00:00:50.280 Christ is king.
00:00:51.860 Good morning.
00:00:52.480 The U.S. military has launched what appears to be a sixth airstrike on a suspected drug boat
00:00:57.360 in the Caribbean.
00:00:58.000 And unlike previous attacks we've seen, this time, an official says there were survivors
00:01:03.880 among the crew that were targeted.
00:01:05.960 No word overnight how many people may have been killed.
00:01:08.640 But meanwhile, tensions in the region are escalating.
00:01:11.540 President Trump has authorized CIA operations in Venezuela and is considering ground strikes.
00:01:16.760 This morning, President Trump's former national security advisor, John Bolton, is speaking
00:01:21.360 out after being charged with 18 counts of retention and transmission of national defense information.
00:01:27.680 I think he's, you know, a bad person.
00:01:30.220 I think he's a bad guy.
00:01:32.920 Yeah.
00:01:33.240 Bolton is accused of sharing more than 1,000 pages of information about government activities.
00:01:38.580 The indictment claims he used a personal email account to share notes about his day-to-day
00:01:44.140 activities with his wife and daughter, neither of whom has proper security clearance.
00:01:49.340 The notes allegedly included information labeled top secret.
00:01:53.360 The indictment claims the emails were later hacked by someone associated with the Iranian
00:01:58.040 government.
00:01:58.660 On Thursday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrest of Radula Badovich,
00:02:04.000 who they say is an immigrant from Montenegro and working as a sworn police officer
00:02:08.260 with the Hanover Park Police Department.
00:02:10.840 According to the Department of Homeland Security, the officer is accused of being in the country
00:02:14.960 illegally after his tourist visa expired in 2015.
00:02:19.040 According to state records, Badovich has been with the police department since January
00:02:23.780 and was certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board in August.
00:02:28.240 Just announced a second summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin to try to negotiate
00:02:33.660 peace in Ukraine.
00:02:35.840 He says that it will happen in Budapest.
00:02:38.500 No date yet on this.
00:02:40.380 President Trump will host Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky at the White House to discuss
00:02:46.240 the ongoing war with Russia.
00:02:48.460 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:02:56.300 We are here live in Washington, D.C., and folks, you go and look at everything that's happening
00:03:05.780 today, you look at everything that's happening in our country, and we do have to take a step
00:03:10.500 back.
00:03:11.460 Patriots are winning.
00:03:12.240 Today is October 2025, and the Patriots surge is on.
00:03:21.460 Whether you look at what's happening in the legal field, on the legal front, we look what's
00:03:29.720 happening with ICE, we look what's happening with immigration, all of this comes together
00:03:34.140 to show very clearly Patriots are on the offense.
00:03:38.860 And it wasn't always like this.
00:03:39.880 In fact, it hasn't been like this for some time.
00:03:42.840 Typically, what you'll do is you'll see Republicans responding to evidence.
00:03:47.940 You'll see Republicans responding to narratives, stories, all sorts of stuff.
00:03:54.420 But instead, they won't actually be fighting back.
00:03:57.980 They won't actually be doing anything.
00:04:00.200 They won't actually be running the narrative.
00:04:04.760 They won't actually be pushing back.
00:04:08.200 Now it's time.
00:04:08.800 Now it's 100% time.
00:04:13.360 Because here's the situation, folks.
00:04:17.020 We only have a little bit of time left.
00:04:19.520 The elections are in 18 days this year.
00:04:22.760 So when we're looking at the statewide elections in New Jersey, the statewide elections in Virginia,
00:04:28.800 then we're also looking at the elections in a number of other states, New York City, by the way, where they just had that debate between Mondani.
00:04:40.400 They had that debate with Sliwa, the debate with Cuomo.
00:04:44.660 And I'm just going to say it, folks.
00:04:45.800 It looks like Mondani is going to win.
00:04:47.960 It really looks like this.
00:04:50.200 Demographics is destiny.
00:04:52.440 Demographics, the push for open borders, the push for allowing migrant after migrant to come into our country.
00:05:02.240 And we really have to ask ourselves, two and a half decades after 9-11, how is it possible that on a New York City debate stage, we get a question?
00:05:15.120 Why didn't you go to mosques as governor?
00:05:20.860 This question was going to Governor Cuomo.
00:05:23.520 And so you really sit there and you think, how is that possible?
00:05:28.560 How is it possible that such a question even gets asked?
00:05:33.680 Well, because of the growth of the Muslim population.
00:05:38.640 The growth of the population has gotten to the point where Muslims in New York City now constitute a very serious voting demographic,
00:05:45.960 and a demographic, by the way, that the people of New York care about a lot.
00:05:50.040 And so this becomes asked.
00:05:52.260 See, you go back to the 1950s, what did you see in New York City?
00:05:55.460 You saw the three crosses of cavalry displayed across the New York City skyline on Good Friday.
00:06:03.680 That was the character of New York City.
00:06:05.800 That was the character of America.
00:06:06.860 It was Christian.
00:06:07.880 But through open borders, through demographic change, what have we seen?
00:06:12.780 We've now seen the open Christian character of America change.
00:06:18.140 And now America has become a place where there's plurality, where there's multiculturalism,
00:06:23.340 and where the people who live in these vicinities, particularly New York City, have said, you know what?
00:06:30.100 We want to be multiple characters.
00:06:32.760 We want multiple cultures here.
00:06:36.160 So when you hear people like Cuomo, when you hear people like Sliwa referencing the previous culture of New York City,
00:06:45.020 they're referring to old New York.
00:06:47.500 Mondani, that's new New York.
00:06:51.060 And the question is, what do we want?
00:06:52.740 What do we want for America's greatest city?
00:06:55.560 Well, go look over at London.
00:06:57.900 Charlie Kirk was over in London, one of his last trips on Earth.
00:07:03.360 And when he came back from London, what did he say?
00:07:05.160 He said, London is becoming Islamic.
00:07:07.960 Something has changed, and London is becoming Islamic.
00:07:11.220 They've let all these Muslims in, and suddenly they're changing the character.
00:07:15.300 And guess what, folks?
00:07:16.740 London is just a few years ahead of where we are.
00:07:20.840 Folks, we'll be right back.
00:07:22.760 Senator Marsha Blackburn joins us next.
00:07:24.980 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:07:28.380 Nothing will stand in our way, and our golden age has just begun.
00:07:32.380 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:07:34.140 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means.
00:07:38.800 Welcome to the second American revolution.
00:07:43.240 All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back here.
00:07:51.220 All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back here.
00:07:53.700 Live Human Events Daily.
00:07:56.740 We are joined now, very honored to have on the program, Senator Marsha Blackburn.
00:08:02.620 Senator, thank you so much for joining us.
00:08:05.200 Delighted to join you.
00:08:06.460 Thank you so much.
00:08:08.940 Well, and Senator, I appreciate you coming on.
00:08:11.060 And I also wanted to say I appreciated your kind words after everything that happened with our good friend, Charlie Kirk, just one month ago.
00:08:22.260 Yes, and I saw you from a distance at the ceremony at the White House on Tuesday.
00:08:30.240 What a wonderful, wonderful event.
00:08:33.380 And so meaningful to have the president set aside this time to remember Charlie, his wonderful work, to honor his family and Erica, and for the nation to be able to stand and hear those words from the president, from her, and to honor Charlie's commitment to freedom in this country.
00:09:00.140 Well, I appreciate that as well, and that's right.
00:09:05.100 There were so many people I wasn't able really to get everyone, you know, have a chance to say hi to everyone.
00:09:10.780 But I appreciated you being there, and I know Charlie would have appreciated you being there because so many of the values that you fight for, so many of the things that you stand for and unabashedly stand for, not only in your state but in our country, are the very same things that Charlie fought for.
00:09:25.580 And it really boils down to those, you know, those three classics, God, family, country.
00:09:32.540 Well, you're so right about that.
00:09:34.920 And it was an honor for me to attend Turning Point events and to speak and to encourage others.
00:09:43.500 And it was thrilling for me to know that my grandsons now, who are teenagers, are such fans of Turning Point and followed so closely what Charlie had to say.
00:09:58.020 And bringing back that love of God, family, country, bringing back that optimism for hope and opportunity for all Americans.
00:10:10.460 Indeed, he was doing that and helping our nation to get back on track and to actually have a turning point where we look at that constitutional underpinning, those founding ideals,
00:10:28.380 and recommit ourselves to making certain that we do have a country that is firmly planted on faith, family, freedom.
00:10:40.800 And I add hope and opportunity to that so that future generations have those opportunities, have hope for better days,
00:10:51.480 and that we keep this great American experiment in freedom going.
00:10:59.760 Well, I think it's exactly right.
00:11:01.520 And by the way, I want to just play a quick video here because, unfortunately, there's been some threats, not only to Charlie and what happened to Charlie, but even to you yourself.
00:11:12.740 Really, this is something that I think applies to you, applies to a number of senators where it came in on Jack Smith.
00:11:20.580 And this question about how our federal government was weaponized to take out so many people.
00:11:29.500 And, of course, we talked about the weaponization against President Trump.
00:11:32.320 We talked about the weaponization against many Trump supporters.
00:11:35.560 But we had no idea that this was going to be used against sitting U.S. senators as well.
00:11:41.820 Guys, do we have that clip?
00:11:42.960 What we know is this, that the FBI under Joe Biden and under Barack Obama, that they exercised activity that they had no authority to exercise.
00:11:58.880 And as Senator Hagerty mentioned, we know what they did in 2016 to the Trump transition team.
00:12:07.480 And now we find out that after the Mar-a-Lago raid, after the indictment of President Trump, they surveil us, people who support President Trump, members who are all Republicans.
00:12:26.500 But it shows you how out of control and rotten to the core and politicized the FBI had become and how they had absolutely no problem at all whatsoever with political weaponization.
00:12:45.480 We appreciate the information we've gotten today.
00:12:48.700 We look forward to further investigation on this.
00:12:52.080 Senator, that was your words just a few days ago.
00:12:58.560 Walk us through what have you learned since then about this targeting of you personally by Jack Smith?
00:13:06.280 Yes.
00:13:06.880 And, Jack, it wasn't the first time.
00:13:08.740 In 2016, when our vice chaired President Trump's transition, we found out then that the transition team was being spied on.
00:13:17.100 Now, what we did find out was that they spied on us after January 4th to January 7th of 2021.
00:13:38.800 The way they did that, in May of 2023, they sent a letter to our wireless carriers and demanded, they had a subpoena, and demanded our phone records.
00:13:53.540 Everybody we talked to where we were physically located when we either made or received a call.
00:14:01.140 And every call and every call and every number that came in to us or went out from our phone during that period of time.
00:14:08.740 Now, we also are looking at September.
00:14:13.280 It appears that there's the May date and there's also a September date.
00:14:18.360 In addition to this, I have sent a letter to the D.C. Bar regarding Jack Smith and his conduct and calling for a review by the D.C. Bar, filed a complaint with them.
00:14:34.120 In addition, five of my colleagues joined me on a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting that D.O.J. begin an investigation into the conduct of Jack Smith.
00:14:49.520 And, of course, he should be disbarred.
00:14:52.860 The groundwork we are laying are things that would call for his disbarment.
00:14:59.260 And what we know is this is not only an invasion of privacy and an infringement of our free speech, but it is also an infringement of the speech and debate clause.
00:15:13.260 For a wireless company to give your records over, and this is not somethingβ€”we're not criminals, we're not people that were a flight risk, any of that.
00:15:29.560 What they did was to turn those records over, and it shows you how weaponized the CR-15 unit that Jack Smith used as he investigated President Trump, how they were so politicized.
00:15:46.900 And, thank goodness, Kash Patel has fired everybody that was affiliated with that unit.
00:15:53.460 Well, I think that's absolutely fantastic that Kash Patel is finally fighting back and finallyβ€”and, Senator, when it really comes down to it, it's, you know, these people who say, oh, there's, you know, President Trump is playing politics with the Justice Department.
00:16:11.240 And I think it's actually the opposite.
00:16:13.540 I think what A.G. Bondi, what the U.S. prosecutorsβ€”and by the way, these are grand juries that have come out, whether it be Bolton, whether it be Comey, whether it be Letitia James, these other cases.
00:16:23.580 These are grand juries that have come out and filed the charges.
00:16:27.680 But what we're talking about here is having one standard of justice for everyone.
00:16:33.540 Isn't it just that simple?
00:16:34.500 It is indeed, and I am so pleased that that is one of the tenets that A.G. Bondi is working from every day, one standard of justice.
00:16:46.540 And as she has come before us at Judiciary Committee, she continues to make that point.
00:16:51.920 And, Jack, here is the thing.
00:16:54.440 Rooting out these individuals that chose to weaponize the federal government against citizens.
00:17:01.920 And bear in mind, if they are doing this to eight sitting U.S. senators, think of what they're doing to other conservatives.
00:17:12.100 Indeed, we know that of the 92 organizations that they were looking at, Turning Point was one of those organizations.
00:17:20.920 The Republican State Attorneys General Association was another of the organizations they were looking at.
00:17:31.360 And as we look at what happened to the eight senators, the commonality there, and bear in mind, we still do not have the predicate of why.
00:17:41.380 What we do know is the eight of us, each are Republican.
00:17:47.600 We each have supported President Donald Trump.
00:17:51.360 And we each had valid concerns about the 2020 elections.
00:17:57.680 So that is the common thread for each of us that were placed under FBI surveillance.
00:18:06.640 And, of course, this is the thread that we saw for every single one of his prosecutions, every single one of his targets.
00:18:17.720 And it smacks of the political.
00:18:21.280 And it obviously does.
00:18:22.340 And I think we all knew this from the very start.
00:18:24.580 Senator, we're coming up on a hard break here.
00:18:26.480 I'd love to hold you over to talk more about this because people, I think, out there in the country are finally, finally pleased and relieved to see their country be restored to balance when it comes to an equal set of rules, an equal standard, and an equal playing field when it comes to the justice system.
00:18:47.740 And right back here, Human Events Daily, Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice.
00:18:57.620 Talk about influencers.
00:18:59.460 These are influencers.
00:19:01.320 And they're friends of mine.
00:19:03.720 Jack Posobiec.
00:19:05.240 Where's Jack?
00:19:06.160 Jack.
00:19:07.120 He's done a great job.

00:21:34.180 Senator Marsha Blackburn, we're back on with you.
00:21:36.820 We were talking about the returning America, not just to a fair system of justice, but returning
00:21:43.500 American fairness in general.
00:21:45.740 One of the things that President Trump, I know, is doing is focusing on law and order,
00:21:50.440 focusing on crime.
00:21:51.720 And one of the states that he's directly focusing on is the state of Tennessee, specifically
00:21:57.300 the city of Memphis.
00:21:59.140 You have announced a run for governor in the state of Tennessee.
00:22:03.720 Congratulations, by the way.
00:22:05.480 Talk to us about some of the crime problems that Tennessee is seeing in these major cities.
00:22:12.620 Yes, indeed.
00:22:13.620 And when Kash Patel came before our Judiciary Committee, and I visited with him prior to
00:22:20.560 that, I told him, I said, you know, we need some help with Memphis.
00:22:24.200 Here are the crime stats.
00:22:25.760 He committed privately and publicly to help me, and he has been true to his word.
00:22:31.400 And A.G.
00:22:32.180 Bondi and President Trump have indeed come in and made Memphis a priority.
00:22:39.420 And Jack, what we want to do is make Memphis safe again.
00:22:42.540 It was the most dangerous city per capita in this country in 2024.
00:22:48.620 Memphis has had over 100 gangs.
00:22:51.700 But now, because of a surge the FBI did from mid-July to mid-September and now, with 13 federal
00:23:00.280 agencies, plus the Tennessee governor has the FBI, I mean, the TBI, the Tennessee Highway
00:23:09.040 Patrol, and the National Guard backing up the Memphis City Police.
00:23:14.620 They have taken over 1,000 of these gang members off the streets.
00:23:22.480 They are incarcerated.
00:23:24.980 Some of them are going to federal court.
00:23:29.140 And we have a good U.S. attorney, Mike Donovan, who is pushing forward with these cases.
00:23:36.140 We have found 44 missing children that were in some way being held or tied up with these
00:23:44.360 gangs.
00:23:45.020 And what we're doing is making Memphis safe again.
00:23:49.260 And quite frankly, we think Memphis can be the model for how you move forward in fighting
00:23:57.400 crime.
00:23:58.280 And President Trump is exactly right on how to do this, to go in, to search these resources.
00:24:05.260 He has cleaned up Washington, D.C., and he is doing it in Memphis.
00:24:10.460 And the mayor of Memphis is working with us.
00:24:14.580 So is the governor.
00:24:16.460 So is the police department.
00:24:18.560 And I think when you have that kind of broad-based cooperation, it is the way to get this crime
00:24:24.780 under control.
00:24:25.900 And I'm certain that the residents of Chicago and New York and Minneapolis and some of these
00:24:34.560 other cities that have gang problems are probably looking at Memphis and saying, hey, we would
00:24:41.380 like to have a safe community like that.
00:24:45.640 Well, I couldn't agree with you more.
00:24:47.340 I'm from the Philadelphia area.
00:24:48.940 And this is, you know, whenever I look at one of the cities like this, I remember my own
00:24:53.800 just, you know, formative years growing up and being able to go to Philadelphia when it
00:25:00.240 was still safe, when it was a great city.
00:25:02.400 There's so many of these great cities that have fallen and sunken into this pit of crime.
00:25:08.560 And so I love the fact that you focused on this in your own state, Memphis.
00:25:12.720 I mean, it's one of America's most quintessentially American towns, you know, big little towns
00:25:19.740 down there.
00:25:21.020 And yet you don't associate it with this horrific rise of violent crime.
00:25:27.020 And unfortunately, we're starting to see that rise up in Nashville as well.
00:25:30.880 And some of the other areas as as governor, you know, you're still you're still about
00:25:35.160 a year to go.
00:25:36.100 But would you still be continuing to work with President Trump to fight all of these issues?
00:25:41.780 Oh, absolutely.
00:25:42.720 Absolutely.
00:25:43.720 And when you look at the fact that blue cities and these Democrat mayors have in these city
00:25:49.820 councils have been soft on crime and had cashless bail policies, and that makes the communities
00:25:57.480 less safe.
00:25:58.280 But I can assure you, our first responders, our law enforcement, they know I'm going to have
00:26:03.560 their back.
00:26:04.160 President Trump knows that I'm going to be working with him.
00:26:09.300 You know, Jack, one of the things I find absolutely so encouraging, and I know you are a believer
00:26:16.040 in federalism and a reader of the Federalist Papers, and President Trump every single day
00:26:22.400 is sending power, authority, responsibility back to the states and the people.
00:26:28.900 And what an exciting time to lead Tennessee through a reset as education comes back to
00:26:38.400 the states and health care and energy and benefits and regulation and labor.
00:26:45.600 You look at all of these issues that never should have gone to Washington, D.C. in the
00:26:51.120 first place.
00:26:51.700 Federalism reset.
00:26:52.900 Senator Marsha Blackburn, she's running for Tennessee governor.
00:26:55.640 Senator, thank you so much for joining us here.
00:26:57.540 Where's Jack?
00:27:00.040 Where's Jack?
00:27:02.140 Where is he?
00:27:03.400 Jack, I want to see you.
00:27:07.060 Great job, Jack.
00:27:08.520 Thank you.
00:27:09.280 What a job you do.
00:27:10.700 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:27:12.100 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the
00:27:16.560 guys who should be getting policies.
00:27:19.860 All right, folks, we're back here.
00:27:21.380 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:27:25.560 Here in, on Real America's Voice.
00:27:31.080 And folks, let me tell you something.
00:27:33.040 Cold weather is going to be here before you know it.
00:27:35.160 In fact, it's really kind of already here.
00:27:37.280 Although it was, it was nice.
00:27:38.280 I was, I was sitting outside today.
00:27:39.660 The sun was out.
00:27:40.400 It was okay.
00:27:41.440 But let me tell you something.
00:27:42.620 It's going to be really cold soon.
00:27:44.660 If the power goes out when it's really cold, you and I got no way to keep ourselves and our
00:27:50.560 families warm, and that's not crazy.
00:27:54.180 You could actually freeze.
00:27:55.740 But you know something?
00:27:56.740 I heard about the Vesta off-grid space heater from our friends at My Patriot Supply.
00:28:01.960 It's a space heater that doesn't use electricity.
00:28:05.040 It runs on something called canned heat.
00:28:07.940 Now, that's an indoor safe fuel.
00:28:10.340 With the Vesta stashed in my closet, in the Poso household closet, I know we can keep warm
00:28:15.820 no matter what.
00:28:17.200 And it doubles as a stove to boil water or cook food, which is actually pretty cool.
00:28:21.760 Now, the best part is you can get a Vesta and a bunch of other free gifts when you order
00:28:26.720 the winter prep special from My Patriot Supply.
00:28:29.240 Just go to mypatriotsupply.com slash Jack to see if everything included is right for you
00:28:35.760 and your family.
00:28:36.440 Now, this offer will not last long, and neither will the nice fall weather, so go to mypatriotsupply.com
00:28:41.180 slash Jack today.
00:28:43.040 That's mypatriotsupply.com slash Jack.
00:28:45.860 All right, folks, I'm very excited to welcome on, first time here on Human Events Daily,
00:28:49.900 although I've been on his show a number of times, it's Stephen Gardner, the host of the
00:28:53.840 Stephen Gardner Show.
00:28:54.900 What's up, man?
00:28:56.440 Hey, Jack.
00:28:57.100 Good to be with you.
00:28:57.800 Thanks for having me on.
00:28:58.700 Well, you have done some fantastic investigative work on the story of what happened to my good
00:29:07.640 friend, your friend, Charlie Kirk.
00:29:10.440 You actually went to Utah Valley University campus, and you did a lot of gumshoe on the
00:29:17.880 ground reporting there in Utah of what happened to Charlie.
00:29:22.820 You took a lot of the, you know, a lot of the different theories and alternate theories
00:29:27.220 out there, and you really put them to the test.
00:29:29.700 And I think you did a fantastic video that I want everyone to go watch.
00:29:33.940 And before we get into it, I've got a clip of it that I want to play for everyone right
00:29:37.520 now.
00:29:38.100 I'm here at the spot where Tyler Robinson jumps off the roof.
00:29:43.740 I'm here with Gray Hughes Investigates, and he's got this camera that is on a big telescope
00:29:52.980 rod.
00:29:53.600 Yeah, it's an extension.
00:29:54.840 And when you put it up there, what did you see?
00:29:57.820 Well, when you put it up right where he came down, there's actually four fingerprints that
00:30:02.620 drag off, and then another spot where maybe there's a towel or something like that.
00:30:08.380 You know, I don't know what else was there.
00:30:09.380 Maybe his foot was still up there, and then another mark as well.
00:30:11.880 So there's three marks in a really thick dust.
00:30:14.960 And it's still there.
00:30:15.700 It's still there.
00:30:16.840 Okay.
00:30:17.320 I don't know a reason why they would actually get rid of it.
00:30:19.840 Yeah.
00:30:20.360 And he's not going to wipe it away, right?
00:30:21.840 Yeah.
00:30:22.240 It's strange, though.
00:30:23.400 That is strange.
00:30:24.720 Yeah.
00:30:25.160 And then I've got Gary right here from Paramount Tactical.
00:30:29.740 He's just showing his audience the video where they say it's an AI person.
00:30:34.100 I said, it's not AI.
00:30:35.560 The path drops off over there.
00:30:37.800 Yeah, right.
00:30:38.100 Exactly.
00:30:38.700 Yeah.
00:30:38.940 So, Stephen, you're out there.
00:30:44.160 You're looking into all this.
00:30:45.780 These marks on the roof, what are they consistent with?
00:30:49.360 Tell us exactly how you think that fits into the context of what we know and what we've been
00:30:55.120 told about Charlie's murder.
00:30:57.580 Absolutely.
00:30:58.060 So I've been very skeptical with everything that's happened with the FBI.
00:31:03.180 So I'm just trying to use my own brain, my own journalism skills to go and look for cameras, look for evidence, clues to try to back up the narrative that we're being told, but also to make sure that I can hold them accountable with truth.
00:31:18.580 What it looks like is everyone's seen the famous FBI footage where Tyler Robinson is running across the low sea building towards the north.
00:31:28.320 And then he gets down on his legs and he's kind of holding onto the roof and then he jumps off and then he heads off into the wooded area.
00:31:38.660 Well, while I was there looking at how to get on the roof, the time it would take, what cameras would have captured stuff, I was speaking with another investigative journalist.
00:31:51.920 And what you see is when he gets down and he's getting ready to jump off the building, you can see scrapes in the dust that are about 36 to 40 inches long, which is about the length of the barrel of a .30-06 rifle.
00:32:10.680 You also see a handprint where he's trying to let himself down gradually and then he ends up jumping off and running into that wooded area.
00:32:19.760 So although I want to trust the FBI and I believe in Kash Patel, you know, the American people were skeptical with, you know, government lies and cover up.
00:32:30.100 I mean, look at January 6th.
00:32:31.560 It took almost five years to find out that there was over 270 FBI agents in plain clothes in the crowd.
00:32:38.800 So I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this.
00:32:41.600 I want to make sure that if Tyler Robinson is, in fact, the person that jumped off that roof, that this handprint that they say they have, the screwdriver, the gun, the bullet, all of that matches up because Charlie Kirk deserves justice and the American people deserve the truth.
00:33:00.820 Well, and so I want to make sure that we're tying this together.
00:33:05.920 So that handprint that is on that roof, does that line up that you guys uncovered with that?
00:33:12.640 Was that that's that he's using that that stick camera?
00:33:16.380 Does that line up with the video from where we see the individual that they've identified as Tyler Robinson?
00:33:22.380 Yes, and we know that for two reasons.
00:33:25.980 The first time I went out two weeks after Charlie had passed, the FBI actually had a yellow measuring tape that was taped to the cement wall of the Losey building.
00:33:38.860 And I believe that they were measuring the hand to the last bit of that.
00:33:43.620 You can also tell there's a split in the window pane just below this frame when you see him jump off and you can see that it lines up exactly with where he comes off the building.
00:33:57.320 The other thing you'll notice, Jack, is see that dust?
00:34:00.340 There's no other markings on there.
00:34:02.440 The only place that there were markings up and down all of that guttering system is right where Tyler Robinson jumped off.
00:34:10.980 So when I saw this, I was like, wow, OK, that is a huge piece of evidence.
00:34:16.820 And we were told in the paperwork that was submitted for the legal briefing that they have a palm print, that they have fingerprints on a screwdriver.
00:34:28.260 They're going to have the gun.
00:34:30.120 So then what I started doing, I started working with forensic experts to understand ballistics, to understand how they would use x-rays to follow the path of the bullet through Charlie's body, where the bullet was found, how they found the fragments.
00:34:48.840 I'm not an expert in all of this, but I'm really good at asking questions.
00:34:53.540 And I wanted to bring that truth to my audience.
00:34:59.040 Well, and I think this is important, too, because, look, you know, I want to make sure they got the right guy.
00:35:04.920 And if they got the right guy, I want to make sure that this trial goes forward and everything's done by the book and everything's done properly.
00:35:15.120 And, you know, I've been hosting this show as well as others with, in fact, people like my friend Blake Neff, who was standing just a few feet away from where Charlie was sitting.
00:35:25.720 So in the line of fire of this individual, right where you were on, you know, obviously underneath that roof.
00:35:33.580 And, you know, this this all has to be done by the book.
00:35:37.840 And that's something that we absolutely all want.
00:35:40.600 Now, there was another piece of information that you mentioned in your video.
00:35:43.960 That was the sound rings that you were digging into.
00:35:46.880 What was the sound rings?
00:35:49.340 I found another YouTuber who does sound and noise analysis.
00:35:54.860 I can't remember his last name.
00:35:56.380 I believe his first name is Matt.
00:35:57.800 But basically what he did is he took different people's cell phones and the noise and he was able to create a map.
00:36:07.100 And then the map, when you start running it through AI and different software, it'll start using mathematical formulas to pinpoint where the noise came from.
00:36:21.720 And there's there's there were three big rings that went out.
00:36:25.620 And wouldn't you know it, all three, the only time that they cross over is right on the Losey building where we know somebody was laying in a prone position with a rifle and took a shot.
00:36:38.120 Now, from everything that I have seen, it looks like it's it looks like it's the story that the FBI is telling us.
00:36:46.000 So the sound is matching up the direction of the bullet.
00:36:50.820 Sadly, Charlie Kirk takes a tremendous amount of energy from the front.
00:36:56.660 That bullet, you know, destroys his neck, gets lodged in his T1 thoracic vertebrae.
00:37:04.160 But you start lining that up.
00:37:05.900 Now, a couple of big things that were pointed out to me and I started to pick up on this and it was nice to have a forensic expert confirm this.
00:37:13.140 But he said to me, next to the gun and the bullet, the most important piece of evidence against Tyler Robinson will be his cell phone data.
00:37:23.840 Cell phones are able to track you to within a couple of inches of where you are.
00:37:30.080 And we know that we learned this from January 6th.
00:37:32.820 That was the geofencing. We're coming up on a quick break, Stephen.
00:37:35.600 Give me one second because I want to dig into this as well.
00:37:38.260 The cell phone forensic data, sound analysis, bullet analysis and the fingerprints.
00:37:44.740 Actually finding the fingerprints and handprints, the marks on the Losey building.
00:37:49.520 Right back. Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice, Human Events Daily.
00:37:57.580 Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book.
00:38:00.840 Everybody's talking about it. Go get it.
00:38:02.820 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:38:07.140 And we're going to turn it around and make our country cry to get to him.
00:38:10.460 Amen.
00:38:10.720 All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back here.
00:38:15.620 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:17.680 We're talking to Stephen Gardner, the host of the Stephen Gardner Show.
00:38:21.120 He went back to Utah Valley University, the scene of the crime.
00:38:26.000 And we're walking through the evidence, in some cases corroborating the evidence that we've heard regarding the theory and even alternate theories about Charlie Kirk's murder.
00:38:37.520 Stephen Gardner went back to the scene multiple times to track it all down.
00:38:42.840 And so talked about the gun, talked about the bullet, talked about the palm print and handprints that were found on that roof of the Losey building,
00:38:53.060 which are consistent actually in the same spot with the video that were shown, this grainy video that were shown of an individual jumping off.
00:39:01.260 Stephen, where we left off before the break, you were telling us, though, about the cell phone tracking, that forensic cell phone tracking, geofencing data.
00:39:10.260 We know the same exact method of tracking individuals was used in January 6th.
00:39:15.760 They were tracking, did someone go on to the steps?
00:39:18.280 Did they go in?
00:39:19.420 Were they on the lawn?
00:39:20.480 Where were they exactly?
00:39:21.880 And we know that investigators using cell phone data can do this.
00:39:25.680 What did you find regarding that data in this case?
00:39:28.940 So we're going to know with great clarity whether Tyler Robinson was in the Orem area, whether the text messages that many of us have questions about,
00:39:41.640 whether those were sent from Orem to Lance Twigg, was Lance Twigg in southern Utah or was he also in Orem?
00:39:48.660 All of that is going to come out.
00:39:50.940 But the main thing is people are saying, OK, how would he have known, based on this weird terrain, not being a student at this school, how would he have known this?
00:40:01.720 Because I don't believe you could have planned this murder from Google Maps.
00:40:06.700 So they're going to know, based on his cell phone pathway, whether he went on the day before, a couple of weeks before.
00:40:15.440 They'll be able to track all of that.
00:40:17.600 Now, I was told from forensic expert, a forensic expert, Joseph Scott, that they're going to be able to track him from 800 Street down through the tunnel,
00:40:32.060 up around the low-sea building, up the stairs, onto the roof, from the roof out to the roof line, take the shot, jump off the low-sea building, run into the woods.
00:40:42.240 And then I started seeing all of these conspiracy videos that they were able to find him on a little cafe's security system.
00:40:53.320 You can barely see his car, but you can see it.
00:40:55.860 And you had all these conspiracy people saying, how does a guy kill Charlie Kirk and 20 minutes later he's in his car in a parking lot?
00:41:04.360 That's not consistent with what a murderer would do.
00:41:07.620 Well, you don't know how a murderer thinks, right?
00:41:10.480 He might be sitting in that car, amped up on adrenaline.
00:41:13.940 But how did the cafe owner know that he was caught on his security camera?
00:41:19.320 Because unless somebody breaks in, you don't just go review, you know, 24 hours worth of video footage.
00:41:25.680 It's because the FBI tracked him to that location.
00:41:29.060 The next morning, 7.15 a.m., Cedar City Maverick Gas Station.
00:41:34.500 How do they know it's him?
00:41:35.600 He swipes a credit card, and they follow his phone.
00:41:39.060 They know when he goes home.
00:41:40.560 They know if he goes to visit Lance.
00:41:42.360 When he goes over to his parents, they've got all of it, the phone calls, the texting, everything.
00:41:47.460 So this forensic expert, basically Joseph Scott Morgan, he shared with me that next to the gun, the cell phone data is going to be the thing that ties Tyler Robinson directly to the person on that building.
00:42:05.340 And right now, there's a lot of doubt.
00:42:08.020 Oh, I don't know if I can trust the FBI.
00:42:10.120 Well, that geotracking, that geofencing, it's going to tell us where his phone was at all times on that day.
00:42:18.600 Now, there's another piece of this that you mentioned when you were there, and it had to do with the sort of the depth and the scope of the of the area, the amphitheater, where the building is.
00:42:33.320 You were saying that you mentioned Google Maps a second ago, and that's what made me think of this.
00:42:39.120 You said that where Charlie was sitting was actually much deeper than you realized, and the relative height from where Charlie was to the top of the low seat building was a bit higher.
00:42:50.980 Walk us through what you discovered.
00:42:52.040 So the video footage that you guys showed with me and Gary from Paramount Tactical, below us is the Hall of Flags.
00:43:07.620 That's where the first cell phone picked up Tyler Robinson running off the roof.
00:43:11.700 Then below that is where Charlie Kirk was sitting in a pop-up tent, right?
00:43:17.000 So that is an amphitheater that goes up, and then the low-sea building where he shoots from is three stories higher than that.
00:43:26.300 So he's actually about four stories different, maybe four and a half stories different.
00:43:31.820 And so that bullet is coming down at an angle.
00:43:36.340 He's also off to the side about 10 degrees.
00:43:39.820 So that bullet is coming in from high to low and from the side where it ends up crashing into his neck.
00:43:49.740 So, yes, right here you can see Gary.
00:43:52.560 Right below us is the Hall of Flags where somebody's cell phone catches Tyler Robinson running off the roof.
00:44:00.340 So, but until you go to the actual campus, you don't really understand because this particular campus, from an aerial point of view on Google Maps, they have these, like, red square sidewalks.
00:44:17.140 And they all seem like they're on the same level.
00:44:19.900 But some of them might be two stories up.
00:44:22.480 Some of them might be two stories down.
00:44:24.240 And so that really threw me.
00:44:26.880 The first time I went out, I was like, okay, wait a minute.
00:44:29.380 I've been covering this story.
00:44:31.240 I didn't really understand the elevation climb.
00:44:33.840 I didn't understand the topography of the campus.
00:44:38.720 And so, you know, sadly, right where he takes the shot is the very best place to take a shot.
00:44:47.160 You're up and away.
00:44:48.800 You've got a clear line of sight to Charlie Kirk.
00:44:51.780 You've got coverage by the cafeteria building in front of it.
00:44:55.660 And he takes the shot and then runs for his life.
00:44:59.040 But that really threw me.
00:45:01.500 The other thing, when you start looking at the sound analysis, he's shooting down into a bowl.
00:45:07.840 That's why you're picking up echoes.
00:45:09.800 So some people that aren't as sophisticated in their forensic, they say, oh, there was probably two shots.
00:45:16.800 Well, no.
00:45:18.180 It's coming down into this amphitheater bowl.
00:45:20.760 It's picking up an echo.
00:45:22.580 It's also passing through the microphone system there.
00:45:26.180 So when you really clean up all of the audio, it's one shot, then the supersonic boom, and then boom, it hits.
00:45:33.800 And they were able to show all of that.
00:45:35.580 So those rings are coming from the initial sound wave, you know, the sound propagation.
00:45:43.160 But then you also have the secondary and tertiary waves that are hitting off of those other buildings into the bowl of the amphitheater.
00:45:53.620 And you can even see it on this video that you put together.
00:45:55.980 From that angle, it's a very small, very confined space.
00:46:00.320 In fact, I remember going to – when I did my Butler investigation and visited – and I've been to Butler multiple times now – and looked at the site where President Trump had his assassination attempt.
00:46:11.760 You realize it's so much smaller than it just looks on camera.
00:46:14.880 It's so much smaller.
00:46:15.820 I mean, you could run the distance in just a couple of seconds.
00:46:21.020 It's a quick sprint would get you from one side to another.
00:46:24.020 And there's sometimes just videos and Google Maps and satellites.
00:46:27.540 And I know that a lot of like, you know, investigators and researchers go off of that.
00:46:32.680 But when you physically go there for yourself, you just – you see how those angles can play tricks on you.
00:46:38.200 And it's much smaller.
00:46:39.360 By the way, I just wanted to throw out before we run out of time here that what you mentioned about the cell phone tracking data, that reminds me a lot of the Brian Koberger case where – and he killed those sorority girls.
00:46:54.340 But that was a key piece of the evidence because they find his fingerprint on the knife sheath.
00:46:59.820 And then what do they have?
00:47:00.620 They have his cell phone data going back and forth, back and forth past that house, casing it before he went in, getting the pattern of life.
00:47:08.820 Steven, we are just about out of time.
00:47:11.200 Thank you so much for doing this.
00:47:12.520 I hope you continue.
00:47:13.380 Tell everyone where to go to get your video and access to everything you're putting out.
00:47:19.720 If you look up Steven Gardner on YouTube, you will see this face.
00:47:23.920 And I appreciate the opportunity to come on.
00:47:27.600 Steven Gardner on YouTube, yes, you will see that face.
00:47:31.060 And if you can – if you can stand it, if you can stand watching it, you will be able to get some really incredible information.
00:47:37.220 God bless you, man, for doing this.
00:47:39.260 And I appreciate it a lot as I know there's been so many, so many questions about this and everything else.
00:47:45.400 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay a short.
00:47:48.300 Thank you.
00:47:49.200 Thank you.
