00:00:00.400 I can stack them hundreds to the roof. I ain't stopping till they stack to the moon.
00:00:04.880 Without me, my family wouldn't have food. Anybody go against me gotta lose.
00:00:12.900 What is up, guys? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy. I'm your host,
00:00:17.360 and I am the motherfucking CEO. Today is Thursday Thunder, and guess what? 0.99
00:00:21.220 I'm going to fucking bring it. Before I bring it, make sure you're subscribed to the podcast. 0.93
00:00:26.060 Make sure you leave a review, and make sure you bring me a friend, okay?
00:00:31.120 This information is not throwaway information. There's nobody out there putting out the practical
00:00:38.240 information that we are. There's nobody out there helping more people than we are,
00:00:41.800 and I appreciate you guys, and I try to give you my best, so do me a solid and give me your best,
00:00:47.120 too, all right? It helps us. That's my little pitch. Now, dude, I was sitting at home last night,
00:00:53.820 and as I like to do, sometimes, I was laying on my couch, and every day when I get home,
00:01:03.740 Charlie, you guys have probably seen on my Instagram, my little bulldog, Charlie Bear.
00:01:08.500 She's my little baby. She immediately runs up and jumps on me, and she lays on me, and she,
00:01:15.340 you know, she just, sometimes she falls asleep, and when she falls asleep, I usually try to,
00:01:19.920 like, let her sleep there because, dude, for a dog, you know, we're big dog people. They don't
00:01:24.700 have much, man. They don't have jobs. They don't have, you know, places to go. All they have is us,
00:01:30.320 and so I try to, like, just let her do her little thing. Well, sometimes when I'm, you know,
00:01:36.240 chilling like that, sometimes I mess around on my phone and work, but Charlie doesn't like that
00:01:40.820 because she sticks her head up and, like, literally tries to knock the phone out of my hand. 1.00
00:01:44.860 It's the weirdest thing, but she lets me watch TV, so last night, dude, one of my favorite movies of
00:01:52.060 all time was on, and some of you older guys are going to know it, and some of you younger guys
00:01:56.600 are going to be like, what the fuck is that, because it was actually, like, early 80s movie, 0.96
00:02:01.340 I believe. It might have even been late 70s, but I think it was early 80s, because I remember as a 0.98
00:02:05.020 kid watching this movie. It's called Raiders of the Lost Ark, and it's the first Indiana Jones movie,
00:02:10.340 and if you haven't watched all the Indiana Jones movies, they are fucking awesome. Every single
00:02:15.460 one, except the last one, which was stupid. The one with Shia LaBeouf or LaDouche, whatever the 1.00
00:02:21.060 fuck that guy's name is. That guy ruined the whole fucking movie. Well, regardless, the rest are 1.00
00:02:27.460 really good. So, there's a scene in the movie that's, like, an iconic scene, and if you've seen
00:02:34.940 the movie, you're going to know what I'm talking about, and if you haven't, you've probably still
00:02:38.520 seen the scene somewhere, all right? He, like, is weighing out the sandbag and, like, trying to
00:02:45.240 get the weight right, and he's looking at this gold idol, like, which is a statue of a head, and he's,
00:02:49.860 like, trying to guess the weight, because if he pulls the gold off and the weight is wrong, 0.98
00:02:56.200 you know, you could tell some bad shit's going to happen. So, he quickly, like, snatches the gold 0.97
00:03:03.460 idol and puts it away, puts the fucking sandbag, and he, like, for a second, like, he's looking at it, 0.97
00:03:08.380 and he thinks he's good, except he isn't, because all of a sudden, the weight starts sinking, and he 1.00
00:03:13.420 knows that he is in a world of shit, all right? So, what does he do? He starts running, right? And 1.00
00:03:19.480 all of a sudden, like, all these booby traps start coming out, and arrows come out, and this big,
00:03:25.020 giant ball starts rolling towards him, and he's got to run as fast as he can, and then he's got to jump
00:03:30.120 over shit, and dodge shit, and do stuff, and, you know, eventually, he makes it out, and, you know, he's the 0.90
00:03:38.300 hero, right? But it got me thinking, man, you know, this is where most people totally screw up. This is where 0.99
00:03:46.720 most people completely fail at life and business, okay? And it's this point. To be a leader, to be a
00:03:57.580 motherfucking CEO, to be someone who's successful in literally anything in life, you've got to make the 0.97
00:04:05.500 decision to move, okay? And this is the difference between how successful people do and how most people 0.99
00:04:14.140 do. The reason most people can't get anywhere is because they spend so much time trying to think
00:04:20.140 of the perfect decision to make that they end up not making a decision, and their environment swallows
00:04:25.980 them up. Just like Indiana Jones, dude, if he's, as long as he keeps going, he can adapt, he can move,
00:04:32.500 he can jump, he can roll on the ground, he can get away from all this shit, you know? But in life, 0.85
00:04:38.560 it's the same way, okay? You make a decision, and you move, and then when, like, shit jumps out, 0.99
00:04:46.220 then you adapt, you know? You make another little decision or adjustment or this or that. You just 0.98
00:04:50.520 keep moving. Now, if Indiana Jones were like, holy fuck, dude, here comes this boulder, what do I do? 0.99
00:04:56.160 And then stops. Like, he doesn't move. Guess what happens? He fucking dies, okay? And that's the same 0.99
00:05:02.260 shit that happens to you. That's why you're not seeing the success that you could, because you're 1.00
00:05:06.580 spending all your time trying to think of the perfect scenario, make the perfect decision,
00:05:11.200 and do the perfect thing. And the reality is, guys, is nobody fucking is that good. I'm not that 0.94
00:05:17.060 good. You know, other people aren't that good. Steve Jobs, he's not that good. All these motherfuckers,
00:05:22.880 you know, Bill Gates, all these guys, Warren Buffett, they're not that good. The difference between guys 1.00
00:05:28.660 that do shit and guys that don't is this. They just keep moving. They make a decision to fucking move. 1.00
00:05:33.860 I'm going to go do this. This is what I'm going to do. And they don't get in a situation where they 1.00
00:05:39.180 stop. They're decisive. And you know what? They don't always make the best decision or the right
00:05:43.700 decision, but they have the ability to maintain fluidity and allows them to adapt and overcome.
00:05:52.140 And you know what? They welcome that because every time they adapt and every time they overcome,
00:05:56.340 they learn some new shit. So guys, stop trying to make the right decision and be so certain that 0.98
00:06:06.820 it's the right decision and just start making some decisions. Just start moving because the people who
00:06:13.040 get swallowed up by life, the people who get swallowed up by mediocrity, the people who never
00:06:18.000 really achieve anything in their entire life, the reason they don't is because they never decide to.
00:06:23.100 They're too busy thinking, what if, what if I do this and that happens? What if I do that and this
00:06:29.440 happens? What if I do this and that? And then this whole shit happens. And guess what? That's what
00:06:34.520 people do to themselves, man. They, what if they, what if they, what if they, what if they, what if,
00:06:38.200 and the shit that they're afraid of ends up happening by default because the world is constantly 0.98
00:06:42.860 moving. Everybody else is moving. We're progressing. We're changing. We're adapting. And if you 0.99
00:06:49.560 don't decide to do the same, guess what? You get left behind by default. All right. That's why I try
00:06:56.880 to teach people that success is not something that is like a, you know, I hate saying this because
00:07:03.280 people say this. Success is not a destination. It's a fucking journey, but there's a lot of truth
00:07:08.560 to that. Okay. You have to understand that as long as you're moving, as long as you make a decision, 1.00
00:07:16.500 and it may not be the right one today, as you progress, as you move forward, as you put more
00:07:24.340 years under your belt as an entrepreneur, you are going to get to a situation where you've learned
00:07:30.260 because you've made the wrong decisions, how to make better decisions. So while you might not make,
00:07:36.020 you might not make the right decisions in the beginning, as you continue to make the wrong
00:07:40.880 decisions, you'll learn, you'll make better decisions. And dude, you know, when you're 15,
00:07:44.820 20 years down the road, you're going to make good decisions, you know, most of the time and the bad
00:07:51.900 decisions will be out of your system. And that's going to, it's going to be important because now
00:07:55.300 your decisions are going to be million dollar decisions versus a hundred dollar decisions like
00:07:59.460 they are now. So guys, you know, if you haven't watched Indiana Jones, you could, you could look at
00:08:06.180 literally a million scenarios that reflect how this works. And, you know, look at American Ninja
00:08:11.760 Warrior, you know, you got all these fucking props going around and shit going around and dude, 1.00
00:08:16.020 you got to fucking move. And if you stand still, you fucking lose. Okay. You get knocked off the 1.00
00:08:19.960 tower or you get run over by some big foam bunny rabbit or whatever, dude, like some shit pops out, 1.00
00:08:26.460 you know, the, the fucking, it's just weird. It's weird shit. I don't get it, but like, that's what 1.00
00:08:30.880 happens, man. You know? So you have to understand that moving is better than standing still.
00:08:37.700 And so being able to make a decision quickly is one of the defining qualities of a great CEO.
00:08:46.580 All right. And you might not be the CEO, maybe it's your CEO of your life. Okay. Um, but it's
00:08:52.060 the same thing, dude, you've got to move, you've got to adapt, you've got to observe what's happening
00:08:57.240 and you've got to be able to do that quickly so that you don't get paralyzed and get run over by
00:09:04.140 whatever's happening around you. All right. So you have to stay moving. Nobody makes the right
00:09:09.820 decisions in business. Nobody does. Nobody has the perfect plan. Nobody has the, you can make a
00:09:16.140 plan, but you shouldn't spend so much time planning that it keeps you from moving. And that's what
00:09:20.320 most of you guys do. You, you say, I'm going to do this one day and, but, and I'm going to, I'm
00:09:25.880 going to, I got to learn this and I got to buy this dude's program and I got to read this book first
00:09:29.820 and I got to do this and that. And guess what happens? You never end up doing shit because
00:09:34.520 you've already put too many roadblocks in front of you to even get to the point of doing anything. 0.96
00:09:38.620 Part of that's because you're afraid of doing it. I got a message yesterday from some guys.
00:09:42.680 And if you're listening to the podcast, uh, I can't remember the exact guy's name, but
00:09:46.720 I wouldn't say it anyway. Cause what I'm about to say might embarrass them, but here's the truth,
00:09:51.780 man. These guys are like, yeah, dude, we're, we're wanting to start this business and we're
00:09:55.080 wanting to start a construction business and you know, the, the, uh, the insurance and the
00:10:00.160 legalities and the accounting and all that stuff, the taxes that intimidates us. It's scary. And so,
00:10:06.500 and I'm like, I'm like, dude, this is the fucking easiest shit to learn about that there is. You're 1.00
00:10:14.160 being fucking pussy. And that's what I told him, you know, dude, nobody knows about any of that 1.00
00:10:19.500 boring bullshit. When they start a business, you've got to go out and you got to talk to people that are 0.98
00:10:24.200 doing it. Ask some questions, go find a competent CPA or an attorney that can help you answer those
00:10:30.420 questions. And you know, if you don't have the money to pay them, trade them something, do a lot
00:10:35.320 of, there's a lot of people out there that will help you overcome and keep moving. But if you keep
00:10:40.820 placing these roadblocks that you think are enormous and that, you know, like the question to 0.87
00:10:45.160 me, uh, that those guys asked was like, it was ridiculous. Like, what if I never started the
00:10:51.680 business? Cause I didn't know, like, I didn't know how to fucking pay the right taxes or have 0.96
00:10:55.460 the right insurance or, or set up a bank account or do any of that shit when I was starting. And 0.98
00:11:00.580 let's be real, dude, if you're going to let something like that stop you, you probably don't
00:11:04.320 have what it takes to start a business in the first place because there's going to be much bigger
00:11:09.000 obstacles. So really what it does guys is it just takes a night. It takes, um, it takes a mentality
00:11:15.660 flip, right? Instead of trying to learn shit before. Cause like, dude, this is bred into us. 0.99
00:11:21.640 This is bred into us by the school system. Learn this, get this certification. Then you're qualified
00:11:27.580 to go do, well, guess what? There's no fucking certification for life. There's no certification 0.99
00:11:33.320 for becoming an entrepreneur. There just isn't not one that's credible by the way. So guess what
00:11:38.960 you're going to do? You're going to have to go do first and then learn. All right. So it's
00:11:44.380 completely opposite what you're taught your entire life. And that's why it feels so unnatural.
00:11:48.820 But dude, let me tell you the biggest achievers in this earth, the most influential people on this
00:11:55.100 earth, the best artists on this earth, the biggest creators on this earth, all understand one concept
00:12:01.360 that you're not grasping yet. And yet it's this do first, then learn, not learn first, then do.
00:12:09.200 Okay. Like you're taught in school the whole time. So guys get comfortable with that. You know,
00:12:14.180 do first, then learn. That's the way it works. All right. Go try it. You're going to learn some
00:12:19.940 shit. Go try it again. You're going to learn some more stuff. Go try it a third time. You're 1.00
00:12:24.140 going to learn more. And you know what? By the 10,000th time, guess what? You're going to be a
00:12:27.740 fucking expert. That's how this works. All right. That's the secret that you guys are missing. 1.00
00:12:33.840 You can't buy that shit from some fucking guru. You can't read a book that fucking talks about that. 1.00
00:12:39.580 Maybe you can. I don't, but if there is, I don't know it. I'm just telling you this. 0.99
00:12:43.200 Learning and becoming good and becoming an expert and making a lot of fucking money and this and 0.97
00:12:48.360 that, we can talk about hard work. We can talk about initiative. We can talk about accepting 0.97
00:12:52.000 responsibility for your life. We can talk about all the things, you know, that go into being
00:12:57.000 successful. But the biggest thing that holds you back is this. You think you're not qualified
00:13:02.400 because the world tells you, you aren't your mom, your dad, your aunt, your uncle, your brothers,
00:13:07.840 your sisters, your friends, the people's closest to you. They're like, how are you going to do that?
00:13:12.260 You're not certifying that. Like, dude, when I was making, when I was first designing supplements,
00:13:16.800 people are like, how are you going to fucking design supplements? You never fucking, 0.98
00:13:19.840 you never, uh, you don't, you're not qualified at that. You're not a, what are you, a scientist? 0.99
00:13:24.020 No, I'm not a fucking scientist, but you know what I am? I'm smart enough to go fucking hire them. 0.99
00:13:28.940 Okay. And that's the point. 0.99
00:13:32.400 You've got to understand that you don't have to know everything and you don't have to be qualified,
00:13:37.000 but you've got to be, you've got to have the ability to understand that you're going to learn
00:13:41.880 as you go. You're going to have to ask questions. You're going to have to move forward and you're
00:13:46.540 going to have to do that before the world thinks you're qualified. And you know what? By the time
00:13:50.740 you are qualified, the world thinks you're qualified. It's already too late. You're an expert.
00:13:54.320 All right. So put in your mind that instead of thinking I've got to learn, then do put in your
00:14:03.400 mind, I'm going to do, and then I'm going to learn. All right. Because that's how this process works.
00:14:08.340 Stop creating roadblocks for yourself. Oh, I don't know about taxes. Oh, I don't know about
00:14:13.980 insurance. Oh, I don't know about packaging. Well, guess what? You're going to find all that
00:14:18.920 shit out real fucking quick when you want to go open a business. So you're going to learn it. 1.00
00:14:22.980 So stop making yourself paralyzed by overthinking this shit. Some of the most successful people 0.99
00:14:30.480 I know are literally dumb as fuck. And that's the truth. They are dumb. They're so fucking dumb 1.00
00:14:38.160 that they don't know any better than to just go do it. And I'm being dead serious. I'm talking about 1.00
00:14:45.840 guys that can't spell. They can't, they don't know the difference between our O U R and our
00:14:52.080 A R E. They use them interchangeably guys like that. And I've got legitimate people that 1.00
00:14:56.840 can't read or write that are fucking multi, multi, multimillionaires because they understand 0.99
00:15:02.300 this one concept of doing then learning and not repeating the same shit over and over 1.00
00:15:06.160 again. So quit fucking having to go to 50 fucking seminars a year and get sold 17,000 1.00
00:15:13.260 fucking programs that you don't need about this and that and this, this, this, because you 1.00
00:15:17.580 feel like you need to be qualified, go out and do some shit, learn some shit, ask some 1.00
00:15:22.440 questions from people who have been through the shit and use that formula to win instead 1.00
00:15:26.560 of trying to fucking certify yourself. Cause really, let's be real. You're not trying to 0.99
00:15:30.540 learn. You're trying to stop. You're trying to put off the, uh, the deadline as far as you
00:15:36.080 can. Right? Like you're trying, you're like, fuck, this is going to be hard. It's going to
00:15:39.000 be scary. I'm going to have to quit my current job. I'm going to have to do this. I'm not
00:15:43.220 going to have as much money and you're building up in your head, all these fucking negatives. 0.99
00:15:46.980 And instead of going out and doing it, you're making up these reasons that, that, that are 1.00
00:15:53.140 complete and total bullshit. So do first, then learn. Remember the Indiana Jones deal, dude, 0.99
00:16:00.120 as long as you keep moving, as long as you're decisive, as long as you make decisions and
00:16:06.000 then adapt as you go, you're on the right track. It's when you stand still that you're going
00:16:10.480 to get fucking killed. 1.00
