00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 All right.
00:01:10.000 Happy Monday, December 15th, Blake.
00:01:13.000 Happy Monday.
00:01:14.000 Is it?
00:01:15.000 Yeah, well, a lot of stuff went down this weekend, not the least of which, I just want to call out the elephant in the room.
00:01:22.000 We had invited Candace Owens to be a part of a live stream today on this show, later today after our live show.
00:01:30.000 She, of course, declined to show up in person.
00:01:33.000 And then over the weekend, Erica Kirk announced that she's going to be meeting privately.
00:01:39.000 And so with her.
00:01:41.000 Sometime today.
00:01:42.000 Sometime today.
00:01:43.000 And so per that tweet, she said basically all live streams, public discussions, and tweets are on hold until after this meeting.
00:01:53.000 We'll see what unfolds.
00:01:55.000 So we will see what unfolds.
00:01:56.000 We are prepped, ready, either way.
00:02:00.000 So that's basically where we're going to leave that discussion.
00:02:04.000 And, you know, we're actually going to have Paramount Tactical, Gary Melton, on the show at the halfway point in this hour.
00:02:11.000 We're going to just talk about some of the...
00:02:13.000 We're going to have two different guests, I believe, just talking about.
00:02:16.000 Viva Fry is going to come on and talk about why he believes Tyler is the shooter.
00:02:23.000 He's going to go through some of the evidence.
00:02:25.000 And he's also going to talk about his own little sort of spats and squabbles on social media.
00:02:32.000 And then we are going to, like I said, Gary Melton from Paramount Tactical, ballistics expert.
00:02:37.000 He's also visited the campus of UVU since and retraced the steps of Tyler Robinson.
00:02:42.000 All that and more will happen today.
00:02:43.000 And then we're going to get into how Charlie was kind of a modern day, it's a wonderful life.
00:02:48.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:02:49.000 It's an interesting pitch.
00:02:50.000 It's a friend of Chris Ruffo reached out and said this.
00:02:55.000 This friend of mine has an interesting idea.
00:02:56.000 No, it's a good take.
00:02:58.000 As soon as you told us to be, I was like, you know, he's pretty right.
00:03:00.000 But we've got a lot of news to go over in the meantime.
00:03:03.000 And, you know, obviously we had the Bondi Beach terrorism, which was just horrendous.
00:03:09.000 We're going to get into that just in a second.
00:03:11.000 We had Rob Reiner was apparently stabbed to death along with his wife, Michelle, who it appears that the son Nick, who's had mental problems and drug abuse problems, homelessness problems.
00:03:23.000 He's now in custody.
00:03:25.000 And of course, you know, we had this Brown shooting where we're hearing reports that a Republican, campus Republican, well, she's dead.
00:03:36.000 We know that.
00:03:37.000 And it's a really terrible story.
00:03:39.000 But there is also reports that she may have been targeted.
00:03:41.000 So let's get into all of these stories because we got to go quick here.
00:03:46.000 Let's hit Rob Reiner because I think you and I both have some feelings about that.
00:03:51.000 Yeah, that broke last night out of nowhere, very horrifying.
00:03:55.000 Just, you know, it began with that police were at Reiner's home in the Los Angeles area, and they found two bodies there that matched their ages, and then they were stabbed to death, and it just sort of dribbled out over the course of the evening.
00:04:11.000 And it now appears the suspicion is that both Rob and his wife Michelle were stabbed to death by their son, who I believe had a history of some addictions and issues.
00:04:23.000 And so I imagine we'll learn more about how exactly that happened.
00:04:27.000 It's a pretty gruesome way to go.
00:04:29.000 Very, I mean, unthinkably terrible.
00:04:32.000 No one should suffer that way.
00:04:35.000 And it caused us to look back and we saw things.
00:04:38.000 And, I mean, among other things, Rob was on, he went on the air shortly after Charlie was shot and he actually said quite kind things about him.
00:04:48.000 And he said about Erica, too.
00:04:50.000 Yes.
00:04:51.000 Do we have that ready to go?
00:04:53.000 If not, we'll get it.
00:04:54.000 But the point is, we need to look at that as a good example, right?
00:05:01.000 Of how to respond in these situations.
00:05:03.000 And unfortunately, you know, with Charlie's death, gruesome.
00:05:09.000 And, you know, I instantly saw the parallels.
00:05:12.000 And I felt terrible for this family.
00:05:15.000 I felt terrible for Rob Reiner, his wife Michelle.
00:05:19.000 And, you know, honestly, I just, my heart fell with compassion.
00:05:23.000 So instantly I went and I said as much on social media.
00:05:28.000 I think that tweet has 2.1 million engagements now.
00:05:33.000 A lot of people retweeted it.
00:05:35.000 And yeah, my heart goes out to their family.
00:05:37.000 I have no idea the details of what was going on with their son Nick.
00:05:42.000 Senseless tragedy.
00:05:43.000 Terrible to see.
00:05:44.000 And by the way, Rob Reiner's movie career, it should be the guy had incredible depth.
00:05:49.000 Yeah, he gave into TDS and Trump derangements.
00:05:51.000 He was a left-winger.
00:05:52.000 He was a left-winger.
00:05:54.000 Quite a sharp one.
00:05:55.000 He got really in on anti-Russia militarism.
00:05:58.000 He said all the, he believed all that, you know, Trump's doing treason with Russia stuff.
00:06:03.000 Let's like, okay.
00:06:05.000 It's terrible politics.
00:06:06.000 It's a free country.
00:06:08.000 Yeah.
00:06:09.000 It is a free country.
00:06:10.000 And he was allowed to believe what he wants.
00:06:11.000 That doesn't mean it's okay for him to get stabbed to death by his son.
00:06:15.000 And it's disgusting if anyone is celebrating this.
00:06:18.000 Yeah, no, it really is.
00:06:19.000 And, you know, guys like James Wood, who's a conservative, he came out and he said, you know, that he had worked with Rob and they were able to maintain their friendship, even though they are on diametrically opposed polar opposites of the political spectrum.
00:06:34.000 And yeah, I mean, it's just, but here's some of his movies.
00:06:37.000 This is Spinal Tap, Stand By Me, Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, a few good men.
00:06:44.000 I mean, this guy had range.
00:06:46.000 And say what you will about his politics, the guy made some absolute classics of American cinema in the 20th century.
00:06:53.000 Yeah, and we should acknowledge there's an elephant in the room.
00:06:57.000 President Trump, unfortunately, posted on Truth Social this morning.
00:07:02.000 He said, a very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood.
00:07:06.000 Rob Reiner, a tortured and struggling, but once very talented movie director and comedy star, has passed away together with his wife Michelle, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind-crippling disease known as Trump derangement syndrome, sometimes referred to as TDS.
00:07:25.000 He was known to have driven people crazy by his raging obsession with President Donald J. Trump.
00:07:31.000 And he goes on for a bit longer.
00:07:32.000 I'll be frank.
00:07:33.000 I think the president should delete that.
00:07:36.000 Yeah, I understand that sentiment.
00:07:38.000 He's getting a lot of blowback.
00:07:39.000 Actually, Jake Tapper quote tweeted my tweet with Trump's Truth to contrast them.
00:07:46.000 I mean, listen, I wasn't tweeting what I tweeted trying to make some large statement.
00:07:52.000 I just, my heart went out to him.
00:07:53.000 What can I say?
00:07:55.000 So I do think it's fair, though, as soon as we have this clip loaded.
00:07:58.000 141, this is Rob Reiner's reaction to Charlie.
00:08:03.000 You first heard about the murder of Charlie Cook.
00:08:07.000 What was your immediate gut reaction to it?
00:08:11.000 Well, horror.
00:08:13.000 Absolute horror.
00:08:15.000 And I unfortunately saw the video of it.
00:08:20.000 And it's beyond belief what happened to him.
00:08:26.000 And that should never happen to anybody.
00:08:29.000 I don't care what your political beliefs are.
00:08:31.000 That's not acceptable.
00:08:33.000 That's not a solution to solving problems.
00:08:38.000 And I felt like what his wife said at the service at the memorial they had was exactly right.
00:08:46.000 And totally, I believe, you know, I'm Jewish, but I believe in the teachings of Jesus and I believe in doing to others and I believe in forgiveness.
00:08:57.000 And what she said to me was beautiful and absolutely, you know, she forgave his assassin.
00:09:08.000 And I think that that is admirable.
00:09:11.000 Yeah.
00:09:11.000 And I mean, really, that's the only correct response in this moment.
00:09:16.000 That is the only correct response, especially in whenever anyone dies, but especially when it's a heinous murder that no one deserves.
00:09:26.000 And, you know, there's a vast tragedy that goes into that.
00:09:29.000 And he was also well known as Meathead on, was that?
00:09:33.000 All in the family, which that was such a big deal in the 70s.
00:09:37.000 And it's more forgotten today.
00:09:38.000 But he was great.
00:09:39.000 I actually went and watched some of the clips last night, and they were hilarious.
00:09:42.000 There was this, oh, he was the dad and wolf of Wall Street.
00:09:45.000 I didn't realize that.
00:09:46.000 Anyways, Rob Reiner, I just think it's a total tragedy.
00:09:50.000 Yeah, his politics were awful.
00:09:51.000 Don't care right now.
00:09:53.000 Literally do not care.
00:09:57.000 We're honored to be partnering with Alan Jackson Ministries.
00:10:00.000 And today, I want to point you to their podcast.
00:10:02.000 It's called Culture in Christianity, the Allen Jackson Podcast.

00:10:20.000 In every episode, he gives practical things we can do to make a difference.
00:10:24.000 His guests have incredible expertise and powerful testimonies.
00:10:27.000 They've been great friends.

00:10:59.000 Here's a tweet from JD Vance paying his respects to Ella Cook.
00:11:04.000 She was the vice president of the Brown University College Republicans.
00:11:09.000 He says, this beautiful young girl was one of the murdered students at Brown University.
00:11:13.000 It takes a special courage to lead an organization of conservatives on a left-wing campus on a far left campus, you could say.
00:11:20.000 And I'm very sorry our country has lost one of its bright young stars.
00:11:23.000 Eternal rest grant unto her, oh Lord.
00:11:26.000 And that's from Vice President JD Vance.
00:11:28.000 Terrible tragedy.
00:11:31.000 Everything that I have seen about this young woman said that she was brave, she was kind, she was helpful.
00:11:38.000 She would throw in and help, you know, lend a hand on anything going on on campus, especially with the College of Republicans.
00:11:44.000 So our heart goes out to Ella Cook and her family.
00:11:47.000 And another terrible sort of tragedy over the weekend.
00:11:50.000 They do not have a suspect at this time.
00:11:53.000 They have not released video evidence.
00:11:55.000 There's some reporting that would suggest that she was targeted, Blake.
00:12:00.000 So they had a suspect person of interest.
00:12:02.000 They ended up releasing that person of interest, which is just like a whole crazy.
00:12:06.000 I just, it's unbelievable.
00:12:07.000 Cameras everywhere.
00:12:08.000 Yeah, in modern society, that you could shoot that many people and get away and not have good leads.
00:12:14.000 About 10 were shot.
00:12:15.000 Two were killed.
00:12:16.000 Unfortunately, Ella is one of those who were killed.
00:12:20.000 And unfortunately, there was another shooting that happened, obviously, in Bondi Beach, Australia.
00:12:26.000 15 were killed as some Jewish celebrants were enjoying a Hanukkah celebration.
00:12:33.000 And it was right there on the beach.
00:12:35.000 There's a whole bunch of crazy stuff with this timeline.
00:12:38.000 Everything about it is exactly what Charlie warned about so often with bringing Islam into the West.
00:12:45.000 So this was obviously of migrant origin, and they targeted a Jewish community.
00:12:53.000 And it was a father and son team.
00:12:56.000 They lived in a million-dollar house, but they still just go for radical Islam.
00:13:01.000 So they've thrived in this country that welcomed them.
00:13:04.000 And they decide to go and murder a bunch of Jews.
00:13:08.000 And they go raid the house.
00:13:11.000 And the mother, I saw on GB News, she was saying, you know, her son was a good boy.
00:13:17.000 He was a good boy.
00:13:20.000 If you could throw it in.
00:13:21.000 And he was not a good boy, dear.
00:13:25.000 He was not.
00:13:25.000 He was not a good boy.
00:13:26.000 He was actually a terrible monster.
00:13:28.000 It killed a bunch of innocent people.
00:13:30.000 He'd been investigating.
00:13:31.000 He's been investigated because he was apparently tied to an Islamic cell of ISIS.
00:13:37.000 And somehow he was not detained, apprehended.
00:13:41.000 His family was allowed to get guns.
00:13:42.000 Like the whole thing reeks to high heaven here.
00:13:45.000 I don't know how anybody in the Western world could be tied to an Islamic, you know, ISIS cell and first of all, be allowed to roam free.
00:13:55.000 Actually, they should have been deported immediately.
00:13:57.000 We should take heed in the United States.
00:13:59.000 Secondly, the fact that Australia, which has extremely restrictive gun laws, the father apparently had six guns legally owned.
00:14:09.000 So the whole country cracks down on law-abiding people having to do that.
00:14:14.000 Everything about this is just outrageous because this is Australia.
00:14:18.000 Australia is this big, almost entirely empty continent filled with natural resources.
00:14:25.000 They're settled by the English, the greatest country creators in the world.
00:14:30.000 Australia has basically no reason to have any problems whatsoever.
00:14:35.000 They could basically live, you could all, everyone could live like a king in Australia.
00:14:40.000 And what they do is because they have this left-wing brain virus.
00:14:44.000 Why do you need any Islamic migration into Australia?
00:14:48.000 What country has ever been made better by saying, yeah, let's bring in more Islamic migration to this society?
00:14:54.000 Has it made England better?
00:14:55.000 No.
00:14:56.000 Has it made Germany better?
00:14:57.000 No.
00:14:58.000 Yeah, and there was this.
00:14:59.000 I mean, you got to give credit where it's due.
00:15:02.000 There was a hero that ran in.
00:15:05.000 I believe we have that footage, grabbed the gun and basically subdued.
00:15:10.000 It looks like the father and ended up getting shot a couple times in the arm by the son who was perched up on the bridge.
00:15:17.000 So his name is, I think, Ahmed or something.
00:15:23.000 Ahmed.
00:15:23.000 So it's actually another Muslim.
00:15:25.000 He's been called a traitor online by his fellow Muslims.
00:15:28.000 And by the way, there was already video of people celebrating in Sydney, other Muslims celebrating the attack.
00:15:33.000 It's eerily similar to what happened on October 7th, where Jews get attacked and then Muslims around the world celebrate.
00:15:41.000 So pretty sick stuff.
00:15:42.000 And I think we should play a cut from Charlie here.
00:15:48.000 Yeah, 115.
00:15:49.000 We have just enough time.
00:15:49.000 115.
00:15:51.000 Spiritual battle is coming to the West, and the enemies are wokeism or Marxism combining with Islamism to go after what we call the American way of life.
00:16:01.000 And the American way of life is very simple.
00:16:03.000 I want to be able to get married, buy a home, have kids, allow them to ride their bike till the sun goes down, send them to a good school, have a low-crime neighborhood, not to have my kid be taught the lesbian, gay, transgender garbage in their school.
00:16:21.000 While also, while also not having them have to hear the Muslim call to prayer five times a day, that's important.
00:16:33.000 We want the American way of life, which is, by the way, Christendom.
00:16:40.000 Christmas is a time of giving, and there's nothing better than knowing that what you give results in saving the life of an innocent baby.
00:16:48.000 And for every baby we save, there is a mom who is saved from a lifetime of regret.
00:16:53.000 Every Christmas stocking you will look at this month is a blessing in your life.
00:16:56.000 Won't you make that possible for another mom today?
00:16:59.000 Pre-born provides free ultrasounds to girls and women, and an ultrasound doubles the chance she'll choose life.
00:17:06.000 $140 gives five free ultrasounds and saves babies.
00:17:09.000 Just $28 a month can save a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:17:13.000 And today, thanks to a dollar-for-dollar match, your gift saves twice as many babies.
00:17:18.000 And if you're looking for the perfect tax-deductible year-end giving idea, I personally cannot think of a better one than a $15,000 gift providing an ultrasound machine, saving thousands of lives for years to come.
00:17:30.000 Join me in saving babies right now and making it a Merry Christmas.
00:17:34.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:17:43.000 All right, without further ado, Gary Milton, owner and lead instructor of Paramount Tactical.
00:17:48.000 You can follow him on X, which is how I discovered him.
00:17:50.000 He's been doing great work just breaking down all the dynamics of the case.
00:17:54.000 I think people's intrigue in the dynamics of the case is reaching an all-time high, actually, because we first saw Tyler Robinson in court last week.
00:18:03.000 So, Gary, welcome to the show.
00:18:04.000 It's an honor to have you.
00:18:05.000 Hey, thanks for having me.
00:18:06.000 I appreciate it.
00:18:07.000 So, just a little bit on your background so people understand why you know so much about this topic.
00:18:12.000 Gary Milton is a former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret.
00:18:16.000 You served as a weapon sergeant and sniper team leader, completing four combat tours.
00:18:21.000 Following your military service, Gary, you held a position of unit chief and special tactics instructor for a federal agency.
00:18:28.000 Today, Gary is the owner and lead instructor of Paramount Tactical Solutions, a company dedicated to professional firearms and tactical training.
00:18:36.000 You work full-time doing that.
00:18:38.000 So, Gary, you also have a great YouTube and you're a great Twitter follower.
00:18:42.000 So, you know your stuff.
00:18:43.000 And I wanted to have you on because, you know, I refuse to go back to Utah like anytime soon.
00:18:49.000 I'll just be honest.
00:18:50.000 It's no offense.
00:18:51.000 I just can't bring myself to do it.
00:18:53.000 But you actually went to the campus and you retraced the steps of the alleged assassin.
00:19:00.000 We have to say that in a sort of journalistic sense, not in any other way.
00:19:05.000 I believe he's the man who pulled the trigger.
00:19:08.000 Gary, tell us what you saw when you visited UVU.
00:19:12.000 Yeah, so one of the things that I wanted to do while I was there at the time, there was a lot of different conspiracies.
00:19:20.000 We had the palm gun.
00:19:21.000 We had different shooters in different locations.
00:19:23.000 And what I thought was really important to do was go there, number one, talk to eyewitnesses.
00:19:27.000 I talked to multiple eyewitnesses while I was there.
00:19:30.000 You know, they had very, very similar stories.
00:19:32.000 The other thing I did while I was there was actually, I actually flew a drone.
00:19:37.000 And what we did was a 3D map survey of the campus.
00:19:40.000 And we have since built a 3D model of that that's interactive.
00:19:44.000 People can download it for free.
00:19:46.000 It's on my X account.
00:19:49.000 And that way, people can kind of see what is possible, what has lines of sight.
00:19:53.000 And I knew just from what people were saying that some of these theories that they were putting out just weren't possible.
00:19:59.000 I knew there was no line of sight.
00:20:02.000 And then on top of that, I just wanted to get some hard ground truth and see what was going on.
00:20:06.000 And, you know, this case was important to me.
00:20:08.000 You know, I was a big fan of Charlie's, felt personal.
00:20:11.000 And I think, you know, if you're going to get to the truth, you need to get there.
00:20:14.000 You need to talk to some people and you need to see the ground truth.
00:20:18.000 And, you know, that's kind of what we did.
00:20:20.000 Yeah.
00:20:20.000 And there's a video here, Gary.
00:20:22.000 I'm just going to show it really quick so people can see how easy it ultimately was to get on this rooftop access point, 133.
00:20:31.000 All right, folks.
00:20:31.000 So here's the stairs.
00:20:33.000 They go to the roof.
00:20:37.000 Wow.
00:20:42.000 This wall is about maybe three feet tall.
00:20:51.000 All right.
00:20:52.000 So right there is the shooting position.
00:20:54.000 It's about 200 feet away from there.
00:20:56.000 You don't need to be Spider-Man.
00:20:57.000 As a matter of fact, you don't even need arms.
00:20:59.000 You can literally get up there if you didn't have arms.
00:21:03.000 Wow.
00:21:03.000 That's a good, that's a good visual.
00:21:05.000 That's a good visual.
00:21:06.000 So just from your knowledge across the spectrum and your own visits, do you feel there's any misconceptions that you're seeing repeated over and over and over again that have spread really far that, in your opinion, are pretty easily debunked or opposed?
00:21:25.000 Yeah, you know, there's been a cycle of people taking very normal things or maybe even slightly abnormal and then turning them into suspicious items, right?
00:21:36.000 One of the things that really struck me on the ground there was exactly how easy this entire thing was.
00:21:40.000 You know, before I went there, one of the things that was being portrayed was like this was, you know, some big conspiracy.
00:21:47.000 It's very complex.
00:21:48.000 You need professional hitmen.
00:21:49.000 It's 140 yards.
00:21:50.000 It's so far.
00:21:51.000 All these things.
00:21:52.000 Now, I knew the distances was nothing, especially for a scoped rifle.
00:21:57.000 I mean, that is, you know, my eight-year-old son was going to courses with us shooting 1,200 yards.
00:22:02.000 It's not hard.
00:22:04.000 And then once you see the layout of the campus, you know, looking at it from a security standpoint, unfortunately, it was a real challenge.
00:22:12.000 You know, once the information was out that this was the location, and then on top of that, once you look at the UVU court yard, it is channelized.
00:22:21.000 There's only, it's obvious where any sort of speaker is going to be.
00:22:26.000 So, you know, the thing that shocked me the most was how easy this was.
00:22:31.000 And then once we get into coming back and then hearing things like, hey, you know what, you need to be Spider-Man, or people think that you have to have some sort of special access or that you have to climb up to the roof.
00:22:41.000 When in reality, you walk right up to the roof, the pathway that goes in between buildings is level with the roof.
00:22:48.000 And the only thing that separates that walkway from the roof is, you know, a three-foot guardrail that you just step over and now you're, you have access.
00:22:58.000 And the other thing is it's very obvious to me if you just look at Google Maps, if you're trying to plan this operation, you know, it's simple.
00:23:07.000 It's not that hard and it's not that complicated.
00:23:09.000 And the thing is, we have all these kids out there playing Call of Duty and, you know, they're very tactically minded.
00:23:15.000 And, you know, there was nothing, especially once I went there, talked to people on the ground, saw the campus, a lot of what wasn't clear to me was crystal clear.
00:23:27.000 You know, especially by the time that we got the charging documents out, they laid out the evidence.
00:23:32.000 Everything made sense.
00:23:33.000 It really did.
00:23:34.000 And, you know, they continue to push a lot of disinformation, and there's a lot of reasons behind that.
00:23:39.000 But, you know, that's what I wanted to do.
00:23:41.000 Look, I don't want to be lied to by the government, but I don't want to be lied to by the internet either.
00:23:46.000 And I think it's really important for us to make sure that we're pushing the truth and people are being honest about this.
00:23:52.000 And, you know, I think that's one of the biggest problems is the omission.
00:23:57.000 You know, a lot of people pushing these different conspiracy theories and exploiting Charlie's death for their own means, they're not telling you this information.
00:24:06.000 Like, why haven't these people gone to this location and looked at this?
00:24:09.000 Why aren't they showing people how easy it is to actually access the roof?
00:24:13.000 And if people saw what I saw, a lot of this stuff would make a lot more sense to them and they wouldn't believe a lot of these other artificial narratives that people are pushing.
00:24:25.000 Well, and let me just, because when you, I saw this video of yours, Gary, it was, it reminded me of the charging document.
00:24:32.000 So this is straight from the charging document.
00:24:34.000 It says, Robinson's mother explained that over the last year or so, Robinson had become more political and started to lean more to the left, becoming more pro-gay and trans rights oriented.
00:24:43.000 She stated that Robinson began to date his roommate, a biological male who was transitioning genders.
00:24:48.000 This resulted in several discussions with family members, but especially between Robinson and his father, who have very different political views.
00:24:54.000 In one conversation before the shooting, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk would be holding an event at UVU, which Robinson said was a, quote, stupid venue for the event.
00:25:04.000 Robinson accused Kirk of spreading hate.
00:25:07.000 And when you see how easy that rooftop access is, you start to kind of put one and one together and you realize that Robinson had a plan that he was going to ultimately take advantage of.
00:25:17.000 And he obviously knew how easy it was to get up to that rooftop, which is terrifying.
00:25:24.000 It really is.
00:25:24.000 And look, you know, one of the other things that's being pushed around for a long time was that, you know, TPUSA, both the local chapter and you guys didn't advertise this event till a couple days prior to.
00:25:37.000 Now, the insinuation there is that that doesn't give Tyler enough time to plan for this.
00:25:42.000 And what we found out with a little bit of, I don't know, 20, not even five minutes of Googling and looking, look, you guys had already put out on your website as early as August 27th.
00:25:54.000 So we have at least almost a full two weeks prior to this that not only the time of the event, but the location, the exact location of the UVU courtyard.
00:26:03.000 So when you have over 10 days of planning and it sounds like that Tyler already was familiar with the campus to begin with, like a lot of the mystery of this starts to go out the window and it starts to really conform with what is exactly being proposed by the state of Utah and the FBI in the charging documents.
00:26:22.000 Yeah.
00:26:23.000 And we can attest, you know, Andrew Cipher, who's our head of field, you know, Charlie would sometimes throw these events out, you know, seven, 10 days in advance.
00:26:31.000 If something opened up in his schedule, he would be able to do these outdoor events a pretty quick turn.
00:26:38.000 And so those whole that whole theory kind of goes out the window.
00:26:42.000 You mentioned drone.
00:26:43.000 Explain to us the conspiracy theories about drones, Gary.
00:26:48.000 Yeah.
00:26:49.000 So, you know, early on, Frank Turk talked about that on the way there that, you know, he actually was looking at Charlie's phone and he saw drone footage from the event.
00:27:00.000 Now, I had talked to, with that in mind, I was, number one, I went to UVU and I actually put the drone up.
00:27:07.000 We were going to do the survey.
00:27:08.000 Immediately, we were, law enforcement came up and said, hey, look, we need you to take down a drone.
00:27:14.000 Now, my drone pilot had already made all the necessary steps with the FFA to make sure that we could do that.
00:27:20.000 And I explained to the law enforcement officer, hey, look, you guys don't control this airspace.
00:27:25.000 He's like, well, we got policies.
00:27:27.000 You have to do this.
00:27:28.000 And we're not going to sit there and argue with him, right?
00:27:30.000 So we ended up grounding the drone.
00:27:32.000 We went and jumped through some hoops.
00:27:33.000 We were trying to get some documents done.
00:27:35.000 Long story short, what we ended up having to do was leave campus.
00:27:38.000 We flew the drone.
00:27:40.000 We were off campus.
00:27:41.000 We flew the drone.
00:27:42.000 We got the survey.
00:27:43.000 So that kind of reinforced other people saying, Brian Harpool specifically saying, like, hey, we couldn't get it.
00:27:49.000 We couldn't get permission to get a drone up in the air.
00:27:51.000 And of course, people took that, what Frank said at the beginning and said, hey, this is clear indication of lying and or a conspiracy.
00:27:59.000 Well, what I found out was the picture that was being pushed around saying, hey, this is proof that there was drone footage was actually, it was very clear to me once I saw that picture.
00:28:11.000 It is a wide angle shot of the crowd from this is actually the, I think, the images, guys, I sent them to you.
00:28:20.000 Yeah, this is actually, there was a walkway or a bridge elevated that that was just, that was just from our events team that was setting up that event.
00:28:28.000 They went up there to, as they always did, to show Charlie the crowd size.
00:28:31.000 So they took those images.
00:28:33.000 Yeah, I understand why Frank thought this was a drone, you know.
00:28:37.000 But again, I think it almost shows that the lack of conspiracy because you guys aren't sitting in there, you know, micromanaging what people say.
00:28:44.000 It's just different people's perspectives and there isn't some sort of collusion.
00:28:50.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and founding partner of YReFi.
00:28:54.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:29:00.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:29:06.000 Now, here Charlie, in his own words, tell you about YReFi.
00:29:10.000 I'm going to tell you guys about whyrefi.com.
00:29:11.000 That is why FY.com.

00:29:58.000 Gary, I just want you to give you a chance.
00:30:02.000 Just, you know, explain your background, how people can follow you.
00:30:07.000 Number one, like I said, I, you know, 9-11 happened a couple of days later.
00:30:10.000 I was in a recruiting station, ended up with the initial push into Iraq.
00:30:14.000 I was a sniper team leader during that tour that came back, went special operations, did three more combat tours, multiple training tours, ended up working as a special tactics instructor for a federal agency.
00:30:26.000 And long story short, I ended up, I wanted to work for myself.
00:30:30.000 So I opened up Paramount Tactical Solutions.
00:30:32.000 We offer training to civilians, military and law enforcement, and from basic to advanced, whether it's handgun, we kind of specialize.
00:30:40.000 We're known for long range.
00:30:42.000 So you can find us at paramounttactical.com.
00:30:44.000 On top of that, you can also go check out our YouTube channel, Paramount Tactical, and as well as our X account, Instagram.
00:30:52.000 Look for Paramount Tactical.
00:30:54.000 You'll find us.
00:30:55.000 Yeah, I love that.
00:30:56.000 Yeah, you've been doing great work.
00:30:58.000 I just want to, everybody should follow Gary's work.
00:31:00.000 He is like, I mean, I reference him all the time.
00:31:03.000 And we're going to get into ballistics.
00:31:06.000 Do bullets do weird things?
00:31:08.000 So, Gary, everybody that I've talked to since all this happened that's been in combat, everybody that I know in that role that's actually seen live fire in combat says that bullets do weird things.
00:31:21.000 What do they mean by that when they say that?
00:31:23.000 Look, you know, when we talk about ballistics, we have internal, external, and terminal ballistics.
00:31:28.000 And terminal ballistics is a study of what happens when a projectile hits a target.
00:31:32.000 And it is the most unpredictable.
00:31:36.000 We're pretty good at predicting what happens internally and externally.
00:31:39.000 But once it hits a target, you know, there's so many things going on.
00:31:42.000 It is an extremely high speed, energetic event, and there's so many things that happen at the micro level.
00:31:48.000 As soon as that projectile touches anything at the speeds that it's going, it's going to deform.
00:31:56.000 And really, the prediction of that kind of goes out the window after that.
00:32:01.000 The real problem that we have here in this particular case is everything that we would even begin to try to use to try to predict what could possibly happen.
00:32:10.000 We don't know.
00:32:11.000 We don't know the type of ammunition.
00:32:13.000 Was it store-bought?
00:32:15.000 Was it hand loads?
00:32:16.000 We don't know the weight of the bullet.
00:32:18.000 What grain was it?
00:32:19.000 Was it 55 grain?
00:32:20.000 You can go all the way up to 220 grain.
00:32:23.000 What type of projectile was it?
00:32:24.000 Was it frangible?
00:32:25.000 Gary.
00:32:26.000 Yeah, Gary, when you're talking about the grain, what does that mean exactly for the layman?
00:32:32.000 It is the weight of the bullet.
00:32:35.000 So how much mass?
00:32:37.000 Nope.
00:32:38.000 Nope.
00:32:38.000 Just how much mass the bullet is, how heavy, how literally how heavy it is.
00:32:42.000 It's what we use to actually measure.
00:32:45.000 We don't use ounces or pounds to measure bullets.
00:32:47.000 We use grains.
00:32:49.000 And so it's how heavy that is.
00:32:52.000 And so, you know, the thing that we need to understand is that the 30 out 6 was one of the most popular rifles in the United States for a really long time.
00:33:02.000 And when we're picking ammunition, whether we're shooting, you know, varmints all the way up to moose, there is an ammunition type specified for the 30 off 6.
00:33:14.000 And then you get into things like, you know, right here, I have reduced recoil ammunition, low recoil ammunition, tumble upon impact ammunition.
00:33:22.000 Again, some additional reduced recoil.
00:33:25.000 And when we have this large array of different ammunition and projectile types, to come to the conclusion that they're all going to result in the, you know, have the same results, which is what people seem to think, is a little crazy.
00:33:40.000 And then just on top of that, like we could take the exact same ammunition, the exact same rifle, the exact same target, and you're going to have varied results if you were shooting that exact same target 100 times.
00:33:52.000 It's just a, it's, it's very hard to predict what's going on.
00:33:54.000 There's a lot of variables that we can't account for, and we don't even have that information with when it comes to the Tyler Robinson case to begin with.
00:34:03.000 But there's also a lot of variables that you'll never account for just between the variances of the ammo conditions, the way that it hits the target, all of these things.
00:34:12.000 Go ahead.
00:34:13.000 We have a question from a listener, Jazz.
00:34:16.000 They ask, why didn't the dude have a gun when he was jumping off the roof?
00:34:22.000 Plus, was him putting it together or taking it apart with those little tools and being able to do it so quickly?
00:34:28.000 Was that plausible?
00:34:29.000 Especially on the second one.
00:34:30.000 I'd have to refresh myself on the first.
00:34:32.000 My belief is: did he have it?
00:34:34.000 He was carrying it in a second.
00:34:36.000 Yeah, he was carrying his pant leg.
00:34:37.000 He was walking with a weird gait on the video.
00:34:39.000 And we actually have some images of this, Gary, if you want to start.
00:34:42.000 Yeah, but if you have any thoughts on the assembly question specifically, yeah.
00:34:46.000 So unfortunately, what we had, we had the governor of Utah make kind of a silly statement.
00:34:53.000 And he said when he was after the, after he took the shot, he disassembled it.
00:34:59.000 That is not true.
00:35:00.000 And he actually does have the rifle when he jumps off of the building.
00:35:04.000 And you can actually see it in several shots.
00:35:06.000 The problem is we have a really crappy video that has been cropped way in.
00:35:11.000 But if you actually look and look at it, there are many times where you can see what is clearly a rifle.
00:35:17.000 Now, as far as assembly, what we believe is that he actually had the barreled action separated from the stock when he was walking around with that barreled action down his leg.
00:35:29.000 So that's just the action in the barrel, the part that holds it all together.
00:35:33.000 Well, not really the part that holds it all together, but the stock, the part that we is separate from it.
00:35:37.000 So he could make it more compact and carry it to the shooting location.
00:35:40.000 Here's some great examples of pictures that I pulled where you can actually see that he clearly has something much longer.
00:35:48.000 The problem is, is that this video footage is so poor.
00:35:52.000 And then on top of that, it's zoomed so, it's, you know, it's cropped so far in that it is very difficult to see this.
00:35:58.000 And I understand why people are confused by that.
00:36:00.000 But all it takes is two screws to put the action, the barrel of action. back onto the stock itself.
