Transcript

00:00:00.000 ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard for today's Sunday special of human events so earlier this
00:00:15.460 week I had the opportunity to speak to the turning point chapter at UCF down in Orlando
00:00:20.720 Florida we recorded it only minutes after Matt Taibbi had released the information
00:00:25.620 that James Baker was scrubbing those Twitter files before they were released so this was the
00:00:33.140 discussion that we had the talk that I gave on it I think you're really going to enjoy it let's get
00:00:37.400 into it it's really great to be here it's amazing to be in Florida but one of the things that we
00:00:46.840 just learned right in the past couple hours as I'm over here have you guys seen the latest drop of
00:00:53.440 the Twitter file was from Matt Taibbi have you seen this yet are you tracking his story so I'm seeing
00:00:58.920 some yeses some not so much have all right so the the initial Twitter files drop what was that
00:01:03.980 so I got tipped off of this by I can't dime out my source but let's just say and one of the accounts
00:01:11.960 that was recently reinstated who you probably mostly know you probably mostly have heard of this guy
00:01:17.440 so he said to me that he was in contact with Twitter and that what Elon Musk was there
00:01:24.560 and was digging through some of these files some of which we've seen now that they discovered
00:01:29.940 communications chat logs internal slack messages emails within the servers all about the censorship
00:01:38.740 operations that they were running not only in the election of 2020 but also for COVID for January 6th
00:01:47.440 for all sorts of these various high-profile controversial censorships of predominantly
00:01:56.960 conservative figures not always conservatives but predominantly whether it be the Babylon Bee
00:02:01.220 whether it be President Trump whether it be any number of prominent people I mean you can always tell
00:02:07.540 that I love by the way when they say it's a mistake right they say oh that was just a mistake you
00:02:12.240 know we didn't mean to step away but if that were true why is it that all the mistakes seem to
00:02:17.420 go in the exact same direction right so what are we talking about here let me zoom out a little
00:02:22.100 bit sorry I my wife and my my voice who are here tonight they know that when when I get a new story
00:02:28.440 I'm like a dog with a bone and I just want to like drill down on all the different aspects of it
00:02:33.320 okay well if this is true then that means this happened and that means this happened that means this
00:02:37.220 guy's going to jail you know if I can just get everything in the court so let me let me back up a little bit
00:02:42.940 Twitter has not operated as a free speech platform in a long time I think we all know that I don't
00:02:51.480 think anyone really disagree with that and and I wouldn't just say Twitter Twitter's the one we're
00:02:55.660 talking about but we have to understand this is YouTube this is Facebook this is Google as a search
00:03:01.360 engine but it's an interesting discussion about whether or not Google you've seen the chat GPT
00:03:06.940 that's out there now even though it is super woke imagine if if you could create a chat bot that
00:03:14.020 would be able to respond to you with actually accurate information that wasn't put through
00:03:17.740 some kind of woke filter before it came out Google be out of business right you wouldn't even need
00:03:22.100 Google anymore at that point because you would just literally get the answer but I do think that
00:03:26.380 the chat bots you guys know what the chat this group this thing is I'm talking about the the chat
00:03:30.500 GPT so it's this it's this it's come from open AI which is another Elon Musk type venture where they've
00:03:37.980 basically created an online we used to call them chat bots when they first came out but it's it's it's
00:03:46.700 sort of this online assistant you know this entity it's not a person right that you can talk to
00:03:52.120 and that it will give you answers so chat GPT is one of the main things but you can also go to it
00:03:57.400 and query it now you guys are all in school and I know you certainly wouldn't ever dream of using
00:04:02.700 something like this for work on you know say an essay or you know you know some some some classwork but
00:04:09.780 you can go to this and say write me an essay on this topic that's this many words and you know includes
00:04:18.120 these references and it will it will just do it right automatically the problem is they they target
00:04:24.200 it with like wokeness too so they'll say you know is is right you know what what is a woman then it'll
00:04:31.300 say woman is a female adult human being okay is Rachel Levine a woman and they'll say yes Rachel
00:04:41.060 Levine is woman because and then you go to it say but wait you just said that it's a bio you know a
00:04:47.400 biological female adult but Rachel Levine is a biological male not a woman and then of course
00:04:53.960 it goes it's like error 404 cannot respond to comment so they haven't quite wokeified it you
00:05:00.580 know they're trying to wokeify it but it's not all the way there my point is though you can go to that
00:05:05.420 then ask it a question get an answer immediately what would you ever use google again for so it could
00:05:09.740 be a potential uh could be a potential competitor for google but at the same time I do think that
00:05:16.400 something the right should be doing is investing heavily conservatives and and libertarians and
00:05:22.740 this is the even even centrist right anyone who's not beholden to this massive left wing you know
00:05:31.180 middle ground kind of situation in the middle this narrative go in there set up a function where you
00:05:38.880 get an unfiltered whether it's politically correct or not response to your question and query that will be
00:05:45.540 the most powerful thing maybe not for any specific election but long term that the right could be
00:05:51.380 doing because if you have that in every house you're going to beat the pants off of google you're going
00:05:56.060 to beat youtube and then you will be able to set the narrative going forward so let's dial it back a
00:06:01.020 little bit we're talking about censorship and the free flow of information because that's really what
00:06:04.620 it comes down to how can you have freedom without a free flow of information it doesn't work
00:06:08.780 so we know that when a hunter biden laptop story which um i didn't bring it in well we have a copy
00:06:15.880 of the hunter biden laptop with a section in the car um but you know i i've said earlier today on on
00:06:22.580 the war room i've said this on charlie kirk show i've said it on tim cast i am more than happy to make
00:06:28.240 a copy of this hard drive and give it to any media outlet journalist or politician that requests it
00:06:35.480 from any side of the aisle whether it be the washington post cnn new york times the very
00:06:40.100 very fake news new york times i'm more than happy to and i've been saying that for two years guess
00:06:44.760 how many offers i've had i've actually had people take me up on that guess how many people have
00:06:49.040 actually taken me up on that offer it's it people i've had bites i've had nibbles i'm not going to say
00:06:55.920 it's zero i've had nibbles because at one point even mark cuban believe it or not actually responded
00:07:00.540 to me he at one point said oh i'd be happy i'd love to get a copy of it but and here's the but
00:07:05.660 right but i want to make sure that it's an actual copy of the hard drive and this is remember at the
00:07:11.680 time we were told it was disinformation russian disinformation and he said i don't want any of
00:07:16.880 that russian disinformation that rudy giuliani and steve bannon put on there okay and then ben
00:07:22.880 collins the nut job from nbc slides in how dare you talk jack so but he's bad guy he's said horrible
00:07:31.100 not nasty things and posted memes that were absolutely you know criminal memes uh and then
00:07:37.900 the whole thing never went anywhere but which which is hilarious because now here we are two years later
00:07:42.940 the most powerful uh tech oligarch in the country is now elon musk by far he's the richest man in the
00:07:51.500 world and even he is coming out saying guess what these guys all lied to you they all lied to you
00:07:57.140 and so the twitter files after elon purchased twitter became this treasure trove of documents because
00:08:04.400 uh the statement that i made on my show human events daily that's that's gone pretty viral at
00:08:09.680 this point was that elon didn't just buy a platform he bought a crime scene right because he's got
00:08:17.680 all the evidence now he's got all the receipts as we call it these are all in his he owns it
00:08:23.320 right so you might think oh well those are the private messages no no no no no he owns the messages
00:08:28.020 he owns the emails he owns all there's no if you type that on company you know email it's the same way
00:08:34.100 by the way if you guys use uh you know student um like college email here or anything like that they
00:08:39.820 got all that they got all of it there's no privacy concern that oh they might sure sure they might say
00:08:45.080 oh well you know we need a good reason to look at it but you know they can't so he's going through
00:08:50.880 all these files this treasure trove and one of the the key things he wanted to dig into first was this
00:08:57.200 question of the hunter biden laptop which would have been the largest october surprise in modern
00:09:04.720 presidential election history and uh my wife is telling me to fix my tie so he's a great wife
00:09:11.560 and and one of the issues with this is so we there we were right uh steve bannon i'm in the war room
00:09:20.680 and he goes posobic you need to go meet rahim over at the morton's morton's terrace morton's is the
00:09:26.860 big steakhouse in dc i said i gotta go meet rahim i want to go home with family wife was pregnant
00:09:32.800 at the time you can see the the uh the result of that right there um and to realize how long ago
00:09:40.300 this was at this point so he goes yeah morton's you gotta meet rahim he's got something all right
00:09:45.760 so i go i go over to morton's i walk out on the terrace and it's it's you know middle of the day
00:09:51.460 october and uh rahim's sitting there he's got a steak he's looking at something on his laptop
00:09:58.080 and and he turns it to me he turns the laptop to me and he goes posobic look at this there's hunter
00:10:06.840 biden in all of his glory just like i probably can't even say in mixed company what it was he was
00:10:16.240 doing you can all imagine um but that was my first uh meeting with the hunter biden laptop and that was
00:10:26.140 mid-october of 2020 we then spent the rest of the night once i finally got rahim to stop clicking the
00:10:31.840 pictures and videos because of course he had to watch every single one of them i said you think we
00:10:36.280 could look at the emails maybe the text messages and he's like oh fine so we go through that and we
00:10:43.200 burn the midnight oil going through emails phone records text messages business documents
00:10:51.000 uh wire transfers all of the dealings that hunter biden and his family keep in mind had with
00:10:59.760 the chinese communist party the same chinese communist party that is cracking down on people
00:11:06.320 who just want freedom freedom from these insane lockdown policies across china which you may have
00:11:11.140 seen right now going on this past still going on today by the way even though xi jinping has said
00:11:15.900 that he would come back in china that one that one hit me pretty pretty personally i spent two years
00:11:21.160 living in china i speak mandarin um he later became a mandarin linguist when i was in the navy
00:11:25.960 and that park right outside the park where they were holding those protests in shanghai that's not far
00:11:34.920 not far at all from where i lived and i just think about the people that you know i would see every day
00:11:40.400 when i was there that i would see that i would you know go to the shop for food that i would be able
00:11:45.360 to to interact with on a regular basis they don't deserve that they don't deserve any of that
00:11:50.060 so that was number one the chinese communist party number two was the oligarchs of ukraine
00:11:55.200 and there's a lot of questions about ukraine there's a lot of emotions about ukraine ukraine's
00:12:01.400 obviously in a war right now we are currently supporting them in a proxy war with russia
00:12:07.400 all of this has escalated to a point but if you go back to the prologue if you go back to the
00:12:15.340 backstory of how the situation how this foreign policy was mangled so badly you look and you find
00:12:23.120 joe biden and his son at the heart of every single one of these issues to the point where
00:12:28.520 after the government of ukraine was overthrown joe biden's son got a sweetheart deal
00:12:36.160 on the board of one of ukraine's most powerful energy companies because that's what it was about
00:12:42.060 at the end of the day it was about who's going to be pumping the oil from those oil fields in
00:12:48.360 eastern ukraine from those oil fields into not all of ukraine but also the european union because
00:12:54.320 that's where the money is that's where the big bucks are with twitter files jumping into today
00:13:01.160 jumping to now what elon's doing is going back in time and giving us a peek at the internal
00:13:08.720 deliberations of twitter before they made that fateful decision it's actually kind of wild because i was
00:13:15.400 having a um a uh discussion in one of my naughty private group chats um and with with with another
00:13:22.860 naughty person and on the internet and he was saying we were talking about the hunter biden laptop story
00:13:28.960 and he goes you know i have this normie friend and we were talking about it we're chatting about it
00:13:33.140 who and it was interesting to me because i like to think of the information silos of of the of sort of
00:13:39.000 the the american spectrum right now and there's you know there's the right there's the center there's
00:13:46.460 the left and i never look at it as you know we have to defeat the left or we have to out argue the
00:13:53.060 left i'm not interested in that no my the name of the game is red pilling the normies right the name of
00:13:57.540 the game is red pilling the normies and how do you get to them and so certain people i get it right
00:14:02.300 there's certain people that are never going to turn on the steve bannon podcast you're never going to
00:14:05.780 listen to jack basovic show you're never going to listen to ben shapiro you're never going to listen
00:14:09.520 to um you know you know take your pick right take your pick tim tim pool um and if you say if you
00:14:16.000 say alex jones to them they're just gonna you know my head's gonna blow right how could you listen
00:14:19.660 to a crazy guy like that um you know how could you listen to a guy who says the global elites are
00:14:25.080 trying to depopulate the world and they're going to use a uh a man-made uh virus that's released
00:14:32.340 from china to to take away all of our freedoms and that's just crazy stuff right that would never
00:14:36.360 happen obviously um so you know alex jones totally wrong about that one and uh take the jar away from
00:14:42.920 him but when elon musk so getting back to this normie friend right when elon musk comes out and says
00:14:51.400 hey wait a minute this laptop was true it was censored under false pretenses and the guy's
00:14:58.120 response was it it blew my mind it never occurred to me that that laptop could have been true and
00:15:04.540 that the information that was on it that trump talked about at the debate that it could have been
00:15:08.200 true as well here's what's interesting though here's what's very interesting because i want to get
00:15:12.680 back to one of my favorite three letter groups in the world and that's the cia
00:15:18.420 and there was a question about the cia and the fbi and were they involved in this because the cia of
00:15:27.000 course is targeting counterintelligence operations disinformation misinformation use these very sinister
00:15:33.320 scary words to shock you into thinking oh gosh i don't want that being spread throughout the internet i
00:15:39.240 mean that's just going to destroy democracy right we need to protect and defend democracy with our
00:15:43.240 life you know so of course we should we should censor anybody that's that's involved in anything like
00:15:49.020 this we should get rid of them take their accounts away taking their bank accounts away
00:15:52.120 take their children away from them you know do whatever you can gosh not at some russian bigot
00:15:57.320 i mean terrible and so the problem was
00:16:00.760 when those twitter files came out on friday night
00:16:04.980 there was a line in there where taibi said we could find no evidence of direct government involvement
00:16:11.140 with the censorship of the hunter biden laptop
00:16:13.700 and that struck with me because i was thinking what are you talking about the intercept had already
00:16:22.100 posted just a few weeks before that we knew there were regular meetings being held between the
00:16:26.900 department of homeland security the fbi and the heads of every single major tech firm in the world
00:16:31.300 mark zuckerberg went on joe rogan and said specifically the fbi visited facebook's offices
00:16:39.220 in palo alto they came in and said there is going to be a hack and leak operation pertaining to hunter
00:16:47.540 biden and you cannot allow it on your platform so we got zuckerberg out there saying that we've got the
00:16:54.420 intercept files already the dhs leaks but then all of a sudden the twitter files have no mention of the
00:16:59.140 government of the government i said that it didn't sit right with me it's a place to say it didn't
00:17:03.220 sit right something something's not off something's not right here so me being me i start pulling
00:17:09.220 receipts so there we are sitting at we're at santa's hotel in in in west palm and we're at the beach
00:17:18.580 uh or no at the pool we're at the pool and tanya's got the boys in and jack jack that's my older son
00:17:23.380 there hey jack jack say hi jack jack hi so he's been doing his uh his swim lessons lately so he
00:17:30.820 of course wanted really wanted to show me uh what he could do in the pool meanwhile i'm sitting there
00:17:36.180 pulling twitter's fec filings for like the last three years and going through what they said in 2020
00:17:42.500 because it were i was reminded that there already was an investigation a federal investigation into
00:17:48.740 twitter because of a lawsuit filed by the rnc against twitter in 2021 regarding the censorship
00:17:54.820 of the hunter biden laptop in it and they said it accounted for an illegal in-kind contribution
00:18:02.180 to the biden campaign something that they should have accounted for the biden campaign should have
00:18:06.500 accounted for is completely illegal now there would be a fine whatever but that's not what i was
00:18:10.260 interested in what i was interested in was what did twitter say in sworn declarations to the fec
00:18:20.580 about the censorship of the laptop you see what i'm getting at here because if they said something
00:18:26.500 in sworn declarations in 2021 guess what now i can compare what they said in public to what they were
00:18:33.700 saying in private in 2020 because i've got elon's emails out right so now you got it this is doing the
00:18:39.860 work this is comparing receipts and i found a discrepancy i found a major discrepancy what was
00:18:46.180 that discrepancy and it was signed in a filing by none other than yoel roth this complete nut job guy
00:18:54.020 he wrote his phd dissertation on grinder by the way grinder like he actually somehow got a phd by studying
00:19:00.660 grinder which the memes write themselves put it that way the memes write themselves on that one um
00:19:07.620 um he said to the fec it couldn't have been political bias for us to censor the hunter biden
00:19:15.220 laptop remember this is after the fact it couldn't have been political bias and why is that he said
00:19:19.380 well it's simple we were acting under the guidance of federal law enforcement because federal law
00:19:24.500 enforcement told us that there was going to and it was the exact same phrase that mark zuckerberg had
00:19:30.260 said on the joe rogan show so guess what zuckerberg got the message and twitter got the message too so
00:19:37.620 here's the difference why does it matter it matters that something was missing from the twitter files
00:19:45.460 and just about an hour ago tonight we found out why that was there was something missing from the twitter
00:19:52.180 files because they were scrubbed who was up until a few hours ago the general counsel of twitter
00:20:06.260 james baker who is james baker
00:20:13.140 cheating cheating yeah no james baker was was the fbi liaison
00:20:20.340 for crossfire hurricane he was intimately involved in the creation of the steel dossier the dirty dossier
00:20:28.740 for the fbi on trump in 2016 that launched the the russia investigation james baker resigns in 2018 after
00:20:36.180 they started the house started looking at him for leaks into into the media for leaks of fbi information
00:20:42.740 and just miraculously by sheer luck you know a a a an interesting coincidence kareem jean pierre i love
00:20:51.220 her saying her name kareem jean pierre uh she's she called an interesting coincidence earlier today so i love
00:20:56.260 this phrase interesting coincidence that he goes from essentially leaving the fbi in disgrace
00:21:01.860 to becoming the general counsel of twitter here's what happened those twitter files that elon musk we
00:21:13.140 later found out he ordered them be to be sent to matt taibbi who's this great journalist kind of like
00:21:18.420 a center-left guy but someone who's willing to call out the the deep state essentially
00:21:23.460 and they figured out what the discrepancy was because they started digging through and said wait
00:21:29.700 a minute you know elon just put out the order to staff and said hey get the get the stuff to taibbi
00:21:35.540 but then taibbi starts digging on it and he's working with barry weiss
00:21:39.540 and they said where are we at you know who's actually collecting these files and sending them to us
00:21:46.740 it's not like elon is sitting there going through you know line by line who's actually doing this work
00:21:51.780 they'll finally get back when they said well it's it's you know it's jim okay jim have a last name
00:21:58.020 by any chance yeah yeah jim baker jim baker they sit there i go and matt taibbi just just released all
00:22:06.020 this a couple of minutes literally as i was walking in basically or like getting ready to come here
00:22:11.380 james baker the fbi's guy at twitter right the fbi's man at twitter intercepted those twitter files
00:22:19.140 before they were able to make it to matt taibbi and why do you suppose it was that any reference
00:22:30.660 to the fbi to the dhs to federal law enforcement just mysteriously vanished from the twitter files
00:22:39.140 and matt taibbi said on friday i can't find any information about it i can't find any evidence i'll
00:22:44.820 tell you why i have a clue let's check the underwear drawer of james baker's house right now
00:22:50.740 because i'm telling you metaphorically speaking right he scrubbed it he deleted all the files
00:22:57.700 he went in because remember he's the fbi's guy and you know this is my this is my assessment he went
00:23:03.060 in there as a bottleneck cuts it off and says i'm not going to let taibbi get anything like that because
00:23:09.860 we have to clean this up and they knew that he he was under the gun that they were under the gun
00:23:15.220 because this would be because remember elon musk was never supposed to buy twitter you know this
00:23:18.980 thing was all supposed to go away no one's ever supposed to dig up all this so james baker as a
00:23:24.340 couple as of a couple hours ago he's unemployed because elon musk tweeted out that james baker
00:23:30.660 has been exited from twitter so we got a scalp baby we got the first scalp of many when it comes
00:23:39.060 to twitter gate but firing is not good enough firing is not good enough because and whether
00:23:45.140 it's you know whether it's mccarthy a speaker whoever uh going forward i want this the subpoena
00:23:50.020 machine fired up i want everybody preserving their documents because we need to have an actual
00:23:55.540 commission not just on twitter but on every single one of the shadow bannings of the deletions
00:24:02.740 the takedown requests the stuff the covid uh lockdown requests is someone oh someone said uh
00:24:09.460 someone said they had took a vaccine and had a bad reaction well guess what and by the way kudos
00:24:14.180 to the governor of your state who said earlier today i believe it was last night but it was reported today
00:24:20.020 that the surgeon general here and he will be working together to find these vaccine manufacturers and
00:24:28.260 hold them to account for the false information that they put out about the experimental vaccine
00:24:34.180 and the people who were harmed by their false information that then went and took it that's
00:24:39.620 i mean congratulations what else can you say what else can you say this is the purpose of government
00:24:43.860 and so to close to close and i'll open up a q a and please you don't feel free um
00:24:49.300 um we're in a situation we're certainly in a situation in our country and i have i have much
00:24:56.900 love and respect for my libertarian brethren but we need a big stick right now we need a big stick when
00:25:04.740 it comes to government and you need that style of a true leader of the people who is doing their work
00:25:13.620 and willing to stand up to corporations whether it be twitter whether it be big pharma whether it be
00:25:18.900 disney as was done here by the governor that is the mentality that i i really think
00:25:26.100 encapsulates what we call the new right okay this idea of we can go to the government and instead of
00:25:32.660 saying oh we have to shrink the government and cut everything and cut it down and et cetera et cetera
00:25:37.700 that you know obviously we want to do that in in one case but in a broader sense we also need to
00:25:44.660 use the tools that our founding fathers gave us to better our people and also to preserve our rights
00:25:52.740 because our rights don't come from the government our rights also don't even come from the constitution
00:25:57.780 believe it or not right uh you know mark levin would get mad if i said that but hold on mark it's okay
00:26:03.940 because they come from god and the constitution and the government and everything these are all man-made
00:26:10.420 institutions but they were instituted for a purpose and that purpose was the preservation of our rights
00:26:16.260 so if it's twitter taking away my rights if it's big pharma taking away my rights the government
00:26:22.020 mandating which by the way we live in dc and we're all unvaccinated uh when it comes to cover we're
00:26:27.780 completely unvaccinated i can't take my kids to the theater i can't take my kids to go see you know a
00:26:34.020 musical or a christmas show because we still have vaccine mandates in dc in some areas in la they're
00:26:40.260 bringing the masks back and so when i tell you that i focused on the chinese communist party so much
00:26:48.260 because i do believe and that's a whole nother discussion i do believe that we're headed for a war
00:26:52.020 with china and the chinese communist i don't i don't know how we get off the ramp of that i really don't
00:26:59.460 uh unless we actually look at decoupling with them economically otherwise it just let's see and
00:27:04.100 we're already in a proxy war with russia at the same time so john meersheimer came out and said this
00:27:10.180 and gave a massive warning he's known as one of the leaders of the realist theory this idea that nations
00:27:16.980 uh great power nations and even small nations are always just out to seek their advantage and things
00:27:22.020 like the united nations and international law i mean they're just they're just paper right they're
00:27:27.940 just words and then at the end of the day it's just countries seeking their own uh personal interest
00:27:33.700 and so he was the guy meersheimer that eight years ago predicted that if us and ukraine stay on their
00:27:40.260 current path then russia will invade and there will be a massive war he predicted that and eight years
00:27:46.980 to a t it exactly happened came out last week and he made a new prediction he said that unless the us
00:27:53.540 stops escalating with china and escalating with russia then the united states is potentially
00:28:01.220 triggering a two-front global conflict with two of the world's biggest the other two big nuclear
00:28:09.780 powers on the planet let me tell you something right now this country the way it's currently
00:28:14.340 situated it's not ready for something like that anyway on on that note since we're busting everybody's
00:28:21.300 chops does anyone have any questions and and let's let's use the microphone so that this guy can pick
00:28:25.220 it up but i want to let you know by the way we are recording all of this this is going to be
00:28:29.460 my podcast on uh on sunday that goes out so you know just uh pressure's on right you know ask good
00:28:36.180 questions and if you as you want to troll like come out you gotta come with the good stuff you really
00:28:40.420 gotta come yeah they they should have seen the ones at that ohio man they were coming at me with like
00:28:44.740 well i read that you said this and you posted a very mean very a very uh mean uh a very uh cruel
00:28:51.540 meme about hillary clinton i was like yeah hello jack you can't say that when i got the memo got the
00:28:57.540 memo yeah um so you mentioned in your speech that you received tips from people how do you discern which
00:29:02.660 ones have validity um there's obviously one post information that is sure well i mean you know i mean
00:29:08.740 the question is basically about source management so um you know i was a navy intelligence officer
00:29:15.540 fully trained human intelligence i did a one-year deployment guantanamo bay i worked in interrogation
00:29:21.300 cell there as an interrogator analyst and the you always have to vet you have to be constantly vetting
00:29:29.300 everything and you know obviously if you can get a document that's always the best um so that's why
00:29:34.180 what elon's doing now is so great because there's what you know and there's what you can prove in
00:29:40.580 court right and so do we know twitter suppressed the hunter biden lab of course do we know that
00:29:46.500 the government was well of course we know that but now we can prove it right so when i'm vetting that
00:29:51.700 stuff i can say yeah i'm pretty sure that it you you also want to use a a heuristic that you get
00:29:58.180 taught in the intel community called pna so especially with human intelligence so the pna is placement
00:30:04.020 and access did this source have the proper placement to do so and then you check their
00:30:09.860 bona fides and say okay yeah this person you know they work as a janitor at a certain place or whatever
00:30:15.540 it is um and did they have the access so okay let's say there's a like this campus for example
00:30:23.460 so we've all got the placement and access to be in this room uh we have some great police officers that
00:30:28.980 are taking care of us tonight and god bless you for doing so um and and god bless you for standing
00:30:33.860 up and continuing to serve even though every after everything that's been done in your profession the
00:30:37.780 last couple years and that being said though if let's say that so somebody might be in this building
00:30:44.980 but they don't have access to this room because they're not a member they weren't registered etc you
00:30:49.460 know that might be something that i'd want to de-rank so you're checking the pna uh you want to look at
00:30:54.260 knowledgeability base and then there's ways to vet there's ways to vet everything because you might get a piece of
00:30:58.820 information and you say okay that's interesting but then i've got a subsource network of other
00:31:02.420 people in dc or various industries that i can reach out to and say hey i just got something in from a
00:31:08.100 source seems interesting are you hearing this too uh one of the questions recently was that just
00:31:13.780 similar to that was got a source in a couple of weeks ago saying that uh the military vaccine mandate
00:31:22.900 would be repealed in the upcoming defense authorization bill now this was something that mccarthy had
00:31:28.500 discussed with biden when they had that sit down last week and i got that from the source and i
00:31:34.820 said that's really interesting i'd love to be able to report that because i don't think anyone else has
00:31:38.660 reported it yet i go around to some other people so i said let's you know let's let's call up some
00:31:43.300 congressmen congressional aid see what's up hey you guys hearing this is this going to be in the bill
00:31:47.460 called three other people they all reported the exact same thing and i said look if i've got this
00:31:52.500 these three people knowing their placement and access and they're all telling me the same thing
00:31:57.460 and they don't know each other that's key as well um there's no there's been no communication between
00:32:01.780 them and that's a great way to say hey look and and you want to be careful you want to say according
00:32:06.580 to x we can report this according to three sources according four sources five sources um but i don't
00:32:12.900 even like to use the word source anymore i'll say you know house staffer house official i try to keep it
00:32:17.860 as as clear as i can without diming out anybody like that but you know it's it's an art not a
00:32:23.380 science what can i say it's not not a science and and uh as one of the one of my human instructors at
00:32:29.140 fort retuca arizona used to always say um the answer to every single question in the human human means
00:32:35.860 human intelligence by the way um that's that's basically what we're talking about network building
00:32:39.540 and source source management and source collection that uh you know the answer to every question is it
00:32:44.420 depends it depends interesting that you brought up chat gpt because elon like tweeted about 20 minutes
00:32:51.620 ago regarding ai alignment which is basically how we make sure that ai like chat gpt is aligned with our
00:32:59.700 follow-up oh wow what what ought to be done to make sure that ai like chat gpt is aligned with truth and not
00:33:08.500 error well i think that when it comes to something like it's basically what i was outlining
00:33:14.180 before that you've got to create some kind of competitor to chat gpt um that's amazing it's
00:33:20.340 the first one out of the box first one to market it's it's cool right it's very cool um it's also
00:33:25.220 very dangerous and it's extremely powerful technology it's the kind of technology that
00:33:30.580 it's going to do a lot because it's going to put a lot of people out of work that's number one
00:33:33.940 it's also going to reveal how many people actually are npcs because if you can't if you if you can't uh
00:33:40.500 you know compete or if you can't produce at a better level than a computer it's actually going
00:33:44.340 to reveal one of the one of the greatest red pills of all is that npcs are real and that um you actually
00:33:49.620 can't just so people talk about the turing test or if you've ever seen the movie um blade runner
00:33:54.340 it's i think it's actually the opposite it's that uh you know because the turing test is that if you
00:33:59.540 have a conversation with an operating system that uh if you cannot tell that it is a robot then it has
00:34:08.340 attained consciousness right that is it's in consciousness and and then that's the plot of
00:34:13.140 the movie blade runner is that harrison ford's character decker is trying to find you know the
00:34:17.940 robots that look like people and he's constantly having to give them this test and those are great
00:34:23.380 i love rudely scott and all but at the same time i i think it's actually backwards because because
00:34:29.460 sometimes you're getting to the point with some of these this ai where i say well you're you've got more
00:34:34.180 independent thought here than most of the people i meet so you know i think we need to reconfigure
00:34:38.900 how we do this test but to get to actually answer your question you have to come up with a competitor
00:34:44.180 to this look at the technology they have look at the data and and and also you know i guess the halfway
00:34:49.780 answer would be to say require it to uh to feed in sources from all areas of the political spectrum
00:34:58.740 so that means conservative sources libertarian sources uh center sources mainstream sources fine
00:35:05.140 but it has to be broad based and if it's not broad based it's not going to work because i just sat up
00:35:10.820 here for 40 minutes and told you about how the hunter biden laptop was completely true and everything
00:35:15.140 that's on there is true tied in the ukraine china i warned about world war three right but you could go to
00:35:21.460 you could go to chat gpt and they'll say that was debunked right well it was debunked according to who
00:35:26.180 right so it really depends on where it's pulling its source from and it gets down to this question
00:35:29.620 of source citation but i really do think i really think that going back to the rachel levine question
00:35:37.620 uh asking the ai that i know it's kind of silly but it's important right it's important because
00:35:42.820 the values that we program these ais and artificial general intelligence with are the values that are
00:35:49.060 going to be leading the next level of technology for my kids right coming up my my four-year-old we were
00:35:54.180 at my parents for thanksgiving and he saw the dvds on the shelf that my parents had and he said what's
00:36:00.180 that right he didn't know what a dvd was the whole concept of having some kind of physical i know right
00:36:06.820 having physical media was just totally foreign to him like what do you mean tv that's all just stream
00:36:14.260 it's all streaming right it's all uh youtube or rumble in my case um but you've got to come up with
00:36:22.100 a competitive version of it and the way you say it's you become competitive like yeah there's is
00:36:28.020 is going to have all the bells and whistles but ours is going to be true and ours is going to give you
00:36:32.340 unfiltered unvarnished reality whether you like it or not right whether you like it or not
00:36:38.420 and you're you're seeing more of this on the internet but one thing i thought that was so
00:36:42.980 interesting going back to the rachel levine part of it was that it's one of the responses on it that i
00:36:47.700 didn't mention was it is important to affirm rachel levine's gender identity period and so not to go
00:36:58.980 all jordan peterson on you but you know we have to deconstruct that sign you know uh important to
00:37:06.260 who who said that's important is it important to rachel okay sure but why is it important for me
00:37:10.740 right why is it important to society also why is an ai trying to morally lecture me on what is
00:37:20.020 important and what's not how about i determine that for myself and you just give me the freaking answer
00:37:24.100 you know right you're you're a computer that's your job so obviously someone has programmed it to be woke
00:37:29.460 and you're getting the immediate woke response which you know which isn't hard because that's how they
00:37:33.060 all think um it it also might be one of those situations where elon just doesn't realize it as
00:37:39.060 much and you know we have to we have to tweak it a little tweak the dials a little bit but i think
00:37:43.860 i really do think one of the most powerful long-term strategies of the right right now would be to get
00:37:51.220 into this market and provide an alternative immediately to that because i mean we were in an arms race for
00:38:03.060 between the superpowers for nuclear arms throughout all throughout the cold war then china came up
00:38:09.460 after the 1960s and the sino-soviet split and they got the bomb and that was what because khrushchev
00:38:14.100 never wanted to give mao the bomb because he wouldn't trust i wouldn't trust chairman mao
00:38:18.340 with nuclear weapons come on um so i totally get that but the new nuclear arms race is ai who's going to
00:38:27.140 create the most powerful ai and who's going to control it because that will be the way that the next
00:38:32.900 war is fought you mentioned a subpoena that we have to do more than just expose these files but
00:38:38.660 how do you suppose that we conduct any kind of investigation when the organizations and agencies
00:38:44.820 that are supposed to conduct that are obviously inspiring with the people we're trying to
00:38:48.820 investigate that's a good question that's a great question um it's tenacity and moral clarity
00:38:57.380 i think are the main answers there that you can't let someone sit in front of you and take uh i don't
00:39:04.580 recall i don't recall i don't recall as as the answer is why did you do this did this person and it kind
00:39:12.580 of goes back to what i was i was uh saying before about going and vetting your sources is that we a lot
00:39:17.940 of this was done on on information systems right so i can pull chat messages i can pull uh emails i can
00:39:26.420 pull any record of a slack chat etc that hasn't been wiped by this james baker douchebag that if it's out
00:39:34.100 there we'll find it and by the way if he didn't write wipe it hard enough so if he didn't actually
00:39:38.820 physically go in and wipe the hard drive then we can actually do that it's called overwriting it's
00:39:42.980 a process called overwriting um i i guarantee he hasn't done anything like that it's not to get
00:39:48.740 into the computer you know computer science part of it but if you don't if you just click delete
00:39:53.140 on your phone or you delete on something on your computer it's not actually deleted until it's
00:39:56.900 overwritten on the hard drive so you can still be recovered um and usually that takes something like
00:40:01.940 seven well it depends on how many passes how how how destroyed you want it to be and you gotta
00:40:10.020 you have to confront them we have to we have to get all the information confront them and then you
00:40:14.660 start with james baker you work out from there right we had yo roth that's a scalp james baker
00:40:20.340 that's another scalp at least in terms of being fired but now we got to haul them back in and say
00:40:24.660 who told you this was this guy elvis chan because that came up in the missouri lawsuit and by the way
00:40:29.220 that's another reason that these state attorney generals are so important because it's the state
00:40:34.420 attorneys general that file these lawsuits at the federal level and so they're going after fauci
00:40:39.940 they're going after twitter where there's so much information coming out that's there
00:40:46.820 so i think the biggest thing regarding the twitter files that i noticed was that none of it was really
00:40:52.980 new it was all stuff that we already knew was going on behind the scenes we just didn't have the
00:40:59.060 receipts to prove it but what do you think because i'm sure you follow this much more closely than i have
00:41:05.060 what do you think was the most interesting revelation that we got out of what we've seen so
00:41:09.140 far i don't think people realized how many of the takedown requests were going on during 2020.
00:41:16.180 i don't think people it's there is something that's actually shocking of being able to
00:41:20.900 look at a a a document an internal email and my name was not included in the twitter files but i was in
00:41:29.860 the dhs files that the intercept put out um i think i was number six on the list and so i and when i saw
00:41:36.020 that i was number six on the list of disinformation purveyors i said my gosh i have to apologize
00:41:41.700 i'm not trying hard enough i could i should at least be number three i mean come on number one we'll see
00:41:47.780 but you know you know i'm gonna work so i i i will actually i was talking to the uh i was talking to
00:41:53.060 the merch team at turning point i wanted to i wanted to get turning point to make t-shirts that
00:41:57.140 said spread and spread misinformation um and uh we'll see we'll see hold you know if you're coming
00:42:03.940 to america fest what you might you might see so it might just be me yeah uh well elon has been
00:42:10.500 attacking wikipedia today even point out so wikipedia by the way let's let's go to them because wikipedia
00:42:16.420 is trying to delete the entry on the twitter files right now it's gotten so bad so wikipedia is
00:42:21.860 controlled by the neckbeards and if you don't know who the neckbeards are they are a certain type of
00:42:26.340 internet species um they they originated from the mountains and and caves of of of reddit and then
00:42:35.620 they they you know you migrated down into the valley of wikipedia where they have been a menace to us
00:42:43.620 ever since tipping their fedoras and and say you know and and elon musk actually had his
00:42:50.660 a great comment about this a little a joke where he said um you know the mainstream you
00:42:56.020 know the mainstream media is biased and then wikipedia editor do you have a mainstream source
00:43:01.220 that backs that up right and he's he's highlighting the he's highlighting the problem there because
00:43:07.540 you're never going to get a mainstream source to admit what everybody knows that the mainstream
00:43:11.540 media is hopelessly biased they're biased for the people in power they're biased to their
00:43:15.620 it's chosen people in power and it's it's actually amazing to me that i that there are less people
00:43:22.340 ben collins i got to go back to him again because it's just this this he's just become such a be
00:43:27.700 careful my words political punching bag uh political punching bag for everybody because it's it's so
00:43:34.020 ridiculous the things that he's saying this was the guy by the way that um that went so far out on a
00:43:40.500 limb when the colorado springs horrific shooting took place but he starts blaming me he starts
00:43:46.660 blaming tucker carlson he starts blaming the lives of tick tock he's blaming charlie uh you guys all
00:43:52.820 caused this with your misinformation and your hate speech and your attacks on the lgbtq plus lmnop
00:43:59.620 community and you are to blame for this because you cause stochastic terrorism i love stochastic
00:44:09.380 terrorism because it's it's great there's no actual definition of it and you can accuse anyone who says
00:44:14.180 anything of inciting stochastic terrorism um because if you if you say anything critical of
00:44:19.540 anyone else well you could be inciting stochastic terrorism and so ben collins is out there he starts
00:44:25.300 crying he was crying he was crying because i wake up every day and i see the news and i try i try so
00:44:32.500 hard i try so hard and it happens anyway but the sobic it just keeps tweeting i don't know what can i do
00:44:40.420 and and then of course it comes out that the shooter was non-binary and that just was like a lead
00:44:49.060 on the entire story i know i know i had to do it for effect he's like don't hit my mic and and where's
00:44:59.060 that story today gone vanished vamos right out of here absolutely out of here so to get back to ben
00:45:08.260 collins ben collins actually tweeted uh and i screenshotted it i think as i was literally walking
00:45:13.300 to the car where he said um he said oh well now elon musk is turning the right-wing trolls and the
00:45:21.140 right-wing ecosystem on a recently fired employee of twitter and all he was doing was just doing his
00:45:27.860 job and elon musk is is inciting violence against him i said oh gosh oh no elon musk has hurt the
00:45:35.460 feelings of the fbi whatever will we do however will we sleep at night i know how about on a brand
00:45:43.700 new my pillow from my pillow.com promo code poso and i said promo code poso is amazing because promo
00:45:51.220 code poso will destroy prices faster than james baker destroys evidence i was where i spent the whole
00:45:59.300 night working up to that spent the whole night working up to that line i practiced that three times
00:46:03.860 in the mirror before i got here is uh is neural link as sinister as some may theorize well you know
00:46:11.380 the question neural link and this is as as elon musk said it is a quarter-shaped hole in your skull
00:46:19.300 a piece of your skull gets removed and it gets replaced with elon musk's words a fitbit
00:46:26.100 you know essentially a fitbit and what elon said and i'm literally just quoting him here he said
00:46:32.660 we've all become cyborgs already because of our connection to our phones and our connections to
00:46:36.740 social media that we are all used to operating within the confines of the hive mind whether it
00:46:43.540 be twitter whether it be uh tick tock whether it be instagram that we're always in this constant
00:46:48.980 communication but the problem that elon looks at it as is the interface right so the physical interface
00:46:54.900 it's it's it's clunky it's not you know it's not it's not useful you have to stare down at it the
00:46:59.540 whole time and you're losing your spatial awareness um you know batteries die etc etc and so what he's
00:47:05.060 saying is this this vast world uh virtual world the cybernetic world exists and what what neural link
00:47:14.820 does would be a faster way for us to interface with it um now i i'm not going to fall into the trap of
00:47:24.660 saying look if you've got someone who's who's paralyzed if you've got someone who lost a limb
00:47:30.260 those types of things sure you know i wouldn't i wouldn't disparage anybody for that i served
00:47:35.940 when i was in the navy uh i was attached to an explosive ordinance unit at one point eod
00:47:41.220 in the navy and i'd say a good 30 of guys in the unit were missing something right you know whether it
00:47:47.300 be a leg an arm a couple fingers so i get it right i would get it if if i were in that situation but
00:47:54.820 at the same time if you're a perfectly perfectly healthy person um go back to what we were just
00:48:02.660 talking about with chat gpt that if the programming for this gets to the point where it's it's inputting
00:48:12.420 and imputing its values onto the user and onto the ai then with neural link at what point then
00:48:23.060 are you programming it versus it programming you okay and you know we did an example of
00:48:29.380 this with john fetterman recently because john fetterman when he saw a great senator um uh the set
00:48:36.020 of the setterman that he my senator by the way pennsylvania um great job great job yeah love
00:48:42.340 you so much and that when he debated he was hooked to a computer and that when he
00:48:49.860 was giving interviews he was he needed the computer to provide him with a transcription of what the
00:48:56.500 person was saying because he couldn't process it and they kept saying auditory processor auditory
00:49:01.620 processor right the problem wasn't his hearing the problem was his processing right the problem was
00:49:08.820 his processing and they lied to people about this they he had the stroke before the election
00:49:12.900 or even before the primary but they lied about it and they hid him and his staff was posting videos
00:49:18.420 on his twitter and facebook to make it look like he was actually holding events while he had just had
00:49:23.380 a stroke and was in the hospital so go with me on that you want to talk disinformation right
00:49:27.940 um believe me i will never spread enough if i spread if i try to wake up every morning spreading
00:49:33.300 disinformation for the rest of my life i will never reach the level of just one journalist in the
00:49:38.980 mainstream media not just one of them because the lies they tell get people killed get people maimed
00:49:46.020 uh start wars they lead to all sorts of insanity so with fetterman my question was okay it's giving
00:49:53.060 him the questions but is the computer giving him the answers and if the computer's giving fetterman the
00:49:58.180 answers then who's actually debating right who's actually debating is it fetterman and they're
00:50:04.020 saying that you know it's uh well they said well we're you know there was this discussion people
00:50:10.660 having they said well we're going to base the answers to the questions off of policy statements
00:50:14.980 that fetterman has made in the past and then formulate what his answer would have been were he
00:50:19.940 actually answering the question himself i said whoa slow down you know hold your horses because
00:50:28.580 this is a slippery slope this is a slippery slope not just to uh you know the rise of the machines
00:50:36.180 and giving power over to skynet which you know plot twist i think i think we've all figured it out in
00:50:40.980 our letter right like elon is the one who creates skynet so it's it's twitter it's it's neural link it's it's
00:50:47.540 uh uh uh starlink you know all connected that's that's what creates the robots that kill us all and so
00:50:54.180 with uh when when when when you go into it you have to actually figure out
00:51:04.500 you're giving away a portion of your free will at that point and for me as a christian for me as a
00:51:09.460 believer um i believe that free will was given to us so that we could make decisions for the
00:51:17.540 positive and the negative in our lives because there's no true love there's no true fellowship
00:51:24.340 there's no true relationship if you're just following some script if you're just following
00:51:28.820 some program and that's the point right the point is that you're doing it independently of your own
00:51:34.660 will so at some point um if you've given your will away to the computer if you're just following
00:51:40.580 what the computer tells you to do all the time which by the way we just saw during covet how many
00:51:45.140 people exercised independent will throughout covet versus and i'm sure all the people in this room
00:51:50.820 uh know someone like this who there were people who literally stayed in their homes for a year
00:51:54.740 because the tv told them to the television told them to stay in their homes for a year and they just
00:51:58.740 did it right that's not free will that's not free will at all and that's not being a free person
00:52:03.220 so um we need to actually re-examine what we mean when we say we want to be free people
00:52:12.500 okay because that means your own volition that means your own sentient thoughts that means your
00:52:17.540 own consciousness and when i think of neural link to just to get back to the question i view it as
00:52:24.900 you know don't tell me that it's just google glass when you're when you're plugging me into the to
00:52:28.660 the mainframe like that like no i don't think so god bless you thank you so much for the time
00:52:33.060 tonight great questions great conversation really appreciate it
