00:11:01.000You Awakening Wonders, thanks for joining me today for Stay Free with Russell Brand.
00:11:05.000Back in the UK with my dog with a peculiar kind of jet lag, which means that you move between dimensions, inner and outer, with peculiar fatigue.
00:11:26.000Today we're talking about theatricality and performance in politics.
00:11:31.000The appearance of reality versus reality itself.
00:11:36.000Many of you will have seen the moment where Barack Obama ushered Joe Biden off a stage and some people see that somehow as the perfect symbol of not only Biden's presumed frailty and ineptitude but the imagined ongoing power of Barack Obama.
00:11:53.000I suppose images like that are illustrative because of our sense that we cannot trust our existing power structures and it does seem peculiar doesn't it to see these democrat rallies adorned by incredible stars Glamour infused, exciting and innovating at the same time.
00:12:14.000And yet, doesn't it seem somehow also to be an extraordinary distraction?
00:12:18.000If you're watching us in Rumble, you can join the chat where a good many people are simply attacking me for small hats I've worn before and my lack of hat now.
00:12:46.000Where I spoke to those folks that said stuff like, fag, pimp, brand.
00:12:50.000It's when I had a show, peculiarly enough.
00:12:52.000On Fox, or FX, a sort of subsidiary of Fox, and I spoke to them.
00:12:56.000I want to look at it now, how I feel as a Christian when looking at that.
00:12:59.000We're going to be doing that in a couple of days, as well as a meditation.
00:13:02.000If you're not an Awakened Wonder yet, become an Awakened Wonder now.
00:13:04.000There's a code at the moment that allows you to get one month free.

00:13:15.000As we build a movement that will surely do the job that contemporary politics will fail to do, provide you with a genuine and legitimate alternative to the atrophying systems that seem to be controlled elsewhere, not by the cadaverous old gentleman upon the stage being Ushered off by a former superstar of the political sphere, Barack Obama.
00:13:37.000Why do you think this has gone so viral?
00:13:39.000Why do you feel that this image has captivated people?
00:13:47.000If you're watching this on YouTube, by all means subscribe, but make sure you turn on notifications because the algorithm ain't gonna get ya.
00:13:57.000So yeah, make sure that you like and subscribe.
00:14:00.000But if you want the real deal, neat, uncut and freely flowing, you've got to join us over on Rumble.
00:14:05.000There'll be a link in the description.
00:14:06.000You can do that as we talk about a few things.
00:14:09.000Odd demographic analysis and the legacy media.
00:14:14.000latest attempt to take down Tucker and to watch how cancel culture
00:14:19.000Unfolds in real time shut that window on top of the rumble chat. Will you guys it bugs me on my you know?
00:14:26.000Right in the heart of my autism. Let's have a little look now
00:14:29.000The viral clip of Joe Biden that sort of a very glitzy event being ushered off by Obama
00:14:36.000And then we're gonna get straight into who the legacy media says is a hero and who they say are
00:14:41.000villains and the performance the performance of the the spectacle of
00:14:46.000contemporary media the spectacle of modern politics is Is there really anything there anymore?
00:15:15.000The first hand tug was, come on, we're off now, and then the ushering starts in the mid-back.
00:15:22.000You will have seen Carrie Jean-Pierre say, well this is simply two friends, which is astonishing in itself that these establishment figures pass around global power as if it were a membership to some sort of pornography site to be shared among them, when in fact what it is, is the well-being of the world.
00:15:38.000Let us not forget for a moment The number of atrocities that took place under Barack Obama in the sweet name of lady liberalism, the 2008 quantitative easing banker bailout which could have brought about the revolution that was threatened then.
00:15:53.000The Occupy movement rose up at that time.
00:15:56.000It was quashed and quelled and nullified, replaced with a kind of anodyne bureaucracy that's moving, I would say, almost imperceptibly towards tyranny.
00:16:06.000Well, they're trying to stop us perceiving it.
00:16:10.000What's fascinating now is if you watch CNN, when they're not trying to cancel Tucker or at least sabotage his relationship with Ticketmaster, who have had the audacity to sell tickets on behalf of a significant political voice that not that long ago would have been regarded as relatively centrist, What they're doing is fetishizing and getting extremely excited about demographics.
00:16:36.000Try to imagine, if you will, the philosopher's friend, the extraterrestrial observer, and what they might think.
00:16:45.000Of a legacy media piece that fixates, as this does, on black voters.
00:16:51.000Like that's a demographic that warrants scrutiny.
00:16:56.000Why are we not looking at bald voters?
00:17:03.000Or voters that bought a vase last Wednesday?
00:17:06.000How long will we continue to double down on division and divisiveness Instead of recognising the evident and obvious truth that when it comes to what's truly happening in politics now, there's a lot more that unites us than divides us.
00:17:20.000But CNN won't be paying any attention to that.
00:17:23.000Also, the guy that's presenting these statistics is really, really excited about the numbers.
00:17:29.000Bear in mind that he must have prepared these numbers.
00:17:49.000I think it's odd that this is a category that's being looked at.
00:17:52.000It makes me wonder what the lens is, what the critique is, what the analytic is for American politics, when they're so happy to carve people up.
00:18:00.000This is what women, this is disabled people, this is people that have been to China, didn't like it there.
00:18:05.000This is people that looked out of the window last Wednesday for an hour or two, but before deciding that it might rain after all, I might stay indoors.
00:18:13.000What are all these various tactics of division?
00:18:16.000Not naive to America's very particular history when it comes to genocide and slavery.
00:18:21.000Sadly, issues that continue to dominate, if not the news these days, then certainly the way that power is deployed.
00:18:28.000What's extraordinary, most of all, other than the fact that these categories continue to exist in 2024 when we should have transcended them, when we could yet transcend them, is how excited and how increasingly excited this dude, Harry I think he's called, becomes when looking at numbers that he must have seen earlier when he typed them out.
00:21:07.000They're not watching Legacy Media because I'm being patronizing and subtly racist with my entire presentation, even though that's not my intention!
00:21:19.000Because you always look at history and you go, okay, this is a historic moment.
00:21:23.000If this polling is anywhere near correct, we are looking at a historic moment right now where black voters under the age of 50, which have historically been such a big part of the Democratic coalition, are leaving it in droves.
00:21:35.000That is a huge drop over a four-year period, at least right now.
00:22:03.000You basically have a legitimate sort of three-way race here.
00:22:06.000Yeah, Joe Biden We have freeway races, but two-way debates!
00:22:09.000I didn't want to lie, I had, what with less than 50% of the vote, John, I never thought
00:22:15.000I would see something like this among black voters.
00:22:18.000I never thought black voters would behave as if their skin color was not the only thing
00:22:25.000That they might have a variety of characteristics and desires and requirements.
00:22:30.000And that there might be more complexity to humanity than race and culture.
00:22:34.000And that ultimately, all of the imposition of these various categories is an attempt to divide us.
00:22:39.000Not that I'm suggesting that this is a...
00:22:40.000Adorable man is actually responsible for all this, but as he is a current member of CNN, Legacy Media, HQ, if he ain't willing to convey their purview, you know what happens?
00:23:24.000Look at the tools and analytics and critiques deployed by the legacy media when it comes to condemning independent voices which remain very popular whether they're of the right or the left or emerging out of new categories.
00:23:51.000My trouser mouse has been sick on its bib!
00:23:53.000I don't know what to do about it, mama!
00:23:56.000CNN have got an extraordinary perspective on reality.
00:24:00.000In their perspective of reality, Ticketmaster, because they are a corporation, should have pressure exerted on them if they are willing to sell tickets for Tucker Carlson.
00:24:10.000That is why they're going to war with Tucker Right, now that's our next story.
00:24:14.000But Ticketmaster have sold tickets for a variety of entertainment acts.
00:24:19.000Most notably, if you ask me, the Clintons.
00:24:23.000Politics and show business best ever couple.
00:24:25.000So, if you're willing to sell tickets for the Clintons, how could you possibly have a problem selling tickets for Tucker Carlson?
00:24:32.000And if CNN don't want Tucker Carlson selling tickets, how come they're quite happy for Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton to sell tickets?
00:24:44.000And how do we present this information?
00:24:46.000I'll offer you this analysis, and then let's see if we can get there together.
00:24:51.000If your voice amplifies the interests of the powerful, if you can be used to sell a certain story, a particular perspective on reality, then you're in the club.
00:25:05.000Now, I've been successful before in those worlds.
00:25:08.000I've been in Hollywood, all that kind of stuff.
00:25:09.000And the problem is, because of the hubristic, narcissistic, self-centered mania that tends to work in those kind of institutions and communities, if you're successful there, you sort of think, this should happen!
00:25:36.000I'm sure half a million Iraqi children here or a few million people of some other demographic have to die there but it's in the sweet name of democracy or at least neoliberalism.
00:27:12.000And notice the insidious language and the kind of cold attack.
00:27:17.000I wouldn't like to be a child of any of these people because the way they manipulate and sort of pretend they're protecting you and helping you, it's so ugly.
00:27:25.000Ticketmaster is linking arms with right-wing extremists.
00:27:30.000What, doing some Ku Klux Klan can-can?
00:27:33.000Boosting their ability to reach mainstream audiences.
00:27:37.000There's a different audience called the mainstream.
00:27:41.000Here's another reason to hate each other, rather than, you know, going to see Tucker Carlson, who I happen to know is a perfectly reasonable, sweet, kind, bright, well-intentioned individual.
00:27:53.000And profiting off their dangerous and hateful rhetoric ahead of the November election.
00:27:58.000I mean, it's bad enough to profit from hateful rhetoric, but on the eve of an election when we should be focusing on shutting down and censoring these voices, what are Ticketmaster doing?
00:28:24.000We can stop people talking about politics on Insta.
00:28:27.000We can make godless spaces devoid of hope and full of hate and claim it's because we're helping you.
00:28:33.000But we can't do that when you're all in a room together and you can sit and listen to Tucker Carlson and maybe go, hang on a minute.
00:28:38.000He's at worst an old-fashioned conservative like people in my actual family and at best the kind of conversationalist that we require if we're going to get beyond this aching, quaking paradigm represented best perhaps by that figure who can't even get himself off the stage without being ushered off by that hero of Netflix, that bomber of Syrian babies, that quantitative easer himself, Barack Hope Change Obama.
00:29:08.000The ticketing sales giant is the distributor of the forthcoming live speaking tour from Tucker Carlson, who announced plans this week to criss-cross the country.
00:30:53.000Inviting fellow conspiracy theorists such as Alex Jones and Marjorie Taylor Greene, an elected public official by the way, elected via a mandate, who if you saw her take down Fauci the other day, another analysis might be available to you.
00:31:10.000If she was parroting their lyrics and singing their tunes, Marjorie Taylor Greene by the way, Oh, she's a feminist hero.
00:31:18.000Look how she's taking down that member of the patriarchy, Anthony Fauci.
00:31:32.000Wait a minute, so Marjorie Taylor Greene's a woman, and you hate her, and Hillary Clinton is a woman, and you love her.
00:31:38.000Hmm, I wonder if it's because, is it to do with class?
00:31:40.000Because she's kind of the South, Marjorie Taylor, and she's kind of obeying Hillary Clinton?
00:31:44.000Or is it because Hillary Clinton can be used to amplify war rhetoric?
00:31:48.000Marjorie Taylor Greene, for all of her crassness and clumsiness, is a populist.
00:31:54.000Hey, don't you go down the cheese factory in any mall in America and rub shoulders with any Americans of all possible colours and persuasions and know that actually American people are fundamentally decent, that they're being misled by their corrupt institutions, that they're being given misinformation by the people who claim to want to protect them from misinformation, that they're being led to war by the people who claim to support peace.
00:32:17.000Don't start asking those questions, particularly not if you're watching this on YouTube, because that is part of the machine, baby.
00:32:24.000That's why Rumble's taking them to court right now.
00:32:27.000We're going to finish this story off over on Rumble.
00:32:30.000If you want to join us for the rest of this content, click the link, because I'm going to tell you exactly how Villainous figures who have literally profited from war and death are presented by the establishment as heroes, whereas people who might be right-wing or conservative, remember those are not necessarily pejorative terms, certainly not if you believe in decentralization, certainly not if you believe in progress, certainly not if you believe in God, are vilified and shut down.
00:32:55.000Click the link, get on over to Rumble, join us for the rest of this conversation.
00:32:58.000We're going to be here for another 40 minutes and it's going to be Fantastic!
00:33:21.000Before we get into that I would like to send a message of love to our sponsors at Charleze.
00:33:28.000Charleze make this incredible product.
00:33:29.000Now have you noticed that I'm looking incredibly young?
00:33:32.000It's not just the tiny hat, it's my skin and my skin is looking good because of this range of extraordinary products.

00:34:13.000One of the components of this product that makes it extraordinary is Citrus Paradisi Peel Oil.
00:34:18.000Well, this is a beautiful organic ingredient and the very kind of thing that you'd expect from Charlene, the founder of this company, who is on Joe Biden's hate list because of the stamp she took during COVID.
00:34:28.000Remember, you can use our code to get a discount on these products.
00:34:31.000These products can do all manner of things.
00:34:34.000Elevate your skincare routine using the unmatched power of nature.
00:35:20.000And Charlene, the founder of the company, she's a good, strong, damn fine American woman.
00:35:27.000You can get some money off that by clicking the link in the description.
00:35:30.000They're very good partners and damn fine friends over at Charlies.
00:35:33.000And that hat is the right size to win some Charlies.
00:35:38.000Why don't you tell us what Johnson's, another pharmaceutical company, Johnson & Johnson's, what do they say that that baby powder could cause?
00:35:47.000At least they did some out-of-court settlements for it.
00:35:49.000Let me know in the chat and we'll send you a little bottle of Charlie's.
00:35:53.000That's open to you as well, you awakened wonders like Claude and Lily Girl Farm Girl.
00:35:57.000What was that joke I thought of earlier?
00:36:50.000But no, she isn't parroting the relevant points.
00:36:53.000Hillary Clinton is a tool of the establishment, Marjorie Taylor Greene Some might argue it's just a tool, but others might say that she's a proper feminist voice.
00:37:01.000Let me know in the chat what you think about it.
00:37:03.000I know there was a moment where I was reified, deified, celebrated by the Hollywood system, and full that I was, I thought it was because of some innate tendencies that I may have had myself, but sadly no.
00:37:14.000I was just convenient for a little while.
00:37:16.000Did you pick up some cocaine while in Florida?
00:37:20.000I put a little bit in my bikini and I must say I'm feeling better than ever.
00:37:24.000As you know, I'm 21 years clean one day at a time by the grace of God and the principles of a program that I was freely given.
00:37:30.000On the Ticketmaster website, Carlson is referred to as the leading voice in American politics and an alternative to corporate media dedicated to telling the truth about the things that matter.
00:38:56.000Like, Alex Jones, who you can watch right now, our conversation with him, on Locals.
00:39:00.000He said that the reason he believes he's being taken down, like, that he can be, is being taken down, is because, is because he thinks that shit's gonna go down, right?
00:39:11.000Let's have a little look, let's have a look.
00:39:14.000That is because there's not a morsel of truth to how Ticketmaster is presenting Carlson to its customers.
00:39:19.000Carlson, a former mainstream conservative, who over the course of Donald Trump's presidency traveled to the fringes of American politics, has for years promoted dangerous disinformation and damaging conspiracy theories.
00:39:31.000Here's the list of things that Tucker Carlson ...has presented dangerous conspiracy theories about... Get ready!
00:40:41.000What's happening here, what's being conducted by CNN, here in plain sight, is sinister.
00:40:48.000Where they act as watchmen on the tower, claiming to protect us, all the while Simply amplifying the message of the powerful and seeking to support their agenda.
00:40:59.000Reprehensibly peddled the false notion that January the 6th insurrection was a so-called false flag operation by the Deep State.
00:41:07.000Probably what he raised is that there were FBI operatives in the crowd and that means that you've got to at least question, you know, why the National Guard weren't deployed.
00:41:15.000I mean, there's so many questions around that event as well.
00:41:18.000Even though, you know, who likes things being smashed up?
00:41:28.000In fairness to the company's public relations division, it is difficult to see how they can defend such conduct.
00:41:33.000How can any decent person not only participate in enabling Carlson's poisoning of the public discourse, but also justify profiting off his hateful rhetoric in the process?
00:41:43.000That's where it becomes explicitly about, we want you to cancel this dude.
00:41:48.000Now remember, they've happily promoted Bill and Hillary Clinton.
00:41:52.000I know there's a whole host of people out there that look up to Bill and Hillary.
00:41:56.000Let's face it, Bill in particular has had a lot of people in front of him on their knees.
00:42:00.000As kind of heroes, claiming that we should all be aspiring to this.
00:42:06.000These are the figures that we must hanker after.
00:42:35.000It includes the Honda Center, the T-Mobile Center, the Delta Center, Tiki Tiki Tiki's Arena, Interest Bank Arena, Spokespeople representing each respective venue did not provide a comment.
00:43:01.000They're participating in spying on you right now!
00:43:04.000Right now, they don't care if you live or die.
00:43:06.000They'd probably prefer it if you died because they seem, broadly speaking, to support ideas that come dangerously close to depopulation and eugenics.
00:43:15.000And we'll unpack that at a later date.
00:43:17.000Companies with basic ethics should, of course, reject doing business with dishonest figures who profit by dumping toxic waste into the country's information environment.
00:43:27.000I bet if you investigate CNN's major funding and some of the advertisers they work with, I bet you can find one that dump toxic waste into literal environments.
00:43:54.000They are disgusted by what they call blue-collar and what I'd have to call working-class Americans.
00:43:59.000They don't care what colour you are, as long as you hate each other.
00:44:03.000They don't care what religion you are, as long as you hate each other.
00:44:06.000They don't care what you believe in, whether you believe in God or don't believe in God, as long as you're eating the dumb big food products and injecting yourself with the dumb big pharma products, and as long as you're high and addicted and stupid and distracted, then they can pretend to care for you, and they can support you.
00:44:22.000The one thing they fear, Is you awakening and opposing these institutions and rejecting them.
00:44:28.000They hate it that you're turning away from them for Tucker Carlson or Joe Rogan or Candace Owen or whoever else from the left or the right.
00:44:35.000It actually doesn't matter because you should be able to run your own life and your own community without corporate intervention, without legacy media lies, without big state control.
00:44:50.000But while the politics of 2024 makes for a thorny business environment for companies to navigate from an ethics perspective... Oh, it's so thorny!
00:45:14.000They can't smear dissenting voices because you saw what people said.
00:45:18.000You can look at what I was saying five years ago, two years ago, three years ago.
00:45:21.000You could see me when they were claiming that I was some sort of international trafficker.
00:45:27.000Chatting women up in public because that's the way I rolled back then.
00:45:31.000They're trying to shut down dissenting voices not because of morality or ethics, but because of a total lack of morality and ethics.
00:45:38.000They're terrified of people that have principles that transcend their ability to control you using materialism and distraction and glamour and all the crap that they truly worship.
00:45:50.000The questions that lie before them come with clear and obvious answers.
00:45:53.000Those uncomfortable decisions risk catapulting them squarely into the centre of the information wars where grifters like Carlson can thrive.
00:46:55.000When two of the most famous living figures in the history of American politics, who also happen to be married to each other by coincidence, decided to connect with the public in a more personal way.
00:47:06.000Bill's been connecting with the public in a pretty personal way, baby.
00:47:11.000The idea of an evening with the Clintons speaking to her was born.
00:47:15.000Oh, and it was such a beautiful birth!
00:47:20.000In the midst of a turbulent and confusing political landscape in the United States, where people won't do what we tell them anymore, because of the failure of the Clintons, because of the failure of Obama, because of the lies of the legacy media, hopefully they can offer some inspiration to fans across the US.
00:47:35.000They planned for their tour to present not only their most fascinating stories for their years in the public eye.
00:47:40.000I'd like to hear some of those fascinating stories!
00:48:22.000But one thing I can tell you is the people they choose and the people as heroes and the people they choose as villains says more about them than it says about those people.
00:48:32.000They don't want you following people that want you awake.
00:48:49.000What they want is for you to worship Hillary Clinton.
00:48:52.000Now, like, look at Hillary Clinton here.
00:48:55.000She's presenting an award, but she might as well be receiving an award.
00:48:58.000This is the court of modern public opinion.
00:49:01.000This is the court that will condemn dissenting voices.
00:49:03.000This is the court that will go to Ticketmaster via their amplification propagandist device, CNN, and say, Ticketmaster, shouldn't you be celebrating the Clintons for the way they decimated the working class and annihilated the Middle East and lied to the people of Haiti?
00:49:20.000Rather than selling tickets for Tucker Carlson, letting people choose for themselves, I think?
00:49:26.000You're too stupid to choose for yourself.
00:49:34.000Why don't you just sit still and do as you're told?
00:49:37.000Here's Hillary Clinton at some glitzy event or another being celebrated gallingly, but You know, if the old Robin Williams joke was abided by, instead of wearing that blouse, all diaphanous and white, she would be adorned with the logos, the true logos.
00:50:58.000Don't think about the foundation that takes money from Lockheed Martin.
00:51:02.000Don't think about what they did in Haiti.
00:51:03.000Don't think about what went on while Bill Clinton was in office and the wars and the corruption and the decimation of the working class and the deregulation of the banking system that probably led to the 2008 crash that Barack Obama quantitatively eased their way out.
00:51:29.000What they're actually about to celebrate is a musical called Suff, which I believe is about the suffrage movement, because of course the suffrage movement was where women demanded the vote.
00:51:39.000Those truly brave heroes sacrificed themselves, sacrificed their lives, cared about democracy, but the right to vote Don't necessarily mean that you're voting for the right people.
00:51:51.000Particularly not when the systemic pool you're offered is a bunch of corrupt institutional droogs operating on behalf of global corporatism, supporting global war, supporting Big Food and Big Pharma.
00:52:06.000The suffrage movement, if it was alive now, would be telling you, don't trust the system.
00:53:22.000So I'm extremely proud of this original American musical.
00:53:29.000It is about Some American originals, the suffragists who fought so valiantly for so long to give women in our country the right to vote.
00:53:43.000It's almost impossible to think about what a challenge that was, but now it's an election year and we need to be reminded about how important it is.
00:54:23.000Let me ask you first, are you a Sleepy Joe type character with zero cognitive performance, struggling to muster focus and brain power for basic things like running the United States of America?
00:54:32.000You've got to stop drinking woke, liberal coffee that hates you and your way of life and start your day by drinking Rumble's very own 1775 coffee.
00:54:43.000This is going to be the best tasting coffee you've ever had.
00:54:45.000Seriously good, ethically sourced, from a family farm in the high altitude mountains of Bolivia.
00:54:51.000Not in the Bolivian lowlands, run not by a family, but by a single man.
00:54:56.000Instead of waking up and drinking your big corporation-owned woke ideology coffee that's probably making you sick from the pesticides it's sprayed with, try Rumbles!
00:57:07.000If they can come for you and take you down, if they can reclaim your assets, does that mean that this is the first Domino, the next is Tucker, then it's Rogan, that this is, in a sense, the beginning of a series of attacks that will shut down the free speech space?
00:58:44.000Let's have a look at what Glenn Greenwald said.
00:58:47.000Presumably the reason Ticketmaster is willing to sell tickets to Tucker Carlson shows because he's arguably the single most popular and influential voice in media and journalism in the US, while Oliver Darcy, the writer of that piece on CNN, is not, and thus has no claim to dictate who is heard.
00:59:01.000That is what terrifies them more than anything else.
00:59:04.000You, your attention, your consciousness, your ongoing awakening, your refusal to take the grim gruel they put in front of you and tell you to sit down like cold, sick, to continue to eat the diet they put before you without questioning it.
00:59:25.000Whether you think Tucker Carlson is a conservative or a radical new voice or the risen messiah or if you think he's, you know, a right-wing guy with an opinion, one thing I can tell you for an absolute fact is CNN are of a multitude of millions more dangerous to you and Free Thought than Tucker Carlson will ever be.
01:00:08.000One thing that's important in an election, one thing that's important I think in an election is to be able to hear from all of the candidates.
01:00:15.000Why will CNN not put RFK in their debates?
01:00:39.000Who do you think's gonna swoop in and replace him?
01:00:42.000Let me know in the comments in the chat.
01:00:44.000But surely in a democracy, allowing everyone to participate is the bare minimum, the very least you could do.
01:00:52.000Look at this peculiar piece of reporting on MSNBC where they say that the debates are somehow unfair.
01:00:57.000to Joe Biden because we all expect so much of him.
01:01:01.000Look, I think if he gets through that debate and his underpants are still the colour they were when it began, I would consider it a total triumph.
01:01:10.000It's a really weird piece of media analysis.
01:01:13.000I do have to ask though, I mean this is all thrown into sharp relief when the two men are on stage debating, right?
01:01:17.000And it already feels like... Should be three men, should be three men.
01:01:25.000Why don't you have a whole bunch of competing parties?
01:01:27.000Why not start giving these institutions something to think about?
01:01:30.000Hey, why don't you even give the lobbyists a harder job by having more representatives?
01:01:34.000Why are we pretending it's like 400 years ago and we have to send someone on horseback to Washington or Westminster to represent our opinions that
01:01:41.000we couldn't by phone say tell them everything we need to tell them we don't trust
01:02:11.000Are the words coming out of his mouth, setting aside what the words actually are?
01:02:14.000And I just, I wonder if there's any way for Biden to overcome what seems like a structural disadvantage on, you know, in the weeks leading up to what's going to be a pretty important inflection point in this campaign.
01:02:28.000It's interesting that we aren't even allowed to hear from all three candidates.
01:02:37.000The Federal Election Commission has confirmed with Island News that the designation given by CNN to President Biden and Trump to appear exclusively in June televised debates is not officially recognised.
01:02:50.000Island News asked the FEC if the designation presumptive nominee, which CNN has cited to numerous press outlets to justify a direct pass for the former president, is used at all by the FEC.
01:03:02.000That phrase is not in debate regulation, said a spokesperson.
01:03:08.000Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, has complained over CNN's adoption of the debate criteria which requires candidates to be on enough ballots officially to win a potential 270 electoral votes.
01:03:19.000So, whatever you think about Bobby Kennedy, CNN aren't inviting him.
01:03:31.000The mark is achievable in late August-September by majority party candidates after national conventions and an official candidate certification state-by-state.
01:03:41.000They can't call him the presumptive nominee yet.
01:03:46.000He says, with the FEC's recent statement, it appears beyond doubt if I'm left off the stage the debate will violate campaign finance laws and CNN and its staff unknowingly and willfully violating these laws.
01:03:59.000You've seen how CNN approached demographic data.
01:04:03.000Fascinated and excited about the movements of black voters under 50 treating these statistical revelations as if they're some ejaculatory wonder.
01:04:15.000It's odd to see them demand that Tucker Carlson's Ticketmaster collaboration be collapsed and cancelled.
01:05:07.000Um, I want to, um, I want to talk to you about this.
01:05:12.000The Guardian did a review of a documentary about Alex Jones.
01:05:16.000Alex Jones has said a bunch of controversial stuff.
01:05:17.000He says controversial things when I have that conversation with him.
01:05:21.000But just because someone says controversial things doesn't mean they should be banned or even especially maligned.
01:05:26.000Of course, Sandy Hook was a terrible event.
01:05:27.000All school shootings, all mass shootings, all deaths are actually Appalling events, wouldn't it be wonderful if the attention shifted even for a moment to the creation of a society where we could treat each other lovingly and peacefully and didn't need recourse to violence if we could transcend these current limitations and bring about a kind of earthly paradise by, well, moving beyond the material world as if such a thing were not possible, as if such a thing were not on offer, as if it were not possible through individual endeavor and through work and surrender and sacrifice and all of those principles that are plainly described in a number of books but you know the one I have chosen.
01:06:02.000This is them attempting to, essentially in the same way that they want to cancel Tucker Carlson, they want to tackle and cancel Alex Jones.
01:06:11.000But what I think is interesting about this is The Guardian is a legacy media organisation.
01:06:25.000And yet they maintain this haughtiness, this supercilious air of contempt for people that their men are be talking to as equals and potentially with love and perhaps with a vision and perhaps with a drive to Bring about better states in and out.
01:06:48.000So this is just a review of a documentary.
01:06:50.000The trials point to money as Jones's motivation for his untrue claims about Sandy Hook.
01:06:57.000Adducing evidence that every time he ranted about the giant hoax in which no one died, his audience members and revenue from the dietary supplements and other products that InfoWars shields You think the legacy media doesn't sell products?
01:07:07.000You think the legacy media doesn't have relationships with Big Pharma and Big Food and doesn't continually hawk products that, if they weren't disingenuously sold, people would turn away from in their droves because, in the case of Big Food, they cause cancer and diabetes and heart disease.
01:07:22.000In the case of Big Pharma, they're often worse than the diseases that they set about to cure.
01:07:26.000Or in the case of the opioid crisis, they literally Killed people that would otherwise still be alive and they were given a pass.
01:07:33.000Because they're an integral part of the system because they're too big to fail.
01:07:36.000Their legacy media propped them up and continue to deal with them and they tell us that the problems Alex Jones and Tucker Carlson and ourselves and your own drives and your own nature and your own body continually you're told to condemn and damn yourself by this new church with All of its certainty, with none of the inquiry, none of the atonement that's necessary and present in any ideology that I'm interested in, particularly the one I've chosen though.
01:08:01.000But it does not, and perhaps no one can, though there should be filmmakers who try, fathom an answer to the question of why people are so willing, so thirsty to believe lies.
01:08:08.000Because they don't trust the legacy media anymore, because you've lied to them so many times, because you've become so corrupted.
01:08:12.000Perhaps because in the figure of Julian Assange, when something significant happened, when you had the opportunity to support someone who you temporarily collaborated with, when the chance came to disown him and condemn him and see him put behind bars, you took that opportunity instead of supporting him because you were afraid.
01:08:27.000You were afraid of what it meant for normal journalism if a person could be imprisoned for publishing true information.
01:08:34.000Imprisoned without trial at that, if I may say.
01:08:37.000So on one hand, we're supposed to hate Tucker Carlson because he's right-wing.
01:08:40.000On the other hand, we hate Bobby Kennedy because he's a kook.
01:08:43.000Then on the other hand, we're supposed to hate Alex Jones because he's a crackpot and a wacko.
01:08:47.000You're supposed to hate everyone except for Hillary Clinton.
01:08:51.000It's okay to like Hillary Clinton and you're not supposed to question that or interrogate that.
01:08:56.000And all of these brands like The Guardian and Netflix and all they are is media organisations and all they are ultimately supposed to do is control your mental space so that you don't think straight or sell you products that you don't need.
01:09:08.000And they want to do it with this kind of grandeur and aplomb and this haughtiness, like they're doing us all a favour, like they're some modern day saviour.
01:09:31.000And they hate the idea that you may awaken.
01:09:33.000They hate the idea that you may have choice.
01:09:35.000They hate the idea that their little metropolitan professional gig, their nihilistic, rationalistic, A cluster of ideals that amount to individualism and selfish pursuit could be punctured by real faith, could be punctured by real awakening.
01:09:50.000I'm not suggesting that any of the figures that I've listed are singularly or individually the solution.
01:10:07.000It ain't these corrupt and broken systems.
01:10:10.000They're just herding you right now into citizen management systems that will be, by my reckoning, the modern-day equivalent of total mass control.
01:10:19.000And we know where that leads from the last time we saw it.
01:10:23.000When we saw a 20th century iteration of it, it was militaristic and it was based on a bunch of ideas that perhaps we've progressed beyond.
01:10:30.000But technological feudalism... We haven't progressed beyond them, have we?
01:10:36.000All the punitive damages in the world won't remake society into a place where Alex Jones and his ilk can't flourish.
01:10:42.000His ilk means... Alex Jones isn't perfect.
01:10:45.000Is anyone claiming Alex Jones isn't perfect?
01:10:46.000Is anyone claiming that Alex Jones didn't say dumb, stupid stuff about Sandy Hook and probably said dumb, stupid stuff about a million things?
01:10:53.000The guy does six hours of broadcasting a day.
01:10:56.000I mean, he says all sorts of dumb things.
