00:00:44.860 how to win business entrepreneurship uh how to get better and then also whatever else you want to ask

00:00:55.860 so um you can submit those questions a couple different ways first off uh and the best way

00:01:01.500 to submit them is to email them guys email those questions in to ask andy at andy for seller.com

00:01:06.420 that's handsome dj over there yes it is yeah the other way i don't want to make you feel bad over

00:01:12.460 here that's handsome and dot i just stuck my tongue out i yeah i saw a little i saw a little i'll kill

00:01:17.880 you look coming from him right to you that's so jealous yeah bro i saw it all right so uh the other

00:01:24.280 way to submit those questions is uh if you didn't know these episodes are uh full length posted on

00:01:29.820 youtube now uh that's something we haven't done in the last you know eight years we've been doing

00:01:34.420 podcasts we just started this uh about six weeks ago so the full episode of qnaf if you just drop

00:01:40.920 your question in the comment section we'll pick some from there as well um make sure you subscribe

00:01:45.800 that too because we've got a lot of unique uh youtube content coming up you know some of the stuff

00:01:52.240 that you guys asked to see a lot of which is you know behind the scenes type stuff lifestyle type

00:01:56.820 stuff that's going to be going on there and then some specific entrepreneur uh stuff is going to be

00:02:01.480 going on there too and that is not where the new mf ceo is going to be posted that'll be a whole

00:02:05.280 different thing we'll talk about that later if you're new to the show we have multiple different

00:02:10.760 formats today you're going to hear q and af other times you hear cti that's cruise the internet now 0.81

00:02:15.440 cruise the internet is uh we put shit on the screen and we cruise the internet we talk about how 0.98

00:02:21.180 fucked up the world is we make jokes we laugh at it we talk about what the problem is and how we 0.99

00:02:25.020 can try to solve it uh other times we do real talk real talk is five minutes to 20 minutes of me just

00:02:30.060 giving you some real talk and then other times we have full length and full length is where you know

00:02:34.120 a guest comes in and we have a conversation and so we do it a little different you're not going to 0.96

00:02:38.760 hear me read ads you're not going to hear me talk about uh you know this fucking foot cream i'm 0.99

00:02:43.300 using that i'm getting paid to use i don't fucking use okay i don't do that shit um we've run a top 0.99

00:02:48.860 rank podcast for almost a decade i haven't taken ever a dollar for advertising and the reason i 0.98

00:02:53.240 don't is because i don't want to talk about some shit that i'm getting paid to use that i probably 0.78

00:02:57.620 don't even actually use uh and i'd rather just you guys trust that i'm being authentic and giving

00:03:02.380 you my authentic opinions on things so in exchange for that we ask that if you uh like the show if you

00:03:07.940 get value out of the show if you learn something if it helped you please share the show the only way

00:03:11.820 our show grows is if you share it so uh if we give value share the show if we do a bad job don't

00:03:16.780 share the show i think that's a fair deal all right i think that's good for the housekeeping

00:03:21.380 what's going on man yeah what's going on brother how's everything it's good yeah it's good somebody

00:03:27.780 uh they they sent in this question i can't remember if it was off the email or the youtube but they had

00:03:33.420 asked they were like you know you told the story uh back in the day uh when you didn't know the

00:03:39.900 products that you guys were putting in your in your store and you had to read it off the label 0.99

00:03:43.660 i already know where the fuck you're going and somebody had asked well fuck if he didn't know 0.99

00:03:47.240 that how did you know what to stock the store with i knew he was gonna go there yeah can we get some 0.99

00:03:53.360 insight to that i don't know if i should tell that i don't know if i should tell that so basically

00:04:00.440 was it illegal i don't know if it was illegal i don't know we're gonna find out uh so

00:04:08.720 the way that i found out like dude you guys gotta understand i didn't know anything like this is the

00:04:14.580 reason listen the reason i'm so intense with you guys and passionate about your guys's success 0.94

00:04:21.980 is because i understand how fucking stupid i was when i started my business and i can see what it's 0.97

00:04:28.760 gotten to and trust me i'm as surprised as fucking anybody okay and you will be too when i tell you this 0.99

00:04:35.320 story but this is the reason like you guys misunderstand you think i'm angry no i'm fucking 0.97

00:04:40.080 angry because you're not believing in yourself enough to actually understand what you're truly 1.00

00:04:45.480 capable of that's what gets me fired up and because i know how fucking weak and stupid and and basically 0.99

00:04:52.400 unequipped i was and i understand what just a simple couple simple things will lead to and so that's 0.98

00:04:58.040 where i come from you guys fucking read it all wrong but that's a whole nother topic what did i do 0.93

00:05:04.280 well do you do you guys remember those little yellow kodak cameras that you had to wind up 0.97

00:05:11.500 yeah so what i did was i went in the fucking supplement store here in st louis and i took 0.96

00:05:17.840 pictures of their shelves and then i took pictures of their fucking pricing list and i fucking just 0.99

00:05:22.840 ordered the exact same thing so i went in the store i fucking walked through the store like a 0.99

00:05:27.740 fucking clown i just took pictures of every shelf just like this click click click click click 0.99

00:05:32.660 trying to do it like discreetly you say you're from the health department no bro no no i knew the 0.99

00:05:38.180 guy working i knew the guy working so then but like we were talking and he like went in the back i 0.92

00:05:42.920 went you know like thinking i was doing some real fucking cia spy shit okay and uh and you know i'm 0.99

00:05:50.960 thinking like fuck like i'm walking out of the building and i'm like fuck dude did i do that too 0.99

00:05:54.900 fast are they gonna be blurry like am i gonna be able to see what i got like because you don't know 0.99

00:05:59.400 until you develop yeah so then i went got them developed and i fucking looked through them like 0.95

00:06:03.100 okay and i matched them up on the price list and i'm like all right and i fucking ordered them bro 0.96

00:06:08.320 and that's how we started our business so you created business espionage yes i don't know if i 0.97

00:06:13.620 created it but i definitely executed it here's the thing man like i didn't know how the fuck else do 0.99

00:06:21.760 you know like dude you gotta understand there's no google there's no google there's no fucking 0.99

00:06:28.020 internet there's no social media how do you know how do you learn that's the only way i could think

00:06:34.440 of to get it done yeah you know i'm saying i feel like that's a hold up that a lot of people have

00:06:39.340 we were just talking about this on the shine ryan episode but it's like there's so much

00:06:43.340 information and tools and everything to our disposal but there's there's still this massive

00:06:48.560 uh just massive like an inability to just fucking go you know like just go like you don't need the 0.93

00:06:58.160 perfect plan you don't need all the fucking tools just go bro i don't know any other way man yeah 0.98

00:07:04.100 like i actually think a big part of me becoming uh you know financially successful in life was that i 0.98

00:07:10.560 was too fucking stupid to know any better i i really do think that like i i think people look and 0.94

00:07:16.520 they think you must be super fucking smart the only reason i sound somewhat smart sometimes and 1.00

00:07:21.260 the only reason i'm able to predict things ahead of time is because i spent the last 24 fucking years 0.97

00:07:25.980 running a business anticipating what i think is going to happen and i supply those skills over here 0.54

00:07:31.600 but when i started out on day one it had those skills so all you people interpret and you know

00:07:36.980 intelligence as experience and uh if you did what i did for 24 years you'd have the ability to see

00:07:42.940 around a corner as well yeah you know so i love it yeah man and and like dude that's you know that's

00:07:52.460 the secret for all of you guys like all of you guys have to understand that the things that you admire

00:07:56.460 and most other people are just the result of the experience that they persevered through it's not

00:08:00.820 something that they were born with it's something that they earned through they're willing to go

00:08:05.400 before they had the skills to even go yeah and and you know that's people if there's any secret that's it

00:08:12.940 you want those skills you gotta go do that i think because we live in this day of age where you know

00:08:19.080 information is so accessible and so deep you know like you can literally go uh read all the like

00:08:26.940 it's so hard to explain to someone what it was like before the internet that didn't live in it

00:08:33.700 like it's so hard to make them understand like when i try to talk to my my employees right and i'm

00:08:39.580 telling them like look dude we got social media we got this incredible tool we got this and this and

00:08:44.400 this and this and this they don't realize that like the social media when i started was i had to walk 0.99

00:08:50.320 down the fucking street and knock on fucking doors bro yeah you know like that's real shit that i did 0.99

00:08:55.980 for years and years and years and the level it kind of like explains why there's so much in action 1.00

00:09:06.720 with so much overload of information right like because you don't have to be really that resourceful 0.95

00:09:12.980 so you never learn the skill of like okay well fuck i don't have this i don't have that i don't have 0.91

00:09:18.240 this how am i going to do it anyway yeah and because they're because you have this and you have this and 0.96

00:09:22.720 you have this so resiliency is never really picked up you know and and i can see this in the younger

00:09:29.920 generations because they have a hard time the minute something goes wrong like the minute 0.94

00:09:36.460 something gets fucked up the minute something goes wrong the minute uh their girlfriend breaks 1.00

00:09:41.020 up with them the minute you know something bad happens they didn't expect like bro they're fucking 0.99

00:09:46.420 wrecked and it's like dude look man like it takes more than that like you have to push through those 0.90

00:09:51.700 things and you have to fucking understand that like solving a problem regardless of what's going on in 0.91

00:09:57.020 your life regardless of how hard it is regardless of what like you have to separate these things and 0.98

00:10:01.240 understand that like you have to still solve the problem yeah and i think because we have an overload 0.97

00:10:06.780 of information and an overload of like really just like everybody else's shit all the time 0.63

00:10:16.100 we have we have access to you know the most detailed information about any subject that can ever 0.98

00:10:22.480 like at the click of a fucking button how resourceful can you really learn to be like 0.99

00:10:27.300 no you see i'm saying like if you don't have to look very far to fucking survive how good can you be 0.99

00:10:33.060 at surviving yeah yeah does that make sense yeah like people think they're good at being resourceful 0.96

00:10:41.160 because they can type in and and find an answer on fucking google right yeah but they don't understand 0.83

00:10:46.700 like what happens if what hell is it the fucking internet went away today exactly how many how many of you 0.97

00:10:51.520 guys listening real talk could run a business with no internet how many could do it i could do it 0.94

00:11:00.180 because i fucking did it i did it for a long time all right now would we be able to do how we do it 0.93

00:11:06.040 no but i could pivot it real quick and do it i know exactly what i would do i thought about it a lot 0.97

00:11:10.620 actually you know that's how you should really think about your skill set like what if the power went

00:11:15.860 out what if the internet went out what if you couldn't rely on all these tools what if you didn't have

00:11:20.340 access to google how would you solve the problem and start thinking like that and that'll help you

00:11:25.040 develop some real skill set when it comes to being resourceful as an entrepreneur business person

00:11:29.280 absolutely man but it ties in uh right with our our first question because it's almost like you got

00:11:35.680 in order to be resilient i feel like you kind of have to have that overall uh you know point purpose

00:11:41.460 goal you have to keep that in mind right like why you're doing this shit and that kind of goes into 0.64

00:11:45.620 this first question uh so let's get into this andy question number one uh andy i am currently a 0.93

00:11:50.720 student studying for the mcat a standardized test to get into medical school even though i'm not in

00:11:56.340 the entrepreneur space the lessons you teach are still applicable my question is how do you keep the

00:12:02.460 vision of your end goal uh fresh in your mind when you have such a long way to go i've been using

00:12:09.860 aggressive patience and i'm executing on my critical task but i still have a lot of improvement to make

00:12:14.880 uh before my big test day sometimes i just lose sight of why i'm working so hard uh when i'm studying

00:12:21.420 in the weekend and bitch voice starts to creep in do you have any advice to keep that overall goal 1.00

00:12:27.060 and vision fresh when you have such a long way to go yeah i could totally relate to that and uh

00:12:34.440 so in 2006 i had lived away at home away from home for seven years started my business

00:12:44.000 we expanded to st louis now when i came to st louis i was only making 695 a month i couldn't afford to

00:12:50.180 like live anywhere else so i moved back in with my dad when i moved back in with my dad it was very 0.83

00:12:57.000 humbling right i've lived outside now i feel like a fucking loser right now i love my dad i love hanging 0.95

00:13:02.720 out with my dad but it's still not that cool when you're 26 27 years old moving back in with your 0.99

00:13:07.740 fucking parents after you've been away right um i met this girl uh who was a friend who was a 0.98

00:13:16.520 chiropractor and she was uh pretty much the complete polar opposite of me okay meaning like 0.99

00:13:24.500 i was very much x's and o's this is data math i'm very data driven very fact driven very much so

00:13:33.660 like i can look at a microsoft excel spreadsheet and it makes sense perfectly to me she was the 0.96

00:13:39.380 opposite of that she was very spiritual very free spirity very hippie-ish i fucking hated hippies okay 1.00

00:13:47.160 i fucking looked at them like you fuckers need to shower all right like that's what the fuck i 0.99

00:13:52.940 thought about hippies now i realize like i was kind of harsh like some of my coolest friends are those 1.00

00:13:57.260 kind of people right fucking cool um still takes fucking showers yeah you should still shower uh 0.93

00:14:02.920 but she started she introduced me to the law of attraction okay she gave me this book called the 0.98

00:14:08.740 secret and for most of you guys you guys have either heard of the secret or you've read the

00:14:13.280 secret if you haven't heard of the secret is a very popular book at that time uh it's still very

00:14:17.720 popular that is basically an introductory book to the law of attraction and in that book they talk

00:14:24.080 about the power of visualization and basically what they call the law of attraction which is where

00:14:29.600 you paint a vision in your head over and over and over again eventually the vision becomes a reality

00:14:34.940 and so like at the time i was very embarrassed i was very down i was very frustrated i'm a grown man 0.95

00:14:41.740 i had to move back in with my fucking dad because i was broke now i was building a business building a 0.93

00:14:46.900 company reinvesting all my money but it still didn't feel good right like it's not like like you know 1.00

00:14:52.280 you're 28 years old bro like back then like i know everybody like fucks each other off fucking 1.00

00:14:57.080 instagram now but back then you had to like date people and shit like go out like it just wasn't a 0.99

00:15:02.200 good thing like it does living at home wasn't a real like it made pretty much made made you a zero on 0.99

00:15:07.880 the on the fucking pussy scale okay you aren't getting done ever all right so so it was not it was 0.99

00:15:15.140 very frustrating and so i'm like fuck it dude you know business was going okay but it wasn't great and i'm 1.00

00:15:21.660 like fuck it i'll fucking try this hippie shit you know and uh so i watched the dvd i read the book 0.99

00:15:27.820 and i thought to myself i'm like this sounds like this sounds like fucking hocus pocus man but like 1.00

00:15:32.620 i'm losing now or at least i feel like i'm losing you know i'll fucking commit to it and see how it goes 0.93

00:15:39.560 so the first vision i started visualizing now remember i have zero money okay living with my dad 0.98

00:15:46.460 27 years old your age okay and i'm fucking i'm i've started to fit and i have zero fucking money 0.99

00:15:55.540 i'm talking like zero money dude like i don't have fucking savings like i'm i'm talking a couple 0.98

00:16:00.940 hundred bucks maybe like total to my name and i started paying this vision in my head of what it was 0.90

00:16:09.140 what it would be like for me to be successful and i had three distinct like visions it was like a

00:16:15.100 movie that i played in my head before i went to bed every night the first one was i was driving

00:16:21.660 inside of a lamborghini and i was pulling up to a uh to a private jet like an fbo okay and i i'm

00:16:30.100 driving up and it was it was a right turn and i like turned right and then you know proper

00:16:36.140 lamborghinis had doors that go up and so i would open the door and i would see the door open up in my

00:16:41.360 field of vision and through the through the hole in the uh in the door i could see the airplane

00:16:46.420 and i could see all that the the suede and the alcantara and i could smell the car and it was a

00:16:53.520 white lamborghini and so then i would get out of the car and i walk over to the plane i could see the

00:16:58.580 rails coming down the steps they were chrome i could see the black tread paper on the on the treads it

00:17:05.520 was all perfect pristine they had a rug laid out got in there white leather black carpet um deep dark

00:17:13.760 wood cabinets like i could like this is the vision i i painted for myself over and over and over again

00:17:19.800 and the reason i've got my eyes closed right now is because i'm trying to like repeat to you what i'm

00:17:22.920 seeing because i played this in my head so long and then the other one was um where i was on stage

00:17:31.340 and people were just cheering for me i didn't really know why they were cheering but they were

00:17:35.860 cheering and i would paint that at the end of that vision and i would play that vision in my head over 0.96

00:17:40.560 and over and over again like every day and i did it every day like i didn't i didn't fucking not commit 0.98

00:17:45.880 i didn't try for a week i didn't try for a fucking month i just fucking said this is part of my routine 0.97

00:17:50.660 now and so then i started like reading more about the law of attraction like i got more interested in it 0.97

00:17:57.640 and i started getting into like the quantum physics behind it and the metaphysical theories

00:18:02.140 behind it and i started really reading in depth about some of the experience experiments they have

00:18:07.340 done um regarding how it works and so i decided to commit to a little more of it and so then i made

00:18:14.560 a vision board right a vision board is basically a board and i went down to barnes and noble and i 0.89

00:18:19.880 bought all the like luxury lifestyle magazines and i cut out all the pictures of the shit that i wanted 0.91

00:18:23.940 or that represented my life what i thought was success was at the time and i put them on this 0.98

00:18:29.620 board and um that was 2006 bro and uh by 2011 i was flying private i had a fucking white lamborghini 0.97

00:18:41.860 okay and by now remember 2006 i'm broke you know i'm broke not kind of broke fucking starving broke 0.94

00:18:50.980 by 2011 i'm living that life for the most part of what i was seeing in my vision so once that occurred

00:18:59.740 to me like once i like what because like dude when sal and i went to pick up that first lamborghini

00:19:04.780 like to me it was like it was like it wasn't right it was like it was like um

00:19:11.300 no it wasn't imposter syndrome it was like it was like something clicked where i start where i went 0.88

00:19:20.760 from thinking i'm like this is it like this is this is what the fuck this is about like this is what 0.78

00:19:25.960 it takes because i thought that like i really thought that like i i really didn't believe that 0.82

00:19:31.840 i could be one of those people does that make sense so like i really i was like it was like surreal

00:19:37.040 yeah and i i started it started to click in my head i'm like well fuck i worked hard i visualized 0.98

00:19:43.600 this shit and it happened and so the shit started to really click for me at that time 0.98

00:19:48.000 whenever i started to like actually witness some of the things i was visualizing come true 0.99

00:19:53.840 my life changed and then i went all in on the visualization and as you guys know especially 0.97

00:20:00.580 if you're an arte syndicate this is something that we talk about consistently because it's real shit 0.61

00:20:05.600 and i believe personally and i can't validate this in any way but i believe it's as much as 40 or 50 0.95

00:20:12.100 of our success puzzle because dude how the fuck can you if the universe actually does create your 0.90

00:20:18.980 life okay from your brain how can it know what to create if you don't intentionally create it it's 0.97

00:20:27.560 going to continue to give you more of what you're thinking about at the time right and since what do

00:20:31.700 most people think about well no most people think about thursday night happy hour friday night with

00:20:37.440 the boys bullshit what we're gonna do this weekend and so they continuously think about that and that's 0.80

00:20:42.820 what they continuously get in their life over and over and over right i sort of put all these things 0.98

00:20:47.560 together because i'm like observing and i'm seeing what's going on and so i then i went all in on

00:20:53.480 visualization like after i started seeing it and that changed everything bro and so like now it's i i

00:20:59.960 think it's one of the biggest things that anybody any of you guys could actually learn to do and

00:21:03.660 believe in um i'm to the point now when i visualize things i don't question like there's no doubt inside

00:21:12.400 of me that they are going to happen at all like it's just i understand how it works i understand i've

00:21:18.500 got to do my part i understand i got to tell the universe what i what the fuck i want right but i also 0.69

00:21:24.640 have to do my part and i understand if i do those things that it will it will be there and that's that's

00:21:29.500 something that i accept as 100 true yeah and so you ask how to keep the vision in the top of your

00:21:36.100 head well you should you should keep the vision in your head every single day and that's how i do it 0.96

00:21:41.700 you know now here's a like don't step in this hole like watch out for this shit okay um what will 0.98

00:21:47.920 happen is you'll start visualizing in your head you know where you want your company and then you'll 1.00

00:21:53.400 start thinking about all the shit that's going on in your company and you'll stop this is a creep this 0.97

00:21:57.420 this is the time for you to create your life this is not the time for you to agonize over all the 0.99

00:22:04.880 shit that you have to do to create it this is not the time to think about all the reasons you can't

00:22:09.700 this is not the time to think about the processes of how this is a time for you to create creatively 0.99

00:22:15.480 and get in touch with the universe and tell the universe exactly what the fuck you want okay and a lot 0.99

00:22:20.940 of people fuck this up because what they do is they start to see this shit and then the the how 0.99

00:22:26.220 gets gets in their brain and then that ruins the whole creative process yeah so you have to learn 0.99

00:22:32.400 to separate the creative process i'm here to create like dude if you were able to literally imagine your 0.98

00:22:38.740 life in your brain and just close your eyes and imagine it what the fuck would it look like that's 0.98

00:22:43.120 what the fuck you're doing when you visualize the rest of the time that you're not visualizing when 0.99

00:22:47.960 you're awake and you're at work that's the time to create that's the time to like like how how 1.00

00:22:52.940 we're going to do this how i'm going to do my part over here is just what do i want yeah you see

00:22:58.480 what i'm saying paint the vision yeah yeah bro and if most people are honest with themselves

00:23:02.920 and and like if you audit yourself right now and you look at your life and then you're honest and

00:23:11.880 you say okay well what do i concentrate on what do i fixate on what are my thought processes and you

00:23:16.940 can become aware enough to be honest with yourself about where it is you spend your time visualizing

00:23:21.280 even if you're not intentionally visualizing you'll realize that your life is a direct reflection 0.97

00:23:25.760 of the thoughts that you think and so if we're honest with ourselves that's the fucking truth 0.89

00:23:29.900 yeah okay and this is why so many people get caught up in this cycle of mediocrity it's because 1.00

00:23:34.840 all they think about is how hard they have it if you all you think about is how hard the fuck you 0.99

00:23:38.820 have it guess what the universe gonna give you more hard shit right it gives you more of what you 0.99

00:23:43.640 think about so it's important for you to understand that you know we need to be aware you need to 0.98

00:23:49.500 develop a certain level of awareness like when you start thinking negative thoughts you need to 0.98

00:23:53.020 push those out and people think also then on the other hand like you have one oh fuck bro i've been 0.96

00:23:57.900 fixated on this negative thought process that's okay that's okay are you aware that you're negative 0.99

00:24:04.120 well yeah that's why i'm upset about well no shit but see here's the thing most people are never aware 0.85

00:24:09.400 of the negative thought process which creates a negative life right they're unaware and just because 0.98

00:24:15.280 they're unaware it's just like gravity we might not like the cavemen from back in fucking 10 000 0.99

00:24:20.640 years ago these motherfuckers didn't know uh what gravity was but if they step off the fucking 1.00

00:24:26.520 edge of a cliff they fucking knew right so it doesn't just because these people don't understand how 0.99

00:24:31.040 it works doesn't mean that it's not working for them right now just because you guys listening 0.92

00:24:35.780 right now aren't utilizing this doesn't mean that it's not working for you right now you just have

00:24:41.100 to adjust and understand the game and work with these things in the proper way and start producing

00:24:45.480 a different result so how do you keep the vision in your mind visualize every day about where you

00:24:51.260 want to be and make it a fucking point surround yourself with everything that you're inspired by 0.83

00:24:55.860 surround yourself with a vision board uh that you can see at your desk or see at home consistently 0.98

00:25:01.380 look at yourself uh when you see this vision board and see yourself living this life in as much

00:25:07.540 detail as you can like when you're visualizing at night you should be trying to smell you should 0.90

00:25:11.340 be trying to feel you should be trying to make it as real as fucking possible and here's the last 0.96

00:25:15.580 thing i'm going to say about it you have to make sure that you understand that this is a skill set

00:25:20.100 because when you first start doing it you're not going to be great at it it's going to be you're

00:25:23.460 going to be you're going to be able to do it for like a very short amount of time and then you're

00:25:26.660 going to get distracted this is no different than meditating learning how to meditate

00:25:30.140 okay takes practice so just because the first three or four days or the first week is a little bit hard 0.97

00:25:36.120 keep going because i promise you this is real shit and if we're going to put the tinfoil hat on 0.94

00:25:42.160 i believe that all the powers that be understand that this is the truth about humans and i also believe 1.00

00:25:47.700 that the reason they propagate all this unhealthy shit and they tell us that we're stupid and they 1.00

00:25:52.800 tell us that we're basically all this fucking bullshit that we aren't uh is to keep us from 1.00

00:25:57.200 understanding what we're actually capable of i think they know what humans are capable of i think 1.00

00:26:01.660 they intentionally fucking poison our minds poison our bodies keep us suppressed so that we never 0.94

00:26:06.860 discover what we're actually capable of and i think the law of attraction being real is one of the 0.99

00:26:10.840 biggest things they don't want people to understand yeah man dude i've seen you visualize shit in five 0.88

00:26:15.420 minutes later yeah well that's a whole nother thing bro it once you it's a skill so once you once

00:26:21.320 you're good at it once your like mind is strong at it the the the distance between when you visualize

00:26:28.140 and when it actually becomes reality shrinks yeah the lag time yeah yeah man yeah i i and that's what

00:26:34.660 made me like truly there's a i mean there's a few of them but like when i've seen you visualize

00:26:39.320 something like we've talked about it and five minutes fucking later it's there yeah i'm like there's no 0.95

00:26:44.840 fucking way yeah you know um real quick too on the second part you said one of the one of the 0.93

00:26:49.800 second things that you visualized back in in 06 was was you on the stage clapping how did that come 0.98

00:26:55.080 into fruition well i always want to be a rapper dude yeah like i always when i grew up i wanted

00:27:00.780 to be a rapper that was what i thought was cool yeah and so like yeah i know you too joe uh that

00:27:07.760 was my dream dude i wanted to rap i wanted to be like that kind of i don't know i thought it was cool

00:27:11.860 as a kid and for some reason uh you know and what's crazy is is like i thought about that my whole

00:27:18.580 life right like i want like it was never real for me because i didn't fucking know anybody that 0.99

00:27:22.480 rapped i didn't know anybody that made music i grew up on a fucking gravel road with no fucking 0.99

00:27:25.900 neighbors bro i didn't know people there was no internet right so it never came my way i played 0.98

00:27:31.660 sports but that was my like secret that i didn't want to tell nobody right i thought about it all the

00:27:36.100 time and what's funny is it's like and i'm not saying this to brag but i'm saying this is a dose of

00:27:44.240 reality if you took my presence as a personal development speaker and just made it rapper it's 0.98

00:27:52.560 the same fucking thing like people pay to come watch me speak i i live the fucking lifestyle that 1.00

00:27:59.300 a rapper that i thought a rapper like i'm living a cribs lifestyle bro like that shit all materialized 1.00

00:28:03.720 like i just don't rap i lights the camera yeah i talk about fucking how to get better which is 0.99

00:28:09.560 actually even cooler than rapping yeah you know what i'm saying so you know i could be fucking 0.99

00:28:13.960 talking about zizzurp and fucking you know talking about what what was that zizzurp you know zizzurp 1.00

00:28:19.880 sipping on some zizzurp you don't even know that shit i know i i knew it no you fucking not 1.00

00:28:25.340 come on man yeah cool man well any question you're laughing at my whiteness though it's a little 1.00

00:28:31.540 mayonnaise there was there just a little bit i got it from you fucker any question number two 0.99

00:28:39.560 andy is there any wrong kind of motivation uh i recently had a close friend pass away and i'm 0.96

00:28:48.220 finding myself doing things that i know will continue to make him proud it just kind of feel

00:28:53.040 feels wrong uh in comparison to doing these things for myself right so doing doing things that make me

00:29:00.020 better doing it for somebody else or doing it for myself is there like a is there such a thing as

00:29:03.940 wrong i mean look bro i come from the school of like we're trying to get to a point

00:29:09.120 we're trying to create we're trying to build we're trying to get somewhere and i also come from a

00:29:15.900 place where it's hard for me i'm not overly skilled i don't have good genetics i have to fight being a 0.94

00:29:22.100 fat fuck every single day so for me like where i come from and how i think is like i don't really 0.97

00:29:29.120 give a shit what i have to draw on to get me motivated like bro it it can be yes i want to you know 0.99

00:29:36.240 it could be purpose motivation which is great i think purpose motivation is the best kind of 0.99

00:29:40.800 motivation i think when you have a higher purpose i'm doing things because i'm trying to serve others

00:29:45.460 that's the purpose motivation that lasts forever but i also don't think it's a bad idea to to to use

00:29:52.260 the energy that people give us you know when we set out to live a life that's higher than the regular

00:29:57.560 mediocre standard you're going to get a lot of negativity and if you don't know how to properly pivot

00:30:02.500 the negative energy that you have into productive action you're going to have a hard time so you know 0.98

00:30:08.680 for example when i was doing mfceo project the first time you know a lot of people are like fuck 0.99

00:30:14.040 dude you're so fucking pissed off well no shit dude i've had to grind my fucking ass off for this 1.00

00:30:18.620 whole entire time it's not been fun and i'm just telling you the reality of it you know i get all 1.00

00:30:23.380 these people who would come in that never built a motherfucking thing or tried to build a motherfucking 0.99

00:30:26.980 thing trying to judge me on why the fuck i was motivated or what what i was motivated by 0.99

00:30:31.480 andy you know you should be brooding you should be doing this for the people that love you not 0.80

00:30:35.920 trying to spite the people that hate you what if it's both what if it's both what if it's i want 0.99

00:30:42.020 to shove it down the motherfucking throat of the people that doubt me but i also want to fucking make 0.99

00:30:46.100 the people who support me proud yeah i think the internet's full of people who judge people on 0.99

00:30:50.440 bullshit standards with no nuance whatsoever does it really fucking matter if someone's improving the lives 0.98

00:30:55.940 of others and improving their own life why the fuck they're motivated or why they're doing it 1.00

00:31:00.140 you know what i'm saying yeah what's the end result yeah we see this with people who post about 0.98

00:31:04.520 charitable acts okay like people like to fucking dog on people that post about charitable acts but i can 0.90

00:31:10.460 tell you as someone who is expected to be charitable okay not everybody's expected to be charitable 0.99

00:31:16.060 but when you fucking when people know that you're wealthy and they know that you're in a certain place in 0.87

00:31:21.000 life they expect it right and by the way you should be you should be charitable but the but if you don't 1.00

00:31:28.780 show it okay to the public crowd they fucking hate you and they say you're greedy as fuck and you 0.99

00:31:33.780 don't do shit right okay but then when you show it they say oh you're only doing it because you're 1.00

00:31:38.680 showing it yeah you're okay so the point is these are fucking people in the peanut gallery that are 1.00

00:31:44.220 fucking idiots okay they're not they're not doing shit for anybody and we shouldn't listen to them 1.00

00:31:49.540 okay so you should show it because it inspires other people to do the same that's the reality 1.00

00:31:55.360 okay but uh where i'm going with all this uh motivation huh yeah like you you you could take 0.96

00:32:03.460 it wherever the fuck you could find it you know like bro there is no shortage of negative energy if 0.97

00:32:09.080 you're trying to live outside the box the standard framework of most people in society 0.99

00:32:12.740 it's just the real this the real deal man like for whatever reason we can we can analyze the

00:32:19.900 reasons for the next fucking seven hours but people don't like people to do things that remind them of 0.97

00:32:25.940 what they're not doing right they don't like that that's just the general and they'll find all kinds 0.98

00:32:30.620 of reasons they'll try to tell people that you're not really who the fuck you are they'll try to tell 0.99

00:32:34.760 people you're fucking people you're this you that or this you know and like dude people fucking hate 1.00

00:32:39.220 that shit yeah like people hate it like when you go dude there's dude you could walk on water you 1.00

00:32:44.540 cure cancer you could fucking cure poverty you could create world peace and motherfuckers still 1.00

00:32:50.920 gonna fucking hate you for it that's just the reality so you have to do what you know is right 0.99

00:32:55.560 and continue moving down the path and if people are going to throw things at me that are going to 0.98

00:32:59.440 help motivate me i'm gonna fucking use them you know so i don't think there is a wrong way to be 0.89

00:33:03.780 motivated now um i do believe that like you know when you go through life things will motivate you 0.83

00:33:11.780 differently at different phases of life right like uh when i was coming up in the very beginning i was

00:33:19.980 motivated heavily by material lifestyle you know now i'm not motivated really by material lifestyle like

00:33:26.740 i i think it's okay i think it's cool i enjoy it but it's not like a main motivation for me yeah my main 0.87

00:33:32.140 motivation for me is to do what we're our mission which is to help motherfuckers i try to help you 0.99

00:33:37.720 guys through the show i try to help you guys with arte with 75 a heart with first form with fucking 0.99

00:33:42.240 everything i fucking do i try to make as many people as i can better that's that's what i'm committed to 0.97

00:33:47.180 and certain people are going to go with that certain people aren't certain people are going to fucking 0.98

00:33:51.000 hate it i can't i can't do anything about it yeah it's just the reality and you're not going to be

00:33:56.720 able to do anything about it either so when you go on your path whatever it is that you're trying to do 0.92

00:34:00.600 don't get mad when people throw the fucking heat at you learn how to use it yeah you know what i'm 1.00

00:34:06.220 saying it's free it's free yeah they're giving you free energy dude all you got to do is say fuck 1.00

00:34:12.340 well fuck that i'm doing i'm going to make sure that that person has to eat those words well yeah 0.99

00:34:17.420 i mean because dude when you agree that like most people they like that's their chief complaint of 0.99

00:34:21.740 inaction it's like well i don't have any motivation where do i get the motivation no it's always there

00:34:25.960 you're choosing to not see it or use it well look man i mean motivation is the weakest form

00:34:31.700 of actually getting shit done anyway like it's that's why we talk about encouraging the building

00:34:35.600 of discipline because the truth of the matter is motivation is fleeting it's inconsistent it's not

00:34:40.660 there when you need it it's there when you don't need it and it's not something that we can truly

00:34:44.720 count on all the time so it's important to build discipline uh which is why i give the live hard 0.91

00:34:49.440 program away for free it's episode 208 you can listen the whole thing it's fucking free 0.93

00:34:53.800 okay and the reason i give it away for free is because it's the foundational blueprint

00:34:57.960 of achievement on any level because most people do go their whole lives dictating their success

00:35:03.840 based upon how motivated they are which like i said motivation is inconsistent you can't count on it

00:35:08.460 yeah so you're going to get hot here you're going to be cold here you're going to get hot here

00:35:11.840 and it's never hot for long enough to actually create anything substantial discipline is the only way

00:35:16.480 to create that so that's why i give it away for free that's why i talk about it all the time

00:35:20.600 because if you do it you'll start to understand exactly what i'm talking about now now is it good

00:35:26.700 to take the negativity and turn it into positive action i found that to be the way to deal with it

00:35:31.540 because there's no shortage of it i can find it everywhere you know but you can't find everywhere 0.99

00:35:36.540 in the beginning there's a bunch of people spanking you know patting your ass telling you're great 1.00

00:35:40.720 clapping for you you know i'm saying like that shit doesn't come until the end bro that doesn't come 1.00

00:35:46.320 until the end and then even at the end half people still hate you so like it is what it is 0.96

00:35:51.920 yeah love it man well guys any our third and final question any question number three uh how what what

00:36:00.940 ways should i not compare myself to others i'm a sophomore in high school um and my friends they

00:36:07.200 often share their successes and their failures a lot uh even if their failures are not truly failures

00:36:13.340 like getting a b plus and a hard ap class i find it hard not to compare myself to them when they seem

00:36:20.920 to be having way more successes than than me how do i get away from constantly comparing myself to my

00:36:27.740 friends well first off i don't think there's anything wrong with comparing your performance to

00:36:33.620 other people's performance i think that's a very healthy thing to do i think they try to weed it out

00:36:38.980 of society because it makes society less competitive okay i've always compared myself to other people

00:36:46.060 when it comes to my performance even today like when i want to know if i'm doing good i look at people

00:36:51.260 who i consider peers and i look at what they're doing and i say okay this guy's doing this this guy's

00:36:56.300 doing that i'm doing this where can i do better oh this guy's doing something better than me i can

00:37:01.740 improve in that it doesn't mean i hate him i'm learning from this okay so i'm inspired by other

00:37:09.520 people's by comparing myself to other people inspires me when it talks about performance

00:37:15.380 but i think where it gets muddy and i think where people get carried away with it is when they start

00:37:21.120 comparing themselves to like a whole nother person right like in all areas like like they get fixated

00:37:28.360 yeah they lose their sense of self yeah like like bro your unique self like who you are your authentic

00:37:34.260 self is actually the most valuable asset that you'll ever have if you can figure out a way to

00:37:40.580 cultivate it and the reason i say cultivate it is because most people think being authentic is

00:37:45.940 pretending to be authentic on the internet meaning they talk a certain way maybe they say some curse 0.99

00:37:52.200 words maybe they say some shit like i don't give no fucks what anybody thinks shit like that and they 0.99

00:37:56.880 think that's authentic that is not authenticity bro you're playing a role okay your authentic self 0.99

00:38:03.000 has to be developed through you actually really reflecting and learning to be comfortable being

00:38:09.920 yourself yourself is a tremendous asset because no one else can be that that's what you guys have to

00:38:17.920 understand people are so afraid from like sharing what they really think or being who they really are

00:38:23.980 as an individual because they think that they see this other person over here having success with

00:38:30.660 this version and they think for them to have success they have to be this version right like bro in the

00:38:37.580 80s coke uh decided they needed to be more competitive with pepsi okay so they came out with new coke 0.96

00:38:46.480 which tastes more like pepsi which made all the people who loved coke fucking hate coke okay 0.79

00:38:53.860 so so you have all these people who love coke and don't like pepsi and then you you want to be 0.90

00:39:00.900 more like pepsi because pepsi's doing something that doesn't make any sense and the same thing that

00:39:08.360 happened to coke will happen to you if that's the way you live your life okay you will never be able

00:39:14.300 to develop a genuine fan base or if you do they will you will lose them by trying to be like other

00:39:19.300 people yeah so you know i think a lot of people see these people online and they try to emulate

00:39:25.380 behaviors that they see online and then they think that that's going to get them the likes clicks

00:39:29.960 and traffic and shares that they're trying to create and so really what they're doing is they're

00:39:34.280 manipulating the fucking platform right like i'm trying to be what i need to be to get the likes the 0.97

00:39:42.920 comments and the shares which is faulty thinking if you were just who you were and you were so you 0.98

00:39:49.180 did so often authentically people would feel that and those other things would come this is no

00:39:55.360 different than making money people think when i ask people what's the purpose of business their 0.94

00:39:59.520 automatic response 99 times out of 100 is to make money that is not the fucking purpose of a business 0.99

00:40:04.240 that's why your business fucking sucks okay the purpose of a business is solve a fucking problem of a 0.99

00:40:09.000 customer and money is the byproduct and that's how you should think about it with social media or your 1.00

00:40:13.960 personal brand or your company's brand okay do a great job at being you and people will resonate and 0.97

00:40:21.660 the shit will the other shit that you're trying to get will come and this is a very hard concept for 0.99

00:40:26.060 people to understand because everybody's used to seeing and by the way you may never get 30 million 1.00

00:40:32.220 fucking instagram followers i'm sorry maybe you don't have what the fuck it takes that's okay too 0.98

00:40:38.720 maybe you're meant for something else okay we we have all these lanes in these boxes that we try to 1.00

00:40:44.300 put everybody in that defines their success and right now like one of the things that frustrates me

00:40:49.440 is a lot of these young people feel like they're failures because they don't have a million or 10 0.85

00:40:54.340 million followers on the fucking internet well bro not everybody's gonna be that yeah okay like 0.95

00:41:00.460 certain people are gonna be that certain people aren't you should be looking for the thing that's 0.96

00:41:04.540 going to fucking really align with you okay let me tell you something too those of you guys seeking 0.97

00:41:10.780 fame those of you guys who are like you i want fame i want people's attention and shit it ain't all 1.00

00:41:16.380 it's cracked up to be motherfuckers like you ain't gonna fucking like it okay you're gonna have 1.00

00:41:20.420 motherfuckers in your fucking business all the time they're gonna be fucking prient you get no 1.00

00:41:24.260 privacy like i couldn't even imagine what it's like for somebody like fucking tom brady bro or 1.00

00:41:28.540 somebody like the rock somebody who's actually fucking famous or like logan paul like bro the 0.98

00:41:33.520 dude's got 70 dude he's got a seven man detail fucking 24 hours a day on him on him 0.98

00:41:38.680 you see what i'm saying like bro that that ain't no fucking real life man like i'll be real and i love 0.96

00:41:46.440 jake paul but like i don't want that i don't want his life you know i'm saying like i don't want 0.98

00:41:51.300 that level of fucking fame that's not what the fuck i want if you notice i do the minimum in terms of 0.98

00:41:56.260 social media to fly under the fucking radar i don't try very hard and the reason i don't try 0.99

00:42:01.260 very hard is because it ain't that cool for everybody know all your shit yeah it just ain't 0.99

00:42:05.000 so i don't know what what was the question yeah this person wants to get away from comparing 0.97

00:42:12.640 themselves yeah so the point is dude look man you're a young kid you're 15 years old your your

00:42:20.740 friends looking at how they're winning or how they're doing things uh that's a good thing for

00:42:25.640 you measure yourself against them but do not lose yourself and your unique gifts

00:42:29.260 and trying to be like them be you now it's just like dude when you see someone on the athletic

00:42:34.880 field dude's running a 4 5 40 you could probably learn how to be a little faster by watching him 0.94

00:42:40.100 do his fucking uh his warm-ups and his routine and his side work and all these things but you may 0.98

00:42:45.640 never run a 4 5 40 bro maybe you go from a 5 0 to a 4 8 that's a fucking massive difference by the 0.98

00:42:51.700 way no but you know not everybody can be lebron james dude not everybody's going to be michael 0.95

00:42:57.180 jordan not everybody's going to be fucking you know whoever else like we're all i think if people 0.98

00:43:03.080 spent more time really truly learning who they actually are and being comfortable like being that 0.84

00:43:10.280 they would find a lot more fulfillment and success in their life and i think this this this social media

00:43:16.400 makes it real hard i was just talking to emily about this yesterday of how how mean kids were to

00:43:21.860 me growing up um and then i said and i said to her because like dude i was like very heavily bullied

00:43:29.120 for a long time and i said to her i'm like fuck dude like imagine being a kid today yeah like imagine 0.94

00:43:36.880 these imagine the pressure on these young people today with social media and it's not just from the 0.99

00:43:41.200 people you go to school bro yeah bro i couldn't even imagine it i couldn't even imagine it in a 0.99

00:43:46.380 lot of ways you know i i'm like fuck these kids are these kids are like soft but then in other ways 0.99

00:43:51.340 i'm like fuck they got to deal with a lot of shit that we have to deal with no and i do not envy that 1.00

00:43:55.560 yeah because bro their business their every breakup every fucking drama it's all through social media 1.00

00:44:01.560 now and it's like dude i i can't imagine what that's like it's got to be real bad for these kids 0.97

00:44:06.680 i i personally think social media is a total negative on society

00:44:11.200 i i think it's a total negative i don't i think the negatives outweigh the goods we take away all

00:44:15.600 the business like people say oh yeah and you you do well with social media and you you make business 0.83

00:44:19.940 i don't care i give it all away and i have it if everybody if everybody fucking if everybody if we 0.99

00:44:25.280 turn social media off and it went away forever i'd be perfectly fine i don't care if it costs me 0.71

00:44:29.040 i don't care what it costs me i figure out how to operate without it that's how bad i think it is

00:44:33.700 that's also why you're going to see me spend less and less time on instagram more and more time just

00:44:40.640 posting my podcast and letting it go because like dude i'm not going to let it steal anymore in my

00:44:45.140 life you know that's why i'm gonna you know you guys to see what i'm doing with the mfceo project

00:44:49.940 i'm doing something very special with that um gonna build a community around it that you guys are really

00:44:55.460 gonna like uh but outside of those two things like recording the show and then doing that i'm not i'm

00:45:02.440 not i'm not participating anymore yeah it's not it's not uh it's not healthy it's not good um

00:45:09.960 now if they change some things you know like i think some things could be changed and make it a

00:45:16.080 lot better but it doesn't seem that they want that to be the case yeah well guys and that was three 0.97

00:45:21.380 yeah anyway like i hope this young man understands what the fuck i'm saying yeah like bro be you yeah be 1.00

00:45:29.340 who you are not dude it's hard to say that to a 15 year old bro you don't know who the fuck you are 0.99

00:45:33.320 it's true you know i'm 43 i barely know and it changes every day bro i'm growing every day so 0.99

00:45:39.160 like you know when you're 15 years old man it's a confusing time it's fucking hard time and you know 0.85

00:45:43.900 i think it's okay to be inspired by your friends successes and work to be better let that drive you

00:45:48.240 but don't get caught up in the comparison game to where it ruins makes you think that there's 0.96

00:45:51.980 something wrong with you bro i thought there was something wrong with me all through fucking high 0.99

00:45:55.280 school i wasn't popular i wasn't cool i had some good friends i still i still fucking talk to most 0.97

00:46:00.040 of them and the ones i don't talk to i wish i did you know what i'm saying but like it's not like i

00:46:04.360 had a bad experience but it wasn't like it was great either yeah you know and and uh you know come

00:46:10.960 to find out i'm pretty good at a couple things when everybody told me i wasn't right you know like

00:46:15.320 what these like what they're telling you right now at 15 years old is like their adults are so sure

00:46:23.000 of how these kids lives are going to turn out and they they kind of frame it for them

00:46:27.440 and bro that's so wrong because i'm an example of that i'm an example of a 15 year old kid that 0.96

00:46:33.100 everybody said was going to be shit and i went out and did a couple things you know i'm sure i'll 0.95

00:46:37.820 fucking i'm sure there's going to be more things that i do i'm sure there's going to be things i 0.99

00:46:41.980 fuck up but the point is i wasn't the fucking loser they thought i was you know i'm saying and you 0.99

00:46:48.400 guys aren't either you guys need to remember that i don't care if i don't care if you got you don't 1.00

00:46:52.900 have one believer in your fucking family or your friend circle bro it doesn't matter because like 0.99

00:46:57.440 i can i know for sure that there were times in my life where i had no believers none so keep that in 1.00

00:47:04.640 mind all right eight feet went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry box froze fuck a pole fuck a 0.99

00:47:12.560 stove counted millions in the code bad bitch booted swole got her on bankroll can't fold doesn't know 1.00

00:47:19.560 headshot case closed 1.00
