00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.860 A commentator, international social media sensation and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.580 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.640 Christ is king.

00:00:51.180 The Trump administration is putting on hold billions of dollars of funding for infrastructure projects in New York City.

00:00:58.640 In a social media post, White House Budget Director Russell Vogt wrote that he would be pausing $18 billion in funding for infrastructure projects to ensure that money was not flowing based on unconstitutional DEI principles.

00:01:15.820 In Chicago, Operation Midway Blitz is in full swing.

00:01:20.380 Hundreds of federal agents stormed an apartment complex earlier today in a multi-agency raid, and they arrested more than a dozen people.

00:01:28.040 Authorities say they were targeting members of the vicious Trende Aragua gang.

00:01:32.580 This stunt has nothing to do with public safety.

00:01:36.280 This is about politics, money, and power.

00:01:38.880 They're not targeting violent criminals or gang members.

00:01:41.420 They're arresting tamale vendors.

00:01:44.360 We will liberate this city from the criminal element that has plagued it for generations.

00:01:48.280 This is not just a strategy shift.

00:01:51.640 This is an attitude shift.

00:01:54.320 We are not going to live in an environment of every rule anywhere where there is a street that belongs to a criminal,

00:02:01.080 where there is a neighborhood that belongs to a gang,

00:02:03.380 where there is any physical space anywhere that belongs to anyone other than the law-abiding citizens and families of Memphis.

00:02:11.820 The idea that there is a square inch of block in this city where a citizen doesn't feel safe is unacceptable.

00:02:19.180 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:02:26.400 Today is October 2nd, 2025.

00:02:28.980 Anno Domini.

00:02:30.220 We are here live in the Charlie Kirk Studio, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:02:35.680 And we are here with Andrew Colbert and Blake Neff.

00:02:39.320 What's up, guys?

00:02:40.220 Hey.

00:02:40.540 So...

00:02:41.180 Thanks for having us.

00:02:41.960 It's my second time on your show.

00:02:43.760 I mean, you were okay.

00:02:45.580 You know, we got some good audience feedback.

00:02:47.200 It was mixed.

00:02:47.740 To be fair, it was mixed.

00:02:49.180 But, you know, it was...

00:02:50.680 It's about my ceiling.

00:02:51.680 It was about your ceiling, yeah.

00:02:53.300 And I said, you know what, though?

00:02:54.880 You know what, though?

00:02:55.540 This might be something where we can get you in and get you on.

00:03:01.040 Because yesterday, we got the incredible news, something that we've been banging on on thought crime and human events and the Charlie Kirk show was the ADL.

00:03:09.620 And Charlie had this great tweet up, not even that long ago, where he said the ADL is number one and the SPLC is number two in terms of the purveyors of hate in America.

00:03:23.000 Yep.

00:03:23.380 This is the tweet.

00:03:24.760 You got it there.

00:03:25.360 You want to be a big hate group?

00:03:26.560 Just call yourself an anti-hate group.

00:03:28.720 We're the anti-back guy squad.

00:03:30.540 Do you want to defame people?

00:03:31.260 Call yourself the Anti-Defamation League.

00:03:33.540 So here...

00:03:34.340 I'm getting the tweet for the team.

00:03:36.440 So the ADL, the FBI has severed their relationship with them.

00:03:42.460 Elon Musk is going hardcore on them, trying to push back on all of their government contracts, which we see are all over various levels of government.

00:03:53.400 And today, online, people have just started blasting the SPLC because we're saying, guys, if we're...

00:03:58.840 And specifically because, by the way, it started with the ADL's attack on Turning Point USA.

00:04:03.660 Well, and Christians. 0.96

00:04:05.140 And Christians, Christian identity.

00:04:07.920 And the SPLC does the same thing.

00:04:09.120 Christian identity one specifically was...

00:04:10.880 It was an actual group that I think called itself Christian identity that was, like, weird stuff.

00:04:16.020 But they were bad in a million other ways, including smearing us.

00:04:18.760 But by the way, it doesn't even change the reality that they were anti-Christian or they are anti-Christian.

00:04:23.420 Precisely.

00:04:24.060 They don't...

00:04:24.680 At least Christian values.

00:04:25.420 So here's the tweet.

00:04:26.880 They have...

00:04:27.360 Our team should have it.

00:04:28.500 It's...

00:04:28.920 So throw this up when you can get it, guys.

00:04:30.920 This is from September 1st, 2023.

00:04:35.700 Charlie says,

00:04:36.040 Whatever it was in the past, today the ADL is a hate group that dons a religious mask to justify stoking hatred of the left's enemies.

00:04:43.380 I believe in the First Amendment and free speech as a principle, regardless of what the law says.

00:04:47.720 I don't want to ban anyone's speech.

00:04:50.200 But the ADL has no place extorting X, Twitter, or any other social media companies, nor should it dictate to federal law enforcement agencies what hate speech is.

00:04:59.940 The ADL itself is America's number one purveyor of hate speech, parentheses, and the SPLC is number two.

00:05:07.720 So the great Perry Abbasi, Pericles of Chicago, who is an alpha male married to a woman, that we congratulate him for that. 0.96

00:05:18.220 He found that the day before, September 10th, that on September 9th, the SPLC released their hate watch newsletter.

00:05:29.520 No way.

00:05:30.040 And I don't think anyone had realized this because, you know, we don't follow them on a direct basis.

00:05:34.480 Yeah.

00:05:34.960 September 9th, they had an article attacking Charlie Kirk, literally one day before Utah Valley.

00:05:42.820 And he was being targeted.

00:05:45.220 He was a member of the hard right.

00:05:47.460 And I'm trying to pull the exact tweet up.

00:05:49.700 But they said they were going after him saying, this guy is against DEI. 0.97

00:05:53.440 And, you know, he is a hate, an extremist.

00:05:56.360 And again, so we talk about the various rhetoric that Democrats use.

00:06:01.040 These places are the sources of that rhetoric.

00:06:03.920 And they'll say, oh, well, look at this study by the ADL.

00:06:06.580 Look at this study by the SPLC.

00:06:08.080 And then David Sachs would point out that if you search certain conservatives online, and I appreciate David pointing this out, that he said, you search Stephen Miller, first thing that comes up is SPLC.

00:06:21.860 You search Jack Posobiec, the first thing that comes up is SPLC.

00:06:25.000 And, in fact, last year, and we, or no, excuse me, earlier this year, in May of this year, the SPLC added Turning Point USA to their 2024 hate map.

00:06:38.560 And this is the thing.

00:06:40.120 With these types of hate organizations, the extremists that follow them, we know that the Family Research Council shooter was an SPLC follower.

00:06:49.900 The Steve Scalise shooter was an SPLC follower.

00:06:52.400 So they've been tied to multiple shootings in the past, and yet they continue to dox.

00:06:57.500 They continue to make maps.

00:06:59.520 They make lists with impunity.

00:07:01.100 So they put us on their hate map as a hate group.

00:07:04.140 What is it that the alleged shooter supposedly said, according to Utah authorities, in those messages?

00:07:09.580 I had enough of his hatred.

00:07:11.100 Some hate can't be negotiated out.

00:07:14.000 Specific, the almost verbatim, the same words as the SPLC.

00:07:18.160 We'll be right back.

00:07:18.760 Human Events Daily continues.

00:07:22.400 We stand in our way, and our golden age has just begun.

00:07:28.780 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:07:30.560 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.

00:07:35.220 Welcome to the second American Revolution. 0.56

00:07:39.660 All right, Jack Posobiec back live, Charlie Kirk Studio, Phoenix, Arizona, Human Events Daily.

00:07:46.600 Folks, did you know that in the last six weeks, tens of millions of AT&T users had their name, address, and social security numbers leaked?

00:07:57.820 Now, or did you know that the CCP is out there harvesting massive amounts of Americans' personal data to train their deep seek and other AI programs?

00:08:08.440 Here's what's happening.

00:08:09.100 When you are online, you're doing work, you're searching things, you might just be interacting with your friends.

00:08:17.240 You don't realize that you need digital camouflage.

00:08:21.300 And unfortunately, we've all learned in the last few weeks that those of us in this industry also need to be careful with our personal information.

00:08:29.320 Well, that's why I've partnered with our newest show sponsor, Patriot Protect.

00:08:34.060 Patriot Protect will protect your personal data from the Internet, whether it's Google, Amazon, or Apple.

00:08:41.000 Your personal data will be wiped so that when you go and use the Internet, scammers and cyber criminals like the swatters who came after my family and my parents will not and cannot find your data.

00:08:54.860 You need to take back your security and your privacy.

00:08:57.720 Once Patriot Protect scans and scrubs your personal information, they'll continuously monitor, 24-7 monitoring and protection, your info online, so any instance of a possible data breach is eliminated.

00:09:10.400 This is 24-7, 365 protection for the cost of keeping the porch lights on.

00:09:18.600 The only thing that we know for sure, the only thing worse than getting hacked is knowing that you could have stopped it and didn't take action when you could have.

00:09:26.240 So go to Patriot-Protect.com slash POSO.

00:09:28.840 Use promo code POSO for 15% off a yearly subscription.

00:09:32.540 That's Patriot-Protect.com slash POSO.

00:09:35.120 Again, promo code POSO for 15% off a yearly subscription.

00:09:38.700 Patriot-Protect.com slash POSO.

00:09:41.800 Gentlemen, so I want to talk about what pressure points we have on the SPLC because we do need to look at this in terms of action items.

00:09:49.840 We know these are the bad guys.

00:09:50.820 FBI, you need to drop the relationship. 0.94

00:09:53.140 Cash, you did it with the ADL.

00:09:54.600 SPLC is next.

00:09:55.480 As Charlie said, they're number two.

00:09:57.620 Yes, the SPLC is literally number two.

00:10:01.060 Amazon Smile, their charity donation.

00:10:03.640 Why are they partnering with an organization like this?

00:10:06.280 And, Andrew, you were just talking in the break about this massive endowment.

00:10:10.700 This is crazy.

00:10:11.520 That they have, that they're keeping, like, in the Caribbean?

00:10:14.280 Well, so they have, they're headquartered in Alabama, and they call it the Poverty Palace, right?

00:10:23.100 Because apparently this thing is just gaudy, over-the-top.

00:10:26.460 Oh, it's enormous.

00:10:27.240 It's absolutely enormous.

00:10:28.220 In Alabama, of all places.

00:10:30.360 Because that's where it all started.

00:10:31.940 Well, that's where it all started.

00:10:32.880 And, by the way, some of these formerly useful organizations have just become so corrupted and twisted over the years.

00:10:38.700 But the SPLC's endowment was reported, get this, at approximately $822 million for fiscal year ending in 2024.

00:10:53.960 That's nearly a billion-dollar endowment for the SPLC.

00:10:57.920 And so Blake has brought up a good point that it's basically, you know, it's a money-grab scheme

00:11:04.200 that targets boomers with, like, old-school civil rights nonsense that has, A, it's no longer relevant, it's no longer accurate.

00:11:11.320 It's direct mail.

00:11:12.320 Yeah, it's direct mail.

00:11:13.400 So they're fleecing old people, Blake. 0.99

00:11:16.280 What's that?

00:11:16.900 I mean, you've done some deep dive into this.

00:11:19.380 You know, I think, do we have this ready?

00:11:21.220 Because I want to read.

00:11:22.220 Yeah, all right.

00:11:22.820 So, actually, this was talked about in Charlie's book, Right-Wing Revolution.

00:11:27.000 I think that's kind of a good way to set it up and loop our friend into this.

00:11:30.680 No, I mean, Charlie was very clear that this was the number two organization.

00:11:35.500 So, let's read this quote.

00:11:37.000 For decades, the Southern Poverty Law Center has collected revenues well in excess of its spending.

00:11:41.660 In 2022, it collected $140 million, spent just $110 million for a surplus of $30 million.

00:11:49.160 It has, as of when he was writing this in 23, amassed a pool of assets totaling more than $700 million.

00:11:55.460 Their lavish headquarters is nicknamed the Poverty Palace, but even other more principled liberals find the SPLC completely loathsome.

00:12:04.520 In 1996, one of them called SPLC founder Morris Dees a fraud and a con man.

00:12:10.300 In a 2019 piece, former staffer Bob Moser said the group was, quote, ripping off donors and was essentially a con.

00:12:17.860 Well, the SPLC is headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, and then he makes a reference to the NRA, which is headquartered in New York State, got besieged by the New York AG's office.

00:12:30.060 They had an entire division of the New York AG's office that was basically get the NRA.

00:12:35.520 And, you know, Bloomberg was very anti-gun.

00:12:38.360 They had a whole operation.

00:12:39.540 He funded this news outlet called The Trace, whose purpose was basically to just write about gun stuff so that over years you'd have this source that you could go to for anti-NRA stuff.

00:12:49.420 No, Blake, I just want to check on this.

00:12:51.280 So that's New York.

00:12:52.340 That's a blue state.

00:12:54.300 Alabama, though, where the SPLC is headquartered, you know, my political knowledge trivia, it's not so good.

00:13:00.600 Is Alabama, is that a swing state?

00:13:02.300 Is that a blue state?

00:13:03.120 Where do they sit?

00:13:03.640 I mean, they did elect a Democrat senator in, like, 2017, I believe.

00:13:09.460 So here's the thing.

00:13:10.660 Yeah, it's the reddest.

00:13:11.520 No, I want to say this.

00:13:12.940 It's the reddest of the red states.

00:13:15.160 And the AG.

00:13:16.380 Mississippi might have it be. 0.82

00:13:16.960 Yeah, like, they're right there on the Gulf of America.

00:13:20.220 Right there on the Gulf of America, the reddest of the red states. 0.97

00:13:23.200 And the AG is sitting right there overseeing them.

00:13:27.380 We saw what the AG has done in a state like Arizona.

00:13:29.660 They've indicted Tyler, who is currently under indictment in his own state the minute they got a blue AG by, what, like, a couple of hundred votes.

00:13:37.520 230 votes.

00:13:38.180 Yeah, 230 votes.

00:13:39.380 And the first thing they do is start indicting patriots, like our good friend.

00:13:42.800 And we have these guys who are just very clearly, I would say, based on the information that we have in Charlie Kirk's book, the information that came out before, about the $30 million in the Caymans, that the great Tyler O'Neill over at Daily Signal, he's written entire books about these guys.

00:13:59.940 You've got the predicate for an investigation into the SPLC for wire fraud.

00:14:04.640 And guess what?

00:14:05.420 And mail fraud.

00:14:05.900 Guess who's running for governor in Alabama?

00:14:08.200 Who that?

00:14:09.380 It's a young man named Coach Tommy Tuberville.

00:14:12.120 Coach Tommy Tuberville?

00:14:13.300 No way.

00:14:14.000 I love that guy.

00:14:15.320 Coach is the kind of guy that will not abide nonsense.

00:14:19.560 He will not put up with it.

00:14:21.280 And so this is why local government, whether it's at the state level or at the city level, is so critically important.

00:14:27.220 Yes, we won the nation, we won the national race with President Trump in the White House, God bless Charlie for all that he did to make that happen.

00:14:35.360 But we have to take back red states. 0.87

00:14:38.380 We have to take back blue states. 0.70

00:14:40.080 Every single inch of this country has a crisis of leadership.

00:14:46.020 And I'm not, you know, Florida's doing great.

00:14:48.100 There's some bright spots.

00:14:49.280 But to your point, Jack, we on the right need to learn how to exert and use the power that we have.

00:14:54.060 And it shows the character of a conservative versus a progressive.

00:14:58.240 A progressive is just hell-bent on being as creative as they can to corrupt the system and to leverage the system in all these twisted, gross ways to punish their enemies.

00:15:07.600 Conservatives, we're not wired that way.

00:15:09.640 But when you have, to your point, a very clear predicate that this organization is engaging in fraudulent behavior and fleecing donors and whatever, then go investigate that.

00:15:20.740 Use the power that the people have given you that's in your lawful purview.

00:15:25.340 And you know what?

00:15:27.100 Take on the SPLC.

00:15:28.380 Do it.

00:15:29.120 Do it, Coach.

00:15:30.060 We have your back.

00:15:31.460 Right.

00:15:31.720 And that's just a little.

00:15:32.740 We'll get elected first.

00:15:33.340 But when you are elected, then do it.

00:15:34.780 Well, that's just at the local level, at the federal level as well.

00:15:37.980 So if they're committing mail fraud, just the fact that it's in the mail, that makes it federal.

00:15:42.560 And the fact that, obviously, I'm sure there's donors from pretty much every state of the United States that you can look at.

00:15:49.260 There's multiple vectors here.

00:15:50.920 But you're right about the state level, and I want to keep coming back to that.

00:15:54.660 This is the reddest of the red states.

00:15:57.520 And they're just sitting there.

00:15:59.300 The poverty palace is built on top of one of our states like an occupying force.

00:16:03.920 It's built on blood money.

00:16:05.220 Yes.

00:16:05.800 It's built on blood money.

00:16:07.220 And blood libel.

00:16:08.040 These are the organizations that have been spewing hate about Jack Posobiec, about Charlie Kirk, about Turning Point USA, and they're giving license to murderers.

00:16:17.520 Okay?

00:16:18.380 And what do they do with that money when you send it to them?

00:16:21.260 They slander good people, good Christians, people that built this country, the kind of people that still hold the values that built this country.

00:16:30.260 So it's infuriating to me that they're left to go untouched.

00:16:34.300 And this is, you know, I go back to Utah State.

00:16:36.460 We had Governor Cox there.

00:16:38.040 Okay?

00:16:38.740 People didn't like that.

00:16:39.820 Well, Governor Cox had privately communicated with us that, you know, Charlie maybe had some good points, okay, when he went after him back in the day.

00:16:47.200 I know the phone call you're talking about.

00:16:48.660 But this was an example, and this is, I think, where Governor Cox has, you know, improved and evolved, to use the Obama-ism.

00:16:57.880 But here's the thing.

00:16:59.340 This was a red state, a very, very red state in Utah, where he was ceding ground to the left on issues of trans and women's sports and things like that.

00:17:08.100 That time is done.

00:17:10.260 If you are a conservative and you are weak or ineffectual about these very key issues, by the way, that are 70-30, 80-20, 90-10, then we have no business with you, and we will spit you out.

00:17:21.660 And we will primary you, and we'll replace you with better candidates.

00:17:24.660 Is that a biblical reference, Andrew Colvett?

00:17:26.240 It's a little bit of a lukewarm.

00:17:27.960 If you're lukewarm.

00:17:28.720 If you're lukewarm, you'll be spit out.

00:17:30.100 But I mean it, because we're sick of it.

00:17:31.840 And people are getting killed out here.

00:17:33.700 No, and this isn't the first time.

00:17:35.300 So Floyd Lee Corkins, back in 2012, was an attempted shooter, wanted to conduct a mass shooting at the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C.

00:17:45.540 And he went and planned to enter the offices of the Family Research Council, who stood for traditional marriage, and he learned about them because of the SPLC's hate watch list.

00:17:55.580 So what he did is he went, he got his gun, he loaded it, he drove to Washington, D.C., but he didn't go to the Family Research Council first.

00:18:02.220 You know what he did first?

00:18:03.200 You know, Blake?

00:18:04.120 What did he do?

00:18:05.080 He went to Chick-fil-A.

00:18:06.620 You know why he went to Chick-fil-A?

00:18:08.200 Because they were labeled by? 0.93

00:18:09.380 Because Chick-fil-A had been labeled, and the Family Research Council had been labeled, and his plan was to buy Chick-fil-A sandwiches, shoot everyone in the office, and then throw Chick-fil-A sandwiches on their dead bodies as they bled out.

00:18:23.180 Now, thank God he was stopped by a good guy with a gun the minute that he tried to get in there.

00:18:29.520 But he got all of that information, including the hate, the incitement, the smearing, and the location of their office from the SPLC.

00:18:39.280 That's Floyd Lee Corkins.

00:18:40.700 Then you had to the Steve Scalise shooter, was an SPLC follower.

00:18:43.360 And four months, four months before Charlie Kirk was killed, Turning Point USA was added to the SPLC's hate list.

00:18:54.820 And the day before Charlie Kirk was shot and killed, there was a newsletter from the SPLC targeting Charlie Kirk.

00:19:01.800 Now, we don't know if the shooter was directly tied, so I'm not going to say that.

00:19:05.600 But again, this is all out there.

00:19:07.980 Everyone can see this.

00:19:09.600 And we're coming up on a—

00:19:10.940 Well, it creates an ecosystem. 0.94

00:19:11.760 It creates the ecosystem, a toxic, disgusting, sick ecosystem that gets people killed.

00:19:17.440 Coming up in a break, right back, Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.

00:19:19.900 Talk about influences.

00:19:26.120 These are influences, and they're friends of mine, Jack Posobiec.

00:19:31.860 Where's Jack?

00:19:32.820 Jack.

00:19:33.780 He's done a great job.

00:19:38.720 Jack Posobiec, we're back live here, Charlie Kirk Studio, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:19:43.020 I'm on with Blake Neff, producer for The Charlie Kirk Show.

00:19:46.640 And we are exposing the SPLC.

00:19:48.760 We are holding the SPLC accountable today the same way we did with the ADL yesterday.

00:19:54.340 Blake, I've got this list here of radical right extremists and, you know, hate purveyors in America.

00:20:04.220 And this, of course, comes from the SPLC.

00:20:07.180 So let's see.

00:20:07.600 Who's first on their list?

00:20:09.120 Ben Carson.

00:20:10.840 Dr. Ben Carson.

00:20:12.240 I mean, big hate monger.

00:20:13.400 I mean, you just—

00:20:14.760 You saw him on stage at Charlie's Memorial.

00:20:16.780 The ranching, the raving.

00:20:17.920 It was just endless hatred.

00:20:19.360 The Heritage Foundation.

00:20:21.240 Dennis Prager.

00:20:22.740 Prager U.

00:20:23.800 The Federalist Society.

00:20:25.540 Franklin Graham.

00:20:27.500 The Catholic Medical Association.

00:20:29.920 The Alliance Descending Freedom.

00:20:31.820 Focus on the Family.

00:20:33.100 Family Research Council, which we just described had an attempted mass shooting there.

00:20:38.300 Religious Liberty Commission, Liberty Council, Pacific Justice Institute, Leadership Institute, the Ruth Institute.

00:20:44.020 Again and again, Texas Values.

00:20:46.680 Florida Family Policy Council.

00:20:48.580 The Homeschool Legal Defense Association.

00:20:52.240 Moms for Liberty. 1.00

00:20:53.020 I just know off the top of my head, I know they went after Moms for Liberty very hard.

00:20:56.580 I believe it was last year.

00:20:57.860 And this year, they had been targeting who?

00:21:00.680 Turning Point USA.

00:21:02.260 They've also gone after Matt Walsh, Michael Knowles, Daily Wire, those guys.

00:21:07.160 Again and again and again.

00:21:09.160 And it's completely out of control.

00:21:12.380 And they're sitting on a billion dollars.

00:21:15.120 Which, I'm sorry, this just has to be rampant fraud.

00:21:18.140 Oh, and there's other stuff you could point to.

00:21:20.520 And this is why it's really galls me that, you know, the Alabama AG's office never seemed to take too much notice of it.

00:21:27.160 I've totally forgotten now, but in 2019, there actually was a mini scandal with the SPLC.

00:21:32.520 Their founder, Morris Dees, who I think has been married some extremely high number of times.

00:21:37.140 Five, six.

00:21:38.040 Maybe he's on seven by now, if he's still alive.

00:21:40.480 And he got forced out.

00:21:41.640 He's like the Nick Cannon of the left.

00:21:43.120 Yeah, and he's the founder.

00:21:43.940 He is the founder of this organization.

00:21:46.000 And he gets forced out for like, they don't really say exactly what was going on.

00:21:50.520 But it was rumored there was a staff revolt.

00:21:52.740 They called systemic culture of sexism and racism.

00:21:55.040 Oh, man.

00:21:55.820 At the SPLC.

00:21:56.520 Sounds like a hate group.

00:21:57.260 Yeah, so this is actually an interesting part.

00:21:59.020 I want to finish this real quick, though.

00:22:00.360 This all comes from the left.

00:22:01.500 It all came from the left.

00:22:02.380 But to finish it, he gets booted out.

00:22:04.820 And then, this is what's great, is the SPLC president, Richard Cohen,

00:22:08.200 he announces that they're bringing in Michelle Obama's former chief of staff, Tina Chen, to investigate this.

00:22:16.400 You know, do one of those like big law firm investigations of what really happened.

00:22:20.900 Now, then, Richard Cohen himself got the boot.

00:22:24.340 And then, as far as I know, this Chen report has never come out.

00:22:27.980 What did come out is that Chen was the one.

00:22:30.620 I'm not making this up.

00:22:31.660 She made a phone call to the Chicago DA, Kim Fox, just before she went and announced that she was going to not prosecute Jussie Smollett for that.

00:22:41.040 Right.

00:22:41.460 So we have a shady chief of staff who was involved in letting someone get away with a crime, was brought in to investigate the SPLC, and that investigation has never materialized.

00:22:51.480 There is so much shady behavior that has gone on here.

00:22:54.080 And this is what I want to say is that Current Affairs, which is like a communist outlet, actually put out this whole thing about the SPLC's hate map and wrote,

00:23:06.820 quote, the Southern Poverty Law Center is everything that's wrong with liberalism.

00:23:10.460 It concluded that the hate rap is, quote, map, is, quote, outright fraud and, quote, a willful deception designed to scare older liberals into writing checks to the SPLC.

00:23:21.460 And a former SPLC employee, Bob Moser, wrote, it was hard for many of us not to feel like we'd become pawns in what was, in many respects, a highly profitable scam.

00:23:32.680 And this also, by the way, when they went after Majid Nawaz, my friend Majid Nawaz in the U.K., they found that the U.K. actually has something called real libel laws.

00:23:43.100 And he sued and won a $3.3 million settlement with them, who they went after.

00:23:50.240 They also had to walk back their statements on Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

00:23:54.660 And they did actually publicly apologize to Dr. Ben Carson.

00:23:58.920 But they include, again, they included Ben Carson in an extremist file.

00:24:03.820 These people are completely out of control.

00:24:06.100 And they're sitting in one of the red estates running a fraudulent scam, raking in a billion dollars and directly partnered with Google, directly partnered with YouTube, 0.80

00:24:17.220 and in many cases partnered even with the FBI and members of law enforcement.

00:24:21.060 And they're so often used as this bogus source by the media.

00:24:24.640 I'm looking at the same article.

00:24:26.040 Or in Senate confirmation hearings, it comes up a lot.

00:24:27.940 It comes up all of the time.

00:24:28.860 So, like, the New York Times would cite them all the time, where they would say, you know, I'm looking right now at a New York Times article that was about the website VDARE.

00:24:36.280 And it just throws in here, the Southern Poverty Law Center classifies VDARE as an anti-immigration hate website.

00:24:41.520 Okay, so you're basically left-wing crazy group classifies this other group as evil hate group.

00:24:46.300 And they just casually will do that all of the time.

00:24:48.840 There was a Reuters article from 2019.

00:24:50.940 It just throws in there that the number of hate crime groups rose 30% from 2014 to 2018, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.

00:25:00.000 On the rise.

00:25:00.580 They were just allowed to entrench themselves as this supposedly neutral arbiter of what a hate group is, when they're not.

00:25:06.380 They are a left-wing hate group.

00:25:07.900 By the way, I found, so I was digging on there, and I said, okay, well, let's do, remember we did the ADL.

00:25:13.680 We were saying, let's see what they say about Antifa.

00:25:15.600 And there's one, exactly one article on the SPLC's website where they mention Antifa, and it says,

00:25:23.800 designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization is dangerous and threatens civil liberties.

00:25:30.020 If I remember correctly, right after October 7th, the SPLC, not the SPLC main organization, but the union of SPLC workers,

00:25:40.180 actually took a vote and condemned Israel after the October 7th attacks when they were going in and slaughtering families and little children in the settlements right outside of Gaza

00:25:53.640 and has never gone after these organizations.

00:25:57.220 So they'll talk about, you know, and again, Hamas, these actual terrorist organizations,

00:26:03.820 and the SPLC will say, we'll just be either silent on them or the union will say, yeah, they had it coming.

00:26:09.740 They had it coming.

00:26:11.100 It's insane.

00:26:12.140 It's just, it's disgusting what they've been able to get away with for so long.

00:26:15.360 And you just have to, you just have to entrench them as categorically not a credible group,

00:26:20.200 not a group anyone is going to listen to.

00:26:22.020 And then we should move on to, this is a group that is a shady, at best, a shady grift.

00:26:27.520 At worst, something actually more sinister and criminal.

00:26:30.820 And we should find out.

00:26:32.320 Charlie, or Andrew found, he said there's a Charlie tweet for anything, everything.

00:26:36.560 And, you know, right there, February, 2023, the SPLC is a hate group.

00:26:42.260 And unfortunately, there's far too many people who are still citing them.

00:26:45.440 There's people on our side who will cite them or listen to them.

00:26:48.060 Guys, it's done.

00:26:50.780 We're coming for you.

00:26:52.180 We're coming for all of it.

00:26:53.620 The mail fraud, the wire fraud, the money in the Caymans, the lies, the scams, it's done.

00:27:01.220 And any connection with law enforcement has to be cut off.

00:27:04.780 And let's go to Amazon.

00:27:05.840 Let's go to Jeff Bezos.

00:27:06.840 I know Matt Gaetz mentioned this once to him when he had a, he had him in.

00:27:09.520 Why do you allow a group like this into Amazon Smile?

00:27:13.000 We are putting you on notice.

00:27:15.940 Blake Neff, thank you so much for being here, brother.

00:27:18.060 Where is Jack?

00:27:25.480 Where is Jack?

00:27:27.800 Where is he?

00:27:29.080 Jack, I want to see you.

00:27:32.720 Great job, Jack.

00:27:34.160 Thank you.

00:27:34.900 What a job you do.

00:27:36.360 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:27:37.740 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.

00:27:40.040 But we have guys.

00:27:41.440 And these are the guys who are beginning to pull a sushi.

00:27:43.520 All right, Jack, so we are back.

00:27:48.320 Human events daily.

00:27:49.700 We're here in Phoenix, Arizona.

00:27:51.500 And we were in the Charlie Kirk studio.

00:27:54.120 And, you know, we've, it's been, it's been now three weeks since Charlie's murder.

00:28:00.180 And, you know, we were talking in the previous segment about how the SPLC, as well as the ADL, had targeted Charlie in the days up to, you know, leading up to his death.

00:28:10.560 Put a turning point on the SPLC hate watch map, as well as targeting Charlie even the day before the shots rang out.

00:28:20.040 And a man who, I've only just gotten to know recently, but also knew Charlie for a long time, and spoke at the memorial with me, I think right after me, actually, and was there with Charlie that day, joins us now.

00:28:38.720 It's Frank Turek.

00:28:40.160 Frank, how are you?

00:28:41.940 Jack, like you, grief comes in waves.

00:28:45.080 Sometimes some days I'm okay, other days I don't even want to go on almost, you know?

00:28:50.360 I mean, it's, God, God can bring good from evil and is, but still, that doesn't negate the fact that that was such an evil act and a terrible day.

00:29:01.280 And it's just been difficult, but it couldn't be more difficult than what's happening with Erica.

00:29:10.260 And I just keep her in my prayers every day.

00:29:12.620 I know you are too.

00:29:13.380 No, I certainly am.

00:29:16.080 And, you know, every chance I get to see her or, you know, other family members, I just try to, I don't know, say, use humor, try to find some way to get him a smile or something like that, just to lighten the load a little bit.

00:29:30.480 Just give one moment of, you know, playing peekaboo or whatever it is.

00:29:33.880 Not with Erica, but.

00:29:34.620 And, you know, it's, you did a, an incredible podcast.

00:29:41.840 And I want you to tell people how to get the podcast where you tell the entire story of how you were there that day, because people have had so many questions about it.

00:29:51.360 And I understand that I've, you know, I want to know what happened, Charlie, too.

00:29:54.060 You tell the entire story from soup to nuts, as we would have said in the Navy, like a fellow shipmate, that not only did you see what happened, you helped put Charlie's body in the back of that SUV, which was essentially commandeered and rode with him to the hospital.

00:30:14.020 And you shared just incredible details of, of having been there, tell people and make sure they know where they can get that podcast.

00:30:22.660 Sure.

00:30:23.180 Our website is crossexamined.org with a D on the end of it.

00:30:27.560 But if they go to the YouTube channel, cross-examined, two words, they'll see it there.

00:30:32.460 I think the title of it is called The Greatness of Charlie Kirk, an eyewitness account of his life and martyrdom.

00:30:39.000 Um, and, uh, yeah, I was there with Charlie because, uh, about five years ago, Jackie contacted me because he had seen that I was going to college campuses.

00:30:48.640 I wrote a, co-wrote a book called I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist.

00:30:51.880 So I go to campuses and been doing it for almost 20 years now, presenting the evidence for Christianity and answering a lot of questions.

00:30:57.860 And I guess Charlie just liked some of my answers.

00:31:00.140 And so he reached out five years ago, five and a half years ago and said, hey, your ministry has been very pivotal and, uh, I want to learn from you.

00:31:07.940 And, you know, can you kind of mentor me in this?

00:31:09.880 And so, uh, he and I would get together this past summer, we got together on four occasions in Phoenix for a couple of days each time, uh, just so we could, you know, iron sharpens iron.

00:31:22.080 I mean, it would, you would, you would think it would be difficult to, to mentor somebody smarter than you, Charlie's smarter than me, but it's not because the only thing that surpassed Charlie's intellect was his humility.

00:31:33.020 And, uh, I'm sure he did this with you too, Jack.

00:31:36.380 Hey, well, how would you answer this better?

00:31:37.820 Hey, what do you think about this?

00:31:38.840 Right.

00:31:39.040 He was always looking to improve himself.

00:31:42.720 Yeah.

00:31:43.060 If, if anything, I would, I would say, you know, when Charlie and I would do our, um, you know, our thought crime show, which would, which today's Thursday and we would have been, you know, hosting it today.

00:31:51.500 We'll still do a show today.

00:31:52.460 We have something special planned actually.

00:31:53.780 You know, I was, I, if I could say anything, I was sort of Charlie's sparring partner, you know, and we would, uh, you know, get up some issue like flag burning or, you know, whatever the hot button issue was going on.

00:32:05.080 And, you know, I would try to take the, the most opposed side I could, and we would just, we would just go at it.

00:32:10.640 Right.

00:32:10.860 You know, we would just be, you know, ripping into each other and what about this and what about this and the Supreme and, and just back and forth.

00:32:17.040 And it's like, you know, if he can do that working, you know, you, you do your sparring, you do your training so that he's totally ready to go there on the college campus.

00:32:26.200 And then boom, wait, I remember I heard that.

00:32:28.380 Cause you know, that came up before, like train, like you fight, like we used to say in the Navy.

00:32:32.780 And, uh, I mean, it was, it was absolutely incredible.

00:32:35.740 And little did we know, you know, all that prep work that he did for this tour.

00:32:40.240 And he only made it about two questions in.

00:32:43.040 That's right.

00:32:43.640 He was ready to go and excited to go.

00:32:46.120 And so I just tell the story.

00:32:48.600 I was 25 feet off his right elbow.

00:32:50.680 And for some reason people thought, Oh, I was signaling the shooter. 1.00

00:32:54.080 I was the guy in the white hat, you know, this stupid stuff that people put out on the internet. 0.99

00:32:57.840 Like, like any shooter would need somebody to say, Hey, that's Charlie Kirk over there. 0.99

00:33:02.700 You know, if the shooter's looking through a scope, he can't see a guy 25 feet to his left.

00:33:06.880 Anyway, what's, you know, what's anyway.

00:33:09.520 Right.

00:33:09.880 And people didn't realize that you were, you were there because you were someone who'd been helping Charlie with the tour.

00:33:15.400 You were helping him put it together.

00:33:16.640 The content, the debates, that's, that's what your, your role was being there.

00:33:20.980 Yeah.

00:33:21.420 And look, I was just fine tuning Charlie.

00:33:23.840 He didn't need me as much as he thought he did.

00:33:26.240 Charlie's brilliant.

00:33:27.500 Right.

00:33:28.480 But I was there.

00:33:30.020 We'd spent the two, two previous days together.

00:33:32.120 Some, some parts of the two previous days.

00:33:34.140 And he said, Hey, why don't you just come with me?

00:33:35.240 The first event.

00:33:35.860 I said, sure.

00:33:36.880 So we're driving in, we got some drone footage.

00:33:39.100 And I said to him, I said, Charlie, I don't like this place.

00:33:41.060 There's too many buildings.

00:33:43.100 And he just kind of shrugged it off because he's brave and he's not going to cancel anything.

00:33:46.460 There's 6,000 people waiting for him.

00:33:48.100 Right.

00:33:49.540 But I tell the whole story.

00:33:50.800 Everyone probably don't have time to do it here, but I thought about this for a long time.

00:33:55.920 Jack, I always thought somebody was going to take a shot at Charlie at some point.

00:33:59.520 And you and I both being Navy guys, you know, that you always have emergency procedures in the Navy.

00:34:05.060 And so I thought to myself, if Charlie's ever shot, what would I do?

00:34:09.000 So I thought about it in advance.

00:34:11.580 And since he was like a son to me, I was going to do everything I could to try and save him if I could.

00:34:17.160 So I kind of forced my way into back of the SUV.

00:34:21.400 The security team was on him immediately.

00:34:23.300 And I just ran with him and they put him across the back seat, the same SUV we took in there.

00:34:30.140 And I popped the back gate open and got over the back seat.

00:34:34.560 So I'm just looking straight down at him, you know, foot away.

00:34:39.240 And I won't go into detail because I don't want to give Eric any more pain.

00:34:43.500 But we did everything we could to save him.

00:34:46.400 But he wasn't looking at me.

00:34:49.360 He was looking right past me into eternity.

00:34:51.820 He was already with Jesus, Jack.

00:34:54.200 And the thing Erica wants everybody to know, and we verified this later when we got to the hospital, was that Charlie died instantly.

00:35:01.400 He didn't, he probably didn't even know he had been hit, at least in his, you know, his physical self.

00:35:08.800 As soon as, you know, absent from the body, present with the Lord, says 2 Corinthians 5.

00:35:12.400 And Paul says something similar in Philippians.

00:35:15.240 As soon as you are, if you're a believer, as soon as you expire, you're with the Lord.

00:35:20.760 And that's where Charlie was.

00:35:23.800 And so I go into a lot more detail in that podcast.

00:35:27.420 Again, it's called The Greatness of Charlie Kirk, an eyewitness account of his life and martyrdom.

00:35:33.320 It's on our YouTube channel, Cross-Examined, two words.

00:35:38.040 What was, I mean, and that podcast, I mean, when you did it, I mean, you put the listener right in the back of that SUV with you.

00:35:47.600 And you talk about, the one thing that I did that is always going to stick with me is that when you got to the hospital and you, and I think you were there with Mikey and Danny, and they told you to change your clothes and they gave you scrubs.

00:36:03.500 Yeah, we, we had to change our clothes for obvious reasons.

00:36:07.660 So, you know, we had Justin drive and Dan's in the front with the GPS on his phone.

00:36:14.300 Right.

00:36:14.700 Brian's to my right at Charlie's feet and Charlie was six foot four, as you know, sorry, is six foot four.

00:36:21.340 He's still six foot four.

00:36:22.460 That's right.

00:36:22.480 And we couldn't close the door because he was so tall.

00:36:29.340 So we drove four miles, yanking and banking to the hospital with the door open.

00:36:33.740 To this day, I don't know how Brian stayed in the car, but, you know, he's administering first aid.

00:36:38.580 Rick has basically Charlie's head on my left, administering first aid.

00:36:43.460 And I'm over the back seat, looking down at Charlie, trying to do CPR.

00:36:49.500 And I mean, it, it seemed like it took forever to get there.

00:36:54.800 I mean, we're, we're on our way there and the ambulance is coming opposite us and there was chatter in the car.

00:37:01.120 Should we stop?

00:37:01.860 No, no, just keep going.

00:37:03.280 And, and later the doctor said that was the right thing to do.

00:37:06.000 Yeah.

00:37:07.640 Um, even though he, I mean, not that.

00:37:10.240 Yeah.

00:37:10.740 It, I mean, you guys did what you did, the response being there and we're, we're coming up on a quick break, but I don't hold you over.

00:37:18.360 Um, because I do want to talk about the, you know, what has become of this, but I just want to commend you for, for being there for Charlie.

00:37:25.760 And, and, and doing what you did and trying.

00:37:31.600 Jack, if you were standing there, you'd have done exactly the same thing.

00:37:35.700 Training.

00:37:36.320 Look, your training just kicks in.

00:37:38.220 Yeah.

00:37:38.400 You couldn't say, oh.

00:37:39.540 And you go for it.

00:37:40.920 Yeah.

00:37:41.540 You, you do exactly.

00:37:42.800 And anybody that loved Charlie would do exactly the same thing.

00:37:46.180 Right.

00:37:46.740 It's nothing heroic.

00:37:47.800 Going to the hospital with him.

00:37:48.980 Come on.

00:37:49.940 We'd all do that.

00:37:50.880 What he did, he, what he did was heroic.

00:37:52.940 And, and.

00:37:53.460 That's right.

00:37:55.760 To record that and tell the story publicly, it, it, it must've been incredibly hard.

00:38:01.100 And so I wanted to say thank you, Frank, for doing that.

00:38:03.400 We'll be right back here.

00:38:04.820 Human events daily.

00:38:06.660 Jack Posobiec, Frank Turek talking about our dear friend, Charlie Kirk.

00:38:11.220 We'll be right back.

00:38:11.720 Real Marcus voice.

00:38:23.020 Jack is a great guy.

00:38:24.520 He's written that fantastic book.

00:38:26.380 Everybody's talking about it.

00:38:27.500 Go get it.

00:38:28.600 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:38:32.600 And we're going to turn it around and make our country cry to get to him.

00:38:35.880 Amen.

00:38:40.420 Jack Posobiec, we are back live here at Human Events Daily.

00:38:44.060 We're on with Frank Turek, who was not just an eyewitness to the murder of our dear friend,

00:38:49.900 Charlie Kirk.

00:38:50.520 He is someone who rode in the back of the SUV, did his best to try to render aid to Charlie

00:38:57.360 after he had been shot.

00:38:59.660 He put out an incredible podcast detailing this and telling the story in full, no breaks.

00:39:05.100 I highly, highly encourage everyone to go and listen to that podcast.

00:39:11.340 And Frank, so, you know, a little over a week after that event, you and I run into each other again.

00:39:18.060 And we had done, you know, a show talking about, talking about Brave books, you know.

00:39:23.460 Yeah, kid books, yeah.

00:39:24.340 A week prior or so.

00:39:26.280 And, you know, which, which, which I still love, by the way.

00:39:29.440 And everyone should go check out Brave, especially they have, they have their, they have a streaming

00:39:33.000 app now.

00:39:33.520 So if you're going to cancel Netflix, you got to go get the, you know, Brave Plus, they're

00:39:37.260 calling it and, you know, the Kirk count.

00:39:40.740 Oh, my kids love it.

00:39:42.220 Yeah.

00:39:42.700 And the memorial and we end up at the memorial backstage together.

00:39:50.560 Tell me about what you thought about the memorial, not just being up there, but, but what it

00:39:55.820 has meant for America in the world in, in the wake of this heinous violence.

00:40:02.120 Well, Jack, as you saw, when you have everybody from the president on down talking about

00:40:07.240 the gospel of Jesus Christ, uh, talking about how Charlie was, is in heaven now, not because

00:40:16.420 anything he did, not even because he died for his savior, but because his savior died

00:40:21.100 for him.

00:40:22.020 When that goes out to a hundred million plus people and is still going out, people are still

00:40:26.240 watching it.

00:40:27.620 That's an amazing testimony and an amazing ripple.

00:40:31.700 It's not just a ripple.

00:40:32.400 It's a tsunami of good that has come out of this awful event.

00:40:35.800 Um, I don't know this for sure, Jack, but cause I don't know the future, but it could turn

00:40:43.680 out, not that this justifies anything.

00:40:45.560 It could turn out that Charlie's influence will now be bigger than it ever was, even if

00:40:53.300 he had lived.

00:40:53.980 Because it was such, first of all, he was such an amazing man.

00:41:00.160 And, and this was all caught on video and people's hearts are broken.

00:41:06.240 Your heart's broken.

00:41:07.120 My heart's broken, but our hearts are now open to the truth.

00:41:11.480 And look, I'm getting emails.

00:41:13.260 I know you are too.

00:41:13.920 I got an email from someone in Sweden the other day.

00:41:16.600 Who's been an atheist 26 years.

00:41:18.220 Now she's a Christian Denmark, same thing, London, Australia, everywhere. 0.98

00:41:23.840 Yes.

00:41:24.420 People are coming to faith because of Charlie Kirk's life.

00:41:29.180 And look, Jack, as you well know, everything we're doing here, uh, while we all love America,

00:41:36.540 America's temporary. 0.52

00:41:37.540 It's not eternal.

00:41:38.700 Heaven is eternal.

00:41:41.100 Right.

00:41:41.500 And by the way, that's one of the biggest differences between the Christian worldview and

00:41:44.700 the Marxist worldview in the Christian worldview, in the Christian worldview, we believe the

00:41:49.800 individual is eternal and the state is temporary in the Marxist worldview.

00:41:54.200 They think the state is eternal and the individual is temporary.

00:41:58.160 That's why you can sacrifice the individual for the state.

00:42:02.760 Yeah.

00:42:03.500 That's so perfect.

00:42:04.360 And, and, and it's, and it's, it is inherently anti-Christian because it denies the rights of 0.92

00:42:10.680 the individual, denies the individuality of the human being.

00:42:15.620 Uh, this is why when communism comes to power, when communism tries to ascend to power, what

00:42:20.880 do they do?

00:42:21.460 The very first group of people that they go after is always the Christians. 1.00

00:42:26.080 They go after priests, they go after pastors, they go after people speaking on behalf of

00:42:31.260 Christ in public squares.

00:42:33.440 Uh, they go after religious women.

00:42:35.080 And this is a pattern that has existed for hundreds of years, hundreds of years that you can see over

00:42:41.260 and over and over from the French revolution and Robespierre and the guillotine all the way right

00:42:47.320 through the, uh, the Bolshevik revolution, the Spanish civil war.

00:42:51.360 This is what they do every single time is they target the Christians. 0.95

00:42:57.000 And so it, it doesn't surprise me that, uh, I would say of all, all the emotions that I've had

00:43:02.240 since Charlie's death, uh, surprise has not been one of them, not at all, because this is what they

00:43:09.900 always do.

00:43:11.020 Jack, did I, did I tell you the, the text exchange that Charlie had with our mutual friend, James

00:43:15.660 Lindsay?

00:43:16.500 Did I tell you this?

00:43:18.160 Uh, no, I'm not sure.

00:43:19.740 This is back in 2023.

00:43:21.000 James was agnostic.

00:43:23.880 He texts Charlie.

00:43:25.060 He goes, Hey, I'm starting to believe in Satan because I thought about the a hundred million

00:43:28.560 people, the communists killed in the last century.

00:43:31.840 That's, that's good evidence for Satan.

00:43:33.760 And so Charlie texts back and he goes, well, if Satan, then God.

00:43:38.760 And Satan, then God.

00:43:40.400 Yeah.

00:43:40.860 And then James goes, that would follow.

00:43:42.960 Yeah.

00:43:43.400 Ladies and gentlemen, evil does not disprove God.

00:43:45.580 Evil, evil actually shows God does exist because there'd be no such thing as evil unless there

00:43:49.840 was good and there'd be no such thing as good unless God existed.

00:43:53.320 And so if you're going to say that there's evil out there, you're presupposing a standard

00:43:57.140 of good, which is God.

00:43:58.880 So Satan and evil can't be the metaphysical grounding of reality because evil is a lack

00:44:04.260 in a good thing.

00:44:05.080 It's not, it's not a thing in itself.

00:44:06.580 Evil is like cancer.

00:44:08.100 You know, if they take all the cancer out of a good body, you got a better body.

00:44:10.600 If you take all the body out of the cancer, you got nothing.

00:44:13.560 So the, the essence of reality is goodness and goodness is God's nature.

00:44:20.200 So, uh, Charlie was wise enough to turn the tables on James and say, Hey man, if you're

00:44:24.700 believing in evil, you better believe in good and good is what we mean by God's nature.

00:44:28.040 So many people are starting to come to Christ because of evil and Christianity is the answer 1.00

00:44:33.160 to the problem of evil.

00:44:34.560 If we had never sinned, there'd be no reason for Jesus to leave heaven, add humanity to

00:44:38.140 his deity and come to earth and pay for our sins.

00:44:40.140 Right?

00:44:41.120 So that's right.

00:44:42.280 Christianity is the answer to the problem of election. 0.99

00:44:44.900 That's right.

00:44:45.420 And, and, and, and right.

00:44:47.700 If you, if you believe in Satan and you're a Christian, you just haven't realized it yet. 0.90

00:44:50.500 I saw one, something on Twitter yesterday where, and I can't remember the name of the

00:44:53.820 account, but it was so good.

00:44:55.320 And it said, scientifically speaking, uh, there is no, uh, there's no scientific basis for

00:45:01.500 cold.

00:45:02.440 Cold is just the absence of heat.

00:45:05.920 Darkness does not exist.

00:45:07.340 Darkness is just the absence of light.

00:45:10.420 And it then also follows that evil is of course the absence of good.

00:45:16.580 And we are told in the Bible that, that hell is that complete separation from God that you,

00:45:22.400 and by the way, that you have removed yourself from God's love from, and you have rejected

00:45:28.180 God's grace.

00:45:29.060 You have rejected God's message.

00:45:31.200 And then through that, you have separated yourself completely.

00:45:35.020 Exactly.

00:45:35.580 God's not going to force anybody into heaven against their will.

00:45:38.220 You know, if you don't want Jesus now, you're not going to want him in eternity.

00:45:42.920 And so God rightfully, as you just said, separates himself from the sinner who wants to be left 1.00

00:45:48.820 alone.

00:45:49.640 You want to be left alone.

00:45:50.540 You're going to be alone.

00:45:51.340 It's not going to be a pleasant place, but you're going to be alone because you don't

00:45:54.600 want the grace that God provided for you by taking your sins upon himself on the cross.

00:46:01.380 And in, in Dante's Inferno, I've always, I've always found it interesting that when you go

00:46:07.780 to the lowest, uh, the lowest circle of hell in Dante's Inferno, uh, is, is very interesting

00:46:13.500 because it's not hot.

00:46:14.440 It's cold, right?

00:46:15.440 So we hear about the flames and et cetera, but it's actually in Dante's Inferno, it's cold,

00:46:19.280 it's frozen.

00:46:19.940 And, and the lowest rung of hell is for traitors.

00:46:24.680 Uh, so, uh, Brutus, a traitor to his King, uh, Judas, a traitor to, uh, a traitor to his

00:46:31.900 Lord.

00:46:32.220 And then of course, the very center of that pit is of course, Satan himself, Lucifer, a 0.96

00:46:38.700 traitor to God.

00:46:40.100 And it's, and it's frozen, it's ice.

00:46:42.420 And that's not usually the way we think of hell.

00:46:44.780 And it's certainly not the traditional classic medieval depiction of hell.

00:46:48.300 And, and, and of course, flames are, are used in the Bible as well, but it was very interesting

00:46:52.280 to describe it that way, because that's what it is.

00:46:54.580 The separation from love.

00:46:57.040 And we all know what that feels like when you, when you, when you, when we lost Charlie,

00:47:00.800 right, when we lost Charlie, we feel that we feel that loss, that something is gone that

00:47:06.220 should be there.

00:47:07.460 And that, and I'm looking at his chair right now, it's right next to me.

00:47:09.680 And that, that is that, you know, you know, uh, I'm not gonna say I was in love with

00:47:14.260 the guy, but the, the, you know, the brother, the brotherhood, the brotherhood that we all

00:47:18.260 shared.

00:47:19.100 Yeah.

00:47:19.280 You love him.

00:47:19.980 You all love him.

00:47:21.280 Come on, Jack.

00:47:21.960 I don't know.

00:47:22.460 I don't know.

00:47:23.100 I don't know.

00:47:23.740 I don't know.

00:47:24.280 I was, well, the Greeks have various words for the word love.

00:47:27.760 So maybe one of those.

00:47:28.660 I'll pick one of those.

00:47:29.500 I don't know if it was Agape, but it was one of them.

00:47:31.440 That's right.

00:47:32.040 Frank, thank you so much for joining us and, and just being here and, and, and sharing the

00:47:36.160 story.

00:47:36.620 It's, it's an unbelievable tale.

00:47:39.700 I thank you for doing it because the world needed to hear it.

00:47:43.060 Tell people again, where they can go to get this incredible podcast.

00:47:45.600 Yeah.

00:47:45.740 Go to our YouTube channel.

00:47:46.880 That's the easiest place.

00:47:47.780 Two words, cross examined, examined with a D and you'll see it.

00:47:51.760 It's, uh, just a couple of weeks ago, right after the event, it's called the greatness of

00:47:56.200 Charlie Kirk, an eyewitness account of his life and martyrdom.

00:47:59.900 And then there's a subsequent one, one about the memorial service we just did too.

00:48:05.560 Check them all out.

00:48:06.680 Frank Turek, you're a good man.

00:48:09.180 I thank you for doing what you did.

00:48:10.300 Your Navy veteran shipmate who ya ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission

00:48:15.120 to lay short.
