00:02:10.000 Man, what a miserable existence those people have.

00:02:13.000 Joining us now is Kash Patel.

00:02:16.000 Cash, welcome to the program.

00:02:18.000 There are many stories here at Cash.

00:02:19.000 What are you looking at?

00:02:20.000 What is the top thing you're seeing, analyzing?

00:02:23.000 What do you follow in Kash Patel?

00:02:25.000 Hey, great to be with you, Charlie.

00:02:26.000 I think for me, the biggest thing front and center is everything: Israel, the war, Iran, hostages, and the border.

00:02:33.000 I think it's all inextricably intertwined.

00:02:35.000 And I think our enemies have done a masterful job in overtaking anything Joe Biden has put towards them.

00:02:42.000 What I mean by that is pretty simple.

00:02:44.000 We have Americans who have been taken hostage.

00:02:46.000 Our president has done zero to secure their release. 0.92

00:02:49.000 We have an enemy in Iran that our president has funded. 0.83

00:02:52.000 They are using Hezbollah and Hamas proxies to fight a two-fronted war. 0.86

00:02:57.000 And they are putting on this staged, yes, staged ceasefire, in my opinion, to increase their leverage points within this war and decrease America and Israel's. 0.64

00:03:06.000 And at the same time, they are flooding the zone here in America through the southern border by pouring in terrorists, criminals, and other thugs through their use of the CCP, the cartels, and the Russian affiliates that they are all in bed together with for one mission and one mission alone to degrade American national security. 0.67

00:03:26.000 And they're succeeding.

00:03:28.000 How many American hostages are there still in Gaza?

00:03:32.000 I mean, we'd have to believe the numbers that are coming from Joe Biden's mouth, so I don't, but at least 10, probably more.

00:03:39.000 And we don't know if they're alive or dead.

00:03:41.000 We have zero communications with them.

00:03:43.000 We have zero ability to negotiate with them directly.

00:03:47.000 And the only thing that they know is that Joe Biden will pay them $6 billion if you put up a hostage for release. 0.96

00:03:56.000 And Joe Biden is now on the verge of signing another order that will unfreeze 10 billion more to the Iranians.

00:04:02.000 So they have set the tone, they, the Biden administration, if you take an American, we'll buy them back.

00:04:08.000 And that is one of the most deadly national security policies you can ever have.

00:04:11.000 In the Trump administration, where I was at the epicenter of hostage negotiations and rescues, we took back 50-plus hostages and detainees.

00:04:19.000 And we spent zero dollars and gave zero money to terrorists.

00:04:23.000 And they stopped taking American hostages because they knew the threat of force that Donald Trump would bring to their door if they were to take more and more hostages.

00:04:32.000 And that just doesn't exist with Joe Biden.

00:04:34.000 Yeah.

00:04:34.000 And I've said this a couple of times on the show, Cash.

00:04:36.000 This is, again, I don't want to overly politicize some of this stuff, but I think it's necessary.

00:04:39.000 I think it's been a failure of the opposition party Republicans, especially this last couple of weeks.

00:04:45.000 How have we not made a bigger deal that there's an active hostage crisis?

00:04:50.000 It's the biggest story that no, it's like, oh, yeah, we have hostages.

00:04:54.000 This stuff used to end presidencies, and the media seems kind of uninterested.

00:04:59.000 You know, Speaker Johnson, who's been a complete disappointment, what a letdown that guy is.

00:05:04.000 And, you know, where is he making a big deal out of this?

00:05:06.000 Why did he not have Thanksgiving hearings about where are the hostages?

00:05:10.000 Let's get answers.

00:05:11.000 Instead, it's like, well, we're going to trust Joe Biden.

00:05:14.000 We're not going to trust Joe Biden to get our U.S. passport holders back.

00:05:17.000 So, Cash, just kind of more broadly, again, I struggle to say that we should go out of our way to make this political, but this is about the country.

00:05:28.000 How has Joe Biden been able to squeak by in the midst of now a seven-week hostage crisis?

00:05:36.000 If you went around the country to a random street and said, Hey, do you know that we're in the middle of a hostage crisis?

00:05:41.000 They what?

00:05:42.000 I thought it's just Israelis, if they even know the story at all, Kash Patel. 0.99

00:05:45.000 Look, you kind of dissected this thing perfectly. 0.92

00:05:49.000 And it's, you're right, it shouldn't be political, but it is.

00:05:51.000 And here's the reality: not only do they have hostages, they have children.

00:05:55.000 Children are being abducted and killed by a foreign terrorist organization. 0.74

00:06:00.000 That's what Hamas is. 0.97

00:06:01.000 That's what Hezbollah is. 0.82

00:06:03.000 That's what the Iranian Quds Force is and IRGC. 0.99

00:06:05.000 All terrorists. 0.56

00:06:07.000 And Joe Biden has given them money.

00:06:08.000 And the reason, and here's, and dare I say so, the reason that it is not mainstream media is because of President Trump's wildly successful campaign to return hostages and detainees safely.

00:06:22.000 The 54 that he brought back were more than every president before him combined.

00:06:26.000 So if the mainstream media were forced to cover this atrocity that is the hostage taking of Americans and Israelis and others, then they would be forced to cover Donald Trump's successes and Joe Biden's monumental failures in this arena of national security.

00:06:42.000 And then you're right about Congress. 0.61

00:06:44.000 Congress could be going out there and saying, no, no, no, Joe, we are going to freeze your access and ability to reverse some of these banking decisions that allow Iran to have billions of dollars.

00:06:53.000 We are going to stop funding agencies and departments that do any business with the foreign governments of places like, say, the CCP, Russia, or any other ally of Iran.

00:07:05.000 But Congress doesn't want to stand up.

00:07:06.000 Congress, this Congress has never stood up, irrespective of who its leader has been.

00:07:11.000 I really don't care.

00:07:12.000 They have never put out the subpoenas and enforced them for the Hunter Biden scandal.

00:07:15.000 They've never taken FBI and DOJ to task for lying to Congress under oath.

00:07:19.000 They have allowed a two-tier system of justice to weaponize a politicized nation already even further.

00:07:25.000 And they do not do anything to take back constitutional oversight authority that they have.

00:07:30.000 So I don't care who the leader is.

00:07:32.000 These people in Congress have failed to act to represent our national security interests.

00:07:38.000 So we have anywhere between 10 to 20 American patients.

00:07:42.000 Do we know the identity of these people?

00:07:43.000 Why has Mike Johnson not said, hey, we're not going to do a continuing resolution he never should have done?

00:07:48.000 I want the identities of the Americans being held hostage.

00:07:53.000 And this is amazing to me. 0.92

00:07:55.000 We have American passport holders, our fellow citizens that are being held hostage by Gaza.

00:08:01.000 So, Cash, am I understanding correctly by Hamas?

00:08:03.000 Are we funding both sides? 0.50

00:08:05.000 Well, we are indirectly funding both sides. 0.98

00:08:08.000 Hamas is a foreign terrorist organization.

00:08:10.000 When Joe Biden unfroze $6 billion of money and they're being super cheeky when they say, oh, it's Iran's money. 0.54

00:08:17.000 We froze it 20 years ago because Iran was doing business with terrorists and then became the largest state sponsor of terror.

00:08:24.000 That's why our allies took away their ability to bank. 0.91

00:08:27.000 Joe Biden gave it back to them.

00:08:29.000 Where do you think this $6 billion is going?

00:08:31.000 It's going to the Ayatollah, who came out on the world stage and said, we will not be dictated to on how we spend our money that Joe Biden just gave us back. 0.93

00:08:40.000 Translation, he's giving it to the Kuds Force. 0.80

00:08:42.000 He's giving it to the IRGC. 0.85

00:08:44.000 He's giving it to Hezbollah. 0.94

00:08:45.000 He's giving it to Hamas and all the other Iranian, what we call Shia militia groups in the region. 0.92

00:08:51.000 And when it comes to identities of hostages, yes and no. 0.86

00:08:54.000 So it's like one of those things where if we have a hostage rescue operation in play, we probably don't put out the identity.

00:09:01.000 But the families of these people know who they are, and they should be marching down Capitol Hill into the halls of Congress and saying to release them.

00:09:10.000 By the way, I don't believe John Kirby here.

00:09:12.000 I don't believe him.

00:09:13.000 He knows who these people are. 1.00

00:09:14.000 He's a liar. 0.99

00:09:15.000 Play cut seven.

00:09:16.000 As for the other Americans that we believe are in captivity, being held hostage, we don't have a whole lot of information about them, where they are, what condition they might be in, or what exactly the schedule would be for their release.

00:09:30.000 That said, as you heard the president say over the weekend, we're going to keep working at this hour by hour.

00:09:35.000 And we certainly have every hope that when these four days are over with and the original agreement is done, that Hamas will be able to come up with more hostages in coming days to allow that pause to continue and allow more people to get out. 0.87

00:09:48.000 All right, let me tell you how you end this. 0.87

00:09:50.000 This thing could be ended in 10 minutes, okay? 0.90

00:09:52.000 All it would take is if Trump was president, say, okay, we have a drone over Doha and we will drone strike your condominium, Hamas leader. 0.80

00:10:03.000 You release, you got 20 minutes, or I'm drone striking you at your beautiful palatial place in Qatar, Doha, Doha Qatar. 0.81

00:10:12.000 We are going to, we're going to, a drone is going to happen. 0.97

00:10:15.000 You guys are going to die or you release our hostages immediately.

00:10:19.000 Instead, we're rolling over and, oh, well, we're negotiating. 1.00

00:10:22.000 John Kirby, you are a disaster. 1.00

00:10:24.000 You are a traitor. 1.00

00:10:25.000 He's a traitor to the country. 1.00

00:10:28.000 The world is in flames and Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster. 0.98

00:10:32.000 And that's because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.

00:10:32.000 But it won't ruin my day.

00:10:36.000 Now, I've been trying to trim how much coffee I have, but when I have coffee, boom, it's blackout coffee.

00:10:42.000 This coffee is 100% America and 0% Grift.

00:10:45.000 Blackout Coffee is 100% committed to conservative values from sources of beans to the roasting process, customer support and shipping.

00:10:51.000 They embody true American values and accept no compromise on taste or quality.

00:10:54.000 By the way, I was traveling recently and somebody brought me a cup of coffee and it tasted really bad.

00:11:01.000 It was really bad.

00:11:02.000 I said, where's my blackout?

00:11:03.000 And they said, we didn't bring the blackout on this trip.

00:11:06.000 And I was really disappointed.

00:11:07.000 It was a tough day.

00:11:08.000 When you get used to blackout coffee, you know what I mean.

00:11:10.000 Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.

00:11:13.000 Use coupon code Charlie for 20% off your first order.

00:11:15.000 By the way, it's kind of coffee season, isn't it?

00:11:17.000 It gets dark around like 3:30.

00:11:19.000 It's cloudy.

00:11:21.000 It's not exactly the most uplifting weather.

00:11:23.000 You kind of need to pick me up sometimes around 2 p.m.

00:11:25.000 Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.

00:11:27.000 Be awake, not woke.

00:11:28.000 That is blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.

00:11:30.000 Promo code Charlie.

00:11:31.000 The taste is amazing.

00:11:32.000 It is smooth.

00:11:35.000 And people know that I need my cup of coffee in the morning.

00:11:38.000 Not too much, not over the top.

00:11:40.000 But if it's not blackout, then the mood is not so good.

00:11:42.000 Go south.

00:11:43.000 Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.

00:11:45.000 Great company.

00:11:46.000 Blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.

00:11:48.000 Promo code Charlie.

00:11:52.000 Overnight, President Trump ratcheted up the threats to Iran, warning them not to retaliate for the killing of Qasem Soleimani.

00:12:00.000 Let this serve as a warning, he tweeted, that if Iran strikes any Americans or American assets, we have targeted 52 Iranian sites.

00:12:11.000 You made it clear that number 52 reflects the 52 Americans held hostage in Iran after the 1979 revolution.

00:12:20.000 Cash.

00:12:21.000 We need him back in the White House, don't we?

00:12:23.000 Desperately, at least when it comes to not just the economy and national security, but everything else.

00:12:28.000 The hostage situation, as you said, Charlie, should be front and center.

00:12:31.000 It should be on the front page of every newspaper until every single American hostage is free.

00:12:36.000 It should be like the 1979 situation all over again, the only thing that matters.

00:12:41.000 But as you just pointed out with John Kirby, their strategy is we're hopeful, we hope that we will get Americans back.

00:12:48.000 That's not how you set American national security agenda and secure American interests and allies overseas.

00:12:54.000 And what they're doing is, as you said, continuing to lie to the public.

00:12:57.000 And I'll disagree with you a little bit.

00:13:00.000 I don't think they have any idea where these Americans are because Joe Biden and his administration have prioritized climate change over the national security of America.

00:13:09.000 They keep coming out and saying it's the existential threat of our time and doubling down on that.

00:13:13.000 If the DOD and the intelligence community rather focused on, say, things like Iran and Hezbollah and Hamas and helping Israel, we might have been able to track where they took our hostages.

00:13:24.000 So I don't think they actually know where they are.

00:13:26.000 That's why they're hoping and praying that we can find them.

00:13:29.000 And they keep cheering on victories brought on by other groups and parties instead of leading the way to victory and bringing home every single American. 0.71

00:13:38.000 Cash, really quick, we are seeing kind of rumblings, if you will, about this new COVID pneumonia in China.

00:13:47.000 I texted about it with Dr. Robert Malone.

00:13:52.000 He says it's just media fear porn.

00:13:54.000 What do you think the truth is here?

00:13:56.000 It's probably closer to the fear porn idea of it, but here's the thing.

00:13:59.000 The media is going to run with it because they need COVID to rig another presidential election and ensure Donald Trump's defeated.

00:14:05.000 They know they can't win on the merits, the facts.

00:14:07.000 They know they can't win on the Biden administration policies.

00:14:10.000 So they're going to go to scare tactics. 0.71

00:14:12.000 They're going to try to rig the election in the courts, and they're going to go to scare tactics and intelligence freak tactics by jinning up another COVID or Chinese variant of this bioweapon that they struck out of Wuhan. 0.93

00:14:24.000 So to me, it's all the same thing. 0.67

00:14:25.000 The get Donald Trump never ends and we need to be able to defeat it with the truth.

00:14:33.000 There's some January 6th news as well.

00:14:37.000 Cash, your reaction to the latest tapes that we've seen coming out.

00:14:41.000 Well, look, as a former prosecutor and public defender, I've been calling on those tapes to be released years ago because that's what the Constitution demands that every piece of evidence be issued.

00:14:52.000 But this government, this DOJ under Garland and Ray, has taken it upon themselves to issue justice selectively, to issue evidence selectively.

00:15:00.000 We have seen so much information that so many defendants could have utilized.

00:15:03.000 And here's the thing, Charlie.

00:15:05.000 Not all the tapes have been released yet.

00:15:07.000 That's only a piece of it.

00:15:08.000 It's a fiction that all of it's been released.

00:15:10.000 And I still don't know why all of it has yet to be released.

00:15:13.000 And I think it's because they don't want the true story coming out that there was no insurrection, that the FBI and DOJ had staged tons of informants and undercover officers and spent taxpayer dollars and spent months setting up some of the instances in and around January 6th.

00:15:29.000 And that's what this FBI doesn't want.

00:15:30.000 They're great at covering up corruption.

00:15:32.000 And this Republican-led Congress is helping them by failing to issue and enforce the subpoenas to produce the documents and videotapes necessary for the American people to adjudicate decision at the polls and not have it dictated to them by the Rogue Biden administration.

00:15:46.000 In closing, you touched on this.

00:15:47.000 I just want to reiterate, Mike Johnson or the House Republicans dealing with Hunter Biden subpoenas.

00:15:53.000 Have you been pleased by what you've seen?

00:15:54.000 No, I haven't been pleased by any of it.

00:15:56.000 I've been their biggest critic.

00:15:57.000 Having run the Russia Gate investigation and actually enforced congressional subpoenas and taken agencies' money that failed to comply with them.

00:16:04.000 They could do this overnight.

00:16:06.000 I'm not saying defund the FBI, but I'm saying ground Chris Ray's G5 government-funded jet until he complies with the full production of documents.

00:16:13.000 Six years later, we're still waiting for the Peter Strzok and Lisa Page text messages and emails.

00:16:18.000 They still haven't turned those over in their entirety.

00:16:20.000 Who knows what else they're covering up?

00:16:22.000 And this Republican majority lets them do it.

00:16:24.000 They keep writing letters for a fake news headline so they can get on TV in the mainstream media and say, look what they're doing.

00:16:30.000 I was unlawfully surveilled and spied on by the DOJ and FBI.

00:16:34.000 I filed my own federal lawsuit because this Congress, when we informed him about it, wrote a letter and did nothing else.

00:16:40.000 Hey, but Speaker Johnson got a Thanksgiving break.

00:16:43.000 So it's all worth it.

00:16:45.000 They had a nice plush, beautiful, many days off while America's being invaded and overrun.

00:16:52.000 Rest assured, everybody, your Republican Congress being led by Mike Johnson, they had a couple really great days off.

00:16:59.000 Cash, thank you so much.

00:17:00.000 Thanks so much, Charlie.

00:17:03.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:05.000 Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement?

00:17:08.000 That's a long time to live without a steady income.

00:17:13.000 Retirement is about more than just investments.

00:18:02.000 Joining us now is Mike Davis.

00:18:04.000 Mike, people are saying that you might become Trump's new attorney general.

00:18:08.000 Well, you're saying that, and other people are agreeing.

00:18:10.000 What would you do as Trump's AG?

00:18:13.000 Well, I mean, I don't know, Charlie, if I could ever get confirmed.

00:18:16.000 I ran the Senate Judiciary Committee's nominations process.

00:18:20.000 I don't think I, I think I might get one charity vote from my former boss, Chuck Grassley, and it would end his 60-year political career.

00:18:27.000 But I like to troll the left about being Trump's acting attorney general for three weeks and during my three-week reign of terror, going after the left.

00:18:35.000 And I do this, I use this hyperbole to make a point.

00:18:39.000 And that is what Democrats are doing to Trump, Trump's lawyers, Trump's top aides, Trump supporters on January 6th, parents outraged at school board meetings about gender chaos and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms, Christians praying outside of abortion clinics while the Biden Justice Department and these Democrat prosecutors give amnesty to Joe Biden, his son Hunter, his brother James,

00:19:05.000 the rest of their corrupt family that's taken millions in foreign bribes and other corruption from every hellhole around the world, China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, you name it, along with BLM and Antifa and Hamas supporters.

00:19:19.000 My point is that these are republic-ending tactics by Democrats.

00:19:23.000 They think that they're going to take out Trump, but all they're doing is they are destroying our country.

00:19:30.000 So just talk about the acting thing.

00:19:32.000 There is kind of a hack where you can get a patriot to be AG without having to go to the Senate.

00:19:37.000 Remind us about this.

00:19:39.000 Well, there's the Vacancy Act, and what you have to do is you have to be in a Senate confirmed position already, or you have to be the deputy in line, so some Biden hack who Biden puts in place when Trump takes office on January 20th, 2025, or you have to be in a senior Justice Department position for 90 days.

00:20:01.000 And so that's how you become the acting attorney general.

00:20:04.000 And that's the problem is these Democrats are going to control.

00:20:08.000 the Trump administration for the first several months.

00:20:11.000 And if Republicans don't win the Senate, they're going to just control the Trump administration's key cabinet posts.

00:20:17.000 And so that's why it is so important that Republicans rally behind President Trump, that the primary is over, get behind President Trump.

00:20:26.000 We need to make sure that he wins.

00:20:28.000 We need to quit, you know, his primary opponents need to quit secretly weaponizing this lawfare.

00:20:34.000 And what we need to do is get behind these Republican Senate candidates.

00:20:38.000 It is so important that we win the White House and the Senate because guess what?

00:20:42.000 The Supreme Court is on the line in 2024.

00:20:46.000 And if you think the Democrats are bad now, just imagine what they'll do if we lose our last line of defense, the constitutionalist Supreme Court.

00:20:55.000 There goes our God-given rights to speak, associate, worship, and protect ourselves.

00:21:00.000 I hear you 100%.

00:21:01.000 One of my big concerns, Mike, and I'm sure you agree with this, is that there's a lot of future casting.

00:21:08.000 But what I hear from the grassroots say, hold on, hold on, hold on.

00:21:10.000 You have the House right now.

00:21:12.000 What materially could Speaker Johnson and the House of Representatives do to address the weaponization of government and the growing Maoism within our government?

00:21:22.000 No more abstractions.

00:21:23.000 I know, Mike, you're a detail guy, right?

00:21:25.000 I've lost patience with Speaker Johnson.

00:21:27.000 I'm sick of this CR thing.

00:21:29.000 The FBI is getting a new headquarters.

00:21:32.000 You know, it is fat and chummy and things are wonderful in D.C. I'm personally sick of it. 0.61

00:21:38.000 I want marching orders.

00:21:39.000 Mike Davis, what can be done now to the end of the year?

00:21:43.000 Action items.

00:21:44.000 Well, I'll tell you, the Article III project proposed and Congressman Andrew Clyde from Georgia is now championing two appropriations writers that House Republicans can include in this appropriations process to end this election interference, this unprecedented Democrat law affair against President Trump.

00:22:04.000 Number one, no federal funds can go to the prosecution of any major presidential candidate on or before November 5th, 2024.

00:22:14.000 And any state or local government that prosecutes any major presidential candidate on or before November 5th, 2024 loses all federal funds.

00:22:23.000 If Democrats want to play their games, if they want to go after Trump, they can wait until after the presidential election.

00:22:29.000 They waited 30 months to bring these unprecedented bogus indictments against President Trump.

00:22:36.000 They can wait until after the election. 0.58

00:22:37.000 Let the American people, not Democrat prosecutors and Democrat judges and Democrat juries in these Democrat hellholes like New York, D.C., and Atlanta decide the next election. 0.64

00:22:49.000 So I totally agree.

00:22:52.000 Why aren't they doing that?

00:22:53.000 What is with this CR till January?

00:22:57.000 Why are Republicans giving the FBI a new headquarters?

00:23:00.000 I know that these are questions you get a lot.

00:23:02.000 I'm just, is there even a willingness to try to rein in the administrative tit?

00:23:06.000 It's been all talk from the House Republicans.

00:23:08.000 What a letdown they've been.

00:23:10.000 Well, I mean, I tend to agree with you, Charlie.

00:23:12.000 I will say this about Speaker Mike Johnson.

00:23:14.000 I'm willing to give him running room for this one CR, but he needs to put up or shut up after that, right?

00:23:20.000 We need to start getting serious about cutting spending to pre-COVID levels. 0.60

00:23:26.000 We need to get serious about using the appropriations process, policy writers in the appropriations process to end this cultural Marxism, this gender chaos, where we have transgender surgeries for kids and prisoners. 0.64

00:23:40.000 We have weaponized justice systems. 0.77

00:23:42.000 I published a Fox News opinion piece on this several months.

00:23:46.000 And I think what House Republicans need to insist on is: look, we're not going to fund this.

00:23:51.000 And if you want to shut down the governments over transgender surgeries for kids, if you want to shut down the governments for weaponizing our Justice Department and throwing the leading presidential candidate in prison for the rest of his life, then guess what?

00:24:05.000 We're not going to fund this.

00:24:06.000 You're going to take the diet that we put you on, Senate Democrats and President Biden, and we're going to include these policy writers. 0.98

00:24:13.000 And if you don't take them, shut down the damn government and go back and explain to the American people why you're shutting down the government over transgender surgeries for kids or throwing your political enemies in prison. 0.97

00:24:23.000 Yeah, I mean, you're a better person than I am. 0.99

00:24:28.000 I'm done with patience with Mike Johnson.

00:24:30.000 I'm sick of it.

00:24:30.000 The country's falling apart.

00:24:31.000 I don't give them any sort of breathing room.

00:24:33.000 You're done. 0.99

00:24:33.000 Go back to run a Bible study. 0.99

00:24:35.000 I'm sick of it.

00:24:36.000 But, you know, I appreciate the pushback because sometimes I need to be put in place with my lack of patience with this stuff.

00:24:42.000 But very simple, though, Mike.

00:24:44.000 Do we really believe January, this is going to be a reckoning?

00:24:46.000 Like all of a sudden these guys are going to come back from Christmas and New Year's break and find intestinal fortitude or courage.

00:24:52.000 I just, I'm skeptical. 0.97

00:24:53.000 I would have liked to see Bedlam before Christmas.

00:24:56.000 Then people forget everything.

00:24:57.000 They get super drunk on New Year's and it's a new year, whatever.

00:24:59.000 Well, that was kind of crazy.

00:25:01.000 You could have literally had a new year turn the page.

00:25:03.000 I'm supposed to have faith that we're going to have an amazing holding of the line on January 15th.

00:25:10.000 I'm sorry.

00:25:10.000 I don't buy it.

00:25:12.000 No, I mean, I hear you, Charlie.

00:25:14.000 These people have been spending like drunken sailors on a bipartisan basis for decades, going back to President George W. Bush.

00:25:22.000 They're both guilty.

00:25:23.000 The Democrats are worse than the Republicans, but the Republican Unit Party is just as bad.

00:25:28.000 And this is the message to House Republicans, to Speaker Mike Johnson.

00:25:32.000 If you don't get serious about cutting spending to pre-COVID levels, if you don't get serious about ending this Marxism that the federal government funds, if you don't get serious about ending this weaponization, you're going to have a lot of Republicans sit home this next election.

00:25:48.000 So that's exactly right.

00:25:51.000 And that's what I was getting at.

00:25:52.000 And you actually made my point for me.

00:25:54.000 You know, I'm all in for the Senate stuff, right?

00:25:56.000 We're going to win West Virginia.

00:25:57.000 Thank you, Joe Manchin.

00:25:58.000 That sign seal delivered.

00:25:59.000 Montana's looking good.

00:26:00.000 Ohio, hopefully get Bernie Moreno.

00:26:03.000 If we lose the Senate, Mike Davis, it will be one of the greatest failures in the history of presidential year.

00:26:10.000 You have blue state, red state Democrats in a presidential year with Trump on the ticket.

00:26:15.000 If we don't win the Montana and Ohio Senate races and flip those, we have no business being in politics, right?

00:26:21.000 I mean, the RNC should already resign.

00:26:23.000 It's just a disaster.

00:26:24.000 So, you know, so Mike Davis, I talk to Republican, some Republican donors that don't see it the way I do, and they're great people.

00:26:32.000 They say, I want to win.

00:26:33.000 We got a pump.

00:26:33.000 We got to say, no, you don't understand.

00:26:34.000 If you don't govern, our people aren't going to show up.

00:26:37.000 Absent Trump, they really wouldn't show up.

00:26:40.000 Mike Davis.

00:26:41.000 You're 100% right.

00:26:42.000 And guess what?

00:26:43.000 We need to get serious about governing.

00:26:46.000 These Republicans need to stop being the string orchestra of the Titanic.

00:26:50.000 Our country is failing.

00:26:52.000 The left has taken over every institution in our country.

00:26:56.000 They've taken over the military for crying out loud.

00:26:58.000 They've taken over universities long ago.

00:27:01.000 If we don't get serious about fighting back against this leftism, this Marxism, we're going to lose our country.

00:27:08.000 If President Trump is not our next president, if the Senate Republicans don't take back the Senate so we can confirm his judges and confirm his cabinet picks, we're going to lose our country.

00:27:21.000 Christmas is here, everybody.

00:27:22.000 And that means that you might have to be moving boxes or just, it's tough, a lot of stress, and that means inflammation increases.

00:28:27.000 Go to relieffactor.com.

00:28:31.000 Give us a legal update.

00:28:32.000 Chances that Trump gets sentenced before prison.

00:28:36.000 What is this?

00:28:37.000 We haven't done an update on this a while.

00:28:38.000 Is Trump going to trial in January?

00:28:41.000 What is the update here?

00:28:42.000 Yeah, I mean, if Democrats have their way, if Joe Biden and Jack Smith and DC Obama judge Tanya Shutkin and these other Democrat prosecutors and judges around the country have their way, they would have the leading presidential candidate go to prison instead of facing President Biden on November 5th, 2024.

00:29:01.000 Remember, they impeached President Trump twice for nonsense.

00:29:06.000 They've indicted him four times for non-crimes.

00:29:10.000 They're trying to bankrupt his family business for non-fraud.

00:29:15.000 They've illegally gagged him twice in violation of his First Amendment rights where he can't even complain about Jack Smith or the process.

00:29:25.000 And they're even trying to throw this legal Hail Mary.

00:29:27.000 They tried this out in Colorado and they're trying this around the country.

00:29:31.000 They're just going to try to take him off the ballots using a post-Civil War constitutional amendment used to disqualify Confederate insurrectionists who went to war against the Union.

00:29:46.000 They're trying to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to say that January 6th was somehow an insurrection and therefore President Trump is disqualified in these various blue states.

00:30:00.000 They're starting in Colorado and blue states, but trying to get the precedent set and then they want to use this in swing states.

00:30:06.000 So they just want to have President Biden or Newsom or whoever the hell they run win by default, even though President Trump has the popular support.

00:30:14.000 This is an outrageous legal attack and it's the people who pretend like they're the protectors of democracy are trying to destroy our democracy.

00:30:22.000 There's three attack vectors right now and we don't have time to go through all of them.

00:30:25.000 There's the personal stuff with Trump, Big Fanny Willis, Alvin Bragg, and two DOJ.

00:30:29.000 Then there's ballot access stuff, which is Colorado and others, which is on the surface a good victory thanks to you, Mike.

00:30:37.000 But on the deep level, they're setting a precedent to kick him off the ballot.

00:30:40.000 Then there's the third stuff, which is the New York civil trial, where they just might take his business empire from him.

00:30:45.000 That's just to drain time, energy, resources, and distraction.

00:30:48.000 I want to get to the personal criminal stuff, though, because that's the stuff that really worries me.

00:30:52.000 What is the, as of today, what is the trial schedule?

00:30:56.000 Well, they have these trials going back to back to back starting in January, right?

00:31:00.000 Which one's first?

00:31:01.000 Sorry to interrupt.

00:31:01.000 We don't have a lot of time.

00:31:02.000 So what's happening in January?

00:31:03.000 So I don't have these in front of me, but January, I believe they're starting with the DC trial with Tanya Shutkin, and they do a March trial, and then they do a May trial.

00:31:14.000 So it's back to back to back with three trials.

00:31:16.000 And it's insane that they're trying to do this.

00:31:20.000 They haven't even produced all the discovery that the criminal defendants are entitled to receive from the prosecution.

00:31:26.000 Yet Jack Smith is teaming up with this Obama, D.C. judge to bring these bogus charges against Trump for January 6th.

00:31:34.000 It is not a crime to object to a presidential election.

00:31:38.000 It's allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

00:31:42.000 Democrats objected to Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.

00:31:49.000 We don't see John Kerry and Al Gore and Hillary Clinton in prison for objecting, but yet they're trying to use a bogus legal theory, both in D.C. and down in Atlanta, Georgia, down in Fulton County, Georgia, to Democrat hellholes to try to throw President Trump in prison for the rest of his life for objecting to a presidential election.

00:32:09.000 They're also trying to throw him in prison for having presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act, while they ignore the fact that Biden had five stashes of stolen classified records from his time as president.

00:32:24.000 And even Senator They're going to ignore all that.

00:32:27.000 You're right.

00:32:28.000 So, Mike, just to make sure I understand, sorry, we're tight on time here.

00:32:31.000 January, while the Iowa caucuses are looming, Donald Trump could be sitting.

00:32:34.000 Does he have to sit for trial?

00:32:37.000 He doesn't have to, but he's going to.

00:32:39.000 He sat through these trials up in New York and he should.

00:32:42.000 The problem is, he's not going to get a fair trial in Fulton County, Georgia.

00:32:46.000 He's not going to get a fair trial in Washington, D.C. There's no doubts he's going to get railroaded by this Tanya Schutkin and D.C.

00:32:53.000 And this 95% Trump-deranged jury pool is going to find him guilty.

00:32:59.000 The only way that this is going to end is when the Supreme Court steps up and says that what President Trump did is either protected by presidential immunity going back to George Washington 250 years ago, or it's protected by the First Amendment.

00:33:13.000 This is outrageous what Democrats are doing.

00:33:16.000 These are Republic-ending tactics by Biden and Jack Smith and these Democrat judges like Tanya Shuckin.

00:33:24.000 This is full scorched earth stuff.

00:33:25.000 There is no recovery, crossing of the Rubicon.

00:33:28.000 They're going full Dresden on the Constitution. 0.66

00:33:30.000 They want to carpet bomb it. 0.63

00:33:31.000 They want no memory of it to exist.

00:33:33.000 Mike Davis, excellent.

00:33:34.000 We'll have you on again soon.

00:33:35.000 Thank you.

00:33:35.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:33:36.000 You see, if we had an RNC worth anything and Ronna McRomney, we would kind of war game. 0.92

00:33:41.000 Hey, so instead of, I don't know, a contentious primary, shouldn't we figure out how we're going to counter the law fare of 2024?

00:33:52.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
