The Ben Shapiro Show

Ep. 308 - Katy Perry Hates Walls...Except Around Her House

Summary

According to the left, all sexual behavior is malleable, and based largely on social structures that have been implemented by the patriarchy, men and women don t exist but for their self-perception. That's why Caitlyn Jenner isn't just a man with a mental disorder and some plastic surgery and hormone injections, she's as much of a woman as Michelle Obama. The left reasons that if a man can be a woman, then a man who only wants to have sex with biological women must be a "bigot." And if a woman is a lesbian, it's discriminatory of her to not want to have sexual contact with a male who identifies as a woman. And a bisexual man who wants sex with people of both sexes, but only if they're good-looking? He's a " bigot." You're a bigot, you're a "Bigot." Ben Shapiro explains why this is nonsense, and how to get people to accept transgender people sexually when people's sexuality is supposedly "unchanging" and unchanging. Plus, he talks about the Trump budget and terrorism, and why the left's bizarre views on terrorism are worse than the ones the right-wing media have been able to understand. Ben Shapiro is a writer, comedian, and podcaster. He's also the host of the podcast "The Weekly Standard" and hosts the radio show "The Ben Shapiro Show" on SiriusXM Radio. and is a regular contributor on Comedy Central's "Off The Record" and "The View From The Hill." and hosts his own podcast, "The Late Show with John Rocha. on HBO's "New Girlboss" and his new book, "Girlboss." and he's also a regular on the Tonight Show with Rachel Maddow. Transcript

00:00:00.000 You.
00:00:00.000 Yes, you.
00:00:01.000 You are a bigot.
00:00:03.000 Are you a straight man who only wants to have sex with women?
00:00:05.000 Are you a gay man who only wants to have sex with men?
00:00:08.000 Are you a bisexual man who wants to have sex with people of both sexes, but only if they're good-looking?
00:00:12.000 Are you asexual?
00:00:13.000 You're a bigot.
00:00:14.000 According to Samantha Allen of the Daily Beast, it is, quote,
00:00:30.000 It turns out that according to the left, all sexual behavior is malleable and based largely on social structures that have been implemented by the patriarchy.
00:00:37.000 Men and women don't exist but for their self-perception.
00:00:40.000 We know that a man can be a woman and a woman can be a man regardless of biology.
00:00:43.000 That's why Caitlyn Jenner isn't just a man with a mental disorder and some plastic surgery and hormone injections.
00:00:48.000 Caitlyn Jenner is as much of a woman as Michelle Obama.
00:00:50.000 The left reasons that if a man can be a woman, then a man who only wants to have sex with biological women must be a bigot.
00:00:56.000 His desires have been wrongly defined by a society that restricted the definition of womanhood to, you know, like, women.
00:01:03.000 If only men had been exposed to the deeper truth of gender early.
00:01:06.000 If only they'd known that some women have male genitalia.
00:01:09.000 Then perhaps they'd be willing to have sex with biological men who are actually women.
00:01:12.000 The same holds true with regard to homosexuals, of course.
00:01:15.000 If a woman is a lesbian, it's discriminatory of her to not want to have sex with a man who identifies as a woman.
00:01:21.000 Her desires have also been shaped by her environment.
00:01:23.000 And her environment has run a stark, but wrong, oh ever so wrong, contrast between biological men and biological women.
00:01:30.000 If all of this sounds insane, that's because it's totally crazy.
00:01:33.000 Straight men are attracted to women, not men who identify as women.
00:01:36.000 Straight women are attracted to biological men.
00:01:38.000 As a general rule, homosexuals are attracted to members of the same biological sex.
00:01:42.000 Attempting to pretend away reality does not change that reality.
00:01:45.000 But the left is plagued by two myths that lie in direct opposition to one another.
00:01:50.000 The first,
00:01:51.000 All human behavior can be changed by changing society at large.
00:01:55.000 The second, all human behavior is innate and unchanging.
00:01:58.000 Under the first myth, if we just train people that men and women are the same, and that even their genitals don't provide a meaningful difference, men will begin having sex with transgender women, and women will begin having sex with transgender men.
00:02:09.000 Under the second myth, however, transgender identity itself is immutable and unchanging, as is homosexuality and heterosexuality.
00:02:16.000 This provides an unanswerable conundrum for transgender advocates.
00:02:19.000 How can they get people to accept transgender people sexually when people's sexuality is supposedly unchanging?
00:02:25.000 So, the left merely ignores the problem and papers it over with the word bigot.
00:02:29.000 Reality isn't bigotry.
00:02:30.000 People are attracted to people they're attracted to.
00:02:32.000 There is a biological component to that, as well as a cultural component, but ignoring biology in favor of culture is idiotic, and ignoring culture in favor of biology is ignorant.
00:02:41.000 They both play a part.
00:02:42.000 The suggestion that discriminatory nastiness is at the root of perfectly logical biological desire for people to have sex with members of the opposite biological sex is merely a slur, a crutch to cover up the illogic of the far left when it comes to both gender and sex.
00:02:56.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.
00:02:57.000 This is The Ben Shapiro Show.
00:03:03.000 Oh, lots to get to today.
00:03:03.000 We're going to go through the Trump budget.
00:03:05.000 We are also going to go through the left's bizarre views with regard to terrorism.
00:03:09.000 But before we do any of that, first, I want to say thank you to our sponsors over at Tracker.
00:03:14.000 So, do you lose stuff a lot?
00:03:15.000 I lose stuff a lot.
00:03:17.000 As people in our office can tell you, I often lose equipment when I'm on the road.
00:03:21.000 I wouldn't have if I'd put a tracker on that.
00:03:23.000 So, at home, I put a tracker on my keys, I put a tracker on my wallet, I put a tracker on my phone, and by doing that, it makes sure that I never lose any of these things.
00:03:31.000 My wife's phone always falls asleep or dies, and we never know where it is.
00:03:35.000 That's why there's a tracker on the thing, so that we can find it.
00:03:38.000 The way that it works, it's like a coin-sized device, and you put it right there on the keys, on the phone, on the wallet, and then, you can use your phone, or you can use your keys, to hunt down your phone.
00:03:46.000 You just hit the button,
00:03:47.000 And boom, you suddenly get the noise and it locates the phone, wallet, or keys for you.
00:03:52.000 If the zombie apocalypse is here, and you don't know where you put the chainsaw, well, you should have put a tracker on the chainsaw.
00:03:58.000 You're never going to have to worry about losing things again thanks to tracker.com.
00:04:01.000 So you go to tracker.com.
00:04:03.000 It's T-R-A-C-K-R dot com.
00:04:07.000 I don't know.
00:04:27.000 Also, if you try Tracker out with our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can find out what you've been missing.
00:04:31.000 So if you don't like it, then you get your money back as well.
00:04:33.000 So there's no risk to you.
00:04:34.000 Again, tracker.com is that promo code Ben, so they know that we sent you as well.
00:04:38.000 Okay, so...
00:04:39.000 There's been more fallout from this terrorist attack that happened in Manchester on, I guess it was Monday evening.
00:04:46.000 And the left continues to demonstrate why it is that nobody will trust them with national security.
00:04:51.000 First off, it is important to note the background of the attacker here.
00:04:54.000 It turns out the attacker may have had links directly to terrorist groups.
00:04:57.000 They've now arrested, I guess, four people.
00:04:59.000 Uh, who are involved in this terror cell.
00:05:01.000 So the idea that this was another one of these lone wolves, you can never see it coming.
00:05:05.000 This guy had been, had been on the radar of the police, always their red flags.
00:05:09.000 This guy had been on the radar of the police for years.
00:05:12.000 According to the BBC, a bunch of people had actually called him in, uh, to the police because of his views, and because he and his friends were expressing craziness a while ago, and the police just didn't see it coming, and now there are 22 people dead, including an 8-year-old girl, a 14-year-old girl.
00:05:27.000 It's just horrific all the way through.
00:05:30.000 And there are people in Britain who are concerned that there may be another terror attack.
00:05:33.000 They went on critical alert yesterday, which means that they felt that another terror attack was imminent.
00:05:37.000 Theresa May is the Prime Minister of Britain.
00:05:39.000 She came out and she said that yesterday.
00:05:41.000 It is now concluded, on the basis of today's investigations, that the threat level should be increased for the time being, from severe to critical.
00:05:53.000 This means that their assessment is not only that an attack remains highly likely,
00:05:58.000 But that a further attack may be imminent.
00:06:02.000 I mean, that's scary stuff, obviously.
00:06:04.000 And the fact that all of these, the fact that all these people on the left don't understand, in basic terms, why there is concern about the rise of Muslim immigration into, unvetted Muslim immigration, into states like Britain is just asinine.
00:06:19.000 You know, when the mayor of London, who's a Muslim guy, when he says that people just need to get used to terror attacks,
00:06:24.000 Look, the fact is that there are some terror attacks that are going to be non-preventable.
00:06:28.000 There will be.
00:06:29.000 There will be some terror attacks that are non-preventable in the same way that some school shootings are non-preventable.
00:06:33.000 But it is also true that those terror attacks are not all terror attacks, and this one was clearly preventable.
00:06:38.000 You had what looks very much like a terror cell operating in the center of Britain.
00:06:42.000 And it is a fact that as your unvetted Muslim population goes up in a country, so does your rate of terror attack.
00:06:49.000 This has been true in France.
00:06:50.000 It's been true in Germany.
00:06:51.000 It's been true in Sweden.
00:06:53.000 It's been true in Britain.
00:06:54.000 You know, pretending that the culture of the populations that you intake has nothing to do with the activities of those populations is just silly all around.
00:07:03.000 Now, naturally, the left has found its enemies, and its enemies are the right.
00:07:06.000 So, you know, they know exactly who to blame.
00:07:09.000 This Democratic senator, Chris Murphy,
00:07:12.000 Who is from Connecticut, I believe.
00:07:15.000 He came out yesterday and he said that the real problem here, obviously, is Donald Trump.
00:07:19.000 I mean, if we're really going to worry about the possibility of terror attack, clearly President Trump is to blame for some odd reason that he can't explain.
00:07:27.000 And so many of us are worried about some of the rhetoric of the Trump administration because we worry that that combined with robust online recruitment might end up in an attack like this happening in the United States.
00:07:40.000 Okay, the idea that if Trump goes out there and says things that Muslims in the United States are going to join terror groups is just asinine.
00:07:46.000 It's just really silly.
00:07:48.000 The fact is that people who go out and commit acts of terror are people who are deeply ensconced in a religious worldview that does not care whether Obama is president or whether Trump is president.
00:07:56.000 As we know, worldwide terror rose dramatically when President Obama was president.
00:08:01.000 Is it because terrorists liked Obama less than they liked Bush?
00:08:04.000 Of course not.
00:08:05.000 They hated George W. Bush.
00:08:06.000 They thought George W. Bush was a cowboy.
00:08:07.000 They thought that he was a crazy Texan cowboy, Christian guy.
00:08:11.000 And supposedly, Obama was going to smooth those details over, remember?
00:08:14.000 You remember how Obama went on his apology tour?
00:08:16.000 He went to Cairo and talked about how the Western world was largely responsible for all of this evil, and the Muslim population, well, they couldn't be blamed if they were really radicalized, because after all, the West had done all of these terrible things.
00:08:28.000 And then, he proceeded to allow radical Muslims to take over a bunch of countries.
00:08:33.000 And lo and behold, the terror rates increase.
00:08:35.000 So it really has very little to do with what America says.
00:08:38.000 It has much more to do with how many terrorists we allow to live.
00:08:42.000 But again, the left is living in this imagined world, this John Lennon imagined world where it's religion and borders that's really the problem.
00:08:50.000 Everybody deep down wants the same thing.
00:08:52.000 Absolute nonsense.
00:08:53.000 Everybody deep down does not want the same thing.
00:08:55.000 Some people have religious devotion to murder other people.
00:08:57.000 Katy Perry is the latest example of this.
00:09:00.000 This video is no longer available, apparently.
00:09:04.000 Apparently, she took it down.
00:09:07.000 But yesterday, there was a video of Katy Perry talking with some talk show hosts about the Manchester Massacre, and here's what she had to say.
00:09:14.000 I think that the greatest thing we can do is just unite and love on each other.
00:09:20.000 And, like, no barriers, no borders.
00:09:22.000 Like, we all need to just coexist.
00:09:29.000 Okay, it's very hard to coexist with people who want to murder you.
00:09:31.000 So some people were saying, she was saying this about the fanbase between Ariana Grande's fanbase, because this happened at an Ariana Grande concert, and Katy Perry's fanbase.
00:09:38.000 Okay, first of all, if your chief concern in the aftermath of a terrorist attack is the coming together of two pop star fanbases, I'm gonna go with your slightly myopic.
00:09:47.000 If she means that the entire world needs to have no borders, no barriers,
00:09:51.000 Katy Perry owns a $19 million house in Los Angeles with a giant barrier all around it.
00:09:56.000 Why?
00:09:56.000 Because she can't even trust the paparazzi not to come into her yard, let alone Islamic extremists.
00:10:00.000 So the idea that we can all just get together and be friends, and if we're just kinder and gentler to one another, that if we just live our lives and be nice to one another that this is going to fix things...
00:10:11.000 It's actually sort of disrespectful to Islamic terrorists.
00:10:13.000 And what I mean by that is they don't deserve respect, obviously, but it's implying that they're just a bunch of vacillating dweebs who will just switch away from Islamic terrorism the minute that we're nice to them.
00:10:24.000 Like, if we had offered them free Ariana Grande tickets, then maybe they wouldn't have bombed the place.
00:10:28.000 Okay, this is just silliness.
00:10:30.000 Obviously, there is a mode of thought that suggests that the West is evil and needs to be destroyed.
00:10:35.000 Mark Stein has a really good piece on this today.
00:10:38.000 We're good to go.
00:10:57.000 I disagreed with some of the material in Charlie Hebdo, but they have every right to do that, and it's good that publications like Charlie Hebdo exist, even though I really disagreed with it.
00:11:06.000 Now, the same thing is true with Ariana Grande.
00:11:08.000 We here on the program, we've deconstructed culture with Ariana Grande.
00:11:11.000 I don't like a lot of the messages of her songs.
00:11:13.000 I think that she's contributing to a pop culture that isn't very good, but that said, I'm glad that people like Ariana Grande are allowed to perform however people like Ariana Grande
00:11:22.000 I don't know.
00:11:42.000 This idea that we can all co-exist.
00:11:44.000 That bumper sticker is the dumbest bumper sticker in the world.
00:11:46.000 It's such a dumb bumper sticker because the fact is that only some of the people on that bumper sticker actually wish to co-exist.
00:11:53.000 Other people on that bumper sticker wish not to co-exist.
00:11:56.000 There's a Jewish star on the co-exist bumper sticker and there's an Islamic crescent on the bumper sticker.
00:12:00.000 There are 1.2 million Muslims living inside Israel.
00:12:03.000 There are Muslim MKs living inside Israel.
00:12:05.000 Members of Knesset living inside Israel.
00:12:06.000 There's a Muslim Supreme Court judge inside Israel.
00:12:09.000 I think two of them now.
00:12:10.000 You know, the fact is that there are zero Jews living in Saudi Arabia and they barred Israeli Jewish journalists from even coming into the country.
00:12:16.000 Is that coexistence?
00:12:18.000 The idea that the Judeo-Christian society is in just a question of coexistence with the Islamic radicals is absolutely asinine.
00:12:26.000 And it's also asinine to pretend that there are very few of these people, because the fact is there may be very few people who are willing to commit terror.
00:12:32.000 There are a hell of a lot of people who are willing to cheer them on, and that's a very frightening prospect that we ought to take, certainly, very seriously.
00:12:42.000 It's such foolishness, and again, this is why people don't trust... Remember, Katy Perry
00:12:47.000 You know, was the person who was stumping for Hillary Clinton.
00:12:50.000 Katy Perry was an acolyte of Hillary Clinton's.
00:12:53.000 Katy Perry was somebody who was out there pushing for Hillary Clinton for President of the United States, wearing the Obama dress, wearing the Hillary Clinton dress.
00:13:01.000 She is considered a respected voice in the left-wing movement.
00:13:04.000 That voice, that's not somebody you're going to trust with national security, and that's why
00:13:09.000 Really, that's why, you know, you saw that Rasmussen's reporting that Trump's approval ratings have bumped back up to 48%.
00:13:14.000 Now, Rasmussen's usually a little bit of an outlier in terms of approval ratings, but Trump's approval ratings have increased.
00:13:20.000 That's for a couple of reasons.
00:13:22.000 One, he went on this foreign trip and he's not making any big boo-boos.
00:13:24.000 He really isn't.
00:13:25.000 You know, we can make fun of the sword dance and the touching of the glowing orb in Saudi Arabia and all of this, but Trump really has avoided a lot of big boo-boos, which is good for him.
00:13:33.000 Also, there was a massive terror attack, and when there's a massive terror attack, people want somebody in charge who wants to kill the people who want to perpetrate the terror attack.
00:13:39.000 It's that simple.
00:13:41.000 Trump's approval rating has bumped because people are not focused on the Trump-Russia stuff.
00:13:44.000 They're focused on the terror attack, and they're focused on the fact that he's out of the country, and Trump isn't using Twitter to distract them.
00:13:50.000 Now, this, I think, proves the case that we have been making here on The Ben Shapiro Show for a long time, which is Trump could be successful if he could control himself, stop at the trigger craziness, and just pursue policy.
00:14:01.000 You know, I hope that this foreign trip is actually a wake-up call to President Trump, that if he does more of this, then he'll be just fine.
00:14:07.000 So, again, the world is what the world is, and for all of the foibles that President Trump has pursued, when President Trump says he wants to kill as many terrorists as possible and treat them as the evil losers that they are, I think most people resonate to that.
00:14:20.000 Now, I do want to talk about the Democratic narrative regarding Trump-Russia collusion totally falling apart, but before I do that, I want to say thank you to our sponsors over at Blinkist.
00:14:29.000 So,
00:14:30.000 I love Blinkist.
00:14:31.000 This is a new app that you download to your phone and it is just fantastic.
00:14:36.000 What is it?
00:14:37.000 Well, Blinkist helps you read all of these books without actually having to read all of the books.
00:14:41.000 You look at what they call blinks.
00:14:42.000 You have all this stuff to do.
00:14:44.000 You have 15 minutes in the car.
00:14:46.000 And you don't really want to listen to 500 pages of a novel.
00:14:49.000 You don't want to listen to 500 pages of a business book.
00:14:51.000 You actually just want to get the main points.
00:14:53.000 That's what Blinkist does.
00:14:54.000 It boils down all of these large books to smaller points so that you can digest them.
00:14:59.000 The Blinkist app has over 2,000 of the best-selling nonfiction books transformed into packs that you can read or listen to in just 15 minutes.
00:15:05.000 What's fantastic about that is that I've read a lot of the books on these lists, but it's 500 pages.
00:15:11.000 And all you come up with after reading 500 pages is the basic points anyway.
00:15:15.000 So you may as well just read the Blinkist, or you may listen to the Blinkist in your car, and then you get all of the main points anyway.
00:15:21.000 I mean, they have the book on there, by the way, Why Nations Fail, right?
00:15:23.000 Terrific book about national development and why nations collapse.
00:15:27.000 Well, Why Nations Fail is not only a terrific book, it's also on Blinkist, so that means that you don't have to wade through those 500 pages.
00:15:35.000 What I remember about Why Nations Fail, it could probably be boiled down into 15 minutes.
00:15:39.000 And so, instead of having to read the whole book and then try to remember the 15 minutes worth of content that you remember, you just go to Blinkist and they'll give you the 15 minutes of content that are the most important.
00:15:47.000 If you're just reading these books, if you're lucky, maybe you'll get through one book a week, but with the Blinkist app, you can get through two or three books on your way home.
00:15:54.000 You just learn and learn and learn.
00:15:55.000 If you're addicted to information the way I am, Blinkist is the place for you.
00:15:59.000 They have a special offer just for our audience.
00:16:01.000 If you go to Blinkist.com slash Ben right now, if you go to Blinkist.com slash Ben, then you will get your free trial.

00:16:25.000 Again, they take all of these books and they boil them down into power packs that you can digest on your ride home.
00:16:31.000 Terrific app.
00:16:31.000 Again, use that slash Ben to let them know that we sent you as well.
00:16:34.000 Okay, so...
00:16:36.000 Well, Trump is abroad.
00:16:37.000 This has been a much better week for President Trump.
00:16:39.000 The last three weeks in a row were Fs for President Trump.
00:16:42.000 This one has been much closer to an A for President Trump.
00:16:45.000 And part of that is because the Democrats are still struggling to come up with this Trump collusion narrative that works.
00:16:50.000 And they're having a tough time with it.
00:16:52.000 So, John Brennan, who's a former CIA director under President Obama,
00:16:57.000 He was the CIA director all the way up to January 20th.
00:16:59.000 And he has called to the Hill to testify in front of the House Intelligence Committee about the leaks and about the Trump-Russia investigation.
00:17:07.000 And he says a lot of things that the Democrats are going to have a real tough time putting back in the box.
00:17:12.000 So the first thing that he says is that Trump is not crazy to worry about the leaks inside his administration.
00:17:17.000 So Democrats have been saying that Trump is just using the leaks as a way to distract from all of the real issues with his candidacy and with his administration.
00:17:26.000 It's just not true.
00:17:27.000 John Brennan says the leaks have to be stopping.
00:17:29.000 Remember, this is an Obama guy.
00:17:31.000 And those two protocols are, one is that such intelligence, classified intelligence, is not shared with visiting foreign ministers or local ambassadors.
00:17:38.000 It's shared through intelligence channels because it needs to be handled the right way.
00:17:42.000 And it needs to make sure that it is not exposed.
00:17:45.000 He didn't do that, again, if the press charges are accurate.
00:17:48.000 Secondly, before sharing any classified intelligence with foreign partners, it needs to go back to the originating agency to make sure that the language in it is not, even just providing the substance, going to reveal sources and methods and compromise the future collection capability.
00:18:03.000 What I'm very concerned about, though, is the subsequent releases of what appears to be classified information purporting to
00:18:10.000 Point to the originator of the information, liaison partners.
00:18:14.000 These continue to be very, very damaging leaks, and I find them appalling, and they need to be tracked down.
00:18:20.000 Okay, so there is Brennan basically saying what Democrats have been denying for a while, which is that these leaks are bad.
00:18:28.000 Okay, it's not good that the leaks are coming out.
00:18:29.000 He rips Trump for spilling classified information.
00:18:32.000 That's Trump's prerogative, obviously.
00:18:34.000 I don't think he should have done it.
00:18:35.000 I think that he's loose lips sink ships, but by the same token,
00:18:38.000 Trump is the president of the United States.
00:18:39.000 That's not a crime.
00:18:40.000 It is a crime to leak all of this intelligence to the papers, because remember, we didn't learn directly from Trump as the general public.
00:18:46.000 We didn't learn that it was an Israeli source in ISIS from Trump himself.
00:18:51.000 We learned that from leaks of the conversation to the general public.
00:18:54.000 That's sort of a problem.
00:18:56.000 Brendan went even further.
00:18:57.000 He was asked about contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia, and he said straight out, no, I don't really have evidence of collusion.
00:19:03.000 There may be contacts, but no evidence of collusion.
00:19:05.000 I encountered and am aware of information and intelligence that revealed contacts and interactions between Russian officials and U.S.
00:19:17.000 persons involved in the Trump campaign.
00:19:24.000 I don't know.
00:19:39.000 We're good to go.
00:19:59.000 Buried in that statement is he doesn't know, right?
00:20:02.000 He doesn't know that there was collusion.
00:20:04.000 He says there are connections between the Trump campaign and Russia.
00:20:06.000 We already know that.
00:20:06.000 We know Manafort was connected with Russia.
00:20:08.000 We know Flynn was connected with Russia.
00:20:09.000 But we're not learning anything new here from Brennan.
00:20:12.000 All we're hearing is, I was suspicious, but we never really uncovered anything.
00:20:16.000 And then Brennan is asked, was there pressure from Trump at any point to end the investigation?
00:20:21.000 And he says, I'm not aware of any pressure to end any investigation from President Trump.
00:20:25.000 Have any members of the IC shared with you
00:20:29.000 Are you aware of any efforts the President has made to enlist the support of intelligence community personnel to push back on a narrative involving the collusion issue that Mr. Rooney was asking about?
00:20:53.000 Okay, again, he keeps saying all of these narratives that the left has been pushing, there's no evidence for them.
00:20:58.000 So he says, is there any evidence of Trump pressuring, and this is what Schiff says, and Brennan says, I haven't heard anything about that.
00:21:05.000 So you have the New York Times report last week that comes out and says that all of these people were pressured, and no one yet has actually come out and said that they were pressured.
00:21:12.000 There's yet to be anybody who's come out formally and said they're pressured.
00:21:14.000 We've had anonymous sourcing, but Comey's gonna testify?
00:21:17.000 He's gonna have to answer a very simple question that is, that's gonna remain on the table here, and that is, why didn't you quit?
00:21:23.000 If you feel like you were so pressured, why didn't you just quit?
00:21:26.000 Okay, as somebody who felt pressured at the, at an organization called Breitbart News, you know, with regard to, to the, the, the love for President Trump, I quit.
00:21:37.000 When I thought they were doing something illegitimate, I quit.
00:21:39.000 If Comey thought something illegitimate was happening, he too should have quit.
00:21:43.000 So, you know, John Brennan is basically exploding left narratives.
00:21:45.000 He's burying the lead, right?
00:21:47.000 I mean, he's burying all of the language about how there's no collusion in lots of language about how there's suspicious smoke.
00:21:53.000 But bottom line, no collusion, no evidence of tampering, no evidence of any of this stuff.
00:21:59.000 And yet the left continues to go completely nuts over it.
00:22:01.000 Well, we'll talk more about that.
00:22:03.000 I also want to talk about the budget and President Trump's budget.
