00:11:16.200 where people get off track with it is they promote the individual success, uh, and don't,
00:11:23.360 and forget to address the fact that we're all on the same team. You know, when your team understands
00:11:29.540 that individual success is a benefit for the team. And while it's fun to win inside that team,
00:11:36.820 it's still, you know, means like, these are your homies and these are your teammates. And we go to

00:20:04.420 that there is not amazing teachers out there because there are, and I've had some. Okay.

00:32:50.260 things way too much. Like there's not a system for every single little thing. Sometimes there's
00:32:55.360 some nuance and you just got to feel your way through it. Uh, typically what I found,
00:33:03.260 you know, is that you are going to have very few friends. It's just reality. Um, you might
00:33:09.140 be able to count on one or one or two hands, people that are like actually happy for you.
00:33:14.660 And then you have a whole bunch of people that pretend to be happy for you that really
00:33:17.900 are indifferent. And then you have people that pretend to be happy for you that are actually
00:33:21.060 fucking hateful about it. And I think the way to look at this is that you want to identify the
00:33:28.920 people who are going to, you know, smile on your face, but then, uh, make it harder for you in the
00:33:33.480 background. Those are the people you really need to worry about getting rid of. Um, because that
00:33:38.740 shit will happen. You will have people that you do everything for. And by the way, I've also found
00:33:43.460 that the more I've done for certain people, the more entitled they become. And the minute I can't
00:33:48.960 give them whatever it is I help them out with, I'm the bad guy. And then those people will actually
00:33:54.200 literally try to sabotage your shit. And, and so like what I've learned, honestly, uh, is a couple
00:33:59.900 things. One, um, I've learned that not everybody's your friend. I've learned that a lot of people will
00:34:06.060 pretend to be your friend. Uh, and they want it, but really what they want is they want what you have.
