00:00:00.000 It wasn't in the justice system, you can't say it was the justice system because what
00:00:06.140 happened was she got an op-ed so it was a left-leaning magazine that gave her an opinion
00:00:14.540 editorial with no evidence and was able to assassinate his character with no evidence
00:00:20.000 because we should believe all women.
00:00:22.100 No, that's what I'm saying, I can't go too much into that just because, well I can't
00:00:27.100 and I don't know insanely too much about it to be fair, but no, I do agree that if there's
00:00:33.580 no evidence against someone then...
00:00:35.320 Okay, so we agree on that.
00:00:37.500 The one thing.
00:00:38.500 Yeah.
00:00:39.500 But again, like I said, with that it's very hard because in terms of that, my opinion is
00:00:44.260 just every woman, every man should be heard in the justice system, in the criminal justice 0.99
00:00:49.120 system and they should be fairly tried and it's not the case of Amber, oh sorry, Johnny
00:00:53.900 Depp winning, they both, you know, they both had to pay damages.
00:00:58.020 It was more so that Johnny Depp was just awarded more damages.
00:01:02.120 It wasn't a criminal trial so we can't say anything in terms of that.
00:01:04.740 Sorry, my legal nizana is coming out.
00:01:06.620 So my other question, if feminism is about equality, why don't you see women marching 1.00
00:01:11.180 the streets for men to get into bars for free or for male OnlyFans models to get the same 0.98
00:01:16.580 amount of pay?
00:01:18.200 Like we see for, sorry, sorry, like we see for the women's soccer team. 0.99
00:01:23.860 I think the least of our worries is about men getting into clubs for free, in all honesty.
00:01:28.640 I think there's so much more that we have to fight for that that's the most, I don't know,
00:01:34.700 fickle thing ever.
00:01:36.160 So I would say no comment to that just because that's a ridiculous question for anybody.
00:01:40.580 Well, what about modeling?
00:01:41.580 Let's take like the modeling industry, it's very much favorite, like women get paid more 1.00
00:01:46.080 in the modeling industry than men, but we don't see any marches for that where with the
00:01:52.140 women's soccer team, it's a big commotion about them getting paid the same.
00:01:58.460 I think I would revert this question more so back to, again, this being one case scenario.
00:02:03.580 So I don't know the evidence behind it, but I can imagine that why women get paid more 1.00
00:02:08.820 is because there's a higher demand for them.
00:02:11.080 But I could also argue, oh, what's happening at Wall Street?
00:02:14.480 What's happening at Canary Wharf?
00:02:15.740 What's happening at Transroot Lane?
00:02:17.740 Who are, there's clearly a gender disparity there. 1.00
00:02:20.180 Where I work, gosh, you'd hardly see a woman at the highest authority or the highest stage 0.99
00:02:26.780 in our career.
00:02:27.780 So I can say that to you as well.
00:02:30.780 So again, it's a one case.
00:02:31.780 Do you know why that is though?
00:02:32.780 What do you mean?
00:02:33.780 Why, why there's more men?
00:02:35.780 Yeah.
00:02:36.780 Because they have more, they have male privilege in the fact that they're able to go through 0.89
00:02:41.300 life in many stages without having to worry about certain things.
00:02:44.700 Even as like an ethnic person, a woman has to take care of her family. 1.00
00:02:48.780 There's certain barriers that you just don't see in, I don't know, in like a Western world.
00:02:54.780 Wouldn't you say it's women choosing what they want to choose? 1.00
00:02:57.500 So if women, if more women choose to be mothers and more men choose to go after 1% jobs, like,
00:03:02.500 why is that a bad thing?
00:03:03.500 Like, why do we need to fight for equality if women are choosing what they want to choose? 1.00
00:03:06.500 That's not, I'm not saying that's a bad thing.
00:03:08.500 Women can choose whatever they want to do. 1.00
00:03:10.500 Men can choose whatever they want to do.
00:03:12.500 It's more so the fact that the aspiring women and aspiring men, even if it was a 50-50 ratio,
00:03:18.500 is going to end up at the top it being maybe 20% women, 80% men. 1.00
00:03:22.500 Because that's just how the system works.
00:03:25.500 I'm saying, I don't think it's the system.
00:03:27.500 Like my, so I'll give you an example.
00:03:29.500 My dad, he's in the 1%, right, in terms of income.
00:03:33.500 But he worked 80 hours a week my whole life.
00:03:35.500 I didn't see him.
00:03:36.500 I don't know many women that want to work 80 hour weeks, like 12 hour days every single day 1.00
00:03:41.500 for 20, 30 years.
00:03:43.500 Like, I think most women have a natural inclination to want to be with their family. 1.00
00:03:46.500 Yeah, no, that's fair enough.
00:03:47.500 But also there are women that are like that. 1.00
00:03:49.500 There are women that want to be the top 1%. 1.00
00:03:51.500 There are women that don't mind working 80 hour weeks, but they don't have the opportunity 1.00
00:03:56.500 to get there in the first place.
00:03:58.500 So what opportunity do they not have?
00:04:00.500 There are hiring quotas that specifically they want to hire women over men.
00:04:06.500 Even with hiring quotas, I don't necessarily agree with it because it's almost so much for,
00:04:13.500 I don't know, it's so much for, I don't know how to describe it other than it's not really,
00:04:18.500 it doesn't have, oh, I don't know how to say it.
00:04:21.500 I don't know, I don't think quotas are enough is probably what I'm trying to say.
00:04:26.500 So what would be enough?
00:04:28.500 Genuinely giving women the, I wouldn't even say benefit of the doubt, but where credit is due 0.98
00:04:33.500 and allowing them to work their way up the system, really.
00:04:38.500 How are we not giving credit when we hear women's empowerment all the time?
00:04:41.500 I never hear men's empowerment.
00:04:44.500 Well, we need women empowerment in the world, in this world, because I mean,
00:04:49.500 I don't want to keep arguing about the same point, but obviously we're not agreeing on this.
00:04:52.500 Then other than the fact that women are disadvantaged in this world, 1.00
00:04:57.500 and that's what we're fighting for. It's the equality. It's not the superiority.
00:05:01.500 I just don't, like, because I just feel like you keep saying we're disadvantaged,
00:05:06.500 but you don't give me specific examples of how we're disadvantaged.
00:05:09.500 Okay, well, I'll have you, I'll message you on Instagram when I actually have a clear head
00:05:13.500 and I'm not really extremely heated.
00:05:15.500 Okay, no worries.
00:05:17.500 Do you have anything, any channels you want to plug anything?
00:05:20.500 I have an Instagram, it's at LegalNizana, that's L-E-G-A-L-N-I-Z-A-N-A, that's it. 1.00
00:05:30.500 Okay, well, thank you for sitting down. I appreciate having, like, respectful conversations
00:05:34.500 with people that disagree, so I really appreciate you sitting and stopping.
00:05:37.500 Thank you. I wish you were to learn more about your view than it being mine, but I do appreciate it.
00:05:42.500 Okay, okay.
00:05:47.500 Anyone? Yeah, anyone? Agree? Disagree?
