00:00:00.000 what is up guys it's andy priscilla and this is the show for the realists say goodbye to the lies 0.98

00:00:21.040 the fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality guys today 0.59

00:00:25.520 we have q and af that's where you get to submit your questions and we answer them right here on

00:00:30.680 the show you can submit your questions a couple different ways the first way is you guys email

00:00:35.500 those questions in to ask andy at andy for seller.com or now that we're on youtube our full

00:00:41.440 length episodes are on youtube i know most of you guys are on audio but if you want to go to the

00:00:45.460 youtube channel uh and underneath the q and af episodes if you drop a question in the comment

00:00:50.820 section we'll pull some from there as well if this is your first time listening we have a lot

00:00:55.480 of different formats on this show today you're going to hear q and af uh but other times we tune

00:01:00.240 in you're going to see us post some things called cti that stands for cruise the internet that's our

00:01:05.720 society and culture show uh we talk about what's going on in the world we throw up some headlines

00:01:10.420 on the screen we talk about what's true what's maybe not true we speculate and we talk a lot of 0.95

00:01:15.680 shit that's what we do uh and so if you don't have a sense of humor uh you don't have an open 0.98

00:01:20.960 mind you probably shouldn't listen to those shows other times when you tune in we have real talk real 0.99

00:01:25.640 talk is five to 20 minutes of me just uh giving you guys some real talk some things i think need

00:01:29.820 to be said um and then other times we have full length full length is where we have a guest sit in

00:01:35.060 it's like what you guys usually see on most other podcasts and we have a conversation now the backbone of

00:01:40.460 this show is entrepreneurship business and kicking ass in life uh but we do talk about politics and

00:01:46.500 we do talk about what's going on in the world and the reason that we do that is because for us to be

00:01:50.540 able to be free to go out and kick ass in life uh we actually have to be free all right and our

00:01:56.080 freedoms are being eroded day by day inch by inch and they have been for a long time so we combine both

00:02:02.280 here we talk about what's going on in our environment society and we talk about our game our skill set

00:02:08.740 and uh we understand that if there is no environment for us to operate in the skills don't matter so

00:02:14.440 when you guys come at me and you say hey andy stick to what you're good at talk about winning 1.00

00:02:19.300 talk about business talk about doing all the shit you know how to do well motherfucker we can't do 0.99

00:02:24.640 that shit without this other shit so we all got to be interested in all of it and if you don't 1.00

00:02:28.400 understand that go listen to somebody else i don't give a fuck now we do have a fee for the show 0.99

00:02:34.120 the fee is not monetary we we operate entirely off word of mouth here okay um if we do a good job 0.93

00:02:40.900 all we ask is that you share it with somebody share with a friend share it you know give us a

00:02:45.700 little share on social however you want to do it it's cool uh but we're here to help we're here to

00:02:51.180 help bring awareness we're here to help teach skills and i do so without filling your mind full of 0.99

00:02:56.820 bullshit ads for the first you know for 30 minutes of the show about shit that i don't use um 0.90

00:03:04.120 and i don't waste your time talking about it so in exchange for that i just ask that if we do a 0.98

00:03:08.080 good job with the show that you share the show we've had an incredible amount of success with

00:03:13.500 that philosophy and that means that you guys for the most part do share the show and i appreciate

00:03:17.800 the fuck out of you guys doing that i don't know of another show out there that stays at the top of 0.88

00:03:21.860 the podcast rankings consistently year after year after year after year uh based upon the sole 0.98

00:03:29.140 support of the people who listen i think that's amazing and i appreciate you guys but for those of you

00:03:33.460 guys that are new that's how we operate so when i say pay the fee that's what i'm talking about when

00:03:37.780 i say pay the fee it doesn't mean send me some money i mean i won't say no but uh it does just

00:03:43.260 mean share the show so that's kind of the rundown on the housekeeping on how the show operates um

00:03:48.840 get a lot of new listeners pretty much every week so that's that what's up dude what's going on brother

00:03:54.480 that's uh that's that's dj hey guys hello children yeah been a minute yeah what's going on nothing much

00:03:59.960 man i was thinking so this is uh this is monday when you guys are listening to this

00:04:03.620 and i know you know for me for a long time it was one of my uh kind of dreads i guess yeah andy is

00:04:11.680 there a hack let's give some people some extra sauce is there a hack to running into monday full steam

00:04:20.540 well yeah not going out and getting fucking wasted thursday friday saturday sunday will help a whole 0.92

00:04:27.320 lot you know that's a place to start um you know i used to live that life i lived that life where you

00:04:33.360 know my weekend started on thursday night uh and then you know i went out friday went out saturday

00:04:38.020 and then usually hung out on sunday for day drinking brunch you some of you guys like to call it uh where

00:04:43.020 you go get your avocado toast for 47 dollars you know and do drink some expensive beers and act like 0.95

00:04:48.020 your hoity-toity i used to do that shit all the time bro um and i liked it there's nothing better 0.97

00:04:52.300 than me and day drinking bro um but unfortunately you know it's not conducive to the lifestyle that i 0.98

00:04:57.620 need to live to operate my life at this point in time i have so many things going on with many

00:05:02.320 different companies many different projects um you know i've got not just the companies that i own

00:05:07.840 and oversee but also you know i've got this podcast i've got the mfceo project getting ready to

00:05:12.760 relaunch i've got rote got the 75 hard community um i've got a lot of shit going on you know and 0.69

00:05:19.100 for me to truly take advantage of the opportunity in front of me i had to make some decisions and cut

00:05:26.440 some of those things out and um you know as i got into live hard lifestyle and i started doing that

00:05:31.840 about four years ago my drinking went down and i i rarely drink now i still enjoy you know a few cold

00:05:37.920 beers but um the ability to operate the way that i was honestly is is it's not just about the ability

00:05:47.900 it's about how irresponsible it was because the truth of the matter is i have a lot of people that

00:05:52.300 depend on me at this point in time it's no longer just me trying to build a business um i have a lot

00:05:56.780 of careers i have a lot of people i care about i have a lot of things that depend on me to operate

00:06:00.520 at a good level and i take that responsibility seriously so like you know i changed my lifestyle

00:06:06.380 completely i don't i don't do those things anymore um i'm very focused and what's interesting is

00:06:11.920 when i look back over the last 24 years because that's how long i've been in actual business um

00:06:18.020 started when i was 19 uh you know it's funny because the older and the more successful i get

00:06:27.580 the harder i fucking go and i'm i'm like i go harder i'm more disciplined i'm more focused 0.97

00:06:31.940 inverse yeah yeah no shit like you know but but you know what's weird is is you know it doesn't 0.98

00:06:38.420 get easier you know people think that like when your companies get bigger and you you find yourself 0.98

00:06:42.720 in a position of abundance and you're winning and you're kicking ass and everything's going good 0.78

00:06:46.940 that it's like easier it's not easier it's much much harder and um when you shift when you shift

00:06:54.060 the responsibility that you have from self to everybody around you which happened for me

00:06:58.780 five six years ago it really puts things in perspective so no longer now when i'm out

00:07:03.740 drinking on sunday you know no longer can i say to myself oh you know it's just just me living my

00:07:10.380 life because it's actually going to affect how i operate through the week which is going to affect 0.98

00:07:15.440 other people you know you see what i'm saying and i know a lot of people don't give a shit about 0.86

00:07:19.700 that and i understand you got to live a life i get all that but i'm just telling you how i do it

00:07:23.360 yeah um you know and for me every single day is pretty much the same i like it that way i like

00:07:29.820 to eat the same foods i like to have the same routine i like to go the same places i'm very very

00:07:35.380 much uh habitual in that nature and that's not for everybody you know not everybody enjoys that not

00:07:40.780 everybody can tolerate that but for me and what my responsibilities are that's what works the best and

00:07:45.500 so like i don't have these i don't have this like uh dread of mondays and you know what i'm saying

00:07:55.340 like when i used to go out and fucking party on sundays and it would be seven o'clock at night bro i'd 0.97

00:07:59.460 be like anxiety attack central fuck i could get up and fucking yeah right 12 out yeah i gotta go fucking 0.99

00:08:05.300 do this shit like i don't want like you know what i'm saying it's just not a good mentality to be so 0.99

00:08:10.660 like for me man you know i don't do that very often and you know i could count on one hand how 0.99

00:08:15.360 many times i drink on a sunday now during the course of the year actually i could count how many

00:08:19.760 times i drink in a course of a year now on one hand but uh my life's infinitely better for it um

00:08:25.560 you know for me you know i've got big meetings on monday morning that i gotta take care of um

00:08:30.020 and so i start getting real excited about those meetings on sunday i start thinking about what i'm

00:08:35.940 going to talk about what what i think needs to be addressed and then really dude you know it's kind

00:08:40.040 of like the kickoff in a football game you know after that meeting's over after those few meetings

00:08:44.240 are over in the morning bro i'm off and running for the week uh i cruise through the week i do you

00:08:48.800 know i have my very regimented routine we we record certain days i do other things these other days and

00:08:54.260 um you know it's it's really they all kind of run together at this point in my life now you know

00:09:00.080 certain things i'm talking about like certain things for me like that i'm talking about now is

00:09:03.920 like i'm talking about starting to take two days off during the week um to work on other things like

00:09:09.760 i won't come here on the days i don't record and i'll handle all my business here on the days that

00:09:14.620 i'm here to record and then outside of that i can maybe do some other things yeah um but like the

00:09:19.740 truth is dude is like you know that's a lot of that is just me trying to like be normal when i don't

00:09:27.780 really want to be fucking normal right you know i'm saying like it's almost like a prescribed medicine 0.61

00:09:31.640 that someone's telling me to take that i don't really think i need to make you feel better you gotta 0.88

00:09:34.880 take it but like everybody's like hey man you know you should do a little of this and you know

00:09:38.880 i watch like um you know i watch the way that balance has worked out for some other people you

00:09:44.100 know i watch kobe bryant uh you know work work hard for his you know first 40 years of life and put

00:09:50.840 his head down and work and then you know he he went to live his life and uh you know it didn't work

00:09:56.980 out it was kind of short yeah and so that was a little bit of a wake-up call for me because we were

00:10:00.980 all of the we're the same age and you know so i'm i'm trying to to live a little bit more outside

00:10:07.880 of my ecosystem but i love my ecosystem so much that it doesn't feel like i'm not living usually

00:10:13.760 the people that say i'm not living they don't love their ecosystem right you know i'm saying they 0.94

00:10:17.760 don't love what they do they don't love the people they're around i fucking love these 0.99

00:10:20.780 motherfuckers here you know what i'm saying like i i uh i love coming here i love being inspired by 1.00

00:10:26.540 the young people who are hustling and you know the energy and all these things and i can't imagine 0.99

00:10:32.540 my life without it so like you know not everybody's like that and i'm very fortunate to have that and

00:10:37.800 and we've built that over the course of many many years and you know now it's you know i the last

00:10:43.540 thing you want to do when you build something is like pull yourself away from it right you know

00:10:47.460 what i'm saying right right i don't know i mean i think it's different for everybody but i can tell

00:10:50.980 you this if you're sucked into that alcohol lifestyle of thursday friday saturday sunday

00:10:56.080 um like a lot of people are bro you're gonna have a really hard time getting ahead and you're gonna

00:11:00.160 feel fucking anxious most of the week most of the time and i think for those of you that suffer with 0.95

00:11:04.440 depression and anxiety and things like that getting alcohol out of your life is a big fucking deal 0.98

00:11:08.220 big fucking deal i am glad that most like i feel like the social conversation around alcohol has 0.90

00:11:13.800 definitely uh hit like a turning point almost like i think people i think people are becoming more 0.95

00:11:19.140 aware of like the negative side effects that it causes and like it's becoming more of a

00:11:25.040 conversation you think so yeah for sure because i mean i see a lot of other uh i guess you call them

00:11:29.640 you know influencers and even people just in market like yeah i've stopped drinking i'm completely sober

00:11:33.580 i've been sober for two or three years now and they've noticed the the difference is the problem is

00:11:38.160 it's so heavily ingrained in our society that it's kind of like one of those things where it's like

00:11:43.320 you're not normal if you don't do it you know yeah bro i don't have a problem with people with

00:11:47.640 alcohol man i'm just telling you like i'm an all or nothing guy so like when i start drinking bro 0.97

00:11:52.840 it's fucking on like you know what i'm saying and uh that's not a good thing for me and uh 0.95

00:11:59.000 it you know for where i am and what i'm doing in life it's not something that contributes to it 0.99

00:12:04.100 yeah so i try to minimize it it's not me judging or anything like fuck dude i get it like i still 0.98

00:12:08.920 look i would love drink beers with all you motherfuckers but like at the end of the day uh you know 0.99

00:12:14.180 i've got responsibilities that are real and i have to fucking manage them and i found that 0.99

00:12:19.340 i've made more progress in business in the last four years than i made the first 20 that's real 0.96

00:12:24.880 talk so yeah so like the results speak for themselves yeah you know what i'm saying hell

00:12:31.160 yeah that's that's crazy it's weird for me i've never been a big alcohol guy like for me i was

00:12:36.580 turned off of it pretty early so i started working as a bouncer in in bars and nightclubs when i was 17 0.99

00:12:42.420 yeah and paid under the table and seeing how these fucking drunk fucks act yeah you're like 0.99

00:12:47.720 what the fuck is wrong with the same people every fucking weekend yeah but what's funny is i'm just 1.00

00:12:51.600 like i don't want that yeah but see i deal with these fucks i went you know there's been plenty 0.99

00:12:55.780 of times where that's been me yeah you know same yeah it's embarrassing yeah i think back of like 0.99

00:13:00.680 the times when i you know got fucking shit-faced and made an ass of myself a number of different 0.99

00:13:05.940 occasions and like dude like i don't know like when i was younger i i didn't care as much about 0.98

00:13:11.920 that but like now that i'm older i do feel like i'm setting an example like i i'm very aware now

00:13:19.460 that other people look at me especially like younger people as an example of how to be whereas you know

00:13:25.580 even five six years ago you know four or five years ago i didn't fucking feel that way like i didn't i 0.91

00:13:30.900 just felt like i was a young guy trying to make it and now i have like all these young guys that 1.00

00:13:36.100 are in their 20s you know talking to me like i'm their fucking role model well motherfucker i'm not 0.99

00:13:40.860 a role model bro like i do the best i can i make plenty of fucking mistakes you know and i try to 0.99

00:13:46.140 minimize those now because like dude i don't think it sets a good example to go to a bar and get 0.98

00:13:49.980 fucking destroyed and then like you know make an ass of yourself and shit like that like i'm just 0.98

00:13:54.660 past that point in my life you're taking that role a little bit more response like you're putting 0.99

00:13:58.900 more responsibility yeah you know what i mean and like i'm i'm i'm not i've never been like a

00:14:03.760 super buttoned up mature person like i'm always about 10 years behind everybody else right like 0.97

00:14:08.180 i'm still telling fucking the jokes that people you know i still think farts are funny and shit like 0.98

00:14:12.020 that like you know and there's a balance there right like i'm still chill and i'm cool and i like 0.98

00:14:19.120 to have fun and shit but like i also don't want to be the guy that like people point at and be like 0.99

00:14:23.980 look at that fucking idiot you know what i mean like i try to do my best and you know if i'm an 0.99

00:14:28.600 idiot sometimes i apologize but you know i'm i'm trying to be better yeah you know does that 1.00

00:14:33.480 make sense absolutely man and i think you know i think more people strive for that man well i think 0.97

00:14:38.740 that's what we're missing that's why i say personal excellence is ultimate rebellion you know like we're

00:14:42.460 missing people recognizing that we are the leaders now and we are setting the example and if you look

00:14:48.980 back you know specifically the people who are between 30 and 40 years old right now and you think

00:14:55.020 back to how they behaved on the internet for the last 10 years and this is collectively as a group 0.99

00:15:00.100 it's pretty disgusting you know like we have grown women in their 30s you know fucking showing their 1.00

00:15:06.600 areolas and fucking being overly sexual and all this shit and like then you got all these girls who 1.00

00:15:12.140 are you know fucking 15 and 16 thinking that's the way to get attention and shit and like you know 1.00

00:15:17.980 you got all these dudes you know acting like fucking turd balls and i don't know man like it's 0.99

00:15:23.780 just i just feel like the internet came around and nobody realized that other younger people were 0.99

00:15:29.700 watching i guess and you know and i've just come to the realization that they are and um so i you know

00:15:37.220 i just try a little better try do a little better there's no no there's no shade towards anybody else

00:15:41.360 dude it's just like my own personal belief yeah i feel like if we all tried a little harder

00:15:45.500 and we all lifted our our standard higher you know we wouldn't have a lot of these problems that we

00:15:50.240 see in the country we wouldn't have for real we wouldn't have no so you know i'm not saying i'm a 0.91

00:15:57.720 fucking party pooper i'm not about having fun bro like i love having fun and after 90 of the time i'm 0.96

00:16:03.140 fucking off like you guys think i'm this intense person like i am but i'm also a light-hearted fun 0.99

00:16:08.740 person most of the time and uh i don't know man but you know how to get some work done huh 0.99

00:16:14.300 but you know how to get work done you know yeah i think that's that's it that's it you know i think

00:16:19.260 you know and ultimately to the question you know we got to figure out our own ways to operate

00:16:23.900 that's it you know what's going to produce the life that you want people not everybody is built for

00:16:31.960 like and this is what i always say and i don't say this to be discouraged but not everybody's built

00:16:35.880 to like operate companies and and be an entrepreneur and and it's just the truth that's okay it's a

00:16:43.100 that's right it's a hard fucking life yeah it's not easy and everybody thinks it's fun 0.97

00:16:47.080 but if you talk to anybody who's actually running shit like a real thing it's very fucking difficult 0.97

00:16:52.200 and um it'd be the most difficult thing you ever do and you know for me i'm not skilled enough to 0.97

00:16:59.880 operate what i do operate going out and living that party life like i'm not i'm not good enough

00:17:05.040 yeah and so i have to do what i can to stay good enough yeah you know i love it well that was some

00:17:12.320 uh some more extra sauce for the for the listeners and watchers now um let's answer some of these

00:17:18.140 questions brother uh andy question number one uh let's preface this uh this is a 19 year old kid

00:17:24.040 um and he's asking for some clarity on how to prioritize his skill development um he's he asks

00:17:31.400 andy what's the biggest misconception that most people have about time when it comes to personal

00:17:37.660 development more importantly when developing skills have you found that some skills take longer than

00:17:43.320 others or is it strictly based on how much time and effort you put into it 19 year old kid want to

00:17:51.100 learn how to prioritize the skills when it comes to time the biggest mistake that people make

00:17:55.380 is thinking that they got all the time in the world that's the mistake it's a lack of urgency it's a lack

00:18:01.420 of understanding that the clock is ticking now and that's that's the biggest mistake people make um

00:18:08.280 the other mistake people make during uh when it comes to time is they think they don't have enough

00:18:13.780 time on it so so they got all the time in the course of their life but they don't got enough time on a 0.87

00:18:18.500 daily scale and those two fucking things don't go together so you're lying about something yeah right 0.93

00:18:22.860 yeah somebody lying yeah and i'm going to tell you what it is you're lying about the time you got during 0.98

00:18:27.640 the day all right so you need to you need to understand that time management on a day-by-day

00:18:33.180 basis is actually the key to being successful long term and that you have to be urgent in your

00:18:38.480 execution on a day-by-day basis in order to compound that into the long term which will then

00:18:43.740 eventually become the short term using myself as an example i've accomplished more in 24 years

00:18:50.760 than most people will accomplish in an entire lifetime in terms of building a business i don't

00:18:55.100 say that to brag i say that as a matter of fact the way i've been able to do that is because i had

00:19:01.200 urgency on a daily basis um but i also understood that i don't have all the time in the world so i had

00:19:08.220 urgency and then i acted fast i acted in my 20s i acted in my 30s and now i'm here and i'm still

00:19:14.420 acting with urgency um you know and i feel like we've just set the table for what we we are capable

00:19:21.220 of doing so i think it's more about understanding how to manage the time on a day-by-day basis which

00:19:28.100 if you're you're 19 dude i made this amazing system called the powerless system it's on episode 16

00:19:33.460 of the real af feed it's only on the audio feed it's not on youtube because we didn't start youtube

00:19:37.840 back then we just started youtube recently so if you go on the audio feeds on any of the major audio

00:19:42.440 platforms and listen to episode 16 it's called win the day it'll explain the powerless system um you

00:19:48.340 there's a journal i sell for it it's on the website it's really nice you don't need it you can also use

00:19:53.060 a notebook um but the journal will help guide you through as well if you want to use that uh but it's

00:19:58.840 something that you do on paper it's something that you do so that you can actually look and see your

00:20:03.460 actual wins and losses on paper it's a really good system and what it does is it helps you effectively

00:20:08.760 navigate day by day by day by day to ensure that you're continuously moving forward uh with your

00:20:14.860 critical tasks and not not wasting days or wasting time and you can actually look back and review and say

00:20:21.820 okay well i won five of six days or i won four of seven days i can sort of see the see the rating

00:20:28.220 of the ranking of how much you actually win versus how much you actually lose and that's a very 0.73

00:20:32.220 powerful thing for someone to look at and up until you know we developed that system fucking 20 years 0.90

00:20:37.160 ago i developed it 20 fucking years ago um there was no way to really track whether or not you had 0.93

00:20:42.900 affected day or not an affected day well because the output and the result of that goal you're trying 0.70

00:20:47.480 to accomplish it may take a little bit longer than you think yeah no absolutely you need those daily

00:20:51.620 confirmations yeah i'm just gonna tell you this dude everything's gonna take way longer than you

00:20:56.040 yeah that's what's reality um that's why you have to have urgency now when you're 19 and 20 or even

00:21:02.760 if today you're 40 and it's your first day urgency now is is you know that's the key the best time to

00:21:08.840 plant a tree is 20 years ago right second best time is today so no matter how old you are you have to

00:21:15.300 understand that we live in an age of technology we live in an age of tremendous quick-paced ability

00:21:20.720 to build things uh we have tremendous tools technology i you know obviously i have my views

00:21:25.340 on technology being overbearing right now and i think that's true and most of you seem to agree

00:21:29.760 with that but there are some amazing tools that allow us to progress faster than we've ever been

00:21:33.820 able to progress and those things when you utilize them you know if you're 40 years old you can be in

00:21:38.200 a tremendous you can be in a completely different spot by the time you're 43 you see what i'm saying

00:21:42.720 so that wasn't possible before these things and that's the those are the parts of the puzzle that

00:21:47.420 i really enjoy but um you know the the time thing is you have to understand like dude it's you you don't

00:21:55.700 have as much time as you think and you have to capitalize on it day by day and that doesn't mean

00:22:00.180 work from the time you wake up till the time you go to sleep that's the cool thing about the powerless

00:22:04.980 system is that when you use it when you're done with your five critical tasks you actually get the rest

00:22:09.940 of the day do whatever you want and so it's a it's a way to uh have effective balance over the course of

00:22:17.780 the journey if you look at it like that you're constantly taking steps forward yeah and it's 0.92

00:22:23.000 undeniable and you can look back and review so that way when you're like fuck am i not doing it or am i 0.87

00:22:27.080 doing it blah blah blah you can look back and say no i actually did all these things and what happens

00:22:31.480 is you get to move forward with a clear conscious and less anxiety because you know you've been doing

00:22:35.700 the work how can you be anxious about the amount of work that you do when you can look back and see 0.70

00:22:40.500 what the fuck you did right you see what i'm saying it's proof yeah and you could go back you can 0.98

00:22:44.840 literally go back and see your entire fucking journey you get what i'm saying so like you can 1.00

00:22:51.260 look back three months or six months or fucking a year and read the shit and realize how fucking far 0.98

00:22:56.440 you've come and that's a powerful aspect of that process too what was the second part of his 0.99

00:23:01.000 question i'll just prioritize the skills do have you did you find that you know when developing

00:23:05.540 skills that some skills just take longer than others to develop or is it just based off of

00:23:10.400 how much time and effort you put into that skill no the different skills take different times to

00:23:16.080 develop like learning how to sell the first of all how you listen you need to look at skills as as a

00:23:24.780 lifetime process all right like learning how to sell you can learn how to sell in like two years

00:23:31.060 and like a good company that knows how to sell like if you work for retail company or something

00:23:35.480 that teaches you how to interact and do all these things in a couple years you could become 0.62

00:23:40.240 pretty good but like dude in 20 more years you're going to be a fucking master and then 20 years past 0.99

00:23:46.860 that it's not it's just going to be who the fuck you are yeah right managing people that's a skill 0.97

00:23:53.440 that's very fucking difficult to learn that the learning curve is very long and it takes a long 0.98

00:23:59.360 time there is no two-year hack to managing people it's a hockey stick yeah that's right it's a long 0.98

00:24:05.260 fucking journey whereas sales you can learn quickly and profit quickly um but then there's so much more 0.97

00:24:11.960 to learn but you get a result up front right whereas managing people it's fucking hard hard hard hard hard 0.99

00:24:17.700 hard and then it like the bigger you get the harder it gets so it never really gets easy so like there's

00:24:22.100 all kinds of different skills man that come on and and you'll learn and accept and assimilate into your

00:24:28.300 into your tool belt at a different rate and you just have to understand that like guys this is a 0.93

00:24:33.480 lifetime journey like this is not what your fucking homies or what you see on mtv cribs or whatever 0.95

00:24:40.020 this is not a fucking straight line up to the top you might think you're going to do that but and very 0.98

00:24:46.220 few some people do that but very few people do it like it's it's not going to happen to you 0.99

00:24:50.300 yeah real talk don't count on it yeah yeah if you count on it you waste your fucking life yeah 0.99

00:24:54.500 so you have to understand that like this this shit that you're trying to do and this dude this is 0.99

00:25:02.440 really what separates true entrepreneurs from people who flake out is that true entrepreneurs 0.99

00:25:08.620 this this is like for me dude like even though i'm 24 years in and i know this probably sounds stupid 0.98

00:25:15.840 as fuck to you guys but like i feel like this is the first day like i feel like i don't know shit 0.95

00:25:22.480 and really the more i know the less i feel like i know so like i i actually feel like this is like 0.99

00:25:30.660 like here's how i look at it like i look at all these things i've done in life and these things that 0.99

00:25:34.940 have that i've accomplished and i look at it and i say fuck dude how the fuck did we get here 0.98

00:25:41.520 and i look at it now and i'm like fuck this is day one look at all these amazing resources we have 0.98

00:25:46.000 to build from here with and that's my mentality i try to keep it real simple um this is why you don't 0.89

00:25:52.720 hear me like you know when people offer me like say congratulations on success i usually say the

00:25:58.280 same thing man like i got a long way to go because it's a lifetime journey it is for me and it certainly

00:26:03.740 is for everybody else that's a true like skilled kick-ass entrepreneur um because the truth of the

00:26:11.080 matter is the game is always changing and if you can't adapt if you can't learn if you can't

00:26:15.760 assimilate skills and and use them um you're going to get beat and it's a competition it's it's

00:26:22.600 and it's not a competition against someone else it's a competition against everything else

00:26:27.720 you know that's the thing like there's multiple multiple multiple aspects to staying relevant over

00:26:35.440 the course of long periods of time you know you know how many times i've had to like sit down

00:26:39.980 and reinvent like my show or myself or fucking the company or whatever like you always have to it's 0.97

00:26:47.740 you always have to continue to adjust and continue to adjust and continue to adjust continue to adjust 0.92

00:26:53.760 and you never really like if you really pay attention that's how all successful people and 0.99

00:26:58.740 successful companies operate you never see someone who's really kicking ass doing the same shit they 0.71

00:27:04.320 were doing three or four years ago it's yeah it's a constant innovative yeah it's a constant growth 0.77

00:27:09.700 process and like while this person may still have remnants like when you guys listen to the new mfceo

00:27:14.880 project you're you're not going to recognize it from the old one okay you're going to listen to the 0.94

00:27:19.960 old one and you're going to say fuck this is really good shit but when you listen to the new one you're 0.99

00:27:23.380 like holy shit this is a totally different dude talking about the same things with new lessons new 0.99

00:27:27.320 perspectives and it's going to you're going to be able to see that growth yeah see what i'm saying 0.92

00:27:31.260 absolutely and um that's a natural part of of maintaining success and i think another thing

00:27:37.720 too about time with this dude's question is that like another mistake people make is they think they

00:27:42.780 can like make a few million bucks and just call it like call it quits or like just go relax bro you're

00:27:50.140 going to be alive for a long fucking time like you like what you you have to make that last 0.96

00:27:55.280 like ask these nfl guys these mlb guys if they feel like they're rich and well like we all look 0.99

00:28:00.240 at them and we say holy shit look at all the money they're making two million dollars yeah 0.91

00:28:03.760 that's got to last their whole life right right or they've got to leverage that into other things 0.97

00:28:08.700 that then produce cash right so like it's even for people with a lot of funds it's it's a lifelong

00:28:14.260 journey and and i think what really separates people who win and people who are fulfilled and

00:28:20.080 people who create and people who build and people who change shit from people who just have 0.88

00:28:24.200 dreams that were never fulfilled comes down to their understanding that it's a long game and 0.76

00:28:28.680 we got to play it the whole time yeah you know there's no such thing as sitting on the beach 0.93

00:28:33.240 with a fucking corona for the rest of your life you know like that's not that's what they tell you 0.81

00:28:37.860 it's supposed to be like but that's not actually what it is and so you know a lot of people out 0.99

00:28:42.340 there have the wrong idea you know i can always tell who's who by what people tell me like when i ask

00:28:47.800 people i say well what's your plan like what's your long-term plan oh i don't know you know blah blah

00:28:51.240 blah blah blah until i'm 38 and then i'm fucking done you see what i'm saying and we're talking 0.98

00:28:56.100 about like you're you do you know how like rich you have to be at 38 to be done for life right 0.99

00:29:02.600 like you gotta be you gotta be really fucking rich you know and there's people that do it 0.87

00:29:07.660 but what do they do after that like what what do you do like what do these people do like oh they go 0.94

00:29:13.140 they go travel the world okay that's cool for a year that's not going to satisfy someone with a 0.84

00:29:18.800 fucking aggressive killer builder creator mentality like a lot like you have to have 0.92

00:29:23.940 as an entrepreneur to get to that point yeah like so okay so that's it that's the first year 39 now 0.99

00:29:28.480 what okay so you spent 20 million dollars on cars now what you see what i'm saying right like bro that 0.98

00:29:37.420 shit comes and goes so fucking fast that like people just don't don't have the perspective to 0.99

00:29:43.700 understand that like you have to you have to do very very very well and if you're like an employee 1.00

00:29:48.700 in a company and you're looking at like your paycheck and you're like fuck this sucks well 0.99

00:29:52.940 dude i'd work really hard to make it not suck because dude you you have to live a whole life 0.99

00:29:58.060 with an income and i like this is what bothers me about so many of the younger people who are like 0.99

00:30:03.220 oh i just want to i just want to you know float around and be you know and go to find myself like

00:30:09.140 we talked about with jason mccarthy when he was on the show they're not understanding bro you you 0.85

00:30:14.400 only have a certain amount of productive years before you're fucking old and that's that okay 0.95

00:30:20.020 and you say oh i want to spend my 20s and my 30s fucking off okay well then dude you're 30 you're 0.99

00:30:24.820 20 years behind everybody else that's the trade-off yeah that's the trade-off okay so be real fucking 0.99

00:30:30.840 sure if you do that that you have a great fucking time and get a lot of fucking pictures you better 0.96

00:30:34.360 because they're going to mean a lot to you because you're not going to have anything else 0.98

00:30:36.880 you know and it's it's dude i'm all for this is why i love the the powerless system dude because

00:30:44.800 it allows you to be productive and live some life yeah you see what i'm saying i love it andy uh let's

00:30:50.400 move to question number two uh building right off of skills that you acquire andy when you learn

00:30:55.440 something new or read about something that's going to be useful what methods do you use to adopt and

00:31:02.280 integrate that information into your life how do you make it stick when i'm reading whether it's

00:31:08.360 reading or you learn a new skill whatever it is how do you make it actually stick well first of all 0.96

00:31:12.560 let's talk about reading for a second if you ain't reading you ain't even fucking trying all right 0.90

00:31:18.940 there's so much free game out there in books so much knowledge that people give away for 0.93

00:31:23.600 fucking next to nothing like a book what's a book 20 bucks 20 bucks maybe okay for 20 bucks you're 0.99

00:31:29.920 getting someone's life fucking lesson life experience you're getting 20 30 40 fucking years 1.00

00:31:34.920 of lessons from this person the fact that all this shit is even available take away the internet 0.99

00:31:41.560 because there's a lot of bullshit on the internet okay there's also a lot of good stuff but let's just 0.98

00:31:45.820 take away the internet let's just talk about books when you don't understand that you can learn an 0.98

00:31:54.720 entire life perspective from a book that's going to take you two to three hours of your time to 0.57

00:31:59.720 read and you choose not to read it and then you bitch and complain about how you can't make any 1.00

00:32:05.460 money how you're not successful how the world's not fair or you could fuck right off with that 1.00

00:32:10.520 all right you're not even fucking trying you're not even fucking trying the shit is basically free 0.99

00:32:15.740 and i bet if you looked hard and long enough you could probably find every single book out there 0.99

00:32:21.520 available for free somewhere to read yeah somehow either if it's go to the library or you find some copy 0.99

00:32:27.440 of it on the internet you could scroll through because people do that shit now which is bullshit 1.00

00:32:31.280 but they do it um but there's no excuses there's no excuse it's fucking bullshit and the fact the 1.00

00:32:38.240 stat of the day is you know most people never read an entire most people the majority of people never 1.00

00:32:43.820 read an entire book after they graduate high school it's fucking insane to me yeah like it's insane 0.88

00:32:50.040 to me dude and i hear people say oh reading's not that you know you need life experience you need 0.98

00:32:54.660 life experience too bro but if like everything that i know is a combination of shit that i read and 0.95

00:33:01.860 then apply right and then i and then i learn i learn from the experience so i i fucking learn it 0.89

00:33:07.540 and so many people overlook this basic habit and not only not only is it good because you gain the

00:33:15.040 knowledge dude you actually uh it actually reduces stress it reduces anxiety and it stirs creativity

00:33:21.220 in your brain which is going to be the answer to this question here real quick so how do i do it

00:33:25.740 well when i'm reading a book i open up in my phone under the uh the notes app that comes with your phone

00:33:32.420 okay and uh what i do you probably can't see this but i read a book all right and i make notes right

00:33:42.180 there one note one note two note three page 38 page 39 page 47 page 68 page 84 all right then it'll have

00:33:52.280 an idea like like i'll have an idea uh uh that i write in there from some something that i read in

00:33:57.700 the book i'm like okay well we should do this right um i take it's called active reading it's no different

00:34:05.420 than study all right so i read and i and the minute i fucking like you know how like when you read 0.95

00:34:12.080 most people read and at the same time your mind is kind of like over here yeah you're kind of like here

00:34:19.660 and there at the same time does that make sense yeah all right so in my mind when i'm reading i'm

00:34:24.360 reading and like and i'm looking at the story that the author's telling and i'm applying it to my own

00:34:29.400 life my own business and my own my own thing as i'm reading it okay and then whatever i learn i

00:34:35.860 type into my phone in my notepad i type the page for reference i type the line that they put for

00:34:42.260 reference and then i type my idea for what i what i learned from that reference and i do that for

00:34:47.880 every book that i read so i create this little library of reference that i can now go reference for

00:34:53.740 all the shit like when i when i want to go back and say like okay uh i want to read the magic of 0.76

00:34:58.620 thinking big again well the first thing i do is i'll go through my notes for magic of thinking big 0.99

00:35:03.040 and then what i'll do is i actually start reading the book again and then new shit will come out and 0.64

00:35:07.280 i'll add that into my notes right so it's a you take a very active role in how you read and most 0.57

00:35:13.980 people don't read like this most people just read the book they read the 10 pages they close their book

00:35:18.840 and they fucking said i got it done they're doing it to get it done and and just like anything else 0.97

00:35:23.520 whether it be something you're doing at work or with your body or with you know uh your 0.97

00:35:27.800 significant other or in your family or however it's a lot of it is intent right so if you're

00:35:32.280 not actively reading or listening to a show or putting something in your brain that is that you

00:35:40.060 are actively looking to get shit from you're not doing it right because it's not passive reading 1.00

00:35:46.400 we're not reading 50 shades of bullshit here we're reading the manuals on how to fucking win 0.99

00:35:51.040 trying to get better yeah and we're taking notes and then what i do is i take the ideas 0.99

00:35:55.160 and i take them and i say okay this is how this converts to this company or this is how this

00:35:59.740 converts to that company because i have many different companies that i oversee now uh i have

00:36:04.120 different operators in every single business to operate them and then what i'll go do is i'll go

00:36:08.100 talk to like sal who operates first form or i'll go talk to fucking uh chris who operates the cannabis 0.98

00:36:13.320 business or i'll go talk to fucking uh the guys who operate the retail stores or i'll go through to all 0.97

00:36:19.240 these people and i'll just say hey dude look and i'll run through these things with them and then 0.72

00:36:23.720 we'll have a discussion we'll implement some some will decide probably not implement and that's how

00:36:28.960 i implement the knowledge that i that i gain from the things that i read so that's the whole entire

00:36:34.400 process while i'm reading i'm taking notes i'm actively reading then i move those notes into an

00:36:40.000 active list then i review the list then i have a meeting with the people that i need to and if this

00:36:45.480 is if this is you you run one company right or you got one business or it's just you

00:36:49.500 um you're going to sit down and line these ideas out and then execute them for me at 24 years in

00:36:55.340 this is this is me having meetings with these people for you as a sole proprietor entrepreneur

00:37:00.660 trying to get off the ground this is you sitting down examining them building the systems building

00:37:06.520 the things executing the things learning the things and then you know building that into part of

00:37:12.180 your part of your routine of your of your systems of your business so um that's how i do it i find it

00:37:20.140 to be pretty effective and you know one of the best things i like about reading dude is and this is why

00:37:25.700 it's in the fucking 75 hard live hard program dude um is that it it suppresses any anxiety because i know 0.98

00:37:35.020 like if you ever suffer from anxiety about like because dude even at 24 years bro i still have 0.95

00:37:41.360 anxiety about the business right like i'm still excited i'm still a little nervous every day

00:37:45.740 the one thing that you can do to escape that stuff is to do something that is undeniably productive for

00:37:52.540 that whatever that thing is that you're feeling anxious on take action on it right when you take

00:37:57.420 action on something that's causing you anxiety the anxiety tends to go way the fuck down 0.99

00:38:01.640 so like if you're a fat fuck uh and you start doing what you can let's say on live hard on 75 hard 1.00

00:38:08.120 uh for the first 10 days you might wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and be like fuck 1.00

00:38:12.800 i'm a fat fuck still but then the second thought's going to be but yeah but for the last 10 days i've 0.99

00:38:17.480 been doing everything i fucking can and you're going to feel like you're going to feel less bad 0.99

00:38:21.000 about yourself because you know you're already moving forward on that thing right if you're a broke 0.99

00:38:25.700 fuck and you don't have shit okay and you drink a regular water huh and you drink regular water yeah 1.00

00:38:30.900 dude look the the win that's where the win today the win the day process comes in right 1.00

00:38:36.360 you come in you say fuck dude i'm so broke i'm working on this project and and you can go back 0.99

00:38:41.520 and look 30 60 90 days and say okay well i was actually a lot further away from where i am now 0.99

00:38:47.880 and i'm much closer to where i want to be now so like reminding ourselves of the work that we've done

00:38:54.760 is important and this is what keeps us from like freaking the fuck out all the time right so if you want

00:39:00.380 to feel less bad about whatever problem it is that you're facing whether it be your finances 0.95

00:39:04.740 your relationship your fucking body whatever it is take action against that for you know the the 0.98

00:39:11.720 next 10 days the best that you fucking can and then tell me how you feel about it because you're going 0.99

00:39:15.460 to still look in the mirror and you're probably not going to like the way you look because you can't 0.97

00:39:18.240 picture yourself in 10 days however the second thought in your head is going to be like but i'm doing

00:39:22.840 what i can you're gonna feel good about that yeah so that's that's something that like reading does

00:39:27.280 that for me right like reading i feel like i'm i because i've had so many good ideas come from

00:39:34.960 books reading i'm 100 confident is moving me forward so it like helps keep that anxious feeling

00:39:43.960 down that we all have as entrepreneurs that makes sense absolutely man and i want to go to this this

00:39:49.260 last question and it honestly it builds off of what you were just talking about um how how did you like

00:39:57.280 most people i believe have issues with having that real honest reflection right like yeah you can

00:40:03.460 look back which are you know on your 90 day book but were you being real and honest about those last

00:40:08.500 30 days right and i guess building that ability to truly tell yourself the truth how how do you

00:40:15.340 develop that like how do you learn to be honest with yourself that's the question well yeah the first

00:40:21.940 realization that you need to come to is that dude if you're never learn to be honest with yourself you

00:40:25.840 can't make any fucking progress and we live in this day of victim culture right we live in this day 0.95

00:40:30.300 at where everybody has an ailment everybody has a mental disability everybody's suffering from 1.00

00:40:35.320 something everybody has a valid excuse as to why their fucking shit doesn't look the way it should 0.99

00:40:39.940 look right and the truth of the matter is getting from where you are to where you want to be is very 0.99

00:40:46.080 much so a case of inputs and outputs it's very it's very binary in math it's it's yes it's mathematical

00:40:53.300 it's if you put in you will get out and but usually when people put in they don't get out

00:40:57.960 fast enough so they don't think it works right and so the first thing to admit to yourself is that

00:41:03.900 like bro if you don't acknowledge the fact of the real facts like when you look in the mirror bro 0.99

00:41:08.860 and you see a big fat body and i'm going to say in this real talk i used to be fat as fuck 0.82

00:41:13.660 right and you look in the mirror and like dude when i used to look in the mirror and i was 350 pounds 0.91

00:41:17.960 bro the way i got to be that big was because i told myself every time it wasn't that bad

00:41:23.320 right i'd tell myself i wasn't that bad it's not that bad bro like you know if like if you had six 0.98

00:41:29.640 beers and you look pretty good you know what i'm saying like i tell these fucking stories to myself 0.90

00:41:33.240 you're just a big guy we're right yeah i'm just dude i carry it well it's no big deal like i'd make 1.00

00:41:38.020 up all these little stories and it wasn't until i looked in the mirror i said bro you're fucking fat 0.99

00:41:42.800 okay and told myself the real shit that made it made me understand what i needed to actually do 0.99

00:41:48.460 to to address it so if we don't fucking tell ourselves the truth we'll never take action 0.99

00:41:53.060 towards solving the problem and the problem will continuously get worse and worse and worse and 0.98

00:41:56.240 worse and worse and eventually you're standing at the bottom of this fucking massive mountain 0.99

00:42:00.060 that you created that you you're like fuck how am i ever gonna do it and you start to feel 0.98

00:42:05.380 demoralized and you feel like it's impossible and the truth of the matter is this is where most 1.00

00:42:09.800 people quit in life forever yeah this is where most people just say fuck it i'm fucking done 0.99

00:42:14.560 this is what i am it is what it is and i'm just going to try to be as happy as i can and dude what 1.00

00:42:20.800 you don't realize is that within a very short relative amount of time you can climb that fucking 0.98

00:42:26.760 mountain if you start walking the fuck up it right it's not about there is no there's no stairs 1.00

00:42:31.840 there's no helicopter rides no fucking elevator all those motherfuckers that you see up there with the 1.00

00:42:36.620 nice bodies and the big bank accounts and kicking ass and all the areas you want to kick ass bro 1.00

00:42:41.160 they walked up that motherfucker just like you got to walk up that motherfucker okay so like start 1.00

00:42:45.120 walking you know like that's real shit so like as as long as we move and we but we can't do that 1.00

00:42:52.440 until we acknowledge it there's an actual mountain to climb you see what i'm saying so dude telling 0.94

00:42:57.120 yourself the truth while it is painful very painful it's it's a necessity to winning this is why i call

00:43:03.340 this is why i say this show is for the realist this show like dude look i'm not everybody's cup 1.00

00:43:08.080 of tea look around the world man there's a fucking lot of pussies out there let's be fucking real 1.00

00:43:12.600 okay they hear me talk and they think i'm some kind of fucking insane person but i hear from them i'm 0.99

00:43:18.460 here for the people that want to win i'm here for the fucking realist the people who can look at 0.97

00:43:23.140 something and say this is the actual truth of this and i need to change so i can move forward here 0.94

00:43:28.340 and that's a hard thing for us to do because we have these two voices in our head right we got the 0.99

00:43:34.820 bitch voice and we got the boss voice and unfortunately the bitch voice is the voice that 1.00

00:43:39.120 most of us hear all the time it's the voice that says take it easy you've done enough you know uh relax 1.00

00:43:45.740 bro it's all good you're not that bad yeah you're not that bad dude look man uh at least you're not that 0.96

00:43:51.600 big look at that big guy yeah right yeah right he's fucking fat we justify everything and that's the 0.88

00:43:56.300 voice that is automatic in most people's brain and and the voice that you have to develop is the 1.00

00:44:01.320 other voice called the boss voice which is the voice that says now bro i know fucking five fat 0.99

00:44:07.280 people you're fucking four of them you know what i'm saying like that's that's the that's the boss 0.99

00:44:12.060 voice who tells you the fucking truth yeah right so we have to cultivate that and that boss voice you 1.00

00:44:18.020 can always hear it but we get so good at listening to the bitch voice that the boss voice sounds like a 1.00

00:44:22.900 fucking whisperer right so you have to really listen close at first and like that little tinge 0.99

00:44:27.980 like when you look in the mirror you look at your bank account you say oh dude it's all good and you 0.99

00:44:32.000 you have that little tinge of guilt that's your boss voice screaming at the top of its lungs hey do 0.99

00:44:37.380 something about this and because you're so used to listening to the bitch voice the boss voice is hard 1.00

00:44:43.620 to hear yeah but it's always there at least a little bit and the goal if you really want a great life

00:44:49.080 if you want to accomplish all the things you want to accomplish if you want to become who it is

00:44:52.900 you're capable of becoming real talk and not everybody does okay and that's fine but we're

00:44:58.120 here for the people that do and if you're one of these people you have to learn to to squelch 0.99

00:45:03.700 the fucking bitch voice as much as possible and always listen to the boss voice all right you have 1.00

00:45:08.820 to always listen to the boss voice the boss voice will tell you the truth it tells you what you 1.00

00:45:13.180 already know you already know you're not in shape you already know you're fucking fat you already know 0.99

00:45:17.140 why you're fat you know why you're broke too all right it's just we have to listen to it all right 0.98

00:45:22.720 and then take action and that can never happen without telling ourselves the truth and dude you 1.00

00:45:27.560 know at first it's painful as fuck because you're like fuck this is my fault and it sucks dude it's a 0.99

00:45:33.180 it's a sucky thing to work through because you have to admit that like this situation is actually your 0.99

00:45:38.660 fault and uh that's no fun but the best part about it is you're free to now take action upon it

00:45:45.400 which allows you to start walking up that mountain which is ultimately what you want to do anyway and

00:45:49.780 the longer that you delay walking up that mountain the longer you delay acknowledging that it exists

00:45:53.860 the longer you tell yourself story after story after story after story about why it is you you are how 1.00

00:46:01.060 you are and it's not your fault it's not this and that the longer you stay where the fuck you are 1.00

00:46:05.580 which is a place where you're not even happy at you see what i'm saying absolutely man dude for me one 1.00

00:46:10.560 of the craziest things is when i realized like i knew i was lying to myself but what pissed me off

00:46:15.240 is i i looked around and saw how everybody else was also lying to myself like they they were saying 0.97

00:46:20.360 the same shit like oh it's not that bad bj you're that's because i'm sitting there looking like you 0.99

00:46:24.840 guys were full of shit that's because the people that that's because bro you're you're you being 1.00

00:46:30.460 overweight is not like that's not you that you're you're a you're a fucking lovable dude people love 1.00

00:46:36.480 you dude and those people they don't want to fucking upset you in the moment right like they 0.99

00:46:41.280 don't want to ruin your day and be like yeah you fucking you're pretty fat dude yeah you know i'm 0.99

00:46:45.280 saying um because that's not fun to do that feels like bullying but the truth of the matter is the 0.99

00:46:50.460 people who truly love you and care about you will have a real talk with you about it and say hey look

00:46:54.460 man i know you ain't happy with this like let's fucking do something about it yeah and um you know 0.94

00:46:59.820 that's a whole nother conversation but in my opinion those are the friends you should keep those 0.95

00:47:03.960 the kind of people you should stay around people who are gonna hold you to a standard that that

00:47:08.780 that you know you should be holding yourself to even when you don't does that make sense oh man

00:47:14.320 so like so like one of the best things about all the people that i'm around and being up here first

00:47:20.640 form every day dude this is a great thing is that uh you know when i'm not up to standard there's plenty

00:47:26.040 of people remind me about it you know i'm saying yeah and we have a little culture here we kind of we

00:47:30.560 kind of tease each other about it or fuck with each other a little bit about it but we 0.76

00:47:33.820 know what's actually being said what's the intent yeah you know what the intent is yeah and and so 0.99

00:47:38.820 dude you know a lot of people these days are so fucking weak they can't deal with any any truth 0.98

00:47:44.740 at all you know they they call it hate speech and bullying and all this shit bro like you know i saw 1.00

00:47:51.620 this fucking thing uh the word obese is the n word for for fat people yeah the fuck out of here bro 1.00

00:47:58.660 that's a technical term and like you you could do something about being fucking fat it's it's 1.00

00:48:04.860 science you can eat less fucking food you can walk your fat ass around the block there's been 0.99

00:48:09.580 millions of people millions and millions and millions of people change their lives uh through 1.00

00:48:13.320 making some very small relative adjustments and by all accounts most of those people say fuck my life 0.97

00:48:18.680 is so much better you ever hear someone who lost five four hundred three hundred two hundred pounds 0.99

00:48:22.880 a hundred pounds and says fuck i wish i hadn't done that i miss being big yeah bro it doesn't 0.93

00:48:27.440 happen no it doesn't happen and so like though you know i'm a former big dude and uh i you know like 0.99

00:48:36.720 this is why i had no problem calling it out it's because i know you're lying to yourself and now you

00:48:40.340 want everybody else to participate in a lie so i'm saying absolutely you can't be around those kind

00:48:44.560 of people you got to be around the people who know what it is that you truly want to be

00:48:49.960 and help nudge you and push you and keep you on that path that's that's a major deal dude it's it's

00:48:56.600 i was actually talking to a couple of guys out in the uh gym this morning when we were training

00:49:01.100 about this concept about how important it is to have people around you that support you and will

00:49:07.340 will hold you accountable to your path the standard that you want to hold for yourself even when you

00:49:13.160 don't want to hold it see what i'm saying because dude we're all going to have weak points we're all 0.98

00:49:17.620 going to have points where we're like fuck it you got to have people around you that are going to say 0.97

00:49:21.460 no dude you do good you've done this you've done that let's just make this adjustment let's keep 0.97

00:49:25.880 moving forward and um that's invaluable and i don't think you can make it in in life to the highest

00:49:31.760 level of your own true potential without that in your in your uh ecosystem i don't i don't think it's

00:49:36.780 possible and and i don't think it's possible i know it's impossible for you to make it with a

00:49:43.620 negative force in your life you know a lot of people have partners that they date who are not

00:49:49.080 only not supportive but they're also nagging and they're pulling down and they're an anchor in the

00:49:53.900 boat right and bro you can't win with anchors in the boat it's just there's too many people that don't

00:49:58.820 have anchors in the boat that are working really fucking hard that are just as skilled and just as

00:50:02.400 talented as you to win with that and that's a hard thing for people to swallow because it means you

00:50:08.660 have to change some friends up it might mean you have to change a relationship up

00:50:11.780 and make some hard decisions and really ask yourself what do i truly want and my advice

00:50:17.160 to this and i'm gonna tell you this too dude like if you're in a relationship right now and you're

00:50:20.480 with a partner who nags you about how hard you work how driven you are that same partner will 0.89

00:50:25.260 fucking nag you for being fucking broke so you better remember that too the minute you start 1.00

00:50:29.480 taking your eyes off of your own goals and your own dreams and say oh i'm gonna go be a better 1.00

00:50:33.800 partner that partner when you don't have shit going on and the bank account gets a little low they're 0.74

00:50:38.120 gonna blame you for that too right so it's important to find someone who's going to help 0.99

00:50:42.460 row the boat not just fucking sit in the boat with an umbrella and fucking bark orders at you 0.99

00:50:47.580 you know what i mean real shit man yeah well guys andy that was three then he got some some special 1.00

00:50:54.500 sauce yeah go pay the fee i said go pay the fee man went from sleeping on the floor now my jewelry 1.00

00:51:01.600 box froze fuck a pole fuck a stove counted millions in the code bad bitch booted slow got her on bank 1.00

00:51:08.780 road can't fold doesn't know headshot case closed 1.00

00:51:12.560 you
