00:00:30.260 In a rare late-night order, the Supreme Court on Saturday blocked the Trump administration
00:00:34.720 from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal aliens.
00:00:38.640 The administration had relied on the law to expedite removals of some of the most dangerous
00:00:43.240 individuals in the country, including alleged MS-13 gang members.
00:00:48.120 This wasn't a final ruling on the statute, but it froze the current deportation efforts
00:00:53.080 and likely signals a loss for the White House in later court cases.
00:00:57.340 Once again, Donald Trump faces betrayal from the very justices he appointed.
00:01:02.480 Only Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented.
00:01:05.660 The president now finds himself at odds with a politically driven judiciary that seems to
00:01:10.580 believe unelected lawyers, not the commander-in-chief, should run the executive branch.
00:01:15.720 Mass deportations remain essential if the United States hopes to remain a functioning nation.
00:01:22.600 But the legal system isn't the only obstacle.
00:01:25.600 Mass democracy, often hailed as a bulwark against tyranny, turns out to be a remarkably easy system to rig.
00:01:32.040 When the ruling class can't depend on the current electorate to keep them in power, they simply replace it.
00:01:38.240 Democrats understand that new immigrants overwhelmingly support the party that promises wealth redistribution,
00:01:44.660 from the established population to the newly arrived.
00:01:48.140 Illegal immigrants may not be able to vote immediately, but many will gain amnesty or eventually get naturalized,
00:01:55.180 or they'll just cheat.
00:01:56.140 And their children will certainly receive birthright citizenship, unless something changes pretty dramatically.
00:02:02.320 That's the plan.
00:02:03.560 Long-term voter replacement to eliminate serious opposition in national elections.
00:02:09.240 The crisis at the southern border never threatened Democrats.
00:02:13.080 They designed it.
00:02:14.180 It wasn't a policy failure.
00:02:15.960 It was an electoral strategy.
00:02:17.900 And the Supreme Court saw no urgency in stopping a border policy designed to rig American elections for generations.
00:02:24.880 The Biden administration ran a cell phone app that fast-tracked illegal entry.
00:02:30.600 It didn't just leave the southern border open.
00:02:33.100 It flew plane loads of Haitian migrants directly into the United States and dumped them into small,
00:02:38.560 Midwestern towns where they overwhelmed the local population and infrastructure.
00:02:43.320 At no point did Chief Justice John Roberts step in,
00:02:47.120 despite the administration's blatant disregard for federal law and its constitutional duty to protect the citizens of the United States.
00:02:54.420 When government officials at every level violated core constitutional rights during the pandemic,
00:03:00.700 freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, and more, the Supreme Court barely stirred.
00:03:05.820 When federal intelligence agencies colluded with social media platforms to censor Americans
00:03:10.820 and manipulate the outcome of presidential elections, the justices stayed silent.
00:03:16.060 No emergency orders.
00:03:17.460 No late-night rulings.
00:03:18.900 Even when January 6th defendants were charged under a statute that clearly did not apply to them,
00:03:25.600 the court dragged its feet for years before taking up the case.
00:03:29.820 But when MS-13 gang members faced deportation under a long-standing federal statute,
00:03:35.880 the Supreme Court sprang right into action, issuing a midnight order to protect their due process rights.
00:03:41.720 Different rules for different people.
00:03:43.740 And we're all just supposed to pretend that we didn't notice.
00:03:46.400 The situation has become so absurd, so transparently political,
00:03:51.300 that Justice Alito called it out in a blistering dissent,
00:03:55.240 highlighting the irony of denying due process an emergency order supposedly aimed at protecting due process.
00:04:02.640 Alito said, quote,
00:04:04.040 I refuse to join this court's order because we had no good reason to think that,
00:04:28.780 under the circumstances, issuing an order at midnight was necessary or appropriate.
00:04:34.560 End quote.
00:04:35.620 The absurdity doesn't end with the timing.
00:04:38.360 Likely tens of millions of illegal immigrants already lived in the U.S. before Biden took office.
00:04:43.740 Since then, more than 6 million, at least, have entered illegally.
00:04:48.500 Now consider the implications of that.
00:04:50.320 If each of those 6 million requires a full court hearing before deportation,
00:04:56.180 Trump could devote every waking moment of his presidency to the task
00:05:00.140 and still fall short of removing even that cohort.
00:05:04.360 The implications are clear.
00:05:06.040 If Biden can't import millions without due process,
00:05:08.880 but Trump can't deport them without it,
00:05:11.240 then the system has no future.
00:05:13.340 Democrats get to flood the electorate with a new dependent voting class during their terms,
00:05:18.500 while Republican presidents get bogged down in endless legal entanglements trying to undo the damage.
00:05:24.920 Every Republican president becomes a man with a bucket,
00:05:27.860 bailing water out of a cruise ship with a hull the size of Mexico in the hull.
00:05:32.700 The left keeps warning that Trump's battles with the courts will risk plunging us into a constitutional crisis,
00:05:38.860 but that constitutional crisis began tens of millions of illegal immigrants ago.
00:05:43.060 Federal judges have already blocked the Trump administration's efforts to reform the military,
00:05:49.080 reduce spending, and rein in foreign aid.
00:05:52.000 They act as though they, and not the president, command the executive branch.
00:05:56.780 Now the Supreme Court has taken the absurd position that the due process rights of illegal alien gang members
00:06:02.640 matter more than the rights of American citizens.
00:06:05.400 Any government that fails to secure its own borders or fails to remove those who violate those borders
00:06:12.180 has abandoned its most basic responsibilities.
00:06:15.660 No country that tolerates mass illegal immigration can remain a country for very long.
00:06:22.440 The judiciary isn't defending the rule of law.
00:06:25.660 It's eroding it, obstructing legitimate executive action
00:06:29.340 and undermining democratic accountability while weakening national sovereignty.
00:06:33.900 The Trump administration has ambitious and vital goals.
00:06:38.260 Restoring American industry, ending the globalist drift in foreign policy,
00:06:43.120 removing the progressive rot from universities,
00:06:45.940 and dismantling the administrative state.
00:06:48.360 All of these are critical, and I'm here for every single one of them.
00:06:52.540 But none of it will matter without mass deportations.
00:06:56.980 Tens of millions of people live in the United States in defiance of our laws.
00:07:02.700 They must be expelled.
00:07:05.280 The only question is how far the courts will go to damage their own credibility in the process.
00:07:32.700 You've heard the media's version of January 6th, but now it's time to see what they've been hiding.
