Rebel News Podcast - Declassified LIVE： Peter Strzok’s testimony - PLUS viewers questions

00:00:00.000 welcome to declassified live good morning guys a lot and when i tell you a lot going on i mean

00:00:15.100 this is out of control what happened yesterday with peter strock this this is beyond bad

00:00:22.600 beyond terrible i don't even know where to start all right i don't even know where to start so

00:00:27.000 let's let's start at the beginning now peter strock of course a little backstory peter strock

00:00:34.640 was the assistant assistant director uh in charge or yeah he was like assistant deputy director

00:00:41.260 uh in short well i shouldn't say in charge of but in charge of certain counterintelligence

00:00:45.620 investigations but his title was assistant deputy director for counterintelligence simply meaning

00:00:51.860 he was a pretty high ranking guy a senior guy still in the gs15 pay scale we spoke about

00:00:58.200 you know ses not being a secret society and all that stuff but uh he was an influential enough

00:01:04.420 guy 22 years in the fbi it's just big agency but it's not a huge agency john zealand powerwolves

00:01:10.820 morning both of you thanks for being here and so strock obviously and then of course you know the

00:01:15.960 story uh was discovered exchanged 50 000 or so text messages with his mistress lisa page lisa page

00:01:23.500 was a very senior fbi lawyer she reported to jim comey he reported to andrew mccabe get a lot of

00:01:30.480 power a lot of internal knowledge about things happening at the fbi they began to have an affair

00:01:35.560 he was on and she was on the muller a special counsel team and when the bias began to come to light

00:01:42.500 and department of justice began to dig into who the members of this team were it was revealed that

00:01:49.100 peter strock and lisa page had sent about 50 000 text messages to one another a good portion of which

00:01:56.800 contained damning comments about donald trump the most damning of course came as a byproduct of the

00:02:04.020 inspector general's recent investigation when lisa page said basically that couldn't believe donald trump

00:02:10.360 could actually be elected president but it really was really going to happen and stroke said no we'll

00:02:14.640 stop it and that's where our little story begins so peter strock yesterday was pulled into a joint

00:02:22.160 committee of the united states house of representatives oversight and judiciary committee

00:02:28.460 and uh he uh so that's that in and of itself is unusual enough it happens but typically for very very

00:02:37.240 serious events like this the takeaway yesterday the takeaway yes was that brock is a democratic

00:02:50.240 operative now i've been covering politics a long time been around the law enforcement world

00:02:55.180 even longer i've never seen democrats run interference like that they didn't run interference like that for

00:03:02.660 hillary clinton and the benghazi here in the benghazi here benghazi hearing greg burke one of the first

00:03:09.400 and financial supporters of the rebel well thank you greg thank you very much and sorry guys you know

00:03:14.820 some days we have these buffering issues it's uh unfortunately not much we can do about it that's

00:03:21.920 on youtube's end of the world not on our end of the world and so i hate it i hate that it happens i hate 0.82

00:03:27.760 that we have to deal with it but i'm looking at our stream over here everything's looking pretty good

00:03:32.540 and there's something falling down on their end so i hate when that happens to it kills the momentum

00:03:39.060 of the show so strock is then called to congress and i thought the testimony yesterday proved two things

00:03:45.300 as i was saying strock is a democratic operative he's a democratic operative not a doubt in my mind about

00:03:51.000 that but the democrats were terrified absolutely and i mean terrified i've not seen fear i've not seen

00:04:02.460 fear come out of a political party like that in years i've not seen fear come out of a political party

00:04:10.160 like that in years they didn't want to let him talk they didn't want to let him testify every time the

00:04:16.980 republicans were over the target the democrats ran insane interference and the question is why

00:04:21.960 why wouldn't democrats elected representatives of the united states people they represent republicans

00:04:27.440 in their district they represent people in their district who wanted to know what peter strock had to

00:04:31.600 say they didn't care about that they had one job protecting other democrats and taking down trump

00:04:38.900 now if you're unbiased why don't you want an fbi agent to tell the truth under oath why

00:04:46.520 why wouldn't you want him to testify about the goings-on at the fbi

00:04:51.300 eric dondero is here morning eric

00:04:55.880 morning gail uh but it was uh so i couldn't figure that out

00:05:01.320 now strock got off to a very arrogant start an incredibly arrogant start by basically

00:05:06.860 implying that he had damning information on donald trump

00:05:10.920 but he didn't release it during the 2016 election ergo he's not biased he then went on throughout

00:05:18.200 the entire hearing to say my texts are personal they're not biased and that was the funnier part

00:05:24.180 of the whole thing that he didn't think his texts were biased that he thought his texts were merely

00:05:29.380 personal communications between him and lisa page that's not true they were conducted the texts were

00:05:37.040 exchanged over fbi devices many times while he was in his fbi office being paid by you the taxpayer

00:05:46.120 who funds the fbi

00:05:47.880 that is a problem that's a problem now the bigger part of this problem the much bigger part of this

00:05:57.280 problem is attorney general jeff sessions and fbi director christopher ray they both when i say

00:06:04.080 thoroughly they both were thoroughly thoroughly thoroughly embarrassed yesterday

00:06:09.500 that jeff sessions yesterday it was proving yesterday to america that jeff sessions has zero

00:06:16.440 control over the department of justice he needs to go away he needs to go away

00:06:21.940 but one of the most telling moments in the entire hearing one of the most telling moments in the

00:06:28.320 entire hearing i'm going to go through the three that stood out to me was in the beginning when bob

00:06:34.200 goodlatte said to peter strock you can't consult with fbi counsel you're not here on behalf of the

00:06:41.460 i'm paraphrasing with chairman bob goodlatte of the house judiciary committee you're you're not here

00:06:47.400 under you're not here as a representative of the fbi you're here as peter strock who sent these text

00:06:52.860 messages the guy behind you is an fbi lawyer he's not your lawyer so no you can't consult with him

00:06:58.780 as a as a matter of uh of of your rights because you're here as peter strock not as a representative

00:07:05.180 of the fbi but i'm going to let you talk to him the strock turned around and said well because of an

00:07:10.540 ongoing investigation and special counsel all over blah blah i can't answer that question and goodlatte

00:07:15.220 said you absolutely can answer that question you're under subpoena rock said i'm not under

00:07:19.180 subpoena now rock said i'm here voluntarily goodlatte's like i don't care if you've walked

00:07:24.860 in voluntarily we sent a subpoena you're under subpoena the way you act in this committee the

00:07:30.360 rules of this committee are are today with a witness under subpoena you have to answer so think

00:07:36.780 about what strock was saying brock was saying that because he wasn't hauled in there by u.s marshals

00:07:41.440 that he was he was there voluntarily that's the problem that's the bigger problem

00:07:48.780 now i think we're having a bit of a live stream problem we're being told we're not getting stream

00:07:56.540 and i try to

00:07:56.960 and i want to see if we're getting are we getting uh

00:08:09.460 and do we have our stream back so i restarted the stream sorry guys wanted to see if maybe

00:08:16.100 that would fix the problem having a lot of problems today with uh on youtube's end for

00:08:21.680 this stream so i i really apologize we're going to try to make this work

00:08:25.200 let's see what we can do here uh and hopefully

00:08:30.780 uh okay so strock was treating it as if he wasn't under subpoena that was what he was doing

00:08:39.620 the committee was saying we don't care if you don't feel you're under subpoena we don't care if

00:08:44.320 you walked in here on your own just because we didn't have to send u.s marshals out to put you

00:08:48.380 in handcuffs and bring you here doesn't mean you're not under subpoena but you've got to answer the

00:08:52.340 question that's when representative gerald nadler of new york disgraced himself disgraced the

00:08:59.600 democratic party absolutely disgraced himself and the democratic party it was absolutely terrible

00:09:07.460 absolutely terrible and believe me guys we know i'm getting all this advice and i appreciate it

00:09:14.220 on what we need to do to make the stream we've got we've got it perfected with with transfer rate

00:09:19.880 with frame rates it has nothing to do with any of that jester i appreciate the advice

00:09:25.340 but we've got this tweak to perfection on both on our machine on this end we just some days have

00:09:32.060 this problem with youtube on the receiving end and so there's no settings over here that need to be

00:09:37.400 changed it's been a chronic problem not just for us but for others and it's it's really uh it's

00:09:45.640 really unfortunately uh the the what you deal with we've got a a great uh we're dealing with a with a

00:09:53.760 great um uh connection here i've got one of the highest speed connections offered it's it's

00:10:01.940 something on the receiving end because i've got nothing but green lights for the stream on my end

00:10:07.220 unfortunate that uh we're dealing with this but not much we can do about it unfortunately i wish i wish

00:10:15.500 there was more we could do but uh youtube is youtube anyway going back to the matter at hand so so

00:10:21.980 gerald nadler the ranking member of the house judiciary committee decides to get into a fight

00:10:27.120 with bob goodlap the chairman of the committee on behalf of peter stroke essentially gerald nadler

00:10:31.640 sitting united states congressman who's the ranking member of the committee ranking democrat on the

00:10:36.120 committee tells america tells the chairman of the committee tells the witness congressional subpoenas

00:10:42.780 mean nothing and that's really what he did congressional subpoenas mean nothing you don't have to do

00:10:49.100 anything you don't have to answer questions you don't have to cooperate with congress you don't 0.87

00:10:55.080 have to do anything you don't want to do it was it was absolutely ridiculous peter strock was being 0.74

00:10:59.900 obstructionist and david siciline from rhode island another democrat he became obstructionist it was one

00:11:05.420 of the most disgraceful displays of partisanship i've ever seen that was great moment number one

00:11:12.940 great moment number two came at the end of the first session of the hearing before they went to

00:11:19.580 that first break around 2 p.m eastern i'm sorry 1 p.m eastern 1 15 when peter strock who had been saying

00:11:28.600 i can't answer questions because the information is privileged due to the ongoing investigations of

00:11:35.480 both the doj fbi inspector general and special counsel decided that he would answer questions

00:11:42.720 posed about those things when they were asked by democrat sheila jackson lee

00:11:47.960 now i was basically pounding my fist on the table hey wait a second he just opened the door he just

00:11:57.180 answered the questions i hope goodlat calls him on this bob goodlat the chairman of the committee

00:12:01.580 well thankfully right before they went to break goodlat said well you just answered those

00:12:06.060 questions and now you're going to answer our questions so they come back from the break

00:12:10.440 trey gowdy begins to ask crock questions about which strock answers again he can't answer the

00:12:17.680 question then trey gowdy says oh no yes you can because i spoke to the fbi and you absolutely are

00:12:22.880 allowed to answer these questions and strock says i don't know i don't know the information in front of

00:12:27.940 me i can't remember and gowdy says we waited four hours for this or three hours for this

00:12:31.580 you really can't remember and strock arrogantly and defiantly says yeah like i'm not going to

00:12:36.820 answer you i'll just say i don't remember now i believe strock lied under oath because i caught

00:12:41.180 him a couple of times saying things that made no sense one of the things strock said was he had

00:12:46.260 no knowledge that he was under investigation really you're sitting under oath in a chair because

00:12:52.320 you're under investigation by congress you were under investigation by the inspector general

00:12:56.960 and doj inspector general michael horowitz said to congress and the senate under oath that he's

00:13:01.860 got another investigation into you as to whether or not you altered the 302s you tampered with the

00:13:07.880 witness reports to me that was a material lie under oath to congress by peter strock because if he

00:13:14.500 doesn't know he's under investigation he's the only person in america that doesn't know

00:13:17.840 the inspector general said so on national television under oath i would imagine peter strock's lawyers

00:13:25.460 gave him a call and said hey by the way did you see that they're looking at you for the 302s so he

00:13:29.480 and by the way he was sitting there under investigation and i forget who asked him the

00:13:34.440 question but they answered incredulously you're under investigation right now to me that was a

00:13:39.160 material lie under oath by peter strock material lie under oath by peter strock gesture three says you

00:13:45.000 got kicked out of the fbi's truck no he didn't peter strock still works at the fbi as an assistant

00:13:49.720 deputy director he has a badge of gun and we found out yesterday i'm going to get into this in a

00:13:53.720 moment a top secret sci clearance he didn't get kicked out of the fbi now rock became defiant

00:14:00.580 and still stonewalled and refused to answer questions but i thought the most the most incredible

00:14:07.980 question the kill shot the one that really shook rock up was by louis gomere i've gotten to know louis

00:14:14.900 a little bit he's a bulldog i think he's awesome i was so glad he went where no one else wanted to go

00:14:21.960 when he said to strock you're basically and we know what he said you're lying i'll paraphrase

00:14:27.820 you're lying and this is the same smirk you gave your wife when you were lying next to her at night 0.99

00:14:34.660 you know he was saying as you were cheating with lisa page and democrats went nuts this is ridiculous 1.00

00:14:42.140 you can't talk about stuff like this you can't talk about his personal life personal lives are off 0.58

00:14:47.720 limits really is donald trump's personal life off limits democrats is donald trump's family's

00:14:56.480 personal life off limits what about stormy daniels stormy daniels being used as a pawn by robert

00:15:04.160 muller there seems to me like the personal lives of of elected officials government officials appointed

00:15:11.140 officials there seems like their personal lives are fair games the democrats want it both ways

00:15:15.300 they want it both ways they don't want transparency they don't want strock's personal life brought in

00:15:22.040 but i didn't find louis gomere's question out of line i didn't find louis gomere's question

00:15:25.860 distasteful his statement i thought louis gomere was spot on if peter strock is going to crawl on a bed

00:15:31.320 and lie to his wife every night how can america trust him to you all america more than he owes his

00:15:38.000 family no peter strock simply isn't a believable man i didn't believe a word he said and i was really

00:15:43.440 good uh glad was really glad that louis gomere called him a liar in front of america because

00:15:50.260 i think most of america believes peter strock lied and remember something peter strock spent the bulk

00:15:56.340 of his career in counterintelligence he could literally teach classes in deception manipulation

00:16:02.620 and beating polygraphs also remember that robert hansen one of the worst traitors in american history

00:16:09.360 essentially had peter strock's job in fbi counter intel his breaches of intelligence

00:16:15.900 the foreign actors the chinese and others were one of the or some of the worst and most dangerous 1.00

00:16:21.880 most damaging intelligence breaches in history robert hansen got away with it for many years

00:16:27.460 because he was trained like peter strock then the fbi tried to cover it up to save themselves

00:16:32.000 embarrassment starting to see a pattern here starting to see a pattern

00:16:37.480 but the democrats didn't care about any of that the democrats couldn't have cared less the democrats

00:16:45.380 were in full court defense mode peter strock could have killed a baby in times square on new year's eve

00:16:52.180 and the democrats would have defended it and called the republicans partisan hacks and said you shouldn't

00:16:57.320 be talking about him killing baby uh there is 777 there is a ton of evidence that page and strock

00:17:05.380 were lovers a ton of evidence no more conspiracy theories that's the last conspiracy theory i'm ever

00:17:11.140 this is my promise to you guys i've addressed them for the first week and a half the last conspiracy

00:17:16.060 theory we ever address here on declassified live he's he and the page were lovers many many many many

00:17:24.960 many many many many many texts if you dig into the ig report about their relationship it's it's not even

00:17:31.840 worth you know no more when they're never again talking about conspiracy theories and alex jones

00:17:36.260 and q anon i'm never going to give it them after i finish this sentence another second of attention

00:17:42.260 on this show i do agree with 777 we need to see all the text and that's i'm glad you brought that up

00:17:48.940 that's exactly where i was going this is why jeff sessions is useless and steel anvil says layer when

00:17:55.060 donald trump uh i believe purposefully misspelled lawyer at the layers it was great peter strock

00:18:02.140 yesterday was asked if he'll provide all the texts and he said no only the ones that are work related

00:18:07.080 which is all he gave the oig that's nonsense that's bs and here's why he used fbi devices

00:18:14.320 those texts they belong to us the american people they belong to doj jeff sessions should have been on a

00:18:22.860 podium immediately ordering the release of those text messages to congress and firing peter strock 0.82

00:18:32.560 but he's not because jeff sessions is the most useless good morning robert jackson is the most 0.86

00:18:40.240 useless attorney general in u.s history yesterday proved it jeff sessions has completely completely 0.92

00:18:47.720 lost control of doj he has completely and utterly lost control of the department of justice we we do

00:18:55.860 not have an attorney general we have rod rosenstein we have rod rosenstein running doj who is not an

00:19:05.800 ally not an honest actor he's a democrat shill peter strock though yesterday was working in concert

00:19:11.380 with the democrats he was their operative john zealand says who was it that attacked strock's

00:19:18.120 fidelity louis gomere representative louis gomere from texas he is uh gomere or gomere however you

00:19:24.420 pronounce it uh louis is a great guy and i've had a uh a good fortune to spend some time with louis

00:19:30.380 one-on-one time and just a nice nice guy uh very committed an american patriot deeply cares about this

00:19:37.380 country one of the smartest guys you'll run into and i thought his line of questioning was

00:19:42.420 outstanding outstanding and i'm biased i'm a big fan i like louis gomere a lot i'm a big fan of him

00:19:50.300 as a united states congressman i like him as a man as a person really good guy but um yeah gomert is

00:19:57.660 how you pronounce it but i've always pronounced it gomere he even made fun of me last time i saw him

00:20:01.500 i had a coffee with him he said you know you never pronounced my name right but it's okay

00:20:05.000 but uh but he's a really good guy good sense of humor just a really nice guy but man don't with

00:20:11.380 louis gomere don't gomert let me say it right don't mistake kindness for weakness because he goes in for

00:20:16.400 the kill and uh he's been one of the greatest allies of conservatism gomert was was brutal during

00:20:24.740 the obama administration he's not a guy who's simply doing this for donald trump he was one of

00:20:29.640 the greatest allies of real conservatives of of uh tea party movement of the freedom caucus

00:20:36.280 louis has been one of the uh best advocates for the right one of the most articulate one of the

00:20:43.120 most powerful i would love to see him as speaker

00:20:45.500 but he's uh he's not that degree of political player now robert jackson says something that's very

00:20:54.400 true very true in fact one of the most accurate comments we've gotten on the site to date i didn't

00:20:59.920 see very much oversight being done from the democratic members of that meeting no in fact

00:21:04.520 robert uh they were trying to obfuscate they were trying to conceal they were trying to kill

00:21:09.920 transparency if anything what they were doing was the other extreme it wasn't about oversight it was

00:21:15.380 about crushing oversight eliminating oversight it was terrible it was terrible it was one of the worst

00:21:21.620 things i've seen but i believe the last night i had a dinner every quarter i do a dinner with a group

00:21:27.940 of guys i've known for years and uh political leaders there are former members of congress uh

00:21:35.740 former members of the florida state florida state legislature and uh some very affluent business

00:21:42.140 leaders who are very politically active very politically active and a few guys at the table their

00:21:47.460 companies are so big one is a multi-billion dollar uh international company he found that he's the

00:21:53.580 ceo uh that he has to donate to both sides of the aisle it's just the nature of the game and i've known

00:21:57.980 these guys for a long time we do these dinners do a private dinner in a private room secret society

00:22:03.160 kind of thing now and uh i i i get their perspective because quite often they'll say well you know you

00:22:09.560 need it would by and large the group is conservative and votes republican but they say well you need the

00:22:14.820 dems for certain things in certain states where our businesses operate i've never seen that group

00:22:20.340 there's about 15 of us and we get together once a quarter for a dinner at a steakhouse uh and we get

00:22:26.560 a private room we have the same waiter so we know him for years so that nothing we say in the room

00:22:32.340 comes out of the room because i'm there as media and like i said there are a couple of elected people

00:22:37.060 in the room at any given time a couple of former elected people but to a person last night

00:22:42.560 even the business guys who are they've got to kind of straddle the fence because of their business

00:22:50.320 interest to a person they said this was a disgrace for the democrats one of them said that one of the

00:23:01.720 democrats who was doing the obstructing is somebody that he needs for an issue but that he can't in

00:23:08.520 good conscience work with that person anymore that's how bad that i've got a guy at the table

00:23:15.680 and a very very wealthy guy so by not working with this democrat his company will take a hit in the

00:23:20.720 hundreds of thousands to a couple of million bucks

00:23:22.840 that didn't matter to him he said we make a lot of money i'd rather give up that money he said i would

00:23:31.460 honestly rather donate that money to charity the equal amount that we lose in business donate it to

00:23:38.100 charity take the tax write-off that i would give this particular democratic congressperson

00:23:43.640 a 2700 donation he said i'm not going to do it i'd rather lose the six to seven figures

00:23:48.940 it when somebody's saying that and that is a true story when somebody's saying that

00:23:54.800 you know the democrats screwed themselves yesterday they're in a lot of trouble they're in a lot of

00:24:01.960 trouble and i will tell you this

00:24:04.540 londero says cardello is a slimmed down version of frank lentz of the florida focus group man no

00:24:11.740 it's not a florida focus group believe me you'd uh you guys would like these guys you guys would

00:24:17.520 like these guys now uh claire peters raises a very very important point roxtel has his security

00:24:24.740 clearance yeah he testified to that under oath more importantly he still has his tssci

00:24:29.760 clearance more importantly more importantly he has his tssci and he admitted testified under oath

00:24:40.500 that he used it to obtain information to prepare for the hearing well sure is different than what

00:24:47.080 jeff sessions told us back in june isn't it that rocks clearance had been pulled so what's happening

00:24:53.440 what's happening over at doj at fbi what's happening over there do we have anybody in control on our

00:25:03.600 side anybody is there anyone on our side in control of doj and fbi i don't know i don't know 0.81

00:25:13.720 now 777 asshole page show if not what congress jailer well they can't just jailer uh they've got 0.77

00:25:20.180 to um they've got to uh it can't she can't just be summarily jailed they've got to go to a federal 1.00

00:25:27.340 judge as the federal judge to enforce the subpoena then send out the united states marshals

00:25:31.300 so we got to see what um we've got to see what that uh how that all shakes out but i do believe

00:25:40.880 she'll show this morning now i believe the sergeant arm is still endless right sergeant arms can hold

00:25:46.520 her in contempt but ryan needs to give the order but even then you still need the u.s marshals to

00:25:50.720 go get her and that that the procedure for that is a federal judge has to order that a federal judge 1.00

00:25:56.460 has to rule the sergeant of arms can hold her in contempt ryan gives the order goes to a federal

00:26:00.460 judge a federal judge makes the ruling and then the federal judge can then ask the u.s marshals

00:26:04.160 to go get her it's not it can't congress isn't law enforcement or prosecutorial they don't have the 1.00

00:26:09.500 authority to send the marshals to get anybody it has to be a federal judge that does it but um

00:26:15.580 let's see hangman john ruth says why does david cisley and where congress pin on right side all of

00:26:20.920 this on left lapel it's not means nothing it's probably just because on the blazer he has

00:26:24.760 some custom blazers have the uh buttonhole for lapel pins on the right side others on the left

00:26:30.760 i wouldn't read too much into that uh but but um the uh the bigger problem we have here

00:26:37.920 is the defiance the absolute defiance and that peter strock still has his security clearance

00:26:44.060 he still has his security clearance now trey gowdy did an amazing job trey gowdy's a lot of bark but

00:26:53.020 however yesterday he got it on the record and that's really all i cared about i wanted to see

00:26:58.400 what we saw yesterday on the record we needed peter strock embarrassed in front of america

00:27:03.740 we needed that we needed peter strock embarrassed in front of america and he was embarrassed in front

00:27:10.980 of america now the big question the big big question is what will jeff sessions and christopher

00:27:19.500 ray do if jeff sessions and christopher ray don't act today if they don't act today

00:27:27.780 and they don't fire jeff sessions uh and christopher ray rod rosenstein well what i'm trying to say is

00:27:38.280 if jeff sessions and christopher ray don't fire peter strock and trump needs to fire jeff sessions

00:27:44.340 rod rosenstein and christopher ray and when everybody goes hysterical and says you just

00:27:48.300 purge the fbi and they shut down muller trump needs to say too bad trump is polling at around

00:27:52.840 90 something percent among republicans he'll survive it politically he's getting terrible advice from his

00:27:57.640 white house counsel now terrible terrible advice from his white house counsel and it's time for the

00:28:05.380 president of the united states to push back it's time for the president of the united states to push back

00:28:11.420 now uh we we just this case has me infuriated because number one it disgraces the hard-working

00:28:22.060 men and women of the fbi number two it completely destroys americans confidence in their federal law

00:28:30.280 enforcement why would you why would you why would any american respect the authority of the fbi if the fbi

00:28:38.740 doesn't respect the authority of the constitution when a senior fbi agent sits up there and lies for

00:28:45.380 hour upon hour upon hour and i believe he lied we caught him in lies saying he didn't know he was

00:28:49.220 under investigation we caught him in lies when he said oh his texts weren't biased they were hyperbole

00:28:53.440 he's insulting the intelligence of americans telling you don't believe what you read don't believe what

00:29:00.020 my texts say oh my bias didn't creep 50 000 text messages sent on fbi devices my bias didn't creep

00:29:07.540 in oh give me a break give me a break i've got no bias bias i've got no bias where is the attorney

00:29:16.280 general of the united states and what is happening over at the fbi today what are they doing over at

00:29:21.640 the fbi now brandy hamilson says more bread and circus nobody going to jail we bet we should find

00:29:27.280 better things to do planetary or something well you gotta understand peter strock we were never looking

00:29:31.820 at peter strock in a criminal capacity we're just trying to find out how deeply things go now

00:29:36.100 if the inspector general finds out that he tampered with the 302s the witness reports that's criminal

00:29:40.700 but sending texts to your mistress is not criminal having a mistress doesn't even violate fbi guidelines

00:29:47.320 that we're having a mistress for an fbi agent encounter intelligence any fbi agent is dangerous

00:29:51.960 is blackmail hey we've got photos of you and your mistress we're going to give them to your wife 0.79

00:29:56.840 drop the investigation or give us information that's the problem that's the problem that is the problem

00:30:08.140 right there the uh the um disgraceful disgraceful uh uh breach of ethics and protocol that compromised him

00:30:20.380 that compromised his job that compromised the entire fbi and i apologize guys i i know the stream the feed is

00:30:31.180 now now steel defeat is terrible steel anvil says something john i was texting six cops we knew he was

00:30:35.640 lying brother feel i was doing the same i was texting with a guy in military intelligence a good buddy of mine

00:30:41.560 who was actually an interrogator at guantanamo for a while and uh it was it was um a disgraceful display

00:30:51.860 he was lying to america's face lying to america's face and we knew it and everybody knew it and my uh

00:30:59.180 very good friend is a forensic psychologist he's worked uh god he's testified in uh he told me over the years

00:31:06.860 into the thousands of court cases and on anger and a violent crime and deception and he said

00:31:15.180 that he found nothing nothing truthful in observing strock about strock's behavior demeanor etc

00:31:22.000 uh and i don't know c bateman is saying he's serious about her arrest though

00:31:27.520 the officers under a club owner must be trump support uh oh stormy daniels no i that's what you're

00:31:32.960 talking about no it was just that was probably a regular old public morals unit uh sting and she

00:31:39.120 got jammed up they probably had heard what she was doing they went in they got a minor arrest the

00:31:43.720 charges were dropped happens all the time it's not some grand believe me if people that were close or

00:31:48.920 wanted to help the president we're going to jam up stormy daniels it wouldn't be on a minor violation 1.00

00:31:53.280 akin to a speeding ticket yeah no but uh i i'm i'm so the thing that bothers me the most is as i'm

00:32:02.200 talking to you guys and i'm bringing you the show i'm checking news reports and i'm looking at

00:32:06.220 doj's website and i just can't find anything anything anything that indicates the doj even cares

00:32:20.320 i can't find anything that indicated jeff sessions is awake i don't even know if he's awake the jeff

00:32:25.540 sessions washed his hearing yesterday does he know what went on rudy giuliani was about the only one

00:32:31.240 out there beating up peter strock giuliani said that's a disgrace special counsel robert muller 0.95

00:32:36.880 should be ashamed of himself those democrats trying to protect that liar strock should be ashamed of 0.99

00:32:42.580 themselves and every fbi i every fbi agent i know wants to see this guy drummed out of the bureau 0.96

00:32:50.440 giuliani went on to say so how much of it is infecting the investigation today we may never know

00:32:55.000 which is why i think the investigation is totally phony look there isn't an attorney in america

00:33:03.460 a lawyer in america a reasonable prosecutor as james comey loves to say a reasonable person in america

00:33:10.360 that thinks muller's investigation is on the level and is not tainted and is not tainted

00:33:18.480 let's see let's see what else we got here in terms of comments uh debatement forces nope it almost

00:33:27.480 never happens they didn't do it with for anyone just because they wanted to trip her up about

00:33:30.940 stormy daniels that's not true it's not true we used to back up the new york city public morals

00:33:35.180 division all the time when they would go into strip clubs and do stings for prostitution uh other 1.00

00:33:40.920 things so that's debatement respectfully that's simply not true cops police departments do stings like

00:33:46.720 that all the time there are units dedicated it was not some lot to tell trump by getting stormy

00:33:54.100 daniels a minor summons that's not the way he yeah steel anvil's right about jeff sessions he's worried

00:34:00.040 about friggin weed i say that all the time jeff sessions pops up he's a groundhog from groundhog's

00:34:06.140 day punks of tawny phil every six weeks jeff session pops out of his hole says legal weed ms 13 0.97

00:34:11.740 immigration did i say legal weed asset seizure and then he goes back into his hole like a little

00:34:18.840 groundhog and then he comes out six weeks later he has completely completely checked out

00:34:24.760 completely checked out gail cochran cochran says something interesting how did that democrat read

00:34:31.960 republican emails or texts about jason chavez they weren't emails in text so what gail is referring to

00:34:36.720 is that uh his name is um oh it'll come to me i forget he's the guy with the glasses a weird weird

00:34:43.500 little guy and he was reading comments made to the media or given to the media by never trumpers

00:34:51.140 during the election and saying you didn't say this did you know oh you're right it was republican ben

00:34:56.580 sass it was jason chavez by the way he pronounced everybody's name wrong but he proved he proved

00:35:02.780 trump's point that even republicans were against trump and he still won he was proving that trump 0.99

00:35:10.420 was innocent this guy it was it was the dumbest display the dumbest display i've ever seen the 0.99

00:35:20.060 dumbest display i've ever seen it really really was ridiculous really was ridiculous and if anything 0.99

00:35:26.640 all he did was say those in the republican party who were against trump are now with him like jason 0.98

00:35:32.660 chavez who's on fox all the time defending trump and out there at pro-trump events as keynote speaker

00:35:37.680 there were a lot of never trumpers early on

00:35:42.620 fiel anvil says sass was involved in the yeah he was he was with denny haster i can't stand ben sass i

00:35:49.640 think he's a sanctimonious oh this guy just gets on my nerves you know when he did that little stunt

00:35:55.400 and drove the garbage truck and drove the uber that's what he should be doing he should be driving 0.98

00:35:59.680 garbage trucks and ubers here's what i don't want to get into steel they're all pedos they're all 0.98

00:36:04.920 pedophiles i don't like this line i you know i know man you come out of law enforcement but we use that 0.99

00:36:10.100 too gratuitously i worked those cases for a little while we we it's it's been too easy we throw it 0.98

00:36:15.180 around oh pedophile pedophile democrat pedophile we forget about the victims and the real cost of 0.72

00:36:19.280 those crimes no not i don't think everybody's a pedophile but i think that danny haster certainly 0.98

00:36:25.040 was and i think ben sass knew about it then way i believe joe paterno knew everything and i was glad

00:36:30.700 to see joe paterno die in disgrace i believe joe paterno knew everything and he covered it up i

00:36:36.620 believe that i firmly believe that i believe he put the football program way ahead way ahead of what

00:36:42.920 he did but still i see what you're saying it always seems to shake out that there that it comes

00:36:47.620 back to some prominent people and they're very forgiving of pedophilia let's see 30 000 sealed

00:36:56.600 indictments says jeff sessions has been busy oh that's another conspiracy theory people don't

00:37:01.040 realize that that other people in this country are being investigated and prosecuted and jeff sessions

00:37:06.960 is not the guy doing the indictment we have thousands of assistant u.s attorneys out there prosecuting

00:37:13.780 people around the country for various things it is mind-blowing that americans read or listen to

00:37:21.200 these conspiracy sites and think that every sealed indictment in the united states has to do with

00:37:24.960 hillary clinton and and team clinton no it doesn't it's probably the drug dealer and the texas border or the

00:37:31.260 mob guys in new york it's a lot of crime out there nothing to do with jeff sessions jeff sessions

00:37:37.100 is doing absolutely nothing absolutely nothing nothing it's uh it's really really funny

00:37:46.420 that that people believe this stuff without doing research on it's actually pretty tragic i wish

00:37:52.180 people would watch shows like this more and and factual outlets and less conspiracy stuff

00:37:58.440 gomeritt's bombshell about the clinton server phoning emails to a foreign entity was a bit weird

00:38:02.840 uh go married well we know which entities it was we we know that foreign actors were able to breach

00:38:07.920 the clinton email server we know that the clinton foundation was dealing with many many foreign

00:38:12.240 governments

00:38:12.680 yep still anvil says what write a warrant application see how long it takes no time at all they're lazy

00:38:20.560 you can get them in hours in hours you can i've watched i've watched warrants come through for

00:38:26.840 social media to grab images we knew there was child porn or something like that i've watched them come

00:38:32.260 through in under a half hour but you're right and you're right it's about laziness and now the

00:38:38.600 process is automated in many it's automated mad uh magitastic says why hasn't trump removed jeff

00:38:47.160 sessions i explained it yesterday he hasn't removed jeff sessions because trump needs to get a supreme

00:38:50.960 court nominee through and jeff sessions and mitch mcconnell the senate majority leader have been

00:38:54.840 friends a very long time mitch mcconnell and other powerful senators made it very clear to jeff

00:38:59.080 sessions to donald trump that they're not going to have their buddy jeff sessions fired in disgrace

00:39:04.640 so if trump does it they're not going to approve confirm whomever he appoints and they're going to

00:39:10.620 stall other nominees that's called politics that's why it's not because jeff sessions is some

00:39:16.220 violent assassin behind the scenes it's because his buddies in in the senate don't want him to be

00:39:22.540 fired in disgrace they're helping their friend out that's the only reason jeff sessions still has a job

00:39:26.680 the only reason only reason the only reason

00:39:32.020 lee newton road says good morning robert jackson says our stream is really laggy today i know it is

00:39:39.400 terrible today and i apologize not on our end i've got all green lights on our end there's something on

00:39:44.120 something on youtube's receiving end that's really screwing us up robert it's uh frustrating to me as

00:39:50.820 well i'm you notice i'm poking around here as i bring you guys the show i'm monitoring it

00:39:54.920 yo coachman says mitch is playing dirty man mitch mcconnell i will say this i'm no fan of mitch

00:40:01.580 mcconnell on many many many many things but mitch mcconnell saved america he saved america

00:40:11.120 by not appointing by blocking the confirmation of merrick garland

00:40:16.200 so hate mitch mcconnell all you want but you got to give credit where due

00:40:20.740 mitch mcconnell

00:40:22.560 showed so much spine and backbone on obama's appointment of merrick garland

00:40:27.840 by blocking it by not putting a far leftist

00:40:32.040 picked by obama on the court that you got to give mitch mcconnell credit for that one

00:40:37.700 and quite frankly that was a transformative moment for america a transformative moment for america

00:40:46.640 look at the decisions that came down about unions look at the decisions that have come down about

00:40:53.500 religious freedom that wouldn't have happened with merrick garland on the supreme court what would

00:40:58.320 have gone the other way what would have gone the other way we would not have had the majority we're

00:41:04.640 about to have with the appointment with the appointment of brett kavanaugh

00:41:09.780 and and i don't care what mcconnell does going forward i'll criticize him but to the end of time

00:41:17.340 i'll give mitch mcconnell a tremendous amount of credit for his fortitude on that one it was i'm

00:41:21.920 going to say it again it was a transformative moment for the united states we were on a blint we were

00:41:26.480 on a brink here we're on a cliff had hillary gotten merrick garland we were going left 0.92

00:41:30.020 but instead chip was righted and now the court is moving to the right he really deserves credit

00:41:37.440 for that and listen if you watch this show you watch my uh shorter segments you watch my old show

00:41:42.680 here the hour long declassified mitch mcconnell i criticize mitch mcconnell i beat up mitch mcconnell

00:41:49.280 i don't like what he's doing with jeff sessions but i will say this i think after yesterday

00:41:54.040 donald trump political capital rose and jeff sessions and christopher ray and the fbi and the

00:42:01.260 doj the corrupt individuals within they're sank trump right now has the political capital to start

00:42:08.800 making moves hangman john ruth says uh you predict trump will have three scotus appointments i think

00:42:14.600 he definitely gets three so i agree with you he might get four fryer is getting up there he might

00:42:20.060 get four and i'll tell you something else he might get five he might get five and i'll tell you why

00:42:25.000 you're going to probably replace ginsburg briar depends how healthy he is by uh 2024 the end of

00:42:34.360 trump's second term because i believe barring anything trump will uh retire uh uh trump will

00:42:40.340 easily win a second term briar probably retired during that term trump replaces him i believe clarence

00:42:46.480 thomas will step down will retire that trump can replace someone as conservative as thomas

00:42:52.380 who's younger and then we're going to have a very very conservative court for decades trump might

00:42:57.820 arguably just due to the way the math works out in the ages of the justices he might get five

00:43:03.000 status appointments and so he's definitely i believe i'm with you getting three possibly four

00:43:09.640 i think if briar goes thomas definitely goes definitely goes and trump gets five young

00:43:16.340 conservative appointments on the court and that that is just earth-shatteringly good alito's still

00:43:25.140 relatively young so uh we um yeah meditex says yep hard to believe we could have ended up with hillary 0.99

00:43:33.060 man i thank my lucky stars every single day every single day imagine imagine what would have happened

00:43:41.460 to this country because you can bet your bottom dollar if hillary was in the oval office briar and 1.00

00:43:46.940 ginsburg would have retired already so she would have been replacing well they would have gotten 1.00

00:43:52.860 merrick garland she would have been replacing uh kennedy who probably would have retired briar uh and 0.99

00:44:00.420 ginsburg probably would have retired hillary would have had four young just the court would 1.00

00:44:03.460 have been left for years because kagan and sotomayor are relatively young

00:44:06.760 they're relatively young robert jackson says who do i think is running against trump in 2020 i think

00:44:15.920 hillary thinks she's running against trump in 2020 i think elizabeth warren wants to run against trump

00:44:20.540 in 2020 andrew cuomo from new york's definitely running in 2020 so biden will probably throw his hat in

00:44:26.280 the ring in 2020 and cory booker i think is running so right now those five i think you can take to the

00:44:32.500 bank hillary elizabeth warren joe biden andrew cuomo uh governor of new york and cory booker

00:44:38.440 senator from new jersey those five definitely uh definitely others will throw their hats in the ring 1.00

00:44:43.960 we got to see who up and comers in the party are but uh those five have yeah booker is a nut

00:44:50.480 robert jackson says cory booker he's a looney tune but uh those five i think you could take to the

00:44:55.540 bank they've got they've got war chest they've got some money they've got the brand recognition

00:44:59.680 so they're going to give it a shot uh i don't think any of them could be trump in a general

00:45:04.840 that's the problem i don't think anybody uh what about the governor of colorado running for president

00:45:10.400 it'd be hard for him to raise money you mean hickenlooper be hard for him to raise money he

00:45:14.700 doesn't have enough national name recognition uh you see the metatex is the problem for biden is that

00:45:19.800 everyone sees obama's mistakes now yeah but biden can very easily say i was the vp i disagreed with

00:45:23.980 him on this i would have done it this way biden is name recognition don't underestimate name

00:45:28.840 recognition brady hamilton says same criminals different election yeah good way to put it

00:45:32.700 uh lee newton rhodes is organizing a mutiny within the corrupt misguided liberal democratic party i was 0.99

00:45:38.160 talking about this last night there are really two democratic parties right now you've got the far

00:45:42.440 left radically far left party of tom perez and alexandria ocasio cortez the new york socialist

00:45:49.980 you've got that democratic party and then you got the democratic party connor lamb

00:45:55.280 in pennsylvania the the conservative moderate democratic party the patriotic working class

00:46:03.180 democratic party unfortunately that that's a bit shorter lisa leto says did we discuss lisa page

00:46:09.880 testimony i just got here we did we don't know much about it yet it's going to be behind closed doors

00:46:13.340 today last we heard she's going and i think that's why the democrats and peter strock were so

00:46:19.240 hell-bent yesterday on getting the transcripts of strock's private testimony released something the

00:46:25.800 republicans blocked if you don't understand what was happening there and why they wanted that

00:46:29.180 it was because uh it was because they wanted to give lisa page a cheat sheet or a testimony today if 0.99

00:46:37.140 they had released rock's testimony his private testimony yesterday lisa strock's lawyers would have spent the

00:46:42.180 whole night using it to prepare her for this morning that's what they were doing with that

00:46:47.640 if you didn't understand the game with that that's what that game was about it was all about lisa page

00:46:53.380 getting her cliff notes for this morning's testimony to congress today's testimony behind closed doors

00:46:59.100 to congress because what they're very nervous about now is that lisa page and peter strock are going

00:47:06.720 to say two different things under oath about the same issues that's what they're very very nervous about

00:47:12.180 because remember peter strock may have said things yesterday that he didn't say under oath and vice

00:47:18.040 versa uh meditech says i don't think we will get anything from page she will take the fifth

00:47:23.680 everywhere maybe maybe i mean she's an attorney and there's nothing they can really do to her 0.94

00:47:28.100 she doesn't work for the fbi anymore

00:47:29.480 she walked in there and takes the fifth there's nothing they can do to her 1.00

00:47:35.160 because she's not accused of doing anything criminal if i were her i'd take the fifth

00:47:40.180 uh and and so hold her the hill to take the fifth so what so what can't do anything to it 0.96

00:47:47.520 texting your mistress isn't illegal or your your your your boyfriend isn't illegal 0.69

00:47:52.120 saying you hate donald trump isn't illegal it's improper it should be fireable she's already quit

00:48:00.160 the fbi there's absolutely let me make it clear to you there is absolutely nothing nothing that can

00:48:08.240 be done lisa page john zealand says stroke had to take an internal fbi polygraph that he didn't fully

00:48:13.300 pass yet he was allowed to retain access to sci so he could maintain control of hillary's espionage

00:48:17.500 investigation i've seen reports on that none confirmed i haven't seen that reported really

00:48:21.920 with any confirmation on it he never lost his he never lost his security clearance apparently

00:48:30.580 uh jeff sessions misled us it was only suspended for one day he didn't lose it yeah meditech it

00:48:37.260 was smart she quit the fbi very smart lisa page could walk in there today and said well i'll let you 0.52

00:48:43.500 know i'm taking the fifth on every question they could question her spend 10 hours she could walk 1.00

00:48:47.380 out never answer a question and there isn't a damn thing anyone can do to her nothing nothing 0.99

00:48:54.320 not short of anything criminal not suspected of anything criminal and it is her constitutional right

00:48:58.700 to plead the fifth i were her i would do that i would do that absolutely now let's hope she's

00:49:04.380 nervous and she answers questions but she is a lawyer so she knows what she's doing when she goes

00:49:09.280 in there but hell if i were her if i were her attorney why wouldn't she nothing that we shouldn't say a 1.00

00:49:15.440 word well stroke testimony was textbook rehearsed deal anvil says yeah yeah but very deceptive very

00:49:21.900 deceptive and i do think that he was a weak witness i do think that if jeff session right if uh

00:49:27.440 well that's such another story he's got it on my mind if uh congress could only allow republicans on

00:49:35.560 the committee to interview him he would have cracked the stroke is so used to being on the other side of

00:49:39.660 that table he doesn't have to be a witness only an interrogator louis gomere was shaking him up

00:49:43.640 uh md is saying breitbart and rep the sanas are saying this morning that stroke at his tsi restored

00:49:51.260 temporarily for purposes of preparing yesterday yeah i've heard that shouldn't have been restored

00:49:54.880 at all shouldn't have been restored at all but i think the fbi is playing games i think they're

00:50:01.360 playing a lot of games because i don't believe they were only letting him look at old information

00:50:05.800 still anvil says he and i could have cracked him in an hour probably probably the guy was really

00:50:14.900 getting worked up he was ready to go man he was ready to go i know you saw it too he was this guy

00:50:20.000 was ready to go go mayor could have broke him and then a jim jordan or gowdy could have come in or a

00:50:25.660 desantis or matt gates they could have come in and asked some kill shot questions and i think

00:50:29.640 stroke would have cracked but unfortunately the democrats get their questions after five minutes

00:50:35.640 and they were giving him breathers they were calming him down they were helping him out

00:50:39.740 it was unfortunately uh tragic to be quite honest with you it was absolutely absolutely tragic hey
