garland in FCI Danbury, and I hope they put him in

00:29:45.540 the same cell that Steve Bannon was in.

00:29:47.760 But I'll tell you something, this Merrick Garland, you're not going to be there for just four

00:29:50.880 months.

00:29:51.200 No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:29:52.740 I think perhaps another unit of time, I'm thinking maybe four years, maybe 40 years.

00:29:57.660 We'll see.

00:29:58.420 We'll see, Merrick Garland, just how long you go in there for.

00:30:02.600 Again, exact reciprocity.

00:30:05.680 You refused a congressional subpoena.

00:30:08.640 That means you did the crime.

00:30:11.140 Now you got to do the time.

00:30:13.620 We're not talking about reactionary.

00:30:15.320 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:30:17.220 Reciprocity.

00:30:18.140 Exact reciprocity.

00:30:19.720 That's what's coming.

00:30:21.040 I've got my list, and I already know that I'm on yours.

00:30:24.520 Stay tuned.

00:30:25.240 We'll be right back.

00:30:26.040 Where is Jack?

00:30:32.620 Where's Jack?

00:30:34.740 Where is he?

00:30:36.020 Jack, I want to see you.

00:30:39.680 Great job, Jack.

00:30:41.100 Thank you.

00:30:41.860 What a job you do.

00:30:43.300 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:30:44.680 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the

00:30:49.140 guys should be getting Pulisic.

00:30:53.180 All right.

00:30:54.100 All right.

00:30:55.260 Jack Posobiec back here, live, Human Events Daily.

00:30:59.660 Darren Beattie, didn't give you a chance to give us your coordinates.

00:31:02.840 Let us know what's coming up next over at Revolver.

00:31:05.880 Please do, sir.

00:31:20.440 Everything about the Supreme Court cases.

00:31:22.940 And I had a major, I do have a major January 6 piece in the pipeline, but that had to be

00:31:28.640 postponed due to all of these events happening.

00:31:31.320 So I hope to get it by the end of the week.

00:31:33.720 We're covering it all.

00:31:35.300 Revolver.News.

00:31:36.560 Read it.

00:31:49.320 And speaking of which, Mike Davis, our next man up, because, of course, we're talking about

00:31:54.280 next man up this week, joins us next from the Article 3 project.

00:31:57.740 By the way, Mike, it was nice.

00:31:58.660 People don't know that we actually got to, I got to run security for you at the Supreme

00:32:03.860 Court the other day when you had a hit and there were some protesters.

00:32:07.300 I guess something happened with the security detail this morning over at Danbury because

00:32:11.900 nobody seemed to know, and nobody seemed to know how to deal with those protesters with

00:32:15.180 Steve.

00:32:15.820 But a great example of what I was able to do when you were doing your hit for Ben and

00:32:21.620 I just happened to be there, talked to the guy and I used my conversational skills and

00:32:26.860 used the Jedi mind tricks to walk them out of the shot so they weren't able to scream 0.90

00:32:31.440 traitor and all the rest while you were going off.

00:32:34.560 Real quick, though, were you in any way surprised from the 6-3 decision today on presidential 0.51

00:32:39.940 immunity?

00:32:41.060 Not at all.

00:32:41.960 And I knew it was coming and we've been predicting it's coming on your show and other shows

00:32:46.180 because think about what the alternative would have been.

00:32:49.160 If you don't have presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for your official acts

00:32:55.140 as the President of the United States, you're going to destroy the presidency and therefore

00:33:00.220 destroy the country.

00:33:01.980 And that was very clear several months ago at the Supreme Court's oral arguments that

00:33:07.260 the Supreme Court understood that very well.

00:33:10.300 You heard Justice Kavanaugh asking those questions about can the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecute

00:33:19.260 President Obama for capital murder, for ordering an extrajudicial drone strike on two American

00:33:25.260 citizens, including a minor.

00:33:27.420 Can the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecute President Biden for his illegal mass parole of

00:33:33.260 over 10 million illegal immigrants into our country and the resulting violent crimes? 1.00

00:33:39.300 Can the Trump 47 Justice Department, to be bipartisan, prosecute George W. Bush for lying about

00:33:46.320 weapons of mass destruction and the resulting deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in

00:33:51.900 Iraq? 0.57

00:33:52.420 We just cannot go down this path as a country.

00:33:56.580 We're not going to become a third world Marxist hellhole.

00:33:59.640 And six justices on the Supreme Court understood that very well.

00:34:03.980 Frankly, this should have been nine to nothing.

00:34:05.720 Those liberal justices are partisan hacks.

00:34:08.600 There's no question they would have ruled the other way if President Biden instead of President

00:34:14.200 Trump were the party on this case.

00:34:18.460 So in response to this, I'm now seeing in people, there's a steady stream, by the way,

00:34:23.160 coming in.

00:34:23.800 You've got leftists openly calling for drone strikes on Mar-a-Lago.

00:34:27.540 They're openly calling for assassinations to be ordered of President Trump.

00:34:31.700 By SEAL Team 6, Justice Sotomayor, of course, actually mentions this in her own dissent.

00:34:38.180 Justice Sotomayor with her room temperature IQ over there putting this out. 1.00

00:34:42.340 And then people are even calling.

00:34:43.740 I'm starting to see now tweets calling for the assassination of the justices themselves.

00:34:49.180 Mike Davis, walk us through this.

00:34:51.220 Can the president just openly order the assassination of political rivals now?

00:34:57.700 No, that's insane.

00:34:59.620 They're not under.

00:35:00.520 I see you have Bradley Moss up there, this third tier employment lawyer who thinks he's

00:35:05.460 a constitutional scholar now.

00:35:06.920 So I don't know if he's deluded himself into believing that.

00:35:09.840 But this guy's a joke.

00:35:11.880 But I would say this.

00:35:12.640 You have to look at the chief justice.

00:35:15.200 Certainly no MAGA warrior.

00:35:16.640 I've never seen Chief Justice John Roberts wear a MAGA hat ever.

00:35:21.180 But I would say this.

00:35:22.200 If you look at how the Supreme Court ruled, they said that there is absolute immunity

00:35:27.580 when you're dealing with the president's core constitutional functions, like, for example,

00:35:33.080 contemplating firing one of your cabinet officials, like Jack Smith put in his indictment

00:35:39.400 of President Trump.

00:35:40.160 That's absolutely immune.

00:35:42.240 And then you have presumptive immunity for all other official acts.

00:35:46.820 The Supreme Court pointed out when President Trump tried to put pressure on Vice President

00:35:52.340 Pence to not certify the election, that's presumptively immune.

00:35:56.480 And then what can happen is the prosecutor can rebut that presumption with evidence that

00:36:02.720 the president, that by prosecuting the president, it's not going to cut the legs out

00:36:09.300 of the presidency, is essentially what they're holding.

00:36:11.560 The Supreme Court is making sure that we have a strong presidency.

00:36:16.780 And this is so much bigger than Donald Trump.

00:36:19.660 This is about the destruction of the presidency and therefore the destruction of our country.

00:36:26.080 And so that's what the Supreme Court is making sure does not happen with these bogus

00:36:31.260 political prosecutions by Biden.

00:36:33.580 As you're speaking here, I pulled up Sotomayor's dissent and some of the key lines, and people

00:36:40.080 have seen the SEAL Team 6 line, which is just completely insane.

00:36:42.920 But I'll read to some people this.

00:36:47.620 Today's decision to grant former presidents criminal immunity reshapes the institution of

00:36:54.200 the presidency.

00:36:55.220 It makes a mockery of the principle that no man is above the law.

00:36:59.500 Presidents could now take bribes and assassinate political opponents without being prosecuted.

00:37:05.560 And the president is now a king above the law.

00:37:09.620 Without fear for our democracy, I dissent. 1.00

00:37:14.780 Does she actually believe, like, is she actually that stupid? 1.00

00:37:18.260 Is she, like, I'm just going to ask, right? 1.00

00:37:20.940 Because, like, I'm not a lawyer.

00:37:22.580 I'm not a constitutional lawyer. 0.98

00:37:23.580 Is she actually that dumb to think that this decision affects all of those things that she 0.93

00:37:30.280 just said, that it removes the impeachment power, that it, by the way, it only offers 0.95

00:37:34.720 partial immunity?

00:37:36.620 Just is she that?

00:37:38.100 Is she playing to an audience, which I totally understand, because that's something that

00:37:41.780 the left does all the time? 1.00

00:37:42.980 Or is she just personally that absolutely stupid? 1.00

00:37:47.620 Both. 1.00

00:37:48.180 And I would say this, Justice Sotomayor reminds me of one of my aunts, who I disagree with

00:37:56.060 constantly.

00:37:57.460 I still love her.

00:37:58.840 I still love my aunt, but I disagree with her constantly.

00:38:01.560 But she's not the smartest person that I've ever had a debate with.

00:38:05.080 And I think that Justice Sotomayor is kind of in that camp.

00:38:08.180 She's actually personally a very lovable person.

00:38:10.600 So she's like a... 0.75

00:38:12.060 So she's... 0.98

00:38:12.940 This is like the rantings of a liberal wine aunt.

00:38:16.000 Like, this is the rantings of a liberal wine aunt who is sitting on the Supreme Court.

00:38:20.340 Who, yeah, by the way, like, maybe she's very nice.

00:38:22.900 I believe that she and Clarence Thomas and some of the other justices actually have a

00:38:26.100 pretty good relationship.

00:38:27.280 But it's just these...

00:38:29.060 This is like her posting on Facebook, and that's how people should read this.

00:38:32.520 Yeah, it's like when you're going to Christmas, and you know that aunt's going to be a total 0.99

00:38:38.000 pain in the ass and fight with you the entire time. 0.99

00:38:40.920 And so you have to chug a bunch of alcohol before you get to the Christmas party. 1.00

00:38:44.540 So you can tolerate that aunt. 0.97

00:38:46.340 You still love her, but you wish that she would just shut up from time to time.

00:38:49.840 And that's Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

00:38:53.200 Look, she's personally a great person, but she's just wrong here. 1.00

00:38:56.580 And she's dumb. 1.00

00:38:58.040 She's just stupidly wrong on this case. 1.00

00:39:00.900 And this is so much bigger than Donald Trump. 0.99

00:39:04.300 This is about the presidency.

00:39:06.200 If you let a president of the United States imprison his predecessor for what that predecessor

00:39:13.620 did in his official capacity as the president of the United States, you're going to destroy 0.81

00:39:19.420 our country. 0.89

00:39:19.960 You're going to turn America into a third world Marxist hellhole.

00:39:24.620 And maybe that's what a lot of these Democrats want is the destruction of the presidency.

00:39:28.840 So therefore, you'll get the destruction of the country.

00:39:32.980 Again, this should have been nine to nothing.

00:39:34.800 If this were President Obama's case or President Biden's case, it would have been nine to nothing.

00:39:39.680 But you have three left-wing hacks on the Supreme Court who are angry and bitter because they're

00:39:45.040 going to be in a permanent minority for 95% of the cases for the rest of their life.

00:39:50.880 Thank you, George W., or thank you to President Donald J. Trump.

00:39:55.840 And I would say this, and I would say this to the Democrats, you have guaranteed with this

00:40:01.900 lawfare and election interference that President Trump is going to get reelected.

00:40:05.900 And he's probably likely going to replace Sonia Sotomayor on the Supreme Court.

00:40:12.000 So thank you very much for your service to this country with this boneheaded, Republican-ending

00:40:18.020 lawfare and election interference that has backfired and backfired spectacularly.

00:40:26.080 Sonia Sotomayor, right back with more Mike Davis.

00:40:33.060 Hear about the boring people at your office.

00:40:35.780 I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:33.740 Mike Davis, let me ask you a question.

00:41:38.160 Totally shift gears here for a second.

00:41:41.380 Your friend of mine, Stephen K.

00:41:42.860 Bannon, walking into federal prison right now, head held high.

00:41:47.420 Head held high like the warrior, like the Irish warrior he is, bowing his head at once. 0.80

00:41:53.180 The only time he put his head down was to receive a traditional Latin blessing.

00:41:58.080 The only time Steve Bannon put his head down was for the traditional Latin blessing from

00:42:03.660 the church, from the priest that they had on hand.

00:42:06.420 And watching him go in there, let me ask you this.

00:42:09.820 So we know that the emergency injunction for Steve Bannon's imprisonment was denied.

00:42:17.600 He does still have his appeal that goes up on executive privilege grounds.

00:42:22.360 Is there any chance that that could come up during the four months that he's in and he

00:42:27.300 might be out earlier?

00:42:29.040 I doubt it.

00:42:30.100 And I would say this to the courts.

00:42:32.340 You have really dropped the ball on this one because this is so much bigger than Steve

00:42:37.660 Bannon.

00:42:38.340 You have two former top presidential advisors sitting in prison right now.

00:42:45.100 Peter Navarro, who was the White House trade director, and Steve Bannon, who was President

00:42:50.460 Trump's, one of President Trump's top outside presidential advisors, are in prison right

00:42:56.240 now for objecting to a congressional subpoena on constitutional executive privilege grounds,

00:43:06.600 constitutional executive privilege that has gone back 250 years to George Washington to

00:43:12.520 make sure that presidents can get candid advice from their advisors without being hauled in

00:43:18.020 before courts or Congress to disclose that advice because we want to protect the presidency.

00:43:24.120 And these federal courts, these D.C. judges, the D.C. District Court, the D.C. Court of

00:43:30.360 Appeals, they are left-wing partisan hacks, Obama and Biden, Democrat partisan judges, and

00:43:37.300 weak Republican judges largely on these D.C. courts.

00:43:41.080 And so the Supreme Court should have stepped in for both Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon because

00:43:46.660 guess what, if you could put a presidential advisor in prison for raising an objection under

00:43:53.900 constitutional executive privilege, we're going to destroy our presidency.

00:43:57.400 I would think that the Chief Justice and Justice Kavanaugh would understand that after, especially

00:44:03.500 after they just issued that great presidential immunity ruling. 0.99

00:44:07.640 And remember that this is going to come back and bite the Democrats in the ass because remember 0.98

00:44:12.880 there was Hunter Biden who did his drive-by press conference in front of Congress and was, you 0.99

00:44:18.760 know, contempt of Congress and not a damn thing happens from Merrick Garland.

00:44:22.200 And Merrick Garland is held in contempt of Congress after he released the transcript of

00:44:28.280 special counsel Robert Herr's interview of President Biden, but Garland refused to release the tape.

00:44:34.760 We found out why at the debate because Biden is such a disaster and they didn't want it

00:44:39.380 to get out. Garland raised a frivolous claim of executive privilege.

00:44:43.520 He released the transcript.

00:44:45.400 So we can't claim that the tape is somehow covered after he released the transcript.

00:44:50.380 He had his Justice Department, Garland had his Justice Department get out a jail free card.

00:44:56.040 I guarantee you that that card's not going to be valid come January 20th, 2025, when the

00:45:01.760 Trump 47 Justice Department arrests him and charges him with contempt of Congress along with

00:45:07.380 Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden has no claim of constitutional executive privilege, but the attorney general

00:45:12.960 might. But guess what? He's going to face severe legal, political and financial consequences after

00:45:19.260 January 20th. And part of that is Merrick Garland must be held, must be held accountable for his

00:45:25.220 contempt. They must bring criminal charges. In the meantime, the House Republicans must hold

00:45:30.540 Garland in inherent contempt of Congress, order the House sergeant at arms to go get him and put him

00:45:37.940 in the Capitol jail cell until Merrick Garland complies with the subpoena by turning over that tape of Rob

00:45:45.100 Hurd with President Biden. Nobody's above the law, Merrick Garland says, and all these Democrats say,

00:45:50.700 and we know that's not true under the Biden Justice Department.

00:45:53.620 No one is above the law. No one is above the law. Yeah. Well, how about the dreamers? Then how

00:46:00.180 about illegal aliens? So if no one is above the law, where's, I mean, you know, it's a joke, 0.99

00:46:05.640 but you could, of course, you can, of course, uh, throw that around again and again on the left,

00:46:10.440 because they're the ones who are constantly breaking the law and they run over and they'll

00:46:15.940 say, Oh, you didn't file your paperwork correctly off to jail with you. Look, I think, and, and let me ask

00:46:20.840 you this while I have you on because look from the collapse, I know this is something you and I have

00:46:24.280 talked about at length. You and Steve talked about this a lot at length too. Joe Biden collapses at

00:46:29.100 the debate, calls for Joe Biden to come out, Steve Bannon put behind the gulag. How much pressure will

00:46:34.420 there be now on judge Juan Merchan to give president Trump a, a, a jail sentence, uh, one, which Steve

00:46:43.040 Bannon predicts will be multi-year. I think that that's going to happen and there's no question about

00:46:48.120 it. This was a partisan corrupt rigged process. This judge Juan Merchan is corrupt. His adult

00:46:55.980 daughter, Lauren Merchan was raising millions of dollars off of this unprecedented criminal trial

00:47:01.700 over which he presided. That requires judge Merchan's recusal under New York statute. That's not just

00:47:08.800 crazy. Mike Davis saying that in Obama, a former Clinton judge, federal judge from New York said that

00:47:14.960 on Caitlin Collins's show on CNN on April 5th, when Trump raised this evidence that Merchan needed

00:47:21.200 to recuse, how did he respond? Judge Merchan threatened to throw Trump in jail. If Trump

00:47:27.220 mentioned Lauren Merchan's name, this guy is corrupt. This guy is partisan. There's no question he's going 0.99

00:47:33.480 to order Trump to incarceration. And, uh, president Trump will, uh, file a habeas petition. I presume,

00:47:41.160 uh, 2241 habeas petition in the federal courts. He'll also file, I presume, an emergency petition

00:47:47.660 through the New York courts. But I would say this, that there's no way in hell that this Supreme Court

00:47:53.780 of the United States is going to let, uh, the Soros funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, this former Obama

00:48:01.400 and Biden. It's completely insane. Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, we're, we're just, we're just about

00:48:05.240 out of time. Give people your coordinates real quick, man. Article three project.org,

00:48:09.080 article number three project.org. Article three project.org. Folks, Steve Bannon has signed off

00:48:15.160 from the war room. He's going to be doing a couple of months of show prep for his triumphant return.

00:48:20.440 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, we have my permission to lay short.
