JustPearlyThings - Modern Women Try To Shame Sneako

00:00:00.000 Because the girl feels like she was discriminated because of her gender doesn't mean that she was and that's the big problem of

00:00:05.640 This generation is we don't know how to differentiate between what we're feeling and what's actually reality 0.60

00:00:10.020 Like I get that's what they're feeling, but right now I'm feeling like a dog. Am I a dog? No, exactly

00:00:15.480 So we have to learn to differentiate between what we're feeling and what's actually fat and what we need to do 0.99

00:00:19.560 That by calling people stupid or saying that they're acting like dickheads when they are like if someone says you're vibrating with 1.00

00:00:24.840 Misogyny that should be called stupid like respectfully like that. That was a stupid thing to say 1.00

00:00:29.440 It's an analogy. It's a figure of speech as well. Don't be so mean. What's the analogy? 1.00

00:00:33.580 The analogy is basically saying you're coming a bit aggressive. Your energy is coming a bit tense. I even felt it

00:00:37.980 So I reworded what she said. Tense and misogynistic

00:00:41.760 No, I know, but I reworded it for her. So it's not about to call someone stupid and you can help them 0.99

00:00:46.860 It wasn't a figure of speech. The accusation was real. And I stand on it 0.98

00:00:49.340 Yeah, and that's fine. She does stand on it. So you're trying to justify it. I tried to be a sister

00:00:52.780 And that's my point. Like we need to call that stupid when people say stupid things like that 1.00

00:00:56.920 And what do those accusations do? I mean, you know sneaker is a bit different because I mean his his industry is to get cancelled 1.00

00:01:02.580 but

00:01:02.900 In a way, but it's like for the average person that you label them that that could ruin their entire career

00:01:09.740 Yeah

00:01:10.040 It's a bit like it's a bit like using the term creepy, isn't it? And then it's sort of like if a woman calls a guy creepy

00:01:14.300 Just the fact that she said it is it's believed because she she says I felt that he was creepy

00:01:20.000 So it's like, oh, right

00:01:20.740 Okay, so therefore he was creepy because you're saying you felt like that

00:01:23.700 But where's the where's the sort of foundational truth of that statement, right?

00:01:27.640 And it's like saying vibrating with misogyny. Okay. Well, okay. It was tense, but we're in a debate, right?

00:01:32.920 So what's the misogynistic element of that? They were just having a debate

00:01:36.680 Because why is he looking at her as an op?

00:01:39.920 Just because she's a girl 0.76

00:01:41.280 If there was four guys sitting on the couch and they were making the same point

00:01:48.440 That's what a debate is

00:01:49.220 If we have different points of view, we are disagreeing

00:01:52.320 But you don't know me, so don't go against me because we could actually agree on things

00:01:56.240 That's the whole point

00:01:57.120 Yeah, but don't go against me gender-based

00:01:59.180 I don't like that. That's given misogyny

00:02:00.720 That was my...

00:02:02.000 That was the vibe

00:02:02.940 I don't know if it was off of gender. I'm sorry

00:02:05.400 It's just a debate

00:02:06.120 It was just different opinions

00:02:07.760 It has nothing to do with womanhood 1.00

00:02:10.080 It was what you said

00:02:10.940 That's why you get cancelled

00:02:11.920 Because your boundaries of aggressive tonality in the way you speak

00:02:18.680 You don't quite understand

00:02:20.020 That's not true

00:02:20.740 Maybe you understand, but you monetize off of it, which is a good thing

00:02:23.620 I got cancelled for talking about COVID in the election

00:02:25.420 It had nothing to do with vibrating misogyny

00:02:27.420 I don't know. You feel a little bit aggressive. I'm not going to lie

00:02:30.320 Someone said something along the lines of don't go against me

00:02:33.140 Isn't this a debate? Like for and against

00:02:35.220 Yeah, but when you immediately have to go against

00:02:37.720 Like, come on

00:02:38.520 That's the debate

00:02:39.700 You opened it up by saying I'm a black immigrant

00:02:42.140 I mean, look, you guys are victims until somebody calls you out

00:02:45.280 It's just, none of this makes any sense

00:02:47.360 You're going to go and say that I'm a victim

00:02:49.140 I'm black, so I have a hard time in life

00:02:50.740 And then somebody disagrees with you 0.96

00:02:51.940 And then you're even a victim more

00:02:53.060 Do you know why

00:02:53.700 We disagree in that I'm aggressive

00:02:55.120 And you're pointing at me and interrupting me

00:02:56.640 But I'm aggressive

00:02:57.200 I'm sorry, I was aggressive there still

00:02:59.300 You have been the whole time

00:03:00.460 But I'm aggressive

00:03:01.080 I don't say that you're vibrating with misandry

00:03:03.280 Yeah, exactly

00:03:04.580 My whole point of this argument is that

00:03:06.100 My whole point is that people now

00:03:08.120 And especially people my age, I'm 24

00:03:09.680 We have such a victim mindset

00:03:11.640 That makes us feel like we can navigate the world a certain way

00:03:14.860 And that everything is against us

00:03:16.180 And we don't do that because the world is against us

00:03:18.160 It's because it makes us feel better about our life path

00:03:20.300 And our decisions

00:03:20.860 And about our place in the world

00:03:22.500 That is the number one thing that will hold people back

00:03:24.780 I'm an immigrant

00:03:25.560 I'm black 1.00

00:03:26.280 You're misogynistic 1.00

00:03:27.560 You're racist 1.00

00:03:28.260 I'm fucked 1.00

00:03:28.980 Bradren, stop acting like that's a victimization 0.99

00:03:31.440 That's exactly what it is

00:03:32.560 He already said

00:03:33.340 I already explained to you why that is my superpower

00:03:36.040 I simply pointed out the fact that it is an extra obstacle that some people may not have

00:03:40.480 But for me it's a good thing

00:03:41.640 It makes me fit

00:03:42.260 Saying that you have an obstacle

00:03:43.280 It makes me spicy and prettier

00:03:44.540 That's why I like having also black jean in me

00:03:46.340 Believing that you have an obstacle is exactly what victimization is

00:03:50.160 I don't believe it, I know because I felt it

00:03:51.020 I've had to overcome it several times

00:03:52.740 Just because you haven't lived my life

00:03:54.440 Don't bloody discourage me from telling what I feel

00:03:57.440 Because that's what I've experienced

00:03:58.280 So wait, Sneaker, what you're trying to say is that we should disregard our traumatic experiences

00:04:02.580 That have brought, like, you know

00:04:06.100 Even if you were traumatized

00:04:07.420 If you had a terrible experience

00:04:08.440 Use the only for power for good things

00:04:09.540 Right, if the KKK was burning crosses

00:04:11.620 Like, what will hold you back more

00:04:13.440 Is still thinking about that you're traumatized

00:04:16.020 Is thinking that the world is against you

00:04:17.720 That will hold you back even more than anything else

00:04:19.820 That anyone's going to tell you

00:04:20.780 That any industry will say

00:04:22.040 That anything that I believe 0.83

00:04:23.360 How misogynistic and racist I am

00:04:25.380 You believing that you're traumatized 0.97

00:04:27.200 And navigating the world that way

00:04:28.320 Is going to hold you back more than anybody else

00:04:30.160 And that's the number one thing I would say

00:04:31.620 For anyone here watching this right now

00:04:33.640 Get rid of that mindset

00:04:34.800 Because that was programmed into you by the news

00:04:36.840 You're talking about mainstream media

00:04:37.920 Showing this one Afro dude 1.00

00:04:39.300 They do that so that we stay down

00:04:41.380 It's not because they actually care about racism

00:04:43.540 You think the news cares about this Afro guy?

00:04:45.700 No, they care about programming

00:04:47.240 George Floyd, you think that goes viral

00:04:48.920 Because they care about George Floyd?

00:04:51.060 No, it's to get everybody rioting

00:04:52.660 And to keep everybody confused

00:04:53.880 And to keep everybody outside

00:04:55.420 And to keep everybody distracted

00:04:56.900 And angry

00:04:57.140 A lot of people leveled up

00:04:58.280 Because of that

00:04:58.880 A lot of addressing these issues

00:05:00.780 Actually is quite empowering

00:05:02.160 Because you start to

00:05:02.920 What did BLM accomplish?

00:05:03.700 Let me tell you

00:05:04.140 Let me tell you

00:05:04.680 To some people

00:05:05.700 To some people

00:05:06.500 To some people

00:05:07.080 I lived in

00:05:07.580 I lived in Milwaukee

00:05:10.360 During like the BLM protests

00:05:11.840 There were some shops

00:05:12.760 That didn't open back up

00:05:14.180 Of course

00:05:14.660 Like there were

00:05:15.240 Let me tell you something

00:05:16.760 Right?

00:05:17.660 Things like BLM

00:05:18.620 Things like Wakanda

00:05:19.640 What it is

00:05:20.660 Why it's actually something

00:05:21.820 That is a good thing

00:05:23.200 To even talk about these things

00:05:24.360 And be gassed about the fact 0.99

00:05:25.720 That black people 0.96

00:05:26.460 Start to go to the forefront

00:05:27.540 Is because

00:05:28.040 Even though some people

00:05:29.540 May take it as victimization

00:05:30.720 There are people

00:05:31.260 That actually take it

00:05:32.100 To be an empowerment

00:05:33.380 There are people

00:05:34.120 That feel inspired

00:05:35.120 Exactly

00:05:36.040 But people still feel inspired

00:05:37.540 So let's talk about

00:05:38.240 They're lying to you

00:05:39.480 How do you know

00:05:40.900 If the outcome

00:05:41.560 Of something is good?

00:05:43.160 I know

00:05:43.520 Basically

00:05:44.080 I know

00:05:44.700 Because within my business

00:05:45.900 Wait wait

00:05:46.940 Basically within my business

00:05:48.200 I see the change

00:05:49.260 I see how many people

00:05:50.220 Are going up

00:05:50.700 So you would say

00:05:51.920 So you would say

00:05:52.680 It would be the results

00:05:53.620 Right?

00:05:54.080 Yeah the results

00:05:54.640 Of course

00:05:55.080 So it's good

00:05:55.600 The government

00:05:56.160 Started giving funds

00:05:57.200 Out for black people 1.00

00:05:57.980 To do things 0.92

00:05:58.580 A lot of people

00:05:59.040 To make money

00:05:59.520 It's a good thing

00:06:00.100 So if the results

00:06:00.900 Of those protests

00:06:02.080 Were that some shops

00:06:03.820 Did not open back up

00:06:05.140 And the whole business

00:06:06.140 Was a scam

00:06:06.880 How is that a good result?

00:06:08.120 Well it's the same way 0.91

00:06:09.560 That people go to war

00:06:10.640 People do a million things

00:06:11.720 With good comes bad

00:06:12.840 That's the whole point

00:06:13.920 No but I'm asking

00:06:14.140 Like what good came?

00:06:15.360 What good came of war? 0.53

00:06:16.140 What did BLM accomplish?

00:06:17.640 Oh BLM accomplished a lot

00:06:18.900 Within the creative industry

00:06:19.960 Here in the UK

00:06:20.660 A lot of black people 0.81

00:06:21.760 Start making money

00:06:22.460 Since BLM

00:06:23.120 Awareness

00:06:23.940 Awareness

00:06:24.820 Awareness of what?

00:06:25.500 Since BLM

00:06:26.060 A lot of people

00:06:26.720 Have still died

00:06:27.300 The same way George Floyd did

00:06:28.340 It didn't change

00:06:28.980 The main factor

00:06:29.500 Which was white cops 1.00

00:06:30.820 Killing black people 1.00

00:06:31.540 To this day 1.00

00:06:32.180 We still see it 1.00

00:06:32.940 White cops kill white people too 1.00

00:06:34.480 So what did BLM accomplish? 1.00

00:06:36.800 BLM in the UK 1.00

00:06:37.800 The government

00:06:38.360 Started giving funding

00:06:39.100 To black businesses 1.00

00:06:39.920 A lot more

00:06:40.580 They started putting

00:06:41.200 A lot of projects

00:06:41.920 To big up black people 1.00

00:06:43.060 And put them on 0.99

00:06:43.640 So it actually

00:06:44.100 Was a good thing 0.88

00:06:44.760 For the UK

00:06:45.460 I'm not gonna lie

00:06:46.440 A lot of people

00:06:47.340 Got really good opportunities

00:06:49.080 Because of that situation

00:06:50.320 Whatever the nature

00:06:52.020 Don't your cops

00:06:52.660 Don't your cops

00:06:52.680 Not have guns here?

00:06:54.000 No

00:06:54.300 Some of them

00:06:55.640 Some of them do

00:06:56.060 Some of them

00:06:56.600 So why was the UK

00:06:58.100 Even giving money

00:06:58.740 To black businesses 1.00

00:06:59.380 Here when this

00:06:59.840 Had nothing to do 0.87

00:07:00.500 With black people 0.97

00:07:00.920 So you got some money? 0.97

00:07:02.280 Like

00:07:02.460 Yeah

00:07:02.840 A lot of people

00:07:03.460 Made money

00:07:03.900 How was racism solved

00:07:05.420 At all?

00:07:05.580 Do you know

00:07:05.840 If it's not about

00:07:06.560 Racism being solved 0.85

00:07:07.360 That's what

00:07:07.720 Black Lives Matter is about

00:07:08.500 But what it did

00:07:10.340 It actually gave

00:07:11.260 Extra leeway

00:07:12.180 For people to now

00:07:13.020 Go and do more

00:07:13.880 It gave an encouragement

00:07:15.060 To say

00:07:15.560 Actually 0.93

00:07:16.040 Forget about being black 1.00

00:07:17.300 You know 0.95

00:07:17.500 This happened

00:07:17.880 But look

00:07:18.200 We're gonna help you

00:07:18.840 Go go go

00:07:19.320 Then take advantage

00:07:20.160 And you win

00:07:20.760 And you grow

00:07:21.300 It's a good thing

00:07:22.160 So when you talk about this

00:07:23.320 And you expose it

00:07:24.000 You allow other people

00:07:24.780 I have a question

00:07:26.000 Do you think

00:07:26.500 Throwing money

00:07:27.160 At a problem

00:07:27.720 Solves it?

00:07:28.400 Of course not

00:07:29.000 So like

00:07:29.880 Throw it at me

00:07:30.820 It will solve it 0.99

00:07:31.480 Are you a stripper? 1.00

00:07:33.560 Can I also make one point?

00:07:35.060 You said that

00:07:35.700 Black Lives Matter

00:07:36.900 Helped businesses

00:07:37.860 And black people

00:07:38.760 Build their brand 0.99

00:07:39.940 Or whatever

00:07:40.400 But I think we need

00:07:41.480 To also question

00:07:42.060 How long is that

00:07:42.700 Gonna last?

00:07:43.420 Because I feel like

00:07:43.860 This is just gonna last

00:07:44.720 For like the last

00:07:45.380 Two, five years

00:07:46.380 And after that

00:07:46.880 It's gonna go back

00:07:47.520 To use your program

00:07:48.220 It's already blown over

00:07:49.380 Yeah

00:07:49.620 Well

00:07:50.160 It's starting to withdraw

00:07:52.140 For the people

00:07:52.700 That got leg up

00:07:53.540 They got leg up

00:07:54.480 Even if it did solve

00:07:55.440 That problem

00:07:55.960 In a sense

00:07:56.400 Where they're supporting

00:07:56.940 Black businesses

00:07:57.700 It didn't solve

00:07:58.700 The main matter

00:07:59.320 At hand

00:07:59.640 Which was George Floyd's death

00:07:59.660 It put people

00:08:00.200 Representing on the youth

00:08:01.240 On TV

00:08:01.860 Like ZZ Mills 1.00

00:08:02.640 Is on channel 4 now

00:08:03.680 But that wasn't

00:08:04.180 The main

00:08:04.460 A sister is there

00:08:05.000 With another sister

00:08:05.680 Presenting prime time

00:08:06.980 The problem was 1.00

00:08:07.700 White cops killing black people 1.00

00:08:08.820 The problem wasn't 1.00

00:08:09.580 Not having black people 1.00

00:08:10.080 And her answer was 0.98

00:08:10.760 They put a black person 1.00

00:08:11.620 On TV

00:08:11.900 Yeah

00:08:12.000 That doesn't make sense

00:08:12.520 Power of representation

00:08:13.060 You inspire other people

00:08:14.420 To want to do the same

00:08:15.260 Because it didn't solve the problem

00:08:15.960 No

00:08:16.260 The problem doesn't get solved

00:08:17.760 Like this

00:08:18.340 ZZ Mills is on TV

00:08:20.420 Because she's talented

00:08:21.660 To insinuate

00:08:22.500 It's because of BLM

00:08:24.080 Pretty racist 0.70

00:08:24.540 Yeah

00:08:24.980 I'm not gonna lie

00:08:26.160 If you understand

00:08:27.560 The industry

00:08:28.120 You know I ain't lying

00:08:29.140 Come for me

00:08:29.920 If you want to

00:08:30.460 Wait so there we go

00:08:31.440 Hold on

00:08:31.880 One point girl

00:08:32.480 Who understands

00:08:32.760 The industry better than me

00:08:34.260 Come on

00:08:35.340 In London

00:08:36.060 Yes

00:08:36.600 I built the biggest podcast

00:08:38.060 In London

00:08:38.820 You built the biggest podcast

00:08:39.760 What do you know

00:08:40.520 About the London people

00:08:41.480 Them here

00:08:42.000 Not as much as I do

00:08:43.140 I've lived here

00:08:43.740 For longer than you

00:08:44.440 I've met hundreds

00:08:44.920 In the past year

00:08:45.660 You've met them

00:08:46.180 Do you know their history

00:08:47.140 You don't

00:08:47.760 So you can't actually

00:08:48.580 Tell me that you know

00:08:49.300 More about the

00:08:49.800 Come up with some people

00:08:50.900 Because I've seen them

00:08:51.620 Lizzie Mills is on TV

00:08:52.800 Because she's talented

00:08:53.660 I'll tell you why

00:08:54.740 She's on TV

00:08:55.380 I think she's talented

00:08:56.620 But guess why

00:08:57.340 She's on TV

00:08:58.020 And why she was given

00:08:58.640 Prime time

00:08:59.180 Because they want to

00:09:00.060 Now make inclusivity

00:09:01.420 And diversity

00:09:02.060 Something that's

00:09:02.700 The forefront of a lot

00:09:03.660 I have a question

00:09:04.880 There have been black 1.00

00:09:07.420 Presenters on TV

00:09:08.400 Since the 80s

00:09:09.360 Or 70s

00:09:10.000 But it also sounds

00:09:10.860 Like you're admitting

00:09:11.420 That there's an advantage

00:09:12.260 For being black

00:09:12.960 And it has nothing

00:09:13.540 To do with skill set

00:09:14.360 And diversity

00:09:14.960 And inclusion

00:09:15.420 So where's the mindset

00:09:16.520 That black people 0.57

00:09:17.160 Are oppressed 0.97

00:09:17.640 If you're getting a job

00:09:18.760 For representation

00:09:19.360 This is not what I said

00:09:20.920 I said

00:09:21.440 The fact that people

00:09:22.580 Are talking about

00:09:23.300 Certain situations

00:09:24.460 Is making other people

00:09:25.980 Give our community

00:09:27.220 More opportunities

00:09:28.080 Which then creates

00:09:28.860 More representation

00:09:29.520 More inspiration

00:09:30.420 The problem starts to get solved

00:09:31.920 Sounds like you're getting

00:09:32.460 Jobs over your skin color 0.93

00:09:33.540 But that's not solving the problem

00:09:34.320 No but it doesn't matter

00:09:35.480 Because the whole point is

00:09:36.840 At least I'm there

00:09:37.900 When flying a plane

00:09:38.700 It matters

00:09:39.200 Well

00:09:39.700 ZZ Mills is talented

00:09:41.200 That's why they picked her 0.97

00:09:42.020 They wouldn't just

00:09:42.500 Pick her 0.99

00:09:42.780 Why can't it be that

00:09:43.700 Because I feel like

00:09:44.280 They picked her over someone else 1.00

00:09:45.500 Yeah but I feel like

00:09:46.020 Saying it's because she's black 0.99

00:09:47.100 Takes away from her skill set 0.99

00:09:48.060 No it does

00:09:48.520 You're taking away from her

00:09:49.400 100%

00:09:49.940 Let me tell you

00:09:50.400 People

00:09:50.780 Cancel me if you want

00:09:52.940 But diversity

00:09:53.620 Inclusivity is now something

00:09:54.800 That every corporate company

00:09:55.960 Is talking about

00:09:56.900 They're raving about it

00:09:57.780 So take opportunity

00:09:58.560 Because it doesn't matter

00:10:00.220 What you do with the opportunity

00:10:01.380 Is up to you

00:10:02.140 But if you're smart

00:10:03.060 You take this opportunity

00:10:04.020 Because right now

00:10:05.220 You can make a lot of money

00:10:06.420 So are you oppressed or not

00:10:07.040 I'm not

00:10:07.700 Of course not

00:10:08.240 That's why I said

00:10:08.820 Me being black

00:10:09.420 Is actually a superpower

00:10:10.280 It depends actually

00:10:11.040 I'm not a victim

00:10:11.680 If you was gonna run

00:10:12.780 For a prime minister

00:10:13.920 That you would be faced

00:10:15.580 We usually soon

00:10:16.060 Like his prime minister

00:10:17.320 And he's brown isn't he

00:10:18.600 Yeah

00:10:19.100 Yeah nah

00:10:21.220 I mean

00:10:21.820 I don't agree with that

00:10:22.660 I mean

00:10:23.180 He didn't get elected

00:10:24.080 We do have a female 1.00

00:10:25.040 Black vice president 0.90

00:10:26.180 His representation

00:10:27.080 Right

00:10:27.520 We did Obama 0.97

00:10:28.320 I mean it is possible guys

00:10:29.740 It is possible

00:10:30.580 And if you look at like

00:10:31.900 The percentages of white people

00:10:33.360 Versus black people 1.00

00:10:34.140 Just the actual percentages

00:10:35.100 You know

00:10:36.040 Y'all do really really well

00:10:37.440 Y'all have a lot of millionaires

00:10:38.560 Like

00:10:38.880 We do

00:10:39.300 I tell you who I really admire

00:10:40.660 Who I really admire

00:10:41.640 Is Lil Wayne

00:10:42.880 He's one of my favorite people

00:10:44.240 Because when he asked about that

00:10:45.420 He doesn't live in that way 0.98

00:10:46.960 And he was so fucking successful 0.99

00:10:49.020 Not living that way 0.96

00:10:50.020 And just doing his thing

00:10:51.020 And I just

00:10:52.000 I know I've said it three

00:10:52.800 Four times

00:10:53.280 I just want every young person

00:10:55.120 Seeing this to hear it

00:10:56.240 You can do it bro

00:10:57.440 You really can

00:10:58.340 And don't live any other way

00:10:59.860 But you can

00:11:00.480 That's it

00:11:01.380 You can

00:11:01.940 As many of you know

00:11:02.940 I was just banned on TikTok

00:11:05.060 And we are demonetized

00:11:06.780 On a daily basis
