Radio 3Fourteen - Finnish Nationalism _ Thoughts on American Alt-Right

00:00:00.000 Hello, I'm Lana. With me is the swan of Twanella, or in Finland she's known as Tina.

00:00:19.600 You might have seen her YouTube channel where she comments on political and social issues

00:00:23.500 impacting Finland. We'll talk about current year politics in Finland, how all the media

00:00:28.180 is Marxist, rape statistics after the influx of invaders, and ridiculous hate speech laws

00:00:34.400 aimed at silencing nationalists. In fact, her boyfriend is under investigation. Later on, 0.86

00:00:39.920 she shares her thoughts on the American alt-right, and I ask her about the relationship between

00:00:44.260 Finns and Russians. This was a filmed interview. If you'd like to watch, head over to the extra

00:00:48.920 section if you're a member, our YouTube channel, or RedEyes.TV in the TV section.

00:00:54.180 Swan of Twanella, welcome to the program. Thanks for being here.

00:00:58.180 Thank you so much for inviting me.

00:01:00.900 So where does the name, the Swan of Twanella, come from?

00:01:04.680 Well, the Swan of Twanella, it's of course a mythical creature from the Finnish mythology

00:01:10.540 of Kalevala. And it's the swan that swims in the river in the underworld, in the land

00:01:17.980 of the dead. And I've just always been into this mythology. And the swan, it's just such

00:01:27.140 a fascinating creature, because there's not much background information on the swan. Like,

00:01:33.400 you don't know whether it's dead, whether it's immortal. It just is there. And why is there

00:01:38.940 only one of these ones? Like, it raises a lot of questions, and it's still a very central

00:01:44.980 character in there. So I just think it's a nice character. And there's some sort of a

00:01:51.140 cool symbolism when it comes to this. Just quiet swan swimming in the river of the dead

00:01:59.240 and seeing times pass by, seeing everything that happens in the world.

00:02:04.820 Yeah, so there's actually a song based on the Kalevala epic of Finnish mythology. And I just

00:02:09.260 learned about it yesterday when I was researching for the show. So it's new to me. So what can

00:02:13.840 you tell us about Finnish mythology? I don't know anything about it.

00:02:18.620 Well, the Finnish mythology is pretty different from most stories, because most stories include

00:02:25.000 these heroes and gods. And they have a lot of supernatural and very grandiose elements. But

00:02:32.780 in the Finnish mythology, it's not the swordsmen and or the gods who are the heroes. But it's

00:02:39.060 like people like poets or blacksmiths, who end up doing the great deeds. So it's just less grandiose

00:02:47.880 and more humble.

00:02:51.280 Yeah, it's more of a folk culture, not not as much about the gods, but maybe the folk ways

00:02:56.580 of the common people, I guess you'd say.

00:02:59.800 Yes. And of course, it's pretty diverse, because it wasn't written by a single person, or it's

00:03:04.880 not a single book, but a collection of poems from a certain area and certain time period.

00:03:11.240 So there's a lot of different stuff in there.

00:03:14.080 Now, do a lot of Finnish nationalists pay attention to mythology? I mean, they know about the Swan

00:03:17.920 of Twanella, right?

00:03:20.180 Yes, of course, it's everybody knows it instantly. And I see some symbolism from Finnish mythology

00:03:30.880 and Finnish history used. But it's not that often referred to. Like, I don't know, maybe

00:03:37.820 it just hasn't caught on or maybe people think it's somehow stereotypical to use this symbol

00:03:47.460 because, I don't know, maybe they are afraid of it being connected to, or that people would

00:03:54.460 connect it somehow to Nazis who use these mythical symbols from their own mythologies. And I don't

00:04:02.820 know, maybe it's like that.

00:04:04.020 Yeah, it's funny, because these things are so old. And then people think, oh, just the Nazis used to

00:04:09.280 pay attention to this kind of stuff. It's just ridiculous. Well, thinking in terms of today, you 0.99

00:04:14.380 know, I wanted to know, what is it? What was it like growing up in Finland politically? I mean,

00:04:19.420 you're a nationalist today. But what was it like growing up for you?

00:04:23.220 When I grew up, I really didn't think about politics. And I really didn't have to because

00:04:28.200 I lived in the countryside. And there you don't really get to see these current phenomena.

00:04:35.520 That it's all life is always very calm there. It stays pretty similar. And for example, immigration

00:04:43.200 doesn't really touch the countryside. So you can stay politically very neutral there because these

00:04:48.780 things, they don't affect your own life. And I was pretty left wing for most of my life.

00:04:57.000 And only when this migrant crisis started, then I started to get into politics more. And I came

00:05:07.960 to realize that we are completely being lied to about the nature of this migrant crisis that we are

00:05:12.660 being promised Syrian children. And we are basically getting Iraqi grown men who have nothing to do 0.93

00:05:20.620 with Syria. And I don't know, I just got angry about this. And then a year ago, I started my blog in 1.00

00:05:28.540 Finnish. And that was then followed by the YouTube channel. And I don't know, I slowly became a part of

00:05:37.660 the nationalist scene then over here. Now, what is the nationalist movement like in Finland? Is it

00:05:42.580 pretty big? Well, there are lots of immigration critical people like the, according to Paul, something

00:05:50.080 like three out of four Finns want less immigration, but it's not organized. And the problem is that there's

00:05:56.460 too much division that there are these small groups that all compete with each other. And

00:06:02.920 they just can't seem to cooperate. But there is the true Finns party, which has succeeded very well.

00:06:10.260 Like it grew from a very small party to a government party in just a few years. So it was a big success.

00:06:18.760 And there are a few organizations like Suomen Sisu, who are well organized and like, have a clearly

00:06:26.800 nationalist agenda. But mostly the scene is just pretty divided. And that's something we really need

00:06:34.360 to fix. And there's something we need to learn from the left that these leftists can pull these

00:06:39.600 huge demonstrations, they can work together, even though they don't agree about everything. And that's

00:06:45.640 something we need to learn that even though we don't agree about every small thing, we need to work

00:06:50.520 together. I agree 100%. 100%. Now, does the left try and shame right wingers in Finland, too? I know

00:06:57.520 they do that in Sweden, they try and go after them and shame them and ice them out of society and get 0.62

00:07:02.580 them fired. Does that happen in Finland, too? Of course, all the time, like they try to pick dirt 0.96

00:07:09.140 from people's past. And they even use this guilt by association, like there's this councilwoman,

00:07:16.640 Terhi Kiemunki, who is now being shamed for being a member in a large Facebook group, in which some

00:07:23.160 other people wrote nasty stuff, and racist stuff. And she didn't participate in it. She didn't write

00:07:30.160 any of it. But she's now being blamed like she's guilty by association by just being member in this

00:07:36.720 group, even though she didn't do anything. So they use everything, everything they can get against

00:07:42.220 you, they will use against you. So what is the media like in Finland? Is it is it like Sweden,

00:07:48.980 where it's pretty homogenous, as it's all very leftist in Sweden? Is it the same in Finland?

00:07:54.340 It's completely like that, that there is no right wing media over here. There are no right wing

00:07:59.700 newspapers. It's all the same. And they all publish the same stories, even with the same exact

00:08:05.940 headlines all the time. So there's no difference between these mainstream media newspapers and

00:08:11.120 TV news. They are all the same. And when there are these alternative media outlets, like online

00:08:20.280 news, they are instantly smeared as fake news, even though there's no proof that they are fake news.

00:08:27.120 So they have this very homogenous clique of mainstream media, and they attack all outsiders who

00:08:33.040 aren't a part of that and who go against their agenda and who expose their lies.

00:08:38.720 Yeah. And they go to great lengths to try and shut those people down. I know in Sweden,

00:08:42.480 they'll actually show up at some of these people's doors that are have alternative media sites with

00:08:47.720 cameras in their face, you know, publishing their address and trying to have people go there and

00:08:52.780 basically attack them.

00:08:54.440 Yes. And here they even use the public news network for that, that there is this one female 1.00

00:09:00.280 reporter in the public news network called Johanna Behko, who calls herself a fact checker. And her job 0.99

00:09:06.380 is basically to pick up all new alternative media outlets and smear them as fake news, even though she 1.00

00:09:13.480 can't find any evidence.

00:09:15.440 Well, we know they're actually fake news. And I wanted to play a clip that you told me about, about this fake

00:09:21.040 Syrian family. So let's watch this and then you can tell us about it.

00:09:24.260 Sure.

00:09:24.540 Hello. Hello. Hello. Welcome to Tampere.

00:09:39.740 All right. So what's happening in this clip?

00:09:43.900 So the public news network, they had a so-called Syrian family in a talk show. And they claimed

00:09:51.840 that there was a mom, a dad and their daughter. But when the reporter was leading the daughter of

00:09:58.120 the family out of the stage, she asked her, where is your mom? And she had her microphone 0.86

00:10:03.760 still on. So you could hear it clearly that she asked, where is your mom? And so why does she ask

00:10:09.200 that? Isn't the mom supposed to be the woman behind them? So clearly they weren't a real family

00:10:13.860 and they made a major plan to leave the microphone on.

00:10:17.820 And this isn't the first time that this has happened. They fake this all the time. These

00:10:22.480 so-called Syrian families and these kids that are used for photo ops. And Trump actually made a comment

00:10:27.860 about that the other day. He was talking about, we know there's a travel ban right now and lefties

00:10:33.300 are trying to show these poor kids that can't get in. And he actually made a comment about these fake

00:10:37.840 Syrian families and photo ops. I thought it was interesting. But yeah, this lady looks really 0.99

00:10:42.080 old. I mean, that's supposed to be the mom of this girl right here. She looks like a grandma. 0.52

00:10:50.900 Exactly. Like, this is completely unbelievable. And this is what they do all the time. And most of

00:10:56.420 the time, it's not this obvious. Like they, most of the time, they just pick real Iraqi people or

00:11:02.680 real Syrian people. But they twist their stories. Like they leave stuff out of there and they 0.59

00:11:09.620 create these wonderful soap stories that are supposed to touch your heart and get you all

00:11:15.560 immigration positive.

00:11:17.280 Well, it doesn't work on me. And I know it doesn't work on you.

00:11:20.320 Jeez. Well, speaking of immigration, another thing that's become a problem in Finland is

00:11:25.860 rape. So tell us about the rape statistics in Finland. What's going on up there?

00:11:30.080 Yeah. So rape, of course, it happens among native people. But these recent migrants, they 1.00

00:11:38.180 have really caused the sexual offenses to basically explode. Of course, during 2015, we got these

00:11:45.800 32,000 migrants, mostly Iraqi and Afghani, some Somali, some Syrian. And just during that year,

00:11:54.360 the sexual harassment cases doubled. And then during the next year, rapes went up by 64% and

00:12:03.780 the sexual harassment cases tripled again. So they grew sixfold in two years. And rapes by

00:12:11.440 foreigners have over doubled in that time period. And there are now 400 more sexual assaults by

00:12:20.760 foreigners aware this year than they were the year before. And this just keeps growing. And the 0.87

00:12:29.020 newspapers are trying to make it seem as if it's not that bad. They create these stories that are

00:12:36.500 supposed to create a false sense of security, like this police report about the street safety index.

00:12:42.500 The police published a report in which they claim that the streets of Finland are now safer than they

00:12:47.680 have been ever in 10 years. And the way they got to that reasoning was by leaving out sex offenses

00:12:55.940 altogether. They only counted in assaults, robberies, and DIUs as street offenses. They left out sexual

00:13:04.340 harassment and rape altogether. Because if they had counted those in, it would have been a completely

00:13:09.480 different deal.

00:13:10.240 I wonder who told them to do that. Because probably if you talk to your common police,

00:13:14.860 they probably want to expose that. But someone above them is probably saying don't include that.

00:13:20.580 I don't know. Is the police pretty left there? Do you know any police in Finland? What are they like?

00:13:26.280 Well, the normal policemen, the patrol officers, they of course are like normal people. They have to deal

00:13:33.360 with these issues. So of course, they don't want this to happen. Because they are the ones who have to

00:13:38.000 go into the asylum seeker housing centers to sort out these fights. They have to put their own lives in 1.00

00:13:43.300 danger with these people. But of course, the police is working under the Secretary of State.

00:13:50.320 And they have very clear multiculturalist agenda. So they can affect the leadership in the police

00:13:56.460 force like that. And that way, they can manufacture these reports and numbers they like.

00:14:02.880 Now, how are women in Finland responding to rapes? I mean, do you have more traditional women like you 1.00

00:14:08.520 that are being loud about it? Of course, we know that the feminists, they just don't say anything at all. 1.00

00:14:12.720 So how are women responding? 1.00

00:14:15.320 Well, that's a problem on its own. Like there is no women's response. There are certain women like 1.00

00:14:22.260 me who speak up about it. But there is no major outrage from women. And there should be, of course, 1.00

00:14:29.080 demonstrations by women against this, because women are the ones who are affected by this. 0.94

00:14:33.740 But I just don't see it happening. And I think it's in the Finnish nature, like Finnish people 1.00

00:14:39.120 aren't the type to go out on the streets and demonstrate. They don't like to make fuss about

00:14:45.680 themselves. They don't want to be a nuisance. So they just sit quietly. Of course, they see

00:14:50.100 everything unfold. They realize that it's a problem. They may change their own habits so that

00:14:55.720 they wouldn't be victimized. But they don't, they aren't loud about it. And that's a part of the

00:15:01.720 problem.

00:15:02.040 Yeah, I wonder, what's it going to take for people to start getting loud? I know,

00:15:05.720 you know, that's a thing in the Nordic countries. They're more reserved. It takes a lot for them to

00:15:09.760 finally snap and be loud. But what's it going to take? You know, what's it going to take?

00:15:15.800 I've been wondering the same thing. Like when you look at the situation in Sweden, which is so much

00:15:20.380 worse than it's over here in Finland, you would think that at some point people would have stood up and

00:15:26.880 resisted against it. But for some reason, it didn't happen. And now it's become the new normal

00:15:31.860 for people. So people are in a way used to it. And there are even this new generation of people

00:15:37.020 to whom this is all they know. They have never lived in a different Sweden. They don't remember

00:15:42.800 the same Sweden they used to have. So people, this is being normalized and people grow numb to it. 0.60

00:15:50.040 I noticed some of the groups that are loud, though, are groups that are, you know, LGBTQ.

00:15:54.700 And there's one that you were telling me about in Finland called SETA. Tell us about this one.

00:16:02.260 SETA. Look at that lovely picture here. Tell us about this organization.

00:16:07.940 OK, so this is an organization for sexual equality. So they are for LGBT rights. And this is what you

00:16:16.580 would call the gay agenda because they aren't just for making legal changes to get

00:16:23.480 everyone to have the same basic rights. But they are out to brainwash people. And the way 0.91

00:16:29.620 they do it is, of course, by influencing young people. And recently they have made this program

00:16:35.540 in which they demand that in school curriculums LGBT positive information is included in all

00:16:45.380 school subjects. That, for example, they can be a math task, which includes a gay couple mentioned.

00:16:53.180 So they want to normalize homosexuality and transsexuality to children. And I think especially 1.00

00:16:59.520 normalizing transsexuality is a very dangerous road to take. 1.00

00:17:03.820 Oh, geez. Now, do they have problems saying girl and boy in class, too, like Sweden?

00:17:10.120 Yes, that's another thing. And that doesn't even come from SETA. It comes from our own

00:17:15.840 education ministry. They created these guidelines last autumn. And these guidelines said that

00:17:23.380 teachers shouldn't unnecessarily call students girls or boys. But they should only use their names

00:17:31.220 or some other group that isn't gender specific, but not girls or boys. 0.90

00:17:36.540 I mean, this is ridiculous. I mean, are people really putting up with this? I mean, 0.94

00:17:40.820 biological sex is it's a reality. You can look and you can see what you have, right? It's it exists 0.59

00:17:48.180 in nature. It's natural. What is the problem? I mean, this is just a mental sickness to be even

00:17:53.700 thinking like this.

00:17:55.440 Yes, it's just crippling children's identity. They aren't supposed to have any sort of identity. And of

00:18:00.920 course, the very core of every human's identity to which their entire life is built on are their

00:18:07.160 biological traits like race or biological sex. And if you prevent people from developing their

00:18:14.800 identity in those issues, how can they grow up into full human beings? Like how can they have

00:18:21.740 full lives and normal personalities and normal lives if they don't have a core identity?

00:18:27.260 Yeah, I think nowadays, too, they're really trying to push out. It's actually

00:18:30.620 cool to be gay or transsexual or swinging in every way possible. You'll be more popular and liked and

00:18:38.940 and and and that's what they want. They want more attention. A lot of these young kids. So they go for

00:18:43.680 it. But it's not even sincere.

00:18:46.280 Yes. And that's what bothers me, especially about the trans agenda, that they lie to kids, that they 0.98

00:18:51.320 make it out to seem as if living as a transsexual is the same thing as living as cissexual or

00:18:58.320 accepting your biological sex. When they don't tell these children about the hormones, about the

00:19:06.220 drastic surgical procedures and what they include, they don't tell about the nasty stuff. They just

00:19:12.240 make it out to be, OK, it's a completely similar life choice as accepting your own gender.

00:19:18.320 Yeah. And then, of course, nobody ever wants to talk about all the estrogen mimicking chemicals

00:19:23.960 that are in all the products that a lot of these pregnant women are using. And it's affecting their 1.00

00:19:28.940 chemistry while they're pregnant and actually feminizing children in the womb. I mean, this is 1.00

00:19:33.300 a huge problem. Thankfully, more people are starting to talk about it, but very few, very few. Now,

00:19:39.420 tell us about hate speech laws in Finland. What's going on there?

00:19:42.860 Well, there are two laws that are basically called hate speech laws, and those are the law against

00:19:50.420 agitation against the minority, which basically means that you say something that can be considered

00:19:58.220 offensive or threatening against some minority, mostly Muslims, of course. And the second one is

00:20:06.020 the breaching of religious peace, which basically is a blasphemy law, that if you 0.59

00:20:11.660 insult or offend something that's holy to some religious minority, then you can be found guilty

00:20:20.960 of breaching of religious peace.

00:20:24.360 Well, speaking of minorities, just thinking of Nigeria, for instance. Nigeria has, what, 175 million

00:20:31.440 people? Somali has millions of people, right? Finland has 5 million people. So who's the minority

00:20:37.280 here? When I think of Finnish folklore and mythology, I mean, that's a minority religion that should be 1.00

00:20:43.120 protected, right?

00:20:45.360 Of course. And like, as you said, we are a country of 5 million people. And yet we are often put on trial

00:20:53.160 for somehow offending a minority of 1.6 billion people.

00:20:57.940 I mean, all those African countries are huge populations. So don't even try and say they're

00:21:03.420 minorities. That really ticks me off. So also, there was an example you had, I think it was a

00:21:08.560 bisexual student and activist in the True Finns party. What happened with him?

00:21:14.120 Yes, it was Sebastian Tynkkunen. And he's from the True Finns party, from the youth organization. And he was

00:21:23.600 on trial for both of these offenses, for agitation against the minority and breaching of religious

00:21:29.100 peace. And there were some pretty interesting details about his case, such as the charge about

00:21:37.680 breaching of religious peace. It was completely based on one sentence in which he said that

00:21:43.420 Muhammad is a pedophile prophet and that Allah is a monster. 1.00

00:21:47.360 Yeah. So in Finland, you cannot say that a person who has sex with a nine-year-old is a pedophile. 1.00

00:21:54.600 Oh, jeez. Brother. Yeah, well, we should be saying it. Should be saying it louder and more people should 0.99

00:22:01.400 be saying it. Now, your boyfriend's also under police investigation, correct?

00:22:05.900 Yes. And it's just unbelievable. These cases, they get more absurd all the time. Like, he's now under

00:22:14.160 investigation for subtitling the wrong video. He subtitled this demonstration speech by a French

00:22:21.760 guy called Michel Polat. And now he's under police investigation for agitation against the minority.

00:22:29.160 So he didn't film this speech. He didn't make this speech. He just subtitled it and uploaded it to

00:22:34.880 Facebook. And now he's under investigation. Well, of course, we have to play the video then.

00:22:40.140 Sure.

00:22:40.740 Especially to you, migrants and Muslims. I know you. I am not like most of the films.

00:22:49.540 I lived in your country for 10 years. And I've seen how cruel, arrogant, and stupid you are. 1.00

00:22:59.100 You have not created anything. You have not done anything. You have absolutely done nothing. 1.00

00:23:07.980 You're just a saint, cruel. You don't respect your women. You force them to be your slaves. 1.00

00:23:16.280 You don't respect other religion. You don't respect the Christianity. I've seen it disappear for 10 years. 1.00

00:23:25.560 I've seen you murdering the Christians. And if you don't like that, that's the truth. 1.00

00:23:34.060 You are supposed to be tolerant according to your imams. But you're not tolerant.

00:23:43.860 Have you seen a church in Saudi Arabia? Have you seen a Christian in Saudi Arabia who can have his faith?

00:23:51.700 You want us to celebrate your holidays. Do you celebrate Christmas? Do you celebrate Easter?

00:24:01.560 Easter? You are absolutely out of this world. You should not even exist.

00:24:14.460 And you should be born from any civilized society.

00:24:18.980 But don't despair. One day we will kick you out. All of you, the young ones. 1.00

00:24:31.280 You left your country. Collapse. You did not even fight. You have no guts.

00:24:39.580 You did not set to fight for your country. For your people. For your families. For your children.

00:24:47.200 You just ran away.

00:24:50.040 But be sure. Be sure. One day, most of the Europe will rise against you.

00:24:57.780 You tried before to conquer it with weapons by wars.

00:25:01.440 But we will defeat you because you are not worth it.

00:25:09.260 And I ask one thing. Finnish people.

00:25:13.920 Rise up. Do not let the Islamization grow. 1.00

00:25:18.220 Just stand up. Be men.

00:25:21.580 You have proved it before and prove it again.

00:25:24.700 Now, fight for your freedom. Join us.

00:25:29.360 Raise your hand. And Swami ends in. 0.64

00:25:34.020 One day we will kick you all out of Europe.

00:25:36.740 And I sure hope so. 0.94

00:25:38.140 Now this guy is French, correct?

00:25:40.460 Yes, he is.

00:25:41.680 And he lives over here in Finland because he has a Finnish wife.

00:25:44.840 And he used to work in the foreign ministry over here.

00:25:47.680 And he's a vet of the Algerian war.

00:25:50.960 He has lived in this country for a long time. 1.00

00:25:53.640 So he knows his shit. 1.00

00:25:55.000 Like, he knows how these people are. 1.00

00:25:58.300 And he has seen what kind of effect these people have on different countries.

00:26:02.520 So he just speaks out of experience.

00:26:06.620 Yeah, and he's right to say, you know, they're going to lose.

00:26:08.960 Because, well, for one reason, they're not wealthy.

00:26:11.300 And it's true. 0.99

00:26:11.860 A lot of these people are parasites that actually need us to survive 0.99

00:26:15.660 without us feeding them and clothing them and providing them shelter and heat. 0.99

00:26:20.160 And what would happen, right?

00:26:23.060 Yeah, like, who is going to take care of these people in Sweden

00:26:26.580 when there are too many of them?

00:26:28.740 Like, for example, the city of Malmö.

00:26:31.240 It now even has to raise taxes on its own citizens.

00:26:34.600 It has to take in a lot of government support.

00:26:37.580 So what happens when all towns are like Malmö? 0.99

00:26:40.580 When all of them live above their income?

00:26:44.400 You spend more money.

00:26:45.820 So who's going to pay for all that?

00:26:48.420 It's just going to collapse.

00:26:49.700 Yeah, of course.

00:26:51.020 And there were whites that were screaming against him in the crowd, too.

00:26:54.480 That's what's so amazing.

00:26:55.840 Finnish people that are actually screaming against this guy.

00:26:59.180 I mean, are there Finns actually defending Islam in Finland?

00:27:03.740 Yes, in masses.

00:27:05.660 And especially because this was shot in Helsinki.

00:27:08.380 And the city areas in the south, they especially are very green-red.

00:27:12.820 That most people over there support the Green Party or the left-wing parties.

00:27:17.640 So the support for this multiculturalism is just huge over there.

00:27:22.180 But if you go to the countryside or over here in the north, the mood just shifts.

00:27:29.000 Like, people are much more conservative, much more right-wing over here.

00:27:32.320 But it's really alarming that there are a lot of young people who are so brainwashed that they can at the same time call themselves feminists.

00:27:41.100 And at the same time, promote multiculturalism and bringing in a medieval culture that is the number one oppressor of women worldwide. 0.99

00:27:52.060 Yeah, I know.

00:27:52.500 It's mind-blowing.

00:27:53.260 It's just how can they have that contradiction in their head?

00:27:55.840 So do you think that we will get to a point, maybe not in our lifetime, but at some point, where we will kick all these people, invaders, out of Europe? 1.00

00:28:03.300 Do you think it's going to happen?

00:28:05.000 I certainly hope so.

00:28:07.240 And, of course, it needs some sort of a trigger.

00:28:11.400 I don't think Finns or Swedes will just think it up to start resisting this and start fighting back. 0.91

00:28:17.780 Something needs to happen, something big.

00:28:19.980 So some sort of a trigger is needed, and I don't know what can it be, maybe a terror attack, maybe a big riot or something.

00:28:28.360 But if something like that happens, I think it's really possible that people can wake up.

00:28:33.740 But they really need leadership and organization, and that's what people are lacking over here in the North,

00:28:38.760 that there isn't a way to organize for these people who are against multiculturalism and mass immigration.

00:28:46.100 Now, what do these same people think about their neighbors' Russia, people that are supporting multiculturalism?

00:28:52.480 How do they look at Russia today in Finland?

00:28:55.680 They, of course, are very anti-Russia.

00:28:58.300 And our media is very russophobic, I could say, that they create all these scary images of Putin and Russia possibly invading

00:29:07.900 when there really is little evidence that gives any reason to be afraid of them.

00:29:14.580 And it almost seems, it's almost dangerous what they do, especially when the public news broadcasting with taxpayer money

00:29:23.160 smears Russia, smears Putin, and they basically twist what's going on in Russia.

00:29:32.400 And, of course, the problem they have with Russia is that Putin is a leader who actually does what his people want him to do.

00:29:39.240 He acts in their best interest.

00:29:40.960 He doesn't let those people in who his people don't want in.

00:29:44.580 And he creates projects his people want him to create.

00:29:49.440 So that's the problem.

00:29:50.680 Putin is a leader who does what his people want him to do.

00:29:53.460 And that makes our leaders look bad.

00:29:55.600 So they need to smear Putin at any cost.

00:29:58.440 Yeah, it's interesting because I know Russia, you know, Finland put up one hell of a fight with the Soviets

00:30:03.760 that were trying to encroach and take over in Finland.

00:30:06.700 I mean, it was pretty incredible what happened.

00:30:08.740 But nowadays, they're not communists.

00:30:10.580 They're anti-globalist Russia.

00:30:13.320 So what's the problem?

00:30:14.340 It seems like some people still think they're Soviets.

00:30:17.540 Some people think they're fascists.

00:30:18.980 They can't make up their mind about Russia.

00:30:20.340 But they're your neighbors.

00:30:21.820 You're so close.

00:30:23.000 What's the problem?

00:30:24.140 Think of what it would be like if, you know, a lot of European countries teamed up with Russia.

00:30:28.720 How good would that be?

00:30:29.540 It's a massive country, the biggest population, lots of resources.

00:30:33.500 I mean, come on.

00:30:34.960 And that's exactly how I feel.

00:30:36.540 Like, I think European people should team up with Russia, especially in this fight against Islamization, 0.99

00:30:43.300 because we are fighting a big enemy and we need big allies.

00:30:46.760 And who's bigger than Russia over here? 0.97

00:30:48.640 And I think largely the negative perception on Russia comes from the media,

00:30:55.800 especially with this Syria propaganda that's out to make Russians look like they are just bombing civilians out of fun.

00:31:04.920 And all these other plain lies about them.

00:31:09.040 So many people aren't into politics, that they don't follow these things beyond the headlines.

00:31:14.420 They see what the headlines say, but they don't really do research.

00:31:17.060 But they don't read international news or something like that.

00:31:21.280 So they get left with the perception the mainstream media over here gives them.

00:31:24.760 And that's very anti-Russia.

00:31:26.860 Jeez.

00:31:27.500 Yeah.

00:31:27.820 Well, you guys got to start taking some trips over to Russia and connect with some of your fellow neighbors over there.

00:31:32.300 I think that that would be a good union.

00:31:34.800 Now, I wanted to switch gears a little bit.

00:31:36.320 You did a video on the alt-right or why you are not the alt-right.

00:31:41.800 So tell us about that.

00:31:42.680 Tell us about your view of the American alt-right, maybe some pros and cons, things you like.

00:31:47.060 Things you don't like that you know about.

00:31:49.320 Yes.

00:31:49.680 So in this video, I explained that I don't like to categorize myself politically because I find ideologies pretty dangerous.

00:31:57.540 That when people adhere to ideologies, they can easily become morally or intellectually blinded by that ideology.

00:32:05.280 So that they start defending the ideology even when it's wrong.

00:32:09.500 And they start thinking the ideology is the solution for every situation, that there are no faults in it.

00:32:16.280 And the American alt-right, of course, it's really diverse.

00:32:20.280 So it's hard to create a single definite opinion on it because there are so many different personalities.

00:32:26.300 But I think there's a lot of, lots of potential over there, especially in those people who aren't in either of the extremes.

00:32:33.420 When the other extreme are the national socialists and the other extreme, these ultra-modern right-wingers like Milo Yiannopoulos.

00:32:43.180 I don't think either of those ends is going to save the Western civilization.

00:32:48.220 But those people in between, like people like basically your show, like Jared Taylor, like Richard Spencer, those are the possible future leaders.

00:32:59.180 But they need support behind them.

00:33:01.200 And the threat to my eye seems to be that the support might shift to the one extreme or the other.

00:33:12.080 Because media tends to tilt attention towards the extremes, towards the Milo Yiannopoulos types or towards the Nazis because they are the easily categorized ones.

00:33:23.980 So they are easily chewed and media can make easy headlines about them.

00:33:28.280 But I think it's the people on the center, on the alt-right, who are the possible future leaders.

00:33:34.300 Yeah, and I think it's important to remember that we don't want to just preach to the choir.

00:33:37.920 And when you become very extreme, that's all you end up doing.

00:33:40.340 You kind of stay out in the fringe as opposed to casting a wider net and trying to bring in more people.

00:33:46.840 In some ways, you have to tailor your message and think about it in a different way to be able to reach more people.

00:33:53.580 But we've seen in the last year, even through because of Milo, believe it or not, people, they've looked into some of these things deeper.

00:34:01.740 And then they come and find people like us.

00:34:03.380 So we've actually seen the last year, you know, a flood of people coming over from there and saying, oh, I thought Milo was kind of it, what he talked about.

00:34:10.640 And then, you know, fighting for Western civilization.

00:34:13.320 And then I learned, no, we have to fight for white people because white people are Western civilization, right? 0.90

00:34:19.080 Yes.

00:34:19.460 Listen, nobody usually becomes alt-right or far-right at once.

00:34:24.760 Most people start from the center or from the left and they glide towards the right.

00:34:30.580 They become more and more right-wing, the more information they can find.

00:34:35.040 So first they start thinking mass immigration is bad.

00:34:39.580 Then they start realizing that, okay, we also have a demographic issue.

00:34:43.620 And then they start realizing that, okay, it's the whites only who create Western civilization. 0.98

00:34:48.860 So we need to keep these countries white to sustain this Western civilization. 1.00

00:34:54.060 So it happens step by step.

00:34:56.160 And I think we need to give people some time for that process.

00:34:59.400 And that's why I am strongly against attacking those who are less right-wing than you are and calling them cucks and things like that.

00:35:09.420 Because those aren't necessarily bad people.

00:35:11.820 They are just people who aren't as far in the process as you are.

00:35:15.360 That's right.

00:35:15.940 We weren't all born right-wingers right when we were born that second.

00:35:21.860 Oh, I'm a nationalist. 0.98

00:35:23.180 You know, I mean, that's just ridiculous.

00:35:24.380 Everyone has a journey they've been on and a path and they wake up in different times and in different ways. 0.82

00:35:30.440 And you're absolutely right.

00:35:31.460 We have to be patient and we have to be gentle with some of those people.

00:35:34.200 Yeah, sometimes tough love is needed too.

00:35:36.260 But we have to remember there's new people coming on all the time.

00:35:38.740 That's why it's important, I think, too, to also maybe keep some things really simple.

00:35:43.400 And then as they start wanting more, then they'll find some more of the extreme stuff as well.

00:35:48.540 Yes, that's exactly how it happens.

00:35:49.960 And if I start thinking about myself, I started from the left.

00:35:54.580 And if at that point people from the nationalist scene had started attacking me and smearing me and calling me names,

00:36:02.520 I mostly, most likely wouldn't have wanted to join this scene.

00:36:06.740 But because they were nice and welcoming, it felt more natural to move towards that nationalist scene.

00:36:14.360 So it's important to stay open for those people who aren't yet at the point we are in.

00:36:19.960 Now, what do you think about the term white nationalist?

00:36:23.340 I mean, you don't use that in Europe because in Europe you're just a nationalist, right?

00:36:26.780 You're a Finnish nationalist, a Swedish nationalist, although that's probably changing now.

00:36:30.920 Because now if you're a nationalist in Europe, are they also calling you a white nationalist?

00:36:35.980 No, that's actually a word they don't use that much.

00:36:39.260 If the left-wingers use it as a smear, they use much more the word Nazi.

00:36:46.620 White nationalist is pretty rarely heard over here.

00:36:49.000 And of course, there's a reason for that.

00:36:51.700 Because if you are in USA, there are loads of different white people.

00:36:55.700 They aren't a homogenous group.

00:36:57.520 So you have to call them by that pretty broad definition, white.

00:37:02.100 But if you are over here in Finland, 97% of us are people of Finnish descent.

00:37:09.080 We are from the same gene pool.

00:37:11.260 So there's no need to call us white because we are Finns.

00:37:15.480 So if you're a nationalist over here, you are a nationalist.

00:37:18.080 You don't have to specify white because that's what we are.

00:37:21.660 Yeah, exactly.

00:37:22.760 I know it's so different there.

00:37:24.740 But in America, it's just kind of become a generic white because people have been here now for a while and kind of blended out.

00:37:31.460 Very few people have basically retained their ethnic makeup.

00:37:36.260 It depends how late they came, I guess.

00:37:38.440 Yeah.

00:37:38.600 And over here, it's so much easier to justify ethno-nationalism.

00:37:42.960 Because if you are in USA, all these left-wingers, they start asking questions like, well, do white people have a shared culture?

00:37:49.620 Like, are these all white people part of the same group?

00:37:52.980 And you have to answer these questions first.

00:37:55.440 But if you are in Finland, these people, they are all the same race. 0.88

00:37:59.920 They are all from the same gene pool.

00:38:01.880 So it's easily justified that they make up the social threat or the fabric of our society and that they share same genes.

00:38:09.240 They share the same culture and values because they are a very homogenous group.

00:38:13.680 Yeah.

00:38:13.840 And we want to keep it that way, right?

00:38:15.120 We don't want to lose that.

00:38:16.300 And I feel like what's happening with the European Union is they kind of want to make it like in America, right?

00:38:21.140 Where there's no borders there, where everyone just kind of commingles and mix it up.

00:38:24.920 And then it would be a shame to lose what's Finnish and what's Swedish and what's Russian, right?

00:38:29.640 We don't want that to happen.

00:38:30.820 We don't want it to be a generic white in Europe. 0.94

00:38:34.100 Yes.

00:38:34.580 Like, what we have now is a real multicultural society.

00:38:37.840 Like, we have a multicultural Europe.

00:38:39.780 We have Italian culture.

00:38:41.280 We have Icelandic culture.

00:38:42.500 We have Swedish culture.

00:38:43.580 We have German culture, French, all these.

00:38:47.140 But if the EU leaders and the EU elite, they get their way, we just become this homogenous mass with no borders and with no specific cultures.

00:38:56.460 Just this plain EU culture.

00:39:00.180 Well, that's why it's good that you're doing videos and speaking out about it.

00:39:03.100 And I see that there's a lot more young women that are coming out and speaking about it, which is hopeful.

00:39:07.860 They say that when a movement starts to get really serious, it attracts a lot of women.

00:39:12.100 And I have seen that happen.

00:39:13.460 So how do you think we can attract more women to nationalism in Europe specifically? 0.82

00:39:20.020 Well, I think female leaders are needed. 1.00

00:39:24.060 Or not just leaders, but people who are visible in some way, like bloggers or bloggers, so that other women can see that women are active in this scene.

00:39:32.460 It's not just old guys or angry young men, but it's not just old guys or angry young men, but it's women too. 0.63

00:39:37.800 And when you are a woman talking to other women, it's much easier to explain these issues.

00:39:44.180 And women have easier time connecting with other women. 1.00

00:39:48.820 So when it's another young woman explaining these hazards of mass immigration to you or the importance of sustaining our own culture and demographics, they just are more accepting of the message.

00:40:03.100 So what we need is females to speak up and then other women will follow. 1.00

00:40:08.380 It's true.

00:40:08.860 I keep saying this, but women attract other women. 1.00

00:40:12.080 It's simple as that.

00:40:13.440 That's all it really takes.

00:40:15.720 Now, tell us about your YouTube channel and your live streams and what you have going on.

00:40:20.460 Yes, so I have two YouTube channels, one which is in English and one in Finnish.

00:40:26.740 And on my English channel, I usually do some live streams, but not that often.

00:40:32.640 And over there, I mostly make something like three to 10 minute videos about immigration, feminism and issues like that.

00:40:40.320 And on my Finnish channel, I do more live streams and I visit events like feminism talk nights and Social Democrat Party events just to go see what's going on and ask questions.

00:40:54.920 And we live stream or report from there.

00:40:57.540 So we are the alternative media when it comes to that.

00:41:00.840 That's great.

00:41:01.280 I think we need more of that.

00:41:02.220 We need to infiltrate more of these leftist gatherings and events and go undercover and kind of leak things out and troll them, if you will.

00:41:09.660 So I think that's very good.

00:41:11.060 Well, keep up the work.

00:41:11.840 And I want to thank you for being my guest today.

00:41:13.860 It's a pleasure to connect with you.

00:41:15.780 Yes, thank you so much.

00:41:17.320 I agree with Tina in that nationalist groups in every nation need to put aside petty differences and unite and fight together for the big picture.

00:41:25.020 We need the numbers.

00:41:26.540 This isn't high school.
