00:02:06.920 self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by the Creator with certain

00:02:11.900 unalienable rights, and among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. You've

00:02:18.940 heard that. Just turn that over in your mind for a little bit. You don't just have the right

00:02:23.940 to life and to liberty, which really means to be left alone, to do your thing. It's a kind of

00:02:29.420 negative freedom, freedom from. Free speech is freedom from censorship. Freedom of mobility is

00:02:35.940 the freedom from being stopped, right? All of these things are under attack by the government

00:02:41.400 right now, by the way. But that last part there, the pursuit of happiness, that's a positive right.

00:02:49.020 You're allowed to go out there and find your own path to pursue happiness. It's incredible,

00:02:54.760 actually. Imagine putting that in your Declaration of Independence. It's rather poetic.

00:03:00.180 You have the right to be happy, and that's because you were meant to be happy, or more precisely,

00:03:05.880 to pursue happiness. You're not guaranteed you'll find it. No one can guarantee you will be happy.

00:03:11.400 But you can try to get there on your own pursuit. You've got to admit, that's so great. We don't

00:03:18.680 have that kind of talk in our nation's primary documents, but our Constitution includes the word

00:03:25.160 lumber, wood chips, and sawdust. Did you know that? So take that, you happiness-pursuing Americans.

00:03:37.820 favor with the masters of the universe. The First Amendment in their Bill of Rights, freedom of

00:03:43.140 speech, freedom of religion, that sort of thing. Well, they're trying to get rid of that up here in

00:03:47.420 Canada. We don't have the Bill of Rights, so we're not as protected. We're about to see the new

00:03:52.680 internet censorship laws introduced. They're doing that in the United Kingdom, too. On the freedom of

00:03:59.220 religion side, you can see that they're arresting pastors in Canada almost every week now,

00:04:05.040 because pastors obey a higher power than Justin Trudeau and Teresa Tam, and that can't be allowed.

00:04:11.960 The U.K. hasn't arrested pastors, but they're certainly going to ban the internet. Censorship,

00:04:17.940 but this story today, I got you a crazier story. The World Economic Forum, that's the globalist lobby

00:04:26.720 group based in Davos, Switzerland. They're literally campaigning against happiness itself. I'm serious.

00:04:41.960 and you're going to love it. I'm serious. They say this. They promote this. They're also the folks

00:04:47.520 telling you to stop eating meat and to start eating bugs instead, as if those billionaires when they meet

00:04:54.380 in Davos don't eat and drink whatever they want, and it ain't bugs. But look at this. This is new.

00:04:59.960 This is a new level of crazy, even for them. Fear, anger, and sadness are natural emotions,

00:05:07.220 and we should embrace them too. Embrace fear. Embrace anger and sadness. The U.S. Declaration

00:05:14.240 of Independence promised you the right to pursue happiness. The globalists in 2021 are telling you

00:05:20.540 to embrace fear, anger, and sadness, and eating bugs and owning nothing. They've even invented a new

00:05:27.240 phrase, toxic positivity, as if being hopeful and happy and positive and optimistic is toxic. And of

00:05:35.320 course, we know what we do to toxic things. We ban them. We fight against them. We denounce them.

00:05:53.220 that. Really? Who? Some crackpot somewhere? The same person who tells us that owning nothing will

00:05:58.840 make us happy? Why are you referring to some authority? Psychologists say, stop lying. This

00:06:05.660 is a political agenda. There's no science here. Then they say, sure, being happy might sound nice,

00:06:12.700 but it's actually a mask. It's false. It's a lie. And it covers up problems. Don't be happy.

00:06:24.600 mean person. So when you pretend to be happy, that's a lie. It's toxic. And if you're not wallowing

00:08:33.620 chain crisis. And here's the Washington Post, owned by the Amazon owner, Jeff Bezos. He says,

00:08:41.340 don't rant about short-saff stores and supply chain woes. Try to lower expectations. Hey guys,

00:08:47.020 just try and lower expectations. Your whole life, you've lived a life of plenty. You've never gone to

00:08:52.900 a grocery store that wasn't full on the shelves. Well, time to lower your expectations. Expect less

00:08:58.080 and expect pay more for what you get. You'll own nothing and you'll be happy. Happy people are

00:09:03.860 toxic. You heard the World Economic Forum. It's the new talking point for Joe Biden's spokesman.

00:11:44.420 dancing. I don't quite get it because massive concerts by Hollywood celebrities are permitted,

00:12:26.540 recently in the Bell Center, we had 15,000 people dancing for Enrique Ecclesias show and Ricky Martin.

00:12:36.540 Nobody, but most of the people didn't wear masks and they were dancing. And for the scientists,

00:12:43.660 it was not a problem. So since they reopened the bar, we are not allowed to dance in the bar here.

00:12:51.260 So I think people are enough and they wanted to make their voice heard that they want to dance

00:12:59.020 back. And it's why they bring all the artists, all the DJ, and they make like a big like protest and

00:13:54.880 real life in Quebec in 2021. Yeah. And I just met like a manager of a bar during that day. And what he

00:14:03.320 was saying to me, if two people are dancing or people are dancing in the bar is like, he was

00:14:11.080 risking a fine himself and them too. That's crazy. You know, um, in the United Kingdom, they had some

00:14:23.020 rules about a year ago against singing in the bar. And it sounds sort of, I mean, it's just as

00:14:30.660 ridiculous, but there were a lot of practical questions. I'm not even kidding. Is spoken word

00:14:36.940 like beats, like rapping, is that singing? What if you don't know the words and you just sort of go

00:14:43.020 la la la, is that singing? What if you just hum? And how loud is singing? Like if you speak melodiously,

00:14:49.480 is that singing or does that like there's, I know that sounds ridiculous, but the ridiculous thing is

00:14:54.320 banning singing. So all sorts of questions were, well, what exactly is singing? Can you sing to

00:15:01.260 yourself in the bathroom? I don't know. And I think the same applies for dancing. Yeah. If you're

00:15:07.500 standing by yourself, is that dancing? If you're dancing by yourself, what if you're dancing at a

00:15:12.260 wedding? Is that allowed? Yeah. What if your dancing is so bad? It's like Elaine Bennis on Seinfeld. 1.00

00:15:24.400 imagine being an inspector or an officer and having to enforce this law. Really, if you rock

00:15:36.500 of, Alexa. But actually, I think it's just for stopping people to have fun together because I don't see the

00:15:45.060 point to stop people dancing and singing as well. But I'm not really surprised now. Every measure

00:16:31.460 this. And I bet they dance when they bloody well feel like it. I don't like the fact that they're telling people

00:24:04.780 who is speaking to me on behalf of her 15-year-old son, who was slapped with over $6,000 worth of fines

00:24:11.080 crossing the border. He was fine because he didn't have a COVID test, but he actually did. It was just

00:24:17.180 a small communication error in the email address, which we'll let Hani explain. It's a huge fine for

00:24:24.280 a minor. And we're going to get to the bottom of how that happened. But stick around until the end

00:24:28.280 of the video, because I'm going to get an update from our legal team on the status of this case.

00:24:32.940 And I'm also going to ask you to get involved in helping Hani and her whole family and the thousands

00:24:37.660 of other people that were helping with Fight the Fines. This happened in June. My son was in New

00:24:44.660 York with his friends, and he took a COVID test on Sunday, and he was returning on Monday.

00:24:52.400 He took an Amtrak from New York to Buffalo, and then he had a taxi from Buffalo to the border,

00:24:58.380 and then another taxi from the border back home to Toronto. And when he arrives at the border,

00:25:03.680 he's calling me. As he's approaching the border, he's calling me and asking me,

00:25:07.700 do I have, can I forward my COVID test to the taxi driver? And he has no phone. So he tells me to

00:25:14.100 forward the COVID test result to the taxi driver. And I'm like, I never got a COVID test result.

00:25:19.240 He tells me, but I sent it to your email. And I realized that it was because he was missing the

00:25:23.840 dots between my first and last time in my email. So we tried to get a COVID test. The thing is that

00:25:32.000 he arrived to Buffalo around 12 a.m. So we couldn't get a COVID test. They're done like in

00:25:37.320 Buffalo. And he tried to check into a hotel because I had a COVID test that I would get the

00:25:41.400 result. I would get it. I would call the place where he did it and get the result the next morning.

00:25:45.580 He tried to check into three hotels, and all the hotels refused to take him because he's a minor.

00:25:52.480 He's 15 years old. So he couldn't check into a hotel, and he had to go through the border.

00:25:57.720 And so we tried to explain at the border. He explained that he has a COVID test. We can show

00:26:01.900 it to them the next morning. But right now, we don't have it. So they said, it's okay. We'll call

00:26:06.340 public health and try and let him through the border. Public health calls me in the middle of the

00:26:09.980 night. And I explained to them the situation. He said, that's okay. They were actually not interested

00:26:15.580 in seeing the COVID test the next day, but they told me, we'll let him through. And they gave him,

00:26:20.140 and they said, well, it's just a $125 fine. So I reassured my son that he can get through the border.

00:26:27.240 We should just hold on. And so he's by the border. And when he leaves the border, he calls me,

00:26:36.960 and he was with a shaking voice. He tells me, they didn't give me $120 fine. There's quite a few

00:26:42.320 digits on the fine. And he was scared to tell me how much it was. He was shaken. He says,

00:26:47.860 $6,250 fine. And I had to reassure him and try and calm him down. But he was completely shaken.

00:26:54.500 He comes home with a over $6,000 fine. And he's scared, right? And now you are on the hook for

00:27:02.680 that fine.

00:27:03.940 Yeah. He was definitely traumatized. He wasn't treated very well by the border, by the officials.

00:27:08.600 He was traumatized. And the next day when he's home, I mean, in the morning when he got home,
