00:03:02.000 Don, welcome to the program.
00:03:04.000 How are you hanging in there?
00:03:05.000 I'm doing well, my friend.
00:03:07.000 How are you, Charlie?
00:03:07.000 Good.
00:03:08.000 It's been quite a couple of weeks here.
00:03:10.000 Lots to cover.
00:03:11.000 I want to start with Fareed Zakaria, who makes the argument we've been making.
00:03:16.000 If your last name is not Trump, you would not be on trial.
00:03:19.000 Play Cut 33.
00:03:20.000 Whatever opposition he faced in the primaries has largely melted away.
00:03:25.000 And the trials against him keep him in the spotlight, infuriate his base who sees him as a martyr, and even may serve to make him the object of some sympathy among people in general who believe that his prosecutors are politically motivated.
00:03:41.000 This happens to be true, in my opinion.
00:03:43.000 I doubt the New York indictment would have been brought against a defendant whose name was not Donald Trump.
00:03:49.000 A majority of Americans are skeptical that Trump will be able to get a fair trial, according to a CNN poll.
00:03:56.000 This is remarkable in many ways.
00:03:57.000 I think he deserves credit for saying this out loud, but I actually believe deep down, most members of the media agree with him.
00:04:06.000 They're just afraid to say it.
00:04:07.000 Don.
00:04:08.000 Well, they agree with him.
00:04:09.000 They're afraid to say it.
00:04:10.000 And they're hoping that they can get away with it anyway.
00:04:12.000 I think that's the real problem, right?
00:04:14.000 It doesn't really matter.
00:04:15.000 The same people screeching about, you know, preserving democracy and rallying against fascism are the ones that have been acting like fascists and trampling all over democracy for the last eight years, Charlie.
00:04:28.000 And that's the reality of this case.
00:04:30.000 That same media is not talking about not just the New York case currently going on, but the AG case where there's literally no victim.
00:04:38.000 The alleged victim is testifying that they got back all their money.
00:04:41.000 They wanted to do more business with us and not less.
00:04:44.000 They're not talking about the corruption in the Fannie Willis case.
00:04:47.000 They're not talking about the FBI literally tampering with evidence in the documents case.
00:04:53.000 They're not talking about any of these things.
00:04:55.000 The average person has no idea.
00:04:57.000 They don't realize that each one of the five cases out there where they've got him now of 96 indictments, each one of them is ripe with just insane levels of corruption, bias, things that you'd never see.
00:05:15.000 Any one of these things should be thrown out on face value.
00:05:18.000 The judge's daughter in this case being one of the largest Democrat fundraisers in the world.
00:05:24.000 It's unheard of.
00:05:25.000 So, you know, good for him for actually saying it.
00:05:28.000 But I think what the reality is that people across America are seeing it.
00:05:33.000 They understand what's going on.
00:05:35.000 The star witness in this case who's testifying as we speak is Michael Cohen, a convicted perjurer.
00:05:42.000 He literally went to jail for lying to Congress, amongst other things.
00:05:47.000 He's been recently referred back to the Department of Justice.
00:05:51.000 Of course, they won't do anything because the Department of Justice is literally working with these prosecutors.
00:05:58.000 Joe Biden's number three at the Department of Justice moved to New York to work with Alvin Bragg, who had previously turned down this very case.
00:06:06.000 And then all of a sudden, it's a case.
00:06:08.000 That DOJ has been referred Michael Cohen for six more counts of perjury, something that should land him in prison for years.
00:06:17.000 Instead, he gets to be the star witness.
00:06:19.000 Well, I guess pitching merch and a reality show.
00:06:24.000 The level of insanity going on here right now is truly unbelievable.
00:06:29.000 It's unlike anything I think we've ever seen before.
00:06:31.000 This is banana republic stuff on steroids.
00:06:35.000 Yeah, can you go deeper into that?
00:06:36.000 That is Matthew Calangelo, who was number three in the Department of Justice and is now running point.
00:06:42.000 He was dispatched by Joe Biden and Merrick Garland.
00:06:45.000 This is not talked about enough.
00:06:48.000 And by the way, this is such a shoddy case.
00:06:50.000 They cannot even tell you the crime that Donald Trump is accused of covering up to make this a felony.
00:06:56.000 But Don, can you riff on that?
00:06:57.000 Matthew Colangelo.
00:06:59.000 Well, okay, so in this case that's going on right now, Matthew Colangelo was the Biden number three at the DOJ.
00:07:05.000 He worked in federal law enforcement, has a shady track record.
00:07:08.000 Alvin Bragg, the current district attorney down there, as well as Cy Vance, the prior one, both of them decided not to pursue this case.
00:07:15.000 The other people who did not pursue this very same case, the FEC, the Federal Election Commission.
00:07:21.000 Okay, these are government Washington, D.C. bureaucrats.
00:07:24.000 Let's just say not exactly conservative, not exactly Trump fans.
00:07:28.000 All of those people, again, including the individual who's currently the DA trying this case, decided not to pursue this claim over the last few years.
00:07:37.000 Joe Biden's the number three guy in his Department of Justice, just like Fannie Willis met with the Biden administration and her lawyers and yada yada yada.
00:07:46.000 There should be no reason for it, unless, of course, it's what we're saying, which is it's all a big setup.
00:07:46.000 We don't know why.
00:07:51.000 Matthew Calangel gets transferred to the southern district of New York, moves up there, and within months, all of a sudden, they're trying the case that not just this district attorney, but the one before him, as well as others, had turned down.
00:08:03.000 That is not a coincidence, Charlie.
00:08:05.000 That is a political persecution.
00:08:07.000 Okay, you have a DA's office.
00:08:08.000 This guy comes up there.
00:08:09.000 He's also the guy that gives the opening statement and starts off the trial.
00:08:13.000 I'm sure it's a coincidence, Charlie.
00:08:15.000 Like everything else is a coincidence.
00:08:17.000 Just another conspiracy theory.
00:08:19.000 The problem is all the conspiracy theories over the last decade have turned out to be 100% accurate.
00:08:24.000 The media won't talk about it because they refuse to acknowledge the bias.
00:08:28.000 They're hoping that people are sitting there, you know, just hearing a little bit of noise in the background.
00:08:32.000 Trump must have done something.
00:08:34.000 There must be something.
00:08:35.000 They won't even talk about this bias because they understand how bad it all is, how bad it all sounds.
00:08:42.000 The American people are starting to get that despite all the noise, despite all the weaponization against him.
00:08:48.000 They're starting to pay attention.
00:08:49.000 They've realized the media, you know, so many others, big tech, have lost all their credibility.
00:08:55.000 They're doing their own research.
00:08:56.000 They're listening to you.
00:08:57.000 Perhaps they're watching my show, Trigger.
00:08:58.000 They're seeing the real news.
00:08:59.000 They're spreading that information.
00:09:01.000 We're growing the movement because people don't have anywhere to turn that they can trust in the major conventional places that they used to get their news.
00:09:09.000 It's all falling apart and it's driving the Democrats absolutely crazy.
00:09:13.000 I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:09:14.000 This is from MSNBC.
00:09:16.000 Despite all this, they say anybody who votes Republican is voting for the end of democracy.
00:09:21.000 PlayCut 46.
00:09:23.000 Now, this year, you're not just voting for a Republican.
00:09:27.000 It's a vote for a candidate who doesn't believe in the most basic principles of American democracy.
00:09:36.000 And we could get on the list, but I really don't want to waste my breath on it.
00:09:40.000 No, it's a vote actually for somebody that does not subscribe to the most basic precepts of American democracy against a candidate.
00:09:49.000 Who does?
00:09:51.000 Done.
00:09:53.000 Honestly, man, I got nothing.
00:09:55.000 At this point, you know, the Democrat projection.
00:09:59.000 You know, maybe that's Scarborough.
00:10:00.000 Maybe the Democrats know what he did to his intern, and maybe they have the evidence.
00:10:03.000 And that's why he's gone so off the deep end.
00:10:07.000 It is so ridiculous that they would say this.
00:10:10.000 Again, the projection from the Democrats is just that.
00:10:13.000 It's typical.
00:10:14.000 They accuse others of doing what they're doing.
00:10:16.000 You have this president working with his Department of Justice, literally trying to jail the leader of the opposing party for 900 years, plus possibly the death penalty.
00:10:28.000 Oh, yeah, that's democracy.
00:10:28.000 Okay.
00:10:30.000 It reeks of democracy.
00:10:31.000 You're not allowed to vote for the prior president, someone that you actually want to vote for, the leader of the opposite.
00:10:36.000 We're going to make sure they're not even on the ballot.
00:10:38.000 How many times have they tried to remove him from that ballot?
00:10:41.000 Yeah, that screams of democracy.
00:10:43.000 These people are morons, Charlie, and they're hoping that the American public is as dumb as they are because they have nothing else.
00:10:50.000 They fear Donald Trump because these guys have gotten rich in a system that is only designed to help them and the other people in the swamp.
00:10:57.000 They want the never-ending wars.
00:10:59.000 It's clickbait.
00:11:00.000 It's board seats for the generals.
00:11:02.000 Everyone in the swamp wins while we're mortgaging our families, our children's future to the hilt to give these idiots, you know, I guess, job security.
00:11:11.000 It's so asinine.
00:11:12.000 It's so ludicrous.
00:11:14.000 They're relying on porn stars and convicted perjurers to be their star witness.
00:11:19.000 That reeks of democracy.
00:11:21.000 All these things are, and it's all coming out.
00:11:24.000 It's just a sham to try to embarrass Donald Trump, to try to hurt his chances later on.
00:11:29.000 There's nothing as it relates to the cases, just like Stormy Daniels.
00:11:32.000 What does she have to offer as it relates to literally a documents case?
00:11:36.000 You know, an accounting error, essentially, is what they're trying to charge.
00:11:40.000 They've raised that to a felony magically, while all the people who are beating the crap out of people in the streets of Manhattan, those felonies are turned down into misdemeanors.
00:11:49.000 It's a farce what we're living right now.
00:11:51.000 It's an absolute farce.
00:11:54.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:11:56.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:11:58.000 We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds.
00:12:02.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:12:04.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:12:09.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.
00:12:15.000 Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:12:21.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:12:23.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:12:26.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:12:33.000 And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:12:36.000 Call 833-850-2229.
00:12:39.000 That's 833-850-2229.
00:12:42.000 Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:12:45.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:12:47.000 Also, save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:12:50.000 I'm a donor of this organization.
00:12:51.000 They're terrific.
00:12:52.000 Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.
00:12:57.000 Don, I want to play this piece of tape here, talking about the broadening coalition of the Trump MAGA movement.
00:13:04.000 Play cut 28.
00:13:05.000 That poll from the New York Times, let me read you a section of their write-up there.
00:13:10.000 It says, Mr. Trump and Mr. Biden are essentially tied among 18 to 29-year-olds and Hispanic voters.
00:13:16.000 Even though each group gave Mr. Biden more than 60% of their vote in 2020, Mr. Trump also wins more than 20% of black voters, a tally that would be the highest level of black support for any Republican presidential candidate since the enactment of the Civil Rights Act in 1964.
00:13:32.000 Don, this shows the broadening coalition and our need for a ground game to chase these ballots and get them out to vote.
00:13:39.000 Your reaction done.
00:13:40.000 Yeah, 100%.
00:13:41.000 I mean, people aren't going to believe their lying eyes anymore.
00:13:45.000 They see it.
00:13:46.000 You see it in the hip-hop community, the rappers coming back around.
00:13:46.000 They feel it.
00:13:50.000 In 2016, 2017, it was easy to go after Trump.
00:13:54.000 You could hit him.
00:13:54.000 You'll get a lot of free publicity, and your record label is going to love it.
00:13:57.000 And Rolling Stone will write up how much of a hero you are.
00:14:00.000 But right now, those guys understand their base.
00:14:03.000 They understand their people.
00:14:04.000 And they understand that those people are hurting financially.
00:14:07.000 They understand we're sending billions upon billions to defend borders in far off lands while we have an invasion at our own border, which is creating serious issues in terms of our healthcare system, our education system, the fentanyl traffic, the sex trafficking going on in our cities.
00:14:23.000 And it's just absolutely disgusting.
00:14:26.000 So people are coming around.
00:14:27.000 I did a live stream with DJ Academics, I guess, one of the largest guys in sort of the hip-hop world about two weeks ago.
00:14:34.000 And we had 40,000 people live streamed.
00:14:36.000 And, you know, at the end of this conversation, it was supposed to be like a half an hour.
00:14:40.000 We go for two and a half hours.
00:14:41.000 Everyone's going Trump 2024.
00:14:43.000 This wasn't a demographic that we're typically going after, but people understand what's happening.
00:14:50.000 I see it when I go through the airports.
00:14:53.000 It's not the usual crowd that comes up to me say, hey, we need your father back in here.
00:14:58.000 This is our last chance.
00:14:59.000 It's everyone.
00:15:00.000 I'm getting so much African-American support.
00:15:02.000 The Hispanic support is through the roof.
00:15:04.000 It's people that may have otherwise been curious or started a conversation before.
00:15:08.000 I mean, they're screaming Trump 2024 through open airports.
00:15:13.000 It's no longer, there's no longer a stigma in those communities to be supportive of Trump.
00:15:17.000 And I think that's huge.
00:15:19.000 And yeah, you're right.
00:15:20.000 We do have to get the ground game, right?
00:15:21.000 We can have rallies.
00:15:22.000 It's wonderful to see that.
00:15:23.000 What we need to do is we need to be out there collecting ballots.
00:15:26.000 We need to make sure that these people are actually voting.
00:15:28.000 Support is great, but that's what the Democrats do well.
00:15:32.000 Whether it's cheating or otherwise, they show up with some sort of a ballot.
00:15:36.000 We need to be doing it legally, but we need to be going after those ballots, making sure that those people vote for their interests in 2024.
00:15:44.000 And if they do, we win this thing in a landslide.
00:15:46.000 You know, it's going to be every single vote matters.
00:15:50.000 Every single person that has agency matters.
00:15:53.000 Don, I know you're going to be hitting the road traveling the country.
00:15:56.000 And it's really amazing.
00:15:58.000 President Trump, this movement is doing well, despite the fact that he is standing for a show trial right now.
00:16:03.000 Got lots of questions about the vice presidential selection.
00:16:07.000 I know you can't speak about any private discussions.
00:16:09.000 However, publicly, President Trump said, Nikki Haley is not under consideration, but I wish her well.
00:16:14.000 And you said, thank goodness.
00:16:15.000 Your thoughts, Don.
00:16:16.000 Yeah, listen, I think Nikki Haley, that'd be the surest way to make sure that DJT is impeached within about 30 seconds, right?
00:16:23.000 The entire Senate would go along with it with the exception of JD Vance and Tommy Tumberville, maybe two or three other good Republicans.
00:16:29.000 I think that would be a disaster.
00:16:30.000 That would be the establishment dream.
00:16:33.000 And they would replace him in two seconds.
00:16:35.000 As it relates to the Veepstakes, I mean, there's a couple of good choices out there.
00:16:39.000 Obviously, right now, because of all of the show trials, because of what's going on out there, because they're stopping him from being able to be out there, they understand that Trump on the trail is a force to be reckoned with.
00:16:50.000 It's the exact opposite of Joe Biden.
00:16:52.000 They want Joe Biden in a basement.
00:16:54.000 We want Trump on the trail.
00:16:55.000 They don't want him on the trail, so they're going to keep him tied up in court.
00:16:58.000 So I think we need someone who is a fighter, someone who can take on the media establishment, not just bow down to their sound bites and acknowledge things are not pushed back.
00:17:06.000 So, you know, I've been a long and vocal proponent of someone like a JD Vance who can do that, who understands and has the intelligence to not just believe the policy, but to be able to stuff it down the morons in the media's throats and win those arguments.
00:17:22.000 I think you need someone to be out there on the trail.
00:17:24.000 So I'd be a proponent of picking someone sooner rather than later, someone who has that ability to come out there.
00:17:30.000 It's not 2016 anymore.
00:17:31.000 You don't have to shore up the base with evangelicals or other people, and you need someone who's meeker or softer like a Mike Pence.
00:17:38.000 I think right now you see what's happening.
00:17:40.000 You see the attacks.
00:17:41.000 They're not going to stop.
00:17:43.000 There is no decency or moral compass from the Democrats.
00:17:47.000 You need a team of fighters.
00:17:49.000 So, you know, someone like a JD, I think, would be wonderful.
00:17:52.000 And I think JD Vance could win us Pennsylvania.
00:17:54.000 He's very popular in Ohio, and it's right on a border state.
00:17:58.000 He speaks that language.
00:17:59.000 And so, I mean, I think JD Vance would be great.
00:18:02.000 Check out his show, Triggered on Rumble.
00:18:02.000 Don, thank you so much.
00:18:04.000 Thanks so much, Don.
00:18:05.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:20:00.000 Check it out right now.
00:20:04.000 Joining us now is Marie Therese Kaiser.
00:20:07.000 Apologies for any mispronunciation.
00:20:10.000 Marie, welcome to the program.
00:20:12.000 You are from Germany and you have quite a story to tell about how you were recently convicted for doing what exactly?
00:20:19.000 Welcome to the program.
00:20:20.000 Hello, Sally.
00:20:21.000 Thanks for having me here.
00:20:23.000 Thank you.
00:20:23.000 Tell us about your story, Marie, and tell us about the recent developments that you've been through.
00:20:28.000 Yeah, I was convicted of sedition.
00:20:30.000 They told me it was hate speech to ask the questions that I asked in a social media post.
00:20:36.000 And in Germany, you are not even allowed to make jokes about the government.
00:20:41.000 They call it delegitimization of the state.
00:20:44.000 So back in 2021, the mayor of Hamburg, Peter Chencha, he wanted to accept refugees from Afghanistan in an unbureaucratic manner.
00:20:56.000 So he put the focus on that wording.
00:21:00.000 And we Germans already learned in 2015 what that means.
00:21:04.000 So there is no security check, no further personal information.
00:21:09.000 So basically, it's not clear who is actually immigrating.
00:21:13.000 And he also said that he wanted to start with 200 people.
00:21:19.000 But then there were some different numbers, like up to 10,000 people.
00:21:29.000 And he also claimed that he only wanted to accept the people who have helped the German military in Afghanistan plus their families.
00:21:39.000 But at this point, it is important to also mention that there were no uniform contracts.
00:21:45.000 So in some cases, there were not even written contracts at all.
00:21:49.000 And it was therefore really difficult to prove who had actually helped the military in Afghanistan.
00:21:59.000 So yeah, I referred to official statistics and the criminal statistics in Germany, they make it really clear.
00:22:10.000 So there are official crime statistics.
00:22:13.000 They show clearly that Afghanistan in Germany commits sexual crimes disproportionately.
00:22:20.000 And when it comes to gang rape, Afghans are the top perpetrators.
00:22:25.000 So I asked some questions and one of the questions was whether we should have a welcome community or welcome kind of like, yeah, just welcoming people who are rapists.
00:22:44.000 And I never claimed that all Afghans are rapists, but the risk is certainly increased that there will be rapists among the refugees who are supposed to be admitted here without any examination.
00:22:59.000 And there have been proven cases like this.
00:23:02.000 So my intention was to start a debate about it.
00:23:07.000 And at the time, I was a candidate for the federal election of the AFD party.
00:23:17.000 And yeah.
00:23:18.000 Well, first of all, Marie, I want to say your English is excellent.
00:23:21.000 I know it's not easy to do an interview and not your native tongue.
00:23:24.000 So I just want to say you're doing wonderful.
00:23:26.000 Just to make sure I understand, if I said something or if you said something like this in Germany, like Afghan refugees are raping an alarming high number of German-born women, would I be then guilty of sedition in Germany?
00:23:40.000 Yeah, that could be, maybe.
00:23:42.000 So They are just changing each word that is coming out of our mouths.
00:23:50.000 And I'm not the only government critic and politician of the oppositional AFD party who is being persecuted by the state for this.
00:23:59.000 So there are many cases like mine.
00:24:01.000 Yeah, so then your case just recently concluded.
00:24:05.000 I guess I have a very simple question.
00:24:07.000 Is free speech considered to be a cherished German value?
00:24:14.000 No, it's not cherished at all.
00:24:17.000 So they try to stop us speaking the truth even.
00:24:24.000 And yeah, so there are really many, many cases like mine.
00:24:29.000 And the government critics are just, yeah, so they should not speak anymore.
00:24:35.000 Yeah.
00:24:36.000 And so as a consequence of that, it's again, this is very important because in America, we consider free speech to be very important.
00:24:43.000 However, there are cases similar to yours in this country.
00:24:47.000 For example, Douglas Mackey, a young man who is now facing federal prison time for making a meme.
00:24:53.000 And so it's easy to look at Germany and say, oh my goodness, this is never going to happen here.
00:24:58.000 You are part of an ascendant political movement in Germany that some people are even saying that they want to eliminate or ban.
00:25:09.000 It gets almost always smeared by the American or Western press by being something that you are not.
00:25:16.000 It is AFD.
00:25:18.000 Tell us about your political movement.
00:25:20.000 It is now the second most popular political movement in Germany.
00:25:24.000 What do you stand for?
00:25:26.000 And what are the main issues that you are building support behind?
00:25:31.000 So we are a really conservative political party.
00:25:35.000 And we, for example, don't want the European Union as it is.
00:25:42.000 So we love Europe as a continent, but we don't want the European Union.
00:25:50.000 And we criticize on mass migration, for example.
00:25:53.000 And the alternative for Germany addresses just the important issues that concern many citizens.
00:26:01.000 And everyone sees the reality on the streets and notices that their own standard of living is getting worse and worse.
00:26:10.000 And meanwhile, the government tries to hide information on crimes we never had before, mass migration.
00:26:18.000 They try to make a fool out of their citizens.
00:26:22.000 And our government distributes money all over the world, but it doesn't really care about its own people.
00:26:30.000 Yeah, and so I want to just understand the German psyche here, because I think there are some similarities to America.
00:26:38.000 Why is it that in Germany there is this belief that you must have mass migration?
00:26:45.000 Do you think, and I'm going to say this delicately, is there an overcompensation from some of the horrors of the 20th century, meaning of how some people believe that Germany might have acted a couple generations ago?
00:26:59.000 Why is it that Germany is so insistent on leading the charge on mass migration?
00:27:05.000 So I could probably get convicted for just making this comparison, but yeah, of course, there is.
00:27:12.000 And Germany wants to help everyone in the world, but they really forget about their own people.
00:27:22.000 Yeah, no, I don't want you to go to jail, by the way.
00:27:24.000 So I don't want you, you have to be delicate.
00:27:26.000 But so let me just, so on your particular case, what kind of prison time are you facing for a speech crime?
00:27:33.000 So I don't got, I didn't got prison time and I'm pretty glad, but I got a fine.
00:27:42.000 So I have to pay 6,000 euros and I get a criminal record.
00:27:47.000 And that's even worse than the fine because yeah, it's not right.
00:27:55.000 And when we see that rapists just have to pay like 8,000 euros and they are free.
00:28:02.000 It's just unfair.
00:28:04.000 So according to recent polls, it shows that 77% of Germans think that they have too many immigrants.
00:28:11.000 Can you just give us some idea?
00:28:14.000 Is the native born German population being replaced by a foreign one?
00:28:19.000 I'm pretty sure that this is a replacement strategy.
00:28:26.000 So I don't want to say that it's coming from above, the government is really planning to replace us, but in fact, they are doing exactly that.
00:28:37.000 And we can see it on the streets.
00:28:40.000 Recently, in the last couple of hours, a story broke that a court rules that AFD can be called a threat to democracy.
00:28:50.000 You hear that, everybody?
00:28:51.000 Germany can monitor AFD as a threat to democracy.
00:28:57.000 Now, that is something that I'm going to play another piece of tape here.
00:29:01.000 And then I want you to tell us what this means.
00:29:03.000 This is here in our country.
00:29:05.000 This is the MSNBC calling Republicans a threat to democracy.
00:29:10.000 PlayCut 46.
00:29:12.000 Now, this year, this year, you're not just voting for a Republican.
00:29:16.000 It's a vote for a candidate who doesn't believe in the most basic principles of American democracy.
00:29:25.000 And we could get on the list, but I really don't want to waste my breath on it.
00:29:29.000 No, it's a vote actually for somebody that does not subscribe to the most basic precepts of American democracy against a candidate.
00:29:38.000 Who does?
00:29:40.000 So in your country of Germany, the court just issued a ruling that the government can monitor your activities because you're a threat to democracy.
00:29:49.000 Tell us about it.
00:29:50.000 Right.
00:29:51.000 So there's something like a secret polis and they try to get as much information as possible.
00:30:00.000 So they have people inside our political party that are like spies and try to get information or even set information.
00:30:10.000 So they make their own postings on social media.
00:30:15.000 And after that, they can take this as an evident for saying that we're undemocratic.
00:30:23.000 And we have elections like the European Union elections this year and also some smaller elections in Germany.
00:30:32.000 And the AFD party is on the best way, for example, in Turingia, to be the government in the future and to have their own ministers.
00:30:47.000 And they try to forbid our political party just because they know we are getting more and more dangerous for them.
00:30:57.000 Yeah, it sounds awfully familiar.
00:30:59.000 And I just want everyone to understand this is a new blow where Germany, the government can now monitor it as a threat to democracy, according to a court.
00:31:07.000 Just to reiterate, Germany's domestic intelligence agency can continue to monitor the far-right AFD as suspected case of extremism that represents a potential threat to democracy.
00:31:18.000 This stuff is worldwide.
00:31:23.000 You might have heard Mike Lindell and Mike Pillow no longer have the support of their box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:31:29.000 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass the savings directly to you by having a $25 extravaganza.

00:32:16.000 Promo code Kirk.
00:32:20.000 Marie, despite all of the government targeting and backlash, does this make you want to fight harder or give up in the face of all this opposition?
00:32:30.000 Yeah, of course, it's not only exhausting, but also expensive.
00:32:35.000 But the legal battle is still ongoing.
00:32:39.000 And my lawyer and I are not giving up easily because I want the world to know what's going on in Germany.
00:32:46.000 And I don't see it necessarily as my own purpose to tell everyone because I'm innocent.
00:32:57.000 But for everyone else, everyone who thinks that they cannot speak up and tell what they believe in or what the truth is, even.
00:33:08.000 That's why I'm really grateful for the invitation and for everyone who reports on my case and spreads the word.
00:33:15.000 Yeah, so Marie, I find that to be super important.
00:33:18.000 This is a civilizational struggle.
00:33:20.000 And just everyone understands, as Germany goes, Europe goes.
00:33:23.000 There really is no Europe right now without Germany.
00:33:25.000 I mean, the German economy is the most wealthy, most productive.
00:33:29.000 It really, and if Germany collapses, that is the collapse of the entire continent.
00:33:33.000 I just want to make sure I understand, and you don't have to say anything because I understand your speech laws are wild here.
00:33:37.000 Germany is more worried about a 27-year-old, you know, essentially activist than they are about potential gang rapists.
00:33:45.000 It's quite amazing to me.
00:33:46.000 So, Marie, looking at what's happening in America, what is your take on American politics, the similarities, and what are your wishes for what America does in the coming months?
00:33:56.000 As you well know, we're in an election season right now.
00:33:58.000 Yes, I've been to New York a couple of weeks ago, and I've also been to Trump Tower and made a lot of photos with the Trump Tower and with everything in this building because I really hope that America is getting Donald Trump as a president again.
00:34:19.000 I think there are a lot of similarities.
00:34:22.000 Maybe Germany is just a little like farther back than the USA.
00:34:32.000 So you had the problems already we are going to have now.
00:34:38.000 And so, yeah, I hope that the conservatives are going to set the government again in the USA.
00:34:46.000 Marie, how can people support you on social media?
00:34:49.000 We love what you are doing in Germany, and we think it's very important.
00:34:53.000 How can people support what you're doing or follow you on social media?
00:34:59.000 Yeah, of course, follow me on Twitter, on Instagram, however you want.
00:35:04.000 It's called Hallofoke, so it's German, of course.
00:35:09.000 But just share my case and spread the word.
00:35:13.000 And yeah, please, you can even donate for my case.
00:35:18.000 As I said, the legal battle is still ongoing.
00:35:20.000 So donations are possible for the Zulifones.
00:35:25.000 I have it on all my social media right now and just share everything.
00:35:32.000 Well, thank you.
00:35:33.000 Marie, very good.
00:35:34.000 Keep fighting and don't let the bad guys get you down.
00:35:37.000 Thank you so much.
00:35:38.000 Thank you so much.
00:35:42.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:35:43.000 Everybody, email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:46.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
