The U.S. military has launched what appears to be a sixth airstrike on a suspected drug boat in the Caribbean, and unlike previous attacks, this time there were survivors among the victims. President Trump has authorized CIA operations in Venezuela and is considering ground strikes. Former National Security Adviser John Bolton is speaking out after being charged with 18 counts of retention and transmission of national defense information. On Thursday, ICE arrested an immigrant from Montenegro who they say was working as a sworn police officer with the Hanover Park Police Department in Illinois.
00:04:17.020We only have a little bit of time left.
00:04:19.520The elections are in 18 days this year.
00:04:22.760So when we're looking at the statewide elections in New Jersey, the statewide elections in Virginia,
00:04:28.800then we're also looking at the elections in a number of other states, New York City, by the way, where they just had that debate between Mondani.
00:04:40.400They had that debate with Sliwa, the debate with Cuomo.
00:04:52.440Demographics, the push for open borders, the push for allowing migrant after migrant to come into our country.
00:05:02.240And we really have to ask ourselves, two and a half decades after 9-11, how is it possible that on a New York City debate stage, we get a question?
00:05:15.120Why didn't you go to mosques as governor?
00:05:20.860This question was going to Governor Cuomo.
00:05:23.520And so you really sit there and you think, how is that possible?
00:05:28.560How is it possible that such a question even gets asked?
00:05:33.680Well, because of the growth of the Muslim population.
00:05:38.640The growth of the population has gotten to the point where Muslims in New York City now constitute a very serious voting demographic,
00:05:45.960and a demographic, by the way, that the people of New York care about a lot.
00:08:08.940Well, and Senator, I appreciate you coming on.
00:08:11.060And I also wanted to say I appreciated your kind words after everything that happened with our good friend, Charlie Kirk, just one month ago.
00:08:22.260Yes, and I saw you from a distance at the ceremony at the White House on Tuesday.
00:08:33.380And so meaningful to have the president set aside this time to remember Charlie, his wonderful work, to honor his family and Erica, and for the nation to be able to stand and hear those words from the president, from her, and to honor Charlie's commitment to freedom in this country.
00:09:00.140Well, I appreciate that as well, and that's right.
00:09:05.100There were so many people I wasn't able really to get everyone, you know, have a chance to say hi to everyone.
00:09:10.780But I appreciated you being there, and I know Charlie would have appreciated you being there because so many of the values that you fight for, so many of the things that you stand for and unabashedly stand for, not only in your state but in our country, are the very same things that Charlie fought for.
00:09:25.580And it really boils down to those, you know, those three classics, God, family, country.
00:09:34.920And it was an honor for me to attend Turning Point events and to speak and to encourage others.
00:09:43.500And it was thrilling for me to know that my grandsons now, who are teenagers, are such fans of Turning Point and followed so closely what Charlie had to say.
00:09:58.020And bringing back that love of God, family, country, bringing back that optimism for hope and opportunity for all Americans.
00:10:10.460Indeed, he was doing that and helping our nation to get back on track and to actually have a turning point where we look at that constitutional underpinning, those founding ideals,
00:10:28.380and recommit ourselves to making certain that we do have a country that is firmly planted on faith, family, freedom.
00:10:40.800And I add hope and opportunity to that so that future generations have those opportunities, have hope for better days,
00:10:51.480and that we keep this great American experiment in freedom going.
00:11:01.520And by the way, I want to just play a quick video here because, unfortunately, there's been some threats, not only to Charlie and what happened to Charlie, but even to you yourself.
00:11:12.740Really, this is something that I think applies to you, applies to a number of senators where it came in on Jack Smith.
00:11:20.580And this question about how our federal government was weaponized to take out so many people.
00:11:29.500And, of course, we talked about the weaponization against President Trump.
00:11:32.320We talked about the weaponization against many Trump supporters.
00:11:35.560But we had no idea that this was going to be used against sitting U.S. senators as well.
00:11:42.960What we know is this, that the FBI under Joe Biden and under Barack Obama, that they exercised activity that they had no authority to exercise.
00:11:58.880And as Senator Hagerty mentioned, we know what they did in 2016 to the Trump transition team.
00:12:07.480And now we find out that after the Mar-a-Lago raid, after the indictment of President Trump, they surveil us, people who support President Trump, members who are all Republicans.
00:12:26.500But it shows you how out of control and rotten to the core and politicized the FBI had become and how they had absolutely no problem at all whatsoever with political weaponization.
00:12:45.480We appreciate the information we've gotten today.
00:12:48.700We look forward to further investigation on this.
00:12:52.080Senator, that was your words just a few days ago.
00:12:58.560Walk us through what have you learned since then about this targeting of you personally by Jack Smith?
00:13:08.740In 2016, when our vice chaired President Trump's transition, we found out then that the transition team was being spied on.
00:13:17.100Now, what we did find out was that they spied on us after January 4th to January 7th of 2021.
00:13:38.800The way they did that, in May of 2023, they sent a letter to our wireless carriers and demanded, they had a subpoena, and demanded our phone records.
00:13:53.540Everybody we talked to where we were physically located when we either made or received a call.
00:14:01.140And every call and every call and every number that came in to us or went out from our phone during that period of time.
00:14:08.740Now, we also are looking at September.
00:14:13.280It appears that there's the May date and there's also a September date.
00:14:18.360In addition to this, I have sent a letter to the D.C. Bar regarding Jack Smith and his conduct and calling for a review by the D.C. Bar, filed a complaint with them.
00:14:34.120In addition, five of my colleagues joined me on a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting that D.O.J. begin an investigation into the conduct of Jack Smith.
00:14:49.520And, of course, he should be disbarred.
00:14:52.860The groundwork we are laying are things that would call for his disbarment.
00:14:59.260And what we know is this is not only an invasion of privacy and an infringement of our free speech, but it is also an infringement of the speech and debate clause.
00:15:13.260For a wireless company to give your records over, and this is not somethingβwe're not criminals, we're not people that were a flight risk, any of that.
00:15:29.560What they did was to turn those records over, and it shows you how weaponized the CR-15 unit that Jack Smith used as he investigated President Trump, how they were so politicized.
00:15:46.900And, thank goodness, Kash Patel has fired everybody that was affiliated with that unit.
00:15:53.460Well, I think that's absolutely fantastic that Kash Patel is finally fighting back and finallyβand, Senator, when it really comes down to it, it's, you know, these people who say, oh, there's, you know, President Trump is playing politics with the Justice Department.
00:16:11.240And I think it's actually the opposite.
00:16:13.540I think what A.G. Bondi, what the U.S. prosecutorsβand by the way, these are grand juries that have come out, whether it be Bolton, whether it be Comey, whether it be Letitia James, these other cases.
00:16:23.580These are grand juries that have come out and filed the charges.
00:16:27.680But what we're talking about here is having one standard of justice for everyone.
00:18:22.340And I think we all knew this from the very start.
00:18:24.580Senator, we're coming up on a hard break here.
00:18:26.480I'd love to hold you over to talk more about this because people, I think, out there in the country are finally, finally pleased and relieved to see their country be restored to balance when it comes to an equal set of rules, an equal standard, and an equal playing field when it comes to the justice system.
00:18:47.740And right back here, Human Events Daily, Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice.
00:30:58.060So I've been very skeptical with everything that's happened with the FBI.
00:31:03.180So I'm just trying to use my own brain, my own journalism skills to go and look for cameras, look for evidence, clues to try to back up the narrative that we're being told, but also to make sure that I can hold them accountable with truth.
00:31:18.580What it looks like is everyone's seen the famous FBI footage where Tyler Robinson is running across the low sea building towards the north.
00:31:28.320And then he gets down on his legs and he's kind of holding onto the roof and then he jumps off and then he heads off into the wooded area.
00:31:38.660Well, while I was there looking at how to get on the roof, the time it would take, what cameras would have captured stuff, I was speaking with another investigative journalist.
00:31:51.920And what you see is when he gets down and he's getting ready to jump off the building, you can see scrapes in the dust that are about 36 to 40 inches long, which is about the length of the barrel of a .30-06 rifle.
00:32:10.680You also see a handprint where he's trying to let himself down gradually and then he ends up jumping off and running into that wooded area.
00:32:19.760So although I want to trust the FBI and I believe in Kash Patel, you know, the American people were skeptical with, you know, government lies and cover up.
00:32:31.560It took almost five years to find out that there was over 270 FBI agents in plain clothes in the crowd.
00:32:38.800So I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this.
00:32:41.600I want to make sure that if Tyler Robinson is, in fact, the person that jumped off that roof, that this handprint that they say they have, the screwdriver, the gun, the bullet, all of that matches up because Charlie Kirk deserves justice and the American people deserve the truth.
00:33:00.820Well, and so I want to make sure that we're tying this together.
00:33:05.920So that handprint that is on that roof, does that line up that you guys uncovered with that?
00:33:12.640Was that that's that he's using that that stick camera?
00:33:16.380Does that line up with the video from where we see the individual that they've identified as Tyler Robinson?
00:33:22.380Yes, and we know that for two reasons.
00:33:25.980The first time I went out two weeks after Charlie had passed, the FBI actually had a yellow measuring tape that was taped to the cement wall of the Losey building.
00:33:38.860And I believe that they were measuring the hand to the last bit of that.
00:33:43.620You can also tell there's a split in the window pane just below this frame when you see him jump off and you can see that it lines up exactly with where he comes off the building.
00:33:57.320The other thing you'll notice, Jack, is see that dust?
00:34:02.440The only place that there were markings up and down all of that guttering system is right where Tyler Robinson jumped off.
00:34:10.980So when I saw this, I was like, wow, OK, that is a huge piece of evidence.
00:34:16.820And we were told in the paperwork that was submitted for the legal briefing that they have a palm print, that they have fingerprints on a screwdriver.
00:34:30.120So then what I started doing, I started working with forensic experts to understand ballistics, to understand how they would use x-rays to follow the path of the bullet through Charlie's body, where the bullet was found, how they found the fragments.
00:34:48.840I'm not an expert in all of this, but I'm really good at asking questions.
00:34:53.540And I wanted to bring that truth to my audience.
00:34:59.040Well, and I think this is important, too, because, look, you know, I want to make sure they got the right guy.
00:35:04.920And if they got the right guy, I want to make sure that this trial goes forward and everything's done by the book and everything's done properly.
00:35:15.120And, you know, I've been hosting this show as well as others with, in fact, people like my friend Blake Neff, who was standing just a few feet away from where Charlie was sitting.
00:35:25.720So in the line of fire of this individual, right where you were on, you know, obviously underneath that roof.
00:35:33.580And, you know, this this all has to be done by the book.
00:35:37.840And that's something that we absolutely all want.
00:35:40.600Now, there was another piece of information that you mentioned in your video.
00:35:43.960That was the sound rings that you were digging into.
00:35:57.800But basically what he did is he took different people's cell phones and the noise and he was able to create a map.
00:36:07.100And then the map, when you start running it through AI and different software, it'll start using mathematical formulas to pinpoint where the noise came from.
00:36:21.720And there's there's there were three big rings that went out.
00:36:25.620And wouldn't you know it, all three, the only time that they cross over is right on the Losey building where we know somebody was laying in a prone position with a rifle and took a shot.
00:36:38.120Now, from everything that I have seen, it looks like it's it looks like it's the story that the FBI is telling us.
00:36:46.000So the sound is matching up the direction of the bullet.
00:36:50.820Sadly, Charlie Kirk takes a tremendous amount of energy from the front.
00:36:56.660That bullet, you know, destroys his neck, gets lodged in his T1 thoracic vertebrae.
00:37:05.900Now, a couple of big things that were pointed out to me and I started to pick up on this and it was nice to have a forensic expert confirm this.
00:37:13.140But he said to me, next to the gun and the bullet, the most important piece of evidence against Tyler Robinson will be his cell phone data.
00:37:23.840Cell phones are able to track you to within a couple of inches of where you are.
00:37:30.080And we know that we learned this from January 6th.
00:37:32.820That was the geofencing. We're coming up on a quick break, Stephen.
00:37:35.600Give me one second because I want to dig into this as well.
00:37:38.260The cell phone forensic data, sound analysis, bullet analysis and the fingerprints.
00:37:44.740Actually finding the fingerprints and handprints, the marks on the Losey building.
00:37:49.520Right back. Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice, Human Events Daily.
00:37:57.580Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book.
00:38:00.840Everybody's talking about it. Go get it.
00:38:02.820And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:38:07.140And we're going to turn it around and make our country cry to get to him.
00:38:10.720All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back here.
00:38:15.620Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:17.680We're talking to Stephen Gardner, the host of the Stephen Gardner Show.
00:38:21.120He went back to Utah Valley University, the scene of the crime.
00:38:26.000And we're walking through the evidence, in some cases corroborating the evidence that we've heard regarding the theory and even alternate theories about Charlie Kirk's murder.
00:38:37.520Stephen Gardner went back to the scene multiple times to track it all down.
00:38:42.840And so talked about the gun, talked about the bullet, talked about the palm print and handprints that were found on that roof of the Losey building,
00:38:53.060which are consistent actually in the same spot with the video that were shown, this grainy video that were shown of an individual jumping off.
00:39:01.260Stephen, where we left off before the break, you were telling us, though, about the cell phone tracking, that forensic cell phone tracking, geofencing data.
00:39:10.260We know the same exact method of tracking individuals was used in January 6th.
00:39:15.760They were tracking, did someone go on to the steps?
00:39:21.880And we know that investigators using cell phone data can do this.
00:39:25.680What did you find regarding that data in this case?
00:39:28.940So we're going to know with great clarity whether Tyler Robinson was in the Orem area, whether the text messages that many of us have questions about,
00:39:41.640whether those were sent from Orem to Lance Twigg, was Lance Twigg in southern Utah or was he also in Orem?
00:39:50.940But the main thing is people are saying, OK, how would he have known, based on this weird terrain, not being a student at this school, how would he have known this?
00:40:01.720Because I don't believe you could have planned this murder from Google Maps.
00:40:06.700So they're going to know, based on his cell phone pathway, whether he went on the day before, a couple of weeks before.
00:40:17.600Now, I was told from forensic expert, a forensic expert, Joseph Scott, that they're going to be able to track him from 800 Street down through the tunnel,
00:40:32.060up around the low-sea building, up the stairs, onto the roof, from the roof out to the roof line, take the shot, jump off the low-sea building, run into the woods.
00:40:42.240And then I started seeing all of these conspiracy videos that they were able to find him on a little cafe's security system.
00:40:53.320You can barely see his car, but you can see it.
00:40:55.860And you had all these conspiracy people saying, how does a guy kill Charlie Kirk and 20 minutes later he's in his car in a parking lot?
00:41:04.360That's not consistent with what a murderer would do.
00:41:07.620Well, you don't know how a murderer thinks, right?
00:41:10.480He might be sitting in that car, amped up on adrenaline.
00:41:13.940But how did the cafe owner know that he was caught on his security camera?
00:41:19.320Because unless somebody breaks in, you don't just go review, you know, 24 hours worth of video footage.
00:41:25.680It's because the FBI tracked him to that location.
00:41:29.060The next morning, 7.15 a.m., Cedar City Maverick Gas Station.
00:41:42.360When he goes over to his parents, they've got all of it, the phone calls, the texting, everything.
00:41:47.460So this forensic expert, basically Joseph Scott Morgan, he shared with me that next to the gun, the cell phone data is going to be the thing that ties Tyler Robinson directly to the person on that building.
00:42:05.340And right now, there's a lot of doubt.
00:42:08.020Oh, I don't know if I can trust the FBI.
00:42:10.120Well, that geotracking, that geofencing, it's going to tell us where his phone was at all times on that day.
00:42:18.600Now, there's another piece of this that you mentioned when you were there, and it had to do with the sort of the depth and the scope of the of the area, the amphitheater, where the building is.
00:42:33.320You were saying that you mentioned Google Maps a second ago, and that's what made me think of this.
00:42:39.120You said that where Charlie was sitting was actually much deeper than you realized, and the relative height from where Charlie was to the top of the low seat building was a bit higher.
00:43:52.560Right below us is the Hall of Flags where somebody's cell phone catches Tyler Robinson running off the roof.
00:44:00.340So, but until you go to the actual campus, you don't really understand because this particular campus, from an aerial point of view on Google Maps, they have these, like, red square sidewalks.
00:44:17.140And they all seem like they're on the same level.
00:44:19.900But some of them might be two stories up.
00:44:22.480Some of them might be two stories down.
00:45:22.580It's also passing through the microphone system there.
00:45:26.180So when you really clean up all of the audio, it's one shot, then the supersonic boom, and then boom, it hits.
00:45:33.800And they were able to show all of that.
00:45:35.580So those rings are coming from the initial sound wave, you know, the sound propagation.
00:45:43.160But then you also have the secondary and tertiary waves that are hitting off of those other buildings into the bowl of the amphitheater.
00:45:53.620And you can even see it on this video that you put together.
00:45:55.980From that angle, it's a very small, very confined space.
00:46:00.320In fact, I remember going to β when I did my Butler investigation and visited β and I've been to Butler multiple times now β and looked at the site where President Trump had his assassination attempt.
00:46:11.760You realize it's so much smaller than it just looks on camera.
00:46:39.360By the way, I just wanted to throw out before we run out of time here that what you mentioned about the cell phone tracking data, that reminds me a lot of the Brian Koberger case where β and he killed those sorority girls.
00:46:54.340But that was a key piece of the evidence because they find his fingerprint on the knife sheath.
00:47:00.620They have his cell phone data going back and forth, back and forth past that house, casing it before he went in, getting the pattern of life.
00:47:08.820Steven, we are just about out of time.
