00:00:18.000If Democrats were to gain control of Congress and then the presidency, the first thing they would do is rig the election rules.
00:00:23.000They would force ballot harvesting across all 50 states, which means that basically apparatchiks of the Democratic Party would go around finding homeless people, grabbing their ballots, and mailing those in.
00:00:34.000They would rig the rules in their own favor by adding a couple of states in Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. They'd try to stack the Supreme Court.
00:00:42.000And if you think that that's not true, if that sort of thing couldn't happen, let me give you the example of Brazil.
00:00:47.000So last night there was an election in Brazil.
00:00:50.000This election is extraordinarily questionable, deeply, deeply questionable.
00:00:56.000So you have to flashback to understand this.
00:00:58.000Back to October 6th, there was a first round of the election in which Flavio Bolsonaro, who is the son of Yair Bolsonaro, Won 47% of the vote.
00:01:06.000And Luis Ignacio Lula de Silva, who is a radical left winger, won 45% of the vote.
00:01:13.000Well, last night, there was the second round of the election, the runoff election, and Lula won 51.79% of the vote.
00:01:35.000According to CNN Brazil, 213 cities that chose Flavio in the first round suddenly switched and chose Lula in the second round.
00:01:43.000The superior electoral court system confirmed Lula's victory at 9 08 p.m. when 97% of the ballots had already been counted.
00:01:51.000That'd be the first time since the return to democracy where a candidate who finished second in the first round managed to turn the tide and return to the elected presidency.
00:01:59.000In all seven previous presidential elections that went to a second round, the leader from the first round then went on to victory in the second round.
00:02:05.000Now, here's where things get really, really dicey.
00:02:09.000There was some late breaking interference in the election.
00:02:11.000So, in the middle of the day of the election, there's a thing that happened.
00:02:14.000Lula's campaign filed a lawsuit with something called the Supreme Federal Court after reporting problems with public transportation and difficulties getting around in some areas.
00:02:24.000A minister named Cristiano Zanin ordered the extension of voting hours until 7 p.m. Brasilia time.
00:02:29.000That measure altered the procedures planned for the closing of the polls and mobilized the electoral court during the final hours of voting.
00:02:36.000After receiving information from the Superior Electoral Court, Zanin clarified the extension of the deadline should only apply to polling stations that had not yet closed voting.
00:02:43.000Okay, so Brazil is a really big country with a couple of different time zones.
00:03:06.000Lula's side petitioned the electoral court and the Supreme Federal Court.
00:03:10.000Bolsonaro petitioned the electoral court, saying there's some heavy rain in certain areas, so please keep the polling stations open in those areas.
00:03:16.000But it was Lula's petition to the Supreme Federal Court that was taken up by, wait for it, his former defense attorney and now Supreme Court justice that enacted a nationwide voting extension.
00:03:27.000So he went to his own buddy and asked him to extend the voting hours in places where he was winning.
00:03:32.000That's what happened in this election cycle.
00:03:34.000According to CNN Brazil, 80% of the ballot boxes had already been closed when the Supreme Federal Court announced an extension of the voting.
00:03:42.000The president of the regional electoral court of Sao Paulo explained, quote, in a press conference after the official closing of the polls in the country, it was not possible to resume voting in most polling stations.
00:03:51.000There may be some claim that no one voted.
00:03:54.000Everything was done so voting could take place at schedule time, and we complied.
00:03:59.000A Brazilian journalist from Jornal O Globo reported that every justice on the Supreme Electoral Court were opposed to extending the voting.
00:04:07.000But here is his good buddy hugging him, who was his defense attorney, right?
00:04:12.000It was his defense attorney, by the way, in getting him reinstated in politics.
00:04:15.000Because remember, he was barred from higher office because he was in jail.
00:04:18.000And his defense attorney, after he got Lula off and Lula got elected, his defense attorney was then put on the Supreme Court.
00:04:28.000Where he issued this rule to allow the areas, basically where Lula was winning, to remain open, while all the other areas that are already closed remained closed.
00:04:42.000I put aside whether the election was quote unquote stolen.
00:04:45.000There is no way to read that sort of procedure and not think that the elections were at the very least skewed.
00:04:52.000So, according to Lula, here he was saying, is before the polls were closed that 40% of buses were taken out of circulation, and then he announced a petition to the Supreme Court to extend voting.
00:05:01.000Now, again, He is the president of the country.
00:05:05.000So I guess he's blaming local mayors and then asking for an extension of voting hours in specifically the areas where he was losing.
00:05:13.000Almost 40% of the buses were taken out of service.
00:05:20.000In Bahia, buses were taken out of service.
00:05:23.000In several states Sao Paulo, Salvador, PetrĂ³polis, Fiera de Santa, and he lists all of them up.
00:05:53.000We'll get to more on this in a moment.
00:05:56.000First, you know, you have one asset that's probably worth more than all your other assets, maybe combined, and that would be your home title.
00:06:01.000Now, you're not thinking about how somebody can take the value from that because.
00:06:05.000Nobody's going to like jack it up on wheels and take it somewhere.
00:06:07.000But the way that criminals gain access to the asset value of your home is they forge your name on a signature sheet and then they basically steal your home title and they start borrowing against it.
00:06:17.000Well, you can stop them from doing this by checking out Home Title Lock.

00:07:47.000When Lula Da Silva spends his entire term shifting every procedure, and then on the day of the election gets his buddy, who is the head of the court that was in charge of this thing, to extend the voting rules, but only for places that had not yet shut their polls, then everybody's supposed to throw up their hands and go, Oh, honest election.
00:08:07.000By the way, we should point out the timeline of Lula skewing the rules.
00:08:10.000Lula is one of the most corrupt figures in all of politics globally, and he's treated as though it's totally normal.
00:08:16.000In 2003 to 2004, Lula called for external oversight of the judiciary and set up new administrative oversight bodies for all public prosecutions.
00:08:26.000Between 2003 and 2016, he basically turned over the entire Supreme Court.
00:08:32.000In 2017, 2018, he was convicted of corruption and money laundering up to $1.2 million.
00:08:37.000He served 580 days in prison as part of a larger corruption investigation that involved $2.5 billion in embezzlement.
00:08:44.000In 2021, Brazil's Supreme Court annulled his conviction on procedural grounds and claimed that the judge showed bias.
00:08:51.000And then the court enabled him to run in 2022 and run against Bolsonaro.
00:08:55.000By mid 2022, the court began issuing gag orders to right wing social media influencers, banning outlets, taking down social media accounts for discussing that Lula was corrupt or an ex convict.
00:09:05.000And between 2022 and 2024, again, this is his Supreme Court.
00:09:08.000Most of these are people he appointed.
00:09:09.000The Supreme Court dismantled or annulled a majority of the convictions and penalties from the Lula corruption case.
00:09:16.000If Bolsonaro supporters challenged the voting system in 2022, that led to that storm the Capitol moment.
00:09:22.000And then in 2023, Bolsonaro himself was barred from seeking public office until 2030 by the Brazilian Superior Electoral Court.
00:09:29.000In 2025, the Supreme Court convicted Bolsonaro of plotting a coup.
00:09:33.000They sentenced him to 27 years in prison.
00:09:41.000Bolsonaro, they convicted him and put him in jail for 27 years.
00:09:46.000Okay, that's all what led up to Yair Bolsonaro's son, Flavio, running, winning the first round, and then somehow inexplicably losing the second round for the first time.
00:09:53.000In the history of Brazilian electoral politics since 1989.
00:10:00.000Now, this has not stopped everybody on the left from celebrating Lula's victory.
00:10:05.000Ursula von der Leyen, the president of the EU Commission, congratulated Lula's win as a win for the rules based global order and strong ambitions for our climate.
00:10:12.000That's kind of weird, considering that Lula is an open ally of Iran and Russia.
00:10:19.000Again, it is amazing how the global left will all join in solidarity together.
00:10:23.000Alex Soros congratulated Lula for a win against authoritarianism.
00:10:27.000Because, of course, when you're talking about what is authoritarian and what is not, ignore the fact that Lula was literally in jail, was released, was allowed to run, skewed the procedures, and then, quote unquote, won again.
00:10:40.000Now, again, I don't know whether he won or whether he didn't.
00:10:41.000All I know is that that is the most corrupt looking procedural set of circumstances I've ever seen in a major country.
00:10:48.000Pedro Sanchez, who himself is on shaky ground in Spain, celebrated Lula's win as a comeback of global progressivism.
00:10:56.000Zorhan Mamdani, of course, wrote in support of Lula.
00:10:59.000Quote, the people united will never be defeated.
00:11:01.000And Hollywood had come out to support Lula.
00:11:03.000Here's a bunch of idiot actors coming out to support Lula.
00:11:50.000By the way, Greta, you know, like Greta, she also is in favor of Lula.
00:11:59.000The Brazilian elections on Sunday might determine the future for the world's climate and environment, as the Amazon, the lungs of the earth, has been openly threatened by the far right and might reach a tipping point soon if that project succeeds.
00:12:16.000And it is no secret that if Bolsonaro wins, that would mean a disaster for the entire planet.
00:12:24.000A disaster for the entire planet, she said as she went on her next jaunt across the oceans and the seas to her next protest to remain relevant.
00:12:31.000Okay, so here's the thing Not every right wing movement is created the same.
00:12:46.000Every single country has its own election issues and its own series of issues on which an election is fought.
00:12:52.000But when it comes to the left, there is, in fact, an extraordinarily organized left wing movement across the globe, which is why all the protests everywhere look the same.
00:13:01.000What an amazing video you just watched.
