Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) is in a dead heat with CNN's Tim Walz in the race for the Democratic nomination. It's a close race that could go either way, and there's no question that it's going to be close. But what happens when she goes off script? What does she do with her teleprompter? Is she a robot or a human being? And what does it mean for her chances of winning the nomination? Is it possible for her to win the nomination in 2020? Or will she lose the election to Donald Trump in a landslide? And if she doesn't win it, what will the media do about it? What s going to happen with her next big interview with CNN on tonight's primetime CNN interview with anchor Jake Tapper? And is it possible that she'll be able to beat Trump in 2020 if she can just figure out how to get her message across to the American people in a way that s actually effective? or will she just keep saying the same old same old things that she says every time she's asked a question that s just not smart enough to be listened to? and just keep repeating the same thing over and over again and again? And what s the difference between her and her opponent, Donald Trump, is it really that bad? Or is it just not good enough, or is she just not that bad at anything at all ? or is it not good at anything at all? at least good enough at all of it at all, really good at what she somethings really? . 00:00:00.000 Well, folks, we are in the middle of the most heated presidential contest of our lifetime.
00:00:03.000 It is a dead heat.
00:00:05.000 The Dems switched out their candidate, and now the Republicans are running against a different candidate with whom they are locked in what seems to be a bit of a death battle.
00:00:13.000 We'll get to that in a moment.
00:00:14.000 First, your reminder, we're bringing updates all the time.
00:00:17.000 It's gonna be a big interview tonight between Kamala Harris and CNN. 0.98
00:00:20.000 Also involving Tim Walz will be pre-taped, but I will be reacting immediately tonight upon the CNN interview.
00:00:27.000 But in order to be notified about that sort of stuff, you have to get 35% off your new Daily Wire Plus membership with code FIGHT at dailywire.com slash subscribe.
00:00:35.000 You'll get uncensored, unfiltered ad-free shows, real-time breaking news alerts, and more.
00:00:39.000 Most importantly, you'll get the truth the legacy media are covering up every single day.
00:00:44.000 So here is the current status of the race.
00:00:46.000 It's dead heat.
00:00:47.000 That's the current status of the race. 0.90
00:00:48.000 I'm looking at the RealClearPolitics polling average right now.
00:00:50.000 Kamala Harris is up by about a point and a half.
00:00:54.000 In the national polling, she is currently leading in Wisconsin by less than a point.
00:00:57.000 Pennsylvania is a complete, total dead heat.
00:00:59.000 Trump is up by 0.1 percentage points, which of course means nothing.
00:01:03.000 Kamala Harris is up a couple and a half points in Michigan.
00:01:06.000 Trump is up 0.2 in Arizona, 0.6 in Nevada, 0.9 in North Carolina, and 0.3 in Georgia.
00:01:12.000 In other words, every one of these states is within margin of error.
00:01:16.000 Every single one of these states is within margin of error.
00:01:19.000 Which means that this race right now can turn on pretty much anything.
00:01:24.000 Now, the next big event, obviously, is going to be this interview tonight.
00:01:28.000 Kamala Harris is pre-taping that interview today.
00:01:31.000 Because, of course, they were never going to allow her live in front of a camera by herself.
00:01:35.000 She's got her emotional support dog, Tim Walz, there.
00:01:39.000 He's like a corgi of politics.
00:01:41.000 Very eager, not particularly bright.
00:01:43.000 He's going to be there so that she can pet him and feel good.
00:01:46.000 And then if things start to get a little out of control, like, you know, she's asked a real question, Tim Walz can jump in and start gesticulating wildly with his hands and being a weirdo.
00:01:55.000 So that'll be really exciting.
00:01:58.000 She's going to need his help because here's the problem.
00:02:00.000 Every time she goes off script, of course, she's a disaster area.
00:02:03.000 Here, for example, she was campaigning with Tim Walz yesterday and she went and met with a bunch of children.
00:02:08.000 And Kamala Harris really has down the irritating adult who's never met a child routine. 1.00
00:02:13.000 I mean, I have four children.
00:02:15.000 I deal with kids on a regular basis.
00:02:18.000 There's nothing more irritating to a child than being talked down to by an adult.
00:02:22.000 And by the way, there's nothing more irritating to an adult than being talked down to by an adult.
00:02:27.000 But here was Kamala Harris meeting with a bunch of children. 1.00
00:02:31.000 I swear, you get her off the teleprompter, and she is like a robot that is on the fritz. 1.00
00:02:37.000 She starts spazzing out. 0.75
00:02:38.000 It's bizarre.
00:02:39.000 It's really weird.
00:02:40.000 She starts making strange hand motions.
00:02:42.000 She can't string together a sentence.
00:02:45.000 She starts just mouthing platitudes, the most banal platitudes you could possibly imagine. 0.96
00:02:51.000 And in the background, of course, you have that emotional support corgi, Tim Walls, the dumb sitcom dad, who is nodding along enthusiastically as though she is saying something of any sort of intelligence here. 0.77
00:03:02.000 Here is Kamala Harris yesterday on the campaign trail. 1.00
00:03:06.000 Our countries count on you.
00:03:08.000 All of you.
00:03:10.000 You are leaders.
00:03:12.000 By the very fact that you all are here in this room, doing what you do at this incredible school.
00:03:21.000 Doing it as one big team, understanding all of the different parts that fit together to create a team.
00:03:31.000 That's what a team is, guys.
00:03:33.000 Do you understand?
00:03:33.000 Do you understand what a team is?
00:03:35.000 It's a little hard to hear what she's saying there.
00:03:36.000 It doesn't matter because she's not saying anything.
00:03:38.000 This is her whole shtick.
00:03:40.000 When she starts going with the hands, you know she's got nothing to say.
00:03:43.000 Nothing.
00:03:44.000 And this is what they're afraid of in this interview that's supposed to be broadcast tonight, obviously.
00:03:50.000 Donald Trump's press secretary correctly pointed out that she has to have Tim Walz there for the interview because she is definitely afraid.
00:03:58.000 And here's Carolyn Leavitt saying, she wants to be a powerful woman, but she needs to bring dad along. 0.60
00:04:03.000 That absolutely is true, by the way.
00:04:05.000 Now, Democrats, it is amazing.
00:04:06.000 Democrat, media, human centipede.
00:04:09.000 They are trying to proclaim that this is nothing new.
00:04:13.000 After all, when a presidential candidate selects a vice president, they very often do some sort of joint interview.
00:04:19.000 Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney did a joint interview.
00:04:21.000 Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine.
00:04:23.000 It's pretty normal.
00:04:23.000 The difference is, usually the person who has been running for president has done a few interviews before being the nominee.
00:04:31.000 Kamala Harris has done zero public interviews before being the nominee or after being the nominee, as it turns out.
00:04:39.000 The reason that she's bringing along Tim Walz is to eat up the time.
00:04:43.000 And because she's hoping that Dana Bash over at CNN will make the interview all about their relationship with one another and how they're really sympathetical, how they're gonna work together in the White House and avoid all issues.
00:04:53.000 And if there is an issue, again, the corgi jumps up and starts humping Dana Bash's leg, presumably.
00:04:58.000 That is how this interview, they hope, is going to work.
00:05:00.000 Here's Carolyn Leavitt pointing this out.
00:05:03.000 She's finally sitting down for an interview, but not by herself.
00:05:07.000 She's sitting down with her running mate, Tim Walz, and I think it's quite sad that the woman trying to be the first female president of the United States needs her male running mate by her side in her first sit-down interview.
00:05:22.000 It is sad, and it is pathetic, and it is a disgrace that she has yet to answer for any of her actual policy positions, which we'll get to in a minute.
00:05:30.000 But she's running strong right now, and one of the reasons she's running strong is she is spending exorbitant amounts of cash right now. 0.93
00:05:35.000 I mean, blowing money.
00:05:37.000 Well, folks, Kamala Harris is spending hundreds of millions of dollars to manipulate you on social media, and here's the thing. 1.00
00:05:42.000 Social media is also spending hundreds of millions of dollars, like all the time, to manipulate you, and then they use your data to monetize all of that.
00:05:49.000 The simple fact of the matter is that you need to deny the big tech companies your data.
00:05:53.000 That's how they make money off of you.
00:05:54.000 They take your data, they package it, they sell it to advertisers, and by the way, they usually have some sort of backdoor to the federal government.
00:06:00.000 So why not privatize your own data?
00:06:02.000 Big Tech is more powerful than most countries are at this point.
00:06:04.000 They profit by exploiting your personal data.
00:06:06.000 It's time to put a layer of protection between your online activity and these tech juggernauts.
00:06:10.000 That's why I use ExpressVPN.
00:06:12.000 Think about how much of your life is on the internet.
00:06:13.000 Sadly, every single site you visit, video you watch, message you send gets tracked and datamined.
00:06:18.000 When you run ExpressVPN on your device, the software hides your IP address, which is the thing that Big Tech uses to personally identify you.
00:06:24.000 So ExpressVPN makes your activity harder to trace and sell to advertisers.
00:06:27.000 ExpressVPN also encrypts 100% of your internet data to keep you safe from hackers and eavesdroppers on your network.
00:06:32.000 network. And ExpressVPN does all that without slowing your connection, which is why it's
00:06:36.000 rated the number one VPN service by Mashable and TechRadar.
00:06:38.000 What I like most about ExpressVPN, super easy to use. Download that app on your phone or
00:06:42.000 computer, tap one button, you're now protected. Stop handing your personal data to the big
00:06:46.000 tech monopoly that actually abuses you. Instead, protect yourself with ExpressVPN.

00:06:57.000 right now to learn more.
00:06:59.000 FWIW publisher Kyle Tharp has highlighted the fact that year to date, the Biden-Harris
00:07:04.000 campaigns have outspent Trump on digital $142.7 million to $25.7 million.
00:07:12.000 So by a factor of about six, a little under six, they've outspent Trump on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
00:07:17.000 That's why you can't watch like a Cocomelon video with your kid without seeing a Kamala Harris for president ad. 0.98
00:07:23.000 Meanwhile, TikTok is absolutely jogging her.
00:07:26.000 Again, that site found that 24 of the top-performing TikToks last week mentioning Harris were negative.
00:07:32.000 74% were positive.
00:07:34.000 As opposed to the top posts mentioning Trump, 63% were negative on Trump.
00:07:40.000 36% were positive.
00:07:41.000 That also has to do with the fact that the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party, is definitely interested in a Kamala Harris-Tim Walz presidency.
00:07:48.000 For sure.
00:07:49.000 Without doubt.
00:07:52.000 All this is having a real-world impact.
00:07:54.000 Not quite as great as the legacy media would hope, but it's having a real-world impact.
00:07:57.000 Cook Political Report has now shifted North Carolina away from lean Republican to toss-up.
00:08:03.000 So North Carolina is now well within margin of error.
00:08:07.000 Kamala Harris is trying to make a play to put Georgia back in play. 0.99
00:08:12.000 doing campaigning in the rural areas of Georgia, the idea would be that if she can bring down the
00:08:16.000 margin in those rural areas, then she can win Georgia. If she only loses the outlying rural
00:08:20.000 areas by 10 percentage points or so, then she can win big enough in, say, the Atlanta metro,
00:08:25.000 that she ends up winning the state of Georgia. Again, the latest polls, according to the
00:08:30.000 Washington Post, show Kamala Harris leading by two points in the national presidential 0.91
00:08:35.000 polling average. She is also, right now, leading in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
00:08:41.000 And she is within margin of error in the post-polling average in North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia. 0.76
00:08:48.000 Very close race.
00:08:49.000 Fox News has some new polling out as well.
00:08:52.000 And that polling shows Kamala Harris currently leading in Arizona by one, Georgia by two, Nevada by two, Trump is up only one in North Carolina.
00:09:03.000 Okay, now, you could say that these are bad numbers for Trump, and they're not great numbers for Trump, for sure.
00:09:08.000 However, again, Kamala Harris has not been asked a single question.
00:09:11.000 Time to update the calendar, gang!
00:09:13.000 We are now on... Day... 40!
00:09:21.000 40.
00:09:21.000 Day 40.
00:09:23.000 Zero questions, day 40 of the campaign.
00:09:27.000 Insane.
00:09:28.000 Totally crazy.
00:09:29.000 Day 40.
00:09:30.000 So we'll find out whether Dana Bash does her job tonight.
00:09:32.000 Honestly, this interview is going to be more about Dana Bash than it is about Kamala Harris or Tim Walz.
00:09:36.000 For those of us who watch politics, we know exactly what Kamala Harris's response is going to be. 0.99
00:09:40.000 Absolute word salad horse crap. 0.99
00:09:43.000 That's what you're going to get. 0.99
00:09:45.000 The question is whether Dana Bash actually tries to do her job. 0.99
00:09:47.000 And it's a bit of a rock and a hard place for Dana Bash if she does her job and asks hard questions and pushes a little bit on Kamala Harris. 0.99
00:09:54.000 If Tim Walz jumps in and she says to Tim Walz, Governor, I'd love to hear your thoughts, but I'm really here to talk to the presidential candidate.
00:10:02.000 You are the vice presidential candidate, and you have very little relevance when it comes to policy.
00:10:06.000 We are told by your own campaign that the VP is not responsible for what the president does.
00:10:10.000 That's Kamala Harris's entire campaign. 1.00
00:10:11.000 So I want to hear from the candidate what she thinks.
00:10:14.000 If she actually pushes Kamala Harris, she won't be able to go to any of the nice cocktail parties and people at CNN will be very angry at her and the Democratic Party will cut her off at the knees. 1.00
00:10:23.000 If she does not push, she's not doing her basic job.
00:10:25.000 So it'll be fascinating to see how she navigates that just on a sort of political level. 1.00
00:10:29.000 But here is the thing.
00:10:31.000 Again, the entire Kamala Harris campaign relies on you knowing nothing about Kamala Harris.
00:10:37.000 First rule of Kamala Harris Fight Club, nobody talks about Kamala Harris.
00:10:42.000 That is the first rule.
00:10:44.000 You must never mention her positions. 0.99
00:10:45.000 You must never mention what her crap administration has done. 1.00
00:10:48.000 You must never mention any of these things. 0.96
00:10:50.000 And you must certainly never attempt to get to the underlying philosophy that motivates her politics.
00:10:55.000 You must never, ever attempt to do that.
00:10:57.000 Because if you dig a little bit, what you find is that the Democratic Party has gone so far to the left, so radically far to the left, that they are now indistinguishable from the Democratic Socialists of America.
00:11:09.000 That is the reality.
00:11:10.000 Look at the great intellectual luminaries of the Democratic Party.
00:11:13.000 I'm not talking about the politicians.
00:11:14.000 I'm talking about the thought leaders.
00:11:17.000 Among those thought leaders is one, Nikole Hannah-Jones.
00:11:19.000 Now, you may not have heard about Nikole Hannah-Jones recently because, after all, she hasn't done any actual work for the last five years.
00:11:25.000 She wrote the absolutely fictitious 1619 Project back in 2020.
00:11:29.000 She was given a Pulitzer for that fictitious project. 0.88
00:11:33.000 It is trash, the 1619 Project. 0.98
00:11:35.000 The entire thing is rooted in the idea that every element of American life is built on the foundation of slavery and thus morally corrupt evil and must be wiped away. 0.96
00:11:44.000 The 1619 Project falsifies history.
00:11:47.000 That's not me saying that.
00:11:48.000 That is professional historians like John Wilentz and Gordon Wood have pointed out all of the flawed history in the 1619 Project, for example.
00:11:57.000 But this supposed genius was awarded a MacArthur Fellowship in 2017.
00:12:03.000 She is the apotheosis of a democratic intellectual.
00:12:07.000 Nicole Hannah-Jones, I'll give her points for clarity. 0.99
00:12:10.000 I mean, it's stupid, but at least she's being clear. 0.97
00:12:12.000 There's one other area of your life where you need things to be clear. 0.99
00:12:15.000 That'd be your phone line.
00:12:16.000 Oh yeah.
00:12:17.000 Pure Talk will make sure that you have excellent Cell phone coverage plus premium access to the media you actually care about.
00:12:23.000 That's PeerTalk again.

00:13:11.000 That's puretalk.com slash Shapiro today.
00:13:14.000 Well, she did a speech at the Equity Summit, according to Kimberly Bryant, who is the founder of the Black Innovation Lab, and who is tweeting about the Equity Summit 2024.
00:13:26.000 Here is what she said, quote, you know what COVID taught me?
00:13:29.000 That we have enough for everybody.
00:13:32.000 Overnight, we printed $6 trillion.
00:13:34.000 We had universal healthcare.
00:13:35.000 We had universal basic income.
00:13:37.000 COVID proved it's possible.
00:13:40.000 Now, if that sounds like communism to you, that's because it is communism.
00:13:44.000 And you may recall that COVID actually ended up with 40-year highs in inflation, a massively spiraling debt problem, the complete shutdown of the American economy.
00:13:55.000 You might remember that because you were there.
00:13:57.000 But according to Nikole Hannah-Jones, that was amazing.
00:14:00.000 That is what America ought to look like.
00:14:02.000 It ought to look like the government paying you to stay home, shutting down your business, and then compensating you for shutting down your business, The government ought to provide everything for free, and it will have no impact.
00:14:14.000 Now, that's not a one-off.
00:14:15.000 Here's what she had to say this back in June at the MLK Library, talking about her Trash 1619 project.
00:14:23.000 Do y'all remember this thing called a pandemic?
00:14:26.000 Do y'all remember that?
00:14:28.000 Do you remember how, when all of a sudden, all of America was experiencing what black people experience regularly? 1.00
00:14:37.000 Right?
00:14:37.000 High unemployment rates, housing instability, inability to access health care.
00:14:43.000 We printed three to six trillion dollars overnight.
00:14:50.000 Overnight.
00:14:52.000 And all of a sudden, you couldn't evict people.
00:14:54.000 Right?
00:14:55.000 We had universal housing.
00:14:56.000 Anybody who wanted to go get that shot didn't have to show a lick of paper, a dollar, nothing.
00:15:01.000 You showed up and you got the shot.
00:15:03.000 We paid people income, universal income.
00:15:07.000 My cousin Shamir, who's in the 1619 documentary and the capitalism episode, started working at 15 years old.
00:15:13.000 The most she ever made was when she got laid off for COVID and got that check from the government to stay at home.
00:15:19.000 Wow.
00:15:19.000 The most she ever made.
00:15:21.000 And she cried about it because she was like, I have been able to save $1,000 for the first time in my life only because all these people are dying out here.
00:15:31.000 That's the first time America cared about me.
00:15:35.000 Free money.
00:15:36.000 So the proposal is free money.
00:15:38.000 Now you'll recall that the reason that the government compensated people is because the government told them they could not work.
00:15:44.000 The government said you cannot go to school.
00:15:46.000 You cannot go into your place of work.
00:15:47.000 You have to shut down your business.
00:15:49.000 They shut down the entire country.
00:15:52.000 And then they had to do some things that people could remain living and functional.
00:15:58.000 Because they had literally taken away your livelihood, which is not the same thing as a high unemployment rate that results, for example, from high levels of high school dropout, or high levels of single motherhood, or high levels of dysfunction in the home, or in the community, or in the schools.
00:16:16.000 Not the same thing.
00:16:17.000 This is the actual ideal.
00:16:19.000 This is the thing that Democrats are shooting for.
00:16:20.000 They won't say it out loud because if they ever said it out loud, people would recognize how ugly it is.
00:16:24.000 The big problem with Nikole Hannah-Jones for the Democrats is that she's constantly saying the thing out loud. 0.98
00:16:29.000 That's her saying.
00:16:30.000 I want to know what Kamala Harris disagrees with Nikole Hannah-Jones about right there. 1.00
00:16:36.000 Now, the reality is that the Biden-Harris administration has tried a lot of this.
00:16:40.000 And it's true that so many Democrats were enthusiastic about all of it.
00:16:44.000 I remember a few years ago, Ezra Klein, he was deeply unhappy at the inflation because he said, we were doing something magical.
00:16:52.000 Had a whole column about it.
00:16:53.000 We were doing something magical.
00:16:54.000 When you blew money into the economy, modern monetary theory, that debt doesn't matter.
00:16:59.000 That when you did this, you were actually creating a rising tide that was lifting all boats, but then it didn't work, and that was weird that it didn't work, and upsetting that it didn't work.
00:17:07.000 The reality is, of course, it doesn't work.
00:17:09.000 First of all, it's immoral.
00:17:10.000 Money doesn't grow on trees.
00:17:12.000 It's not magically popping out of the ground just because the Federal Reserve says it is so.
00:17:18.000 Money is merely a mechanism of exchange.
00:17:20.000 Money does not have its own inherent value.
00:17:24.000 Any more than inches have their own inherent value on a ruler.
00:17:27.000 It is a measurement and a way of quantifying exchange.
00:17:34.000 That is all money is.
00:17:36.000 That's all it's ever been.
00:17:39.000 But for the Democrats, for the Democratic Party, for Kamala Harris, the basic idea is the government can magically make money happen and then just give it out.
00:17:46.000 And that's what makes the economy go.
00:17:47.000 That is the basic theory of leftism.
00:17:50.000 When it comes to economics, it's the basic Keynesian theory.
00:17:53.000 When it comes to how economics should work, and the actual result is people feel left behind because it doesn't actually work this way.
00:18:02.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, a July Wall Street Journal-NORC poll of 1,502 U.S.
00:18:06.000 adults shows a stark gap between people's wishes and their expectations.
00:18:12.000 Americans overwhelmingly desire all the traditional trappings of the American dream. 0.95
00:18:15.000 Owning a home, having a family, looking forward to a comfortable retirement.
00:18:19.000 Very few believe that they can easily achieve it.
00:18:21.000 Now, here's the question.
00:18:22.000 We are now spending, year on year, more money than any country in the history of the planet.
00:18:28.000 Any country in the history of the planet and yet fewer Americans feel they can achieve all the things that the government has been promising them.
00:18:35.000 The home, the family, the retirement.
00:18:38.000 That's not a spending problem, folks.
00:18:41.000 That is something else.
00:18:42.000 That is a perversion of all the incentives that lead people to make the right decisions that allow them to build a home and a family and a retirement.
00:18:51.000 89% of respondents to this poll Well, you know whose fault that might be.
00:18:54.000 I mean, it might be the fault of the Biden-Harris administration, at least in large part.
00:18:56.000 percent said home ownership is easy or somewhat easy to achieve.
00:19:00.000 Well, you know whose fault that might be.
00:19:03.000 I mean, it might be the fault of the Biden-Harris administration, at least in
00:19:07.000 large part, because as it turns out, Harris and Biden have created the most
00:19:11.000 unaffordable housing market in history, according to the latest data.
00:19:15.000 Fox Business says home prices hit a new record in June amid an ongoing housing shortage, even as high mortgage rates continue to push affordability out of reach for millions of Americans.
00:19:24.000 We now have effectively stagnation and stagflation.
00:19:28.000 Why?
00:19:28.000 with regard to the real estate market.
00:19:30.000 The report adds prices increased 5.4% nationally in June when compared with the previous year,
00:19:35.000 which is only down slightly from the 5.9% pace recorded the previous month.
00:19:39.000 Bright MLS's chief economist told Fox, the upward pressure on home prices
00:19:42.000 is making this the most unaffordable housing market in history.
00:19:45.000 First time, moderate income home buyers in particular increasingly are being left out of the housing market.
00:19:52.000 Why?
00:19:53.000 Well, I mean, part of it is because of all the restrictions the Democrats have put on building all across the country.
00:19:58.000 Then it turns out that you inflate the currency, which means an increase in the interest rates,
00:20:03.000 which means higher mortgage rates.
00:20:06.000 And then because nobody wants to sell their home to get into a higher mortgage, there's just no actual available market.
00:20:14.000 So a lot of money floating around, which is pushing up the bidding prices on a shrinking market because nobody wants to get out of their current mortgage that is at 2.5% to get into a 7% mortgage.
00:20:26.000 That is all the policies that are being driven by the Democrats.
00:20:30.000 Why do Americans feel that the housing market is unaffordable?
00:20:33.000 That would be why.
00:20:34.000 According to that same Wall Street Journal poll, financial security and a comfortable retirement were similarly labeled as essential or important by 96% and 95% of people, respectively, but rated as easy or somewhat easy to pull off by only 9% and 8%.
00:20:49.000 I mean, why is that?
00:20:49.000 We're not spending more money than we have ever spent on Social Security, ever.
00:20:53.000 Again, in human history, why don't people feel their retirement is secure?
00:20:57.000 Part of it is because Social Security is a defined benefits plan.
00:21:02.000 It's not a defined contribution plan, it's a defined benefits plan.
00:21:05.000 And because we didn't take that money and do what George W. Bush suggested back in 2005, which was take that money, put that money in, say, an index fund and leave it there.
00:21:15.000 Imagine, by the way, how much money would be in the Social Security Index Fund if we actually had done what George W. Bush suggested back in 2005, when we were told by everyone that it was going to be the end of the world if we actually, quote-unquote, privatized Social Security.
00:21:30.000 Okay, let me just remind you, the Dow Jones Industrial Average in 2005, in January of 2005, I'm looking at the table right now, was 10,603.
00:21:40.000 was 10,603. That was the DJIA, the Dow Jones Industrial, in January 2025 when George W.
00:21:48.000 Bush was proposing that. And everyone went nuts.
00:21:50.000 You're going to endanger social security.
00:21:52.000 You're going to destroy social security.
00:21:53.000 And Bush's only point was, it's a pyramid scheme.
00:21:57.000 If we just take your money and we put it in an index fund and leave it there until you retire, it will be worth a lot more money.
00:22:03.000 Well, as it turns out, again, 10,603 as of January 7th, 2005.
00:22:05.000 as of January 7th, 2005.
00:22:09.000 Today, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is 41,000.
00:22:13.000 Do you know how many trillions of dollars, trillions of dollars would have poured into Social Security
00:22:20.000 But no, we decided that government should run the program.
00:22:22.000 It should run the program and raid the social security fund for whatever they decide they need on any given day. 0.78
00:22:29.000 That is democratic policymaking.
00:22:30.000 You cannot bring the private markets into bear on any of this.
00:22:33.000 And the result is people are deeply unhappy.
00:22:36.000 There is a shock.
00:22:37.000 Democrats have said everyone needs to go to college and we need to pour money into student loans.
00:22:41.000 And the cost of college has shot up.
00:22:43.000 And the worth of a degree has dropped precipitously.
00:22:46.000 Why?
00:22:47.000 Because these are all Democrat policies.
00:22:50.000 Well, the reality is that pretty much all Democratic plans rely on more tax revenue, meaning stealing more money from you.
00:22:56.000 But you might already be struggling with back taxes or unfiled returns.
00:22:59.000 Handling this alone would be a huge mistake.

00:24:02.000 Here's the point.
00:24:02.000 Democrat policies fail, but Kamala Harris has not been forced to answer for any of them.
00:24:07.000 In fact, she runs screaming from her own proposals.
00:24:10.000 Here, for example, yesterday was Harris spokesman Michael Tyler, who's asked questions about her reversal on fracking.
00:24:16.000 So back in 2019-2020, she said she wanted to ban fracking.
00:24:20.000 One of the dumbest policy positions in American history, fracking has single-handedly revolutionized global energy markets.
00:24:28.000 Brought an extraordinary amount of power back to America, particularly in foreign policy terms and also just in generalized economic terms. 0.96
00:24:35.000 Democrats want to shut it down because they actually don't like American power.
00:24:38.000 And also they have this peculiar notion that fracking is somehow significantly worse for the economy than what, importing oil from Saudi Arabia or something?
00:24:46.000 In any case, Her prior position was banning fracking.
00:24:49.000 Turns out that's kind of unpopular in states like Pennsylvania.
00:24:53.000 Pennsylvania, of course, has Marcella Shale.
00:24:56.000 One of the big industries over there.
00:24:57.000 So here is the Harris Walls spokesperson, Michael Tyler, running from questions about this.
00:25:03.000 The vice president has changed her position on fracking in Pennsylvania.
00:25:07.000 Do you know why she's changed her position? 1.00
00:25:10.000 Listen, I mean, she's been very clear here.
00:25:12.000 She's proud of the work that she's done as a part of this administration, making sure that American energy production is at an all-time high.
00:25:19.000 We want to continue that progress into her first term in office here. 0.71
00:25:25.000 And again, I think whether it's energy policy, economic policy writ large, that you have a fighter in Kamala Harris who is actually keeping the interests of the American people front and center.
00:25:39.000 Okay, you may have noticed that that was not even remotely an answer to the question.
00:25:42.000 That's called a filibuster.
00:25:43.000 Right there. 1.00
00:25:44.000 Meanwhile, her economic proposals continue to be trash. 0.97
00:25:47.000 Remember, Democratic tax policy is not about bringing down the deficit. 0.93
00:25:51.000 The deficit will not be brought down by increased taxes.
00:25:53.000 Not at the level Democrats are talking about.
00:25:55.000 You can take all the money from the rich.
00:25:57.000 All of it.
00:25:58.000 It will not last for a year in terms of what Democrats are spending.
00:26:03.000 If you actually want to radically revise American tax policy, such as to pay for all the programs that they are proposing, you have to increase the income tax to 60 to 70% for everyone, everyone, making more than about 30 grand.
00:26:16.000 How do I know that?
00:26:17.000 Because that's precisely what happens in those glorious European countries that are so worshipped by people like Bernie Sanders.
00:26:23.000 The highest tax rates kick in at what would at best be described as a middle-class income.
00:26:29.000 Usually it's a lower middle-class income.
00:26:31.000 You just, there aren't enough people making that much money that you can take all of their money and pay for everything.
00:26:36.000 That's not how any of this works.
00:26:39.000 The Harris-Walls administration, however, is in fact pursuing the insane proposal to tax unrealized capital gains, which again, is nuts.
00:26:49.000 It's nuts.
00:26:50.000 In principle, it applies to people who have over $100 million in net assets or something.
00:26:57.000 Okay, but again, how you measure that is variable, because if I own stock in my own company, and it's a privately held company, how exactly do you value that?
00:27:05.000 Not particularly clear.
00:27:06.000 But, in principle, it's basically the same thing, just for purposes of understanding, as an analogy.
00:27:11.000 You bought a house at $250,000.
00:27:11.000 You held onto it.
00:27:14.000 It's now worth a million dollars.
00:27:15.000 You haven't sold the house.
00:27:15.000 You're still living into it.
00:27:16.000 You're still living in it.
00:27:18.000 Under Kamala Harris' proposal, it's an analogy, the $750,000 upside would then be taxed at 25% that you would owe the government without having sold the house.
00:27:30.000 That's what she's saying about stock in your company, for example.
00:27:34.000 Capital gains that you haven't sold.
00:27:36.000 It's absolutely perverse.
00:27:38.000 It's nuts.
00:27:39.000 It's unconstitutional as well.
00:27:41.000 Here's CNBC's Joe Kernan laughing at the Kamala Harris spokesman, Bharat Rama, on the capital gains tax proposal.
00:27:48.000 And all the revenue that comes in from these unrealized gains taxes and the other taxes in the Harris plan are going to go to creating what she calls more opportunity.
00:27:57.000 It's to make sure that every newborn born in this country gets $6,000.
00:27:59.000 But it's not a used tax for the people who are actually using the services.
00:28:02.000 Well, look, you're arguing that this is some sort of foreign concept that's completely unknown.
00:28:07.000 It's probably unconstitutional.
00:28:10.000 And it was never in anyone's intent to tax.
00:28:14.000 It's not an income tax.
00:28:15.000 And it's never going to happen, probably.
00:28:19.000 Not in, well, I'm not going to say my life.
00:28:22.000 I wouldn't say that.
00:28:22.000 Not in Becky's life.
00:28:25.000 Kamala Harris' capital gains tax proposal here is absolutely foolish. 0.97
00:28:29.000 It would undermine the health of the American economy, obviously, but it's tough to prioritize your own health, especially if you're not sure where to start.
00:28:35.000 That's why I'm excited to introduce Lumen.

00:29:32.000 Start making yourself healthier today with Lumen.
00:29:34.000 Okay, but here's the thing.
00:29:35.000 If Democrats actually gained control of the Supreme Court, they would ram this through.
00:29:39.000 They would pretend that it is a tax on income, even though the income has not been realized.
00:29:43.000 By the way, there are all sorts of practical problems with it, obviously.
00:29:46.000 Cato Institute's tax policy director said, quote, one of the practical challenges is appropriately accounting for losses when the value of an asset declines.
00:29:54.000 So what exactly happens if I own my company, and today it's worth a billion dollars, but then we make a bunch of mistakes, and now my stock is worth $500 million?
00:30:01.000 Do I get a rebate from the government?
00:30:04.000 So in 2022, when Elon Musk's net worth declined by $182 billion, the government would have owed him a $45 billion check. 0.98
00:30:11.000 All of it's unworkable and stupid, but again, it's not about that. 0.97
00:30:13.000 It's about punishing people who earn. 1.00
00:30:15.000 That's what this is.
00:30:17.000 It has always been about that.
00:30:19.000 Because again, Democrats don't actually believe that you have to pay your debts.
00:30:22.000 They believe in modern monetary theory.
00:30:23.000 They believe that you can just blow out the spending.
00:30:25.000 You can do the Nikole Hannah-Jones thing of magically creating six trillion dollars and just helicoptering it around with no impact on pricing, with no impact on supply and demand. 0.98
00:30:36.000 It's really impressive how stupid these policies are, which is why Kamala Harris requires her corgi there to help her through her explanation of these policies. 1.00
00:30:45.000 They also require the help, again, of the tail end of that Democrat media human centipede. 0.99
00:30:50.000 So Kamala Harris is proposing $5 trillion in tax increases. 0.99
00:30:55.000 $5 trillion.
00:30:57.000 Including a 28% federal corporate tax rate and a 44.6% top capital gains and dividend tax rate, which would give America the highest total tax rate on corporate income in the developed world.
00:31:10.000 The whole developed world.
00:31:12.000 That includes Britain, that includes Sweden, all of them. 0.79
00:31:14.000 Because you have to include in that high state taxes, for example.
00:31:18.000 All that gets passed down to the workers.
00:31:20.000 So, how exactly do you sell this to the American people?
00:31:23.000 Well, you lie.
00:31:24.000 You lie.
00:31:25.000 So, for example, Axios has a piece today titled, Trump Plans Would Add $5.8 Trillion to National Debt.
00:31:31.000 Now you're thinking to yourself, wait a second, Trump is not really proposing expanding spending in the same way that Kamala Harris is proposing expanding spending.
00:31:40.000 For example, yeah, he wants to spend a lot of money, but she's going to spend more money. 0.96
00:31:43.000 So how is it possible that he's going to raise the national debt more?
00:31:47.000 The way they get to this number, the way that they get to this number is by suggesting that it is a government expenditure when you're allowed to keep your own money.
00:31:54.000 That is the cheap trick that is played here.
00:31:56.000 So, if I earn $100, and right now, $35 of those dollars immediately go to the federal government, and Donald Trump comes in, and he says, I'm lowering your tax rate.
00:32:05.000 Now you're paying $30 to the federal government. 0.94
00:32:08.000 These morons treat that as though Donald Trump has increased the national debt by $5. 0.99
00:32:12.000 First of all, that assumes non-dynamic scoring in the economy. 0.99
00:32:18.000 A dynamic scoring means that with the extra $5 I invested, my $100 becomes $110 because I'm a good investor.
00:32:25.000 And then, that 30% tax rate actually encompasses more money, for example.
00:32:31.000 Right, that would be the basic idea.
00:32:33.000 I earn $120, and because I had my tax rate reduced from 35 to 30, there's higher net revenue.
00:32:39.000 This is basically the Laffer curve.
00:32:40.000 The idea is that a growing pie, a smaller share of a growing pie, is larger than a larger share of a shrinking pie.
00:32:47.000 That is the basic logic here when it comes to tax.
00:32:49.000 So, they're assuming non-dynamic scoring.
00:32:51.000 By their logic, if you tax everybody 100%, that would be the best policy, because you'd solve all of your revenue problems immediately. 0.64
00:32:59.000 Of course, that's really stupid because then nobody would bother working, there'd be no businesses and all the rest. 0.96
00:33:04.000 That's number one. 0.99
00:33:04.000 Number two, the basic notion that it ought to be included in the debt calculation when I get to keep my own money is ridiculous. 0.99
00:33:13.000 The problem is a spending problem.
00:33:14.000 It has always been a spending problem.
00:33:17.000 The amount of money that the federal government takes in now is higher than any time in recorded history.
00:33:21.000 And the debt keeps going up.
00:33:23.000 Is that a tax rate problem?
00:33:25.000 Or is that a massive problem with stagnating growth and high expenditures?
00:33:32.000 Kamala Harris can't explain any of this because she's not been asked to and also because it makes no sense.
00:33:37.000 So she's gonna keep on flip-flopping. 1.00
00:33:39.000 And according to Democrats, by the way, that's totally fine.
00:33:41.000 Here, for example, is Democratic Savannah G.A.
00:33:44.000 Mayer, is Georgia Mayor, Van Johnson, asked about her flip-flops and he's like, listen, flip-flopping is part of the natural course of life.
00:33:50.000 It's like breathing.
00:33:53.000 What do you make of flip-flopping in this new political climate that we're in?
00:33:57.000 Does it matter, or is there a way for candidates to try and say, look, they've evolved?
00:34:04.000 Well, it is evolving.
00:34:05.000 I've been in elected politics 21 years.
00:34:08.000 This is my fifth year as mayor.
00:34:10.000 And the way I thought 21 years ago is not the way that I think now.
00:34:13.000 When you know better, you do better.
00:34:15.000 You have different experiences.
00:34:17.000 You receive new information.
00:34:19.000 Technologies change.
00:34:21.000 You hear from people.
00:34:22.000 And so I think, you know, that is a natural part of the ebb and flow as it relates to that.
00:34:30.000 It's natural ebb and flow, you see.
00:34:32.000 It's an ebb and flow.
00:34:32.000 It's an evolution.
00:34:34.000 Or she's lying.
00:34:35.000 Or she's lying.
00:34:37.000 By the way, half the policies Democrats are proposing aren't even constitutional.
00:34:41.000 Yesterday, the Supreme Court blocked Joe Biden's new student loan repayment plan.
00:34:45.000 So every two minutes, he brings out a new plan to end around the Supreme Court saying you're not allowed to simply hand people money to get rid of their student loans.
00:34:53.000 And he comes up with a new plan and the Supreme Court's like, nope!
00:34:55.000 And he tries it again, they're like, nope!
00:34:57.000 No, really, just genius-level stuff happening with this administration.
00:35:00.000 Don't worry, Kamala Harris is responsible for none of it.
00:35:03.000 In just one second, we'll get to the big democratic media lie of the day, and that is that Donald Trump did something very, very evil and terrible by going and visiting Arlington National Cemetery in order to pay homage to 13 Americans who were murdered by the Taliban and their friends for a very limited time.

00:36:16.000 We really appreciate it.
00:36:17.000 Alrighty.
00:36:17.000 Meanwhile, Democrats are trying to come up with some angle on why Donald Trump is very bad and very mean.
00:36:22.000 So Donald Trump did something deeply damaging to the Harris Walls campaign the other day.
00:36:27.000 He pointed out that Kamala Harris was the last person in the room in the horrifying decision-making on Afghanistan and that her decision-making got 13 Americans murdered at Abbey Gate in Afghanistan.
00:36:37.000 Absolutely true.
00:36:38.000 That's precisely what happened.
00:36:39.000 He went to Arlington National Cemetery.
00:36:41.000 When he went to Arlington National Cemetery, he did so not only with the go-ahead, but with the desire of Gold Star families.
00:36:51.000 So, he showed up, he placed a wreath, the Gold Star families wanted him to do so, and there were pictures that were taken and then put out.
00:36:59.000 This apparently is some sort of deep and abiding scandal.
00:37:02.000 We are now being told by the media, it is absolutely inappropriate for the former president of the United States to visit Arlington National Cemetery to pay homage to fallen American soldiers, if there are cameras there.
00:37:14.000 Now again, throughout my political life, presidents have done this sort of thing.
00:37:20.000 Barack Obama used to go and meet the caskets coming off planes to demonstrate how much he cared about the families.
00:37:26.000 Joe Biden has gone to multiple cemeteries while President of the United States, and he has done so with political purposes in mind.
00:37:33.000 And most recently, he did that, as you'll recall, when he actually visited the Ayn Marn American Cemetery in June and insulted Donald Trump in the process.
00:37:44.000 But apparently it's really bad when Donald Trump does that with the explicit permission of the Gold Star families involved.
00:37:50.000 Here was CNN reporting on this.
00:37:51.000 I mean, it's just, it boggles the mind.
00:37:53.000 So the problem is not that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have not called one of these families.
00:37:58.000 That's not a problem.
00:37:59.000 We are told, by the way, again, Gold Star families have vented their frustrations.
00:38:03.000 There has yet to be any accountability, any accountability on this.
00:38:07.000 During a press call hosted by the Trump campaign and the RNC, Cheryl Jules, aunt of Marine Corps Sergeant Nicole Gee, said history will repeat itself if the government cannot admit its failures.
00:38:16.000 She said there's never even been condolences.
00:38:19.000 They want to pretend it didn't happen.
00:38:21.000 They want to take credit for ending the war, but don't want to take responsibility for how it went down.
00:38:26.000 Mark Schmitz, father of Marine Corps Lance Corporal Jared Schmitz, emphasized one of the main goals is ensuring this never happens again.
00:38:33.000 He said, we have to make sure that any Gold Star family is not left for three years just waiting for their child's name to be read by the leader of the country.
00:38:40.000 So the big scandal here, of course, is that 13 American soldiers died in the worst foreign policy blunder of my lifetime, in which people are falling off wheel wells and American soldiers were getting blown up.
00:38:50.000 An entire country that we spent 20 years investing in was handed over to the worst people on earth, along with hundreds of millions of dollars of American weaponry and machinery.
00:39:00.000 And then none of the names of the dead are read by the administration.
00:39:03.000 None of the families are reached out to by the administration.
00:39:06.000 But the real problem is that Donald Trump paid attention to them and photos were taken.
00:39:09.000 Listen to CNN's reporting here.
00:39:11.000 All right, this morning, new details on an altercation involving Donald Trump's team at Arlington National Cemetery.
00:39:17.000 The incident happened while the former president was visiting Section 60, the burial site, for recent U.S.
00:39:23.000 casualties during his visit on Monday.
00:39:25.000 Trump's now suggesting on True Social that the problem stemmed from his campaign's use of photography.
00:39:31.000 CNN's Alayna Treen has more from Washington, D.C. 0.71
00:39:34.000 There was some back and forth here about what happened from the park and the Trump campaign.
00:39:39.000 What are you learning this morning?
00:39:42.000 Well, there's still a lot of details that are unclear here, Sarah.
00:39:45.000 And we are still trying to learn more, get more information.
00:39:47.000 But what is clear, and both sides agree on, is that there was some sort of incident.
00:39:52.000 And you can see that where you saw that video of Donald Trump laying flowers at the burial site for some of these recent fallen soldiers.
00:39:59.000 That's known as Section 60.
00:40:01.000 That is really where some of this incident, we're told, has taken place.
00:40:07.000 So it's all about whether Donald Trump adhered to the rules on photography.
00:40:10.000 It's not about the 13 dead American soldiers who are entirely ignored.
00:40:13.000 Joe Biden's at the beach.
00:40:15.000 Again, he's at the beach.
00:40:16.000 He's still the president.
00:40:17.000 I know we're supposed to pretend he's not the president anymore.
00:40:20.000 He's still the president.
00:40:21.000 He's at the beach.
00:40:23.000 He said in open debate, troops did not die on his watch. 1.00
00:40:26.000 He is a liar. 0.99
00:40:27.000 It is his fault. 1.00
00:40:28.000 And he's at the beach.
00:40:29.000 Kamala Harris put out a statement about how we honor all the dead.
00:40:32.000 Yeah, really?
00:40:33.000 Do you?
00:40:33.000 Because I noticed that you didn't call any of their families.
00:40:36.000 That's one of the things I noticed.
00:40:38.000 But the real problem is that Donald Trump went there and people took pictures.
00:40:40.000 That is just terrible.
00:40:42.000 And so we have Maggie Haberman who puts out a piece all about the images at the grave and how it dismays the family of a Green Beret buried at Arlington.
00:40:53.000 Okay, well, I noticed that a bunch of the other families are not dismayed.
00:40:56.000 Quote, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to President Donald Trump
00:40:59.000 for his presence at the recent Section 60 gathering, honoring our children and their
00:41:03.000 fallen brothers and sisters. On the three-year anniversary of the Abigail bombing, the president
00:41:07.000 and his team conducted themselves with nothing but the utmost respect and dignity for all of
00:41:11.000 our service members, including our beloved children. The statement was made on behalf of
00:41:16.000 Taylor Hoover, Sgt.
00:41:17.000 Nicole Gee, Purple Heart recipients, retired USMC Sgt.
00:41:20.000 Taylor Vargas Andrews, and retired US Marine Corps Corporal Kelsey Lainhart.
00:41:25.000 The families added, quote, we had given our approval for President Trump's official videographer and photographer to
00:41:30.000 attend the event, ensuring the sacred moment of remembrance were respectfully
00:41:34.000 captured.
00:41:34.000 And so we can cherish these memories forever.
00:41:36.000 We are deeply grateful to the president for taking the time to honor our children.
00:41:40.000 But according to the media, Trump is bad for doing this.
00:41:44.000 The Biden-Harris administration is not bad and not responsible for what actually
00:41:47.000 happened and not paying any attention to the families and ignoring them.
00:41:50.000 you And in fact, deliberately overlooking them.
00:41:53.000 Donald Trump is bad for having visited Arlington National Cemetery and pictures were taken.
00:41:56.000 Wow.
00:41:58.000 J.D.
00:41:59.000 Vance was pretty fired up about this yesterday.
00:42:00.000 Here he was pointing out that these 13 brave Americans are dead because of Kamala Harris.
00:42:06.000 Three years ago, 13 brave, innocent Americans died, and they died because Kamala Harris refused to do her job, and there hasn't been a single investigation or a single firing.
00:42:18.000 We're going to talk about a story out of those 13 brave, innocent Americans who lost their lives.
00:42:23.000 It's that Kamala Harris is so asleep at the wheel that she won't even do an investigation into what happened, and she wants to yell at Donald Trump because he showed up. 0.99
00:42:32.000 She can go to hell. 1.00
00:42:37.000 By the way, people are angry at him for having said this. 1.00
00:42:40.000 J.D.
00:42:41.000 Vance served in the military.
00:42:43.000 J.D.
00:42:43.000 Vance did.
00:42:45.000 He didn't lie about it like Tim Walz either.
00:42:50.000 That sort of passion?
00:42:51.000 The media are trying to play that.
00:42:53.000 As though it's, how could he say such a terrible thing?
00:42:56.000 How could he say she can go to hell?
00:42:57.000 How could he say such a thing?
00:42:58.000 First of all, I mean, compare that to what they've been saying about Donald Trump for the last 10 years, and it's nothing.
00:43:03.000 It doesn't even chart.
00:43:05.000 But this apparently is unhinged. 0.71
00:43:06.000 It's unhinged to say that if she ignores the dead American soldiers that her administration created, that somehow saying go to hell is like, that's the, oh wow, it's just terrible.
00:43:16.000 How, by the way, the, The Biden-Harris administration has treated dead American soldiers with nothing but contempt.
00:43:24.000 Truly contempt.
00:43:25.000 They won't even mention their names.
00:43:27.000 They pretend this stuff doesn't even happen.
00:43:29.000 You'll recall when Joe Biden literally checked his watch.
00:43:33.000 Remember, he actually checked his watch during a ceremony honoring slain heroes.
00:43:41.000 Like those actual people.
00:43:43.000 Those actual people.
00:43:44.000 He was checking his watch multiple times during the event.
00:43:49.000 It's still, again, the single most disgusting failure of the Biden administration, and there have been a lot.
00:43:53.000 There have been a lot.
00:43:54.000 All of this plays into the re-launch of the Trump campaign.
00:43:58.000 Kimberly Strassel has an entire piece on this.
00:44:01.000 She says the month-long media eclipse of Donald Trump was unprecedented, and he didn't like it.
00:44:04.000 Whether due to Trump's confusion over Kamala Harris' sudden popularity, or to a deliberate strategy to wait out her headline cycles, the Republican nominee appears newly focused on shoring up electoral terrain.
00:44:14.000 Trump loves big and enduring crowds.
00:44:16.000 The campaign still sees the value of the rallies, but knows they can't be Trump's sole event forum on this homestretch, so he's reducing some of the rallies.
00:44:24.000 He is now moving on to themes.
00:44:26.000 So he decided to pay tribute, obviously, to Arlington National Cemetery.
00:44:32.000 So that is one theme, is the weakness on foreign policy.
00:44:34.000 He's going to be touring a Michigan steel plant today to talk about inflation and manufacturing.
00:44:40.000 He's patching up feuds with people like Governor Brian Kemp in Georgia.
00:44:43.000 And of course, he's drawing in people like Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
00:44:46.000 and Tulsi Gabbard, who both have decided that they are going to endorse Donald Trump.
00:44:52.000 He's doing interviews with kind of unlikely sources.
00:44:55.000 He did an interview, for example, with former Navy SEAL podcaster Sean Ryan.
00:45:01.000 He's also been talking with people like Theo Vaughn and the Nelk Boys and Logan Paul, as well as live stream with Elon Musk.
00:45:11.000 So, he is attempting to change strategy.
00:45:15.000 The reality is, the only thing that matters here is whether he can prosecute the case against her.
00:45:19.000 Her entire campaign relies on you knowing nothing about her. 0.79
00:45:21.000 Her entire campaign.
00:45:23.000 And the stakes for Donald Trump on a personal level are pretty high, by the way.
00:45:26.000 He still has a bunch of legal trials that are in the offing.
00:45:30.000 If he loses the election, the likelihood that Donald Trump actually serves time in prison, pretty high, because the legal mechanisms have been Weaponized against him.
00:45:39.000 Here's CNN's Eli Honig pointing this out.
00:45:42.000 What happens if he loses to these cases?
00:45:45.000 It's such a good reminder of the stakes for Donald Trump, the individual.
00:45:48.000 Because if he wins, he's president, and these cases all go away or get put on indefinite long-term hold.
00:45:54.000 But if he loses, he's going to have to contend with all four of these cases.
00:45:58.000 If Donald Trump loses, he's facing serious trials, and he'll have a lot of time on his hands if he's not president.
00:46:04.000 Yeah, if he loses, I think it's very likely he's going to have two federal trials, late 2025, early 2026.
00:46:11.000 Again, the stakes are really high because the Democrats have weaponized everything.
00:46:13.000 They've weaponized social media.
00:46:14.000 They've weaponized the media.
00:46:16.000 They've weaponized the legal system, the legal infrastructure.
00:46:19.000 It's a super high stakes election.
00:46:22.000 The left loves pushing their agenda on everything, literally everything, including product lines.
00:46:26.000 I mean, have you looked at men's health products lately?
00:46:28.000 Half of them are not selling it to actual men.
00:46:30.000 I know, it's weird.
00:46:31.000 Here's the thing.
00:46:32.000 We don't need supplements designed by soy boys. 1.00

00:47:35.000 Meanwhile, it's not just that there's a lot at stake at the presidential level, there's a lot at stake with regard to the Congress.
00:47:41.000 If, God forbid, the Democrats were to achieve a triumvirate, it would fundamentally shift the way government is done in this country.
00:47:47.000 Democrats would immediately kill the filibuster in the Senate.
00:47:50.000 They would immediately ram through a bunch of voting laws that make it much easier to perform voter fraud and ballot harvesting across the country.
00:47:57.000 They would immediately try to stack the Supreme Court.
00:47:59.000 They would immediately add two new states in Washington, D.C.
00:48:02.000 and Puerto Rico, hoping that that would be four Democratic senators to permanently stack the Senate of the United States in their own favor. 0.99
00:48:09.000 That is the Democrat plan.
00:48:11.000 So, the Senate and Congressional races, they matter an awful, awful lot.
00:48:14.000 Right now, if you take a look at where we are with regard to the Senate polling, the Republicans are in the lead in West Virginia.
00:48:21.000 That is a pickup for them.
00:48:22.000 That would take them to 50.
00:48:23.000 They need one more to get to 51.
00:48:27.000 The 51st likely happens in Montana.
00:48:32.000 It is very likely that the Republicans pick up the she-he tester seat in Montana.
00:48:38.000 That one, again, looks like the most likely seat for them to pick up.
00:48:43.000 There are several other vulnerable seats for Democrats.
00:48:47.000 You have Dave McCormick, who's running against Bob Casey in Pennsylvania.
00:48:50.000 That's a possibility, although the polling in Pennsylvania right now does, in fact, have Bob Casey in a fairly solid lead.
00:48:58.000 In Arizona, the pick of Carrie Lake as the nominee appears to have been a full-scale disaster area.
00:49:04.000 Carrie Lake is the Republican nominee in Arizona.
00:49:07.000 I want her to win.
00:49:08.000 She's losing by 15 points against Ruben Gallego.
00:49:12.000 15.
00:49:12.000 Donald Trump is likely going to win Arizona, and Carrie Lake is likely going to underrun him by something like 10 points.
00:49:19.000 Turns out, when people lose an election, probably renominating them for the same position, it's a risky move at best, particularly if you're not Donald Trump.
00:49:28.000 It's risky with Trump.
00:49:30.000 It's way riskier if you're a Senate candidate.
00:49:33.000 In Nevada, the polling suggests That Sam Brown is down a little bit in Nevada.
00:49:41.000 The polling suggests that Eric Hovde is down a little bit in Wisconsin.
00:49:45.000 The bottom line is that all of this can reverse, but everybody's going to need to actually put in the work.
00:49:52.000 Because if you look at the state of these races, Ohio, Sherrod Brown is a toss-up.
00:49:59.000 Sherrod Brown is running against Bernie Moreno in Ohio.
00:50:01.000 But right now, the polling in the Ohio Senate race has Sherrod Brown up anywhere from four to six points.
00:50:07.000 Could be off.
00:50:07.000 Again, all these polls could be off.
00:50:09.000 Again, these are numbers that need to change, and they need to change fast.
00:50:13.000 Jackie Rosen, who's a terrible senator from Nevada, up about 10 points.
00:50:18.000 Republicans need to not just focus at the top of the ticket.
00:50:20.000 It is time to focus on the Senate races.
00:50:21.000 The Senate races are deeply important.
00:50:23.000 If Republicans do not pick up at least two seats here, That is going to be a massive fail, and not only a massive fail, a dangerous fail.
00:50:32.000 By the way, the same thing is true in Congress.
00:50:35.000 It turns out that in Congress, losing suburban voters is a big, big problem.
00:50:40.000 Republicans trading rural voters for suburban voters has meant that Democrats are doing better in seats that they used to lose.
00:50:49.000 Right now, the control of the House could come down to some of those suburban seats.
00:50:56.000 If you were to forecast the likely outcome in the House, currently, Republicans have 220 seats in the House of Representatives.
00:51:07.000 Democrats have 211 seats in the House of Representatives.
00:51:10.000 The latest polling forecast I've seen suggests that Republicans might end up with 219 seats.
00:51:14.000 You think they have an unworkable majority now?
00:51:17.000 Let them lose a couple of seats. 0.74
00:51:18.000 They'll be even more unworkable.
00:51:20.000 These races matter. 0.98
00:51:22.000 Republicans would be foolish to ignore the down-ballot races. 0.95
00:51:25.000 They matter an awful, awful lot. 0.87
00:51:26.000 And a lot of those down-ballot races are happening in states that are not competitive, like California or New York.
00:51:32.000 So if you are a conservative or an independent, and you don't wish to see Democrats completely rewrite the bargain of the country, if you're living in a purple district in California or New York, you matter an awful, awful lot.
00:51:43.000 Alrighty, coming up.
00:51:44.000 We're going to get into the Surgeon General of the United States declaring that parents are overwhelmed.
00:51:49.000 His solutions are not particularly useful.

00:51:56.000 Republicans or Nazis, you cannot separate yourselves from the bad white people. 0.91
00:52:01.000 Growing up, I never thought much about race. 0.95
00:52:03.000 It never really seemed to matter that much, at least not to me.
00:52:06.000 Am I racist?
00:52:07.000 I would really appreciate it if you left.
00:52:08.000 I'm trying to learn.
00:52:09.000 I'm on this journey.
00:52:10.000 I'm going to sort this out.
00:52:11.000 I need to go deeper undercover.
00:52:16.000 Joining us now is Matt, certified DEI expert.
00:52:19.000 Here's my certification.
00:52:20.000 What you're doing is you're stretching out of your white. 0.96
00:52:23.000 There's more for you in this field.
00:52:24.000 Is America inherently racist?
00:52:26.000 The word inherent is challenging there.
00:52:28.000 You want to rename the George Washington Monument to the George Floyd Monument?
00:52:31.000 America is racist to its bones.
00:52:33.000 So inherently? 0.98
00:52:33.000 Yes. 0.98

00:52:43.000 Does he not exist?
00:52:44.000 Hi, Robin.
00:52:46.000 Hi.
00:52:46.000 What's your name?
00:52:47.000 I'm Matt.
00:52:48.000 I just had to ask who you are because you have to be careful.
