00:00:00.000 He randomly assaulted this woman, okay, so badly that they could not even identify her with ID
00:00:07.100 when the police came there. We have 20,000 people dying in our hospital ER waiting rooms every year
00:00:12.960 and we want to import more people and increase immigration more? Have we lost our minds? 0.70
00:00:24.360 I want us to look at in this country who we punish and who we protect.
00:00:27.600 A man who murdered a child in BC just got 60 days of unescorted freedom to take cooking classes.
00:00:34.120 I am not joking you.
00:00:35.460 A woman in Calgary was beaten and raped, put into a wheelchair with permanent brain damage.
00:00:39.640 What did he get? 0.51
00:00:40.560 12 years.
00:00:41.700 The system coddles monsters and consistently abandons the victims.
00:00:47.140 I want you to watch this story.
00:00:48.960 This is not justice.
00:00:50.580 This is the kind of disturbing crime that has haunted this neighborhood for a year.
00:00:53.180 people who live on this street are still very much affected by this traumatic violent sexual assault
00:00:59.040 a woman's lifeless body was discovered hidden in dense bushes she was violently attacked while
00:01:05.140 walking home by a man this is absolutely nuts i want to make it very clear he randomly assaulted
00:01:11.040 this woman okay so badly that they could not even identify her with id when the police came there
00:01:17.840 Okay. She has suffered permanent brain damage. She is never going to be able to walk or to work
00:01:23.600 again. And she was put into a wheelchair. He out of random did this her life. She's been given a
00:01:30.740 life sentence, not to anything that she did. Okay. She's an innocent victim being into the point of
00:01:38.120 death of near death and raped with permanent disabilities, being able to never work again.
00:01:45.000 and he gets 12 years in jail, 12 years in jail.
00:01:50.060 And here's the most heinous part.
00:01:52.560 They don't show his face.
00:01:54.920 They didn't show his face, okay?
00:01:57.260 You know what's gonna happen?
00:01:58.080 He's gonna get out of jail.
00:01:59.220 He's gonna change his name
00:02:00.660 and he's gonna be rid of any consequences.
00:02:04.220 I honestly, when I see these stories,
00:02:05.680 I wonder if something is wrong with me.
00:02:08.300 He has permanently not only destroyed
00:02:10.540 the life of this innocent woman,
00:02:13.200 he has destroyed the family's life and he's destroyed the community and he gets 12 years
00:02:19.280 and by the way that's the sentence he's probably going to get out earlier he's going to change his
00:02:23.340 name and he's going to be able to live the rest of his life for the damage that he caused with
00:02:28.300 no other repercussions maybe i'm out of touch to all the women that watch this video does that 0.99
00:02:34.880 seem like justice does that seem like can you imagine what type of monster that means we're 1.00
00:02:40.480 going to put back onto our streets, randomly targets this woman, rapes her. I need to be
00:02:46.000 clear because rapes her and beats her to an inch of her life. And she was lucky to survive. Lucky 1.00
00:02:54.320 to survive. She was beaten so bad, she didn't recognize her own mother for two weeks. She
00:03:00.900 didn't even recall what happened. Somebody, please help me. Why do we have a government
00:03:07.840 that coddles criminals and continues to disincentivize protecting the victims that 0.91
00:03:16.720 would rather protect the criminals and i say criminals lightly these people are monsters
00:03:21.560 okay i wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemies and and this is what we're doing it's honestly
00:03:27.880 absolutely sickening just so sick now let's go to a story where we go to a whistleblower
00:03:33.720 that's talking about the crimes that are happening
00:03:36.120 that is impacting all Canadians
00:03:38.320 with what's happening with Driscoll Berries.
00:03:41.120 I want you to watch this.
00:03:42.200 They are poisoning us.
00:03:43.660 That is Driscoll's promise.
00:03:45.800 But a whistleblower lawsuit in California
00:03:48.080 alleges the finest berries were not sent to Canada.
00:03:52.060 Instead, millions of pounds of fruit
00:03:53.980 containing non-compliant levels of pesticides
00:03:56.560 crossed the border between 2022 and 2024.
00:04:00.980 And the company tried to cover it up.
00:04:03.220 it's something you start seeing it so regularly and you know that something's not right that
00:04:08.260 you have to speak up we got a hold of several inspections the cfia conducted on driscoll's
00:04:13.300 berries sold in grocery stores across canada and confirmed chemical levels higher than the legal
00:04:19.460 limit here in canada now those chemicals are bifenthrin captain so it's illegal illegal
00:04:26.500 However, the CFIA says the inspections did not lead to recalls or there was a corrective action, and the investigations ended up being closed.
00:04:37.880 This oncologist says the levels of chemicals found in the berries wouldn't make someone sick from eating just a few.
00:04:44.200 In the short term.
00:04:45.320 The problem is the exposure to all other toxins combined over time from food and the environment.
00:04:51.580 Absolutely. So it is the chemical lifetime exposure experience that has to be looked at.
00:04:58.180 Harada alleges all of this happened because in 2022, Driscoll's removed the food safety and compliance tracking system it had for Canada in order to sell more of its fruit.
00:05:09.660 To make more money while they poison us.
00:05:12.140 The time between the last time pesticides were sprayed on the fruit and when it's picked, which allows chemicals to break down, preventing residues from being over the legal limit.
00:05:23.320 He accused Driscoll's of willfully concealing information about the berries' toxicity level and told them the company needed to go public and issue recalls.
00:05:32.900 Even though the company asked Harada to reinstate the system, they didn't go public and he says he was pushed to resign.
00:05:39.740 That's why he sued for unlawful retaliation.
00:05:43.240 In an email to CBC, Driscoll says it cannot comment on the details of Harada's employment
00:05:47.780 due to confidentiality issues.
00:05:50.440 But said in part, Driscoll's remains confident that the complete factual record
00:05:55.320 will demonstrate that it responded correctly to the concerns Mr. Harada raised.
00:05:59.960 I want to be clear with every Canadian.
00:06:02.020 I think this is egregious.
00:06:03.860 The CFIA, our regulator, why have you not launched an investigation?
00:06:08.460 you looked into this and you didn't,
00:06:10.460 even though there was an illegal amount
00:06:12.000 of these toxins and pesticides in these berries?
00:06:15.120 Why have you not taken action?
00:06:17.400 This is unacceptable.
00:06:18.460 Where's the communication?
00:06:19.900 For all Canadians, clearly what we can do
00:06:22.700 is more important than anything that the regulator can do
00:06:24.800 because they're just sitting there on their hands
00:06:26.220 doing nothing.
00:06:27.160 That's why we all need to boycott Driscoll berries.
00:06:30.280 Any of their products that you see, do not buy them.
00:06:33.600 Okay, when I go shopping at the grocery store,
00:06:35.440 I swear to God, I do this.
00:06:36.420 I stand by the Driscoll berries when anyone comes by, and I tell them exactly what's in those berries, and I try to make sure that they go buy something else.
00:06:44.700 This is so disgusting.
00:06:46.540 Can you imagine?
00:06:47.680 This is what a regulator is supposed to be doing.
00:06:50.200 It's supposed to be protecting the Canadian consumer and what we consume.
00:06:54.080 Our children consume this.
00:06:56.740 We all consume these berries, and they're just worried about the short term.
00:07:01.580 This is the other problem.
00:07:03.020 They're worried about, oh, are they going to get sick in the short term to make a big problem about it?
00:07:07.500 Or can we just put enough toxins in there, just barely, that the long-term repercussions,
00:07:12.420 we're going to be long gone by then.
00:07:14.280 Forget the long-term repercussions of all the toxin buildup that is happening.
00:07:18.300 You know what?
00:07:19.000 As long as they're not getting sick by eating a couple of the berries, you know, a couple cases, that's fine.
00:07:23.640 We'll just slowly poison them. 0.98
00:07:26.300 How absolutely disgusting. 0.99
00:07:27.840 Can you imagine the human beings running this company, prioritizing profit over the well-being 0.65
00:07:33.780 and safety of the consumers? These are your own people in your own communities, your own children.
00:07:38.620 Like how unbelievably disgusting. This is why we all can, what can we do? We can make the biggest
00:07:44.960 impact by ourselves. Share this story. Do not buy Driscoll berries. Boycott Driscoll. If we boycott
00:07:52.080 driscoll we can make an impact i promise you the same way that we are the same way that we're
00:07:59.520 boycotting actually tim hortons which is another video i want to play watch this this is the power
00:08:04.620 truly of what canadians can do when we all stand up and stand together for our cause in this case
00:08:10.680 boycotting tim hortons for how they've exploited canadians and exploited this country watch this
00:08:16.060 video tim hortons is crying that some of their locations are going bankrupt because there's
00:08:21.080 been an impact to the temporary foreign worker program in the filings of the bankruptcy it saw
00:08:26.300 some franchisees saw foreign workers account for 60 to 80 percent of their payroll unbelievable
00:08:33.040 so these tim horton franchisees are going bankrupt and in these disclosures 60 to 80 percent are
00:08:39.680 still temporary foreign workers this is the same tim hortons by the way that tells you all they're
00:08:44.140 hiring canadian now we are hiring canadian absolutely right they are not they have been
00:08:50.000 is taking advantage. Again, this is a corporation. I've been covering this for a long time. I've been
00:08:53.640 boycotting Tim Hortons for years now. This makes me sick. They use our image as Canadians as a
00:09:01.600 front to support their business when at the same time, these two-faced, oh my God, I can't even 1.00
00:09:08.140 describe them, are actually destroying the communities in which they serve. They're not 0.89
00:09:12.580 supporting our communities. They're not supporting Canadians. They are using modern day slave labor 0.99
00:09:18.780 through the temporary foreign worker program 0.81
00:09:21.040 to boost their profits and boost their bottom line.
00:09:24.860 That is why Canadians are no longer going to Tim Hortons
00:09:27.920 and that is why we're all boycotting them.
00:09:30.080 Unbelievably shameful practices.
00:09:31.860 And by the way, forget about all this stuff
00:09:34.080 about the boycott and what they're doing in their practices. 1.00
00:09:36.500 They just have shit product. 0.99
00:09:38.180 Have you been to a Tim Hortons recently? 1.00
00:09:40.720 Have you seen how disgusting it is? 0.92
00:09:42.840 It's actually disgusting. 0.87
00:09:45.460 It is gross. 0.61
00:09:46.120 I go into it. 0.91
00:09:46.700 If I went back before my boycott to a Tim Hortons, so gross, so nasty.
00:09:53.960 Flies are everywhere on the food.
00:09:55.680 First off, the hygiene is not there whatsoever, so number one, okay? 1.00
00:09:59.680 But then the products are shit. 1.00
00:10:01.840 The products are crap. 1.00
00:10:03.300 Their coffee tastes like dog water. 1.00
00:10:06.340 Their coffee literally tastes like dog water.
00:10:08.480 The donuts are not the same.
00:10:10.720 They're, like, selling all these assortment of products now 0.99
00:10:13.360 with this massive product line of pizzas and this, and it's all shit. 0.99
00:10:16.700 I honestly, for your own well-being, you should not be eating this. 1.00
00:10:21.040 You shouldn't have your friends or your family eat this garbage that they give you. 0.98
00:10:25.280 And it's so painful to see because Tim Hortons used to represent Canada 0.98
00:10:29.840 in a way that would help support their communities, right?
00:10:32.760 But now they've become this evil corporation that have just used the name
00:10:38.360 and the facade of what Canada looks like internationally.
00:10:41.420 I remember when I went to Dubai, they had a Tim Hortons in Dubai.
00:10:45.240 The Canadian flag is everywhere.
00:10:47.880 They're just, they're basically taking Canada and marketing it,
00:10:51.100 but then they're doing opposite of all those values that they market. 0.92
00:10:54.500 Like truly a disgusting company.
00:10:57.280 I will never, ever go to a Tim Warren's again. 0.98
00:10:59.900 I can't wait for Dunkin' Donuts to come in and completely destroy them.
00:11:04.340 My message to Dunkin' Donuts, if you come in, support your local communities, 0.99
00:11:08.760 have a great product, okay, hire Canadians, hire locals,
00:11:12.580 and give them proper wages and benefits.
00:11:16.180 I promise you Canadians will flock to you.
00:11:19.260 I give you this promise. 0.95
00:11:20.820 If you do that, I will personally advertise you for free.
00:11:24.440 I will keep calling you out.
00:11:25.480 I'll keep telling people to go there,
00:11:26.940 but I will also advertise people.
00:11:29.980 Go to your small businesses.
00:11:31.720 Go to your local coffee shops, okay?
00:11:33.600 That's where I go now.
00:11:34.660 I go to all my local coffee shops.
00:11:36.480 These are people that actually care for you.
00:11:39.200 They're actually people, local business owners
00:11:41.080 in the community that want to support their community
00:11:43.560 and at the same time make a business and they care
00:11:45.640 and they have much better products, okay?
00:11:47.960 Much better products than what Tim Hortons is giving.
00:11:50.380 Please, for the love of God, stand up in this boycott.
00:11:53.500 Do what is right because we need to send a message
00:11:56.160 and we can only send that message when we're all together.
00:11:59.360 Just like how we share these perspectives and stories,
00:12:02.280 it's incredible what we can do together.
00:12:04.580 We just all have to stand firm.
00:12:05.820 It's that one thing that we can all do.
00:12:07.940 Boycott Tim Hortons.
00:12:09.660 Stand firm on Canadian values
00:12:11.440 and businesses that treat our communities with respect
00:12:14.320 instead of maximizing profitability
00:12:16.840 at the destruction of our youth
00:12:20.020 and the future of our youth,
00:12:21.320 at the destruction of our communities,
00:12:23.620 and by just optimizing and using modern-day slave labor
00:12:26.940 to make an extra buck. 0.99
00:12:28.860 Just so pathetic. 1.00
00:12:30.240 My God. 0.99
00:12:31.460 Now, we talk about this. 0.99
00:12:34.100 We talk about temporary foreign workers. 0.64
00:12:35.680 We think we have this huge issue. 0.96
00:12:36.880 We do have this huge issue, okay, in this country.
00:12:39.040 because obviously what we've seen is the government say, hey, population has been declining all of
00:12:45.020 these months for the first half of 2026. All this liberal government has said, hey, the population
00:12:49.800 is declining. The population is declining. But the revisions have come in. That was all a lie.
00:12:56.180 I want the team to put up this chart. OK, this is the chart. They said, look at the population.
00:13:00.540 They've been saying it's been going down this entire time. But the revisions have come in
00:13:05.320 and the population has only been increasing they have miscounted significantly about 300 000 people
00:13:12.700 look at this this is insane and guess what on top of all this insanity our hospitals are breaking
00:13:19.000 down infrastructure can't support it economy is in a tailspin we're not growing we don't have jobs
00:13:24.120 and so what what does the liberal government want to do well i want you to listen to mark
00:13:29.400 carney for a second i can't believe this i want you to listen to this video this is breaking news
00:13:34.100 Mark Carney is now suggesting that immigration increases are on the horizon in a New York Times
00:13:39.440 interview. He says that Canada's immigration system is back under control. And the question
00:13:43.640 is now when to begin a controlled increase of the country's population. So that will happen.
00:13:49.560 And we just want to make sure that we've got it under control. Well, let me tell you something.
00:13:53.860 They actually don't have it under control because they've been telling you for months,
00:13:57.500 for months that immigration and our population has been going down. This was their estimate.
00:14:02.580 but did you know we actually don't actually count these numbers properly and revisions come in and
00:14:08.320 ever since the revised numbers come in it was all a lie none of our population was actually
00:14:14.100 decreasing it was actually increasing this entire time and now he wants to increase it further
00:14:19.060 wow just wow i i how could you just not even laugh guys we have 20 000 people this is not a laughing
00:14:29.100 matter. I don't want to smile for this or laugh. We have 20,000 people dying in our hospital ER
00:14:34.120 waiting rooms every year. And we want to import more people and increase immigration more.
00:14:43.060 Have we lost our minds? But we all know why he's doing this, of course, because Canada is a
00:14:48.400 service-based economy. The more people you have, because again, our economy is flatlined. The more
00:14:53.820 people that you have coming in, the more growth happens. And for his oligopoly and monopoly
00:14:59.540 friends who own the major businesses, the services, the telecoms, the food chains, the grocery stores,
00:15:05.020 millions more people, hundreds of thousands of more people means more money, means lower wages
00:15:10.120 and more money. Cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. This is the only way that this liberal government
00:15:15.720 knows how to grow the Canadian economy, not by investing in innovation, not by unlocking our
00:15:20.780 resources, not by unlocking growth in those aspects, but through the Ponzi scheme of mass
00:15:26.060 immigration. Just keep bringing the people in, even though hospitals can't support them, even 0.64
00:15:30.540 though our roads are crumbling, even though we don't have the jobs for them. Let's just bring
00:15:34.600 them in, baby, because nothing is more important than the dollar. Nothing, not your quality of
00:15:41.980 life, not your children's future, none of it, because we have to hold up this facade that we're
00:15:48.020 growing, right? We have to, or otherwise people are going to rip into him and he's going to lose
00:15:52.980 power. So the best way to do it is say, Hey, you know what? We're going to bring in more people.
00:15:58.740 We're going to bring in more people. How many more people need to die is my question. Hey,
00:16:02.660 for the liberal and NDP supporters, tell me, is it 40,000 people that need to die waiting in
00:16:07.220 emergency rooms? You know, how many more homeless people do we need to have? We have over 2 million
00:16:12.040 people relying on food banks in this country. Do we need 4 million? We have over 220,000 people
00:16:17.740 homeless on the streets? Do we need more people homeless? How many more people do we need
00:16:22.460 homeless? Have we lost our goddamn minds? All for more money, you sickos. All for more money. 1.00
00:16:33.300 All for more money. While people continue to suffer because the rich need to get richer.
00:16:39.380 And this is the unfortunate part. Look, we can go advocate for what we need to change in this
00:16:43.740 country. But the reality is, in this majority of a liberal government, the truth is the rat race is
00:16:49.680 only going to accelerate exponentially. So I want everyone to be clear here, as you build a life in
00:16:55.440 Canada, or you try to build a life in Canada, the rich are only going to get richer exponentially
00:17:00.340 quicker, there's going to be a shit ton more poor people, and they're going to become poorer,
00:17:06.340 slowly poorer, just like our quality of life, our GDP per capita has been basically going down for
00:17:11.560 10 years straight. I need to make it clear. This is how they do it, right? Without instigating the
00:17:16.480 sheep to wake up, slowly make everybody poor, slowly over time, bring in millions more people,
00:17:25.040 slowly reduce the quality of life while their rich friends get a lot more wealthier and richer. 0.99
00:17:30.960 This is disgusting and sick. And it's causing for so many problems across our society, 0.86
00:17:35.160 like the fentanyl and drug crisis. Let's talk about that. We want to talk about all these
00:17:39.220 problems i want you the problem is so bad it's not just people and canadians overdosing and being
00:17:46.320 the leading cause of death in this country through opioids and all these other drugs 0.96
00:17:50.100 our goddamn animals are dying i want you to watch this i when i saw this story i could not even i 0.98
00:17:55.180 couldn't believe it watch this is not a joke prince george british columbia has been giving 0.99
00:17:59.780 life-saving naloxone or narcan to crows found unconscious in the street volunteers think these
00:18:06.120 birds have ingested toxic drugs that were left outdoors the crow rescue society has posted videos
00:18:12.080 online showing their volunteers administering naloxone to the unresponsive crows through the
00:18:17.860 nostrils on the beaks of the birds within hours birds are back up on their feet and eventually
00:18:23.260 are released now naloxone normally given to drug users who have been poisoned by opioids
00:18:28.300 the society says it's seen a sharp increase in the number of crows needing treatment this year
00:18:33.760 I don't know what other story needs to be put out. 1.00
00:18:37.040 Like our goddamn crows are overdosing on the drugs that are put out on our streets in British Columbia. 0.99
00:18:44.600 Like, is that not the wake up call for all of us? 0.99
00:18:49.280 Like when you go down Vancouver, downtown, you go to our major cities, people are just openly doing all these drugs because this NDP government in BC decriminalized it.
00:18:59.260 Okay.
00:18:59.780 And possession.
00:19:00.540 These people, anyone, you all walk downtown.
00:19:03.200 You walk downtown.
00:19:03.760 people are just doing crack. People are just doing meth. They're just doing it on the streets
00:19:09.140 everywhere in front of children, families walking by. And these poor crows, they're picking at the
00:19:14.560 garbage and there's freaking crack and meth and fentanyl mixed in and they're freaking dying. 0.98
00:19:20.420 People are trying to save them. We've lost our minds. We've lost our minds. And this is all 0.99
00:19:27.100 going to continue to compound by bringing in even more people in a country that can't support them
00:19:31.800 for to to make more money like holy god my god we have a huge problem in this country
00:19:38.740 and specifically in british columbia by the way we're in an election now david eby by the way 0.92
00:19:43.360 david eby this greedy power hungry fool it's called an election the polls and british columbians 0.83
00:19:49.440 are waking up okay he's going to cost this province a hundred million dollars even though 0.95
00:19:53.520 the deficit is nearly tripled okay a hundred million dollars so they can hold more power
00:19:58.620 even though he's already had a majority.
00:20:01.040 And the first thing that he does,
00:20:02.660 he doesn't talk about the issues of the drug crisis.
00:20:04.940 No, immediately he gets up on the mic.
00:20:07.080 He looks at all Canadians and says,
00:20:08.740 we are in a battle with the bad orange man. 0.82
00:20:12.020 This is the time to fight the bad orange man. 0.66
00:20:14.760 Doesn't talk about anything
00:20:15.780 about what's happening in British Columbia.
00:20:17.720 Doesn't talk about the issues and what he's done.
00:20:19.900 Don't hold him accountable on his record.
00:20:21.780 Guys, see this?
00:20:22.760 I got a big orange for you to look at.
00:20:25.620 Okay, imagine this is Donald Trump's face.
00:20:27.680 Look at this guy.
00:20:28.620 vote for me because i'm gonna take liquor off the stores just focus on this don't focus on 0.99
00:20:34.500 anything else focus on the big bad orange man holy god absolutely pathetic like we need to stop this 0.99
00:20:43.300 okay drugs should not be openly taken on the streets do you do like we've lost our minds 0.99
00:20:51.420 with the suicidal empathy these people need real help they don't need to be given proper straws
00:20:57.080 to sniff or clean needles to inject themselves with
00:21:00.680 on the streets in front of our children.
00:21:03.380 We need real compassion and care
00:21:05.400 and what this NDP government has done.
00:21:07.720 And they backtracked on a bunch of their policies
00:21:09.460 because it was so crazy,
00:21:11.360 but they haven't backtracked on it all.
00:21:13.380 And we need to hold them accountable.
00:21:14.600 So for all the British Columbians that are watching this,
00:21:18.620 vote this government out.
00:21:21.180 Hold them accountable
00:21:22.480 for what they've done to this province.
00:21:25.140 Just insane.
00:21:26.100 and forget about our people.
00:21:28.300 Hey, where are all the environmentalists
00:21:30.020 and the animal lovers,
00:21:32.000 the people that speak for protecting the animals?
00:21:35.080 What kind of like world are we living in that crows,
00:21:38.140 and crows are smart creatures, by the way.
00:21:40.060 If you don't know how smart they are,
00:21:41.040 they're actually incredibly smart.
00:21:42.480 They can actually hold a grudge against you, okay?
00:21:44.960 I hope these crows, when they recover
00:21:46.600 from ODing on all these drugs,
00:21:49.940 I hope they go look for David Eby. 1.00
00:21:52.420 And I hope a murder of those crows get over him. 0.99
00:21:54.720 they call it a murder of crows. I don't condone murdering anybody. Just to be clear, that was a 0.94
00:21:59.240 joke. Don't want David Aby to come and try to cancel me because of a joke of a, it's called
00:22:03.600 a murder of crows, but they do take revenge. They remember when you mess up with them. I hope these
00:22:09.560 crows remember. I seriously do. Just insane. Just absolutely insane. But you know what? There is
00:22:16.520 one premiere. Let's talk about a good news story. Let's talk about that. But there's one good news
00:22:21.200 story because there seemingly is one premiere that has common sense in this country one premiere 1.00
00:22:26.180 that i've met with multiple times that i adore i love because she has a bigger set of balls than
00:22:32.660 any of the male premieres that we have in this country to do the right thing to protect our
00:22:37.100 country and to stand for canadian values and that premiere is danielle smith i want you to watch
00:22:41.980 this video of her tackling the illegal dumping crisis that we've all been talking about tackling
00:22:48.920 it in a way, and obviously listening to our constituents to go ahead and protect our beautiful
00:22:54.020 country. Watch this video. God bless Danielle Smith. There have been a number of high-profile
00:22:57.680 cases reported recently, but for every instance that makes headlines, countless more happen
00:23:02.960 outside of the public's attention. We know how frustrated Albertans are by this issue. I've
00:23:08.220 heard from people across the province, including many who have emailed me directly calling for
00:23:12.680 action, and that's exactly what we'll be delivering this fall. Clearly, the existing penalties that
00:23:18.340 are on the books haven't been enough of a deterrent for a growing number of individuals who feel 0.95
00:23:23.820 entitled to treat Alberta as their personal garbage dump. That's right. Well let me be perfectly clear 0.96
00:23:28.400 the days of leaving other people to clean up the mess and cover the costs and the days of getting
00:23:33.540 a slap on the wrist for this careless action if they get caught they're over. Those who make the
00:23:38.820 mess should bear the consequences for it. Yes. And that's why I'm announcing that this fall Alberta's
00:23:43.280 government will introduce legislative changes that will strengthen penalties for illegal dumping in
00:23:47.680 our province. If passed, fines for individuals could range from $10,000 to start up to $100,000.
00:23:55.420 And fines for corporations could range from $100,000 to start to $1 million.
00:24:00.920 The courts would also have the authority to impose jail sentences of a minimum of 30 days
00:24:06.360 to a maximum of six months. The changes would also improve provincial oversight over waste
00:24:11.240 transfer and storage facilities that represent a higher risk of becoming a community nuisance
00:24:15.860 or worse if managed poorly the bottom line is this these changes will strengthen accountability
00:24:22.080 support responsible businesses and help to ensure the pristine beauty of our province remains a
00:24:27.960 point of pride you know what i want to give a tip of my hat to danielle smith obviously listening
00:24:31.960 to her constituents to be honest with you we're celebrating this like it's uh it's like a miracle
00:24:36.760 when to be honest with you this is like common sense i am shocked that none of our other premieres
00:24:41.840 our government leaders have not addressed this other than danielle smith so i want to celebrate
00:24:47.040 her at the same time i want to point the light to like why is this not something that's being done
00:24:52.040 across the country in every single province it's literally common sense but we have we're going to
00:24:57.140 celebrate danielle smith who i love that she's doing this like she has done something remarkable
00:25:02.320 like this is like incredible like like but it's like common sense so i want to make that very
00:25:08.700 clear this should be across every single province this should be across this entire country to
00:25:12.580 protect our nature our green spaces in our lakes from these illegal dumpers now i do think that
00:25:17.220 these are strong and i think it's going to make an impact so god bless alberta god bless you guys
00:25:21.980 are going to actually now be protected from the your beauty and your land and your backyard and
00:25:26.280 the space that you share with your family and neighbors and canadians all around is going to
00:25:29.980 be much more protected because i think these fines and the jail sentence is going to be enough but
00:25:34.700 I will say, you know, I hope Danielle Smith listens to this. I really believe to really
00:25:39.880 ground this entire package together to get the outcomes that she wants and that we all want,
00:25:44.460 which is to protect our beautiful nature, to stop this illegal dumping. We should look at Singapore
00:25:48.720 and public shaming is a big aspect of that, right? Where we mandate them to do community service,
00:25:54.200 clean up their own mess and pay for the remediation for their own mess. I think if we do that,
00:25:58.980 that would be the cherry on the top to everything that she's trying to deliver. But look, I want to
00:26:02.580 applause her because clearly it takes somebody brave enough in this insane government and our
00:26:08.680 leaders who are obviously disconnected from reality to go do something like this. So bravo,
00:26:13.020 but we need this across the entire country and we need more of this. And I hope this sends a
00:26:18.300 message to all the people that disrespect our nature, green spaces, and our backyards to stop
00:26:23.920 doing this. Okay. And I hope that she holds them accountable. And I hope these laws are enforced
00:26:28.440 to the full letter of the law.
00:26:30.520 And I hope this puts on notice to all the people
00:26:32.660 that disrespect our country, disrespect our nature,
00:26:35.520 and disrespect our people by dumping and trashing
00:26:38.320 and vandalizing our most beautiful, sacred places
00:26:40.680 that we have in this country.
00:26:42.440 So bravo, Danielle Smith.
00:26:43.820 And bravo to all of you, all of my followers,
00:26:48.180 everyone that's been watching, sharing these videos,
00:26:50.400 sharing these stories.
00:26:51.100 You know why this is all happening?
00:26:52.640 It's because all of us have been pressing the government
00:26:56.340 by sharing it on social media,
00:26:58.440 driving awareness of these issues, talking about them, that people can't ignore it,
00:27:02.980 except the psychopathic other premieres and leaders that obviously still continue to ignore it.
00:27:08.000 But at least this is showing that we can make a difference online with social media
00:27:11.180 by bringing our voices together.
00:27:13.260 We've seen this in countless of things, countless of the stories you've been following me,
00:27:16.680 whether that's acting and putting pressure on the police to go arrest people,
00:27:21.560 whether that's Danielle Smith doing this, whether that's Parks Canada enforcing
00:27:24.640 and getting the cleaning done of the graffiti
00:27:26.420 that happened at the park and waterfalls.
00:27:29.000 Or if that's us boycotting Tim Hortons
00:27:31.200 and boycotting Driscoll.
00:27:32.680 The beauty of all of this,
00:27:34.060 and this is why I'm so proud
00:27:35.180 and I feel honored to be one of the faces
00:27:37.480 that represents all of you,
00:27:39.480 all of us in our shared perspectives
00:27:41.080 to get the country to a place
00:27:43.720 that we believe it should be,
00:27:44.860 to start going in the right direction
00:27:46.320 with our shared common sense perspectives.
00:27:50.400 I'd like to think that I'm sitting here
00:27:52.040 saying something groundbreaking to all of you,
00:27:54.240 but you're watching this because it's common sense it's not groundbreaking but we have to go
00:27:59.280 and speak this uh like stuff that honestly a grade school kid would like understand immediately
00:28:05.580 we have to speak to that to the adults that are apparently running this country so i want to say
00:28:10.100 thank you all for all of your support i genuinely meet it from the bottom of my heart i do this and
00:28:14.860 you watch these videos and you share because you care you care about where our country is going
00:28:18.740 what we want to leave for our children i have a three-year-old daughter i want to leave her a
00:28:21.500 better country. I want to leave her a cleaner country, cleaner in terms of our parks and
00:28:26.160 cleaner on our streets, something that's safe for them to live in. I want that for all of our
00:28:30.400 children. I want that for you and your families. I want that for every future Canadian that comes
00:28:34.440 into this country or is born here to have that Canadian dream. That Canadian dream isn't with
00:28:39.680 our parks covered in graffiti and trash. So again, I want to thank you. If you haven't already,
