Pearl - Indian Father Driven To Suicide Because of Spiteful Ex Wife ｜ Pearl Daily

00:00:00.000 good afternoon good evening ladies and gentlemen welcome to the audacity network and welcome to

00:00:14.160 another episode of pearl daily i am your host pearl so today we're going to talk about a witness

00:00:19.120 who said that mcdonald that the that the mcdonald's where luigi merengione was caught said that he

00:00:27.440 and his friends joked that he looked like the new york shooter mcdonald's customer larry said that

00:00:33.280 he and his friends were joking so loud that maringone could hear them one of my friends

00:00:38.320 said i thought he was kidding that he was the shooter and they made the arrest and came in and

00:00:43.840 he made the comment well that looks like the shooter from new york but this group was a group

00:00:48.560 of us thought it was more of a joke and that we were kidding about it so let's roll the clip

00:00:54.320 also guys if you have a comment today that you want read go to the audacity network.com and go

00:01:00.980 to a part of the live chat all you have to do is pay 10 bucks a month 80 bucks a year and you

00:01:05.960 are automatically rolled in whatever you say in the live chat i do read within reason no swearing

00:01:11.820 or anything crazy i didn't really see a whole lot i mean a group of us are here every day

00:01:18.100 and one of my friends and I thought he was kidding when the when the shooter

00:01:27.640 I'm assuming was the shooter who they made the arrest on came in he made a

00:01:33.980 comment but that looks like the shooter from New York but I thought he was I the

00:01:41.080 group of us I thought it was more of a joke and we were kidding about it but

00:01:46.000 then as it turned out it was him and like I said the employee that thought it

00:01:54.640 was him that I guess started the initial like investigation on it I talked to

00:02:03.280 her later I said I said was I here when he came in and she goes yeah and she

00:02:10.720 goes actually you and your your friends and all were were making a joke almost like a saying you

00:02:19.040 know and that's pretty much about it i mean he he ordered went to the rear of the store and sat

00:02:27.520 i passed him whenever i left i left and uh went to church come back because i heard there was an

00:02:34.880 arrest i didn't know which mcdonald's it was but it was this you know where we were at i think i

00:02:40.480 looked at the guy but his back was to me he did have a backpack but my friend mike had said this

00:02:47.200 he i asked him again this morning i said were you kidding or not he said no i was serious he goes

00:02:54.000 the backpack the jacket all resembled the one he said the day of the shooting

00:03:00.800 there was i love old people because they just don't care anymore they're like 1.00

00:03:06.000 is that the shooter whatever i got better things to do i'm going to church

00:03:11.920 there's no reaction like from him whenever my friend said that and

00:03:18.240 and the worker if she heard us talking he had to have heard us but there was no no you know

00:03:24.800 somebody told me he was here this morning they think a couple days i don't know if that's true

00:03:30.960 in altena and i'm i'm anxious to see more that comes out to see if that is true

00:03:37.600 but i don't know you know i didn't i know as i know it was raining pretty good yesterday morning

00:03:44.160 and i i was surprised he stayed here as long as he did you know what i mean being on the run or

00:03:49.360 whatever you know yeah i didn't i would have i was that sort of shocked me oh yeah i'm really

00:03:55.360 surprised i saw a tweet that said they must give out these computer science ivy league education

00:04:04.020 to anybody because he stayed in the same place for a couple days and didn't even go into the

00:04:10.340 parking lot at mcdonald's he was just out in the open and so i thought that was really funny um

00:04:16.080 yeah there is people are speculating that he was upset over his apparently he had a pretty bad

00:04:24.900 back injury and his grandma and his grandpa had dealt with the health care system but also it

00:04:32.580 turns out he comes from a very wealthy family so it sort of begs the question if money was the

00:04:39.300 reason he did it but he comes from an ultra wealthy family it doesn't seem like the incentive

00:04:46.040 really lines up for me um but i guess you know we'll see okay so next on the agenda meg meg oh

00:04:56.300 my gosh megan fox and machine gun kelly have had ups and downs but are now for now done

00:05:03.920 megan fox and machine gun kelly's relationship continues to be filled with highs and lows as

00:05:10.680 they prepare to welcome a baby. They broke up in late November, a source exclusively told Us Weekly

00:05:17.840 on December 10th. They were trying to make it work again after the pregnancy, but they are both

00:05:23.780 too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting. They can't get on the same page and it's

00:05:30.520 not easy for them to be together. While the source said that they are done for now, the pair could

00:05:35.840 very well be back together at a later time in november fox 38 announced that she is except

00:05:42.640 expecting a rainbow baby the actress previously revealed in 2023 that she suffered a miscarriage

00:05:49.280 due to her relationship during her relationship with machine gun kelly who has a 15 year old

00:05:55.200 daughter named cassie from a previous relationship fox shares that noah 11 um fox shares noah 11

00:06:04.160 bondi 9 and journey 7 with ex-husband brian austin green soon after the pregnancy was revealed a

00:06:12.240 source told us that fox and mgk were 34 were both thrilled and excited to be parents together the

00:06:18.000 pregnancy is bringing them closer but they still have very dramatic ups and downs the insider

00:06:23.040 explained even when megan and mgk broke up they were always into having a child together it's

00:06:29.440 something that they both wanted even though they were broken up wow what a time fox and mgk whose

00:06:36.560 real name is colson baker were romantically linked in 2020 after meeting on the set of midnight at

00:06:43.440 switchgrass the musician got down on one knee in january of 2022 but the two have yet to walk down

00:06:49.360 the aisle through the relationship the pair would raise an eyebrow as they choose to live separately

00:06:54.880 for a period of time fox would be spotted without her engagement ring as well more recently fans

00:07:01.680 have questioned the status of fox's relationship with mgk after the duo stopped sharing photos of

00:07:06.640 each other as frequently online okay so as we know what changes when women have a child 0.53

00:07:13.120 when women have a child or get pregnant with a child oftentimes it is post-nut clarity for women

00:07:18.880 and you see very dramatic changes in the women wanting to sleep with their husbands um with

00:07:26.720 you know being nice to their husbands because you know you see what happens when the women get 1.00

00:07:32.080 leverage and sometimes not all not all not all but oftentimes women can become 1.00

00:07:40.240 not as interested in the relationship after they get what they want which is the child

00:07:45.680 Um, but as you guys know, um, even though she is a single mother of two, she's very attractive 1.00

00:07:53.700 and there is a epidemic of simping.

00:07:59.340 And no matter what happens, there is always, always, always going to be a, there's always

00:08:11.900 going to be a simp that cleans up the mess and

00:08:21.260 as you have as most of you know i have been fighting on the front lines of the simp epidemic

00:08:25.900 for years but i need to tell you guys about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up

00:08:35.420 ratcheted up against men that is rarely talked about it's not just the relentless anti-masculinity

00:08:41.820 propaganda and only fans hoes causing the societal issues that we see on the show did you know that 0.97

00:08:47.580 the average city's tap water contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors and this

00:08:52.620 often includes estrogen from birth control the average adult consumes a credit card worth of

00:08:58.540 plastic every week and that's five grams of plastic a week on average so it's no wonder

00:09:03.100 that the average male testosterone is half of what it was 50 years ago testosterone levels decline

00:09:08.300 and 1% a year. And without course correction, we are headed towards extinction. So no matter how

00:09:13.600 based, so no matter how based you are, you need to be naturally boosting your testosterone. My

00:10:13.720 That is the discount code. Okay. So the next story we're going to talk about today

00:10:19.640 is I saw this clip from Michael Knowles. Now, as you guys know, this is not an attack on him

00:10:27.580 personally but i really really cannot stand the simping ideology and i just see it a lot

00:10:32.140 from conservative media and it drives me absolutely nuts drives me crazy um

00:10:38.940 and i what i have noticed is that whenever a man commits a crime conservative media will freak out

00:10:45.260 whenever the women have a problem the conservative media will freak out but whenever men have an

00:10:50.700 issue. I go on the Michael Knowles show and you know we talk about paternity fraud and you know

00:10:57.500 Michael Knowles tells me that it's super wrong to DNA chest your child because the women might feel 0.99

00:11:04.140 icky. We wouldn't want to hurt women's feelings that's most important not raising your biological 1.00

00:11:11.660 kid. Oh no we can't ever question the women. So there is a story in the UK that he was covering

00:11:18.620 And I want to show how gynocentric the way he's covering it is. 0.82

00:11:27.860 Out of the UK, I believe, a man has just been sentenced to jail for 12 years for slipping a

00:11:36.620 woman an abortion pill in her drink. You know, the woman gets up to use the bathroom. The man 0.99

00:11:41.060 slips, not a Mickey, not a roofie. He slips an abortion pill to kill her child. This woman was 1.00

00:11:48.320 15 weeks pregnant if you've ever been pregnant or if your wife's ever been pregnant you know

00:11:52.880 15 weeks this is a baby this is a pretty big baby this baby's moving around this baby is totally

00:11:58.800 recognizable as a baby you are i mean you are on the way so he may not know this but in the uk

00:12:05.600 abortion is legal and free up to six months so i know this because i was in the uk so i googled

00:12:13.280 the laws when i was there up to six months you can go get a free abortion down at the clinic five 1.00

00:12:18.960 more weeks the baby comes and remember i did the math on this one day we would have a second city

00:12:24.560 of london if we didn't have abortion today women have aborted an eighth of the world population 0.99

00:12:31.360 that is bigger than any genocide a man has committed survive in some cases outside the womb 0.72

00:12:37.600 abortion is wrong at all stages but it's viscerably knowably wrong at 15 weeks so remember 0.98

00:12:48.040 he's saying it's knowably wrong at 15 weeks it's legal and women do that all of the time 1.00

00:12:55.520 this guy slips her an abortion pill she starts to bleed she then the baby is murdered by the pill 0.70

00:13:03.300 and then this man is brought up on charges. Stuart Warby, 40 years old. He apparently also

00:13:10.680 gave her a bunch of other abortion tablets to try to make sure that this would work. 1.00

00:13:17.540 Now, the woman has lifelong anonymity because she's a victim of a sexual offense, 1.00

00:13:22.940 but she miscarried. She was horrified. She said, look, this might be the only time I can get

00:13:26.980 pregnant i am permanently traumatized by this it's true in reality this guy should at the very least 0.93

00:13:35.360 be imprisoned for life and probably should be executed by the state for what he okay michael 0.82

00:13:40.480 michael michael question do you have the same energy for the women that get abortions because 1.00

00:13:48.520 every time and i i can't remember if he said this issue specifically but i've heard ben shapiro say

00:13:55.100 this. I've heard Charlie Kirk say this. Every single time we have the equivalent for a woman, 0.76

00:14:02.560 oh no, it's the doctor's fault. The doctors commit the abortion. 1.00

00:14:09.140 Okay, but if I hire a hitman, who's responsible? Am I responsible?

00:14:14.760 Do I? You could argue they both go to jail. Fine, fine, fine. But this is my challenge with

00:14:22.160 conservative media you know for this story that he did that okay we could say

00:14:27.660 that's wrong there's a million millions of women are he every year in the UK 1.00

00:14:33.660 doing the exact same thing further along for free government funded so it's tough

00:14:41.960 for me to take the you know this outrage that seriously when I don't really see

00:14:47.440 that outrage over the women doing it. It's always pushed on to the men. And my question is, and I'm

00:14:54.120 listening to this story, why would a man be so desperate to put an abortion pill in a woman's

00:15:01.660 drink? Now, if we lived in a more fair society where, okay, you want to get pregnant by whoever 1.00

00:15:08.480 you want, fine. You want to opt out of being a mother, fine. Maybe men should be able to opt 1.00

00:15:15.840 out of being a father, opt out of child support. So my guess is he got a crazy woman pregnant 0.97

00:15:22.320 and that is why he took that extreme step still wrong. I'm not even disputing that maybe he should

00:15:30.940 have jail time, but we have to acknowledge that if having sex with a crazy woman or an irresponsible 0.98

00:15:38.860 man who doesn't want to be a dad is equally irresponsible but after that equal irresponsibility 0.98

00:15:46.220 the man is supposed is supposed to take all of the responsibility and the woman is supposed to 1.00

00:15:52.500 get none so can you blame the men when they go to this extreme of measures when the next 18 years

00:16:01.560 of their life is looking like it is going to be miserable again not saying it's right

00:16:09.880 but can we at least see where this is coming from does he raise this as an issue no he did

00:16:16.200 because he murdered a little baby he jeopardized a woman's life he murdered a woman's child also

00:16:23.880 happened to be his child and i knew it oh i knew it oh i didn't even have to see the story i knew

00:16:29.880 it. I knew it. And forget whose child it is. He murdered a little innocent baby. This guy at the

00:16:35.340 very least should be in prison for life without parole and more likely should be executed by the

00:16:40.780 state for what he did. If that kind of a crime does not merit the death penalty, I don't know

00:16:45.200 what does. Or he should not be punished at all. Those are the two options. The only punishment

00:16:54.040 that doesn't make any sense is 12 years in prison. What is 12 years in prison? If the baby had been

00:17:01.540 born and he walked up and took a sledgehammer and smushed the baby, would he be given 12 years in

00:17:05.860 prison? No, he'd be given life in prison or executed. Or if it wasn't really a baby, if he

00:17:14.780 just walked up to a clump of cells like a, you know, a mass of, I don't know, an amoeba or something

00:17:20.080 and smash that with a sledgehammer, 0.74

00:17:23.320 he would be given no prison time. 0.90

00:17:26.100 But what is 12 years?

00:17:28.500 12 years.

00:17:30.740 And see, this is what drives me crazy.

00:17:34.140 Okay, we can go back and forth about the abortion debate.

00:17:38.180 I think abortion is wrong, but let's be realistic, okay? 1.00

00:17:42.420 I don't see it going anywhere, if I'm just being honest here.

00:17:47.520 but why would a man go to that extreme of measures to abort her child it's because of the family

00:17:58.580 court system and all of these companies will spend all of this time debating and arguing about stuff

00:18:06.000 that doesn't matter and they say they're pro-family but they don't spend a significant amount of time

00:18:12.540 talking about the most important issue that is stopping families from being together which is

00:18:18.140 family court um so we we spend all of this time and all of these other issues that don't

00:18:26.700 matter as much in terms of having families in the future sentence for this crime is a a perfect

00:18:34.620 representation of our total incoherence on this issue we can't resolve as in our civilization

00:18:42.540 whether we want to protect babies or not we can't we don't we don't want to answer that question

00:18:46.780 michael the ladies have been so clear like i i don't know how much more clear the late the ladies

00:18:56.380 have said so we split the ladies have said not all not all not all women not all a significant

00:19:05.180 amount of women have said ah you know i know i know i feel unsafe from illegal immigration but

00:19:15.500 abortion you know a significant amount of ladies have said well yeah i know 1.00

00:19:26.860 i know i'm losing 10 of my income every year because of inflation but abortion

00:19:35.180 You know, the ladies have said, you know, I know student debt is off off the charts and I'm in a bunch of debt and I can't get a good job and gas prices are going up.

00:19:46.480 But abortion. 1.00

00:19:51.800 You know, one side of this argument has been so clear.

00:19:56.900 Even Melania Trump.

00:20:00.560 Abortion.

00:20:01.120 you know every single woman there's exceptions sure but generally and even um you have to guys

00:20:10.320 have to remember the younger the woman is the more likely she will use abortion as a way out 0.96

00:20:16.360 so the number one age um of abortions is between 20 and 25 right after that it's 25 to 29 and then

00:20:24.940 i don't know if teenagers is bigger than 30s i'd have to look it up but

00:20:29.840 knowing this it's very convenient when the ladies become pro-life you know i'd like to say my mother 0.63

00:20:41.220 was taking me to sarah palin pro-life rallies at 12 years old so i've been i've been watching this

00:20:48.620 stuff for a minute, but that's not really the norm, right? So it's very convenient for the

00:20:56.320 ladies to graduate college and then become pro-life or even the biggest pro-life speakers. 1.00

00:21:02.640 It's very convenient that after they had their three abortions, they suddenly realized it was

00:21:08.600 wrong you may buy it you know but we're not wrestling with this the ladies have decided 1.00

00:21:19.960 unfortunately that it's not a life and even after Roe versus Wade the number of abortions per year

00:21:27.340 went up not down everyone looked at that as a yay Roe versus Wade all it does and I've gone to

00:21:36.820 these feminist conventions all they do is figure out ways to get the abortions by mail loosen the 1.00

00:21:44.300 restrictions more plan b's um or there's even doctors that go into the other states they travel

00:21:50.820 so they can get the abortions i don't say this in a happy way i'm just i'm trying to be realistic

00:21:56.440 here you know what i mean i'm trying to be honest baby this this is a punishment of splitting the

00:22:03.760 baby. But in the Bible, when splitting the baby comes up, it is used as an example to show the

00:22:10.340 absurdity. You can't really split a baby. That's the worst possible. But here, that's what we're

00:22:15.300 trying to do. A totally incoherent punishment. Louis C.K. made this point. He goes, you know,

00:22:21.380 I think that abortion, look, it's a woman's choice. It's a woman's health care. It's like

00:22:26.280 sitting down and using the toilet. Okay. It's just a bodily function. It has no moral significance.

00:22:32.200 that's how they treat it I'm telling you guys until you

00:22:37.480 have met women personally that have had abortions and you see how little they care 1.00

00:22:46.940 I understand there's the ones that and I see this a lot I think there's two in the pro-life

00:22:56.680 movement that became speakers after they performed a million abortions how convenient or after they

00:23:02.680 had a million abortions how convenient sorry the pessimist in me i'm a happy person just a

00:23:09.080 happy pessimist you know what i mean so they it would seem a lot more sincere to me if they weren't

00:23:18.600 making money off of it again just like the nala rebrand i think it's very convenient it's a very

00:23:24.520 compelling story but then take zero from speaker fees take zero dollars then i'll believe it

00:23:34.280 or it's murder but those are the only two things it can't be some moderate crime

00:23:41.240 it's either nothing or it's infanticide but it i i don't even understand what the argument would be

00:23:48.040 that it's just this kind of moderate crime and you get you know 12 year sentence but you only serve

00:23:52.920 five and then you get probation for this this isn't insider trading it's either murdering a baby

00:24:00.760 or it's nothing they but they can't resolve it so they give the actual worst sentence no they only

00:24:09.960 punish men the action he took is legal for women but illegal for men women are a hundred percent 0.68

00:24:16.920 in control of who's born women have a total monopoly on reproductive power first time in all 1.00

00:24:23.340 of history which is a handful of years in prison okay all right that guy he's lucky he got off the

00:24:31.080 hook for murdering a kid and killing a woman's kid and and endangering her health

00:24:36.180 i guess he's like i guess he should count as lucky stars but what a poor reflection on us

00:24:45.940 this i remember during during college we were on us who's who wants it to be legal

00:24:54.500 who was marching like again this is what drives me crazy is

00:25:01.260 something that is a female pushed issue the ladies are the ones marching for it the ladies are the 1.00

00:25:11.600 ones demanding this the ladies are the ones screaming they say my body my choice men cannot 0.56

00:25:18.400 have an opinion on this issue and the men say fine but you guys want to go destroy your body

00:25:24.740 okay you guys want to have abortions okay and then the conservatives will say oh but we

00:25:32.100 can't decide on this as a society us we all know what gender is pushing for that to be legal they 0.93

00:25:39.940 don't even deny it they they admit it we're debating all of the incipient debates over

00:25:45.700 rape culture on college campuses and the title nine lawsuits and and a lot of it seems really

00:25:51.940 incoherent because on the one hand you'd have these leftists and feminists arguing that sex 1.00

00:25:56.580 was not meaningful at all you should just go out engage in the hip hookup culture there was

00:26:01.380 no difference between how men and women approached sex it was just a casual fun thing 0.95

00:26:06.420 you know you know how far my opinion has evolved on this

00:26:12.180 i actually think sex means more to men than women because the ladies are i mean what am i supposed

00:26:19.460 to not notice the women marching naked on the streets i think more men want to be married than 0.95

00:26:26.900 women i think more men want commitment than women because the ladies are the ones you know you can't 1.00

00:26:35.780 say sex is meaningful and then i go outside and i go to vegas and i see women with stickers on 0.98

00:26:41.140 her boobs i mean what am i not supposed to see this notice kind of like shaking someone's hand 0.98

00:26:46.960 But on the other hand, sexual assault was the worst crime ever. It was so serious that you 0.99

00:26:52.300 shouldn't even be entitled to a trial by a jury of your peers. You should just immediately be

00:26:56.820 expelled and have your life ruined if you were even suggested to have maybe engaged in any 0.98

00:27:01.180 improper sexual activity. And it didn't make any sense. If sex is meaningless, then why is sexual

00:27:06.140 assault different than any other assault? Why is it different than giving someone a shove or

00:27:09.780 slapping them in the face? That's an incoherent point of view to hold. The left wanted to have

00:27:14.700 both ways our culture wants to have it okay i'm gonna read this article um i'm also gonna read

00:27:21.740 the comments if you guys want your comment read go into the live chat on the website the audacity

00:27:26.140 network.com also we have merch just pearly merch feel free you know if you want no rush okay so

00:27:35.660 have you ever wait wait um this is all very surreal how did he know the ceo would be there

00:27:42.140 is a big question for me just like you nicholas says just like you i made a documentary about

00:27:46.460 divorce fatherlessness years ago would love to talk to you about it xavier have you watched

00:27:51.580 her new movie curious to your take um on tbr flick more important to women financial abortion 1.00

00:27:59.740 or their children is a good question would it be better for men if they settled with a woman at a 0.98

00:28:05.420 young age if she stays but you can't put a gun to her head and make her stay so it's i you know i

00:28:16.460 can't remember who it is but someone in the manosphere um he says it's a roll of the dice

00:28:24.140 and i think that's the most fair way to put it it really is a roll of the dice you don't know

00:28:29.020 xavier i think financial support to be honest wow it escalated quickly this man doesn't have

00:28:33.900 an option to illegally abort a child which isn't fair to me under the law men should have that 1.00

00:28:38.140 since he can't tell her to keep it rob it's an interesting scenario nicholas the man did

00:28:43.020 something illegal that the woman could do legally kill the baby um half the baby is his nicholas 0.67

00:28:50.220 says um beautis in her body but it's her baby nicholas said it's not her body if it were her

00:28:56.700 body the mother and the and the baby would share the same dna they don't rob it affected her body

00:29:02.860 with the possibility of hemorrhage half and half dna this is never something i thought about

00:29:07.740 jacob you're right pearl rarity equals value and sex is far more rare for men and then it is for

00:29:14.460 women xavier yes it's biblical adam was the one who was that was lonely and then came eve okay

00:29:22.220 also we're trying to raise money for a divorce documentary i've been demonetized for a year

00:29:27.020 that's why we have the website memberships that's why we have all this stuff so um

00:29:32.860 we're at 10,000 like 600 I think so we're trying to get to 20k this month so if you guys want

00:29:38.380 feel free the link to that's in the description okay so let me continue uh the the and read the

00:29:47.400 actual article that Michael's talking about so man who crushed abortion tablet into woman's

00:29:52.480 orange juice causing her to lose baby is jailed a man who crushed an abortion tablet into a

00:29:57.720 pregnant woman's orange juice which caused her to lose her unborn baby has been jailed for 12 years

00:30:02.740 susan 40 also gave oh my gosh she probably really thought he had nothing to worry about

00:30:08.600 do you know what i mean he's probably hooking up with this 40 year old woman 1.00

00:30:12.420 thinking i have nothing to worry about she's so old there's no way i looked at the numbers

00:30:20.580 she cannot carry a baby to term no way stewart wombley 40 also gave oh wait that was his age

00:30:29.520 my bad my bad guys also gave a woman a number of other abortion tablets by using deception

00:30:35.200 to blindfold her and engage in sexual activity the woman who was entitled to lifelong alimony 0.96

00:30:40.640 by law as a victim of a sexual offense was 15 weeks pregnant when she miscarried shortly after

00:30:47.840 they administered she began bleeding and was sick in the bathroom and attended norfolk and norwich

00:30:53.360 university hospital after enduring hours of pain blood loss and underwent surgery she then found

00:30:59.520 messages in his phone to his friend wayne finley to say it's working there's a lot of blood causing

00:31:06.160 her to realize this entire thing had been a planned termination edward vickers prosecuting said at

00:31:13.920 friday night's hearing at norwich that it was quite clear that the woman wanted to have a baby

00:31:18.320 in a victim impact statement read by the court to the prosecutor the woman said she had failed

00:31:24.600 to protect my baby notice how she said my baby not our baby anyways the this pain will never

00:31:32.320 leave me this pain will never leave me knowing that this baby could have been my only chance

00:31:37.280 to be a mother in my lifetime she continued i haven't been able to conceive and have another

00:31:41.940 baby the woman said she had gone from fertility clinic to fertility clinic and being a mother 0.75

00:31:47.920 was a dream to me mr vickers and warby's offense was deliberate well planned and callous and he

00:31:53.440 helped obtain abortion drugs by his friend's partner newsa capita he said wolsey paid 470

00:32:01.520 pounds to book an appointment with a gynecology center in london the appointment took place in

00:32:07.520 the summer of 2022 and a prescription was made for two abortion drugs with painkillers the prosecutor

00:32:14.080 said upon his arrest police found texts on his phone discussing abortion medication and a google

00:32:18.720 search for misoprozol as well as searches related to whether a baby could survive an abortion

00:32:24.880 he pleaded guilty following an earlier trial at norwich crown court of administering poison

00:32:30.240 or using an instrument with an intent to procure a miscarriage he was also found guilty of assault

00:32:36.000 by penetration on and on friday he admitted to the possession of cannabis that was found

00:32:41.360 as police arrested him since sentencing on friday mr joel justice joel bethenhan told him

00:32:50.400 you are a selfish man and set about aborting a baby without the woman knowing 0.85

00:32:56.480 because women never do that every man knows when his girlfriend gets an abortion or wife 1.00

00:33:03.840 he said that warby's only mitigation is your previous good character the judge also made

00:33:09.280 a restraining order barring warby from contacting the woman indefinitely and ordered her to pay

00:33:14.000 ten thousand and hoarder ordered that he pay her ten thousand pounds after his sentence was read

00:33:19.440 warby asked if he could say anything when the judge told him that he could not warby said thanks

00:33:24.800 for your time and was led to the cells capita oh she was 39 of oh no that was the other woman

00:33:34.560 kerpita pleaded guilty to supplying an instrument to procure a miscarriage the judge asked i accept

00:33:41.760 that you only became involved in this due to pressure i i can't even believe this so the woman

00:33:50.960 who is also involved in this the judge said i accept that you only became involved due to the

00:33:58.720 pressure of stuart warby so not her fault at all his fault no agency all his fault so let me get

00:34:10.560 this straight by this logic if your friend asks you to let's say drive a he he's gonna rob a bank

00:34:22.720 and he wants you to be the driver did he pressure you into it was it his fault

00:34:29.680 if he asked and you said yes he also ordered that she complete or he sentenced the mother

00:34:36.320 of three to 22 months in prison suspended for two years he also ordered that she complete 40 hours 0.97

00:34:44.800 of unpaid work he said it was ultimately a selfish act andrew oliver mitigating for cepeda

00:34:54.080 said the cleaner acted out of misguided loyalty to someone who is friends with her partner

00:34:58.880 he said cepeda had no previous convicted and she's devastated she played a part in the harm

00:35:04.880 and suffering that's been caused and didn't receive any financial or other benefits

00:35:09.600 It's for the part that she's played.

00:35:12.360 Okay.

00:35:13.360 So again, this is as usual, now I can't say it's atypical.

00:35:19.500 The men are evil for doing it according to this and the women have no responsibility 1.00

00:35:26.000 or accountability.

00:35:27.680 I can't say I expect anything less.

00:35:29.600 Okay.

00:35:30.600 We're going to read the chat's thoughts on this.

00:35:34.100 Oh, wait.

00:35:35.100 Oh, and I don't think there's been any new ones.

00:35:37.100 Let me refresh it real quick.

00:35:39.600 So next, the next story we're going to talk about is Caitlin Clark in the WNBA.

00:35:51.140 So Caitlin Clark was named Time's Athlete of the Year.

00:35:57.840 Now, as you guys know, I played volleyball and basketball overseas.

00:36:01.760 I've played 16 plus years of sports.

00:36:04.380 I ran track in college, volleyball, and basketball.

00:36:06.820 I am an athlete.

00:36:07.700 But do I think that it makes sense for a league that loses money every year, that's not entertaining enough to turn a profit, is more deserving of Times Athlete of the Year than a league that fills stadiums and does turn a profit?

00:36:34.220 it now I do like Caitlin Clark I think she's very talented I think she is classy and I think she

00:36:39.900 works hard but I have to be honest when again this is going back to playing pretend where we're

00:36:45.260 pretending that she has the same star power as the men and she simply doesn't the biggest reason

00:36:51.620 that she's in the news is yes it is because she is talented but it's more because of the drama

00:36:59.020 that goes on with her and the other girls and the other girls bullying her as someone that works in 1.00

00:37:04.000 the news that is mostly what we cover right okay so after being named times athlete of the year

00:37:13.440 caitlin clark apologizes for her white privilege and says that the wnba is built on black players

00:37:19.240 i want to say i've earned every single thing but as a white person there is privilege a lot of black

00:37:24.640 a lot of those players in the league that have been really good have been black players

00:37:30.040 this league has kind of been built on them the more we can appreciate that highlight that talk

00:37:35.120 about that and then continue to have brands and companies invest in those players that have made

00:37:40.340 the league incredible I think it's very important I have to continue to try to change that okay so

00:37:46.980 do I think that the WNBA has been built on black players I think it's been built on men men's money 0.99

00:37:57.540 because again none of us would be playing and I can say this as a female athlete

00:38:03.380 generally speaking all female leagues operate at a loss because we are not as entertaining 0.91

00:38:13.020 as the men unfortunately the leagues that do make money have a tendency to make it through social

00:38:21.960 media, drama, or unfortunately taking off the clothes, getting naked.

00:38:32.800 You know, those are the only things that really make money when it comes to female sports. 1.00

00:38:37.600 So I don't know why she's not talking about the real reason she's able to do what she

00:38:43.340 does.

00:38:44.600 The NBA.

00:38:47.460 Okay.

00:38:49.180 Next.

00:38:50.060 All right.

00:38:50.680 So the next story that we're going to talk about is an Indian man was actually sorry.

00:39:02.040 So as you guys know, I went from America to England and I wanted to play volleyball there.

00:39:12.240 Now, when I went to play volleyball, I started a panel show on the side where I would invite

00:39:17.640 my friends from volleyball, and just people I would meet at the gym, on the street, et cetera,

00:39:23.360 to come on and talk about relationships. There's a huge podcast scene in the UK.

00:39:28.260 So I just kept inviting people and making a show. It was so much fun. Now, during this time,

00:39:35.880 I was curious as to why men would say things like there's no point in getting married

00:39:42.080 and marriage is a trap and when I was there I started digging into the court system in the UK

00:39:47.900 and I found some terrible awful things now one thing that I would continually hear over and

00:39:55.160 over again was how arranged marriages were the way they did seem to have a better outcome so

00:40:00.480 I'm going to give them that but I would um hear I would always hear India has a zero percent

00:40:08.940 divorce rate. Now this confused me a little bit because when I'd gone to India like 10 years prior

00:40:15.340 I definitely met some feminist women and it seemed to be a problem there but according to what people 1.00

00:40:22.120 were telling me and the divorce rate on that I would see on Google it was virtually not a thing

00:40:30.380 in India. Well, I think that has since changed or somehow those stats are being, are misguided.

00:40:39.700 Now, I looked up the divorce rate in India and I wanted to read an article.

00:40:45.040 The divorce rate in India is steadily increasing year by year. It's estimated that the number of

00:40:51.020 divorces has more than doubled over the last two decades. India is a country of immense diversity

00:40:56.740 and culture, with each state offering something unique. One of the most discussed topics in India

00:41:03.960 is its divorce rate, which varies from one state to another. The divorce rate of urban

00:41:09.180 cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, I'm so sorry, guys, I'm not going to be able to pronounce

00:41:17.900 these, is more like 30%. In places like Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Calcutta, and Lucknow,

00:41:28.660 divorce applications have risen dramatically in recent years, almost tripled. Northern states

00:41:34.440 like UB, Bihar, Harina, and Rajanstan, which is known for patriarchal society, have relatively

00:41:43.560 low divorce rates and separation rates the divorce rates in the northeast region is on the higher

00:41:49.520 side so here it has the 10 states um from 27 okay it looks like these are the divorce rates

00:41:59.320 and people aged 20 to 35 35 are searching for divorce the most below is a graph showing gender

00:42:07.140 from 27.12 to 27.12 so again remember all the countries don't know what to do if we have all

00:42:14.580 of these single women so they have an incentive to mislead you about the divorce stats so what's

00:42:20.980 one thing that i tell you guys that they do they include people that were before social media in

00:42:27.860 order to make the divorce rate seem not as high it is as it is so can we say that women born that 1.00

00:42:36.260 are 65 plus years old or 50 plus years old were from a different generation a different time and

00:42:44.580 have a different set of problems yes okay um more men are searching for divorce than women in india

00:42:55.220 the above graph shows percentage of genders from 2021 to december of 2022 um causes of increasing

00:43:04.180 divorce rate in india lack of communication financial problems emotional breakdown lack of

00:43:09.060 trust different values unhappiness insecurities wanting to be independent erratic works schedule

00:43:14.660 alcohol and smoking recent research research suggests that the main contributing factors

00:43:20.820 to the rise are lack of communication between spouses infidelity financial instability and

00:43:26.740 incompatibility. The causes may vary from person to person, but overall result is a lack of

00:43:36.340 breakdown in what was supposed to be a strong marital bond. Many couples simply don't know

00:43:41.760 how to move forward once they reach an impasse and can no longer bear living with one another

00:43:46.320 day by day. As more and more women attain higher education, they have become independent more than 0.99

00:43:55.320 ever with newfound confidence they expect greater respect from their husbands and partners something

00:44:01.860 which men aren't used to and are willing to accept wholeheartedly the results in serious

00:44:07.520 conflicts between them with which often leads to divorce on the other hand educated men expect

00:44:12.800 similar respect from their wives but when it is denied it also causes tension from them resulting

00:44:19.280 and separation so couples with higher educational qualifications tend to be more independent-minded

00:44:26.320 and less receptive towards traditional values which further contributes to merit towards marital

00:44:32.160 discord leading to an increase in divorce rates among well-educated couples oh this is i think

00:44:39.360 this is from a legal website so in india the divorce rate is on the rise that may seem like

00:44:43.840 a bad thing at first glance but it's actually a good sign an increasing divorce rate indicates 0.52

00:44:49.840 that more couples are feeling empowered to take control of their lives and unhappiness 0.71

00:44:54.560 in marriages the decades-old stigma of divorce is gradually fading away and more couples are taking

00:45:01.120 the bold step of filing for separation this can be attributed to changing attitudes towards

00:45:07.120 marriage and family life especially amongst younger generations okay so that leads me to my

00:45:16.180 next story which is something oh wait actually let me go into so I tweeted I've looked into a

00:45:27.340 little bit some of the laws in India and I wanted to see if they have some of the gynocentric 1.00

00:45:33.660 issues that we have here in the United States. Many times I really it sounds like selling a

00:45:39.120 dream to me that you can go overseas and you won't have some of the same issues. But I keep

00:45:45.780 seeing stories time and time again where even in other countries they seem to have some of these

00:45:50.360 same issues. You guys could go Amish though. I do think the Amish go get you an Amish girl. You 1.00

00:45:57.820 know what I mean? Go give up your electricity and your power. That might be the solution for you.

00:46:03.660 okay so no protection for men under scenarios where the perpetrator is female section 40 498 a

00:46:15.260 husband or relative of the husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty section 509 word

00:46:21.980 gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman unnatural offenses unnatural sex 0.77

00:46:28.620 commitments towards women assault of a criminal force on a woman without the intent to outrage

00:46:34.880 her modesty okay wait let me let me go look at something

00:46:42.640 i saw something that said that men in india if they have sex with a woman and don't marry her

00:47:00.340 can be taken to court for great i don't know if that's true but yeah anyway so there is a man who

00:47:09.460 recently committed suicide so his name was atal subha she was 34 years old he got married to in

00:47:17.380 2019 and was driven to suicide by a his wife in-laws the bias laws and systems within five

00:47:26.260 years and he left an hour and a half suicide video and a 40 page note his wife demanded three crores

00:47:34.740 alimony and which i believe is around 2000 a month wife didn't even let him see the face of

00:47:41.780 his child uh the family court judge rita rashik demanded five lacks to settle the case

00:47:49.300 he gave lax to his wife to help her family but then got accused of dowry

00:47:54.340 oh I think they have laws against a dowry so if men give the women money they get accused

00:48:06.740 of having a dowry I'm not sure but I think um his wife's father died of disease soon after

00:48:14.260 his marriage but his wife got FIR under sections of murder slapped on his family claiming he died

00:48:20.260 of shock because of the demanded dowry. He had to attend 120 dates in the last two years.

00:48:28.240 Family court judge passed an order of $40,000 per month maintenance for a two-year-old because he

00:48:34.860 didn't pay her the bribe she had asked. He used to do household chores, got his wife a job

00:48:43.240 and Accenture India helped his brother-in-law financially, spent lax on the birth of his

00:48:50.900 child and got his death in return. This is not a suicide video. This is a testimony of every

00:48:56.920 married man in India facing false crimes, false cases from his wife in a one-sided battle of the

00:49:03.680 courts. In the last words of Atul, I refuse to pay and I choose death because I don't want my money

00:49:10.560 to be used against me by my opponents to torture me and my family um let me see if there's so

00:49:23.440 the dowry act enacted on july 1st 1961 in india prohibits the giving or receiving of a dowry the

00:49:30.880 law defines a dowry as property or valuable security given by either party to the marriage

00:49:36.800 by the parents of either party or by anyone else in connection with the marriage so yeah so he gave

00:49:40.960 her it looks like he gave her money as a gift she said it was a dowry and then um dowries are illegal

00:49:47.680 in india okay now oh wait let me let me read the

00:50:01.200 I'm reading his some of excerpts from his suicide note

00:50:09.320 okay potential options for me as my understanding one keep fighting the cases with all the evidence

00:50:29.340 honestly but a corrupt judge is going to favor the opponent by harassing me and my family

00:50:34.080 manipulating the cross and examination and giving a judge a judgment by twisting every fact in the

00:50:40.980 case against you two my wife will keep my child alienated and will keep filing more cases to 1.00

00:50:48.040 harass me and my old parents and brother using the very money I gave her as maintenance instead 0.96

00:50:53.140 of using the money paid by me for the maintenance of my child it is being weaponized against me

00:50:57.960 my old parents and my brother or as suggested by my wife nikita my mother-in-law and the laughing

00:51:05.640 judge rita kowshik on instigation that i should commit suicide this suicide is going to stop the 0.66
