00:00:00.000 Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the highlight of human civilization.
00:00:10.500 It's called Coffee with Scott Adams because that's what we do here,
00:00:13.900 in addition to hearing the funniest takes on the news that you've ever heard in your whole life.
00:00:18.560 If you'd like to make this experience go up to a level that you can't even imagine now,
00:00:23.560 all you need is a cup or a mug or a glass, a tank or jellic, a Stein, a canteen,
00:00:27.560 jug or flask, a vessel of any kind, fill it with your favorite liquid. I like coffee. And join me
00:00:34.360 now for the unparalleled pleasure of the dopamine hit of the day. The thing that makes everything
00:00:37.940 better is called the simultaneous sip. And it happens now. Go. Ah, savor it. Savor it. Good.
00:00:50.600 Good savoring. Well, here's news from Japan. Did you know that, I saw this on a post from
00:01:00.760 End Wokeness, that the, did you know the Apple stores in Japan, they don't lock up the goods?
00:01:09.080 If you go into an Apple store in Japan, you could pick up an iPhone and just walk out the
00:01:14.540 door with it. But nobody does. Isn't that hard to hold in your head? That the, you know,
00:01:24.440 a thousand dollar phone is just sitting on a counter in this busy, bustling place. They're
00:01:32.340 not even worried about somebody stealing it. It's just not even a thing. I'll tell you in
00:01:37.820 the last year, I've had, I've heard so many good things about Japan. Is this happening
00:01:44.960 to you as well? People have gone there. I've probably been asked more, have I gone to Japan
00:01:51.640 than any other place I've been asked. And the story is always the same. People get there
00:01:57.500 and they say, um, I didn't know what a modern city looked like until I went to Tokyo. And they
00:02:05.640 say stuff like, uh, you can't believe how good it is in Tokyo. And they say things like the
00:02:12.360 people and the women are so nice and nothing. There's, it's clean. It's completely clean.
00:02:21.480 So I'm going to put Japan onto my short list of places to escape if things get too bad here.
00:02:28.700 Speaking of things getting too bad, Chicago has decided that what they need and their city
00:02:33.740 is, uh, fewer smart people. They need fewer smart students. So what they're going to do is they're
00:02:39.920 going to eliminate the gifted school program so that the gifted people, uh, cannot stand out
00:02:46.100 compared to the average people because gifted people is, you know, if you help the people who
00:02:53.020 are gifted, how is that going to be good for the world? Am I right? How could that possibly turn
00:03:00.200 out well for everybody? Helping the most capable among us to excel? I don't see anything good
00:03:07.800 that can come from that except racism. So as one of them said, uh, who was behind this program
00:03:16.800 to get rid of the gifted schools, uh, the gifted programs just add stress because it allows some
00:03:23.700 students to achieve higher levels of education. Yeah. If you let some people do better than other
00:03:28.880 people, well, that's just going to add stress to the system. So you don't want any stress in your
00:03:36.340 system, do you? Because what are, what are some systems that have stress? Let's see, democracy,
00:03:44.240 capitalism, life itself. Yeah. You don't want any of that. So get rid of all that stress and you'll
00:03:52.760 have a good time. May I say that Chicago looks like the stupidest fucking people I've ever seen
00:04:00.220 in my life. There's some really stupid people running your, your state or your city. By the way,
00:04:07.220 Chicagoans, did you know how stupid they are? I mean, they're really, really stupid. There's no
00:04:13.140 other story to tell you, right? I'd love to say this is, oh, it's Democrats versus Republicans. It's not.
00:04:20.160 No, this is stupid versus smart. And they've very clearly even framed it that way. They've
00:04:26.580 actually framed it that they don't want smart people ruining their city. Well, they're getting
00:04:31.260 their way. If you vote for a stupidity over smart, you're going to get it. So good for them. They're
00:04:38.320 getting what they want. Apparently it's now legal for the Texas police to arrest illegal immigrants.
00:04:46.040 The big surprise of this story is, wait a minute, that wasn't the case before? Apparently not. Apparently
00:04:56.100 not. Apparently the police were helpless to arrest people that were obviously in the country illegally.
00:05:03.040 But now that's changed. So we'll see if that makes a difference.
00:05:07.080 Question. Do you think that we could recover America from its current bad situation? Because
00:05:18.880 we're kind of in a woke cesspool and the economy seems to have too much debt. Although there
00:05:25.120 is a lot that looks good in the economy. I'll give Biden that. But the debt seems unsurvivable,
00:05:31.080 really. I don't know how we could survive it. But Vivek Ramaswamy has some ideas. He says as
00:05:37.940 president, he'll repeal Lyndon Johnson's executive order that mandated race-based quotas. He says
00:05:46.620 every Republican since Johnson had the opportunity to do it, but I'll do it on day one without an
00:05:51.040 apology. Do you think that would help the economy to get rid of race-based quotas? In theory,
00:05:59.240 I mean, not right away, but in theory he should. How about he's going to reduce federal employees
00:06:05.640 by 75 percent? Do you think that's feasible? A lot of people would say there's no way you
00:06:13.660 can do that until they watch Elon Musk do it. Elon Musk did it, reduced the old Twitter by
00:06:21.400 80 percent, and traffic's up 22 percent compared to last year at this time. Let me say that again.
00:06:30.380 80 percent of the staff of Twitter were fired or left, and in that year, traffic is up 22 percent.
00:06:41.480 It's doing great. Yeah, the X platform is doing great traffic-wise. They still need to be cash
00:06:48.680 positive. Vivek says he'll shut down the redundant agencies, and he'll rescind 50 percent of federal
00:06:56.340 regulations that fail to meet some EPA standard, or some West Virginia versus EPA standard, etc.
00:07:05.040 Now, do you think some of those things will make a difference? I think so. Some of those things
00:07:12.400 make a difference. But Kamala Harris is also working on important things. She's reportedly going to
00:07:20.060 travel the country in 2024, highlighting the abortion fight. So she wants to make sure that
00:07:27.660 abortion's in the top of people's minds as we go into the election. And I don't know. Kamala Harris has
00:07:36.560 had a number of special projects. But this one feels like the most on point. And honestly, it's one of
00:07:45.800 the few things that everybody can get behind. Because I think what she'll be doing is advocating
00:07:50.560 that Democrats terminate their pregnancies before those children grow up to vote for Democrats.
00:08:01.100 Now, that feels like something you could all get behind. Because I don't think the Republicans
00:08:07.920 are going to have much difference in their reproduction based on the abortion laws. But the Democrats
00:08:15.100 will. You know, if it's less available, there'll be fewer of them. So Kamala will be trying to suppress
00:08:22.800 the number of Democrats that are born. And I don't know. Maybe everybody wins. I don't know.
00:08:36.480 So, and the weird thing about it is that, of course, it's not even a federal situation at the moment.
00:08:43.340 Shouldn't be.
00:08:43.740 Apparently, in Washington, D.C., there have been six people already fined for voting twice in the 2020 election.
00:08:54.100 And apparently the way they did it is they voted once by mail and then once in person.
00:09:00.580 And both votes were counted. But now they're being caught. Here's my bigger question that I did not find in the story.
00:09:07.880 How do you vote twice? I guess I don't know enough about voting. If you say, isn't there someplace in the voting process
00:09:18.580 you have to put your social security number down? Or is that not true?
00:09:25.360 Does all... No. Your social security number is not required for voting at any point.
00:09:32.200 Not for any part of the process or just registering. It's only when you register, right?
00:09:37.880 Never? Not even when you register? Huh. Well, I guess we found the problem.
00:09:47.980 Can anybody think of a reason why your social security number would not be important for establishing your right to vote?
00:09:56.560 Is that because there are legal citizens who don't have a social security number?
00:10:01.160 Or is it because some people who have social security numbers are not legal, so they don't want to use that?
00:10:09.160 What? I guess I don't know why the rule is the way it is.
00:10:13.080 Anyway.
00:10:15.200 But six got caught, but well after the fact.
00:10:17.620 So the big question we ask is, how common is this?
00:10:22.160 Well, each of these people reasoned correctly
00:10:25.140 that even if they got caught, the penalty would be minimal or none.
00:10:31.780 So I guess five of them have a $100 fine.
00:10:35.840 $100 fine.
00:10:38.020 Minimal, right?
00:10:39.280 You could survive a $100 fine.
00:10:42.000 So how many people do you think voted twice and just got away with it and nobody ever caught them?
00:10:47.740 I don't even know how they caught these ones.
00:10:51.040 How did they catch them?
00:10:51.960 It's not in the article.
00:10:53.420 It doesn't say how they caught them.
00:10:56.000 But here's what it does suggest.
00:11:00.520 It suggests that people who are willing to vote in the first place,
00:11:04.260 you know, that's already a subset,
00:11:07.140 but if they can, they're willing to vote twice.
00:11:11.440 So apparently the only thing that matters is opportunity.
00:11:14.340 If you can vote twice, apparently there is willingness to do it.
00:11:20.940 Now, if this were Japan, do you think this would be a problem?
00:11:25.980 They don't even lock up their iPhones in the Apple store.
00:11:30.480 In Japan, they'd probably just vote once and say,
00:11:33.960 well, I'd never vote twice.
00:11:35.100 Why would I vote twice?
00:11:36.640 It'd be crazy.
00:11:38.200 I don't know about that, but...
00:11:40.340 So this doesn't prove that any elections were rigged,
00:11:44.320 but it does prove that there's a large gaping hole in our ability to audit.
00:11:50.620 Now, if what happened is we can audit the double votes,
00:11:54.660 but not until two years after the election,
00:11:58.780 that's like not really having an audit.
00:12:01.680 So here's the question which we, even to this day,
00:12:06.060 nobody's ever answered.
00:12:07.200 Imagine how easy this would be to do.
00:12:11.040 Somebody who knows how our election process works,
00:12:14.340 you know, somebody who's an expert.
00:12:15.960 Give us a one-page sheet
00:12:17.540 that's got a box for each of the processes in a vote.
00:12:23.000 Could be, you know, different sheets for different precincts.
00:12:26.840 But the boxes would be things like
00:12:29.320 get something in the mail to register to vote.
00:12:33.680 You know, send in your register to vote.
00:12:37.960 Get your ballot in the mail.
00:12:40.340 Send in your ballot.
00:12:42.100 And vote in person.
00:12:43.260 So you have all these steps.
00:12:45.060 And then once you vote,
00:12:46.820 there are further steps for counting.
00:12:49.280 So it might be
00:12:50.240 count the ballots in front of people.
00:12:53.540 Put them in a pile.
00:12:55.480 Have them sent through the counting machine.
00:12:58.080 Compare the images to the physical votes,
00:13:01.320 if that's what they do.
00:13:02.180 So in other words,
00:13:03.660 it would be easy to break down
00:13:05.160 each of the steps, would it not?
00:13:07.360 And then one of the steps would be
00:13:08.780 the vote is transmitted electronically
00:13:11.800 to this other database.
00:13:14.580 That's a step.
00:13:16.440 And then I'd like to see,
00:13:18.180 once you have this big,
00:13:19.280 you know, it'd be kind of a busy page,
00:13:22.100 I'd like it to be color-coded
00:13:23.800 for how many of these steps
00:13:26.060 can be checked
00:13:27.420 either the day of the election
00:13:29.560 or in an audit easily.
00:13:32.480 What would it look like?
00:13:34.060 Would it look like a big page of boxes
00:13:35.760 and only like three of them are colored
00:13:38.620 because those are the things you can check?
00:13:41.340 Or would it look like
00:13:42.360 it's almost entirely checkable
00:13:44.440 and there's, you know,
00:13:45.740 a couple little things sticking out
00:13:47.320 that are hard to check?
00:13:48.880 What would it look like?
00:13:50.480 And why don't you know that?
00:13:51.640 Why is it that not a single person
00:13:55.100 who's listening to me right now
00:13:56.720 could answer the question
00:13:58.340 of the entire election process
00:14:01.220 from registration to the final vote
00:14:04.300 and then even audits,
00:14:06.460 how much of that is actually really checkable?
00:14:10.460 Do you know?
00:14:12.100 If you're a Democrat,
00:14:13.120 you think it's all checkable
00:14:14.240 because your news has told you,
00:14:16.100 if they didn't find any problems,
00:14:18.560 therefore, logically,
00:14:21.800 ipso factu, QED,
00:14:24.460 no rigging happened
00:14:25.880 because you didn't find any.
00:14:28.040 The Republicans say,
00:14:29.700 maybe you didn't look in the right place.
00:14:32.540 Who's right?
00:14:34.920 I have no idea.
00:14:36.760 How would I know?
00:14:38.060 I've never seen anybody explain
00:14:40.080 how much of our process
00:14:41.840 can be checked.
00:14:46.800 And do you know why nobody does that?
00:14:49.300 Because you'd think that one side
00:14:50.980 would want to do it, right?
00:14:52.760 You know, there would always be one side
00:14:54.280 who thinks maybe the cheating
00:14:55.440 is working against them.
00:14:57.300 So you'd think,
00:14:58.380 well, at least the Republicans would do it.
00:15:01.360 You're telling me there's no Republican
00:15:02.940 who's ever produced a one-pager
00:15:05.380 that shows what can be audited easily
00:15:08.880 and what can not be audited?
00:15:11.020 Never?
00:15:12.100 Never done that.
00:15:14.740 People have been fucking bitching
00:15:16.820 for three years
00:15:17.740 and nobody who understands the system
00:15:20.000 can just put it on one page
00:15:21.380 and say,
00:15:22.040 yeah, these are thoroughly checked.
00:15:24.540 There is no way you could cheat
00:15:26.040 in the following ways.
00:15:28.120 And then show us the other boxes.
00:15:29.780 Well, we wish we could check these
00:15:31.360 a little bit better.
00:15:32.860 We haven't found any problems.
00:15:34.900 But honestly,
00:15:35.720 if there were problems,
00:15:36.820 we don't know if we could find them.
00:15:38.980 Right?
00:15:39.420 Tell me,
00:15:42.160 is that not the most obvious thing
00:15:44.400 that your news should have told you
00:15:46.220 every day since 2020?
00:15:49.380 Every single day
00:15:50.660 from the 2020 election,
00:15:53.380 every day,
00:15:54.200 they should have told you,
00:15:55.440 here's the landscape,
00:15:57.040 here are the things you can check,
00:15:59.020 here are the things you can't check.
00:16:01.140 Because what if I'm surprised
00:16:02.380 and it can all be checked?
00:16:03.460 I would be surprised.
00:16:06.040 But it's not impossible.
00:16:09.980 I'm actually open to the possibility
00:16:12.020 that the Democrats are right.
00:16:14.680 Just think about that.
00:16:15.980 I'm open to the possibility
00:16:17.500 that anything that's a large cheat
00:16:20.920 is 100% detectable.
00:16:26.040 I don't think that's the case.
00:16:28.280 But I could be talked into it.
00:16:30.700 In other words,
00:16:31.200 if you said to me,
00:16:32.040 you know,
00:16:32.980 there's a process
00:16:33.700 where they count the votes
00:16:34.740 as they happen,
00:16:35.920 and then there's a separate check
00:16:37.460 where they make sure
00:16:38.500 they got the right number of votes,
00:16:40.700 something like that,
00:16:41.760 then I'd say,
00:16:42.600 okay,
00:16:43.400 under those conditions,
00:16:45.260 that does seem like
00:16:46.220 if it was any kind of big cheat,
00:16:47.800 you'd have a way to catch it.
00:16:49.900 But is that the case?
00:16:51.840 Is it?
00:16:53.260 Do any of you know?
00:16:55.000 Do you even know anybody who knows?
00:16:57.720 Can you even name somebody
00:16:58.940 who, in your opinion,
00:17:00.780 could tell you
00:17:01.640 if an election could be cheated?
00:17:04.360 I don't.
00:17:05.420 I don't know anybody to even ask.
00:17:07.180 I don't know anybody in the public eye.
00:17:09.280 I don't know any expert
00:17:10.600 who's ever appeared on TV.
00:17:12.520 I don't know any politician.
00:17:14.740 I don't know any technical person.
00:17:17.220 I don't know any critic.
00:17:18.920 I don't know anybody at all.
00:17:21.700 I have no idea who you could ask.
00:17:25.240 Are our elections secure?
00:17:27.560 And can we know that for sure?
00:17:30.740 Now, why is that?
00:17:32.940 Why is it that it's the most important question
00:17:35.820 in the country?
00:17:37.080 Are the elections secure?
00:17:39.400 Because am I right that everything follows from that?
00:17:42.280 If we believe the elections were not secure,
00:17:46.300 we would overthrow our country.
00:17:48.740 We would overthrow the government.
00:17:51.280 Right?
00:17:51.580 So everything flows from that.
00:17:53.780 And it's completely explainable.
00:17:56.840 Right?
00:17:57.900 You don't think there's anybody
00:17:59.200 who could explain the steps
00:18:00.540 and then tell you what vulnerabilities
00:18:02.680 are in each step?
00:18:04.340 Of course they could.
00:18:05.660 Of course they could.
00:18:07.160 I don't know who,
00:18:07.900 but somebody could do it.
00:18:09.740 Do you think the news
00:18:10.680 has tried really hard
00:18:11.760 to find somebody like that
00:18:13.480 that they could bring on
00:18:14.520 to really tell you,
00:18:16.260 well, you know,
00:18:17.480 80% of our elections
00:18:18.700 are totally bulletproof,
00:18:20.660 but we've got a few little problems
00:18:21.940 over here, honestly,
00:18:23.360 and we wouldn't know
00:18:24.500 if something happened.
00:18:27.480 Why don't we see that?
00:18:30.380 I can only think of one reason.
00:18:33.420 That the Republicans
00:18:34.480 and the Democrats
00:18:35.440 are both invested
00:18:36.420 in rigged elections.
00:18:37.900 Do you see any other explanation?
00:18:42.620 Because it's the most obvious thing
00:18:44.840 that Republicans would do
00:18:46.280 if they're arguing 2020
00:18:48.380 wasn't legitimate.
00:18:50.120 It's the most obvious thing.
00:18:51.640 So in my opinion,
00:18:52.740 the Republicans have a dumb fuck,
00:18:54.520 a stupid argument.
00:18:56.640 Show us the landscape.
00:18:58.940 Show us how it's even
00:18:59.960 hypothetically possible
00:19:01.560 that there could be some rigging.
00:19:03.740 Even in a hypothetical.
00:19:04.960 If you can't fucking show us that,
00:19:08.700 shut the fuck up
00:19:10.040 about a rigged election.
00:19:12.300 Because I don't believe
00:19:13.780 anything the Republicans
00:19:15.360 are saying
00:19:16.020 if they doubt the election.
00:19:19.100 They're not even trying.
00:19:22.360 Do you remember
00:19:22.960 all those Republican processes
00:19:24.680 to fix the elections this time?
00:19:26.940 I don't.
00:19:30.480 I do think some of the states
00:19:32.160 tightened up some stuff.
00:19:34.280 I don't know if that's going
00:19:35.080 to make a difference.
00:19:36.220 Did anybody explain to you
00:19:37.520 that if, let's say, Georgia
00:19:39.160 or whoever it is, Florida,
00:19:40.980 did anybody explain to you
00:19:42.280 that if they made these changes,
00:19:44.300 because there are some changes
00:19:45.420 that got tweaked,
00:19:46.120 that these cover up
00:19:48.720 all the holes
00:19:49.300 in our election process,
00:19:51.060 or here's the page
00:19:51.820 of all the holes,
00:19:53.140 and they fixed them?
00:19:55.060 No.
00:19:56.320 Nobody's ever even
00:19:57.240 tried to connect
00:19:58.100 any changes
00:19:59.400 in the election process
00:20:00.720 in any state
00:20:01.520 with a larger picture
00:20:04.320 of how many holes there are
00:20:05.700 and whether this makes
00:20:07.180 any difference at all.
00:20:08.840 Now, the thing
00:20:09.580 that should be bothering you
00:20:10.700 is that nobody told you
00:20:12.600 what I'm telling you
00:20:13.360 until now.
00:20:13.940 Not a single pundit.
00:20:17.700 Nobody.
00:20:18.900 It's the first time
00:20:19.840 you've heard
00:20:20.420 that nobody in the country
00:20:22.040 has ever even heard
00:20:22.900 an explanation
00:20:23.720 of how much
00:20:25.340 of our election system
00:20:26.500 is vulnerable.
00:20:28.660 Now, could it be
00:20:29.780 because they don't want
00:20:30.680 to tell you
00:20:31.180 where the vulnerabilities are
00:20:32.380 in case bad people
00:20:33.420 try to exploit them?
00:20:36.120 Not good enough.
00:20:38.720 Yeah, I mean,
00:20:39.460 I could imagine
00:20:40.020 somebody thinking that.
00:20:41.700 Not good enough.
00:20:42.880 You need to tell us
00:20:45.100 where those holes are
00:20:46.960 and we'll tell you
00:20:48.640 if you need to fix them.
00:20:51.560 You don't get to not tell us
00:20:53.260 where the vulnerabilities are.
00:20:55.260 No.
00:20:56.380 No.
00:20:57.340 No, you don't protect us
00:20:58.520 that way.
00:20:59.700 That's not protecting me.
00:21:01.320 You tell us
00:21:01.920 where those vulnerabilities are.
00:21:03.540 It's not a military problem.
00:21:04.780 All right.
00:21:07.960 Alec Baldwin
00:21:08.720 got accosted
00:21:10.800 on the street,
00:21:11.580 I guess,
00:21:12.000 and some Palestinian
00:21:13.460 protester was getting on him
00:21:14.860 because he's a Hollywood guy.
00:21:17.000 You want to find out
00:21:18.160 what his Hollywood opinion is
00:21:19.560 on Gaza, etc.
00:21:21.380 and here's what
00:21:23.240 Alec Baldwin
00:21:24.640 shouted back at him.
00:21:26.400 There was more
00:21:27.000 to the exchange
00:21:27.820 but here's the part
00:21:28.520 I could hear.
00:21:29.700 He yelled at the protester
00:21:31.180 who was getting in his face.
00:21:33.700 Ask me a smart question.
00:21:37.600 Very good, Alec Baldwin.
00:21:39.880 Very, very good.
00:21:42.720 That's what I've been teaching you
00:21:44.240 and in fact,
00:21:45.540 I think I did it
00:21:46.400 yesterday
00:21:47.560 on X.
00:21:49.580 When people come
00:21:50.580 into my comments
00:21:51.860 and, you know,
00:21:53.360 they ask that
00:21:54.020 do you still beat
00:21:55.680 your wife question?
00:21:58.180 It's the question
00:21:58.900 you know
00:21:59.520 is an illegitimate question
00:22:01.760 to take you down
00:22:02.640 a path of stupidity.
00:22:05.080 Now, I used to take
00:22:05.980 the bait on those
00:22:06.860 because the question
00:22:07.740 would be stupid
00:22:08.440 and I thought,
00:22:09.480 oh, I'm going to make fun
00:22:10.400 of this stupid question.
00:22:12.160 I'm going to, you know,
00:22:12.800 like,
00:22:13.200 I'm going to really
00:22:13.600 tear them apart
00:22:14.300 with all my facts
00:22:15.180 and logic
00:22:15.680 and that never works.
00:22:17.560 The better thing
00:22:18.600 is if somebody asks you
00:22:19.680 a stupid question,
00:22:21.760 you say,
00:22:23.060 ask me a better question.
00:22:25.500 Ask me a smart question.
00:22:27.420 It just shuts them down
00:22:28.580 immediately.
00:22:29.720 So Alec Baldwin
00:22:30.500 actually,
00:22:32.900 obviously he didn't
00:22:33.900 get it from me,
00:22:34.980 but there's a little lesson
00:22:37.320 for you right there.
00:22:39.020 Ask a better question.
00:22:40.520 I say better question.
00:22:41.740 He said smart question.
00:22:43.200 Same place.
00:22:44.540 But better question
00:22:45.400 is a little less
00:22:46.500 in your face
00:22:47.220 but gets you
00:22:48.100 in the same place.
00:22:51.680 All right.
00:22:52.840 Iceland.
00:22:55.480 Apparently,
00:22:56.160 the volcano
00:22:56.900 has now erupted
00:22:58.240 and the entire nation
00:23:01.380 of Iceland
00:23:01.800 has melted.
00:23:02.940 They melted.
00:23:05.580 So,
00:23:06.320 that's sad.
00:23:08.040 So Iceland,
00:23:08.660 Iceland is no more.
00:23:10.500 The country was made
00:23:11.260 of ice
00:23:11.720 and the volcano
00:23:12.880 melted it.
00:23:17.880 I'm just checking
00:23:18.740 to see if there are
00:23:19.340 any Democrats here.
00:23:23.440 Because remember,
00:23:24.380 Democrats think
00:23:25.080 January 6th
00:23:25.840 was an insurrection.
00:23:27.800 So,
00:23:28.220 how much of a stretch
00:23:29.100 is it
00:23:29.560 to tell them
00:23:31.420 that Iceland melted?
00:23:32.880 It's not that much
00:23:33.560 of a stretch.
00:23:34.480 They think the
00:23:35.040 President of the
00:23:35.580 United States
00:23:36.180 once recommended
00:23:37.620 injecting bleach
00:23:39.120 into your body.
00:23:41.300 They believe that.
00:23:43.500 Is that a big stretch
00:23:45.060 from Iceland
00:23:46.420 melted?
00:23:47.840 No.
00:23:48.440 No,
00:23:48.640 that's a very
00:23:49.120 small little leap
00:23:50.280 there.
00:23:51.340 They believe
00:23:52.000 that the President
00:23:52.680 of the United States
00:23:53.380 once called
00:23:54.020 neo-Nazis
00:23:55.020 find people
00:23:55.760 in the context
00:23:57.500 of being the
00:23:58.100 President of the
00:23:58.700 United States.
00:23:59.780 They think that
00:24:00.320 actually happened.
00:24:02.140 You think it's
00:24:02.600 a big stretch
00:24:03.320 from that
00:24:04.720 to Iceland
00:24:05.600 melted?
00:24:06.500 No.
00:24:07.340 It's a very
00:24:07.840 small leap.
00:24:09.120 Very small.
00:24:11.300 All right.
00:24:12.260 They also think
00:24:12.980 Trump's going to
00:24:13.640 become a dictator
00:24:14.440 if he gets
00:24:15.600 elected.
00:24:17.320 Is that a big
00:24:18.320 leap
00:24:18.660 to Iceland
00:24:21.160 melted?
00:24:21.800 No.
00:24:22.100 Oh,
00:24:22.400 small one.
00:24:23.600 But I'm glad
00:24:24.240 to see that
00:24:24.720 none of you
00:24:25.140 believed it.
00:24:26.120 Once again,
00:24:27.320 the smartest
00:24:27.900 audience
00:24:28.420 in all
00:24:29.160 of politics.
00:24:31.100 Congress
00:24:31.660 ended
00:24:31.980 what Axios
00:24:33.400 calls its
00:24:33.980 most unproductive
00:24:35.080 term ever.
00:24:36.720 The 118th
00:24:37.600 Congress
00:24:38.040 only passed
00:24:40.360 a couple
00:24:41.540 dozen laws
00:24:42.480 where normally
00:24:43.600 they're passing
00:24:44.340 hundreds of
00:24:45.280 laws,
00:24:46.240 but that's
00:24:46.780 all they
00:24:47.080 can get
00:24:47.380 done
00:24:47.720 in the
00:24:48.220 118th.
00:24:49.080 To which
00:24:49.440 I say,
00:24:50.380 good job.
00:24:52.720 Good job.
00:24:54.300 Thank you.
00:24:57.280 Has anybody
00:24:58.100 listened to
00:24:58.800 Vivek
00:24:59.360 Ramaswamy
00:25:00.300 lately,
00:25:00.900 who explains
00:25:02.140 to you
00:25:02.600 that the
00:25:03.300 more laws
00:25:03.860 we have,
00:25:04.240 the worse
00:25:04.640 off we
00:25:05.060 are?
00:25:07.100 You know,
00:25:07.660 they all
00:25:07.960 sound good
00:25:08.460 individually,
00:25:09.860 but collectively,
00:25:10.660 oh no,
00:25:10.980 it was Elon
00:25:11.380 Musk.
00:25:11.880 It's Elon
00:25:12.280 Musk.
00:25:13.220 I think
00:25:13.660 Vivek says
00:25:14.280 it too,
00:25:15.120 but Elon
00:25:15.600 Musk did
00:25:16.600 this Gulliver's
00:25:17.880 analogy,
00:25:19.220 where Gulliver
00:25:20.060 is held down
00:25:20.720 by all these
00:25:21.200 minor strings,
00:25:23.040 but there's so
00:25:23.500 many of them
00:25:23.940 they can hold
00:25:24.400 them down.
00:25:25.460 And every
00:25:25.900 time we
00:25:26.360 pass a new
00:25:27.040 law,
00:25:28.000 it might be
00:25:28.520 well intended,
00:25:29.920 it's just at
00:25:30.520 some point
00:25:30.900 there are too
00:25:31.220 many,
00:25:31.500 and you
00:25:31.920 can't get
00:25:32.260 anything done.
00:25:34.840 All right,
00:25:35.560 so I don't
00:25:36.280 know,
00:25:36.520 is that good
00:25:37.000 news or bad
00:25:37.520 news that
00:25:38.080 they got
00:25:38.360 nothing done?
00:25:39.080 To me,
00:25:39.460 it feels a
00:25:40.100 little bit
00:25:40.500 like good
00:25:40.980 news.
00:25:42.120 Was there
00:25:42.540 a law that
00:25:43.180 they should
00:25:43.560 have passed
00:25:44.040 that they
00:25:46.280 didn't?
00:25:47.840 I can't
00:25:48.420 think of
00:25:48.740 one.
00:25:51.400 Like the
00:25:51.940 ones that
00:25:52.420 they were
00:25:52.700 trying to
00:25:53.200 get done
00:25:53.680 and took
00:25:54.100 a long
00:25:54.460 time,
00:25:54.960 I thought,
00:25:55.380 well,
00:25:55.820 maybe that
00:25:56.320 should take
00:25:56.700 a long
00:25:57.000 time.
00:25:58.460 I don't
00:25:58.780 know,
00:25:59.100 it hasn't
00:25:59.460 heard me
00:25:59.760 yet.
00:26:00.020 Fox News
00:26:01.560 poll says
00:26:02.280 only 14%
00:26:03.380 of respondents
00:26:05.140 say they've
00:26:05.620 been helped
00:26:05.960 by Biden's
00:26:06.540 economics
00:26:06.980 policies.
00:26:08.560 How in
00:26:09.080 the world
00:26:09.380 do you
00:26:09.640 win an
00:26:09.980 election
00:26:10.340 as an
00:26:11.720 incumbent
00:26:12.080 if 14%
00:26:14.060 of the
00:26:14.400 people think
00:26:15.180 your economic
00:26:16.060 policies are
00:26:17.060 working for
00:26:17.580 them?
00:26:18.960 14%,
00:26:19.480 one-four.
00:26:21.700 That is
00:26:22.420 so far
00:26:23.100 from being
00:26:23.820 electable.
00:26:25.600 But you
00:26:26.220 know what
00:26:26.480 they're going
00:26:26.720 to do?
00:26:27.720 Does
00:26:27.960 everybody
00:26:28.280 know what
00:26:28.640 the play
00:26:28.960 is?
00:26:30.020 Oh,
00:26:30.260 there's
00:26:30.480 the play.
00:26:32.400 Yeah,
00:26:32.880 Vivek Ramaswamy
00:26:33.960 called it
00:26:34.420 out.
00:26:34.900 I called
00:26:35.560 it out
00:26:35.960 privately
00:26:36.580 the other
00:26:37.040 day as
00:26:37.500 I was
00:26:37.740 explaining
00:26:38.180 investment
00:26:38.680 advice to
00:26:39.920 a young
00:26:40.200 person,
00:26:41.240 and I
00:26:41.560 said the
00:26:41.920 following,
00:26:43.280 you probably
00:26:43.980 need to be
00:26:44.520 in stocks
00:26:45.100 right now
00:26:45.820 because it's
00:26:47.100 an election
00:26:47.540 year and
00:26:48.920 Biden is
00:26:49.800 sucking wind.
00:26:51.760 There is
00:26:52.100 nearly a
00:26:52.560 hundred percent
00:26:53.080 chance that
00:26:53.940 these statistics
00:26:54.700 will be
00:26:55.260 gamed and
00:26:56.320 the interest
00:26:56.860 rates will
00:26:57.380 be tweaked
00:26:58.000 to have
00:26:59.180 a boost
00:27:00.520 in stocks
00:27:01.420 and the
00:27:01.780 economy
00:27:02.200 to get
00:27:03.300 Biden
00:27:03.720 elected.
00:27:05.320 Sure enough,
00:27:06.720 the Fed is
00:27:07.220 talking about
00:27:07.780 some rate
00:27:08.540 cuts because
00:27:09.720 rate cuts
00:27:10.320 pretty much
00:27:11.420 always lift
00:27:12.580 the stock
00:27:12.980 market and
00:27:14.980 make the
00:27:15.700 economic people
00:27:16.940 talk like
00:27:18.080 things are
00:27:18.520 good because
00:27:19.020 the stock
00:27:19.420 market is
00:27:19.840 good.
00:27:20.560 Now,
00:27:20.880 the stock
00:27:21.220 market is
00:27:21.640 not a
00:27:22.000 perfect proxy
00:27:22.840 for the
00:27:23.260 health of
00:27:23.580 the economy.
00:27:24.080 it's more
00:27:25.300 of a
00:27:25.680 proxy for
00:27:26.420 the health
00:27:26.740 of the
00:27:27.140 rich people
00:27:27.700 in the
00:27:27.940 economy,
00:27:28.620 but it's
00:27:30.140 part of
00:27:30.440 a story
00:27:30.920 that would
00:27:32.020 make it
00:27:32.320 look like
00:27:32.640 the economy
00:27:33.180 and Bidenomics
00:27:34.200 is working.
00:27:35.420 So,
00:27:36.460 do you
00:27:36.900 think that
00:27:37.600 the government
00:27:38.400 will
00:27:39.940 engineer
00:27:41.960 a fake
00:27:43.720 bump in
00:27:44.860 the economy
00:27:45.360 to get
00:27:45.900 Biden
00:27:46.380 elected?
00:27:47.440 There's a
00:27:47.860 hundred percent
00:27:48.520 chance that's
00:27:49.200 going to
00:27:49.420 happen.
00:27:50.580 There's a
00:27:51.200 hundred percent
00:27:52.180 chance that's
00:27:52.900 going to
00:27:53.120 happen.
00:27:53.340 Now,
00:27:54.000 this is not
00:27:54.800 investment
00:27:55.260 advice because
00:27:56.820 there are
00:27:57.260 other variables,
00:27:58.360 not just
00:27:58.900 politics.
00:27:59.980 It could be
00:28:00.480 a big shock
00:28:01.060 from the
00:28:01.360 outside,
00:28:01.860 etc.
00:28:02.200 So,
00:28:02.760 don't buy
00:28:03.020 stock because
00:28:03.640 I say
00:28:04.060 so.
00:28:05.080 Do not
00:28:05.700 buy stock
00:28:06.640 because I
00:28:08.080 said so.
00:28:09.340 Don't do
00:28:09.860 anything because
00:28:10.500 cartoonists tell
00:28:11.260 you to do
00:28:11.620 it.
00:28:12.540 That's good
00:28:13.240 advice.
00:28:15.000 But,
00:28:16.420 I'm going
00:28:18.080 to load
00:28:18.380 up.
00:28:19.440 In fact,
00:28:20.140 as soon as
00:28:20.480 I get off
00:28:20.780 the phone,
00:28:21.220 I'm probably
00:28:21.480 going to load
00:28:22.000 up on
00:28:22.360 I'm just
00:28:23.460 going to
00:28:23.780 take any
00:28:24.700 cash I
00:28:25.200 have and
00:28:25.500 put it
00:28:25.760 into the
00:28:26.080 stock market
00:28:26.700 like five
00:28:27.860 minutes after
00:28:28.300 I get off
00:28:28.740 of this.
00:28:30.960 Yeah.
00:28:32.120 So,
00:28:33.320 that's what
00:28:34.160 I'm looking
00:28:34.500 at.
00:28:35.580 But don't
00:28:36.120 follow my
00:28:36.560 advice.
00:28:38.280 A new
00:28:38.720 study says
00:28:39.360 that smoking
00:28:40.380 shrinks your
00:28:41.060 brain.
00:28:42.320 And if you
00:28:42.820 stop,
00:28:43.260 tobacco,
00:28:44.360 and if you
00:28:44.880 stop smoking,
00:28:45.700 your brain
00:28:46.020 doesn't get
00:28:46.440 any bigger.
00:28:46.780 They also
00:28:48.080 say that
00:28:48.660 drinking
00:28:49.140 alcohol
00:28:49.560 shrinks
00:28:49.940 your brain
00:28:50.420 and stopping
00:28:51.720 doesn't make
00:28:52.260 you bigger.
00:28:53.360 And that's
00:28:53.980 why they
00:28:54.360 think that
00:28:54.860 smokers and
00:28:55.440 drinkers have
00:28:55.960 more problems
00:28:56.560 with Alzheimer's
00:28:57.440 because they
00:28:58.420 have these
00:28:58.840 tiny smooth
00:28:59.560 brains the
00:29:00.200 size of a
00:29:00.720 marble.
00:29:02.160 I added
00:29:02.880 that last
00:29:03.340 part.
00:29:05.920 Tiny smooth
00:29:06.800 brains the
00:29:07.820 size of a
00:29:08.300 marble.
00:29:10.520 So,
00:29:11.360 but this
00:29:12.960 finally answers
00:29:13.760 the question I've
00:29:14.960 been wondering
00:29:15.300 for a long
00:29:15.720 time.
00:29:15.960 Have you
00:29:16.680 ever wondered
00:29:17.200 how ancient
00:29:17.980 civilizations
00:29:18.740 could build
00:29:20.060 pyramids and
00:29:21.080 move those
00:29:22.400 Easter Island
00:29:23.040 stones?
00:29:24.840 No
00:29:25.440 cigarettes.
00:29:27.040 No
00:29:27.320 cigarettes.
00:29:28.360 Yeah.
00:29:29.000 Their brains
00:29:29.780 were not
00:29:30.220 shrunken by
00:29:32.560 alcohol and
00:29:33.140 cigarettes.
00:29:34.120 So they
00:29:34.820 were way
00:29:35.340 smarter.
00:29:35.920 In fact,
00:29:36.180 they had
00:29:36.400 giant heads.
00:29:38.280 Just big
00:29:38.820 old heads.
00:29:40.060 Most of
00:29:40.500 what I tell
00:29:40.920 you today
00:29:41.280 isn't true.
00:29:43.600 But this
00:29:44.040 is.
00:29:44.940 James O'Keefe
00:29:45.880 has the
00:29:46.340 goods on
00:29:46.960 IBM's
00:29:47.720 Red Hat
00:29:48.400 group.
00:29:50.060 So they've
00:29:50.620 got some
00:29:50.940 internal
00:29:51.300 slides that
00:29:52.100 some whistleblower
00:29:53.040 gave them,
00:29:53.500 I guess,
00:29:54.080 that explains
00:29:55.120 how whiteness
00:29:55.960 works.
00:29:58.300 What?
00:29:59.600 That's a
00:30:00.320 real thing?
00:30:02.000 The IBM's
00:30:02.740 Red Hat
00:30:03.260 group,
00:30:04.520 it's a
00:30:05.020 subdivision or
00:30:06.120 separate company
00:30:07.060 they own or
00:30:07.580 something.
00:30:08.560 But it's part
00:30:09.200 of IBM.
00:30:09.600 And they
00:30:11.560 actually have
00:30:12.260 an internal
00:30:12.720 document of
00:30:13.400 how whiteness
00:30:14.000 works.
00:30:15.240 And it
00:30:15.460 goes on to
00:30:15.960 say whiteness
00:30:16.660 constructs the
00:30:17.440 game, hides
00:30:18.140 the rules,
00:30:19.200 then rigs the
00:30:20.000 game over and
00:30:20.820 over again.
00:30:22.760 Because white
00:30:23.600 people are
00:30:24.160 pieces of
00:30:24.980 shit and
00:30:26.740 they should
00:30:27.260 all be,
00:30:27.900 what,
00:30:28.480 hunted down
00:30:29.000 and killed?
00:30:29.820 No, it
00:30:30.180 doesn't say
00:30:30.620 that.
00:30:31.180 That last
00:30:31.720 part I made
00:30:32.200 up.
00:30:33.100 I didn't
00:30:33.740 make up the
00:30:34.200 first part.
00:30:35.520 And the
00:30:35.860 first part does
00:30:36.680 imply the
00:30:37.420 second part.
00:30:38.060 So the
00:30:39.040 second part's
00:30:39.520 implied, but
00:30:40.300 it's not
00:30:40.740 actually written
00:30:41.260 down.
00:30:42.640 Yeah.
00:30:43.080 Yeah, IBM
00:30:43.960 are a bunch
00:30:44.580 of fucking
00:30:45.220 racists.
00:30:48.540 Unambiguously.
00:30:51.160 Unambiguously.
00:30:52.060 Fucking
00:30:52.600 racists.
00:30:54.260 Pieces of
00:30:55.080 shit.
00:30:56.720 If you work
00:30:57.260 for that
00:30:57.560 company, you
00:30:58.120 should consider
00:30:58.860 maybe pushing
00:31:00.020 your management
00:31:00.580 or making
00:31:01.000 the change.
00:31:01.940 Go work
00:31:02.340 somewhere where
00:31:03.040 they're not
00:31:04.360 racists.
00:31:06.660 I mean,
00:31:07.020 that's what I
00:31:07.440 do.
00:31:08.060 Yeah, IBM
00:31:09.100 is an
00:31:09.740 unambiguously
00:31:10.540 racist
00:31:11.300 organization.
00:31:14.060 Too bad.
00:31:16.620 Well, Mitch
00:31:17.240 McConnell's
00:31:18.000 approval level
00:31:20.280 is up to
00:31:22.200 6%.
00:31:24.340 6%.
00:31:26.140 6.0.
00:31:30.820 In case
00:31:31.220 you have
00:31:31.480 misheard
00:31:31.820 that, you
00:31:32.560 might have
00:31:32.840 heard it
00:31:33.140 as 60.
00:31:34.520 No, not
00:31:34.860 60.
00:31:35.980 Not 60.
00:31:36.740 6%.
00:31:37.740 6%.
00:31:38.740 Yeah, that's
00:31:44.660 according to
00:31:45.020 a Monmouth
00:31:45.560 poll.
00:31:47.500 And even
00:31:49.300 Republicans
00:31:49.860 have a net
00:31:50.400 negative opinion
00:31:51.200 of him.
00:31:53.600 He's the only
00:31:54.300 member of
00:31:54.700 Congress to
00:31:55.200 have a
00:31:55.420 negative score
00:31:56.020 among fellow
00:31:56.640 Republicans.
00:31:57.240 Americans.
00:32:00.200 So...
00:32:01.240 Let me see
00:32:05.060 if I can
00:32:05.380 get this
00:32:05.780 straight.
00:32:07.940 The head
00:32:08.900 Democrat
00:32:10.260 is Joe
00:32:11.800 Biden,
00:32:12.720 whose brain
00:32:14.000 literally doesn't
00:32:14.840 work.
00:32:16.180 But don't
00:32:17.000 worry,
00:32:17.920 because we
00:32:18.320 have a
00:32:18.860 competitive
00:32:19.320 system.
00:32:19.880 So, right
00:32:22.740 now, not
00:32:23.340 counting
00:32:23.620 Trump, who's
00:32:24.280 not in
00:32:24.620 office, the
00:32:26.520 head elected
00:32:27.460 Republican has
00:32:29.160 6% support,
00:32:31.440 is disliked by
00:32:32.680 his own
00:32:33.020 party, and
00:32:34.420 is clearly
00:32:35.060 mentally
00:32:35.660 challenged.
00:32:38.260 The two
00:32:39.260 most important
00:32:40.260 people in the
00:32:41.020 two parties that
00:32:41.820 are also elected
00:32:42.820 and serving at
00:32:43.620 the moment are
00:32:44.960 unambiguously
00:32:45.840 mentally incapable.
00:32:47.380 Unambiguously.
00:32:47.980 I'm not
00:32:50.700 going to say
00:32:51.040 McConnell's
00:32:51.640 fine and
00:32:52.160 Biden's in
00:32:53.040 bad shape.
00:32:53.760 It's obviously
00:32:54.320 they both
00:32:54.940 have a
00:32:55.560 problem.
00:32:58.740 How do
00:32:59.340 we allow
00:33:00.300 this?
00:33:01.340 How did
00:33:01.820 we get to
00:33:02.260 this point?
00:33:03.720 How in
00:33:04.080 the world
00:33:04.440 did we get
00:33:04.920 to this
00:33:05.300 point?
00:33:07.860 Meanwhile,
00:33:08.620 I see you
00:33:09.020 prompting me
00:33:09.600 to talk about
00:33:10.160 Fetterman.
00:33:12.300 Fetterman
00:33:12.780 could be
00:33:13.140 president.
00:33:14.940 And I
00:33:15.600 don't mean
00:33:15.960 that as a
00:33:16.600 joke,
00:33:17.160 because he
00:33:17.700 had the
00:33:18.000 stroke and
00:33:18.640 I'm making
00:33:19.240 fun of the
00:33:19.800 capabilities of
00:33:20.680 the others.
00:33:21.440 I'm saying
00:33:22.160 it because
00:33:22.620 he's saying
00:33:23.240 things in
00:33:23.900 public.
00:33:25.140 The
00:33:25.240 Republicans
00:33:25.840 are even
00:33:26.300 saying,
00:33:27.000 hey,
00:33:27.940 oh,
00:33:28.220 wait a
00:33:28.400 minute,
00:33:28.540 that makes
00:33:28.880 sense.
00:33:30.340 So he's
00:33:31.040 opposed to
00:33:31.620 massive
00:33:31.940 immigration,
00:33:33.360 and the
00:33:33.700 Republicans
00:33:34.080 would say,
00:33:34.640 hey,
00:33:34.660 Fetterman,
00:33:35.300 okay,
00:33:35.700 that made
00:33:36.340 sense.
00:33:37.380 And now
00:33:37.720 he came
00:33:38.040 out against
00:33:38.680 a Japanese
00:33:40.000 company buying
00:33:41.140 U.S.
00:33:42.000 steel.
00:33:43.200 He says,
00:33:43.660 that's crazy.
00:33:45.240 To which
00:33:45.580 they say,
00:33:46.420 Fetterman,
00:33:46.840 you crazy.
00:33:48.440 Okay,
00:33:48.760 that made
00:33:49.060 sense.
00:33:49.840 That does
00:33:50.220 make sense.
00:33:51.860 Fetterman is
00:33:52.500 going full
00:33:53.120 America first.
00:33:55.580 Fetterman has
00:33:56.480 gone full
00:33:58.120 America first.
00:34:00.260 Now,
00:34:00.820 that doesn't
00:34:01.160 mean he's
00:34:01.560 going to
00:34:01.780 agree with
00:34:02.220 Republicans on
00:34:03.320 all issues.
00:34:04.440 It just
00:34:05.100 means that the
00:34:05.980 lens he's
00:34:06.540 putting on
00:34:06.960 these issues
00:34:07.620 is America
00:34:09.260 first.
00:34:10.300 Now,
00:34:10.740 he may have
00:34:11.220 a different
00:34:11.580 opinion of
00:34:12.440 what's good
00:34:12.840 for America.
00:34:13.940 Fine.
00:34:14.380 That's a
00:34:17.140 good conversation.
00:34:19.260 But his
00:34:19.980 filter is
00:34:20.620 right.
00:34:21.460 Is it
00:34:21.800 not?
00:34:22.840 Does
00:34:23.100 that
00:34:23.280 America?
00:34:25.100 I'm not
00:34:25.820 sure I
00:34:26.160 ask for
00:34:26.600 much more.
00:34:28.960 I'm not
00:34:29.600 asking for
00:34:30.120 a lot
00:34:30.460 more.
00:34:31.760 Yeah.
00:34:32.320 Could he
00:34:32.560 be president?
00:34:33.920 Yes.
00:34:35.540 Yes,
00:34:36.280 he could.
00:34:38.200 The fact
00:34:39.440 that I'm
00:34:39.780 saying that
00:34:40.260 out loud,
00:34:40.880 and I'm
00:34:41.140 not embarrassed
00:34:41.620 to say it,
00:34:42.720 is freaking
00:34:43.560 amazing.
00:34:44.380 But it
00:34:46.260 has something
00:34:46.600 to do
00:34:46.900 with the
00:34:47.140 fact,
00:34:47.620 oh,
00:34:47.760 did we
00:34:48.020 get our
00:34:48.320 34-minute
00:34:49.020 glitch?
00:34:50.760 Both
00:34:51.240 platforms
00:34:51.740 said they
00:34:52.120 glitched at
00:34:52.760 the 34-minute
00:34:54.660 mark.
00:34:57.240 What is
00:34:57.900 that?
00:34:58.420 It must
00:34:58.780 be on my
00:34:59.220 side,
00:34:59.540 because it's
00:34:59.940 both platforms,
00:35:01.440 because there's
00:35:02.180 nothing that
00:35:02.600 would affect
00:35:02.960 both of
00:35:03.400 them except
00:35:03.740 my side.
00:35:05.020 What would
00:35:05.540 happen?
00:35:09.080 There's
00:35:09.560 nothing
00:35:09.800 happening in
00:35:10.280 my house
00:35:10.780 that would
00:35:11.260 boost the
00:35:12.360 Wi-Fi.
00:35:14.380 something weird
00:35:15.660 happening.
00:35:19.060 And unions
00:35:19.900 as well.
00:35:21.140 All right.
00:35:21.680 So keep an
00:35:22.380 eye on
00:35:22.680 Fetterman.
00:35:23.340 I don't
00:35:23.660 know if he's
00:35:24.080 back to 100%
00:35:24.880 function.
00:35:25.940 That would
00:35:26.300 matter.
00:35:27.220 But he's
00:35:28.340 certainly
00:35:29.760 breaking the
00:35:30.320 mold there.
00:35:31.820 I don't
00:35:32.100 mind that at
00:35:32.660 all.
00:35:33.360 And you
00:35:33.660 know what?
00:35:34.260 When he
00:35:34.820 does this,
00:35:35.640 and by
00:35:38.360 this I
00:35:38.760 mean America
00:35:40.000 first,
00:35:41.160 suddenly the
00:35:42.360 way he
00:35:42.760 dresses makes
00:35:44.260 sense.
00:35:46.700 Anybody
00:35:47.040 have that
00:35:47.520 feeling?
00:35:48.960 You know,
00:35:49.980 when he was
00:35:50.280 saying all the
00:35:50.820 wrong stuff,
00:35:52.520 you know,
00:35:52.700 showing up in
00:35:53.300 his baggy gym
00:35:54.580 clothes,
00:35:55.640 looked like
00:35:56.120 just disrespectful.
00:35:57.100 But when he
00:36:00.160 starts saying
00:36:00.700 things that
00:36:01.340 are clearly
00:36:03.220 good for the
00:36:03.800 country,
00:36:04.320 but not so
00:36:05.300 much for his
00:36:06.080 political party,
00:36:08.080 then I see
00:36:08.700 his, yeah,
00:36:09.460 then I see it
00:36:10.000 as anti-establishment.
00:36:11.680 Exactly.
00:36:12.840 I see his
00:36:13.860 resistance to
00:36:15.600 even wearing the
00:36:16.340 clothes of the
00:36:17.140 establishment.
00:36:18.260 Suddenly it
00:36:18.760 makes sense.
00:36:20.100 He went from
00:36:20.760 a slob to,
00:36:23.420 I don't
00:36:25.000 know,
00:36:26.320 a patriot
00:36:26.780 or something.
00:36:28.820 I don't want
00:36:29.520 to praise him
00:36:30.000 too far because
00:36:30.740 tomorrow he'll
00:36:31.360 do something I
00:36:31.980 don't like,
00:36:32.860 but I don't
00:36:33.780 want to be the
00:36:34.240 person who
00:36:34.660 can't call
00:36:35.240 out someone
00:36:37.320 on the other
00:36:37.940 team doing
00:36:39.240 something that's
00:36:39.920 good for the
00:36:40.340 country.
00:36:41.300 I'm not going
00:36:41.980 to let that
00:36:42.320 go.
00:36:43.240 So good for
00:36:43.840 you,
00:36:44.040 Fetterman.
00:36:46.640 All right.
00:36:48.380 John Oliver
00:36:49.160 spent 30
00:36:50.060 minutes on his
00:36:50.800 show.
00:36:52.060 The surprising
00:36:52.920 part about
00:36:53.400 this is,
00:36:54.520 did you all
00:36:55.040 know John
00:36:55.520 Oliver has a
00:36:56.240 show?
00:36:59.840 He has a
00:37:00.520 show?
00:37:03.880 I thought he
00:37:04.700 got fired a
00:37:05.860 long time ago.
00:37:06.840 I didn't even
00:37:07.300 know.
00:37:07.980 But he has a
00:37:08.480 show.
00:37:09.080 So he spent
00:37:09.480 30 minutes of
00:37:10.640 it trashing
00:37:11.200 Elon Musk.
00:37:13.160 Does that
00:37:13.780 sound organic
00:37:14.440 to you?
00:37:16.200 Now, I don't
00:37:16.920 think he's
00:37:17.320 getting paid
00:37:18.100 by the
00:37:18.460 Democrats to
00:37:19.100 do it,
00:37:19.800 but it's
00:37:20.340 pretty obvious
00:37:21.000 that they're
00:37:22.320 just in this
00:37:23.060 Trump panic
00:37:24.180 and they
00:37:24.520 all know
00:37:24.780 what to
00:37:25.020 do,
00:37:25.280 so they're
00:37:26.120 just getting
00:37:27.720 together.
00:37:28.260 Well, here's
00:37:28.600 some good
00:37:28.880 news.
00:37:29.400 You know
00:37:29.580 Brandon
00:37:30.000 Straka of
00:37:30.980 the, what's
00:37:32.560 the name of
00:37:32.980 his movement,
00:37:33.580 the Walk
00:37:33.960 Away or
00:37:34.380 something?
00:37:35.460 So he was a
00:37:36.500 Democrat who
00:37:37.360 became a
00:37:37.820 Republican,
00:37:38.580 more of a
00:37:39.080 Trump-supporting
00:37:39.840 Republican,
00:37:40.800 and rejected
00:37:42.300 his own side,
00:37:43.400 and he
00:37:43.840 attended
00:37:44.180 January 6th,
00:37:45.060 did not go
00:37:47.900 inside, and
00:37:49.380 did not do
00:37:49.940 any violence.
00:37:52.280 So, no
00:37:53.600 legal problems
00:37:54.320 for him,
00:37:54.860 am I right?
00:37:56.440 He didn't
00:37:56.880 go inside,
00:37:59.060 didn't go
00:37:59.700 inside,
00:38:00.120 didn't trespass
00:38:01.160 inside,
00:38:01.760 didn't hurt
00:38:02.320 anybody,
00:38:03.760 but he was
00:38:04.900 accused of,
00:38:06.640 what was
00:38:08.060 accused of?
00:38:08.900 He was
00:38:09.380 sued under
00:38:11.220 the KKK
00:38:11.960 Act,
00:38:13.300 alleging that
00:38:13.920 he engaged
00:38:14.540 in a white
00:38:15.760 supremacist
00:38:16.500 attack on
00:38:17.760 black and
00:38:18.420 brown police
00:38:19.100 officers,
00:38:19.860 on black and
00:38:20.740 brown police
00:38:21.260 officers,
00:38:22.240 that he
00:38:22.680 caused their
00:38:23.200 injuries,
00:38:23.900 in quotes,
00:38:26.060 which included
00:38:27.100 being pepper-strained
00:38:28.160 and becoming
00:38:29.080 exhausted,
00:38:29.960 so being
00:38:30.400 exhausted as
00:38:31.080 part of their
00:38:31.420 injuries,
00:38:32.400 and that he
00:38:33.200 conspired to
00:38:34.220 encroach on
00:38:34.760 their civil
00:38:35.220 rights.
00:38:35.920 Wow, that's
00:38:37.080 pretty bad
00:38:37.560 stuff,
00:38:38.000 Brandon.
00:38:38.960 Look at all
00:38:39.380 those bad
00:38:39.940 things that
00:38:40.380 Brandon was
00:38:41.020 allegedly
00:38:41.500 did.
00:38:43.720 You know
00:38:44.100 what the
00:38:44.360 outcome was?
00:38:45.980 He won
00:38:46.660 his case,
00:38:48.500 so he won
00:38:49.020 his case.
00:38:49.480 Do you know
00:38:49.700 why he won?
00:38:52.080 Because he
00:38:52.700 never had any
00:38:53.460 contact whatsoever
00:38:54.480 with the people
00:38:55.160 who sued him.
00:38:56.620 They weren't
00:38:57.020 even on the
00:38:57.580 same side of
00:38:58.260 the building.
00:39:00.320 They weren't
00:39:01.100 even in the
00:39:01.780 general area
00:39:02.420 that he was,
00:39:03.420 and he managed
00:39:04.420 to prove it.
00:39:05.780 He managed
00:39:06.380 to prove that
00:39:07.140 he never had
00:39:07.680 any contact
00:39:08.500 with them
00:39:09.000 whatsoever.
00:39:11.020 Too far.
00:39:13.540 Too far.
00:39:16.660 Do you
00:39:17.340 think that
00:39:17.880 the Democrats
00:39:18.840 going after
00:39:19.440 Brandon Stracca
00:39:20.420 is entirely
00:39:21.700 because they
00:39:22.480 watched his
00:39:23.120 one individual
00:39:24.340 actions that
00:39:25.180 day and
00:39:25.980 thought,
00:39:26.360 these must be
00:39:26.940 stopped any
00:39:27.580 way we can?
00:39:29.120 No,
00:39:30.480 because he
00:39:30.880 didn't do
00:39:31.200 anything they
00:39:31.720 cared about.
00:39:32.980 They only care
00:39:33.860 that he is
00:39:34.540 convincing Democrats
00:39:35.740 to walk away
00:39:36.520 and they
00:39:37.360 must think
00:39:37.780 he's good
00:39:38.200 at it.
00:39:39.200 So they're
00:39:39.600 just going
00:39:39.940 to lawfare
00:39:40.600 him out of
00:39:41.080 existence.
00:39:42.420 But it
00:39:43.000 didn't work.
00:39:44.580 And you
00:39:45.140 know what
00:39:45.340 happens when
00:39:45.840 it doesn't
00:39:46.260 work?
00:39:47.960 He gets
00:39:48.620 stronger.
00:39:50.200 He's up to
00:39:50.720 about 800,000
00:39:51.860 followers on
00:39:52.920 the X platform.
00:39:54.300 If you're not
00:39:55.080 following him,
00:39:56.580 why don't you
00:39:57.220 give the finger
00:39:58.040 to the system
00:39:58.700 and give him
00:39:59.240 a follow?
00:40:00.480 Why don't
00:40:01.000 you boost
00:40:01.560 his power
00:40:02.260 because they
00:40:03.500 tried to
00:40:03.960 stop him?
00:40:05.300 How about
00:40:05.660 that?
00:40:07.380 Because I'll
00:40:07.880 tell you,
00:40:08.340 the only reason
00:40:09.140 you're listening
00:40:09.700 to me is
00:40:12.240 because you
00:40:12.780 saved me.
00:40:14.820 You, the
00:40:15.560 audience, when
00:40:17.020 I got
00:40:17.340 canceled, which
00:40:18.820 was a political
00:40:19.500 act primarily,
00:40:21.400 there were
00:40:21.960 enough people
00:40:22.500 who said,
00:40:23.100 I reject that
00:40:23.760 political act
00:40:24.500 and I'm going
00:40:25.300 to support him
00:40:26.080 by buying his
00:40:26.800 book or joining
00:40:28.300 the subscription
00:40:29.580 or whatever.
00:40:30.620 You literally
00:40:31.580 saved my
00:40:32.500 public political
00:40:34.140 life as well
00:40:35.100 as my career
00:40:35.940 and I'm
00:40:39.220 going to spend
00:40:39.560 the rest of my
00:40:40.100 life repaying
00:40:40.820 that.
00:40:42.160 Damn all of
00:40:42.960 you.
00:40:44.680 I'm sort of
00:40:45.500 wired for
00:40:46.080 reciprocity,
00:40:47.380 so I can't
00:40:48.380 be that saved
00:40:49.460 and not pay
00:40:51.100 it back.
00:40:51.940 So there's
00:40:52.340 going to be
00:40:52.620 payback.
00:40:53.380 You will get
00:40:53.880 paid back.
00:40:55.040 I will pay
00:40:55.620 you back.
00:40:57.420 Brandon
00:40:57.860 Straka
00:40:58.360 is on
00:41:00.100 many of
00:41:00.500 your sides
00:41:01.160 and he
00:41:02.900 won and
00:41:04.520 he's taken
00:41:05.300 pain partly
00:41:07.540 for you.
00:41:09.220 Partly for
00:41:09.900 you.
00:41:10.860 Because he's
00:41:11.700 fighting on
00:41:12.360 your team
00:41:12.860 harder than
00:41:13.500 some of you
00:41:14.080 are fighting
00:41:14.520 on your own
00:41:14.980 team.
00:41:15.740 So give him
00:41:16.240 a follow,
00:41:17.340 boost his
00:41:17.900 power,
00:41:19.260 and you'll
00:41:20.620 feel good
00:41:20.980 about it.
00:41:22.440 Let's get
00:41:22.980 him to a
00:41:23.360 million.
00:41:23.560 believe it
00:41:28.880 or not,
00:41:29.300 there are
00:41:29.540 still people
00:41:30.060 talking about
00:41:30.660 Nikki Haley
00:41:31.280 being in a
00:41:31.900 Trump
00:41:32.140 administration
00:41:32.980 or a
00:41:33.940 vice
00:41:34.100 president.
00:41:35.500 Can we
00:41:36.280 stop doing
00:41:37.280 that?
00:41:39.500 Nikki Haley
00:41:40.260 is not going
00:41:40.740 to be in the
00:41:41.220 Trump
00:41:41.420 administration.
00:41:44.260 No way.
00:41:45.900 There are
00:41:46.860 too many
00:41:47.400 really,
00:41:48.420 really strong
00:41:49.200 Trump supporters
00:41:50.080 who say
00:41:51.420 that's a
00:41:52.120 zero.
00:41:53.880 That would
00:41:54.440 be an
00:41:54.840 unforgivable
00:41:55.680 mistake.
00:41:57.320 Honestly,
00:41:57.760 that would
00:41:58.020 be unforgivable.
00:41:59.900 And why
00:42:01.320 are we still
00:42:01.720 talking about
00:42:02.320 it?
00:42:03.000 Is it just
00:42:03.440 because it's
00:42:03.900 fun to talk
00:42:04.460 about stuff
00:42:04.960 that will
00:42:05.200 never happen?
00:42:06.080 It's like
00:42:06.460 talking about
00:42:07.000 RFK Jr.
00:42:08.120 maybe being
00:42:08.800 Trump's
00:42:09.860 vice
00:42:10.220 president.
00:42:10.980 That will
00:42:11.220 never happen.
00:42:13.320 Never in a
00:42:14.360 billion years
00:42:15.060 will that
00:42:15.440 happen.
00:42:16.800 I can see
00:42:17.920 RFK Jr.
00:42:18.700 being an
00:42:20.800 attorney
00:42:21.040 general.
00:42:22.760 That would
00:42:23.240 be fun,
00:42:23.740 but not a
00:42:24.120 vice
00:42:24.280 president.
00:42:24.800 That's not
00:42:25.140 going to
00:42:25.260 happen.
00:42:30.340 Anyway,
00:42:33.680 so Tucker
00:42:34.260 Carlson is
00:42:35.420 also speaking
00:42:37.100 out against
00:42:38.240 Haley.
00:42:38.640 He said,
00:42:39.280 I would not
00:42:39.620 only not
00:42:40.180 vote for
00:42:40.580 that ticket
00:42:41.100 with Nikki
00:42:42.160 Haley on
00:42:42.560 it, I
00:42:43.040 would advocate
00:42:44.020 against it
00:42:44.640 as strongly
00:42:45.140 as I
00:42:45.600 could.
00:42:46.500 And he
00:42:46.760 says,
00:42:47.260 quote,
00:42:47.600 I mean,
00:42:48.000 here's
00:42:48.540 someone who's
00:42:49.040 actively
00:42:49.460 opposed to
00:42:50.160 the interests
00:42:50.600 of the
00:42:50.860 country I
00:42:51.500 grew up
00:42:51.880 in,
00:42:52.500 who endorsed
00:42:53.100 the BLM
00:42:53.900 riots,
00:42:54.660 and who is
00:42:55.400 a neoliberal
00:42:56.100 in the darkest,
00:42:56.920 most nihilistic
00:42:57.640 way and has
00:42:58.360 no real
00:42:58.760 popular support,
00:43:00.280 is a creature
00:43:01.020 of the
00:43:01.420 oligarchs.
00:43:03.680 Well,
00:43:04.720 that seems
00:43:06.180 kind of
00:43:07.000 hyperbolic,
00:43:07.880 but that's
00:43:08.580 where a lot
00:43:09.260 of people
00:43:09.540 are.
00:43:11.820 Let's
00:43:12.340 check in
00:43:12.800 on the
00:43:13.240 dictator
00:43:13.720 Trump
00:43:14.220 persuasion.
00:43:15.020 I like to
00:43:16.660 wake up
00:43:17.000 every single
00:43:17.540 day and
00:43:18.580 find out
00:43:19.020 that Hillary
00:43:19.540 Clinton
00:43:19.980 called Trump
00:43:20.700 a dictator
00:43:21.240 and Liz
00:43:22.260 Cheney
00:43:22.600 called him
00:43:23.000 a dictator
00:43:23.540 and maybe
00:43:24.520 two or
00:43:24.920 three people
00:43:25.380 on MSNBC
00:43:26.400 called him
00:43:27.260 a dictator
00:43:27.760 and maybe
00:43:28.600 Eric Swalwell
00:43:29.360 called him
00:43:29.840 a dictator
00:43:30.400 and maybe
00:43:31.320 Adam Schiff
00:43:31.940 called him
00:43:32.560 a dictator.
00:43:35.180 Every
00:43:35.660 single
00:43:37.420 day.
00:43:38.840 It's always
00:43:39.300 a subset
00:43:39.840 of one of
00:43:40.760 the same
00:43:41.100 cats,
00:43:41.560 right?
00:43:41.760 So here's
00:43:42.840 what I
00:43:43.080 suggest.
00:43:44.160 I think
00:43:44.720 instead of
00:43:45.400 making us
00:43:45.960 navigate those
00:43:46.920 sidewalk turds
00:43:47.900 every day,
00:43:49.540 like why do
00:43:50.060 I have to
00:43:50.360 read the
00:43:50.720 news and
00:43:51.120 see that?
00:43:52.760 It's crazy
00:43:53.620 shit.
00:43:55.260 He is
00:43:55.620 Thanos.
00:43:57.640 He's going
00:43:58.280 to get the
00:43:58.660 last jewel
00:43:59.240 in his
00:43:59.620 glove and
00:44:00.140 snap his
00:44:00.580 fingers and
00:44:01.200 we're all
00:44:01.540 going to
00:44:01.800 die.
00:44:02.400 Here's
00:44:02.600 what I
00:44:02.820 suggest.
00:44:03.720 I think
00:44:04.260 that the
00:44:04.620 news entities
00:44:05.400 should do
00:44:06.440 just a
00:44:06.880 Friday wrap-up
00:44:07.920 of all the
00:44:09.080 Trump dictator
00:44:09.860 news.
00:44:10.360 Liz Cheney
00:44:11.920 says he's
00:44:12.340 a dictator
00:44:12.780 again.
00:44:14.480 Hillary Clinton
00:44:15.340 says he's
00:44:15.880 a dictator
00:44:16.280 again.
00:44:17.980 Let's see
00:44:18.500 what Adam
00:44:19.000 Schiff
00:44:19.880 says.
00:44:20.660 Oh,
00:44:20.960 he says
00:44:21.840 he's a
00:44:22.160 dictator
00:44:22.420 again.
00:44:24.300 How
00:44:24.820 about,
00:44:25.600 let's see,
00:44:26.480 what does
00:44:27.900 Swalwell
00:44:28.260 say?
00:44:28.660 Oh,
00:44:29.040 surprise,
00:44:30.120 he says
00:44:30.460 he's a
00:44:30.780 dictator
00:44:31.060 again.
00:44:33.440 You should
00:44:33.960 just put it
00:44:34.400 like one
00:44:34.800 wrap-up.
00:44:37.000 We don't
00:44:37.660 have to see
00:44:38.100 those sidewalk
00:44:38.700 turds.
00:44:39.180 any time
00:44:40.560 but Friday,
00:44:41.600 like Friday
00:44:42.120 at like 6
00:44:42.780 p.m.
00:44:43.100 when everybody's
00:44:43.680 traveling.
00:44:45.680 But what I
00:44:46.380 loved was,
00:44:47.900 I think I'm
00:44:48.800 going to have
00:44:49.000 to show it
00:44:49.400 to you.
00:44:50.300 So the
00:44:50.740 Hill ran
00:44:52.400 the story
00:44:52.860 about Hillary
00:44:54.560 Clinton
00:44:55.040 calling Trump
00:44:57.300 a dictator
00:44:57.780 again.
00:44:58.560 But what I
00:44:59.080 loved was
00:44:59.560 they did
00:45:00.580 side-by-side
00:45:01.320 photos.
00:45:02.920 And I'm
00:45:03.200 going to
00:45:03.380 quickly find
00:45:04.020 it for you
00:45:04.460 here because
00:45:05.080 you know when
00:45:06.080 they pick the
00:45:06.580 photo,
00:45:07.000 you can always
00:45:07.360 find a good
00:45:07.900 photo and
00:45:08.620 then a bad
00:45:09.080 photo,
00:45:09.480 right?
00:45:10.500 For every
00:45:11.060 political person
00:45:12.920 or candidate,
00:45:14.080 you can find
00:45:15.300 a good photo
00:45:16.080 and a bad
00:45:16.860 photo.
00:45:18.220 Now this
00:45:18.920 is the
00:45:19.320 Hill,
00:45:20.440 and presumably
00:45:21.200 they have a
00:45:21.880 photo editor,
00:45:22.960 usually.
00:45:23.440 There's usually
00:45:23.900 an editor who's
00:45:24.520 in charge of
00:45:25.200 figuring out
00:45:26.360 what photos
00:45:26.940 go with what
00:45:27.520 stories.
00:45:28.340 So I want to
00:45:28.900 show you what
00:45:29.320 the photo
00:45:29.880 editor decided
00:45:30.840 were the two
00:45:32.080 side-by-side
00:45:32.820 pictures of
00:45:34.080 Trump and
00:45:35.220 Hillary Clinton
00:45:35.920 when she
00:45:36.660 called him
00:45:37.200 a dictator.
00:45:44.620 Trump
00:45:45.140 basically looks
00:45:46.120 like a
00:45:46.600 calm executive
00:45:47.480 who's explaining
00:45:49.200 to other world
00:45:50.000 leaders how
00:45:50.640 it's going to
00:45:51.080 be.
00:45:52.120 Let me explain
00:45:53.060 how it's going
00:45:53.560 to be.
00:45:54.540 We're going
00:45:54.920 to pump all
00:45:55.800 our own oil,
00:45:56.500 we're going
00:45:56.740 to close the
00:45:57.300 border,
00:45:58.740 you and
00:45:59.120 Ukraine,
00:45:59.700 you're going
00:45:59.940 to step
00:46:00.280 down,
00:46:00.940 the war's
00:46:01.520 over,
00:46:02.260 and we
00:46:03.120 don't want
00:46:03.440 to start
00:46:03.740 a war
00:46:04.060 anywhere
00:46:04.340 else.
00:46:05.940 And then
00:46:06.300 there's
00:46:06.540 Hillary,
00:46:07.320 he's a
00:46:07.720 dictator,
00:46:09.360 he's a
00:46:11.180 dictator,
00:46:11.880 so that's
00:46:14.800 what I got
00:46:15.160 from those
00:46:15.540 two pictures.
00:46:18.680 Anyway,
00:46:19.800 more about
00:46:21.460 that.
00:46:22.860 Apparently
00:46:23.380 the Democrat
00:46:24.260 persuasion
00:46:25.720 is working
00:46:26.240 because more
00:46:27.160 than half
00:46:27.620 of all
00:46:27.960 voters
00:46:28.340 believe
00:46:29.120 Trump
00:46:29.420 will act
00:46:29.860 like a
00:46:30.220 dictator
00:46:30.560 if he's
00:46:30.980 re-elected.
00:46:33.440 more than
00:46:34.460 half
00:46:35.100 of all
00:46:36.480 voters
00:46:37.020 are now
00:46:38.520 convinced
00:46:38.940 he's going
00:46:39.340 to act
00:46:39.540 like a
00:46:39.900 dictator.
00:46:41.500 But,
00:46:41.960 hey,
00:46:42.760 the argument's
00:46:43.620 pretty good.
00:46:45.100 It's not
00:46:45.480 like they
00:46:45.800 don't have
00:46:46.080 an argument,
00:46:46.760 am I
00:46:47.020 right?
00:46:48.980 Well,
00:46:49.460 let me talk
00:46:49.820 to you
00:46:50.400 about the
00:46:50.780 argument.
00:46:51.800 So there
00:46:52.120 are really
00:46:52.460 four parts
00:46:54.480 to the
00:46:54.820 argument
00:46:55.200 that Trump
00:46:56.240 will certainly
00:46:56.840 become a
00:46:57.380 dictator.
00:46:58.700 Number one,
00:46:59.540 there was
00:46:59.780 that one
00:47:00.140 time he
00:47:00.500 did a
00:47:00.800 metaphor.
00:47:02.460 There was
00:47:03.040 the time
00:47:03.340 he told
00:47:03.620 a joke,
00:47:04.840 there was
00:47:05.260 the hoax
00:47:05.980 that the
00:47:06.380 Democrats
00:47:06.800 ran,
00:47:08.000 and then
00:47:08.580 there was
00:47:08.840 one time
00:47:09.280 he quoted
00:47:10.200 somebody
00:47:10.820 saying that
00:47:12.340 Democrats
00:47:12.720 are bad.
00:47:14.180 So if you
00:47:14.640 put all
00:47:15.900 those things
00:47:16.320 together,
00:47:16.860 there was
00:47:17.080 the metaphor
00:47:17.520 he used,
00:47:18.100 the joke
00:47:18.440 he told,
00:47:18.900 the hoax
00:47:19.260 the Democrats
00:47:19.860 ran,
00:47:20.520 and the
00:47:21.020 accurate quote
00:47:21.940 about Putin
00:47:23.200 that said
00:47:23.540 Democrats
00:47:23.960 are corrupt.
00:47:25.740 So those
00:47:26.500 are the
00:47:26.840 reasons
00:47:27.460 you'll become
00:47:29.060 a dictator.
00:47:31.100 Okay,
00:47:31.460 so the
00:47:31.740 metaphor was
00:47:32.540 about the
00:47:33.700 immigrants
00:47:34.180 changing or
00:47:35.280 ruining the
00:47:36.120 blood of
00:47:36.580 America.
00:47:37.900 So blood
00:47:38.260 was a
00:47:38.600 metaphor.
00:47:39.620 He didn't
00:47:39.960 mean transfusions,
00:47:41.100 right?
00:47:41.900 Did he mean
00:47:42.560 that their
00:47:42.920 blood would
00:47:43.320 be injected
00:47:43.880 into,
00:47:45.320 I'm confused
00:47:46.300 now,
00:47:46.800 because when
00:47:47.200 he talked
00:47:47.540 about COVID
00:47:48.100 and he
00:47:49.420 talked about
00:47:50.020 that they
00:47:51.220 said he
00:47:52.140 meant inject
00:47:53.100 bleach,
00:47:53.960 so now I'm
00:47:54.460 wondering,
00:47:54.800 does he
00:47:55.080 mean that
00:47:55.400 we'll take
00:47:55.780 transfusions
00:47:56.560 from the
00:47:57.020 immigrants,
00:47:57.840 we'll inject
00:47:58.720 it into the
00:48:00.080 Americans and
00:48:00.940 it will be
00:48:01.320 like a bad
00:48:01.880 mix of
00:48:02.260 blood?
00:48:02.780 Well,
00:48:03.060 what if
00:48:03.280 they don't
00:48:03.560 even give
00:48:03.860 us the
00:48:04.120 right blood
00:48:04.700 type?
00:48:05.780 What if
00:48:06.180 you're type
00:48:06.620 O and
00:48:07.920 somebody gives
00:48:08.580 you some
00:48:09.160 immigrant blood
00:48:10.260 that's like
00:48:10.660 type A or
00:48:11.380 B or
00:48:11.740 something?
00:48:12.680 Well,
00:48:12.940 that's going
00:48:13.280 to pollute
00:48:13.580 your blood.
00:48:14.640 And I
00:48:14.920 think that's
00:48:15.280 exactly what
00:48:15.860 he was
00:48:16.040 talking about.
00:48:17.780 Yeah,
00:48:18.020 blood
00:48:18.660 transfusions.
00:48:20.040 Oh,
00:48:20.560 wait,
00:48:20.800 it was a
00:48:21.180 metaphor.
00:48:22.920 Oh,
00:48:23.480 it was a
00:48:23.740 metaphor.
00:48:24.760 Wait,
00:48:25.760 he's going
00:48:26.140 to be a
00:48:26.540 dictator because
00:48:27.200 he used
00:48:27.580 a metaphor?
00:48:28.000 Oh,
00:48:30.380 it's like a
00:48:31.160 metaphor that
00:48:31.780 a dictator
00:48:32.300 used once.
00:48:34.640 Yeah,
00:48:35.080 because dictators
00:48:35.740 do use
00:48:36.260 metaphors.
00:48:38.420 Do you
00:48:39.160 know who
00:48:39.420 else uses
00:48:39.820 metaphors?
00:48:44.100 Everybody?
00:48:45.740 Everybody?
00:48:47.700 Like all
00:48:48.660 people?
00:48:49.500 Everybody?
00:48:49.840 But this
00:48:51.980 time,
00:48:53.000 this one
00:48:53.480 person using
00:48:54.040 a metaphor,
00:48:56.180 dictator.
00:48:57.300 And then
00:48:57.900 there was a
00:48:58.300 joke he
00:48:58.680 told about
00:48:59.120 being a
00:48:59.500 dictator for
00:49:00.060 a day,
00:49:00.560 so if
00:49:01.060 you tell
00:49:01.380 a joke,
00:49:01.900 you probably
00:49:02.280 do want
00:49:02.680 to be a
00:49:02.980 dictator.
00:49:03.660 There was
00:49:03.960 a January
00:49:04.400 6th
00:49:04.860 insurrection,
00:49:05.460 which was
00:49:05.800 a total
00:49:06.180 Democrat
00:49:06.660 hoax and
00:49:07.480 never was
00:49:08.160 an
00:49:08.300 insurrection,
00:49:09.240 so that's
00:49:09.920 Trump's
00:49:10.420 fault.
00:49:11.280 And then
00:49:11.740 there was
00:49:11.960 a time
00:49:12.240 that Putin
00:49:12.660 said that
00:49:13.320 all the
00:49:13.740 lawfare
00:49:14.280 that's
00:49:14.580 used
00:49:14.780 against
00:49:15.140 Trump
00:49:15.520 is
00:49:16.260 obviously
00:49:16.820 political
00:49:17.400 and corrupt.
00:49:19.840 Which it
00:49:21.320 is.
00:49:22.240 It's
00:49:22.840 obviously
00:49:23.240 political.
00:49:24.460 It's
00:49:24.660 obviously
00:49:25.080 corrupt.
00:49:26.840 And
00:49:27.400 Putin
00:49:28.240 isn't
00:49:28.560 wrong
00:49:28.800 about
00:49:29.060 everything.
00:49:30.720 I mean,
00:49:31.120 we could
00:49:31.400 not like
00:49:31.880 him,
00:49:32.140 but he's
00:49:33.100 not wrong
00:49:33.640 about
00:49:34.000 everything.
00:49:37.520 So am
00:49:38.280 I wrong
00:49:38.720 that Trump
00:49:40.060 is a
00:49:40.380 dictator
00:49:40.720 because a
00:49:41.540 metaphor,
00:49:42.080 a joke,
00:49:42.520 a hoax,
00:49:43.460 and a
00:49:44.000 Putin
00:49:44.200 quote?
00:49:46.600 Did I
00:49:47.340 leave anything
00:49:47.780 out?
00:49:48.740 Because I'm
00:49:49.360 pretty sure
00:49:49.760 those were
00:49:50.240 the strongest
00:49:50.860 attacks.
00:49:52.680 The metaphor,
00:49:53.560 the joke,
00:49:54.000 the hoax,
00:49:54.480 and the
00:49:54.780 quote.
00:49:57.120 Man,
00:49:57.600 oh man,
00:49:58.600 if you
00:49:59.220 ever see
00:49:59.640 a leader
00:50:00.100 who uses
00:50:01.480 a metaphor,
00:50:02.240 a joke,
00:50:02.520 a hoax,
00:50:02.900 and a
00:50:03.140 quote,
00:50:04.440 you're all
00:50:06.760 going to be
00:50:07.080 dead within
00:50:08.060 a year.
00:50:09.500 I mean,
00:50:10.120 if it had
00:50:10.560 only been a
00:50:11.060 metaphor and
00:50:11.520 a joke,
00:50:11.940 I'd say,
00:50:12.340 okay,
00:50:12.680 well,
00:50:12.960 at worst,
00:50:13.440 100 million
00:50:13.960 people will
00:50:14.440 die when
00:50:14.820 he takes
00:50:15.120 power.
00:50:15.940 But you've
00:50:16.640 got a
00:50:16.880 metaphor,
00:50:17.320 a joke,
00:50:17.600 a hoax,
00:50:17.980 and a
00:50:18.460 quote.
00:50:19.360 And a
00:50:20.700 quote.
00:50:22.680 On top of
00:50:23.480 the metaphor,
00:50:24.040 the hoax,
00:50:24.420 and the
00:50:24.620 joke.
00:50:26.800 That's a
00:50:27.320 lot.
00:50:29.640 If you
00:50:30.080 think,
00:50:30.860 oh,
00:50:31.080 there's just
00:50:31.460 a hint,
00:50:32.740 just a,
00:50:33.300 there's just
00:50:33.780 a suggestion
00:50:34.520 that he
00:50:34.920 might be,
00:50:35.380 no,
00:50:35.820 no,
00:50:36.360 there's a
00:50:36.860 mountain of
00:50:37.340 evidence at
00:50:37.900 this point.
00:50:38.740 I'd call it
00:50:39.340 proof.
00:50:40.420 You could
00:50:40.860 call it
00:50:41.140 evidence,
00:50:41.540 I'd call it
00:50:42.000 proof.
00:50:42.320 you show
00:50:43.420 me a
00:50:43.720 leader who
00:50:44.260 says
00:50:44.640 metaphors
00:50:45.400 and jokes
00:50:45.800 and is
00:50:46.820 a victim
00:50:47.180 of a
00:50:47.520 hoax
00:50:47.780 and once
00:50:48.920 quoted
00:50:49.280 somebody.
00:50:51.280 I don't
00:50:51.940 know how
00:50:52.240 we can
00:50:52.560 survive
00:50:52.940 that.
00:50:55.580 How can
00:50:56.320 we survive
00:50:57.240 jokes and
00:50:58.200 hoaxes and
00:50:58.760 quotes and
00:50:59.620 metaphors?
00:51:01.220 My God.
00:51:04.040 Anyway,
00:51:05.180 meanwhile,
00:51:06.100 the Capitol
00:51:06.500 Police are
00:51:07.080 investigating the
00:51:08.280 the staffer
00:51:09.920 who had
00:51:10.300 some sex
00:51:10.960 in the
00:51:11.520 Senate
00:51:11.840 hearing
00:51:12.200 room.
00:51:13.560 Now,
00:51:14.180 you might
00:51:14.640 say,
00:51:15.120 why do
00:51:15.560 they need
00:51:15.920 to investigate
00:51:16.520 that?
00:51:17.140 Because there's
00:51:17.640 really not
00:51:18.140 much to
00:51:18.620 investigate.
00:51:19.660 It's kind
00:51:20.160 of right
00:51:20.480 there.
00:51:21.940 And who
00:51:22.860 exactly was
00:51:23.760 the victim
00:51:24.300 and why
00:51:25.280 do we
00:51:25.560 care that
00:51:26.060 much?
00:51:27.400 So you
00:51:28.060 might ask
00:51:28.400 those questions,
00:51:29.160 but here's
00:51:29.560 what you
00:51:29.800 don't know.
00:51:31.260 The Capitol
00:51:32.020 Police are
00:51:32.980 going to
00:51:33.300 keep
00:51:33.520 investigating
00:51:34.120 this until
00:51:35.880 they find
00:51:36.480 out how
00:51:37.880 this is
00:51:38.400 Trump's
00:51:38.820 fault.
00:51:39.920 Because they
00:51:40.640 can't keep
00:51:41.460 him out of
00:51:41.880 office with
00:51:42.420 just a
00:51:42.780 metaphor,
00:51:43.300 joke,
00:51:43.600 a hoax,
00:51:44.160 and a
00:51:44.400 quote.
00:51:45.820 They're
00:51:46.300 going to
00:51:46.580 need to
00:51:48.100 tie him
00:51:48.560 to something
00:51:49.020 worse.
00:51:50.500 And I
00:51:50.700 think they
00:51:51.020 have to
00:51:51.380 blame him
00:51:52.080 for this
00:51:53.680 Senate
00:51:53.900 staffer
00:51:54.560 getting
00:51:55.260 ass-fucked
00:51:55.980 in the
00:51:56.560 Senate
00:51:57.620 hearing
00:51:57.920 room.
00:51:59.420 And I
00:52:00.060 think where
00:52:00.520 they're going
00:52:00.920 with this
00:52:01.360 is they're
00:52:01.720 going to
00:52:01.960 blame
00:52:02.220 Trump
00:52:02.540 for
00:52:03.000 inciting
00:52:04.320 the
00:52:04.560 inserted
00:52:04.960 direction.
00:52:07.880 That's
00:52:09.400 right.
00:52:11.080 The
00:52:11.580 Capitol
00:52:11.860 Police
00:52:12.240 are
00:52:12.420 trying
00:52:12.620 to
00:52:12.820 pin
00:52:13.080 it
00:52:13.220 on
00:52:13.380 Trump
00:52:13.640 for
00:52:13.960 inciting
00:52:14.920 the
00:52:15.120 inserted
00:52:15.480 erection.
00:52:19.340 Yeah.
00:52:20.300 You can
00:52:20.960 take that
00:52:21.360 one home
00:52:21.680 for the
00:52:21.960 holidays.
00:52:23.480 I give
00:52:23.940 you full
00:52:24.520 copyright.
00:52:26.460 You can
00:52:26.960 even say
00:52:27.320 it was
00:52:27.540 yours.
00:52:28.760 Yeah.
00:52:29.160 I think
00:52:29.560 he incited
00:52:30.280 the
00:52:30.580 inserted
00:52:30.980 direction.
00:52:33.600 You're
00:52:34.120 welcome.
00:52:34.340 So there's
00:52:38.500 lots of
00:52:39.120 legal
00:52:39.460 jeopardy
00:52:39.940 for
00:52:40.120 Trump
00:52:40.380 too
00:52:40.660 which
00:52:40.920 would
00:52:41.100 keep
00:52:41.320 him
00:52:41.460 out
00:52:41.580 of
00:52:41.740 office.
00:52:42.820 Are you
00:52:43.260 having
00:52:43.500 the same
00:52:43.900 trouble
00:52:44.180 that I
00:52:44.520 am of
00:52:44.860 keeping
00:52:45.240 track
00:52:45.700 of the
00:52:46.120 91
00:52:46.600 counts
00:52:47.240 and the
00:52:48.280 four big
00:52:48.880 legal
00:52:49.180 cases?
00:52:50.600 Well let me
00:52:51.260 just walk
00:52:51.720 them through
00:52:52.020 you because
00:52:52.720 these are
00:52:53.060 trouble.
00:52:54.740 You know
00:52:55.120 if you're
00:52:56.140 worried about
00:52:57.820 the metaphor
00:52:58.300 joke hoax
00:52:59.200 and quote
00:53:00.040 as if that's
00:53:01.740 not bad
00:53:02.200 enough
00:53:02.620 it's worse
00:53:03.820 than that.
00:53:05.160 Yeah.
00:53:05.900 These are
00:53:06.380 all the
00:53:06.640 things that
00:53:07.340 Trump has
00:53:07.760 done to
00:53:08.160 break the
00:53:08.660 law and
00:53:09.180 put every
00:53:09.640 single
00:53:09.960 American in
00:53:10.580 jeopardy.
00:53:11.700 There was
00:53:12.040 a time he
00:53:12.700 kept some
00:53:13.260 classified
00:53:13.740 documents like
00:53:14.660 every single
00:53:15.360 politician since
00:53:17.180 the beginning
00:53:17.580 of time
00:53:18.220 but those
00:53:20.980 documents are
00:53:21.700 not like
00:53:22.060 other people's
00:53:23.280 documents so
00:53:24.040 let's be
00:53:24.340 honest.
00:53:25.600 These
00:53:25.880 documents are
00:53:26.540 so dangerous
00:53:27.440 that the
00:53:28.920 people who
00:53:29.300 have seen
00:53:29.620 them don't
00:53:31.540 even mention
00:53:32.140 what would be
00:53:32.720 the problem
00:53:33.180 with them.
00:53:35.180 That's how
00:53:35.760 dangerous they
00:53:36.400 are.
00:53:37.360 Because you
00:53:37.920 think oh
00:53:38.580 what if it's
00:53:39.080 just nuclear
00:53:39.740 secrets?
00:53:40.420 Well they'd
00:53:40.780 say that
00:53:41.420 they just
00:53:42.220 wouldn't tell
00:53:42.600 you what the
00:53:42.960 secret is.
00:53:44.980 So it's
00:53:45.560 got to be
00:53:45.900 worse than
00:53:46.460 giving away
00:53:47.380 nuclear secrets
00:53:48.360 to the United
00:53:48.880 States because
00:53:50.200 they're not
00:53:50.540 telling us.
00:53:52.340 Because I
00:53:53.000 can't think of
00:53:53.420 anything they
00:53:53.840 wouldn't tell
00:53:54.220 us.
00:53:54.560 let's say it
00:53:57.980 gave away our
00:53:59.940 UFO secrets.
00:54:02.280 Don't you
00:54:02.720 think that
00:54:03.080 they tell
00:54:03.420 us that?
00:54:04.380 The people
00:54:04.800 who have
00:54:05.020 seen the
00:54:05.360 documents?
00:54:05.940 They say
00:54:06.260 well we're
00:54:06.680 not going
00:54:06.960 to tell you
00:54:07.160 what the
00:54:07.420 secrets are
00:54:08.220 but we
00:54:09.220 will tell
00:54:09.720 you that
00:54:10.620 Trump had
00:54:11.640 those secrets
00:54:12.240 in an
00:54:12.600 unsecure
00:54:13.020 place and
00:54:13.560 that was
00:54:13.920 illegal.
00:54:16.180 So the
00:54:17.200 first thing
00:54:17.620 he did
00:54:18.020 is so bad
00:54:19.460 that they
00:54:20.160 can't even
00:54:20.580 tell us
00:54:21.120 about it
00:54:21.540 even in
00:54:22.000 general
00:54:22.300 terms.
00:54:23.760 Because we
00:54:24.360 know it's
00:54:24.700 not just
00:54:25.120 about having
00:54:25.680 documents because
00:54:26.640 even Biden
00:54:27.180 had documents.
00:54:28.180 It's got to
00:54:28.600 go deeper.
00:54:29.640 It has to
00:54:30.020 go to the
00:54:30.440 nature of
00:54:31.000 the danger
00:54:31.500 of those
00:54:31.880 documents and
00:54:33.020 it's so
00:54:33.680 dangerous they
00:54:34.940 won't even
00:54:35.320 tell you the
00:54:35.740 general category
00:54:36.480 of danger.
00:54:37.960 That's how
00:54:38.400 dangerous it is.
00:54:39.620 So that's
00:54:40.080 believable.
00:54:42.560 How about
00:54:43.220 that phone
00:54:43.760 call in
00:54:44.440 which he
00:54:44.760 used a
00:54:45.340 mafia talk
00:54:46.180 to say he
00:54:48.860 would like to
00:54:49.380 find the
00:54:50.040 votes.
00:54:51.120 That
00:54:51.520 apparently he
00:54:54.240 could find
00:54:54.760 behind a
00:54:55.360 locked closet
00:54:56.140 door if
00:54:57.600 they would
00:54:57.880 just unlock
00:54:58.520 it.
00:54:59.080 Which the
00:54:59.800 court has
00:55:00.260 so far
00:55:00.680 refused to
00:55:01.280 do.
00:55:02.420 So when he
00:55:02.920 said just
00:55:03.360 find the
00:55:03.960 votes that
00:55:05.420 would also
00:55:06.040 include I
00:55:06.740 would think
00:55:07.300 my interpretation
00:55:08.320 finding that
00:55:09.840 some votes
00:55:10.380 were illegal.
00:55:11.900 Because that
00:55:12.540 would be like
00:55:13.020 finding that
00:55:13.760 he won.
00:55:15.540 So yeah.
00:55:16.740 So he's
00:55:17.280 being taken
00:55:17.800 to court for
00:55:18.920 asking them to
00:55:19.800 look at the
00:55:20.420 votes that are
00:55:20.980 behind a
00:55:21.640 locked door
00:55:22.880 and some
00:55:23.400 other stuff.
00:55:25.100 So I guess
00:55:26.520 that's terrible
00:55:27.820 mafia talk
00:55:28.720 to say
00:55:29.600 find votes.
00:55:32.040 And then
00:55:32.580 there was a
00:55:33.000 January 6th
00:55:33.700 insurrection
00:55:34.160 in which he
00:55:35.740 again said
00:55:37.300 the opposite
00:55:37.960 of what he
00:55:38.540 meant.
00:55:39.940 So just like
00:55:40.740 when he said
00:55:41.220 find votes
00:55:42.100 they say
00:55:43.820 what he
00:55:44.140 meant was
00:55:44.800 go manufacture
00:55:46.100 some votes.
00:55:46.700 and what he
00:55:47.520 said to
00:55:48.560 go to the
00:55:49.060 capital and
00:55:49.660 protest
00:55:50.120 peacefully
00:55:50.780 what he
00:55:51.680 really meant
00:55:52.140 is tear
00:55:52.980 it down
00:55:53.380 and take
00:55:54.180 captives.
00:55:55.700 And then
00:55:56.200 there's this
00:55:56.620 other problem
00:55:57.160 with the
00:55:57.780 bankers
00:55:58.500 in which he
00:55:59.720 made money
00:56:00.580 for the
00:56:01.320 Deutsche Bank
00:56:02.300 lenders
00:56:02.920 who were
00:56:03.880 totally happy
00:56:04.660 with the
00:56:05.040 relationship.
00:56:06.080 So he got
00:56:06.980 a good
00:56:07.280 business loan.
00:56:08.660 They made
00:56:09.220 money.
00:56:10.240 But he did
00:56:10.840 do the
00:56:12.200 process
00:56:12.660 exactly the
00:56:13.400 way it's
00:56:13.660 normally
00:56:14.040 done
00:56:14.420 which is
00:56:15.360 that the
00:56:15.860 person who
00:56:16.940 wants the
00:56:17.420 loan
00:56:17.620 exaggerates
00:56:18.380 their ability
00:56:18.960 to repay
00:56:19.460 it and
00:56:20.240 their collateral
00:56:20.800 and then
00:56:21.720 the bank
00:56:22.080 does their
00:56:22.540 own checking
00:56:23.020 which is
00:56:23.520 their normal
00:56:23.960 process
00:56:24.520 and then
00:56:25.220 the bank
00:56:25.620 made a
00:56:25.960 decision
00:56:26.320 based on
00:56:26.860 their own
00:56:27.160 checking
00:56:27.460 and then
00:56:28.340 they made
00:56:28.720 money and
00:56:29.180 they'd love
00:56:29.480 to work
00:56:29.800 with him
00:56:30.060 again.
00:56:32.460 So those
00:56:33.200 are four
00:56:33.620 very bad
00:56:34.180 things
00:56:34.660 that he's
00:56:35.480 being accused
00:56:36.660 of.
00:56:37.260 Having
00:56:37.740 documents like
00:56:38.560 every other
00:56:39.060 politician
00:56:39.640 that are so
00:56:40.700 bad they
00:56:41.100 won't even
00:56:41.460 tell us
00:56:41.800 the general
00:56:42.240 category of
00:56:42.960 them.
00:56:44.000 Once saying
00:56:44.640 he'd like
00:56:45.060 to have
00:56:45.760 the vote
00:56:47.260 quickly
00:56:47.940 rechecked
00:56:48.980 which is
00:56:49.600 really mafia
00:56:50.180 talk.
00:56:51.380 Once telling
00:56:52.120 people to
00:56:52.740 peacefully
00:56:53.300 assemble
00:56:53.820 which is
00:56:54.840 called
00:56:55.200 overthrowing
00:56:55.820 the government
00:56:56.260 and then
00:56:57.540 also making
00:56:58.340 a perfectly
00:56:58.920 normal and
00:56:59.600 routine
00:56:59.900 business loan
00:57:00.800 that's called
00:57:01.880 defrauding
00:57:02.640 banks.
00:57:05.160 But
00:57:05.880 remember
00:57:06.700 all of
00:57:08.600 these legal
00:57:09.320 problems
00:57:10.420 it's not
00:57:11.820 the only
00:57:12.280 thing
00:57:12.600 that's
00:57:12.860 problem.
00:57:14.020 That's
00:57:14.380 on top
00:57:14.840 of the
00:57:15.220 joke
00:57:15.460 the metaphor
00:57:15.940 the hoax
00:57:16.540 and the
00:57:16.860 quote.
00:57:18.100 It's
00:57:18.320 on top
00:57:18.680 of those.
00:57:20.320 So
00:57:20.680 that's a
00:57:21.360 lot of
00:57:21.640 bad stuff
00:57:22.140 there.
00:57:24.760 So
00:57:25.280 Tennessee
00:57:25.740 is
00:57:26.400 suing
00:57:28.900 BlackRock
00:57:29.500 accusing
00:57:30.340 them of
00:57:31.160 managing
00:57:32.280 their money
00:57:33.020 not for
00:57:34.340 the best
00:57:34.700 interest of
00:57:35.340 the investors
00:57:36.080 but rather
00:57:37.240 trying to
00:57:37.860 get ESG
00:57:38.700 goals
00:57:39.680 and that
00:57:41.120 that would
00:57:42.060 be counter
00:57:42.660 to their
00:57:43.300 fiduciary
00:57:44.440 responsibility
00:57:45.060 to their
00:57:45.620 investors
00:57:45.980 which is
00:57:46.520 just to
00:57:47.160 get the
00:57:47.420 best
00:57:47.620 return.
00:57:48.040 You know
00:57:50.020 I look at
00:57:51.080 this and
00:57:51.460 I'm starting
00:57:51.880 to think
00:57:52.280 it almost
00:57:55.040 feels like
00:57:55.680 it would
00:57:55.980 be wrong
00:57:56.760 for a
00:57:58.260 CEO to
00:57:58.980 use other
00:57:59.740 people's
00:58:00.300 money
00:58:00.680 billions of
00:58:02.340 dollars of
00:58:02.880 it to
00:58:04.220 make his
00:58:04.800 neighbors
00:58:05.220 like him
00:58:05.820 more.
00:58:07.780 It feels
00:58:08.340 I'm starting
00:58:09.660 to think
00:58:09.960 that's wrong
00:58:10.540 to use
00:58:11.080 other people's
00:58:11.720 money to
00:58:13.040 make your
00:58:13.420 social life
00:58:14.020 better because
00:58:15.560 they think
00:58:16.000 that's what
00:58:16.400 happened.
00:58:17.840 It looks
00:58:18.200 like just
00:58:19.480 some people
00:58:20.000 trying to
00:58:21.320 keep their
00:58:21.720 own money.
00:58:23.680 Let me
00:58:24.300 give you
00:58:24.540 some advice.
00:58:26.560 If you
00:58:27.180 ever become
00:58:27.660 a multi
00:58:28.580 billionaire in
00:58:29.640 this country
00:58:30.140 if you're
00:58:30.680 ever lucky
00:58:31.100 enough to
00:58:31.440 become a
00:58:31.800 multi
00:58:32.060 billionaire
00:58:32.460 the first
00:58:33.920 thing you
00:58:34.280 should do
00:58:34.740 is join
00:58:36.920 the black
00:58:38.960 and brown
00:58:39.460 people in
00:58:39.920 this country
00:58:40.400 and Democrats
00:58:41.400 and rail
00:58:42.940 against the
00:58:43.540 unfairness
00:58:44.200 to that
00:58:44.800 group
00:58:45.140 and against
00:58:46.460 the racism
00:58:47.080 because that's
00:58:49.320 how you divert
00:58:49.940 them from the
00:58:50.500 fact that you
00:58:51.020 just sucked
00:58:51.540 billions of
00:58:52.280 dollars out of
00:58:52.780 the system
00:58:53.240 for just
00:58:54.280 showing up
00:58:54.720 at work.
00:58:57.480 He just
00:58:58.220 showed up
00:58:58.800 made a
00:58:59.680 billion dollars.
00:59:01.260 Yeah.
00:59:01.580 that's how
00:59:02.940 you keep
00:59:03.360 the brown
00:59:04.740 and black
00:59:05.160 people from
00:59:05.760 killing you
00:59:06.380 and taking
00:59:06.780 your billion
00:59:07.320 dollars that
00:59:07.940 they don't
00:59:08.260 think you
00:59:08.580 earned while
00:59:09.160 they're picking
00:59:10.240 up litter and
00:59:11.060 working manual
00:59:11.940 labor and
00:59:12.660 stuff.
00:59:13.700 Yeah.
00:59:14.340 So the way
00:59:14.960 you stay alive
00:59:15.840 if you're a
00:59:16.420 billionaire is
00:59:17.160 you pretend
00:59:17.640 you're working
00:59:18.180 hard for the
00:59:18.980 people at the
00:59:20.200 low end.
00:59:21.860 In this case
00:59:22.600 this fucking
00:59:24.080 asshole was
00:59:24.740 using other
00:59:25.360 people's money
00:59:26.180 literally,
00:59:28.080 the investors,
00:59:29.400 he was using
00:59:29.960 other people's
00:59:30.800 money to
00:59:31.860 signal that
00:59:32.520 he's a good
00:59:33.060 person so
00:59:33.720 don't kill
00:59:34.220 him and
00:59:34.480 take his
00:59:34.820 billion dollars
00:59:35.520 that was
00:59:35.840 barely earned.
00:59:38.500 Barely earned
00:59:39.240 in the sense
00:59:39.740 that financial
00:59:41.320 manipulation,
00:59:44.240 even when
00:59:45.200 it's legal,
00:59:46.180 totally legal,
00:59:47.420 is not exactly
00:59:48.380 adding as much
00:59:49.220 to the country
00:59:49.740 as you hope.
00:59:51.740 So Tennessee's
00:59:54.280 going to take
00:59:54.980 a bite out of
00:59:55.520 him it looks
00:59:55.940 like.
00:59:56.160 You know
00:59:58.360 those CAPTCHA
00:59:59.380 things called
01:00:00.440 CAPTCHA when
01:00:01.720 you're trying to
01:00:02.160 sign on to a
01:00:02.820 site and it
01:00:03.360 says identify
01:00:04.520 all the buses
01:00:06.100 in this grid of
01:00:07.760 pictures?
01:00:09.140 Well now AI can
01:00:10.560 do that as well
01:00:11.660 as humans.
01:00:13.500 That's right.
01:00:14.600 New study,
01:00:16.540 Rowan Cheung
01:00:17.860 has some great
01:00:19.040 AI stuff,
01:00:19.980 you should follow
01:00:20.480 him.
01:00:21.000 Rowan Cheung,
01:00:23.000 C-H-E-U-N-G.
01:00:24.840 Anyway,
01:00:25.040 every day he's
01:00:26.140 got new AI
01:00:26.740 stuff that's
01:00:27.420 some of the
01:00:27.960 best.
01:00:30.600 So the
01:00:31.420 AI bots
01:00:32.780 could do the
01:00:34.340 same as a
01:00:34.800 human in
01:00:35.380 getting past
01:00:35.900 the CAPTCHAs.
01:00:37.240 So we do
01:00:38.320 have some
01:00:38.920 really big
01:00:40.000 security problems
01:00:41.640 coming.
01:00:43.280 Really big
01:00:44.020 ones.
01:00:47.900 ByteDance,
01:00:49.140 the parent
01:00:49.920 of TikTok,
01:00:51.560 is being
01:00:52.220 accused of
01:00:53.160 stealing some
01:00:54.160 of the tech
01:00:54.800 from ChatGPT
01:00:56.120 because apparently
01:00:57.160 they have a
01:00:57.800 legal API
01:00:59.180 connection to
01:01:00.040 them.
01:01:00.380 So you can
01:01:01.080 buy an API
01:01:02.040 which is called
01:01:02.780 like an
01:01:03.780 external connection
01:01:04.620 to another
01:01:05.140 person's service.
01:01:06.820 So ChatGPT
01:01:07.760 offered that
01:01:08.500 but they of
01:01:09.840 course had
01:01:10.180 restrictions on
01:01:10.980 how it's
01:01:11.360 used.
01:01:12.360 But allegedly
01:01:13.140 the TikTok
01:01:14.920 owner,
01:01:16.680 ByteDance,
01:01:17.620 used it to
01:01:18.420 suck out enough
01:01:19.400 information to
01:01:20.260 build their own
01:01:20.800 AI.
01:01:22.360 And then
01:01:23.080 ChatGPT
01:01:23.920 banned them
01:01:24.500 from using
01:01:24.940 it.
01:01:26.840 So,
01:01:28.240 you know,
01:01:28.720 I'm starting
01:01:29.220 to think we
01:01:29.820 can't trust
01:01:30.320 China.
01:01:32.560 Anybody with
01:01:33.300 me?
01:01:34.240 I'm starting
01:01:35.140 to get,
01:01:36.560 I don't know
01:01:37.000 what it is,
01:01:37.260 it's like a
01:01:37.660 feeling,
01:01:38.860 like just a
01:01:39.500 hunch,
01:01:40.400 sort of a
01:01:40.760 gut feeling.
01:01:41.940 I just feel
01:01:42.580 like they
01:01:42.840 don't have
01:01:43.160 our best
01:01:43.520 interests in
01:01:44.040 mind.
01:01:46.260 I don't
01:01:46.500 know.
01:01:46.620 Well,
01:01:48.160 also on
01:01:48.780 AI,
01:01:51.780 there's a
01:01:53.540 jailed
01:01:53.900 opposition
01:01:54.260 leader,
01:01:55.040 this is
01:01:55.380 also from
01:01:55.960 Rowan
01:01:56.400 Chiang,
01:01:57.500 a jailed
01:01:58.160 opposition
01:01:58.600 leader named
01:01:59.220 Imran Khan
01:01:59.960 over in
01:02:00.680 Pakistan.
01:02:01.900 So he's
01:02:02.260 in jail,
01:02:03.600 but he's
01:02:03.980 running for
01:02:04.400 office.
01:02:05.120 So how do
01:02:05.540 you run for
01:02:05.960 office when
01:02:06.460 you're in
01:02:06.780 jail?
01:02:08.040 They created
01:02:09.060 an AI
01:02:09.680 version of
01:02:10.320 him with
01:02:11.240 his voice,
01:02:12.720 a perfect
01:02:13.320 deep fake,
01:02:14.800 and they
01:02:15.180 sent it out
01:02:15.700 to campaign.
01:02:16.620 So there
01:02:17.280 was some
01:02:17.800 virtual event
01:02:19.020 in which he
01:02:20.060 just gave a
01:02:20.600 speech,
01:02:21.460 but he
01:02:22.340 wasn't there.
01:02:24.120 His avatar
01:02:25.060 gave the
01:02:25.540 speech,
01:02:26.460 and it
01:02:27.720 probably went
01:02:28.340 over well.
01:02:30.040 How about
01:02:30.620 that?
01:02:31.520 Am I
01:02:31.980 right?
01:02:33.420 That's
01:02:33.860 pretty scary.
01:02:36.040 Is there
01:02:36.700 another
01:02:37.020 Imran Khan?
01:02:39.240 I don't
01:02:39.520 know.
01:02:40.000 Somebody's
01:02:40.380 asking a
01:02:40.800 question that
01:02:41.240 I probably
01:02:41.540 can't answer.
01:02:42.580 Well,
01:02:42.880 that,
01:02:43.160 ladies and
01:02:43.500 gentlemen,
01:02:44.640 concludes the
01:02:45.460 best live
01:02:46.040 stream you're
01:02:46.600 going to see
01:02:46.960 all morning
01:02:47.460 because I
01:02:48.620 took all
01:02:48.940 of your
01:02:49.120 time.
01:02:51.160 Is there
01:02:51.640 anything I
01:02:52.020 forgot to
01:02:52.440 talk about?
01:02:56.700 I think
01:02:57.260 I've had
01:02:57.560 all the
01:02:57.800 big stories.
01:03:02.640 Got to
01:03:03.140 keep your
01:03:03.480 eye on,
01:03:03.940 okay.
01:03:05.280 Is X
01:03:05.860 shutting down?
01:03:06.940 Not that I
01:03:07.500 know of.
01:03:07.940 Israel is
01:03:15.000 plugging along.
01:03:20.020 Earthquake in
01:03:20.680 China?
01:03:20.980 Yeah,
01:03:22.300 I don't
01:03:22.700 usually cover
01:03:23.500 the natural
01:03:25.300 disasters.
01:03:26.580 We don't
01:03:26.820 know too
01:03:27.180 much about
01:03:27.560 the earthquake.
01:03:28.220 5.9 hundred
01:03:29.860 people reported
01:03:30.660 dead, but I
01:03:32.700 guess we'll
01:03:32.980 wait and see
01:03:33.380 on that.
01:03:35.480 Terrorism in
01:03:36.220 the U.S.
01:03:36.760 Maui fires and
01:03:37.660 the Vegas
01:03:38.040 shootings.
01:03:39.180 I don't
01:03:39.480 know.
01:03:40.740 Yeah, I
01:03:41.160 don't know.
01:03:41.960 I think the
01:03:42.600 Maui fires are
01:03:44.920 pretty conclusively
01:03:45.920 the down fire
01:03:46.860 lines.
01:03:48.000 Did you see the
01:03:48.740 video in Maui
01:03:50.240 that actually
01:03:52.460 showed the
01:03:52.940 wind blowing
01:03:53.780 down the
01:03:54.440 power lines and
01:03:55.740 there was
01:03:55.980 sparking and
01:03:57.620 it was all
01:03:57.960 around dry
01:03:58.520 grass?
01:03:58.960 I mean, we
01:03:59.640 have a video
01:04:00.340 that, in my
01:04:02.000 opinion, is
01:04:02.720 pretty conclusive
01:04:03.620 about the
01:04:04.180 cause of the
01:04:04.660 virus.
01:04:05.620 It was just
01:04:06.040 the wind blew
01:04:07.200 the lines
01:04:08.420 down, the
01:04:08.920 lines sparked,
01:04:09.700 it was dry
01:04:10.120 grass everywhere.
01:04:11.460 Pretty basic
01:04:12.060 stuff.
01:04:16.700 Wouldn't it
01:04:17.280 be?
01:04:17.480 No, they
01:04:17.840 weren't
01:04:18.040 underground.
01:04:18.980 They should
01:04:19.460 have been.
01:04:22.680 Maui
01:04:23.240 underground
01:04:23.680 mansions.
01:04:24.740 Yeah, there's
01:04:25.220 a story about
01:04:26.040 Zuckerberg building
01:04:27.940 a bunker under
01:04:28.820 his home.
01:04:31.400 I don't know.
01:04:32.820 If you were a
01:04:33.620 billionaire, wouldn't
01:04:34.400 you build a
01:04:34.920 bunker under your
01:04:35.560 home just in
01:04:36.160 case?
01:04:37.800 I feel like
01:04:38.360 that's, you
01:04:39.360 know, if you
01:04:39.700 have an extra
01:04:40.220 hundred million
01:04:40.820 sitting around,
01:04:42.200 yeah, I don't
01:04:43.480 know, it doesn't
01:04:43.900 tell me much.
01:04:46.100 I think at any
01:04:47.200 time in my life,
01:04:48.900 at any time in
01:04:49.760 my life, if I
01:04:50.520 had a billion
01:04:50.920 dollars, I would
01:04:51.560 have built an
01:04:52.020 underground bunker.
01:04:53.400 Sure.
01:04:54.360 Never know.
01:04:55.600 Never know when
01:04:56.160 you need it.
01:04:57.940 All right, you
01:05:01.040 build one for
01:05:01.600 fun.
01:05:04.420 Summer started
01:05:05.160 by cars driving
01:05:06.100 and driving.
01:05:06.820 Really?
01:05:10.800 New Zealand has
01:05:11.820 billionaire bunkers.
01:05:13.040 Oh, it's the
01:05:13.420 thought that if
01:05:14.240 you could get to
01:05:14.880 New Zealand, you
01:05:15.640 could ride down a
01:05:17.060 nuclear war or
01:05:17.800 something.
01:05:18.720 That probably
01:05:19.100 makes sense.
01:05:20.480 You could easily
01:05:21.340 imagine a future
01:05:22.920 where only one
01:05:24.560 country survives,
01:05:26.700 you know, like
01:05:27.180 New Zealand, like
01:05:28.520 everything else is
01:05:29.360 just destroyed, but
01:05:30.840 you've got one
01:05:31.560 place that
01:05:32.660 survives.
01:05:34.280 I can see that
01:05:35.140 happening.
01:05:42.120 On the beach.
01:05:45.200 Antarctica would
01:05:46.000 survive?
01:05:46.780 Yeah, maybe.
01:05:47.520 All right, that's
01:05:51.320 all I've got
01:05:51.800 now.
01:05:55.260 Could I get the
01:05:56.140 Streisand
01:05:56.600 effect renamed
01:05:57.540 after me?
01:05:59.320 Maybe.
01:06:01.400 Yeah, hit that
01:06:02.240 like button.
01:06:04.120 Yeah.
01:06:05.180 Hit that
01:06:05.620 subscription button,
01:06:06.640 YouTubers.
01:06:07.360 All right, that's
01:06:07.720 all I've got for
01:06:08.160 you.
01:06:09.200 I don't know
01:06:09.940 about Neville
01:06:10.460 Schuetz's book
01:06:11.120 on the beach.
01:06:12.240 Don't know about
01:06:12.740 that.
01:06:12.920 A reparations
01:06:18.640 committee in
01:06:19.180 New York.
01:06:19.880 New York has a
01:06:20.640 reparations
01:06:21.160 committee.
01:06:25.260 I think
01:06:26.160 somebody should
01:06:27.020 calculate the
01:06:28.240 counter-reparations
01:06:29.480 argument.
01:06:30.860 You know there
01:06:31.340 is one, right?
01:06:33.280 See, you can
01:06:34.120 prove anything
01:06:34.680 with math.
01:06:36.280 Somebody's
01:06:36.760 going to do
01:06:37.340 why black
01:06:38.420 people owe
01:06:39.080 white people.
01:06:41.320 Now, I don't
01:06:41.800 know how that
01:06:42.300 calculation would
01:06:43.040 turn out.
01:06:44.140 Somebody's going
01:06:44.720 to do it.
01:06:46.260 And here's
01:06:46.680 what they do.
01:06:47.600 They would add
01:06:48.480 up all the
01:06:48.960 crime.
01:06:50.260 They would add
01:06:50.700 up all the
01:06:51.540 welfare and
01:06:53.140 things that
01:06:54.320 are, let's
01:06:55.480 say, out of
01:06:56.020 the norm.
01:06:57.020 Not the
01:06:57.640 baseline, because
01:06:58.460 everybody, you
01:06:59.880 know, every
01:07:00.200 group has some
01:07:00.860 baseline stuff.
01:07:02.160 So you take
01:07:02.680 whatever is the
01:07:03.180 excess, and
01:07:04.340 you'd say,
01:07:06.280 here are all
01:07:07.220 the advantages
01:07:07.780 you have.
01:07:08.140 Then, you'd
01:07:09.280 have to calculate
01:07:09.980 all the white
01:07:10.900 men who had
01:07:12.280 their own
01:07:12.740 careers suppressed
01:07:13.700 by the
01:07:16.040 racism like
01:07:16.900 IBM's racism.
01:07:18.300 And you'd
01:07:18.840 have to say,
01:07:19.360 let's subtract.
01:07:20.680 You have to
01:07:21.100 figure out all
01:07:21.920 the money lost
01:07:22.880 by white
01:07:23.460 people by
01:07:24.780 discrimination
01:07:25.440 for the last
01:07:26.220 40 years.
01:07:27.660 Imagine every
01:07:28.600 white person
01:07:29.240 who lost a
01:07:30.100 promotion in
01:07:31.080 every big
01:07:31.560 company for
01:07:32.180 40 years.
01:07:34.220 So, let's
01:07:35.860 say 50 million
01:07:37.020 people times
01:07:39.800 100,000
01:07:40.620 apiece.
01:07:41.420 What's 50
01:07:42.040 million times
01:07:42.580 100,000?
01:07:44.240 Can somebody
01:07:44.720 do the math?
01:07:45.600 50 million
01:07:46.320 times 100,000.
01:07:47.820 That's probably
01:07:48.720 what white
01:07:49.260 people lost.
01:07:52.900 Can you do
01:07:53.700 that for me?
01:07:55.060 50 million
01:07:55.840 times 100,000.
01:07:57.360 Five trillion?
01:07:59.300 Five trillion.
01:08:00.780 So, five
01:08:01.420 trillion is how
01:08:02.380 much white
01:08:03.920 men have
01:08:04.760 given up for
01:08:05.760 the benefit of
01:08:06.400 minorities.
01:08:08.680 And women.
01:08:09.700 So, you'd
01:08:09.960 have to
01:08:10.800 subtract out
01:08:11.400 the woman
01:08:11.760 part.
01:08:15.120 Right?
01:08:16.520 Five billion?
01:08:17.600 Or is it
01:08:17.920 five trillion?
01:08:21.380 Five trillion?
01:08:22.640 Enough.
01:08:23.360 Yeah.
01:08:24.600 I think we've
01:08:25.540 decided it's
01:08:26.020 five trillion.
01:08:28.380 So, if you
01:08:29.920 added the
01:08:30.900 effects of
01:08:31.580 crime,
01:08:33.420 the five
01:08:34.260 trillion,
01:08:34.660 the effect
01:08:40.860 on schools,
01:08:42.520 the complete
01:08:44.780 loss of the
01:08:45.580 retail sector.
01:08:47.220 I think you'd
01:08:47.720 have to add
01:08:48.160 in all the
01:08:48.780 crime that
01:08:50.440 the retail
01:08:51.000 companies have
01:08:51.920 lost.
01:08:53.680 I think you'd
01:08:54.640 find that
01:08:55.340 black Americans
01:08:57.120 owe white
01:08:57.740 Americans probably
01:08:58.760 at least a
01:08:59.280 trillion dollars.
01:09:01.400 Which is not
01:09:02.300 to say that
01:09:02.980 discrimination was
01:09:04.940 not real.
01:09:05.540 Of course it
01:09:05.960 was real.
01:09:06.920 And there is
01:09:07.520 lasting
01:09:08.020 discrimination.
01:09:09.880 Systemic racism
01:09:11.880 is real.
01:09:13.000 It's just that
01:09:13.620 it works both
01:09:14.200 ways.
01:09:15.100 There's systemic
01:09:15.740 racism against
01:09:16.720 white, black,
01:09:18.640 and Asian.
01:09:20.040 There's systemic
01:09:20.740 racism against
01:09:21.640 men.
01:09:22.480 There's systemic
01:09:23.100 racism against
01:09:23.940 women.
01:09:24.720 Basically, the
01:09:25.460 system is designed
01:09:26.420 to discriminate
01:09:27.060 against different
01:09:27.800 groups.
01:09:29.020 And it does
01:09:29.680 it well.
01:09:31.040 And by well,
01:09:31.700 I mean bad.
01:09:36.040 Yeah, see,
01:09:37.260 here's the
01:09:37.620 problem.
01:09:37.900 I've actually
01:09:38.380 done financial
01:09:39.400 calculations for
01:09:40.400 a living.
01:09:41.720 And I can
01:09:42.640 guarantee you
01:09:43.360 can get any
01:09:43.940 answer you
01:09:44.420 want.
01:09:45.440 There are
01:09:45.720 always enough
01:09:46.500 variables you
01:09:47.420 can get any
01:09:48.100 answer you
01:09:48.580 want.
01:09:49.120 So you could
01:09:49.560 find out that
01:09:50.420 white people
01:09:51.580 owed descendants
01:09:53.020 of slaves a
01:09:53.920 trillion dollars.
01:09:55.440 But you could
01:09:56.340 also very
01:09:57.280 easily find out
01:09:58.780 that the slaves
01:09:59.440 owe five
01:09:59.960 trillion dollars
01:10:00.620 to white
01:10:01.160 people in
01:10:01.560 America.
01:10:03.740 It just
01:10:04.380 depends how
01:10:04.840 you do the
01:10:05.220 math.
01:10:06.060 You could
01:10:06.460 decide what
01:10:07.060 variables are
01:10:07.920 included and
01:10:08.560 what are not.
01:10:09.420 And I'm not
01:10:09.900 saying one of
01:10:10.360 those is right
01:10:11.240 because these
01:10:12.880 are political
01:10:13.400 things.
01:10:13.960 It's not about
01:10:14.480 what's logical.
01:10:15.720 It's not about
01:10:16.440 what's right.
01:10:17.100 And it's not
01:10:17.440 even about doing
01:10:18.040 the math right.
01:10:19.420 It's purely
01:10:20.100 power.
01:10:21.400 And then we
01:10:21.820 use these weak
01:10:22.980 little arguments
01:10:23.600 to support the
01:10:24.600 power move.
01:10:25.880 But it's never
01:10:26.560 about the
01:10:26.960 argument.
01:10:27.580 It's never
01:10:27.880 about the
01:10:28.260 math.
01:10:28.660 It's never
01:10:28.900 about the
01:10:29.300 facts.
01:10:30.060 Those have
01:10:30.480 nothing to
01:10:30.900 do with
01:10:31.120 anything.
01:10:32.200 So that's
01:10:33.120 all I've
01:10:33.300 got for
01:10:33.520 now.
01:10:34.280 YouTube,
01:10:35.200 good to
01:10:35.760 see you.
01:10:36.240 And I
01:10:36.440 will see
01:10:36.740 you tomorrow.
