00:00:23.020 this is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare

00:00:32.200 a commentator international social media sensation and former navy intelligence veteran this is human

00:00:43.800 events with your host jack persovic deliver us from an estimated 100 000 people showed up to

00:00:50.940 donald trump speak in new jersey over the weekend the former president is determined to prove that

00:00:55.920 the court cases against him won't deter his campaign as the president joe biden continues to avoid

00:01:02.260 hosting large events these sunbelt battleground states frankly for the joe biden campaign these

00:01:07.080 numbers are an absolute disaster the smallest leaders in arizona for donald trump he's up six

00:01:11.560 look at this nine in georgia 13 in nevada my goodness gracious my god that is a huge lead no democrat has

00:01:19.040 lost that state since john kerry lost it back in 2004 michael cohen was formally called to the

00:01:25.240 witness stand to testify against his former boss donald trump this is a political witch hunt and the

00:01:31.980 only way they think they can win is if they can do something with trump because we have an incompetent

00:01:37.520 the worst president in the history of the united states of america ladies don't welcome aboard today's 1.00

00:01:43.620 edition of human events daily live from washington dc today is may 13th 2024 anno domini we're very

00:01:48.960 excited to have and honored to have on for the pro on the program here today congressman byron

00:01:53.440 donald's republican from florida congressman how are you today i mean i'm doing good jack back in

00:02:00.700 florida you know it's always great to be home always good i've got to ask you though congressman these

00:02:06.780 these scenes that we see out of wildwood new jersey 80 to 100 000 people there i grew up you know going to

00:02:13.880 the jersey shore grew up in philly area so you know i've never seen people like that on the shore when

00:02:19.340 it wasn't a holiday yet we're told that donald trump is a criminal that he's on trial 91 counts

00:02:27.200 how do you explain what we're seeing on the ground as compared to what we see on the news every day

00:02:33.440 well first things first i mean donald trump he's one of one you know he's a unique figure

00:02:39.740 um in our country forget politics for a moment the man was famous um massively famous an icon

00:02:47.260 a mogul before he became president and then he became president and then he did a great job as

00:02:52.640 president and now you're watching the radical left lose their minds trying to destroy a man who's just

00:02:59.520 trying to save the country so what you saw on the jersey shore is indicative of the response of a lot

00:03:04.700 of americans who who have witnessed uh the life of donald trump and now see the persecution by the

00:03:11.220 radical left and they're disgusted couple the fact that joe biden is the master of disaster nothing has

00:03:17.700 gone right with this man sitting in the oval office and so americans now understand fully that we need

00:03:24.200 donald trump back in the white house that is the that's why you see a response like that in new jersey

00:03:29.540 i mean he wasn't in georgia he wasn't in texas he wasn't in florida it was new jersey folks i'm telling

00:03:36.380 you i've been watching you know the president from 16 on to now i've never seen anything like what's

00:03:42.220 going on right now um i think america's realized that they need the 45th president to become the 47th

00:03:48.400 president and we've seen now the new york times sierra poll is out this morning this yana poll

00:03:55.120 that uh 14 points in states like nevada uh states like arizona he's running it up georgia he's running

00:04:01.500 up i don't think we have to worry about florida this year they haven't even they don't even talk

00:04:04.960 about florida as a battleground state anymore uh congressman are these polls the type of things

00:04:09.860 that you've been seeing going around the country talking to people as you have been

00:04:12.660 i have and it's not when you know you go into a lincoln reagan dinner or a convention it's when

00:04:19.620 you're in the airport it's when you're you know getting gas you're sitting in a restaurant getting

00:04:23.560 food and you're talking to just americans who are going about their lives and they're disgusted

00:04:29.360 they're not happy with what's happened at our southern border which is damaging all cities

00:04:33.580 inflation has crippled the purchasing power of americans all over the place foreign policy has

00:04:39.000 been an abject disaster and in light of all that the media and the lies of the lies of the media

00:04:45.380 to protect joe biden and to damage donald trump now people are seeing the reality and they have

00:04:51.740 simply had enough so i'm not overly surprised at what i'm seeing in polling this far out the only

00:04:57.380 thing i would tell a lot of my colleagues in these states and the rnc apparatus which i know that

00:05:02.540 chairman whatley and his team are going to do a great job is we got to be focused we got to execute

00:05:07.580 it's about turning out votes and protecting the ballot let's make sure we get that job done this

00:05:12.860 november congressman i couldn't agree with you more that it comes down to turning out the votes

00:05:16.940 because as we see there's there's kind of a jewel-edged sword and we're coming up on a break

00:05:21.000 but i'd love to pick your brain on this um when we have you for the next segment because trump is

00:05:25.500 reaching people that are non-traditional voting blocs people who are low propensity voters so at the

00:05:31.160 same time there needs to be in my estimation an infrastructure in place to make sure that these

00:05:37.980 new trump supporters also become new trump voters and that's any and all of the above uh methods for

00:05:45.700 voting if it's early if you have mail in whichever way it is we've got to do a good job at the party

00:05:51.140 infrastructure level and at the grassroots level of capturing this new trump voter that's out there

00:05:56.580 and making sure those ballots get in stay tuned we're on byron donald he's the man who understands

00:06:01.620 the plan we need for winning in 2024

00:06:05.060 i want to know the truth what really went down so i'm jumping on my computer going to pre-order town

00:06:15.220 ladies and gentlemen one of the best ways that you can support us here at human events and the work that

00:06:20.180 we do is subscribing to us on our rumble channel make sure you're subscribed you hit the notifications

00:06:26.740 so you'll never miss a clip you'll never miss a new live episode and we're putting them out every

00:06:32.500 single day of the week hey you know they talk about influences these are influences and uh they're

00:06:38.740 friends of mine jack or so like where's jack jack he's done a great job

00:06:47.780 all right jack so back live here washington dc we've got on the uh on the show with us here

00:06:54.020 congressman byron donalds cars and dogs you were just talking and then after the break i wanted to

00:06:58.340 get your response to this something you mentioned about having the infrastructure in place to get

00:07:03.780 people voting and this is the dynamic that i'm seeing that trump is bringing in so many people

00:07:08.340 that weren't necessarily part of the political process prior to uh really even 2024 they weren't

00:07:14.260 in in 2020 they weren't in 16 maybe they hadn't woken up yet maybe 2020 i think woke a lot of people up

00:07:19.940 and now seeing the failures of the biden administration has woken up even more people

00:07:24.020 how can the party and the campaign work to make sure that all of those new supporters turn into new

00:07:29.540 voters well that's a great question and this is one of the most important questions going forward

00:07:36.260 what has happened is the trump campaign and the rmc rnc had largely emerged their operations

00:07:43.460 into a singular vessel uh led obviously by donald trump but also michael whatley and lara trump over

00:07:50.020 at the rnc so you're going to have one operation for data one operation for a grassroots door

00:07:56.260 knocking one operation for phone calling one operation for get out the vote one operation for

00:08:01.300 the legal team that's going to go and do battle against mark elias and the crazy democrat attorneys

00:08:06.900 who are going to try to change the rules of the game at the last minute something that they do all

00:08:10.980 the time um the fact that the campaign the trump campaign and the rnc are now together working

00:08:16.340 together seamlessly that's going to make it a lot easier for volunteers in so many different states

00:08:22.260 we need you to get out and volunteer help president trump get across the line but for those

00:08:26.340 volunteers to actually be put to work in an action-oriented uh fashion i have a complete

00:08:32.260 confidence on michael wiley that he's going to be able to get that job done and for everybody

00:08:36.580 listening who just wants to find some way to help um volunteer please the rnc has this act together

00:08:42.020 i'm very happy about that and if you can make a contribution go to donaldjtrump.com support the

00:08:47.380 president's efforts so that we can make sure that the get out the vote operation and the legal operation

00:08:53.140 are ready to go for this november's election well there certainly does need to be a strong legal

00:09:00.100 operation if 2020 is any indication of that as far as strategy you know obviously um speaking for the

00:09:06.260 campaign we know what the battleground states are but there's been this huge push as we've already

00:09:11.300 conceded evidence by going into a a deep blue state like jersey and holding this massive rally

00:09:18.100 do you think there's other parts of the country that the campaign's looking at to try to replicate

00:09:22.580 this type of performance i do and i'm not going to get ahead of the campaign but you know we've been

00:09:28.420 i've been looking at polling they've been looking at polling obviously what new york times sienna 0.50

00:09:32.740 reported on nevada uh minnesota because you have a couple of elements one you have republicans who do

00:09:39.060 live in the state of minnesota i know it doesn't feel that way sometime but they are there and then

00:09:43.540 you have the radical hard left uh hamas supporting wing that unfortunately is also in minnesota they got

00:09:50.740 real problems with joe biden they think he's not doing enough to support hamas i mean i think that's

00:09:55.380 ridiculous but that's what they think so you have this opportunity in minnesota depending on how the

00:10:00.660 next six months go we can go in there and potentially win you mentioned new jersey uh the other big thing 0.95

00:10:06.660 that's happened is you have about 20 to 25 percent of black voters who are now moved into support for

00:10:14.260 donald trump if you move that into votes for donald trump now you're breaking some democrat firewalls

00:10:21.140 couple that with the fact that now hispanic voters in the country are about 50 50 between donald trump

00:10:26.900 and joe biden what you have done is you've really cut the knees out of the democrat base with those

00:10:33.780 kind of moves all of that has been led by donald trump but that's where we are so if you have the

00:10:39.300 infrastructure now to go after these sets of voters wherever they may be that's how you go from a slim

00:10:46.340 electoral win on november 5th to an electoral win of over 300 electoral votes potentially more now what

00:10:54.420 this really means when you get down ballot is you have a functional senate majority run by republicans

00:11:01.540 where we can actually get the business of the nation back in order you have a larger house majority in

00:11:07.140 order to get the the policies back in place and the new policies that have to be handled to get the

00:11:13.380 country back in order so this is why i tell people you need to get out and support president trump and

00:11:19.300 and last thing i'll say on this jack it's kind of been a long answer to the moderate republicans who

00:11:23.860 are out there you you left us for a while uh you might have been supporters of the bush family or the

00:11:29.220 mccain family no need to go back down memory lane it is 2024 it is time we need you to come home

00:11:36.820 we can get this country back on track but it's going to take all of us working together you got to

00:11:42.500 leave this stuff in the past in the past because america is on the line today and it really is as

00:11:49.540 simple as that that we are looking at an existential situation where and i i have to imagine that that

00:11:55.460 coupled with the lawfare is what's going on because people could see how the state of and sorry state

00:12:01.540 that our country's in the mismanagement that our country's in you mentioned some of the insanity

00:12:06.020 overseas the craziness on campus from just everywhere in the country crime going all over the place

00:12:11.380 and people realizing that finally you've got you've got a contrast for the first time in uh modern

00:12:16.740 electoral politics and at the presidential level at least we've got a current president running

00:12:20.980 against his immediate uh predecessor and so you have the ability to just a b test them right there

00:12:26.500 i know what life is like now i know what life was like four years ago and i know which one i'm going

00:12:30.980 to pick and i have to think that in that sense the lawfare has backfired and you just have about a minute

00:12:36.420 left congressman oh no the lawfare has completely backfired i mean jack i tried to tell him a year

00:12:42.740 ago don't do this don't try to criminalize donald trump if you don't like him don't like him but when

00:12:48.660 you try to criminalize somebody with bs americans recognize that as being completely unfair completely

00:12:55.860 political and they're going to reject it that's what's happened like we've been talking this entire

00:13:00.820 segment couple that with the fact that joe biden is the very worst president and now america really

00:13:06.580 has the pepsi taste challenge for the united states presidency who did a better job 45 or 46 it's without

00:13:15.140 question it was 45 and that i believe is why he's going to become 47 this november carsman i gotta give

00:13:23.620 you points for the pepsi taste challenge reference that's absolutely one of my favorite ones out there i

00:13:28.100 love doing that to people all the time it's fantastic congressman byron donalds thank you

00:13:32.260 so much for joining us here human events daily anytime thanks jack god bless look folks here's

00:13:39.460 what's really going on this is why the media if you notice today the lawfare has been a complete

00:13:44.740 backfire they're in absolute free fall that's why the polls have been completely swung the other

00:13:49.700 direction the new york times poll has them freaking out and desperate because they know the lawfare

00:13:55.780 has had the opposite effect when you tell americans that you're not allowed to vote for someone when you

00:14:02.100 tell americans that someone is a criminal when you tell people that we're not going to let you support

00:14:07.700 this guy and we're not even going to let you hear him speak because we're going to put a gag order 0.89

00:14:12.420 on him and arrest him and stick him in a courtroom this has never been done americans have always rooted

00:14:17.620 for underdogs it's had a complete backfire effect and more to the point i said this on twitter earlier

00:14:23.940 this morning that this is why you see and we're going to ask our next guest mike davis here in a

00:14:28.260 second about this this is why you see all of the media pundits today are saying in political playbook

00:14:33.940 what was their headline they put out the email 6 30 a.m i get it in my inbox and it says it all comes down

00:14:39.700 to michael cohen like it all comes down to michael cohen and suddenly they're all singing off the same

00:14:44.340 sheet of music like they got the marching orders michael cohen michael cohen michael cohen why are

00:14:48.660 they doing this i'll explain why because they have to cover up the abject failure of the stormy daniels

00:14:55.300 testimony last week that exposed this trial for the clown show that it was and we were certainly doing

00:15:01.380 a lot of clowning on stormy daniels last week and i'll just put it this way in a tweet that i said

00:15:06.100 yesterday folks you have to be patient with the democrats because this is the first time they learned

00:15:11.700 that the stripper has been lying to them mike davis article 3 project joins us now mike you explained

00:15:18.980 early on that stormy daniels was going to destroy this case and she really has that's why they've

00:15:24.500 completely pivoted to michael cohen isn't it yeah i mean look at this case you have this uh biden donor

00:15:31.940 judge whose daughter's raising millions of dollars off this case requiring his recusal you have this soros

00:15:39.140 funded manhattan da alvin bragg who campaigned on getting trump you have matthew colangelo getting

00:15:45.060 deployed from the number three office in the biden justice department a former dnc political consultant

00:15:51.060 and biden and obama political appointee they brought this bogus case against trump and their star witnesses

00:15:58.500 are michael cohen a disbarred attorney and serial perjurer and felon and that who's changed his story

00:16:06.100 story several times and you have stormy daniels a bembo porn star who's changed her story several 1.00

00:16:13.540 times both of them are making money online trashing trump cohen's doing it on tiktok stormy daniels

00:16:21.140 is doing it on x and if trump responds to anything i just said this democrat judge juan mershon has

00:16:28.580 threatened to throw him in prison uh with this illegal unconstitutional gag order the house

00:16:34.580 of cards for the biden democrat lawfare against trump is crumbling before their eyes

00:16:41.460 well it's amazing right because all last week we were told stormy daniels stormy daniels is going

00:16:45.380 to put it away stormy daniels is going to be the end of the line for trump and then we wake up on

00:16:49.860 monday morning and it's okay we're not going to talk about stormy daniels anymore that's the democrats

00:16:55.140 and the media which is the the media which of course is the propaganda arm of the democrat party

00:16:59.700 that's them admitting that conservatives and trump supporters and truth tellers like this program

00:17:08.500 and people like mike davis we actually won the information fight last week we won the information

00:17:15.140 war not them and that's why they don't want to talk about stormy daniels anymore with even this cohen 0.92

00:17:20.580 thing as you said it the whole thing's a clunker the fact of the matter is this guy they they ought to

00:17:25.780 refer to him as mickey to rat because mickey to rat's up there trying to save his own skin after 0.98

00:17:31.620 he's already been convicted and disbarred on his own and this is such a joke this is so ridiculous 0.94

00:17:39.460 that they're going to keep trying to do this they've only got two star witnesses uh stormy daniels that

00:17:45.140 one's out mickey to rat the guy's already completely up the river and up the creek without a paddle

00:17:53.780 stay tuned folks we'll be right back we got mike davis we're coming in hot today i'm coming in a

00:17:58.260 little bit hot today i hope you don't mind i hope people don't mind human events daily

00:18:05.700 i rolled with bloods and then boys had a saying you can't be listening to all that slappy whack trim

00:18:59.060 rocked and biden decides to print a few more trillion dollar bills won't impact your family's

00:19:03.700 bottom line and the only way to do that is with the one true beacon of stability that so many

00:19:07.700 patriots use to preserve their wealth and that my friends is gold over the last five years it's almost

00:19:13.460 doubled doubled in value and with the way things are looking sky is the limit allegiance gold has done

00:19:44.020 financial future betting against these forces act today protect with poso.com that's protect with

00:19:48.820 poso.com or call 844-577-POSO okay mike davis i barely let you talk in the last segment we offered you

00:19:56.660 to be on here you were gracious enough with your time please walk us through what exactly because okay

00:20:02.820 here's here's the question they're saying mike mike uh excuse mike mickey the rat mickey the rat's up

00:20:08.340 there today and he's got these tapes they say oh it's it's not about it's not about michael cohen no

00:20:12.900 no no no but it's the tapes it's the tapes that he has that's what'll will really you know throw them

00:20:18.980 but mike correct me if i'm wrong we've heard about these tapes these tapes have been around for a

00:20:23.220 while what's going on with this yeah i mean uh newsflash it's not a crime for a businessman to settle a

00:20:31.540 nuisance claim and when you settle a nuisance claim i've been a lawyer for almost 20 years i've

00:20:36.260 settled many nuisance claims on a lot on behalf of a lot of business people when you settle those

00:20:41.700 nuisance claims you have them sign non-disclosure agreements and they say oh it's hush money you

00:20:47.700 they settle non-disclosure agreements and then when you settle those claims they put that settlement

00:20:53.540 in their books as a legal expense because what the hell else would you call the settlement of a

00:20:58.580 nuisance claim other than a legal expense and so you took what is even if even if everything

00:21:04.500 that michael cohen says is true that trump had michael cohen settle a nuisance claim with stormy

00:21:10.820 daniels back in 2005 or 2000 based upon an incident in 2005 or 2006 and they settled this and put it in the

00:21:20.180 books in 2017 that's not a crime how the hell would that interfere that 2017 booking of that

00:21:29.060 legal expense as a legal expense in 2017 how the hell would that influence the 2016 election and

00:21:36.020 even if it did influence the 2016 election it's not a crime we are in like what week four week five

00:21:42.580 of this unprecedented criminal trial and the prosecutor and the judge still has not told the

00:21:48.020 criminal defendants what the legal allegations he's what they are against him what what are the

00:21:54.180 legal allegation that allegations that trump is facing they won't tell him this is a bogus case

00:22:01.380 based upon a bogus legal theory that's why the prior manhattan da the manhattan u.s attorney

00:22:07.540 the federal election commission and alvin bragg himself refused to bring this case until

00:22:13.140 the biden senior justice department official matthew colangelo got deployed

00:22:17.300 to bragg's office to interfere in the election with this democrat lawfare

00:22:24.020 and this is the real problem because we're seeing and you know obviously uh you're you're

00:22:28.500 on the legal side of things but i just look at the political side and the political analysis

00:22:33.940 look you you see stuff that's coming out of wildwood new jersey a hundred thousand people showing up the

00:22:39.220 boardwalk and i talked to people where they said those photos don't even do it justice because they

00:22:43.460 said there were people on the boardwalk they were people in the hotels coming out of the balconies

00:22:48.340 watching him they booked everything around the entire place i got massive fomo i gotta say totally

00:22:53.380 should have brought the boys so but but here's the thing is davis they told us that this guy was a 0.91

00:22:59.140 criminal they told us this guy was a liar and a cheat and a swindler and yet suddenly it's like the 0.91

00:23:06.260 last scene of you know the cringe stole christmas when like everybody's coming out anyway even though 0.84

00:23:12.500 you know we told them not to yeah they waited seven years after this payment to bring these bogus

00:23:19.620 charges against trump they waited three years after trump left office to bring the january 6 bogus cases

00:23:27.860 and the mar-a-lago bogus case these are four unprecedented criminal indictments by these trump deranged

00:23:33.940 democrats and frankly if they would have just left trump alone we wouldn't be talking about him

00:23:38.980 right now he would have just been a retired former president but the democrats thought that they were

00:23:44.340 going to meddle in the republican primary and make trump the nominee and he was going to be so weak

00:23:49.540 and wounded for the general election that he was going to lose to biden or whoever they put up badly

00:23:54.420 well guess what at the article three project for the last 22 months we have turned lemons into lemonade

00:24:00.500 we've done over 35 media hits 3500 media hits including on your show a lot jack constant social

00:24:07.060 media constant opinion pieces to show the american people this is blatant democrat lawfare it's election

00:24:14.180 interference it's actually a criminal conspiracy by biden and these biden democrats to violate president

00:24:21.220 trump's constitutional rights and the and the constitutional rights of his top aides like steve

00:24:26.420 bannon and peter navarro his attorneys like john eastman and jeff bark his supporters on january 6th

00:24:32.260 this is a criminal conspiracy by many different uh biden democrat operatives in the white house and

00:24:38.820 the justice department and fanny willis's office and tish james's office and alvin bragg's office to

00:24:44.900 violate civil rights for the purpose of waging lawfare to interfere in the election and these democrats must

00:24:51.700 may must face severe consequences on january 20th 2025 when trump's acting attorney general opens a

00:24:59.060 criminal probe on this criminal conspiracy i can't wait look we got mickey to rat taking the stand now

00:25:06.580 i hope he brought a mop to clean up the mess that stormy daniels left last week uh mike davis a question

00:25:15.220 that i have for you because we have you for a couple of more minutes shifting gears just a little bit you

00:25:19.300 mentioned the uh the general the war room posse steve bannon now there was some legal news about steve

00:25:26.180 that came out last week however of course in in typical steve fashion he doesn't like to cover it

00:25:31.460 on his show i'm sure you saw that like everyone else did uh that the judge or i should say the appeals

00:25:37.940 panel struck down his appeal in his conviction in federal court in dc the question that i have is

00:25:44.660 we're told that he is planning to go to an en banc review and then potentially uh petition for supreme

00:25:49.940 court what do you know about the uh the time frame on something like that well the uh the dc circuit

00:25:57.780 should take this case en banc because the dc circuit precedent on constitutional executive privilege

00:26:05.140 is clearly wrong we've had constitutional executive privilege for 250 years going back to george washington

00:26:12.660 so presidents can receive candid advice from their presidential advisors whether they're inside

00:26:18.740 government like peter navarro or outside government like steve bannon and they don't have to worry that

00:26:24.100 they're going to get hauled before congress or all before courts and definitely not thrown in prison

00:26:29.940 by revealing for refusing to reveal their confidential candidate advice with the president of the united

00:26:36.100 states this is so much bigger than donald trump and if you're going to throw steve bannon in jail for

00:26:42.260 contempt of congress for raising constitutional executive privilege uh what's why shouldn't hunter be in

00:26:49.700 prison he he clearly was in contempt of congress when he put on his charade and showed up in front of the

00:26:55.940 the capitol and did his press conference and refused to testify why is steve bannon going to prison

00:27:01.620 why is peter devaro in prison right now for asserting constitutional executive privilege going back 0.94

00:27:07.780 to george washington but hunter biden is not in prison after this crackhead corrupt son thumbed his nose at

00:27:15.140 a legitimate congressional investigation and there was no executive privilege asserted

00:27:21.540 none whatsoever it's a complete joke and it's always been a joke last couple of minutes and i i hear you

00:27:27.620 have something to announce regarding not just the article three project but a new uh a new arm of the article

00:27:33.620 three project and that is article three action yeah a3p action you can go to our website at article

00:27:40.580 three projects dot org or you could just go to a3paction.com and you can take action and one of the action

00:27:48.100 items that we're looking at right now at the red button in the middle one of the action items we're

00:27:54.180 looking at right now is getting people to call their members of congress there's two home state senators

00:28:02.020 and their house representative and tell them to support andrew clyde's appropriations writer to

00:28:08.260 defund this lawfare and election interference by these biden democrat operatives before the election

00:28:14.180 they waited seven years to bring these bogus charges in new york city and they waited three

00:28:19.540 years to bring these other three bogus criminal charges and they time these to interfere in the election

00:28:24.980 and what this writer says by congressman andrew clyde championed by the article three project is

00:28:30.260 these these prosecutors these state local governments will lose their federal funding if they don't pause

00:28:36.020 this unprecedented lawfare before the election if they want to prosecute trump do it after the

00:28:41.220 election but the american people not these democrat prosecutors and judges and witnesses

00:28:47.060 and operatives in these democrat hellholes of new york dc and atlanta get to pick our next president

00:28:52.180 and it's as simple as that this is amazing because for so long the the the dc legal core you know the

00:29:01.060 white-heeled firms it's been a very much a literal behind closed doors kind of institution and one of

00:29:06.980 the best things that i love about the article three project um i'm friends with just about everybody

00:29:11.380 who's who's over there uh will and josh as well that i know are coming on board coming back on board is

00:29:16.980 that you guys actually reach out to people explain to them what's going on and are saying you know

00:29:22.740 what this is lawfare this is how the system is going to work and so we're going to go outside the

00:29:27.540 system to affect the system talk to me a little bit about that process because i know you've obviously

00:29:32.580 been on both sides yeah i mean i've worked on the senate judiciary committee during the kavana all

00:29:38.020 fight i've worked in the white house i've worked in the justice department i've worked i've worked

00:29:41.700 for uh you know in the state attorney general's office in colorado i've just kind of done

00:29:47.300 everything right in government i've worked outside of government and i know that when you do patch

00:29:52.500 through phone calls when you actually have constituents in your state or in your district

00:29:57.780 calling your office and making authentic messages to that government official not some

00:30:05.700 grassroots some grassroots not astroturf it really moves the needle it's as simple as that mike davis

00:30:11.620 everyone article 3 project 833 action go check it out thanks mike thank you

00:30:21.060 jack where is jack where is jack where is he jack i want to see you

00:30:30.900 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always talking

00:30:36.420 about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting policies

00:30:44.260 all right jack so we're back live human events daily folks the world is in flames and bidenomics

00:30:48.500 is a complete and total disaster but it cannot and will not ruin my day do you know why that's

00:30:52.900 because i start my day with a hot america first cup of blackout coffee that coffee is 100 americana

00:30:58.740 blackout coffee it's 100 committed to conservative values from sourcing the beans to the roasting

00:31:02.900 process customer support and shipping they embody true american values and accept no compromise on

00:31:07.940 taste or quality look i love my blackout coffee you know that i love it my family loves it my dad loves

00:31:12.980 it too much he came down for mother's day it's also uh my son's first birthday or excuse me sixth

00:31:18.420 birthday it's going to be coming out tomorrow and so he's down with my mom they're stepping into my stash

00:31:23.540 again and so i don't know what's going on with my dad but he's finding even that just like when i was

00:31:29.300 little i always find my stash what can i say go to blackoutcoffee.com slash poso and use promo code

00:31:35.460 poso20 for 20 off your first order we know summer's here so give the gift of your heart to the gift of

00:31:42.660 being awake not woke with blackout coffee that's blackoutcoffee.com slash poso blackoutcoffee.com

00:31:48.900 hide your blackout coffee stash from your dad poso20 promo code got a quick clip here now from senator

00:31:56.500 jd vance who visited president trump up at the courthouse this morning first of all michael

00:32:03.700 cohen is the prosecution's star witness this guy is a convicted felon who admitted in his testimony

00:32:10.500 that he secretly recorded his former employer that he only did it once allegedly and that this was

00:32:15.620 supposed to help donald trump does any reasonable sensible person believe anything that michael cohen

00:32:22.340 says i don't think that they should and i actually think that his testimony is going to hurt with any

00:32:26.820 reasonable juror and hopefully we have a few of those i want to say two other things here uh very

00:32:31.940 quickly uh number one the thing that the president is prevented from saying which is a disgrace is that

00:32:38.660 every single person involved in this prosecution is practically a democratic political operative

00:32:44.580 all right there you go so now we have on the chairman of the new york city young republicans

00:32:51.700 gavin wax who is also at the wildwood rally gavin let's talk big picture here because we're seeing

00:33:00.260 things now that we were told a year ago by the never trumpers the decent and dissentinistas and so 0.99

00:33:09.540 many more that this day would never come that this was impossible that trump had lost he was a loser he 1.00

00:33:16.340 was done he was washed up and on top of that he's a criminal he's a crook a liar a thief a cheat and a 1.00

00:33:24.100 stealer and he's going to be on trial during the election that will never turn out a crowd 0.99

00:33:31.620 and then all of a sudden a hundred thousand people show up in wildwood new jersey which is a a blue state

00:33:37.380 which i albeit is close to some very red areas uh to be fair it's it's it's kind of my backyard is

00:33:42.580 where i grew up going uh to the beach in the summers we were more like ocean city avalon but

00:33:47.780 you know wildwood is for a little bit of fun a couple couple nights that shall rename on on uh

00:33:52.980 unspoken here on the program uh that tanya tay and the boy don't need to hear about until they're older

00:33:58.740 but um and then you get the new york times poll that shows the shows the battleground states are all

00:34:04.340 surging for trump gavin how did this happen listen i think every day that goes by president trump and

00:34:09.860 his supporters become more vindicated his movement is gaining more steam everything he's been talking

00:34:15.060 about has been proven uh correct about the biden administration their failings and the successes

00:34:20.100 on the other hand of trump's uh first term and as time goes on more americans begin to see it and

00:34:25.780 these heavy-handed tactics by these left-wing corrupt district attorneys and and judges

00:34:31.060 are backfiring completely and a lot of people who are on the fence who are kind of down the middle

00:34:35.700 who didn't know which way they were going to go on this election are breaking for trump and now you

00:34:39.700 see president trump uh initiating the beginning of his summer electoral offensive uh you know going

00:34:45.220 into a traditionally historically solid blue state of new jersey yes this is a red area within new jersey

00:34:51.860 but new jersey is still an overwhelmingly democrat state uh and there have been some polls that have shown

00:34:56.340 him within the margin of error i mean that is a uh that is an unbelievable uh number uh margin for

00:35:02.340 republican uh to get in a state like new jersey and it just goes to show that his nationwide appeal

00:35:07.380 is surging the polls multiple different polls multiple different categories of polls

00:35:11.780 are all showing this it's it's a statistical uh you know trend that we've seen over the past few

00:35:17.460 months where trump has been surging biden has been collapsing in more ways than one not just you know

00:35:22.340 electorally but physically collapsing on the floor and mentally collapsing and all the rest and president

00:35:27.540 trump he gave a monumental performance in wild when i was there i saw it firsthand i was you know i was

00:35:33.300 lucky enough thank thanks to the campaign to be front row to see president trump in all his glory you know

00:35:38.340 making fun of emmanuel emmanuel macron which was a funny moment you know going after biden talking about

00:35:44.340 inflation talking about hot dog prices a very important thing for the wildwood economy uh but in all

00:35:49.380 all seriousness that crowd uh was electric it was uh it was like a beach rave it was massive i mean

00:35:55.700 as far as the eyes could see you know i had trouble just getting out of there uh to get back to our car

00:36:00.660 when all was said and done it was just absolute pandemonium but uh this just goes to show his

00:36:04.980 support is real his support is growing uh and we need to keep up the fight and we need to take the

00:36:09.300 fight to them and i think this move in new jersey was brilliant like you mentioned you're a philly guy this

00:36:13.780 was in the philly media market uh you're getting a lot of people coming in from pa so it's not just

00:36:18.500 targeting new jersey this is targeting uh pennsylvania just as much i mean listen i'm from new york and i

00:36:23.380 was down there so this was a massive massive move and it just goes to show that these trials uh have

00:36:28.420 not stopped him he's campaigning more aggressively than ever uh and he is the uh same president donald j

00:36:33.940 trump that we all came to know and love in 2016 and he is on fire on this campaign trail and i don't

00:36:38.580 see that slowing down anytime soon uh court cases or not you know i was just reading through so a lot

00:36:45.860 people don't even know about the the ocean city boardwalk or i should say the jersey boardwalk

00:36:50.660 um you know pizza wars that go on so you know back in the day it used to be mac and mancos but now

00:36:56.820 they but then they split up and now there's max and then there's mancos and now there's like two

00:37:02.340 separate chains because when i was a kid it was always mac and mancos that's when you went to

00:37:06.500 but now it's there's macs and there's mancos and it's it's kind of like a um it's kind of like a uh

00:37:11.940 uh you know uh gino's kind of you know gino's cheese day kind of thing down in um down south

00:37:17.220 philly so uh what what can i say people in that area and the northeast are we're a little particular

00:37:22.420 when it comes to our food and so when president trump is making statements like that uh you know

00:37:27.140 pats or gino's or understanding which pizza slice is the best or hot dog prices you got to understand

00:37:32.020 he's speaking specifically to a an audience and a demographic and specifically by the one a home

00:37:38.580 market that he basically grew up in himself yeah listen i mean he kind of you know rebuilt atlantic

00:37:45.540 city in many ways i mean he knows the shore he opened his speech he knows the jersey shore in many ways

00:37:50.420 this is his backyard as much as yours and mine and many other people in the northeast and listen i i his

00:37:55.620 speech it's it's they're one they're one of a kind uh his speeches they're not typical political

00:38:00.740 stump speeches he's almost up there having a conversation joking being jovial uh lifting

00:38:06.100 even when he's talking about serious concepts and he can move from topic to topic seamlessly

00:38:11.220 talking about the dangers on the world stage talking about the economic you know destitution

00:38:16.500 that biden has brought uh to the home front while still you know being uplifting while still being

00:38:21.540 funny while still being entertaining i mean you know no one gets these types of crowds unless you're

00:38:25.700 like rock stars i mean this is unheard of for any politician i mean we've talked about

00:38:29.700 it being in a blue state i think it broke records being you know one of the biggest political rallies

00:38:33.780 in new jersey's history if if not the biggest i believe and you know that the numbers continue to

00:38:38.500 grow i mean this is not what is expected from a traditional republican candidate who could barely get

00:38:43.300 a few hundred people to attend in a deep red state so president trump has strong electoral successes

00:38:48.660 and his ability to connect with voters uh is unmatched on the campaign trail i mean these speeches

00:38:53.620 are are are are just like something out of this world i mean we've never seen anything like it

00:38:57.860 on the campaign trail people don't know exactly what to make of them they try to imitate them

00:39:01.860 they try to replicate them but they don't have you know his ability to connect with voters and that's

00:39:06.580 really the special touch that he's bringing to this campaign that's really the unique flair that he is able

00:39:11.620 to you know uh push forward as a candidate and to the best of the rhino's abilities to the best of the

00:39:17.460 democrats abilities they cannot stop him and every new rally every new state he visits his polls are only

00:39:23.860 getting better we're not just talking about new jersey here we're talking about virginia even even

00:39:27.460 a uh a non-trump internal was showing that uh you know trump was uh biden was only up by one in the

00:39:33.220 state of virginia you see him within fighting striking distance in minnesota you see him in all

00:39:37.860 these different states expanding the landscape politically for republicans and it's absolutely 0.76

00:39:42.500 pathetic that we still have these detractors on our side who are going to whine kvetch and complain 0.89

00:39:48.500 and you know talk their ears off about how bad trump is uh for the down ballot how bad trump is 0.96

00:39:53.620 for the uh for the political landscape when in fact it's the exact opposite he's bringing life

00:39:57.780 to the republican party that otherwise is completely dead without him which is a scary thing to talk about

00:40:03.220 in the future we're going to a very quick break here but gavin you're exactly right look trump is a

00:40:08.980 once in a lifetime leader when he holds a rally people show up this isn't 2020 when everyone was stuck

00:40:15.140 around in home because of covid this is the trump phenomena we're back right now talking with gavin

00:40:21.140 wax how do we turn the new trump supporters into new trump voters right back human defense daily

00:40:29.940 buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office i'm trying to listen to the new

00:40:34.980 events with jack pozovic all right folks i want to tell you a little bit about today's episode sponsor and

00:40:41.940 something that's really cool about these guys is that in fact i'm actually wearing one of their

00:41:14.740 more that are great for every occasion the four-way stretch fabric is breathable and flexible meaning

00:41:19.700 there's one less thing to be uncomfortable with by the way this wrinkle free technology they talk about

00:41:24.420 a hundred percent accurate this is one of the only times that i've got a shirt that said it was going

00:41:28.500 to be wrinkle free and anti-odor technology gold fusion all that stuff and when i wear these things

00:41:34.020 they even when i travel and you guys know that i travel uh tanya tay knows that when i go you know

00:41:40.340 my stuff gets it gets thrown into the suitcase and i bounce and i go but then when i went to roan.com

00:42:30.020 you had to say i need to get in it i need to look a little bit better than that i do right now i'm

00:42:33.780 slacking compared to you so uh it's legit it's just it's just the clothes it's i'm not doing anything

00:42:38.900 special it's just i got i got some road gear and i was like hey this looks really nice and you you

00:42:43.380 look better this is something by the way let's you know we were gonna we were gonna talk about thank

00:42:48.420 you thank you so much i didn't even go to wildwood though in my defense i will say this in my defense

00:42:53.780 that i and my family were at the original trump wildwood rally in january of 2020 which didn't

00:43:01.300 quite have the same aesthetics because it was the middle of the winter however we did go to the first

00:43:06.340 trump wildwood rally but gavin let me actually ask you about that for a second because there is

00:43:11.300 something about trump he understands aesthetics in a way that your typical conservative who's like

00:43:18.100 whining about john lennon on the internet just doesn't and i don't i think constitutionally

00:43:22.740 cannot comprehend yeah listen i mean at the end of the day i mean he's a branding and marketing

00:43:28.900 genius that's really a big part of uh his uh his business empire that he's built over the years a

00:43:34.420 large part of it was you know in addition to the deal making in addition to the you know the

00:43:38.180 construction the architecture the properties and all the rest it was a marketing side of it

00:43:43.140 it was a branding side of it he understands these elements in ways that a traditional lifelong

00:43:47.620 politician who's never worked a real job uh outside of maybe fetching coffee for their former uh you

00:43:52.820 know member of congress or whatever they've never had jobs or they need to understand marketing and

00:43:57.220 branding in a way that only a businessman would so he has a great appreciation for aesthetics that's why

00:44:02.500 he builds beautiful buildings and owns beautiful properties uh and that carries forward and how he

00:44:07.300 conducts these rallies i mean the aesthetics were off the chart he walked out you know smoke was shooting

00:44:12.340 up everywhere you know these big beautiful american flags hanging off of a crane his his private jet

00:44:19.060 flew low by the crowd right before he came to speak about 45 minutes out i think he flew into atlantic

00:44:24.900 city i mean these are the types of things that someone's going to remember their whole life i mean

00:44:28.340 especially if you're a kid you know and i saw a lot of young people there i saw a lot of high schoolers

00:44:32.260 a lot of people that were younger coming to visit see president trump uh and you know these are things

00:44:37.060 they're going to remember the rest of their lives you know people talk you know the boomer generation 0.50

00:44:40.340 talks about you know if they ever met jfk or something this is going to be their moment

00:44:45.220 well now let me ask you about this because you talked about more and more people coming into

00:44:48.980 the uh the movement more and more trump supporters coming online which is great we love it we see this

00:44:53.540 of course in the new york times sierra poll but here's my issue and i said this a week ago now we've

00:44:58.660 got the data that is is basically proving what we told you on human events daily a full week ago this

00:45:04.820 is no longer a political election we've already won on the politics we've got the big

00:45:10.260 mo we've got momentum we've got all of these things we want on every issue just every single

00:45:15.300 issue um how do we make sure that we translate all of this new support into new votes this is a great

00:45:25.060 question i think this is something that the republican party has historically failed on president

00:45:29.620 trump brought all these low propensity voters these first-time voters into the electoral process and

00:45:34.740 that's how he won his victory in 2016 that's how he's created governing majorities because he's

00:45:39.780 brought in a new electorate he didn't just simply look at the pieces on the table and try to win with

00:45:44.020 that he brought his own pieces to the table and that's the kind of calculus that are a lot of

00:45:48.100 republicans fail to understand but what we're seeing is that the rest of the republican party sadly

00:45:53.300 is failing to keep up with president trump with his energy uh with his substance with his ability to

00:45:58.420 connect with voters and with his basic policy proposals and pitches and it's a very populist style

00:46:03.540 of campaigning it's a very populist style of policy proposals and if the republican party really wants

00:46:08.820 to cap uh you know capitalize on this trump movement and carry it forward to win these states

00:46:14.020 in off-year cycles to win these elections and off-year cycles when president trump is not on the ballot

00:46:18.500 they need to embrace trumpism they need to embrace maga america first and they can't just do it

00:46:23.860 rhetorically they need to do it substantively because they tried this with the tea party movement

00:46:28.100 they've tried this in the past they've tried to co-op movements without actually accepting

00:46:31.780 the meat and potatoes of what turn of what made that grassroots movement tick and i think this is

00:46:37.380 going to include infrastructure registering new voters something that scott presler was doing at

00:46:42.420 wildwood you know i didn't see him he was running around the boardwalk you know somewhere signing

00:46:46.740 up new voters that's great to see and president trump alluded to this in his speech when he mentioned

00:46:51.620 you may still be a registered democrat you may not even know you're still a registered democrat we want

00:46:55.860 you we want to register you as a republican we want to turn you into a prime republican voter who's voting

00:47:00.500 not just in presidential cycles for president trump but is voting in off-year cycles that's voting for

00:47:05.060 local you know races that's how we build a movement is we turn these trump numbers that he's going to

00:47:10.420 secure uh in these elections these historic numbers and we turn those into hardline republican voters that

00:47:16.740 are voting republican no matter what instead of a situation that could transpire where many of them

00:47:22.020 are not voting down ballot after trump because they don't trust republican party officials they don't

00:47:26.180 trust republican party electeds and hey i can't blame them what what is there to trust about some

00:47:30.660 of these snakes they stabbed president trump in the back they stabbed their own voters in the back

00:47:34.660 why would someone want to vote for them so this is not an easy answer to a very difficult question but 0.70

00:47:39.460 at the end of the day we got to continue to register we got to get people engaged we got to get people

00:47:43.540 active we have to build up clubs like the young republican club we have to build out organizations

00:47:47.540 and institutions and we have to run candidates that are more than just an r next to their name we have to run

00:47:52.340 candidates that actually believe what they say that actually give a damn care about these issues

00:47:56.740 care about their people and are willing to fight for them we have so many people that are not fighters 0.97

00:48:00.740 in dc they bend over backwards to appease the left it's pathetic it has to end gavin wax go give him
