00:00:00.000 Tons on today's show.
00:00:01.000 President Trump is threatening Iran.
00:00:04.000 They must, he says, unconditionally surrender.
00:00:06.000 Tucker Carlson continues to go nuts on Trump, who responds by calling Tucker, kooky Tucker Carlson.
00:00:12.000 Plus, we get to the latest from the left and their bizarre desire to crap on the military parade.

00:00:39.000 All righty, so the news coming like a fire hose.
00:00:42.000 A lot of updates coming from the United States.
00:00:44.000 What is the United States going to do?
00:00:45.000 But over the course of the last 24 hours, Israel told the Iranians they were going to take their state media offline.
00:00:51.000 They then proceeded to do so in quite colorful fashion.
00:00:53.000 and the clip that was making the rounds looked like this.
00:00:55.000 The line is a great way to the land of the country.
00:01:04.000 The line is a great way to the right and the truth is.
00:01:13.000 The line is a great way to the right and the right and the right.
00:01:24.000 In any case, What Israel is doing right now, they have complete air superiority over the entire country of Iran.
00:01:30.000 Not just that.
00:01:31.000 Over the course of the last 24 hours, apparently they also took down, via a hacktivist group, a group called Predatory Sparrow, they took down Bank Seppa, which is one of Iran's oldest financial institutions with ties to the IRGC as well as the army, according to iraninternational.com, which is sort of a dissident website.
00:01:50.000 That operates, I believe, from outside Iran.
00:01:52.000 Several bank sepa branches were closed on Tuesdays.
00:01:54.000 Customers told Iran International they were unable to access their accounts.
00:01:58.000 They have 1,800 branches in Iran and others in Britain, France, Germany, and Italy.
00:02:02.000 The United States imposed sanctions on bank sepa in 2019.
00:02:05.000 President Trump did that after it withdrew from Iran's 2015 nuclear deal.
00:02:09.000 So, the banking system collapsing in Iran.
00:02:14.000 The propaganda system collapsing in Iran and the military system collapsing in Iran as well.
00:02:19.000 According to Israel Hayom, Israeli Air Force jets struck a manned command center at the heart of Tehran, killing Ali Shadmani.
00:02:26.000 That is Iran's chief of war staff.
00:02:28.000 He was the most senior operational military commander in the country and the closest advisor to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
00:02:34.000 He had served as the chief of war staff and commander of the emergency command center of Iran's armed forces, overseeing both the IRGC and the regular Iranian army.
00:02:43.000 He had a very short-lived tenure.
00:02:45.000 He had a really terrible temp job.
00:02:47.000 He actually was appointed to command Iran's armed forces about five days ago because his predecessor, Alam Ali Rashid, was eliminated on day one.
00:02:56.000 So congratulations for the promotion and also condolences for his death.
00:03:02.000 And these are all people working for one of the most evil regimes on the planet, a regime that not only spreads terror throughout the region, is responsible for the murder of hundreds, if not thousands, of American troops across the region, but also happens to repress its own people to an extraordinary degree.
00:03:15.000 So, Israel took out a top general, they took the banks offline, they took down the Iranian media, they also were blowing up from the air the F-14 Tomcats.
00:03:24.000 That Iran had left over from the pre-revolutionary period.
00:03:28.000 So the United States had sold F-14s to Iran back when the Shah was running Iran.
00:03:32.000 If you ever watch Top Gun Maverick, there's a country in it with F-14s.
00:03:36.000 There's only one country on planet Earth that still operates F-14s.
00:03:39.000 That country is Iran.
00:03:40.000 And just like in Top Gun Maverick, it turns out the F-14 is not a very good plane by comparison to today's modern models.
00:03:46.000 And so this is what happens to F-14s in modern combat.
00:03:48.000 They just get blown up on the ground.
00:03:50.000 Alrighty, you can see the actual video here.
00:03:53.000 It is a sort of drone footage of the F-14s being exploded on the ground.
00:04:01.000 Tom Cruise is nowhere in sight.
00:04:02.000 Other developments.
00:04:03.000 China has now told its citizens it's time to leave Iran, presumably in expectation of more Israeli strikes.
00:04:08.000 Israel says they have now destroyed 50% of the IRGC's ballistic missile launchers.
00:04:13.000 And this is one of the big problems for Iran.
00:04:14.000 Iran keeps trying to fire missiles.
00:04:16.000 They announced they're going to fire missiles into Israel.
00:04:17.000 The problem for them, as I talked about on the show yesterday, is that if they fire hundreds of missiles at one time, Which ballistic missile launchers are lighting up?
00:04:26.000 And then can destroy the ballistic missile launchers?
00:04:28.000 So instead, what they've been relegated to doing is firing ten at a time.
00:04:31.000 Five at a time.
00:04:32.000 One at a time.
00:04:33.000 In the hopes that maybe somehow this is going to hold off, I don't know, a revolution from within.
00:04:38.000 It certainly isn't holding off Israeli offensive action.
00:04:40.000 And it's certainly not taking a tremendous toll on the Israeli public.
00:04:44.000 The Israeli public just has to run into basements once in a while.
00:04:46.000 But this is a radical decrease from the beginning of the war, when in the first couple of days Iran was shooting off 100 or 200 missiles.
00:04:53.000 At a time.
00:04:54.000 Qatar, for its part being a font head for the Iranian regime, is trying to talk its way out of this.
00:04:59.000 We warn against a reckless attack on Iran's energy facilities.
00:05:02.000 The Israeli move is ill-considered and will have repercussions on oil prices.
00:05:05.000 Attacking nuclear facilities poses a serious threat to regional security.
00:05:08.000 We discussed with the IAEA ways to improve the security of the facilities.
00:05:11.000 A little too little too late, guys.
00:05:13.000 Sorry, but that's going to be a big no on that one.
00:05:15.000 By the way, the idea that there is a giant oil spike that has happened.
00:05:20.000 That is also not true.
00:05:21.000 This is something the Wall Street Journal is pointing out.
00:05:23.000 Qatar is basically lying about this.
00:05:25.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, the big news in oil markets since Israel's attack on Iran's nuclear program is the price spike that wasn't.
00:05:30.000 Brent crude popped from $66 a barrel or so to a high of $78 last week.
00:05:35.000 By Monday, it was back down below $73.
00:05:36.000 That non-panic owes to the ample global supply.
00:05:39.000 It's a lesson for Congress and the Trump administration as they contemplate putting new sanctions on Russian oil exports.
00:05:45.000 So global oil production is in pretty good shape to cope with.
00:05:49.000 The loss of Iranian supply.
00:05:53.000 So, meanwhile, the question becomes, what exactly is the next step here?
00:05:57.000 So, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he says, listen, Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Ayatollah of Iran, he's still on the table here.
00:06:05.000 He might not make it out in one piece.
00:06:09.000 But U.S. officials tell us that the president flatly rejected a plan, an opportunity that you, the Israelis, had to take out the supreme leader.
00:06:21.000 Do you understand his concern?
00:06:23.000 My understanding is his concern is that this would escalate the conflict beyond where it is already.
00:06:29.000 It's not going to escalate the conflict.
00:06:31.000 going to end the conflict.
00:06:33.000 We've had The forever war is what Iran wants.
00:06:48.000 And they're bringing us to the brink of nuclear war.
00:06:51.000 In fact, what Israel is doing is preventing this, bringing an end to this aggression.
00:06:56.000 And we can only do so by standing up to the forces of evil.
00:07:01.000 Prime Minister Netanyahu also, because the Iranian media were taken completely offline yesterday, he actually gave a message to the Iranian people.
00:07:10.000 This message he gave via an alternative network that was broadcasting into Iran.
00:07:16.000 So the only TV that Iran was able to see was essentially Israeli TV in Iran.
00:07:21.000 Here we go.
00:07:23.000 But I think you should understand, these dictators in Iran, sure, they fear us.
00:07:30.000 But they fear you, the people of Iran, even more.
00:07:33.000 And your hour of freedom is near.
00:07:36.000 It's happening now.
00:07:38.000 They understand that 80% of the people of Iran despise them.
00:07:43.000 I hear a lot of them.
00:07:44.000 You know, I do these videos that I broadcast to the Iranian people.
00:07:49.000 I tell them how we could offer them help in the water shortage that you have.
00:07:53.000 The regime refuses, of course.
00:07:54.000 We tell them how we could cooperate these two.
00:07:58.000 Glorious ancient peoples that have cooperated from the times of Cyrus the Great.
00:08:03.000 Cyrus the Great freed the Jews.
00:08:05.000 Now it's time for you to be free.
00:08:07.000 And you have that opportunity.
00:08:09.000 The people of Iran, I think, have a brilliant future.
00:08:13.000 And our friendship can be restored to what it was and what it should be.
00:08:17.000 This is the time.
00:08:19.000 Okay, so, again, it's not an explicit goal of the Israelis to topple the regime.
00:08:23.000 They want to get rid of the possibility of nuclear development by the regime.
00:08:26.000 But if the regime happens to fall, well, no one is going to be crying about that.
00:08:30.000 Already coming up much, much more on what the Israelis are doing in Iran.
00:08:33.000 Plus, President Trump is dropping a lot of hints about what may be ahead.
00:08:38.000 And he's in a fight with Tucker Carlson.
00:08:40.000 Tucker somehow thinks that he is like the leader of MAGA, and President Trump slapped him down yesterday.
00:08:44.000 First, we are days away from what has been dubbed the Rio Reset, the greatest threat to the U.S. dollar's global dominance in over 80 years.
00:08:50.000 On July 6th, BRICS nations, Russia, China, India, Iran, many more, are expected to unveil their plans to circumvent the American dollar, thus cratering its value.
00:08:57.000 They've already been laying the groundwork, as their central banks have been methodically divesting from the U.S. dollar and U.S. bonds in favor of gold.
00:09:03.000 How can you protect your IRA or 401k from the fallout from...

00:09:15.000 Now, I myself have bought some gold recently because I'm looking at the economy and I'm thinking to myself, I'm not sure which way this is going.

00:10:45.000 Good Ranchers.
00:10:46.000 American meat.
00:10:47.000 Delivered.
00:10:47.000 So, what about President Trump?
00:10:49.000 So, President Trump, as I've been saying, is playing this absolutely brilliantly.
00:10:52.000 Thus far, the Israelis have basically done the world's dirty work.
00:10:55.000 The Israelis have taken out the vast majority of Iran's ballistic missile launchers.
00:10:58.000 They've now taken out Iran's top military layer and many of the members of its secondary military layer.
00:11:04.000 They've taken out a vast bevy, maybe up to 90% of its nuclear facilities.
00:11:08.000 The only things that are really left on the table for the Iranians right now are the Ayatollah himself, the nuclear facility at Fordow.
00:11:15.000 And the oil fields.
00:11:16.000 Those are really the only things that Iran has.
00:11:18.000 Israel has refrained from hitting the oil fields, specifically because it does not wish to create any sort of serious oil spike.
00:11:23.000 It has refrained from hitting Khamenei, because it would like to see Khamenei either surrender or flee, presumably, because if Israel were to kill Khamenei, then there's always the possibility that there's some sort of red button somewhere that does let off the rest of the missiles all at once.
00:11:37.000 And then there's the Fordo nuclear facility.
00:11:39.000 Now, if Fordo goes down, the problem for Khamenei is that that ends.
00:11:43.000 All nuclear future for the Ayatollahs.
00:11:45.000 And at that point, the regime is extraordinarily vulnerable.
00:11:48.000 Obviously, militarily, they're very vulnerable right now.
00:11:50.000 They do not control their skies.
00:11:51.000 On the ground, they're vulnerable as well because Israel can hit them pretty much anywhere.
00:11:56.000 And when it comes to its nuclear future, the nuclear future was supposed to be the guarantee that the Ayatollahs could stay in power despite the fact that they are quite unpopular at home.
00:12:05.000 And this is why the Ayatollahs built Fordo below a mountain.
00:12:08.000 Apparently, they built the...
00:12:25.000 So, the only people on planet Earth who have the planes capable of carrying the bunker busters that would make the process easy are the Americans.
00:12:32.000 Now, Israel, I'm sure, has come up with some clever ways to take out Fordow or to wreck the inside of the facility.
00:12:40.000 Israel would not have entered this war without some endpoint, including the destruction of Florida.
00:12:45.000 It might be risky, it might be costly, but there's no way the Israelis went into this believing that there was no way they could take out Florida.
00:12:51.000 With that said, everything becomes a lot easier for the world if, given the fact that Iran now has no offensive capabilities to speak of.
00:12:58.000 Again, they are firing one missile a night at the Israelis, and the Israelis are wrecking them militarily.
00:13:02.000 The thing that would end this war pretty quickly, and when I say pretty quickly, I mean within 24 hours, is...
00:13:14.000 That's really the whole thing, because at that point, the Iranians have nothing to negotiate with.
00:13:18.000 At that point, Khamenei has nothing to hold out for.
00:13:20.000 He may as well just say, listen, you guys got what you want.
00:13:23.000 Please leave.
00:13:24.000 Please, please, please.
00:13:24.000 And then it's just a question of whether the people of Iran want to do anything.
00:13:27.000 But nobody here, by the way, is in the business of nation building.
00:13:29.000 The United States is not in the business of nation building.
00:13:31.000 If you think Israel is taking responsibility for nation building Iran, you got another thing coming.
00:13:35.000 Israel is a country of 9.7 million people.
00:13:37.000 Iran is a country of 91 million people located some 1,500 miles away.
00:13:40.000 So none of that is happening.
00:13:42.000 That is why all comparisons to Iraq are just completely inapt here.
00:13:45.000 They do not match.
00:13:47.000 This is much more similar to President Trump taking out Qasem Soleimani.
00:13:50.000 A move celebrated, by the way, by many of the same people who are now freaking out about the possibility of President Trump taking out Fordo.
00:13:57.000 That is the reason why the latest polling shows, according to Greyhouse, poll taken just a couple of days ago, do you support the United States attacking Iran if necessary?
00:14:06.000 Trump voters.
00:14:07.000 Yes.
00:14:08.000 72%.
00:14:08.000 No.
00:14:09.000 19%.
00:14:10.000 That's a very, very large majority.
00:14:12.000 The idea that there's a giant split in Trump's base over whether If we have to?
00:14:18.000 If that's the best choice?
00:14:20.000 Actually, that is not particularly divisive inside the Republican Party.
00:14:24.000 Which is why, yesterday, or late yesterday evening, President Trump announced that he would be leaving the G7 summit early to return to Washington, D.C. And there was talk that he was going to be meeting with the National Security Council inside the Situation Room.
00:14:38.000 There's a lot of speculation that there may have been a military move that was happening as of last night.
00:14:42.000 According to Associated Press, world leaders had gathered in Canada with the specific goal of helping to defuse a series of global pressure points only to be disrupted by a showdown over Iran's nuclear program that could escalate in dangerous and uncontrollable ways.
00:14:54.000 Again, I'm waiting to see an explanation for what the escalation looks like.
00:14:58.000 China is already abandoning ship.
00:15:00.000 Russia has already abandoned ship.
00:15:02.000 They told Ayatollah Khamenei, we are not coming to your rescue at all.
00:15:05.000 There are no outside forces coming to the rescue of Iran at this point.
00:15:09.000 So the only question is, what are Iran's capabilities?
00:15:11.000 And let's just put it this way.
00:15:12.000 If Iran had significant offensive capabilities, they should have flexed them already, considering that Israel is completely wiping the Iranian military and nuclear facilities off the map with extraordinary impunity right now.
00:15:24.000 So President Trump left to head back to Washington, and President Trump was asked on Air Force One about negotiating, because, of course, there are some in his administration who have been leaking to the press.
00:15:36.000 We can speculate who those people are.
00:15:38.000 There are some who have been leaking to the press that President Trump is trying negotiations.
00:15:41.000 And Trump's like, uh, no, I don't know.
00:15:43.000 That's going to be a no from me, dog.
00:15:46.000 Are you open to negotiating with the Iranians right now, or do you want to wait?
00:15:51.000 I don't know.
00:15:52.000 I've been negotiating.
00:15:53.000 I told them to do the deal.
00:15:54.000 They should have done the deal.
00:15:56.000 Their cities have been blown to pieces.
00:15:58.000 They've lost a lot of people.
00:16:00.000 They should have done the deal.
00:16:01.000 I told them, do the deal.
00:16:03.000 So, I don't know.
00:16:04.000 I'm not too much in a mood to negotiate.
00:16:07.000 Not in too much of a mood to negotiate is one of the great historic lines.
00:16:11.000 I gotta say, it's really great.
00:16:12.000 It's not just, we're not negotiating right now.
00:16:13.000 I'm not in the mood to negotiate.
00:16:15.000 It's just spectacular.
00:16:16.000 It's just spectacular.
00:16:17.000 It's just great stuff.
00:16:18.000 This is, among many other things, what I voted for.
00:16:21.000 This is what I voted for.
00:16:22.000 I said, I voted for Trump 1.0 foreign policy.
00:16:25.000 This is like Trump 1.0.
00:16:27.000 On steroids.
00:16:28.000 And it is great.
00:16:28.000 This is what peace through strength looks like.
00:16:30.000 Because guess what?
00:16:31.000 Iran's a hell of a lot less of a threat to the region now than they were even a week ago.
00:16:34.000 And they will be a hell of a lot less of a threat a week from now than they are even now.
00:16:39.000 President Trump, meanwhile, was asked about a ceasefire.
00:16:41.000 There are a bunch of people at the G7 who are calling for President Trump to broker a ceasefire.
00:16:45.000 He's like, we're not doing ceasefires.
00:16:46.000 Ceasefires are temporary.
00:16:47.000 What I want is an end to this war, like an end-end, meaning no nuclear program for Iran.
00:16:53.000 What specifically is better than a ceasefire?
00:16:55.000 What are you looking for here?
00:16:58.000 An end.
00:16:59.000 A real end, not a ceasefire.
00:17:01.000 An end.
00:17:01.000 So something that will be permanent?
00:17:03.000 Yeah.
00:17:04.000 Or giving up entirely.
00:17:07.000 Is that okay too?
00:17:08.000 Are you closer or are you possible?
00:17:10.000 Is that possible in the next $24?
00:17:11.000 Why not?
00:17:12.000 Certainly possible.
00:17:14.000 Complete give up.
00:17:16.000 That's possible.
00:17:17.000 He says give up.
00:17:19.000 That's possible.
00:17:20.000 That seems like a pretty clear message.
00:17:22.000 Again, he has played this all the way, all the way to the mat.
00:17:25.000 He's got all the cards.
00:17:26.000 As President Trump likes to say, he is the one with all of the cards.
00:17:30.000 And that's real.
00:17:31.000 And so he's playing all of those cards.
00:17:33.000 He was asked about the fact that Tulsi Gabbard, his director of national intelligence, who put out that bizarre video last week that we analyzed, the one where she talked about the evils of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and seemed to imply that any action against Iran would somehow end a nuclear conflagration, None of it made any sense.
00:17:51.000 Tulsi Gabbard, a few months ago, had testified that there was no ongoing nuclear threat from Iran.
00:17:56.000 Of course, this is contradicted by literally all intelligence services and the IAEA.
00:18:00.000 President Trump was asked about Tulsi Gabbard's comments.
00:18:02.000 He's like, no, that's a big no from me.
00:18:04.000 Mr. Batiba always said that you don't believe Iran should be able to have a nuclear weapon.
00:18:09.000 But how close do you personally think that they were to getting one?
00:18:12.000 Because Tulsi Gabbard testified in March that the intelligence community said Iran wasn't building a nuclear weapon.
00:18:19.000 I don't care what she said.
00:18:20.000 I think they were very close to having one.
00:18:22.000 Yep.
00:18:24.000 Yep.
00:18:24.000 He is correct.
00:18:25.000 And it does not sound like Tulsi Gabbard, our DNI, is in the good graces of the president.
00:18:29.000 Nor should she be, because that was trash when she said it.
00:18:31.000 It was silly.
00:18:32.000 And it was contradicted at the time by the Secretary of Defense.
00:18:34.000 Pete Hegseth.
00:18:35.000 Okay, so, then the president decided to take to Truth Social and let his thoughts be known.
00:18:39.000 Quote, Iran should have signed the deal.
00:18:41.000 I told them to sign.
00:18:42.000 What a shame and waste of human life.
00:18:43.000 Simply stated, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
00:18:45.000 I said it over and over and over again.
00:18:47.000 Everyone should immediately evacuate to Iran.
00:18:49.000 That is what he sent yesterday evening at 6.30pm.
00:18:52.000 By the way, when he says he said it over and over and over again, he did say it over and over and over again.
00:18:56.000 Steve Guest cut a 16-minute compilation of President Trump saying it over and over and over again.
00:19:02.000 Here's just a few seconds of it.
00:19:04.000 You cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon.
00:19:08.000 You cannot let it happen because bad things will happen if that happens.
00:19:14.000 But everybody stopped.
00:19:15.000 They were ready to make a deal.
00:19:16.000 We would have made a deal that was great for everybody.
00:19:18.000 No nuclear weapons.
00:19:19.000 You can't give them nuclear weapons.
00:19:20.000 Now they're going to have a nuclear weapon.
00:19:22.000 Don't let Iran have nuclear weapons.
00:19:26.000 That's my only thing.
00:19:27.000 I have to tell you today, don't let them have it.
00:19:29.000 They would have never had them.
00:19:31.000 Including Iran.
00:19:31.000 They can't have a nuclear weapon.
00:19:33.000 That's all.
00:19:34.000 They can't have nuclear weapons.
00:19:35.000 It's too destructive, too powerful.
00:19:38.000 They can't have it.
00:19:39.000 But I wanted to make a deal with them.
00:19:41.000 No nuclear weapons.
00:19:42.000 You can't have nuclear weapons.
00:19:44.000 Nuclear weapons are the single greatest threat to this world.
00:19:47.000 To the whole world.
00:19:48.000 Okay, it goes on and on like this for 16 minutes.
00:19:50.000 On and on like this.
00:19:51.000 President Trump has been absolutely 100% consistent on this his entire political career.
00:19:57.000 All of it.
00:19:57.000 And that's why, as we'll get to, all of the people in the supposed MAGA coalition who are yelling at him about a position that he has been taking consistently for 10 years without a gap, maybe you misinterpreted.
00:20:09.000 Maybe you think you're the leaders of MAGA.
00:20:11.000 That guy is the creator of MAGA.
00:20:13.000 That one.
00:20:14.000 The President of the United States.
00:20:15.000 I'm just going to read to you from his 2015 Golden Escalator speech.
00:20:19.000 Literally from the very first moment he entered presidential politics as a Republican, he was talking about this.
00:20:25.000 We need to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
00:20:29.000 Iran is going to take over the Middle East.
00:20:33.000 Okay, Iran is racing toward developing nuclear weapons.
00:20:37.000 He said all of those things in his opening speech when he came down the golden escalator.
00:20:41.000 Was he unclear?
00:20:42.000 Did you miss the part where he said it?
00:20:43.000 Do you have hearing problems?
00:20:45.000 Do you have a brain problem?
00:20:46.000 He's been saying it consistently.
00:20:48.000 So all these people who are now mewling and screaming and crying because he's doing the thing he said he was going to do.
00:20:53.000 Welcome to President Trump, who generally does the thing he says he is going to do.
00:20:58.000 So President Trump then went to Truth Social.
00:21:01.000 And reiterated this.
00:21:03.000 He said, listen, America first means no nuclear Iran.
00:21:08.000 America first means many great things, including the fact that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
00:21:12.000 Make America great again.
00:21:13.000 Can he be any clearer?
00:21:15.000 Well, in case you were wondering, he actually tried to do it even more.
00:21:19.000 Emmanuel Macron started trying to speak in President Trump's name, which is absurd, suggesting that he was working on a ceasefire.
00:21:26.000 So first of all, President Trump cannot stand Emmanuel Macron.
00:21:28.000 As we'll see a little bit later on in the show, neither can...
00:21:33.000 Maybe there's a reason that he had to marry a woman twice his age.
00:21:35.000 In any case, he is not a popular man with people who know him personally, apparently.
00:21:40.000 Georgia Maloney rolled her eyes so hard, the Prime Minister of Italy, at having to deal with Emmanuel Macron that her eyes rolled directly out of her head.
00:21:47.000 Anyway, President Trump was upset with Emmanuel Macron.
00:21:50.000 He tweeted, quote, publicity-seeking President Emmanuel Macron of France mistakenly said, I left the G7 summit in Canada to go back to D.C. to work on a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.
00:21:59.000 Wrong!
00:22:00.000 He has no idea why I'm now on my way to Washington, but it certainly has nothing to do with his ceasefire.
00:22:04.000 Much bigger than that.
00:22:05.000 Whether purposely or not, Emmanuel always gets it wrong.
00:22:08.000 Stay tuned!
00:22:10.000 I do love the forward pitch, just in the industry.
00:22:12.000 That's what we call it when you have to pitch past a commercial.
00:22:15.000 I love it.
00:22:15.000 He's great at this.
00:22:16.000 He knows his industry.
00:22:18.000 Already coming up, President Trump is ready to do something.
00:22:21.000 What is that something?
00:22:22.000 We're not sure yet, but Tucker Carlson is attacking him for it.
00:22:25.000 We'll get into that fisticuffs in just a moment first.
00:22:28.000 Let's be honest.
00:22:28.000 That car in your driveway, maybe it's from the Obama years.
00:22:31.000 Maybe it's last year's model.
00:22:32.000 Either way, it's just sitting there.
00:22:33.000 It's not doing anything.
00:22:34.000 Except reminding you, you never listed it on Craigslist.

00:23:33.000 But it's also true.
00:23:34.000 And one day, bad news, guys.

00:24:38.000 Then, there are a bunch of people inside his administration who went leaking to people like Barack Ravid at Axios, the quite terrible reporter who relies on So there are a bunch of people in the administration.
00:24:52.000 Again, I have suspicion as to which people who are leaking to Axios as per usual.
00:24:58.000 Always in the same direction.
00:24:59.000 President Trump is going to pursue negotiations.
00:25:02.000 President Trump then went on Truth Social.
00:25:04.000 This would have been at 5.20 this morning, Eastern Time.
00:25:07.000 I have not reached out to Iran for peace talks in any way, shape, or form.
00:25:10.000 This is just more highly fabricated fake news.
00:25:12.000 If they want to talk, they know how to reach me.
00:25:14.000 They should have taken a deal that was on the table.
00:25:16.000 Would have saved a lot of lives.
00:25:18.000 Okay, later in the day, the President of the United States tweeted out a message from Mike Huckabee, a text message from the ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee.
00:25:28.000 And here's what it says, quote, Mr. President, God spared you in Butler, Pennsylvania to be the most consequential president in a century, maybe ever.
00:25:34.000 The decision's on your shoulders.
00:25:35.000 I would not want to be made by anyone else.
00:25:37.000 You have many voices speaking to you, sir, but there is only one voice that matters.
00:25:40.000 His voice, meaning God's.
00:25:42.000 I am your appointed servant in this land, and I'm available for you, but I do not try to get in your presence often because I trust your instincts.
00:25:47.000 No president in my lifetime has been in a position like yours, not since Truman in 1945.
00:25:51.000 I don't reach out to persuade you, only to encourage you.
00:25:53.000 I believe you will hear from heaven, and that voice is far more important than mine or anyone else's.
00:25:57.000 You sent me to Israel to be your eyes, ears, and voice, and to make sure our flag flies above our embassy.
00:26:00.000 My job is to be the last one to leave.
00:26:02.000 I will not abandon this post.
00:26:03.000 Our flag will not come down.
00:26:04.000 You did not seek this moment.
00:26:05.000 This moment sought you.
00:26:06.000 It is my honor to serve you.
00:26:07.000 So President Trump posted that.
00:26:08.000 He said, for Mike Huckabee, a pastor, politician, ambassador, and a great person.
00:26:12.000 And then, later in the morning, he tweeted out, quote, We now have complete and total control over the skies over Iran.
00:26:21.000 Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment and plenty of it, but it doesn't compare to American-made, conceived, and manufactured stuff.
00:26:27.000 Nobody does it better than the good old USA.
00:26:29.000 Now, notice the use of the first-person plural.
00:26:32.000 We now have complete and total control over the skies of Iran.
00:26:35.000 Not Israel.
00:26:36.000 We.
00:26:36.000 So all of this seems to imply that President Trump may be ready to simply put an end to this conflict by dropping a couple of bunker busters on Fordo.
00:26:44.000 That would be the easiest way to end the conflict.
00:26:47.000 President Trump knows that.
00:26:49.000 That seems like a pretty easy lift for the presidents of the United States.
00:26:52.000 He also started removing troops and personnel from American bases in eastern Syria, presumably to avoid any sort of blowback should he decide to make that call.
00:27:01.000 Now again, it's not clear that he is going to make that call or which way he's going to go.
00:27:06.000 The president has the Iranians right where he wants them.
00:27:08.000 At this point, they have no hand to play, as the president likes to say.
00:27:12.000 This becomes clear from another Wall Street Journal piece that was reported this morning.
00:27:16.000 Ayatollah Khamenei and his top advisors never expected Israel to launch airstrikes on the scale they've seen in recent days while they were negotiating with the Americans.
00:27:23.000 The foreign minister told diplomats they'd been played by Trump.
00:27:26.000 And the U.S.-Middle East Special Envoy Steve Witkoff into thinking negotiations would prevent a strike, according to European and Arab officials.
00:27:32.000 The Iranians have said privately they could be open to resume negotiations as long as Trump publicly says he doesn't support the Israeli strike.
00:27:37.000 So what do they want?
00:27:38.000 They want Trump to say that, oh, no, no, no, I don't like the strikes.
00:27:41.000 Trump's not going to do that.
00:27:42.000 Why would he possibly do that?
00:27:44.000 The Iranians think they can bully President Trump into saying that he disapproves the Israeli strikes?
00:27:50.000 With what?
00:27:51.000 With what leverage would they compel the President of the United States, the most powerful person on planet Earth, with the unfettered capacity to fly over Iran with anything he pleases, up to and including a paraglider?
00:28:03.000 What leverage do they think they have?
00:28:05.000 They're insane.
00:28:06.000 They're out of their minds.
00:28:07.000 That's crazy.
00:28:08.000 Apparently, the foreign minister said a private message is not enough.
00:28:11.000 The U.S. government needs to condemn the attack on nuclear facilities and explicitly withdraw from this conflict to prove its good intentions.
00:28:16.000 And then he said that Iran would only accept a deal that allows it to enrich uranium.
00:28:20.000 This is Baghdad Bob kind of stuff.
00:28:22.000 The foreign minister is Tehran Tom, apparently.
00:28:25.000 What a hot take from the foreign minister.
00:28:27.000 He's going to bully the president of the United States into apologizing for Israel's action in the Middle East.
00:28:33.000 Good luck with that.
00:28:35.000 Meanwhile, the supposed conflict that is breaking out amongst MAGA, it is not real.
00:28:39.000 I'm just putting it out there.
00:28:40.000 It's not real.
00:28:41.000 There are some voices that you hear that are very big on X. Some people who are in the media space who have And let's just be clear, by the polling data, that is not true.
00:28:59.000 This has been and remains a fringe opinion.
00:29:01.000 The president is a peace-through-strength advocate.
00:29:04.000 You think that the guy who blew Qasem Soleimani into little tiny pieces, pieces so small that they could not put them back together again, you think that that guy is a pacifist?
00:29:14.000 You think that the same Donald Trump, Tomahawk missiles into Syria, that one's the pacifist?
00:29:20.000 You think the president who on Saturday had a gigantic military parade to show off our hardware and praise the U.S. Army's history, that guy's the pacifist?
00:29:28.000 He doesn't sound like the kind of guy who, for example, thinks that Churchill was the bad guy of World War II.
00:29:33.000 Doesn't sound like the president of the United States.
00:29:35.000 The president of the United States, he doesn't sound like the kind of guy who thinks that the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to end World War II was some sort of great moral blight.
00:29:44.000 On the history of the United States.
00:29:46.000 That doesn't sound like President Trump.
00:29:47.000 It sounds like other people in the supposed MAGA movement, people who wish to grab control of that MAGA movement, pretend that they are the substitute leaders of that MAGA movement, that actually it's their movement, independent of President Trump.
00:29:58.000 But that doesn't sound very much like President Trump to me.
00:30:01.000 Well, obviously, one of those people is Tucker Carlson.
00:30:05.000 So, over the course of the last 48 hours, he has continued to up the ante.
00:30:09.000 So, last week, he put out, of course, a newsletter in which he suggested that the president had betrayed MAGA in America first, and President Trump responded by saying he made MAGA in America first, which, of course, is true.
00:30:20.000 And then yesterday, Tucker spun off while doing an interview with Steve Bannon, who seems to be taking a similar position, talking about how this could end Trump's presidency.
00:30:29.000 By what stretch of the imagination?
00:30:30.000 Seriously.
00:30:32.000 A full-scale invasion and occupation of Iran would end its presidency.
00:30:35.000 Fortunately, literally no one alive is talking about that, because that would be crazy.
00:30:40.000 But here is Tucker Carlson, again, going after the president on this.
00:30:44.000 I actually really love Trump.
00:30:45.000 I think he's a deeply humane, kind person.
00:30:49.000 And I am saying this because I'm really afraid that my country's going to be further weakened by this.
00:30:56.000 I think we're going to see the end of American empire, obviously.
00:30:59.000 Other nations would like to see that, and this is a perfect way.
00:31:02.000 To scuttle the USS America on the shoals of Iran.
00:31:05.000 But it's also going to end, I believe, Trump's presidency and effectively end it.
00:31:10.000 Okay, so it's going to effectively end Trump's presidency.
00:31:12.000 It's going to end American Empire.
00:31:15.000 I thought he doesn't like American Empire, first of all.
00:31:17.000 So what is he so worried about?
00:31:18.000 He doesn't like America's role in the world.
00:31:20.000 Also, you know, I'm going to take it with a grain of salt when he says that he loves the president of the United States, since in 2020, it was uncovered in that lawsuit in which Dominion Voting Systems filed a lawsuit against Fox News.
00:31:32.000 That he was texting people saying that he quote-unquote passionately hated Donald Trump in 2020.
00:31:37.000 So I'm not sure whether he passionately loves Donald Trump or whether he passionately hates Donald Trump, whether he believes that Donald Trump has betrayed the MAGA movement or what he believes President Trump has betrayed about the MAGA movement.
00:31:46.000 Suffice it to say, President Trump was unhappy with this.
00:31:49.000 And President Trump labeled Tucker Carlson kooky yesterday.
00:31:55.000 He put out a statement on Truth Social.
00:31:59.000 In which he said, someone please explain to kooky Tucker Carlson that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon.
00:32:06.000 So President Trump calls Tucker Carlson kooky Tucker, which again, I think is a very, very good descriptor of Tucker Carlson.
00:32:14.000 At this point, let's just say that he has pushed a bunch of theories that are specious in the extreme, unbased in evidence or reason.
00:32:22.000 And you can enjoy Tucker Carlson to your heart's content.
00:32:24.000 It is a free country.
00:32:26.000 Suffice it to say, I do not find that his takes are rooted in reality, rooted in rationality at this point.
00:32:33.000 And President Trump, of course, sounding off about this because Tucker is the leader of an entire new wing of MAGA.
00:32:38.000 It's not very large, but it is very loud, suggesting that the president is not in control of the movement that he created.
00:32:45.000 That, of course, includes Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:32:48.000 She, of the less-than-average IQ, She put out a statement talking about how much he loves Tucker Carlson.
00:32:54.000 He's one of her favorite people.
00:32:55.000 That's fine.
00:32:56.000 That's fine.
00:32:57.000 He unapologetically believes the same things I do, says Marjorie Taylor Greene, that if we don't fight for our own country and our own people, then we will no longer have a country for our children and our grandchildren.
00:33:06.000 Okay, we thank you for that meaningless statement.
00:33:07.000 I think we all agree with that.
00:33:08.000 And foreign wars intervention, regime change, put America last, kill innocent people, are making us broke, and will ultimately lead to our destruction.
00:33:14.000 Well, I mean, those aren't all the same thing.
00:33:17.000 Foreign wars intervention and regime change?
00:33:20.000 Like every intervention?
00:33:21.000 Like killing Soleimani?
00:33:22.000 That made America broke and led to our destruction?
00:33:26.000 That's not kooky.
00:33:27.000 That's what millions of Americans voted for.
00:33:28.000 It's what we believe is America.
00:33:29.000 Who gives a sh**?
00:33:30.000 What Marjorie Taylor Greene believes is America First compared to Donald J. Trump.
00:33:34.000 Again, I have my disagreements with President Trump.
00:33:36.000 You've heard me disagree with President Trump many times.
00:33:38.000 I don't claim I'm the leader of America First or MAGA.
00:33:40.000 That's an absurdity.
00:33:42.000 Her speaking in the name of the MAGA movement as opposed to President Trump?
00:33:46.000 It's ridiculous.
00:33:47.000 And the people who are siding with this?
00:33:49.000 Trying to wrest control of a movement they did not build and they are not responsible for from the President of the United States is insulting in the extreme.
00:33:56.000 All right, still a lot coming up on the show.
00:33:58.000 We'll get to the latest from the G7+.
00:34:00.000 The UK supposedly tackling racial data with regard to those grooming gangs?
00:34:04.000 First, there's been some concerning research about the true safety of the abortion pill.
00:34:07.000 It's worth discussing it.
00:34:08.000 A recent report suggests serious adverse effects from the abortion pill might be more common than previously understood, potentially affecting around 11% of patients.
00:34:16.000 Given that the abortion pill now accounts for about 60% of all abortions in the US, with roughly a million procedures annually, this could impact tens of thousands of women every year.
00:34:24.000 This raises important questions about how we approach reproductive health care.
00:34:27.000 Organizations like the Preborn Network are taking a different approach.
00:34:30.000 They reported helping over 67,000 women last year by providing comprehensive support that addresses both physical and emotional needs while also offering spiritual guidance through their faith-based perspective.
00:34:40.000 What's interesting is they're finding that when women have the opportunity to see an ultrasound and hear their baby's heartbeat, it actually significantly increases the likelihood they'll choose to continue their pregnancy.
00:34:48.000 They've structured their program so a single ultrasound costs just $28.
00:34:52.000 $140 can help support five women and their babies through their decision-making process.
00:34:56.000 To support Preborn's important work, you can donate by texting baby to pound250 or visit preborn.com slash ben.
00:35:03.000 All contributions are tax deductible.
00:35:05.000 Dave Smith, another one of these.
00:35:07.000 He came out and suggested yesterday that Trump should be impeached, full-on impeached, for the crime of defenestrating one of the worst regimes on the planet without firing a shot.
00:35:18.000 That's the big mistake.
00:35:19.000 Now, I will say, Dave Smith, I will say he was consistent a while ago, then he was inconsistent, then he was consistent again.
00:35:25.000 So if you go back a couple of years, he was calling for Donald Trump to be impeached.
00:35:28.000 Then he voted for Donald Trump, apparently.
00:35:29.000 And then he's calling for Donald Trump to be impeached again.
00:35:31.000 So here he is back to being captain impeached.
00:35:33.000 But don't worry, he too is...
00:35:39.000 And if you disagree with that, then you are not America first.
00:35:42.000 You know, then you're just some guy like President Trump who's an anonymous rando.
00:35:47.000 I mean, what an impotent leader to be sitting there talking about coming back to the negotiating table.
00:35:53.000 It's like sitting after Pearl Harbor and telling FDR, now's the time to go negotiate with the Japanese.
00:35:59.000 Negotiations are over now.
00:36:01.000 The time for negotiations was before this.
00:36:04.000 And so, yeah, Donald Trump looks, and man, I supported him this last year.
00:36:08.000 I apologize for doing so.
00:36:10.000 It was a bad calculation.
00:36:11.000 At the time, it seemed like the right one.
00:36:13.000 But he should be impeached and removed for this one.
00:36:16.000 Okay, and then just to follow that up, Dave Smith went on Twitter, and then he called the President of the United States, quote, the most impotent of a leader imaginable.
00:36:25.000 He's allowing one side of a war who clearly wants to drag us into lie about our involvement while not correcting the record.
00:36:30.000 Trump has betrayed MAGA and every principle of America first.
00:36:33.000 He is no longer worthy of any of our support.
00:36:34.000 He probably never was, has Dave Smith.
00:36:36.000 So, just going to point out once again, these are the people who believe they should be in control of MAGA.
00:36:39.000 Do you agree with that?
00:36:41.000 77 million Americans voted for Donald Trump.
00:36:42.000 Some of us campaigned for Donald Trump.
00:36:44.000 Some of us gave money to Donald Trump.
00:36:46.000 I'm one of those people.
00:36:48.000 And you know what I voted for?
00:36:50.000 This.
00:36:50.000 And you know who represents that view?
00:36:53.000 The President of the United States.
00:36:55.000 Who, on the afternoon of June 17th, put out on Truth Social the following statement, all capital letters, unconditional surrender!
00:37:08.000 So, is that not America first?
00:37:11.000 Or it wasn't America first when America asked for the unconditional surrender of Japan.
00:37:15.000 It wasn't America first when America sought to end the Gulf War by pushing Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait.
00:37:23.000 It wasn't America first when President Trump hit Qasem Soleimani because these self-appointed MAGA priests get to decide not the President of the United States.
00:37:33.000 Well, Donald Trump had one more comment about Tucker Carlson who's asked specifically about Tucker's take.
00:37:38.000 He said, you know what?
00:37:39.000 Maybe you should get a TV network and then talk and then maybe people will listen.
00:37:43.000 I don't know what Tucker Carlson is saying.
00:37:46.000 Let him go get a television network and say it so that people listen.
00:37:49.000 Thank you.
00:37:52.000 Meanwhile, it is worthwhile noting who does agree with Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Greene and Dave Smith and Candace Owens and all the other very loud voices who are claiming that President Trump has betrayed the movement and so on and so forth.
00:38:05.000 Those people would include Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Representative Thomas Massey of Kentucky, who President Trump has won at the primary, It includes Bernie Sanders, who has also come out against the President of the United States.
00:38:17.000 The horseshoe theory is real and working.
00:38:21.000 Thomas Massey says, quote, this is not our war.
00:38:23.000 I'm introducing a bipartisan War Powers resolution tomorrow to prohibit our involvement.
00:38:27.000 So first of all, that is not how the War Powers Resolution...
00:38:30.000 I mean, you can provide the resolution, but then the president has 60 days within which to continue to conduct activities before he has to go back to Congress for the possibility of a permission or shutdown of funds.
00:38:39.000 So good luck with that, because this thing...
00:38:43.000 Alexander Ocasio-Cortez signed on as well.
00:38:45.000 Bernie Sanders very upset.
00:38:48.000 The boys over at Pod Save America are siding with Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:38:52.000 I have a general rule.
00:38:53.000 If the people at Pod Save America are agreeing with you on a major foreign policy issue, the designers of the JCPOA, you are doing it wrong.
00:39:01.000 Here is Tommy Vieter, former van driver for Barack Obama.
00:39:05.000 The folks they're fighting against are like Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon, Marjorie Taylor Greene, who I think on the merits- Our best friends.
00:39:11.000 I mean, on the merits and on the politics, like I'm team Tucker, Steve, MTG here, fellas.
00:39:19.000 So on the merits, I think they have correctly identified, and they did so before this week, that this wasn't really just about weapons of mass destruction.
00:39:27.000 This was a regime change war.
00:39:29.000 Which has been confirmed by all these reports that Trump is vetoing plans to kill the Iranian Supreme Leader.
00:39:34.000 So check for Tucker there.
00:39:36.000 And on the politics, I just think that Tucker and Bannon and MTG are way more in tune with the MAGA base than the gang at National Review.
00:39:44.000 And no one wants another war in the Middle East.
00:39:47.000 And no one is going to believe another intelligence-based, trust me, worthy experts pitch about why we need to go decapitate the leaders of another Middle East.
00:39:59.000 So, first of all, Israel has not asked the United States to decapitate the leadership of another country.
00:40:04.000 Second of all, Tommy Veeder is the biggest idiot in foreign policy.
00:40:08.000 That dude worked with Ben Rhodes on the JCPOA to set up an Iranian-dominant Middle East that ended with October 7th and wild expansion of terror groups all over the region.
00:40:20.000 That guy.
00:40:21.000 So if he's agreeing with you, you should be running for that.
00:40:23.000 Also, if someone speaks for MAGA, Tucker can't speak for MAGA.
00:40:27.000 Marjorie Taylor Greene doesn't speak for MAGA.
00:40:28.000 Tommy Vieter-Shrish doesn't speak for MAGA.
00:40:31.000 I mean, that's just ridiculous.
00:40:33.000 At least Tucker and Marjorie Taylor Greene can claim to have voted for the president.
00:40:36.000 Tommy Vieter hates that guy, and he's going to speak for what MAGA wants?
00:40:39.000 Good luck.
00:40:40.000 Again, I think only one person kind of speaks for what MAGA as a general rule wants.
00:40:44.000 And I may disagree with it, you may disagree with it, but only one guy speaks for that movement, and that is the president of the United States.
00:40:50.000 Which brings us to the subject of today's takedown.
00:40:56.000 So, Jon Stewart, who is still around.
00:40:59.000 One of the things that always strikes me about Jon Stewart and some of these other types is how old they are.
00:41:03.000 Jon Stewart made his bones as the cool young guy.
00:41:06.000 He is now 62 years old.
00:41:07.000 Jon Stewart is seven years younger than my dad.
00:41:10.000 And that dude is still kind of wheeling around now, hobbling around on his walker, talking to me about politics when he was...
00:41:22.000 I truly believe this.
00:41:24.000 I've talked about it publicly before.
00:41:26.000 Jon Stewart turned politics from, let's have a discussion, into, what if I play a clip out of context and then go, hmm, huh?
00:41:35.000 And half of our political conversation is now that.
00:41:38.000 Just making funny faces at pieces of clips.
00:41:41.000 So, I've got editors too.
00:41:43.000 And they can do stuff and edit.
00:41:47.000 Jon Stewart, if you asked him to simply fill in the names of the countries in the Middle East, you gave him a map and it just had borders and it didn't have names, and you asked him to fill in any of those countries, there is no chance in hell he knows what he's talking about.
00:42:00.000 None.
00:42:01.000 In any case, Jon Stewart, he says that what President Trump is doing is just, just terrible.
00:42:07.000 Here we go.
00:42:09.000 But what happened with Iran?
00:42:12.000 Weren't we about to make a nuclear deal?
00:42:14.000 Wasn't our dealmaker-in-chief making a deal to keep Iran from enriching uranium?
00:42:19.000 Actually, didn't we have a deal before our dealmaker-in-chief so wisely pulled us from that deal?
00:42:26.000 Why did this have to go bomby on Iran now?
00:42:30.000 And by next spring, at most, by next summer, at current enrichment rates, they will have finished the medium enrichment.
00:42:41.000 And move on to the final stage.
00:42:45.000 Iran is months away from having a nuclear bomb, says Netanyahu.
00:42:49.000 In 2012.
00:42:52.000 Pause it there.
00:42:53.000 He's a moron.
00:42:55.000 You know what happened after 2012?
00:42:56.000 Here's what happened after 2012.
00:42:58.000 The Stuxnet virus.
00:42:59.000 Israel somehow got the Iranian scientists to load into their own centrifuges a computer virus that effectively...
00:43:12.000 Israel also had a consistent way of blowing up Iranian nuclear scientists.
00:43:16.000 They would mysteriously die in Iran, like over and over and over again.
00:43:20.000 Israel was consistently performing below-the-radar operations in order to keep the Iranian nuclear program in check.
00:43:28.000 That was a thing that was happening consistently.
00:43:31.000 What changed?
00:43:32.000 What changed is that Iran started to break out this year.
00:43:34.000 That's what the intelligence was suggesting.
00:43:36.000 Not mine.
00:43:36.000 The IAEA.
00:43:38.000 Not Netanyahu's.
00:43:38.000 The IAEA.
00:43:39.000 Jon Stewart's beloved International Atomic Energy Agency.
00:43:43.000 They said that Iran was breaking out and racing.
00:43:46.000 You want to know why the G7?
00:43:47.000 The G7 hates Israel.
00:43:51.000 You think that the G7 is fond of Israel?
00:43:53.000 The G7 is like, you know what?
00:43:56.000 Netanyahu's not wrong.
00:43:57.000 They're developing a bomb.
00:43:58.000 But according to Jon Stewart, Jon Stewart knows better because after all, By the way, did Iran happen to get that bomb from a company called Acme?
00:44:11.000 So now we're just bringing back jokes from 2012.
00:44:14.000 Nobody made that joke ever.
00:44:18.000 Will it be delivered to Israel on rocket-powered skates?
00:44:21.000 Will it go off in a tumultuous...
00:44:28.000 Seriously!
00:44:29.000 Why did we have to bomb Iran now?
00:44:32.000 Iran is so dangerous.
00:44:34.000 Weeks away from having the fissile material for an entire arsenal of nuclear bombs.
00:44:41.000 Holy s***, that's why.
00:44:43.000 Iran's only weeks away from having an entire arsenal of nuclear bombs, says Netanyahu.
00:44:48.000 In 2015!
00:44:50.000 Well, yes, again, consistent efforts by the Israelis kept Iran from going nuclear.
00:44:57.000 And then Iran decided they were going to break out of that over the course of the last couple of years in particular.
00:45:02.000 They decided that now was the moment.
00:45:05.000 There's contemporaneous reporting on this from the New York Times, from the Wall Street Journal.
00:45:09.000 But apparently timelines don't exist and events don't exist in the world of Jon Stewart.
00:45:14.000 All right, well, he continues along these lines.
00:45:16.000 He then starts attacking President Trump.
00:45:20.000 Of course, a hot war between Israel and Iran could threaten the United States.
00:45:25.000 It's best we stay out of it.
00:45:27.000 Secretary of State Michael Rubio saying Israel took unilateral action against Iran and that the U.S. is not involved in strikes.
00:45:37.000 We're not involved.
00:45:38.000 That's good.
00:45:39.000 The U.S. says it was informed beforehand.
00:45:46.000 We were informed.
00:45:51.000 Let us know.
00:45:53.000 Still not being involved, really.
00:45:55.000 President Trump acknowledged yesterday that he was aware of the Israeli operation, and he gave it a green light.
00:46:05.000 They don't know what they're talking about.
00:46:08.000 We were told, we approved, it's still Israel's game.
00:46:13.000 Israel used American equipment during its initial strikes against Iran.
00:46:18.000 What the f*** are we doing?
00:46:20.000 Hold up a second.
00:46:21.000 So first of all, What do you think Israel is forced to buy under terms of contract with the United States?
00:46:29.000 The United States gives $3 billion in aid a year to Israel.
00:46:31.000 Israel doesn't just spend that $3 billion in military aid in the United States by contract.
00:46:36.000 They have to.
00:46:36.000 They then spend another tens of billions of dollars in their own military budget on U.S.-made military equipment.
00:46:43.000 Who else manufactures F-35s?
00:46:46.000 Quick show of hands.
00:46:46.000 Anybody?
00:46:47.000 No one.
00:46:48.000 The only party on planet Earth that manufactures F-35s.
00:46:51.000 In the form that they currently are is the United States.
00:46:54.000 So yes, you know who else has military equipment from the United States?
00:46:58.000 Turkey.
00:46:58.000 Saudi Arabia.
00:47:00.000 Half the countries on earth have some military equipment.
00:47:02.000 Ukraine.
00:47:03.000 There are plenty of countries that have...
00:47:05.000 Seriously.
00:47:05.000 The fact that people take commentary from people like Jon Stewart, professional comedian, as though they are some sort of holy writ.
00:47:14.000 This man was such a big part of making our politics so much dumber.
00:47:18.000 So much dumber.
00:47:20.000 But don't worry, our politics can always get even dumber than that.
00:47:23.000 One of the things that is talked about very frequently these days is how dare the United States get involved in the politics of Iran.
00:47:29.000 You know, the last time the United States got involved in the politics of Iran is when we toppled the leader Mossadegh.
00:47:34.000 When we toppled this wonderful, politically, democratically elected leader Mossadegh back in 1953.
00:47:46.000 There's only one problem with that.
00:47:47.000 That's not actually what happened.
00:47:48.000 Mohamed Mossadegh was never elected.
00:47:50.000 That is not the way the system even worked in 1953.
00:47:53.000 There's this whole alternative history of Iran that has now been written based on a bunch of sort of self-congratulatory books by figures who were tangentially involved.
00:48:04.000 But Peter Thoreau has a great piece of tablet from March 2023 talking about what actually happened in Iran.
00:48:09.000 And the answer to what happened in Iran is that Mohamed Mossadegh was the appointed prime minister, appointed by, wait for it, wait for it, the Shah, and then approved by the parliament.
00:48:16.000 And then parliament wanted to get rid of him.
00:48:18.000 And the Shah finally decided to get rid of him.
00:48:20.000 And in a democratic procedure, they decided to get rid of him and he resisted.
00:48:23.000 And then there was a quote-unquote coup.
00:48:25.000 That's what actually happened.
00:48:26.000 Yes, the United States and Great Britain wanted that to happen because Mossadegh had also attempted to nationalize all of the oil fields and all of the oil drilling in Iran.
00:48:34.000 But this bizarre idea that we must never, ever, ever be involved in Iran in any way.
00:48:40.000 Forget about deposing Ayatollah Khomeini.
00:48:43.000 We shouldn't bomb Fordo.
00:48:44.000 We shouldn't give Israel weaponry.
00:48:46.000 Because of what happened in 1953 in Iran, I can give you an example of what happens when the United States does not get involved in Iran.
00:48:52.000 That would be the 1979 Iranian Revolution, where the Ayatollahs took over from the Shah.
00:48:56.000 Have things been better or worse since then in Iran?
00:48:59.000 Everybody continues to operate under a series of bad historical analogies.
00:49:04.000 Every war is Iraq.
00:49:05.000 Every intervention is the deposition of a democratically elected foreign leader, even if that's not even what happened in the first place.
00:49:13.000 I will note, by the way, that the Shah was a significantly better ally to us than Mossadegh would have been.
00:49:17.000 He would have allied with the Communist Soviet Union at the time.
00:49:19.000 But, again, bad history is the ally of people who don't like reality.
00:49:24.000 Okay, meanwhile, the G7 is continuing apace.
00:49:28.000 The President of the United States stopped by, and then he left.
00:49:33.000 So he was there to negotiate some trade agreements.
00:49:36.000 He talked to Keir Starmer, the ridiculous leftist leader of the UK, and he said, you know what, I like Keir, so we'll figure something out.
00:49:44.000 Mr. President, can you guarantee the UK will be protected from any future tariffs?
00:49:48.000 What?
00:49:48.000 Can you guarantee the UK will be protected from any future tariffs?
00:49:52.000 The UK is very well protected.
00:49:54.000 Do you know why?
00:49:56.000 Because I like them.
00:49:57.000 That's why.
00:49:58.000 That's their ultimate protection.
00:49:59.000 Thank you very much.
00:50:00.000 The Prime Minister's done a great job.
00:50:02.000 I want to just tell that to the people of the United Kingdom.
00:50:06.000 He's done a very, very good job.
00:50:07.000 He's done what other people...
00:50:12.000 Six years.
00:50:12.000 And he's done what they haven't been able to do.
00:50:15.000 So he's done really a very good job.
00:50:17.000 So, you know, again, President Trump operates very much off the basis of personal relationships.
00:50:22.000 And so you'd assume that something will get done with the tariffs with the UK.
00:50:26.000 Perhaps the funniest moment of the sort of abbreviated G7, again, President Trump left because of what's going on in the Middle East, was George Maloney, who is the Prime Minister of Italy, who obviously just cannot stand Emmanuel Macron, just cannot stand him.
00:50:40.000 You can see in this video, she is like falling over.
00:50:43.000 She cannot deal with Emmanuel Macron.
00:50:45.000 She's supposed to be talking with him, and she's like, oh my god, oh, I just can't, I can't.
00:50:50.000 Yeah, you and me both, sister.
00:50:53.000 Turns out a lot of us are not big fans of Emmanuel Macron.
00:50:56.000 Now, back to the UK for a moment.
00:50:58.000 Scandal has now broken out across the UK after the Secretary of State for the Home Department of the UK.
00:51:07.000 Acknowledged the gigantic scandal of a cover-up of the grooming gangs case in the UK.
00:51:13.000 She condemned, according to the Guardian, damning failures by the authorities to protect children from grooming gangs.
00:51:18.000 She announced there will now be a formal requirement on police for the first time to collect ethnicity and nationality data for all cases of child exploitation.
00:51:25.000 For those who don't remember this case, this is a case in which literally hundreds, if not thousands, of young white girls were trafficked by British Pakistani men, meaning they were groomed into sexual assault.
00:51:38.000 They would create grooming gangs.
00:51:39.000 They would drive the girls around to various locations.
00:51:42.000 And the authorities knew about it and they virtually did nothing.
00:51:46.000 They really ignored an enormous amount of it.
00:51:49.000 Well now, finally, years later, they're acknowledging this is a problem.
00:51:52.000 There's a report by a person named Louise Casey assessing what was known about the grooming gangs.
00:51:58.000 And Casey said the failure of the authorities until now to collect good data on the ethnicities of the offender did a disservice to the British-Pakistani community and could leave them at risk.
00:52:05.000 So I love this.
00:52:06.000 So it was disproportionately British-Pakistani men who were engaged in the grooming gangs.
00:52:10.000 And the person who did the study says that it's a disservice to British-Pakistani men, not together, ethnicity data on all of this.
00:52:17.000 She says, you get the far right using that type of situation.
00:52:19.000 Yes, clearly, the far right is the big problem here.
00:52:22.000 They're all just doing now the Norm MacDonald joke.
00:52:24.000 Imagine if terrorists set off a nuclear bomb in the middle of a city.
00:52:28.000 Imagine the Islamophobia that might arise.
00:52:30.000 That would be the true tragedy.
00:52:31.000 That's what they're doing now.
00:52:32.000 There's a grooming gang scandal featuring Muslim men preying on white women.
00:52:34.000 Not white women, white girls.
00:52:36.000 And the government's like, you know, the real victims in all this could be other Muslim men.
00:52:43.000 Asked if she was worried that recording the data could lead to civil unrest.
00:52:46.000 The crossbench peer responded, let's put it the other way.
00:52:48.000 If for a minute you had another report that ducked the issue, what do you think is going to happen?
00:52:51.000 Do you think they're not going to use that as well?
00:52:53.000 So, Mr. Speaker, I warned in January that the data collection we had inherited from the previous government on ethnicity was completely inadequate.
00:53:15.000 It was only collected on 37% of suspects.
00:53:20.000 Baroness Casey's audit confirms that ethnicity data is not recorded for two-thirds of grooming gang perpetrators, and she says it is not good enough to support any statements about the ethnicity of group-based child sexual exploitation offenders at the national level.
00:53:37.000 I agree with that conclusion.
00:53:39.000 And frankly, it is ridiculous and helps no one that this basic information is not collected, especially when there have been warnings and recommendations stretching back 13 years about the woefully inadequate data on perpetrators which prevents patterns of crime being understood and tackled.
00:53:59.000 Ignoring the issues, not examining and exposing them to the light allows the criminality and depravity of a minority of men to be used to marginalise whole communities.
00:54:12.000 The vast majority of people in our British, Asian and Pakistani heritage communities continue to be appalled by these terrible crimes and agree that the criminal minority of sick predators and perpetrators in every community must be dealt with robustly by the criminal law.
00:54:31.000 OK, so.
00:54:34.000 Maggie Oliver was the constable in the Greater Manchester Police, who was a whistleblower when the government was simply ignoring the Rochdale child's ring.
00:54:42.000 And here she was, slamming Yvette Cooper, saying, like, what the hell?
00:54:45.000 Why is this about somehow defending against Islamophobia as opposed to, you know, defending the actual victims?
00:54:52.000 So to hear Yvette Cooper speaking today as though this is all a complete surprise for her is complete and utter nonsense.
00:55:01.000 They have been pushed into a corner, and I don't care if it's Conservative or Labour.
00:55:05.000 They are equally negligent, in my opinion.
00:55:08.000 As our chief constables, as our senior social workers, all those who turned away should be in prison.
00:55:15.000 They should not be allowed to just say it's an apology as though they care.
00:55:19.000 They don't care.
00:55:25.000 Of course, the reason that this was neglected for so long is because so much of the British population is now imported radical Muslims.
00:55:32.000 I mean, that just is a reality.
00:55:34.000 It's a reality in France as well.
00:55:35.000 It continues to shape the politics, not only of those countries, but the globe, because that has an impact on global policy.
00:55:41.000 Meanwhile, President Trump continues to say, we are not going to do that here in the United States.
00:55:46.000 He issued a statement with regard to ICE and immigration enforcement.
00:55:50.000 This happened yesterday.
00:55:51.000 Quote, our nation's ice officers have shown incredible strength, determination and courage as they facilitate a very important mission.
00:55:57.000 The largest mass deportation operation of illegal aliens in history.
00:56:00.000 And then he points out, The problem in major American cities, largely blue.
00:56:25.000 And he says, I want our brave ICE officials to know that real Americans are cheering you on every day.
00:56:29.000 The American people want our city, schools, and communities to be safe and free from illegal, alien, crime, conflict, and chaos.
00:56:34.000 That's why I've directed my entire administration to put every resource possible behind this effort and reverse the tide of mass destruction migration that has turned once idyllic towns into scenes of third world dystopia.
00:56:43.000 Our federal government will continue to be focused on the re-migration of aliens to the places from where they came, preventing the admission of anyone who undermines the domestic tranquility of the United States.
00:56:53.000 Tom Homan, the border czar, reiterated this.
00:56:56.000 He said, listen, we are focusing first and foremost on criminals.
00:56:59.000 Look, like everything else, President's prioritizing public safety threats and national security threats.
00:57:04.000 When it comes to worksites, we prioritize those operations, too.
00:57:08.000 Many places we do, where we target the worksite enforcement operations, it has to do with forced labor trafficking, sex trafficking, and criminal investigations where they're funding, they're not paying taxes, there's tax evasion, or they're funding cartel activity.
00:57:24.000 So we prioritize worksite investigation, too.
00:57:28.000 Again, this is the right approach.
00:57:30.000 This is the right approach.
00:57:32.000 So, the administration isn't going to give a green light to everyone who's illegally immigrated to the country, but obviously, you are going to have to tranche your priorities.
00:57:39.000 Not every illegal immigrant is an equivalent priority.
00:57:41.000 You're going to have to focus in on the people who are the grave or criminal threats, for example.
00:57:45.000 That is just perfectly obvious.
00:57:47.000 Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles, continues to pretend nothing is wrong while she literally scrubs graffiti off the streets.
00:57:53.000 Here's what that looked like.
00:57:55.000 I spoke about the president's decision to quote-unquote send in the troops to L.A. Mayor Karen Bass in a 101 interview on Thursday.
00:58:03.000 She was hearing this little PR effort basically trying to clean some of the graffiti off the walls.
00:58:09.000 Well, I mean, good job, California.
00:58:12.000 Good job, Los Angeles.
00:58:13.000 Meanwhile, Chicago, which does have the worst mayor in the country, Mayor Brandon Johnson, he says, no matter what, we will continue to resist.
00:58:19.000 I assume that's the point of actually going to jail, which would be somewhat delicious.
00:58:22.000 But no, he's not going to do that.
00:58:25.000 Yeah, let me just first acknowledge the level of anxiety and fear and trepidation that this administration has caused.
00:58:32.000 You've never seen a society improve or expand under this type of fear.
00:58:37.000 And we're going to continue to resist and we're going to do it in many different ways, whether it's taken to the streets or to the courts or policy.
00:58:44.000 One of the things that I am very proud of is that we are a welcoming city, which means our local law enforcement do not dub or behave as federal ICE agents.
00:58:54.000 So, again, this is what Democrats are.
00:58:57.000 This is what they have become.
00:59:00.000 Now, again, it is amazing how the Democratic Party is falling apart.
00:59:03.000 I think maybe the most hilarious story of the last 48 hours is that two major union leaders just quit the DNC.
00:59:10.000 The DNC is so completely dysfunctional and unworkable that Randy Weingarten, who's head of the American Federation of Teachers, and Lee Sounders, the president of a large union of public workers, each quit the DNC.
00:59:20.000 They both announced...
00:59:26.000 In their resignation messages, they suggested that under Martin's leadership, the DNC was failing to expand its coalition.
00:59:32.000 They originally had supported Martin's rival in the chairmanship race, a guy named Ben Wickler, the chairman of the Wisconsin Democratic Party.
00:59:39.000 But the basic idea here is that the party is too fragmented, it's too fractured, and they can't find a way forward.
00:59:45.000 Well, yeah, because it turns out that just yelling at President Trump ain't gonna do it.
00:59:49.000 That's not gonna stop them, though.
00:59:51.000 Jimmy Kimmel?
00:59:51.000 Last night, he was out there mocking the military parade.
00:59:54.000 Because if there's one thing Americans love, it's when you mock the American military.
00:59:58.000 Ahead of the parade, there was rain in the forecast, but nothing was going to ruin Donald's big day.
01:00:02.000 He wrote, rainy day parade, spelled with an E, brings good luck.
01:00:08.000 Which is what they tell the bride to get her to stop crying.
01:00:12.000 Turnout was much lower than expected, or as Trump would say, there were record-setting crowds.
01:00:16.000 The bleachers, you can see, were mostly empty.
01:00:19.000 The crowds were sparse.
01:00:21.000 There was not a whole lot of cheering for the tanks and military vehicles.
01:00:27.000 This tank was very squeaky.
01:00:30.000 This tank, this one could have used some of Diddy's baby oil to get it going on.
01:00:36.000 Squeaky tanks.
01:00:37.000 Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
01:00:39.000 Meanwhile, Stephen Colbert was mocking the President of the United States as well.
01:00:42.000 Well, you know, if this is the best they can do, they are in for a continued losing streak here.
01:00:50.000 I gotta tell you, I am in a great mood tonight because this weekend was Father's Day and Daddy got just what he wanted.
01:01:00.000 No one came to Trump's big stupid birthday parade.
01:01:04.000 Though, of course, the White House claims that 250,000 people attended.
01:01:09.000 So now, apparently, a quarter of a million people looks like this.
01:01:15.000 They must be really good at hide-and-seek.
01:01:18.000 It was...
01:01:25.000 Okay.
01:01:26.000 So, you know what?
01:01:27.000 Sure.
01:01:28.000 That make you feel better about yourself, guys?
01:01:30.000 You're still not winning.
01:01:32.000 Alrighty.
01:01:33.000 As we continue here on the Ben Shapiro Show with our members, I have what I think is one of the dumbest clips I've ever seen, but unfortunately indicative of a broader problem happening in American popular culture.
