00:03:01.920 against his fight to stop his 15-year-old daughter from being medically transitioned to a

00:03:08.920 The judge prevented the dad from naming his child and naming any of the doctors treating

00:03:13.980 the child.

00:03:15.080 The judge also directed the father to refer to his daughter by her preferred male name

00:03:20.100 and male pronouns and told the father not to speak to any media.

00:03:25.660 But it was even worse than that.

00:03:27.440 The father was initially even prevented from speaking about what was happening to his child

00:03:32.080 to his close personal friends in confidence.

00:03:35.720 When this dad referred to his child by female pronouns, he was convicted of family violence.

00:03:45.020 This father, though, continues to speak out at great personal peril.

00:03:49.280 And he spoke to Vancouver-based broadcaster Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson about his case.

00:03:54.740 And then the police showed up at Laura Lynn's door to compel her to attend court because she 1.00

00:04:01.760 was now breaching a judge's order after the father, in the interview he did with Laura Lynn,

00:04:07.600 identified himself and referred to his child by her female name and pronouns.

00:04:14.740 It's very hard to believe.

00:04:16.660 A citizen journalist beckoned by police before a judge and then censored.

00:04:21.040 So joining me tonight in an interview we recorded yesterday afternoon is Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson.

00:04:50.400 because you know exactly what can be said and what can't be said

00:05:00.920 Let's start with this father's story of what's going on.

00:05:04.160 And we can't name names because we can't name the dad

00:05:08.920 And apparently we can't even name the maniacal doctors involved in any of this.

00:05:25.620 So here in Canada, what we have, we have a father who has been betrayed by the schools,

00:05:32.200 by the medical practitioners in our nation,

00:05:35.460 by the activist medical practitioners,

00:05:38.440 by lawyers, activist lawyers, activist judges.

00:05:42.240 So he's in a situation where his daughter comes to him and says that she would like to transition.

00:05:51.920 And he is not happy about it.

00:05:59.320 So at this time, the daughter is 14 years old.

00:06:02.600 She, the father finds out because her name is in the school yearbook as a different name under a boy's name.

00:06:14.260 Now, I wouldn't even know that boy's name that she goes by now if a lawyer who's supposed to be protecting this young lady didn't tell the RCMP the other night who they sent to my door.

00:06:27.340 This is Soviet-style stuff going down.

00:06:30.920 RCMP sent to my door and then tracking me down in the community.

00:06:35.740 But let's go back.

00:06:37.300 So the father finds out his daughter wants to be a boy.

00:06:43.940 She's listed as a different name in the yearbook.

00:06:48.980 And he gets upset.

00:06:50.360 But the mom and the dad who were separated, possibly divorced, you know, during this whole situation, they end up heading off to the doctor.

00:07:01.200 Because, of course, if your daughter's going through this, you want to, you know, go see a doctor.

00:07:06.100 The, well, and first of all, the school counselors basically were all part of this.

00:07:10.420 Nobody letting the parents know what's going on.

00:07:12.900 This is the school situation we have here in British Columbia.

00:07:16.360 And, you know, which is coming together across Canada, that this is the new rule, protect children from parents.

00:07:22.560 So this young, precious girl is now, you know, everyone's kind of with knowledge.

00:07:28.360 So they go to a doctor.

00:07:29.480 Well, this doctor, within just a very short period of time, assures her that she is transgender.

00:07:36.180 Let's be clear here.

00:07:37.500 The father has already stated that this precious young girl had a couple of high school crushes on male teachers.

00:07:48.780 So she has heterosexual tendencies. 0.97

00:07:52.220 She goes to this doctor and says, you know, what she's been going through.

00:07:57.540 And he says, oh, yeah, you're definitely gender dysphoric.

00:08:00.760 And, you know, you're transgender. 0.73

00:08:02.640 And this is going to be a really good thing.

00:08:04.260 So he recommends her on to Children's Hospital.

00:08:08.780 Children's Hospital has a very fast follow-up visit with her one visit.

00:08:13.800 By the end of this two-hour visit, Children's Hospital recommends they start that very day on testosterone.

00:08:22.440 So the mom freaks out.

00:08:26.100 I don't mean to interrupt, but this is so astounding.

00:08:28.580 After a two-hour visit, they've decided that it's in the best interest of this girl that they've never seen before, except for this two hours, that they need to medically sterilize her for the rest of her life.

00:08:51.960 All of these, there are a lot of side effects from these drugs.

00:09:06.700 When you are a young lady, I just watched an interview yesterday with another young woman who changed to, you know, thought she wanted to be a boy, started all of that.

00:09:17.860 She began to grow a beard, then she changed her mind, which is happening in record numbers, detransitioning. 1.00

00:09:23.480 That is what's happening because, of course, you realize within a short period of time, oh, yeah, okay, I thought that would be fun and, you know, it's a new fad, but, yeah, that was bad.

00:09:31.960 But this new fad, this new fad brings all of these ramifications, Sheila.

00:09:37.920 So we've gone to the doctor now.

00:09:40.940 We've recommended testosterone.

00:09:43.140 What happens next?

00:09:45.200 The mom freaks out, she and the dad decide, you know, she gives a call, and he says, no way, are you going to, no, don't put her on testosterone, no, what, what, no, leave the hospital.

00:09:57.040 And within no time at all, the doctors and everybody convince the mom, listen, you know, this is what happens is, you know, kids commit suicide.

00:10:08.280 You've got to, you know, do what she wants to do.

00:10:10.320 And so within no time at all, the mom is kind of like, oh, but the dad, you know, remains solid.

00:10:45.500 And the first doctor that they went to see, he actually said this to, to the father and the daughter.

00:11:32.100 Then we have an activist judge who is an LGBTQ, you know, pro this, pro that.

00:11:45.880 Then we have an activist lawyer, Barbara Finley, calls herself a whole bunch of terrible names, 1.00

00:11:52.400 but basically says she's a lesbian lawyer, and she is committed to all things LGBTQ

00:12:07.020 Well, and sorry to interrupt you, but that's fine if that's what you want to do.

00:14:06.200 So now this ends up in the court system because the dad and the mom end up fighting over what's

00:14:34.340 and the judge did not have a non-redacted copy the other day of who all the players are,

00:14:38.720 and he was so annoyed because he didn't, like, how do we know who I, J is, you know?

00:14:44.980 He doesn't know, and he's like, I'm the judge.

00:14:47.140 I always have to have a really good, solid, you know, I have to have a solid thing about

00:14:51.240 who everybody is.

00:14:52.240 So it was pretty funny.

00:14:53.640 So they do end up, a while ago last year, in front of a couple of judges, Justice Bowdoin

00:15:02.780 So orders were made by the different judges at different times, but orders were made that

00:15:09.920 this father was not to speak publicly or privately about this.

00:15:16.680 So how do you compel someone not to speak privately to your friends?

00:15:23.980 And what was the consequence if he spoke publicly or privately?

00:15:44.860 He's compelled to call his daughter his son and only by male pronouns.

00:16:22.380 So the other day when I was with the father and he referred to his daughter as his daughter,

00:16:27.600 he did get reprimanded.

00:16:29.780 I believe that everyone is being assimilated to the Borg until we really have these conversations

00:16:38.680 that help us all to figure it out.

00:16:40.760 And I have tremendous respect for the judge that we're in front of, by the way, right now.

00:16:44.640 He was upholding an order that has been made by activist judges.

00:16:51.580 He is upholding orders that I believe are unlawful in this nation.

00:16:58.300 And also, between myself and Jen Smith, I don't know how he referred to the young person,

00:17:07.420 but I called her by her female pronouns and referred to her as the daughter, and there

00:17:14.120 was no reprimand for me.

00:17:15.580 It appears that this order has been made to the father, but it needs to be turned over.

00:17:20.020 So here we are in a position where the dads had it.

00:18:18.040 The courts have made an order that the dad must refer to his daughter now as a son, has

00:18:29.040 to use the male name, cannot use the female pronouns, nor can the dad talk about what is

00:18:39.420 Basically, the courts have now taken control of his family, decided that he is committing,

00:18:48.040 If he uses these pronouns, and he can go to jail, and he doesn't even have the recourse to go to

00:18:55.180 the media, or even to find comfort and consolation in discussing with his friends what's

00:19:09.580 He knows what could happen to him, but he's refusing to stay silent, and that's how you got

00:20:42.520 This very day, I wrote a story on my Facebook page from a mom who says that she's like living

00:20:48.420 the nightmare right now.

00:20:50.120 Her daughter wants to be a boy.

00:20:52.920 Because the school has told her she can be.

00:20:54.740 Because the school has indoctrinated her through SOGI that her daughter can change if she wants

00:21:03.080 Her daughter's 13 and has decided, well, she wants to be a boy.

00:21:06.560 So, this mom is saying, there's no way I'm going to allow that.

00:21:11.200 And, you know, they're going into protective mode.

00:21:22.020 I mean, they've gone from wanting to nurture children in a lot of schools to thinking that

00:21:29.300 they have authority over what happens in everybody else's household.

00:21:32.960 And they treat parents like the adversary, as though that we don't have the best interest

00:21:40.900 You know, to keep information from parents, especially information about your child struggling

00:21:46.260 with their gender identity, that's dangerous. 1.00

00:21:49.680 Because the school will even admit themselves that for a child to struggle with their gender

00:21:54.600 identity, it does make them more susceptible to suicide.

00:22:13.800 Now, this father, and I very nearly used his name, he does a video with you, and then you

00:22:23.960 end up in the eye of the storm.

00:22:26.820 And I end up with this, this gigantic binder.

00:22:33.080 This huge amount of information called on short notice, basically, to show up, you know,

00:22:40.300 like within two days, right, the lawyers, these activist lawyers, Barbara Finley, let me tell

00:22:47.980 you something about Barbara Finley, she has proven to be a liar in a court of law, because 1.00

00:22:53.360 she wrote an affidavit, Barbara Finley, activist, lesbian, Barbara Finley, I have no issue with her

00:23:01.260 being gay, I have every issue with her being immoral, a lying, deceptive person, who now is in full 1.00

00:23:12.720 communication with this young person, who is guiding this young person's whole case as a activist.

00:23:22.760 You see, if someone is to be represented, let's not have activists representing our kids.

00:23:28.480 Let's have a good, even-keeled, objective, common-sense lawyer, not an activist, because what Barbara

00:23:38.320 Finley did was she wrote an affidavit, and I hold it in my hands, it's very dear, because there's an

00:23:43.840 incredible moment in the court, as I alluded it, I alluded to it earlier, but she basically did an 0.95

00:23:50.500 affidavit, and she wrote about an incident where the police attended my home, and they gave me the

00:23:57.880 name of this young person, you see, this name is all, like, everyone's protecting this, there's no reason

00:24:04.060 for anyone outside of the court, including myself, I had never known the name of this young person,

00:24:10.780 this father was so protective of that, he did not tell me the name of his daughter, nor his wife,

00:24:18.060 ex-wife, he didn't reveal those things, they are not important, so I get called by the police to meet

00:24:25.860 them, because they had already attended my home, and I wasn't home, and so they have my cell phone

00:24:31.580 number, give me a call, and they reveal the name, so I did a video, just like you do, I report on what is

00:24:38.700 actually happening, and I'm not going to be shut up, just like you, Sheila, we face death threats,

00:24:44.700 with, you know, this is why a publication ban is on, because the doctor says, oh, like, their name

00:24:49.320 came out, they got death threats, I looked at the judge, and I said, who hasn't, who doesn't get

00:24:53.820 death threats in this day, death threats are illegal, death threats are illegal, if you're getting them,

00:24:58.980 call the police, go deal with that person, but you don't, you don't shut reporters up, and citizen

00:25:04.380 journalists up, because you're getting death threats, death threats are illegal, go file a

00:25:09.120 police complaint, I think for people outside of the country to watch this and realize that you had

00:25:17.300 the police show up at your door, because you made a video with the father of this child, who has been

00:25:27.700 now effectively mutilated and sterilized by the state, and all he did was tell his story, you had

00:25:34.560 the police show up at your door, and now you have to attend court. That's right, and I, the thing was,

00:25:41.220 is I had attended court, and they wanted all the videos removed, well, I was getting to it, Sheila,

00:25:45.720 but I had a very busy weekend, you know, we're all busy, right? Yeah. And so, like, how was I to get

00:25:51.200 that video down so fast, and, you know, so now I'm in full compliance, I just want everyone to know

00:25:56.640 that, uh, but, um, unfortunately, the cat's out of the bag now, because, um, Australia, and New Zealand,

00:27:51.900 really want to take your laptop, I mean, you know, because we're about to go for a break, I'm like,

00:27:55.980 sir, I got nothing on my laptop, you can't see, you just take, you can look at anything. He goes, well,

00:28:00.520 I'm not going to look at anything, and the courtroom laughed, but he took the laptop, when he

00:28:04.500 got back, he looked at it, and, and he said, uh, no, I did look, and, um, no, she, she wasn't

00:28:13.740 delighted in it. She was serious and earnest, because I was upset, like, why do the RCMP know

00:28:21.720 this person's name? If anyone should be protected in all of this, it's the young person, but here's

00:28:28.480 the thing, Sheila, all her friends know. Well, what do, you know, you know how kids are, right?

00:32:20.840 speak very, um, sexually to the students. He texted, uh, students, boy students, of course,

00:32:29.040 um, so, um, inappropriately that he was let go from his job. And the people around this story

00:32:37.340 that I'm talking to, and I, I'm hoping that they will come forward, um, are letting everyone know

00:32:43.740 that what Soji did was create the highway to have a teacher talk about sexually explicit things

00:32:53.640 with minors. That teacher was never, um, outed or reprimanded publicly or nothing was ever put on

00:33:03.540 him so that he's never in the presence of children ever, ever, ever again. No, the, the school system

00:33:08.960 in Burnaby, British Columbia has covered up what this teacher did. And it happened to several kids

00:33:15.540 in two different schools. And so we have a problem. We have a problem where our society is failing our

00:33:22.680 younger generation and our silence is failing all of society and all of Canada, our silence as parents,

00:33:42.520 didn't see him again. I bet he's not allowed to report on this. I don't know. Nobody wants to talk
