Relatable with Allie Beth Stuckey - Ep 1084 ｜ What Is 'Witchcore,' and Why Is Gen Z Obsessed？

00:00:00.700 Kamala Harris is gunning for the white Christian female vote, but she is losing black male voters. 1.00

00:00:08.400 She's got a plan to win them back, and it has to do with weed. 1.00

00:00:13.140 Also, old footage has uncovered of Kamala Harris saying that she pushed as Attorney General of California

00:00:20.820 the policy that allowed for murderers in prison to change, quote unquote, their sex and go into female prisons.

00:00:30.000 Also, at the end of this episode, we will examine the trend that is witchcraft among women.

00:00:37.320 Why is this on the rise?

00:00:38.920 What does it mean?

00:00:40.320 And how should we look at this from a biblical perspective?

00:00:43.660 We've got all of this and a lot more on today's episode of Relatable.

00:00:47.200 It's brought to you by our friends at Good Ranchers.

00:00:48.800 Go to goodranchers.com.

00:00:50.240 Use code Allie at checkout. 1.00

00:00:51.540 That's goodranchers.com, code Allie.

00:01:00.000 Hey, guys.

00:01:03.900 Welcome to Relatable.

00:01:04.840 Happy Wednesday.

00:01:05.980 Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far.

00:01:09.620 We've got a lot to get into today.

00:01:11.600 A lot to get into.

00:01:13.320 First, I just want to thank you guys for your support of Toxic Empathy over the past couple

00:01:17.800 days or days since the book came out.

00:01:20.080 It came out yesterday, and I think the highest we were on the Amazon list was number 16 of all

00:01:27.160 books overall.

00:01:28.560 There are thousands of books on Amazon, and we were number 16 yesterday.

00:01:32.620 I think we're number 22 right now, but here's what we got to do.

00:01:36.080 Here's what we got to do, guys, because I was looking at this Amazon list, and who is at

00:01:40.220 the top of the Amazon list of books overall?

00:01:43.260 And I mean, there are some books that I want to be on there, like, you know, Casey Means,

00:01:47.140 She's Awesome. 0.83

00:01:47.740 I want her book to be up there.

00:01:49.140 But then we've got The Message by Ta-Nehisi Coates, and he is crazy.

00:01:55.700 And he is far left, and we don't want his book to be number seven anymore.

00:02:01.000 We want Toxic Empathy to be number seven.

00:02:03.260 So if y'all could help me out, and we could do everything that we possibly can to get Toxic

00:02:10.000 Empathy in the top 10 on Amazon overall, that would be awesome.

00:02:14.300 And this is not just for me, because there's nothing really that happens to me if this moves

00:02:19.480 from number 16 to number 10 or number even, you know, number two.

00:02:24.740 But I really want people to hear the message in this.

00:02:28.940 I really want people to know how their compassion is being exploited by bad actors, because you

00:02:36.480 and I might know the truth about abortion, the truth about illegal immigration, the truth

00:02:40.660 about gender ideology.

00:02:42.100 But a lot of people, even professing Christians, don't really know.

00:02:46.960 They think they're being loving by being nuanced on abortion.

00:02:50.980 They think they're being kind by either stating their pronouns or simply not talking about the

00:02:56.400 destruction of transgenderism. 0.77

00:02:59.200 They think that love is love is a fine motto that they don't really have any rebuttal to.

00:03:04.800 They might think that no human being is illegal rings kind of true, and that Jesus told us to

00:03:13.380 love the foreigner.

00:03:14.840 We are commanded to love the sojourner in the Old Testament, and so maybe we shouldn't deport

00:03:20.340 people.

00:03:21.580 There are Christians, Christians who love Jesus, who think that social justice is justice, that

00:03:29.940 either defunding the police or creating programs that are soft on crime or incentivize homelessness

00:03:41.840 or open drug use or violence, that these programs, that these policies are actually loving, are

00:03:51.820 actually caring for the least of these.

00:03:54.480 And they don't realize not only the dark underbelly in progressive ideology that is actually

00:04:01.300 antithetical to the Christian faith in every way, they also don't realize that the policies

00:04:07.540 that they are supporting, thinking that they're being compassionate and empathetic, are actually

00:04:12.380 destroying the very people they're setting out to help, as well as those on the other side

00:04:19.180 of the issue.

00:04:20.280 So one of the most controversial things we talk about in this book, we go through the

00:04:25.120 five lies, abortion is healthcare, trans women are women, love is love, no human is illegal,

00:04:31.240 social justice is justice.

00:04:32.660 Like you hear those, and those are the actual circular mottos, the mantras that we hear from

00:04:37.660 the left, and that should tell you something, that they use these circular mantras and they

00:04:41.420 never define their terms.

00:04:43.020 Like what does trans women are women mean when you can't define what a woman is?

00:04:46.620 They can't even tell you what a trans woman is. 1.00

00:04:48.160 What does love is love mean if you can't define what love is?

00:04:52.280 And that's one of the most controversial chapters, I think, in here, because even among conservatives,

00:04:58.580 you'll see that they've kind of just abandoned the marriage question, that they don't really

00:05:04.920 want to talk about the LGB part of the LGBTQ movement.

00:05:11.120 And they won't really touch the ridiculousness of love is love, but love is love is the same

00:05:18.920 illogical math as trans women are women. 1.00

00:05:22.000 I was talking to someone recently who was speaking about the craziness of trans ideology that we've

00:05:28.740 just gone so far in that direction and we've got to go back.

00:05:33.240 And it really started with people announcing their pronouns in the name of being nice or

00:05:38.640 just kind of affirming someone's state of gender identity to be kind to them.

00:05:42.420 But really, it goes back a lot further than that.

00:05:45.160 It really goes back, you could say, in a lot of ways to feminist ideology, the queer theory

00:05:51.660 ideology that was propagated several decades ago.

00:05:55.180 But certainly it goes back to Obergefell.

00:05:57.460 Well, certainly it goes back to redefining marriage, because when we said that marriage

00:06:03.420 no longer has a natural definition of male and female, that it no longer matters whether

00:06:09.700 you can naturally procreate within a marriage, that we can define it however we see fit.

00:06:16.940 Well, then we said that men and women are arbitrary.

00:06:20.740 That is when we decided that men and women are interchangeable. 0.98

00:06:24.320 That is when we decided that gender is a social construct, that there's no biological significance

00:06:30.480 to a husband or a wife or a mom or a dad.

00:06:34.380 Now, you could say this goes back to feminist ideology again, but it certainly at least goes 1.00

00:06:40.080 back to this idea that there is nothing special about a man and a woman and a husband and a wife.

00:06:46.320 There's nothing special or distinct about marriage.

00:06:49.580 And we go through it and this and the cost of redefining marriage, both for the people

00:06:56.600 in those unions, but also for the children that are being forced to be raised in a motherless

00:07:02.480 and fatherless home.

00:07:04.100 And, you know, that chapter actually really challenged me because I have wrestled with whether or not

00:07:11.760 I think this is a legal question, whether or not the government should be involved in defining

00:07:17.480 marriage at all.

00:07:19.900 And so I walk through the arguments here and I tell you the conclusion that I've come to

00:07:24.340 just based on political history, based on the history of not just marriage, but cultures

00:07:30.160 and countries in general.

00:07:31.320 We look at it from a purely practical perspective.

00:07:34.540 And then, of course, just like in every chapter, we not only look at the secular, scientific,

00:07:39.900 logical, historical perspectives on all of these subjects, but most importantly, the biblical

00:07:45.340 perspective on all of them.

00:07:46.920 On all of these subjects, unfortunately, we've got professing Christians that are extremely 1.00

00:07:52.680 mushy.

00:07:53.840 And as I say in this book, I get that because I've been mushy on every single one of these

00:07:59.480 topics.

00:08:00.020 And it was the truth in love given to me graciously and gently, but persuasively that changed my

00:08:06.600 mind.

00:08:07.160 And for the better, people's lives are on the line because of evangelical mushiness on issues

00:08:13.940 like abortion and gender. 0.51

00:08:16.200 And so that's why I wrote this book.

00:08:18.640 And if you haven't noticed, the Kamala Harris campaign since the very beginning has been

00:08:22.540 setting her sights on the white Christian woman.

00:08:26.400 And I say white Christian woman because if you look at her advertisements, if you look

00:08:31.560 at her marketing, that's exactly who she has a target on. 1.00

00:08:37.520 And what do they use to get the Christian woman? 0.89

00:08:40.640 The Christian woman who probably naturally leans conservative, who is kind of in the 0.99

00:08:45.900 middle, could be persuaded either way.

00:08:49.540 They use toxic empathy.

00:08:51.700 They use toxic empathy to convince the Christian suburban mom that voting for Kamala Harris will 1.00

00:08:57.760 protect miscarriage care.

00:09:00.100 That voting for Kamala Harris will protect the poor migrant. 0.70

00:09:04.540 That voting for Kamala Harris will protect the poor black person on the margins of society,

00:09:11.900 will put an end to racism.

00:09:13.760 That voting for Kamala Harris will protect the child who feels like they're born in the wrong

00:09:20.840 body, or will protect the couple that just wants to create a child, the same-sex couple

00:09:28.240 that just wants to rent the womb and to buy the eggs. 1.00

00:09:31.800 And it is through toxic empathy that women are persuaded to latch on to those progressive

00:09:37.880 positions.

00:09:39.340 And they're convinced that Kamala Harris is actually moderate.

00:09:42.780 She's just the more loving candidate. 0.95

00:09:45.980 And I am very gentle with that person who believes those things in this book, because

00:09:52.060 in some ways I have been that person.

00:09:54.680 This book is not about negating compassion.

00:09:57.120 It's not about getting rid of love.

00:09:59.680 It's actually about leaning into what love actually is and exchanging the superficial, harmful

00:10:06.940 form of empathy for real substantive truth in love, compassion.

00:10:13.280 I love that Elisa Childers, she's an amazing apologist.

00:10:17.540 And I love how she described this book as disarmingly compassionate and emotionally compelling,

00:10:22.740 because as jam-packed as it is with facts and statistics and data and arguments, I also wanted

00:10:31.500 you to see the heart of what I'm saying, that really we are supposed to care for people better

00:10:37.840 than the world does, which means we're not called to superficial, toxic empathy.

00:10:43.060 We're called to something much deeper and better.

00:10:46.420 And that's what this book is about.

00:10:48.720 So at the end, it's not that I want people to not have any empathy.

00:10:52.400 I want people at the end of this to have courage.

00:10:55.160 I want people at the end of this to be more loving and to have a better picture of how

00:10:59.860 we can serve those who are vulnerable than we did before.

00:11:06.480 So I encourage you not only to get this book yourself, please get it for all of your friends,

00:11:13.960 especially your female friends, but get it for your pastor.

00:11:16.940 Get it for your women's minister. 1.00

00:11:19.240 See, it's a short book.

00:11:20.780 Took us a long time to condense all of this information.

00:11:23.380 I could easily write a hundred thousand word book.

00:11:25.460 This is probably a little over 50,000 words.

00:11:28.740 It's easy to read.

00:11:30.200 It was important for me to be able to condense and simplify this information.

00:11:34.160 And I just encourage you to get it for your small group.

00:11:37.780 Get it for those who are on the fence, especially before the election.

00:11:40.980 But I mean, it definitely transcends electoral politics.

00:11:45.880 But I urge you to get it for yourself.

00:11:48.460 Get it for those who are on the fence in your life.

00:11:50.440 Get it for those who are politically apathetic.

00:11:52.260 Get it for those in the mushy middle.

00:11:54.160 Get it for those who are easily persuaded by this toxic empathy and just need to know the

00:12:00.580 truth in a way that is not harsh, but is gentle, but to the point.

00:12:05.600 And so that's who this book is for, and it's urgent in the next two weeks to get as many

00:12:11.260 Christians to read this book as possible.

00:12:13.680 So we'll link the Amazon link.

00:12:15.920 It's important to try to order it from Amazon if you can, but you can get it in person wherever

00:12:20.460 books are sold, almost wherever books are sold.

00:12:23.780 Definitely Barnes & Noble and Hobby Lobby Christian bookstores, but order it online.

00:12:29.300 You can go to toxicempathy.com as well to see where else you can buy it.

00:12:33.900 Definitely click that Amazon link in the description.

00:12:36.520 Purchase it.

00:12:37.060 Also, if you've already purchased it, it helps me out a lot to leave a five-star review on

00:12:42.240 Amazon, so please do that because the trolls are out in full force.

00:12:45.540 I'm continuing to get threats over this.

00:12:47.540 I'm continuing to be told that I'm the worst person in the world, to go F myself, that I

00:12:52.260 should be put in a re-education camp, that I know nothing about Christ, that I know nothing 0.58

00:12:58.100 about Christianity whatsoever because of the title of this book. 0.65

00:13:01.000 Look, the trolls, the progressive activists don't want you to read it, and that's all

00:13:05.320 the more reason that we should.

00:13:07.000 All right, speaking of who Kamala Harris is gunning for, she's actually losing some voters 1.00

00:13:13.340 in key demographics, even as she is picking up, unfortunately, some Christian women. 1.00

00:13:18.600 So we'll talk about that in just a second.

00:13:20.640 Let me pause and tell you about our first sponsor for the day.

00:13:22.860 It's WeHeart Nutrition.

00:13:24.100 Absolutely love WeHeart Nutrition.

00:13:26.280 I use their supplements every day, their prenatal vitamins, their iron supplements, game changer

00:13:32.240 in my life.

00:13:33.320 They keep me healthy.

00:13:34.760 For the first time in like forever, I got blood work done that came back as really good

00:13:41.320 for my iron levels.

00:13:42.440 I always run anemic.

00:13:43.580 I've taken all different kinds of iron supplements.

00:13:45.940 None of them seem to help.

00:13:48.140 And yet, when I started taking WeHeart Nutrition a few months after I began their iron supplement,

00:13:52.420 I got the blood work back from my functional medicine doctor.

00:13:56.780 She said, your iron levels are amazing.

00:13:58.960 I don't know what else to attribute that to except for WeHeart Nutrition.

00:14:02.920 This is a Christian family-owned company.

00:14:05.100 They're pro-life.

00:14:06.520 They are just amazing people.

00:14:09.380 Right now, if you place an order of $50 or more, you get a free bamboo capsule box.

00:14:15.580 I've got it right here.

00:14:16.680 It's super cute.

00:14:17.380 I've got one of these at home with all-natural bamboo.

00:14:21.060 Got a little heart right there, and then it's got the days of the week engraved on

00:14:24.260 the inside.

00:14:24.900 I just took this with me to a trip.

00:14:26.540 It made it a lot easier to make sure that I'm keeping up with all of my vitamins.

00:14:31.100 If you go to WeHeartNutrition.com and use code Allie, you get 20% off your order.

00:14:36.320 That's WeHeartNutrition.com, code Allie.

00:14:43.520 Okay, I'm just warning you.

00:14:44.700 I've got five ads today.

00:14:47.480 And I took 12 minutes to get to the first one, which means that the rest of the ads

00:14:51.580 are going to be a little bit close together.

00:14:53.860 But look, I just want to say ads are really good.

00:14:57.520 It's how you get to listen to and watch this for free.

00:15:00.860 And the fact that there are so many awesome pro-life Christian conservative companies that

00:15:07.180 want to support the relatable family, that should be something that's super encouraging

00:15:12.340 to us.

00:15:12.800 And I'm just so grateful to all of my sponsors and to all of you who understand when we do

00:15:16.860 have a lot of ads, that it's actually really good news for us and good news for Relatable.

00:15:22.580 Okay, so Kamala Harris.

00:15:24.080 I thought this was so interesting.

00:15:25.960 And Barack Obama is like losing it over this, that Kamala Harris is not doing well with Black 0.89

00:15:32.720 voters.

00:15:33.580 The polling shows that Trump could possibly get more, a higher percentage of Black male 0.87

00:15:40.220 voters than any Republican since 1960.

00:15:46.160 The Black Americans, they are by far the most politically homogenous group of any demographic,

00:15:53.800 way more than white evangelicals, way more than Hispanics, more than Catholics, more than

00:15:59.420 any other group.

00:16:01.040 They are the most homogenous.

00:16:03.000 The vast majority of them, every single time, will vote for Democrat.

00:16:08.420 It's typically in like the 90th percentile.

00:16:12.300 A Democrat's margin among Black men, specifically among Obama, was 81 points.

00:16:18.640 With Clinton, it was 63 points.

00:16:20.980 Biden, 53 points.

00:16:22.920 And Harris, 41 points.

00:16:24.760 And so this is changing.

00:16:27.420 It's been chipped away every election cycle.

00:16:31.080 Democrats' margin.

00:16:33.340 Oh, sorry.

00:16:33.760 That was actually the margin.

00:16:35.820 Black men, ages 18 to 44.

00:16:39.260 Overall, we still see that that margin is going down.

00:16:46.380 With Harris, overall, Black men are supporting her by 54 points.

00:16:55.140 And so what's interesting is that it's really among young Black men, specifically, that Harris

00:17:02.240 is losing support.

00:17:04.100 The decreasing trend applies to Black women as well, despite the fact that Harris herself could 0.98

00:17:11.860 be the first Black female president.

00:17:15.400 Now, it is still by a lot that she is winning with Black women. 0.99

00:17:21.860 But Obama was winning Black women by a margin of 93. 1.00

00:17:26.900 Clinton, also 93.

00:17:29.380 Biden, 85.

00:17:30.980 Harris, 71.

00:17:33.300 So it's really interesting.

00:17:35.140 As she has been targeting white women, she has lost a lot of the Black female vote. 1.00

00:17:41.300 And I think I'm wondering what the reason is for that.

00:17:45.500 If she's just not as inspiring and as relatable as she thought, is it because of her record

00:17:52.320 of putting so many, as some people say, when she was attorney general of California, some

00:17:59.880 people criticize her for putting Black men in jail for marijuana for far longer than they

00:18:05.760 should have been in jail.

00:18:09.440 So maybe it's some of that.

00:18:11.180 But I wonder about the influence of people like Candace Owens, who has obviously a huge 0.93

00:18:18.200 audience, but probably the highest proportion on the conservative side of Black listeners

00:18:25.000 and viewers.

00:18:26.820 And she's had a lot of interesting things to say recently about Kamala Harris.

00:18:31.920 And I'm sure it's not only her.

00:18:34.780 There are a lot of people on the conservative side who have been working very hard at appealing

00:18:40.560 to all different kinds of voters, but maybe it is because Kamala Harris just isn't as 0.99

00:18:45.640 inspiring as she thinks she is.

00:18:50.460 But Harris, of course, she's got a strategy for trying to win Black men. 1.00

00:18:55.800 And this is it.

00:18:57.420 It's called the Opportunity Agenda for Black Men.

00:19:02.080 Provide $1 million forgivable loans up to $20,000 to Black entrepreneurs and others who

00:19:08.680 have a good idea, but don't have their resources, connections or access to capital to get their

00:19:14.460 business off the ground.

00:19:15.380 So like, I just want to translate this.

00:19:18.160 She is saying that she is going to provide forgivable loans to Black entrepreneurs.

00:19:25.460 So if you are a white entrepreneur and you have a good idea, but you don't have the resources

00:19:30.940 or connections or access to capital, you are going to be discriminated against.

00:19:36.340 Because of the color of your skin, you will not have access to this privilege.

00:19:40.920 You won't have access to this program.

00:19:43.120 That's not even close to legal.

00:19:45.460 That's not even close to constitutional.

00:19:47.620 Like you are purposely discriminating against someone because of their skin color.

00:19:52.460 That, of course, goes back to the whole anti-racist ideology that was primarily propagated by Ibram

00:19:59.680 X.

00:19:59.980 Kendi, that the only way to rectify past discrimination is current discrimination.

00:20:05.580 Of course, injustice is still injustice.

00:20:08.820 Discriminating against someone because of the color of their skin, rewarding someone simply

00:20:13.320 because they have a certain amount of melanin is called partiality.

00:20:17.720 It's evil, abhorrent to God.

00:20:19.620 The God who created justice says that you are to have no partiality in your judgments.

00:20:24.900 You don't defer to the poor or to the great.

00:20:26.980 I think we can extrapolate that to mean that we're not to defer to people because of the

00:20:31.380 color of their skin.

00:20:33.120 But of course, she said right before the last election, like you'll remember that tweet that

00:20:38.020 she put out, that video that she put out that said, you know, equality means we're given

00:20:43.280 equal opportunities, but equity means we all end up in the same place.

00:20:47.900 That's communism, girl.

00:20:49.980 That's communism.

00:20:51.540 You can't guarantee that everyone ends up in the same place without tyranny.

00:20:56.480 And by the way, we're never guaranteed to end up in the same place.

00:21:01.800 Two people from the same family don't even end up in the same place in life.

00:21:06.180 And they had all the same resources and upbringing.

00:21:08.380 We're raised in the same house and they don't even end up in the same place.

00:21:14.300 And yet we expect two people from totally two different backgrounds, two different regions,

00:21:18.800 two different classes to end up in the same place or else we live in an unfair system.

00:21:23.520 So equality of outcome is not equity.

00:21:27.800 Equity, the true meaning of equity, according to the Bible, is impartial law giving, impartial

00:21:33.600 judgments.

00:21:34.080 But just like empathy, just like compassion, love, tolerance, all of these things, the

00:21:38.940 left exploits previously good ideas and turns them into something very bad.

00:21:45.640 Launch a national health equity initiative focused on black men.

00:21:49.360 And again, like, let's just read into this.

00:21:52.240 They always use euphemisms because they can't actually say what they mean.

00:21:56.700 What leftists always mean by equity is discriminating against white people. 0.70

00:22:01.800 So that's how we can read into that.

00:22:04.740 Also, this is very important to appeal to black men, according to her, legalize marijuana

00:22:11.560 at the federal level to break down unjust legal barriers that hold black men and other

00:22:17.640 Americans back.

00:22:19.780 I just think that it's strange.

00:22:22.060 Like, is that not playing upon a trope? 0.50

00:22:24.520 Is that not playing into the stereotype that black men just want to get high on marijuana? 0.86

00:22:30.080 That this is such a big and important thing to the entire black population that she has 0.79

00:22:35.280 to make sure that you don't go to jail for using something like weed?

00:22:39.760 Like, I just think it's strange because Democrats do this a lot and Republicans actually do this

00:22:44.440 too.

00:22:44.880 And I think it's gross and it's sad. 0.96

00:22:48.080 That when Republicans and Democrats are talking about black issues, they're almost always 0.98

00:22:54.220 talking about crime and weed.

00:22:57.680 Like, I don't I mean, I know a lot of black people.

00:23:00.940 That's not their number one concern.

00:23:03.240 That's not the thing that they're worried about when it comes to this election.

00:23:07.260 I mean, they're worried about the economy.

00:23:10.000 They're worried about immigration.

00:23:11.880 They're worried about safe streets.

00:23:15.140 And yet we hear many times from both Republicans and Democrats that in order to appeal to black

00:23:20.740 voters, you have to make it easier to smoke weed and harder to go to jail.

00:23:24.220 Yikes.

00:23:26.380 I hope that this doesn't work.

00:23:28.800 I hope that Harris's plan, that her agenda here doesn't doesn't work.

00:23:34.340 So discrimination and easier to smoke and sell weed.

00:23:39.420 Come on, please see through that.

00:23:42.340 That is so it's not just shallow.

00:23:45.100 It should be insulting to your intelligence as a human being.

00:23:49.360 Okay, we got to stop.

00:23:51.540 I told you it would be quick.

00:23:52.580 I got to stop and go for the next ad.

00:23:55.140 And it's Seven Weeks Coffee.

00:24:47.660 Go to sevenweekscoffee.com, code Allie.

00:24:54.880 We've also got Barack Obama.

00:24:57.620 He was a part of the campaign over the past week.

00:25:02.280 And he was talking to a group of black men.

00:25:05.660 He wanted to give them some tough talk. 0.98

00:25:09.080 Obama said that they're just misogynists.

00:25:11.960 He said that you basically, you just don't like women.

00:25:16.800 Here he is.

00:25:17.840 We had not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all quarters of our neighborhoods

00:25:27.800 and communities as we saw when I was running.

00:25:30.420 So we've got Barack Obama saying that if you don't vote for Harris, you're not a man, basically.

00:25:51.800 And you don't love women.

00:25:53.500 And we had Joe Biden a few years ago say that if you don't vote for him, you ain't black.

00:26:00.340 So you're going to keep voting for these people?

00:26:03.100 Like, I always hear, even from Christians, that, yeah, sure, Republicans kind of get it right on the life stuff. 0.86

00:26:10.540 But Democrats are helping the poor.

00:26:13.020 They're helping black people.

00:26:14.840 How?

00:26:15.440 How?

00:26:16.780 How?

00:26:18.080 I mean, predominantly black communities have been voting for Democrats to lead their communities, to lead their cities for decades.

00:26:27.740 How is the problem still Republicans?

00:26:31.800 How is the problem still the system?

00:26:34.400 The people that you are putting in charge of the system clearly aren't delivering the solutions that you're looking for.

00:26:42.420 I mean, also, this is a big part of many black churches, Democrats, politicians coming in to campaign.

00:26:51.560 I mean, the stranglehold that the Democrat Party has on black Americans does seem to be loosening as the statistics show.

00:27:00.240 And I praise God for that.

00:27:01.380 I know of a lot of solid black pastors and, of course, black Christians who are ardently pro-life and who are extremely outspoken about what is good, right, and true.

00:27:16.340 But predominantly, black communities and black churches ardently support Democrats and pretty much unconditionally.

00:27:26.260 And these manipulation tactics, unfortunately, I think, can be effective, that you're not really a man, you don't really love women, you're not really black, you don't care about your community if you don't vote Democrat.

00:27:41.520 I mean, what have they done for you, really?

00:27:43.540 Like, how has that translated into actual help?

00:27:46.260 I mean, it just doesn't make sense that you're voting for the same party over and over again and are still saying the system is out, you know, is out to get certain demographics.

00:27:58.440 Okay, well, maybe we should change who is in charge of the system in your community.

00:28:05.480 Harris, in a radio interview, also said that she is open to reparations.

00:28:10.640 Charlemagne the God asked her about this.

00:28:13.480 She said, to your question about reparations, it has to be studied.

00:28:17.500 There's no question about that.

00:28:19.260 I've been very clear about that position.

00:28:21.380 She didn't give a position, which, of course, a lot of politicians do that. 1.00

00:28:25.760 And, of course, she explained that she grew up in the middle class because that's how you answer.

00:28:32.200 When someone asks you something, when Chief Related Bro is like, hey, like, how much did you spend at Trader Joe's?

00:28:41.600 And I'm like, well, I grew up in a middle class family.

00:28:44.620 And then we just stare each other at each other in silence for 10 seconds until I walk away.

00:28:49.880 And that's, I mean, that's a really good strategy.

00:28:52.560 I think that more of us should, when we don't want to answer a question, we can just start saying, I grew up in a middle class family. 0.99

00:28:59.280 Of course, reparations is a horrible idea and a stupid position. 0.96

00:29:04.900 There is no reason for the white person who lives truly in the middle class neighborhood to pay reparations to Beyonce. 1.00

00:29:14.740 Sorry.

00:29:15.620 I just don't think that's justice.

00:29:17.200 Like, I just don't think that the white family who is struggling to survive should be paying reparations to Oprah and Barack Obama.

00:29:28.780 And, by the way, we don't even know which people today are related to slaves from 200 years ago.

00:29:38.180 Is it like, what do we do with people who are half black, half white? 0.53

00:29:41.440 What do we do with the white people whose grandparents came here after slavery was abolished?

00:29:49.620 Like, who do we decide is responsible for the slavery that occurred?

00:29:55.920 Is it just people who kind of look white?

00:29:59.020 Who do we decide are the victims?

00:30:01.220 Is it just people who kind of look black? 0.96

00:30:03.600 Like, is that how we're really basing justice?

00:30:06.140 I heard, you know, LaTosha Morrison, she wrote Be the Bridge, and, you know, we talk about where I think that she is just so wrong when it comes to so-called racial reconciliation and social justice when it comes to race.

00:30:20.300 But a lot of churches, you know, they promote her books of Be the Bridge.

00:30:24.940 And I've heard her say in speeches in defense of reparations and the work that she's doing, you know, if you wrecked my car, I expect you to pay for it.

00:30:39.400 I didn't wreck your car.

00:30:41.600 None of us did.

00:30:43.080 And so none of us are responsible for paying for it.

00:30:47.460 And Kamala Harris, she knows this is a radical position.

00:30:50.300 And that's why she didn't push any farther on that.

00:30:56.420 Sagar and Jetty, he's great.

00:30:58.460 We've had him on the show before, and I always love his commentary.

00:31:01.740 It's always so interesting.

00:31:02.700 He hates weed.

00:31:04.020 And, like, we are on the same page.

00:31:05.400 He hates weed in Europe and people dressing bad, and he hates daylight savings time.

00:31:14.700 And so, and I just appreciate people who have strong opinions about things like that, and that mulch is the same way.

00:31:20.360 Some of, I'm like, why are we even talking about this?

00:31:22.460 I don't know, but I love that you're passionate about it.

00:31:24.360 But Sagar and I definitely agree on hating weed.

00:31:27.860 And he said this.

00:31:29.760 Oh, Tim Miller.

00:31:31.200 Tim Miller, the bulwark guy.

00:31:33.040 He said, because black people have been disproportionality jailed. 0.92

00:31:39.960 Womp womp. 0.99

00:31:41.460 I'm going to, I'm going to give you the BOD.

00:31:43.420 Tim Miller, have been disproportionately jailed for weed usage, while rich white kids at liberal arts schools have ripped the bong with impunity for decades.

00:31:52.860 Hope that clears it up.

00:31:56.280 These people are so smug.

00:31:57.960 Sagar said, only weed logic can, can lead you to this.

00:32:04.100 Because of injustice in the past, we must legalize poison and let the same people we imprisoned sell it to children and other addicts.

00:32:12.820 So true.

00:32:13.880 Like, even if something is true, even if that is true, the picture that Tim Miller painted, even if that is real, that doesn't support legalizing and making more accessible.

00:32:28.280 Something like marijuana that can cause psychosis and schizophrenia that can hamper brain development when minors use it. 0.90

00:32:38.240 There's nothing positive about marijuana.

00:32:40.480 It should continue to be illegal and to be as difficult to get as possible.

00:32:44.840 Well, Kamala Harris, she continues to be completely radical and she wants you to forget about that. 0.63

00:32:49.560 But we're not going to let you forget about that.

00:32:51.560 So let me get into that in a second.

00:32:53.420 Let me pause and tell you about our third sponsor.

00:32:55.380 It's Jay's Medical.

00:32:56.740 Well, Hurricane Milton made landfall last week near Siesta Key, Florida, as a Category 3 storm.

00:33:02.100 At least 16 people died.

00:33:03.680 So tragic.

00:33:05.240 Two million people were without power in Florida as of this weekend.

00:33:08.980 It's following on the heels of the tragic loss of life with Hurricane Helene.

00:33:12.940 But it just reminds us that we really need to be prepared for these events.

00:33:16.520 Whether you live in a place where there are tornadoes or floods or earthquakes, all kinds of these calamities could happen.

00:33:24.560 And just depending on where you live or blizzards or heat waves, you just want to be prepared.

00:33:29.500 There could always be a reason why you can't get the medication that you need.

00:33:32.740 You don't want to be in a position where you need antibiotics and cannot get them because antibiotics can save lives.

00:33:39.380 That's why you need a Jay's case. 0.96

00:33:40.920 They'll give you an emergency stash of antibiotics that you can take when you need them.

00:33:47.400 And you can also get the Jay's Daily, which is a year-long supply of the prescriptions that you and your family rely on.

00:33:54.720 Go to jays.com slash Allie for a discount.

00:33:58.300 That's jays.com slash Allie.

00:34:01.440 Okay, we're going to quickly go through this one because I want to get to this more cultural, less political story.

00:34:12.160 But gosh, there's so much happening in electoral politics.

00:34:15.560 And I just so badly want to make sure that all of you who can vote, vote.

00:34:21.760 And that you know what is at stake and you know actually who is on the ballot.

00:34:25.640 So this was reported on October 15th, so just yesterday, by Washington Free Beacon.

00:34:32.200 I saw a tweet by Charlie Kirk going around that Kamala Harris, that she supports the sex change of incarcerated men. 0.94

00:34:46.100 And actually, this has manifested itself in real policy in the state of California and has resulted in men going in female prisons and assaulting them. 0.98

00:35:00.600 So I want to play you this clip of Kamala Harris saying this herself so you know it's not an exaggeration.

00:35:07.300 And then I'm going to tell you a little story about how this policy has actually affected people.

00:35:13.860 Here's thought three.

00:35:14.520 When I was Attorney General, I learned that the California Department of Corrections, which was a client of mine, that they were standing in the way of surgery.

00:35:26.060 For prisoners.

00:35:27.140 For prisoners.

00:35:27.960 And there was a specific case.

00:35:29.820 And when I learned about the case, I worked behind the scenes to not only make sure that that transgender woman got the services she was deserving.

00:35:38.260 So it wasn't only about that case.

00:35:40.760 I made sure that they changed the policy in the state of California so that every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access to the medical care that they desired and need.

00:35:54.440 Okay, so you heard it.

00:35:57.020 She is the one in the state of California who championed sex change, quote unquote, it's not possible to change your sex, gender reassignment, quote unquote, surgeries for men.

00:36:07.480 And then for them to be transferred to female prisons. 1.00

00:36:10.180 Now, we know from talking to many of these journalists that we've had on the show that women have been impregnated. 0.99

00:36:17.980 Women have been raped by these men who say they just want top surgery, say they don't want bottom surgery, say they don't want any procedure at all. 0.92

00:36:27.600 They just want to be able to grow their hair out and say that they're a woman. 1.00

00:36:30.260 Well, gender ideology says that you are who you say you are, that biology is really arbitrary, has no authority whatsoever.

00:36:38.560 So if a man, a rapist, a pedophile, a murderer decides that he is a woman because women's prisons are obviously safer, they're in some cases a little cushier, a little nicer, he can do that.

00:36:54.740 And he is transferred into a woman's prison. 0.79

00:36:57.220 Now, Kamala Harris says that she is representing women, that she is the party of women, that she is the party of freedom. 0.62

00:37:06.560 Now, remember what the Democrats mean when they say they're the party of freedom.

00:37:11.300 What did they mean when they say freedom?

00:37:13.500 Sexual immorality and abortion. 0.63

00:37:16.420 And gender confusion, gender deception falls under that sexual immorality umbrella.

00:37:21.280 So there was a real person named John Jacobson who decided after he went to prison for murder that he would become a woman.

00:37:30.540 And because of Kamala Harris's policies, he got to go into the women's prison. 1.00

00:37:34.820 In 2004, John Jacobson lured Thomas and Jackie Hawks onto their boat off the California coast, tied them to the vessel's anchor.

00:37:42.800 This is very disturbing, okay, threw them overboard before grabbing a beer from the fridge and starting to fish.

00:37:52.220 Jacobson told ABC News that he murdered the married couple to obtain money for a sex change surgery.

00:37:59.800 So he drowned this couple by tying them to an anchor.

00:38:03.080 He was convicted of murdering the couple along with the previous murder.

00:38:08.260 He now sits on death row.

00:38:10.440 Last year, Jacobson's dreams of becoming a woman finally came true when California taxpayers footed the bill for his gender transition surgery. 0.88

00:38:19.460 A move made possible thanks to policies and precedents set during Kamala Harris's time as the state's attorney general.

00:38:28.600 Jacobson said,

00:38:29.640 I did receive gender-affirming surgery and breast augmentation on April 5th, 2023.

00:38:37.780 Jacobson also told the Free Beacon that he expects to transfer to a female prison fairly quickly.

00:38:45.160 In his 2009 interview with ABC, Jacobson was clear that he is still attracted to females.

00:38:51.420 I'm not attracted to guys, he said, but I wanted the surgery.

00:38:55.180 And I knew 100% I wanted the surgery, but I only like females. 1.00

00:39:01.600 The state's treatment of so-called transgender inmates changed radically during Kamala Harris's time in office.

00:39:11.140 Now, I will say that I am a bit giddy that this person has been castrated.

00:39:18.580 Like, I think that that's a fair punishment. 0.97

00:39:21.140 I'm glad that he has been castrated. 0.99

00:39:23.540 I think he should be castrated and stay in the male prison, though. 1.00

00:39:29.020 And I think that he should get the death penalty. 1.00

00:39:31.520 Of course, because this is premeditated murder. 0.97

00:39:35.160 And that is justice for murder.

00:39:38.820 God says that in Genesis 9-6.

00:39:42.520 That if you shed innocent blood, then your blood will be shed.

00:39:46.900 He demands that for justice.

00:39:49.860 And some people say, oh, the death penalty, it's so mean.

00:39:52.660 It's so wrong.

00:39:53.580 I think the Catholic Church is actually against the death penalty.

00:39:56.820 They didn't used to be against the death penalty.

00:39:59.560 But predominantly, they are now.

00:40:03.220 Okay, we're not nicer than God.

00:40:05.800 And God, before the creation of Israel, before the creation of civilization,

00:40:10.920 said that the death penalty is the just punishment for murder.

00:40:14.740 And so, far from getting sex change surgeries, 0.98

00:40:19.580 I think this guy should have been executed a long time ago. 0.99

00:40:24.220 Swift execution of execution for murderers, 0.96

00:40:28.860 when it has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt

00:40:32.160 that this person has murdered, that is justice. 0.65

00:40:35.620 That is justice.

00:40:36.300 And it also mitigates evil.

00:40:39.760 And that is what the state is supposed to do,

00:40:41.840 to use the sword against evildoers and to reward those who do good.

00:40:48.200 But Kamala Harris is the anti-justice candidate.

00:40:52.460 She does the opposite of what the government instituted by God is supposed to do. 0.99

00:40:58.040 She rewards those who do evil, like this person,

00:41:03.100 and she punishes those who do good, like David Daleiden, like the pregnancy sinners.

00:41:11.340 Investigated David Daleiden for his pro-life reporting,

00:41:14.560 he's still dealing with that, forced pregnancy sinners to advertise for abortion. 0.50

00:41:19.220 The Supreme Court overturned that fact act, thankfully.

00:41:22.960 But that's who Kamala Harris is. 1.00

00:41:24.660 She rewards those who do evil.

00:41:27.260 She punishes those who do good.

00:41:30.420 And we actually still see this today in the Harris-Biden administration.

00:41:34.840 There is a woman named Bevelin B.D. Williams,

00:41:38.400 and she has just been sentenced to three and a half years in federal prison.

00:41:42.860 She is a mom of a toddler.

00:41:44.140 She is a pro-life protester, a pro-life activist.

00:41:48.540 And she was arrested and charged for unlawful assembly, okay?

00:41:53.760 Not violence, unlawful assembly in the state of New York,

00:41:58.760 because she was peacefully protesting outside of a Planned Parenthood. 0.98

00:42:04.740 And you might think, well, this is unconstitutional.

00:42:06.680 Our right to assembly, our right to protest is protected by the Constitution.

00:42:10.200 Look, the Constitution is a piece of paper until someone is willing to defend it,

00:42:14.660 until someone is willing to enforce it.

00:42:16.660 Right now, the powers that be, the DOJ,

00:42:18.840 don't give a flying rip about the Constitution.

00:42:23.780 She, of course, is not the first pro-lifer to be jailed by the Biden administration.

00:42:29.460 Joan Bell, 74 years old,

00:42:32.140 imprisoned by the Harris-Biden administration.

00:42:36.540 We've got Herb Garrity, who was on our show,

00:42:41.240 a pro-lifer who protested.

00:42:43.900 And I think about Herb's words all the time.

00:42:48.720 That nothing that someone who is imprisoned endures compares to the pain

00:42:56.360 that babies endure in an abortion.

00:42:59.840 And these are the pro-lifers who have been imprisoned by the FACE Act,

00:43:05.400 through the FACE Act, by the Harris-Biden administration.

00:43:07.800 She does not care one bit about your constitutional rights.

00:43:12.880 She rewards evil, and she punishes good.

00:43:19.260 It is your responsibility, Christian, to vote against that.

00:43:23.420 It is your duty, Christian, to vote against that.

00:43:26.840 Are you going to vote for the guy that would probably pardon Joan Bell?

00:43:30.360 That, I can almost guarantee you, will pardon Joan Bell and Bevelyn Beattie?

00:43:34.700 Or are you going to vote for the person

00:43:37.940 who is going to throw more pro-lifers in jail?

00:43:43.360 Which one?

00:43:44.560 Or are you just not going to vote?

00:43:46.520 Are you going to sit out?

00:43:48.080 Because, well, neither of them are perfect.

00:43:51.520 Can I read you something?

00:43:53.440 Let me read you what one of my pro-life friends posted

00:43:58.160 on her Instagram.

00:44:01.320 And she's not someone, she's certainly not MAGA.

00:44:03.680 She is conservative, but she's probably moderate 0.99

00:44:06.920 on some things.

00:44:09.340 And her name is Christina Bennett.

00:44:11.920 She works with Live Action.

00:44:13.520 She is so passionate for the unborn

00:44:16.180 and has done so much work.

00:44:18.020 But she and I probably don't agree

00:44:19.440 on every policy outside of abortion.

00:44:22.480 But we totally agree on the evil of abortion,

00:44:26.300 the dignity of the unborn.

00:44:27.800 Her mother chose life.

00:44:29.460 She was almost aborted,

00:44:30.660 and she's just used her passion to save so many.

00:44:33.860 And she's friends with Bevelyn. 0.84

00:44:35.760 And here's what she wrote when Bevelyn said,

00:44:40.000 yeah, I'm going to jail.

00:44:41.200 Bevelyn is going to prison today, by the way.

00:44:44.480 Here's what Christina wrote on Instagram.

00:44:47.320 She posted a video very upset.

00:44:49.660 She said,

00:44:49.960 I'm just brokenhearted to hear

00:44:51.280 Bevelyn Beattie-Williams is going to jail tomorrow 1.00

00:44:53.620 for her pro-life activism.

00:44:55.400 At the end of her Facebook post,

00:44:56.680 she said,

00:44:57.380 please don't forget to vote

00:44:58.940 and do all you can to elect leaders

00:45:01.300 who stand for justice.

00:45:03.740 Christina said, 0.99

00:45:04.480 guys, I've been on the fence

00:45:05.920 because I'm so brokenhearted

00:45:07.540 over compromise

00:45:09.080 regarding abortion with the Republican Party.

00:45:12.120 I wanted to do a write-in.

00:45:13.760 Last week,

00:45:15.340 a friend who was also facing prison

00:45:17.620 for her activism

00:45:18.700 asked me to vote for Trump regardless.

00:45:22.320 I made a covenant before God

00:45:23.940 I wouldn't vote for someone

00:45:25.240 who was not pro-life,

00:45:26.560 so I wanted to do a write-in.

00:45:29.000 But my friend facing prison asked me,

00:45:31.740 believing he could possibly pardon her.

00:45:34.320 Now today,

00:45:35.860 Beve is asking

00:45:36.860 before she goes to prison tomorrow,

00:45:39.320 so I will vote for her

00:45:40.840 and for the possibility

00:45:42.700 that they could be pardoned.

00:45:44.720 People can think what they may

00:45:46.380 and I don't care.

00:45:48.460 Never did I imagine

00:45:49.560 I'd see a beautiful young Black mother 0.91

00:45:51.900 going to jail

00:45:53.240 for trying to save babies.

00:45:57.300 Vote for Joan Bell. 0.85

00:45:59.660 Vote for Bevelyn.

00:46:02.640 Vote for true justice.

00:46:05.800 If you don't like Trump,

00:46:07.640 at the very least,

00:46:08.840 vote against the woman 1.00

00:46:11.180 who is putting pro-lifers in jail

00:46:14.080 and who is funded

00:46:15.120 by those killing the babies.

00:46:18.700 All right. 0.91

00:46:19.580 Got one more topic for today.

00:46:21.580 Let me tell you about our next sponsor.

00:46:24.360 It is Birch Gold.

00:46:26.720 There's a lot at stake

00:46:27.700 in this upcoming election.

00:46:29.100 Regardless of who is sitting

00:46:30.200 in the White House,

00:46:31.240 the fuse on the economy

00:46:32.300 has already been lit.

00:46:33.880 Even four years

00:46:34.740 of a conservative presidency

00:46:35.940 will not be enough

00:46:37.020 to turn the tide

00:46:37.740 on our $35 trillion

00:46:38.960 national debt.

00:46:40.480 If the left wins,

00:46:41.460 it's like throwing gas

00:46:42.680 on a dumpster fire.

00:46:44.560 You don't have a lot of control

00:46:45.780 over the election's outcome

00:46:47.180 aside from your own vote,

00:46:48.700 but you can protect your savings.

00:46:51.100 Birch Gold will help you

00:46:52.180 convert an IRA or 401k

00:46:54.300 into an IRA in physical gold,

00:46:56.540 tax-free and penalty-free,

00:46:58.020 and it doesn't cost you

00:46:59.160 a penny out of pocket.

00:47:01.080 Text the word ALLY

00:47:02.100 to 989898.

00:47:03.780 Get your free info kit on gold

00:47:05.460 and trust Birch Gold

00:47:06.680 to protect your savings.

00:47:07.880 Text ALLY

00:47:08.540 to the number 989898 today.

00:47:15.160 Okay, speaking of Kamala Harris,

00:47:20.240 we are going to talk about,

00:47:22.220 we're talking about witches, okay?

00:47:25.500 Because I got this,

00:47:27.260 I got this text

00:47:29.300 from my brother the other day,

00:47:31.680 and it was the magazine rack

00:47:34.540 at a grocery store

00:47:35.520 in the checkout aisle,

00:47:37.240 and it was a magazine

00:47:39.600 that said witches,

00:47:42.140 and on the front

00:47:42.800 was a woman 0.75

00:47:44.260 clearly engaging

00:47:46.260 in some kind of satanic ritual,

00:47:49.880 and on the side it said,

00:47:51.560 discover their secretive

00:47:53.000 and mysterious practices,

00:47:54.740 ancient traditions,

00:47:56.900 persecution,

00:47:57.780 and the Salem witch trials, 0.99

00:47:59.960 modern witchcraft

00:48:01.020 and spell work.

00:48:01.800 So this is clearly

00:48:02.700 a glorification

00:48:04.440 of witchcraft, 0.84

00:48:05.740 and this is actually

00:48:06.660 a trend

00:48:07.240 that we've been seeing

00:48:08.160 for the past few years.

00:48:09.940 I did an episode

00:48:11.200 maybe in 2020

00:48:13.200 called

00:48:14.440 The Rise of the Millennial Witches 0.99

00:48:16.540 because there is a big trend

00:48:18.340 on witch talk

00:48:19.700 for young women

00:48:20.860 who don't necessarily

00:48:21.920 look demonic.

00:48:23.060 They just look like

00:48:23.640 your normal suburban mom

00:48:25.100 casting spells,

00:48:26.700 burning sage,

00:48:28.580 using their crystals,

00:48:30.380 and you know,

00:48:30.820 witchcraft doesn't necessarily 1.00

00:48:32.080 always look like

00:48:33.180 a Ouija board

00:48:33.960 or like dyeing your hair black

00:48:36.240 and casting spells.

00:48:37.920 Today it looks more

00:48:39.020 like manifesting.

00:48:40.660 Today it looks more

00:48:42.320 like transcendental meditation,

00:48:44.540 or it looks a lot more

00:48:46.460 new age,

00:48:47.460 and we've had conversations

00:48:48.820 with former witches,

00:48:50.160 we've had conversations

00:48:51.060 with former psychics,

00:48:52.460 with former new age people

00:48:53.820 who have engaged

00:48:55.060 in this kind of thing,

00:48:56.360 and it starts

00:48:57.200 typically through

00:48:58.840 reading a Cosmo article

00:49:00.340 about your sign,

00:49:02.020 getting into astrology,

00:49:05.140 thinking about

00:49:06.880 who your real

00:49:08.700 spiritual goddess self is,

00:49:10.880 all of these things

00:49:11.780 that are propagated a lot

00:49:13.400 in the self-help,

00:49:15.140 self-empowerment world,

00:49:16.940 even in some of

00:49:17.780 the Christian worlds.

00:49:19.200 This idea that,

00:49:20.160 of course,

00:49:20.400 we talk about so much

00:49:21.540 in my first book,

00:49:22.500 You're Not Enough,

00:49:23.780 that there's this

00:49:24.620 inner goddess on the inside. 0.66

00:49:26.140 She just needs to be released. 0.97

00:49:28.400 And basically,

00:49:28.920 if you say the right things,

00:49:30.800 if you imagine

00:49:31.940 the future that you want,

00:49:34.080 and you throw off

00:49:34.920 all of the toxic people

00:49:36.440 and expectations

00:49:37.240 and standards

00:49:38.300 and societal norms,

00:49:40.440 then she'll be released,

00:49:41.960 and she'll finally

00:49:43.140 get everything she wants.

00:49:45.580 It goes all the way

00:49:46.340 back to the garden.

00:49:47.460 I mean,

00:49:47.760 Eve was tempted

00:49:48.520 with wanting to be like God.

00:49:51.140 This is the root

00:49:52.480 of witchcraft today.

00:49:55.120 I saw this tweet

00:49:56.380 from someone named

00:49:58.200 Allie on Axe,

00:49:59.800 and she said,

00:50:00.260 I don't understand

00:50:00.840 why so many women 1.00

00:50:01.920 pretend they're witches now.

00:50:03.840 Is it an aesthetic?

00:50:05.040 Harry Potter cringe?

00:50:06.160 Gone too far?

00:50:06.980 Actual witchcraft?

00:50:08.680 And then she,

00:50:09.820 you know,

00:50:10.380 posts this picture

00:50:11.380 of someone

00:50:11.940 who is like

00:50:12.680 dressed as a witch. 0.53

00:50:15.520 Very disturbing.

00:50:17.300 But the truth is,

00:50:18.280 this is a trend.

00:50:19.200 And this was reported

00:50:20.580 by British Vogue,

00:50:22.320 The Vogue Guide

00:50:23.160 to Being a Modern Witch.

00:50:25.760 They say,

00:50:26.440 from nostalgic witch shows

00:50:27.820 like the 1996 sitcom

00:50:29.560 Sabrina the Teenage Witch

00:50:30.940 to newer Netflix releases,

00:50:35.940 witch stereotypes

00:50:36.700 are reemerging in popularity,

00:50:38.420 but with a different look

00:50:39.340 thanks to Gen Z.

00:50:40.800 Gen Z's embrace

00:50:41.820 of New Age spiritualism

00:50:43.080 has driven the rise

00:50:44.000 of witchcore

00:50:44.960 and whimsigoth aesthetics.

00:50:47.460 Like,

00:50:47.600 can we not?

00:50:48.220 We need,

00:50:48.760 I think we need

00:50:49.520 another famine.

00:50:51.220 Like,

00:50:51.620 we have way too much time

00:50:53.360 on our hands.

00:50:55.340 Which merge romantic,

00:50:57.140 mystical vibes

00:50:58.040 with grungy,

00:50:59.680 gothic undertones.

00:51:01.240 The witchcore aesthetic 0.98

00:51:02.220 is influenced

00:51:03.040 by ancient rituals

00:51:04.320 and practices.

00:51:05.280 So,

00:51:05.820 here,

00:51:06.220 it's not just

00:51:07.540 about following

00:51:08.560 a trend that you saw

00:51:09.580 and you think is cute.

00:51:10.880 They're saying

00:51:11.500 it is influenced

00:51:12.420 by ancient rituals

00:51:13.480 and practices

00:51:14.200 from potion making

00:51:15.360 and herbalism

00:51:16.180 to tarot card reading,

00:51:17.920 sage burning,

00:51:18.540 and crystal healing.

00:51:19.400 It's a blend

00:51:19.800 of vintage lace dresses

00:51:21.080 with oversized button downs

00:51:22.980 and corsets thrown on 0.97

00:51:24.600 for good measure.

00:51:25.640 You could literally

00:51:26.600 find all of this

00:51:27.420 it made well.

00:51:28.660 All reminiscent

00:51:29.660 of nature's

00:51:30.300 very own color palette.

00:51:31.640 Think dark,

00:51:32.580 earthy tones

00:51:33.340 that wouldn't look

00:51:34.340 out of place

00:51:34.920 at an autumnal

00:51:36.140 festival.

00:51:37.840 The terms

00:51:38.280 witch or witchy

00:51:39.120 cover a broad

00:51:39.900 spectrum of things.

00:51:41.100 It might mean

00:51:41.520 someone who practices

00:51:42.340 witchcraft

00:51:42.980 or it might refer

00:51:44.200 to more of

00:51:45.000 an Instagrammable

00:51:46.080 aesthetic choice

00:51:47.180 more than anything else.

00:51:49.120 According to Vogue,

00:51:50.780 today,

00:51:51.420 witchery is about

00:51:52.180 normalizing a woman's

00:51:53.440 darker side,

00:51:54.680 reconnecting

00:51:55.440 with ancient practices

00:51:56.520 and sacred care,

00:51:58.020 rejecting modern

00:51:59.140 idealizations

00:52:00.220 of women

00:52:01.200 as angels.

00:52:02.880 Long gone

00:52:03.420 are the antiquated

00:52:04.260 stereotypes of witches

00:52:05.340 practicing black magic

00:52:06.760 or white magic.

00:52:08.020 Modern witches

00:52:08.600 can be

00:52:09.320 whatever

00:52:10.180 they choose.

00:52:12.160 And so we've got

00:52:12.860 some pictures

00:52:13.500 of witchcore,

00:52:15.600 which this is

00:52:16.160 what Satan does.

00:52:17.060 He always distorts

00:52:18.140 like the beauty

00:52:18.980 of creation.

00:52:20.220 So sun,

00:52:21.420 moon,

00:52:22.020 stars,

00:52:23.160 flowers,

00:52:24.040 even sage,

00:52:25.040 crystals,

00:52:25.340 all these things

00:52:26.180 were created

00:52:26.860 by God

00:52:27.600 but are being

00:52:28.960 manipulated

00:52:29.560 into something

00:52:30.520 that is evil,

00:52:31.880 which is of course

00:52:32.680 being the God of self.

00:52:34.380 I saw this tweet.

00:52:35.680 One of the draws

00:52:36.940 of witchcraft 0.96

00:52:38.000 is that it has

00:52:38.800 an aesthetic

00:52:39.380 women find appealing. 0.97

00:52:40.800 Dried flowers,

00:52:41.780 candles,

00:52:42.300 pretty little herbs

00:52:43.160 and bottles.

00:52:45.280 Bland modern churches

00:52:46.420 rid of visual elements

00:52:47.580 will simply not be able

00:52:48.760 to compete with this.

00:52:50.080 Oh my gosh, 1.00

00:52:50.540 that's so dumb. 0.99

00:52:52.760 Okay, 1.00

00:52:53.240 apparently

00:52:53.860 this is Taylor Swift

00:52:55.520 in witchcore.

00:52:57.600 And this is

00:52:58.580 in January

00:52:59.500 of this year.

00:53:00.720 This is what

00:53:01.360 witchcore

00:53:02.220 looks like.

00:53:03.460 We've got a full screen

00:53:04.560 of that.

00:53:06.560 So apparently

00:53:07.680 this is witchcore.

00:53:08.940 And Taylor Swift

00:53:09.460 said in December

00:53:10.660 of 2020,

00:53:11.800 witches be like, 1.00

00:53:13.020 sometimes I just 0.68

00:53:13.880 want to listen

00:53:14.380 to music

00:53:14.800 while pining away,

00:53:15.940 sulking,

00:53:16.440 staring out a window.

00:53:17.400 It's me.

00:53:17.980 I'm witches.

00:53:18.840 Never fear.

00:53:19.780 The Willow Lonely

00:53:20.800 Witch Remix

00:53:21.780 is here.

00:53:22.980 Whatever that means.

00:53:23.900 And you know,

00:53:24.180 a lot of people

00:53:24.820 said that in her

00:53:25.700 heiress tour,

00:53:26.600 there was a ton

00:53:27.600 of witchcore.

00:53:29.340 And that's true.

00:53:30.040 There was.

00:53:30.620 Like even if you

00:53:31.320 don't think that

00:53:32.080 there was like

00:53:32.560 a spiritual aspect

00:53:33.660 to her talking

00:53:35.040 about spells

00:53:36.320 and all of that,

00:53:37.680 she definitely 0.92

00:53:38.360 had a witch aesthetic.

00:53:39.760 She definitely 0.92

00:53:40.180 dressed up like a witch 0.94

00:53:41.500 and she played upon

00:53:43.040 a lot of those

00:53:43.880 dark themes.

00:53:44.920 Even some of the

00:53:45.620 things she talks

00:53:46.260 about,

00:53:46.500 like a twin flame,

00:53:47.900 that's a very

00:53:48.720 new age,

00:53:50.120 I would even say

00:53:51.440 like a witchy

00:53:53.360 kind of term.

00:53:54.340 It's a supernatural

00:53:55.820 idea that basically

00:53:58.180 we are our own

00:53:59.700 gods or we are

00:54:00.920 either informed

00:54:03.260 by or moved

00:54:04.360 by the universe.

00:54:05.580 There are things

00:54:06.160 we do to be

00:54:07.680 in sync with

00:54:08.360 the universe,

00:54:09.000 to be out of

00:54:09.740 sync with the

00:54:10.600 universe.

00:54:11.780 It's just plain

00:54:13.020 old paganism.

00:54:14.040 And we've got

00:54:14.620 this like picture

00:54:15.940 of their,

00:54:17.140 of the Taylor

00:54:17.980 Swift concert.

00:54:19.820 No, we've got a

00:54:20.500 video of the

00:54:21.240 Taylor Swift concert

00:54:22.000 where look,

00:54:22.620 they're in this

00:54:23.380 like witch circle.

00:54:25.020 Here's salt one.

00:54:33.260 Okay, very disturbing.

00:54:53.000 They're basically

00:54:53.540 bowing down to

00:54:54.580 her and look, 1.00

00:54:57.160 I like Taylor Swift

00:54:58.300 songs.

00:54:59.160 I, I get it,

00:55:00.480 but this is so

00:55:01.700 like that is

00:55:02.860 clearly demonic.

00:55:04.240 I'm not saying

00:55:04.760 she's the only

00:55:05.440 artist that's

00:55:06.160 demonic,

00:55:06.500 but she does 0.89

00:55:07.280 have a particular

00:55:08.000 hold on a lot

00:55:09.480 of Christian

00:55:10.000 women who tend 0.99

00:55:10.940 to think that

00:55:11.500 she's more

00:55:12.140 innocent than

00:55:12.960 sexy red. 1.00

00:55:13.880 And I'm just

00:55:14.700 not sure that's

00:55:15.620 true.

00:55:16.320 I'm just not

00:55:17.080 sure that's

00:55:17.440 true.

00:55:17.740 There's actually

00:55:18.220 maybe even more

00:55:19.160 of a threat to

00:55:19.700 her because she 0.95

00:55:20.440 has this very

00:55:21.240 like appealing

00:55:22.860 normal girl

00:55:24.240 aesthetic.

00:55:25.200 And yet she

00:55:25.720 plays upon these

00:55:26.580 themes that are,

00:55:27.420 that are really

00:55:28.680 dark.

00:55:29.060 And I hadn't

00:55:29.540 actually seen

00:55:30.220 this before.

00:55:30.760 So I'm kind

00:55:32.260 of disturbed

00:55:32.780 by that because

00:55:33.820 I mean,

00:55:34.560 Satan disguises

00:55:35.580 himself as an

00:55:36.520 angel of light.

00:55:37.360 And I think the

00:55:38.180 more mainstream

00:55:38.960 these things

00:55:39.740 become,

00:55:40.320 the less we

00:55:42.500 stigmatize them 0.88

00:55:43.540 and the less we

00:55:44.660 see what a

00:55:45.500 threat they are.

00:55:47.140 So I want to

00:55:47.820 talk about why

00:55:48.480 I think this is

00:55:49.300 important just to

00:55:50.040 close out the

00:55:50.540 episode in just a

00:55:51.440 second.

00:55:51.960 Let me tell you

00:55:52.420 about our last

00:55:52.900 sponsor.

00:55:53.380 It's Patriot

00:55:54.000 Mobile.

00:55:54.500 Americans are

00:55:55.020 tired and frustrated

00:55:55.720 by a stalling

00:55:56.800 economy,

00:55:57.400 inflation,

00:55:57.920 endless wars.

00:55:58.700 You want to be

00:55:59.480 able to partner

00:56:00.000 with people that

00:56:00.780 align with what

00:56:01.860 you believe in.

00:56:02.840 Patriot Mobile is

00:56:04.040 America's Christian

00:56:04.920 conservative wireless

00:56:05.980 provider.

00:56:06.920 They are fighting for

00:56:07.660 the First and Second

00:56:08.260 Amendments,

00:56:08.880 the Sanctity of Life,

00:56:09.900 our military first

00:56:10.740 responder heroes.

00:56:12.360 They have the same

00:56:14.280 nationwide coverage as

00:56:15.380 all three major

00:56:16.160 networks, but you get

00:56:18.080 to have access to

00:56:19.160 that without funding

00:56:19.960 the left.

00:56:20.560 They've got a 100%

00:56:21.780 U.S.-based customer

00:56:22.920 service team.

00:56:24.080 Go to

00:56:27.380 when you use

00:56:27.960 offer code

00:56:28.640 Allie.

00:56:29.320 That's

00:56:29.620 PatriotMobile.com

00:56:30.960 Now, really, I

00:56:37.260 mean, this goes

00:56:37.880 hand-in-hand with

00:56:38.820 feminism. 1.00

00:56:39.700 It is self-empowerment.

00:56:41.380 It is wanting to

00:56:42.180 take matters into

00:56:42.980 your own hands,

00:56:43.760 your relationships

00:56:44.440 into your own

00:56:45.540 hands, your success

00:56:46.440 into your own

00:56:47.240 hands.

00:56:47.800 And so even if

00:56:48.760 someone is not

00:56:49.460 wearing a pointy

00:56:50.500 hat and walking

00:56:51.360 around with their

00:56:52.820 black cat, they 1.00

00:56:54.560 might be imbibing

00:56:56.380 and emulating

00:56:57.140 these, exhibiting

00:56:58.380 these aspects

00:57:00.280 of witchcraft.

00:57:01.680 That's all

00:57:02.160 self-empowerment

00:57:03.180 is.

00:57:03.660 These incantations

00:57:05.160 and meditations

00:57:06.040 and even

00:57:09.040 meditative prayers

00:57:10.420 that you're saying

00:57:10.980 over and over

00:57:11.720 again in the

00:57:12.280 hopes that some

00:57:13.520 outcome would

00:57:14.700 manifest itself

00:57:16.300 one day, that

00:57:16.980 is all part of

00:57:18.160 witchcraft.

00:57:19.060 The truth is

00:57:20.000 is that if we

00:57:21.680 find all of

00:57:22.520 these problems

00:57:23.320 in our lives

00:57:24.700 inside of

00:57:25.740 ourselves, if

00:57:26.400 we're depressed,

00:57:26.920 if we're anxious,

00:57:27.760 if we feel like

00:57:28.980 we're lacking

00:57:29.380 insufficient, we

00:57:30.180 won't find the

00:57:31.200 solution for those

00:57:32.700 things also inside

00:57:34.120 of ourselves.

00:57:34.800 And people love

00:57:36.040 the supernatural.

00:57:37.140 They love to

00:57:38.000 feel like they

00:57:38.960 can tap into

00:57:39.820 divine help.

00:57:41.360 They love to

00:57:42.320 know that there's

00:57:42.940 something bigger

00:57:43.500 than them, but

00:57:44.400 they don't want

00:57:45.240 the self-denial

00:57:46.160 and the self-sacrifice

00:57:47.460 that comes with

00:57:48.280 Christianity.

00:57:49.640 But this is

00:57:50.360 darkness.

00:57:51.040 I've had people

00:57:51.640 say that, you

00:57:52.540 know, I think I

00:57:53.100 can combine the

00:57:54.180 sage-burning, this

00:57:55.180 crystal healing and

00:57:57.480 all of this stuff

00:57:58.140 with Christianity.

00:57:59.220 There's some

00:57:59.720 parts of, you

00:58:00.880 know, channeling a

00:58:02.940 medium or going to

00:58:04.120 a psychic that are

00:58:05.060 fine.

00:58:05.640 You could definitely

00:58:06.280 combine that with

00:58:07.200 Christianity.

00:58:08.180 Look, that's

00:58:08.700 called syncretism.

00:58:10.180 That is strictly

00:58:11.960 forbidden in

00:58:13.680 Christianity.

00:58:14.180 You can actually

00:58:15.240 see when Jesus is

00:58:16.300 talking to the

00:58:17.120 churches in the

00:58:18.360 book of Revelation,

00:58:19.200 one of the things

00:58:20.060 that he condemns

00:58:21.260 is that syncretism,

00:58:23.140 trying to wed

00:58:24.320 light and

00:58:25.320 darkness.

00:58:26.520 And we can read

00:58:27.240 all the way in

00:58:29.100 Deuteronomy that

00:58:30.080 God hates

00:58:30.600 witchcraft.

00:58:31.280 And this is a

00:58:31.800 principle that

00:58:32.360 still stands

00:58:32.940 today.

00:58:33.380 This is not

00:58:33.760 exclusive to

00:58:34.660 ancient Israel.

00:58:36.420 Deuteronomy 18.10,

00:58:38.540 there shall not be

00:58:39.320 found among you

00:58:40.140 anyone who burns

00:58:41.320 his son or daughter

00:58:42.020 as an offering,

00:58:42.860 anyone who

00:58:43.320 practices divination

00:58:44.620 or tells fortunes

00:58:46.580 or interprets

00:58:48.860 omens or a

00:58:49.860 sorcerer or a

00:58:50.740 charmer or a

00:58:51.560 medium or a

00:58:52.340 necromancer or one

00:58:53.860 who inquires of the

00:58:54.900 dead.

00:58:55.220 For whoever does 0.53

00:58:57.020 these things is an

00:58:57.880 abomination to the

00:58:58.820 Lord.

00:58:59.360 I saw this really

00:59:00.380 huge fitness

00:59:01.660 influencer, Kate

00:59:02.720 Itzinas, I think

00:59:04.300 that, or Kayla

00:59:05.400 Itzinas, I've

00:59:06.280 followed her for a

00:59:06.840 long time actually,

00:59:07.620 but she posted the

00:59:09.160 other day how she

00:59:10.080 had this amazing

00:59:10.880 experience with the

00:59:11.840 medium.

00:59:13.220 I'm pretty sure the

00:59:13.960 Kardashians have 0.97

00:59:15.760 done this kind of

00:59:16.740 thing.

00:59:17.780 There's a new

00:59:18.520 Netflix show in

00:59:20.440 which a medium was

00:59:21.500 glorified, and

00:59:23.260 people think that

00:59:24.180 they're really

00:59:25.040 talking to their

00:59:26.340 loved ones.

00:59:27.060 No, you're talking

00:59:27.740 to a demon, and

00:59:29.380 that's not something

00:59:30.280 you should mess

00:59:31.220 with.

00:59:32.020 God takes

00:59:32.460 witchcraft very

00:59:33.360 seriously, Exodus

00:59:34.520 22.18, you

00:59:36.360 shall not permit a

00:59:38.160 sorceress to live. 0.98

00:59:39.980 Yikes! 1.00

00:59:41.200 Leviticus 20.27, a

00:59:42.700 man or a woman who

00:59:43.480 is a medium or a

00:59:44.380 necromancer shall 1.00

00:59:45.120 be put to death. 1.00

00:59:47.020 They shall be 1.00

00:59:47.460 stoned with stones, 1.00

00:59:48.360 their blood shall 0.97

00:59:48.980 be upon them.

00:59:50.100 1 Samuel 15.23, for

00:59:51.720 rebellion is as the

00:59:53.340 sin of divination, and

00:59:54.640 presumption is as

00:59:55.980 iniquity and

00:59:56.640 idolatry.

00:59:57.600 Because you have

00:59:58.160 rejected the word of

00:59:59.160 the Lord, he has

00:59:59.900 also rejected you

01:00:01.120 from being king.

01:00:03.500 Galatians 5.19-21,

01:00:05.820 now the work, this

01:00:06.700 is the New Testament,

01:00:07.740 some people think we

01:00:08.520 just disregard the

01:00:09.460 Old Testament, that

01:00:10.200 is not a rightful

01:00:10.960 handling of

01:00:12.060 scripture.

01:00:13.620 Galatians 5.19-21,

01:00:15.500 now the works of the

01:00:16.600 flesh are evident,

01:00:17.460 sexual immorality, 0.76

01:00:18.660 impurity, sensuality, 0.97

01:00:20.180 idolatry, sorcery,

01:00:21.860 enmity, strife,

01:00:23.200 jealousy, fits of

01:00:24.180 anger, rivalries,

01:00:25.400 dissensions, divisions,

01:00:27.500 envy, drunkenness,

01:00:29.380 orgies, and things like

01:00:30.920 these.

01:00:31.500 I warned you, as I

01:00:32.940 warned you before,

01:00:33.880 that those who do

01:00:34.700 such things will not

01:00:36.340 inherit the kingdom of

01:00:37.480 God.

01:00:37.760 And look, there's

01:00:38.420 something there for

01:00:39.380 all of us, by the

01:00:40.380 way.

01:00:41.520 Idolatry, strife,

01:00:43.420 jealousy, fits of

01:00:45.180 anger, rivalries,

01:00:47.200 those people will not

01:00:48.600 inherit the kingdom

01:00:49.680 of God?

01:00:50.980 All of us better be

01:00:52.260 working out our

01:00:52.940 salvation with fear

01:00:53.780 and trembling,

01:00:54.820 knowing that it is by

01:00:55.940 grace we have been

01:00:57.100 saved, but that our

01:00:58.940 obedience is evidence

01:01:00.380 of the faith and the

01:01:01.460 grace that saves us.

01:01:02.760 And so, let us make

01:01:03.880 sure we are walking

01:01:05.140 in holiness with

01:01:07.180 Christ and to take

01:01:08.260 no part in the

01:01:09.640 unfruitful works of

01:01:11.380 darkness, but instead

01:01:12.560 expose them, that is

01:01:14.360 Ephesians 4.

01:01:16.580 So, it's unfortunate

01:01:17.500 that this is a trend,

01:01:19.240 but Christians have to, 0.98

01:01:20.440 as always, speak out

01:01:21.500 against it, just as we

01:01:22.580 speak out against all

01:01:23.700 forms of darkness,

01:01:24.980 witchcraft or not.

01:01:30.180 in this description.

01:01:31.940 You will not

01:01:33.200 regret it.

01:01:34.040 Thank you guys so

01:01:34.720 much.

01:01:34.940 We'll be back here

01:01:35.560 tomorrow.
