In this episode, I talk about the importance of integrity and how it directly affects your success. I also talk about my experience with the 75 Hard Program and how important it is to take control of your life and stop letting other people dictate your decisions.

00:04:55.140And some of you people, the reason you're not successful in life is the same reason you're not seeing physical changes on this program.

00:07:13.900And the point of this entire program is to raise and elevate and become aware of your standards and then get you in a position where you use momentum and you use the skills that you're going to learn and the awareness that you come to know to improve upon your ability to identify and correct behaviors that are keeping you where it is you don't want to be.
00:07:54.700And if you're actually doing it and you've been doing it for 100 days and you've lost four pounds and you look the fucking same and you've really been doing it, you should be able to look in the mirror and say, man, maybe I need to adjust my fucking diet.

00:08:20.080And because you're not doing the program and because you're not doing it and you know you're not really doing it, you're not getting results.
00:08:28.980Now, most people, and it's like we have this opposites, this polar opposite thing happening with the 75 hard, especially now that we're over 100 days into it.
00:08:38.120You have people getting fucking amazing results, talking about how it's the greatest thing they ever did, showing their before and afters, talking about the books they read, showing about the progress they made.

00:09:42.980If you guys are going through this program and you think that this is going to be something easy and it's easy for you and you're not sore and it's just this fun thing, dude, you're not doing it.

00:10:41.700And because you're quote unquote going through it and you think you're going through it and you think that it's not working well because you're not putting your heart into it, you're going to think it doesn't work when this is the ultimate fucking tool to fix your whole entire life.

00:12:02.800It's not logical fear like some relative who criticizes them or some struggle in their life like not being able to pay their bills on time or not being able to lose weight.
