00:04:01.680 put their hand out, it's because I think it's a hopeless struggle.

00:04:06.140 And we can't afford any more buyouts.
00:04:11.440 And a free trade agreement at this stage with a regime that's teetering on the brink of collapse
00:04:19.120 that is so corrupt, all of its top leaders are making plans to leave the country when
00:04:26.200 the war is over and they're defeated with a bundle of money.

00:04:30.680 We have no idea how much of that has actually gone into so-called humanitarian assistance
00:04:36.240 and how much has gone in the pockets of the politicians and the oligarchs, probably most of it.
00:04:42.960 And a lot of these arms we're sending them, or they're buying, are being sold to third parties.
00:04:50.880 And that which we have given them has been obliterated by the Russian army.

00:04:58.820 We've given them all to Ukraine, and they have promptly seen them all destroyed on the

00:05:12.700 And we're not in it for as long as it takes, because the war is going to be over.
00:05:16.320 So Trudeau is just consistently blaming mythical enemies, not only because the conservatives said,
00:05:26.780 no, we're not going to support a free trade agreement that you've stuck a carbon tax into.
00:05:32.340 And because a free trade agreement at this point is absolutely a farce.
00:05:38.100 It's going to do absolutely nobody any good.
00:05:40.340 And besides, we have literal free trade with Ukraine, don't we?
00:05:44.300 We just keep giving them money in armaments.
00:05:46.700 That's the free trade agreement we already have with Ukraine.

00:05:52.660 But here is one of the pitfalls of the Liberal Party, an MP, Liberal MP from the Kingston area,

00:06:08.200 And, you know, I think what Canadians really need to reflect on right now is where Mr.
00:06:13.060 Polyef has taken the Conservative Party of Canada.
00:06:15.260 We have now seen, not once but twice in the last two days, the importation of this far-right-wing,
00:06:23.140 American-style politics that's traditionally been occupied in the space of the MAGA movement.
00:06:28.840 We're now seeing this being imported into Canada.
00:06:31.640 Why on earth would the Conservative Party of Canada and their MPs turn their back on Ukraine right now in their time of need?
00:06:39.900 It can be explained by nothing other than the importation of far-right politics written by the hand of somebody like Tucker Carlson.
00:06:49.060 I strongly encourage all Canadians to reflect on this.
00:06:52.420 We are at a pivotal point in our democratic process, our democratic institution right now,
00:06:57.200 where we're seeing a pivotal shift.
00:06:59.640 And it's something that we seriously need to reflect on.

00:07:05.620 Tucker Carlson's to blame for this far-right shift in the Conservative Party's foreign policy.

00:07:23.800 Such as vetting people for the Supreme Court like they do in the U.S.

00:07:39.100 When Stephen Harper suggested that maybe justices should be vetted, it was called U.S. style.

00:08:27.620 I want to say that my maternal grandmother was Ukrainian.
00:08:32.620 I grew up listening to stories about the famine that killed perhaps 10 million Ukrainians and Russians in that part of the Soviet Union.
00:08:47.260 And from 1930 to 32, it was a virtual genocide.
00:08:55.040 I hate to use that word, but it was a genocide against farmers.
00:08:58.440 Most of them were Ukrainian and it was all for the promotion of Stalinist collective farm policies.
00:09:10.180 And they stole all of the all of the grain from the farms and put it in the cities and the farmers and their families starved.

00:09:19.120 And when Ukraine gained its independence from the former Soviet Union, I applauded.
00:09:26.500 In fact, I was very good friends with a former Ukrainian ambassador to Canada.
00:09:32.220 I used to go to all of the receptions at the Ukrainian embassy in Ottawa.
00:09:37.200 I worked for a member of parliament briefly, who was the president of the Canada-Ukraine Friendship Association.
00:09:44.180 So I'm no enemy of Ukraine.
00:09:46.540 I'm an enemy of this war because it's a pointless war.
00:09:49.560 And because Zelensky is an autocrat and a clown who prances around the world in his combat fatigues and army shirt,
00:09:56.360 pretending to be a military leader when all he is is an actor, just like Justin Trudeau.
00:10:02.000 And just constantly has his hand out for more money, which is going into the coffers of the oligarchs and the corrupt politicians in his government.

00:10:15.800 This is not a war about freedom or the survival of freedom or another war to end all wars.

00:11:25.160 And Ukraine has to realize that.
00:11:27.900 And NATO, which keeps on expanding and expanding eastward, needs to understand that too.

00:11:38.560 It's not just that the Conservative Party is beginning to say, hey, enough is enough for Ukraine.
00:11:45.900 And your free trade deal is farcical because it's not going to do anybody any good at this point, especially with a carbon tax written into it.
00:11:56.760 But let's listen to Miranda Devine's analysis.
00:12:01.120 I'm a popular politician in desperate straits.
00:12:05.920 And so what he does is try and divide and conquer.
00:12:09.160 He tries to demonize conservatives.
00:12:12.160 And in Canada, you can't get more demonizing than to compare them to MAGA or Trump supporters in America.
00:12:21.240 And look, Justin Trudeau has just been named by his people as the most unpopular president in 50 years.
00:12:31.460 And he's lying to them again.
00:12:33.700 The reason that the Conservative Party in Canada rejected that bill for Ukraine is because Justin Trudeau tried to slip in a carbon tax to saddle the Ukrainian people with a carbon tax.
00:12:47.020 And, you know, there's a very sort of insurgent and risingly popular opposition leader in Pierre Polivet.
00:12:57.640 Viewers might remember him as the guy with the apple who was just smoothly taking apart a journalist recently who was asking him ridiculous questions.
00:13:06.780 And he's he's obviously surging in popularity.
00:13:11.040 And all that Trudeau has is to try and liken him to Donald Trump.
00:13:16.080 As if that is going to somehow fix his own problems.
00:13:21.000 As usual, these politicians on the left do not look at themselves and the terrible policies that have impoverished and damaged their citizens.
00:13:30.800 They just try and point the finger at the other side.
00:13:35.420 Of course, it's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, not President.
00:13:39.200 And it's Polivet, not Polivet.
00:13:41.460 But otherwise, Morant is right on, spot on with this analysis.
00:13:46.840 It's Trudeau again demonizing his opponents.
00:13:50.500 What did he do during the Freedom Convoy?
00:13:53.340 Yeah, they're a bunch of marginalized extremists.
00:13:57.180 And somehow they were white supremacist, racist and misogynistic.
00:14:01.200 Misogynistic, yeah.
00:14:02.320 Even though they're also claiming one of the leaders of the Freedom Convoy was a woman.
00:14:09.540 Once again, consistency is not in the cards for the Liberal Party or Justin Trudeau.
00:14:14.600 Hypocrisy always is.
00:14:16.120 And Trudeau always labels his opponents as extremists, as misogynists.
00:14:20.860 And in this case, far right, mega supporters of that horrible Donald Trump.
00:14:27.760 God help us if they ever come into Canada.
00:14:30.520 They cross the borders, these mega supporters.
00:14:32.420 And they're all infiltrating the Conservative Party.
00:14:35.040 And it really has got Justin upset.

00:14:40.160 He might start calling the Conservatives Nazis again.
00:14:43.740 Just like he called the Freedom Convoy protesters Nazis.
00:14:47.000 And yet, he's the one that invited a Nazi to sit in the parliamentary gallery and get two standing ovations.

00:14:59.580 Trudeau was the one who had the Nazi here and blamed it all on the former speaker.
00:15:04.480 It was all his idea, all his fault, and he's going to resign for it.
00:15:09.260 And I had nothing to do with this, even though I met with him.
00:15:12.480 And so, once again, this is Justin Trudeau's blatant hypocrisy.

00:15:22.340 You know, thank God we have people with backbone in this country, like the people behind the Freedom Convoy.
00:15:28.440 It was an organic movement, not some kind of controlled movement, but it was organic.

00:15:37.440 And it won some freedoms back for Canadians because Canadians still have a spine when they're pushed against the wall.
00:15:45.340 And that's why I'm saying to you, God, resolve to resist what Trudeau's doing to you, especially when it comes to our freedom of speech.

00:15:55.520 When you're talking to your friends, well, or you're talking to your opponents, and they try to tell you, oh, you're part of that MAGA group, aren't you?
00:16:05.580 You've been infiltrated by these MAGA supporters of Donald Trump.
00:16:10.400 And just tell them, you know, you can say what you want to say about MAGA, but the Conservative Party is offering a common sense proposal policy here.
00:16:20.480 And we've got to start looking at why we're still giving billions of dollars and 11,000 assault rifles and all of our leopard tanks to Ukraine when the war is going to be over and all of that material is already lost and the billions have been looted.

00:16:39.560 This is dear and close to Justin Trudeau's heart, Chinese election interference.

00:17:27.260 But it's all about a top secret CSIS report, that's Canadian Security Intelligence Service, that details how Chinese election interference has not been limited to the federal government, but it is also affecting provincial and municipal races.

00:17:55.280 They don't say who it is, but it seems pretty obvious to me when you read the story who that is and who the finger is being pointed at.
