00:02:48.680 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live in Washington, D.C.
00:02:56.540 Today is May 6, 2025, Anno Domini.
00:03:00.100 Folks, we got a problem.
00:03:01.880 We got a problem down in North Carolina.
00:03:04.460 No, unfortunately, I'm not talking about the lack of water power, the lack of communications, the lack of electricity out in western North Carolina.
00:03:13.200 I know, unfortunately, we have a little bit of an invasive species going on, a little bit of a pestilence, a rodent species, if you will.
00:03:24.680 And it's that elusive species known as the North Carolina rhino.
00:03:30.600 Yes, the North Carolina rhino who is eating all the crops, who is doing everything they can to destroy the MAGA movement, to not stand in line with the wishes of the American people.
00:03:43.900 No, we got a rhino situation.
00:03:46.860 Rhino on the loose in North Carolina.
00:03:49.300 And he goes by the name of Tham Tillis.
00:03:53.360 Yes, oh, Tham Thum.
00:03:56.120 Tham Thum over there.
00:03:57.420 We got Tham Thum.
00:03:58.640 Say that five times fast.
00:04:00.060 He says that he's going to oppose the nomination of Eagle Ed Martin, the right-hand man of Phyllis Schlafly.
00:04:08.480 Eagle Ed Martin, who ended all of the corrupt, ongoing cases against the J6ers.
00:04:15.160 Tom Tillis refuses to support Ed Martin's nomination for the U.S. Attorney of Washington, D.C.
00:04:25.080 We're not going to have it.
00:04:26.160 We're not going to play any of these games.
00:04:27.680 We're not going to play any of these games.
00:04:29.520 Here's the phone number, folks.
00:04:30.580 Be polite, but be patriotic.
00:04:46.520 Why are you not supporting America's choice for U.S. Attorney?
00:04:51.260 And do you understand that if you do not support this and you block Eagle Ed Martin, the patriot's choice, then who gets to pick the U.S. Attorney?
00:05:02.060 Judge Bozberg.
00:05:03.680 So what's it going to be?
00:05:05.320 What's it going to be, old Tham Thum?
00:05:07.800 Is it going to be the American people's choice or Judge Bozberg's choice?
00:05:13.200 You have the power in your hands.
00:05:17.620 And this is a binary situation.
00:05:19.100 Don't give me that, oh, well, my prince.
00:05:20.860 No, no, it's a binary choice.
00:05:23.480 Do you stand with the people of the United States?
00:05:25.340 Do you stand with the people of North Carolina?
00:05:27.700 Or do you stand with Judge Bozberg, an unelected Obama communist who has been struck down again and again repeatedly at the Supreme Court?
00:05:38.260 Folks, call him and ask.
00:05:40.640 We'll be right back.
00:05:45.300 America first truly means.
00:05:47.020 Welcome to the second American Revolution.
00:05:51.640 All right, Jack Posobiec back live here, Washington, D.C.
00:05:59.020 It's an interesting day weather-wise here in Washington, D.C.
00:06:02.440 I want to welcome in, by the way, the Salem Radio Network and the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:06:09.340 But, folks, you know, it's a little bit cloudy, a little bit rainy, but we'll get through it together.
00:06:16.560 Folks, before we get into all this, I want to talk about Silence Faraday products because this is huge.
00:06:22.960 You know, the Sistine Chapel this week, they're going to turn the entire Sistine Chapel into a Faraday cage to block incoming and outgoing signals.
00:06:33.400 That's how secure the Sistine Chapel and the Conclave to choose the next pope is going to be.
00:06:39.780 Well, as it turns out, you can have that same level of protection as a papal conclave for your own personal devices.
00:06:49.000 How do you do that?
00:06:49.980 Silence Faraday products.
00:06:51.780 They block all incoming and outgoing signals so that your devices are invisible and safe from the outside world.
00:06:57.380 They got backpacks.
00:06:58.280 They got phone sleeves, pants even, believe it or not.
00:07:00.540 I think my brother Kevin might be wearing some of those right now.
00:07:03.620 At least he claims he is.
00:07:05.100 It blocks the signal blocking technology and wireless signals, giving you the peace of mind that your data doesn't end up in the wrong hands.
00:07:13.820 Just place your device inside, close it, and that's it.
00:07:15.960 You're safeguarded from unauthorized access between the government, big tech, corporate America, and criminals.
00:07:21.020 Your privacy is compromised 24-7.
00:07:23.520 There's no other option.
00:07:24.680 You have to protect yourself.
00:07:26.420 That starts with Silence.
00:07:28.000 So go silent today at slnt.com slash poso to save 15% plus reshipping on qualifying orders.
00:07:34.580 Stay ahead of what's coming and secure your privacy today.
00:07:36.860 Again, that's slnt.com slash poso for 15% off and reshipping.
00:07:43.220 Well, folks, last night there was a massive Antifa outpouring.
00:07:48.840 I was just going to attack.
00:07:49.540 I'm going to say it was an attack up in Seattle at the University of Washington.
00:07:53.160 Speaking at the University of Washington tonight with Riley Gaines is Olivia Krolchuk, who's been absolutely outspoken on issues of transgender in women's sports and so many others issues.
00:08:07.760 She is a free speech advocate, really a warrior for free speech.
00:08:12.000 She joins us now.
00:08:13.320 Olivia, are you prepared to still speak tonight, even after the fires, the assaults, the attacks, and everything that happened on campus last night at UW?
00:08:24.000 Honestly, I feel more prepared than ever because it just lets me know that they need someone on campus to explain to them that free speech does, in fact, matter.
00:08:32.220 So I'm very excited.
00:08:33.180 I know Riley is, too.
00:08:34.060 I think that the security will be beefed up from the last event in January where they held me hostage.
00:08:39.940 So I'm very excited about tonight.
00:08:43.000 So, I mean, this is – let me just walk through this.
00:08:46.500 So, you know, Seattle, that's a place where – I just happened to see a video last night where one of the Antifas was even talking about 2020.
00:08:55.760 So this is five years ago, almost, you know, this month.
00:08:58.980 Five years ago this month was George Floyd.
00:09:00.380 That's what kicked off the, you know, the Summer of Love, and there was no place more prevalent than the Summer of Love than Seattle itself and Chaz, the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, where my brother and I went in and infiltrated.
00:09:14.160 We shot a documentary in there.
00:09:15.520 We released that later, did a whole book on the whole thing, and it got extremely violent.
00:09:20.900 That violence is back.
00:09:23.100 What steps are you and Riley taking to make sure that you and your guests are safe tonight?
00:09:28.880 We have a lot of security.
00:09:30.060 We're bringing our own security team this time because, of course, last time the campus security did not take the necessary precautions, and certainly the University of Washington themselves are – I think they're watching themselves this time because the last event they were posting on the official University of Washington Instagram account, the flyer to the protest, encouraging the students to come to bring their friends, noisemakers, to wear masks.
00:09:53.120 They haven't been doing that.
00:09:53.600 They haven't been doing that this time, so I think we will have a lot better security, and I know there's a lot of people who are anxious about showing up, but I promise everything will be just fine.
00:10:02.680 For folks who don't know quite that there is a backstory here, tell people how it happened the last time you showed up at UW.
00:10:11.540 Yeah, so in January, January 21st, the day after inauguration, we kicked off the Riley Gaines Center tour, the semester tour at University of Washington, and I showed up on campus and immediately was met with backlash.
00:10:24.820 Flyers, flyers every 10 feet with my face on them, the eyes crossed off, saying, go home, Nazi, if we see you, we'll kill you.
00:10:31.460 There were about 200, 250 protesters, Antifa, of course, dressed from head to toe in black, the same group we saw last night destroy campus and light campus on fire.
00:10:41.800 They showed up and blockaded me and the Turning Point students in the classroom and did not let us out, banging on doors, breaking windows, everything you can think of.
00:10:50.280 Hours later, eventually made it home. I'm very excited to go back.
00:10:54.700 I think it's going to be very interesting to see how they respond this time, whether they will protest and give us that attention or if they're just going to step back because they know we're not going to step back.
00:11:05.840 Well, you saw the university came in, and thank God that you and everyone were safe.
00:11:11.280 We saw the university come in as well as police.
00:11:13.160 It looks like, you know, I haven't been able to go through all the videos in detail just yet, but it looks like there were elements of university police as well as SPD that got involved last night, different units.
00:11:24.640 And post-millennial, of course, we had a reporter out there also covering it live.
00:11:28.840 I think a couple of reporters in Turning Point had the great Jonathan Cho from Frontlines, of course, and I'm sure he'll be there tonight as well to see if any of this kicks off.
00:11:37.380 Have you been, or at least your security team, as you know, and please don't, you know, you don't have to give us any operational security details, don't break OPSEC, but have you been able to be in good communication with the university regarding these security and safety issues?
00:11:52.120 For sure. That's definitely something they're handling on their end, but they're going to make sure, they would never let us walk into a room and make sure it's mass secure.
00:11:59.200 So that definitely won't be a problem this time.
00:12:01.100 I'm definitely excited to see Jonathan. He does great work.
00:12:03.300 He was there at the last event. I think they chased him after I was taken out of the building.
00:12:08.000 So he's definitely getting into the belly of the beast for sure.
00:12:12.860 Well, and that's just it. These people, they're remorseless.
00:12:16.700 They are absolutely beyond reason. There's no point in reasoning with them.
00:12:21.680 They are there based on petty resentment and they are based on hate.
00:12:26.840 To your point, did any of them even, you know, they're, they're labeling ridiculous slurs that you ridiculous, you know, just, just targeted and emotional words that you did any one of them at any point or online, you know, even try to engage you once.
00:12:41.680 Um, none of them apologize. Of course. I actually, it's funny because I reposted one of the videos from January on my X account and someone just commented on it a couple hours ago, one of the students and said they should have shot you in the head while they had you cornered.
00:12:55.640 I was like, are you kidding me? Uh, these are students at the university of Washington and the university is enabling these students at this point, enabling not only the students, but the Antifa people who aren't even supposed to be on campus.
00:13:07.160 Uh, this is not, this is not a protest is terrorism. And it's time that university of Washington steps in. I know we did see some action with the police, some arrests made last night, but to be honest, they'll probably be released before the event.
00:13:18.720 Well, and then of course that's exactly what they're doing because, and, and I, I'm just praying for your guys' safety tonight. I mean, I, I, you know, I, I expect no matter what I say, you're going to go through at the event. Um, and I, I would too, but, uh, you know, you, you do have to do what you can to be safe, you know, use decoy cars, use all the alternate entrances, all that stuff to make sure that they can't determine exactly where you are when you're going to and from different, uh, different areas.
00:13:44.880 I've even had, you know, places where I've had, uh, you know, been protested on campus and we've had, depending on where we are, um, you know, we've had situations where the local police will even escort us out in our, our vehicle.
00:13:56.240 So they'll give us like a convoy, uh, and we'll be able to come in and out just to be able to speak. And this speaks to, I would say the conditions of our country today, uh, because you've got some people going out there and saying, oh, the, you know, it's the right. That's the real threat right now. The right is going too far. I'm sorry. You know, Olivia, I know you just,
00:14:14.880 said you got to town, but you've watched these videos, I'm sure in your security team. Did they detect any elements of the right? Was it the woke right that was out there last night setting fire to campus?
00:14:24.360 Of course not because we're not psychotic. Uh, they are absolutely crazy. Uh, these individuals are, I don't know what went wrong in their lives to make it, make them think it's okay to set the campus on fire, to take people hostage, to take over buildings. It's insane.
00:14:38.880 And once again, like I said already, university of Washington is completely enabling these students and these members of Antifa. They have been doing this for years, especially prominent this last year on campus. And they're just letting it happen. Uh, it's the same people over and over again. And since they're not making any arrests, they should be deporting the people who are here and they're, you know, advocating for other countries. Let's, let's deport them at this point. Uh, the university.
00:15:02.880 Well, you know, they did say though, president Trump Alcatraz, not too far away, not too far away from Seattle as the crow flies. So maybe, uh, maybe there's some more options. Let's, let's hold you over because I want to get into this because people need to hear this story and understand what's actually going on on college campuses in America, even still today in 2025. Jack Posobiec, we're on with Olivia Krolchick.
00:15:25.880 He's going to be walking into the lion's den tonight, the chaos, the maw of hell itself. Jack Posobiec. Come right back.
00:15:40.880 Today, you know, they, you talk about influencers. These are influencers and, uh, they're friends of mine. Jack Posobiec. Where's Jack? Jack. He's done a great job.
00:15:55.880 All right, Jack Posobiec. Here we are back live human events daily, Washington, DC sky clearing up a little bit right now over the white house, but we will see how that plays out for the rest of the day. I'm doing the, the white house weather report over here. Uh, Brent, let's bring in the, uh, third hour of Charlie Kirk on the Salem radio network as well. Folks, there's a dirty little secret in the mobile phone industry that the major carriers, they don't want you to know about it. Did you know that the big three mobile companies own all the towers in the U S.
00:16:25.380 So if that's the case, what's the difference between the carriers? Well, there's really only one, which actually lives by the same values as you. And the only one allows to choose the best network for you. That's Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. And the only one that allows you access to all three networks. So keep your phone, keep your number. And now with your values, you can keep them too.
00:16:48.600 With Patriot Mobile, you know that none of your money is going to the woke left DEI or causes that have put America last. You're worried about switching. Don't their U S based customer service team makes switching easy. And you'll get the same service without compromising quality or convenience. Just go to PatriotMobile.com slash POSO or call 972 Patriot right now. Get a free month of service with promo code POSO.
00:17:10.600 Don't be fooled by other mobile providers pretending to share your values, support one that actively supports the first amendment and second amendment, as well as the sanctity of life or brave veterans and first responders. Make the switch today.
00:17:23.460 Go to PatriotMobile.com slash POSO or call 972 Patriot.
00:17:28.580 I want to bring in Olivia Kralchik back here again. Olivia, look, you're going to speak tonight.
00:17:34.960 You're going to give a speech about the same basic freedoms that, you know, I was just talking about their first amendment, freedom of association, these types of things.
00:17:43.760 What does it say that we've gotten to a point in this country where there are people who are, and, and, and, and I don't, I don't want to, I don't want to be, uh, you know, I don't want to be dismissive of this.
00:17:54.420 There are people who have called for you personally to be killed over you going and giving this speech.
00:18:02.300 What does that say about where we've come?
00:18:04.080 It says we're in a very dangerous place.
00:18:07.440 It should not be this hard to advocate safely for free speech, but not only free speech, but protection of women's sports.
00:18:14.420 That's the main issue that I focus on.
00:18:16.820 Women deserve safety and privacy in their sports and their locker rooms.
00:18:20.120 They deserve free access.
00:18:22.080 They do not have to compete against these males.
00:18:24.040 And it blows my mind that we have an entire leftist group, the group of Antifa, promoting men to compete against women.
00:18:30.920 It should not be this difficult to reach them and, you know, tell them that this is the truth, that women do deserve to have equal access, that they are biologically different than men.
00:18:40.440 I don't know if they skipped fourth grade science class, but it really should not take me, a 22 year old, having to go to college campuses to say men are actually not women.
00:18:50.500 And, and what it comes down to is this, it's, it's, they know that deep down, they know all this, but it's, it's never about the things they claim it is.
00:18:58.840 It's about the fact that they want to be out there burning things down, attacking people.
00:19:04.960 They don't actually care about the issues.
00:19:06.980 They don't even actually care about equality or gender fluidity or any of this.
00:19:11.740 They want the ability to have an excuse to go and do these things.
00:19:16.340 And why?
00:19:17.180 They do it out of resentment.
00:19:18.620 They do it out of hate.
00:19:19.620 They do it out of petty jealousy over people who are better than them, more skilled than them, people who are more attractive than them, people who are more successful than them.
00:19:31.620 That's what it always comes down to.
00:19:33.260 And by the way, that's why they wear the black masks, isn't it?
00:19:36.640 It's the victim mentality.
00:19:39.780 They have to be oppressed and victimized by every single thing.
00:19:43.680 We see Elon Musk making all of these amazing changes, making sure that our tax dollars are going to things that actually matter.
00:19:49.840 And somehow they made it a problem.
00:19:51.720 Somehow they're being oppressed and victimized by finding out where our dollars are being wasted.
00:19:56.100 How do they spin that around?
00:19:57.380 I don't know.
00:19:57.860 Well, and that's what it is.
00:20:01.520 Olivia, we've just got a minute left.
00:20:03.780 Godspeed to you.
00:20:04.820 I will be saying a prayer for you this evening.
00:20:08.340 I'll have my rosary out.
00:20:09.800 If you don't have one, I hope you can grab one.
00:20:12.240 But where can people go to watch tonight and where can they go to follow you as you go through this endurance?
00:20:20.300 They can find it at therallygaincenter.org or on my social media, Olivia Krolchuk.
00:20:24.960 It's K-R-O-L-C-Z-Y-K.
00:20:26.900 I'm on X, Instagram, and TikTok.
00:20:30.500 Look, that's how it goes, folks.
00:20:32.060 That's how it goes.
00:20:33.220 If you just want to get out there and give a speech about something that stands against the revolution,
00:20:39.380 about something that actually says, you know something?
00:20:42.020 Maybe there's a reason that our society was built the way that it was.
00:20:46.700 And maybe, just maybe, if we go around tearing things down, that it won't always lead to good outcomes.
00:20:54.480 And perhaps, just perhaps, we are going to have to tear some of these bad people down so that we can get society back to where it ought to be.
00:21:04.420 That's the situation, folks.
00:21:07.020 We didn't make it, but we are going to fix it.
00:21:10.900 That's the difference between the new right, the populist nationalist movement, and the old right debate club.
00:21:17.360 This isn't debate club.
00:21:18.660 This is action, action, action.
00:21:21.220 Every day, here in, here out, human events daily, all around the world.
00:21:27.160 We'll be right back.
00:21:27.880 Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice, and the Salem Radio Network.
00:21:36.000 And Jack, where is Jack?
00:21:39.180 Where's Jack?
00:21:41.300 Where is he?
00:21:42.600 Jack, I want to see you.
00:21:46.240 Great job, Jack.
00:21:47.660 Thank you.
00:21:48.400 What a job you do.
00:21:49.840 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:21:51.220 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys.
00:21:54.560 And these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:21:59.180 All right, Jack Posobiec, here we are back.
00:22:00.980 Live human events, Daily Salem Radio Network, Charlie Kirk Hour 3, as well as the Real America's Voice Network.
00:22:08.780 I want to also, of course, give a shout out to all of our folks watching the thousands and thousands that watch every day on the Rumble Chat, on the Getter Chat.
00:22:16.760 I need to do a better job of getting in there, but you never know.
00:22:20.680 You never know when Poso is going to be in there, because sometimes we do pre-tape.
00:22:23.860 It's true.
00:22:25.120 And, of course, the email, as always, is 1776 at humanevents.com.
00:22:29.380 1776 at humanevents.com.
00:22:33.140 Folks, I got to tell you something.
00:22:34.580 Listen up.
00:22:35.420 If you are a homeowner, you got to hear this, because when's the last time you checked on your home title?
00:22:41.820 See, that's the legal proof that you own your house.
00:22:45.020 If you're like me, the answer is, you know, probably never.
00:22:47.760 The problem is, in today's AI and cyber world, scammers are stealing home titles so much more easily, and your equity is what they're targeting through identity theft.
00:22:57.880 Here's how it works.
00:22:59.320 Criminals forge your signature on one document.
00:23:01.500 Then they use a fake notary stamp, pay a small fee with the county, and boom!
00:23:06.440 Your home title has been transferred out of your name.
00:23:09.500 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.
00:23:13.580 You won't even know what's happened until you get a collection or a foreclosure notice.
00:23:16.960 That's why you need to stop what you're doing and find out today if you're already a victim.
00:23:21.500 Use promo code POSO at HometitleLock.com to make sure your title is still in your name.
00:23:26.960 You'll also get a free title history report, plus a free 14-day trial of their million-dollar triple lock protection.
00:23:33.320 That's 24-7 monitoring of your title, urgent alerts to any changes, and if fraud should happen, they'll spend up to $1 million to fix it.
00:23:41.680 Go to HometitleLock.com now.
00:23:43.440 Now, use promo code POSO, that's HometitleLock.com, promo code POSO.
00:23:48.440 And I got to say, folks, that yes, that's a partner of ours here at Human Events Daily, but you know something?
00:23:56.900 This stuff is real because guess what?
00:23:58.800 Here's a story that my team just pulled up.
00:24:01.420 They found this out of Fort Myers, Florida in Lee Acres.
00:24:06.280 Here's a Florida woman, and she attempted to steal two homes using this same exact method.
00:24:14.220 So what I wanted to do to explain all this, I wanted to bring on Matthew Cox, who is a public educator and, in fact, a former home title thief himself,
00:24:27.280 to walk us through cases like this and just this entire world.
00:24:35.260 Matthew, thanks so much for joining us.
00:24:37.760 I appreciate you having me.
00:24:40.180 So I'm reading this story.
00:24:43.060 It says that this woman, Sunim Bradford, she was convicted of trespassing and theft.
00:24:50.700 She attempted to steal two homes, falsifying property deeds.
00:24:54.760 And I've got to read this quote because it's just so, it's just so audacious.
00:24:59.200 When she told the officers, finders, keepers, losers, weepers, she claimed that the homes were abandoned.
00:25:08.200 She kept assisting and insisting that they were abandoned.
00:25:11.880 As it turns out, they were undergoing repairs from recent hurricane damage.
00:25:16.900 Look, if you live in the Florida area or anywhere in the Gulf, you know, Gulf of America, that this is going to be something that you're dealing with on a regular basis.
00:25:26.220 Walk us through what it is that she was attempting because this probably isn't the first time she's done it.
00:25:33.740 So I believe in this case, she had filed false deeds on the properties trying to say that they were her property.
00:25:42.440 And I want to say that there was some type of an issue with one of the deeds.
00:25:50.960 And eventually, I want to say the homeowners came back and they found her squatting in the house.
00:25:56.640 And she was basically trying to take possession of the properties, which I have no doubt she would have eventually tried to sell.
00:26:01.440 So she's trying to sell, so she could sell the property and then potentially, so that's a full-on sale where she's claiming that she's the owner of the property and then going through, I guess you would work with what, like a realtor then after that?
00:26:16.860 Well, you don't have to, I suppose.
00:26:19.000 Yeah, you don't have to.
00:26:19.720 If the property is, you know, I don't want to say abandoned, but nobody's, because I don't think the properties were abandoned, they were just being worked on.
00:26:27.060 So she gained possession of those properties by being able to have access to them and go inside of them and stay in them or whatever she was doing.
00:26:38.460 You don't even need to do that.
00:26:39.900 It makes it easier because what you can do is you can go to public records, file a false deed on the property saying that you're now the owner, and then she could put the property up for sale, and someone can come and look at the property and say, hey, yeah, this house is worth $400,000.
00:26:57.600 Let's say she's trying to sell it for $350,000.
00:27:00.580 She's going to get a whole bunch of people wanting to buy that house.
00:27:03.100 They schedule a closing, and then she goes and they close on the house.
00:27:06.200 They'll wire her the money wherever she wants it, and she could pull the money out or leave it in her bank account, and the true homeowners may not even find out for months that this has happened, and she could be long gone with the money.
00:27:20.560 So you don't need a real estate agent to do that.
00:27:23.220 You can do that on your own.
00:27:24.320 Yeah, yeah.
00:27:24.700 No, it kind of clicked in my head that you actually don't.
00:27:26.840 You could sell it straight up.
00:27:28.300 But in one of these situations, I mean, my gosh, do you think she could even, or not she, but just kind of speaking more broadly, I mean, you could have the homeowners coming home to potentially someone else living in their house.
00:27:44.920 Sure, absolutely.
00:27:46.000 That happens.
00:27:47.940 I don't want to say, you know, it happens a lot.
00:27:50.000 Like, this type of fraud happens all the time, and it's seldomly reported on.
00:27:58.320 It's a very common crime, and it's extremely easy to pull off as a fraudster.
00:28:06.960 I mean, what she did, I've done many times.
00:28:08.920 And you don't have to.
00:28:10.200 The house doesn't have to be vacant.
00:28:13.180 It might make it a little easier if it's vacant, but I mean, I've done, I've actually borrowed money on people's houses in their name while they are living in the house.
00:28:26.980 I borrowed three mortgages, I believe, on a gentleman's house one time while he was living there.
00:28:33.220 He actually had a lien on the property, so I just went down to public records, satisfied the lien on his house.
00:28:40.240 I made a fake ID in his name.
00:28:43.540 I did not have all of his information.
00:28:45.840 I didn't know his social security number.
00:28:47.600 I didn't know his date of birth.
00:28:48.980 I didn't even have his full name.
00:28:50.660 I just made a fake ID, opened up a few bank accounts in his name, and then borrowed, I believe it was three or four mortgages in his name, and then transferred those funds to the bank accounts and started removing the money before he was ever even notified.
00:29:05.220 So this is not that uncommon.
00:29:10.240 So in that point, and yes, I wanted to say, just remind folks that if you're just joining us, that Matthew is speaking of previous experience, not anything that he's currently involved in.
00:29:24.860 And there was obviously some legal involvement there.
00:29:28.300 And by the way, just to throw out, if you are concerned potentially about your own home being in one of these situations, or hey, let's say you're in a situation like the one that we were talking about here.
00:29:39.560 Your home's getting worked on.
00:29:40.540 There was some damage.
00:29:41.320 I was just talking about the fact that we had, here on the show, I was talking about that.
00:29:46.460 We had tree damage at one of our, like some trees out back was getting worked on, and we didn't have to move because of that.
00:29:54.680 But, you know, we've had a bunch of damage from just really bad windstorms that we've had in the D.C. area.
00:30:01.060 And, you know, God forbid, you know, let's say we left or I, you know, went on some, you know, work trip or something and come back and something like this happened.
00:30:09.140 And so, of course, if people want to do that, it's hometitlelock.com, promo code POSO, and they're right now offering a free title history report plus free 14-day trial of their million-dollar triple lock protection.
00:30:24.420 If I could ask, you know, let's say you're concerned that something might be going on or you're listening to this, someone's out there listening to it, you're a homeowner, maybe you've got a second property, et cetera, you're a rental property.
00:30:37.540 Is there anything that you can look for?
00:30:41.320 Are there any signs that either something might be amiss or are there certain types of properties that home title thieves actively target and what sort of things do they go for?
00:30:54.280 I would say for the most part, it would be residential properties.
00:30:58.400 It's not necessarily that there's, that the house has to be, look, it would be across the board, your vol and roll.
00:31:07.160 If you have your properties in Airbnb, you're extremely vulnerable.
00:31:11.560 If you're renting your properties, it's vulnerable.
00:31:13.880 If you're living in your property, you're vulnerable.
00:31:16.980 I mean, if you own a residential piece of property or a commercial piece of property, then, you know, your title can be either stolen or even in your own name, your property can be borrowed against.
00:31:30.780 The real problem is that most people think that their title is secured somehow, and it's not.
00:31:39.420 If you're not having your title monitored, then you're in real danger, and there's nothing specifically for you to look out for because all of my victims did not have any idea anything had gone wrong until they were notified by either the Secret Service, FBI, or the banks started to foreclose on their properties.
00:32:00.560 And at that point, they realized something's wrong, and then they had to kind of figure out how to deal with it by themselves because they didn't have a service like home title lock at that time.
00:32:13.460 So that's the problem.
00:32:16.760 So they don't have the service.
00:32:18.600 This pops off.
00:32:19.560 And I mean, you mentioned it.
00:32:20.860 It's like, my gosh, any residential property.
00:32:24.180 Everybody's got a residential property, right?
00:32:25.800 If you're a homeowner, that's the first thing you have.
00:32:28.580 That's just the most basic thing before you have any commercial entities or anything like that.
00:32:35.220 And so this really is something where an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure because I had somebody that I know personally, I've mentioned this before, that this individual was the victim of identity theft and had loans taken out in their name.
00:32:57.000 And the money was taken, and suddenly, you know, suddenly the bills started coming in, and the person had just completely disappeared.
00:33:06.340 And it was able to be resolved in that case, but it was a nightmare.
00:33:11.000 It was an absolute nightmare going through all the paperwork.
00:33:13.800 And to your point, this is a way for one of these people to use just an identity, you know, basic false identity to skip out and move on to the next one before anyone's even wise, given that time lag.
00:33:25.880 One minute till the break.
00:33:28.380 Right.
00:33:28.960 I would say, yeah, that's something I've many, many times I would always use a stolen identity or synthetic identity.
00:33:37.500 And then I would, I would either assume the homeowner's name, or I would transfer the title to the property.
00:33:43.800 And if they had a mortgage on the property, I'd simply file a false satisfaction of mortgage.
00:33:48.840 And then in many cases, I would borrow three and four mortgages against that property.
00:33:53.220 And the only real thing that could have possibly stopped me was had the, my victims had some type of a security on their property, which would be home title lock monitoring the title to their house.
00:34:08.520 That's really the only defense for something along the, uh, like this.
00:34:13.640 That's the only defense.
00:34:15.300 And that that's absolutely chilling.
00:34:16.660 I mean, it's, it's something where, look, you have insurance, you have all sorts of other things out there, folks.
00:34:21.440 This is something you really need to look into home title lock.com promo code post.
00:34:27.220 So get you started.
00:34:28.000 There's a free guide up there to help you out.
00:34:30.440 We'll be right back.
00:34:31.580 Jack Posobiec, Matthew Cox, human events, daily real America's voice.
00:34:35.200 Salem radio.
00:34:40.660 Jack is a great guy.
00:34:42.220 He's written a fantastic book.
00:34:43.920 Everybody's talking about it.
00:34:45.160 Go get it.
00:34:46.260 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:34:49.760 And we're going to turn it around and make our country quite a good day.
00:34:53.480 Amen.
00:34:53.780 Who will be the next Pope?
00:34:57.500 Mary Calvey tells us that many in America want to know when it will be one of their own.
00:35:04.660 Never before has the world had an American Pope.
00:35:07.760 The fact that, well, an American would never be, you never know.
00:35:11.520 Who would have ever thought we would have a Pope from Poland?
00:35:13.860 Who would have ever thought we would have a Pope from South America?
00:35:16.080 Cardinal Robert Provost, the 69-year-old, is the Archbishop of Chicago and the one many are talking about.
00:35:24.320 He is the leader of the Vatican's Dicastery of Bishops.
00:35:27.240 He's also spent years as a missionary in Peru.
00:35:30.380 To other American cardinals whose names are often mentioned, Cardinal Timothy Dolan,
00:35:35.060 the 75-year-old Archbishop of New York, has served as the president of the U.S. Conference of Bishops
00:35:39.760 and chairman of Catholic Relief Services.
00:35:43.080 And then there is Cardinal Joseph Tobin, the 72-year-old Archbishop of Newark,
00:35:47.320 is the Vatican's Secretariat for the Economy and has served as a global missionary,
00:35:52.260 traveling to 70 different countries.
00:35:59.900 When I'm working long hours, I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:36:04.100 All right, Jack Posobiec, back live, Human Events daily.
00:36:08.900 Folks, that beautiful blue sky is shining above our White House.
00:36:13.580 By the way, I really can't wait until our opening shot.
00:36:16.340 And, you know, for the folks listening on the Salem Radio Network,
00:36:18.860 you just, you gotta see how beautiful this White House is.
00:36:21.620 Because there's going to be, very soon, short order,
00:36:24.880 apparently President Trump is paying by himself
00:36:27.420 for two huge American flag flagpoles to be raised above the,
00:36:33.740 what you're looking at is the executive mansion of the White House there
00:36:37.440 with the fountain on the south lawn.
00:36:41.540 And so you are, excuse me, that's the north lawn.
00:36:43.820 You can see the Washington Monument in the back.
00:36:46.560 And then, so you'll see the flagpoles, I believe,
00:36:49.980 on the side that we're looking at right now,
00:36:52.000 as well as a ballroom.
00:36:53.940 He's also going to be paying for a ballroom that he once constructed.
00:36:57.740 And, you know, before the left loses their minds about this,
00:37:00.660 presidents have added additions to the White House for years.
00:37:06.000 There didn't even used to be a West Wing for a long time.
00:37:09.280 And so if you look into the history of the White House,
00:37:11.220 different presidents have made different renovations over the years,
00:37:14.540 and they've all added to the tapestry of the White House.
00:37:18.060 Of course, it was also rebuilt at one point after it was burnt
00:37:20.460 by the British forces.
00:37:22.400 Part of which included Canadian troops in the Battle of Washington, D.C.
00:37:29.500 in the War of 1812, which didn't go so well for the United States.
00:37:32.740 But, of course, still alive and kicking.
00:37:34.660 And we got the Star-Spangled Banner out of it by Francis Scott Key
00:37:38.420 while he was held in a British prison ship up in Baltimore, Baltimore Harbor.
00:37:43.740 I don't know why I did that in a Boston accent,
00:37:45.320 but we're just going to go with it, folks.
00:37:47.060 And, you know, I did that right off of Fort McHenry.
00:37:49.180 Well, folks, the conclave is set to begin tomorrow.
00:37:53.200 And so for a lot of people now, so if you're Catholic like me,
00:37:56.680 obviously this is a big deal.
00:37:58.280 For conservative Catholics, we're really pushing for a conservative pope.
00:38:03.880 We want someone who is not going to continue in this progressive vein
00:38:08.260 like we saw over the last decade plus under Francis.
00:38:11.820 We want that return to tradition.
00:38:15.740 Of course, the progressives have their candidate up in Parolin.
00:38:19.280 They want him to be a successor, a direct successor.
00:38:22.520 He's the current secretary of the Vatican to Francis.
00:38:25.380 But then there's also a number of compromised candidates
00:38:27.600 that could be found in the middle.
00:38:29.500 Also a rumor going around, a pretty serious rumor about Parolin
00:38:33.760 regarding a health issue, apparently a blood pressure issue,
00:38:37.180 that he had at one point, and they were saying that he appeared stiff
00:38:41.940 at one of the early pre-conclave meetings.
00:38:45.180 But the conclave will kick off tomorrow.
00:38:47.340 And so for folks out there who say, well, what does that matter to me?
00:38:50.360 You know, I'm not Catholic, you know, it's just whatever.
00:38:53.020 It's just this, you know, there's this other denomination
00:38:55.380 that I'm not involved with, or you might not even be Christian.
00:38:57.720 And say, well, you know what?
00:38:58.260 This is a world leader, okay?
00:38:59.920 This is someone that is going to have a huge impact
00:39:02.840 over billions of people, I think 1.5 billion people in the world.
00:39:07.800 So they matter.
00:39:09.040 And this will have an effect on you, whether you're Catholic or not.
00:39:12.820 And so as conservatives, we want someone in there
00:39:17.280 who is, of course, going to stand for the traditional values
00:39:20.300 of the Roman Catholic Church.
00:39:22.220 And, of course, as a member of that church,
00:39:24.700 you know, like I was saying before, I'm Polish,
00:39:27.080 and we pretty much only come in one flavor.
00:39:29.280 And the idea is we don't want there to be this ongoing pressure
00:39:36.140 and friction between the modernists and the traditionalists,
00:39:40.780 the folks who still believe in the Latin mass,
00:39:44.980 the folks, which, by the way, this side of the church is surging.
00:39:48.900 You go to a Latin mass right now anywhere in America,
00:39:51.480 and I've tried this, by the way, they're packed.
00:39:54.160 It is standing room only.
00:39:55.740 The women are wearing veils.
00:39:56.900 And, by the way, the women, they're young.
00:39:59.340 They're under 30.
00:40:00.360 They're married.
00:40:01.180 They have kids.
00:40:02.040 It's real.
00:40:02.720 This isn't like the online trad wife meme.
00:40:04.760 It's like the real deal.
00:40:06.720 And you see they kneel before they take Eucharist.
00:40:09.980 They're always taking Eucharist on the tongue, never on the hand.
00:40:12.860 Very traditional.
00:40:14.760 And Gen Z is driving this.
00:40:16.500 Gen Z is driving a ton of this.
00:40:17.800 So the risk is if the Vatican leadership that Francis largely chose holds to a continuation
00:40:28.240 of what Francis did, you're going to get more of this.
00:40:31.600 And going back to Parolin, there's another absolute sin that has to be laid at his feet.
00:40:37.040 And that was the corrupt deal that he made with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:40:42.320 Sold out the Christians in China.
00:40:45.000 Sold out the Catholics in China.
00:40:46.820 Sold out Cardinal Zen.
00:40:49.360 Parolin?
00:40:50.200 You're going to have a guy like that, potentially, as Pope?
00:40:53.820 Leading the pontificate?
00:40:55.640 As the vicar of Christ?
00:40:57.560 Sitting in the throne of St. Peter?
00:40:59.080 No.
00:40:59.580 I don't know.
00:41:00.440 But someone who signed that deal, which was worked on with Francis and now ex-Cardinal
00:41:05.700 McCarrick, because of his corruption and his crimes.
00:41:09.140 No.
00:41:09.800 No.
00:41:10.480 I would love to see, by the way, and I hope this goes on at the conclave.
00:41:13.680 I hope someone gets in there and actually, one of the conservatives, maybe Cardinal Sarah
00:41:16.960 gets up and says, you know something?
00:41:18.900 Anyone who supported that deal should not be considered eligible for the papacy.
00:41:25.420 Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Jack Posobiec.
00:41:27.760 You have my permission to lay a short.
