00:00:30.000 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. You have tuned into the Rebel News live stream on this,
00:00:43.540 a Friday, March 21st, 2025. I'm David Menzies and my co-host, well, let me tell you a little bit
00:00:51.120 about my co-host, shall I? Folks, do you know that today is National Fragrance Day,
00:00:58.040 which gives my co-host the opportunity to recite the cheesiest cologne slogan of all time,
00:01:06.260 namely, all my men wear English leather or they wear nothing at all. She is the she-devil with a 1.00
00:01:13.640 sword. She is the Khaleesi of Northern Alberta. She is the sensational Sheila Gunn-Reed. Happy 0.95
00:01:23.800 National Fragrance Day to you, Sheila. What is that? English leather? What year is that from?
00:01:31.300 I knew, just call me the amazing Kreskin folks. I knew there was going to be an ageism joke here. 0.99
00:01:37.860 It goes back to the early 70s. So before we got on the air, I sent the 30-second clip to Olivia.
00:01:45.600 And by the way, as you watch it, folks, ask yourselves, could you run an ad like this today?
00:01:52.040 I don't think it could. Check it out.
00:01:53.660 I think women are becoming a little more frightening to men these days. Maybe because 1.00
00:02:00.940 we're freer to do much more. But some men aren't intimidated at all. They enjoy our freedom.
00:02:07.440 Those are the men I like. And you know, those are the men who wear English leather cologne.
00:02:12.640 English leather fits the way they live. It's so clean and natural, and I love it.
00:02:18.140 So all my men wear English leather, but they wear nothing at all.
00:02:21.460 Look for English leather in a wide selection of gift sets.
00:02:24.940 Sheila, do you play billiards?
00:02:28.700 I do now.
00:02:31.840 I like her attitude, by the way. But, you know, just land on like one man.
00:02:37.420 Don't say all my men. Just say like my man.
00:02:40.740 Well, you got to remember, you know, given the time it was about women's liberation.
00:02:45.280 It was a groovier time, I suppose. Yeah.
00:02:47.780 So what's good for the goose is sauce for the gander.
00:02:50.560 I think if you did that ad today, you'd probably have a trans woman in the role of the pool player. 1.00
00:02:56.120 That's just me. You know, diversity, equity, inclusion, and all that other groovy stuff.
00:03:00.700 I feel like that's being abandoned more and more, actually.
00:03:06.140 Let's get into what we're doing today because the sausage is bursting at the casing today.
00:03:10.840 It is just completely full.
00:03:12.880 I have no idea how we're going to get to all the things we need to talk about,
00:03:15.860 especially with constant interjections from David Menzies and I.
00:03:20.700 This is, of course, Rebel Roundup.
00:03:22.740 It's our daily live news and opinion show where we digest the news with you.
00:03:29.560 And that is, I think, the most important point.
00:03:31.880 We're not doing this in a vacuum.
00:03:33.040 We want to hear from you.
00:03:33.900 So if you're watching us on the great free speech platform of Rumble,
00:03:38.680 you can support the work that we do over there by leaving us a Rumble rant.
00:03:43.180 That's their paid chat.
00:03:44.200 If it's over the $5 U.S. cutoff, we're obligating ourselves to read it on air.
00:03:48.460 If it's under that, we'll do our very best, but no promises, but our very, very best, time permitting.
00:03:54.740 Same rules apply over on the recently remonetized platform of YouTube.
00:03:59.640 And God only knows how long that's going to last.
00:04:01.980 But if you are watching us over there, and I realize many of you prefer to watch us over there
00:04:05.860 for ease, convenience, and out of habit.
00:04:08.600 So you can leave us a super chat over there.
00:04:13.960 And again, same rules apply over the $5 U.S. cutoff.
00:04:16.820 We're reading it on air.
00:04:18.360 But if you miss the show live, you can also leave a super thanks, which is their paid comment.
00:04:25.940 And every little bit helps us here at Rebel News.
00:04:28.280 As you know, we'll never take a penny from the Carney liberals to hold them to account.
00:04:33.940 I hope I never have to say Prime Minister Carney after, I guess, either the end of April or
00:04:43.580 the beginning of May.
00:04:44.900 I think he'll be relegated to the opposition benches and then probably actually just go back
00:04:51.680 to England because he didn't come back for us.
00:04:54.320 Oh, wait a minute, Shelley. 0.83
00:04:55.640 You mean he's going to pull a Michael Ignatieff?
00:04:59.000 He's not going to represent his constituency as a member of the opposition?
00:05:04.440 Yeah, of course.
00:05:05.380 Of course that's what I think.
00:05:08.520 Some of the most effective ads, I think, in modern political history were the Michael
00:05:12.900 Ignatieff attack ads from the conservatives where they're like, he didn't come back for
00:05:17.940 you.
00:05:18.520 And then, as it turns out, he didn't.
00:05:20.900 They were completely right.
00:05:22.740 And just, oh, and I wish the just not ready campaign ads were a little bit more effective
00:05:28.920 because those, in the end, were also true about Justin Trudeau.
00:05:32.580 You're so right, Sheila.
00:05:33.760 And there are some nicknames that are career killers, I think.
00:05:37.460 With Paul Martin, it was Mr. Dithers.
00:05:39.480 As a prime minister in waiting, how can you get past that?
00:05:44.580 With Michael Ignatieff, it was the visiting professor.
00:05:48.580 Yeah.
00:05:48.860 Just brilliant.
00:05:50.320 But in any event, speaking of prime ministers, our first item, it's in your postal code, Sheila.
00:05:56.640 I love this.
00:05:57.580 Well, it's not in my postal code, but it is in my area code, I suppose.
00:06:01.440 Premier Daniel Smith met with Mark Carney.
00:06:05.480 Now, the timing is excellent here because the day before, she put all oil and gas facilities
00:06:13.300 under the Critical Infrastructure Defense Act, which meant that if federal inspectors came
00:06:18.160 in looking for emissions data, because we have absolutely no intent to comply with the
00:06:22.940 emissions cap.
00:06:23.660 In fact, Daniel Smith said, actually, not only are we not going to comply with your emissions
00:06:27.760 cap, which is a production cap, but we're going to double production.
00:06:30.860 And if you try to enforce the emissions cap, because we're not turning over the data, and
00:06:35.840 you send federal inspectors into oil and gas facilities, we consider them critical infrastructure.
00:06:42.440 So that is trespassing on critical infrastructure, which is next level in Alberta.
00:06:49.940 And they'll be trespassed, charged, on and on and on.
00:06:55.040 So that's what she said yesterday or two days ago.
00:06:59.100 And if the feds really want to fight, we'll invoke the Sovereignty Act on them to make
00:07:04.980 sure that they stay in their lane, because natural resources, particularly non-renewable
00:07:11.500 natural resources, fall strictly within provincial purview.
00:07:14.920 So Mark Carney shows up in town one day after.
00:07:19.680 We say we're going to criminally charge federal inspectors if they show up looking for emissions
00:07:25.160 data.
00:07:25.560 Mark Carney skulks into town like a weasel.
00:07:29.820 By the way, missing a completely open net in his morning skate with the Oilers.
00:07:34.800 I don't know if you saw that.
00:07:37.080 Net zero, as the joke was on the internet.
00:07:40.440 Daniel Smith.
00:07:41.380 Yeah.
00:07:42.300 Lovely.
00:07:42.940 Yeah.
00:07:43.340 God.
00:07:44.100 Oilers, do you think this flies well in Alberta?
00:07:46.680 Do you think this bodes well?
00:07:48.140 I mean, I get he's the prime minister, so fine, but they could have just let him come for a
00:07:53.960 skate.
00:07:54.260 They didn't need to do the big promotional nonsense.
00:07:56.820 Sheila flies well in Alberta.
00:07:59.640 Front page of the Toronto Sun today.
00:08:02.320 Carney in his Edmonton Oilers swag on the ice.
00:08:07.740 You know, first of all, there's always significance in things.
00:08:12.480 And I'm looking at the number he's wearing, 24.
00:08:14.820 24 really shouldn't be.
00:08:17.360 Oh, they didn't show him missing the open net.
00:08:20.180 Oh, isn't it?
00:08:21.360 Selective editing.
00:08:22.300 Isn't that funny?
00:08:23.060 Yeah.
00:08:23.480 But why 24?
00:08:24.700 Shouldn't it be 25?
00:08:25.920 We're in the calendar year 2025.
00:08:27.820 Also, Mr. Carney is an old gumper.
00:08:31.320 Why isn't he wearing goalie gear?
00:08:33.800 Why not parlay that into a photo op and have a shooter dressed up in a Donald Trump mask
00:08:41.100 and he's like deflecting the shots and making stick saves and glove saves and whatnot, especially
00:08:48.120 since, as you had rightly pointed out, Sheila Gunn-Reed, he can't hit an empty net.
00:08:54.140 That, you know, I got to look at that footage again.
00:08:56.700 But, you know, I just want to read the opening statement of Danielle Smith's statement.
00:09:02.720 And it's this, quote, at his request, I met with Prime Minister Mark Carney.
00:09:09.140 We had a very frank discussion in which I made it clear that Albertans will no longer
00:09:14.660 tolerate the way we've been treated by the federal liberals over the past 10 years, end
00:09:20.060 quote.
00:09:20.640 You know what the most amazing thing of that statement is, Sheila?
00:09:24.340 And this is why the more I get to know Danielle Smith, the more I get to love her.
00:09:28.940 Uh, she's savvy. 1.00
00:09:30.500 She's strong.
00:09:31.340 I have never, never in my life seen a premier begin a statement of a meeting with a prime
00:09:39.560 minister with the three words at his request.
00:09:44.340 Yeah.
00:09:45.000 That is significant.
00:09:46.280 It's not that the prime minister and I sat down for a cup of tea and had a great meeting.
00:09:51.640 No, no, no.
00:09:52.320 She is intimating that I didn't go to seek this guy's input.
00:09:56.800 He came to me.
00:09:57.920 I think that's a political win for Daniel Smith, Sheila.
00:10:02.060 Look at this, though.
00:10:03.180 She thought, OK, since he's in town, let's let's put him on notice because she quite literally
00:10:08.740 put the feds on legal notice the day before because we're already fighting the emissions
00:10:12.640 cap in court.
00:10:13.440 But even if they choose to pursue imposing the emissions cap on Alberta, she said, well,
00:10:18.920 we'll just arrest you. 0.90
00:10:19.900 That's fine.
00:10:20.880 But let's read the rest of her statement.
00:10:22.900 And actually, at the end of her press conference, she said, we'd like to talk, but we could
00:10:27.980 do it your way, too.
00:10:29.740 She said she's sent a list of specific demands that the prime minister must address in an
00:10:38.940 unprecedented national unity crisis.
00:10:40.940 This includes guaranteeing Alberta full access to oil and gas corridors to the north, east
00:10:45.800 and west, repealing the No New Pipelines Act, lifting the tanker ban, eliminating the oil
00:10:51.020 and gas emissions cap, which, of course, is a production cap, scrapping the so-called clean
00:10:56.300 electricity regulations, ending the prohibition on single use plastics because we already won
00:11:01.120 that court battle, but they still won't take them off the Schedule 1 toxins list, along
00:11:06.040 with, if you can believe it, mercury, asbestos, and lead, abandoning the net zero car mandate,
00:11:11.440 returning oversight of the industrial carbon tax to the provinces, halting the federal censorship
00:11:15.360 of energy companies because they are censoring energy companies, telling the good news stories
00:11:21.900 of the oil and gas sector through a clause that is under the purview of the Competition
00:11:29.080 Bureau.
00:11:29.700 It's under truth in advertising or whatever.
00:11:33.180 So, yeah, she put him on notice.
00:11:35.500 And then his response base, like, and like he skulked into town.
00:11:40.880 She dropped the hammer on him the day before, which was pretty funny.
00:11:43.800 And he said, I met with Premier Smith in my hometown of Edmonton today.
00:11:48.680 I had no idea that this was what he described as his hometown until he started campaigning.
00:11:54.560 He said, Canada is fighting for our workers and our businesses.
00:11:57.380 His government is focused on working with provinces and territories.
00:12:02.640 He didn't actually mention any of the things that she talked about, except for new energy
00:12:09.160 corridors and new trade routes with reliable partners and one Canadian economy.
00:12:13.980 So he touched on the new energy corridors.
00:12:16.800 But she was very specific about what they needed to be and which direction they were going.
00:12:20.900 Not one that could allow specific provinces to veto these energy corridors.
00:12:25.260 Like what Carney said that he would give to Quebec specifically.
00:12:30.100 So, Sheila, do we have any clarity where Mr. Carney stands on this?
00:12:34.400 Because he's, you know, he's wearing the Captain Canuck costume and wrapping himself in
00:12:39.680 the maple leaf.
00:12:40.400 And he's saying things that, you know, developing other markets.
00:12:43.740 Oh, and by the way, can we eliminate the interprovincial trade barriers, which they've been talking
00:12:48.660 about?
00:12:49.040 Oh, I don't know, since Confederation.
00:12:50.440 But here's the deal.
00:12:52.180 As you know, his predecessor, Blackface, turned down the likes of Japan, Germany, Greece. 0.85
00:13:01.700 Yeah.
00:13:02.060 In terms of a trillion dollars worth of liquefied natural gas.
00:13:06.360 I understand Japan just signed such a contract with the US for that liquefied natural gas.
00:13:12.220 Do we have any clarity if it's meet the new boss, same as the old boss, when it comes to
00:13:18.680 Mark Carney, does he also turn down European nations that are begging for our energy, especially
00:13:26.060 since he says we're the most European nation that's not actually part of Europe?
00:13:32.500 Do you know what the answer is there, Sheila?
00:13:35.100 Well, did he come home from Europe just now where he burned a quarter of a million liters
00:13:40.200 of fuel?
00:13:41.120 Did he come home with a trade deal?
00:13:42.920 Like, he went there to apparently shore up our relationship with the Europeans, with whom 1.00
00:13:49.740 we do like a statistical rounding error of trade with.
00:13:53.400 Did he come home with a trade deal?
00:13:55.680 He could have went over there and said, hey, we're trying to sell you a bunch of liquefied
00:13:59.060 natural gas.
00:13:59.800 Would you take it?
00:14:01.080 He came home with nothing.
00:14:02.620 He went over there to do a hello tour after Justin Trudeau just did a big goodbye tour and
00:14:09.240 came home with nothing, not even any real photo ops.
00:14:12.060 He met with the king, which I think he should.
00:14:17.700 He's the Canadian prime minister.
00:14:19.820 But it's not the best look to go there and just do like a, hey, it's me, Mark, I'm back
00:14:27.740 and I'm better than ever and actually have nothing to show for it when we have real burning
00:14:34.520 trade issues with the Americans and China.
00:14:37.740 And he decided to just go on the like popularity tour of Europe.
00:14:43.380 You know, Olivia, can we show that picture again of Mark Carney meeting with the king?
00:14:48.060 Because I have a question for you, Sheila.
00:14:51.580 Let's see.
00:14:52.220 There you go.
00:14:52.620 Is that the king's place or is it Mark Carney's luxury hotel?
00:14:56.900 How would you know?
00:14:57.960 How would you ever know?
00:15:00.760 How would you ever know?
00:15:02.500 Given his expense scandal last time he was on the public taxpayer dime in the UK, $300,000
00:15:08.980 in expenses in just, sorry, 300,000 pounds worth of expenses in just two years.
00:15:15.300 And he already had a taxpayer funded residence as the head of the Bank of England.
00:15:21.360 His wife was complaining about how, how they had to live so small when they were there. 0.97
00:15:27.160 The gall, anyways, the gall of these people.
00:15:29.280 Now, speaking of gall, Polly have actually slammed Carney for his gall of suddenly pretending
00:15:36.380 to change his radical net zero, keep it in the ground ideology.
00:15:39.780 Um, like saying like how, uh, how galling that you would demand a meeting with the, uh,
00:15:47.060 Alberta premier in the place you plan to destroy.
00:15:50.940 I plan, I think all next week.
00:15:54.940 Um, and we'll see how it goes depending on the popularity of the segment.
00:15:58.380 I plan to do dramatic reading from, uh, Mark Carney's book values.
00:16:03.560 His manifesto is green manifesto every day, just a quick snippet.
00:16:08.680 Uh, so people can, like, he's not hiding his radical extremism.
00:16:12.620 It's, he published an enormously thick book about it and I'll, I'm reading it.
00:16:18.860 So you don't have to.
00:16:19.760 So anyways, let's, uh, go to Polly F's clip, please.
00:16:23.280 Mark Carney was in Edmonton yesterday, uh, to meet with Danielle Smith.
00:16:27.140 Shortly after the meeting, uh, Smith put out a list of demands for the next prime minister,
00:16:32.320 including among other things, ending the prohibition on single use plastics.
00:16:36.160 Uh, she said, if, uh, these demands were not met within six months of the new mandate,
00:16:41.480 um, there would be a national unity crisis.
00:16:44.320 Uh, are you willing to commit right now, uh, to, uh, meeting the demands that, uh, that
00:16:51.020 Premier Smith has enumerated?
00:16:52.160 I think Mr. Premier Smith's demands, uh, are very reasonable.
00:16:56.640 Uh, you'll have to see the rest of our platform roll out in due course, but she was making 0.98
00:17:02.560 clear that Mark Carney's using weasel, weasel words.
00:17:05.000 He's pretending that he suddenly 30 days before an election changed his entire radical net zero,
00:17:13.200 keep it in the ground ideology.
00:17:16.240 Mr. Carney, I can't even believe he would have the audacity to show up in Edmonton.
00:17:20.780 He opposed the Northern gateway pipeline in a committee testimony while his company was
00:17:29.020 buying pipelines in the Middle East, that pipeline would have created jobs for Edmontonians.
00:17:35.660 It would have been a boom for Northern Alberta and all the money that would have rushed into
00:17:40.940 Edmonton would have created opportunities and he opposed it.
00:17:44.300 It's on the record.
00:17:45.740 He supports carbon taxes in Canada while he invests in American coal.
00:17:50.860 He, yesterday, his environment minister confirmed that the energy cap will stay in place if the
00:17:57.660 Liberals are in office.
00:17:59.580 So, you know, despite the fact that they're trying to put on this mask last minute before the election,
00:18:06.620 make no mistake, another, a fourth Liberal term will be exactly like the previous three.
00:18:14.300 It has been the lost Liberal decade.
00:18:18.780 And do we want, this is the question Canadians are going to have to answer,
00:18:22.540 do we want a fourth term of Liberals who block resources, tax our people, drive up our costs,
00:18:28.780 unleash crime in our community and make us weak and defenseless facing the Americans?
00:18:33.500 Or do we want to put Canada first for a change by axing taxes, unleashing our resources,
00:18:40.140 building homes, locking up criminals, rebuilding our military, standing up to the Americans and
00:18:45.500 putting Canada first?
00:18:47.660 You know, I think that's a winning campaign strategy because when Poliev, Sheila, says putting Canada
00:18:55.020 first, he's not necessarily saying putting our nation ahead of the Trump administration.
00:19:02.220 He's saying let's put our nation ahead and the well-being of our nation ahead of the Justin
00:19:07.820 Trudeau, now Mark Carney Liberals that has resulted, as Mr. Poliev said, a lost Liberal decade of
00:19:16.780 opportunity.
00:19:18.300 All the energy we could have benefited from stymied, crime's up, homelessness is up,
00:19:25.820 illegal immigration is up, it goes on and on.
00:19:28.700 So I think the nuance there with Canada first is putting Canada ahead of the Liberal Party of Canada.
00:19:36.700 Yeah. Yeah. And first in all of your policy decisions, not about whether or not China is
00:19:43.340 going to be mad at us, not about whether or not the environmentalists are going to be mad at us,
00:19:47.820 but putting Canadians and Canadian jobs first.
00:19:52.540 And he is right. The Northern Gateway pipeline, opposed by Mark Carney, he said there was no business
00:19:57.500 case for it, would have taken oil and gas from refineries and upgraders here, just actually up
00:20:05.020 the road from where I live, outside of beautiful Bruderheim, Alberta, to Northern British Columbia,
00:20:12.220 and then offshore, thus ensuring full market access of Canadian oil and gas and increasing the value
00:20:20.620 per barrel. Mark Carney said there was no financial case to getting Canadian oil and gas
00:20:28.060 into international markets and increasing the cost per barrel. He just said there wasn't.
00:20:32.460 Besides all the jobs it would have created and all the upgraders that actually died because of the 0.78
00:20:38.700 cancellation of that pipeline. I mean, it's just outrageous. But what mattered most for him was
00:20:45.740 if Canadian oil is on the market, then it sort of makes all those Brookfield investments in oil and gas
00:20:52.460 in foreign countries, not as viable and not as lucrative. And so he was protecting his market share
00:21:00.140 at the expense of Canada. Yeah. And that's the problem when he doesn't disclose his financial assets,
00:21:05.420 if he is going to be the prime minister. And then after the next election, how do we know he's not going
00:21:10.620 to get involved in legislation that is going to benefit those financial assets? Amazing. But you know what
00:21:17.020 the most amazing thing that you just said in that statement, Sheila, when you use the phrase up the road
00:21:22.220 from where I live, there is something up there. I thought you were at the end of the road. I thought you were
00:21:27.260 at the tree line. No, that is true. I am. I live exactly where the grassland crashes into the boreal forest.
00:21:35.340 Very beautiful. Just to the north of me is the boreal forest. And just to the north of me is what's
00:21:43.100 known as Upgrader Alley. And it's the oil and gas facilities there where we have beautiful land and
00:21:50.220 clean air and we grow all the nation's food. But yeah, there would have been even more upgraders,
00:21:55.900 even more jobs, even more oil and gas production to feed that pipeline. And Mark Carney said,
00:22:00.940 there's just no case for it. What a lunatic. No case for him. And also we know that Mark Carney's 0.99
00:22:07.580 been advising the liberals on economic policy and environmental policy for at least the last five
00:22:13.580 years. And so he's already been enriching himself and growing his assets and advising on policies that
00:22:22.540 would make him infinitely wealthier. Well, Sheila, I for one look forward to your recitals of various
00:22:29.660 Mark Carney passages from his book. And you know what? I have to do my due diligence. I got to read
00:22:35.020 that book. I got to see how bad the rot really is. But here's my question for you, Sheila. Is that book
00:22:40.860 available at a public library? It's not that I'm a cheapskate. Just the idea of Mark Carney getting a royalty
00:22:46.700 from me. That's too egregious for me to live with. I spent 10 days looking for it at local Goodwills.
00:22:54.540 Um, just because, and, and, and particularly at a Goodwill, cause I like their support of people
00:23:01.500 who are developmentally disordered and people who are living with disabilities. I did go looking for 0.99
00:23:07.620 the book. I like you did not want to give a millionaire, possibly billionaire Mark Carney,
00:23:13.060 any of my money. I really didn't. Um, but I did it for all of you so that you don't give him
00:23:19.100 his, your money because I I'll do the reading for you. Yeah. No, I, I don't like to reward
00:23:25.820 chicanery. It was like, um, more than 10 years ago, Sheila, there was this dreadful piece of 1.00
00:23:30.860 garbage movie that came out about, uh, Paul Bernardo and Carla Homolka depicting Carla as
00:23:36.960 a victim. Of course, she's the, she's the reason they started killing. Nobody was dead till Carla showed 0.98
00:23:43.260 up on the scene. But because I was writing about it, I had to see it. So I went to the theater and
00:23:47.900 I go, but I can't give this, you know, film, uh, a royalty. So what I did, I think I'm being honest.
00:23:54.860 You tell me I bought a ticket for another movie and then snuck into, uh, I didn't watch the other
00:24:00.580 movie. I, I, I bought, so they get the money, the other movie, whatever it was, can't remember.
00:24:04.980 And then I got to see the, uh, Carla Homolka movie. Did I do the right thing or was that some
00:24:10.560 form of theft, Sheila? No, I think that's fine. It's fine. You didn't steal from the movie theater.
00:24:16.820 So that's okay. Um, we've got, uh, one more, uh, this is posted on X. So Mark Carney did, uh,
00:24:27.580 where was this? Was it in Edmonton? I guess he did. This was in Edmonton. And I can't even imagine
00:24:34.700 because my, my son is a pipe fitter. So, uh, I, I can only imagine what horrible trouble he would
00:24:43.920 have raised on a job site if Mark Carney showed up to like do a campaign, uh, a pre-campaign photo op
00:24:51.960 of my son and his, uh, friends on the job site. Um, these guys were well-behaved, but, uh, as it
00:24:57.860 turns out, they didn't want to be there. So a blue collar worker from yesterday's Mark Carney press
00:25:02.020 conference. So that would have been on the 20th comes forward. He says, he told organizers that
00:25:06.720 he refused to shake Mark Carney's hand and did not want to be there. Uh, and the guy says, I'm the guy
00:25:11.920 in the black hard hat. I didn't want to be there. I vowed not to shake his hand. I told the organizers
00:25:15.980 that I wouldn't. And that guy's name is John B. Good for you, John. Um, I I'm actually like,
00:25:22.720 you can look at how those guys are looking at Mark Carney too, by the way, they're just like,
00:25:26.300 they don't want to be there. They're not enthusiastic. Um, yeah, I don't know.
00:25:34.280 I'll tell you when Lincoln Jay and I went to the Stelco plant in Hamilton, the steel workers there,
00:25:39.160 the lunch bucket brigade. And I say that with endearment, Sheila, we're all over, uh, um, uh,
00:25:45.000 Mr. Mr. Polyev, uh, and it was genuine, which is another reason. I just don't believe these push
00:25:51.620 poles they're trying to shove down our throats, but you know, it's always amazing, especially when 1.00
00:25:56.360 you see the Mark Carney's and the Justin Trudeau's of the world taking off their jacket, rolling up
00:26:01.460 their sleeves, ditching the tie. I'm one of you. I'm like a common schlub, uh, working out in the
00:26:07.080 field or in the steel mill. And, uh, look how that backfired. You know, it reminds me in the late
00:26:13.060 eighties, Sheila, it was the most, you know, unintentionally funny, uh, photo op ever. So it was
00:26:19.620 on the front page of the Toronto Sun. It was then, uh, Ontario liberal premier, uh, David Peterson
00:26:25.080 with, uh, uh, Democrat, uh, wannabe presidential hopeful Dukakis. And they were in a subway car.
00:26:32.480 And of course they cleared out the subway car. And it's kind of like Dukakis is looking at these bars
00:26:38.840 above the seats. And it's like, what are these strange bars? And, oh, you see, Mr. Dukakis, usually
00:26:45.520 the subway car is jam packed like a sardine tin and the people standing up have to hold the bar so
00:26:52.100 they don't fall down. Oh, I see that those two dudes were, haven't been in a subway train for
00:26:59.240 decades. So please spare us that they were getting to, I don't know, Queens park by taking the subway.
00:27:04.980 I can't stand the, the phoniness. And you saw the other day, Justin Trudeau on a Monday shopping at
00:27:11.240 Canadian tire, wearing denim and a ball cap. Did you see that, uh, social media posting Sheila?
00:27:17.680 Oh, I sure did. And he was buying stuff for a bachelor pad. I'm just happy to find out that
00:27:22.920 he didn't take the, the coffee machine and the utensils out of Rideau cottage. Um,
00:27:29.820 I'm actually over the weekend. Uh, I have a little bit of time as I wait for somebody to,
00:27:35.940 uh, play sports. Uh, I'm going to take that photo and I'm going to go investigate at my local Canadian 1.00
00:27:42.700 tire, uh, to see just how many of those items he was getting for his obviously new bachelor pad,
00:27:50.340 uh, because he's a divorce, right. Um, and I'm sure his wife took everything that they mutually had. 0.59
00:27:57.880 Um, I'm going to go find out how many of those things are actually made in Canada.
00:28:01.000 Oh, um, more than 90% would not be. I'll make that bet right now. But Sheila, like you, uh, 0.99
00:28:07.500 like so many members of our audience, we've shopped at Canadian tires for sure. Oh, where are the other
00:28:13.180 customers? Where are the staffers that Canadian tire, wherever it is? Um, it makes the hotel overlook
00:28:20.760 from the shining look like grand central station at rush hour. And you know, out of range of that
00:28:26.500 selfie stick are the Royal Canadian mounted thugs are ready to make a mess in aisle five in case some
00:28:32.940 real schlub comes up to Trudeau and ask him anything impolite. And one last thing, what is the point?
00:28:41.320 He's not the prime minister. He's not running again, uh, in Montreal in the federal election.
00:28:47.420 Why is he sharing this in the first place? Oh, cause he's still a social media diva. That's his
00:28:54.060 next iteration of himself. I also think he didn't take this photo himself. He's doing one of those,
00:28:59.780 like I'll reach toward my cameraman. So it looks like my cameraman is taking the photo of me. Um,
00:29:07.440 but no, he probably had a team in there with him. Um, because he's still an MP, right? And yeah,
00:29:14.360 this Canadian tire is completely empty. This is not your Fort Saskatchewan, uh, Canadian tire on a Monday
00:29:20.800 at 11 AM. Definitely not. Um, but yeah, he's obviously buying stuff for a bachelor pad cause
00:29:26.040 he doesn't have, uh, a pot to pee in anymore. And Sheila, aren't most Canadian shopping at Canadian 0.99
00:29:32.560 tire? Oh, I don't know. During the weekend because, oh, I don't know. We're working hard Monday to
00:29:37.660 Friday, pay the bills. We gotta, we gotta pay for a government. Don't you know? Okay. Uh, we should
00:29:46.520 hit, uh, a rebel news ad break and then we'll come back in and we will discuss, uh, election
00:29:54.080 slash liberals slash Trump stuff. And then, uh, after that, we gotta have to hit the, uh,
00:30:02.160 the Tesla terror, uh, crime wave, uh, because apparently the Tesla terror came to Calgary,
00:30:08.180 uh, overnight. So we'll see how that's going. Why should you join Canada's National Firearms
00:30:16.700 Association? We currently have one of the most aggressively anti-firearm governments in our
00:30:23.080 nation's history, promoting fear and placing blame like never before our rights, freedoms,
00:30:29.680 culture, and heritage. It's all on the line, but we are fighting back and there is strength in
00:30:36.340 numbers. We work within the law to change the law, to defend competitors, hunters, collectors,
00:30:41.800 and other law-abiding firearms owners. We can get through this. We've done it before
00:30:47.800 and we'll do it again. If you are with us. Canada's National Firearms Association. Freedom,
00:30:57.760 safety, responsibility.
00:30:59.240 Canadians know the national anthem. They stand in silence to remember those who died for this
00:31:08.840 country. But not every Canadian knows their rights and freedoms. The Freedom Passport will
00:31:14.480 change that. It looks and feels like a Canadian passport, but contains the Canadian Charter of
00:31:20.620 Rights and Freedoms in a portable, easy-to-read format. The Freedom Passport. Order one for yourself
00:31:27.840 and for all the freedom lovers that you love at freedompassport.ca.
00:31:37.300 Okay, before we get into the Trump-Trudeau liberals, Mark Carney liberals, potential campaign
00:31:45.880 stuff, and the NDP just generally being NDP, one thing I wanted to talk about that we didn't talk
00:31:51.740 about yesterday, and I hope this bodes well for Canada going forward, because I am very sick
00:31:57.220 of seeing billions, if not a trillion or so dollars in Canadian oil and gas development being vaporized
00:32:05.620 by eco-radicals who put pressure on the federal government. And during the 10 years of darkness
00:32:10.600 of the Trudeau liberals, those eco-radicals were also being funded by the Trudeau government.
00:32:16.660 And a lot of them are foreign, funded out of San Francisco by the Tides Foundation,
00:32:22.580 to the point that Tides Foundation tried to obscure their activities in Canada by changing their
00:32:27.980 name to Make Way. So, a couple of days ago, in a court in America, Greenpeace was ordered to pay
00:32:38.220 $660 million, over half a billion dollars, to energy transfer partners. And that was a company that was
00:32:49.520 trying to do work in the Dakotas, over the Dakota Access Pipeline project. The pipeline was damaged,
00:32:59.040 the project was delayed. It was an absolute nightmare and chaos. Foreign funded radicals, 1.00
00:33:07.960 or domestically funded radicals, since this was in the United States, were coming from all over the
00:33:13.300 country. They had a protest camp there. They had burned excavators. It was like what happened in
00:33:20.540 northern BC, where the axe-wielding mob rolled into the work site. That was like that every single
00:33:26.740 day. And it went on for two years, I think, until Trump had to bring in the National Guard to put an
00:33:33.180 end to it. Anyways, they sued Greenpeace for defamation and orchestrating criminal behavior by
00:33:40.660 protests at the Dakota Access Pipeline site. They incited people to protest by using a misinformation
00:33:47.460 campaign. And anyway, they, by the way, they didn't, the Greenpeace organizers didn't,
00:33:59.780 didn't, they say they didn't tell the truth. For example, they didn't talk about the relationship
00:34:06.260 that Energy Transfer had with the Standing Rock Sioux tribal financial, or they offered the Standing
00:34:12.540 Rock Sioux financial incentives to stop the protest, which the tribe declined. They believed the tribe
00:34:21.100 refused because they were offered more by Earth Justice, a trial monitoring committee. So it was all
00:34:27.940 astroturfed nonsense. And just to be clear how violent these people were. It was, like I said,
00:34:36.660 it was chaos. It was arson. They kidnapped a filmmaker named Phelan McAleer. And I think not,
00:34:44.180 and his wife wasn't there, but I think it was Magda, their producer, and they're one of their filmmaking
00:34:48.340 partners. Yeah. Greenpeace organized protests who kidnapped me because I was, because I asked awkward
00:34:55.620 questions and they've been found liable for hundreds of millions of dollars in damage. He was kidnapped.
00:35:00.660 Like there are phone calls that have been published of Phelan calling the police saying they've kidnapped
00:35:08.380 me, come help me. Like it was wild. Um, the police did eventually come and help them. I'm not sure what
00:35:18.180 happened to the kidnappers, but in most States they take kidnapping very seriously. And I think these
00:35:26.840 people just sort of got off with like a, Hey, don't abduct filmmakers anymore. Unbelievable.
00:35:33.760 Anyways, I just wanted to talk about that because, uh, there's a new sheriff in town named Donald Trump
00:35:39.680 and things are changing. And I hope, I hope this serves as an example for companies in Canada to not,
00:35:46.920 uh, give in to these eco radicals. Cause usually we sort of, it like the oil industry kind of, uh,
00:35:54.500 apologizes for itself before it stands up like, Oh, you know, like we're, we are doing emissions,
00:35:59.760 but we're doing everything so much cleaner and blah, blah, blah. No, just say you're working and
00:36:03.140 you're creating jobs and wealth and providing people, uh, something that they need. Don't apologize
00:36:09.020 anymore. Um, because being weak is what happened here. Okay. I think that's it. And then to dovetail it,
00:36:15.660 uh, really into what's happening on another, uh, front in terms of, well, let's call it what it is
00:36:23.100 terrorism. Uh, what is happening at Tesla dealers? What is happening with people who have Tesla cars?
00:36:30.400 Um, Sheila, this is off the charts, disgusting and egregious and outrageous. And it just shows you
00:36:40.040 the divide, I think between the left and the right. And let me illustrate that. Uh, I was walking Sir
00:36:46.400 Gregor yesterday and I had my little transistor radio on, uh, you can Google that kids. Um, anyways,
00:36:52.340 uh, I was listening to the guest host for the Alex Pearson show on AM 640. And it was about the Tesla
00:36:57.720 terrorism. And, uh, he was saying all the right things. This is wrong offside, blah, blah, blah. Then a
00:37:04.500 caller, a progressive called in, and he started to, in the beginning, say all the right things. You
00:37:09.260 shouldn't have your car vandalized. The dealership shouldn't be firebombed. And I'm waiting, I'm
00:37:13.660 waiting because I knew it was coming. But, and here was the but, but Mr. Guest host, consider what the
00:37:22.060 right was doing some three years ago because of Dylan Mulvaney. And they organized a boycott of
00:37:29.500 Bud Light. And the host basically said, and what a dummy. Oh yeah, you're right. Uh, he said, 0.98
00:37:36.520 what's the effect of, yeah, there's extremists on either side of the, uh, political sphere. Sheila, 0.75
00:37:43.760 uh, I'm sorry, vandalism and arson of property that isn't yours is not the same in no way, shape or form
00:37:52.700 as deciding you're going to boycott a product, right? Well, yeah, like, uh, let's just talk about
00:38:00.960 the, um, sorry, I'm just looking up a tweet or X post. I should say, I, I'm trying to correct myself
00:38:08.360 and not call it Twitter or tweets because it's definitely not that old, horrible company, but
00:38:15.040 there, of course what's happening to these Tesla owners, Tesla dealerships, um, it's political
00:38:23.560 violence. Uh, it's not a boycott. You have a right to not spend your money on a Tesla. You don't have
00:38:31.060 a right to damage a Tesla or somebody else's legally bought Tesla. That's political violence. Uh, okay.
00:38:39.520 So, and this has come now to Calgary. Calgary does have, uh, a small, but active Antifa contingent
00:38:47.120 and there are Tesla vehicle fires now in Calgary, arson being investigated as arson.
00:38:54.700 And that was published yesterday. So it's not just the crazy places of the country like Hamilton,
00:38:59.820 no offense to the good people who live in Hamilton. Um, they've, we, uh, covered the Hamilton
00:39:07.740 Tesla fires. Um, Donald Trump says, and he calls it rightfully what it is, uh, terrorism.
00:39:15.340 Yeah. Because it is politically motivated. That is the definition of that type of violence.
00:39:22.620 Yeah. He says, I look forward to watching these sick terrorist thugs get 20 years in jail for 1.00
00:39:27.180 sentences for what they are doing to Elon Musk and Tesla. Perhaps they could serve them in the 0.98
00:39:32.100 prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions.
00:39:37.500 And then there's, um, Andrew Coyne, uh, who's constantly in, uh, some form of Trump hysteria.
00:39:45.820 He says for vandalizing a car. Yeah. Not his car though. Then if he had some skin in the game,
00:39:53.780 but it's not just vandalizing a car. When you set fire to an EV, that's a big deal. It,
00:40:02.660 these fires are very hard to, to, uh, put out. I know when we did our EV, uh, report about Brampton
00:40:09.880 Transit, you know, guess what? Those EV buses, folks, they don't park in the garage because if
00:40:16.260 one of those goes on fire, um, the entire fleet and the garage, it goes up in a ball of flames. 0.92
00:40:22.780 So for Coyne, who, who really, I think is now mentally ill, Sheila. I mean, when you read his 0.91
00:40:30.800 tweets, it's beyond Trump derangement syndrome, the left, you know, making the case that this is, 0.78
00:40:39.000 I don't know, political activism, that this, I've even heard some lunatics say, oh, where's the right
00:40:44.480 now when we're embracing our first amendment rights? Uh, really? You think that arson and
00:40:50.920 vandalism is somehow a freedom of speech issue? These people are insane, Sheila, you know? And, 0.91
00:40:58.660 and, you know, it's really funny, isn't it? Because you think of the EV as a vehicle category, um,
00:41:05.640 going back over a decade, uh, Elon Musk was the toast of the Democrats and the liberals. Oh,
00:41:12.840 the electric car. Uh, he's going to get us off those evil fossil fuels. I I've told you before
00:41:19.220 in the past, Sheila, I've seen him three times around Avenue road and, uh, St. Clair. It's a
00:41:24.540 white Tesla and it has a vanity plate. It's so stupid. RIP oil. Uh, I bet you that guy has sold 1.00
00:41:31.020 his Tesla, but that's besides the point. Anyways, a darling of the left and now he's vilified. And why
00:41:39.120 does he need this? What has he done? That's wrong. He has provided tens of thousands of jobs to
00:41:45.040 Americans making and servicing Teslas. And for this, he's being attacked, uh, because the heads up 0.62
00:41:52.880 Doge, uh, you know, are you kidding me? I hope, uh, Donald Trump goes, uh, follows his word on this,
00:42:01.700 that these are 20 year sentences. I heard him in a press conference driving in this morning,
00:42:06.380 uh, to rebel news headquarters. He doubled down saying not only 20 years, but no chance of a
00:42:12.800 pardon either. I hope that's what these scumbags get. Uh, and they're stupid. And I'll tell you why 1.00
00:42:21.840 they're the stupidest possible environmental terrorists. Uh, as Justine Bateman, uh, points 1.00
00:42:28.820 out who is, if you're not following her on X, you must. Uh, she really has some interesting insights
00:42:35.000 into Hollywood, into art. Um, and you know, those circles being someone who has sort of floated through
00:42:43.100 the granola world and come towards the intersection of granola and conservatism, um, which has sort of
00:42:49.660 become a thing since COVID. She says, Tesla is literally the worst car to vandalize. It's equipped
00:42:54.840 with multiple cameras programmed to record disturbances to the car. Every vandal is recorded
00:42:59.820 and most are subsequently identified. Um, and then Elon Musk explains, uh, Tesla sentry mode
00:43:07.580 captures video of anyone attempting to harm it. Bad news for criminals. And Tesla tweets out,
00:43:14.460 smile, you're on camera. And then Elon says, Tesla has ramped up security and activated sentry mode
00:43:22.020 on all vehicles sitting at the stores. So when they're sitting in showrooms and service centers
00:43:27.620 in the U S and Canada, and people coming along and burn them, guess what? Nine cameras just caught
00:43:32.120 you. You dummies. Good. Good. Now let's bring them to justice, Sheila. Let's slap them with 20 year 1.00
00:43:39.620 prison sentences. And by the way, not in Canada, definitely not in Canada. Oh no, but you know 0.95
00:43:44.560 what? Maybe, maybe at the next presser, that's a question for Pierre Poliev because it is happening
00:43:50.560 in Canada, Hamilton, Calgary, our beloved colleague, Alexa Lavoie covered, uh, something happening
00:43:57.280 in Quebec regarding this. Um, this is atrocious because I can tell you people, people at Tesla
00:44:04.360 dealerships are going to work in fear right now. They don't know if some guy coming in the door
00:44:10.020 is some, you know, progressive radical terrorist that's going to set fire to the place. People
00:44:16.040 that own Teslas, you know, they're going, gee, you know, can I leave it in the parking lot
00:44:20.760 at the shopping mall? Am I going to come back and see my tires slashed or see it being keyed? Um,
00:44:26.680 I can only imagine it won't be long before the insurance companies, uh, Sheila go, Oh, you drive
00:44:33.740 a Tesla. Uh, that's kind of like, uh, a 19 year old new male driver getting a Mustang GT. Suddenly the risk
00:44:42.400 is very much, uh, enhanced for the insurance company. So this is absolutely horrible for a guy
00:44:49.660 that's doing what giving of his time. He's a philanthropist. He is the richest man on the
00:44:55.280 planet, Sheila. He could be on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean or going to a golf course at some
00:45:02.080 exclusive resort and having fun with his time. And instead, what is he doing? He's creating jobs.
00:45:07.840 He's saving astronauts. Right. Okay. You know, uh, and he is now the target of this terrorism and
00:45:16.040 that's what it's, uh, that's what it is called Andrew Coyne. Yeah. I imagine, imagine the hysteria
00:45:23.440 if Andrew Coyne's car was vandalized with something that said, sell the CBC, which of course would be
00:45:29.800 politically motivated vandalism. Uh, don't do that. Don't do that to Andrew Coyne's car, but could you
00:45:35.580 imagine, don't, but could you imagine the hysteria? Could you imagine the hysteria that he, like you
00:45:42.700 would not be able to open up your X account because of the hysteria taking place on left-wing X. You
00:45:49.800 just couldn't do it. But Tesla owners, they are in, they are now supposed to just deal with this.
00:45:56.880 Uh, even though they're target, they're innocent people who are the targets of politically motivated
00:46:01.600 violence. Every time a Tesla dealership is attacked like this, um, Sheila, it is multiple. And I mean
00:46:10.340 multiple times worse than anything that happened on the infamous January six or the honking or the
00:46:18.380 honking in Ottawa way worse. Okay. Of course, Yara Sachs calls Hong Kong an acronym for Heil Hitler.
00:46:26.280 What a moron. She doesn't even know what an acronym means. I know. I know. Uh, okay. Let's keep going. 0.99
00:46:33.620 We've got, uh, election stuff to talk about and Trump stuff to talk about more Trump stuff to talk
00:46:37.740 about. Uh, let's talk, go first to Charlie Angus. He is retiring. Thankfully. I feel like he's always
00:46:44.660 been an MP and that's always been bad and saying crazy things. NDP MP. He's saying that Canadians should
00:46:53.920 avoid traveling to the U S to stand up to president Trump. Canada must stand up for our city citizens
00:46:59.800 and for the rule of law. Now we're getting tariff lockdowns. Apparently we've, we've been threatened
00:47:04.900 with climate ones. We had COVID ones. Now this is a tariff lockdown from Charlie Angus of all people.
00:47:14.380 Donald Trump thought we were going to be an easy mark. That would be a pushover. It's like
00:47:18.040 Dracula. Oh, how wrong he was. And now Canada standing up to him has made Canada the front line
00:47:25.840 in the defense against the MAGA ideology. I am here today to say to Canadians to avoid travel to the
00:47:35.760 United States if at all possible and to call our government to stand up for our Canadian citizens
00:47:41.820 who are being denied their rights by arbitrary detention in the United States today. The Canada
00:47:49.620 must stand up for our citizens and for the rule of law for any kind of incriminating evidence that
00:47:56.300 they're somehow progressive or woke. That's not the actions of a democratic nation. That is the creep
00:48:01.220 of totalitarianism. That is the creep of fascism. And we need to call that out. Donald Trump thought
00:48:07.660 we were going to be an easy mark. That would be a pushover. Sheila, first of all, no, Charlie, 0.89
00:48:14.240 I'll be driving to Buffalo for my bourbon. I'll be flying to Florida when I can for the weather and
00:48:21.860 the freedom. That is the absolute opposite of totalitarianism that you're talking about,
00:48:28.420 the free state of Florida. You know, Sheila, if I was a newspaper headline editor, I think the
00:48:35.320 headline I would put on that ludicrous rant, Charlie Angus stepping down. He was pre-deceased by his
00:48:42.860 party because one thing I do believe about these polls that are coming out, it looks like the NDP
00:48:49.720 might be wiped out as in shutout, not winning a single riding. Can you imagine? And I can't,
00:48:57.820 and whatever the final count is, I can't wait for that presser with Jagmeet Singh trying to somehow
00:49:05.300 explain why his selfishness and his greed in not bringing down this liberal government all to
00:49:13.400 save his taxpayer funded pension, how that was justified, especially since not only did you not
00:49:20.060 get elected, not only are you not the official opposition, but maybe you're reduced to zero or
00:49:26.460 maybe a couple of seats. Can't wait for that one, Sheila. 1.00
00:49:30.060 Yeah, let's just be grateful that Gary Mason did this from inside the confines of Canada, or Gary
00:49:38.060 Mason, that's who I want to talk about, that Charlie Angus, who continues to look like Gary Oldman's
00:49:47.560 version of Dracula. I'm just happy he did this from the confines of Canada because this is not an
00:49:55.540 original idea of the NDP brain trust because Gary Mason, CBC contributor, I think he writes for the
00:50:03.920 Globe and Mail. Gary Mason also floated this idea from Palm Springs, Florida. He's on CBC talking about
00:50:13.620 how Canadian snowbirds should boycott the US while he's quite literally a snowbird in Palm Springs,
00:50:19.340 Florida. Oh, Palm Springs, California, I believe. Sorry, Palm Springs, California. Yes. Somebody
00:50:26.880 had initially reported it as Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but it's Palm Springs, California.
00:50:34.160 Yeah, well, you know, that's a fitting snowbird destination for him, the left coast. It's kind of
00:50:39.740 like Gavin Newsom, the governor during COVID. We're closing down the restaurants, don't go there.
00:50:45.420 And then he buggers off to a VIP dinner at a winery with several supporters. So I guess that
00:50:53.320 kind of hypocrisy in California, Sheila, they're so tone deaf and immune. They don't. He's literally 0.99
00:51:00.560 he's literally a snowbird. And he's like, yeah, those snowbirds shouldn't be coming. They should
00:51:05.320 not go to the United States. He's in Palm Springs. Like, and they have it on the name key, like the
00:51:12.220 the gall of these people. That's for the schlubs like you and I in our audience, not not the
00:51:18.000 important people, not the globalists and the elitists. Oh, yeah. We don't go to Palm Springs. 0.69
00:51:22.120 We go to Arizona. Yeah. That's where the this is where the blue collar people goes. Arizona.
00:51:28.180 Unbelievable. I could imagine. Oh, God. You know, not a not a clue. Um, well, and was he like ever
00:51:37.080 going to tell like CBC probably put that up, but I can't I can't imagine that Gary Mason would have
00:51:44.100 willingly indulged the audience that he was currently in Palm Springs. They just put the
00:51:49.520 locator on it and probably blindsided him with it. Uh, we've got a good point. Yeah. Yeah. I think I
00:51:56.260 don't think he knew, um, because I can't imagine he would be saying those things with the locator of
00:52:02.920 Palm Springs on his screen. You know, the hypocrisy, the double set quick anecdote. I might've said this
00:52:09.860 before, but I was covering a big student protest in downtown Toronto. I think Efron was the cameraman
00:52:14.880 and, uh, it was all about the kids demanding free tuition. And I came up to a lady and she was selling 0.98
00:52:22.860 a communist newspaper and I was doing a little, uh, interview with her. And in addition to free
00:52:29.600 tuition, well, they wanted free public transit. They wanted free meals, like everything free
00:52:35.600 Sheila. And I said to her, I went, that's interesting. Uh, is, is that a paper, uh, you're
00:52:42.520 giving out? And she said, yeah. And I, so I took it and I said, Oh, a communist newspaper. I said,
00:52:46.480 thank you. And I walked away, started to walk away and she said, Hey, and I went, yeah, she goes
00:52:52.120 two bucks. I go two bucks for this. She says, well, we have costs. We have labor costs. 0.99
00:52:57.540 Yeah, you do. Welcome to capitalism sister. Okay. We've got a quick, uh, chat to get to
00:53:11.900 and a quick ad read. I'm going to do the ad read first because the chat, uh, it's going
00:53:17.260 to take it out of me. So, uh, this will, um, I want to talk about the things that people
00:53:23.540 are afraid to say out loud. For example, who was in control of America's nukes? It wasn't
00:53:28.480 Biden. Meanwhile, we have Russian ships off the coast of Florida and full blown wars in
00:53:32.640 Ukraine and Israel. The world was at its most unstable point since world war two, at least 0.96
00:53:39.420 until the election of president Donald Trump and with nuclear weapons, the stakes are 10
00:53:43.020 times higher. How do people like you and I stay safe? Every prepper needs to have radio
00:53:48.040 guard ACE, the only FDA approved drug to treat radioactive fallout. Only the feds had it
00:53:52.240 until now. That's why rumble partnered with five G free, the only company in the world
00:53:56.160 that has a supply of radio guard ACE and the ability to prescribe it prophylactically
00:54:00.480 get their radiation emergency kit with radio guard ACE, potassium iodide, Zofran and a Geiger
00:54:05.880 counter. There's simply no other tool in your arsenal to protect against a radioactive
00:54:09.920 threat. Go to five G free.com code studio to save 15% and get your radiation kit now.
00:54:15.820 Okay. We've got this chat from Anna Lisa. I love it already. I know she gives us 1399
00:54:25.360 to embarrass me on air. Uh, hello. My favorite, the rebels Sheila, could you pass a message
00:54:32.980 to my sweet Menzies? Yes. No, but you know, I'm gonna, uh, either way, tell him he's a hunky
00:54:40.020 wunky darling. Ha ha. You know, Anna Lisa, I promise. I think you're somewhere in Northern 0.57
00:54:46.520 Alberta too. If ever I'm out there, uh, I insist thanks to all your wonderful donations. I'll treat
00:54:52.740 you to a coffee somewhere. Um, and secondly, uh, Sheila, um, can you tell our super producer to get 1.00
00:54:59.940 a screenshot of that, um, super chat? Uh, the next time lady Menzoid nags me incessantly, I'm just 1.00
00:55:07.680 going to show it to her. I go, Hey, there's other options out there. I don't have to take this. So
00:55:12.620 thank you so much, Anna Lisa. Um, let's quickly, I just want to get away from this.
00:55:19.520 We don't have a ton of time left in the show. I've got a hard stop at noon. Um, the liberals,
00:55:27.580 uh, uh, just a couple of things on their list of, uh, furthering their extremism. And again,
00:55:33.960 in case you thought that Mark Carney would temper the extremism on all fronts in the liberal party
00:55:41.180 of Canada, uh, boy, you've got another thing coming. Uh, we have, uh, gosh, where did I put it?
00:55:48.460 And the absolute gun grabbing lunatic from Quebec, from Polly Sousouviant, she is said that she is 0.99
00:55:56.800 going to run as a, here it is the most vocal spokesperson, Natalie Provo from Polly Sousouviant. 0.72
00:56:05.720 So that's the gun grabbing group that gives all their bad ideas to the liberals. She's getting into
00:56:09.940 politics with, of course, the liberal party prepare for more authoritarian policies for firearms. Bolt
00:56:15.920 actions are next. If Carney is elected a hundred percent, I agree with that. She looks exactly
00:56:20.620 like a gun grabbing feminist. Doesn't she? Completely. Completely. There is that look, 1.00
00:56:29.860 you know, they do have the look. Yeah. Like they have haircuts and glasses where I know they don't
00:56:35.560 have a great relationship with their fathers. You know, folks, I got to tell you, Sheila Gunn-Reed and
00:56:40.520 I were in Israel in 2018 and we got this exclusive access to the air cadets graduating and it's on a
00:56:47.700 military base and there was so much firepower there. And Sheila made the adroit observation. 0.99
00:56:53.880 She's looking around. I said, what are you looking at, Sheila? And Sheila said to me,
00:56:57.580 you know, I'm looking at all these clean cut young people. There's such a lack of weirdos.
00:57:04.220 Zero. Zero weirdos. And I, and I should tell you like the IDF, they have relaxed, uh, dress and 0.72
00:57:14.640 comportment standards. Um, because so many young people serve in the military, like all of them,
00:57:19.440 by the way, all of them, it's mandatory military service. So, um, when you go there and you're used
00:57:26.060 to, um, either complete weirdo kids, um, that are out in the world or like kids who are like tight bun,
00:57:35.320 clean nail polish, no earrings. And then you see this sort of amalgam of a normal young person,
00:57:41.720 but also serving in a military uniform. I was like, there, there's a surprising lack of weirdos
00:57:49.260 in all of Israel. And I think it has a lot to do with the mandatory military service.
00:57:53.060 Yes, indeed. The, uh, weirdos were noticeable by their absence.
00:57:59.780 Yeah. There was not a weirdo to be had like in that whole day. It was, uh,
00:58:06.560 Although you got kind of weird on the way back to the hotel, Sheila, because you made the mistake
00:58:11.560 of walking past the restroom and not using it, not knowing we were going to be trapped in traffic.
00:58:17.060 And I did need you to block the men's room door for me and I'll, I'll forever be grateful. I'll be 0.99
00:58:24.240 forever grateful. What a gentleman you were. Chivalry is not dead. Not yet. No, not yet.
00:58:29.880 Feminines are trying to murder it though, but it's hanging on for dear life. It's on life. Um, 1.00
00:58:34.600 um, we've got a quick, uh, uh, uh, what I want to talk about is the girls are in 0.98
00:58:41.180 right. Chandra Aria. Uh, he was the little party leadership candidate who has served as a local
00:58:50.360 key since 2015. He signed his nomination papers multiple times. Then all of a sudden he's not good
00:58:57.060 enough to run for the leadership. They, they, they ban him from running and now they won't even sign
00:59:04.340 his nomination papers after removing him from the leadership race. And they're not telling us why
00:59:09.560 now, is it foreign interference? Maybe you should tell us, right? Like maybe, maybe we deserve to know
00:59:14.680 instead of you guys hiding this, or are they worried about somebody who, uh, could muster, uh,
00:59:22.960 an ethnic vote in his region? Um, I'm, I'm not sure, but he was a sure thing to win his riding
00:59:30.680 and they've decided to remove him. Maybe, what if they drop Mark Carney into his riding on him?
00:59:36.740 Oh, uh, you know what? That's an excellent theory, uh, Sheila. Clearly what's happening to this man
00:59:43.160 is a vendetta, but the missing piece of the puzzle is the motivation for the vendetta.
00:59:48.380 Yeah. You know, and, and maybe you've stumbled across the answer. Uh, we didn't like how we tried
00:59:54.560 to, uh, upset the apple cart, uh, during the liberal leadership, uh, race that just concluded
01:00:01.140 earlier this month. So, um, you're going to pay a penalty for that. Oh, and by the way, we do need,
01:00:07.280 um, some riding somewhere to, uh, parachute Carney into, um, two, two birds, one stone, I guess, Sheila.
01:00:15.540 Yeah. I mean, I'm more and more of a conspiracy theorist all the time, but what's a conspiracy
01:00:21.560 these days? Uh, exactly. Just somebody who's an early adopter of the proof 10 years later. I mean,
01:00:28.520 if you wait long enough, everything that Alex Jones says becomes truth. Remember when he was
01:00:34.100 ranting about a cabal of pedophiles in, in, uh, Hollywood. And then there was one. It's crazy.
01:00:41.800 Um, anyways, he, uh, the, uh, MP in question says he doesn't know why the liberals aren't providing
01:00:49.020 any, um, any reasoning and we're just all left to speculate. Um, but I mean, he was good enough
01:00:55.500 to run for them for what the last three elections. Yep. But not now, but you know, and Sheila, I'm
01:01:01.460 going to say it again to all those people out there that go, this is not right. This is undemocratic.
01:01:06.580 This is mean spirited. Yes, yes. And yes. And guess what? At the end of the day, it doesn't
01:01:12.080 matter. The sad fact is that a political party is like a private club. They can make their own rules.
01:01:19.080 They can change their own rules. They can pick and choose who they want. And, uh, Tina Turner once 1.00
01:01:24.760 said, what's love got to do with it? I would say with political parties, what's democracy got to do
01:01:30.100 with it, which is nothing. And it is a shame because I don't know much about Mr. Area, but,
01:01:37.240 uh, I don't think he's deserving of this kind of treatment.
01:01:42.020 Speaking of not deserving of this kind of treatment, uh, this just from Yegway with Y-E-G 1.00
01:01:48.900 is the airport airport call code for Edmonton. The statue, bronze statue outside of, uh, well,
01:01:58.740 I don't know where it is standing now. It used to be at a former Rexall place, um, of Wayne
01:02:06.420 Gretzky has been defaced with feces. Um, now I don't know if this is a politically motivated
01:02:12.920 attack. I don't know if we want to show that it's kind of gross, actually. Let's not show
01:02:17.540 it. You can find it. Go to Yegway on whatever platform you're on. You can find it there. I
01:02:22.560 don't want to show it. It's the bronze statue of, uh, the champion from the city of champions.
01:02:28.800 It's been defaced. And like I said, I don't know if it's politically motivated because he
01:02:33.620 is, I don't even know if he's even saying friendly is the right word, but, uh, collegial with Trump.
01:02:41.960 Uh, no, gosh, we don't need to show that. It's pretty gross. 0.93
01:02:45.160 Wait a minute. Is that an indoor statue?
01:02:48.500 Is that Rogers place? No. It used to be outside of, uh, Rexall place. So that's the old arena.
01:02:54.800 It might be indoor. I don't remember seeing it.
01:02:56.760 It looks like it's in the enclosure, Sheila. So, uh, I would imagine there must be surveillance
01:03:02.460 footage of whoever did that. That's so gross.
01:03:06.300 Here's the thing. This is why I'm not sure if it's politically motivated.
01:03:09.440 That arena area, what they call ice district is an absolute nightmare of crackheads. Uh, it is the
01:03:19.060 perfect example of Amarjeet Sohi's Edmonton. Amarjeet Sohi was the former natural resources
01:03:25.600 minister under Justin Trudeau. He failed downward into the mayorship of Edmonton after he lost his
01:03:32.160 seat to Tim Uppel in Millwoods, um, conservative Tim Uppel. Um, and now he wants to run for the
01:03:39.500 liberals again. And I hope that every time he shows his face in public, people remind him about
01:03:44.180 how terrible downtown Edmonton is thanks to his progressive leadership. So could be politically
01:03:50.560 motivated, could be just some of Amarjeet Sohi's crackheads down there. Who even knows?
01:03:55.260 And you know, what a segue Sheila and what a coincidence because yesterday I was out with
01:03:59.540 Efren and Lincoln covering a synagogue, uh, in Vaughn that was once again, uh, being targeted by
01:04:07.140 the pro Hamas crowd. Uh, they never got their way this time. Thank goodness. But, uh, Lincoln and I 1.00
01:04:13.700 stumbled across this, uh, poster put up by the city of Vaughn announcing, um, that they wanted, um,
01:04:20.580 resident feedback for a proposed new off-leash dog park at Pierre Elliott Trudeau Park. And, uh,
01:04:31.060 it is my fervent wish that, and there was a statue of Pierre Elliott Trudeau there, folks. Um, uh,
01:04:37.780 Sheila, you don't think any of the canines might, you know, leave their calling cards near the statue,
01:04:43.860 do you? I mean, uh, let's, let's all hope and pray that doesn't happen.
01:04:49.940 Speaking of canines, uh, mine just ran in and bumped the camera. If anybody saw that,
01:04:55.140 we did not have an earthquake out here in the middle of Nowheresville, Alberta. My dog
01:05:01.220 stuffs her nose in the sliding doors, barn doors in my studio, and then comes in and then just bashes the 0.86
01:05:07.780 camera. What's your dog's name? Morgan. Morgan. Interesting. Morgan. Yeah. Little mini schnauzer
01:05:14.900 pug cross. Hideous, hideous looking dog. So ugly. She's cute. Um, but sturdy, a sturdy little dog can 1.00
01:05:22.980 fall off a quad and just roll away and get up and run away. So, um, that's exactly what I wanted. Not
01:05:28.100 too big to take with me places. Um, but sturdy enough to just be a good farm dog. So she's perfect.
01:05:34.580 Okay. Snaggly teeth too. Um, okay. We've got a, we've got a chat here from peace sign guy. And I
01:05:41.540 think we need to wrap up the show, uh, gives us five bucks as save Tommy Robinson. And, uh, that is
01:05:48.740 in reference to Ezra's ongoing coverage of, uh, the attempt to get Tommy, at least out of solitary
01:05:56.260 confinement. Um, you can see more and support Ezra's journalism because he took a most horrendous
01:06:05.620 travel schedule to get over there, report and get back. Um, you can see all of that at Tommy
01:06:10.340 reports.com. Yeah. And Ezra did a great job. Oh, just him in a selfie stick and, um, you know,
01:06:18.260 hope abounded that, uh, Tommy had a chance in court. Of course, England being England, uh,
01:06:24.180 those hopes were dashed. And, uh, but on the bright side, Ezra got out of Heathrow
01:06:29.620 just by the, uh, you know, nick of time before that fire, it's still disabled as we speak. Uh,
01:06:37.060 Sheila, Europe's busiest airport is down because, uh, the fire took out the power and the backup power.
01:06:44.260 So here's some levels of chaos there. I'm glad the big boss man, uh, got out just in the nick of
01:06:51.140 time. So, uh, and please check out his reports, uh, folks, we, uh, we haven't forgotten about Tommy
01:06:57.300 Robinson. In fact, we're doing everything we can to bring justice there. Yeah. And to make sure nobody
01:07:02.580 ever forgets that he's just not languishing there, um, hidden away by whatever they call the warden
01:07:09.300 of that prison there so that nobody can see him or visit him or truly know his conditions behind bars.
01:07:15.620 Um, because visits have been canceled, of course, for political reasons, they look at your social
01:07:20.500 media and they say, uh, you know what? A little bit too, uh, right-wingy, a little bit too free
01:07:25.460 speechy. You can't come in. Um, so we're doing our best there. And that's at Tommy reports.com.
01:07:31.540 Yeah. It's amazing. Free speech, anti-censorship. That's now two third rail in the UK. Unbelievable.
01:07:38.100 In the country of the Magna Carta of all places. I know. Unbelievable. Well, Sheila,
01:07:44.020 it was a delight on national fragrance day. I am a delight. What fragrance are you wearing today,
01:07:50.420 by the way? Soap. There you go. Soap folks. Uh, remember the old Irish spring and catchphrase,
01:08:00.380 uh, made for a man, but I like it too. And usually it was a chick saying that, but now
01:08:05.620 could be anybody. Anyway, Sheila, thank you so much. Thank you, uh, folks for tuning
01:08:13.700 in a special. Thank you to all those who gave us a super chat. As Sheila says, we don't receive
01:08:18.740 Annalisa. And a super special thanks to Annalisa. And I will, I promise you one day I'll get out
01:08:26.020 there and I'll buy you a coffee for all your generosity and your fantastic sentiments. Uh,
01:08:31.940 Sheila and I trolling of me. Yes. And, uh, and that adds it, um, you know, because, you know,
01:08:38.980 folks, they, they say you only annoy the ones you love and I love Sheila gun read. So to see her so
01:08:44.500 annoyed gives me joy. So Annalisa keep up the chats and, uh, Sheila and I will be back here on Monday,
01:08:53.140 probably a super red hot news day. If indeed the election is called on Sunday, which is what is
01:09:00.340 expected in the meantime, I hope you all have a nice weekend and as always stay safe and stay sane.
