00:00:00.000 What is up guys, you're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy, I'm your host and I am
00:00:11.620 the motherfucking CEO. Guys, today is Thursday Thunder, but before I get into that, I want 0.98
00:00:17.960 to remind you that we have a review contest going on. The prize is a 20 to 30 minute Skype
00:00:23.100 with me where I'm going to give you the answers to your questions, give you advice, give you
00:00:27.220 guidance, one-on-one with me. All you have to do is go to iTunes and write a review about
00:00:34.160 the podcast. Guys, if you would also subscribe to the podcast, that would be a huge help.
00:00:39.240 This is how we get ranked. This is how we grow the podcast. We don't ask for money. We don't
00:00:45.180 ask you to buy anything from us. It's just simply, we're trying to drive the podcast ranking
00:00:53.600 up so that more people can find out about the movement that we've created here, which
00:00:57.320 is obviously the no fluff, no BS, no magic unicorns, overnight success bullshit that everybody 0.56
00:01:04.600 preaches these days. It's the reality. It's the tools that you need to be successful. 0.98
00:01:09.080 It's helped cultivating the mindset that you need to be successful. And it's about reversing
00:01:14.600 the last 30 years of everybody wins mentality. Okay. And I think that's a good thing. And if
00:01:20.920 you're listening to this podcast, I know you think it's a good thing. And the way that
00:01:24.340 we help people know about the podcast by be ranking, uh, us up high amongst the other
00:01:31.040 podcasts. Now, most of the other podcasts have guests. We do not have guests in the way
00:01:37.320 they grow their podcast by leveraging their audience against other people's audiences by
00:01:41.520 having guests on. We don't do that very much. Uh, because honestly, I don't feel like we need
00:01:46.480 to do that. I feel like we offer the right, the right information. I feel like we offer the
00:01:50.080 right mindset. And the second point is there's not many people out there that have this mindset.
00:01:55.060 You know, a lot of people are out there trying to sell you something. They're trying to get you,
00:01:58.200 uh, to believe in something that's, that's not actually there. The overnight success,
00:02:02.580 uh, the fast success, the instant gratification, which are all poisonous to the mindset of real
00:02:08.060 success. So guys, with that being said, if you go leave a review, I would appreciate it.
00:02:12.500 Um, we're going to have the contest winners here in a couple of weeks. Uh, and you know,
00:02:17.180 that's on iTunes. So go do that now guys, Thursday thunder. I want to get into this real quick.
00:02:21.480 And, and, um, it's something that I see affecting a lot of mentalities. All right. The entrepreneurial
00:02:29.460 mindset is more than if you just own a business, you know, if you are an employee in a business
00:02:36.460 and you're wanting to create a value in yourself and you're wanting to move up in the ranks and
00:02:41.580 you're wanting to build on your career and you're wanting to get paid more and grow more and, 0.91
00:02:45.600 and, you know, do all the things that everybody wants to do, uh, AKA make more fucking money. 0.97
00:02:52.820 All right. You've got to have the entrepreneurial mindset. You've got to look at yourself as a 0.93
00:02:56.960 business. And one thing that I want to address right now is this, nobody is out to get you.
00:03:06.640 I see this so often. I get so many questions and so many comments about this from young people,
00:03:14.200 especially where they feel like people are out to get you. Okay. There is no success boogeyman
00:03:22.860 that comes around and comes to your house and tugs on your jacket and keeps you from going out the 0.98
00:03:29.480 front door and going out and getting shit done. It doesn't exist. Okay. Will people say things that 0.96
00:03:37.300 are going to discourage you? Yes. Will people that you know, not understand your journey? Yes.
00:03:42.920 Will people who have been your friends your whole entire life question your motives for doing things
00:03:48.500 and bettering yourself? Yes. But none of those things will keep you from going out and getting
00:03:56.760 shit done. None of those things will keep you from going out and learning the skills you need to learn
00:04:04.620 to become successful. None of those things will keep you from going out, taking accountability for your
00:04:12.680 actions, becoming a person of value in your organization and contributing to your organization 0.98
00:04:18.680 so that you can earn more fucking money. There is no boogeyman of success. Nobody out there is out to get 0.98
00:04:30.620 you. This is a common theme amongst people who consider themselves ambitious and consider themselves
00:04:37.360 entrepreneurs in the mindset, but haven't been able to progress and make more money. Okay.
00:04:46.560 If you have a boss, if you live in a company that are working a company that, uh, you know, you don't feel
00:04:52.940 is paying you fairly or taking, uh, uh, your position seriously or creating a situation where you can move
00:05:00.500 up. Whose fucking fault is that? If you stay there. Okay. Now, most of you probably work in a company 0.98
00:05:08.860 where there is plenty of opportunity and there is plenty of, of growth potential and there is plenty
00:05:15.020 of upward mobility, but the reality of the situation is you are not doing what you need to do to create
00:05:23.400 value in yourself to move forward. Instead, you say things like, Oh, well, Bob, the, my manager,
00:05:29.780 he doesn't want me to move up or Sally, our HR director. She hasn't, she has a problem with my
00:05:34.940 attitude or bill, the CEO. You know, he doesn't like me because of this, this, and this bullshit. 1.00
00:05:42.560 The reason you aren't moving up is because you aren't contributing enough to the fucking company 1.00
00:05:47.840 to where they have to pay you more or else you will fucking leave. Cause those are your two options. 0.99
00:05:54.600 Either grow the skill set. Actually have three options. Grow the fucking skill set that you need.
00:06:03.360 Don't grow the skill set that you need and stay exactly where you are or grow the skill set that 1.00
00:06:08.920 you need. And if it's not recognized, move on somewhere else where it will be because value is
00:06:14.620 always recognized. Value is always valuable. Value will always command more income. And so many of
00:06:22.780 you motherfuckers look at society as if everybody is out to get you that you use that shit as an 1.00
00:06:30.440 excuse to not do what you need to fucking do. And it's disgusting. It's frustrating. And honestly, 1.00
00:06:37.720 it's pathetic. Everybody on the internet right now says they want to be successful. Everybody on the 0.98
00:06:44.940 internet now claims to be a fucking boss. Everybody on the internet now claims that in five years, 0.99
00:06:51.520 they're going to be a millionaire. Well, how about this? How about you fucking show me? Because I'm
00:06:57.400 going to tell you right now, most of you motherfuckers are saying, Oh, so-and-so's out to get me because 0.99
00:07:03.080 he doesn't want me to succeed. That's irrelevant. Do you have haters? Probably not. But maybe you do 0.99
00:07:12.240 because you got to be a pretty big fucking deal to have people that really hate you. But let's say 0.99
00:07:16.820 you do. What are haters? Haters are people who talk. They don't come to your house and bolt your
00:07:24.980 front door shut and take away your fucking phone and take away your ability to learn and create and 0.99
00:07:31.440 provide value. They talk. They can't keep you from doing what you need to do. The only person that 1.00
00:07:41.340 can keep you from doing what you need to fucking do is you. And so many of you guys use these excuses 0.99
00:07:50.140 like people are out to get you or your boss doesn't like you or people are taking advantage of you or
00:07:55.800 you've got haters so that you can sit back with your feet up and comfortably defer the blame for your
00:08:03.520 lack of success onto other circumstances or people. And guys, there is nothing more fucking weak than that. 0.99
