Rebel News Podcast - EZRA LEVANT ｜ The best (and worst) of the Walk With Israel

00:00:00.000 Tonight, the best and worst of the March for Israel. 0.98

00:00:04.200 It's May 26th, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.

00:00:12.860 What country did you come from?

00:00:17.320 I'm not leaving the street for a terrorist.

00:00:19.160 You gotta go back on the other side, I'm telling you.

00:00:21.400 Are you gonna arrest me?

00:00:21.880 I cannot deal with multiple things at once.

00:00:23.680 We'll deal with this one thing. 1.00

00:00:25.000 You're a liar. You're a shunda for the Goyim. 1.00

00:00:27.140 I'm looking like he's...

00:00:27.780 You're a shunda. You know you are. 1.00

00:00:29.280 You're a disgrace. 1.00

00:00:31.060 You get paid to demonize your own people. 1.00

00:00:33.460 You're gonna be deported one day,

00:00:35.460 and you're gonna be deported one day.

00:00:37.540 How come the Jews have to walk through this gauntlet of hate?

00:00:40.720 Like, why did you station...

00:00:42.340 I'm not surprised that that cop doesn't want to talk.

00:00:47.520 Are you worried that things in Canada

00:00:49.480 are gonna continue to get worse

00:00:51.120 as mass immigration changes the demographics?

00:00:55.080 Not just mass immigration,

00:00:56.580 but a political party that refuses to actually do anything

00:01:00.460 about the huge rise in anti-Semitism.

00:01:02.420 So I think under Kearney,

00:01:04.080 absolutely they will get worse.

00:01:05.680 But people like me won't be fleeing.

00:01:07.580 We'll be fighting.

00:01:08.740 We will never be afraid.

00:01:10.540 We will never be afraid.

00:01:11.820 You're fighting for freedom!

00:01:15.200 Shame on you. 0.98

00:01:15.980 You censorious bug! 0.88

00:01:18.080 Ezra LeVant here. 0.66

00:01:27.880 I'm standing at the heart of Jewish Toronto.

00:01:30.980 It's the north part of the city.

00:01:32.800 Bathurst Street goes up and down

00:01:34.520 where most of the city's Jews live

00:01:36.760 within a few blocks, frankly.

00:01:39.460 About 200,000 Jews in Toronto.

00:01:41.880 They used to be a political and financial force.

00:01:44.580 Mayor Mel Lassman, if you look at all the hospitals

00:01:48.820 and universities, all the wings are named

00:01:51.560 after Jewish donors.

00:01:53.940 This was one of the happiest and friendliest cities

00:01:57.260 in the world to be Jewish.

00:02:00.160 Then came mass immigration.

00:02:02.620 And then came the October 7th, 2023 terrorist attack

00:02:06.360 on Israel, which was like a starter pistol

00:02:08.940 for anti-Semitism.

00:02:10.480 This march for Israel has been going on

00:02:13.580 for about 50 years or so.

00:02:16.280 And it used to be that every political leader

00:02:18.280 wanted to see and be seen at this event

00:02:21.360 for this important voting bloc.

00:02:23.640 Not anymore.

00:02:25.080 The mayor, Olivia Chow, who was elected in part

00:02:27.980 by anti-Semitic votes, stays as far away

00:02:31.680 from the Jews as she can. 0.99

00:02:34.060 Same thing, frankly, for the premier,

00:02:36.680 the prime minister, the police chief.

00:02:38.840 Silence is the best they'll do.

00:02:42.160 But speaking of the police chief,

00:02:43.460 there's something quite curious.

00:02:44.980 As you can see, there's an enormous number

00:02:46.880 of the police here,

00:02:48.600 but they're actually acting as concierges

00:02:51.180 for about 100 anti-Israel pro-Hamas protesters.

00:02:57.080 And the police have arranged it

00:02:58.700 so they form a gauntlet

00:03:00.520 that the Jews have to walk through 1.00

00:03:02.700 with high-powered, amplified speakers

00:03:05.780 on either side shouting anti-Semitic epithets

00:03:09.720 at the Jews. 0.59

00:03:11.540 The police had announced in advance

00:03:14.020 that there would be an area

00:03:15.840 for the Palestinian pro-Hamas protesters

00:03:18.900 to say whatever they wanted

00:03:21.100 that didn't involve harassing

00:03:23.500 and interfering with this Jewish event.

00:03:26.160 Of course, the police didn't mean it,

00:03:27.980 and they've allowed Palestinian protesters

00:03:30.740 to march up and down,

00:03:32.680 hurling anti-Semitic

00:03:35.040 and in some cases, violent threats.

00:03:38.240 There have been some arrests,

00:03:39.640 but astonishingly,

00:03:40.760 the arrests have been arrests

00:03:43.300 of independent journalists.

00:03:45.440 I myself tried to engage

00:03:47.120 with some of the pro-Hamas protesters.

00:03:50.020 It didn't go well.

00:03:51.420 Here's a look at that.

00:03:52.300 You should be deported. 0.99

00:03:53.560 Don't touch me. 1.00

00:03:54.240 Don't touch me.

00:03:55.440 Don't touch me. 1.00

00:03:57.160 You thug. 1.00

00:03:57.520 You're an anti-Semitic thug. 1.00

00:03:59.320 You're an anti-Semitic thug. 1.00

00:04:01.100 You're an anti-Semitic thug. 1.00

00:04:03.380 You're an anti-Semitic thug. 1.00

00:04:05.200 Don't touch me. 1.00

00:04:06.580 Don't touch me.

00:04:08.340 Don't touch me. 1.00

00:04:13.400 Get the f*** out of you. 1.00

00:04:15.460 Where are you from? 1.00

00:04:16.540 Where are you from?

00:04:17.760 Don't come outside.

00:04:18.540 Really? What will you do to me?

00:04:21.120 Don't come closer.

00:04:21.900 Don't come closer!

00:04:23.900 What are you going to do to me?

00:04:25.900 What are you going to do to me?

00:04:27.900 Try it! Try it!

00:04:29.900 What are you going to do to me?

00:04:31.900 What are you going to do?

00:04:33.900 What are you going to do? 1.00

00:04:35.900 You suck! You'll be deported! 1.00

00:04:43.900 You're going to be deported one day and you're going to be deported one day.

00:04:47.900 But first you need to go to the campus.

00:04:49.900 I'm scared!

00:04:51.900 I'm scared! 1.00

00:04:53.900 You're Hamas thugs! 1.00

00:04:55.900 You know I was arrested for standing over there in their space. 0.99

00:04:59.900 And you let them all come here and interrupt the Jewish march. 0.99

00:05:03.900 Why the double standard?

00:05:09.900 I'd love to speak to somebody.

00:05:11.900 We're in the middle of doing something else.

00:05:13.900 What did you say? I think you called out to us.

00:05:17.900 Where are you guys from?

00:05:19.900 What country did you come from?

00:05:21.900 Get to Zionists! 1.00

00:05:23.900 Where did you guys come from?

00:05:25.900 What country are you from?

00:05:27.900 Why did the Jews have to walk through this corridor and be shouted at? 0.99

00:05:31.900 Why would you divert the Jews through these crazy screaming Hamas types? 1.00

00:05:37.900 I don't get it. 0.84

00:05:39.900 I have no answers to that.

00:05:41.900 That's above what I know.

00:05:43.900 Fair deal.

00:05:45.900 Like look at that there.

00:05:47.900 It looks like the police are going to form a wall of police officers between the screaming

00:05:55.900 Hamas supporters and where the Jews walk through. 0.72

00:05:59.900 I don't understand why the police have brought the Palestinians to this junction in the first place. 1.00

00:06:09.900 In one way it's definitely a show of force.

00:06:11.900 There's got to be a hundred cops here.

00:06:13.900 But why are they here in the first place?

00:06:15.900 Why did they bring the Palestinians to this juncture? 1.00

00:06:19.900 I do not know.

00:06:21.900 I like the look of those riot sticks.

00:06:25.900 That one's had some use.

00:06:27.900 I came across one man who actually has a court order prohibiting him from attending here.

00:06:34.900 He was marching and the police didn't give a damn.

00:06:37.900 In fact, when I brought it to the police attention, they told me to go away and threaten to arrest me.

00:06:47.900 Ezra, this guy here with the keffiye around his neck, he's on conditions. 1.00

00:06:51.900 Really?

00:06:52.900 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:06:53.900 He's not supposed to be here.

00:06:54.900 He's got conditions.

00:06:55.900 Did you tell the cops?

00:06:56.900 Yeah, right here.

00:06:57.900 Right here.

00:06:58.900 Right here.

00:06:59.900 Yeah.

00:07:00.900 The one with the peace line.

00:07:01.900 Ezra!

00:07:02.900 He's on a legal condition not to be here.

00:07:05.900 Stay back.

00:07:06.900 Stay back.

00:07:07.900 He's on a legal condition.

00:07:08.900 Don't put me around.

00:07:09.900 We have officers in there.

00:07:10.900 You can report to us.

00:07:11.900 No other problem.

00:07:12.900 Okay?

00:07:13.900 You have multiple officers on the side.

00:07:14.900 Not here, sir.

00:07:15.900 Who do I report to?

00:07:16.900 They're good.

00:07:17.900 He's on a legal condition not to be here.

00:07:19.900 Okay.

00:07:20.900 So we'll deal with that, sir.

00:07:21.900 I'm going to watch you deal with that.

00:07:22.900 To call our non-emergency.

00:07:23.900 I'm going to...

00:07:24.900 It's an emergency.

00:07:25.900 I'm not leaving the street for a terrorist.

00:07:27.900 Sir, you've got to go back on the other side.

00:07:28.900 I'm telling you.

00:07:29.900 Are you going to arrest me?

00:07:30.900 You cannot deal with multiple things at once.

00:07:32.900 We'll deal with this one thing.

00:07:33.900 Sir, you have to report to any officer on the side.

00:07:35.900 Just not here.

00:07:36.900 You've got to go back.

00:07:37.900 Talk to them, but just keep...

00:07:38.900 Go away from them.

00:07:39.900 He's...

00:07:40.900 He's on condition.

00:07:41.900 He's on bail conditions.

00:07:42.900 He's not allowed to be here.

00:07:44.900 One of these guys has a bail condition not to be near the Jews. 1.00

00:07:58.900 Are you going to do anything about it?

00:07:59.900 Can I show you who?

00:08:00.900 He's out on a police condition.

00:08:01.900 He's out on a bail condition.

00:08:02.900 Why are you driving away?

00:08:03.900 Why are you driving away?

00:08:04.900 Why is the Jews at your bus? 1.00

00:08:05.900 Why are you doing the public actively?

00:08:06.900 You cannot be taking your report here.

00:08:07.900 You have gone on emergency report.

00:08:08.900 condition not to be near the jews are you going to do anything about it can i show you who 0.99

00:08:14.100 he's out on a police condition he's not on a bail condition why are you driving away

00:08:22.900 why can't i interview them you gotta stay back why can't i interview them

00:08:42.740 why can't i talk to them right now we are trying to separate people so we don't know you're letting

00:08:47.940 these people into the heart of the jewish community you're spitting on me can you distance a bit 0.97

00:08:54.180 we have unit commanders that can give you the statements it's not my place 0.92

00:09:06.980 why are you letting them scream at the jews 1.00

00:09:10.740 you're more than welcome to speak to the commander sir they won't talk to me

00:09:13.700 why are they allowed on private property

00:09:37.140 why are they allowed on private property

00:09:48.820 get off either get on the road i'm gonna get off 0.96

00:09:51.140 get on

00:10:07.140 what's your name no comment why are you hiding your face are you ashamed of yourself never well 0.99

00:10:13.300 then why are you hiding your face coward is it that ugly why are you hiding your face are you ashamed of 1.00

00:10:20.900 yourself no well then show your face show your face coward show your face show your face 1.00

00:10:32.900 show your face 1.00

00:10:34.900 remember on the quebec mass killing that mass i know you i know

00:10:39.700 how are you hiding your face show your face show your face 0.99

00:10:46.180 deports deports show your face coward show your face coward show your face you're hiding your face 1.00

00:10:54.340 coward absolutely show your face coward you know my name as usual the palestinian pro hamas side brings 1.00

00:11:06.580 along a jewish cult called the naturaicarta it's a very fringe of a fringe of a fringe it would be 1.00

00:11:14.180 like the westboro baptist church you know something that wacky but they are so ostentatiously jewish 1.00

00:11:21.300 but they're anti-israel they're paid by iran and they're here to muddy the waters to make it appear

00:11:28.580 that some jews are against israel they won't say where they're from they won't say who pays them

00:11:34.100 they're a disgrace i chatted with one guy for a couple minutes but frankly it was pretty boring

00:11:39.220 so where do you come in from are you from montreal you're from uh tosh i'm from canada we're from

00:11:43.540 tosh were you from montreal canada it's not the first time i'm there in toronto i'm a lot of times

00:11:49.060 there just to bring out the real jewish voice even people there in toronto so who pays for you is it 0.96

00:11:54.180 iran who pays you to be here i works for god and every jew no but you you were paid to be here 0.99

00:12:01.300 someone paid for your son who paid for you yeah a lot of jewish people want that i bring out the 0.55

00:12:07.220 voice of judaism no you're not you're with a cult you don't let me answer no but it's

00:12:12.740 let me finish my story i finished a lot of jewish people even there in toronto paid for this that i 0.98

00:12:19.860 come to bring out the message you don't have to believe because you're a liar you're a shanda for the 1.00

00:12:25.220 goyim you're a shanda you know you are you're a disgrace you get paid to demonize your own people 1.00

00:12:31.860 you're part of a cult and you're disgusting how you can say it how some people you're disgusting 1.00

00:12:37.220 what's your name my name is ben aaron and i come there to say and the name you come here from where 0.99

00:12:44.820 to say where did you come from you're not from toronto obviously are you from montreal i don't know what

00:12:50.260 you say of course rebel news had our truck here our billboard truck it was located at the very

00:12:56.420 beginning of the march we had some spicy videos i was there briefly but then i entered into the march

00:13:02.740 so i wasn't there all day but our truck driver reports that it was well received and people would

00:13:07.940 often stand and watch the truck for minutes because we had some great videos on it thank you to everyone

00:13:14.020 who has supported the truck i started walking with people through the march and asking them questions

00:13:21.620 one of the things i asked about was mass immigration some people are willing to call it out other jews are

00:13:27.780 still too worried about being politically correct but let me be blunt most of the people shouting

00:13:33.540 anti-semitic hatred are foreigners many of them are not citizens they're here on temporary workers 1.00

00:13:40.420 permits or international students or they are not yet solemnized as canadians in my view they should be

00:13:46.900 deported i think that every week we've seen anti-semitic hate marches and my own observations are you've got

00:13:56.660 about 10 percent white leftist woke antifa activists but 90 are foreign nationals including people that global

00:14:06.420 tv has global news has reported are agents of the government of iran here's some people talking about

00:14:15.220 immigration well i like your attitude i got one last question for you um it's about mass immigration

00:14:23.540 i think the jewish community used to be pretty pro-immigration but it's evident to me that so many

00:14:28.500 of the hamas supporters are foreign nationals how do you feel about immigration has canada gone the wrong

00:14:34.820 way on that i mean i think that's a broad question and and there's immigration and then there's

00:14:40.580 radicalism and i think they're they're two different things and they can't be conflated there's some

00:14:46.180 politicians here today i don't know if the mayor's here i feel like the establishment has sort of

00:14:51.140 abandoned the jewish community what's your view on that i think i agree my theory is it's demographics

00:14:58.580 they've just got so many mass so much mass immigration that they've changed the electorate 1.00

00:15:05.060 and now there's more votes being anti-semitic than being pro-jewish that's my theory what do you think

00:15:09.220 i don't think i know enough about it to have a strong opinion all right are you worried have you

00:15:14.500 have you given thought to perhaps like some people i talked to say they're they're thinking

00:15:18.820 about leaving canada was a pretty dramatic thing to say what do you think of that i think i have

00:15:23.540 friends that have said the same thing i don't i don't think anyone would have imagined that 10

00:15:28.420 years ago i tend to agree with you it's kind of depressing and sad but i hope for the best for

00:15:33.220 canada and for the jewish people here in canada if you could change one thing what would it be

00:15:38.660 peace and love man peace and love so what do you think about all the anti-israel protesters that the

00:15:46.100 police have allowed to come along the route i don't think they should be allowed to do that

00:15:50.580 particularly they shouldn't be allowed to to wear the uh to shield their faces with coffees the police

00:15:57.780 said that they would not be on the route but the police didn't stop them why do you think that is

00:16:04.100 i don't know i don't know we have to ask the government now so many of the haters and i've

00:16:08.900 gotten to know some of them they're foreign nationals they're not canadians they immigrated here

00:16:13.620 some of them are not citizens here yet how do you feel about foreigners running around stirring up hate

00:16:20.580 and even committing some violence first of all violence needs to be condemned in all forms but

00:16:25.860 i don't even think it's really about foreigners i think this is about well most of them are foreigners

00:16:30.020 just my observation i actually i actually don't think so i think we need all canadians here to speak

00:16:35.780 up i i think canadians need to understand that we are a country of freedom for all people and that's

00:16:42.580 being attacked right now but when we allow immigrants in we don't ask them to we don't vet them for ideas we 1.00

00:16:49.940 don't check for cultural fit

00:16:55.380 i i i think i think people who hate jews i i listen i think we need to be understanding that

00:17:03.940 immigration policies around the world have to be examined for ensuring that we don't have terrorists

00:17:10.820 in our own country but i also think we have to do a better job at educating our own canadian citizens to

00:17:17.540 understand what actually is oppression what actually is hate i think we have to start with canadians

00:17:24.660 what do you think we should do about immigration i think that's a lot of these protesters are foreigners 0.90

00:17:30.580 i don't know i don't know if a lot of these are foreigners i've talked to them

00:17:34.180 i'd say 80 80 to 90 percent are i worry that they're canadians and that this is what canada has

00:17:41.220 become well canada's taking in refugees from gaza for sure can you imagine how are you doing good why 0.98

00:17:49.140 are you here today gotta support israel you know what i mean important to be together i feel like a lot

00:17:55.220 of political leaders are avoiding this event in the past they would all want to be here now they're

00:18:00.100 staying away it seems that it's just that there's laziness there's apathy there's ignorance and it's

00:18:07.860 really disappointing to not see mayor chow and other leaders um just probably sitting at home

00:18:13.940 watching it on television i'm going to disagree with you i don't think it's apathy or laziness

00:18:18.660 i think it's political math i think they've done the numbers and there's what 200 000 jews in toronto

00:18:24.820 and half a million people who let's just call them not friendly to the jews yeah no that's a very

00:18:31.460 good point i'm i'm just sometimes so overcome with anger about it that i might not think clearly and i

00:18:37.220 sometimes think that they have other priorities that they believe should be on the front burner instead

00:18:44.420 of you know supporting uh the jews community in toronto are you worried that uh things in canada

00:18:52.180 are going to continue to get worse as mass immigration changes the demographics not just 1.00

00:18:58.340 mass immigration but a political party that refuses to actually do anything about the huge

00:19:03.860 rides and anti-semitism so i think under carney absolutely they will get worse but people like

00:19:09.060 me won't be fleeing we'll be fighting but you know i asked people why they were here and i asked them

00:19:14.500 how they felt about this hate corridor where people were shouting at them and i was impressed 0.52

00:19:20.660 for some of the answers people said who cares people said it won't dent me that they're losers

00:19:27.140 these hecklers which is true i was impressed by people saying look we're canadian we're proud

00:19:33.220 we're not going to bend the knee there were a number of people who gave me that message

00:19:37.460 and as the kids say it sort of white-pilled me it made me optimistic and hopeful and maybe i'm

00:19:44.420 over consuming hamas propaganda maybe i'm letting it get to me a little bit because so many of the

00:19:51.140 people here well frankly that's the reason they're here to show that they are undeterred here's a couple

00:19:56.660 of those conversations why are you here today i'd like to think it's obvious but i guess it's not

00:20:03.460 we're here because we believe in peace we believe in freedom we believe in indigenous rights and that

00:20:11.620 is zionism zionism is truly our people's indigenous right to have self-determination in our homeland

00:20:23.060 and this isn't even about land right now it's about just being able to live freely as jewish people

00:20:29.860 and that is being attacked on all fronts but what about here in toronto i mean i understand the israel

00:20:36.180 part and israel had a horrific terrorist attack against it a year and a half ago but i am actually

00:20:41.220 more concerned about what's going on in the west i i think you should be i think you should be i think

00:20:46.900 we are seeing sadly an indoctrination of our young people and uh i think what's happened is we've lost

00:20:55.860 perspective we've lost perspective well young people you're right but what about officials what

00:21:02.820 about politicians what about senior members of the establishment it's not just young people

00:21:07.700 it's the mayor it's the prime minister i i i have to agree i think if you can't call out terrorism

00:21:14.420 if you can't call out hate speech this this is hate what we're seeing we're seeing it here even

00:21:19.060 at this walk peaceful protesters no this is hate speech being spewed at a bunch of people walking

00:21:26.420 proudly and just wanting to live as jews proudly support of israel and the jewish people worldwide

00:21:33.060 what do you think of all these hamas protesters why are they allowed to be here why are we allowing 1.00

00:21:38.420 this to happen why is our city allowing this to happen why should they have to walk through this like

00:21:45.940 well the police are sort of arranged it it looks to me you know what if they weren't here in the

00:21:52.020 first place we wouldn't need the police protection like we do why has it been allowed why is our city

00:21:57.940 allowing this i think it's because the demographics of toronto have changed 100 well what do you think

00:22:05.220 of the march today amazing it was amazing what do you did you go up there where the hamas protesters were

00:22:10.580 you were yeah what do you think of that they're crazy they're terrorists so why were the police 0.94

00:22:15.380 sort of forcing a choke point where all the jews had to walk through the hamas screamers 1.00

00:22:20.900 it's a good question i actually haven't thought about that i actually think it's i think it's a

00:22:24.180 lot safer they have that because or else they could just be floating around and that gets dangerous

00:22:27.780 for everyone so the police have been one spot they can contain them fair deal um are you guys

00:22:33.540 worried about anti-semitism in toronto of course 100 i mean look at that protest down there that counter

00:22:38.500 protest 100 especially with our federal government it's scary well look i mean this city voted for

00:22:46.660 the liberals i mean there's a few exceptions this district itself voted roman baber the conservative

00:22:52.100 but some canadians seem to like the way we are sad world we live in 51 muslim countries one jewish state

00:22:59.940 who were the colonizers and then let's look at this side murdered by carney supported terrorists

00:23:05.220 yes because carney supported hamas very publicly and very shamefully to multimedia so an embarrassing

00:23:14.500 representation of canadians and he gave them a lot of money through the u.n well the liberals have

00:23:21.220 actually been giving them money for a decade so that's actually no different he just didn't advertise

00:23:26.340 it when he was running for prime minister why do you think so many politicians have forsaken the jews

00:23:33.060 well because they see money and support in the population of muslims that far outnumber the jews 0.86

00:23:39.620 if there wasn't a holocaust maybe we would have equal representation 0.93

00:23:45.060 is the mayor is the mayor of toronto here do you know i'm not sure but i would imagine not

00:23:51.380 and why has the so much of the political establishment abandoned the jews it feels like

00:23:57.300 you know the police chief the mayor the premier the prime minister none of them care at this

00:24:03.140 anti-semitic crime wave that's how it looks to me what do you think i agree but i'm not going to

00:24:07.700 answer more questions okay nice to talk with you thank you hi there can i talk to you guys about

00:24:15.860 uh the the march i i i don't think the mayor's here have you heard of the mayor's here i have not

00:24:22.500 no i haven't heard anything i she didn't come last year i feel like the political establishment has

00:24:27.540 abandoned the jewish community do you what do you think about that i don't know if we uh have a

00:24:31.780 comment on on any of that stuff well we're going to keep walking at this march for israel i'm glad we

00:24:36.420 came i should tell you that an awful lot of people say hello and support rebel news we are one of the

00:24:43.220 only news agencies that covers this beat and when i mean this beat i mean the constant anti-semitic crime

00:24:50.740 wave that's hit toronto montreal ottawa and other cities in this country here's some people saying

00:24:56.580 hi tell me your reason for being here uh we come here every year it's really important to show our

00:25:01.860 support um we have a huge community here and there's strength in numbers so it's uh it's important to

00:25:08.020 get out here and shorts now i want to tell you in about one minute you're going to walk through a

00:25:11.700 gauntlet of people screaming anti-semitic hate at you what do you think of that nothing at all it doesn't

00:25:17.220 uh it doesn't phase doesn't phase me at all they can uh you know scream and and yell uh but you

00:25:24.180 see how many people there are here on our side it's just a testament to uh the strength of our

00:25:28.820 community and you know just just block out the noise can i ask you some questions i like your hat

00:25:35.140 good thanks how are you we love your work we're very proud of you and the work that you do

00:25:39.140 thank you very much why are you here today do you want to answer to support israel because we love it

00:25:45.380 right on but how about here in canada i'm i'm worried about these hamas protesters here as

00:25:51.380 much as i am worried about anything back in israel we're very grateful to the police for being here

00:25:56.020 to be on the right side of the law and support us and people have a right to peaceful protest and

00:26:01.140 hopefully we'll stay peaceful welcome to canada of 2025. thank you good how are you thank god good to be

00:26:07.620 here free to walk in the streets i see you've got a nova hat on that's the music festival that so many of

00:26:14.260 those young people were kidnapped from you know that for sure i have four children living there

00:26:20.100 it's the only land we have we have to stamp out our enemies all of them as soon as possible

00:26:27.380 please god we should be successful and victorious well no more hamas and no more hezbollah 1.00

00:26:33.460 and no more hutis and no more iran the writing is on the wall please god they should all disappear

00:26:40.500 but i've seen just a block down there a lot of hamas supporters right here in toronto they have to do

00:26:47.060 something they have to do they lose us all the time they're losers they have to do something and whenever

00:26:52.340 we are protesting they come and and be against us they are against us they don't know what's better

00:27:00.580 they don't believe that we are entitled to a land one land of our own historically for the last

00:27:08.740 thousands of years they don't believe it because they're miseducated unfortunately i don't think

00:27:14.820 they're miseducated i think they believe in ideology that is a supremacist ideology i don't

00:27:20.980 think it's education i think they believe it unfortunately they are taught from their mother's

00:27:26.820 milk that if one gun can kill two israelis guess how many guns are needed for eight israelis they are

00:27:35.220 taught in school to hate us unfortunately it stems from the quran itself now some people are

00:27:42.660 demoralized in fact i've heard some jews talk about leaving canada what do you make of that

00:27:48.020 uh i mean you know everyone can make their own decision i don't you know blame anyone there's uh

00:27:53.620 you know right there there's a there's a masked man in the hamas style just walking through here

00:27:59.540 just i mean i i i suppose it's a freedom thing but it's astonishing to me well like i just am

00:28:07.940 surprised by that not surprised they don't want to show their faces uh i think there's there's good

00:28:12.820 reason for that i think they're uh you know um there's police presence everywhere so you know it's

00:28:19.700 not that surprising that people on that side are you know they don't want to show their faces i tried to

00:28:26.100 talk to some senior officers about their policing why they basically narrowed it and made jews walk

00:28:34.580 walk through a gauntlet of hate every time i tried to talk to a cop they ran away they bravely ran away

00:28:42.580 excuse me they bravely ran away is there someone i can talk to you i'm just curious why you would make

00:28:48.420 the jews walk through this shouting block like that just seems so weird is there someone i can talk to 1.00

00:28:56.100 what call the headquarters what phone number okay i've got a camera too i'm just saying hello

00:29:07.140 i'm trying to understand what's going on officer i respect that you just speak with our corporate

00:29:12.020 community yeah none of them wanted none of them seem well then plg where would i find one of them

00:29:17.380 there's two there's two in the crowd over there and they would just move and do they have some

00:29:22.900 sort of marking it says liaison is that them yes all right i just find it really weird that you're

00:29:29.300 sort of marshalling the haters in this narrow bandwidth that the jews have to walk through i think that's

00:29:35.620 crazy i don't think it's good policing how come the jews have to walk through this gauntlet of hate

00:29:44.500 like why did you station i'm not surprised that that cop doesn't want to talk 0.98

00:30:03.540 excuse me you got some gray hair like me how come the jews have to walk through this corridor of 1.00

00:30:10.180 hatred how come they have to walk through all the screaming hamas supporters i'm not going to answer 0.95

00:30:15.700 any questions if you want you can speak to the other officer he ran away yeah he bravely ran away

00:30:24.980 i'll try and talk to him again but i don't think he's got a good answer oh he's a busy guy

00:30:29.060 oh sure he is all right all right down with the occupation we will stop deliberation are you off your

00:30:40.980 call now no i'm not who can i talk to is there someone i can talk to communication where are they

00:30:46.580 here on the ground you don't know then how can i talk to them why are you walking away from me

00:30:52.820 you got some gray hair like me i'm trying to get a cop to explain why the jews have to walk through 0.98

00:31:01.460 this corridor of hate do you know why and your boss won't talk to me everyone tells me to talk to him

00:31:06.660 well who will talk to me you don't know

00:31:12.980 that said i do feel better i feel better seeing tens of thousands of people stand with israel 0.99

00:31:18.580 to hell with the politicians and to hell with these rough and tumble losers who are paid to counter 1.00

00:31:26.260 protest them the natural right car type fake jews are paid to protest the pro hamas protesters are 0.99

00:31:33.300 paid to protest it's still a protest and it's still unsettling it normalizes anti-semitism and as we saw

00:31:41.380 last week in washington dc with the murder of two jews outside a jewish museum there is

00:31:48.580 a vector that goes from demonizing and dehumanizing jews to killing jews we've seen that that's one of

00:31:57.060 the things hamas does i talked to one lady and she says look canada's a place of free speech she

00:32:05.060 actually wasn't against the hamas protesters look at her you know up ahead there's there's about a 0.99

00:32:10.580 hundred hamas protesters in fact you can see some of their flags already why do you think the police

00:32:16.020 have not kept them away uh it's a great question i mean they are welcome to freedom of speech as long

00:32:23.220 as there's no violence let them let them right into i mean right into the heart of the the jewish

00:32:30.500 community and the jewish march i just i mean it's sort of odd to me that the police have channeled

00:32:36.100 the the jewish march right through this gauntlet of screaming like they're i find them i mean my

00:32:40.900 understanding is there's designated areas and we will never be afraid we will never be afraid well

00:32:46.100 you've got the right attitude i think free speech and not being afraid but there are it's not just

00:32:50.900 words though there's there's been a sort of a crime wave the last year and a half against jews oh that's

00:32:55.780 for darn sure yeah and uh we won't be intimidated into not fighting for what we believe in and for who

00:33:01.780 we are you know i admire her belief in freedom of speech and i believe it too i don't think that

00:33:07.460 being anti-semitic or being racist in itself should be a crime i really don't but it's so often

00:33:13.780 accompanied by intimidation harassment trespass assault threats and as we've seen fire bombings

00:33:20.820 shootings and i think the police turn a blind eye and there's two-tiered policing i myself was arrested

00:33:28.580 just over there in january for standing too close to the pro hamas protesters i was arrested there and

00:33:40.340 yet these 100 pro hamas protesters not only are not arrested they have a police escort do you see what i

00:33:48.980 mean by two-tier policing there are so many police here they could have dispatched that crowd in minutes

00:33:54.740 said they wanted to but they don't want to the chief doesn't want to the mayor doesn't want to

00:33:59.460 the premier doesn't want to and the new prime minister doesn't want to i'll tell you what the
