00:00:00.000 Well, folks, in a surprise drop this week, Daily Wire is releasing a brand new film.
00:00:05.000 It is called Lady Ballers.
00:00:06.000 If you haven't seen the trailer, we're going to show that to you in just a second.
00:00:10.000 I'm joined here by the director, writer, star, key grip of the film.
00:00:16.000 I have no key grip.
00:00:19.000 You have to have actual skills to be a key grip.
00:00:22.000 So, I want to show the trailer, we're going to watch the trailer, then we're going to react to the trailer, and then we're going to talk about how this movie came to be, because it's absurd on every possible level.
00:00:29.000 So, let's play this thing.
00:00:31.000 In a world where women's sports is being transformed, The Daily Wire calls foul with the most triggering comedy
00:00:44.000 of the year.
00:00:45.000 Guys, this is serious.
00:00:56.000 Sports can be your pathway to a better life.
00:00:58.000 More like yours.
00:01:00.000 Please don't steal my catalytic converter again.
00:01:02.000 Winning matters.
00:01:03.000 It's the key ingredient in becoming a winner.
00:01:05.000 Maybe you should try it sometime.
00:01:08.000 Are you gonna move?
00:01:09.000 I am not.
00:01:10.000 Let's cut to the chase.
00:01:14.000 I know you're not a woman.
00:01:16.000 Do you know how he identifies?
00:01:18.000 If you can beat them.
00:01:19.000 What do you know about the US Opens for the Global Games?
00:01:21.000 You want us to compete as women.
00:01:24.000 $5,000 prizes.
00:01:24.000 My lover says you were a great coach back in the day.
00:01:27.000 Join.
00:01:27.000 This is the way the world is now.
00:01:29.000 My eight-year-old daughter told me all about it.
00:01:31.000 So a guy can become a girl with no physical changes at all.
00:01:35.000 Oh, that's called gender fluid.
00:01:36.000 So I can be a woman on the court and a man in the bedroom.
00:01:40.000 I can't believe it.
00:01:41.000 Nice!
00:01:42.000 You mean when you're sleeping?
00:01:44.000 Yes.
00:01:46.000 Coach.
00:01:46.000 Alice.
00:01:48.000 We could play basketball.
00:01:49.000 We'd have to get the whole team back together.
00:01:50.000 It's time.
00:01:51.000 We're in.
00:01:52.000 I'm in.
00:01:53.000 I'm in!
00:01:54.000 Shoot blank.
00:01:55.000 Lady ballers.
00:01:56.000 Mind up!
00:02:00.000 You ain't good girl.
00:02:01.000 I'm with her.
00:02:03.000 Oh!
00:02:05.000 I'm in my troop!
00:02:07.000 This is my troop!
00:02:09.000 Bro Heroes Day one of being a girl athlete.
00:02:13.000 of being a girl athlete.
00:02:15.000 I love being a girl!
00:02:16.000 We could dominate every woman's sport.
00:02:20.000 Running.
00:02:21.000 Swimming.
00:02:22.000 Soccer.
00:02:23.000 I said sport, Felix!
00:02:26.000 It's ladies' basketball, boys.
00:02:29.000 Nobody watches.
00:02:32.000 Excuse me.
00:02:33.000 Are these seats open?
00:02:36.000 Never mind.
00:02:37.000 Getting dunks.
00:02:38.000 And tucking trunks.
00:02:46.000 You know she did it.
00:02:50.000 Oh Oh, no!
00:02:55.000 That's the biggest d*** I've ever seen on a lady.
00:02:58.000 I don't care.
00:03:02.000 One can even be trans aged now.
00:03:04.000 Which provides Shelix with a wonderful opportunity to relive all the experiences that she missed out on in school.
00:03:12.000 So that's a thing you did.
00:03:21.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:03:22.000 We like to make friends.
00:03:24.000 Okay, so let's go back to the inception of this idea.
00:03:29.000 So you approached me and you said we should make a fictional film about this topic.
00:03:37.000 Now to be fair, I think I'd actually suggest to the Crane Boys that they do this as a doc.
00:03:41.000 Yes.
00:03:41.000 I originally went to them and I said, you guys should like go try out for a bunch of ladies leagues.
00:03:46.000 And that became not possible because, as it turns out, most ladies leagues don't allow in actual men.
00:03:52.000 And they weren't willing to go the full distance in terms of what it would require in order to, you know, the actual hormone treatments and everything to play in some of the ladies leagues.
00:03:59.000 But in any case, it turned into this.
00:04:01.000 So explain.
00:04:03.000 Well, I think the thing that you have to understand is that I was getting ready to leave the country to go make our Pendragon series on July 9th, and somewhere about mid-March, I thought, wouldn't it be great if between today and July 9th, we wrote and produced an entire feature film?
00:04:21.000 And so, yeah, the Crane Boys mentioned the idea that you had given them, and it had been in the back of my mind that, you know, We really should be making the movies that only we can make.
00:04:32.000 In fact, I think that's a line that you had come up with.
00:04:35.000 What are the things that only we can do?
00:04:37.000 And so I thought, well, obviously, there has not been a true comedy made since Barack Obama became president.
00:04:44.000 I mean, Barack Obama destroyed three things.
00:04:47.000 Rock and roll, comedy, and America.
00:04:52.000 Other than that, he was a perfectly average president, you know?
00:04:56.000 It became impossible to tell a joke during the Obama administration because Obama made this sort of pact with culture shapers that they should change their fundamental understanding of themselves.
00:05:07.000 In the case of comedians, they should no longer mock the absurd, but they should be agents for social change.
00:05:13.000 The head writer of SNL famously said that they would make no jokes about Barack Obama.
00:05:19.000 There's literally nothing funny about this man.
00:05:21.000 It is as though he is carved from a single piece of pure obsidian, which in itself is one of the funniest things that anyone has ever said, because if anything, it was, you know, half of a slab of pure obsidian and the other was snow white marble.
00:05:34.000 Also a little racist, but yes.
00:05:35.000 A little racist.
00:05:38.000 But this is the view that they took of Obama, because of his sort of singular religious affect, you couldn't make any jokes anywhere, ever.
00:05:44.000 And you've seen, I mean, comedy has changed fundamentally in that era, and Hollywood stopped making these kinds of films.
00:05:49.000 You go back to the early 2000s, you have some of the great comedies, you know, probably ends, culminates with Tropic Thunder, starts with Dodgeball, ends with Tropic Thunder.
00:05:59.000 I miss those movies.
00:06:01.000 You miss those movies.
00:06:02.000 I think our audience misses those movies.
00:06:03.000 And there's never been anything funnier or more mockable or more laughably absurd in the mainstream part of our culture than letting grown-ass dudes beat up women by calling themselves chicks.
00:06:14.000 I mean, it's patently absurd.
00:06:17.000 And so, yeah, it was like, well, there's a joke that needs to be told that only we can tell.
00:06:22.000 So let's try to do it somehow in the next 90 days.

00:08:32.000 Promo code Ben.
00:08:34.000 That's the craziest part of this, is that basically there was a script, you ended up going through and rewriting a lot of the script, you ended up directing the film, you ended up being the star of the film, and that was basically demanded by circumstance, because there are more actors who are willing to be in the film because of all of what you're doing.
00:08:51.000 I was getting ready to go to Europe on a location scout, and I sat down two writers, that have worked with us in the past, Brian Hoffman and
00:08:59.000 Nick Sheehan, both really talented guys and I said, guys, I'm leaving for two weeks. When I
00:09:03.000 come back, I need a script.
00:09:04.000 Here's what it has to be about. I outlined for them what I wanted the movie to be. I
00:09:08.000 went and scouted Romania and Bulgaria and Serbia, looking for places to shoot Penn Dragon,
00:09:13.000 came back and they had done Yeoman's work. They put together a script in that time. They
00:09:19.000 solved some plot elements that were really good. But sort of like everyone that we approached
00:09:19.000 time. They solved some plot elements that were really good. But sort of like everyone
00:09:25.000 with this idea originally, no one wants to go all the way.
00:09:25.000 that we approached with this idea originally, no one wants to go all the way. And so I
00:09:29.000 And so I did a little work on the script to help make sure that it went the full
00:09:30.000 did a little work on the script to help make sure that it went the full distance. And then
00:09:33.000 we started going out to actors. And literally every single actor that we went out to for every
00:09:39.000 single role told us no. And I want to be clear that this isn't like they read the
00:09:43.000 script and said, this isn't funny.
00:09:45.000 Many of them told us no, just point blank on the phone when we pitched the idea. And
00:09:49.000 I also want to be clear that these aren't actors like, we didn't go out to Leo DiCaprio.
00:09:54.000 We're going out to people who are on our side.
00:09:58.000 Who have been telling us for years, since we first got into movies, we'll walk across broken glass to be in a Daily Wire movie.
00:10:05.000 This is people who have, in many cases, already been cancelled.
00:10:10.000 And even they would say to us upon hearing this pitch, guys, that's the one thing.
00:10:14.000 No way.
00:10:15.000 It's not just that you won't work again.
00:10:19.000 You will be persona non grata in every room you ever walk into.
00:10:22.000 They will fire you from a cannon into the sun, yes.
00:10:24.000 Yeah, that's correct.
00:10:26.000 And it was really shocking.
00:10:27.000 I suppose it shouldn't have been, but to hear these already canceled conservative actors who've wanted to do things with us, just unwilling to touch the material.
00:10:36.000 And that's when sort of the idea of, well, what if it was just us?
00:10:41.000 What if The Daily Wire truly made the movie that only The Daily Wire could make?
00:10:45.000 And we all had some trepidation about that going in.
00:10:52.000 I can't imagine any better way that it could have gone, because if we had gotten any of those actors, yes, they would have had skills that we don't have.
00:11:00.000 They wouldn't have taken the jokes as far as we took them.
00:11:03.000 They wouldn't have been willing to go the distance.
00:11:05.000 And our guys, particularly Crane and Co., Jake Crane, Blaine Crane, and David Cohn, they committed themselves so completely to this process.
00:11:14.000 And I was telling you in the makeup chair before we started, like, The physical stuff they subjected themselves to, you know, both from, like, body transformation, losing weight, gaining muscle, all of that piece of it, but then just also all the stunts, the hard days we were working.
00:11:33.000 We had an 18-hour day our last day, and these guys, you know, they were elite athletes before they moved into the sports commentary space, and you see it when you work with them, just absolute dedication and completely hilarious.
00:11:49.000 And of course, pretty much everybody cameos in this thing.
00:11:52.000 Some have smaller cameos than others.
00:11:54.000 My cameo is not very large.
00:11:56.000 Your cameo is not very large, but I will say...
00:11:59.000 It is the bluest comedy in the entire film.
00:12:02.000 That's true.
00:12:02.000 It is, it is exactly what, anyone who knows that you're funny, which is apparently no one on the left who never understand when you're making a joke, but anyone who actually watches your show will be like, there goes Ben.
00:12:13.000 There goes Ben Bennen.
00:12:15.000 It is hilarious.
00:12:16.000 And obviously we have everybody from Riley Gaines to Ted Cruz makes an appearance in that.
00:12:22.000 Well, you know, I watched Wedding Crashers.
00:12:25.000 It's his acting debut, right?
00:12:26.000 I mean, like, Ted has been itching for this all his life, since he was doing high school drama, and then somehow ended up in the United States Senate and also running for president.
00:12:35.000 What he actually wanted.
00:12:36.000 Of course.
00:12:36.000 If he had gotten this when he was 20, he never would have been in politics.
00:12:39.000 So I will tell you that that's 100% true, and it is the perfect movie for Ted, because what people may not know, the man loves basketball.
00:12:49.000 I mean, it's true he played Jimmy Kimmel.
00:12:50.000 He played Jimmy Kimmel and beat him.
00:12:53.000 He loves basketball.
00:12:54.000 He wants to be an actor.
00:12:55.000 In fact, I've never told anybody this.
00:12:58.000 In fact, he'll be mad at me for telling this.
00:13:01.000 He's in a tough re-election race right now back in Texas, and obviously we need Ted Cruz in the Senate.
00:13:07.000 But I called him and said, hey, I know that there's no way you can do this, but you should come to Hungary and be in Pendragon.
00:13:12.000 I said, I've got a role.
00:13:14.000 I will physically transform you.
00:13:15.000 It won't be a cameo.
00:13:17.000 No one will know it's you.
00:13:18.000 We won't market that you are in it.
00:13:20.000 You can actually come transform yourself and spend a week with us and actually act.
00:13:25.000 And I thought, you know, I'm giving a pal his actual dream.
00:13:28.000 And then he reminded me that he has an actual job with enormous responsibilities.
00:13:34.000 But for this, he was willing to come out and do a cameo for us and was truly funny.
00:13:39.000 And then we played a little one-on-one, and I do not have a dream of playing basketball.
00:13:45.000 So yes, I was also skunked by a city senator.
00:13:49.000 Well, it's definitely all of your Daily Wire favorites.
00:13:52.000 Yes.
00:13:53.000 Matt Walsh is in it.
00:13:54.000 He's hysterical.
00:13:55.000 You saw him there.
00:13:56.000 I know you may have missed him because he doesn't look like Matt Walsh, but in fact that is Matt Walsh.
00:14:00.000 With a man bun.
00:14:01.000 Yeah.
00:14:01.000 You got Michael Mulls and Brett Cooper in it as well.
00:14:05.000 Michael gives the most offensive performance in the film.
00:14:08.000 Shocker.
00:14:09.000 Yeah.
00:14:09.000 I can't believe it.
00:14:10.000 The most shocking.
00:14:12.000 Finally justifying that salary.
00:14:13.000 Yeah.
00:14:14.000 And there are cameos that we haven't announced yet.
00:14:16.000 Some other people who show up and get some laughs for us, which, you know, as the days draw toward the actual premiere, we'll release some of that info.
00:14:25.000 So I want to go through some of the tweets that people have been sending.
00:14:29.000 Most positive, I would say the reception on Twitter particularly has been astonishingly good.
00:14:34.000 Overwhelmingly.
00:14:34.000 I mean, it's been probably 20 million views at this point on Twitter, somewhere in that neighborhood.
00:14:38.000 Also, we talk about this as though it's a controversial issue because the left pretends that it's a controversial issue.
00:14:45.000 Virtually every human being alive today, and every human being alive until today, has known that men should not compete against women in women's sports.
00:14:54.000 I mean, that Blaine clip where he's picking up the girl and throwing her to the mat, I mean, first of all, it's hilarious.
00:15:02.000 But also, it's hilarious because it's absurd and that you'd never be allowed under any circumstances.
00:15:07.000 And that is actually happening in the actual world.
00:15:14.000 I can say watching that beef shot was difficult.
00:15:17.000 I mean, we had a great professional stuntwoman, a true pro.
00:15:21.000 She's wearing, you know, a skeletal body armor, basically, that's made to do this sort of thing, and it still hurt.
00:15:29.000 I mean, Blaine is lifting her off the ground and slamming her into the mat.
00:15:34.000 You have to do it over and over.
00:15:36.000 I felt so bad for her.
00:15:37.000 She was such a trooper.
00:15:38.000 And I got in the van on the way home that night thinking, man, We're genuinely being terrible to women in the making of this movie.
00:15:46.000 And then I realized, oh no, this is real.
00:15:51.000 You can fight MMA.
00:15:53.000 You know, the first biological man to fight against a woman in the MMA broke her skull.
00:16:00.000 And the left is celebrating this.
00:16:02.000 Meanwhile, everyone knows it's wrong.
00:16:04.000 And only this weird virtue signaling, social proof culture causes us, well not us, but
00:16:10.000 causes many people to pretend that they don't know that it's wrong.
00:16:14.000 And so what I think is great about our movie is it does what comedy is supposed to do.
00:16:18.000 It actually points out an absurdity.
00:16:21.000 The movie is absurd, but it's only as absurd as the real world.
00:16:26.000 We're just choosing to frame it in a way that allows you to laugh at it.
00:16:29.000 I think this movie is less akin to dodgeball.
00:16:32.000 Tonally it's like dodgeball, but thematically it's much less dodgeball and it's much more What was your movie that you turned me on to about Stalin?
00:16:43.000 Oh, Death of Stalin.
00:16:44.000 Death of Stalin, thank you.
00:16:45.000 It's much more Death of Stalin.
00:16:46.000 Because underneath there's like an actual serious thing going on.
00:16:49.000 It's like, no, this is actually what happened.
00:16:50.000 It's just okay to laugh.
00:16:51.000 Right, exactly.
00:16:52.000 Exactly.
00:16:52.000 Okay, so let's look at some of the tweets.
00:16:53.000 So Riley Gaines, who is cameoing, in it she says, highlighting the absurdity of allowing men and women's
00:16:58.000 sports through comedy and what's supposed to be satire.
00:17:00.000 This is the way.
00:17:00.000 So excited for this.
00:17:02.000 Make sure to watch Lady Ballers, featuring me and some of the most influential people
00:17:05.000 in the conservative movement, on 12.1.
00:17:07.000 Yeah, Riley's in it.
00:17:08.000 She's great.
00:17:09.000 You couldn't make a movie about this topic and not have Riley in the film.
00:17:13.000 Seth Dillon from the Babylon base says, yes, the madness must be mocked.
00:17:15.000 Well done, Jeremy.
00:17:16.000 You'll get a mention when I win best supporting actor for my part in this.
00:17:19.000 Yeah, I guess I wasn't there the day that Seth was on.
00:17:22.000 So, you know, I was trying to decide who do we ask to cameo in the film?
00:17:26.000 And I needed someone who was the kind of beta Low-grade guy who would allow himself to be tied to furnaces.
00:17:35.000 The kind of grifter who would actually put forth men to participate in women's sports.
00:17:40.000 And the first guy I thought of, of course, was Seth Dillon.
00:17:44.000 Seth has been so good.
00:17:46.000 This is actually when I called Seth and asked him to be in the film.
00:17:49.000 I said, in all sincerity, there are very few people who have been more consistently outspoken on the issue than Seth.
00:17:59.000 Which is the reason Elon Musk currently owns X.
00:18:01.000 That's exactly right.
00:18:02.000 Seth in some ways, some very direct ways, contributed.
00:18:06.000 By making jokes about this topic, he changed the world.
00:18:08.000 That's right.
00:18:08.000 Contributed to the preservation of free speech in our time.
00:18:11.000 And so, yeah, having Seth in the movie was an honor.
00:18:16.000 He's funny.
00:18:17.000 Top blockbuster is a low bar in 2023.
00:18:18.000 This is what we've all been craving for so long, actual comedy.
00:18:21.000 Lady Ballers is going to be one of the top blockbusters of the year.
00:18:23.000 Mark my words.
00:18:24.000 By the way, I think that's actually true.
00:18:26.000 I don't know if you saw how Wish did over the weekend, but I think there's a significant
00:18:29.000 possibility this outperforms Wish.
00:18:30.000 I mean, that's a very low bar.
00:18:31.000 Top blockbuster is a low bar on 2023.
00:18:34.000 And then, people were tweeting, of course, the best tweet of all time.
00:18:38.000 This is truly one of your best tweets.
00:18:39.000 Thank you, I appreciate it.
00:18:40.000 So, people were trending Juana Mann yesterday, because... So it turns out that there was a movie 20 years ago called Juana Mann.
00:18:46.000 Right.
00:18:47.000 Which I learned about yesterday.
00:18:48.000 Yeah, and I knew that it was there, but it had not occurred to me that people would see the similarity, because, I mean, frankly, it's transphobic to see the similarity.
00:18:56.000 So Juana Mann is the tragic tale of a basketball player in the UBA, not the NBA, the UBA.
00:19:03.000 And he ends up being expelled from the UBA, and it's basically Tootsie, but basketball.
00:19:08.000 And bad.
00:19:09.000 And he ends up going to the WUBA, and playing in the WUBA, and falling in love with his roommate, but of course he's supposed to be a girl, and this creates all sorts of... It's exactly, it's the plot of Tootsie, but with lowbrow and basketball.
00:19:22.000 But, to compare that to this is just sick.
00:19:25.000 I'm sorry, as I say, how dare you compare Lady Ballers, a movie about beautiful trans women, with Juana Man, a movie about a man pretending to be a woman.
00:19:33.000 Your bigotry is horrifying.
00:19:35.000 And it's so true.
00:19:35.000 It's so true.
00:19:36.000 By the way, it is kind of amazing, though.
00:19:38.000 So all these people on the left were blithely comparing our film to Juana Man, which shows that they know the thing, right?
00:19:46.000 Because Juana Man is about a man.
00:19:48.000 He doesn't pretend that he's actually a woman.
00:19:50.000 He's a man pretending to be a woman.
00:19:52.000 He doesn't say, I am a woman, therefore I get to play in the WUBA.
00:19:56.000 He's a man pretending to be a woman for advantage.
00:19:59.000 It's Mrs. Terrifier.
00:20:00.000 Yeah, it's wrong, and he's hiding it.
00:20:03.000 Right.
00:20:03.000 He's afraid to get caught.
00:20:04.000 So, when you guys compare our movie to Juana Man, what are you saying about trans women in sports?
00:20:09.000 What are you actually saying about trans women in sports?
00:20:12.000 Hmm?
00:20:13.000 Hmm.
00:20:13.000 Also, yes, if you look back 20 years to a time before Barack Obama was president, there were comedies.
00:20:20.000 Sure.
00:20:22.000 Right.
00:20:22.000 I mean, hot chicks.
00:20:24.000 I mean, Blaine picking up that girl and slamming, that's Rob Schneider taking a pillow and just bashing a girl into a wall.
00:20:32.000 That's right.
00:20:32.000 And you used to be able to do that because the idea of it is hilarious and stupid and wrong.
00:20:38.000 And this is going to be a criticism that we get from people on the right who are jealous that we made a movie and didn't include them.
00:20:45.000 They're going to say, you know, the Daily Wire made a drag comedy, blah, blah, blah.
00:20:50.000 Yes, because for all of human history, dudes dressing like chicks is funny.
00:20:58.000 Because it's incongruous and silly.
00:20:59.000 Thank you.
00:21:00.000 That's right.
00:21:02.000 And now we're supposed to pretend that that isn't funny.
00:21:04.000 It's not only not funny, it's brave.
00:21:06.000 Yeah.
00:21:06.000 The bravest men are the ones who dress as women.
00:21:08.000 The best men, you always say that the best women are men, but also the best men are women.
00:21:13.000 That's right.
00:21:14.000 The best of them.
00:21:15.000 Well, we are making the joke.
00:21:17.000 You should go check out Lady Ballers.
00:21:18.000 Again, it's going to be available only at dailywireplus.com.
00:21:22.000 You can go check out Daily Wire.
00:21:23.000 Become a subscriber.
00:21:25.000 And remember, when you do that, Friday, 8 p.m.
00:21:28.000 Eastern Time.
00:21:28.000 I'll already have seen the film because, of course, I'm the star.
00:21:31.000 Jeremy is merely a bit player.
00:21:33.000 But when you actually go see the film, you're going to love it.
00:21:36.000 Friday, 8 p.m.
00:21:37.000 You have to be a subscriber to see it.
00:21:38.000 So go do that right now.
00:21:40.000 Jeremy, it's great to see you and get your ass back to Europe.
00:21:42.000 Yeah, I'm on my way.
00:21:44.000 Finally, some good news.
00:21:45.000 Because of you, my friends over at Preborn have rescued over 44,000 babies this year alone.
00:21:50.000 Right now, thousands of moms are awaiting the birth of their precious babies.
00:21:53.000 Thousands upon thousands of babies are currently taking their first breath.
00:21:56.000 Since the beginning, Preborn's network of clinics has rescued over 280,000 babies.
00:22:01.000 That is a miracle.
00:22:02.000 For just 28 bucks, you can empower mom to choose life.
00:22:04.000 Once she sees the precious life growing inside her and hears her baby's heartbeat, she's twice as likely to choose life.
00:22:10.000 Ultrasound quality these days, absolutely astonishing.
00:22:12.000 We have four kids.
00:22:13.000 We met all of them in the womb.
00:22:14.000 long before they were born.
00:22:16.000 When you do that for a mom, the chance that she's going to preserve the life for a
00:22:19.000 child dramatically increase.
00:22:21.000 Right now, through a match, your gift is doubled.

00:22:46.000 Well, now onto the serious news of the day.
00:22:49.000 So on Monday, the richest man on earth, Elon Musk, visited Israel.
00:22:53.000 There, he met with the families of hostages being held by Hamas.
00:22:56.000 He toured the sites of the October 7th massacre, and he met with both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Isaac Herzog.
00:23:03.000 Musk sat through a video compiled from body cam footage of Hamas terrorists that day.
00:23:09.000 He said it was horrifying to watch the joy of those terrorists as they committed their savage atrocities.
00:23:15.000 This is video of that visit.
00:23:16.000 He's in Kfar Azza.
00:23:17.000 There he is with Prime Minister Netanyahu.
00:23:21.000 By the way, when they are wearing the flag fest, that is not just for show.
00:23:23.000 There is still live gunfire happening, not all that far away.
00:23:26.000 Despite the quote-unquote ceasefire, there are still military operations that Hamas is attempting in the northern Gaza Strip right now.
00:23:34.000 This is video, obviously, of Musk and Netanyahu looking at one of the cribs where babies were slaughtered.
00:23:41.000 After this tour of Kfar Aza, Musk then held a press conference at which he spoke the plain truth about the situation on the ground.
00:23:48.000 Here was Elon Musk summing it up.
00:23:50.000 I would say an emotionally difficult day to see the places where people were murdered.
00:23:57.000 I just did a talk with the prime minister and I think there's, I mean, obviously there are three things that need to happen in the Gaza situation.
00:24:08.000 I mean, there's no choice but to Kill those who insist on murdering civilians.
00:24:15.000 There's no choice.
00:24:17.000 They're not going to change their mind.
00:24:19.000 And then the second thing is to change the education so that a new generation of murderers is not trained to be murderers.
00:24:28.000 And then the third thing, which is also very important, is to try to build prosperity.
00:24:34.000 Okay, this, what he's saying right there, that's an excellent three-pronged plan for destroying Hamas and other radical terrorist groups.
00:24:40.000 You kill the people who murder the civilians, that means Hamas and its allies, you overhaul the education system in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which are run by parties who hate Jews and seek the destruction of Israel, and you bring economic prosperity.
00:24:51.000 Only after those steps are fulfilled can there be talk of some sort of peaceful settlement of the conflict, because only at that point will there be partners willing to make peace.
00:25:00.000 This also happens to be the only strategy that has ever worked.
00:25:03.000 Counterinsurgency strategies directed at hostile populations can only be successful over time.
00:25:08.000 If the most militant members, the terrorists, are killed, the population is re-educated away from hatred, and economic prosperity becomes possible.
00:25:15.000 And make no mistake, the population of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank is indeed wildly hostile to Israel and deeply anti-Semitic.
00:25:22.000 The population, not just Hamas.
00:25:24.000 That is not a slur, that is simply a reality.
00:25:26.000 Here is video from yesterday of the Gazan population harassing Red Cross vehicles carrying Israeli hostages.
00:25:35.000 Hamas could have cleared the streets, but what do you see here?
00:25:38.000 What do you see here?
00:25:39.000 You see young children following the Red Cross van, mocking people inside.
00:25:46.000 These are the Gazan civilians cheering because they know that this has bought them time.
00:25:52.000 Hamas.
00:25:53.000 Mocking the hostages who were taken.
00:25:56.000 This is a triumphant parade of Hamas family members and friends.
00:26:02.000 Again, look how many children are in the crowd here.
00:26:04.000 Look how many kids here are mocking outside these Red Cross vans, civilian children who are inside the Red Cross vans being returned to their families.
00:26:13.000 I mean, this is sick.
00:26:14.000 This is a sickness.
00:26:16.000 is a sick mentality that would lead anybody to do something remotely like this.
00:26:20.000 Again, those are civilians, including children, mocking Israeli hostages, also including children.
00:26:26.000 These are the wages of educating an entire population in pure hatred.
00:26:29.000 Here, for example, is video of a kindergarten graduation ceremony in Gaza.
00:26:32.000 Doesn't look quite like your kid's graduation ceremony from kindergarten.
00:26:36.000 And here's some video from Memory TV.
00:26:41.000 And what you see are kids who are at a graduation ceremony.
00:26:44.000 They are acting as though they are terrorists.
00:26:48.000 Performing quote-unquote military operations.
00:26:50.000 These kids are five.
00:26:51.000 Planting fake gas canister bombs underneath fake tanks.
00:26:55.000 Flanking doorways.
00:26:58.000 Performing actions that include kidnapping and killing quote-unquote enemy soldiers at a graduation ceremony for five-year-olds.
00:27:04.000 For five-year-olds at a kindergarten graduation ceremony in Gaza.
00:27:06.000 I mean, this is insane.
00:27:12.000 There's a young kid saying, stab, kill the occupier with stones and knives.
00:27:18.000 Look at the... I mean, have you ever been to... I have four kids.
00:27:22.000 Three of them have graduated... Well, two of them have graduated kindergarten.
00:27:25.000 And I can tell you, this looks nothing like my kids' graduation ceremonies from kindergarten.
00:27:30.000 By the way, we're just starting to hear the stories of what the hostages went through in Gaza.
00:27:34.000 According to the aunt of one of those hostages, it was civilians beating the hostage, 12 years old, as he entered Gaza.
00:27:41.000 T.E.
00:27:42.000 Lawrence, that'd be Lawrence of Arabia, once compared making war on insurgents to, quote, eating soup with a knife.
00:27:46.000 He said it was messy and slow.
00:27:47.000 That, of course, is right.
00:27:49.000 The model for such counterinsurgency tactics is the British counterinsurgency against communist revolutionaries in Malaya from 1948 to 1960.
00:27:56.000 By the time that counterinsurgency had started, the British had already had forces in country for about a century.
00:28:02.000 According to historian Andrew Roberts and General David Petraeus in their new book, Conflict, the Malayan campaign was a mixture of stick and carrot, quote, Providing people with electricity, drinking water, schools, clinics, and property rights proved a powerful disincentive for them to support Maoism.
00:28:15.000 But a heady enticement of security had a dialectical partner.
00:28:19.000 Firm discipline for those who disobeyed.
00:28:21.000 This, by the way, included, in some cases, strictly rationing diets to, like, half daily calorie count.
00:28:27.000 The British leadership also knew this strategy would take a very long time.
00:28:30.000 The general in charge of the operation said he would, quote, shoot the bastard who says this emergency is over.
00:28:35.000 Eventually, after more than a decade, the British did win.
00:28:39.000 Israel can secure its future too, but only if it takes the time and effort necessary to do so.
00:28:44.000 And this means ignoring the stupidity of those who want a quick ending to what will be a long struggle.
00:28:50.000 The first step in that struggle, destroying Hamas, what Elon Musk said, is what Israel is going to have to do.
00:28:57.000 That's what Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu makes clear.
00:28:59.000 Here he was yesterday in a live chat with Musk.
00:29:02.000 If you want peace, destroy Hamas.
00:29:04.000 If you want security, destroy Hamas.
00:29:06.000 If you want a better life for the Palestinians in Gaza who have been hijacked by Hamas, destroy Hamas.
00:29:14.000 All of that is a precursor to the question that you asked.
00:29:18.000 You first have to get rid of the poisonous regime as you did in Germany, as you did in Japan in World War II.
00:29:27.000 There's no choice.
00:29:29.000 That's a prerequisite.
00:29:31.000 But then look at what happened.
00:29:34.000 What you had in Germany was denazification and what you had in Japan under Douglas MacArthur was a cultural reformation.
00:29:45.000 And Japan that you visit today is so different from Japan of the 1930s.
00:29:51.000 Germany that you visit today is so different from Germany of the 1930s.
00:29:55.000 Well, is that possible in the Arab world?
00:29:58.000 And I categorically say, of course it is, because we've seen it already.
00:30:02.000 In two places.
00:30:03.000 We've seen it in the Gulf states, and we see that when you visit Dubai, or when you visit Abu Dhabi, or when you visit Bahrain, you see something entirely different.
00:30:13.000 Sure.
00:30:13.000 And of course Netanyahu is totally right.
00:30:17.000 Hamas has to be destroyed.
00:30:20.000 Why?
00:30:20.000 Well, because they can't be reformed.
00:30:22.000 They're an evil terrorist group.
00:30:23.000 In fact, Hamas apparently just transferred control of the entire Bibas family, which includes a four-year-old and a 10-month-old, to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, another terrorist group, apparently for money.
00:30:33.000 Hamas military leader, Yahya Sinwar, apparently appeared personally to the hostages in the tunnels to show them his power.
00:30:40.000 One hostage was forced to write a ridiculous letter before her release, talking about how Hamas had, quote, treated her daughter like a queen while in captivity.
00:30:47.000 I'm not kidding.
00:30:48.000 Hamas is evil, full stop.
00:30:50.000 This is why early calls for Israel to stop its operations against Hamas aren't just foolish, they're dangerous.
00:30:55.000 When Bernie Sanders jabbers about Israel's cruelty towards civilians, he is not protecting civilians.
00:31:00.000 He is making their lives more dangerous.
00:31:02.000 Since if he had his way, they would end up under Hamas's tender protections, presumably forever.
00:31:06.000 Here was Bernie Sanders yesterday.
00:31:10.000 Israel was attacked in an absolutely horrific way by Hamas.
00:31:16.000 1,300 innocent people were slaughtered.
00:31:19.000 Israel has a right to defend itself.
00:31:21.000 But what Israel does not have a right to do, in my view, is to kill 12,000 people in six, seven weeks, two-thirds of whom are women and children.
00:31:34.000 That they don't have a right to do.
00:31:36.000 That's a violation of international law.
00:31:39.000 Large swaths of the Democratic Party seem determined to prevent Israel from doing what they actually need to do to secure their future.
00:31:44.000 This is why Senator Chris Murphy is calling for conditions on aid to Israel, which, by the way, is totally fine.
00:31:49.000 We're America.
00:31:49.000 We can put conditions on aid.
00:31:50.000 But the conditions that he seeks to place on Israel are things like compliance with international law.
00:31:55.000 Israel is already complying with international law.
00:31:57.000 That's the whole point.
00:31:59.000 But the idea here is to create a vague definition that leaves open the possibility of withdrawing aid based on Israel's current Gaza actions.
00:32:06.000 On Friday, President Biden said conditioning aid would be a, quote, worthwhile thought.
00:32:09.000 Yesterday, National Security Advisor Spokesperson John Kirby wouldn't rule it out either.
00:32:14.000 So the approach that we're taking with Israel and, quite frankly, with our partners in the region is working.
00:32:19.000 It's getting aid into people that need it.
00:32:21.000 It's getting a pause in the fighting.
00:32:23.000 It's getting hostages out.
00:32:24.000 It's getting Americans out.
00:32:26.000 And quite frankly, we continue to urge, and will continue to urge, the Israelis as they conduct military operations to do so with the utmost care for innocent civilian life.
00:32:40.000 I think he would say exactly what he said to y'all yesterday when he got asked this question.
00:32:44.000 It's a worthwhile thought, but the approach that I'm taking now is working.
00:32:48.000 The approach that we're taking now is working.
00:32:50.000 It's getting results.
00:32:52.000 This is ridiculous.
00:32:53.000 The idea that you handcuff the party that is attempting to protect itself, the democracy, the democratic ally, in the face of a giant terror group is ridiculous.
00:33:02.000 It's also foolishness for people to treat the quote-unquote two-state solution as though that idiotic nostrum represents a true solution.
00:33:08.000 It doesn't, and it hasn't.
00:33:10.000 It instead holds out the hope that the more pressure is applied to Israel, the more death brought to Israel's citizenry by terrorists, the more international pressure put on Israel, The more Israel will then concede to those very terrorists, which of course prolongs the conflict.
00:33:22.000 I have a question.
00:33:23.000 Does anyone really want a terrorist state in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip?
00:33:27.000 Because that's exactly what would exist if Palestinian statehood were declared today.
00:33:32.000 As apparently the ridiculous government of Spain would wish.
00:33:35.000 Hamas would end up the governing party in a new state with control over its border and its weaponry.
00:33:39.000 Do you think the possibility of global conflict is larger or smaller under those circumstances?
00:33:44.000 Now, President Biden has been more stalwart than I would have expected so far, but his language on this matter is insipid.
00:33:49.000 Here's what he tweeted, quote, A two-state solution is the only way to guarantee the long-term security of both the Israeli and the Palestinian people.
00:33:55.000 To make sure Israelis and Palestinians alike live in equal measure of freedom and dignity, we will not give up on working towards that goal.
00:34:01.000 Can you imagine in the middle of World War II, if the President of the United States had tweeted out, what we really need is a peace agreement between America and Japan in order to end this terrible bloodshed and leave the Japanese fascists in charge of Japan.
00:34:15.000 No?
00:34:15.000 Because that wouldn't made any sense?
00:34:17.000 Right.
00:34:18.000 Listen, the two-state solution may eventually, down the line, become a possibility.
00:34:22.000 But ironically, talk about it, prematurely prevents that possibility from ever materializing because every incentivization of terrorism increases terrorism, thus making such a solution absolutely impossible.
00:34:33.000 How do we know this?
00:34:33.000 Because what happened on October 7th was the culmination of three decades of large-scale terrorism pursued by the Palestinian Authority, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hamas, So what needs to happen?
00:34:44.000 Exactly what Musk says.
00:34:45.000 Finish Hamas.
00:34:46.000 Re-educate the kids away from Islamism.
00:34:48.000 Build up the economy.
00:34:50.000 But that would require moral clarity.
00:34:51.000 And that, of course, is precisely what's missing these days from a disconnected West.

00:37:00.000 If there is one face of lack of moral clarity of the next generation of idiots that we have created through the toxic combination of legacy media attention, social media, and wokest philosophy, that face is the ridiculously dumb face of Greta Thunberg.
00:37:14.000 Who continues to be treated as though she has something worthy to say.
00:37:17.000 She never had anything worthy to say.
00:37:19.000 She was always a foolish child who's running around the globe saying dumb things to adults who wanted to feel better about themselves by allowing a foolish child to yell at them for the cameras.
00:37:30.000 And she's a very privileged person, this Greta Thunberg.
00:37:32.000 She grew up in a very rich family.
00:37:33.000 And so that gave her the ability to basically drop out of school and go to a bunch of adult symposiums and yell at them about how the next generation demands of you.
00:37:41.000 Random things.
00:37:42.000 Those random things include degrowth, deindustrialization, and all the rest.
00:37:46.000 Well, it turns out that that radically anti-Western viewpoint isn't confined to her environmentalism, which of course is just part and parcel of a broader intellectual rubric.
00:37:55.000 The idea that you want to stop global warming doesn't have to be connected with degrowth.
00:37:59.000 It doesn't have to be connected with a belief in the innate evils of the West, but it virtually always is.
00:38:06.000 And Greta Thunberg is just a symptom of this.
00:38:08.000 So, she was caught on tape just last week in Stockholm shouting about anti-Zionism.
00:38:13.000 What the hell does Greta Thunberg have to say about Israel?
00:38:16.000 What exactly?
00:38:17.000 I didn't notice, for example, that the people of Gaza and the Arab-Palestinians living In the West Bank are particularly concerned with environmental issues.
00:38:26.000 What exactly?
00:38:27.000 In fact, Israel is one of the greenest places on Earth in terms of highly industrialized countries.
00:38:33.000 What the hell she taught?
00:38:34.000 Again, it is all part and parcel of hatred for the West.
00:38:37.000 That's all this is.
00:38:38.000 She is so emblematic of what the West has become.
00:38:41.000 A suicidal death cult of stupidity.
00:38:43.000 Here is Greta Thunberg.
00:38:44.000 Again, the fact that this was ever.
00:38:46.000 She was like Time Magazine person of the year a few years ago for being a stupid child who ran around yelling at adults.
00:38:52.000 It's amazing to me.
00:38:55.000 She's so terrible.
00:39:08.000 What exactly is she chanting?
00:39:10.000 She's chanting in Swedish, quote, what are we going to do?
00:39:12.000 We will crush Zionism.
00:39:16.000 That's Greta Thunberg, climate activist, shouting about this sort of crap.
00:39:23.000 Privileged white Western people shouting about the evils of white Westernism.
00:39:29.000 Amazing, amazing stuff.
00:39:31.000 And again, this is the privilege of living in the West is that you can be as hypocritical and ridiculous as you want to be.
00:39:37.000 Whoopi Goldberg spent yesterday doing that.
00:39:39.000 So they were considering over on The View, the bright minds over at The View.
00:39:42.000 They were considering why it is that so many members of the MeToo movement are totally silent about the fact that Hamas raped like a bunch of women.
00:39:49.000 There's a giant report in the Washington Post about Hamas raping women so hard their pelvises broke.
00:39:54.000 Raping women and shooting them to death while they were still inside the women.
00:39:59.000 Where are all the feminist rights organizations?
00:40:01.000 Where's Linda Sarsour and the Women's March?
00:40:03.000 Why is there no comment?
00:40:04.000 Weird.
00:40:05.000 Weird.
00:40:05.000 Well, here's Whoopi Goldberg trying to explain why.
00:40:07.000 I am still devastated where two months since this war has been underway by the silence from women's group in this country about the rape being used as an act of war in this attack.
00:40:17.000 The fact that sexual violence was used against Israeli women in the major women's groups in this country have not come out and denounced it.
00:40:24.000 This weekend Sheryl Sandberg put out a gripping video calling for it.
00:40:27.000 That violates every rule of warfare.
00:40:30.000 It is the height of immorality and the fact that the United Nations Perhaps the reason they've been silenced is for the same reason that you just described.
00:40:37.000 The UN Committee on Elimination of Discrimination Against Women has been silent, and the international
00:40:41.000 Me Too movement hasn't said a thing.
00:40:42.000 Perhaps the reason they've been silent is for the same reason that you just described.
00:40:48.000 They don't want to exacerbate.
00:40:49.000 Well, they don't want to exacerbate.
00:40:51.000 You know, listen, I know that this is really hard for people to sit still with.
00:40:59.000 So right now, we're glad people are coming out.
00:41:02.000 And that's what we're going to keep talking about because we want to encourage, you know, the bottom line truly is this.
00:41:11.000 You don't have a choice.
00:41:12.000 You have to end this.
00:41:16.000 You have to end this.
00:41:17.000 End what?
00:41:18.000 You mean the people who rape women to death?
00:41:21.000 Like that's what you would have to end.
00:41:23.000 You know why Whoopi Goldberg is so silent on all of this?
00:41:25.000 Because Whoopi Goldberg believes that Jews are just white people and white people are bad.
00:41:29.000 That's why Whoopi Goldberg says this kind of stuff.
00:41:31.000 This is the same idiot woman who suggested that Hitler killing Jews was white on white violence and was not in fact a form of racial discrimination.
00:41:39.000 That's literally what she said.
00:41:41.000 And then, she was suspended, and she tried to walk it back, but didn't really walk it back.
00:41:45.000 That's what she believes.
00:41:45.000 The reason she apparently is totally fine with people- This is silence is violence, Whoopi Goldberg, going out there and suggesting that if you didn't put the black square on your Facebook page in the middle of Black Lives Matter, it's because you hated black people, according to Whoopi Goldberg.
00:41:57.000 Not because you disagreed with the basic premise, which is that black people are widely victimized in the United States, but because you hate black people.
00:42:03.000 When Jews are actually victimized, when Jews are actually raped, Whoopi Goldberg's like, well, we do have to be, we have to keep quiet about that.
00:42:10.000 Well, you know, we wouldn't want to exacerbate the conflict.
00:42:12.000 We wouldn't want to make it worse.
00:42:13.000 You're right.
00:42:14.000 Condemning rape would make it worse, Whoopi Goldberg.
00:42:17.000 Nailed it.
00:42:17.000 Nailed it.
00:42:18.000 Again, there's only one reason Whoopi Goldberg is happy to say that about this particular population, and that's because they're Jews.
00:42:23.000 That is the only reason that Whoopi Goldberg is willing to, well, you know, we just have to end this.
00:42:27.000 We have to end this.
00:42:28.000 Really?
00:42:28.000 Not mentioning their rape ends this?
00:42:30.000 The only way this ends is when Hamas is under the ground.
00:42:34.000 And I don't mean in the tunnels.
00:42:35.000 I mean dead.
00:42:36.000 Just to clarify.
00:42:38.000 But the reason Whoopi Goldberg believes all this is because, again, she buys into this oppressor-oppressor-racialist matrix, and that is an evil matrix.
00:42:44.000 It is a very, very evil matrix.
00:42:46.000 That way of thinking.
00:42:48.000 It's pathetic and disgusting.
00:42:50.000 In just one second, we'll get to lack of moral clarity from our friends in the media.

00:44:32.000 The lack of moral clarity is not just from the activist class.
00:44:35.000 It, of course, is replete in our media.
00:44:36.000 There are people I like, like Piers Morgan and I. I consider Piers a friend.
00:44:40.000 I gotta say that his coverage of this issue, he's trying to both sides it.
00:44:43.000 So he's trying to say, well, I'm being objective.
00:44:44.000 I'm being as objective as possible.
00:44:46.000 But when he gives monologues like the one that he did yesterday about Israel's activities against Hamas, I gotta say he's not both sides in it.
00:44:52.000 So, Here was Piers Morgan yesterday.
00:44:54.000 He did a monologue essentially accusing Israel of the same sort of terrorism that Hamas perpetrated October 7th.
00:45:00.000 That's insane.
00:45:01.000 I'm sorry.
00:45:01.000 It's just morally wrong.
00:45:02.000 It's wrong on a factual level.
00:45:03.000 It's wrong on a moral level.
00:45:04.000 It's just not true.
00:45:05.000 Here was Piers doing that routine yesterday.
00:45:08.000 I've been picked up this weekend by people reminding me of tweets from 2014.
00:45:13.000 Back then, Israel launched a massive bombardment of Gaza in response to the murder of three Israeli teenagers in the West Bank.
00:45:20.000 What happened?
00:45:21.000 I'm asked.
00:45:21.000 Why did I change my position?
00:45:23.000 Well, I haven't changed my position.
00:45:26.000 Israel committed atrocities in 2014, in my estimation.
00:45:30.000 It was a completely disproportionate response to what had happened.
00:45:33.000 It looked more like revenge to me than a military strategy, and President Obama told them to call it off.
00:45:39.000 Well, during that bombardment, I asked, at what point does Israel's current military strategy become the very terrorism it professes to be fighting?
00:45:46.000 And today, I'm beginning to ask myself that exact same question.
00:45:52.000 Based on what?
00:45:53.000 Based on what?
00:45:54.000 I mean, first of all, I don't think the peers or many in the media understand what proportionality means.
00:45:59.000 Proportionality does not mean that the original atrocity has to be responded to, quote-unquote, proportionately.
00:46:05.000 That's not what proportionality means.
00:46:07.000 If you murder my child, I don't then get to murder your child.
00:46:11.000 That's not proportionality.
00:46:12.000 Proportion means that the means used to achieve a military end must be proportional to the military end.
00:46:19.000 In other words, if I want to kill one bad guy, I can't just drop an A-bomb, right? That's what that means.
00:46:24.000 But again, this idea that Israel has to be hampered in its military aims or that Israel
00:46:29.000 has magical weapons where you wave the magic Harry Potter wand and all the bad guys disappear,
00:46:32.000 but all the civilians are left over. That's not true. By the way, Piers was wrong in 2014.
00:46:38.000 The fact of the matter is that in 2014, by the generalized statistics
00:46:41.000 of the people who were killed in that particular conflict, about two...
00:46:46.000 About 2,100 people were killed in that particular conflict by Israel in the Gaza Strip, and that was prompted by the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teenagers, as well as a series of rockets fired into Israel, as per Hamas's usual arrangement.
00:47:00.000 In that conflict, according to the measurements available from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is significantly more reliable than the UN or the Gaza Health Ministry, 36% killed were civilians, 44% were members of Hamas or other terrorist groups, and 20% were quote-unquote uncategorized males between the ages of 16 and 50, which typically means civilians who are associated with Hamas or one of the other terrorist groups.
00:47:24.000 This sort of moral lack of clarity, of course, means that no one can win a war under these circumstances.
00:47:29.000 Let's be clear about this.
00:47:30.000 There is no war that can be won by a Western power against a terrorist group embedded in a civilian population under the circumstances that Piers is describing as quote-unquote terrorism.
00:47:39.000 It is not terrorism to try to kill people in the opposing terrorist group and they are hiding among civilians.
00:47:45.000 That's not terrorism.
00:47:46.000 Terrorism is when you go in and you slaughter civilians purposefully, not as collateral damage, purposefully as the goal of your attack, which is what Hamas did.
00:47:55.000 Piers tried to extend this to questions that he was asking of Elon Levy, who's the spokesperson for the Israeli Prime Minister.
00:48:02.000 Here he was yesterday.
00:48:05.000 By your admission, just a few moments ago, you said that they make it incredibly difficult for you to work out who is a Hamas terrorist and who is a civilian.
00:48:14.000 That seems to me part of the problem that you have with the optics of this to the wider world, is that they're seeing horrible imagery.
00:48:22.000 All day long.
00:48:23.000 I mean it's just the worst thing I've ever seen all over social media.
00:48:28.000 The worst thing we've ever seen were the atrocities that Hamas perpetrated on October 7th.
00:48:32.000 I've not seen, thankfully, I've not seen what many journalists have seen which is the 45-minute film of that and I understand it's absolutely horrific and I'm not making any comparison.
00:48:45.000 I would not say anything is worse than that so for the record.
00:48:48.000 But The horrible imagery all day long, it is suggesting to people that there are thousands and thousands of thousands of women and a lot of children, maybe as many as five, six thousand children now, have been killed by these airstrikes and now the ground attack.
00:49:08.000 And I think the problem that you have, and I say this respectfully, the problem you have is that you don't actually know how many Hamas terrorists you're killing.
00:49:17.000 If you're honest, you don't, do you?
00:49:20.000 Okay, well, I mean, under those circumstances, who would?
00:49:24.000 I mean, the answer is a lot, by the way.
00:49:27.000 They do know, in approximate numbers, how many Hamas terrorists they have killed.
00:49:32.000 But if the idea is that the only way that you can fight a terrorist group is presumably by knowing exactly, exactly how many terrorists you are killing, and only killing those terrorists, no one will ever win a war against a terror group again.
00:49:44.000 It's not possible.
00:49:45.000 It's just not possible to do that.
00:49:47.000 By the way, when we talk about the number of civilian casualties in Gaza, it's very difficult to separate who is a civilian from who is not when you're talking about a 17-year-old male who is hanging out with Hamas.
00:49:56.000 Is he a member of Hamas or is he a civilian?
00:49:58.000 This also happens to ring true with regard to the statistics about quote-unquote children.
00:50:01.000 You've heard that Israel is keeping women and children in prison.
00:50:05.000 That many of the prisoners being released are women and children.
00:50:07.000 In the same way you're hearing that described in the Gaza Strip.
00:50:11.000 I mean, they are technically women and minors that are being held in prison for terrorist activity.
00:50:16.000 So it depends who's being killed.
00:50:18.000 Again, we don't have great statistics on any of that because since when have you in real time been able to count the exact number of people who are dying in a war?
00:50:27.000 That you can't win a war under those circumstances.
00:50:29.000 If the idea, again, is that immunity is bought by simply hiding among civilians, that means terrorists win every war from now until the end of time, and you have now created a massive incentive structure for them to hide among civilians in violation of the Geneva Conventions.
00:50:41.000 So, in other words, the punishment for violation of the Geneva Conventions, according to Piers and many in the media, is immunity.
00:50:47.000 Nothing happens to you.
00:50:48.000 You sit there and everybody just lives with it.
00:50:50.000 It's totally great.
00:50:51.000 By the way, even when Piers says he's not equating what happened on October 7th to what happened inside Gaza, he literally did so in his monologue.
00:50:57.000 He literally said that this is now tipping over into the terrorism that Israel saw on October 7th.
00:51:01.000 So that's not even true.
00:51:02.000 And that lack of moral clarity is what means that the West loses wars.
00:51:05.000 Forget about Israel.
00:51:06.000 The West in general loses wars on this basis.
00:51:09.000 And that is a serious, serious problem.
00:51:12.000 And meanwhile, Joe Biden continues to trail in the polls.
00:51:17.000 There's a new article out at RealClearPolitics from Sean Trent today.
00:51:22.000 And he points out that right now, if you had to put betting money on it, Trump is the favorite.
00:51:27.000 He says, in 2016, Trump led Hillary Clinton for all of five days in the national RealClearPolitics polling average, each of those days in the immediate aftermath of the Republican convention.
00:51:35.000 He led in 29 polls taken over the course of the entire campaign.
00:51:38.000 In 2020, Trump never led Biden in the national RCP average.
00:51:44.000 So, counting the LA Times tracker as a single poll, Trump led in a total of 24 national polls in January of 2020.
00:51:50.000 This cycle, he has led in that many since mid-September.
00:51:53.000 He's led in more polls in the past three weeks than he did against Biden in the entirety of the 2020 campaign.
00:51:59.000 If you look at the state-level polling, Trump is currently up in virtually every battleground state.
00:52:06.000 Mitt Romney never led Barack Obama in the RCP average in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, or Ohio.
00:52:11.000 So, where is it today?
00:52:13.000 Trump is leading in the RealClearPolitics polling average in Michigan.
00:52:16.000 He is leading in Pennsylvania.
00:52:17.000 He is narrowly trailing in Wisconsin, but he's led in some of the polls.
00:52:21.000 In Florida, he's way ahead.
00:52:23.000 In Arizona, he leads.
00:52:24.000 In Georgia, he leads.
00:52:25.000 In Ohio, he leads.
00:52:27.000 So here's what Sean Trent says, quote, In other words, analyzing this election correctly isn't just a matter of giving lip service to the notion that Trump can win this election.
00:52:33.000 The correct position right now is that Trump is better positioned in the polls to win this election than any GOP nominee since at least 2004.
00:52:41.000 Not only that, he habitually overperforms his polls.
00:52:43.000 Frankly, if you're willing to set favorites this far out, you should almost certainly declare Donald Trump the favorite.
00:52:48.000 Does this mean that Trump will win the presidency?
00:52:50.000 There are good arguments why perceptions of the economy will improve between now and then, although maybe they won't.
00:52:54.000 Perhaps Trump will underperform his polling this time, as the GOP did in 2022, although maybe he won't.
00:52:58.000 There are good arguments Trump's criminal trials will erode his standing in the polls, although having watched Trump's scandals unfold for the better part of four decades, maybe they won't.
00:53:06.000 This all makes for fun speculation, but when the conversation returns to what we do know, there's only one correct answer.
00:53:11.000 Trump can win this election, and right now is well positioned to do so.
00:53:15.000 And Joe Biden is struggling, man.
00:53:16.000 He's having a tough time.
00:53:17.000 Again, he's contending not only with fires on the foreign front, but also he's contending with the fact that people just don't think the economy is very good.
00:53:25.000 There's an entire New York Times article titled, even most Biden voters don't see a thriving economy.
00:53:29.000 Quote, a majority of those who backed President Biden in 2020 say today's economy is fair or poor, ordinarily a bad omen for incumbents seeking reelection.
00:53:39.000 By swing state?
00:53:40.000 In the swing states, the percentage of Joe Biden's 2020 supporters who say the economy is excellent or good?
00:53:46.000 30% under 50k by income.
00:53:47.000 37% if you're from 50k to 100k.
00:53:48.000 And 42% say the economy is excellent or good if you're over $100,000.
00:53:51.000 from 50k to 100k and 42% say the economy is excellent or good if you're over $100,000.
00:53:56.000 Meanwhile, if you say the economy is poor or only fair, 70% of people making under 50
00:54:03.000 grand, 61% of people making from 50 to 100 grand, and 57% say the economy is only poor
00:54:10.000 or only fair if you're making over $100,000.
00:54:12.000 And by age, 89% of people aged 18 to 29 say the economy is poor or only fair.
00:54:19.000 We're talking about Joe Biden's 2020 supporters.
00:54:20.000 We're not talking about the entire broad electorate.
00:54:24.000 Those are amazing numbers, by the way.
00:54:26.000 That is a serious problem for Joe Biden.
00:54:28.000 Naturally, he's trying to teach people that they're just wrong about the economy.
00:54:31.000 Actually, things are going swimmingly.
00:54:32.000 Here was Joe Biden yesterday explaining that Thanksgiving actually was cheap.
00:54:36.000 As a share of earnings this Thanksgiving, dinner was the fourth cheapest ever on record.
00:54:41.000 I want you all to know that.
00:54:44.000 I look at all the press, look at that.
00:54:45.000 The press is particularly excited about that, I can see.
00:54:53.000 But look, all kidding aside, That's not all.
00:54:56.000 On Thanksgiving two years ago, 100 container ships were waiting to dock in the ports.
00:55:01.000 They were lined up, 100 long, out into the ocean.
00:55:05.000 This year, there were less than 10, meaning that today, as folks start their holiday shopping, shelves are stocked, meaning that if major appliances like a stove or a fridge broke down over Thanksgiving, you can replace it faster and 9 percent cheaper than you did two years ago.
00:55:26.000 Um, well, um, there's only one problem, which is no one believes that.
00:55:29.000 Okay, according to The Hill, in 2022, the price for a classic Thanksgiving feast was $64.05.
00:55:35.000 That was up more than 10 bucks than 2021.
00:55:40.000 It declined a little bit in 2023, but it's still way, way, way higher.
00:55:45.000 Costs are still 25% higher than they were in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic, according to The Hill.
00:55:50.000 So yeah, nobody believes this.
00:55:51.000 Trying to talk people into the idea that the economy is going swimmingly is a failure in imagination by the Biden administration.
00:55:57.000 And they've got to, honestly, I'm not sure how they pull out of this tailspin.
00:56:00.000 I really don't know.
00:56:01.000 We're here in the studio with Montana Tucker.
00:56:03.000 She's a model, singer, dancer, and activist.
00:56:06.000 And of course, you've seen her all over social media, particularly right now, promoting the fight against antisemitism.
00:56:11.000 Montana, great to see you.
00:56:13.000 Thank you for having me.
00:56:14.000 Yeah, thanks so much for coming in.
00:56:15.000 I'm excited.
00:56:16.000 So, how did you get into this fight against anti-Semitism in the first place?
00:56:21.000 I feel like I've been fighting this fight for a long time now.
00:56:25.000 One year ago, leading up to Kristallnacht last November, I released a Holocaust educational docuseries called How to Never Forget.
00:56:33.000 I grew up with Holocaust survivor grandparents from Hungary and Romania.
00:56:38.000 And I grew up hearing their stories my whole life.
00:56:40.000 So I've always been educated about the Holocaust, you know, not just in school, not just from movies, but from direct stories from my grandparents.
00:56:47.000 And when my Zayde passed away four years ago at 97, I rewatched his Shoah Foundation testimonials.
00:56:54.000 And my grandma's and I was like, I need to do something with this.
00:56:57.000 So I actually went to Poland and filmed a whole series.
00:57:00.000 So I've been now for the past year fighting antisemitism on my social media in person, going around speaking.
00:57:08.000 And when everything happened with Israel, then I have now basically taken over my social media posting about it.
00:57:15.000 So what is the uptick in antisemitism that you've seen been like since since October 7th?
00:57:20.000 I mean, I think the actual statistic is 400%, they say.
00:57:24.000 But what is happening online is something that anti-Semitism has always been here, right?
00:57:31.000 It's always been around.
00:57:32.000 But now with the power of social media, it's been taken to a whole new level.
00:57:37.000 And what's happening on social media is now going into the college campuses, is going into high schools even.
00:57:44.000 There was a high school teacher that the other day had to be locked in her room because there were protests.
00:57:48.000 In high schools.
00:57:49.000 So I'm seeing it directly to myself on social media, but every day we're hearing about news stories now, what is happening in schools and on the streets, at restaurants.
00:57:58.000 People are boycotting restaurants because they support Israel.
00:58:01.000 In some cases they're even boycotting restaurants that serve Israeli food that was happening in Philadelphia.
00:58:05.000 It's totally wild.
00:58:06.000 So you've been doing some amazing activist work.
00:58:08.000 You've been meeting with people on all sides of the political aisle to talk about anti-Semitism.
00:58:12.000 For folks who don't watch or feed and haven't been following, what are the kind of stuff that you've been doing?
00:58:17.000 Yeah, so I've been, you know, going to, you know, whether it's political, going to the White House and speaking about it there, or going to different schools, or going, you know, I just spoke at the rally in D.C., which was 300,000 people, which is an insane number of people to come together to support Israel and to combat anti-Semitism.
00:58:36.000 And, you know, my following on social media was not built from my activism.
00:58:41.000 It was built from my dancing, from my singing.
00:58:43.000 You know, I've collaborated with people of all walks of life, all ethnicities, all races.
00:58:48.000 So to use my social media to be posting about Israel, you know, was risky, some may say,
00:58:55.000 but I felt that if I have the voice and I have the power to maybe educate someone,
00:59:00.000 to share what's going on, I know that's what my grandparents would want me to do.
00:59:05.000 What they, I wish they had a voice back then and wish the Jewish people had a voice back then
00:59:10.000 to be able to voice what was going on.
00:59:12.000 So I feel like it's our responsibility now with these platforms to make sure we use them and educate.
00:59:17.000 I mean, it definitely is a brave thing to take a social media following
00:59:20.000 that is on a completely different topic and swivel it over to something that's insanely serious
00:59:24.000 and really threatening in the world right now.
00:59:26.000 I mean, I'm lucky.
00:59:27.000 I do a political show, which means that I can just talk about what's going on politically pretty easily and my audience can move with me.
00:59:32.000 It's stuff happening in the world.
00:59:33.000 But for you to take a complete image that has been built from doing fun stuff, the singing and the dancing, and shift that over to something deeply serious, how have fans reacted to that?
00:59:43.000 You know, when I first did the Holocaust series a year ago, I was nervous.
00:59:48.000 I was definitely very nervous.
00:59:49.000 I was like, people follow me to see me be happy, to see me dancing in the streets of Hollywood Boulevard, you know, to see me collaborate with Terry Crews.
00:59:57.000 Like, no one's going to want me to sit here and do something very dark, very serious.
01:00:01.000 I mean, me going to Auschwitz.
01:00:03.000 Have you ever been?
01:00:03.000 I have not been, no.
01:00:04.000 Something that anyone watching I mean no matter what religion you are what race you are
01:00:08.000 It is something that I think everyone should go and experience to see what can really happen
01:00:13.000 And that's very dark. That's very serious. I mean, I never went so everyone was seeing my my natural reaction
01:00:21.000 I was hysterically crying half the time in the series, you know
01:00:24.000 You're walking over mass graves in the series So it was risky and I was like, you know
01:00:30.000 what if it impacts one person if one person sees this and is impacted like great and
01:00:34.000 Honestly, the series took off in a way that I never expected. I really didn't expect it and it
01:00:40.000 It really has changed people's views and opinions.
01:00:43.000 I've had people write me saying, like, you know, I was taught to hate Jews my whole life.
01:00:47.000 And after, you know, hearing your story and hearing your grandparents' story, like, you've changed my mind.
01:00:51.000 Or people who aren't Jewish saying, you know, you've inspired me to want to go learn more about my, you know, family's history.
01:00:58.000 So it's been interesting.
01:01:00.000 You know, of course, there's a lot of the hate that has come with it.
01:01:03.000 I mean, definitely more hate.
01:01:06.000 But there also has been a lot of really positive, beautiful things that have come from it.
01:01:10.000 So after doing that series about the Holocaust, and obviously you mentioned growing up in a home with Holocaust survivor grandparents, where do you think we stand with anti-Semitism in the world right now?
01:01:21.000 It's crazy that it's 2023, almost 2024, and we are still here.
01:01:25.000 And we are here, actually, not still here.
01:01:27.000 We are in a place that we've, I don't think we've been since the Holocaust, you know?
01:01:33.000 So people need to take this more seriously.
01:01:35.000 I think that, this is why I keep saying this is how the Holocaust began, because people aren't taking this seriously enough.
01:01:43.000 and to understand people think, oh, the Holocaust could never happen again, you know.
01:01:46.000 But that's why Israel is so important.
01:01:48.000 My Zayde would always tell me how important the state of Israel was
01:01:51.000 because he felt if Israel was around that the Holocaust would have never happened.
01:01:55.000 And that's why it's so important that we protect Israel and we stand for Israel
01:01:58.000 during this time more than ever.
01:02:00.000 And people saying anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism.
01:02:05.000 It is.
01:02:07.000 And it's really a scary time that we're in right now.
01:02:11.000 And I can't believe that we have to prove ourselves again.
01:02:16.000 Back in the day, my Zady would tell me stories that he would have friends his entire life.
01:02:20.000 And then all of a sudden, when all the announcements came out about how terrible the Jews were and all the propaganda, friends turned on him, started spitting on him in the street, started beating him up and saying, you dirty Jew.
01:02:31.000 I mean, that's what's happening on social media, and you're having conversations with friends that you can't even imagine having.
01:02:37.000 Like, a year ago, you would have never imagined having these types of conversations with them.
01:02:41.000 So it's a really scary time we're in, and that's why it needs to be taken seriously, and to make sure that the never forget, never again doesn't happen again.
01:02:51.000 Yeah, the denialism is particularly astonishing.
01:02:53.000 I mean, when you look at the amount on social media of people who are just saying, none of this ever occurred, or Israel's exaggerating what happened, or the 40 beheaded babies, therefore all the babies are alive, or Israel's lying, or all of this, it is boggling to the mind, because for those who actually think that truth matters and that facts matter, it's pretty evident that for a huge percentage of the population, that just is not true.
01:03:15.000 The narrative matters a lot more than the facts.
01:03:17.000 It makes no sense that At first they were saying the hostages aren't like when people are in the streets pulling down the posters.
01:03:23.000 There are videos of people saying they're not hostages.
01:03:26.000 Hamas didn't take them.
01:03:28.000 Okay, now we have all the videos of them, the hostages, being returned.
01:03:32.000 Where's your denial on that one?
01:03:34.000 Oh, they didn't really murder them.
01:03:35.000 Then you have all the footage that comes out online every day.
01:03:39.000 I'm involved in all these groups that people are begging people to see this footage.
01:03:43.000 I don't want to see the 45 minute long because I believe it.
01:03:47.000 But the people who are denying it need to watch that footage.
01:03:50.000 They need to watch that footage because how can you deny that?
01:03:54.000 How can you deny that?
01:03:56.000 It really is astonishing.
01:03:56.000 Well, you're doing amazing work to Montana Tucker.
01:03:58.000 Thank you so much for stopping by, and thank you for doing what you're doing.
01:04:00.000 It's a brave and necessary thing, so I really appreciate it.
01:04:04.000 Thank you so much.
01:04:05.000 All righty, folks.
01:04:05.000 We've reached the end of today's show.
01:04:06.000 We'll be back here tomorrow with much more.
01:04:08.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.
