Bradley Pierce and I had a great conversation about abortion, abolitionism and pro-life. Both of our views are at odds in many ways, and yet they are in conflict in other ways. Today's episode is dedicated to a woman who had an abortion back in 2003, and who still regrets it.

00:00:00.000 Over the past few weeks, there has been a wave of young and healthy people suffering from very
00:00:07.460 serious adverse events, including cardiac events. What is really going on here and what may not be
00:00:15.420 going on here? Also, history is being made at the FIFA World Cup as the first out quote-unquote
00:00:22.080 transgender quote-unquote non-binary player is playing for the Canadian women's team. I'll tell 0.89
00:00:31.740 you why I find it just a little bit funny. And then in some very not funny, very serious, but
00:00:37.500 non-surprising news, the first ever so-called transgender state representative from New Hampshire
00:00:47.160 has just been arrested on child sex abuse material charges. We will get into that very disturbing but
00:00:55.480 important story right off the top. This episode is brought to you by our friends at Good Ranchers.

00:01:05.500 Hey guys, welcome to Relatable. Happy Wednesday. Hope everyone's having a wonderful week so far.
00:01:19.580 You guys had a lot of interesting thoughts on yesterday's episode, on the conversation that I
00:01:24.440 had with Bradley Pierce. So go back, listen to it, watch it if you haven't already. We talked about
00:01:31.860 abolitionism versus being pro-life. Those are two different things. Both say that they believe that
00:01:38.420 abortion is murder, that babies are made in the image of God, that they have value, and yet they 0.97
00:01:44.700 are at odds in different ways. So really interesting, I think, discussion. I learned a lot from him.
00:01:52.440 Still interested to hear what you think. And I also just wanted to give you a little bit of
00:01:57.620 encouragement. Based on yesterday's conversation, I got a message. I posted it anonymously on Instagram
00:02:03.360 from this sweet woman who sadly got an abortion back in 2003. And she actually says she wishes that
00:02:11.500 she would have faced criminal charges or that she would have had a fear of criminal charges
00:02:17.320 for the abortion that she had. And something else that she said, because, you know, she thinks that
00:02:24.620 that would have actually deterred her from making this decision that has haunted her ever since.
00:02:28.600 But something else that she said, she said that if just one person, like if there had been one
00:02:33.740 obstacle in her way to getting an abortion, if there had been one form of difficulty or one person who
00:02:41.420 came to her and said, it's going to be OK, there are other options. I will support you. You don't have
00:02:47.680 to do this. This is going to haunt you. This is going to hurt you. That she wouldn't have done it.
00:02:52.940 She said that there was no one in her life, nothing in her life to deter her from making
00:02:57.500 this choice. And still, after so many years, it still haunts her. It still hurts her. It's still
00:03:03.460 harming her in many ways. And while from our conversation, I can tell that she understands
00:03:08.900 the love and the grace of Christ, which is the beautiful thing about the gospel that it redeems,
00:03:14.260 there's still that regret there. Of course, we all have regrets over sin, especially such a destructive
00:03:20.140 and harmful sin like abortion. And so I just want to remind you that you can be that person.
00:03:25.640 This is not even about what I'm saying, abolitionism versus being mainstream, pro-life.
00:03:31.180 Go back to yesterday's episode to get those definitions. But just someone who believes that
00:03:38.280 abortion is a travesty, who believes that that baby's life matters, that that mom's life matters, 0.99
00:03:43.600 your words may be the deterrent. They may be the obstacle. They may be the encouragement. And
00:03:51.420 maybe you'll never know. Maybe you'll never know what your social media posted. Maybe you'll never
00:03:56.500 know what that conversation did that you had with that woman that you could tell was a need. Maybe
00:04:01.100 you'll never know what your donation to a pregnancy center did to deter someone from going through with 0.84
00:04:07.140 an abortion. Maybe you'll never know the effects of your courage and of the sacrifice that you have
00:04:14.040 made and being on the side of life. But you can be that one person. I know it's easy to look at the
00:04:20.560 evil, the wickedness that is so pervasive in our world and think that it's impossible to make a
00:04:24.960 difference, that nothing good ever happens. But remember, as we always say, God's work doesn't always
00:04:31.640 make headlines. A lot of times it's behind the scenes or behind the Twitter or Instagram algorithm.
00:04:38.400 It's not trending. It doesn't go viral. It's not what people are sharing or people are talking about.
00:04:44.220 And yet God's eternal plan of redemption is always going off without a hitch. He is always using his
00:04:49.780 followers, his disciples as vessels for his own glory, as ambassadors of Christ, as a sweet fragrance to
00:04:58.260 those who are being saved. So remember that that's still our job. It's always been the church's job.
00:05:05.040 We have the same responsibility, the same duty, the same obligations that we have had since the
00:05:10.860 formation of the church 2000 years ago. The same God that was alive and working then is alive and
00:05:18.900 working now. Hebrews 13, 8 says that God is the same. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today,
00:05:24.720 and forever. So we still have that same power. He can still work through you and he is working
00:05:31.680 through you simply by your obedience in both word and deed. So just remember that we're going to talk
00:05:39.440 about some disturbing things today, some chaotic things today, as we always do, trying to make sense
00:05:44.320 of the chaos of our culture from as humbly as we can, a Christian biblical perspective. But remember that
00:05:51.680 it's always enough for you to simply obey and to, as we always say, do the next right thing in faith
00:05:56.660 with excellence and for the glory of God. You could literally save someone's life or God could save
00:06:01.200 someone's life through your seemingly small and private act of obedience. All right. So that was a
00:06:08.500 bit of encouragement before we dive into the depths of depravity that we are about to look at in our first
00:06:16.040 story. But it's important. It's important for us to do so because we need to know. We need to know the
00:06:20.720 darkness that's going on. We need to understand what's really happening here. We need to be reminded
00:06:26.220 that these culture wars matter. They have an effect on people. And more specifically,
00:06:31.580 they have an effect on children, the most vulnerable in our society.
00:06:35.740 Okay, let's get into the story about our sweet, sweet, precious and dainty Stacy. Stacy Lofton. I think
00:06:57.780 that's how you pronounce his last name. And you're thinking, what? Stacy? Stacy, a name for a man?
00:07:05.720 Why, yes, because sweet, beautiful, dainty, as we will show you on YouTube if you're watching,
00:07:13.380 just the height of femininity, this Stacy. He was born Barry Charles Lofton Jr. And he made history
00:07:23.880 as the first openly transgender, quote unquote, state representative. And surprisingly, I mean,
00:07:33.780 just complete and total shock. I never expect something like this. I've never, ever seen
00:07:40.760 something like this. There's certainly no pattern of any kind of behavior like this. But shock of all
00:07:47.120 shocks, the first openly transgender state representative was arrested on child pornography
00:07:53.980 charges recently, or child sex abuse material, as I think is the appropriate name for so-called
00:08:02.200 child pornography charges. This story is extremely disturbing. So I'm just warning you about that. So
00:08:11.040 this is the what I'm about to how I'm about to summarize it. It's from several different outlets.
00:08:17.320 It's from Redux, which we cite a lot. It's also from Fox News, Mainwire, AP. So former New Hampshire
00:08:26.520 state representative Stacy Lofton, who is a man who pretends to be a female, was arrested in June
00:08:33.300 for alleged distribution of pornographic material depicting children. He was initially elected to
00:08:39.480 the New Hampshire legislature in 2012, but was unable to serve due to being on probation
00:08:43.600 for a 2008 felony conviction of credit card fraud. So just like a standup guy, this Barry. His criminal
00:08:51.360 history dates back to 2002, with police confirming that he was arrested for domestic violence slash
00:08:55.740 criminal mischief in 2002 and in 2003 for sexually assaulting a woman. Again, just a great representative 1.00
00:09:04.960 of our representative democracy. Back then, he still went by his real name, Barry Charles Lofton. He
00:09:13.140 officially changed his name in December 2010 to Stacy. He was then arrested in 2015 for making bomb
00:09:20.120 threats to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and then again in 2021 on charges related
00:09:25.720 to the misuse of the state's 911 texting system. Despite Lofton's criminal past, the candidate was
00:09:32.160 elected in 2020 and again in 2022 for a second term to represent Nashua, New Hampshire, but was never
00:09:40.720 seated for the second term after being jailed again for multiple stalking-related charges.
00:09:47.500 So clearly, this guy is just trying to make a name for himself, a new name for himself, Stacy,
00:09:53.460 by transitioning. Because if you transition, you are absolved of all of your immorality, all of your 1.00
00:09:58.540 depravity, and all of your past crimes. You become, rather than the oppressor, which he obviously
00:10:07.240 is the oppressed. And you get a lot of social and political capital simply from wearing a skirt
00:10:17.180 and lipstick and changing your name from Barry to Stacy. On June 22, 2023, he was charged again,
00:10:24.760 this time with four counts of disturbing images portraying child sex abuse. He now faces federal
00:10:30.340 charges of sexual exploitation of children and aiding and abetting for allegedly using a connection
00:10:34.940 with a daycare worker to collect explicit images of children. So this also involves a woman by the 1.00
00:10:42.780 name of Lindsay Groves, who is just as culpable here, should face, I think, just as serious charges
00:10:50.440 and sentencing as Barry. Lindsay Groves, the former intimate partner of the state representative, 0.60
00:10:58.400 was arrested on June 22, 2023, on one count of sexual exploitation of children and one count of
00:11:04.700 distribution of child pornography, child sex abuse material. She told investigators that she and
00:11:11.080 Lofton were previously in a relationship and that Lofton had asked her to capture nude images
00:11:15.760 of children from the daycare center at which she worked. She also told police that Lofton had
00:11:21.120 directed her to inappropriately touch one of the male children while taking a picture and that she sent
00:11:25.700 the images to Lofton. According to the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney's Office, a preliminary forensic
00:11:31.640 review of Groves' cell phone allegedly revealed over 10,000 text messages between Lofton and Groves
00:11:37.840 that included the discussion and transfer of explicit photographs of children at the Creative
00:11:42.140 Minds Daycare in Tingsboro, Massachusetts. Four of the sexually explicit images were of children who
00:11:47.380 appeared to be approximately three to five years old. This makes me sick. I've read some of the text
00:11:53.340 messages. Unfortunately, extremely disturbing. I don't have to tell you the details of all of them,
00:12:00.800 but basically she would change diapers or take these kids to the bathroom. She would instruct the kids 1.00
00:12:06.800 to put their shirt or put their dress or whatever over their heads. So awful. So awful. And then take a
00:12:15.340 picture of them and their genitalia while naked and then send these pictures to her disgusting 1.00
00:12:21.100 pedophile boyfriend that I guess she considered a girlfriend. And he would send things back like,
00:12:26.800 oh, that's hot. Do you think that he, she would let me do X, Y, Z? And then also explicitly said,
00:12:33.640 oh, yeah, I like that picture of, again, I know this is disturbing. He would say, I like that picture of
00:12:39.520 the nude boy, but I'm really in to young girls. Do you think that we could do this with her? Do you think 0.97
00:12:44.240 we could abuse her? It's my language in this way. And even in some text messages back and forth,
00:12:49.400 he asked the question, like, do you think that we're still going to go to heaven? Do you think
00:12:53.300 that God is okay with this? I know he doesn't say anything against this in the Bible, but do you
00:12:59.320 think it's okay? And she would say things, Lindsay would say things like, oh, yeah, I think it's fine.
00:13:03.960 I think we're still good people. I mean, absolutely delusional. I mean, God can absolutely
00:13:09.920 redeem anyone. By grace, all of us are saved. That's true. But look, you guys, without that
00:13:16.060 repentance, without the blood of Christ, you're going to hell. I mean, there's no question about
00:13:20.780 that. So you can just, I hope you lay in bed at night unless and until you repent, God redeems you,
00:13:29.160 which again is totally possible. I hope you are tortured by that. And then for all of eternity,
00:13:34.760 unless you are saved by grace, I hope you are tortured by the sins that you have committed by
00:13:41.400 the pain that you have inflicted on these children and on these parents. What sick, sick individuals.
00:13:49.080 And thank God for law enforcement. I know we talk, you know, joke about the feds and how our
00:13:54.980 intelligence agencies have been totally captured, that they don't take this kind of stuff seriously.
00:13:59.560 But I am very thankful that they're facing federal charges, that they have been caught. I'm very
00:14:04.180 thankful for the investigation, for all of the law enforcement that has been involved in making
00:14:10.060 sure that these people are being charged. This is absolutely disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
00:14:18.480 Here are two pictures that Libs of TikTok uncovered, one with Beto O'Rourke, one with Eric Swalwell,
00:14:25.620 this man pretending to be a woman, standing with them. Now, some people are saying that this is from
00:14:33.940 his campaign for the New Hampshire state rep that Eric Swalwell and Beto O'Rourke were campaigning
00:14:41.160 with him. I don't know that for sure. And so I can't I can't verify that we don't have that fact
00:14:49.020 checked. We just have the pictures that they have together. And to be perfectly fair, I know these
00:14:54.760 clips are or I know these pictures are going around. But to be perfectly fair, like this guy may have
00:15:00.520 shown up at their campaign events. They didn't know who he was. They just took a picture. A lot
00:15:07.460 of people like even in even in my position, like people may ask to take a picture with me. I have
00:15:13.740 no idea who they are, but you're just nice. And you say, yeah, so I'm not necessarily saying that
00:15:18.740 Beto O'Rourke and Eric Swalwell knew everything about this guy's criminal history and then like went
00:15:23.720 to bat for him. These are just some examples of him associating with high profile Democrats.
00:15:29.500 And he did gain a name for himself, making history as the first openly transgender
00:15:36.320 New Hampshire, New Hampshire state representative, whatever. Very, very disturbing stuff.
00:15:44.620 The fact of the matter is, is that this is a pattern. It is a pattern. I know we don't want to
00:15:51.220 talk about that. You're not allowed to notice patterns. It's like literally the worst form of
00:15:55.440 bigotry apparently that you can do is notice that there is a pattern. Anytime I say this,
00:16:02.100 that there seems to be a pattern, there seems to be consistent reporting of predation and specifically
00:16:08.200 child exploitation when it comes to men identifying as women. I'll get pushback from progressives and say,
00:16:14.620 no, it's cis men. It's cis men who typically do this, who make up the majority of these kinds of abuse 0.63
00:16:20.720 cases. True. It is typically men, but there's no such thing as a cis man. Can you get that through
00:16:26.600 your head? There's no such thing as a cis man. There's no such thing as a transgender woman. 0.94
00:16:32.040 The reason why there is a pattern here is yes, because the majority of people committing these
00:16:36.780 crimes are men. That's the common thread there. Like what's the commonality between a so-called cis man 0.95
00:16:43.640 and a transgender woman, so-called, they're both men. They're both men. And yet I do think that it is 1.00
00:16:52.560 even more pronounced, it seems like, even more prevalent among the men who identify as women
00:16:58.400 because it is from a place of sexual perversion that they are even identifying as the opposite sex.
00:17:06.420 It's not coming from a place of gender dysphoria. It's not because they were born in the wrong body.
00:17:11.020 It's not even because they're really struggling with their identity. I think the vast majority of
00:17:15.440 cases today of men identifying as women is because of sexual perversion and porn addiction.
00:17:23.220 We've had Genevieve Gluck, who is one of the founders of Redux, on this show several times.
00:17:28.260 She's done a lot of research. This is not just a theory that I have. She's done a lot of research,
00:17:33.860 and I don't want to say unfortunately, but kind of unfortunately for her because the things that she
00:17:38.220 is uncovered are so dark, and we'll link some of those past episodes, but looking into different
00:17:43.300 organizations, their foundations, this ideology, it really does come from a place of sexual
00:17:52.120 paraphilias. And unfortunately, tragically, disgustingly, a form of porn called, again,
00:17:59.880 disturbing sissy porn, where the submissiveness of women or acting like women is central. And these 1.00
00:18:08.420 men, I mean, this is even talked about among some men who identify as women. Addiction to this form of 0.74
00:18:14.560 porn, seeing themselves in their minds portrayed in this form of porn, actually getting addicted to
00:18:20.800 the submissiveness of the female identity or what they think is the submissiveness of the female
00:18:26.560 identity. And that's actually what tricks them into thinking that maybe they're really women because 0.99
00:18:32.580 they have this kind of sexual fetish. You can call it autogynephilia. I'm not even sure it's
00:18:38.520 necessarily that, although I do think a lot of these men just get turned on thinking of themselves as
00:18:44.140 women, looking at themselves as women. So I think that that is certainly part of it, but I think a lot
00:18:50.960 of it is just straight up perversion. That's something that we would have known 20 years ago.
00:18:57.180 Like if you had a man riding his bike around town and he had, you know, he was balding and had a beard
00:19:04.500 and wore a dress, like you wouldn't let that man come read books to your children at the library.
00:19:10.920 Like everyone would know, okay, that person is weird. You know, you don't have to be unkind to them.
00:19:17.000 You don't have to mistreat them, but that is a man. We all know that's a man. And that person is probably
00:19:21.600 not someone that we're going to invite to babysit our children or to elect to an elected position, a state
00:19:30.100 office. As I said, this is a pattern. You can look at several headlines from Redux that show this
00:19:37.660 transgender predator caught in pedophile sting while trying to meet 13-year-old claimed gender identity
00:19:42.300 made him lonely. U.S. transgender sex offender and drag queen charged after teaching a dance to
00:19:49.120 children. And we're talking about very sexually suggestive dances. Redux, teacher who railed against
00:19:55.020 TERFs, arrested on child sexual exploitation charges. Also Redux, transgender pedophile abused girl 0.88
00:20:03.500 eight while living with her non-binary polyamorous family. Australian serial pedophile who later 0.84
00:20:11.460 identified as transgender had his sentence relaxed following his transition told to self-manage risk
00:20:17.260 of offending. Okay. Another one, UK trans-identified man pleads guilty to possessing pornographic images
00:20:23.280 of children. So I'm not saying that this is only transgender people or all transgender people. I'm not
00:20:30.240 saying that at all or people who call themselves transgender. That's not what I'm saying. I'm just 0.90
00:20:34.940 saying we seem to hear these stories a lot. A lot. There seems to be a pattern here that of course men 0.75
00:20:43.140 who are attracted to what they think is the submissiveness in the female identity are also
00:20:50.340 going to be attracted to what they see as the submissiveness in adolescent identity. Of course there
00:20:57.380 is going to be a connection there. And like you also see this kind of apologist stance from a lot of
00:21:07.480 these activist people that children need to be liberated from sexual norms. They need to be
00:21:12.840 liberated from the protection of their parents. And it's the same logic that they apply to children
00:21:19.520 getting chemically castrated, getting double mastectomies, getting puberty blockers, that they 0.72
00:21:25.880 believe a child is mature enough to consent to these kinds of procedures on their genitalia. They
00:21:32.640 believe that they should be talked to about sexually explicit subjects in school from a very young age.
00:21:40.820 And so it's really not that difficult to see where this is coming from. There's a defense of
00:21:48.160 sexualizing children. Like don't tell me it's innocuous for a grown man and fishnets and fake cleavage
00:21:54.540 to read stories to children and to dance in front of children. Don't tell me there's not something
00:21:59.060 nefarious behind that. It is all connected. And yeah, I know the pushback that I get is that while
00:22:05.940 there are pedophiles and predators within the Catholic church, within the Baptist church, yeah,
00:22:11.440 of course, I'm not saying that these are the only people who are preying upon children.
00:22:15.680 There are all kinds of people of all different backgrounds, of all different forms of evil that 1.00
00:22:20.380 prey upon children. It's all equally wicked. It's all equally wrong. But everyone on both sides
00:22:26.340 knows that it's wrong and evil when we hear about a priest molesting a little boy. Like we all know
00:22:33.840 that. And yet when it's a grown man twerking in front of a toddler in a thong, some people in our
00:22:41.700 society call it tolerance. Like when you're reading books about masturbation to 10-year-olds in school
00:22:48.620 that apparently is a form of inclusion. When we are encouraging young children to trap their bodies
00:22:58.840 in a permanent state of adolescence, just think about what class of people likes that through
00:23:04.500 purity blockers, that's called love. That's called compassion. That's called empathy. And so I do think
00:23:10.720 that there is a distinction here. One form of child predation is very often tolerated. It's brushed under
00:23:16.740 the rug or it's even glorified as a virtue. It's not even called child exploitation. It's not called
00:23:24.360 tearing away the innocence of a child. It's called inclusion, love, empathy, compassion in the name
00:23:29.020 of sex education and openness. When it comes from other forms, pastors, priests, stepdads, whatever it is,
00:23:39.880 everyone knows that's wrong. But the progressive form of child predation, we're all supposed to pretend
00:23:45.580 either doesn't happen or isn't really exploitation at all. That's the danger in it, is that it's Satan
00:23:52.080 masquerading as an angel of light. So that's why we have to talk about it. That's why we have to talk
00:23:56.800 about it frankly. That's why we have to talk about patterns. That's why we have to talk about
00:24:00.160 why men are identifying as women. What's really behind it? I know there are a lot of Christians
00:24:05.940 who really want to think it is a genuine struggle with gender dysphoria that needs to just be treated with
00:24:10.720 understanding. And that is true for some people. That is true for a tiny, tiny percentage of people.
00:24:16.500 But yes, we can speak with compassion to those people. And of course, all people, no matter what,
00:24:22.360 are made in the image of God. All people, no matter what, can absolutely be redeemed and saved and
00:24:27.440 changed 100%. That's what we should want. That's what we should pray for. We should preach the gospel to
00:24:31.740 these people. But absolutely, you should be harsh and you should be truthful and you should be
00:24:37.120 completely clear-eyed and sober-minded when it comes to the sexual perversion and the fetishes that are
00:24:42.720 underneath this trend of men identifying as women. Don't be afraid to notice the pattern. 0.55
00:24:49.600 Okay, I don't know if y'all follow soccer. I don't really. I'm not that much of a sports gal. My husband
00:25:07.440 is very much a sports guy. He could probably tell you anything that's going on in the sports world
00:25:12.600 at any given time, even though I never really see him watching TV. You know how, I don't know,
00:25:19.460 some people just intuitively know what's going on in Hollywood. They know what's going on in pop
00:25:24.360 culture. I think a lot of women are like that. I think a lot of guys, like my husband, it's just
00:25:30.200 like, I don't know, osmosis. They just get knowledge about sports in their heads somehow.
00:25:36.080 And so he probably already knows the story. Maybe he saw it on Twitter or something like that.
00:25:40.220 Not that he's like a very big soccer fan, but like I said, he just somehow knows everything
00:25:46.200 that's going on in sports all the time. I don't. So someone had to send me the story and I had to
00:25:51.000 look and I had to even understand what was being talked about because I don't even know what FIFA
00:25:56.960 World Cup is. So, okay, Rebecca Quinn is a female professional soccer player who is currently playing
00:26:03.360 for the Canadian team at the 2023 FIFA, Federation Internationale de Football Association.
00:26:11.060 Football is another name for soccer outside of the US, if you didn't know that. World Cup held in
00:26:16.340 Australia and New Zealand. She came out as non-binary, which is impossible. You cannot be 1.00
00:26:22.400 non-binary, in September 2020, dropping her first name and asking only to be known by her last name,
00:26:28.000 Quinn. She also uses they, them pronouns, just like Legion in the Bible. Now she is making headlines
00:26:36.920 as the first transgender player at the FIFA World Cup. This is not her first World Cup. She was on
00:26:42.160 the 2019 Canadian team, but this was her prior to coming out. FIFA's rules first published in 2011
00:26:47.980 say that the only, the only men are eligible to play in men's competitions and the same for women.
00:26:52.960 FIFA is reviewing the rules because of course they are, but has no set timeline for any updated
00:26:57.680 guidelines. Also, she was previously the first ever transgender Olympian representing Canada on the
00:27:03.840 women's national team at the COVID-delayed 2020 games in Japan. She said that she does not plan to
00:27:11.100 increase her testosterone levels nor medically transition through other methods while playing 0.83
00:27:15.880 professionally. The team's roster includes pronouns for every teammate, of course. And staff member,
00:27:22.940 Quinn is the only player who does not go by she, her. Wow. Okay. So if this person, I wonder why this
00:27:33.960 person continues to play with women. I mean, I guess according to the rules, she has to, but if she did 1.00
00:27:40.980 decide to go on testosterone, if she decided to make any other kind of transition, would she try to play
00:27:47.300 with the men? I wonder why she's so comfortable with continuing to play with women. If she's truly 0.95
00:27:52.880 non-binary, why does she, I mean, who's to say what team she should play on, right? She's not a man. 0.89
00:28:00.780 She's not a woman. I wonder why conveniently she continues to play with women. She will never 1.00
00:28:06.320 advocate playing on the men's team. She will never try to do that. There will be no effort. There will be
00:28:11.980 no protest. There will be no big push. The men's team will not want her on the team. There won't be
00:28:19.640 this big uproar like there was when what's his face, Will Thomas, you know, was competing against
00:28:28.680 women, the cyclists that we see, the weightlifters that we see, all of these men identifying as women,
00:28:35.720 trying to compete against women because why? Because yes, there are sexual inclinations, 0.77
00:28:40.700 but also because it's easier. It's easier. And as we saw in that last story, you get some fame.
00:28:46.620 You get some headlines. You get some pats on the back. So it doesn't matter what a scumbag you were
00:28:50.800 when you identified as your actual sex. You can become a woman and then all of that is erased. 0.70
00:28:56.060 And then you become this super competitive star when you were number 300 in the world. Now you can be
00:29:02.220 number one. It's an amazing, amazing tale of the resilience of the patriarchy, right?
00:29:09.520 And so this person is going to continue to play against women like she can call herself non-binary,
00:29:15.020 whatever that even means, as much as she wants. Look, she is a woman who likes to have short hair 1.00
00:29:22.340 and wear baggy clothes. Like she is a woman who probably likes to wear pants, maybe doesn't like 1.00
00:29:27.020 to wear a dress. She's what we maybe would have called a tomboy or just a soccer player 10 years 1.00
00:29:33.200 ago. And that's fine. To be a woman, you don't have to like frilly things. Like you don't have to love
00:29:39.080 the color pink. You don't have to want to live in Barbie land. You don't have to want to watch The
00:29:45.620 Bachelor every week with your girlfriends. Like you don't have to want those things. I'm really,
00:29:50.240 I mean, I like dresses and I'm definitely a feminine woman, but I don't like those things.
00:29:54.680 I never have. From a young age, my mom being the first girl in my family, the only girl in my
00:29:59.480 family, she wanted me to want to wear dresses and bows and all that stuff. I never did growing up.
00:30:05.100 I only wanted to wear jeans and a white t-shirt. And I went through the stage in my life where I
00:30:11.400 really wanted to read books about snakes. And my parents were really disturbed because I would come
00:30:15.720 home from the school library in second grade with books about snakes. But thankfully they were patient
00:30:21.840 and they waited for me to get through that very strange stage in my life. And there was no thought
00:30:26.900 at any point from any teacher or anyone in my life that, hmm, maybe she's confused about her gender.
00:30:32.260 Maybe she's not a male or a female. There was no confusion about that. It was, I had brothers.
00:30:37.480 I thought it was embarrassing to wear frills. I still kind of do today. I'm still not like a ruffle,
00:30:42.480 like bright color pattern person. I'm a simple gal.
00:30:45.780 Um, and so I'm just so glad. I'm so glad that I was just affirmed in who God made me to be affirmed
00:30:53.700 in my femininity and for affirmed to being a girl, but also not told that, Hey, in order to be a girl,
00:30:59.220 you have to wear frills and you have to like all of these things that the girls your age like.
00:31:04.840 I'm glad that I was given some ability to just be a girl and to like the things that I liked.
00:31:10.940 And so, I mean, it's not possible. It's not even possible to identify as something that you are
00:31:18.020 not. And so this person in a quest to find herself in a quest for satisfaction and a quest
00:31:24.260 for identity is trying to don a new character. You know, it's, it really is like this very dark
00:31:32.560 parallel, or maybe I would say like foil to what the gospel is, is that like all of us are searching,
00:31:38.760 I think to, for purpose, for identity, to find out who we really are. And Christianity offers that 0.83
00:31:47.200 in a very profound sense that you die to yourself and that you're made alive in Christ, that the
00:31:52.960 old person, the old creature passes away and you're given a new identity and a new self made after the
00:32:02.340 likeness of Christ. And I think a lot of people who are transitioning to a new identity, they're like
00:32:07.700 trying to find that purpose and that new name and that newness. And they crave that kind of like
00:32:14.200 redemption story that really only Christ can give. And yet, when you exchange the God of Scripture for
00:32:20.340 the God of self, you become not just self-worshiping, but self-identifying, self-declaring. And so it makes
00:32:29.160 sense that they're kind of rewriting their own parallel like redemption arc, redemption story,
00:32:36.100 the story of the old self passing away and the new self being taken on. But the difference is, is that
00:32:43.200 that one ends in a dead end. That one ends in destruction. That one leads to chaos and confusion.
00:32:49.400 I've talked to too many women in particular, yes men, but women in particular, who have gone down that
00:32:56.380 path of trying to be they, them, trying to be he, him, trying to be something else. They're running away
00:33:01.580 from their past. They're running away from sexual abuse that they experienced. And so they don't
00:33:07.040 want a female body that they see as the center of, of, you know, sexual predation or a target for 0.95
00:33:16.360 sexual predation, or they don't want to be objectified anymore. And they just want to be
00:33:22.060 different. They want to be new. They blame their bodies. They blame their femininity. They blame their 0.82
00:33:26.860 womanhood for the trauma that they've experienced. And so they try to hide themselves by becoming 0.95
00:33:32.040 something else, taking on a new name, new pronouns, new appearance, thinking that that's finally going
00:33:37.860 to protect them, keep them safe, give them a new identity. And it never works because they have this
00:33:43.880 like haunting feeling in the back of their mind that they're not really a man. They're not really a
00:33:50.100 because it's impossible to be that no matter how much testosterone they take, how many surgeries
00:33:57.620 they do, that they will never really be masculine. They'll never really be a man. I mean, it's the same
00:34:03.880 story that I hear over and over again from these women who I think in a lot of cases are just victims 0.99
00:34:11.220 of manipulation and also just their own dark thoughts. Almost always they have other mental health
00:34:18.120 issues going on that are not addressed because it's politically incorrect for therapists these
00:34:23.620 days to suggest that their gender confusion is actually based in underlying factors rather than
00:34:29.760 true gender dysphoria. And as a result, you've got a lot of confused girls out there and you've got a lot
00:34:36.960 of people chopping up their bodies, trying to find some kind of wholeness and fulfillment that they will
00:34:42.840 never, ever find in this kind of mutilation. I mean, if there is no, I mean, I don't know a better example
00:34:53.480 of how Satan works. It goes all the way back to the garden. Did God really say, did God really say
00:35:02.100 male or female? Did God really say that you were made in his image? Oh no, he doesn't want you to
00:35:08.240 self-identify. He doesn't want you to try to change your identity because then he knows you will be
00:35:14.640 like God. You will have power. You will have knowledge that transcends your current state.
00:35:21.120 Take a bite of the fruit. We still are today, or a lot of people still are today. It's the same
00:35:27.960 exchange for the God of scripture or from the God of scripture to the God of self. And it just,
00:35:35.740 it ends the same way every time. So this is sad. It's a sad example for women and also ironic because
00:35:42.840 again, I guarantee you that this person will continue to play only on women's soccer teams 0.99
00:35:49.020 because no matter what language games we play, we all know the difference. We all know the difference
00:35:55.580 in male and female and it's unavoidable. Okay. So you've probably seen some of these stories
00:36:13.080 that have been circulating online about several young athletes who have been collapsing from cardiac
00:36:21.400 arrest. Now I will say, I don't really like it. I don't really like it when we see these tragic
00:36:27.940 stories and the immediate assumption, immediate assumption is that it's because of the vaccine.
00:36:33.680 I just, I don't like that because a lot of people have cardiac events. A lot of people have health
00:36:39.440 problems and have had health problems for a long time, long before we had this vaccine. Now, again,
00:36:44.620 I'm not saying that you shouldn't notice patterns at all. I'm not saying that people can't ask questions,
00:36:49.640 but for people to come to an immediate conclusion, um, that it has to be because of the vaccine,
00:36:56.380 because of political reasons, because that's expedient for you to get clicks or whatever. I
00:37:01.280 don't like that because we really don't know. So I'm saying that up front. We really don't know.
00:37:06.540 I am just reporting on a trend that we've apparently seen a lot of in the past few days
00:37:10.820 that I find really troubling. I don't, it could be because of mRNA or it may not be either way.
00:37:18.980 It's pretty scary. So LeBron James's son, I did not even know he had a son,
00:37:25.100 but he plays basketball for surprise, surprise for the university of Southern California.
00:37:30.140 And he suffered a cardiac arrest during the workout just the other day. So a spokesperson
00:37:36.340 for the James family told TMZ this yesterday while practicing Bronnie James suffered a cardiac
00:37:43.800 arrest. Medical staff were able to treat Bronnie and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable
00:37:47.640 condition and no longer in ICU. Uh, praise God for that. A 911 call was made Monday morning,
00:37:55.140 um, where they were practicing. So of course, a lot of people are going to jump to the conclusion
00:38:00.960 that it's something nefarious or something strange because it is very rare for a young
00:38:05.420 and extremely healthy person to have a heart attack. And it does seem that we have been hearing
00:38:10.480 about that a lot. So for the people who are saying, is this the COVID shot? They're going back
00:38:15.880 and they're asking, you know, what did LeBron say? Or do we know that they have the COVID shot?
00:38:20.680 LeBron is on record saying that he was initially hesitant about getting the COVID vaccine,
00:38:24.860 ultimately decided it was best suited not only for him, but also for his family. At the time,
00:38:29.900 the NBA required the vaccine and he would have been unable to play without it. Now I have seen
00:38:34.840 Jason Whitlock, someone who actually knows a lot about sports, say that he doesn't believe that
00:38:39.120 LeBron James or a lot of these major athletes got the vaccine. He actually believes that they just
00:38:44.100 kind of said it for the purpose of PR to try to cover themselves, but that they didn't actually
00:38:48.820 get it and that there's no way. Well, he didn't say this part. I'm just guessing that he believes
00:38:53.800 there's no way that the NBA would have stopped LeBron from playing just because he didn't get
00:38:59.060 the vaccine. So Dr. Jeanette Neshawatt, she is a medical contributor for Fox News, said that
00:39:11.500 what is more common in someone like Bronny James, meaning an elite athlete, is cardiomyopathy. I
00:39:18.140 think that's how you pronounce it. Not myocarditis. So an enlarged heart is arguably the most cause of
00:39:27.940 sudden cardiac death in athletes. And so I mean, some people disagree with that. And so she's saying
00:39:36.440 that it's probably not myocarditis. But then according to Johns Hopkins, there is research
00:39:41.340 coming out that myocarditis can lead to cardiomyopathy. We do know that the vaccines can
00:39:46.340 cause myocarditis in particular in young men. And even Elon Musk is commenting on this. He says we
00:39:58.260 cannot ascribe everything to the vaccine, but by the same token, we cannot ascribe nothing to the
00:40:03.460 vaccine. Myocarditis is a known side effect. The only question is whether it is rare or common.
00:40:07.920 I do think that that is a good point. So you can make of that story what you will,
00:40:12.700 whatever you think we should be praying for him and his full recovery. Also, we just saw a recent
00:40:18.060 story. This was reported yesterday by the BBC. Grammy winning Tori Kelly being treated in hospital for
00:40:26.020 blood clots. Two time Grammy winner Tori Kelly is being treated in the hospital for blood clots in her
00:40:30.260 lungs and legs after being rushed and a serious condition to a hospital Sunday after collapsing.
00:40:35.800 So again, even though people are talking about the COVID vaccine, I have no idea if she took the
00:40:40.760 COVID vaccine. Also, there is recently there was what's her name? What's Justin Bieber's Haley Bieber?
00:40:48.120 Haley. What's her real last name? Or her Baldwin, Haley Baldwin. She also went to the hospital recently
00:40:55.320 for this. Now, something that we do know is that hormonal birth control, that that can cause a lot
00:41:01.340 of blood clots. Again, we don't know what the deal is here. We don't know what's causing it. But people
00:41:09.340 are just pointing out that this is strange that so many young people are suddenly collapsing from these
00:41:14.300 very serious adverse health events that we didn't seem to see a while ago. Let's see. And then we've got
00:41:24.060 ESPN's Shaka Hislop, Shaka Hislop, who just had an on-air collapse just the other day. We actually have
00:41:34.980 video of that. We'll play it.
00:41:36.920 The naughty set from VSG. He's not gone on the tour of Japan.
00:41:41.080 What have you missed? What have you seen? Shaka! Shaka! 0.67
00:41:43.660 Okay, so that was scary. Poor guy. I bet that was really scary for the co-host Dan Thomas as well.
00:42:01.260 Again, people are pointing out very, like, you know, a young, healthy guy just randomly collapsing
00:42:07.360 is really scary. The U.S. military, though, in the midst of all of this, did confirm a myocarditis
00:42:14.580 spike after COVID vaccine introduction. This is according to the Epoch Times just a couple days
00:42:20.380 ago. It was reported on initially last year. Cases of myocarditis soared among U.S. service
00:42:25.400 members in 2021 after the COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out. A top Pentagon official has confirmed.
00:42:31.580 And so a lot of people are linking this, linking this trend, linking this military report with some
00:42:38.800 of the crazy health stories that we are seeing. It seems like there's been a spike of these stories
00:42:43.680 in the last year and in the last few days. I agree with Elon Musk. That's basically my assessment,
00:42:51.800 too. We just wanted to talk about this because so many people are talking about it, and I've noticed
00:42:56.580 this and wanted to push back a little bit against the vaccine narrative. But I basically agree with
00:43:02.160 what Elon Musk says. We cannot ascribe everything to the vaccine. That can't be our automatic reaction
00:43:09.440 every time, our automatic assumption, because we live in a fallen world. There are a lot of things
00:43:14.840 that can wreck our health. Tiny microbes, things that we don't even know. There are a lot of factors
00:43:19.480 that go on in people's lives that we just we don't know about. But we can also not ascribe. We can't
00:43:26.580 we can't not ascribe some things to it. We can't not wonder. Right. And I think some people are afraid
00:43:34.920 of that. On the other side, the assumption is that the vaccine has no side effects, that there's
00:43:40.040 no danger to it whatsoever, that it's never going to have an ill effect or a consequence on people
00:43:45.460 when we actually know that myocarditis is one of the symptoms. In addition to some other things that
00:43:50.540 people have reported like different forms of paralysis, some people have reported blood clots,
00:43:57.100 like all of these have been reported. So I think it's OK to say possibly. I'm not sure if the right
00:44:02.980 thing is to rush out on Twitter and immediately say this is absolutely because of the vaccine.
00:44:08.760 At the same time, I think it's OK to say, wow, this is strange that we have a lot of healthy,
00:44:14.380 otherwise young people, especially athletes, collapsing and going to the hospital for very
00:44:21.840 serious cardiac events, lung events, things like that. I wonder what could be causing it if it's not
00:44:27.900 if it's not covid or the covid vaccine. What else is it? We should all care. Right. Like we should
00:44:34.800 all be wondering, is it the same thing? Is it different things? Is it a coincidence or not? But I do
00:44:39.820 think we should set aside politics and set aside what we want our preconceived narratives to be and
00:44:44.680 be willing to ask those questions. I think there are going to be too many avid defenders of the
00:44:49.480 vaccine, avid defenders of our medical system in general who will not ask those questions because
00:44:55.940 they're scared of being part of some right wing conspiracy theory. But if we really care about
00:45:00.880 people, if we really care about young people dying from things that young people should not be dying
00:45:05.680 from, then we should be willing to ask those questions. And yes, notice patterns when they
00:45:10.840 exist, not create patterns, but notice patterns. So a lot of people are talking about all of this.
00:45:17.500 I just wanted to point out that we've noticed this, too. I obviously can't come to any
00:45:22.480 medical conclusion about it, but we should be very, very curious about things like this happening
00:45:29.140 on a seemingly consistent basis. All right, guys, that's all we've got time for for today. So much
00:45:47.460 to talk about, so much to think about constantly. Tomorrow, though, is going to be a fun episode.
00:45:53.140 We're going to finally be talking about that Hillsong documentary about Carl Lentz, basically
00:45:58.520 like showing him as some kind of savior, some kind of God. And we're going to be talking
00:46:02.940 to preachers in sneakers. Do you follow that Instagram account? If not, you should. It's going
00:46:10.320 to be a great conversation. His name is Ben Kirby. We're going to be talking about like what's going
00:46:14.980 on in the church, what's going on in evangelicalism. We're going to be talking about all that fun stuff
00:46:20.680 in Hillsong specifically. Also, I just wanted to tell you, if you bought a Do The Next Right
00:46:28.020 Thing shirt or I think a Razor Respectful Ruckus shirt as well, it's taken a while for those to
00:46:34.900 ship out and be fulfilled, but they are shipping very, very soon. Don't worry about that. You will
00:46:43.040 get yours. Related Bros will put up the picture. We've got colors for you. We've got black and we've
00:46:49.160 got an off-white Do The Next Right Thing shirt. So go ahead and order it. You'll get it soon.
00:46:54.660 My husband, the chief Related Bro, hasn't even gotten his Do The Next Right Thing shirt. And
00:46:59.940 he's been asking me about it. So we haven't even gotten ours yet. So yours will be there soon.
00:47:06.780 Gals, get your guys, get your Related Bro a Do The Next Right Thing shirt. We've got lots of good 1.00
