00:05:23.200 And I hope for humanity's sake, that's the worst of it,

00:05:30.980 But there is the distinct possibility that he is an evil genius.
00:05:34.080 and was doing this on purpose for his own nefarious reasons.

00:06:05.860 control us. Um, he was the figurehead of that movement for a lot of us on, on the right. And
00:06:10.940 I think people who were in the center who have now come to wake up to that fact, you know, I was one
00:06:15.580 of the people who, you know, I wasn't all in on the medical establishment, but I was someone who
00:06:20.020 got my flu shot every year. I believe that our doctors wanted the best for us. And I had no
00:06:25.140 reason to doubt that. And then Fauci comes along and we can go back to the reports from February
00:06:32.300 of 2020. All the way back then, I was doing reports talking about how this didn't make sense.
00:06:39.260 This did not add up. And I think in March, I think it was March 28th of 2020, I did a report
00:06:47.020 about ivermectin. I think it was one of the first reports that was done on the subject. And I talked
00:06:53.840 to a local doctor, Brian Tyson. We've had him on the show. And I went down and I went to his clinic
00:07:00.980 in El Centro. It's in Imperial Valley in California, which is right on the border. And they had one of
00:07:06.500 the worst cases, surges down there of anywhere in the nation. Very poor. A lot of Mexicans coming
00:07:14.560 over, no health care. And he saw thousands of people. And immediately he was very wary of the
00:07:22.260 talk about, uh, vaccines, you know, we didn't have one in March of 2020, but he was developing
00:07:27.320 his own protocol with some other doctors in the area that involved hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin.
00:07:31.880 And he said he had almost a hundred percent success rate with, with his protocol, which
00:07:37.520 is unheard of. You know, he was administering this to thousands of people. And I went down
00:07:41.120 to his clinic and I talked to some of his patients. And one of the patients I talked
00:07:44.780 to was this middle-aged man who was probably about 600 pounds. He could barely talk. He was,
00:07:52.340 you know, just gasping and wheezing. The kind of person that you'd expect a mild breeze to knock
00:07:57.360 over, medically speaking. And this guy had gotten COVID and he was on death's doorstep.
00:08:05.720 And Tyson gave him his protocol. It saved his life. This guy made it. He lived. And I was there
00:08:13.160 talking to him. He said, it was incredible. I started taking this and the next day I felt
00:08:17.260 a hundred percent better. And when you have that kind of testimony, that kind of evidence,
00:08:24.520 you have the doctor saying, well, that's just anecdotal. Well, it was anecdotal 20,000 times.
00:08:30.660 You know, that's how many people he treated with this protocol and saved them. So I don't know how
00:08:34.700 much anecdotal evidence you need, but it worked for him. And so when you have these doctors
00:08:38.960 looking down on that, you really turn a corner and start questioning everything you're being told.
00:08:46.180 Everything stops making sense. If they're lying to us about this, what else are they lying to us
00:08:50.120 about? And Fauci, for me and a lot of people, represented all of that. He represented everything
00:08:57.900 that was wrong with the medical establishment. And the more he got up there and insisted that
00:09:03.900 he was the face of science and that we all trust him the less a lot of us did and so i i really am
00:09:12.600 glad that rand paul has been on this these last couple of years and ron johnson and the rest of
00:09:17.400 them they have been pursuing him doggedly and you know rightfully so i just don't know what's going
00:09:23.400 to come out of it other than smearing his name that's that's a lot that's worth a lot because
00:09:28.280 that's all that he cares about clearly from his diary but we want more than that we want justice

00:14:24.180 amendment and i won't ask her answer any of your questions there was there was that was a terrible
00:14:29.240 accent, by the way. No, that was awful. We're going to move past that. Real quick, I had previously
00:14:34.440 mentioned that I wasn't sure if he was a mad scientist or just a sad little guy who wanted
00:14:37.920 attention, and I forgot that we have a clip that I want to play right now where he was being
00:14:45.000 questioned, and I forget the lady's name who was questioning him, pointed out that he used
00:14:49.480 taxpayer dollars to send transgenic mice that contained the body parts of aborted five-month-old
00:14:54.560 babies to China, jokingly calling it a BLT sandwich. Can we play that? We have learned
00:15:00.180 that U.S. coronavirus researchers at UNC shipped, quote, humanized or transgenic mice to China by
00:15:08.240 around 2017 for use in their dangerous coronavirus work. Under your NIAID coronavirus, researchers
00:15:17.220 also used aborted baby body parts in mice research, and taxpayers paid for them to do
00:15:26.800 that. NIH-funded coronavirus researcher Dr. Ralph Baric and his colleagues at UNC put
00:15:34.980 parts of livers, thymuses, and chunks of human fetal lung that they got from aborted, almost
00:15:43.100 five-month-old human babies they put those parts in their research mice they disgustingly named
00:15:51.840 them blt l mice and wrote they had created a quote sandwich of aborted body parts in the mice
00:16:01.700 get it folks blt a blt sandwich matt what's your thought on all this so so here's my take 0.59

I'm way more satisfied than Pearson because there was a moment in this country where more important than who you voted for, what political party you were a member of, more important than your religion, more important than your favorite sports team was where you stood on Dr. Anthony Fauci.

00:16:43.920 themselves. This was a threshold question ripping the country apart. Now, Pearson Sharp and Matt

00:16:58.760 about the lockdowns, the deprivation of rights, and the empowerment of a universe of tens of
00:17:05.340 thousands of Fauci's that were all of a sudden emerging in city manager's offices and at the
00:17:11.800 public county health department. These people seized power. We never knew. I always thought
00:17:17.300 these were the good people, but we saw so many of them seize any power they could to force us
00:17:22.560 behind unproven masks and to make us show cards about our personal medical information,
00:17:27.880 just to get inside of buildings. They made us sit outside of perfectly good restaurants
00:17:34.380 and eat our meals next to the gutters in our communities. They did all of this. People got
00:17:41.900 addicted to drugs. People lost their homes. People became homeless. People turned in their dogs and
00:17:48.540 animals at an alarming rate because they couldn't afford to keep them without jobs anymore. And all
00:17:53.380 of it was driven by the trust that was just reposed in this man by far too many people.
00:18:00.300 And the fact that that got ripped open to me instills a little bit of deterrence into
00:18:07.580 the power infrastructure and into the information space that if you are so egotistical that
00:18:13.360 in a moment of dread or concern or crisis, you seize power and destroy people's lives
00:18:19.960 that you will be exposed for it as he was today.
00:18:23.380 Well, but you hope that it's going to be covered that way in the media, because, again, the reality of what's really happening and what the media tells you is the disconnect that we have with the general population.
00:18:33.560 They're probably only going to see segments of this because, of course, they were working today when the hearing was happening.
00:18:38.000 So they're going to see the clips on the news. And what do you think CNN is going to show the people?
00:18:42.060 Do you think CNN is going to show the people that they lied to the American people alongside Anthony Fauci?
00:18:47.660 And so that's what's so important. Hopefully people are watching this podcast and watching OAN so they can get the truth.
00:18:51.920 But the reality is these lies that we're told, these lies that are horrible politicians stood behind when they took down your basketball nets and told you you couldn't get in the sun.

00:34:29.860 services doctrine that had wrapped up a lot of people in power who had abused that power
00:34:35.640 for financial gain or other reason. And so you really have to look also at a narrow window of
00:34:42.440 time. David did a really good job explaining it earlier. It's worth coming back to. If what you
00:34:47.460 care most about is when, you know, the criminal justice process and all of its glory comes for
00:34:53.260 Dr. Fauci, you have to look at what the pardon covered, when it covered it, and then ultimately
00:34:59.140 the big question about whether the pardon is legal at all.
00:35:02.460 President Trump has himself sent the signal that he's got doubts as to the legitimacy
00:35:07.040 of that pardon, and we'll see how the Department of Justice reviews it.
00:35:11.520 But when you look at Fauci's congressional testimony, then his own notations in documents,
00:35:19.880 And then how he was covering up for Peter Daszak and the EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan lab, it looks like elements of a conspiracy that would be very interesting for a prosecutor to review.
00:35:34.720 And I think that's the right frame and context.
00:35:37.880 One interesting thing I remembered I wanted to mention is that there were several senior scientists in 2020 who were working with Fauci in 2021, very close to him. And his emails previously revealed this. This didn't just come out, but I think a lot of people have forgotten about it.
00:35:52.640 And these senior scientists, I think there was like 10 or 11 of them. And in their private emails, they all told him, you know, we think this was manmade. This came from a lab. We think it was leaked from the lab. And we think we need to, you know, discuss this or, you know, bring more light to this.

00:36:14.180 and they went together and all the scientists,
00:36:16.580 they had a meeting with him, a private meeting.

00:37:28.540 Fauci there taking the fifth and, frankly, taking a tongue lashing. Pearson says there could be no
00:37:35.580 day walking in peace until Fauci is subjected to the criminal justice process. What are you buying,
00:37:42.400 David Pollack, attorney David Pollack, that is within the realm of the possible there from a
00:37:48.040 jurisdictional standpoint and dealing with this hairy issue of the pardon? Well, Matt,
00:37:54.160 from what my Democrat friends have told me,
00:37:57.020 no one is above the law.
00:37:58.880 And so if no one is above the law,
00:38:02.560 look at the precedent they set
00:38:04.440 when they went after Donald Trump.

Immediately after we have COVID. And then three or four months after that, we have George Floyd and the Summer of Love. So I think very clearly, this was engineered.

I don't think anybody in this government is that smart. But I do believe people are smart separately to take advantage of a crisis.
00:41:38.640 And I believe Democrats saw the opportunity, and I believe their friends in the fake news saw an opportunity to utilize the hysteria to put in place these mail-in ballots that, by the way, have been going on a long time.

00:41:58.220 And proof of that is look at the objection that they have to the Save America Act.

00:48:30.800 Rationale assumes that certain forms of speech are tantamount to violence because they will certainly result in violence, which in this case, they did not.

00:48:47.080 The count where she called the child the N-word, that actually, she was not convicted on that one.
00:48:53.620 It was against the person with the camera because of her behavior towards that man.
00:48:57.400 And I don't know what evidence was presented at trial that made them believe that that was threatening to that individual.
00:49:04.740 Maybe there's other video footage that we didn't see that wasn't in that viral moment.
00:49:08.260 But the point is this is no longer a free – it is a free speech case.
00:49:13.540 If she had been convicted or charged with what she said to that child, we would be arguing about speech.

00:49:54.640 So let me draw a fine point on that, David. Do you believe that someone has a First Amendment right to go yell the N-word at a child in a public park?
00:50:06.020 It depends. Like everything with the First Amendment, it all depends. Because if that child was affected in some way by that language, it's an interesting legal question.
00:50:16.880 Because if the child was traumatized from it, maybe it's a civil case, maybe not a criminal one.
00:50:21.060 It would all depend on the facts surrounding the use of that word, and even if it was that word a different word, like even if she made threatening gestures to the kid and he reacted a certain way, there could be instances where certain speech can trigger crimes or civil liability.
00:50:33.960 In this instance, I don't think that situation – again, I haven't seen the whole video – warranted a crime in that instance, and the jury agreed with that.
