00:03:05.440 conviction and so he was not actually uh convicted of the charge of inciting violence with his speech

00:06:04.140 something like that should be charged and convicted to the fullest extent of the law i think everyone

00:06:14.340 of course uh the the side of the the prosecution said yes of course like listen to all these tapes
00:06:21.920 like look at what donald trump said encourage people to fight but then trump's defense team they also played

00:07:01.520 brought up that kamala harris she helped raise money for the rioters in minneapolis after the george
00:07:08.200 floyd incident happened and one of those rioters ended up going back into the streets and bashing
00:07:13.720 someone's head in and so all i've been saying is that we need to have a fair standard all the way
00:07:18.680 across and if you are going to say like murkowski did lisa murkowski that president trump's speech wasn't
00:07:24.540 protected speech then that's the standard that you're going to have to apply across the board i just think
00:07:29.760 that we need to have very narrow and very specific standards of what speech actually explicitly
00:07:36.920 incites a violence and a so-called insurrection and what doesn't so that's been my stance on all of that

00:12:39.380 has been kind of this campaign going on for several months from some fans of the show um to get her
00:12:45.860 fired because of various views and various things that she has posted this is from the new york
00:12:51.680 post uh carano's most controversial message and the one that appears to have been the final straw
00:12:56.480 came when she shared an image from nazi germany and compared it today's overheated political climate
00:13:02.320 her post said jews were beaten in the streets not by nazi soldiers but by their neighbors even by
00:13:08.580 children uh because history is edited most people today don't realize that to get to the point where
00:13:15.760 nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of jews this is what gina carano's post said
00:13:20.180 the government made their uh the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for
00:13:26.740 being jews so i think what she's trying to say is that uh today we are hating each other we're shaming
00:13:34.680 each other we are canceling each other so the people in charge the elites the the government doesn't
00:13:41.840 have to do it for us and she's saying those were the circumstances that led up to um you know

00:14:54.980 all you want to that all trump supporters are nazis or all trump supporters are fascists or anyone who is
00:15:00.820 a conservative is the fascist the fact of the matter is there are no similarities there's no correlation

00:15:27.900 trump supporters for the past few years i still don't think that her comparison was a great comparison

00:15:40.800 supporters for the past few years but her co-star pedro pascal he has also tweeted very controversial
00:15:47.360 things he's made uh comparisons to uh to nazi germany he tweeted let's see june 20th 2018 i'll put
00:15:56.580 this up if you're watching on youtube you guys have probably seen it but at this point but uh the
00:16:01.940 caption says hashtag this is america the top image says germany 1944 it looks like jewish people in a
00:16:07.980 concentration camp the bottom image they look like i guess immigrant children in this like large holding
00:16:14.280 sale a cell and says america 2018 so making this kind of comparison which isn't a good comparison
00:16:21.400 because the people who are at the border are there voluntarily and they are being held there until
00:16:28.700 um there is some kind of plan to to know what to do with those families now i've talked about
00:16:35.280 family separation before how i've always been against to that no tolerance policy of true parents
00:16:41.420 and true and their actual children being separated at the border and so don't come at me about that
00:16:47.860 the fact of the matter is is that a lot of times kids are being brought over by traffickers and coyotes
00:16:52.040 but we won't get into that right now but it's it's not the same thing i mean these families
00:16:58.160 and this picture depicting parts of these families in these holding cells they came there voluntarily and
00:17:05.060 they can leave that's not the say of the jewish people who were rounded up by the nazis and put in
00:17:10.320 these concentration camps obviously not uh voluntarily and they couldn't they couldn't leave whenever they
00:17:16.160 wanted to it's not the same thing at all at all and so again making these kinds of comparisons i

00:18:11.920 nazis and so they don't see it as hypocrisy they see it as yeah we're allowed to use these tactics

00:18:22.420 understand that i still think it's okay to point out the hypocrisy and the double standards because a lot

00:19:10.900 2020 with a maga hat so comparing trump supporters to nazis and trump supporters to people who defended
