00:00:30.580 today. As you guys know, all of the world's problems started when women got the right to vote. 1.00

00:00:36.780 Women make terrible decisions and vote for men based on things like how good looking he is. 1.00

00:00:42.260 Who cares? You know what I mean? So guys, make sure you get a women shouldn't vote t-shirt today. 1.00

00:00:47.300 People will come up to you left, right, and center. Okay, so on today's topic, you guys already know,

00:00:54.300 you already know me. I love Twitter. I am an expert tweeter. In the last six months,

00:01:00.000 I'm almost to 400,000 followers on Twitter. And guys, I'm not even that big of a tweeter. I just,

00:01:05.380 I just tweet, you know, I tweet, tweet, tweet. And some stuff is more thought out, some stuff isn't,

00:01:10.600 whatever, you know, I'm just a tweeter, all right? And I saw this video that came up on my timeline

00:01:16.840 and it was of a woman playing guitar talking about what it was like being an overweight kid. And it was by

00:01:23.160 a woman that very clearly was in the body positivity movement. And I kind of hated myself a little bit

00:01:28.960 when I saw it because the song was so retarded. It was so retarded, but it actually kind of slapped. 0.99

00:01:36.380 She was kind of good. I was like, I, I hate myself that I kind of liked this song, but let's,

00:01:41.280 let's play it.

00:01:44.820 My grandma paid me by the pound. Said I should try to slim it down. Went to meetings with my mom.

00:01:57.280 Less I ate, the more they applauded. Being hungry made me feel so proud.

00:02:05.780 Still not full yet, 10 years old. Didn't know why to hate myself. Till I learned it from someone else.

00:02:23.120 Didn't see what was wrong with me. Just lived in my body. Did my best to lose the weight.

00:02:33.780 Hoping that her would go away. But damn skinny feels just the same. I'll always carry it in my body. 0.99

00:02:48.640 Okay. So I was doing the math in this and she, she says that she was paid to lose weight, 1.00

00:02:57.220 $5 by the pound. You know, it's so funny. You tell a man that he's going to, he's going to start

00:03:04.860 calculating. That's 50 bucks for 10 pounds. And she's got a lot of weight to lose that you can 1.00

00:03:10.400 make a good chunk of change off of losing weight. And it's interesting because what I can see here is

00:03:16.660 the difference between men versus women. When women are held accountable for poor choices, 0.83

00:03:21.320 they tend to victimize themselves and play the victim. When really what I saw was an opportunity

00:03:26.600 in this situation. You can make like, I mean, she could lose like 50 pounds. That's, that's like 250 1.00

00:03:32.500 bucks. That's good money. You know? And, and the thing is she puts herself in this victim mentality 1.00

00:03:38.940 as if her parents were doing this because they didn't want her to love herself. And she would just

00:03:44.580 happily love her body if they didn't do that. And it's not true because what would happen is she

00:03:52.300 would be big in the future like she is now. And the world would tell her very quickly that she is

00:03:57.340 overweight. I'm sorry, but when you are overweight, the world does not hide that from you. They let you

00:04:03.380 know really fast. Um, and it would show in her life outcomes. It's going to be harder to date.

00:04:09.500 It's going to be harder to play sports. If you want to, it's going to be harder to walk and you're

00:04:14.340 going to have health issues the rest of your life. Her parents were trying to do the right thing.

00:04:19.020 And the issue is you get the body positivity movement coming in and coddling these women and 1.00

00:04:24.680 saying, Oh, you poor victims. Your parents were abusive and you would have just loved yourself if they

00:04:31.480 didn't do that. And so they'll put the blame on the parents. And really what, what is a parent's job?

00:04:38.000 It's to give kids consequences for their actions before the world does. If you go around being an

00:04:44.240 asshole, the world will let you know sooner rather than later. So your parents' job is to fix the 1.00

00:04:49.900 problem before you are on your own and have to deal with it the rest of your life. Because whether she

00:04:55.660 likes it or not, she's going to have health issues and it becomes a matter of life and death. 1.00

00:05:00.940 Does she want to end her life at 45, 50 because of a heart attack? Or does she want to live a long,

00:05:07.060 happy, healthy life? So Mr. Based responds to this and he says, victimizing yourself because your

00:05:13.040 parents wanted you to lose weight is pathetic. And it is pathetic. In life, there's two kinds of 1.00

00:05:18.880 people. The people that can take criticism and learn from it or the people that will victimize

00:05:24.260 themselves for a lifetime. And in this situation, she could have lost weight. Taking the 250 bucks,

00:05:30.940 which 20 years ago was a lot of money that, you know, it's still a good chunk of change now. But

00:05:36.520 think about what that was like 15 or I don't know, was she in her 30s? So 10 years ago, 15 years ago,

00:05:43.100 that was a good chunk of change. Like I can't even, I mean, back then when you said you had 250 bucks,

00:05:48.260 you were rich, especially like in high school. And that's my point is the body positivity movement

00:05:53.880 coddles women and allows them to believe that you are victims. And if you believe you are a victim, 0.98

00:05:59.540 you will be one, whether you like it or not. And the truth is the world doesn't owe you understanding

00:06:05.280 and it doesn't owe you any special favors. So life is going to hit her in the face and it's going to be 0.51

00:06:10.740 harder because she's hungry. And it's funny because one of the lyrics was, she's not full yet. I'm like,

00:06:15.500 clearly like, I mean, you're huge. What the, it's like, she's like, she's like walking around like

00:06:25.020 a big bull, you know, and she's like, I'm not full yet. I'm like, obviously I'll say,

00:06:31.000 I'll say lose the weight. If you can't handle fat jokes, lose the weight. If you can't handle your

00:06:35.860 family wanting you to be healthy, lose the weight. So

00:06:38.860 So

00:06:41.880 you
