what is up guys you're listening to the mf ceo project i'm andy i'm your host and i am
00:00:17.560
the motherfucking ce ho ho ho and here we are today with a special christmas edition
00:00:25.280
podcast i would say holiday edition except for when people say happy holidays it really gets
00:00:30.180
my fucking nerves so i'm going to say merry fucking christmas um guys what i want to talk
00:00:35.320
to you guys about today is first and foremost i want to say thank you uh we have had an amazing
00:00:40.180
year we've had amazing support uh we've gone from a very very small uh insignificant podcast to
00:00:47.180
something that is in the top rated podcast of all of podcasts on earth um i want you guys to
00:00:55.900
understand that this isn't possible without your help all right and you know we don't sell anything
00:01:02.240
we don't ask you to buy anything we're not selling programs we're not selling uh you know seminars we're
00:01:08.160
not selling anything what we're doing is trying to create a movement we're trying to create motion in
00:01:13.900
the world and we're trying to bring back some of the values that made this country great uh from
00:01:20.360
50 60 70 years ago things like taking responsibility things like work ethic things like looking out and
00:01:26.720
doing the right thing for other people um basically all the values that have been sort of lost over the
00:01:33.280
course of time uh competition um there's lots of them that go with that but uh what we ask guys is
00:01:40.860
that if you listen to the podcast if you find value in it that you share it with one friend you let
00:01:45.740
somebody know so uh that's our little fee that's how we ask people to share and and that's why we
00:01:51.520
become one of the most popular podcasts on earth with that being said guys you know here we are a couple
00:01:56.800
days from christmas uh the year is coming to a close we've had an amazing year things have been
00:02:02.460
really almost surreal and and how they've grown for us um and that led me to start talking about
00:02:10.440
thinking about things uh such as gratitude and such as uh you know focusing on the positivity versus
00:02:17.720
the negativity you know we live in a world now that is constantly bombarded by negativity if you go on
00:02:24.300
facebook if you go on instagram if you go on any of the social medias you're bound to see people
00:02:29.880
bitching 10 times more than you see them creating positive valuable content that helps people and helps
00:02:38.460
bring people up and what i want to talk to you guys about is how important sharing gratitude and
00:02:45.220
spreading gratitude is okay a lot of you guys have bad days we all have bad days all of us have days
00:02:53.140
where we want to pack it in we want to go home we want to write some bullshit status on our facebook about
00:02:58.040
how the world is fucked up and how we are the victims of you know all the rest of society
00:03:06.100
but guys the people who win the people who do well the people who succeed ultimately at life
00:03:12.120
they keep those feelings inside and they refocus on the positives okay and i want to share with you
00:03:18.160
how i do this um some of the things i do guys when i think about you know how bad things are going and
00:03:25.520
how rough things are going and how hard things are is i take a step back and i refocus on what's positive
00:03:32.060
and i do this in a couple different ways one of the things i do is when i wake up in the morning
00:03:37.280
when i brush my teeth like while i'm brushing my teeth i've trained myself to reflect upon what is
00:03:44.320
positive in my life okay so i'll i'll be frustrated i'll be angry i'll be upset okay and what i'll do is
00:03:53.080
i'll refocus those feelings into positivity and so i'll reflect on you know my business i reflect on
00:03:59.920
the awesome employees that we have the awesome friends i have in my business because in our
00:04:04.180
company it's a big family i'll focus on all the good things we have going for us i'll focus on my
00:04:10.360
family i'll focus on how far we've come and guys if you start focusing on the positivity and you start
00:04:17.040
focusing on the gratitude you'll start to see that is impossible to feel bad about where you are
00:04:23.180
so when you feel bad and you feel frustrated and you feel angry like we all do no matter what somebody
00:04:29.200
says no matter how good they are at pretending their life is fucking perfect especially online
00:04:34.480
nobody's life is perfect and you have to understand that every single person you follow every single
00:04:40.380
person you look up to every single person that you are uh influenced by has these kind of days and
00:04:47.480
the way that we flip those days is that we focus on what we're grateful for and i challenge you to
00:04:53.620
try this next time you're feeling pissed next time you're feeling upset next time you're feeling that
00:04:57.940
the world is against you take the feelings that you would have at that time and start to think about
00:05:05.200
what you're grateful for you know you have a house you have a home you have friends you have family you
00:05:11.860
have all these great opportunities in front of you and i don't care who you are you have these things
00:05:16.580
whether you choose to see them or not all right and i challenge you to try to feel grateful
00:05:22.120
and also feel bad at the same time now i do this in the morning because i want my day to start off on
00:05:30.000
a positive note i want my day to be great so i start first thing in the morning i make sure that
00:05:35.440
you know i start my day out on the right attitude so i do this while i'm brushing my teeth and i've
00:05:41.220
trained myself to actually have a mental response that is physiologically attached to when i brush my
00:05:47.360
teeth i'm thinking about how grateful i i have or how grateful i am for my life okay so that's the
00:05:54.920
first thing i do the second thing i do is that before i go to bed at night i make sure that i
00:06:00.220
visualize what i want my life to be what i want my life to be like and what i'm grateful for after i
00:06:08.200
visualize what i want because so many of us get caught up in what we want that we're always striving to
00:06:14.460
achieve things that we don't take the time to be grateful so while i do my visual visualization
00:06:20.300
techniques before i actually start to feel grateful for what i have and so what i want you to do is i
00:06:27.820
want you to think about what you want your life to be out try to see it in great detail use your
00:06:33.140
visualization skills you know this is right before you go to bed think about what you want your life
00:06:37.620
to be think about how you want your life to be try to see it as much detail as possible and i mean
00:06:43.180
extreme detail like like i would like i've said this a million times i always used to uh visualize
00:06:49.160
and when i had no reason to believe this would be reality i used to visualize driving up to a private
00:06:56.260
plane and getting out of a lamborghini and going on the plane and that would be something that i
00:07:00.500
visualize and this is just a small example so you guys can understand but what i would try to
00:07:05.120
visualize in detail was i would try to see the lamborghini doors going up because you know they all have
00:07:09.260
vertical doors um and i would see the door go up and then i would visualize myself actually stepping
00:07:14.620
out of the plane stepping onto the concrete trying to see what the concrete looked like walking up to
00:07:19.720
the plane noticing the color of the plane what it looks like um if you know the stripe on the side of
00:07:26.520
the plane i look at the handrail and see the chrome on the handrail and i try to like visualize every
00:07:31.960
single detail as much clarity as i could and i did that for years and guys guess what that's part of my
00:07:38.240
life now that's what i do but after i did that part i would spend time feeling grateful for what i did
00:07:45.540
i would spend time feeling grateful for the situation i was in i would spend time feeling good about
00:07:52.820
you know where i was the opportunities that i'd be given and how thankful i was to be me and not
00:08:01.560
not a lot of not a lot of us do that especially those people who are in the situation in the position
00:08:09.380
of trying to be ambitious trying to achieve goals trying to be aggressive with their life we don't
00:08:17.020
take enough time to sit back and feel grateful for all the amazing things that we have guys and that
00:08:23.620
feeling of of gratitude is one of the springboards to success because it takes away a lot of the
00:08:30.060
pressure it takes away a lot of the anxiety it takes away a lot of the negativity and when you
00:08:34.720
have those feelings removed from your life it's a lot easier to move forward so guys what i want you
00:08:40.460
to do if you're not doing it already is i want you to take a minute and i want you to reflect on all
00:08:45.840
the positive things and that's what we're doing here you know i am so extremely thankful for you guys
00:08:51.740
and so extremely grateful for what you guys have done for this podcast and what you've done for my
00:08:58.040
business you know a lot of you guys have become customers of first form i appreciate that so much
00:09:03.800
um and you know i think about the employees that we have here in the front i hate even calling them
00:09:10.700
employees because they're more of my family than they are but you know my family within the company uh
00:09:16.040
our extreme network of of outside legionnaires and and sales reps within our company and how amazing
00:09:24.220
the culture is around uh you know the ms ceo project first form and everything else that
00:09:30.080
we're involved in and that all comes from you guys and i just want to say thank you uh you know and i
00:09:35.260
know i'm expressing those feelings for vaughn as well that we we have the best people here and with all of
00:09:41.400
us trying to move forward and be better and be more active in the legacy that we leave behind
00:09:48.260
for the next generation we can make a difference in the way the world changes you know all of us agree
00:09:55.660
that the world is our society here in america is not in the best place right now um but guys it's
00:10:03.180
going to take us on an individual level to correct that you know there is no they that's going to come
00:10:08.960
around and fix everything for us it's going to become us setting an example for the next generation
00:10:14.100
and because of that you know and because i know that's the kind of people that you guys are i'm
00:10:18.840
just so appreciative of what you guys have done uh for us so thank you so much i appreciate you guys
00:10:25.460
i love you guys and i wish you the best christmas possible uh you know and and i'm looking forward to
00:10:33.220
what we're going to do together this next year um guys i love you guys and i'll talk to you soon
