00:00:00.360 I can stack them hundreds to the roof. I ain't stopping till they stack to the moon.
00:00:04.860 Without me, my family wouldn't have food. Anybody go against me got to lose.
00:00:11.760 What's up guys? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy, I'm your host, and I am the motherfucking CEO.
00:00:19.280 Guys, today's podcast is a little bit different, and let me explain to you why. 0.92
00:00:24.380 Because I don't have time to record an actual podcast in the studio today, I am actually recording this, believe it or not,
00:00:33.260 and I'm not sure if this has ever actually been done before, while I'm doing my 75 hard outdoor workout.
00:00:42.440 I'm roughly, I don't know, maybe a little over halfway through, wearing a 30 pound weight vest, going up and down hills.
00:00:50.780 So when you hear me get out of breath, or breathing heavy, it's not because I'm masturbating. 0.98
00:00:58.080 It's because I'm doing fucking cardio, alright? 0.98
00:01:01.940 And it goes exactly with what I want to talk about today, which is this. 0.99
00:01:10.540 And now I'm just going to skip all the other bullshit of the fee. 0.99
00:01:13.360 If you don't know the fucking fee, ask somebody. 0.99
00:01:15.560 Hey, look, here's the truth, man. 0.99
00:01:22.420 This week's been annoying to me, really fucking annoying. 0.97
00:01:25.920 You know, I've got a lot of people getting into their 75 hard program. 0.97
00:01:30.940 I've got a lot of people, you know, trying to cut every fucking corner they can so they can, like, take pride.
00:01:37.100 And then I finished the 75 hard program. 0.99
00:01:40.880 They're talking about how they worked out by mowing their grass or some other bullshit cut corner excuse.
00:01:47.820 Or, you know, whatever. 0.98
00:01:51.720 The millions of excuses.
00:01:52.980 But here's the thing I want to talk to you guys about that really needs to be said.
00:01:58.400 But, you know, all these people have every possible excuse for why they don't accomplish what they say they want to accomplish.
00:02:08.800 They have every possible excuse for why they fail to do what they need to do and what they know they need to do to be more successful.
00:02:17.320 But I can tell you for sure the worst excuse that I hear literally all the time, and you hear it too, is the excuse everybody gives for not completing the critical tasks that are going to move them forward.
00:02:34.640 And it's this.
00:02:36.240 I'm tired.
00:02:38.340 I mean, Andy, you just don't understand. 0.93
00:02:41.220 I'm really, really fucking tired. 1.00
00:02:43.180 Motherfucker, I'm out here 72 fucking days without a fucking french fry or a fucking meal of any substance, working out twice a day, running seven motherfucking companies. 1.00
00:02:56.860 I just moved houses. 1.00
00:02:58.560 I got Arte Event, 200 people coming in town in two days. 1.00
00:03:03.720 You don't think I know what fucking tired is, motherfucker? 1.00
00:03:07.360 I know what tired is better than anybody. 1.00
00:03:10.020 And this is what I want to get the point across to you guys.
00:03:13.180 You cannot use the excuse of, I'm tired.
00:03:19.060 It's not relevant.
00:03:20.760 Because guess what? 0.98
00:03:22.760 Everybody is fucking tired. 0.99
00:03:25.580 And, you know, the one thing I think about whenever I think about this is, you know, the minute we're born, people will tell you, is the minute you start to die. 0.99
00:03:36.780 That's what getting older is.
00:03:38.300 That's what aging is.
00:03:39.480 It's a long, slow death.
00:03:42.220 And when you wake up and you're coming off six to seven to eight hours of rest and recharging, you have to understand that the minute that you wake up, you're starting to lose the energy.
00:03:57.880 Okay?
00:03:58.180 You're starting to feel tired. 1.00
00:03:59.560 I didn't make the fucking rules. 0.99
00:04:02.440 That's just the way it is. 0.99
00:04:04.460 Okay?
00:04:04.780 When you wake up in the morning, you are going to start being tired.
00:04:10.500 You're going to hit a little, you know, you're going to have your little routine.
00:04:13.760 You're going to get up.
00:04:14.620 You're going to shower.
00:04:15.340 You're going to work out.
00:04:15.980 You're going to have some energy for a couple hours.
00:04:18.220 Then the afternoon comes.
00:04:20.220 Guess what?
00:04:21.220 You're going to be tired.
00:04:22.160 That's how it works for all of us.
00:04:25.220 Okay?
00:04:25.720 There's nothing wrong with you. 0.99
00:04:27.300 That's just how it fucking works. 1.00
00:04:29.760 So when you say, oh, I'm tired, you have to understand how fucking pathetic that excuse actually is. 0.99
00:04:38.600 Because we are literally biologically programmed and the universe and God made the rules, not me, to be more and more tired as the fucking day goes on. 0.98
00:04:51.780 This makes very much sense logically. 0.96
00:04:55.200 It makes sense physiologically.
00:04:58.360 But some of you still can't understand that it's like that for everyone.
00:05:06.020 Okay?
00:05:06.280 We all are tired. 1.00
00:05:09.100 So when you say you're fucking tired, you sound like a fucking idiot. 1.00
00:05:13.600 Just so you know. 1.00
00:05:15.180 All right?
00:05:16.100 Now, what you have to understand that not only is everybody tired, but every single person who's ever accomplished anything great, whether it be climbing Mount Everest, whether it be running an Ironman, 0.97
00:05:34.100 whether it be running a country, whether it be running a motherfucking household, you are going to be tired. 0.96
00:05:43.920 All right? 0.99
00:05:44.600 You cannot count on every day feeling great.
00:05:49.080 You cannot count.
00:05:49.980 In fact, feeling great are the off days.
00:05:53.660 They're not the regular days. 0.98
00:05:55.980 Feeling great are the exception, not the fucking rule. 0.98
00:05:59.060 Okay? 0.98
00:05:59.340 And it doesn't matter what routine you have.
00:06:02.600 It doesn't matter what you put in your body.
00:06:05.200 It doesn't matter how much you take care of yourself.
00:06:07.600 The fact of the matter is, if you truly think about it, every single thing that you look at and you think about as a great accomplishment was done by someone who overcame the same tiredness that you have. 0.93
00:06:27.560 They slept less than you, they slept less than you, they fucking worked harder than you, and they didn't use it as an excuse. 0.90
00:06:36.440 All right? 0.98
00:06:37.320 And what does that mean?
00:06:39.140 Well, that means this.
00:06:40.920 That means that people who are great understand something that people who aren't don't.
00:06:49.380 And that's this.
00:06:50.300 Your effort has to always be beyond what your energy level is.
00:06:59.720 And that's hard for you to understand because it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense.
00:07:05.740 What it means is this.
00:07:07.760 The average person is going to run their tank down 20, 30% in a day.
00:07:14.060 All right?
00:07:15.200 That means they still have 70% of their energy left to go.
00:07:18.520 But because they're mentally weak and they can't operate when things aren't perfect, they can never truly accomplish anything.
00:07:30.120 When successful people, great people, people who change the world, people who raise wonderful families, people who succeed, people who are constant achievers,
00:07:42.400 they understand what running the tank down means. 0.99
00:07:46.380 And not only will they run the tank down to 5%, 10%, fuck even 1%, but they understand that the truly great shit doesn't even start to happen 0.99
00:08:00.380 until your effort is literally pushing further than what your energy level might be. 0.99
00:08:06.660 Meaning, when you're at 1% and you keep pushing and you go beyond having 1%, you are going to start to realize how much mental comes into play.
00:08:19.280 How much success in anything comes into your ability to expend effort when energy just isn't there.
00:08:28.180 All right?
00:08:28.480 And most of you can't grasp this because you've never done it.
00:08:33.040 You can't comprehend it because you've never done it.
00:08:36.780 But I'm going to tell you right now.
00:08:38.800 If you can't understand what it's like and how to operate at a very, very high level when you are tired, when you have 10% in the tank,
00:08:52.360 not 70%, 10%, 5%, 1%, and then on top of that, push past that point, you are never going to have success in life. 0.98
00:09:05.280 It'll never fucking happen. 0.60
00:09:07.020 Now, a lot of you guys are like, yeah, well, I don't do that and I make a couple hundred thousand dollars a year, I'm successful. 0.97
00:09:14.280 No, you're not.
00:09:14.780 Because your potential is to maybe make $20 million a year.
00:09:18.980 Maybe your potential is to make $30 million, maybe $100 million, maybe $2 million. 0.98
00:09:24.240 But just because you're successful as your fucking neighbor or you've got a nicer Escalade and he has a Tahoe does not make you successful. 0.96
00:09:33.220 What makes you successful is fulfilling what your true potential is. 0.97
00:09:39.480 So, you can never identify success as an actual number or a comparison of a lifestyle.
00:09:46.040 You have to compare it on terms of what it means to push past what your mental limits are, what your perceived physical limits are, to truly achieve really great things.
00:09:59.380 And this is a big problem for a lot of you guys because you're so conditioned and you're so used to not even trying when you're tired.
00:10:08.380 Not only do you not perform at a peak state, you give up the minute you start to talk about how tired you are.
00:10:17.200 Guys, this is what's holding you back.
00:10:20.420 This is why you don't look the way you want to look.
00:10:23.760 This is why you don't feel the way you want to feel.
00:10:27.320 This is why you're not making the money you want to make.
00:10:31.840 This is why.
00:10:34.280 Because you can't push past the mental excuse of being tired where other people can.
00:10:43.660 And it's not that other people can because they're more gifted or they have more talent or they have better circumstances than you.
00:10:52.040 It's because those people have conditioned their brain to understand what tired really is.
00:11:00.980 And they've also learned to accept the fact that they are always going to feel less than ideal.
00:11:08.920 That doesn't mean that they're going to stop pursuing feeling better.
00:11:13.420 However, of course we want to feel better.
00:11:16.000 Of course we're going to take care of our bodies.
00:11:18.420 Of course we're going to try to be as healthy and feel as good and look as good as we want.
00:11:23.500 But if you can't understand that even as good as you do with that, you're still going to be tired and accept that fact.
00:11:32.700 Okay?
00:11:33.220 Because really what we're fighting for now is how to be less tired.
00:11:36.520 If you can't accept that and work with that and understand that you will achieve nothing of true significance without doing it in an extremely, extremely, extremely tired state.
00:11:54.440 You will never do anything significant.
00:11:57.660 That's a fact.
00:11:59.020 You'll have a regular life.
00:12:00.860 You'll have a substandard level of living of what you could have.
00:12:05.340 You might be comfortable, but you'll never be great.
00:12:09.500 And because you're not great according to what your true potential is, when you're laying on your deathbed, or when people talk about you after you're gone, they're not going to say anything.
00:12:20.160 They're not going to say, he was a nice guy.
00:12:22.160 She was a nice lady. 0.99
00:12:24.140 And they're going to leave the funeral.
00:12:26.480 They're going to go have lunch.
00:12:28.220 They're going to hang out with their buddies.
00:12:29.760 In a couple hours they're going to be drunk.
00:12:31.640 And they're going to be laughing.
00:12:33.140 And guess what? 0.99
00:12:33.780 Tomorrow, you ain't going to fucking matter. 0.99
00:12:37.480 And to be completely honest with you guys, I can't think of much worse than that. 0.99
00:12:41.360 I can't think of much worse than that.
00:12:57.180 I can't think of even more.
00:12:59.540 I can't think of much worse than that.
00:12:59.780 You
