00:02:21.380 you're going to want to go if you want to support the show we're not going to go live there at the

00:02:52.840 shows straight bible oh yeah with matt uh that has been performing very well everybody really likes

00:02:58.780 it we also have the raven which is our uh it's a talk show uh what do you call call-in show so we

00:03:04.100 we're doing a little community which went great monday uh we streamed it live actually in the shop

00:03:08.920 and multiple people bought raven a drink and said hey tell him he's doing great i'd like to buy a

00:03:13.060 drink for him so it's not actually went really good uh and we're gonna do another one wednesday night

00:03:16.940 but we have two new shows we're working hard here guys if you're looking for a way to support

00:03:41.620 we're gonna have some some sort of coconut water as well available can i touch this is this a loud

00:03:47.420 matter wait is that is that official i mean we're gonna you know well there's going to be there's

00:03:52.000 going to be the affiliate link and i also want to i'm going to have uh some straight bible merch

00:03:56.040 up here as well i love that no i just feel like we have great stuff in the shop that other people

00:04:01.500 want and that's a good way to do it there you go it is a good way to do it stop it with the smelling

00:04:05.640 sauce i'm just having to breathe dude i'm just opening up these nostrils all right so uh we're back

00:04:09.380 again with matt matt hard at work today maybe some of you caught the last um live straight bible

00:04:14.840 stream that we just did only a half an hour ago and matt says i need more i want to do more

00:04:19.720 podcasting i want to talk to the people more i want to read the bible more matt's gonna he's

00:04:23.960 gonna give us that like uh hold on that attitude of more and more and more until finally he's like

00:04:28.460 no more no more no no no i want to burn out here's what i'm saying though you haven't addressed

00:04:34.020 the fact that i got sunglasses on because i got my eyes dilated so i just don't want people

00:04:37.560 it's not all about you said it before we started this show you said my eyes are better now we said but

00:04:41.480 you look cool with the sunglasses and you said do i really look cool and we said yeah you do and so

00:04:46.020 you've decided to keep them on and i agree with that and i think the chat probably agrees with it

00:04:49.200 too chat w's in the chat for uh matt's sunglasses well extreme lack of w's it's fine we'll figure it

00:04:57.700 out not a single w uh anywho so so matt tell us what we're gonna be talking about today because you

00:05:02.380 said something disturbing before we started which was like i don't even know what we're gonna talk

00:05:06.600 about dang it i can't do the face today when you talk no dude you look so much nicer you look more

00:05:12.320 pleasant oh i hate that i could i it's way less blurry though it's way less blurry but it's just

00:05:16.860 like bright it's just incredibly bright but so the topic is uh what are we talking about today is that

00:05:22.460 is that the question yeah i mean well so we did the book of daniel it was a great book great name

00:05:27.640 some would say the best name uh we finished that it's probably one of the most important books in

00:05:32.900 the bible so now we're going to move on to one that's less important and we're going to cover a

00:05:36.680 different story none of the books are more or less important i feel like incredibly important we should

00:05:41.080 be going into some of the gospels and the life of jesus and the teachings of jesus

00:05:44.580 but we'll be getting more into that like in sidebars with this study of elijah

00:05:50.080 very good and with the study of jude but this is what we're dealing with right now is elijah the

00:05:55.240 tishbite and um i don't know what the deal is for you guys to be able to buy them in the chat because

00:05:59.880 i've been hammering top after doing like such great we don't want to sell them uh to be able

00:06:04.360 to get those to other people people come in the store and buy them all the time yeah we want them

00:06:08.160 to come in no but i love for people that live in arkansas to be able to get their hands on these

00:06:12.540 shirts so well uh real quick floridians guys uh we are live from the standard coffee shop i can't

00:06:17.600 remember to say that standard coffee shop slash nds studios if you're a local jokal uh casino can we do

00:06:23.300 that standard coffee shop studio christian lounge and casino that's a that's a mouthful it's like

00:06:28.840 library the casino thing come from well you have like three machines in the back what machines and

00:06:33.260 what i want to say to the audience is what machines is he talking about the ones right by the bathroom

00:06:37.260 right by the bathroom there's no machines back there i don't know well you're not old people

00:06:41.420 are funneling in and out of here all day and just you're supposed to call them because in florida you

00:06:46.020 have to call them fish no it's called fish games oh fish can we just read one king 17 because you

00:06:50.820 guys are gonna play games all day shout out to the standard coffee shop please go ahead but i i like the

00:06:54.540 show but i could do with that the effing banter the banter is really what gets people they don't

00:06:58.500 know when the lady who doesn't say the f word says oh i love the show but i just hate the effing banter

00:07:03.220 yeah i get it i get it it's fine we're not allowed it's fine it's all right whatever all right go

00:07:07.660 ahead man you could read oh can you read or do you need somebody to read for you okay who's who's

00:07:13.280 computer's up my computer's up okay we're we're in one kings chapter 17 not one kings chapter one

00:07:20.360 verse 17. oh my bad dude come on man no we thoroughly went over this you see the problem

00:07:24.300 and i told the raven that and he's still ah guys you really gotta got you let me know that his

00:07:32.080 communication skills i can read that i can't read uh close to me but i can absolutely read that can

00:07:37.640 you maybe we can make this full screen top so that he can because he's getting he's getting kind

00:07:41.040 of old and really that's what people don't know the reason that he to the eye doctor and he said

00:07:45.260 there's something wrong with my eyes and the doctor said it's called you're old no no she said i had

00:07:49.740 great vision and when she looked at everything for a 60 year old man incredibly healthy eyeballs so

00:07:54.000 great eyeballs let's dilate them the lord loves me and takes care of my body so i'm like not super

00:07:59.640 surprised by that i was just really glad there wasn't any issue i'm not sure why you're laughing

00:08:03.380 no i just whatever all right go ahead please read the bible i can't see it

00:08:07.940 and elijah

00:08:10.140 i can read that i can read that all right go ahead guys the banter keep it to a minute and elijah the

00:08:19.460 tishbite who was of the inhabitants of gilead said unto ahab as the lord god of israel lives

00:08:24.920 before whom i stand there shall not do nor rain there shall not be do nor rain these years but

00:08:31.800 according to my word so just right from the jump you got this dude he's a prophet he's kind of uh

00:08:39.920 he's not necessarily like in the mix there's there's different types i heard a guy one day say

00:08:44.940 every man of god should have a bible in one hand and the newspaper in the other and i don't agree

00:08:49.380 with that i don't agree with that i actually when he said that was like he's totally wrong it's actually

00:08:52.980 the exact opposite like a man of god should kind of be uh very secluded from society he should just be

00:08:59.500 uh digging into god knowing him and may it uh having plenty of time in the word and and just

00:09:05.820 quiet things with the lord and then being quiet is important yes but then i came to the conclusion

00:09:10.640 that what i was saying was wrong as well there's a thing you have to do you can't just say oh this

00:09:14.860 is my doctrine and i stand by it forever i thought about it and i realized because i was thinking

00:09:19.280 about elijah i'm like this dude was not engaged in like the politics of his day he didn't care

00:09:23.600 what was on twitter he didn't care what everybody was talking about and he just wasn't in the mix

00:09:27.980 with the world he was very secluded as we're going to find as we read this book what about

00:09:31.580 the cardashians but then there was dudes like daniel who were in the mix what about justin

00:09:35.900 biebers oh the biebers and there was dudes like nehemiah they were like in the mix right so so yeah

00:09:41.520 daniel was involved politically yes yes deeply involved yes so there's all these different types

00:09:46.780 man and so there's some who are in seclusion and there's some who are on the mix and that's the

00:09:50.620 beautiful thing about the body of christ is that it's different like eyeballs don't look like a

00:09:55.300 kneecap and a kneecap doesn't look like uh fingernails and a fingernails don't look like 0.51

00:09:59.980 hair or eyebrows you see what i'm saying it's like the body looks different and that's okay well elijah

00:10:04.320 is the type he's kind of living in seclusion and he's not going for the um being in the mix what's

00:10:11.380 the word that's like a key phrase today we're all of america's christians again oh uh christian

00:10:15.560 nationalism he's not really like you know christian nationalism or whatever he's just not in the mix

00:10:19.620 he's just like out he's just chilling the outskirts okay so this dude walks up to the king

00:10:24.960 right this is not a fairy tale it's just like if he walked up to trump like the president like the

00:10:30.360 leader of the nation and he says uh he says hey ahab king just so just so we're on the same page here 0.60

00:10:37.280 as the lord god of israel lives before whom i stand there shall not be dude nor rain

00:10:43.240 any of these years but according to my word that's almost terrorism i mean funny you say that

00:10:50.780 funny you say that no right because like i mean if you don't believe in god or if the king didn't

00:10:56.020 believe that this is the word of god which is also very tricky some dude comes up to you and he's like

00:10:59.980 there's not going to be any coffee in here until i say so you'd be like what the hell did you just

00:11:03.500 say to me right but this is on another level dude this is famine like they don't have publics they

00:11:08.180 don't have chick-fil-a like they don't have like mcdonald's like if you don't have rain you don't

00:11:12.900 absolutely no no no no man we can't i'm sorry this is my show you're not just gonna be making

00:11:17.600 up words you're not gonna make up words okay no he did it on purpose though which was well no it's

00:11:24.600 fine we know was it woman okay keep reading fine i guess we'll do it this way that was not nice 1.00

00:11:32.260 he's getting too comfortable so like chick-fil-a chick-fil-a what's wrong with chick-fil-a put some

00:11:36.440 respect on that they're closed on sunday if it was filet it would be et on chick-fil-a yeah but

00:11:42.320 that's how you spell filet just respect the way they say it in the commercials and their 501c3

00:11:46.720 anyway so this dude goes to the king and says yeah it's not going to rain there's going to be

00:11:50.840 famine in the land until i say different a lot of people aren't ready for that but that's what he

00:11:55.360 says from searchlight pictures comes rental family only in theaters november 21st earning rave reviews

00:12:01.760 after its premiere at tiff academy award winner brendan frazier plays the lonely american actor living in

00:12:07.080 tokyo whose life changes when he lands an unusual gig becoming a stand-in family member for strangers

00:12:12.160 in japan it's a charming story about human connection in the most unexpected places experience

00:12:17.560 rental family only in theaters november 21st boarding for flight 246 to toronto is delayed 50

00:12:23.280 minutes what sounds like ojo time play ojo great idea feel the fun with all the latest slots in live

00:12:31.380 casino games and with no wagering requirements what you win is yours to keep groovy hey i won

00:12:36.160 feel the fun play ojo boarding will begin when passenger fisher is done celebrating 19 plus

00:12:43.840 ontario only please play responsibly concerned about your gambling or that of someone close to

00:12:46.880 you call 1-866-531-2600 or visit connectsontario.ca wait so so elijah came and said that yes okay to

00:12:53.760 king ahab and the word of the lord came unto him saying get thee hence and turn the eastward and hide 0.72

00:13:00.280 thyself by the brook cherith that is before jordan is that the biggest we can get the letters no he can

00:13:06.920 make it full screen he's just refusing to uh get the hence up schnapps there we go this is all crazy

00:13:12.200 now yes and we gotta go up a little bit a little bit keep going hide thyself get the hence turn the

00:13:19.560 eastward and hide thyself just just take notice of that phrase i think this is a big deal actually

00:13:27.000 leonard ravenhill used to talk about this your guy he's talking about you need to know when god's

00:13:31.480 telling you to hide yourself and when god's telling you to go show yourself right so wait

00:13:35.000 elijah is telling no no we've jumped from that elijah in verse one he's making the announcement

00:13:41.320 to the king in verse two now it's god speaking to elijah okay okay go hide because he's like you

00:13:47.560 just said some wild he's like go say this to the most like like impractical jokers and they're like

00:13:52.200 he did it he did it run run now run run run go hide yourself by the brook so the word of the lord

00:13:58.360 comes to him and says get thee hence turn eastward and go hide yourself by the brook cherith that is

00:14:05.080 before jordan okay and it shall be this is heavy bro you're gonna love this and it shall be that

00:14:10.280 you shall drink of the brook and i've commanded the ravens to feed you there okay okay really quick

00:14:16.760 i'm actually working on a piece of the ravens feeding elijah oh that's cool really cool that

00:14:23.000 is yeah similar style i'm not gonna lie though a little gross just a little bit gross yeah like

00:14:29.240 what are they doing are gonna are they baby birding him they're like throwing up in his mouth

00:14:34.440 and he's like sustenance by the brook they're probably bringing him strips of meat because

00:14:37.960 ravens like rip off what in their feed in their mouth i mean it's cool it's cool if you're starving

00:14:43.240 it's cool you're saying it shall be that you shall drink of the brook and i've commanded the

00:14:49.400 ravens to feed thee there so he's going he's chilling out in a very secluded place there's a brook there

00:14:54.760 so he's got water to drink and ravens are actually going to bring in food so this is like hiding bro

00:15:00.200 this is like yeah dude i don't even want you out foraging i don't want you out hunting like just stay

00:15:05.160 in the cut just stay very secluded sip on they're probably like ripping the way ravens and like hawks

00:15:11.720 they'll rip out this strips of meat and they're probably like bringing them like little fillets

00:15:15.560 let's just read it let's just read it so he went and did according unto the word of the lord that's

00:15:20.200 a big deal for he went and dwelt by the brook cherith that is before jordan and the ravens brought him

00:15:26.440 bread and flesh in the morning and bread and flesh in the evening and he drank of the brook

00:15:31.160 so okay who's making this bread all right they're stealing the bread oh so just stealing this is

00:15:36.600 actually why i like doing this with you guys i don't know what do you think like what like what is this

00:15:40.280 saying they're definitely stealing the bread yeah that's a problem maybe orphans maybe the

00:15:44.600 flesh is from their students oh the children that no i mean you know they're killing stuff for sure

00:15:50.200 but the bread is a is a i don't know god god gave uh manna from heaven but that's described as manna

00:15:56.600 right but that's kind of like bread i dude i love what you're saying right here so so miraculously

00:16:02.920 god brought bread to israel in the form of manna here's another instance where he's bringing bread

00:16:07.640 miraculously to elijah but it's another way he's doing it another way yeah but he's miraculously

00:16:13.480 bringing bread and flesh i don't know are these dudes just catching like rabbits and bringing them

00:16:18.440 to them are they catching like i don't know i'm just laughing at the chat gary joseph says ah bread

00:16:23.800 and flesh in the morning just like mom used to make 1.00

00:16:30.040 i mean it's interesting and and it doesn't all have to be from one central location so even if the

00:16:34.680 ravens are taking it from other people's like let's say plates just for an example here or or you

00:16:39.640 know just to speak in generalities what how much could a raven take that it would actually burden

00:16:45.000 a person so if the ravens are going out and just scavenging because they are scavengers right and

00:16:49.480 they're taking a little bit here and a little bit there really no one's at a loss but elijah's getting

00:16:53.400 fed that is interesting dude i like that i love your guys insight on stuff like that don't call it

00:16:59.000 it's like you guys you guys hear these stories and then that's why i'm so excited for you guys

00:17:04.120 to get serious about the bible because i'm very intrigued when you have like insight about what

00:17:08.760 is your what like is you do a bible study with high school kids oh is that they're not asking these

00:17:13.400 questions no their questions are way better and way more intelligent but um it's crazy that was rude

00:17:19.000 shout out to the villages high school they're doing a good job so if we were to get more serious what what

00:17:23.480 would be more serious like well like the homies if we if we want to just talk about my boys uh the high 1.00

00:17:27.960 school kids they went to the mormon church sunday did i tell you guys that why they went to the

00:17:31.960 mormon church the mormons do all because they have some mormon buddies on the football team and they

00:17:36.200 brought them back to talk to like uh what they call a bishop like the pastor at the mormon church sure

00:17:41.080 and the dude jj and c drain and gavin just lit them up with questions c drain dude christian christian

00:17:46.680 yeah i like that that dude has so many names yeah c drain c drain c drain bro yeah they went they

00:17:52.280 went straight to the guy and like so jj's first question was how come all like in the service

00:17:57.800 today you guys kept talking about the book of mormon and joseph smith but i didn't hear nothing

00:18:01.480 about jesus they said it just like that what do they do they stand them just raw they're just bible

00:18:06.040 readers what do they say to that uh he said they just went on this long roundabout answer that kind

00:18:11.560 of didn't make sense like when we talk about joseph smith and they said it was a little bit like if

00:18:15.800 you were to like go like this to the guy like they just kind of you know like if like a politician

00:18:20.440 if you were to like go like this they're honest they got a spiel they're on an autopilot

00:18:24.040 just almost yeah just almost like you hate to say a spell but like just they're kind of there

00:18:28.440 but not there the way they would answer well because if you ask them but not in the room it's

00:18:31.880 very whimsical yes uh if you if you ask them they're like oh no we don't worship joseph smith

00:18:37.800 we just you know pay respects to him because yeah this is what i like to do this is what i really

00:18:41.720 like about uh the church that i go to i like to do that to people like to like rub yeah and then

00:18:47.720 see like what comes out if they like rub them yeah do you like that no this is the banter that

00:18:53.000 people are talking no i like to i like to like like move them a little bit and see if they're

00:18:58.520 a real person you got to be careful though because they're all like 90. so no not that you got to be

00:19:02.680 like the younger people the younger people that i that i'm i'm interacting with i'll do little things

00:19:07.800 like to make them uncomfortable like you see how matt is doing i love the sunglasses because you can't

00:19:11.720 tell what he's got a lot of 501c3 tendencies and we can make them i make them uncomfortable on purpose to

00:19:17.000 see how he reacts yeah because i want to see if he's a real boy like you know no that's what i

00:19:21.640 like to do with the people i talk to them and then i push it just sounds creepy the way you're

00:19:26.120 explaining i push a little bit i i poke and i push and i see how they react to see if they're like a

00:19:32.120 human being there that's the nice thing with the young guys though dude is they're just raw like

00:19:36.840 they haven't been trained sea drain he's raw bro i like it i like him all right can you please

00:19:42.760 continue reading it it's just so distracting the ravens are feeding him bread and flesh in the

00:19:48.360 morning and bread and flesh in the evening he's drinking from the brook and you could tell that

00:19:52.600 elijah's not on the tv dog you're fine elijah's not a real jew because he would complain he's a tish 0.62

00:19:57.800 bite oh he would have complained no wine i don't necessarily like what you're saying and how you're

00:20:03.160 saying it but it brings up a very intriguing topic is like yeah tish the tish bite like uh

00:21:08.760 he was of the inhabitants of gilead that's what it says in verse one which looks like that's

00:21:16.840 part of israel proper is this flesh kosher but uh i mean that's a fair point dude is the dude is 0.98

00:21:23.880 elijah a jew i mean that's a that's a fair some people go down that path and it's kind of intriguing

00:21:28.760 there's no record of like uh a genealogy there's no record of anything before him you have other

00:21:34.200 prophets where it's no early life section of elijah the wikipedia section yeah there's like nothing on

00:21:39.800 the guy dude he just kind of like he comes on the scene like right here he comes on the scene dude

00:21:43.560 and then he vanishes off the scene as we're going to see when we go through the story vanishes as quick

00:21:47.080 as he came in a big way very intriguing dude yeah intriguing well he cut doesn't he come back and

00:21:51.320 talk to jesus real quick top let's go that's a whole nother thing what are you referencing uh

00:21:56.760 the transfiguration boom okay but we're burying the lead keep reading okay no i just wish the

00:22:02.920 raven would start to know these stories as much as you man i know it takes a long time for me to

00:22:07.320 read all right the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning and bread and flesh in the

00:22:10.760 evening and he drank of the brook and it came to pass i mean that's a that's a disciplined lifestyle

00:22:15.640 two meals a day that's discipline man yeah and it came to pass after a while that the brook dried

00:22:20.280 up because there had been no rain in the land elijah started crying and said oh god why don't you

00:22:25.320 take care of me the brook dried up no elijah said it's up to him though he didn't say oh god why

00:22:30.840 didn't you take care of me he definitely did not say that why is he always trying to start with a

00:22:34.600 trick he was down he was like okay whatever because the word of the lord came to him saying arise get

00:22:39.560 thee to zarephath which belongs to zidon yeah i was gonna say it must be time to get this guy i

00:22:44.440 know i know this is a touchy subject he's not jewish like clearly all the stories before him

00:22:50.040 been like they're like they're complaining through the desert the whole time and he's like he's in

00:22:54.040 the desert in a way no no no no the man of god in those stories is not complaining moses joshua

00:23:00.040 those guys are not complaining it's israel as a whole is complaining like this giant institution

00:23:06.040 of covenant people those people may be astray and those people may be complaining but the man

00:23:10.600 of god within that system is joe but you can i say something really quick doesn't look like it

00:23:15.240 looks like he's way before because remember israel had israel had a beginning like like

00:23:19.960 everything before abraham everything before moses really is is not uh technically hebrew is not

00:23:27.560 technically israel they didn't have a law yet they weren't a nation so like anything before abraham

00:23:33.560 which a lot of people place joe before abraham like he do be complaining yeah because some people

00:23:38.120 have this misconception that the entire old testament is the law like it's not there's a bunch of pre-law

00:23:42.600 stuff which i which i think would include joe too they're saying if he was a jew it would make

00:23:47.320 sense i just want to say something really quickly can i just say something yeah what no you say that

00:23:52.600 now like you copy the things i say now and that's a regular like it's a good way to interject um

00:23:58.600 what's this right here colloquialism whatever mac gave me here uh this is called the piss 0.66

00:24:03.880 pistinio i don't know how you named it why would you write something like that on the board

00:24:07.960 one of aiden's homies when he was a little kid brady shout out brady yeah he's my guy dude he's

00:24:14.840 playing college football right now just come in here but uh but he called the pistachios he

00:24:19.800 called them pistinios he's like matt can i get some more of those pistinios yeah so we just named

00:24:24.040 the drink pistinio because it's got story behind it banger drink white one and pistachio i don't

00:24:29.000 know how they're even mixing it but come to the uh come to the standard he had the goat yesterday

00:24:33.560 caramel macadamia now but can we just get back to the come to the standard coffee shop

00:24:37.400 christian lounge and casino engaging in the word and get a get a pistinio dude so good okay come

00:24:43.960 hang out but you're but you're bringing up an interesting topic now whether he's jewish or not

00:24:48.280 jesus actually brings up this story that that elijah is sent to a woman of zidon and not to israel

00:24:54.680 we're not going to go down that path right now but jesus brings this up and it pisses the jews off in

00:24:59.240 that day the pharisees and stuff that jesus has beef with because remember jesus never had beef

00:25:03.080 with the common people his only beef was with the religious institution that claimed to represent him 0.88

00:25:09.000 i'm just i'm just harping on this because on the tweeter oh there's been a lot of conversation about

00:25:15.720 christian zionism because tucker carlson said that he hates christian zionists and it's a whole thing now

00:25:21.480 people are coming out of the woodwork and they're misquoting matthew like matthew chapter 10 where jesus

00:25:26.760 sends out the disciples only for uh for the jews not the gentiles but then they'll they'll quote the first

00:25:32.840 couple but then later he sends them out not just for well but not just that within that same story

00:25:37.960 he goes and when they and when they disregard you if they don't want to hear your words wipe the dust

00:25:43.320 of your feet off and leave yes so i'm like you're but whatever so i'm just very sensitive because of

00:25:48.280 the tweeter you guys should stop watching the shows in the tweeter what is this you guys i'm fine

00:25:53.320 it's just like whatever it's so distracting like whatever the news is today and whatever they're

00:25:58.200 arguing about today is so distracting but they've been arguing about this dionism like what like

00:26:03.720 just study the bible and see what the bible says about israel and study what the bible says about

00:26:07.640 the church and then just live according to that and don't get don't be worried about tucker carlson said

00:26:12.200 this you're saying like straight bible said that or some other people said this or that just go straight

00:26:17.400 bible i feel like you're being rude no i am i am i'm just it just gets annoying because they're reaching

00:26:22.840 thousands of people saying half the bible there's like here are the three verses that i've cherry

00:26:28.440 picked and i was like read the next two people don't read the entirety of scripture either so

00:26:33.080 they're just like parroting things this is a major issue is people parroting things like a parrot on the

00:26:37.800 pirate shoulder they just hear the thing and then they just parrot it and they've never read the

00:26:41.720 entirety of the bible so if you don't read the entirety of the bible more than once like cultivate

00:26:46.360 a lifestyle of reading the bible from beginning and then reading it again and then reading it again

00:26:51.080 then you don't know what you don't know like like that's the terrible thing is that people are

00:26:55.800 talking about these topics and theology and doctrine and things that they're just like sold out to and

00:27:01.160 they don't even know what they don't know because they haven't read the entirety of the bible they

00:27:05.000 don't understand the concepts they're just like parroting things yep exactly all right we can we

00:27:10.120 can continue i'm sorry it's just it's fine this is very interesting can you get back on track okay

00:27:14.360 we're getting back on track come on matt that's your job he lost his place uh you know what's interesting

00:27:20.360 about this we're going to get into this creature called jezebel a little later and it looks like

00:27:24.280 uh that's actually where elijah was sent to was for like from her the nation that she's from but

00:27:30.920 let's go a little further where we in verse nine uh arise get thee to zarapheth which belongeth to

00:27:37.320 zidon well it looks like that's where jezebel's from and dwell there behold now it's not a raven

00:27:43.320 i've commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee he says bro don't worry i'm gonna you're gonna be

00:27:48.680 sustained you don't exactly know where it's coming from but i got this so he arose and went to

00:27:53.880 zarephath and actually the raven's really good at that do you ever notice he just doesn't have a care

00:27:58.840 in the world yeah about what or emotions about what yeah the guy doesn't have a care he just knows

00:28:05.320 he's gonna be taken care of and and i love that all right we'll read it maybe it's an old lady with

00:28:10.120 a little bit of oil she'll help you out earl earl uh so he arose and went to zarephath and when he

00:28:16.440 came to the gate of the city behold the widow woman was there gathering of sticks and he called

00:28:21.640 a bundle of sticks stop it okay and he called to her if i mean there's a lot of older people that

00:28:27.000 are not going to get that reference and it makes me laugh like when he does that he doesn't understand

00:28:31.080 the seriousness of this it's very serious i understand but gathering sticks he called to

00:28:35.800 her and said fetch me i pray thee a little water and a vessel that i can drink as and as she was going 0.92

00:28:40.680 to fetch it he called to her and said bring me i pray thee a morsel of bread in your hand and she

00:28:44.840 said as the lord thy god lives i had i don't even have a cake i just have a handful of meal a handful

00:28:50.360 of meal in a barrel and a little oil in a cruise and behold i'm gathering two sticks that i may go

00:28:55.800 in and dress it for me and my son that we may eat it and die a little bit of sticks to make a fire

00:29:02.040 to make her last meal oh this is okay and that's why he's mocking because he lives in america and

00:29:07.320 doesn't understand this concept of famine we have unlimited food bro like he of all people knows we have

00:29:12.440 unlimited food i'm not mocking it i just there's a bundle of sticks this story this story uh if you've

00:29:18.200 read some of stephen king's work one of his like magnum opus is uh the dark tower and uh the main

00:29:24.040 character roland is like this gunslinger type character and there is a scene where this almost

00:29:31.400 exact thing plays out and we're like they're basically there just to eat and die and he comes

00:29:36.360 there they feed him they help him out but instead like it's the inverse of this story where these

00:29:42.760 people well i mean we'll keep reading but i'm just like it's very interesting how they pick uh

00:29:47.400 they'll pick from the bible because it's like a like a very strong archetypal story and that these

00:29:51.560 stories oh yeah yeah and then they'll invert it or switch it around but people like it and not

00:29:55.640 they'll never know the greatest pieces of media are literally just like like lord of the rings is

00:30:00.680 the bible it's the story of christ told in three different archetypes from from gandalf and frodo

00:30:05.000 and uh in aragorn and then the same thing with uh with with harry potter it's it's just a retelling

00:30:10.600 of the bible that's why it's so popular i know matt's like i'm lost i don't know harry potter's

00:30:15.960 the bible i don't know i'm not getting into that i'm just saying i try to teach my kids like be

00:30:19.720 grateful you don't live in famine and war that's what i always told my kids be grateful that we're not

00:30:24.440 like hiding out in trenches and bomb shelters and that we have food like never forget how like

00:30:30.280 bad this life can get i sent you guys that passage the other day where they were eating their

00:30:33.800 children yeah yeah dude like we should be reading these passages and just take a second and go lord

00:30:39.720 thank you like i'm i'm really like whatever i've been complaining about is not that big of a deal

00:30:44.280 the bizarre part about that passage was that not just that they were eating their children but like

00:30:49.000 it seemed like the complaint of the woman to the king was that like i we ate my kid and now she's

00:30:55.160 hiding her yeah it's like what the hell like we're supposed to eat both kids eat your kid too 0.99

00:31:00.680 yeah but you should read that and say god thank you like like wow look how bad the human experience can

00:31:07.480 get concept of that dude i'm drinking a pastino right now this is great we live in luxury and

00:31:13.080 comfort which i'm incredibly grateful for but i always want to be mindful that i just keep in mind

00:31:17.560 how really bad the human experience can get and i don't want to be that's what happens when you read

00:31:22.120 the scripture you're not disconnected from it like you're very connected to it it becomes your story

00:31:26.280 and it becomes part of your heart and you just start to know like wow this can get really bad

00:31:31.480 maybe i should be really grateful that i wake up and have running water and food and electricity and

00:31:35.720 buttons on the wall to make whatever temperature i want and all these other things all right dude i'm

00:31:39.800 sorry about the stick joke okay you know what the bundle ask ask your kids they probably know okay here we go

00:31:46.520 where are we at now and elijah said unto her fear not that's a one of my let's go my t-shirts we like

00:31:55.160 that one uh go and do out as thou hast said but make me there of a little cake first and bring it unto

00:32:03.320 me and after make me uh make for thee and thy son that's a little wild to be like oh i hear you're making

00:32:10.040 your last dog just can you make me one first like i know you're making your death cake well it's a test of

00:32:15.640 faith right i i suppose that's kind of crazy well not not until we read the next verse can raven

00:32:21.560 read the next verse and instead of four can you use the word because no i everybody knows what four

00:32:26.200 means which one is 17 14 okay read 13 and 14 but when you say four say because okay i'll do that but

00:32:33.800 the chat needs to tell me if they know what four means in this context uh was it 17 14 or 17 13

00:32:38.760 well so 13 17 and then 14 and elijah said unto her fear not you know and do as thou has said but

00:32:46.920 make me there of a little cake first and bring it unto me and after make uh make because in the heat

00:33:54.760 no no make for thee you said say because when it's when it says for after make for thee and for thy

00:34:01.240 son which seems heartless seems heartless right oh you're gonna die hey hey before you die can you 0.51

00:34:05.800 make me a cake now say because okay it is thus said the lord god of israel the barrel of meal shall not 0.89

00:34:13.240 waste neither shall the curse of oil fat uh fail i'm sorry oh the cruise i thought it said the curse

00:34:19.960 hold on hold on a second we have uh let's go who's that for is that for me yes i got a drink

00:34:27.400 thank you very much gets all the drinks you have a drink thank you aubrey guys come to the standard

00:34:31.880 coffee shop and drink you have to go oh what happened that door locks you did great

00:34:37.720 oh the people in the chat love the bubble pony yeah they said oh they love that shout out to

00:34:43.880 aubrey's bubble pony that's what they said thank you aubrey um so so so okay let's bring that back

00:34:50.440 on because i'm sorry i i minced a couple of those words uh because thus say the lord god of israel the

00:34:55.480 barrel of meal shall not waste neither shall the cruise of oil cruise yeah okay of oil fail until the

00:35:02.440 day that the lord sendeth rain upon the earth so it's not heartless he just has faith in god and

00:35:07.240 he's like this is going to work out because god told me but this is also yeah i think they know

00:35:11.240 elijah's a man of god i think i think what's happening is like this dude comes on the scene

00:35:15.000 and there's a certain presence where they're like damn this dude's with the lord but where is she from

00:35:18.920 she's from right on yeah but that's like not he's like uh the lord israel the lord of god of israel 0.92

00:35:24.120 says and i mean i could be like that well that's because he's identifying who he's talking about

00:35:28.360 he's not talking about the god of the zidonians he's not talking about the god of mesopotamia he's

00:35:32.200 talking about the god of israel but do you think these people of this region care about the god

00:35:36.760 of israel oh yeah okay they're well aware i mean this this is the this is the area that like when they

00:35:41.640 came out of egypt and they took over everything like yeah the nations know about the god of israel 0.99

00:35:47.640 okay so you think that they don't because she she understands elijah's a man of god and not because

00:35:51.720 she's like well we're gonna die anyway so yeah might as well just give this guy there could be some of

00:35:55.000 that there could be some of that there could be that i mean that's why i like your guys

00:35:58.200 insight it could be uh she's there what the heck who cares i'm gonna die anyway and this is just

00:36:04.600 a thing that god's doing for her to to bring her to himself they're calling her aubrey aubrey aubrey

00:36:11.240 aubrey with the the bubble pony yeah they like aubrey okay aubrey with the bubble that's that's

00:36:14.760 very disrespectful chat so he's just saying like this is the god we're talking about because we've

00:36:19.160 talked about it a lot the lowercase g gods and they rule over nations they rule over territories

00:36:24.360 he's saying let's just be clear who we're talking about we're talking about the uppercase g

00:36:27.640 god of all the planet of all the universe who happens to be the god of this nation state called

00:36:33.000 israel which i get it is very offensive and it's like uh a trigger word today so either she's like

00:36:39.400 or she's like yeah whatever dude take your cake don't know we don't know man okay yeah

00:36:44.280 all right and she went and did according to the saying of elijah and she and he and her house did

00:36:50.280 eat many days she acted according to faith so she had faith and she acted accordingly she didn't say

00:36:55.080 oh i believe you i have faith and then went back and didn't do it no she went back and did it so

00:36:59.720 this faith without works is dead this is a very similar situation to like the oil in the lamp

00:37:04.440 kind of a thing never going out the fish and loaves i don't know no well because there's like

00:37:09.560 different stories you're talking about the virgins with the oil well and it's like the big jew thing 1.00

00:37:13.640 that all the jews love but it's like the oil in the lamp yeah i don't know i have some messianic

00:37:16.840 jews in my family no no no there's the parable of the ten virgins and uh so they all have lamps and

00:37:23.160 half of them have oil and half of them don't have oil and so i can kind of see how you're saying oh

00:37:27.960 both these stories have oil in them like that's fair but those are two like really no different

00:37:32.360 it's a it's a miracle that uh so let me see here what we got the phrase probably this story then

00:37:37.720 maybe it is the parable of the ten virgins i don't know uh uh no no it's but but this story does

00:37:42.120 get miraculous here in a minute so it may so you might be referencing this story i don't know shout

00:37:47.080 out to my uh shout out to my messianic jew family and the barrel of meal was not wasted uh wasted not

00:37:52.840 neither did the cruise of oil fail according to the word of the lord which he spake by elijah so that

00:37:58.360 little scoop of uh what it what did she have can you go back up i think it is hanukkah the little scoop 0.67

00:38:04.840 of meal never went away and the oil never went away that's crazy right that's what i'm saying man

00:38:10.520 okay so it's the hanukkah oil story that's what it is uh that oh we don't do hanukkah here no i'm

00:38:17.880 just saying this is a similar story right the a miracle that occurred when uh the maccabees uh

00:38:22.840 rededicated the second temple in jerusalem finding only one smart jar small jar of sacred olive oil

00:38:28.440 and it was enough to light the temple's menorah for a single day but miraculously it lasted eight

00:38:32.760 days so the oil never ran it was only a little bit that was supposed to be able to light the menorah

00:38:36.200 but somehow it lasted eight days and if you go back he's saying that they ate four days not like

00:38:41.480 i'm not saying it's play on words there but i'm saying they ate the barrel never emptied the barrel

00:38:45.720 of meal never emptied can we just put side by side the holiday of hanukkah versus the holiday of

00:38:50.680 christmas and how much better christmas is it's on every front and it actually not even close it deeply

00:38:55.560 upsets me that uh in the rugrats they they chose to focus and i know it's like a jewish cartoon but

00:38:59.720 they focused on hanukkah but they never had a christmas uh episode really yeah yeah they had a hanukkah

00:39:04.840 episode but not uh i'm straight bible i don't know i'm like talking about the rugrats they got

00:39:10.120 this creature called santa claus and then they got this christmas tree and all this i don't know

00:39:14.360 like it's whatever all right hanukkah really isn't like a bible thing except for uh it i i'm if i

00:39:20.360 remember correct it's they're celebrating that time in ester guamica that's where it starts at

00:39:27.000 i'm sorry i don't mean to laugh guamica's funny isn't that funny yeah you guys love

00:39:30.520 lap in guam but uh but nevertheless like i'm just not a big like uh the whole christmas thing

00:39:38.680 whatever it's just like yeah whatever yeah but you celebrate christmas at your house right we've

00:39:41.560 had no we're gonna help you out we're gonna help you i like the season i like the studio i like that

00:39:50.040 cozy and it's cold and florida again people stuff so it's a vibe like i like that we're getting like

00:39:55.560 a full-size christmas tree like seven eight foot put it right in here that will never happen you

00:39:59.720 said treat this place like it's your home no other than that other than that all right we're getting

00:40:04.040 a menorah and it came to elijah raises this the widow's son this is what i like about the bible

00:40:25.320 time that that goes by it's just like one verse is like yo they ate for uh like a bunch of days 0.85

00:40:30.360 anyway elijah raised this lady's son damn that's crazy that's a long time it's crazy because he 0.96

00:40:37.000 shows up but he's like the food that you're gonna put in your son's mouth give it to me because god 0.98

00:40:40.920 said so and then it all works out he's like now i'm gonna raise him like talk about god taking care

00:40:44.760 of you we're like jumping ahead did we read how he passed and everything or was i just that was it

00:40:49.880 yeah that's so 16 uh which he he spake by elijah the the words according to the word of the lord

00:40:55.800 so okay you read the heading that says elijah there it is but we haven't even got to that yet

00:41:00.520 so are we in verse 17 that's it no guys we can see the youtube chat and the patreon chat and we're

00:43:48.440 damn he died he died bro and she said unto elijah what have i to do with thee oh thou man of god art thou 0.96

00:43:57.000 come unto me to call my sin to remembrance and to slay my son heavy what did this chick do bro yeah 1.00

00:44:04.680 like what did she do that she assumed that this man of god knew her soul like knew her secrets she

00:44:11.960 did something so bad that she's got kind of hidden in her conscience which maybe this relates to some of

00:44:17.400 the homies in the chat too it probably does this thing from the past that's like so awful inside of 1.00

00:44:23.960 her she like we don't have any context that they've ever talked about this before but she says dude do 0.94

00:44:29.160 you know this crazy i've done in my past and that's why you came to kill my son well so you 0.70

00:44:34.440 do you think this is immediately after like they they eat for a bunch of days and then boom yeah they're

00:44:39.800 living they're doing their thing this is carrying on so she's like this is suspicious and then all of a

00:44:45.160 sudden the sun dies and she like i said dude like these guys people know this is a man of god he just

00:44:51.560 carries this presence about him right the spirit of terror if you will didn't somebody say he's like

00:44:56.040 a terrorist yeah i heard a sermon actually preached where they talked about the spirit of terror and

00:45:00.680 that like some of these dudes just carry a heavy presence with them i mean even jesus the disciples

00:45:05.640 were like i'm not asking him you ask him yeah yeah what are you guys talking about the bread

00:45:09.320 dude i'm not asking him you ask them or they ask their mom like ask ask they're just kind of

00:45:13.800 yeah they're just kind of i don't know it's like samuel when he comes into town and they say whoa

00:45:18.600 whoa do you come in peace like they're they're afraid of them they're not like oh this is a cute

00:45:22.200 guy with a sideways hair doing ripped jeans not from working but he bottom ripped and like he

00:45:26.200 gives cute little sermons on sunday well david too like people when they approach david i guess 0.91

00:45:31.480 shout out to chuck he says i love you guys no homo a big homo he says uh i can't send in 1.00

00:45:36.200 stream yard so i used a rant use it for whatever you need unbelievable you had an opportunity to

00:45:41.080 totally redact and we would have said no the only reason we we really appreciate it the only reason

00:45:45.800 i said that is because i think i think they take a percentage of it anyway they'll take a percentage

00:45:49.880 of it but i mean still it's a yeah good chunk of cash we could do something really cool that's so

00:45:53.800 cool man we have to start fleshing out the rest of the 500 pistinos i don't know how much 500

00:45:59.560 pistinos let's go there's my button we're gonna like get more cool stuff like right like cool cameras and

00:46:05.960 lights well we have a whole library to turn into a studio as well yeah that's halfway to another

00:46:11.320 camera actually yeah let's do that thanks dude thank you that's great chuck is the man okay all

00:46:17.080 right we'll continue reading um were we reading or was i saying you were saying something offensive

00:46:23.080 no was it no i don't think it was offensive man i think it was just like uh we were talking about

00:46:27.640 she says in the king james did you come to call my sin to remembrance and to kill my son because of

00:46:32.360 like that seems like because of his pre because of her previous sin i was saying like people like

00:46:36.760 i think that they recognize something was different about david like uh david as well after he's anointed

00:46:43.320 they like i don't know i they must carry like a certain thing an intimidation factor with them

00:46:49.880 because they have like this heaviness of of god um i don't know what do you do you think that that's

00:46:57.000 correct like yeah no dude i just think a man of god carries a presence bro i think that like um

00:47:02.280 even sometimes like a man of god comes in the room and people stop saying cuss words or whatever

00:47:06.520 conversation they were having that was really inappropriate they kind of tone it down a little

00:47:09.960 bit and the guy didn't say he just walked in the room yeah but other people we fail to realize i know

00:47:17.400 yeah no it's all good no we should be so down on yourself you guys are great you guys are on the

00:47:23.240 path it's just like when the chick was like are they christians and i was like maybe it's complicated

00:47:27.960 it's complicated yeah the lady of the institute literally said that you make up a lot of stories

00:47:33.160 about like these people that you meet out in the wild that was 100 a story that happened this

00:47:37.080 morning right after i said that's one of the ones that was true yeah but you say that to everybody so

00:47:41.720 i called you on speakerphone in the office is that true oh that's why she's like they're not christians 0.98

00:47:46.600 you laughed at me the way you laughed was like a like i don't want to say evil but there was like

00:47:52.280 a cackle vibe she was just like the way the way you approached it was very funny all right here we go

00:47:58.120 all right well no i was like dude i don't want to ruin your day like i can't do the show because

00:48:01.480 i have to wear glasses unforeseen circumstances i'm completely blind right now but you read for me

00:48:05.960 you read for my show that means a lot to me whoops they blinded me like that made us like way tighter

00:48:10.440 when you did that dude like what yeah it made us way tighter bro it was like yeah like people don't

00:48:16.120 read my notes like you had to like read my notes dude that's a big thing man not great not great

00:48:21.240 not great type it out next time you got a macbook i'll get the raven next time no i can't read barely

00:48:25.560 read don't do that and she said unto elijah what have i done to thee so the next verse uh and he said

00:48:29.720 to her he said to her give me thy son and he took him out of her bosom and carried him up into a loft

00:48:37.000 where he abode and laid him upon his own bed he's kind of like yeah give him here give me

00:48:43.320 here just give me the dead kid just give me here are you making a joke out of this this is like no

00:48:47.560 i'm just i'm just trying to imagine i get when i read the child and takes him up and puts him on the

00:48:52.200 bed yeah yeah i'm just trying to imagine what type of dude elijah was because like rough bro he's heavy

00:48:57.800 dude yeah he's i feel like if you're listening to god you can't be listening to people so much right

00:49:04.200 and you've also been drinking from a brook but i don't mean that i don't mean that in the way of

00:49:08.440 like oh yes you do not watch exactly i'm saying no you're very you guys are very moved by reactions

00:49:14.280 of people and you're really touching on something here like your whole thing is like you're on the

00:49:18.920 tweeter and then you do the thing and then somebody reacts to it and then you do the thing oh look at

00:49:23.880 the reaction i got it's not a difficult word to pronounce yeah but i like the tweeting and it's even

00:49:28.200 more disrespectful since now it's called x that's true whatever i'm saying and then your whole

00:49:32.840 thing is based on the reactions of people but you're on to something man like the man of god

00:49:37.080 he doesn't care at the reactions of the people he's like yo i'm here to preach the gospel do

00:49:40.680 whatever you want with it that's between you and god but i'm just a faithful witness and testifier

00:49:44.120 of the truth but whatever your reaction is that's up to you he probably didn't hear half of because

00:49:48.360 like it's one verse but it's probably hysterical what do you mean i mean the girl is probably yes

00:49:54.120 and he's just like just give me the kid yeah because i'm not listening to you i'm listening like

00:49:57.800 god is talking or doing something or he's focused love when you do this dude yes yeah because

00:50:02.520 this dude was intense he's the kind of dude that kills yes a bunch of all right well we'll get to

00:50:07.880 i like this guy all right uh yes and he cried unto the lord and said oh lord my god

00:50:15.080 hast thou also brought evil upon this widow with whom i sojourn by slaying herself what does that mean

00:50:20.120 he loves her bro he's like lord you sent me with this woman or son and i've come to love this family

00:50:24.840 i'm like part of this family and now you've taken out her son like lord please and it's almost like

00:50:29.800 like it's almost like he's confused right if we can be honest he's saying what's going on here like

00:50:35.400 why is this happening which i which i love that i think it's great to um to like take that up with

00:50:42.120 the lord if you're confused like say it to him i know you guys get offended at the way i pray or

00:50:46.360 whatever but you have to be raw with the lord yeah i just weren't expecting very clean and clear and

00:50:50.520 raw with the lord and say exactly what you're thinking because he already knows it and you have to

00:50:54.440 take it up with him like this thing i'm going through lord what is this what is going on

00:50:59.240 matt's prayer was weird because not weird it's how i talk you know that's why it was weird swearing a

00:51:05.240 lot that's how i pray too swearing and cursing is different than saying cuss words no it wasn't

00:51:09.800 just swearing i'm swearing and cursing well that was it because i didn't know before we linked up

00:51:13.320 with him i had no idea he swore this much and if i would have known that i'd have been like can we

00:51:17.000 have swearing again swearing is saying like i swear to god okay that's different than saying

00:51:22.840 about that no david's missing it because david hasn't been around completely missing it that

00:51:27.080 pray like when people pray okay in the room that's why like i we were at the water place

00:51:34.200 no i was saying to pray and you were like i don't know how to pray and then i so i prayed

00:51:39.320 and then it was like i was like i don't really know how to pray either but when matt prayed it's

00:51:43.400 like you were talking to someone else that was here yeah and i was like yeah but that's like the

00:51:50.360 definition of prayer like what yeah right but that doesn't happen well that's what i do when

00:51:53.960 i'm solo like if i'm by myself but that's does it like historically it doesn't happen they go

00:51:59.720 father god as if like we're sending like an arrow no no no that's weird he's already with you he's

00:52:04.120 been with you your whole life dude right like your whole life he's chilling there he's like why are you

00:52:08.520 talking about me like i'm not right yeah yeah i don't like that see i love your insights in the room

00:52:14.600 but not in the room yeah yeah that's not he's there he's with you talk to him just like you're

00:52:19.880 talking to the creator of the universe because see what you're doing and he says i know my sheep and

00:52:24.120 my sheep know my voice in other words he speaks their language it's like he talks to people in

00:52:28.120 chinese he talks to people in spanish he talks to people in all these other languages because he talks

00:52:33.000 to you how you hear and how you talk so that's how you talk to him it's very nice it's very plain and

00:52:39.960 that's what elijah's doing he's saying god what is going on like on a real level god like what is 0.85

00:52:44.280 happening yes so he doesn't even know he's like damn this kid died like did i do this it also seems 0.74

00:52:49.000 like her kid is super little yeah like just based off of you know holding him in the bosom and now 0.86

00:52:53.960 he's holding this kid up in the air like unless elijah's like a big dude like so do you think him

00:52:58.120 asking if he brought evil upon the widow uh by slaying her son do you think that that's like a sin on

00:53:03.800 elijah's part or is he being facetious or what now what's the question he said why has has thou

00:53:09.720 also brought evil upon the widow with whom he's like he's like did you bring the evil like shouldn't

00:53:14.680 he know that that's not really what god does what do you mean god doesn't kill people he doesn't he

00:53:20.120 doesn't bring evil he allows things bro what god doesn't god brings evil bro so david sins with

00:53:28.040 basheba god strikes the child sick and the child dies seven days later you call that whatever you want i

00:53:34.440 mean if you if i mean we had to say evil in quotes god flooded the entire planet bro like god killed

00:54:43.320 the angel did and god just said all right you do it he allowed it did you do that i mean if that's

00:54:49.960 your doctrine that's fine but in david it's very clear god struck the child sick and the child died

00:54:55.720 seven days later and never forget god is love it's not like god is love but he did that no no no god

00:55:01.960 is love so you have to read the scripture to find out who god is to understand what love is so check

00:55:07.000 this out you have you have to do that because if your understanding of love is like a boys to men

00:55:10.520 song and a slow dance and like a heart-shaped box of chocolates and some flowers then you're going to

00:55:14.760 completely misunderstand god and you're going to completely misunderstand everything my my friend uh

00:55:19.400 patrick best friend from uh new york not you david my my friend whatever dude he he just messaged me

00:55:25.800 and i read it before you started he said have you ever read mere christianity by c.s lewis he's

00:55:31.400 listening to the audiobook he was talking about god being love and he stated that a lot of people are

00:55:36.920 now saying that love is god therefore leading to them to believe whatever hat like wherever love

00:55:41.800 happens occurs it's godly so it's like the inverse of yeah so they go like if we do but stuff the love

00:55:46.520 is love you have to if god is love that's the clearest example that's not the case yeah read

00:55:51.800 the entirety of scripture to find out who god is and then you'll understand what love is and don't

00:55:56.040 do the opposite that was like the first big eye-opening thing to me to be like well what is

00:55:59.880 love exactly because as soon as the whole lgbtq community goes like love is love so let it and i'm

00:56:04.440 like wait a second that's something funny here but the church i'm not i'm not so uh concerned with

00:56:08.440 the lgbtq lmnop doing that i'm talking about when the church misses it and the church uh doesn't

00:56:13.800 understand this word love then we're in then we're in a problem just like they don't understand the

00:56:17.400 word grace or faith or like any of these words we've just butchered the definitions and then

00:56:23.240 everything's mangled right everything's mangled okay all right let's keep let's keep going i guess

00:56:28.120 can we please continue reading all right uh and he stretched himself upon the child three times and

00:56:33.640 cried unto the lord and said oh lord my god i pray thee let this child's soul come into him again

00:56:40.120 dang they said it three times yeah it's why like why three times interesting and the lord heard the

00:56:46.440 voice of elijah and the soul of the child came into him again and he revived dang so this is uh one of

00:56:53.400 the instances in the bible of like a an actual miraculous resurrection yeah it's like what what

00:56:59.400 counts is well brought back to life isn't the same as resurrection right like when we're resurrected

00:57:03.800 we're gonna have a resurrection body we're gonna have a resurrected body an eternal body okay these guys

00:57:08.840 just got brought back to life in their natural flesh so it's not the same as the resurrection are

00:57:13.240 you saying it's not as cool are they still under see so this is why elijah might not be jewish in

00:57:18.200 a sense because this they would they would be under the law of moses by this time touching the dead

00:57:22.200 didn't we talk about this the other day yeah yeah and he didn't care yeah he's like whatever

00:57:27.080 yeah and the three times interesting i don't know what that means like the first time you look

00:57:30.440 he's like still dead this is something you need to know about top lobster and i told him i wouldn't

00:57:34.360 tell anybody this but this is true about him if he doesn't want to do a thing this is true this is

00:57:38.760 true if he doesn't want to do it and this is for you to have if he doesn't want to do with it and

00:57:42.680 you really wanted to do it he'll say no the first time if you ask him three times consecutively for

00:57:47.400 some reason he's time it's like a weird thing and it works every time no that's weird i asked if i could

00:57:54.280 have my own show that's kind of exactly how it went yeah i remember because when you first said it

00:57:57.960 he looked at you you went like this yeah he does have and what would you talk about did you drink the

00:58:03.000 whole drink it's really good it's crazy what is this she didn't tell me what this one was

00:58:08.120 should we get her back in here we need a we need like a like a bell all right i guess we'll keep 0.69

00:58:13.880 reading please don't use the three thing because that's uh that's an exploitation sparingly yeah um

00:58:19.000 and elijah took the child and brought him down out of the chambers and into the house and delivered

00:58:22.920 him unto his mother and elijah said see thy son liveth just like that and the woman said to elijah

00:58:28.840 now by this i know that thou art a man of god and that the word of the lord is the word of the

00:58:35.080 lord in thy mouth is true heavy statement heavy statement sometimes miracles the miraculous

00:58:41.480 is an announcement of the kingdom of god right she says by this like by you bringing my son back to

00:58:47.160 life like i know you're a man of god sometimes it goes down that way she goes no doubt dog yeah no

00:58:52.760 doubt you fed us and all that stuff for a bunch of days but this she had no idea by the way that like

00:58:57.400 before he came and and asked god to you know bring this child's soul back into his life that

00:59:02.360 he was like it drinking from a brook and eating raven meat and all this crazy stuff and then he

00:59:06.760 came out of the bramble and well this is kind of like a child this is the hitchhiker thing that we 0.66

00:59:11.000 talked about with matt was like i'm not picking up any damn hitchhikers and i'm still not going to 0.65

00:59:16.040 right but but you might no definitely not no no not there's just no way in my house are you kidding me

00:59:23.800 no it's it it's just too risky now don't you think but then like how many blessings are you

00:59:28.280 missing out on or that's true but the last thing i need is to pick up some dude and he just blaps me

00:59:33.400 up blaps me up blaps my whole family up to get out of here i'm not doing that yeah i know no i don't

00:59:39.240 know man matt's matt's lost are you all right dude uh he's just ray charles out is a relative term so

00:59:47.400 well what are we all right let's continue reading that well let's go i guess he disagrees with

00:59:50.920 that he likes the hitchhiker that i'm just not gonna do it i picked up a hitchhiker once and that

00:59:55.320 is unsurprising in vegas that's why that's a bad place the homeless in vegas are like a real

01:00:01.400 different type of nancy what did you do with his body important question good question it was not in

01:00:07.320 vegas but it was where was it wasn't it was in a desert though that's crazy you picked up a hitchhiker

01:00:15.000 in a desert why does she have like jim morrison from the doors vibes man she's like yeah it was in

01:00:19.720 the desert nancy came out of laurel canyon nancy's actually our handler the feds had to assign a 0.97

01:00:25.000 handler to us and they they assigned nancy to us okay it's fine and it came to pass after many days

01:00:32.520 dude i can read man it's a miracle

01:00:38.120 it's a it's a miracle i mean it's easier with the shades but i got i can keep the glasses and it came

01:00:43.400 to pass after many days that the word of the lord came to elijah in the third year so it looks like we

01:00:48.040 got three years have gone on so the kid's been brought back to life and then he just hangs out

01:00:52.680 for three is he still with in james it says it was three and a half years which is what this is saying

01:00:57.640 in the third year um because james makes some references to elijah but uh in the third year

01:01:05.080 god says go show thyself unto ahab and i'll send rain upon the earth so back to leonard ravenhill when he 0.77

01:01:11.080 talks about this man he's just saying like it's important that you know when god's telling you

01:01:16.440 go hide yourself and when he's telling you go show yourself so now he's saying like show

01:01:20.520 very important and be like yo what up ahab god's about to make it rain yeah dude for three and a

01:01:24.760 half years it looks like god had to deal with elijah in quiet and in seclusion and in like in

01:01:29.960 a cave with ravens feeding him and then like hiding out with a widow and her son and we don't know

01:01:35.720 exactly what happened all these days but it looks like the lord was maybe training him for this next

01:01:40.040 stage of the journey so he had to get him alone to do that and i think that's consistent because we

01:01:45.240 talked about that with uh with moses he was on the back side of the desert for 40 years before

01:01:50.280 he goes in and rescues israel before the burning bush experience he's been on the back side of

01:01:54.520 the desert in seclusion for 40 years bro paul he goes into arabia three years after he gets converted

01:02:00.600 dude he gets knocked off the horse or what he's walking i don't know he gets dropped to the ground

01:02:05.000 the lord shows himself to paul and then in the galatian letter he says that for three years he's in

01:02:09.320 arabia right so he's just in seclusion teaching him stuff dealing with him working on his character

01:02:15.320 working on whatever so that he's prepared for the next stage of the journey that's it is crazy

01:02:21.240 sometimes i look at my son and i'm like this little guy knows he knows nothing like he like

01:02:28.440 literally knows nothing that dude could choke out probably 90 of customers he knows how to choke what i

01:02:33.640 mean he's a solid jujitsu guy no he's but he's like a very smart kid for his age like very wise for

01:02:38.840 his age but i look at him i'm like man he's gonna have to uh for like lack of better words he's gonna

01:02:44.520 have to like die and regrow five or six times maybe even ten times just to be where i'm sort of at now

01:02:52.520 that's why you're reading the bible now yeah you know what's crazy about that yeah well maybe you

01:02:57.480 fast track him but i don't know that's why you're reading in the bible now why are you doing i don't know

01:03:01.800 he's looking at me yeah yeah but still what are you talking about we go to the 501c3 thing that's

01:03:07.000 not enough of course that's not no you can't just shuck your duty to the 501c3 system you have to be

01:03:12.920 reading who's shucking duty and praying with them bro especially when they're little so that that's

01:03:17.800 that's their concept of reality yeah but even so there's still so much that you've got to learn

01:03:23.880 just like like you just cannot teach people can't fast track it amen and can't yeah i can't

01:03:29.000 explain to him situations i'm like man yeah good luck it's true it's true man yeah all right let's

01:03:35.640 let's keep going and elijah went to show himself unto ahab and there was a sore uh there was a sore

01:03:45.080 famine in samaria so there's still famine yeah in the land ahab called obadiah which was the governor

01:03:52.200 of his house now obadiah feared the lord greatly okay so obadiah is the governor in the house of

01:03:58.360 king ahab right so he's like a governmental official right so what elijah shows up and then

01:04:05.240 he's like obadiah hold on hold on you're like jumping ahead we're just trying to lay it down

01:04:09.960 ahab is the king yeah in obadiah which is the governor in his house he's a guy who rules in his

01:04:15.240 house but just keep in mind even though ahab's wicked obadiah fears the lord greatly yeah fears 0.79

01:04:21.800 the lord greatly because it was so when jezebel cut off the prophets of the lord that obadiah

01:04:27.720 took an hundred prophets and he hid them by fifty in a cave and fed them with bread and water this

01:04:33.800 dude's like a raven yeah no wait i'm no me okay okay hold on i'll explain it fine so so ahab is

01:04:40.680 wicked his wife jezebel who's referenced in verse four she's wicked too she's a hoe obadiah is a man 1.00

01:04:46.760 a god who lives in that house what's wrong with this guy dude that's what it is right can i just 0.89

01:04:51.480 well no i'm not disagreeing with that okay but i just that's not typically how you would like just

01:04:55.480 blap that out like that uh no he does that he just blaps out stuff and then people are like bro i'm

01:05:03.160 adding context for the people who might not know that four means because it's crazy how so uh i was at

01:05:08.600 my wife's job my wife my wife yesterday and and one of her co-workers i'm i'm doing work i'm i'm

01:05:15.560 finishing the the artwork for for your through your piece and she's like looking at me and i'm like

01:05:21.080 and i'm like hi because now like i'm sitting at a desk i don't belong i'm like hi how are you doing

01:05:25.240 and she goes i watched the show and i go oh cool her name is jen shout out to jen that's not creepy 0.98

01:05:32.040 the way she said that well she's at a job she has to whisper it she's like real excited to tell me

01:05:35.800 about it i'm like that too with a lot of people no dude you're so loud all the time do you know

01:05:42.600 uh so then she goes she goes i gotta tell you something i was like oh god okay what

01:05:46.360 what is it and she goes i woke up this morning and i just kept saying blap in raven's voice

01:05:51.320 that's so embarrassing in my voice what does my voice sound like like that very she also did say

01:05:57.080 very appropriate with like the um just blurting things out you know just jezebel everybody knows

01:06:03.240 jezebel's a hoe i had a girlfriend named jezebel and she was very nice it's kind of unfortunate you 1.00

01:06:07.400 would name your daughter jezebel that's not i didn't name her i'm not saying you i'm saying

01:06:11.400 like her parents like you know the context but this is what obadiah did bro so he lives in that 0.97

01:06:16.600 wicked and evil household and jezebel is going to kill off all the true prophets of god obadiah 1.00

01:06:23.080 finds out about this scheme and he takes a hundred of me hides 50 in one cave and 50 in another 0.98

01:06:28.680 remember this is not a fairy tale why are women always the problem i mean it's true dude okay 1.00

01:06:35.160 you guys are touching on a topic that you should search out in the scripture but you're just going

01:06:38.760 to get killed if you just like do this out loud like this but you should examine this concept through

01:06:43.640 scripture let him kill us but uh so obadiah he's a man of god and he's courageous he's fearless man so 0.53

01:06:50.120 he's willing to like put his life on the line to go hide a hundred true prophets and feed them

01:06:56.600 keep them alive man so jezebel doesn't kill him like bro we don't know anything about this this

01:07:00.680 is why sometimes like the rebellion in um

01:07:07.240 what's the movie star wars yeah like the star wars concept

01:07:10.600 i'm just saying there's like this rebellion and they're hiding out

01:07:14.040 it's kind of like this

01:07:16.520 star wars stop doing that we can do it i mean for real honestly i don't know anything about star wars

01:07:21.480 and and i'm just saying it's walkers it's the rebellion bro they're like hiding out

01:07:26.200 they're wanted they're wanted dead or alive any other analogy besides star like we we we've talked

01:07:32.520 about other dark tower series we've talked about the rings lord of the rings okay what's it what's

01:07:36.600 another story or movie or show where like they're hiding out and they're wanted dead or alive

01:07:42.040 that's a bon jovi that's like literally yeah it's it's about you please continue but i get it

01:07:46.680 endless pieces of media so so ahab said to obatya go into the land i need that 500

01:07:52.200 man so so uh this would be like a guy i don't know in the heat of battle your squad relies on you

01:08:19.000 power up at lenovo.com when i got a great deal on a great gift at winners i started wondering

01:08:29.640 could i get fabulous gifts for everyone on my list like this designer fragrance for my daughter

01:08:34.360 it's just 39.99 how could i resist this luxurious wool throw for my sister this gold watch for my

01:08:41.320 partner a wooden puzzle for my niece leather gloves for my boss ooh european chocolate for

01:08:47.480 the crossing guard at these prices could i find something for everyone at winners stop wondering

01:08:52.680 start gifting winners find fabulous for less in the administration that's one of these titles

01:08:58.440 that's like a big shot within the cabinet i don't know which one it would be but that's what obadiah

01:09:02.360 is like so ahab says to obadiah go into the land and all the fountains of water and under all the

01:09:07.160 brooks per adventure we may find grass to save the horses and mules alive that we lose not all the

01:09:13.160 beasts so this is just like straight up like he's like hey your job today is to go find water

01:09:18.760 it's like oh what about the stuff we need to do on the news and what about the stuff we got going on

01:09:22.440 with china aren't we working on a deal right now what about this stuff to do over here with canada no

01:09:26.280 no no bro your job is to go find water so that all of the animals don't die so can i can we rewind

01:09:32.360 a little because yeah i'm lacking some context here why is this hoe killing all these people 1.00

01:09:38.680 the prophets of god like what is there what has prompted it good question good probably we probably

01:09:44.360 should have maybe did a better um backdrop on the story but we didn't because it's been a little while

01:09:50.280 unless i missed something it's just like in this story so far just no no i mean you're kind of nailing

01:09:54.520 it with your commentary though you're missing it but you're but you're right on with your commentary

01:09:57.880 about her isn't this like what saul's wife also doing like just when god is distant from oh god 1.00

01:10:04.200 doesn't i guess what does he do to saul what's the correct term he kind of like uh just abandons him

01:10:09.400 well no he's like he's like you're not anointed you're done yeah and then his wife kind of like

01:10:13.800 takes it on her own means to try to figure so and it seems like this is what happens so like god's

01:10:18.280 clearly abandoned ahab after he didn't listen to elijah or elijah just told him and then was there any

01:10:25.320 way for him to change that no no all we're saying is that we're because we're still talking about

01:10:31.080 jezebel and why she is the way she is because why is she killing these is a zidonian bro they're 0.99

01:10:36.440 worshiping false gods the word there's a real war going on that's that's in the unseen realm that's 0.88

01:10:41.560 playing out in the natural realm and she's wanting to kill off the true prophets of god 1.00

01:10:45.560 that's what's happening ahab was the most wicked of all the kings of israel's what the scripture says 0.59

01:10:49.800 about him and he marries this chick who's not part of israel who's not part of the kingdom of god

01:10:55.160 like she's distinctly from some other culture with ashtara poles and all of the crazy stuff and 1.00

01:11:00.840 worshiping all these false gods and and so they hate the the true men of god and she's even turned

01:11:06.680 the whole nation as we're going to find out like this whole story that's what this whole story is dude

01:11:12.360 is that they have convinced all of israel to start worshiping baal 0.70

01:11:16.280 so the entire church of that day is now worshiping baal to the point where elijah says

01:11:21.080 hey y'all come hail or you can worship god but you can't worship both and that's this war that's

01:11:25.880 always going on in this story so she's a baal worshiping hoe i'm not against that statement i 0.99

01:11:31.720 mean it's kind of that's accurate it's kind of what's happening in america right now i mean

01:11:35.240 they just did uh some weird ceremony for uh a hindu the hindu religion where it's like you know

01:11:41.320 like some of the vedic gods in the white house and i'm like hey man what yeah yeah

01:11:45.640 well i mean you know jd vance's wife is indy there's like a lot it says strange indian

01:11:50.440 influence but like there's donald trump he's holding like one of their weird like pitched

01:11:55.640 forks or whatever it is and they're they're doing what's what's that it's called diwali i think their

01:12:00.120 holiday oh and they're like we celebrate diwali and i was like yo dude you could serve bail or you

01:12:05.000 could serve god but you can't do both yeah and i'm not saying that politics and like like religion

01:12:09.720 should mix but i'm like you got to choose you know but you're gonna get to watch how that plays out 0.89

01:12:13.160 yeah you can't do that and it's gonna be nasty we know how that shit go yeah we're gonna what 0.94

01:12:17.240 the language this is a christian we know how that stuff goes okay with that that's not swearing or 0.99

01:12:20.600 cursing that's just saying cuss words okay wait so okay so ahab said to obadiah go into the land

01:12:27.160 under all the fountains of water and under all brooks per adventure we may find grass to save the

01:12:31.240 horses and mules alive that we lose not all the beast so they divided the land between them to pass

01:12:36.360 throughout ahab went one way by himself and obadiah went another way by himself like dude it's so bad in the

01:12:42.200 land the king himself and like one of his right hand guys they're going through all the land just

01:12:47.320 to find water that's the context oh okay and as obadiah was in the way behold elijah met him

01:12:54.520 and he knew him and fell on his face and said are you that my lord elijah that's what i'm saying bro

01:13:00.280 it was like it wasn't like there was pictures of him on twitter or instagram or on any of the things

01:13:04.840 where they would have known that it's him that elijah yeah bro like there's no pictures but like

01:13:10.360 that's i know it's you yeah yeah sick you're that elijah right and he answered him i am go 0.50

01:13:17.240 tell thy lord behold elijah is here and obadiah says back to him what have i sinned that you would 0.96

01:13:23.400 deliver thy servant into the hand of ahab to slay me as the lord that god lives there is no nation 0.62

01:13:28.680 or kingdom where my lord has not sent to seek thee wait so obadiah is is a true man of god and he's

01:13:35.400 saying no if i go tell ahab to come find you he's gonna kill me because we haven't read it yet but

01:13:41.480 he's saying because you're not going to be here like nobody can find you because there's wanted

01:13:46.200 signs that say dead or alive because in verse 10 it says there is no nation or kingdom where ahab 0.69

01:13:52.120 hasn't sent to seek you damn this dude's wanted bro and he's the prophet of god wanted well there's 0.63

01:13:59.400 another prophet at least one in this day too i mean he's not the only but he's this dude moving in power 0.99

01:14:04.920 bro and so he's he's even calling himself his servant even though he's like yes the governor of

01:14:11.960 uh ahab's home he's like i'm great point that's wild he's like in the natural realm i'm a big shot

01:14:19.000 but here like that doesn't mean anything dude like you're the man and i'm your servant

01:14:26.600 so there's no nation or kingdom where my look so not just within israel to all the nations and

01:14:31.320 kingdoms ahab has sent out these wanted dead or alive posters trying to kill this dude and when

01:14:37.400 they said he's not there so after he sent all those posters around and when they said he's not there he

01:14:42.920 took a oath of the kingdom and nation that they found me not he made him take a oath that they weren't

01:14:48.520 like hiding elijah like this is just on another level dude they want this guy dead and now you say go

01:14:57.000 tell the go tell ahab behold elijah is here and it shall come to pass as soon as i am gone from thee

01:15:06.360 that the spirit of the lord shall carry thee where i know not and so when i come and tell ahab and he 0.96

01:15:11.960 cannot find you he shall slay me but i thy servant fear the lord from my youth ahab sucks dude it's like 0.98

01:15:18.280 what if the guy was telling you the truth just because you can't find him afterwards like you 0.98

01:15:21.720 wouldn't consider like maybe elijah was like maybe he moved maybe he didn't stand still but you guys

01:15:27.400 aren't like a little concernicus about this phrase that the spirit of the lord shall carry thee where

01:15:32.520 i know not well the the holy spirit because he knows to move elsewhere he's he's he's probably grab

01:15:37.880 him and put him somewhere else there's probably there were probably stories about like like when

01:15:43.000 people are looking if you're looking for a dude across nations and you can't find him there's probably

01:15:47.480 a myth that's like yo dude god hit him and it's like i mean it's it's an accurate myth but i guess

01:15:53.080 probably these rumors like yo you're not gonna find him and you would have to like not that you would

01:15:57.000 have to do this but it makes sense that they'd be like yo if we go there and he's not there i'm

01:16:00.120 gonna kill you and the reason that you would do that is because if if people were just lying and 0.88

01:16:03.880 wasting your time there had better be a big consequence of that or else because if you're 0.99

01:16:07.560 walking everywhere you're riding by horseback right so there's no water has time to get

01:16:11.320 everywhere can you pull up acts chapter eight yeah let's see yeah because maybe it's just a myth

01:16:17.960 maybe it's just a myth no i'm saying like do you think that there wasn't a myth around the people

01:16:23.320 saying like uh you know elijah was taken away by this elijah like who knows there's probably a lot

01:16:27.880 of stuff going on they're talking about elijah a lot dude dude was a celebrity all right okay eight

01:16:34.360 starting in 26 is the story of philip rolling up on this ethiopian eunuch uh who's like works for the

01:16:40.760 queen of ethiopia candace he's reading the scroll of isaiah 53 actually he's reading it out loud

01:16:47.320 and the holy spirit tells philip to go join himself to that chariot and go explain this passage

01:16:52.840 to this ethiopian right and i'm just going to pick up uh he's reading in isaiah 53 he's reading about

01:17:01.240 the humiliation and judgment of christ at his first coming like this was very confusing for a lot of

01:17:06.680 people the two comings of jesus the first time he came as the suffering servant and that's

01:17:10.600 what this ethiopian this ethiopian is reading about so in verse 34 the eunuch answered philip

01:17:16.200 and said i pray thee of whom speaks the prophet this of himself or of some other man then philip

01:17:22.200 opened his mouth and began at the same scripture and preached to him jesus and as they went on their

01:17:27.160 way they came into a certain water and the eunuch said see here is water what does hinder me to be baptized

01:17:34.200 and philip said that's just an outward expression of an inward thing it doesn't really matter that

01:17:40.360 much wait where are we wait it doesn't say that that's why i'm trying to make sure you guys are

01:17:44.680 paying attention yeah that's why well now you confuse topics like that's not here where are

01:17:48.760 we yeah it's in the different okay 836 36 you made him scroll because you're so why didn't you say

01:17:54.360 that when i started reading no because you said i was looking outward expression of an inward thing

01:17:58.600 and he was like that's not here and then he got all exactly okay he was tracking yeah and then

01:18:02.920 okay because that's what some of your buddies say like oh yeah baptism doesn't matter that much it's

01:18:06.600 like okay well let's just see in the scripture where they said water baptism doesn't matter that

01:18:11.000 by the way i want to say shout out to g by jonathan who says i wonder if we could buy them drinks

01:18:15.320 imagine how horrifying a thing that would be if the audience could like somehow pay at the register

01:18:20.760 to have drinks the table would be covered in drinks and we would be shaking by the end of it

01:18:25.480 there's no way i don't have to drink them i'm going somewhere with this we can't we can't waste

01:18:29.160 it and as they went on their way they came into a certain water and the eunuch said see here is

01:18:33.240 water what does hinder me to be baptized and phillips said let's wait for the next 501c3 ceremony

01:18:40.600 what verse is that i didn't see that one exactly what what if we did set up uh like check this out

01:18:45.400 matt real quick dude we would be shaking a little uh qr code where they could scan and it could pay

01:18:50.600 directly to the shop and then the drinks would be walked out that would actually be no because they

01:18:57.080 would there would be an endless amount of drinks and we would be dead from you'd be dead i would

01:19:01.480 be like i'm built different i don't think you can handle that much caffeine dog but he gets you two

01:19:05.000 drinks okay okay i okay this is a big deal phillips said if you believe with all your heart you may

01:19:10.840 it doesn't have to be the next church service it doesn't have to be with a bunch of people around

01:19:14.680 it doesn't have to be with music and this little thing with the fog machine so you're saying dude we can do

01:19:19.000 this right here right now the only qualification is that there's water and that you believe with all

01:19:24.360 your heart is he like is that is he knocking me and he answered and said i believe that jesus christ

01:19:29.800 is the son of god and he commanded the chariot to stand still and they went down both into the water

01:19:35.640 both philip and the eunuch and he baptized him and when they were come up out of the water the spirit

01:19:41.000 of the lord caught away philip that the eunuch saw him no more and he went on his way rejoicing but

01:19:46.040 philip was found in azotus and passing through he preached into all the cities till he came to

01:19:50.760 caesarea so what did he got raptured he got raptured yeah this is what i'm trying to say you guys like

01:19:54.600 oh the thing about elijah maybe it's a myth that he just got scooped up and taken away no maybe it's

01:19:59.560 just like this i didn't say that he just got scooped up by the spirit of the lord and put somewhere

01:20:04.360 he doesn't like when we like you're giving a bad interpretation it must have been known that like

01:20:08.760 ahab was like on the heels of elijah and then poof he's like taken somewhere else by the spirit of the lord

01:20:14.040 just like the spirit of the lord did to philip right here in act i was saying no top you and i

01:20:19.400 are very stupid for even speculating on that and be remorseful for having any thoughts i'm sorry if i

01:20:24.600 misrepresented your opinion i think that i'm right still i think i think that like there's a lot of 0.98

01:20:28.520 people across different nations and they probably all see elijah and his picture or they're looking

01:20:33.000 for him and like they can't find this dude must have been this must have been that there's probably so

01:20:36.600 much going around all misinformation disinformation oh stuff like that but in the heat of battle your

01:21:36.440 free of charge sure the spirit of the lord is scooping him up and taking him places potentially

01:21:44.600 and this isn't the one time this is alluded to in this story like it's alluded to again in this story

01:21:50.440 okay so wait so it's not a one-time thing where people are like oh the spirit of the lord just takes

01:21:54.520 elijah and puts him in other places but no because god told him he's like go to this river and drink here

01:22:00.120 so like it seems like elijah went there and then the ravens fed him there and then he went go to

01:22:04.120 that old lady and he went there or the the widow and he went there and he stood there almost to say

01:22:08.840 you never know when they're gonna be inspired to move he wasn't supernaturally moved but he was told

01:22:12.600 to okay or is god just like what they're coming for you wait wait no no what did matt go ahead okay

01:22:17.160 spoiler alert i wasn't going to do this but we read a couple more chapters and whirlwind and chariots of

01:22:23.640 fire come for elijah and pick him up and take him away and everybody that watches it says let's go

01:22:30.360 look for him god just took him up in that whirlwind and put him somewhere else so this is something

01:22:35.320 that is different than them just thinking that like god said hey man go with the ravens go to the cave

01:22:40.440 that's interesting because if that happens right now we wouldn't be like let's go find him we'll be

01:22:44.520 like i don't know where that guy just went i have no idea that he's going to come back down and be

01:22:48.280 anywhere this is almost foreshadowing of what is what's going to happen to him like they the people

01:22:53.560 have an inclination that he will be it's just well it's just like the thing that happens to him when

01:22:57.880 he gets taken up in the whirlwind it wasn't a one-time deal it was a one-time deal that that

01:23:02.200 was the last one and he's gone to heaven and didn't die oh so you think that this happened to him a lot

01:23:06.840 like the dude was just moving around i'm just saying there's multiple references to it there's this

01:23:10.760 reference then there's another reference and then there's that story with philip where i'm saying like hey

01:23:14.760 man i like to interpret the bible with the bible i don't like to be like oh what does national

01:23:18.840 geographic say about this like what does the bible say about it and so there is context for like the

01:23:24.280 lord doing this with people yeah shout out to uh share saved by grace she says if you guys would

01:23:28.680 quit interrupting and shut the hell up and listen just saying it's hard to follow i don't think that 0.68

01:23:32.840 that's relevant to the conversation i love that she said that the banter the banter yeah is that the 0.77

01:23:38.600 lady is that the lady it was like no no no no the lady that i'm talking about would never like watch 0.89

01:23:43.080 oh uh older lady well listen share i understand that you're saved by grace but we have a successful

01:23:49.320 podcast and it's based purely on banter well i want to ask questions i mean i asked i don't know

01:23:54.200 things you know who gets the most offended when people say stuff like that me jess no she gets

01:23:59.560 oh jess gets mad yeah she's like i don't like that the only reason you're even allowed on that show is 0.70

01:24:03.880 because they bring you on who do those people think they are to say they can't interrupt you and

01:24:07.160 say whatever they want to be honest a lot of the but i love when people say it is not for the audience

01:24:11.320 it's for me to learn uh i you know it's i don't know things i learn on the show yeah exactly so

01:24:16.760 yeah the the banter uh no banter is straight bible we want no banter go and support straight bible i

01:24:22.280 think i did a good job yeah tna is kind of cool man all right oh yeah i like that yeah yeah that used

01:24:29.240 to be a channel he knows what's up man yeah no no but that's so we we've given you that option he

01:24:34.040 that's a great point he says we have nds bible for the banter straight bible no banter exactly but

01:24:38.760 that's all right no she doesn't want to share this and see you've you've instigated the banter

01:24:44.600 so you're actually working against yourself i think i did a great here she goes she's talking

01:24:48.520 again and we're going to keep talking about it i did a great job of not of not bantering right matt

01:24:54.040 matt said read this pull this up i did that i shut up i love this she probably doesn't even know that

01:24:59.880 there's a straight bible that airs on nephilim death squad it's called straight bible every week

01:25:04.360 you can look at it it's not t and a elohim it's not t and a his name is t n a yeah you know what's

01:25:12.520 crazy with the heart and share saved by grace has made us like now even like further elongate this

01:25:17.080 process and i just i wish we can get back to the bible share can we get back to the bible please

01:25:21.480 matt continue she says okay what verse are we in we're good we're back um i think we're in 1812 uh let's

01:25:29.800 see here yeah and it shall come to pass as soon as i'm gone from thee that the spirit of the lord

01:25:33.800 shall carry thee where i know not and so when i am come and tell ahab he cannot find me he shall slay

01:25:38.840 me but i thy servant fear the lord from my youth was it not told my lord what i did when jezebel slew

01:25:44.440 the prophets of the lord how i hit a hundred men of the lord's prophets by 50 in a cave and fed them

01:25:49.960 with bread and water he says elijah i'm a real one bro like didn't you hear about me that we already

01:25:54.200 read earlier in the chapter didn't you hear when i saved the real prophets why do you want me to die

01:25:58.680 he thinks ahab he thinks that uh elijah is like planning like setting him up it's weird that

01:26:03.000 he he's bragging about he's like pleading for his life no but what he's bragging about is like i hit

01:26:08.360 if i if i hit a hundred men i'd be like i hit a hundred men he's like but i did it by 50 in a cave

01:26:13.000 i split the cave system did you think about the the logistics yeah man if they would have found one

01:26:18.600 at least the other ones would have still been safe smart yeah should have found more caves right to two 0.89

01:26:23.000 caves exactly dude no that's what i'm saying you guys like to make the jokes but it's

01:26:28.440 good insight and now you say go tell that lord behold elijah's here and he'll slay me and elijah 0.94

01:26:34.440 said as the lord of hosts lives before whom i stand ah damn what a raven hill used to say if you stand

01:26:41.800 before god you'll never bow before man that is such a statement bro and elijah said as the lord of hosts

01:26:49.800 lives before whom i stand i will surely show myself unto him today what a statement because people say like

01:26:56.360 wow where did elijah get his power like what's the secret with elijah he's elijah as the lord of

01:27:02.040 hosts lives before whom i stand so he stands in the presence of god which is what which is what gabriel

01:27:07.480 refers to himself as i'm gabriel who stands in the presence of god elijah's saying something like

01:27:12.280 that dude he's saying he's saying the lord before whom i stand man i thought you had to be jewish to do

01:27:19.080 that oh yeah i guess not free of foreskin why did he have it in the heat of battle your squad relies

01:28:23.160 that's a whole nother thing no but that is a good do you think that he's distinctly capable of doing

01:28:28.280 that or anyone anybody can do this access to god it's standing yeah especially now jesus has created

01:28:35.080 a path to where we boldly come before the throne of grace yeah that's why it's so offensive to say

01:28:39.240 that you pray to like mary who's not a virgin anymore we're incredibly grateful that she was

01:28:44.360 a virgin for the birth of christ but jesus had brothers and sisters so like this concept that like

01:28:48.760 you pray to the virgin mary or the queen of heaven which is always wicked in the bible if you just

01:28:53.000 pull up queen of heaven that's not a good thing that's not true that's a great point so when people

01:28:57.960 are like praying to so-called mary whoa hold on a second we need to stand your coffee cam what's

01:29:03.160 that this is from scott scott wait how did he do that let's go scotty scott says i just did

01:29:09.400 something unbelievable how did he do it bring that one to top because i just

01:29:13.160 his name is not scott his name is sancho no that's no scott's one of our best friends holy

01:29:19.000 smokes what is that okay it's green matcha there's no sweetener in it ops people are asking to see

01:29:27.480 the bubble pony can you show off the bubble that's solid there it is can i ask really quickly though

01:29:32.360 how did he do that he called in on the phone he called in on the phone it's getting a little

01:29:38.920 invasive he called the standard bible what i was gonna say is it's unsweet so do you want

01:29:43.320 he'll be fine thank you no he doesn't need any more did he tip thank you guys thank you guys and

01:29:50.120 thank you scott wow wow so that's a thing what a unique thing it's a good idea it's your idea why

01:29:57.400 are you like you're pointing no that was that was gp's idea i gotta give credit where credit's due he's

01:30:05.560 the one that mentioned it yeah all right we could make this more seamless i like that idea that's

01:30:09.720 crazy i like and it's very nice too i don't know blacktown honey says sneaky sneaky very sneaky scott

01:30:15.160 very sneak at this try it how is it i want to know it looks wonderful what a great like

01:30:21.560 it's a little hot i don't like matcha but i will drink it it's good

01:30:25.480 this is really good for you too dude is this the stuff that gave david bloody diarrhea oh no that's 0.51

01:30:29.960 mate which gave me diarrhea for a bloody you know it's a whole thing it is good though i don't think 1.00

01:30:35.800 it was that it was just like the new thing that i was doing your whole like

01:30:39.400 intestinal tract is just no no no no i i stopped drinking coffee because i was afraid of some

01:30:44.360 adrenal gland issues and so i moved to mate and then i had that and i didn't know if it was

01:30:47.960 causing the guarana for a little bit bro what yes open up the receptors clear out the old ones guys 0.99

01:30:53.800 the people are complaining about the banter oh the banter we're doing the banter again i'm sorry share

01:30:59.400 back to the bible is her name really share yeah share saved by grace yeah and share yeah

01:31:03.560 yeah same person that was a little before your time but uh so he said i understood it he said to

01:31:09.000 the lord of hosts before whom i stand i'll surely show him unto my show myself unto him today so he's

01:31:15.880 probably just gonna sit in a rock and wait yeah i mean just think about this dude man in that time

01:31:20.120 when god said go hide yourself is that where he learned to stand before god i and i just think people

01:31:25.160 jump the gun they go to church they get so excited they start singing the songs they start playing the

01:31:30.440 games i don't sing the song i gotta be very honest i don't sing the song and they never go get quiet

01:31:35.160 with god so that god can say hey just shut up for a minute let me talk to you like let me explain

01:31:42.120 before you just get in this system that like tells you all this stuff what to think of me and you get

01:31:46.920 it misconstrued like let's just get alone for a little bit let's just get alone and there's a time to

01:31:51.480 get alone and there's a time to go be with the people there's time for both and that's what

01:31:54.760 elijah's life shows us but it looks like this is potentially where he learned how to stand in the

01:31:59.480 presence of god was when he was alone when he wasn't standing before man i just know that people

01:32:03.560 love to be in front of man and get the praise of man and get the tweets from man and get the reactions

01:32:08.280 from man but sometimes you got to get alone with god man yeah sound like you're from wisconsin

01:32:13.640 wisconsin all right all right so obadiah no go ahead you wanted to say more about it

01:32:18.200 if you were condemning me so i was gonna go no i i love your insight i like that you condemn him

01:32:22.920 and he's like moving forward moving forward he's like a lot of people like to go and listen to music

01:32:26.920 in the church it's 501c3 i said there's no problem with that you just need to know when it's that and

01:32:31.400 when it's something else i agree okay very good so obadiah went to meet ahab and told him and ahab went

01:32:37.640 to meet elijah and it came to pass when ahab saw elijah that ahab said unto him art thou he that

01:32:43.480 troubleth israel so ahab after all the posters and the wanted signs he finally gets his eyes on 0.98

01:32:49.240 elijah didn't he meet him before when elijah threatened him he probably doesn't even remember

01:32:52.760 yeah but it's been three and a half years like you think of what goes on in three think of think of

01:32:57.240 what was going on in your guys tweeter cycle three and a half years ago i wasn't even on twitter yeah

01:33:01.480 david's gained a lot of weight since then i have not fair point oh actually i have i was ripped three

01:33:05.720 and a half years ago and now i'm but i'm just saying i think of what's gone on in that time period

01:33:10.760 it looks like for three and a half years this dude ahab has like committed his life to track

01:33:14.520 down elijah and now boom there he is he's like damn he's here what do i say yeah and now he's 0.84

01:33:20.600 asking him like yo dog are you causing like the droughts and yes okay the raven is in it no because 0.91

01:33:27.880 i feel like he's daydreaming like most of the show and he's just kind of like thinking about stuff he's

01:33:32.440 you know he smiles when he just like smiles and looks up dude i'm not gonna lie to you like what

01:33:36.920 goes yeah yeah he's just staring off in the distance but then when he pays attention he

01:33:41.000 has like great insight he's doing it right there i know no i'm just laughing because i know we'll be

01:33:45.640 out we'll be out and he does the thing and he'll smile and i'm like is there a camera in here no

01:33:50.600 he's just looking off in the distance i've watched him do this bro because i just get like my head is

01:33:54.760 just filled with stuff i like the like like rachel's if he would just like lock in he has great insight

01:34:00.760 this is why i'm always praying for him to get serious about the word of god and like really be

01:34:04.920 praying and reading alone like i can't wait till he like enters the game like dude i do read alone

01:34:10.920 always tell me you can't read like you always know i do read alone and i actually don't even i

01:34:15.320 thought i was gonna have to read out loud i don't read out loud what makes gold special is that it's

01:34:19.160 not as common so you just accept the fact that you're gonna get some nice nuggets from him here

01:34:25.240 and there but a lot of the times it's gonna be a lot of just looking around yeah look at

01:34:30.760 but i'm excited for when he's like all in dude i can't wait for that you know no no you're on the

01:34:35.480 path i'm not trying to like be nasty about you're being nothing but on the path you're being like

01:34:39.480 when you get super serious and you're like calling me and say matt dude what about this passage in two

01:34:43.720 kings matt what about this passage in acts matt did you see this i'm not gonna do you know what i

01:34:47.080 don't i gotta admit too i what i don't do is like i don't feel compelled to do all that like a

01:34:51.960 highlighting and circling like you say you circle the word for every time you see it and i'm like why

01:34:56.200 would i so i'm like i'm reading what do you call that word top because no a conjoiner a rejoinder

01:35:03.000 a rejoinder bro that's why it's because it's connecting that last verse with this verse it's

01:35:07.560 saying why but what what is the benefit of circling it it just brings it to your attention and it pops

01:35:12.280 more like i don't know i can't read this whole bible and not engage with it and underline things

01:35:18.520 things and put a star and put notes and put parallel passages that line up with that passage i

01:35:23.480 probably wouldn't like i wouldn't remember it all i wouldn't i wouldn't like be able to reference it

01:35:27.560 or pull it up in my head if i was just reading and not under rejoinder is a reply especially a sharp or

01:35:32.840 witty one so like they're almost replying to themselves with what they said right that word

01:35:37.240 is accurate i didn't feel like it was accurate i wasn't going to say it i think that's not accurate

01:35:41.240 no i just like i like that word rejoinder well anyway i'm just saying there's a thing that happens

01:35:45.800 when you go all in for the kingdom of god and you're reading and it consumes your time and your

01:35:50.040 life and your way of thinking and i'm super excited for that happening with you that's all i'm saying

01:35:54.120 and i love watching the process and i feel like you're just being nasty just saying no i don't

01:35:57.960 want to be nasty i don't hold your breath for this okay here we go uh it came to pass that he saw him

01:36:04.040 he was like yo are you the guy and he answered i have not troubled israel but thou and thy father's

01:36:09.800 house in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the lord and thou has followed balaam i like that

01:36:15.960 so he's like you think that it's me dog and you're searching everywhere don't shoot far and wide and

01:36:20.280 it's you look in the mirror oh michael jackson that's what he's saying bro ahab who's really

01:36:26.920 brought all this who who really did bring all of this famine and drought on the land was it me i don't

01:36:33.320 think so bro matter of fact let's just go ahead and prove it bud yeah let's prove this now therefore

01:36:40.520 send and gather me all uh gather me all israel and hold on all all the world no just israel wait

01:36:46.920 all the nations no dude all the people who are not covenant people no just israel do all this

01:36:53.720 highlighting and you ask questions like this hold on this is a big deal wait therefore send and gather

01:36:58.280 me all the covenant people just israel why would we have to find out where the covenant people are

01:37:04.840 lies why we have to find that don't we already know of course the covenant people are with god right

01:37:11.000 wait a minute let's get all the covenant people into mount carmel but it's because you're saying

01:37:16.120 you're making the point because uh because that doesn't like israel i don't well i don't like

01:37:21.080 current israel the government there but you're talking about the jewish people who he is the god

01:37:25.960 over because right now so who's the god over who's the god right now god yeah over everything

01:37:33.160 changed over everything but no but i mean it seems like before god's like all right yeah they got their

01:37:36.840 uppercase g god is god over everything he gave everything to adam hold on i go right

01:37:41.160 through it he gave everything to adam adam gave everything to satan that's when satan was able

01:37:45.000 to say to jesus all the kingdoms of the world that have been given unto me i'll give to you if

01:37:49.480 you just bow down and worship before me that's what he said to jesus and jesus didn't say hey you

01:37:53.080 don't have all the kingdoms because he does have all the kingdoms because adam gave them to him

01:37:57.160 now within that he set up this system or maybe inherited a system that already existed because maybe

01:38:03.320 he's not that uh organized but the system already existed with lowercase g gods ruling over nations

01:38:09.400 uppercase g god who's god over everything is also the god over the nation of israel that doesn't change

01:38:16.760 which doesn't mean they do no wrong like clearly they're doing wrong clearly they're incredibly wicked

01:38:22.200 at this stage of the story they're worshiping bail so nobody's saying israel does no wrong nobody's 0.60

01:38:28.520 ever saying that we're saying we have to interpret modern day israel interpret israel in the bible

01:38:34.200 what i'm what i'm asking though here is he's specifically dealing with his music bring israel to

01:38:39.400 me because i am the god like they know they know the other people they might know but it hasn't been

01:38:47.000 presented as obviously to these people right they have other principalities so it makes sense that

01:38:51.160 they're worshiping those only way those other people were gonna know was through israel okay so right 0.95

01:38:56.440 you're saying as of right now though everybody everybody knows so this is like we're blanket

01:39:01.240 statement india is india is part of in the heat of battle your squad relies on you don't let them down

01:39:57.240 ontario at 1-866-531-2600 to speak to an advisor free of charge you'd know that today you're talking

01:40:04.760 about today today the only way the nations know about god the true god of the bible is through the church

01:40:09.640 same thing it's the same thing like god can do it however he wants but he chooses to work through

01:40:14.360 humans whether we like that or not that's how he chooses to do it okay so under that old covenant

01:40:19.880 the covenant with israel he showed himself who he was to all the nations through israel

01:40:24.520 so when israel drops the ball everybody's screwed the same way today he works through 0.77

01:40:29.400 the church if the church fails today all the nations are screwed you have to be careful because

01:40:33.400 now you're talking about the church being israel i'm not talking about the church being israel 0.62

01:40:36.600 i'm talking about the church being the church and israel being israel all right well we all

01:40:41.240 need to be careful because share is watching and we're not reading the bible so can we get back

01:40:44.600 to it wait wait is this banter no imagine this imagine this because uh there's this uh movie

01:40:51.640 dangers right so just just imagine for a minute just imagine for a minute there's this

01:40:58.440 fighting force on the planet that has power from another realm they don't just have money and

01:41:04.920 music and fog machines they have supernatural power from another realm

01:41:09.720 right there's entities forces of darkness from another realm trying to enslave the human race

01:41:17.000 the only thing stopping those evil entities right is this force called the avengers that are fighting

01:41:24.680 against them if the avengers don't do their job the human race is screwed okay so i'm sorry to try

01:41:30.040 to make it like a movie thing but i'm saying like that's a more accurate depiction of the church

01:41:36.200 than what you would get in like a normal show on sunday morning like and i hate that that it has 0.92

01:41:41.400 to come from like a movie i hate that but it's like you watch that movie you're like damn look at the 0.53

01:41:46.200 parallels man because in titus it says under the pure all things are pure so that's why like when we watch

01:41:51.240 a movie like we should be having these kingdom of god insights as we're watching it dude this fighting

01:41:56.920 force on the planet that has supernatural power from another realm is fighting and saving the humans from

01:42:02.520 these forces of darkness coming from another realm dude that's a pretty good accurate description of

01:42:07.000 what the church is supposed to be or in this day what israel was supposed to do and where they fail 0.57

01:42:12.760 it's not just them that get screwed it's all the nations get screwed and so my point is just that

01:42:17.400 elijah's bringing them here and a lot of church people miss this the mount carmel showdown they think 0.81

01:42:22.120 it's like they brought all the nations to mount carmel and bring the non-covenant people they brought the 1.00

01:42:27.160 covenant people to mount carmel and said enough is enough you can worship god or you can worship

01:42:32.200 baal but you can't worship worship both which is really the equivalent of jesus saying you can't

01:42:37.240 worship god and mammon it's the same thing for the church today like israel couldn't worship god and

01:42:43.400 baal jesus said you can't worship god and mammon so the american church should really take that to heart 0.92

01:42:48.760 because it's the same concept all right geez no no no no sorry did i get loud and intense i'm just

01:42:54.840 trying to like say no i just like you do have a fascination with like dunking on fog it's like

01:43:00.360 i mean i get it within like the 505 i don't like anything that's trying to make it look like the

01:43:05.000 presence of god what if we got like a fog machine in here and we just called it fog and not god we

01:43:09.160 were like this is god miss we're like this is fog stop doing that all right okay actually i like it

01:43:15.800 but it'd be cool to get a fog machine in here i don't know but that's what i don't like that's my beef

01:43:21.880 with log machine yeah or any of the music well nobody's well it's like you're trying to make

01:43:25.720 it look like the presence of god i'm like how about we just get the presence of god like let's just do

01:43:29.560 that i never thought of it again like just like ambiance like i think i think the music is important

01:43:35.160 in inviting the presence of god i think that you're operating in and you're manipulating frequency and

01:43:42.360 vibration in order to create like an atmosphere which is pleasing to god and he's he is pleased when you

01:43:49.240 when you worship him when you're when you're when you're creating this thing and giving it to him

01:43:54.680 i feel like that invites him in i also feel like that like the music sometimes the music could also

01:43:59.720 invite other things in because it's opening of this uh there's something happens when you dance when

01:44:05.880 you listen to no you don't have to dance but as a musician i'm telling you there's something

01:44:10.840 significant about it you're opening up some sort of you're playing in a game that i i'm starting to

01:44:17.240 understand more i know it's it's hard for you to understand but i do understand the part of it

01:44:20.920 no i'm listening no i'm looking behind your glass as you're looking at it as you're looking at it from

01:44:24.600 from like the outside it's like this is a show and and to a lot of people it is a show they're they're

01:44:28.760 just there to do this they have their nice shiny guitars they have their nice things and they want

01:44:32.760 to play their music that is structured in a certain way but i think you could master your master the

01:44:37.160 music in such a way to invite that in this is what david was doing too david wasn't just a king

01:44:42.200 bro i love i love what you're saying and agree with what you're saying because you're saying

01:44:46.280 there's the potential for that i'm simply saying when you go watch these corny ass 501 shows it's

01:44:51.880 not like that you're saying like wait what like this is all we got we have we have the king of the

01:44:57.320 universe we have the god that created everything living inside us and this is the best we can come

01:45:01.400 up with is the worship music industry there's a worship music industry bro the problem is that like

01:45:07.000 there's so many talented people within that that have mastered their craft i don't know

01:45:11.800 where their heart is at and it's it's that's a tricky part but then it's paired with the money

01:45:16.760 making aspects it's paired with the visual like the weird it's okay but it's paired with the

01:45:21.400 entertainment aspect if we could just cut the bs for a minute bro it's like americans love

01:45:26.520 entertainment like like like that's really the issue is that you go to church and it's entertainment

01:45:31.000 based yeah like that's it that's what i'm saying is like i don't want to come here and do the

01:45:34.600 entertainment thing nancy says play by her normal beats in the background can we get it somebody said

01:45:39.000 get a fog machine for brohemian growth there is something there's something to that like

01:45:42.920 the binaural beats opening up this idea of uh like people are connecting with interdimensional aliens

01:45:49.240 or or demons we're using a binaural beat you can do the same thing with frequency vibration and music

01:45:55.080 you can you can put yourself into a spot it's weird he's doing the face if you could see my eyes i

01:46:00.520 don't know what you're talking about but if you're just saying that like you can use music to open up the

01:46:04.360 spirit realm yeah absolutely yeah that's what he's saying why are you so it's a good tool but i i think

01:46:09.160 it does get lost like what you're saying yeah the music should be hard bro in a church like you should

01:46:14.360 come in be like damn this is on another level dude yeah yeah miss the edwards but the thing is to get

01:46:19.240 it on that on another level is like now you're talking about people to be quiet and get on another 0.96

01:46:24.760 level with god to bring forth music that's on another level and if we're not doing that we're just

01:46:28.600 saying hey you showed up for practice right let's all do the practice so we can play like these songs that

01:46:32.840 every guy plays it's gotten so muddy because it's like you need like a 250 000 of equipment

01:46:39.800 to replicate this bro what that's as we as we talk through ten thousand dollars worth of equipment

01:46:46.280 to talk to these people to preach the gospel that's one thing but to play music so people

01:46:50.040 are entertained like that's just not in the book but you can do that it's for is i can do that people

01:46:54.360 or is it to please the lord here's the thing i can play on my acoustic guitar to 15 people and

01:46:58.920 raven just dropped a gold nugget like i know but here's where it gets tricky so i guess it's like

01:47:03.400 should we be playing to like this many people that i mean the church we go to has got like

01:47:06.840 well i don't know 200 people but in order for them to experience the quality like if i was right in

01:47:12.200 front of you can we just read the biblical hitman fine we pull it up i didn't mean to cut you off i

01:47:15.960 just didn't want to lose this no that's exactly what it says i wanted to hear that and i'm sorry i just

01:47:19.000 don't want to lose it nra movement or n-a-r temporary church mixes eastern mysticism with their music

01:47:25.640 something to be cautious of just what's n-a-r i just nar no no yeah yeah uh just my opinion but

01:47:34.920 mantras are used to invite people into a spiritual experience not truth this is what we talked about

01:47:40.600 when you guys said there was tongues at your church and i said was there music and then it

01:47:43.880 kind of came down and it just felt like there was this opportunity i don't appreciate you showcase

01:47:49.320 their gift i don't appreciate you doing that about the tongues at my church the new new apostolic

01:47:54.120 reformation but tom i didn't mean to cut you off no he's he's right there is something about like

01:47:58.280 you have a chorus and that's a repeating mantra that's being said over and over again and it's

01:48:03.240 to create like a certain mood it does create that but if it's it's coming from eastern mysticism but

01:48:07.480 where does eastern mysticism derive that that works it's a thing that does work i don't know i don't

01:48:13.080 know what to think about it but i do know i think this is a fair conversation because i don't want to hate

01:48:17.160 music on behalf of the lord like i just i just think it should be something much greater but just like i

01:48:22.440 think preaching should be much better than it is now i think the whole thing is like gone off track

01:48:26.920 dude i think the music is corny and weak and i think the preaching is corny and weak and i'm just

01:48:31.160 saying if we're really filled with the spirit of god there should be way better stuff coming out dude

01:48:35.800 way harder hitting way more real things that doesn't have any kind of spirit of hypocrisy in it

01:48:41.000 because that's what our lord like railed against i don't i don't even know where to put it because

01:48:45.160 realistically like i said if i'm sitting in front of you with an acoustic guitar and i'm not a good

01:48:49.000 singer but a singer in this room it's fantastic it's coming right from where we're at if i want

01:48:54.120 to do that to a lot of people you're talking about like a lot like now i got to pour a lot of money

01:48:58.840 into this just to replicate it accurately so that way you're hearing what we hear maybe it's not

01:49:03.160 supposed to be for that many people maybe it's just supposed to be for like wait okay so let's say a guy

01:49:07.720 crushes it on guitar and pours his heart out to the lord when he's quiet and alone with the lord in his

01:49:12.120 room why can't he just go on the stage with a guitar and do that because it doesn't take 150

01:49:18.200 000 for the guy to go on the stage and just crush with it does listen my my guitar is 1200 my my

01:49:24.680 amplified my my setup my foot pedals my like the it's gonna cost that grand three grand three to

01:49:31.320 five to to sound okay it's crazy there's so much money just to sound okay through this stuff and now

01:49:37.240 the sound system it's like it gets out of control it's like are we scaling oh and benjamin will be

01:49:42.440 on tomorrow so now you're saying exactly what i'm saying you just like to disagree with me in the

01:49:46.600 beginning but then you always end up saying exactly what i'm i think we're talking about scale right

01:49:50.040 like how big can you grow something scale without it getting too like like mcdonald's just logistically

01:49:54.760 what about the people in the back it's a 200 person congregation and they're stretched all the

01:49:58.120 way to the back pews yeah people that are in the front row in the center could hear it well

01:50:01.640 but the people in the back to the left can't hear it at all okay so a dude with a microphone and

01:50:05.640 four speakers in the back costs 150k there's a lot that goes into it that's pandemonium bro like

01:50:11.320 john wesley used to preach with no jesus used to preach with no microphone preaching is different

01:50:15.800 that's just like spoken word when you when you have like when you have 15 instruments okay charles

01:50:20.200 wesley used to sing hymns and i think some homies in the chat were talking about hymns which those are

01:50:24.120 way more raw and hard than any of the modern stuff and they were like legit preaching by music and those

01:50:30.680 dudes did it without electronics like i yeah i don't know i just think we're playing games today

01:50:34.920 and we're trying to entertain people and we refuse to admit the truth like that's what this is about

01:50:38.760 is like people want to come there and be entertained the same way they're entertained when they have the

01:50:42.040 remote and they're just watching whatever they want like i want to be entertained and watch this show

01:50:46.120 at church and there's no biblical context for that that's that's all i'm saying but i would love it if

01:50:50.600 there's dudes who go hard after the lord with music and they come out and just crush and people and

01:50:55.240 people that are around are saying like yes let's go i want to worship the lord too i love that i love that

01:51:00.440 but it shouldn't be corny and weak but again i'm not just picking on music like the preaching shouldn't

01:51:04.280 be corny and weak either yeah yeah this whatever there's a lot of uh i'm sure we'll be kicked out

01:51:09.560 of the church after who cares oh but there's a lot of you there as much as you're doing for them in

01:51:13.400 the 501c3 system now they love you dude they would never get rid of you dude free workers like that

01:51:19.080 they'll never get rid of these are just questions that i have look at the way he slips that in there by

01:51:23.400 the way free workers they they love you they'll never get rid of my shirt but i'm bleeding from

01:51:28.360 all the daggers unbelievable dude let's continue let's continue no we can't it's we're at one hour

01:51:33.320 and 41 minutes and i know how you get and we're about to embark on like the heavy heavy part of

01:51:38.040 this what are you talking about look we only have like 40 more this is heavy 40 more we only have 40

01:51:43.640 more whatever we could do when do you have to go matt because i know your eyes i don't have to go

01:51:48.440 anywhere no i'm getting better by the minute dude no you guys want to keep going

01:51:53.320 i just know how you get at the minute i don't know i feel like people can only pay attention

01:51:56.840 for so long is it because we keep like asking things and saying things you keep getting like

01:52:00.040 more and more upset because i feel like as it goes on i don't mean to be like that all right

01:52:03.320 i love to talk through this stuff all right no we're not going to paywall at blgh good to see

01:52:07.160 you dude hope you're doing well okay love that guy what does everybody want to keep going no they

01:52:10.680 want us to kick the pores out but this is this is for the people what does that mean matt slapping

01:52:15.640 today blapping you're slapping you're slapping hard i would say you're guamming 0.94

01:52:19.560 i think what it is is sometimes when you uh when you deny one of your senses the rest of them come

01:52:24.760 to life so he's like his brain is working better what's going on i can't see yeah okay hold on

01:52:30.200 tyler tyler 912 this is a good thing this is a good thing man so i'm not totally familiar with

01:52:36.680 dispensationalists i know what they're like well i don't use a lot of the phrases that the modern

01:52:40.440 church uses to divide people because that's what a lot of that's about but the jewish nation has a very 0.99

01:52:45.880 specific destiny in god they are different from the church israel is israel the church is the

01:52:52.120 church israel has a very look at him he's yawning i told you no dude i was he's yawning he's got low

01:53:29.560 i'm i'm i have my adrenal gland is suffering from the 17 uh caffeinated drinks system or order nation

01:53:35.720 of israel that was set up not by any lowercase g god it was actually set up by uppercase g god he

01:53:41.000 grabbed this dude abraham he had a very specific lineage it was abraham isaac and jacob and even

01:53:45.400 refers to himself as the god of abraham isaac and jacob and he sets up a nation on the planet right

01:53:51.240 he tells them all these things they disobey everything he casts them out of the land but he

01:53:55.240 has these prophecies that he's going to bring them back dude he says like yeah even after you guys are

01:53:59.560 dispersed which ends up going down in ad 70 he says i'm going to bring you back and i know this is like a

01:54:04.360 trigger for what is he doing dude i'm sweating i know this is like a trigger phrase for people in

01:54:08.920 this room but in 1948 the people came back to the land bro and i know people are like no the

01:54:14.120 rothschilds did that like okay whatever but god prophesied that through jeremiah through isaiah

01:54:19.720 uh thousands of years ago that they would be gone that they would be gone from the land

01:54:24.200 and that they'd be brought back to the land and we watched it happen and that is a miracle no matter

01:54:28.840 who did it who is israel or whoever else like they brought them back to the land so this would be 0.85

01:54:35.720 like i've said before it's an incredibly uh strange coincidence if it if it wasn't god bringing them

01:54:41.960 back no matter how he decided to do it no matter how he did it through the i know these are all

01:54:46.440 true israel is the covenant people that god uh made a made a pact with to spread his word and he had

01:54:53.720 covenant people before israel he had homies before abraham so so there's covenant people before him

01:54:59.560 dude there's dudes like noah enoch like there's definitely he's got guys before that so then you've

01:55:04.520 got israel the nation of israel jesus came and fulfilled the law right so now there's this whole

01:55:10.200 other thing the holy spirit comes down on the day of pentecost and now we have the church there's still

01:55:14.920 israel there's still a nation called israel and there's a church and israel has a very specific

01:55:19.720 destiny if you read it out in the book of revelation steve bandon called for a three-state

01:55:24.840 solution in israel which is uh it's really it's like a hectic statement so like you know like you

01:55:30.280 got palestine and then you have israel and he said the third state should be a christian state

01:55:35.560 and i'm like i don't even know what to think about that but why why would it be the it would be israel

01:55:41.720 what and what the jews the ones who just believe in god and not jesus christ the palestinians who do 0.89

01:55:47.160 whatever some of them are christians and the christians the ones who actually believe in

01:55:52.360 jesus christ and the gospel and the entire bible christians no i mean they maybe they should maybe

01:55:57.400 christians should have part of israel if that's part of god that's god's land and and christians are

01:56:02.120 actually obeying god i i get it they were i don't know it's an interesting thought it's it's a

01:56:09.400 not just thought-provoking but i think it aggravates a lot of people because it's like

01:56:13.000 i'm following you're not even following god and we're spending all this money and time and effort

01:56:19.640 and lives to give you back this land yeah but but i mean furthermore god allowed them to be driven

01:56:27.720 out of the land he allowed the church to be driven out he told them in acts one to go uh not just to

01:56:33.880 israel and samaria judea but the uttermost parts of the earth so the church has already been driven to 0.96

01:56:39.720 all the planet yeah like that's the deal with that and then in 80 70 israel was just completely 0.92

01:56:45.240 driven out of the land but he also said and whoever shall not receive you nor hear your words when you

01:56:52.200 when ye depart out of that house or city shake off the dust of your feet verily i say unto you it will

01:56:56.600 be more tolerable for the land of sodom and gomorrah in the in the day of judgment than for that city

01:57:02.520 yeah to those who don't respond to christ yeah yeah all of israel that's what i'm saying

01:57:07.160 anyone who doesn't respond to christ but yeah that that context is to israel yeah dude i'm not

01:57:11.400 i mean look at israel like they say when jesus is being crucified let his blood be on us and our

01:57:16.280 children forever yeah like history is born witness to that ask the fact that they asked that you just

01:57:22.600 follow history like they got what they asked for like like like there's no sugarcoating any of that

01:57:27.560 with israel or saying they do all good or saying that they didn't worship demons like all through 0.98

01:57:31.400 the scripture they are doing that like they are doing that and god chose them anyway i actually really

01:57:36.360 like he chose that nation for a specific destiny anyway but we talked about it before he wasn't

01:57:41.080 saying like we talked about where god could have gave a bag of candy to all the nations evenly

01:57:46.680 like if you have kids and you could give a bag of candy to all your kids evenly or you could give a

01:57:51.320 bag of candy to one of your kids and have them disperse it to the other kids that's what he did with

01:57:56.280 israel like that was it and so if israel takes the bag of candy and says yeah this is ours and you 0.95

01:58:00.760 guys are losers and you're lower than us and you're lower humanity than us then that's wrong then they 0.94

01:58:05.400 missed it and they did and they still do but now the church has the bag of candy and exactly so now 0.99

01:58:10.600 so if the church does the same thing that's all i want to be aware of i don't really get the arguments

01:58:15.960 christ man like at the end of the day it's god it's our job to share god with with all of humanity

01:58:22.280 and if we start to take a position of like i love my little 501c3 system i love the music i'm very

01:58:27.480 entertained you can come to my church as long as you're part of my like one of my neighbors if you're

01:58:31.880 in the same political party if you're part of the same socioeconomic status yeah then you're

01:58:36.360 welcome in my church then as we're doing that then we're behaving just like israel we haven't 1.00

01:58:40.120 learned our lesson so then like should we not even be worried about the geographical location

01:58:44.680 that is is israel there's gonna that land there is a covenant for that land so i just i wouldn't

01:58:50.120 want to find myself fighting against god i know that's another like trigger topic or whatever like

01:58:54.520 they were given a very specific part of land uh chunk of land that they haven't inhabited now when exactly

01:59:00.200 that goes down i don't know i'm not engaged in that i don't have anything to do with that because

01:59:04.760 i live in florida and it's just not my thing bro it's like it's not my thing to be like fighting and

01:59:09.800 getting involved in politics and dividing land or saying who should have that's how i feel when they

01:59:13.800 go like oh from the river to the sea and there's all this like you know i kind of go not that i don't

01:59:18.840 care but like yeah i guess i kind of don't care i'm like i don't that's not yeah man i got this but

01:59:23.960 this is the problem dude especially in the world that you guys live in which i would hate to live in

01:59:28.600 which is like all this stuff from the tweeting and this guy said this what do you think about

01:59:32.760 this what do you think about that and you get so engaged in these things that you have no control

01:59:36.600 over and you're not taking care of your own life that you do have control over you can take care

01:59:41.480 of your household you can be reading the scripture in your home and praying in your home and praying

01:59:45.960 with your kids and reading the scripture to your kids and affecting everyone in your sphere and when

01:59:50.680 you start to take on these big topics and start arguing over dispensationalists and who israel is

01:59:55.640 and this other stuff you just start losing all of your own life i gotta point out something here

02:00:00.600 this is why we tried to clip a mic on your shirt no no he's good no he's like no i came back no i

02:00:05.240 came back all right i'm just saying but do you see what i'm saying like this is what this is why the

02:00:09.320 news is so wicked and evil man it's not because like one side's wrong and the other side's right it's

02:00:13.800 because you get so consumed with these things that you have no control over dude the football team

02:00:18.280 that you love doesn't care about you like at all man the baseball team that you cheer for they

02:00:22.200 could care less they don't even know your name i don't even like and like republicans they don't

02:00:25.480 care about you democrats don't care about you like none of this politics is anything you know that

02:00:29.720 and like you just get sucked into it yeah like you're watching wwf and they're like they're like

02:00:34.200 body slamming and stuff on the stage and then they're in the back making deals and all the

02:00:37.560 while you're like yeah i'm on the red team they're doing a lot more and then you're just completely

02:00:40.840 forsaking the things in your life and the mental capacity you have to control things that you do have

02:00:45.240 control over yeah but so in the book of jude what we just covered we're talking about the people that are in

02:00:51.480 the church the people that don't belong there i can't help but think of like judeo-christianity

02:00:57.320 this is why i keep it keeps coming up because that then touches politics but that's in the church

02:01:02.680 and that's where the people are and that's you're like you're like don't go there but i'm like but

02:01:06.040 the people are there i didn't say don't go there no no i you know you infer yeah i i i agree though

02:01:12.920 you're like it's not a place for people that are like really searching but there are people in there

02:01:19.080 that are are good people amen there's people that come to the coffee shop that are good people i

02:01:23.880 mean it's like but all those and not not not saying that life church is like this but there's

02:01:28.040 a lot of churches that are bound to this and and they've already been infiltrated and you can tell

02:01:34.040 that they've been infiltrated because well i mean like you know if you just say judeo-christianity

02:01:39.400 is what we're following well the first part of it doesn't they they their beliefs are contrary to

02:01:44.040 what you go do every week on sunday and wednesday they don't believe in that so like it's been

02:01:49.800 infiltrated and it's like it's important and now we're in this geopolitical thing and we're in

02:01:53.480 politics and it's like it's a headache like we have to do the straight bible stuff but that's

02:01:57.960 constantly coming up and i don't even know how to deal with it anymore like you can't ignore it

02:02:03.160 i just don't care i'm just like i kind of don't i kind of just don't deal with it yeah because it's

02:02:07.960 not mine to deal with like like even i i don't know like uh you have to deal with it because

02:02:13.160 they've like i said they've already infiltrated and now you've got to deal with people come out

02:02:17.640 of that like not just come out of the church but like maybe the church is okay but if it's been

02:02:21.800 infiltrated in this way and like we're we're talking about the different denominations let's

02:02:26.040 split up 10 000 different ways so you're going to go in that church and reform it you have to

02:02:29.960 understand dude there was a generation that came out of egypt that god said you're going to die in

02:02:34.840 the wilderness he didn't say i'm going to send reformation i'm going to send revival he

02:02:40.120 everyone is going to die so if you want to go in and reform the modern american 501c3 system

02:02:46.600 which i think is a great idea for you to do then that's great but i haven't been called to that man

02:02:50.920 i've been called to preach the gospel yeah so i just keep going hard out to the lord and say lord

02:02:54.600 do whatever you want to do with my life like i like i don't care if even if you want me to be

02:02:58.520 the guy with the mic at the 501c3 system i would do that lord if you call me to do that but i'm

02:03:03.480 down for whatever like let's go wherever you want to go with this right and then next thing you know

02:03:07.480 you have a christian library then a dude comes in with a nephilim desk watcher you're doing a podcast

02:03:12.280 and like the gospel is being preached you just go with the lord bro and you just follow him and

02:03:17.000 act according to his guidance and don't worry about all the things you don't have any control over man

02:03:21.480 control your little sphere speak into that little sphere okay fair enough all right get so consumed with

02:03:28.600 like the world stuff that's like so concerning it's like so hard you know it's like all the

02:03:33.160 world is all this stuff like it's going to keep doing that i think the appropriate method for the

02:03:38.280 world is to to make fun of it i think that's what uh that's what we do and what we do well we should

02:03:44.200 continue just doing that you just point it and go homos all right let's get back this is too much 0.99

02:03:48.600 banter this is a lot of business oh we're not are we going to keep going i think we should do a

02:03:53.000 little bit i mean do you want to we didn't do any from the last time that we can we cover mount carmel

02:03:57.240 a little bit of that at least cover a mountain in carmel all the way up to elijah's prayer i guess

02:04:01.480 to 35 and then we could do the rest oh that's this you're talking about hours but i'm down

02:04:07.720 let's see the entirety of the shirt like in this next passage we're trying to sell some shirts

02:04:14.840 is what i'm saying you don't even have a way for people to buy them yeah you can come to the

02:04:18.120 standard coffee shop and casino honestly i think mangy says do you want the elevator music

02:04:22.280 dude brings up an intriguing topic man ask him about the star of rem fam it's very intriguing

02:04:26.680 that there's this so-called star of david sila solomon i like this dude what he's saying i respect

02:04:31.560 what he's saying there is this thing called the so-called star of david like we don't have a record

02:04:35.800 of that as far as i know in the scripture we do have that star of rem fam so it is intriguing that

02:04:40.440 that star is set up like that and then uh so whatever there is Saturn of chronology and some

02:04:46.280 things that you just kind of say i don't know what's going on with this we brought that up to

02:04:50.120 it brings me back to um oh yeah israel derek gilbert doesn't do no wrong derek gilbert

02:04:56.840 man yeah yeah we brought that up to derek gilbert what is he prophecy watches prophecy watchers he was

02:05:02.920 quite upset dude he let me tell you something if i like him too i like him but if if a demon could

02:05:08.600 manifest in front of you we saw that and you could watch it on video we were like well what you know

02:05:13.320 like because he's talking about israel all this stuff and like yeah but like what do you make

02:05:16.600 of like this scripture here like that that's possibly the star of rem fan and the dude turned

02:05:20.760 red and like it was a okay but that's probably because that's like a thing you're not having

02:05:26.200 a conversation like you just think you're asking about that that must be like a trigger thing that's

02:05:30.040 already been brought up in the twitter and in the chats and all the other stuff uh macabala says what

02:05:35.480 is the name of the shop this is the standard coffee shop yeah so a standard is like a you know like

02:05:40.040 a standard bearer in an army they come out and they lift a banner they lift a standard or like

02:05:44.360 the tribes of israel i know that's gonna get tough for people but you know what i thought it was matt

02:05:48.680 because you know he's like straight bible standard coffee no like i'm straight by that's just standard

02:05:53.480 coffee regular coffee regular oh no no that seems very arrogant to say this is the standard of coffee

02:05:58.680 no no i i like standard isn't like i just do coffee like you know what i mean like that doesn't mean

02:06:03.240 that it means like all the tribes you love that dude you're crushing the matcha it's very healthy

02:06:08.040 but all the tribes of israel like had their own standard and the whole concept was like

02:06:12.600 the standard bearer would lift the standard and based on that all of the tribes would know where

02:06:16.840 to gather so that's what we're doing here we're just lifting a standard that's a banner i like those

02:06:22.040 flags have like uh the as above so below triangle overlaid over it oh yeah like the divine masculine

02:06:27.400 divine feminine like you guys should do a deep dive on those of the tribes of israel um the

02:06:33.960 symbology behind is probably crazy right it probably is man but those are all the tribes and

02:06:37.880 i really felt like the lord was saying just lift the standard and you don't even know who's in

02:06:41.240 your tribe but they're coming and i feel like this has been a big part of it too like with all these

02:06:44.840 people in the chat like they're like part of the standard they they're all the standard they're like

02:06:48.760 yo i'm in that tribe man and they're here you know and just like the people that come in the shop

02:06:52.760 it's a very bizarre mix from all the different denominations and all the people that don't go to 1.00

02:06:56.680 church and all the people from different backgrounds and all the wealthy people poor people papa bear

02:07:01.080 grizzly i want to shout him out he's he's his son is on the way and his son's name is elijah oh i saw that shout out to

02:07:07.800 to to and cap grizzly congratulations brother uh i hope it's a safe within the next five days yeah

02:07:13.720 that's dope isn't that cool look matt's just like what what happened is elijah his son's gonna be

02:07:19.160 named elijah i love that we're doing the well that's the book that we're i know i love that it's the

02:07:24.360 it's the you don't look like you love it you look crazy you look like uh are you all right

02:07:28.440 perturbed can you shout out you can't see my eyes the problem is you can't see my eyes yeah thank

02:07:32.920 goodness they probably look grumpy in the heat of battle your squad relies on you don't let them

02:08:47.240 no we don't have to tell him at all he's just going to think little of us

02:08:51.560 okay the people in the chat know what the chirp yeah they know what the chirp is you don't know

02:08:54.920 what the chirp is i don't want to know look we're we're cool we it's a tip no it's not our lore it's

02:09:01.960 it's a real thing it's crazy all right don't talk about it anymore 18 18 and he answered i have not

02:09:07.880 troubled israel but thou all right so he's telling him it's like yo you're following balaam that's why

02:09:13.240 you're being that's what brought this curse on the land man yeah uh now therefore send and gather 0.58

02:09:18.920 me all israel unto mount carmel and the prophets of baal 450 and the prophets of the grove 400 that's

02:09:26.200 why we got the 8 50 verses 1 which eat at jezebel's filthy nasty table you know what's funny somebody

02:09:33.960 sent me somebody bought this shirt the other day somebody zoomed in on this and uh sent the text

02:09:39.800 and uh zoomed in on that and said so sneaky but it says 850 versus one it's in the water but that

02:09:47.080 was our last edit that was the last edit on the on the shirt and you're like can you put it in there

02:09:51.320 we made it look like water very real sneaky like sneaky i like it okay uh so we'll continue reading

02:09:57.400 this one they want us to explain the chirp you know how like they're stopping snap benefits

02:10:01.960 no all right never mind never mind please continue let's just say some people can't hear that noise

02:10:07.800 i'm glad you react it's a good sign you can hear it is what nancy said

02:10:12.200 okay please continue it's crazy i don't like this i don't like it either now therefore send and gather

02:10:18.120 to me all israel that's where we left off that started this whole banter for the last half hour

02:10:22.840 unto mount carmel i just read that in the prophets of baal 450 and the prophets of the groves 400 which

02:10:28.920 eat at jezebel's table so jezebel is like putting up all the false prophets dude she's the one 1.00

02:10:34.440 supporting them that's why she killed all the other like the donors don't you guys talk about

02:10:37.800 like the donors and why are the donors donating all this and controlling everything so she has

02:10:42.280 the money and she's like she's the donor for all these false prophets jezebel is yeah she's setting

02:10:47.720 them up she's so she's a hoe with money yeah and i mean if yeah she's because she's uh if there's 850 1.00

02:10:53.160 of these false prophets and they have to be taken care of with food and water at a time of famine and

02:10:56.840 drought like that's a big deal dude she's keeping them around and that's and that's not a small thing 1.00

02:11:00.840 they're probably all bums too like they don't have jobs these guys don't do jobs they do spells and 0.95

02:11:05.880 labor like manual labor they're about to get smoked in a minute too so ahab sent unto all the children 0.93

02:11:11.160 of israel and gathered the prophets together onto mount carmel and elijah came unto all the people

02:11:16.600 and said how long halt you between two opinions if the lord is god follow him but if it's baal then

02:11:22.440 follow him so he can't be serving two masters like this and the people answered him not a word

02:11:28.040 he was quiet dude they were like this is the guy now i'm just asking you there's 850 false prophets

02:11:34.760 right there's the whole nation of israel which what is that a million people i i don't know it's

02:11:40.040 a nation i mean there's like six million people it's a lot of seems a little high now the question

02:11:45.880 is to your point because it takes so much money to do this did he have 150 000 worth of sound

02:11:50.760 equipment to reach all these people what are we talking about they were quiet i suppose yeah what are

02:11:57.640 we talking about bro it doesn't take all this money and equipment to reach the people

02:12:03.640 they didn't answer a word they were like this dude is the real deal man here's the thing though matt i

02:12:08.360 mean you've seen the technical difficulties that we're technical technical for Freudian slip the

02:12:14.200 technical difficulties that we've had i'm just a stickler for this stuff but i think you're this is

02:12:17.960 what my this i've had arguments with my dad about this where i'm like and and here's my thing we're

02:12:22.760 playing the music i tell my dad he's like it has to be perfect it has to be perfect i don't care

02:12:27.880 about the cost we've got to do that and he's like nah man just give it to give it to god god loves it

02:12:32.760 and i was like yeah i know he loves it but it's got to be perfect if it's not perfect why are you doing

02:12:38.360 if you could do it better do your work heartily as unto the lord and not unto men that's what

02:12:42.920 colossians 3 23 is okay so i love that i respect that you're like dude if we're going to do this for

02:12:47.160 the lord let's do it good that's why we like if we run a coffee shop that's why we have good drinks that's

02:12:52.760 good i thought you had standard drinks we do everything heartily as unto the lord and not

02:12:57.080 unto men that's not what it means yeah and now i understand why you treat your employees the way

02:13:02.280 you do because you expect you expect like a certain level you don't recover from that he just called

02:13:07.640 you tank top you called me tank top i did not you're gonna you're gonna own that that's great oh i

02:13:13.640 like that it doesn't matter what then said elijah unto the people i even i only remain a prophet of the

02:13:18.920 lord but bowels prophets are 450 men let them therefore give us two bulls and let them choose 0.97

02:13:25.240 one bull for themselves and cut it in pieces and lay it on wood and put no fire under and i'll dress

02:13:30.280 the other bull and lay it on wood and put no fire under and call you on the name of your gods and i'll

02:13:35.880 call on the name of the lord and the god that answers by fire let him be god he says remember daniel

02:13:43.640 said let's put it to the test yeah yeah so he's doing the same thing and a god is always like let's

02:13:47.400 put it to the test let's put it to the test step up and all the people answered and said it is

02:13:51.960 well spoken and elijah said under the prophets of baal choose you one bull for yourselves and dress

02:13:59.400 it first for you are many and call on the name of your gods lowercase g gods plural but put no fire

02:14:06.760 under it because i know you guys are sneaky don't don't put any fire under it so wait what is he calling

02:14:11.320 them to do is make a set so so make a sacrifice right make an altar get all the wood chop it all

02:14:17.720 up put it there put put the animal on the altar but don't light the fire and don't be sneaky about

02:14:23.800 it because you know pagans are sneaky because this is there and then call out to your gods because because

02:14:28.040 israel needs to know at this point who's god right the covenant people they need to know who's god at

02:14:32.920 this point so what do you think is happening here for so long that they don't even know now well what do

02:14:37.160 you think is happening here because it's like these pagan deities are capable of things but will 1.00

02:14:43.960 they not do it if it's in contest directly with with god i think if god told him to do this like

02:14:49.880 he didn't just make this up god told him to do this and god was probably keeping these things out

02:14:54.280 right because that's what i'm saying because like the idea that they couldn't light a fire on

02:14:57.160 an effigy or whatever you know is like well that's they do things they could right do things

02:15:02.040 what are you laughing at what's so funny stop reading the whatever what are you reading no no no i

02:15:06.120 just think yeah like these like like these entities these lowercase g gods clearly have 0.92

02:15:10.440 power and do stuff but not right now but when uppercase g god comes on the scene their power

02:15:15.400 is nullified and we're gonna see because these guys start doing things the way they do it in

02:15:19.400 expectation they're not like bro what fire's not gonna come out of heaven from our lowercase g gods

02:15:23.960 they don't say that they go about their business like it's gonna happen yeah like what and watch the

02:15:29.080 stuff they do yeah because we've done this many times probably our our goat headed uh titty god is

02:15:35.400 going to come down here and and what this is so inappropriate you know and they took the bull

02:15:40.680 which was given them and they dressed it and called on the name of bail from morning until noon

02:15:46.520 in the heat of battle your squad relies on you don't let them down unlock elite gaming tech at

02:16:17.560 oh bail hear us but there is no voice or any that answered and they left on the altar which was made

02:16:24.040 so they're jumping up and down on it oh they're doing like the snake stuff like uh yeah and it came to

02:16:30.040 pass at noon then elijah mocked them yeah you know this story what sorts of words do you think

02:16:36.680 he used and said cry aloud for he's a lowercase g god either he's talking or he is pursuing in a

02:16:44.280 journey or maybe he's sleeping it must be a weight damn so i don't know there's some funny stuff like

02:16:50.280 he's talking pursuing like what does that mean see i like that federal agent even says it uh mocking is 0.81

02:16:56.280 biblical so when i go like we're supposed to look to the world and just kind of like mock it

02:17:00.120 like we're supposed to look at twitter and we're supposed to mock it we're supposed to look at

02:17:02.920 politics and we're supposed to mock it like that's is that biblical would you was i agree

02:17:08.760 it's biblical right here it's biblical right here i'm just saying don't get consumed by it where it

02:17:14.360 like becomes your whole life and you love the reactions no he's right there is so we have i have

02:17:19.720 become consumed by it at some points uh because i'm very good at it that it's true you you have too

02:17:25.560 all right yeah i'll allow you remember the day you spent like throughout the day the week you spent

02:17:29.720 three straight days just mocking people until they doxed you that's right yeah that's right a little

02:17:34.840 too far too far tank top i don't think that that was too far and they cried aloud and cut themselves

02:17:41.320 after their manner after their manner this wasn't a new thing yeah what about your cry babies bro

02:17:46.680 no they got little cuts on their arms too no blood sacrifice oh okay it's like emo

02:17:53.880 yes well that's what emo no that's like cutting there's a thing cutting like people do it modern 0.96

02:17:58.840 it's not a new thing none of the stuff is new things emo is gay yeah it's blood sacrifice bro it is and 0.99

02:18:04.120 that's important too like you have kids doing that and they're doing it yeah yeah but like the significance

02:18:10.520 of it is probably still the same they don't understand that what they're doing is a form of blood

02:18:14.200 sacrifice like abortion same thing it's it's all the none of this stuff changes bro the blood

02:18:19.480 sacrifice none of it changes man those evil spirits that like monitor the earth and they're running

02:18:24.360 around doing their thing they don't have to change like the people just come and go and come and go

02:18:29.160 and come it's kind of wild when you think about how like prevalent emo music became like in the in

02:18:34.360 the early 2000s like you used to be really big into emo music man and like but so it's interesting

02:18:39.000 you probably have fresh eyes to look who even knows what emo music is and you think about like

02:18:42.680 it's weird like like it'll come on sometimes shout out to a quill it'll it'll come on sometimes uh and

02:18:49.240 and i'll listen to it i go it's such a strange because all it is is like this hyper woe is me ism

02:18:56.440 like it's it's what is he even talking about uh emo music there's stuff he used to listen to

02:19:01.080 that's like what was me dude you know what emo music is you used to jam out i've seen this

02:19:04.600 play it in the shop the hair over one eye remember the picture man showed us like the

02:19:09.240 hair over one eye and uh and it's just a weird genre of music that never became popularized like

02:19:14.840 i listen to it now and there's one song in particular this is for the the chat uh simple

02:19:19.960 plan perfect where it's just a dude crying about his dad like he's like i'm sorry i couldn't meet

02:19:25.560 you meet your standards dad and uh and me and my wife make fun of it because it's probably like

02:19:30.360 you know dad is getting mad that he keeps finding all these crispy socks and this kid keeps

02:19:34.280 going like oh dad i'm sorry i can't be perfect like it's just a weird inappropriate by a dude

02:19:39.800 that's like 20 something years old quiet tank top back to the bible i like that so they so they cried

02:19:45.080 aloud and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets uh till there was a little cut 0.97

02:19:51.080 no till the blood gushed out upon them damn and it came to pass when midday was passed and they 0.78

02:19:56.840 prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice that there was neither voice nor any to 0.97

02:20:02.760 answer nor any of that regarded so morning to evening they've been at this jumping up and down

02:20:08.280 on the altar cutting themselves 850 false prophets bro this is like i mean it was a daniel 11 daniel 10

02:20:16.840 when uh the prince of persia is holding up gabriel it's like it seems like in the other realm that

02:20:22.040 might be held up they're held up but like they you're not getting through you know what it reminds me of

02:20:26.360 this you ever see where the that's kind of cool right the hindus get together in the street and 0.99

02:20:31.400 they slap their bodies with like these blades on chains yeah it's like this bloodletting sacrificial

02:20:37.240 kind of uh spiritual thing it's the same thing yeah that's that's a real thing you've never seen

02:20:42.120 that dude they're doing it in in like england to an insane degree it's horrific like they were like

02:20:49.320 covered with blood they're doing like micro abrasions on themselves but yeah because the blades aren't heavy

02:20:53.720 covered with blood and it's like how could you look at this and and go i want that in the white

02:20:58.520 house that's what i'm saying dude it's a guy you can address the chat real quick about my uh music

02:21:04.200 choices i did like sublime but um i had a ton of music dude i actually had like a like a pretty vast

02:21:11.800 collection of cds i know you guys don't know what those are no i know but i had tons of led zeppelin

02:21:16.200 and the doors and jimmy hendrix oh so you're like super into like laurel canyon i was into like the chili

02:21:20.760 peppers and stone temple pilots but like my jam was kind of more of like primus was just like

02:21:26.120 really good stuff but i always got down with pantera and metallica like uh horny uh and then

02:21:31.640 there was good hip-hop back in that time too the underground hip-hop in the bay area was legit go

02:21:35.880 name a few but i threw everything away andre nicotine was probably like the coolest right now

02:21:41.000 you just said say the names you know what i i realized sublime actually sucks hunter's point like 0.51

02:21:46.200 in san francisco that was like that was just like a thing back then dude that was like legit 0.98

02:21:50.440 underground music even like the alcoholics this dude knows what's up primus sucks

02:21:55.880 but i'm just saying like that thing and then i love credence clearwater and like i've seen a ton

02:22:00.520 of shows in cali dude i would go to deftones i'd go to it was kind of cool oh this is still

02:22:05.880 pretty cool kid rock like i seen a bunch of shows dissident wants to know if we can when i got

02:22:10.520 converted i threw all my cds away bro i had like thousands of dollars worth of music dude i threw

02:22:16.440 it all away because i realized that the occult was like steeped in the music that i was listening to

02:22:21.080 and so now it's weird man that stuff comes on the radio i'm not like oh man you got to turn it off

02:22:25.480 i'm not like that but like the way it had influenced me originally i had to get rid of it and burn it

02:22:29.800 dude he just says i miss i miss ska i used to be big into ska but i realized like after a while i was

02:22:34.120 like they all suck like all the big ska bands like catch 22 and streetlight manifesto and he's 0.94

02:22:39.560 talking about sublime like sublime they all suck i don't know rancid was kind of cool they were 0.99

02:22:44.520 like it sucks too what rancid's like mainstream ska though bro what are you talking about like 0.86

02:22:48.200 that's not even like okay how did i know like whatever i say he's like no i know that like 0.97

02:22:51.880 they all do kind of suck big like it's like the same like uh ska is such a simplistic form of music

02:22:58.840 like you know how simple music dude like acdc had like a simple music and it was okay it didn't 0.92

02:23:33.960 it's a style of they all sound the same like every song sounds the same i don't like it because white 1.00

02:23:40.280 people do it and the dance you know the jamaican thing you know like the scat dance or whatever

02:23:44.360 it's called where they do yeah they're doing ska and they do it feels like a larp i do like it i

02:23:48.600 mean sublime touches the line but let's now we're now this is full-blown banter you've realized that

02:23:53.320 yeah we just got a ten dollar donation says no because tell tank top to stop talking so we can 1.00

02:23:57.800 read the bible this is unbelievable i don't like being reduced to my shirt somebody bought another

02:24:02.360 one what is that let's go where did that come from it's a oh there's a bottle of the blender thank you 1.00

02:24:18.600 no i've just kind of felt like it's okay i went over this with jess i know you guys think jess is 0.73

02:24:24.120 my alter ego but we do have a lot of like legit conversations and i'm like sweetie i'm just worried

02:24:28.520 that i'm like reading the bible and i'm kind of just like joking too much and i think the more we

02:24:34.920 talk through it it's like somebody already said in the chat was like no no like the straight bible

02:24:38.920 that's just straight bible and it's not banter and joking and so like i don't know i like to engage

02:24:43.640 with the crowd and reach the crowd and like if this is what people are tuning in for that we

02:24:47.960 talk about what they're talking about well and they're getting the word of god and like that's

02:24:51.880 what we're here for is to preach the gospel and to reach people so if we did a if we did a a bible

02:24:56.680 study at your house oh if we were invited first if we were invited um it would be like a more

02:25:02.760 straightforward bible study we wouldn't be taking these departures to banter right if you guys do

02:25:07.240 take these when you come to my house even one time no i was asking you guys get all the ai you get

02:25:12.760 sideways with the ai stuff that's not sideways that's a legit and you started that conversation so what

02:25:17.720 did you bring up then literally nothing you mentioned ai and then you looked to us like

02:25:21.960 these guys are gonna bite and then we bit is it good what is it is it caramel macchiato just give

02:25:26.680 him some of that no i don't want it you're a sucker for the drink he likes a sugary drink though he

02:25:31.640 does like it it's fine to keep the sweets away from me it's probably for the best

02:25:36.120 just give him some he's hungry i don't want him his mouth on my mouth no dude drink from the other

02:25:40.840 side of the cup no we're not gonna do that blender bottoms are good though they are good this

02:25:44.600 where apparently that's where all the stuff goes i don't know it's like whatever we blended up

02:25:48.520 good stuff bro did you drink a pastino a matcha and now a blender yeah he's all he's all jacked

02:25:54.680 up you're destroying me guys come to the standard coffee shop drink coffee too much band no then

02:25:58.680 listen different time different place if you want straight bible you can get straight bible

02:26:03.640 nick is top slurping that delicious in the show called straight bible if you want nds uh banter you're

02:26:10.840 going to come here if you want a private bible study do it yourself and but it would turn out

02:26:16.040 just different but this is the show that we're doing so we're giving you the bible is in as many

02:26:19.320 different forms as possible deal with it here we go can you keep reading dude i feel like he's just

02:26:24.600 staring right through me i can see his eyes are what's the deal with the thumbnail did you guys do

02:26:28.280 something inappropriate what thumbnail no why is she asking what's the deal with the thumbnail i don't

02:26:33.560 know what the guys with the thumbnail oh i know what i put oh great you got thumbnails no it was this

02:26:38.520 one it's it's us uh melting melting what is that you never remember those commercials where it's

02:26:43.640 like uh this is your brain on inappropriate and then it's like honestly i chose it was just the

02:26:48.360 one that was there so i put it up it's just something if you guys don't like the thumbnails

02:26:52.360 i could just put well no no i'm just glad it wasn't something inappropriate no i mean they're going to be

02:26:55.960 inappropriate they they range from like us as fish to us as toilet bowls that's very you guys just

02:27:01.960 want i could just put that logo of the nds sign on it something that's like similar to the story though

02:27:07.000 like maybe have like you guys on fire it will be so when it when we re-release it it's going to be

02:27:12.360 more topical because i never know what we're going to cover sometimes it could be like fair point

02:27:16.680 deeper into this sometimes we could be talking about wiggers could you do more work yeah no no i

02:27:20.680 will could you do more that's what you're doing a ton of work no no but that's what you're saying

02:27:24.680 shout out to the raven to rag him and he's got the tank top on he's kind of going trashy right now but

02:27:30.200 he's been doing good for like a week of just crushing the work man i've been totally impressed you guys are

02:27:35.320 getting so much free podcast right now okay let's let's do back to the bible straight bible man come

02:27:40.120 on banter banter and elijah said okay so there's this giant crowd 850 fake prophets they're jumping

02:27:46.600 up and down they're cutting till the blood gushes out it's gone from morning till evening people would

02:27:51.880 like can't even pay attention that long today they would have already left and elijah said unto all the

02:27:56.920 people come near come near unto me and all the people came near unto him and he repaired the altar of the

02:28:04.360 lord that was broken down i'm thinking about that too that's what prophets do bro well think

02:28:10.760 about think about like the the decree and just the logistics alone during a famine these people are

02:28:17.800 hungry you got to get a million people to this mountain and ahab must have been like you're going

02:28:24.680 you're going to the mountain and be there all day yeah that's crazy yes it's not a fairy tale that

02:28:32.120 yeah you're right sounds like a bad time for the yeah yeah potentially a bad time like you're there

02:28:37.160 and it's like all day you're like yo they're cutting themselves but like did they is there any blood like

02:28:41.320 you got to bring your kids and they're crying like but any moment fire is going to come out of heaven

02:28:45.640 maybe they don't know what's going to happen that's what they're thinking is that a showdown

02:28:50.040 this it's kind of cool actually so he repairs i'm trying not to say anything because i don't want to

02:28:53.240 ban matt today we would do this would be a reality tv show what happened here like i know you

02:28:58.680 watching you wonder if that's what's kind of pulled back the whole like like the miraculous

02:29:04.360 man is because the everything's so fake and there's no real ones left everything is just

02:29:09.080 done in such a fake way for money and for personal gain imagine if they did this today they'd have to

02:29:14.680 be like we need a 30 minute break to set up a different shot at different angles so the profits

02:29:18.840 of bell could you guys wipe off real quick bro i like it again i like you want extra caffeine dude i

02:29:23.960 like this this has got to stop i've been i've been laughing because watching how much he enjoys

02:29:28.680 it is very funny he loves those he's like this is delicious no he started off he knows he comes

02:29:32.760 in his vibe is like oh just give me a black coffee yes that's why he's like all into the sugar drinks

02:29:40.760 why i only once like please just give me the no i love you like this dude i wish the raven would tone

02:29:45.640 it up a little bit i mean he's just kind of fine no i you know i got it and i i i've just had a lot

02:29:50.520 of caffeine he's bleeping and laughing my adrenal gland is all right let's read and elijah took 12

02:29:55.000 stones according to the number of the tribes of the sons of jacob i know this is like trigger stuff

02:29:59.800 for people under whom the word of the blender dude saying israel shall be thy name so that's how

02:30:05.400 he describes him elijah took 12 stones according to the number of the 12 tribes of the sons of jacob

02:30:12.280 under whom the word of the lord came saying israel shall be thy name and with the stones he built an

02:30:17.560 altar in the name of the lord if nothing else even if you hate israel i think you have to be 0.54

02:30:22.440 now i'm not saying you i'm saying whoever you have to be intrigued dude this entire story is about the

02:30:27.240 nation of israel jesus is from israel like the whole story is jewish people like everything old 0.90

02:30:32.920 testament new testament it's all these stories of israel so at the very least i would think you'd be

02:30:38.440 very intrigued by this nation very intrigued by them sure at the very least

02:30:42.280 and with the stones he built an altar in the name of the lord and he made a trench about the altar

02:30:49.160 as great it was as would contain two measures of seed and he put the wood in order and cut the bowl

02:30:54.280 in pieces and laid them on the wood and said fill four barrels with water and pour it on the burnt

02:30:59.560 sacrifice and on the wood very disrespectful they and they had water there too how thought it was a

02:31:06.840 drought they their last bit of water this is crazy why are you pouring water on a sacrifice that you're

02:31:13.640 supposed to light on fire how come nobody's like yo that's the water it's not i don't even know what

02:31:21.400 that's a reference to but i don't no i'm saying they're in a drought they're probably thirsty and

02:31:25.960 there's like and you're taking the water that there's not a lot of yes and you're and you're

02:31:29.960 screwing up this new thing like what about that what are you doing dog yes take all that into account

02:31:34.600 don't read it like a fairy tale this drawing is very accurate we have because why we fixed it eight

02:31:39.960 times yes you made it biblically inaccurate and then we tweaked it and then you made it a little

02:31:46.040 more biblically accurate then we tweaked it again yeah they got the cuts they got the water they got

02:31:51.080 there's not 12 stones well it could be we're doing we're doing it right what are you doing with the

02:31:58.200 water what are you doing with that water hey man we we thirsty we thirsty fill four barrels with water

02:32:04.440 i wonder if four barrel coffee is named after that it could be san francisco fill four barrels

02:32:09.800 with water and pour it on the burnt sacrifice and on the wood and he said do it the second time and

02:32:15.400 they did it the second time and he said do it the third time and nobody's like yo well that's actually

02:32:21.160 12 barrels and they did it the third time barrels of water how big are these barrels dog for the 12

02:32:26.040 tribes of israel oh there he is there's my guy with the insight i love it dog it's a coffee honestly i

02:32:32.120 love when you guys like chime in with it might be the matcha because you guys haven't been tainted

02:32:36.600 by like bad preaching and stuff for like years and years and years no i haven't been we talked about

02:32:41.160 it before that like weak preaching is like allergy shots that's just they give you a low dose of the

02:32:45.720 real thing just over and over and over and over until the real thing has no effect on you you guys 0.92

02:32:51.000 haven't been affected like that because i'm stupid like great insight they had this has happened to me 0.92

02:32:55.880 and i've i've uh interjected many times and go oh it's like this and they go dog don't no don't 0.86

02:33:01.000 shut up and i go i don't like you and then i do what i do that dude it's happened to me from a 0.98

02:33:08.120 pastor itself i've i spoke about like ezekiel 28 with him and he was like it doesn't mean that stupid 0.99

02:33:13.480 get out of my office and i was like all right my bad no i mean well to be totally honest like this

02:33:18.520 is so good i knew you're yeah i love him nobody says this is like not fair though it's like just keep

02:33:23.320 well hold on we got to keep reading he's like i'm gonna take oh i like that no i'm saying like

02:33:27.480 you know oh that they're not buying you a drink well somebody buy a drink no nobody's not good i

02:33:32.200 don't need any more dude look i'm saying nobody's saying this is unfair number one you just used 12

02:33:39.480 barrels of water on this dude's uh uh uh altar all right we need a coffee cam like a camera to show the

02:33:46.120 coffee get this guy get both these guys more coffee no no no we don't need any more coffee please

02:33:50.360 um but but also the fact that like this is supposed to be a competition it's like a kind

02:33:54.520 of a competition right it's like yo call call your call your pagan homies what yeah honestly it's a 0.55

02:34:00.600 little bit of the coffee it's a little bit of ashwagandha which i did take last night oh which

02:34:04.200 means you got sleep yeah so apparently you just snored it and it works we were like so on track and we

02:34:10.760 were talking about good things and then you just f around and like bring that in no i drank it

02:34:14.840 really good like sometimes he says like you know the whole word honestly this is what i'm

02:34:20.440 what you're dealing with right now matt is you've given me a lot of caffeine you're gonna get gold

02:34:25.160 yeah and then after the show he's like bye you're gonna get good stuff but that filter that existed

02:34:30.360 in my brain is no longer there i like that raven always says if you hold back like on he's like matt

02:34:35.880 be careful what you tell us because like you can't hold back on a podcast oh if you tell us secrets

02:34:39.640 we're gonna say it on the show don't say it he's right so don't hold back top why are you holding

02:34:43.320 that straight cool we have a lot of secrets oh yeah i'm full of secrets dude okay the water ran

02:34:50.040 round about the altar and he filled the trench also with water so not just like the altar itself all

02:34:55.560 the woods on fire the rocks everything's on fire and the trench around it is soaking full of water

02:35:00.280 that's that's what that is right there can we see this hold on yeah all this water is in the trench

02:35:06.200 around it and in the trench around it it says 8 50 versus one you never saw that no no i'm missing it

02:35:12.520 because elijah's the one that's saying pour these barrels it's like a yes okay so elijah's like yo

02:35:17.480 this is how much the lord crushes like go ahead douse this well he's like all the water you're gonna

02:35:21.960 see why you're gonna see why isn't this like a call back to the woman and he's like yo i know you got

02:35:26.360 a little bit of green but make those cakes this is the same thing yeah it's not much water put it in

02:35:30.920 there yeah yeah kind of guys are the best i love this i just want you guys to read the bible every

02:35:36.040 day you think he dabbed on them after oh okay reduce the coffee intake reduce okay okay okay

02:35:43.160 and it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice that elijah the prophet came

02:35:47.640 near and said the lord god of abraham isaac and israel this is what i'm saying how do i do this with

02:35:54.040 like your crowd that's like so anti-israel dude our crowd crushes don't say that about our crowd this is

02:35:59.160 how god refers to himself have you heard the song same god the lord god of abraham isaac and israel

02:36:04.680 let it be known this day that thou art god in israel and that i am thy servant and that i have done

02:36:11.400 all these things at thy word at thy word so when the raven's like what why is he doing that i can't

02:36:19.560 believe all the water no look i miss he did it all at the word of god man so god at some point it was

02:36:25.640 the the pagan homos that were doing no no no it was elijah doing it and at some point god and 0.95

02:36:31.160 elijah had this conversation and god said hey bro do it like this god's like portal and that's and

02:36:35.640 that's what's all wrapped up in the shirt man you have you have all those details in the story

02:36:40.360 in the heat of battle your squad relies on you don't let them down unlock elite gaming tech at

02:37:11.480 by the shirt at the house i'm afraid that i'm going to drink too much coffee and then need it

02:37:15.720 i have done all these things at thy word hear me oh lord hear me that that this people may know

02:37:22.280 that thou art the lord god and that dow has turned their heart back again dude this is heavy bro so

02:37:29.160 god is turning their heart back right these people have gone astray from god like we were just studying

02:37:34.120 in the book of jude like didn't we just go over this topic that people go astray people are covenant

02:37:39.640 people but he hasn't even set it on fire yet he's just like this is what's gonna happen watch this

02:37:45.800 then the fire of the lord fell there you go and then it happens bell so it just comes from the sky

02:37:50.520 yes yeah i mean it's so it's so biblically accurate it's crazy and is it really biblically accurate this

02:37:56.120 is all biblically accurate if we can get the cameras to go it'll actually show it look fire's

02:38:01.000 coming out of heaven there's elijah this is the dudes all cutting themselves this is the water down

02:38:06.920 below doesn't even matter that it was all done at thy word huh yeah which whatever we don't have a

02:38:13.880 way to sell you guys shirts so we're not trying to sell shirts i'm just trying to say no we can

02:38:16.920 sell you shirts you come to the standard coffee shop link or anything oh by the way i'll be in new

02:38:21.400 york on the 13th of november so there's there are things called planes you can go to lady lake florida

02:38:27.640 that's true you can come and hang out yeah i won't be here for a couple of days look how sad it'll be

02:38:31.720 all right i'll be uh are you gonna go see frank you should tell frank you'll be in the area i'm gonna go

02:38:36.040 see nobody i'm dreading it but it's fine shocked to hear that well then the fire of the lord fell

02:38:40.920 and consumed the burnt sacrifice in the wood and the stones and the dust and licked up the water

02:38:45.800 that was in the trench and when all the people saw it they fell on their faces and they said the lord

02:38:51.240 he is the god the lord he is the god i love that like so many times throughout the bible if people

02:38:57.320 are just like bearing witness to some unbelievable stuff and they're like dude god is that like he is

02:39:02.680 the god well i mean listen yeah you forget no idea but it happens like over and over again we know

02:39:07.720 there's lowercase g gods but in isaiah he reverts he god refers to himself as i am god and there is

02:39:13.320 no other right so like so he's he makes it very clear like yeah there's lowercase g gods but i am

02:39:18.440 the god and that's what all this is about is like hey covenant people i know you've claimed the name of

02:39:24.200 christ i know you've claimed the name of the god but you haven't lived accordingly so let's just get

02:39:29.560 this thing back on track you serve god and mammon like let's get the mammon out of you can't serve

02:39:36.440 both can't have the mammon man elijah said on ahab it kind of does elijah said on ahab get the up and

02:39:42.920 eat and drink got a set of mammons it's not funny man like there's a super serious thing i'm sorry he

02:39:49.480 said mammon sounds like butt cheeks it sounds like the god of butt cheeks like if you saw a statue of

02:39:54.040 mammon and it had like big big oh dude mammon is like monetary gain it's like money and the things

02:39:58.680 you get with money yeah it's materialism which we're at the core of of all the humans who have

02:40:03.400 ever lived on the planet like mammon and materialism this is a very materialistic society there's the

02:40:09.320 chick that said like i'm a material girl for the material world or something oh shout out a long

02:40:15.640 think about how crazy it is now dude how materialistic this society is do you think that uh

02:40:20.200 doesn't it sound like the word blap blap blap blap do you think madonna's a man no stop that

02:40:25.880 egi like elite gender inversion you don't think she's a man we have shirts for that that you can 1.00

02:40:29.720 buy that's right all right let's keep reading inappropriate very and elijah said unto ahab get

02:40:35.080 thee up and eat and drink for there is the sound of abundance of rain remember it hasn't rained in

02:40:39.560 three and a half years he said it won't rain according to my word now he says it's gonna rain

02:40:44.440 it's kind of cool so god gave him the ability to direct like direct he gave him the responsibility

02:40:51.080 like if it's if it's his word god was like when you say so like i'm like delegating

02:40:56.680 to when you say is that what that means you're touching on an incredibly heavy topic but yeah

02:41:01.480 dude david's that beauty tank top huh pay attention he's not paying attention i'm paying attention

02:41:07.080 your eyes are closed behind your shades and you're talking about me

02:41:09.480 it's not good matt god man no no put them back down it's better when they're down

02:41:18.920 as soon as you lifted them up i could see the grumpy it's kind of clear it's kind of clear it's

02:41:22.520 still bright but it's but it's clear i'm just saying do it for us because you look grumpy we're

02:41:26.600 gonna podcast until you're better okay we're gonna podcast all night okay all right here we go oh wait

02:41:33.160 shout out to makabala for the ten dollar donation who says cheers it's on rumble we don't have the

02:41:37.800 ability to pick it up and see nancy's not even paying attention she's been cool the whole time 0.96

02:41:43.160 that's a dude my bakalaka makalabala mak makabala on rumble thank you ten dollars cheers

02:41:49.400 thank you very much appreciate that it's not 500 but it's nice don't misgender our our audience

02:41:58.280 500 is a lot of that's a lot of guam 500 bucks no yeah another 500 no no no no not true

02:42:05.240 okay okay can you continue please and elijah said yeah that's clutch dude the guy don't say

02:42:10.200 clutch no that's legit man like we're gonna get a better camera bro i feel like there's a lot going

02:42:15.000 on i feel like there's like weird stuff behind the scenes things yeah i'm seeing into behind

02:42:19.960 the scenes of it i don't i don't know so elijah said into ahab get the up and eat and drink for

02:42:24.280 there's a sound of abundance of rain not just rain like we haven't had but an abundance so ahab

02:42:28.920 went up to eat and to drink and elijah went up to the top account carmel and he cast himself

02:42:33.640 down upon the earth and put his face between his knees wait okay all right this is elijah praying

02:42:38.840 this dude goes to mountaintops i know you guys don't want to talk about this but definitely

02:42:42.680 spiritual high places definitely old testament there's an argument to be made for it even

02:42:47.160 still now but absolutely old testament getting to the high place yeah alistair crawley was a homosexual 0.92

02:42:52.280 but he went to like mount everest and he was a mountain climb but this is also why the un

02:42:55.800 and israel have taken over uh mount hermon there's like spiritual high places they're doing stuff

02:43:01.080 they're doing stuff cern is at a very high elevation they're doing stuff underground no

02:43:06.360 but it's it geographically he's jacked on the caffeine yeah dog i just i might have just made that up

02:43:14.520 chat check that out but we're talking about yeah all right no i haven't read your rumble rant 0.94

02:43:19.160 what my baby mama ho ass because you said very inappropriate things that's his name yeah and i'm 0.96

02:43:24.520 not going to read it because it's very inappropriate so ahab went up to eat and drink and elijah went up to 0.98

02:43:29.720 the top of carmel and he cast himself down upon the earth and put his face between his knees and

02:43:33.560 said to his servant go up now look towards the sea and he went up and looked and said there's nothing

02:43:39.000 and he said go again seven times and it came to pass at the seventh time that he said behold there

02:43:43.880 arises there arises a little cloud out of the sea like a man's hand and he said go up say unto ahab

02:43:49.560 prepare thy chariot and get thee down that the rain stopped he not and it came to pass in the meanwhile

02:43:55.640 that the heaven was black with clouds and wind and there was a great rain and ahab rode and went

02:44:00.600 to jezreel and the hand of the lord was on elijah and he girded up his loins and ran before ahab to

02:44:06.120 the entrance of jezreel okay so merkel talks about this scripture a lot 1846 and the hand of the lord

02:44:11.800 was on elijah and he girded up his loins so he just like pulled up his skirt and ran before ahab to

02:44:17.800 the entrance of jezreel so he ran while ahab is clearly on like on horseback and he beat him there

02:44:24.920 correct what are you talking about talking about the supernatural which i'm trying to say

02:44:29.080 faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of god so just like you're like wtf isn't reality the

02:44:34.680 kardashians and that we never say that and that they're gonna steal all the stuff from walmart in

02:44:38.680 a couple days and then whatever the other people said on twitter no that's not reality reality is

02:44:43.240 the word of god and the more you read it the more it shapes your view of reality and that's what it

02:44:47.400 means to have faith is that your view of reality is the word of god like whatever we live in the

02:44:53.080 slip the king and denny's and carrabba's and all the stuff like that's fine we live within that

02:44:57.960 system uh but that's not reality that's just this weird little time that we're in reality is the word

02:45:03.560 of god and everything going on in the scene and the unseen realm which includes the miraculous and

02:45:08.520 the supernatural wait when does he kill these guys dude i didn't know he kills these guys my bad

02:45:14.440 bible man and it actually makes a lot of sense i guess so all right it looks like he's got some

02:45:20.120 weird supernatural power right now this dude is he's he's drank three bottom of the blender coffee

02:45:26.920 and a matcha and he is running supernaturally fast yeah he's jack wait wait wait but did we

02:45:33.320 miss first 40 you're talking about when he killed them all yeah i guess we did elijah said unto them

02:45:37.240 take the prophets of baal let not one of them escape and they took them and elijah brought them 0.99

02:45:41.800 down to the brook kidron and they slew them there oh there you go and that's just like really quick 0.97

02:45:45.720 miss that bro how did i miss that there was a lot 850. so i know that everybody's like oh yeah this

02:45:52.920 is a great like uh sunday school story just just like the flood the same thing with the flood it's

02:45:58.280 like no they killed the entire planet like yeah this is a great sunday school story but also they kill

02:46:03.240 all of the false prophets there's a war there's a war going on and so sometimes people don't like what

02:46:08.040 people are doing but it's a war so it's like this team against this team like oh they did this shady

02:46:13.480 thing they're at war they're trying to kill this team like that's what's going on so so elijah

02:46:18.920 tells them to kill the the prophets of baal but does he engage in any of the great point so he's 1.00

02:46:24.520 saying look you guys brought this on yourselves you're worshiping the false gods now you're gonna 0.99

02:46:29.560 deal with it you're gonna kill them all okay anyway and slew them okay so maybe elijah didn't 0.99

02:46:35.800 kill them himself that's crazy because this is and took them and they took them and elijah brought 0.98

02:46:41.560 them down to the brook kid oh and so elijah did do them and slew them there because it says and 0.97

02:46:45.800 elijah brought them down so they probably just bound him and he was just probably cutting his off

02:46:50.280 maybe either that or he was just super naturally fast well that's what they were that's what they

02:46:55.160 were supposed to do let me ask you something and this might be a little bit he's gonna ask you

02:46:58.600 something disrespectful towards the bible i'm all right could we talk to the blue letter bible

02:47:03.000 people and maybe i don't want to talk to them anymore well that's fair but could we like why isn't

02:47:07.800 there a book of elijah uh instead of like in between that's not a blue letter bible issue bro

02:47:13.400 that's they can't do that the creator of the universe shout out to the guy who emailed us and

02:47:17.720 said that he wants to uh offer up his own labor to make a standard bible app i don't think we're

02:47:23.160 allowed to do that though no i just wanted to say that but he should he should have his own book

02:47:28.600 who elijah he does he's got one kings he's got two kings he shows up on the mount transfiguration

02:47:33.400 which you alluded to yeah he actually sees the messiah which all of them wanted all of these

02:47:38.440 old testament prophets they would have gave anything to be with the messiah it's just not

02:47:42.280 he shows up and hangs out with the messiah like he's written about james like he's alluded to a lot

02:47:47.320 bro yeah but did john's got two books he's got no name after his book john the baptist is even

02:47:53.080 referred to as elijah like it's talked about the spirit and power of elijah like bro he's a major

02:47:58.440 major part of the scripture shout out to whoop my baby mama ho no no donation he says i just think

02:48:03.720 that david king david should have his own book elijah should but i mean maybe that's i'm just

02:48:09.000 well then you'd have to go back dude if you're if you're referenced in the word of god that's a big

02:48:13.320 deal bro you know he says i want to address this he says sorry i didn't realize it was inappropriate

02:48:17.800 i just want to share my love with matt that's all uh and so we'll allow that uh very good chat loves you

02:48:23.000 we got through it matt and we only only took two and a half hours i like this guy's statement the

02:48:27.160 creator of the universe named all the books interesting that's a that's a good statement

02:48:31.000 because i see what he's saying like that the word of god we don't argue that it's inspired but exactly

02:48:35.720 how it got put together we argue if that's inspired so that's a fair point that's a fair

02:48:39.560 point it got put together the naming of the books is a fair point the order in which they're placed

02:48:43.960 sure sure all of the above but but the main thing for us is just read all of it yeah yeah i'm just

02:48:49.000 saying i think this guy deserves his own name on the book it should be the book of elijah

02:48:53.960 and a couple of chapters tell this guy's story the same thing with david daniel got his own

02:48:59.160 god i don't like that they're not like oh man i need something named after me so i can be a big

02:49:02.360 shot no i get it but i get a drink named after us at the shop no but stop it uh can i get uh you

02:49:08.680 know somebody calls up and they say get top one top lobster i have a feeling that there's going to be

02:49:13.320 a bad crash from this for me it's not gonna be good in the heat of battle your squad relies on you

02:49:47.000 i just feel it i feel it what would it be what we would do that a top lobster drink and a raven

02:49:50.840 drink don't do that what would it be no we're doing the tank top we're definitely naming one

02:49:56.600 the tank top yeah because the new seasonal menu comes out december 1st so one of them will definitely

02:50:01.880 be the tank top can we make it a diet drink it should be i don't like that that's not good

02:50:05.800 can we wrap this up i have another show at 7 p.m oh you know what it makes a lot of

02:50:11.880 crash that should we crash this show no you can't crash my show i'll want to crash my show i'm trying

02:50:17.320 to like be serious about straight bible and you're in the corner like making jokes you said something

02:50:21.320 that was funny it made me laugh i don't remember what it was but it made me laugh i think what what

02:50:25.960 we uh what we saw here was a little bit of david uh conserving energy and this is what i was saying

02:50:32.040 before dude he's yawning what do you mean he's serving energy he's falling asleep yeah he's

02:50:36.120 falling asleep because he's like i got a more important show later that's not it's not a more

02:50:39.320 important show but that's the thing three you know when you're gonna when you're gonna play music for

02:50:43.560 god when you're gonna do podcasts uh for god about god you have to give it your all and this guy is

02:50:48.920 worried about talking about ed gein later on the raven no that's only gonna be like the first

02:50:54.440 what i'm doing is just doing a call-in show for the chat and the people that support us so that we

02:50:58.440 could bring this community together that's what i'm doing all right guys

02:51:04.680 matt i think you should leave it leave them with the final words say something what are we saying

02:51:08.120 here okay uh well if i could say anything i wanted right now i would say um you totally could really

02:51:15.480 consider this story like really think about what's going on here the covenant people have gone astray

02:51:21.480 it's kind of intriguing that we're picking up in this book of elijah because i said let's go into

02:51:25.080 matthew and then we're all like going to go into matthew and then at the last minute tops like no

02:51:28.920 no we'll do the life of elijah and so here we are we're talking about the covenant people who have

02:51:33.000 gone astray or dare i say apostatized right which was exactly the same point in the book of jude if

02:51:39.080 y'all watch the straight bible episode earlier today it's about the book of jude and we only got through uh

02:51:44.680 through verses one through four right and it's the story of apostasy is what the book of jude is about

02:51:49.960 it's about people who were on track and then they go astray they fall away so let's not be that like

02:51:55.960 let's be people that go hard after god that go hard into the scripture that take notes that study the

02:52:02.280 scripture that want to know god not people that just want to read the bible to win debates or read

02:52:07.000 the bible to have perfect theology and perfect doctrine and not just to make sure i'm right and

02:52:11.480 you're wrong let's not be those people let's be people who read the word of god to know god and

02:52:16.920 to fellowship with god and to learn the character of god so that we can hear his voice and be guided

02:52:22.040 in our real life because we have real life stories that are going on right now we have our lives and

02:52:27.640 we want to be guided by god and we want to know how to hear his voice and be guided by him and we're

02:52:31.400 going to get that by being faithful and loyal to him and reading the scripture praying and getting

02:52:37.160 intimate with him so let's all do that let's all do that it's kind of interesting to think of

02:52:41.080 not to that was the part not to spike your ending but like when david's writing his songs like

02:52:46.600 does he know that this is going to be in the bible later you know what i mean he's just doing his

02:52:52.200 thing great question great point probably not probably probably doesn't know i'm not saying

02:52:57.160 there would be another bible written but i don't know what's dude i like you on the caffeine man

02:53:03.160 okay we gotta go i don't even know what that question was but i like when he's on caffeine

02:53:07.160 yeah no i'm not saying like they're not going to write another bible but what you're doing now is

02:53:10.840 probably significant i think that's what you're saying right i'm not saying that what i'm doing is

02:53:14.920 is significant significant i'm just saying that like people need to be going hard after god

02:53:20.360 that's all i'm saying i don't like what you've done my wife just said a tank top don't forget to 1.00

02:53:23.640 get a rotisserie chicken and pumpkin this is messed up man oh oh more money's coming in

02:53:32.280 where's the tank top what i'll send another what is going on if tank top puts on a baggy sweatshirt i

02:53:37.640 don't have a baggy sweat you got one on the wall dude i am sweating i can't put a tank top on but

02:53:42.280 you just sent another get the 10 bucks bro fine give me that sweater yeah dude we got uh we got

02:53:47.800 families to feed out here it's got boogers on it does it yeah oh matt i see matt because he gets

02:53:53.560 his and he goes and that's how he wipes his boogers yeah you're really gonna do this that is not true

02:53:58.600 that's not true no you said that you wanted to get another 10 bucks in because we need the camera so

02:54:04.600 whatever let's do it he's not above that no it's fine oh yeah that's the stuff

02:54:16.600 okay i think we should i don't think they're gonna send the money but yes they are she said

02:54:21.480 she said sending right now give me a minute oh wow okay all right well he's wearing the the baggy

02:54:27.400 hoodie it does have snot on it look at that on the side yeah that's not it's that's not definitely

02:54:33.240 snot wait is there snot on it yeah a little white mark right there right here oh clean it up if you

02:54:40.920 thought there was snot on it what do you want me to do scrape it off with my fingernail yeah i mean you

02:54:45.160 could lick it just give it friends do well this has been a great episode of uh not so straight bible

02:54:51.400 i i mean we should we should get a better name for it no this isn't street bible he's in street

02:54:55.080 bible what do we call ours don't we just call it bible study with matt heather it's called uh bible

02:54:59.000 banter i'm pretty sure that we've already like i don't like that name we've determined that this

02:55:03.640 is not a bible study yes it is you called it a hybrid bible study in the beginning and i said

02:55:08.520 what do you mean hybrid and you said well you know it's like a bible study looking at me but we're

02:55:12.520 gonna say a bunch of stuff and then i'm like uh well yeah that's just a bible study but can you fix

02:55:17.400 the camera so it's not just looking at me but then i got in on the first one and i was like oh okay

02:55:22.360 this is a hybrid bible that's what i'm saying it's because this banter is like on another level

02:55:25.880 that's not necessarily a bible study we're just waiting for this ten dollars to roll in

02:55:29.880 and i feel like in that ten dollars did you see the chick that said uh we have the same haircut 0.53

02:55:36.440 me and raven have the same haircut the female was saying her and raven have the same oh yeah

02:55:42.360 he does have a little bit of this i love that face i can't wait for his show dude he crushed it

02:55:48.040 with his uh thank you there it is he thanks jenelle julio all right bye guys
