00:00:43.000According to the New York Post, the Bank of America executive, randomly slain near Times Square, was preparing to build a life with her husband and five month old daughter.
00:00:51.000Her family revealed in a heartbreaking statement on Wednesday, relatives of Aaron Piacenti, 32, said they were devastated by her unprovoked stabbing death on Monday.
00:00:59.000That was her first day back at work after maternity leave.
00:01:03.000She was stabbed to death by this very overweight, Mentally ill person on the streets of New York with a couple of knives who then ended up being shot by the cops.
00:01:14.000And people, some people in the blue sky world immediately decided that actually Aaron Piacenti deserved to die, that they deserved to die, that she deserved to die.
00:01:25.000And the reason she deserved to die is because she worked for Bank of America.
00:01:29.000Doesn't matter that she was not exactly like the president of Bank of America.
00:01:34.000And even if she were, that's legal in the United States to be a bank executive.
00:01:38.000The idea is that if you work for the system in any way and someone stabs you, we ought to celebrate.

00:02:13.000So, yesterday, the judge read the so called Tui Rodriguez instructions.
00:02:17.000So, there is a system in Massachusetts where if the jury keeps coming back and saying we can't make a decision, a hung jury, then you can give what's called a Tui Rodriguez charge.
00:02:29.000The goal is to help break a jury impasse without coercing a verdict.
00:02:36.000If you were left in doubt of any element of the crime, the defendant is entitled to the benefit of the doubt and must be acquitted.
00:02:45.000However, in conferring together, you ought to pay proper respect to each other's opinions and listen with an open mind to each other's arguments.
00:02:55.000Thus, where there is disagreement, jurors for acquittal should consider whether a doubt in their own minds is a reasonable one if it makes no impression on the minds of others who are equally honest, equally intelligent, And who have heard the same evidence with the same attention, with an equal desire to arrive at the truth, and who have taken the same oath as jurors.

00:03:49.000I've said before, I think that under Massachusetts law, which is kind of rigged for the defense in this particular case, because the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt in Massachusetts that she was sane and rational when she killed her kids, which is a pretty heavy lift.
00:04:04.000But that has not stopped all of the ambulatory psychotics outside the courtroom from doing their thing.
00:04:11.000One of those people is a crime junkie named Dawn Light.
00:04:15.000She was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly filming jurors in Lindsey Clancy's case.
00:04:19.000She pled not guilty to the charge of aggravated intimidation of a juror in the same courthouse where Clancy's high profile triple murder trial has been underway for the past six weeks.
00:04:28.000Apparently, she pulled her blue Toyota into a restricted area of the court and filmed and took photos from inside the car as jurors were leaving court.
00:04:35.000She was adamant she wasn't filming jurors, but waiting to see if Clancy would come out of the building.
00:04:39.000But then, of course, they looked at her phone and it turns out that she was filming the jurors.
00:04:42.000The idea is that this was a form of jury intimidation.
00:04:45.000There is some video of her running out of the courthouse after allegedly filming the jurors.
00:05:30.000They call your business, you don't answer, and that's it.

00:09:27.000She had a documented history of serious mental health problems, but that history was never even presented to the jury, and she was sentenced to two life sentences.

00:09:40.000Her entire defense is centered on severe postpartum psychosis and whether she understood what she was doing.
00:09:46.000And yes, mental illness should be taken seriously, postpartum psychosis should be taken seriously, but it should have been taken seriously for Latarsha Sanders, too.
00:09:58.000Well, he says that she wouldn't be allowed to plead not guilty by reason of insanity were she black.
00:10:03.000Literally this week, a woman is acquitted in the Bronx on similar charges, killing her young kids, two of them, in 2022 while suffering from postpartum psychosis.
00:10:14.000And the judge ruled that she was mentally ill.
00:10:19.000Her name is Damone Fleming and she is black.
