00:00:21.740 You will not regret it.

00:00:23.320 Humanevents.com slash Poso.

00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.740 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.300 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.

00:00:49.980 So this is a Fox News alert riding along with ICE agents during a week-long operation in Texas

00:00:55.300 as they arrest hundreds, and they take some of the most dangerous criminal migrants off the streets, 0.90

00:01:00.380 including a convicted murderer.

00:01:02.260 In total, they arrested 422 illegal migrants.

00:01:06.320 The majority had criminal convictions or pending criminal convictions.

00:01:09.900 So we're talking everything from murder, aggravated assault, to sexual assault of a child.

00:01:16.180 Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:01:19.000 will face questions from lawmakers today.

00:01:21.080 We took the Biden guidelines, which were 453 pages long, and were clearly written by industry

00:01:26.560 that are incomprehensible, driven by the same industry capture and those kind of carnal impulses

00:01:35.000 that put fruit loops at the top of the food pyramid. 0.95

00:01:39.300 And we are changing that.

00:01:41.180 So we're going to have four-page dietary guidelines that tell people, essentially, eat whole food,

00:01:46.840 eat the food that's good for you.

00:01:49.240 That's going to drive changes in the school lunch programs. 0.95

00:01:51.880 I will be ordering the cessation of sanctions against Syria in order to give them a chance at greatness.

00:01:58.900 What happens on Thursday if President Putin doesn't show up in Turkey for the talks with Ukraine?

00:02:03.940 What will you do?

00:02:04.700 Well, I don't know if he's showing up.

00:02:05.900 I know he would like me to be there, and that's a possibility.

00:02:11.600 If we could end the war, I'd be thinking about that.

00:02:14.760 Now, tomorrow, we're all booked out, you understand, and we're all set.

00:02:18.180 But you'd go if he goes?

00:02:19.420 We'd go to UAE tomorrow.

00:02:22.160 And so we have a very low situation.

00:02:25.000 Now, that doesn't mean I wouldn't do it to save a lot of lives and come back.

00:02:29.580 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:02:33.240 We're here live in rainy, cloudy Washington, D.C.

00:02:37.600 Today is May 14th, 2025.

00:02:41.060 Anno, Domini.

00:02:42.540 Well, the story of the South African refugees arriving in the United States has really just taken on a life of its own,

00:02:50.740 these people fleeing what many have called white genocide.

00:02:53.800 We had a huge interview here yesterday talking about the abject brutality that white farmers faced in South Africa.

00:03:00.420 But the reason it's taken on a life of its own is because a former Obama advisor went on CNN last night

00:03:06.500 and was up there talking about the fact that, number one, well, she said, number one, your genocide isn't real, so denies it,

00:03:13.500 then says that the refugees don't count because they're actually colonizers to Africa,

00:03:21.500 even though they've been there for 400 years, and they should be sent back to Europe.

00:03:28.420 They should be sent back to Europe. 1.00

00:03:30.300 So let's see if I can figure out the new rules, if you will, as defined by the theory of CNN genocide.

00:03:39.440 Apparently, these are the new rules.

00:03:41.780 White countries must accept all migrants. 1.00

00:03:45.540 However, white people are not allowed to be refugees. 0.86

00:03:50.040 White countries are, and white people are all colonizers, even countries like, say, Ireland or Poland that never actually had colonies. 0.96

00:04:00.580 Then, all indigenous land must always be protected for indigenous people, except for white people. 1.00

00:04:11.800 Again, those people aren't allowed to have their own homeland. 0.97

00:04:16.180 White people aren't allowed to have anything. 1.00

00:04:18.760 By the way, and if you are in poverty, if you're a poor white person, there's nothing for you. 0.99

00:04:27.380 The government doesn't care about you.

00:04:29.200 There's no programs for you.

00:04:31.140 The entire infrastructure, the post-60s infrastructure that's been set up in this country of nonprofits, there's no scholarships.

00:04:36.940 By the way, and if you try to set up a scholarship or a program just for low-income white people, guess what?

00:04:44.840 You're probably going to face hate speech charges. 0.58

00:04:47.580 But, hey, folks, remember, you're all the beneficiaries of white privilege and systemic racism, right? 0.95

00:04:54.360 Yeah, no, I think there is an actual element of systemic bigotry and discrimination that's going on here, and it's anti-white hate. 0.75

00:05:03.940 And that's actually what's happening.

00:05:07.240 Folks, the masks are all falling off, and all I can sit here is do and say, well, I think someone told you about that all along.

00:05:17.380 We'll be right back.

00:05:23.400 Understand what America First truly means.

00:05:26.360 Welcome to the second American Revolution. 0.56

00:05:30.780 Jack Sobek, here we are back, Human Events Daily.

00:05:36.580 We are live on Real America's Voice, and now also bringing in the third hour of the Charlie Kirk Show on the Salem Radio Network.

00:05:44.800 Folks, I got a question for you.

00:05:47.020 Have you seen the latest fluoride headlines about the water supply?

00:05:51.380 See, the future of oral care, it's not fluoride.

00:05:53.500 It's actually peptides.

00:05:54.520 And the wellness company just launched the first-ever peptide toothpaste that regenerates gum tissues, strengthens enamel, and naturally whitens your teeth.

00:06:04.440 It's called Smile, a doctor-formulated breakthrough that works with your body's natural repair process.

00:06:10.860 This advanced formula blends targeted peptides with blue spirulina, aloe vera, and powerful remineralizers to boost blood flow, stimulate collagen, and help rebuild lost gum tissue, all while gently whitening without sensitivity.

00:06:26.760 No fluoride, no peroxide, no artificial dyes, just real clean ingredients that fight the bad bacteria and support a healthier mouth from the inside out.

00:06:35.260 Ready to upgrade your oral health.

00:06:37.100 Experience the future of oral care with Smile.

00:06:52.000 twc.health.poso.

00:06:54.820 Very excited here, of course, where we've been talking about the Pope, the election of the new Pope.

00:06:59.880 Of course, we were there in Rome last week at the Conclave.

00:07:02.940 One of the guests that we were attempting to get up, again, when you're in a crowd of 50,000 people,

00:07:08.340 sometimes it's tough to get the connection going, but we weren't able to get this guest on last week,

00:07:13.060 but we've got him on today because we're back home, back stateside, back in the beautiful U.S. of A.

00:07:18.260 It's Dr. Taylor Marshall who joins us now.

00:07:20.160 Dr. Marshall, how are you?

00:07:22.040 Great.

00:07:22.560 Christ is king, and we have a Pope.

00:07:25.740 Absolutely.

00:07:26.340 Christ is king.

00:07:27.000 So I've read some of the reports out there talking about how Cardinal Burke and others moved to block this Bergoglio wing of installing a real progressive,

00:07:40.880 and that really this idea of a bridge between both camps has emerged, and that was the election of Prevost, now Pope Leo XIV.

00:07:54.000 What have you heard, what are you hearing, and what are your thoughts?

00:07:58.520 Well, we've had Pope Francis for 12 years, and he had appointed 108 of the 133 electors.

00:08:06.000 So going in, it was going to look progressive.

00:08:09.080 It was going to look liberal, and the key candidate for the liberal progressives was Cardinal Parolin,

00:08:15.360 who's the Secretary of the State of the Vatican.

00:08:17.020 And it seemed almost impossible to undo that, and yet here we are a week later, and we have Pope Leo XIV.

00:08:27.660 And how did this happen?

00:08:29.020 Well, it appears that in the first few ballots, Cardinal Parolin could not get anything close to even a 50% majority.

00:08:37.020 And that, I think, is due to conservatives and moderates linking together to block that vote.

00:08:45.300 It takes 45 votes in this last election to block a candidate.

00:08:48.600 They were successful in doing that.

00:08:50.040 Once that happens, the Cardinals have to look around because you need a two-thirds majority to elect a pope, not a 51%, a two-thirds.

00:08:57.740 And at the end of the day, they needed someone who could maybe shave away some of those votes from Parolin 0.79

00:09:05.640 and join the American Cardinals, join the Asians, join the Africans, join the conservatives in Europe.

00:09:13.680 And that candidate was Cardinal Prevost.

00:09:16.720 And he's already done many symbolic gestures that many people don't recognize.

00:09:21.000 The way he came out on the balcony is in line with the traditional attire of the popes.

00:09:26.460 He said the blessing in Latin hasn't been said since 1939.

00:09:34.420 Many, many signals, his pectoral cross, him taking up residence in the papal apartments, signaling a change, a break with Pope Francis.

00:09:45.840 And many Catholics, myself included, around the world are just so hopeful and so delighted that we perhaps are going to see a renewal in the Catholic Church.

00:09:59.360 And he's American.

00:10:01.620 And so we have President Trump in the White House.

00:10:03.720 We have Pope Leo XIV, a man from Chicago in the Vatican.

00:10:10.720 And, Jack, next year is the 250th anniversary jubilee of the United States of America.

00:10:17.020 I really hope Pope Francis says, Pope Leo, will you please come join us to celebrate 250 years of America?

00:10:25.840 Can you imagine what that would look like to have Trump and Pope Leo celebrating 250 years of the United States of America?

00:10:35.320 If so, we are so back, Jack.

00:10:37.820 It's going to be incredible.

00:10:39.300 Well, yeah.

00:10:39.820 And, of course, I always, you know, whenever Charlie Kirk, my evangelical buddy, and I get into it back and forth, he said, well, you know, America and Catholics, it's, you know, that's an Ellis Island thing.

00:10:50.200 I said, well, hold on a second, hold on a second, if I remember correctly, America was founded by a Catholic, or discovered by a Catholic with Christopher Columbus.

00:10:57.700 And, hold on a second, wait, wait, America is also named after a Catholic, Amerigo Vespucci.

00:11:03.940 So we got two pretty good claims to claim right there, as well as signers of the Declaration and members of George Washington's Revolutionary War Council.

00:11:13.280 And you had Polish Catholics that were involved, like Kosciuszko and Pulaski and so many others.

00:11:17.480 But, and, of course, it's always, it's nice back and forth that we do.

00:11:20.300 But, you know, I'd love to also see his brother, by the way, Lou Prevost, up there as well.

00:11:24.240 I'm sure President Trump will be more than happy to have Lou over, who is also shipmates with Steve Bannon, come to find out, on a ship in the Navy some time back.

00:11:35.000 Dr. Marshall, when it, you know, when we see all these signs and we're trying to figure out what's going on, one of the pieces of reporting that's come out from an old colleague of mine, Alex Salvi, we were at OAN together.

00:11:45.460 He's now at Newsmax and he's been stationed in Rome for a few years now.

00:11:50.320 He mentioned that really one of the things that scuttled Parolin's candidacy was this deal that was made with the CCP.

00:11:58.800 And, in fact, the Asian Cardinals completely turned against him once they found out that he was involved.

00:12:04.720 Are you hearing that as well?

00:12:05.740 One hundred percent.

00:12:07.740 Yeah, the Cardinal Parolin was he brokered a deal with the help of ex-Cardinal McCarrick, who was the one who was kicked out of the priesthood.

00:12:16.420 He was removed from being a cardinal for the credible allegations of molesting young male children.

00:12:23.320 And that deal was a partnership with Pope Francis, Cardinal Parolin, and ex-Cardinal McCarrick.

00:12:30.680 It's been a disaster.

00:12:31.780 It's been an embarrassment in the Catholic Church.

00:12:33.620 Cardinal Zen of Hong Kong repeatedly begged for the deal not to go through.

00:12:38.360 Francis and Parolin pushed it through.

00:12:40.420 Basically, the short version of it is there has been, since the 50s, two versions of the Catholic Church.

00:12:47.540 The underground faithful Catholic Church and the communist version of the Catholic Church.

00:12:52.820 And basically, the short version of it is they have regularized the communist national version of the Catholic Church and even given veto powers to the communist atheist government veto powers over bishops in China, which is just.

00:13:10.100 And by the way, Dr. Marshall, just so you know, from my own experience and folks, folks know that I spent two years as a Catholic in China, that if I wanted to go to a mass on Easter, that was being said by by a priest who came from out of China.

00:13:25.380 So this was sort of like an international line, it was going to be in English, I had to show my passport to Chinese police officers before I was allowed into church on Easter to prove that I was not a Chinese citizen, nor that I was bringing a Chinese citizen, because they were so worried about someone hearing about the word of God and the good news of the resurrection.

00:13:47.540 That was in Shanghai.

00:13:48.520 And that those people have been faithful and have been suffering under that tyranny for decades.

00:13:56.300 And so it is a great betrayal.

00:13:58.100 And Cardinal Zen knew it was a betrayal to the faithful Catholic Chinese people who have suffered torture, martyrdom.

00:14:05.780 Many of the bishops had wrought in sails in China for years.

00:14:09.840 And so for this deal to go through sort of quietly is a great scandal.

00:14:14.840 So when the Asian and African cardinals come to Rome, they learn that Cardinal Parolin is, in a way, the mastermind of this plot in China. 0.75

00:14:24.400 That right there killed it.

00:14:26.240 And thanks be to God.

00:14:27.320 And hopefully the new Holy Father, Pope Leo, will somehow right those wrongs in Asia.

00:14:35.120 Now, this was justice for Cardinal Zen.

00:14:37.620 This was absolutely justice for Cardinal Zen and everything that he went through, and more with the persecution of Hong Kong and what the CCP has done down there.

00:14:49.040 And I'm glad that the Asian cardinals stood strong against that.

00:14:52.720 Folks, we've got a quick break coming up.

00:14:54.380 This is Jack Posobiec.

00:14:55.600 We've got breaking inside details from inside the conclave from Rome.

00:15:00.620 What's going on, the geopolitics that structure one of the most powerful leaders in the world.

00:15:05.940 We'll be right back.

00:15:07.100 Quick break.

00:15:07.620 Today, you know, they talk about influencers.

00:15:18.820 These are influencers.

00:15:20.740 And they're friends of mine.

00:15:23.080 Jack Posobiec.

00:15:24.580 Where's Jack?

00:15:25.560 Jack.

00:15:26.500 He's done a great job.

00:15:28.440 All right, Jack Posobiec.

00:15:31.200 We are back here.

00:15:31.940 Human Events Daily.

00:15:33.680 We're live on Real America's Voice in the Salem Radio Network with our three Charlie Kirk show.

00:15:38.280 We're on with Dr. Taylor Marshall.

00:15:40.020 He's giving us key insights into what exactly happened inside the conclave and the earliest days of Pope Leo XIV's papacy.

00:15:50.240 Dr. Marshall, one thing you and I were just talking during the break on this is one of the other big pieces that came out that's starting to come out of this reporting from Alex Salvi and others is the state of the financial affairs of the Vatican.

00:16:06.000 Now, a lot of people say, oh, well, the Vatican, they're so rich.

00:16:08.500 Look at all the churches.

00:16:09.380 Look at all the real estate.

00:16:10.200 Yes, but the liquidity is the problem.

00:16:12.600 And the deconsecration and selling off of churches is going on all throughout the United States and major cities all over the place.

00:16:18.820 It's because the coffers are low.

00:16:20.920 Why are the coffers low?

00:16:22.100 It's simple.

00:16:22.960 The pews are empty.

00:16:24.200 The collection baskets are light.

00:16:26.340 They're all coming in light.

00:16:27.740 So, yes, just because you have all this stuff doesn't mean you're getting the revenue that you need.

00:16:32.160 And so one of the concerns that a lot of people have, and Steve Bannon's brought this up, I brought this up, is that the understanding, yes, the church is growing in South America, the church is growing in Africa, but with the money, the money is in the world's largest economy, and that is the United States of America and those big dollar, high dollar American Catholics.

00:16:54.020 So what do you do?

00:16:55.720 You choose, and which, of course, by the way, is also part of the underwriting of the CCP deal is that the CCP is bailing out the Vatican under Francis.

00:17:02.380 So the question, I guess, I have is, is the choice of the American pope, the first American pope, is it just because of this return to tradition as sort of all the outward signs are, or are there elements here of a hope within the Vatican of accessing those American high dollar donors?

00:17:20.260 I mean, look, Pope Francis said that he was honored that he was being attacked by the Americans.

00:17:26.600 There was an open rivalry between American Catholics and Pope Francis that started probably somewhere in the year 2015, 2016.

00:17:39.480 That friction, that rivalry continued all the way up until this day.

00:17:45.520 And, yeah, if you, if you belittle and you drive away the American Catholics, you know, the biggest, the biggest countries of Catholics, Brazil, United States of America, you look at in terms of wealth, in terms of donation, it's the United States of America.

00:18:04.780 Did it play a part?

00:18:05.700 Or, undoubtedly, it played a part, you know, Jesus Christ, our Lord, in the gospels, they talk about the bag or the purse that they carried with the money that, you know, Christ lived on for his ministry.

00:18:17.900 There's always been a donation based part of the ministry of Jesus Christ and of the church ever, you know, since AD 33.

00:18:27.000 That's part of it.

00:18:27.840 So, you have to also look at the books and say, can we balance our books?

00:18:32.560 Are we running a deficit?

00:18:34.240 And is offending and isolating the American Catholics a good strategy moving forward for another 10 years? 0.76

00:18:41.920 All the cardinals have to look at that and say, that is a bad strategy.

00:18:46.040 We cannot continue to push away the Catholic Church in the United States of America.

00:18:50.780 So, it is, I definitely think, part of the strategy here.

00:18:54.420 And as an American Catholic, as a traditional Catholic, I welcome it.

00:18:59.900 You know, I want to see the Pope love all peoples.

00:19:04.640 And I felt during Pope Francis that he loved everybody except for Americans.

00:19:10.340 And he had, you know, denigrating things to say about President Trump.

00:19:13.820 He had denigrating things to say about America, denigrating things to say about our policy.

00:19:17.540 He wrote a document quickly trying to correct J.D. Vance, but he never tried to correct Joe Biden or many of the other nations who are doing nefarious things.

00:19:27.940 So, it just seemed that Pope Francis had it out for the Americans.

00:19:32.640 And I think the cardinals...

00:19:33.740 We want to see that return to tradition.

00:19:35.780 Dr. Marshall, just a couple of seconds until the break here.

00:19:39.500 You've got a new book that's coming out.

00:19:41.380 It's in pre-order.

00:19:42.760 I've seen some early editions of it.

00:19:53.400 We need a conservativism that is Christian, that is Christ-centered.

00:19:58.200 And so, this new book, Christian Patriot, is an analysis of the Christian theology of government, of politics, and then gives us 12 practical strategies to create a culture, to create a nation that honors God in Jesus Christ.

00:21:26.300 What a job you do.

00:21:27.740 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:21:28.920 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys

00:21:33.820 who should be getting Pulisic.

00:21:49.600 Folks, I got to tell you something.

00:21:50.920 There is something going on with our farmland here in the United States, and it's not getting

00:21:55.420 enough attention.

00:21:56.760 You see, it's the Chinese, the CCP. 0.99

00:21:58.600 They've been buying up hundreds of thousands of acres of U.S. farmland.

00:22:02.260 They've also taken control over critical supply chains.

00:22:05.340 Things like fertilizer, animal field, feed, farming equipment.

00:22:08.540 Why?

00:22:09.040 It's clear.

00:22:09.800 They're tightening their grip on global food production.

00:22:12.400 And if things go south, we need to be ready.

00:22:15.020 That's why I trust My Patriot Supply.

00:22:50.280 Folks, I don't even have to tell you.

00:22:51.580 Did you look at the news out of Spain and parts of Western Europe?

00:22:55.700 When they went through that blackout just a couple of weeks ago, what did we find?

00:22:59.180 Well, we found that it messed with the computer servers that run a lot of the registers and

00:23:06.920 the counters in supermarkets.

00:23:08.800 So here's what happened to all of those people that were affected by this in Spain.

00:23:12.920 They could go to the supermarket.

00:23:15.840 The food was there, but it couldn't be purchased.

00:23:18.600 So even if they had cash, this system wasn't working for them, so they couldn't buy food,

00:23:23.820 all because of a power outage.

00:23:25.480 Did you ever think that a power outage would mean that you couldn't get food for your family?

00:23:30.000 That's the way everything is set up now.

00:23:32.960 Cash doesn't work.

00:23:34.840 When you are in one of those situations, you need to have the supplies ready to protect

00:23:41.200 yourselves and protect your family, and that's what you do with MyPatriotSupply.

00:23:47.180 Really excited for our next guest.

00:23:49.040 As folks know, I just got back from Bucharest, Romania, after also visiting the conclave.

00:23:54.480 I got to my first conclave, but in Bucharest, Romania, just an absolute barn burner of an

00:24:00.300 election that's coming on a huge, huge rebuke, I would say, of the globalists.

00:24:07.400 And in fact, right in a key territory for NATO, the eastern flank of NATO, right on the borders

00:24:14.140 of Ukraine, along with Poland and Hungary, that being Romania.

00:24:18.960 And so had the opportunity to visit and sit down in a full hour-long interview that has

00:24:25.240 been just doing incredible numbers, record numbers for us here on Human Events daily, but

00:24:30.320 also for any presidential candidate in Romanian history here in the United States, giving me

00:24:37.580 the honor of being able to sit down with George Simeon.

00:24:39.600 And we also have two guests that have joined us now from Romania to talk about this election

00:24:44.300 and the Polish election, which are coming up, believe it or not, on the same exact day.

00:24:50.520 We've got Will Donahue, the president of the College Republicans of America, and Tom Dans,

00:24:55.320 the CEO of American Daybreak.

00:24:57.320 What's up, guys?

00:24:59.500 Hey, Jack.

00:25:00.100 Great to be with you.

00:25:00.960 Thanks for having us.

00:25:01.940 Thanks for having us on, Jack.

00:25:03.260 Great news.

00:25:03.760 So let's just start off, and you guys can fight over who talks first, but am I making

00:25:09.020 it up?

00:25:09.500 The buzz was crazy when I was there in Romania last week for George, and people are coming

00:25:15.640 up to him.

00:25:16.460 There's TikTok videos going viral.

00:25:18.460 Social media is playing just as much of a role in that election as it did in our election.

00:25:22.460 It felt to me like October 2024, but it's May 2025 in Romania.

00:25:32.340 It's that same type of Trump populist energy that we saw in the United States.

00:25:38.040 That's what's going on in Romania right now.

00:25:40.080 Are you seeing the same thing?

00:25:42.960 Yeah.

00:25:43.660 We, you know, this is a group of people that are not going to be denied, right?

00:25:48.400 This is, they've gone through, this is really almost the fourth time at that here.

00:25:53.080 So this, you know, and I'm talking about the fact that they had a presidential election

00:25:57.960 back in December that was then nullified.

00:26:00.340 And people spoke very loudly then, and they have since.

00:26:04.260 So, but, and the big event, you know, two weeks ago when they came out, George, so they

00:26:10.120 have a system here.

00:26:11.300 So people are familiar with an all comers initial election, and then a runoff of the top two

00:26:17.720 vote getters, right?

00:26:18.720 So two weeks ago, George Simeon came out with 41% of the vote with his next, you know, closest

00:26:26.020 person at just under 21.

00:26:28.500 So very close to that 50% threshold.

00:26:31.860 And, you know, people are ready to put them over the line and get on with business here.

00:26:35.500 Yeah, I think probably the most important part of that was all of the polling up to that

00:26:41.940 point only had him at 31 to 34% of the vote.

00:26:45.860 No poll had him over 38%.

00:26:48.600 And so when we were running models, that's just not what we were expecting.

00:26:53.560 Simeon far outperformed what anybody was expecting to the, to the same kind of extent that President

00:26:59.560 Trump beat on Biden, it's starting to look like a people's mandate here in Romania.

00:27:06.260 And, and, and Jack, so, you know, for the, for people to understand how did he so overperform

00:27:12.860 or basically in some respects, you know, how was it missed?

00:27:17.360 Well, one thing that's peculiar to Romania, and it is kind of a part of a, an outgrowth

00:27:24.860 of a globalist, you know, history that they've been under here is that there's a significant

00:27:31.160 amount of vote that is from the Romanian diaspora.

00:27:34.840 So this is a country which amazingly, you know, for the viewers background, you know, we're

00:27:39.960 talking about a place, give or take the size of Wyoming, right?

00:27:44.280 With the population that is depending on who's counting around 18 to 19 million with, but

00:27:52.460 interestingly enough, that's 6 million fewer than 1989 when this, the country was under

00:28:00.180 communism.

00:28:00.820 And it's the same number 60 years ago.

00:28:04.420 So this country has been degrowth.

00:28:06.640 That's the globalist goal, right?

00:28:09.440 So they've actually been successful here.

00:28:11.440 What they've done is push out a lot of Romanians overseas. 0.95

00:28:15.720 And so a lot of families here are relying on money coming back.

00:28:18.820 And it's gotten so bad that now when growth does occur, the country ironically even needs

00:28:25.040 to import labor.

00:28:26.640 So they're bringing in...

00:28:27.920 And one thing, guys, and I'll just say it, is that, you know, and George said it when

00:28:31.840 I was there with him.

00:28:32.740 I didn't even want to put words in his mouth.

00:28:34.560 He said it himself.

00:28:36.020 This was, this was what, Bucharest specifically, was one of the main targets of George Soros's

00:28:40.760 open society agenda.

00:28:42.740 After the fall of communism, it was George Soros operating.

00:28:45.620 Remember, he originally came out of Hungary himself in Budapest, right next door there,

00:28:50.380 and then came into Bucharest, was working on Poland, working on so many areas, specifically

00:28:55.260 in this region, to get his network and his people in place.

00:28:59.720 And that's why you saw, as you say, these open borders, these third-world migrants, third-country 1.00

00:29:06.380 workers coming in from, you know, migrant workers coming in across areas.

00:29:10.840 By the way, where the Romanians themselves, in many cases, are also facing economic issues,

00:29:16.920 where they want the employment and they can't get it because these workers are coming in.

00:29:22.160 And this guy, similar last name to yours, by the way, Tom, but we're not going to get

00:29:27.880 into that.

00:29:28.500 We're not going to be making it.

00:29:29.740 That's, he's Don's, not Dan.

00:29:31.740 Or no, he's Dan, you're Don's.

00:29:33.360 But, but we're Nikodon Dons, but we're, we're not going to, we're not going to, we're not

00:29:38.260 going to go through the, the, you know, the full 23andMe on that.

00:29:41.180 But, but let me ask you, do you think that it's going to be a similar situation?

00:29:47.920 And this, this is my hope and prayer, because we saw that, that George is, is doing so well.

00:29:52.940 He's overperforming.

00:29:53.840 He's actually gone up to Poland for a series of rallies with their populist nationalist

00:30:00.020 candidate, Karol Nowrofsky, who is unfortunately currently underperforming in the second round

00:30:06.660 polls.

00:30:07.360 However, the polls of the polls, do you believe that this underperform, or excuse me, overperformance

00:30:13.820 of the polls could also take place in Poland, who has their election on the same day?

00:30:20.080 Yeah, well, I'll let Will jump in here.

00:30:23.140 But I think we can say at this point from the MAGA world, the nationalist populist corner

00:30:29.180 of polling, that typically we are underrepresented in polls.

00:30:34.560 There's not too many times that they overstate our, especially early polls performance.

00:30:40.740 So, you know, June, the second round is still far out.

00:30:44.400 I think there's multiple events that will happen between now and then that's going to affect

00:30:49.540 that outcome.

00:30:50.140 So, he's very much in the game.

00:30:52.500 And I think, you know, this Sunday's positive result that we're all hoping for is going

00:30:58.980 to be another dynamic factor in that.

00:31:01.500 Yeah.

00:31:01.980 With the Romanian polls, what we were looking at is just problems with their census.

00:31:08.400 Back in COVID times, they did a census, really didn't have accurate numbers on their population

00:31:14.780 data.

00:31:15.060 And so, when these polls were coming out, they heavily underrepresented the rural vote.

00:31:20.840 You know, we were looking at the urban versus rural vote and urban was far overrepresented,

00:31:26.040 but rural was way more underrepresented.

00:31:28.020 So, we actually ended up getting more votes than we were expecting to the tune of somewhere

00:31:32.180 in the range of two to 500,000, which all ended up going in Simeon's favor because he

00:31:37.600 is supported by rural voters.

00:31:39.060 When it comes to Poland, you know, I think their polls are a little more accurate.

00:31:43.440 It's not looking terrific for Nebraska.

00:31:47.420 And it's somewhere between 44 and 46 percent.

00:31:54.820 But by no means is that they're helping is because it looks like our new connection is a little

00:32:03.520 unstable right now, is to help make up the difference in that three to five percent that

00:32:08.500 is necessary to make him competitive.

00:32:11.100 No, I think that's exactly right.

00:32:12.880 And I'm certainly hoping that some of the, you know, some of the boost from seeing this

00:32:19.480 block.

00:32:20.240 And, of course, Viktor Orban has also come out.

00:32:22.940 Actually, when I was there in Romania, Viktor Orban had released a message.

00:32:28.340 And so, for people who don't quite get the politics of the area, there have been a longstanding,

00:32:34.000 and when I say longstanding, I mean like hundreds and thousands of years of longstanding tensions

00:32:39.940 between these various regions, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, and Hungary, regarding the borders,

00:32:47.040 regarding various regions.

00:32:49.100 Keep in mind, these were the battlefields of World War II, the battlefields of World War

00:32:54.480 I and so many other wars that took place over time.

00:32:59.580 This was the land of Europe that was behind the Iron Curtain, that was given to the Soviet

00:33:06.800 Union at Yalta, this absolute just betrayal of the Eastern Europeans, forcing them to live 1.00

00:33:14.680 under the godless, atheist, brutal yoke of communism. 0.91

00:33:19.180 And so, certainly something that I've said begs a reassessment of World War II and our history

00:33:25.600 there and an understanding of how it was that that war ended up with Joseph Stalin coming out of it

00:33:33.220 with a communist empire that stretched from Berlin all the way to Beijing.

00:33:39.280 This is what we're dealing with, trying to allow these countries to join this populist nationalist movement

00:33:46.900 to seek their own destiny, right?

00:33:48.820 We're America First guys around here, but we are against globalism in all its forms,

00:33:54.240 wherever it is found.

00:33:57.020 Jack Posobiec, we're coming right back here on Human Events.

00:34:01.160 We've got a very quick break.

00:34:02.760 We'll be right back.

00:34:11.340 Jack is a great guy.

00:34:12.860 He's written a fantastic book.

00:34:14.620 Everybody's talking about it.

00:34:15.860 Go get it.

00:34:17.020 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:34:21.040 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.

00:34:24.240 Amen.

00:35:20.600 All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here.

00:35:23.740 Final segment, Human Events, live on Real America's Voice and the Salem Radio Network.

00:35:30.020 We are back on.

00:35:31.320 We've got Will Donoghue, the president of the College of Republicans of America,

00:35:34.300 and Tom Dans, the CEO of American Daybreak.

00:35:37.360 But they're not joining us for the United States of America.

00:35:39.380 They're joining us for Bucharest, Romania.

00:35:41.400 Guys, we're all Americans.

00:35:43.060 You know, why do we care so much about these foreign countries?

00:35:46.400 I thought this was America first.

00:35:47.760 You know, Trump's over in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and he's going to the Emirates tomorrow.

00:35:53.260 You know, why should we care about all these elections that are going on?

00:35:57.000 Shouldn't we just be Fortress America and close the northern and southern border,

00:36:00.600 throw up the Navy on the coastlines and say the heck with it?

00:36:03.300 Why does it matter that globalism be fought in every corner of the planet?

00:36:09.280 Sure.

00:36:09.720 Well, hey, you know, we talk about an interconnected world.

00:36:14.800 There really is a connection between Pennsylvania and Transylvania.

00:36:19.420 And I'll explain what that means.

00:36:22.460 He went there.

00:36:24.300 He went there.

00:36:26.640 So, you know, this is the front line of what NATO is basically their raison d'etre,

00:36:34.380 is supposed to be matching up against what was the former Comic-Con countries and the Soviet Union.

00:36:43.520 But this is the front line of it.

00:36:45.160 So, actually, if you roll forward to what's happening in Romania today,

00:36:49.800 they are building the largest NATO base in Europe,

00:36:54.460 in the very kind of eastern part of the country here.

00:36:58.680 It's called MK base.

00:37:01.720 So, people need to know that Romania has two things that people need to understand from a geostrategic perspective.

00:37:07.880 They have that border with Ukraine where the current war proxy, U.S. proxy war against Russia,

00:37:12.660 and that's what it is, has been ongoing.

00:37:14.940 But also, it has access to the Black Sea.

00:37:19.700 And that access to the Black Sea is everything for military operations, geostrategic operations.

00:37:26.060 Also, I'm being told that President Trump is potentially going to be speaking very soon at the state dinner in Qatar.

00:37:34.160 And we're going to be, I'm being told by the network, we're going to cut to that as soon as it comes on.

00:37:39.060 But, guys, walk us through a little bit more about this geostrategic importance of Romania.

00:37:42.440 So, it gets to being very important who the president of Romania is,

00:37:48.340 because that individual, that man, that woman, has a very important bearing on the role of Romania within NATO,

00:37:55.980 and then by extension, the role of America within NATO, and how we match up.

00:38:01.140 So, keep in mind, what happened with the Russian invasion here is that technically,

00:38:07.200 Romania gained a border against Russia with the invasion of Ukraine.

00:38:12.100 Now, there's the maritime border where Romania actually matches up with Russia.

00:38:17.900 It matches up directly.

00:38:18.960 Guys, President Trump has begun speaking.

00:38:22.480 We have the audio.

00:38:23.580 Thanks so much for joining.

00:38:24.840 We will be cutting to that right now.

00:38:26.660 Your country now stands as a heartless global commerce, acts as a key diplomatic force on the world stage,

00:38:34.040 and has even hosted the World Cup.

00:38:37.560 People said, well, the World Cup is coming.

00:38:39.680 By the way, it's yourself.

00:38:40.860 That's what it's the idea.

00:38:42.520 Congratulations, John.

00:38:44.460 You're going to be with us next.

00:38:45.760 He's coming.

00:38:46.460 He's coming to the United States, actually.

00:38:49.020 Thank you.

00:38:49.600 Great job you do, John.

00:38:50.860 Thank you.

00:39:20.860 Well, there wasn't a tree out of place.

00:39:23.860 I think it's perfect.

00:39:25.660 To understand, to charge the basic path to modernization and prosperity.

00:39:31.600 And you've done it all while honoring your heritage.

00:39:35.260 You've always seen your heritage.

00:39:37.200 You haven't given it up.

00:39:38.660 Maintaining your culture and embracing your national traditions.

00:39:42.260 Congratulations to the Amir, the Royal Family, and to this entire nation.

00:39:49.320 Congratulations on a spectacular job.

00:39:52.480 Well done.

00:39:54.560 Congratulations.

00:39:55.420 You're the son of me.

00:39:56.240 As you can see from the extraordinary range of leaders and pioneers in this room, the biggest

00:40:02.760 people, the most successful people, the most powerful people, everyone wants to come.

00:40:10.200 Witness what is happening right here.

00:40:12.680 As president, I'm proud that our growing friendship is possibly into a close relationship and I can see clearly on this trip.

00:40:24.280 Because we're setting records on this trip between a lot of investors back into the United States of America.

00:40:30.980 It's coming back at levels I've never seen before.

00:40:33.260 I've never seen anything like it.

00:40:34.420 I don't think there's anything, I don't think there's anything, I don't think there's anything, I don't think there's anything for us.

00:40:42.720 And that means it's any magic.

00:40:45.100 In addition to our agreement that will lead to the 1.2 trillion dollars of economic activity before we even started up the Boeing deal and all of the other deals that we talked about today.

00:40:57.160 We're pleased to inspire you to have millions and billions of dollars of equipment and we're going to get a glimpse of something tomorrow morning at your military base, which is incredible weather.

00:41:11.000 Earlier today we were on the escort of eight F-15s from your Air Force.

00:41:18.960 And I will say that I asked about Air Force One, you would need them, and he gave me that answer, he said, well, I'd rather have them.

00:41:28.540 That wasn't where the eggs I was going to be.

00:41:30.940 And he said, no, I don't know, this is just, this is just a funny thing, because he didn't say that.

00:41:36.980 But he'll be around there, so they were looking at what they were doing and it was amazing.

00:41:42.400 It's a little disconcerting when you're seeing a plane that goes 2,000 miles an hour, we're actually going 500 miles an hour, it's a strength, a plane, and you look at it, you can read the pilot's name on his helmet, and it's pretty close.

00:41:58.200 But they were great, they were great pilots, and it's great that you have chosen the mighty falcon as a symbol of your nations representing dignity and strength, that's what the falcon represents.

00:42:08.960 Our entire partnership of that spirit, last weekend, when you helped negotiate the release of his last living American hostage in Gaza, he done out-examined, and hopefully this is a stepping stone toward getting the rest of the hostages back, but that was something that you really did help us a lot.

00:42:30.560 Thank you, Steve, Steve, with God, and Marco, here, I want to thank you, Steve, Marco, and Scott, out, everybody who's involved, put a lot of hostages back there, all been involved.

00:42:44.560 We were also working with us very closely with respect to negotiating a deal with Iran, which is the far friendlier course that you would see.

00:42:56.560 Two courses, there's only two courses, there are three or four or five, there's two, there's a friendly and a non-friendly, and non-friendly is a violent course, and I don't want that.

00:43:06.560 I say, I don't want that. They have to get moving. I hope your AA leaders understand it. What you're doing, really what you're doing for them is a big favor.

00:43:20.560 You're a great leader. You're a great leader. Right here on my left has been helping you so much, and they respect them, and they're listening to them, and they have to get moving.

00:43:32.560 They have to make that decision. It's their decision, because we want to see Iran do well, thrive, be successful, and everybody will be happy.

00:43:42.560 We want to see Iranians. I know many Iranians living in New York and Washington, D.C. They're great people, and we want to have this end peacefully, not horribly.

00:43:55.560 So I just want to thank United for that act of help. We're really helping the region, we're helping the world, helping the country, and we'll try to get it done in Buchanan.

00:44:08.560 They have to move quickly, and I just hope Iran realizes what a good friend they have right here.

00:44:15.560 And in a certain sense...
