00:01:15.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:24.000 One of the more disturbing trends happening in America is how the courts are either neutral, indifferent, or against reality when it comes to this gender stuff happening in our country.
00:01:36.000 This is a very chilling story.
00:01:38.000 Joining us now is Harrison Tinsley.
00:01:40.000 Harrison, welcome to the program.
00:01:41.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:01:43.000 So your story is really striking.
00:01:45.000 You have a three and a half year old son.
00:01:47.000 Correct.
00:01:48.000 Born as a biological male.
00:01:50.000 Correct.
00:01:52.000 Your former partner, ex-girlfriend, wants to raise him as non-binary.
00:01:58.000 Is that correct?
00:01:59.000 To the best of my knowledge, yes.
00:02:00.000 And it has started this massive court battle.
00:02:02.000 Tell us about it.
00:02:03.000 Well, so it starts a few years back.
00:02:05.000 I met a girl in the Bay Area.
00:02:07.000 We started dating.
00:02:08.000 We fell in love.
00:02:10.000 We never agreed politically.
00:02:11.000 I always thought, you know, that was something we could get past and just agree to disagree on some things.
00:02:16.000 Unfortunately, the country's become so polarized, I'm not sure you can do that anymore.
00:02:20.000 But shortly into us dating, she became pregnant.
00:02:24.000 And we were both very happy about that, thankfully.
00:02:27.000 And we basically, she suffered with some mental illness problems, like borderline personality disorder.
00:02:35.000 It's like it's pretty serious.
00:02:37.000 And it was just super up and down relationship.
00:02:41.000 And as her pregnancy went on, she was constantly threatening me that I wouldn't see my son if I wasn't exactly who she wanted me to be, particularly politically.
00:02:51.000 And she would bring up things like, oh, what if our kid's transgender?
00:02:53.000 Why aren't you at the Women's March?
00:02:55.000 Things like that.
00:02:57.000 And it got to a point where she sent me a cease and desist letter.
00:03:02.000 It's about halfway through her pregnancy.
00:03:04.000 So I respected it.
00:03:06.000 And I didn't find out my son was born.
00:03:08.000 I found out about one week after he was born from social media.
00:03:12.000 And it was two months after that I filed in court.
00:03:15.000 It took 13 more.
00:03:17.000 And this is right during COVID.
00:03:19.000 And so I met my son finally when he was 15 months old, even though I was aware the whole time.
00:03:25.000 And then there was this idea of the gender confusion.
00:03:28.000 Right.
00:03:29.000 So tell us about that.
00:03:30.000 So it goes on a little bit.
00:03:31.000 I moved to the Bay Area.
00:03:32.000 I went half custody.
00:03:33.000 Then it's right around the time I went half custody.
00:03:35.000 It's a little bit before he's two years old that she starts, or at least to my knowledge, seeing pictures and stuff, calling him a they, putting dresses on him, makeup on him.
00:03:44.000 There was a time she took him to Disneyland.
00:03:47.000 And my son told me a couple months later, he's like, Dada, when I went to Disneyland, I couldn't go on the rides unless I wore my princess shoes.
00:03:54.000 I didn't want to wear my princess shoes.
00:03:56.000 I wanted to wear boy shoes.
00:03:57.000 That was super heartbreaking, just as one example of the things my son tells me.
00:04:02.000 And so that happens.
00:04:05.000 There's a lot of defamation of me on social media, etc.
00:04:08.000 At the same time, I get granted a restraining order on a temporary basis that's violated.
00:04:16.000 Bring all of this to trial.
00:04:19.000 Get granted a trial by the court because his mom was also arrested for child endangerment and placed on a 5150 hold while he was in her custody.
00:04:27.000 She ended up getting let off the charges, but she was charged originally.
00:04:31.000 And so I get granted a five-day trial, which is a super long time in family court.
00:04:35.000 Usually you get a lot, you get like 30 minutes.
00:04:38.000 And so we have the trial.
00:04:39.000 I'm super confident about it.
00:04:40.000 There's witnesses, 850 pages of evidence on my side, almost nothing on the other side.
00:04:46.000 And I'm super confident about it.
00:04:48.000 After the trial, about two months later, I get a decision from the court.
00:04:51.000 They decide they're going to keep custody the same.
00:04:53.000 They won't rule on gender.
00:04:55.000 And my son had to continue to see the doctor that the mom preferred.
00:04:58.000 And the doctor was open to the trans thing, right?
00:05:01.000 Yeah, the doctor admitted on the witness stand that she transitions kids as young as 12 at her clinic and that a place down the street does it to kids as young as six.
00:05:10.000 So do you believe your ex-girlfriend, mother of your son, is encouraging your son to transition or become non-binary?
00:05:20.000 It appears that she is definitely pushing that idea on him.
00:05:24.000 It's not working though.
00:05:24.000 He knows he's a boy.
00:05:25.000 He always says he's a boy.
00:05:26.000 He wants to be a boy.
00:05:27.000 Loves being a little boy, super masculine, wants to be the Hulk right now, big and strong.
00:05:33.000 And if you give him a girly toy or anything, he'll actually yell and scream at you.
00:05:36.000 I'm not a girl.
00:05:36.000 I'm a boy.
00:05:38.000 And how does his mother react to all that to the best of your knowledge?
00:05:41.000 So I don't interact with his mother very much.
00:05:43.000 Yeah.
00:05:44.000 There was one time she sent me a message on the court app admitting that, so she went from dating me to apparently being lesbian to being non-binary herself.
00:05:53.000 I think around the same time she was trying to push it on my son.
00:05:56.000 And she admitted to me on a court message app that her and my son got on a physical altercation over him saying, not about him saying he's a boy, which I'm sure he says to her because he tells me he does, but he told her that she's a girl.
00:06:09.000 And she was getting mad about that and arguing with him and said that, like, oh, Sawyer bit me and this is all your fault.
00:06:14.000 You're a bigot.
00:06:15.000 It was a really crazy message.
00:06:18.000 So you're appealing the decision from the court.
00:06:20.000 You wish the court would have had some sort of clarity that your son was actually your son?
00:06:26.000 Yeah, that.
00:06:27.000 I mean, even above that, though, I mean, I was just pushing the safety issue even more, to be honest with you, with the arrest and everything and her mental health.
00:06:33.000 I thought it was a very positive outlook just on that alone.
00:06:39.000 So, so what lesson do you think our audience should glean from this as you reflect on this very difficult, difficult moment in your life?
00:06:48.000 Well, the number one thing is you have to be brave.
00:06:50.000 You have to fight for your kid no matter what.
00:06:53.000 And the number two thing would be it's a good idea to try to share values with someone you're going to be with, essentially.
00:07:01.000 Yeah.
00:07:01.000 Yeah.
00:07:02.000 See the world the same way.
00:07:03.000 Yeah.
00:07:04.000 And that dads have rights too, not just moms.
00:07:07.000 Do you think the current legal system is pretty, pretty against dads' rights?
00:07:13.000 It's harder for dads to get custody, harder for debt.
00:07:17.000 I think it's fair to say it's harder for dads to get custody for sure.
00:07:19.000 It's around like 80% of the time mom gets custody over dad.
00:07:24.000 And you've experienced that, I'm sure, obviously, you know, through the difficulty there.
00:07:28.000 So then it's kind of more like your son is resisting these idea pathogens that the mother of your child is putting forward, and you're doing your best to try to encourage actual masculinity, right?
00:07:43.000 Absolutely.
00:07:44.000 And her parents are what?
00:07:47.000 Are they on board for this?
00:07:49.000 I don't know what her parents do.
00:07:50.000 You know, I don't speak with them anymore unless they're picking up Sawyer.
00:07:54.000 But yeah, you know, when me and Sawyer hang out, we do all the masculine things.
00:07:57.000 He just loves being a little boy.
00:07:58.000 And I think it's so sad that anyone would want to take that from him, you know?
00:08:01.000 Whether it's fighting or wrestling or playing in the mud and football and scootering and biking.
00:08:07.000 He's like the most boyish of all of his friends, even.
00:08:09.000 So, how would you not want the person you love most in the world, your kid, to be happy with who they are?
00:08:15.000 And apparently, there's an agenda to change that.
00:08:18.000 And the court ruled that your son can keep going to this doctor, Dr. Daniel Alcov, who works at a youth gender clinic.
00:08:28.000 Is that right?
00:08:29.000 I believe she just works at a normal pediatrician or medical clinic in San Francisco for people on Medi-Cal.
00:08:36.000 Got it.
00:08:37.000 Yeah, not a gender-specific place.
00:08:39.000 Although there is a sign at the door at that place saying that they have some gender stuff there.
00:08:43.000 It must have been, I mean, you obviously are fighting for your child.
00:08:47.000 I mean, you almost want to give up at times, though.
00:08:50.000 The whole system is kind of rigged against you, right?
00:08:53.000 I've never considered giving up.
00:08:54.000 There was never a second in my mind.
00:08:56.000 That's not who I am.
00:08:57.000 But I do understand how hard and challenging it can be that some dads get forced into that because they end up seeing their kid once or twice a month, paying all this money, going through all this heartbreak.
00:09:08.000 But to me, it'll never happen.
00:09:10.000 You'd have to kill me to have me stop fighting for Sawyer.
00:09:14.000 That's beautiful and admirable.
00:09:17.000 Closing thoughts.
00:09:18.000 How can people help you, Harrison?
00:09:19.000 I know you're appealing your decision.
00:09:22.000 And the fight's going to continue.
00:09:23.000 It's going to continue.
00:09:24.000 I have a give, send, go, give, send, go, saving Sawyer.
00:09:27.000 You can follow me on any social media.
00:09:29.000 Just send me a message, a prayer.
00:09:30.000 There's been so many people reaching out to me.
00:09:32.000 It's been incredible.
00:09:33.000 You all mean so much to me.
00:09:35.000 I won't let you down.
00:09:36.000 I won't let my son down.
00:09:38.000 And I'm going to have courage and fight for Sawyer no matter what.
00:09:42.000 Yeah.
00:09:42.000 And did the court acknowledge that your son is behaving like a boy, or did they not rule on that?
00:09:48.000 They just didn't say much about it and said they wouldn't rule on it.
00:09:51.000 Yeah, this has been a pattern that I've seen with judges and courts is they have no interest to weigh in on biological reality at all.
00:10:00.000 In fact, you know, the courts are ruling against men, ruling in favor of men in women's sports because they say we as the courts don't take stances on scientific matters.
00:10:12.000 Scientific matters.
00:10:13.000 It's unbelievable.
00:10:14.000 Well, Harrison, keep fighting.
00:10:15.000 God bless you, man.
00:10:16.000 God bless you.
00:10:17.000 I know that this is a very difficult situation, and I pray you will be successful.
00:10:22.000 At least you get some custody, 50-50 of something, right?
00:10:26.000 Yeah, I have him half the time, and I think that's why he's so aware that he's a boy and everything is going good for him.
00:10:31.000 I think he needs that time with me.
00:10:32.000 Yeah, at least you get some visibility with him.
00:10:36.000 Well, Harrison, thank you so much.
00:10:37.000 Thank you.
00:10:40.000 Public Square is one of my favorite apps.
00:10:43.000 There are progressive corporations out there that are just doing terrible things.
00:10:47.000 And Public Square is out there leading the charge against all this garbage that we see from Target, for example, Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion, and financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.
00:11:01.000 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with Public Square.
00:11:04.000 We now have a solution.

00:11:30.000 Check it out.
00:11:31.000 Download the Public Square app today.
00:11:33.000 Michael, who runs Public Square, does a beautiful job.
00:11:36.000 Good friend of mine.
00:11:37.000 100% behind him.
00:11:38.000 Check it out today.
00:11:41.000 If I had my preference, we wouldn't be talking about race as much as we do in this country.
00:11:46.000 But as I have said, the Fulton County indictment in particular has racial elements to it.
00:11:53.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:11:55.000 Joy Reed and many other MSNBC guests are outwardly saying that the fact that Donald Trump is white is very important, that this is actually about white supremacy.
00:12:05.000 We did a whole thing on Joy Reed, who did not grow up in the slums of New York City, who grew up in suburban Denver, whose parents were college professors.
00:12:15.000 She acted as she grew up in Stuyvesant, dodging bullets and seeing kids deal drugs on the side of the street.
00:12:24.000 Like, no, Joy Reed, you grew up in Lily White suburbs of Denver.
00:12:29.000 And thanks to affirmative action, you went to Harvard.
00:12:32.000 Anyway, MSNBC guest Renita Shannon saying this is time and time again.
00:12:38.000 We see powerful and connected white men who are continuously able to live above the law.
00:12:44.000 Now, what's been very interesting about what's happened since the Trump indictment is some of the most vocal people in the grassroots against these indictments have been black men, rank and file, everyday ordinary people in the black community.
00:12:59.000 But it is the black intelligentsia that are very, very fired up to make sure Donald Trump rots in prison.
00:13:09.000 Donald Trump does not see another day in a free society, play cut six.
00:13:13.000 Well, this accountability is very important, and the mugshot is very important because so often we are told that no one is above the law.
00:13:21.000 But then time and time again, we see powerful, connected white men who, no matter their actions, are able to just continuously live above the law.
00:13:29.000 So for black folks in particular, this is what we are seeing is sort of a crack in the usual protection that white supremacy affords.
00:13:38.000 And the mugshot is a part of that.
00:13:40.000 Renita Shannon, Joy Reed, Fannie Willis, this is anti-white porn is what this is to them.
00:13:47.000 They are getting off on seeing Donald Trump's mugshot.
00:13:50.000 Interestingly enough, that's not a widely held belief.
00:13:53.000 It's basically now a consensus understanding.
00:13:57.000 Do the mugshot completely unnecessary.
00:13:57.000 This was a mistake.
00:13:59.000 The most photographed man of the last 50 years, maybe in just history, you have more photographs of him than anybody else.
00:14:05.000 You need a mugshot for what?
00:14:06.000 They were trying to humiliate him.
00:14:08.000 He was using a Maoist playbook, a struggle type session playbook to say, we are going to humiliate you.
00:14:15.000 It's obviously backfired.
00:14:17.000 It's resulted in more fundraising, in t-shirts, and as you can see behind us, the mugshot has almost become kind of the bat symbol, the rallying cry, an icon, a movement.
00:14:28.000 It's rallying people to support Donald Trump.
00:14:31.000 But for Renita Shannon and Joy Reed, they find delight in the suffering of Donald Trump.
00:14:37.000 They love the fact, and this is very important.
00:14:40.000 They're still angry.
00:14:42.000 They are still upset.
00:14:44.000 They're never going to be at peace because for them, they are very disturbed people as it is.
00:14:52.000 They have to try to project their own brokenness on the rest of society.
00:14:56.000 And deep down, they think the reason why they have to take so many Xanax pills, the reason why they're so depressed, is because Donald Trump won in 2016.
00:15:06.000 Well, maybe it has something to do with you.
00:15:08.000 Maybe you got to get your own life together.
00:15:10.000 They're never going to stop unless we stop them.
00:15:14.000 And we see this.
00:15:15.000 New Hampshire has come out and they have said, the Secretary of State, we're going to entertain Donald Trump not being on the ballot.
00:15:24.000 I bet California is going to do the exact same thing.
00:15:26.000 This needs to be decided by the courts almost immediately.
00:15:29.000 And as we have said, Republican Secretaries of State should send out a press release.
00:15:33.000 You even think about do this in other states.
00:15:35.000 We will not allow the traitor Joe Biden on our ballot in our state.
00:15:38.000 We don't love it.
00:15:39.000 We don't delight in it.
00:15:40.000 We don't rejoice in this, but it's the way it has to be.
00:15:43.000 Period.
00:15:44.000 End of story.
00:15:46.000 And whether or not that actually ends up happening, understand that the radical left they fill their existential void with a hatred of our Constitution.
00:15:56.000 You see the cockroaches, the rats get so nervous the more people have a voice.
00:16:06.000 And they're only going to continue to intensify their crusade against the American people.
00:16:11.000 This is just the very beginning.
00:16:13.000 You are living through the lawfare chapter, and Judge Chutkin says that the election has to happen the day before the presidential primary.
00:16:23.000 Do you know what I am lacking in seeing?
00:16:26.000 I have not seen a unified oppositional party war cry.
00:16:31.000 Have you?
00:16:32.000 I see a couple press releases, op-eds, TV interviews.
00:16:37.000 We do not have an opposition party in this country.
00:16:40.000 We have controlled opposition, and it's showing.
00:16:44.000 It is not right versus left, it's top versus bottom.
00:16:47.000 It's oligarch versus citizen.

00:17:56.000 We have Tyler Boyer with us who's going to help co-host the ship.
00:17:59.000 Joining us now is Chris Ager, chairman of the New Hampshire GOP.
00:18:03.000 Chris, thank you for taking time.
00:18:04.000 I know it's a crazy moment right now.
00:18:06.000 Chris, I wanted to get your thoughts, your opinion from the grassroots.
00:18:09.000 You're the top grassroots guy in the Northeast about this whisper campaign that's now getting to a shout of the Republican Secretary of State New Hampshire preventing Donald Trump on the ballot.
00:18:20.000 What's going on here?
00:18:21.000 Yeah, so one of our former Senate candidates met with the Secretary of State and asked him what the steps would be to prevent Donald Trump from being on the ballot in our primary.
00:18:37.000 They're using the 14th Amendment, the insurrection clause, Section 3.
00:18:41.000 I find that logic tortured.
00:18:44.000 The state party will fight any efforts to keep anyone off the ballot in New Hampshire.
00:18:49.000 It's antithetical to our live for or die status and our motto.
00:18:55.000 And I just think it's kind of ridiculous.
00:18:58.000 Let's let the voters decide who they want to represent us as our nominee, not some Department of Justice tortured logic weaponized institution.
00:19:10.000 I have faith in the people and the people get to vote.
00:19:13.000 And let's let the people vote and pick our candidate.
00:19:17.000 What's really confusing, Chris, the guy that's filing this, Quirky or Quicky or whatever his name is, or Corky or, you know, something really strange, the quickie cork or whatever, he is, he's a former Trump endorse.
00:19:28.000 Like, what's the story of this guy?
00:19:29.000 I mean, is he like a scorned lover or something?
00:19:33.000 I don't think so.
00:19:34.000 I know Quirky Messner.
00:19:37.000 He's a fellow West Point graduate.
00:19:40.000 So we have a lot in common.
00:19:42.000 We totally disagree on this issue.
00:19:44.000 I think he believes he's doing the right thing.
00:19:47.000 But again, he's a lawyer and lawyers sometimes look at things and they read words that really aren't there.
00:19:56.000 I've read the 14th Amendment.
00:19:58.000 I've looked at Tribes article.
00:20:01.000 There's nothing there.
00:20:03.000 It's kind of ridiculous to tell people, we're going to prevent you from having a choice.
00:20:10.000 It's totally wrongheaded.
00:20:13.000 And you talk about the insurrection thing.
00:20:17.000 We also have a presumption of innocence in this country and 5th and 14th Amendment.
00:20:22.000 President Trump has been indicted, but there's an old New York circuit judge in the 1930s.
00:20:31.000 He said, you can indict a ham salmon.
00:20:34.000 And so weaponizing the Department of Justice, then trying to use what I consider fraudulent indictments to keep somebody off a ballot, that's third world banana republic type of opportunity.
00:20:46.000 It is.
00:20:47.000 We're not going to stand for it in New Hampshire.
00:20:49.000 We're just not going to stand for it.
00:20:50.000 I've talked to the Secretary of State, talked to the Attorney General.
00:20:54.000 I am very confident that all of the 14 current candidates who apply will be on our ballot.
00:21:01.000 That's promising, Chris.
00:21:02.000 I'm glad to hear that.
00:21:03.000 And it's, you know, this has kind of been breaking over the weekend.
00:21:08.000 And so you're confident based on all conversations that this fringe legal theory, this fringe lawsuit is going to be DOA dead on arrival.
00:21:17.000 And also, Chris, just from a vibe, you know, we're lecturing about democracy all the time.
00:21:22.000 Donald Trump is heavily favored to win New Hampshire, right?
00:21:25.000 I mean, I know you're not taking any position on it, but right now you would agree that he has a fair amount of support in New Hampshire.
00:21:32.000 Is that fair to say?
00:21:32.000 So they would be inserting themselves into someone who is the leading candidate in the first of the primary states, first in the nation.
00:21:40.000 I agree that at this point in time, Donald Trump has the highest level of support in the Republican primary as of today.
00:21:51.000 And we'll see what happens between now and January.
00:21:54.000 But today, he is the favorite.
00:21:56.000 He does have a lot of support.
00:21:58.000 And not allowing those people to have his name on the ballot, I think, terrible mistake.
00:22:04.000 Our Secretary of State is a really good man.
00:22:07.000 Our Attorney General is a very reasonable, seasoned individual.
00:22:13.000 Again, I have communicated with both of them.
00:22:16.000 I think it's highly unlikely that anyone will be kept off of our ballot.
00:22:21.000 Well, I'm pleased to hear that.
00:22:22.000 And, Chris, you know, I'm here with Tyler.
00:22:24.000 We're going to throw to him in a second.
00:22:25.000 But I just want to say you've really earned a reputation of being a grassroots guy, of giving a voice to, you know, the people that do the work.
00:22:32.000 And I know the grassroots would be furious with this.
00:22:35.000 And I love New Hampshire.
00:22:37.000 You guys have a liberty streak through, you know, kind of your culture, live free or die.
00:22:42.000 And this would be the death of liberty and representative government.
00:22:46.000 Chris, thank you so much for joining us.
00:22:47.000 And thanks for breaking some news with us today, you know, saying that this is not going to happen or very, very unlikely, as you say, in New Hampshire.
00:22:54.000 Any closing thoughts, Chris?
00:22:56.000 The weaponization of the Department of Justice, the IRS, the FBI, all of that is reducing our confidence in government.
00:23:05.000 Taking somebody's name off the ballot, I think would be the coup de grace.
00:23:09.000 And I think it would cause big trouble for this country if the institutions prevented the people from voting for who they want to vote for.
00:23:19.000 So let's, hey, let's let the people decide.
00:23:20.000 They're ultimate jury and let's get it on.
00:23:24.000 Chris, we have confidence and faith in you.
00:23:26.000 And I know that you're going to keep on very stoically communicating with the office holders that this would be a very bad idea to prevent a former president from being on the ballot.
00:23:36.000 Chris, great work.
00:23:37.000 Thanks so much.
00:23:39.000 Tyler Boyer is with us, tpaction.com.
00:23:41.000 By the way, Turning Point Action, we are hiring staff.
00:23:43.000 We have like 50 people now at Turning Point Action staff.
00:23:46.000 Yeah, we have training going on this week.
00:23:48.000 Wow.
00:23:48.000 Putting more on the swing states.
00:23:50.000 There's like another two dozen people at turning point action.
00:23:50.000 I turn over a rock.
00:23:53.000 By the way, we can get into the, let's just talk about it in the grassroots, showing up, helping, registering voters, doing the tough work.
00:24:00.000 Tell us about it.
00:24:01.000 Yeah, so I mean, we just got back from the RNC meeting.
00:24:03.000 So I serve on the RNC.
00:24:05.000 Tyler does missionary work.
00:24:07.000 I was not at the RNC meeting.
00:24:09.000 I was there with Chris, and Chris is one of the good guys on the RNC.
00:24:13.000 And so, look, I can tell you this: the big concern that we have, and this is also news.
00:24:21.000 So, our chairwoman didn't take any questions the entire time we were at the RNC meeting for the first time ever.
00:24:27.000 So, I tweeted out about this.
00:24:28.000 So, she didn't take questions.
00:24:29.000 And part of the reason why she didn't take questions is because we really don't have the staff and the field presence that the Republican Party needs to be successful.
00:24:38.000 And so, this is what we've been saying all along, right, Charlie?
00:24:41.000 It was like there hasn't been enough.
00:24:42.000 There wasn't enough during the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
00:24:45.000 There wasn't enough in 2020 and 2022 throughout those elections.
00:24:51.000 We have to build an army that's going to be sustainable and that's going to lead us to victory here in Europe.
00:24:58.000 And I know this sounds weird for people to hear.
00:25:01.000 I'm actually part of my spirit and my hope is to cheer the RNC to be the best version of themselves.
00:25:08.000 You need a strong party, and I see no evidence of that.
00:25:10.000 So, you're trying to tell me that you have 168, all 168 was there, or maybe 160.
00:25:14.000 I'm sure some people had, you know, got sick or family, whatever, but zero questions?
00:25:18.000 How's that even possible?
00:25:19.000 So, yeah, normally there's what they call a members-only meeting, and that information is usually confidential, but it allows the membership to talk about, complain, all those different things about what's going on, bring up concerns, issues, right?
00:25:32.000 That was neglected.
00:25:34.000 So, why do you think that again?
00:25:36.000 Which is that the RNC is really almost rudderless, in my opinion, in so many different ways.
00:25:36.000 It's because of this, right?
00:25:41.000 I mean, the only way that you could go into that meeting and walk away if you are of sound mind and competency is to go, wait, there's a massive issue here, right?
00:25:51.000 Which is that, you know, obviously the debate didn't turn out as it was hoped.
00:25:55.000 There's a number of issues that people have and concerns about rules.
00:25:58.000 And we could talk about that.
00:26:00.000 We have enough content to talk about for months.
00:26:01.000 Yes.
00:26:02.000 But most importantly, it's talking about winning elections.
00:26:05.000 That's the job of the party.
00:26:06.000 The party's there to win elections.
00:26:08.000 And there is no plan that's been laid out of how we're going to win the presidency.
00:26:12.000 Zero plan.
00:26:13.000 And so, and that starts with Arizona.
00:26:15.000 Secondly, with Wisconsin, third with Georgia.
00:26:18.000 And I can tell you, being close with the number of the individuals who are in the state of Wisconsin, state of Georgia, all of us are deeply, profoundly concerned.
00:26:25.000 And so this is where turning point action comes in, which is we're just going to do the work.
00:26:28.000 This is part of the issue, right?
00:26:30.000 Which is like, there has to be a network of 20, 30, 40 organizations that are going to pick up and do the work that the RNC is not going to do.
00:26:40.000 And again, the Democrats figured this out many years ago.
00:26:42.000 Okay.
00:26:43.000 So, you know, I'm a talk show guy.
00:26:45.000 Sometimes I push, you know, push and push.
00:26:48.000 When I say there's no plan, I mean 100%.
00:26:49.000 But can you just.
00:26:50.000 There really is no plan.
00:26:52.000 There is no plan.
00:26:53.000 I have not been, I beg for a plan.
00:26:56.000 I would love for the RNC where I would love to be able to tell the public that we show up at RNC meetings and we have vigorous debate about the direction of the country, the direction of the party, the things that we need to do.
00:27:08.000 Like technical stuff.
00:27:10.000 The technical stuff that you need to do to make the party better.
00:27:13.000 But they are in such a fundamentally broken place of not being able to communicate.
00:27:20.000 And again, I wish there are many good people.
00:27:22.000 I want to just say this, many good people who have been involved over the years.
00:27:24.000 There are many good people on the RNC that are good conservatives.
00:27:29.000 It's not a majority.
00:27:30.000 It's a minority, but there are good people that are there.
00:27:33.000 But there are many of us in that group that are going, this is a massive issue.
00:27:39.000 And the only way to course correct oftentimes is you got to change leadership.
00:27:42.000 You got to have leadership just wake up one day.
00:27:44.000 Are there psychology clauses?
00:27:46.000 Look, I mean, the RNC could technically hold a vote at any point, but you're not changing the body until next year when all these people get elections.
00:27:55.000 I like this.
00:27:55.000 So, this is hard for some people to believe that there's no plan.
00:28:00.000 So, there's 168 members.
00:28:02.000 I wish I could come back and tell you that.
00:28:04.000 No, I totally, there is no plan.
00:28:06.000 But when people say that, sometimes I get emails, oh, Charlie, come on.
00:28:09.000 How could you possibly say there's no plan?
00:28:11.000 So, but just let me drill down on this.
00:28:13.000 The 168, do you think there's a fair amount of people in the 168 that are kind of indifferent about winning?
00:28:19.000 That it's not their top thing.
00:28:21.000 You have to assume that's the case based off of the lack of accountability for direction, right?
00:28:27.000 So, I ask questions.
00:28:29.000 I show up.
00:28:30.000 I ask questions, right?
00:28:32.000 I'm not warmly received when I ask questions that are basic, you know, business-related questions about how the party functions.
00:28:41.000 You know, and again, I just on one guy's perspective, I want 168 people, but I also hail from the state that you have to win.
00:28:49.000 And we've also swing state of swing state.
00:28:51.000 And we've also operated a business that does all these things.
00:28:54.000 So, you know, I happen to have some understanding of how this works.
00:28:59.000 So, I'm curious, how many of you are still donating to the RNC?
00:29:03.000 I'm curious.
00:29:04.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:05.000 And you might be without knowing it, by the way, because you might actually have an auto-recurring donation on your credit card statement.

00:30:25.000 Okay, I'm going to play cut 16.
00:30:27.000 Then, Tyler, the floor is yours.
00:30:28.000 16, Asa Hutchinson says RNC rules will prevent Donald Trump from being the nominee.
00:30:32.000 Then I'll let you go.
00:30:33.000 Play cut 16.
00:30:34.000 And over a year ago, I said that Donald Trump was morally disqualified from being president again as a result of what happened on January 6th.
00:30:42.000 More people are understanding the importance of that, including conservative legal scholars who say he may be disqualified under the 14th Amendment from being president again as a result of the insurrection.
00:30:56.000 This is something that could disqualify him under our rules and under the Constitution.
00:31:04.000 And so, obviously, I'm not going to support somebody who's been convicted of a serious felony or who is disqualified under our Constitution, and that's consistent with RNC rules.
00:31:16.000 Tyler Boyer.
00:31:17.000 Very popular take in Arkansas.
00:31:19.000 So I will tell you this.
00:31:21.000 So this happened at the RNC.
00:31:23.000 There's two big issues.
00:31:25.000 The rules are the bylaws of the RNC.
00:31:28.000 So anytime that you hear that people use the term RNC rules, those are the bylaws.
00:31:33.000 So that's what governs the RNC.
00:31:35.000 Those can only be changed in a certain amount of time.
00:31:38.000 So the way that's been laid out for how we nominate a president has been laid out and it's been the same for basically for a long, long time with minor changes here and there.
00:31:48.000 And so no one can change those rules at this point moving forward.
00:31:51.000 Now, there are rules that aren't established at the convention.
00:31:56.000 That's a totally different deal.
00:31:58.000 So right now, Rana, so part of the reason why a lot of people are like, you know, explain to me why you think Rana isn't the one, right?
00:32:08.000 Ronna McDaniel, Romney McDaniel.
00:32:10.000 Well, you can always tell how good a chair is by who she selects as her chairs for these committees, right?
00:32:16.000 So the current chair for the RNC committee, you actually interacted with in Washington not too long ago.
00:32:22.000 Yeah.
00:32:22.000 He was in the audience, absolutely dislikes us because he's a toll rhino.
00:32:28.000 His name is Jeff Kent.
00:32:29.000 He's the chair of the rules committee right now.
00:32:31.000 He is an absolute, hates Trump, hates conservatives, you know, loaths conservatives from the state of Washington, and he's the chair of the rules committee.
00:32:41.000 So there is some substantial concern that who becomes the chair of the rules committee for the convention, for the convention rules, is also going to be bad.
00:32:51.000 Because if it was a guy like Jeff Kent, he's like ASA, right?
00:32:57.000 He's ASA on the committee, right?
00:33:00.000 So yeah, so everybody should be banging pots and pans saying, hey, we need a really good rules chair.
00:33:05.000 So, you know, insert Harmee Dylan.
00:33:07.000 So after Harmee lost, one of the things that we've been trying to do is make sure Harmeet is positioned to become rules chair for the for the convention.
00:33:16.000 She should be because she's actually conservative.
00:33:19.000 She's not going to backstaff conservatives.
00:33:22.000 She's one of the few.
00:33:23.000 She challenged Rana for obvious reasons.
00:33:25.000 And so we need to have an absolute stellar rules chair, but it can't just come out of left field.
00:33:31.000 It can't come out of nowhere.
00:33:32.000 And if you get someone random, they could totally lead and guide the rules for the RNC convention to screw Trump or mess with things that would really create a lot of drama.
00:33:46.000 And some people remember this, that this happened way back in 2016.
00:33:50.000 People certainly remember it from the Ron Paul stuff, right?
00:33:52.000 Where they were trying to hurt Ron Paul way back in the day in 2012.
00:33:57.000 This is why this is so important.
00:33:59.000 So the thing that I'm advocating for is Harmeet should be the rules chair because we know she's not going to screw us.
00:34:04.000 She's not going to mess with Trump.
00:34:06.000 She's not going to mess with these things.
00:34:07.000 She's going to keep everything even killed in the way that it should be so that everything's fair going into the convention.
00:34:12.000 So what was the drama this last meeting?
00:34:15.000 So Rana had agreed after.
00:34:16.000 After Rana had agreed after coming out of the election to bridge the gap, she was going to make Harmee the rules chair.
00:34:25.000 And that was kind of like the, okay, well, if you're actually willing to work with conservatives, you know, make Harmeet the rules chair.
00:34:33.000 And she's just dragged her feet, dragged her feet, dragged her feet.
00:34:36.000 And she's like, oh, well, we'll make you co-chair with this Jeff Kent character out of Washington who's on the RNC with me.
00:34:43.000 And who's the rhino?
00:34:45.000 And all of a sudden, we show up to the meeting where this was supposed to happen this last week.
00:34:50.000 And they get up to the microphone.
00:34:52.000 And all of a sudden, the rhinos on the committee are like, well, you can't do that.
00:34:56.000 You can't make her co-chair.
00:34:58.000 So Harmee ended up becoming like more of a, you know, an icon vice chair than the actual co-chair of the committee, which is a huge red flag heading into the convention next year.
00:35:13.000 Yeah, that, I mean, I guess the question is who controls the delegates controls the rules also, right?
00:35:17.000 So it's going to be this huge session point.
00:35:20.000 Yeah, but again, people, like the delegate body oftentimes gets manipulated by the people at the top, right?
00:35:27.000 So if you show up not knowing really what's going on, which most delegates don't know what's going on, they just kind of just wander through this stuff, like most of the members of the RNC, unfortunately, a lot of the members of the RNC.
00:35:36.000 That's a problem.
00:35:37.000 TPaction.com, hiring people in.
00:35:40.000 Really quick, how many full-time staff does RNC have in Arizona?
00:35:43.000 Zero right now.
00:35:44.000 Turning point action has eight, soon to be 15, eventually 50 and maybe 100.
00:35:49.000 We're playing to win.
