00:00:00.000 heard it can like collapse like the thing they make i saw some tiktok of this um
00:00:06.020 this one person who was saying they have to like put something up there the rest of their life or
00:00:12.320 a dilator right yeah so what happens is you get a after surgery so for the first six months you
00:00:22.060 have to dilate and i'll tell you what that is in a second you have to do that every like twice a day
00:00:27.400 or three times a day for the first six months and then once a day for the next six months and then
00:00:32.900 once a week and then once a month for the rest of your life right so it is for the rest of your life
00:00:38.000 so what dilation is is imagine a like a hard plastic sort of straight dildo sort of thing right if that's
00:00:48.900 the best way to describe it um and you lube it up obviously you clean before and after with a douche 0.95
00:00:57.160 um and you put that in and hold it in place for like 20 minutes and it's very very it hurts because
00:01:06.600 you're pressing against muscle that's trying to naturally close slowly all the time right and that
00:01:12.720 stops that healing process from going on but in and in itself it it's a little bit like a ceremony
00:01:19.360 because it's like a constant reminder and yeah i'm not explaining the ceremony aspect like how you do
00:01:29.140 like laying out the towel and like getting prepared and getting clean and then doing it and then the
00:01:35.840 pain that comes with it and then showering and cleaning after it's all like it's all this major
00:01:41.580 like thing and it's it it is forever and if you don't if you let it close say you just want to 0.99
00:01:47.900 fuck it gonna let it close some people who don't have sex and don't dilate at all because sex like 0.98
00:01:55.240 having sex will keep it open if you're able to fit a guy in there right um which for some guys will be 1.00
00:02:01.060 a problem um anyway that was just a drive on small dicks um what was that sorry you're fine so 0.99
00:02:09.920 so if you don't have sex and it died and you let it close what happens because the it's it's not it 0.99
00:02:17.780 it's very narrow and the closure happens like about midway in and the bit at the end kind of like
00:02:24.980 stays behind in this pocket and this pocket becomes extremely infected and you get like
00:02:31.240 ut you get really bad utis you get kidney infection bladder infection sepsis um there's been studies on
00:02:38.300 the bacteria found in those areas and it's never but this bacteria that's never been identified
00:02:43.900 anywhere else other than these wounds um because it is a wound it's not a nail vagina it's not even a 0.90
00:02:51.520 vagina it's a wound it's a wound that's trying to heal it's a refined amputation can you fix it 0.99
00:03:00.940 like is there any way to like no so the what is if you think inverting your dick is bad then you need 1.00
00:03:09.340 to have a look at phalloplasty phalloplasty is the creation of an artificial penis and to do that 0.99
00:03:17.360 i've seen i was traumatized when not not compared to you sorry but i was traumatized it's all horrible 0.65
00:03:24.340 on my twitter i was i was i was scrolling and it was just and i was like oh my god ew
00:03:30.820 hi failure rate you've got people who are suffering with necrosis you've got people who are suffering
00:03:36.900 necrosis is like dead flesh and it just rots off essentially and the it's a low success rate and
00:03:44.520 you've also got to keep in mind that just because i'm under and i've got anesthetic it doesn't mean me
00:03:50.560 body can't like isn't reacting to being cut up and cut into you know you've got a nervous system 0.98
00:03:59.200 reaction and one of the reactions in severe limb loss or any wound is for the nerves to go oh shit 0.94
00:04:06.500 that area is in severe pain need to shut it off now boom so it shuts off all the nerves as a natural 0.87
00:04:11.960 defense to the stupendous trauma that you go through which is why so many of us are numb so imagine
00:04:19.680 reversing that so trying to undo that and then adding that in and you're adding more nerve damage
00:04:25.520 you're not going to get any sensation if i've got barely got any sensation now and also it's another 0.92
00:04:31.980 fucking experimental surgery it's ridiculous and i don't think this is irreversible by the way it's 0.91
00:04:38.080 like it cannot be reversed and you know it's just is what it is do you have a lot of like 0.99
00:04:45.520 anger and resentment because i'm just thinking if i was in your shoes i would be the angriest person
00:04:51.560 on the planet i was for four five years four years after because i had it in 28 i was i was not not good
00:04:59.920 and i think i directed a lot of that anger in at myself because i only blamed myself as you can
00:05:08.640 understand like if you did something like that you probably blame it it's a natural reaction and
00:05:14.320 then once more you've got a lot of other people telling you it's like well you kind of picked it
00:05:18.580 they're not wrong well and on paper like i mean yeah you did but i'm just thinking like so you're
00:05:25.280 taking a bunch of autistic people and giving them a manual to chop it off and then you mislead them 1.00
00:05:32.280 by showing them the vaginas so they think they don't tell them about any of these side effects tell 1.00
00:05:37.820 them it'll solve all their problems and then also they put you in a group that's actually really 0.99
00:05:43.580 fucked up so it's like the groups are bigger now yeah wow to make your final decision on a surgery 0.96
00:05:50.900 that's going to impact you the rest of your life where 85 of the people won't have an orgasm ever 1.00
00:05:56.320 again uh 70 sorry 30 won't have an orgasm 70 will oh shit okay i miss i misread that but that's still 0.94
00:06:05.180 30 that's on the current studies on the trans positive studies and it's probably high i'd imagine 0.87
00:06:12.840 all this stuff is i know from what i know in my experience because obviously when you go through
00:06:18.220 this you meet lots of other trans people out of all the people that i've known who went through this
00:06:23.900 i there's maybe two out of say 12 that have had full sensation the rest are just numb completely
00:06:33.400 and they will all say they will all say because they have to believe it that that is better than 0.93
00:06:39.960 what they had before and i say bullshit bullshit is that better nothing is not better than something 0.96
00:06:46.600 and i don't care how dysphoric you think you are how it's do any of them end up regretting it too 0.96
00:06:53.940 like will they ever admit it yeah i i've i think so but it's very hard to go like to acknowledge that 0.99
00:07:04.980 not only have you fucked up but because i did so absolutely i get a lot of people giving a shit 0.96
00:07:11.840 saying that i don't take responsibility i'm like hang on it's not that simple of course i do of 0.99
00:07:16.320 course i blame myself but the blame nearly drove me to kill myself and i got angry at the fact that
00:07:24.100 if i did they would still count that as a successful transition and transphobia would get blamed as the
00:07:31.600 reason for me suicide not surgery or it would be like trans healthcare isn't good enough but it would 0.96
00:07:37.140 all circle back politically and i got really pissed off at that thought and i was like i can't even 0.98
00:07:42.060 properly fucking kill myself because of this because i know it'll get used because they look 0.97
00:07:48.460 like and i know this sounds horrible but they love a local death especially they'll love it when somebody 0.99
00:07:53.460 that can do a candlelight vigil and wave the flags and cry and solidarity and pretend it's the worst 0.97
00:07:59.140 thing in the world and it's some atrocity and like any death is bad but it is so so fucking 0.98
00:08:05.640 cultish it's like their calls to church there you know that's where they do all the sermons that's 0.92
00:08:10.940 where they do the rallying cries at these vigils because they can get away with it because it's grief
00:08:16.680 that's not something that's maybe that's pretty much longer even as there's tissue if it doesn't respond to being
00:08:22.040 chewed yeah
00:08:23.480 you
00:08:24.020 that's been the um
00:08:26.380 that was amazing
00:08:27.400 that's been what i wanted to tell you that i felt that was really doing so bad
00:08:34.020 but i was really equally quick and there was a really good blast that saw us
00:08:36.040 around the chance of that breaking 2015
00:08:40.440 didn't recommend it and did something for that
