00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.620 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.280 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.420 Christ is king.

00:00:50.420 The bill full of President Trump's key priorities is facing an uncertain future after Republicans failed to advance it out of committee.

00:00:57.160 And that's despite pressure from the president himself.

00:01:00.000 Several hardliners had announced their opposition, saying they want changes to key elements of the bill, like Medicaid work requirements.

00:01:07.480 After four days in the Middle East, President Trump now on his way home.

00:01:12.000 The president visiting Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

00:01:16.420 President is confirming that the U.S. has given Iran a proposal for a nuclear deal.

00:01:21.260 We still don't know the details of that.

00:01:23.480 But here's the quote from the president.

00:01:24.880 They have a proposal speaking about Iran.

00:01:26.960 But more importantly, they know they have to move quickly or something bad is going to happen.

00:01:32.380 Here's what's interesting to me.

00:01:33.780 What the media isn't telling you, what no one's talking to you about, is this same 747 has been in negotiations for a year.

00:01:41.620 The Biden administration is the one that started these conversations.

00:01:44.900 It didn't start underneath the Trump administration.

00:01:46.880 Why?

00:01:47.480 Because we need a backup for Air Force One.

00:01:50.500 Because right now, the president of the United States is flying around on a 40-year-old plane, and there is no backup for it.

00:01:57.700 This war, war Russia against Ukraine, must be ended as soon as possible, and in a just way. 0.98

00:02:05.120 Ukraine needs peace.

00:02:06.260 Peace in Europe depends on whether Ukraine will get it. 0.99

00:02:10.240 This week, we had a real chance to take important steps toward ending this war, if only Putin had not been afraid to come to Turkey.

00:02:20.880 When do you think you'll meet the president?

00:02:22.580 As soon as we can set it up.

00:02:24.080 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:02:28.500 Today is May 16th, 2025, Anno Domini.

00:02:32.920 Folks, the globalists are going all in on Poland.

00:02:36.860 The Polish elections, round one, presidential elections will take place this weekend, as well as the Romanian election, round two, both take place this Sunday.

00:02:48.640 And let me explain why this is so important, because for the globalist project, what has been their main focus over the last two to three years, really 10 years, if you think about it?

00:03:01.120 Ukraine.

00:03:02.120 Ukraine.

00:03:03.120 Project Ukraine.

00:03:04.120 Using Ukraine as a proxy launching pad for regime change in Russia, knocking the current Russian government out of power, and then being able to reexert control over Russia the way they did in 1990s in the Clinton years, through shock therapy, through basic proxy control of Yeltsin and all of this.

00:03:23.500 So when it looks as though you have President Trump, who's in, calling for peace talks, peace talks which are beginning now, as we speak, right now in Istanbul, there are prisoner swaps going back and forth, something like 2,000 soldiers going back and forth from the Ukraine side and the Russian side, as well as remains.

00:03:43.160 It's all because President Trump has signaled that he wants this to wind down.

00:03:47.780 He's also signaled, by the way, for a deal that would result in Iran potentially ending their nuclear enrichment program, something that I think a lot of neocons and a lot of people thought was absolutely impossible to do without some sort of airstrikes.

00:04:03.240 Well, President Trump is able to do so through diplomacy and sheer force of will and personality.

00:04:08.640 So why are the globalists going all in on Poland?

00:04:11.220 Because they've lost the Romanian election.

00:04:12.860 We were here, we interviewed one week ago today, the top candidate for the Romanian presidency, and unless there is any chicanery or gun decking or 2020 operations, we will see a nationalist populist victory in Romania, which spreads from Hungary up to Romania.

00:04:32.340 Now, what do all of these have in common, and Poland as well, massive land borders with Ukraine.

00:04:39.740 So Romania has the land border with Ukraine as well as access to the Black Sea.

00:04:45.200 Poland has the largest land border with Ukraine and is contingent on being the largest resupply route for NATO arms into Ukraine.

00:04:55.720 It's all been through Poland. 0.98

00:04:57.480 That's why the globalists are making their last stand in Poland to try to get the globalist candidate to win versus the nationalist populist candidate that, of course, just met, Karol Nowrowski, who just met with Trump in the White House.

00:05:13.060 It all comes to a head, and that's why Barack Obama and Valerie Jalit and Soros himself are in Poland right now.

00:05:20.340 Stay tuned.

00:05:20.760 Quick break.

00:05:21.140 We'll be right back.

00:05:23.680 And what America first truly means.

00:05:26.200 Welcome to the second American revolution.

00:05:33.180 All right, Jack Posobiec, here we are.

00:05:35.180 Back.

00:05:35.680 Human events today, Washington, D.C.

00:05:38.280 A little bit cloudy, a little bit rainy, but the sun is fighting those clouds.

00:05:41.960 You hear live Real America's Voice, as well as the Salem Radio Network in the third hour of the Charlie Burke Show.

00:05:49.560 We're excited now to be joined by the executive director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, Mike Benz.

00:05:55.280 Benz, what's going on, man?

00:05:56.780 Hey, Benz, Jack.

00:05:57.700 Everything's good.

00:05:58.400 Exciting week here.

00:06:00.160 It really is.

00:06:01.000 So, you know, we're looking at dual elections, Romania and Poland.

00:06:05.320 You and I have been talking about the geopolitics of this region for quite some time.

00:06:09.100 I just got back from Romania, had a sit-down interview in the offices of George Simeon one week ago today.

00:06:17.780 Looks like he's going to be winning there, and he's so sure of himself.

00:06:20.980 He's actually pulled up chocks in Romania, Bucharest. 0.74

00:06:24.160 He's up campaigning in Poland, where just this morning, Atlas Intel out of Brazil, if people remember, they were one of the most accurate polling firms in the United States in 2024.

00:06:36.620 They were also the most accurate polling firm for Bolsonaro until that election was 2020-ified.

00:06:41.680 That they're saying that the Polish populist nationalist candidate, at least in round one, is about one point above the globalist candidate.

00:06:53.220 But I wanted to zoom out here and explain and get you on as well for your expertise to walk people through this.

00:06:59.660 Poland and Romania are key nodes for the globalist superstructure.

00:07:03.920 This is why you see Barack Obama, I mean, look at this who's who list of globalists.

00:07:09.620 It's a mini Davos.

00:07:10.900 It's Alex Soros and his major domo of Huma Abedin right now and all of her connections to the Clinton Network and Anthony Weiner.

00:07:22.980 They're in Poland.

00:07:25.540 Barack Obama, and there are questions about how much he was paid to appear at this event.

00:07:30.400 And Valerie Jarrett, Anne Applebaum, the queen princess of the Atlantic and the globalist, who, of course, is married to the current globalist minister of defense, Radek Sikorsky of Poland.

00:07:42.300 And the list goes on and on and on.

00:07:45.940 I mean, it's just a total rap sheet.

00:07:47.560 It's literally the same people over and over.

00:07:50.840 Benz, why is it so key?

00:07:52.700 Why are they so focused right now on keeping Project Ukraine going when they can see that, you know, on the other hand, we got President Trump saying peace talks with with Iran, peace talks with Russia.

00:08:03.960 That's really been the name of the game.

00:08:06.640 Is this a rearguard action or should we be worried? 0.67

00:08:10.160 Well, definitely be worried.

00:08:11.400 This is a seize Eurasia blueprint. 0.84

00:08:13.840 They want to seize Eurasia. 0.98

00:08:14.700 They want to end the ability for nations to be sovereign so that they can determine their own markets.

00:08:21.400 They can determine their own heritage.

00:08:23.640 They can determine their own institutions.

00:08:26.120 And the battle right now in Romania and Poland is precisely over this issue.

00:08:30.980 Romania, as you may have heard me talk about before and you and I have discussed, is the next door, not just the next door neighbor of Ukraine, but it shares the Black Sea coast.

00:08:40.800 NATO is building the largest military base in all of NATO, 100 percent bigger than the currently biggest, the Rammstein base.

00:08:49.820 And it's pointed at a dagger straight at Crimea.

00:08:53.800 It will be the we're already in the process of moving fighter jets and drones and military artillery to that base.

00:08:59.300 Guys, if we have that map of the region, I'd love to just just throw that out while Benz is talking.

00:09:03.440 Pardon me, Benz, I didn't mean to cut you off, but this is so much more understandable when we throw the map break in there.

00:09:10.940 Please go ahead.

00:09:12.180 Totally.

00:09:12.900 So NATO is building the largest NATO base in all of Europe right there in little Romania.

00:09:20.860 That's Qatar, actually.

00:09:21.940 But I should note that Qatar is kind of an interesting player in this whole thing because Qatar has been the number one beneficiary of the Poland and Ukraine axis going on here.

00:09:34.960 I'll tie that in in a second.

00:09:36.360 But essentially, the the move has been this grand Ukraine energy play, this trillion dollar economic power play to pry Russian natural gas off of Europe and replace it with much more expensive Western and Qatari LNG, liquefied natural gas by cutting off.

00:09:54.460 We had pulled the Qatar map because we were we were planning to get there.

00:09:58.420 I think we jumped a little ahead of ourselves on the map break.

00:10:01.020 But yes, this is exactly where it comes in.

00:10:03.460 Right. We can get there in just one second.

00:10:06.900 On the Romania story, it's about arms.

00:10:09.740 It's about weapons.

00:10:11.340 Romania is the main transshipment point from arms that start in Pakistan and then are shipped to Romania and then move into Ukraine via Romania.

00:10:21.560 This is the UK, US, Pakistani, you know, sort of CIA, British Ministry of Defense operation in Pakistan.

00:10:28.900 They, of course, couped Imran Khan out of power in Pakistan shortly after the war broke out in 2022 between Russia and Ukraine, because the U.S.

00:10:37.860 State Department told the Pakistani ISI and the Pakistani parliament that their elected president, their democratically elected president, Imran Khan, had taken too much of an aggressively neutral position on the war because he didn't want Pakistani arms to flow through via Romania into Ukraine to kill Russians.

00:10:57.640 And so we cooed him out of power.

00:10:59.520 Imran Khan is currently sitting in a jail cell despite being the most popular president, arguably, in Pakistan history.

00:11:07.100 And in Romania, they obviously canceled the elections and they're doing everything they can while trying to hang on to whatever is left of European democratic legitimacy in the process.

00:11:17.800 But at this point, George Simeon looks like it's almost too big to rig.

00:11:21.460 He virtually doubled the his opponent in the first round.

00:11:25.880 And so unless they pull together some Hail Mary coalition tactics or get the judiciary to step in once again, it does look like George Simeon will win in Romania.

00:11:34.740 In Poland, the stakes are even higher because Poland really is the linchpin of the entire Ukraine, the grand Ukraine energy play.

00:11:43.500 As I mentioned, there has been this long term plan to steal the energy market in Europe from the Russians and result in a trillion dollar or multi trillion, if you count, you know, over the decades, windfall profit from simply taking over the commercial markets for London and Wall Street and Qatari insiders by force. 0.91

00:12:07.180 And essentially driving Europe itself into a form of economic bankruptcy by stopping the the transshipment of natural gas, which is cheap and goes through pipelines to much more expensive liquefied natural gas, which is which is when you take the gas out of the ground and then you have to liquefy it.

00:12:26.840 You have to you have to you have to freeze it.

00:12:28.900 Then you have to ship it on cargo containers, which are much more expensive than just a simple pipeline and then ship it thousands of miles to the destination.

00:12:36.580 And the two biggest sources of those of those oil of those LNG supplies are the Permian Basin in in West Texas and the in Qatar, the the the peninsula on the edge of Saudi Arabia that sits on the single largest natural gas field in the entire world.

00:12:59.560 It's called the North field and Qatar is essentially a if not a front, I would say it is you can't see Qatar without seeing the United Kingdom. 0.57

00:13:11.380 Everything about the Qatari natural gas, gas energy space is is effectively.

00:13:21.760 It's a Siamese twin of British intelligence, of British statecraft.

00:13:25.940 The North field itself was discovered by Shell, the British, the British oil and gas giant there.

00:13:32.360 They've had partnerships since day one.

00:13:34.300 This is effectively a Lawrence of Arabia story in terms of the political leadership of Qatar and its ties to London.

00:13:40.900 Qatar is the single largest property owner in all of London.

00:13:43.660 It owns 20 percent of Heathrow Airport in London.

00:13:46.680 And and this is part of why there has been this British push to get Americans to fight their war against Russia,

00:13:53.100 because the more Qatar profits from its LNG sales through the Baltic Strait into Poland, because that's the connective point.

00:14:00.780 The Qatari LNG is shipped on tankers.

00:14:04.620 It arrives through the Baltic Strait into the connective LNG ports in Poland.

00:14:08.360 And so rather than getting cheap gas from Russia, they get expensive gas from the United Kingdom and Qatar.

00:14:16.720 And so this wouldn't have anything to do with the British backed government in Iran getting overthrown in the 1950s and the crown moving their efforts to Qatar right across.

00:14:28.860 I mean, that's just completely unrelated to this at all.

00:14:32.980 There's a great book about all of this, by the way, that Ben's talking about.

00:14:35.820 It's called Dune by Frank Herbert, because as Ben's as Ben's will tell you, the spice must flow.

00:14:45.700 Folks, we're coming up on a quick break.

00:14:47.420 We're walking through the global petro-politics of the world.

00:14:52.380 And as we always say here with Jack Posobiec, the French say, and when it comes to times of murder,

00:14:58.940 Cherchez La Femme, look for the woman. 1.00

00:15:00.780 When it comes to geopolitics, Cherchez La Petrol, look for the oil.

00:15:05.780 We'll be right back here.

00:15:06.960 Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice on the Salem Radio Network.

00:15:09.380 Quick break.

00:15:09.760 Today, you know, they talk about influences.

00:15:25.720 These are influences.

00:15:27.640 And they're friends of mine.

00:15:29.980 Jack Posobiec.

00:15:31.500 Where's Jack?

00:15:32.440 Jack.

00:15:33.400 He's done a great job.

00:15:34.860 All right, Jack Posobiec, here we are back live.

00:15:41.020 Human events, Real America's Voice, Salem Radio Network.

00:15:44.660 We're on with Mike Benz.

00:15:46.640 And we're going through, so we've got the Polish election coming up this weekend, round one.

00:15:52.180 Romanian election, round two.

00:15:53.760 I know, guys, these two-part elections, people are saying, why do we do all this?

00:15:58.080 It is what it is.

00:15:59.200 We're just going to go with it.

00:16:00.500 Romania looks like a lock for the populist nationalists.

00:16:03.900 However, in Poland, the globalists, Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, all of them getting

00:16:09.300 involved, they're going all in on this.

00:16:11.760 And this is because one represents a key energy corridor.

00:16:14.620 The other represents a key corridor of access to the Black Sea and access to the region opening

00:16:20.160 up the door for Eurasia and access to leverage with Eurasia.

00:16:25.380 And Benz, let's, you know, let's wind back the clock here a little bit because these areas

00:16:29.160 like Poland, Romania, Hungary, of course, this was the heart of the George Soros network

00:16:36.000 immediately post, immediately post the fall of the Berlin Wall, the fall of the Iron Curtain.

00:16:42.120 This is exactly where they got into.

00:16:44.320 And the goal was always to swing all of those countries into this new globalist project and

00:16:51.460 then eventually Russia itself.

00:16:52.740 That's exactly right.

00:16:54.380 In George Soros' own words, he took the first civilian air flight to Romania after its Cold

00:17:00.740 War leader was shot and killed along with his wife by firing squad.

00:17:05.640 George Soros funded the very first.

00:17:07.940 Yes, right.

00:17:09.120 George Soros funded the very first NGO that spawned a thousand other NGOs in the new Romania

00:17:14.860 post-Cold War.

00:17:15.880 However, the USAID, its rule of law program, effectively wrote the Romanian constitution

00:17:24.100 and then wrote all the amendments in order to organize its entire judicial structure.

00:17:29.860 This was done through the American Bar Association funded by USAID, sending their delegations of

00:17:35.520 lawyers to go over there to control the prosecutors, to control the judges. 0.87

00:17:39.920 Virtually all of civil society, the institutions that they claim are going to be threatened

00:17:46.780 by an autocratic populist leader like George Simeon.

00:17:50.920 They're just Obama, John McCain, uniparty blob assets.

00:17:58.900 And the problem is, is these folks don't want to go along with the NATO agenda there.

00:18:03.860 They don't want endless war.

00:18:05.440 They don't want endless migration.

00:18:07.040 They don't want all of their own assets plundered by outsiders with no ability for the people 1.00

00:18:13.780 themselves to enjoy the profits of the assets they sit on.

00:18:18.240 And so this is what's happening in Romania.

00:18:20.660 It's what's happening in Poland.

00:18:22.160 And I should note, you mentioned Obama and Alex Soros and their ilk and Applebaum and

00:18:30.100 Rack Sikorsky and whatnot.

00:18:31.500 But the fact is, is even Norm Eisen.

00:18:33.220 They got the whole band together.

00:18:34.320 Yes, Norm Eisen, who is, of course, the legal hatchet man behind all things lawfare, from

00:18:40.020 criminal prosecutions to impeachments against Donald Trump, was the U.S. ambassador for the

00:18:45.920 Obama State Department of the Czech Republic, part of that V4 axis in Europe, and remains 0.84

00:18:52.900 to this day part of the Transatlantic Democracy Working Group, which is this U.S.-EU blob monstrosity 0.77

00:19:00.920 to back-channel ways to manipulate domestic politics in every country in NATO.

00:19:05.780 And Norm Eisen is on tape bragging about him pursuing legal action inside of Poland against

00:19:13.980 the Law and Justice Party, the PIS party that has been the target of our Central Intelligence

00:19:19.440 Agency, the target of our State Department, the target of our USAID.

00:19:23.400 I published this from the National Endowment for Democracy's own in-house journal, a directive

00:19:30.160 from the National Endowment of Democracy, which was a CIA creation, literally conceived of

00:19:35.520 in the office of the CIA.

00:19:36.760 The CIA gets a copy of every single one of its grants.

00:19:40.100 Its founders said that they were created to subsidize the groups that the CIA used to

00:19:44.360 fund directly, but they didn't want the CIA to look bad funding them, so it's funded through

00:19:48.480 the National Endowment for Democracy.

00:19:49.400 They have an article, which I'll amplify on my timeline here after this again, but where

00:19:55.160 they say that one month after Donald Tusk won the presidency in Poland, that he had to

00:20:01.440 use the Ministry of Justice in Poland to arrest every single high-level figure from the Law

00:20:06.760 and Justice Party to stamp out populism and ensure that they do not rise to power again.

00:20:11.700 They were democratically elected.

00:20:13.620 It was a nail-biter, nail-biter election that Donald Tusk got in in the first place.

00:20:18.080 In 2015?

00:20:19.840 Yes, right.

00:20:21.380 But the fact is, towards the end of, you know, in the rub to the election, they started to

00:20:27.360 waver on the NATO plan around Russia.

00:20:30.420 Their people began to be very unhappy with the high energy prices.

00:20:34.880 They did not want, you know, this plan to continue unfettered.

00:20:40.500 And Donald Tusk wanted to give NATO and the EU everything they wanted.

00:20:44.260 And so we ran this operation to oust them from power, and we pulled out all the stops.

00:20:50.140 And the fact is, that is what they were against here.

00:20:52.120 And now you see it being run again. Mike Benz, we are just out of time, my friend.

00:20:54.400 Where can people go to follow you to get your deep wealth of knowledge on this?

00:20:58.380 Follow me on X at Mike Benz Cyber.

00:21:02.020 Mike Benz Cyber. Follow him while you can, folks.

00:21:06.740 We'll be right back here.

00:21:07.940 Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice, and Salem Radio Network.

00:21:12.240 Quick break. Right back.

00:21:22.120 And Jack, where is Jack?

00:21:25.500 Where is Jack?

00:21:27.720 Where is he?

00:21:29.000 Jack, I want to see you.

00:21:32.660 Great job, Jack.

00:21:34.160 Thank you.

00:21:34.920 What a job you do.

00:21:36.340 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:21:37.700 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.

00:21:39.820 But we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting policies.

00:21:45.700 All right, Jack Posobiec, here we are.

00:21:48.200 Back human events live on Real America's Voice, as well as the Salem Radio Network.

00:21:55.580 Very excited for our next guest.

00:21:58.820 We've got Erica Donalds herself. 0.99

00:22:01.260 She is the chair of the America First Policy Institute, that's AFPI, fantastic organization.

00:22:08.140 We all know our great Secretary of Agriculture, as well as so many, and Secretary of Education, by the way.

00:22:13.320 So many people coming from AFPI have now left and made their way into our great administration and our great cabinet.

00:22:21.540 But Erica Donalds is the chair of the Center for Education Opportunity.

00:22:25.940 She joins us now here on Human Events.

00:22:27.960 Erica, welcome to the program.

00:22:29.300 Oh, thanks for having me, Jack.

00:22:31.500 Appreciate it.

00:22:32.960 Well, it's great having you on.

00:22:34.900 Tell us about this new ECCA program and exactly how it works.

00:22:40.880 Walk us through this, because there's so many people.

00:22:43.640 We get messages all the time saying, what's the administration doing on education?

00:22:48.060 How is this going to work forward?

00:22:49.720 Are they able to get something through Congress?

00:22:51.500 Because this has been, obviously, a huge part of what brought the Trump administration into power in the first place to win the election.

00:22:59.360 It was so popular, particularly among suburban households and suburban moms.

00:23:04.180 Well, the Education Choice for Children Act is something not everyone is talking about because there's so much in the reconciliation bill.

00:23:12.280 But we know that President Trump promised the American people universal school choice.

00:23:16.640 And this is getting close to achieving that promise.

00:23:19.760 Hopefully, some changes will be made.

00:23:21.780 It's a federal tax credit.

00:23:24.200 And there's $5 billion allocated to it.

00:23:26.820 Anyone, you or I or a corporation, can make a donation to a scholarship funding organization.

00:23:32.260 And that money can be used by anyone in the country for private school tuition, even in states that don't currently have school choice programs.

00:23:40.420 So this is actually huge because school choice has been something.

00:23:46.340 And as conservatives, we've been fighting for this for literally decades.

00:23:51.120 And we know that the public school system or government school system, as we call it, is completely broken.

00:23:57.320 We know these teachers unions, as we saw through the lens of COVID, have completely warped priorities.

00:24:03.360 In fact, their priorities are upside down because you think a teacher's first priority would be, oh, I don't know, education of the children.

00:24:09.540 But it turns out their actual priorities lie elsewhere.

00:24:13.240 So this is really giving parents the opportunity to be in the driver's seat on this.

00:24:18.240 Can you walk us through how it would work?

00:24:20.860 Every parent deserves to be able to choose a school that works best for their children.

00:24:25.400 It's not always even just about academic performance.

00:24:28.200 Sometimes it's about safety.

00:24:29.600 Sometimes it's a specific program.

00:24:31.640 In the case of my child, what got me into this is my son thrived in a classical learning environment without any technology to distract him.

00:24:39.540 Whatever the case is, we've learned that one size does not fit all.

00:24:44.200 And in places like Florida and now Texas, Tennessee, that have passed universal choice programs, they are oversubscribed.

00:24:51.080 There are more parents wanting school choice than there are seats available.

00:24:54.960 It's a very popular concept.

00:24:57.540 Over 70% of Americans support school choice because parents want to be able to make the decision on what type of school their child goes to.

00:25:06.200 And they want the power to vote with their feet when a school is not working out.

00:25:10.340 So, now here's something that I've got to ask.

00:25:14.580 And, you know, I'd like to know if the bill covers this, you know, cards on the table, you know, this is full disclosure.

00:25:22.560 This is something that would definitely affect my family and I think a lot of families of listeners here because we do have a lot of homeschoolers.

00:25:28.640 So, that's something that I want to ask about.

00:25:30.880 But also, for my family and a lot of other families, we send our kids to Christian schools.

00:25:37.160 So, in my case, we send our kids to a Catholic school, a parochial school.

00:25:40.960 I was educated in the Catholic school system in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

00:25:44.740 And yet, of course, for parents like mine and, you know, parents like me and my wife now, it's we get taxed for the local schools that we don't use.

00:25:55.860 And then we have to pay another tuition for our own children to go to a school that we would like to send our kids to because it has the values that we agree with.

00:26:03.900 It has the religious beliefs that we agree with, that our family agrees with.

00:26:07.100 And yet, it's almost like we're paying double for all of this.

00:26:10.080 Would this provide relief for those types of parents?

00:26:14.740 It absolutely would.

00:26:16.240 And even, again, like I said, in states like New York, like California, that don't currently have private school choice programs like Florida does or Texas now.

00:26:25.020 And so, what that means is you would be able to go to one of these scholarship funding organizations, apply for a scholarship.

00:26:30.800 And those who have generously donated and gotten a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for their donation to those scholarship organizations, they'll get the tax credit.

00:26:40.240 You'll get the scholarship, and you'll be able to take those dollars and apply them to the private school tuition, whether it's a religious private school or not, whether it's online or any other mechanism.

00:26:50.700 Even purchasing curriculum for homeschool expenses is also allowable in some cases.

00:26:55.880 So, it basically sets up a way for that funding.

00:27:01.160 So, it's not like you would get a credit for the funding, but you would be able to get sort of almost like a reimbursement, in a sense, because you're getting a scholarship that would cover around the same level?

00:27:09.920 Well, it just depends on the scholarship funding organization.

00:27:14.480 This is not prescribed, each one.

00:27:17.820 So, each one is going to have different programs.

00:27:20.000 But you, as a parent, will be able to shop around those scholarship funding organizations to find one that's going to fit the program that you're looking for.

00:27:26.480 So, it will also create competition among scholarship funding organizations to offer different types of programs for parents like you or parents who have other needs, such as homeschool curricula, tutoring, and other innovative programs.

00:27:40.460 So, this would include, you know, programs that people want to get to that are beyond all this.

00:27:48.940 Now, would it be set up, would it be geographically tied, because this has always been an issue with education, people saying, oh, well, you know, kids in poor areas have to go to schools that are funded by those property taxes, and because those property taxes are low, the schools don't get as much funding.

00:28:07.780 Which, I get that that's actually part of the argument, but at the same time, if you actually, and I'm just going to say it, when you actually look at the amount of per student income that gets spent on per student spending for these systems, particularly in inner cities, we find they tend to be higher in many cases than schools outside of cities, and in fact, are still worse performing than schools that are outside.

00:28:34.280 So, it tells me that the issue isn't necessarily just funding, that there's something else kind of broken there.

00:28:40.660 Does that make sense?

00:28:42.280 Oh, absolutely.

00:28:43.360 We see that charter schools and private schools are doing more with less.

00:28:47.780 When you think about New York City, that's spending $30,000 per student with no results to show for it.

00:28:56.040 It's not about the funding.

00:28:57.500 Parents know that.

00:28:58.440 Parents don't need $30,000 to educate their children.

00:29:01.040 They're very happy in a place like Florida with the $9,000 scholarships that we offer every single family for every single child.

00:29:09.640 So, all the children in Florida have access to $9,000 to apply to private school tuition.

00:29:15.520 So, if that tuition is $10,000 or $12,000, they've got a little more to pay.

00:29:19.060 But what I believe in the ECCA being in place, as well as other school choice programs, we're going to see the laws of supply and demand and free market come into play, where it's going to put pressure downward on private school tuitions because you're going to have more private schools and other school options opening.

00:29:37.340 You see a lot of schools now after the pandemic, that's become a huge growth in the education industry.

00:29:45.300 More homeschool options are out there.

00:29:47.520 And so, I think it's going to become more affordable to customize your child's education as these scholarship organizations and funding proliferate.

00:29:55.740 I mean, what you're talking about here is, and as I'm listening to it, it's so smart because what you're talking about, this isn't just something that's going to be a way to go from one school to another school.

00:30:12.600 You could have entire new schools or entirely new educational networks that support either homeschools or homeschool pods or all of these different innovative ideas that people are coming up with that are actually funded and supported by this act rather than just sort of the system that we have now.

00:30:29.900 It's very forward-looking, isn't it?

00:30:32.560 Absolutely.

00:30:33.660 And their organization called the Education Freedom Foundation is actually helping education entrepreneurs open new schools.

00:30:40.660 Their Start a School Initiative just launched this year, already working with 12 entrepreneurs who want to open a school this fall or next fall, providing a free toolkit for that.

00:30:51.260 I think more and more of that is going to occur.

00:30:54.180 I hear from educators all the time who know that I've opened charter schools in the past saying, how do I do it?

00:31:00.180 I want out of this monopoly district-run system.

00:31:03.120 I want to start my own school, have my own vision.

00:31:05.740 And we encourage that, right?

00:31:07.280 This educator freedom is just as important as education freedom for families, freeing educators from the bureaucratic system and allowing them to flourish as professionals and offer their teaching, their education services outside of that system directly to parents.

00:31:22.660 So what can people do for the listeners of the audience that we have right here, the Real America's Voice, Rumble Live View, Salem Radio Network, or Coast to Coast right now?

00:31:33.500 What can people do to take action on this bill?

00:31:37.440 Because I know it's something that conservatives and parents and grandparents have been calling for for many, many years.

00:31:42.660 Well, the first thing is to let your congressman and senator know that you support the Education Choice for Children Act.

00:31:50.080 And I would ask that you also ask them to make it universal.

00:31:53.320 Right now, it is income limited.

00:31:55.300 But we have found that these programs, it's not about helping the wealthy.

00:31:58.900 It's about making sure that the free market is able to flourish.

00:32:01.980 And the more consumers that are included in the free market, the more innovation, quality, and access that we're going to see.

00:32:08.760 It is the promise of the president.

00:32:10.940 So we want to see a universal ECCA included in reconciliation.

00:32:15.440 And we do need support from all congressmen and senators, especially on the Republican side, for this bill to get it across the finish line.

00:32:24.620 Well, and that's what it really comes down to.

00:32:26.460 And, of course, we've seen the current big, beautiful bill and the issues with it right there.

00:32:31.180 But at the same time, if we're going to have a big bill at all, we've got to make sure to fight for those interests that conservatives have wanted for the longest time.

00:32:41.280 And I think that we have this problem in the House, and certainly given your position, you're well aware of House issues, that, you know, when it comes to bill time, you know, we tend to fold.

00:32:53.020 And that's really what President Trump and the new right have been all about, is making sure that MAGA and the American people actually see our interests and our people's interests pushed first and not believing that, oh, we're just going to have to wait until the end of the line.

00:33:07.660 No, there's no more of that, is there?

00:33:10.240 Absolutely.

00:33:11.020 And we shouldn't think of this as spending.

00:33:13.260 This is actually cutting taxes because it is giving a tax credit to people who are making donations that will be allowed to be spent on these scholarships.

00:33:21.280 So it really is a twofer for conservatives, cutting taxes and providing private school scholarships, especially for those who are desperate for options and have no other way out of the public school system, aside from what would be these scholarships when it passes.

00:33:37.720 And so you're absolutely right.

00:33:39.060 We need to continue to fight for conservative principles.

00:33:41.120 We need to cut the bureaucracy in Washington related to education.

00:33:44.800 Exactly what President Trump and Secretary McHannister did.

00:33:48.580 Such an important win-win.

00:33:49.860 And Linda McMahon, Donald Trump, Erica Donalds, giving the choice back to the parents where it belongs. 0.99

00:33:55.940 Tell me, Erica, where can people go to follow you and get more information on the act?

00:34:00.180 EricaDonalds.com.

00:34:01.260 Follow me at EricaDonalds on X and everywhere else on socials and always posting about ways that you can get involved and definitely help to spread the word.

00:34:10.440 Thank you so much.

00:34:11.280 We've got to get you back as this progresses.

00:34:13.680 Folks, quick break.

00:34:14.480 Right back.

00:34:15.060 Jack Posobiec.

00:34:15.580 Jack is a great guy.

00:34:27.020 He's written a fantastic book.

00:34:28.680 Everybody's talking about it.

00:34:29.920 Go get it.

00:34:31.020 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:34:34.520 And we're going to turn it around and make sure we're going to be glad to get to him.

00:34:38.300 Amen.

00:34:38.580 At Turning Point USA, what we are doing every single day is we are dedicating ourselves and our staff and our students and our activists for a full revival of America.

00:34:50.120 Get ready to launch into the future of freedom at the largest student event in the nation.

00:34:57.040 SAS is back.

00:34:59.000 Join thousands of fellow students ready to pioneer a bold new era for America at our Student Action Summit.

00:35:07.500 And we're bringing in the biggest voices in the movement.

00:35:10.860 All right, folks.

00:35:35.720 It's Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice, live on the Salem Radio Network, coast to coast.

00:35:41.760 Folks, we've got breaking news out of the New Jersey Globe.

00:35:45.440 And according to the New Jersey Globe on this report, and we're going to get more on this as much as possible, that if you remember that incident at the ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey, it was last week, Newark's Delaney Detention Hall.

00:36:04.720 There was that video of Congresswoman, Congresswoman LaMonica McIver.

00:36:12.380 Oh, yes, Congresswoman Monica McIver.

00:36:14.740 Well, she was assaulting ICE officers. 1.00

00:36:18.100 She was attacking them.

00:36:19.460 She was striking them.

00:36:20.640 She was beating them. 1.00

00:36:21.640 She was punching them, screaming at them. 0.53

00:36:24.320 Do you know who I am?

00:36:25.560 Don't you put hands on me? 0.88

00:36:26.660 This sort of stuff, cursing them out, using completely deranged profanity while she demanded to be let into a detention facility where she didn't already have a visit planned. 0.71

00:36:37.580 Well, according to the New Jersey Globe, the Justice Department plans to bring charges against Rep.

00:36:45.500 LaMonica McIver, Democrat Newark, following a scuffle with federal immigration agents last week at Newark's Delaney Hall Detention Center, according to three sources speaking on the condition of anonymity to the New Jersey Globe.

00:36:57.440 Much is still unknown about the case against the freshman Congresswoman, but interim U.S. attorney Alina Habba could announce charges as early as today.

00:37:07.580 The New Jersey Globe has learned that McIver may turn herself in this afternoon.

00:37:11.720 She'll be represented by Paul Fishman, the U.S. attorney for New Jersey during the Obama administration.

00:37:17.560 Now, last Friday, so May 9th, McIver and three other prominent New Jersey Democrats, yeah, it was a week ago today, Newark Mayor Roz Barca and Reps Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez out of Jersey City visited the hall of 1,000 bed facility in the East Ward of Newark that began housing immigrant detainees.

00:37:39.240 I love this.

00:37:39.900 Immigrant detainees.

00:37:41.220 Listen to the phrase, right?

00:37:42.900 This is supposedly neutral, right?

00:37:44.960 Tone neutral reporting.

00:37:46.200 Immigrant detainees.

00:37:48.360 Well, an illegal alien, by definition, is not an immigrant because an immigrant is someone that inherently, as we know, is following a legal process to immigrate to a country.

00:38:01.400 An illegal alien is not an immigrant because they aren't attempting at all to immigrate. 0.58

00:38:06.840 They are breaking in.

00:38:08.220 They are breaking our lives, our laws.

00:38:10.200 They are smuggling themselves and invading our country, completely rejecting the rule of law. 0.98

00:38:18.360 So, no, they are not immigrant detainees.

00:38:20.640 They are illegal aliens who are currently awaiting their deportation to their countries of record, to the countries to whom they own allegiance.

00:38:30.520 They are foreign nationals and foreign citizens.

00:38:33.700 They don't, they aren't, remember undocumented used to be the word?

00:38:37.080 They used to call it undocumented.

00:38:38.420 They're not undocumented.

00:38:39.580 They were documented.

00:38:41.020 They were documented by the countries with which they held citizenship.

00:38:45.180 So, the question is, we'll see whether or not this is an assault charge on the agents.

00:38:53.300 Of course, she absolutely did assault law enforcement officers at this facility in the scuffle. 1.00

00:39:00.440 The body camera footage was released.

00:39:02.960 I'm certain that Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, who's already commented on this, is going to be more than willing to show all the evidence and direct these ICE agents to stand up for themselves in court.

00:39:16.220 Folks, I completely support this.

00:39:19.200 I completely support charges against this Democrat the same way that I support charges against James Comey.

00:39:25.580 People say, Poso, wait, wait, wait.

00:39:27.040 Are you saying that James Comey should be charged for what he did yesterday?

00:39:30.580 Of course, and I'm also saying that he should be charged for what he did before.

00:39:38.120 And so, when we, when we, when we look at the situation, when we look at the situation with this Democrat, it's simple.

00:39:49.740 You need reciprocity.

00:39:51.260 You need reciprocity for everything that happened to President Trump and so many Republicans, so many Republicans.

00:40:00.580 Over the last few years in this country.

00:40:03.400 And what do we talk about?

00:40:04.560 It's the iron law of exact reciprocity.

00:40:07.860 The iron law of exact reciprocity where it's stated, very simply, that which you did to us will be visited upon you.

00:40:19.220 And none of this ends the lawfare and all the nonsense until we see Democrats in handcuffs.

00:40:25.940 And no, I'm not saying all of them.

00:40:27.440 I'm not saying reprisals.

00:40:28.940 I'm not saying that everybody needs to go out and take revenge.

00:40:31.620 I'm saying, though, quite simply, no one is above the law and that the laws should be applied equally and evenly.

00:40:42.540 No more two or three tiers of justice, one tier of justice, just one.

00:40:47.960 And so, for people who are lawbreakers, literal and actual lawbreakers, they need to be arrested.

00:40:53.700 And once we see that people aren't allowed to just break the law with reckless abandon anymore in this country, we can get back to a civilization.

00:41:02.440 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.

00:41:05.680 Thank you.
