00:02:14.120 Alright, so this story starts with Mark Carney's New York Times interview,

00:02:18.060 when he said that he is opening the door to increasing Canada's immigration levels.

00:02:22.760 That immigration is a core pillar of Canada.

00:02:26.480 He said it's the nature of Canada.

00:02:28.340 And he said that it will happen.

00:02:30.420 The implication, of course, is that Canada's immigration system, according to the Prime Minister,

00:02:35.320 has already been put under control, that the issues, the rampant fraud, the abuse of our

00:02:41.040 immigration system and of our country is now under control. But obviously it isn't. And anyone with

00:02:46.300 a set of eyes can see it. For example, for the last several months, the federal government has

00:02:52.480 been telling Canadians that Canada's population has actually been decreasing. For the first time

00:02:58.740 in our history, our population was decreasing, they told us. Well, it turns out obviously that

00:03:03.520 was a lie because the latest stats canada numbers show that canada's population was increasing now

00:03:09.260 granted to give them credit canada's population has been increasing at a remarkably slow pace

00:03:15.040 the slowest pace in over 100 years but they didn't tell us the truth did they the first time

00:03:21.020 the numbers they were pushing out were wrong canada's population grew at 0.5 percent 0.94

00:03:27.160 now the declines which are worth praise are with the non-permanent resident population

00:03:33.280 a decline of 150,000 people, more than 150,000 people actually. According to Statistics Canada,

00:03:40.600 the population of non-permanent residents in Canada right now is over 2.7 million people.

00:03:46.680 And during 2025-2026, Canada accepted 368,000 new permanent residents, permanent immigration.

00:03:55.180 That is a decline for the fourth consecutive year. And to give you an idea, that was the first time

00:04:00.720 that permanent immigration to Canada fell below 400,000 since 2021-2022, just to give you some

00:04:08.340 perspective of the insane numbers we were dealing with under the Trudeau wave. But look, the right

00:04:13.740 tone on this isn't to say, well, the numbers decreased, therefore we should be proud of the

00:04:19.040 government. They're doing the job we told them to do. The numbers aren't decreasing nearly enough.

00:04:23.720 The numbers are far too high. And again, all you have to do is spend some time in a major Canadian

00:04:29.880 city. Or maybe you're a young Canadian looking for a job. We still have completely absurd job

00:04:35.280 fare lineups like we saw at a Costco recently. Hundreds of eager job applicants lined up

00:04:41.160 Wednesday to try their luck at Costco's 200 part-time jobs. There was a long queue stretching

00:04:47.340 from the Serbian center all the way to the Rona parking lot on Tickamsee Road East. Many lined up

00:04:53.740 as early as 5 a.m waiting for an interview there were all sorts of job applicants in line

00:05:00.860 from recent graduates to people seeking an additional income to support their families

00:06:25.380 He wrote a screed on Truth Social about Canada having open borders mass immigration 0.87

00:06:33.260 And obviously, the consequences of that post were to change public opinion in Canada 0.64

00:06:39.000 towards favoring immigration.

00:06:41.020 on this show on ratioed throughout 2023 and 2024 and others across the independent media space

00:06:49.580 we work tirelessly to influence the public opinion on immigration and it worked Canadians do not favor

00:06:57.180 immigration even immigrants in Canada supported lower immigration levels possibly the worst thing

00:07:03.340 that could have happened for this was to have Donald Trump criticize Canadian immigration

00:07:07.940 that's only going to motivate the far left and pro-immigration advocates to boost their message

00:07:13.520 to say we're going to increase immigration to stick it to Donald Trump. So of course Canada's

00:07:18.920 foreign minister Anita Anand went out on CBC and praised Canada's immigration. I will say

00:07:25.780 as a general matter that immigration levels over the years have led to increased Canadian

00:07:34.180 prosperity especially from an economic standpoint but at this time is certainly since 2024 we've

00:07:42.240 taken the step of ensuring that there is a calibration a stability between the levels of

00:07:49.840 immigration and the services that are available to all Canadians. A couple of other strange

00:07:56.120 population related stories have come across our news desks here at Juno News which indicate the

00:08:02.720 Canadian government really doesn't have immigration under control, or for that matter, population

00:08:07.700 under control. For example, just a few days ago, New Brunswick's population miscalculated 17,000

00:08:16.320 people. And why this matters is that it turned what appeared to be a New Brunswick population

00:08:22.380 decline into an increase. And the reason these numbers were revised was because Canada Border

00:08:29.300 Services Agency had revised their tracking system regarding non-permanent residents leaving Canada

00:08:36.280 at the end of their expired visas and whether or not they actually did leave the country,

00:08:40.540 which tells you that if that was a federal miscalculation, the population increase for

00:08:46.640 Canada could be way different and way higher than estimated. That's why we went from the alleged

00:08:52.760 population decrease into a slight increase. But I'm of the belief that the numbers are probably

00:08:58.340 far higher now keep in mind when the liberals came to power canada's population was at 35 million

00:09:06.020 that was in 2015 today it's at over 41 million so over 10 years it went from 35 to 41 million

00:09:12.340 now on the deportation front we have some further bad news the federal government and cbsa were

00:09:19.220 heralding their deportation efforts they were recently saying they had hit record highs they

00:09:23.700 they had a record high number of deportations in 2025 with 23,000 deportations. They were saying

00:09:31.260 that their current pace of about 400 deportations per week was on pace to exceed last year's record.

00:09:38.100 Well, I have some bad news on that front because if you look at the latest numbers,

00:09:41.940 August deportations were down to 1,600. In July, they were at 1,800. If you take the average of

00:09:50.300 monthly deportations from January to August, you come up with a number at roughly 1,800.

00:09:57.080 It's about 1,862. If the CBSA maintains that average for deportations, Canada's 2026 deportations

00:10:05.720 will be lower than 2025. It'll be 22,000 people. As we all know by now, there are roughly 500,000

00:10:14.480 illegals living in Canada. And we are removing 23 and 22,000 a year. Look, if Canada is going to

00:10:21.740 be serious about deportations, the numbers have to go from 400 a week to 4,000 a week.

00:10:27.500 And I have a theory about this. Arguably the best way to do this is to do it very quietly.

00:10:34.260 The government shouldn't advertise that they're increasing deportations. They shouldn't make a

00:10:38.220 big deal of it. They should not telegraph to activists where and when deportation agents

00:10:42.980 are going to show up and raid individuals and raid organizations. It should be done quietly

00:10:47.900 behind everyone's backs, and then they should release the numbers once it's all done.

00:10:53.240 The issue in the United States is that the federal government there and Donald Trump

00:10:56.900 are advertising where and when they're going to conduct these raids. They're telling the activists

00:11:01.460 and the supporters when this is going to happen, making it very politically unpopular. The best

00:11:05.740 way to do this will be to do it on the down low. Keep it quiet. We also have another story regarding

00:11:10.300 Tim Hortons. Because it turns out that several of these now bankrupt Tim Hortons franchises

00:11:17.000 in southern Ontario were hiring up to 80 to 90% temporary foreign workers. What a surprise. I

00:11:24.860 know you're shocked. Can't believe it, can you? Tim Hortons coffee shops just turning into a factory

00:11:30.820 for temporary foreign workers. When those jobs should not be going to temporary foreign workers, 0.84

00:11:35.700 whose job should be going to Canadians. I've got to say it's very demoralizing because as you know 1.00

00:11:41.020 as any loyal viewer of this program would know immigration became the hottest topic of the show.

00:11:47.920 We were really working on this story. We have been working to change public opinion. We have been

00:11:52.820 working to get to where we are today and I think actually a lot of the credit for changing the

00:11:58.200 public opinion should go to independent conservative media. We were the first ones to report on this

00:12:03.400 and truly make it a national story we're about to watch all that get wiped away we're about to watch

00:12:09.680 the story completely change for a number of factors obviously ideological connection and

00:12:17.720 belief that immigration somehow makes canada far better that it is immigration that is the sole

00:12:23.060 reason canada can succeed that's how the liberals think and that's why we're going to get to where

00:12:27.760 we are also canadians aren't having enough children and so what happens with that is

00:12:32.360 it sends a signal to the federal government that we need to increase Canada's youth population

00:12:37.600 because Canada's youth population actually is decreasing because we're removing a lot of these

00:12:42.720 non-permanent residents. The old population, the seniors, are increasing. The federal government

00:12:48.060 can't just force Canadians to have more children, and so their only recourse is to increase the 0.92

00:12:52.200 population through immigration. So here's my request to politicians in Ottawa, the Conservative

00:12:58.340 party. This is your chance. They're already capitalizing on the story and good for them for

00:13:03.140 doing so. They can't allow this to happen. Canadians across the country, Canadians with

00:13:10.540 young adult children who are trying to break into the job market. You all know who you are.

00:13:16.680 And if it's not you, it's likely your friends who are struggling with this issue for their kids.

00:13:20.860 this story can't go away it is the issue upon which canada's domestic issues stem from

00:13:30.600 it is responsible for our housing crisis it is responsible for the unemployment everyone who

00:13:37.660 was pushing that narrative years ago was told that they were conspiracy theorists was well

00:13:42.160 they were jumping to conclusions well now that's mainstream accepted immigration in canada is the

00:13:47.660 It is the issue upon which almost all of Canada's domestic problems stem from.

00:13:54.020 And so for the federal government now to turn back on the taps

00:13:56.620 would be a colossal betrayal of the Canadian people.
